What Israel needs to get:

• the Palestinians recognize Israel as a country

• Hamas and Hezbollah are disarmed and disbanded

• An international peace-keeping force is formed to guarantee the security of Israel’s borders for the foreseeable future

• All Arab nations recognize Israel as a country and pledge never to attack it again

What the Palestinians get:

• The Israeli attacks on Gaza, and Lebanon, cease immediately

• The death and destruction come to an end

• All territory seized by Israel or Jewish settlers since Oct. 7 is returned

• The Palestinians are given the opportunity to form their own country

• Palestinians receive massive foreign aid to help develop their new state

This would work for one important reason. If Israel is recognized by everyone and its people are guaranteed security from military and terrorist attack, the Israeli people will immediately vote Netanyahu and his government out of office. That will be the end of all efforts to expand Israel forever.

There can be no reprisals. No one on either side should be put on trial for any of the crimes they may have committed because both sides are guilty of atrocities. Since the conflict began in 1917, no one involved has clean hands.

The Israelis, Palestinians and the whole world must make a total break with the past similar to what happened after World War II when both Germany and Japan were welcomed back into the world community. That led to three generations of peace and prosperity in Western Europe and the Far East.

If there is a demand for Netanyahu and members of his government to stand trial, it will destroy the peace process, and tens of thousands more people will die for nothing. We must accept the reality that sometimes bad people get away with bad things and then get on with doing the best that can be done.

That’s called reality, and sometimes it sucks. But it is far better than the insanity of continued conflict.

What is happening in Gaza is not a genocide. Genocide is what happened to the Jews of Europe when two out of three of them were massacred by the Nazis.

What is happening in Gaza is an ethnic cleansing to prevent another Oct 7. I know genocide sounds way more cool, but words have meanings.

Hamas are cowards who attack civilians and then scurry like the filthy rats they are back to their holes in the ground to hide underneath women and children. Hamas brought this destruction down on their own people.

I think the only way to stop all the death and destruction is a negotiated settlement that does two things:

1. Recognizes Israel as a nation and guarantees its security.

2. Requires Israel to return all Palestinian land seized since Oct 7 and stop Israeli settlers from taking any other land.

There are only two possibilities about what has happened as a result of October 7:

• Hamas leaders were too stupid to understand how Israel would respond to the massacre of 1195 Israelis

• Hamas leaders knew exactly how Israel would respond

The first one is not remotely likely. Hamas immediately went into hiding beneath homes, schools and hospitals for a reason. They knew what was coming and had prepared for it.

Worse yet, they wanted it.

The great shame for Hamas is that they can never defeat Israel and take back Palestine. They can’t face Israel in a stand-up fight. Their only hope is to provoke Israel into a war where Israel will commit acts that will be condemned by the rest of the world.

Hamas knew it was bringing death and destruction down on its own women and children. Hamas wanted thousands of them to die, to be sacrificed to the cause.

The Hamas leadership knew there would be people like you who would ignore the atrocities of Oct. 7 and instead would only document and denounce the suffering of the people of Gaza. You were the most vital part of the plan that has led to the violent deaths of thousands. They were counting on your capacity for self-righteousness.

By doing what Hamas planned on you doing, your actions have led and will continue to lead to more suffering and death, not less. At the very least, you are a useful fool. At the worst, you are a willing and eager participant in the slaughter of human life.

So enjoy feeling morally superior and gaining whatever attention you can. You are doing so at the expense of women and children who are left with no hope because of self-absorbed people like you.

The rest of the world must stop cheering on one side or the other like the conflict in Gaza is some kind of lethal gladiatorial soccer game. We must all begin doing everything we can to stop the destruction and killing in Gaza. The only solution is some kind of negotiated settlement that neither the Israelis nor the Palestinians will be very happy with. The agreement will then have to be enforced for the foreseeable future by some neutral entity with the power to keep further violence from happening.

Israel will have to be given guarantees about its security so nothing like October 7 can ever happen again. The state of Israel must be recognized by everyone. Hamas and Hezbollah must be disarmed. But Israel in return will have to give up some territory and ambitions and get their settlers under control. After the Palestinians accept that Israel exists, they must get on with building their own future either as a separate nation or in some kind of political alliance with another Arab country.

Anyone who is not part of or doesn’t support this kind of honest effort to end the bloodshed is party to the continued destruction of human life in Gaza.

You believe there are good guys and bad guys in the Middle East. You’re wrong. There aren’t any - there are just stupid guys on both sides. The leaders of the Palestinian people are just as stupid as the leaders of the Israelis.

Two-thirds of all the billionaires in the world are self-made. Most of them made their money by finding new and better ways to provide goods and services to people at prices they could afford. Consumers in effect voted for them with their money through voluntary purchases or else they would never have made their fortunes.

Sara Blakely is a good example. She started with $5000 and became a billionaire because a lot of women wanted what she was providing. You might not see the value in her products, but isn’t that up to each person to be able to make their own choices? It’s called a free market.

These self-made billionaires have also created hundreds of thousands of jobs. Their wealth keeps producing products, services and jobs year after year after year.

U.S. billionaires hold about 6.8 trillion dollars in wealth. That is only about three years’ worth of federal budget deficits. So the government could easily squander that money very quickly through unproductive programs, waste and fraud; and then it is gone forever. All the products, services and jobs are also gone. Is that really what we want?

Or is malignant envy making a lot of people really stupid? Who should we trust more - productive business people or politicians who have never solved any serious problem?

The original article was an example of common Leftist stupidity. But the response I got to my response was a prime example of the worst stage of stupidity - zombie stupidity. So, Kristi Noem saddled up her horse and rode into Minneapolis like she was the new marshal who was going to clean up the town. But she set off a chain of events that shocked America and lost the support of millions of moderate Americans just when Trump needed it most.

Nobody in their right mind would ever make Minneapolis the center of the effort to deport illegal aliens. It is Crazytown, the home of George Floyd and the BLM movement that helped bring down Trump in the 2020 election. The Democratic Party successfully used the death of a pathetic drug addicted criminal to build support for Biden. Now the party is using the tragic deaths of two idiots who were persuaded to do really stupid things to the police. It was all so predictable.

Here’s a reality that every politician has to deal with. The American people, except for the Far Left, are a loving people who are genuinely troubled by other people’s suffering. The Democratic Party knows this and cruelly uses it. The Trump administration should have done everything it could to avoid giving the Dems exactly what they wanted.

If Noem had been smart, she would have gone about deportations in a totally different way. The Trump administration should have announced that it respected the right of cities and states to declare themselves sanctuaries. Noem should have made it clear that they would not have ICE attempt to enter sanctuary cities.

The administration should have focused its limited resources on the 28 red states fully controlled by Republicans. They would have gotten full cooperation, maximum results, and very little bad press with their deportation efforts. From 2024 to the end of 2026 the Trump administration could have quickly and effectively cleared that part of America of illegal immigrants to the benefit of the Americans living in red states. There are 56 senators in those states. Trump could have gained so much support from grateful red state voters by removing the terrible burden of so many illegals that he could have built a filibuster-proof Republican Senate over the next three elections.

Meanwhile, the blue sanctuary cities and states would have suffered from an internal migration of millions of illegals fleeing to the blue states from ICE in the red states. This would have placed a terrible burden on blue state citizens and voters as hospitals, social services, schools, housing, wages, and jobs opportunities all suffered. Remember how Governor Abbot brilliantly changed the open border narrative by sending just 100,000 illegals to blue cities? Trump could have done the same thing times forty.

By 2028, blue state voters would have suffered so much from sanctuary insanity they would have turned against the Democrats just in time for the country to pick a successor to Trump. It would have worked great – President Vance or President Rubio.

But because our self-absorbed cowgirl got it all wrong, America may have missed its last chance to MAGA. If the Dems take the House in November 2026 because so many mainstream Americans are uneasy about the heavy-handed way deportations are going, the second half of the Trump administration will get hit with another impeachment effort along with total obstruction. Nothing will get accomplished; everything will go to hell.

The Dems will of course manufacture another crisis in 2028 which could end the MAGA effort forever. If we end up with a President Newsom or a President AOC, that is the end of America. The United States will enter a period similar to the 15 years of the Great Depression and World War II. If that happens, you need to find a place to hide until it is over, and then hope there is enough of America remaining for us to rebuild our country with.

As we thankfully watch Noem ride off into the sunset, we must hope it isn’t too late for Trump to get things right.

Yesterday a man wearing a dress walked into a hockey rink in Rhode Island and used a gun to murder his ex-wife and one of his children and wound three others.

One aspect of this terrible tragedy stood out – the killer had been transitioning from male to female for six years. And during that time he had shown increasing signs of mental disturbance.

Compare that to the recent school shooting in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia just over a week ago. It resulted in the murder of the shooter’s mother and brother along with five other children at a local school. The shooter in this case had also been transitioning for six years while showing signs of a worsening mental imbalance.

Now compare both of those tragic events to what happened in Minneapolis on August 27. A deranged shooter fired over one hundred rounds into a church full of young children. Two children 8 and 10 were killed and fifteen more were wounded. It turns out that shooter had been transitioning for six years and displayed obvious signs of mental illness.

There is one final tragedy we have to consider. In Memphis, Tennessee a young woman began transitioning to be a man and became fascinated with school shootings in 2017. She was obsessed with the thought of mass murder for six years until she walked into a Christian school in 2023 and murdered three young children and three adults.

These events are trying to tell us something.

Transgenderism is a detachment from biological reality. In other words, it is a form of insanity. We must care about these people and try to help them, but we must also honestly acknowledge the danger their mental illness poses to the rest of us. A person who is deeply unhappy or disturbed is not going to find happiness or fulfillment by playing dress up. Anyone who believes that is also detached from reality. The denial of reality by the transgendered will always result in frustration, failure and hopelessness that seems to come to a head in about six years. It’s when despair turns into rage, terrible things happen like the four tragedies listed above that resulted in 21 lost lives.

So here is what must be done immediately. Any person who declares they are transitioning should immediately be banned from possessing any firearms. That ban should last for at least ten years after the declaration or the beginning of any kind of psychological or medical treatment. Given the six-year time frame of the events listed above, a ten-year ban would give society a sufficient cushion and good chance to find out if the transition had been accomplished without any risk of a violent outburst.

The Left that hates guns always talks about the importance of safeguards like red flag laws. Here’s where we find out if they are truly concerned about saving lives or they just want another excuse to confiscate everyone’s guns. We should have a red flag law the prohibits the transgendered from owing firearms until society can be reasonably sure they pose no threat to the rest of us. If a transgendered person goes for ten years without any sign of serious mental imbalance, then they should be treated by the law like anyone else.

There are so many things wrong with Carney’s strategy to, in effect, give Trump the political finger.

1. The U.S. will never allow the Chinese to put any weapons or military units in Canada. If they try, there will be war, and with Trump in charge, it won’t last more than a day.

2. The U.S. does not have to occupy all of Canada to bring Carney’s government to its knees. It only has to control Alberta. That province is all that’s keeping Canada going financially.

3. All the American military has to do to effectively occupy Canada is control the airspace over Canada [easy], blockade the coast of British Columbia [easy] and then take control of just one city in Canada – Winnipeg [easy]. If U.S. forces move 55 miles north of the border to that city, they can cut off all highway and railroad connections to the western half of Canada. Look at a map of Canada; there is nothing they could do to stop it. The 82nd Airborne could essentially take over Canada by itself.

4. Canada is cozying up to the dictators who killed thousands of their own young people in the Tiananmen Square massacre, and who have put two million Uyghurs in concentration camps. Really, is that the kind of people Canadians want their Prime Minister to do business with? That can never be right.

5. Despite its outward appearance, China is a failing nation on the verge of economic, political and social collapse. There is a desperately needed lesson here that most people haven’t learned yet - no small group of leaders [like the CCP] can successfully direct the functioning of a large nation. All-powerful central governments that are not responsive to their people will always fail. No one has the understanding, ability or moral strength to exercise unchecked power. China is only a few years away from complete failure.

6. Carney is siding with an evil authoritarian regime. China doesn’t care about Canadians and will use Carney’s stupidity as much as possible to try to distract and injure the U.S. no matter how much it hurts the people of Canada.

7. The Leftists in Canada need to understand that China is no longer communist; it gave Marxism up after Mao died. What most people don’t realize is that China is now ruled by a national socialist government. In simplest terms, the CCP is the new Nazi Party. Canadians aren’t supposed to like nazis.

8. Yes, the U.S. is in a messy process of trying to correct a substantial number of mistakes that have been made in America over the last century. But America has always been self-correcting even when the process is extremely painful. If Americans succeed in this self-righting effort, it will result in a resurgence of the United States and mark the beginning of a new era of American dominance in the world.

Carney’s heart, mind and soul are that of a Western European globalist. That means he despises everything about America, especially the people who voted for Trump, and he’s a traitor to his own people, especially young Canadians.

As Trump tries to rebalance America’s foreign affairs and international trade in ways that are sustainable, he is getting the most resistance from our Leftist neighbors to the north. It’s not a well-reasoned kind of response; it’s just a thinly disguised, barely restrained and unthinking visceral reaction. In a bet between China and the U.S. only a fool would pick China. Sadly, Carney is that kind of fool. God help Canada.

I wrote an article months ago advocating a Judo approach to the problem of 20 million illegal immigrants. In Judo we are taught not to overcome an opponent with brute force, but rather to use their force against them. That’s what Ju-do [gentle-way] is – the most efficient and quickest way to defeat your foe.

If Trump were as smart as I hoped he was, he would have used a two-stage Judo strategy to deport millions of illegal aliens.

First, he would have concentrated his ICE efforts in Red states and cities where he would get maximum cooperation with minimum conflict and negative press. There are 28 states that are under full Republican control. Homeland Security should have focused on removing illegal immigrants from those states. Two years of effective efforts would have made a tremendous difference in the well-being of the people of those states, and that would have been reflected in the 2026 off-year elections.

Second, Trump should have left the Blue states and cities alone; let them continue to bluster and then try to deal with the burden of illegal immigration on their own. If they want to provide sanctuary, let them. As illegal aliens flee from Red states to blue states, the harmful effects of millions of illegals would become an unbearable burden for the taxpayers and residents of the Blue areas. Remember how the debate over illegal immigration changed so dramatically when Gov. Abbott of Texas brilliantly began shipping illegals to sanctuary cities. Abbott changed the game just by moving 100,000 of them. Trump could easily increase that game-changing effect by a factor of ten.

By 2028, the citizens of many of the Blue states and cities would finally be fed up with the problems that uncontrolled immigration cause - the crime, the fraud and the terrible burden on our schools, hospitals and other government services. Because they would have no other choice, the voters in Blue states would have to turn against the Democratic Party just in time to make sure there is a MAGA successor to Trump and a Red Congress and Senate to back him or her up.

Trump could still do the smart thing, but time is running out. The Democrats thrive on chaos, death and destruction as the George Floyd 2020 election year turmoil showed. They are happy that woman is dead. They hope for more deaths. If Trump continues to pursue the current strategy, immigration violence will grow and America will be disturbed, confused and distracted by it. That’s the Democratic Party’s game plan. We will end up with a Democratic House in 2027 and the impeachment insanity will start all over again. Then in 2028 the MAGA momentum will stall and America will have lost its last chance to get back on course to restoring its greatness and promise.

These words from an old Gordan Lightfoot song came to mind as I listened to President Trump announce today how he has gotten the major pharmaceutical companies to dramatically reduce drug prices in the U.S.

Trump sincerely feels that his efforts to lower drug prices have Americans winning when in fact what he’s done will cause horrible suffering and loss of life. Forget about Putin, Xi or ISIS; our government has become our worst enemy.

In touting the results of the negotiations with the drug companies in his usual Trumpian way, the President revealed the following fact: Americans are just 4% of the world’s population, but we consume more than 13% of the prescription drugs. That’s shocking, but what he didn’t say is even more disturbing - in spite of all this drug taking, America is ranked 69^th in the world in regard to health outcomes and behind every other developed nation.

This evidence shows beyond any reasonable doubt that America’s ‘just take a pill’ approach to health and well-being is failing terribly. It is in fact a totally primitive magic-potions approach disguised as science. Trump is trying to save America from some drugs by blowing up boats in the Caribbean, but then he is providing Americans with other drugs that are even more dangerous and destructive. Prescription drugs result in more than 250,000 deaths in the U.S. each year, compared to the 73,000 Americans who die of fentanyl, which makes legal drugs the 3rd worse cause of death in America.

We should have learned this harsh lesson about drugs from the Covid-19 pandemic. The loss of over a million American lives should have shocked our nation out of its stupidity. Studies show that 98% of the people who were hospitalized and died of the virus had one or more preexisting conditions that they were taking medications for. Those drugs didn’t protect them; they instead set people up for suffering and death.

The primary lesson of Covid-19 is that drugs don’t work in the long term. I was 76 when I got Covid-19 and it felt like a really mild cold that barely slowed me down. That’s because I make the effort to stay in shape, I eat right, I take no medications and I have no unhealthy habits. That’s how simple it should be to stay well. But it takes effort and some minor sacrifices.

I like Trump, and I know he’s sincerely trying to do the right thing for the American people, but this move is worse than anything our most hateful enemies could do to us. Sometimes when you try to help people you end up hurting them whenever you try to do things for them they should be doing for themselves.

We should be concentrating our healthcare efforts on prevention and rehabilitation, but these require hard and determined effort, and people don’t want to do that. So America has decided to take the stupid and seemingly effortless way out by trying to manage disease and poor health through magic chemicals which promise to work without requiring any effort or sacrifice.

The worst example of pill madness is the incredible stupidity of using the GLP-1 drugs for weight-loss rather than make the effort to eat better and get more active. Look at the research on the long term effects of these medications. These drugs will cause the rate of obesity in America to skyrocket to over 50% over the next few years. At some point in the near future our healthcare system will be crushed under the weight of billions of pounds of excess body fat and all of the health disorders it causes.

What is coming to our nation as a result of this pill insanity will be worse than the Great Depression and the Covid-19 pandemic combined. If you want to avoid terrible suffering, you must avoid the trap of taking pills, make the effort to get into good shape and good health, and try to help your family and friends do the same.

Don’t be stupid. Be smart, stay healthy and live well.

One reader [a Trump critic of course] responded with data from Newsweek showing that D.C. is not in the top ten, and then he scolded me for not getting my facts straight. How dare I defend Trump!

This was my reply.

Gee, Newsweek, can’t argue with that. But let’s remove all doubt. We can calculate D.C.’s homicide rate precisely for ourselves because in 2024, D.C. had 187 homicides [no dispute about that] with a population of 702,000. Doing the math; that means the homicide rate for D.C. in 2024 was 26.6/100,000. That would put D.C. at number eight or nine on Newsweek’s list. So, I did get my facts straight.

It appears that Newsweek was playing a little trick on its readers. It was using 2025 data with the number of homicides so far this year down to 123 with just one month to go. But now I’m a little suspicious, so we need to take a closer look at this number and break it down.

The number of homicides before the National Guard arrived in D.C. on August 12 was 96. That means the monthly average from January to July 2025 was 13.7 homicides. If that had continued, the yearly homicide rate in D.C. would have been 23.4/100,000.

If you look at the four months after the National Guard started patrolling the streets, the number of homicides for the last four months was only 27. So the average number of homicides per month dropped dramatically to 6.75, and if that continued for a full year the homicide rate for D.C. would drop to 11.5/100,000.

Wow! Based on these numbers, Trump’s action has saved about 30 mostly Black lives.

If the Democratic mayors of cities like St. Louis [54.09/100,000], Memphis [40.61/100,000], Baltimore [34.77/100,000] and Detroit [31.17/100,000] followed Trump’s lead and dropped their homicide rates down to 11.5, hundreds or maybe thousands of lives, again mostly Black lives, could be saved. BLM right? Or maybe not so much if Trump gets the credit? How does that work?

Going back to D.C. When you put all the months of 2025 together, you get a 2025 homicide rate of 19/100,000 which is about what Newsweek reported. So Newsweek was using numbers that reflected the positive results of Trump’s action but without giving him credit for it. That is really misleading and dishonest. Isn’t that what the Dems call ‘misinformation’? I don’t think I will trust Newsweek anymore.

She expressed concern about the way false or speculative allegations can cause lasting damage, especially when directed at high-profile people. Hilton believes that individuals should not be judged based on unverified claims from the distant past.

Compared to Hilton, everyone else talking about Epstein are nothing more than raging idiots or self-serving hustlers. Listen critically to what’s being said in the media and you will find that it is almost all driven by three reprehensible motivations:

• A perverted delight in salacious gossip and scandal

• A despicable desire by news organizations to drive ratings for what amounts to an obscene on-going soap opera about the depravities of the rich and powerful – a nasty show we could call The Big Apple Does Debbie

• But the most disturbing of all is what amounts to a political lynch mob that wants an excuse to hang everyone it hates based on guilt by association and the flimsiest accusations of wrongdoing without any due process whatsoever.

Face it. Our society, government, justice system and law enforcement failed the dozens of young girls who were abused by Epstein and the people whose perverted desires he served. No one can undo the harm that was done. Too late, quit pretending.

The criminal statute of limitations has run out, so there will be no more charges, convictions or sentences. The Epstein estate is running out of money so there will be few significant settlements, and if there are some, most of the money will go to lawyers.

But right now, as you are reading this, there are thousands or maybe tens of thousands of young girls and boys who are being sex trafficked – do you give a shit! The politicians and pundits sure as hell don’t. Little or nothing is being done about it even as people are obsessing about Epstein.

Why aren’t law enforcement officers and social workers swarming Roosevelt Avenue in AOC’s congressional district to make sure there are no children being forced into prostitution there? Because she’s like everyone else, she doesn’t care. AOC is too busy scoring points against Republicans and setting herself up to take Schumer’s spot in the Senate. If she really cared, she’d be down on the streets encouraging law enforcement to take action the way Kristi Noem is with ICE.

Stop the Epstein madness! There is a reason our legal system establishes limits on how long charges can be laid after an alleged crime takes place. As time goes by, evidence disappears and memories are corrupted. Justice beyond a reasonable doubt, the only real kind of justice, becomes impossible.

Even for crimes like murder for which there are no statutes of limitation, legitimate convictions can only be obtained through means like confessions or DNA – evidence that is not subject to the corrosion of time.

Our system of justice has endured and kept our society from totally falling apart only because it retains the trust and loyalty of the vast majority of people [sorry Black Americans, not so much for you]. If you don’t want our country to degenerate into one big lawless ghetto, people must have good reason to believe they have no chance of being found guilty of and punished for something they are really innocent of, like the way the Central Park Five were in 1989.

That means Americans must be of the mentality that it is better to risk turning 10 guilty people loose than take the chance of finding one innocent person guilty. Otherwise we will all live in fear of the police and courts and stop cooperating with them.

The obsession with Epstein is reversing that. It is obvious that many people in the media and politics believe it is better to punish countless potentially innocent people through humiliation, job loss and banishment than take the chance one guilty person might get away with something.

But here’s the ugly truth – the really bad people have already gotten away with it. At best you might find and punish the dumb idiots like Larry Summers who got sucked into Epstein’s orbit. Our country could spend the next three years tracking down everyone who has ever had anything to do with Epstein. But what will the Epstein files show, and how far do you want to take it? Should we punish everyone who:

- attended a function or functions that Epstein also attended

- spoke to Epstein on one or more occasions

- had their picture taken with Epstein

- flew on Epstein’s 727 one or more times

- ever went to Epstein’s residence for any reason

- was mentioned in one or more of Epstein’s emails

None of these things were a crime or indicate that a crime was committed. But why take a chance? I think anyone who was in NYC or Palm Beach at the same time as Epstein is probably guilty of something. Let’s just nuke both places and get rid of all doubt.

Trump did some wonderful things in his first term, but the hard truth is he got played badly by Big Pharma and the medical establishment during the Covid panic. We all suffered badly in 2020 because of it. He’s just made the same mistake again only far worse.

In response to America’s obesity pandemic, Trump announced last week that the GLP-1 weight loss drugs will come down drastically in cost in the United States. It looks like he will also get them covered by Medicare and Medicaid. Over 130 million Americans will become eligible for these drugs. This is a Titanic-about-to-hit-the-iceberg catastrophe in the making. This will sink America. I am not exaggerating. Please read on.

I hope that somewhere within you there is some shred of wisdom or common sense that tells you if a person is overweight, getting in shape and getting healthy can’t be as simple as just taking some shots or pills.

People who believe that are falling victim to humankind’s primitive desire for magic potions. Big Pharma is only too happy to play the role of modern witch-doctors offering magic cures as long as it results in billions of dollars in profits. They don’t care about you. They will knowingly cause your death if it makes them money. That is how evil they are.

You think I’m making it up? Remember Oxycontin – the 1990s wonder drug that Purdue Pharma promised would take away all pain? They told you it was non-addictive. They lied, and that lie has cost over a million American lives. A million! But that is nothing compared to the death and devastation the GLP-1 drugs will cause because Big Pharma is telling you an even bigger lie this time.

Keep the images of Ozempic face in your mind as you read the following. Here is the whole truth about the new weight loss drugs that the pharmaceutical companies don’t want you to know.

1. Yes, the drugs will seem to work in the short run. You can lose something like 20% of your weight in the first year. That initial success is why they are so appealing and so dangerous.

2. But don’t be stupid; you don’t want to lose ‘weight’, you want to lose excess body fat. There’s a reason Big Pharma uses the word ‘weight’, they are trying to con you.

3. Research shows that fully one-third of the ‘weight’ you will lose on the GLP-1 drugs is muscle, and that is a catastrophe for you.

4. After our early 20s, the average person who doesn’t weight-train will lose about one pound of lean body mass [mostly muscle] per year. That’s called aging. If you lose 30 pounds on the weight loss drugs, 10 of those pounds will be muscle, which means you will have prematurely aged yourself by about ten years. Is that really what you want?

5. Again, don’t be stupid. The loss of 10 pounds of muscle will make you look and feel terrible, and it will significantly lower your metabolism and ability to burn off calories.

6. That is why research shows that after people quit taking the drugs [because of the cost, the side effects or they reach their weight loss goals] they will gain back all of the lost body fat within one year. That’s not a guess, it’s what the research shows. Look it up.

This should be your plan

Take care of yourself, get healthy, and use the time we have left to prepare for what is about to happen by becoming as self-sufficient as you can.

Instead of paying for the drugs, use your money to hire a personal trainer for three to four months and work out three or four times a week for 12 to 16 weeks - weights and cardio. It will transform you.

At the same time, make these simple but effective changes to how you eat:

• Cut out sugar and starch from your diet. You will miss them badly for about a month and then the cravings will go away. I promise you this will happen, I’ve done it myself and helped lots of others do it.

• Stop eating or snacking in the evening. If you eat just an extra 300 calories a night, it will add up to 30 pounds of extra body fat in a year. Do the math.

• Stop eating processed foods. They are horrible for you in every way.

After you make this smart effort, you will be stronger, leaner, more energetic, youthful and attractive. You will have lost the 20 pounds of excess body fat you would have lost with the drugs but without destroying your metabolism, looks and well-being.

Once you are in great shape, it is amazingly easy to keep it. Eat well six days a week and then feast or party on Friday or Saturday. In terms of exercise, all you will have to do is a one hour maintenance weight-training workout and a couple of aerobic workouts each week. That’s it, about two hours of effort per week and you can stay in shape forever.

I really hope you do it.

Trump is about to do something that will end up killing millions of Americans, crushing our healthcare system and wrecking our economy. He’s trying to make weight-loss drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy available to upwards of 136 million Americans. He thinks he’s helping, but he doesn’t understand how dangerous this is.

I was in the fitness business for over 50 years. I’ve seen the results of everything everyone has ever tried in order to lose weight, get healthy and look good. I am telling you that all of the GLP-1 drugs are a nightmare in the making. It will be ten times worse than the horrible outcomes of Oxycontin that ended up killing a million Americans. Don’t ever trust big pharma. Never. Never. Never. It is evil.

Here is what you need to know.

Yes, the drugs will allow most people to lose a significant amount of weight in the beginning. They will appear to work in the short run, which will make them extremely attractive to people who don’t take the time to read the research on them, which is almost everybody.

Once you start taking them, you’re trapped. You must continue to take them to keep the weight off. That’s what big pharma wants so it can make billions of dollars at your expense. The research shows that once a person quits taking the drugs, they will immediately start gaining the weight back. Again, it is a biochemical trap.

But it gets even worse. The research also shows that one-third of the weight that’s lost is what is called ‘lean body mass’, which is mostly muscle tissue. So if a person manages to lose 30 pounds of ‘weight’, it will be made up of 20 pounds of body fat and 10 pounds of muscle. That muscle loss is a disaster in terms of your vigor, appearance, well-being and youthfulness. It amounts to a person prematurely aging themselves by ten years. If you want some idea of what this will be like, imagine what would have happened if the Covid-19 pandemic had never subsided. Something like 94% – 98% of the Americans who died of Covid-19 were overweight and/or on one or more medications. If tens of millions of Americans start taking the weight loss drugs, we will suffer a death spiral without end.

If you are overweight, here is what you should do instead. Even if Trump manages to get the cost of the GLP-1 drugs down to $150 per month, it will still cost you $1800 for one year. Rather than destroy your life with that money, use it to hire a personal trainer for three months instead - that’s all it would take to turn your life around.

Before we retired, my wife and I ran a fitness studio in our garage which we remodeled and equipped for about $25,000. We trained four people at a time with almost no overhead costs, so we were able to give people the benefits of personal training at about 20% of the usual cost.

Our success rate with men was over 90% and just around 75% for women. The difference is that the women we worked with generally had more complicated lives than men.

It took us on average about three to four months to turn people’s lives around. It took our clients about five to six hours of effort per week for 12 to 16 weeks to lose their unwanted body fat, gain strength and endurance, look fantastic and feel great.

Once they got in great shape, all they had to do to stay that way was eat smart six days a week, do a couple of cardio workouts each week, and weight train for about an hour once a week. Once you are in great shape, maintaining it is ridiculously easy.

If you stupidly decide to take the effortless way out by simply taking a pill or getting a jab, you will pay a terrible price in the long run. Don’t do it. Do the smart thing instead.

The senator from Pennsylvania has denounced the hateful rhetoric of the Far Left, supported Trump’s efforts to reestablish law and order and, most recently, rejected Chuck Schumer’s call for a government shutdown. In other words, he’s being reasonable.

But it is becoming obvious that there is no room for reason or common sense in what remains of the Democratic Party. That is why former Democrats like Manchin and Sinema are gone. That is why others like RFK Jr. and Gabbard have joined with Trump. Fetterman is the Democratic Party’s last chance. And they’re going to blow it.

As you watch the bewildering decline of the world’s oldest political party, it is crucial that you truly understand what you are witnessing.

It is the destruction caused by the worst failing of the human heart and mind, the bane of human existence, the unforgiving force that has brought down every civilization from the dawn of time. It is the monster that wants to devour you and everything you care about. The Democratic Party is being destroyed by an ancient force, and you are watching it happen in real time.

Think about it; over the last 10,000 years, countless civilizations have risen only to fall in ways that caused horrific death and destruction. China is a revealing example of this - over the last 4000 years, something like 14 dynasties have come and gone in an unending cycle of rise only to fall. The current communist dynasty is already suffering the same fate. And throughout it all, nothing ever gets better.

There is obviously some powerful uplifting force that makes it possible for people to rise. But then it is all wiped away by some other terrible force that causes humankind to come crashing down. Until people understand what is happening, they will always be powerless victims of this unseen danger just as you are right now.

The uplifting force is easy to grasp – it’s humankind’s amazing ability to think, learn and understand. People at many times and places in the world used their cognitive abilities to gain some new technology or wisdom. That resulted in rapid progress, temporary success and the building of great empires. But within a few generations, it’s all undone and the civilizations collapse or are wiped out.

There is a terrible counterforce that acts like a kind of unrelenting gravity on human affairs. We can see it happening right now in what was once the British Empire as England crashes and burns right in front of us. We in America are not that far behind.

That unforgiving force is stupidity. It happens because all human beings are always highly susceptible to false beliefs. We are constantly vulnerable to bad ideas because of a combination of severely limited perceptions and strong but misleading emotions. It starts off like this - there is some problem we face or there’s something we want, we get this idea that seems to offer a quick and easy solution, and we hastily act on it without thinking it through. Then we suffer the negative outcomes. That’s the first stage of stupidity.

What happens next determines our fate.

If we are smart enough to reexamine our beliefs, recognize the false one that is causing us pain, drop the self-destructive idea and change our behavior accordingly, we can minimize the damage done and actually end up smarter and more successful than we were before we got stupid. That unfortunately is how much of human progress is achieved – by learning hard lessons through harsh trial-and-error experiences. That’s the price of stage one stupidity.

But, if like the Democrats, people are unable to examine their beliefs and let go of the bad ones, they descend into the next level of personal and collective hell caused by even worse stupidity. This happens when beliefs for some reason become too dear to people to let go of. The false belief has become part of their identity; they see it as who they are or what makes them superior to others. That is what has happened with the ‘diversity’, ‘inclusion’ and ‘equity’ foolishness that is driving the Democratic Party into irreversible stupidity.

This second and far worse stage of stupidity happens when people invent new false beliefs to explain away the failure of the original false belief. This usually involves blaming someone or something else for the bad outcomes of the original false belief. That is how the Democratic Party’s disastrous efforts to ‘help’ Black America by overcoming ‘racism’ in the 1960s was transformed into the crusade against the mythical ‘systemic racism’ in the 1990s. That is why Democrats became the masters of the blame game.

Stage two stupidity is highly destructive. Democrat stupidity is the reason things have gotten so much worse for Black Americans over the last sixty years – hundreds of thousands of Black people killed by other Black people, cities like Detroit and Baltimore turned into vast drug-infested unlivable ghettos, the failure of predominately Black schools, and the destruction of the majority of Black families.

But it’s getting worse. What you are witnessing right now is the decline of the Democratic Party from this second stage of stupidity into terminal stupidity. This happens when people finally lose all wisdom, common sense and the ability to learn from experience which is so obviously taking place.

That’s why Democrats will not tolerate John Fetterman for much longer. They are compelled by their stupidity to not only keep doing all the same dumb stuff over and over again, they are being driven to do even dumber stuff. That’s what is about to happen to New York City as its people stupidly elect a communist as their mayor even though communism has failed every damn time it’s been tried.

Unfortunately stupidity can get even worse than that. It can become what I call zombie stupidity. This is the point at which people become so lost and unhappy because of the bad outcomes of their false beliefs they become angry, hateful and a grave danger to nonstupid people. Like zombies in a movie who react with a murderous frenzy at the sight or sound of a normal person, zombie stupid people cannot tolerate anyone disagreeing with them. They will become enraged at the sound of reasonable discussion and attack others verbally and physically because they’ve lost all regard for human life. The person who killed those innocent children in Minneapolis a few weeks ago was zombie stupid. The person who assassinated Charlie Kirk was zombie stupid.

If you want to see how widespread zombie stupidity has become, just look at the number of people who celebrated the public execution of Charlie Kirk. It shows that millions of Americans have succumbed to the worst level of cognitive and spiritual decline and if nothing is done, it will rapidly get worse.

John Fetterman is the Democratic Party’s last grasp on reality. The moment he is removed from or leaves the party, that will be the sure sign to the rest of us that the remaining Democrats are irredeemable and America needs a new party to replace the terminally stupid one.

As much as you may have good reason to support the Republican Party now, be absolutely sure of one thing – power always corrupts. Unless the Republicans have an effective, nonstupid, opposition party to keep them honest, the people who pick up where Trump leaves off in 2028 will quickly become their own version of stupid, and then we are all done for.

Stupidity is the real enemy, and we are all capable of it. Every day you should repeat these words to yourself, ‘I might be wrong about this.’ Humility combined with a sincere desire to know the truth is the only way to immunize yourself against the destructive power of false beliefs.

1. People who publicly call for the death of another person should be treated legally the same as someone who falsely yells 'fire' in a crowded building. They are putting other people in jeopardy of injury and death and should be prosecuted.

2. People who falsely accuse another person of being something terrible like a Nazi, racist or pedophile should be held accountable for libel in the civil courts. Deliberately using lies or unverified accusations to harm someone’s reputation cannot be tolerated especially in the age of social media where slander can destroy a person’s life in a matter of hours. Resorting to these kinds of nasty attacks should result in bankruptcy.

3. But other kinds of ‘hateful’ speech must be permitted in a democratic society where freedom of speech is a necessary and constitutional right. No bureaucrat, politician, or academic can ever be trusted to define in legal terms what speech is ‘too hurtful’. People will always be tempted to define everything their political opponents and cultural adversaries say as hate speech that must be banned. That will result in the end of free speech and peaceful discussion and the beginning of a dictatorship.

But people can still respond to hateful speech through criticism and exclusion. That is what should happen to everyone who is celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk. If someone is so emotionally and spiritually twisted that they are happy another human being, a husband and father of two small children was horribly murdered for trying to facilitate civil discourse, that is someone you should have as little to do with as possible. Have no doubt they will turn on you the moment you dare to disagree with them.

In these troubled times we must all develop the compassion and self-restraint needed to say, ‘you’re wrong’ instead of ‘you’re evil and I hope you die’. Our nation cannot survive if we don’t.

“If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal. If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist. If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian. If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.” (emphasis added)

What a great writer. She captured in just a few words the deadly progression of the sickness of the mind that created the monsters who killed three children in Nashville, two children in Minneapolis, Charlie Kirk in Utah and countless others.

Let me explain it in a different way.

Every person on earth, including me and you, is highly susceptible to false beliefs. We all screw up [in my case many times] by getting some dumb idea in our heads and acting on it. Then we suffer the bad outcomes. What happens next 1) shows what kind of person we are and 2) determines our fate.

There are only two kinds of people in the world: smart and stupid.

If you have the capacity to learn the right lessons from harsh experience, you can free yourself from false beliefs, end up smarter [wiser] than you started out and become increasingly successful in life. That’s what smart people do; they avoid or overcome false ideas.

But there are people who can’t reexamine their beliefs even when they turn out to be totally false and horribly destructive. For some reason, the beliefs have become too dear to them to let go of. That’s what foolish people do; they cling to false ideas and become stupidified.

False beliefs act like deadly pathogens that infect and destroy a person’s mind. It happens when people lack the natural immunity of wisdom and common sense. Once a false belief gets ahold of a person and they can’t shake it off, he or she is doomed to the downward progression that Rowling so wisely and ably identified. But we need to know why it happens, so I will rephrase it as the four levels of stupidity.

Illiberal is actually stage-one stupidity. This happens when a person adopts and acts on some seriously false belief. You can tell that a person is at this level because things aren’t going well in their lives, and they are experiencing some significant unhappiness and confusion. Been there, done that.

Fundamentalist is stage-two stupidity. This is the result when a person is incapable of re-examining their beliefs and dropping the ones that are false, no matter how bad the outcomes are. What they do instead is adopt more false beliefs to explain away the failure of the original false belief. The telltale signs of stage-two stupidity are the constant and angry blaming of someone or something else and the stubborn denial of any personal responsibility.

Totalitarian is terminal stupidity. This level is reached when a person has accumulated so many false beliefs they can no longer think rationally, act effectively in their own best interests or get along with people who don’t think like they do. They are trapped in their stupidity, and there is no way out. The outcomes of their false beliefs have become so negative and painful, these people are being driven to despair. They come to believe that the only thing that will save them is to stop others from criticizing and opposing their cherished beliefs. The telltale signs of terminal stupidity are naming-calling, avoiding smart people, an inability to engage in productive discussion or debate, and a growing desire to control others.

Terrorist is zombie stupidity. A person’s level of stupidity never stays the same; it either gets better or worse. Eventually stupidity will get so bad that a person will be driven into a rage at the mere sight or sound of anyone disagreeing with them. It’s much like zombies in a movie who are driven into a frenzy by the sound of any normal human activity. We see it a lot on college campuses today. The sure signs of zombie stupidity are extreme hostility and a complete disregard for human life.

Zombie stupidity is what killed Charlie Kirk and the innocent children in Nashville and Minneapolis. Terminal stupidity is what is driving the Democratic Party. Most Americans are struggling with stage-one and stage-two stupidity. Our nation is on the brink.

Charlie Kirk was a smart person [not perfect, no one is]. He was genuinely trying to help people regain wisdom, common sense and the ability to think rationally enough to overcome the false beliefs that are destroying our nation and our lives. We can’t let his death mark the final triumph of stupid over smart.

The starting point of smart is humility. Everyone of us needs to realize that we can be wrong about something. We must always be willing to reexamine our beliefs in light of all the available evidence and drop any of them that are proven false.

Nietzsche got it right when he said there are only two kinds of people – those who want to believe and those who want to know. In other words, stupid or smart. If you want a quick way to be able to test if someone is stupid or smart, ask them this simple question, “Is it possible that you might be wrong about something?” Stupid people can’t help revealing themselves immediately by their negative responses.

If we follow the lead of people like Kirk and Rowling, we can triumph over stupidity and stop all the unnecessary suffering it causes.

I don’t know anything about security and guarding people, but I can observe and see the obvious. If someone took me to the place where Kirk was going to set up his tent, and that person asked me where I thought a threat to Kirk’s safety might come from, I would have pointed without any hesitation to the exact spot the shot was taken from because it would have been so f---ing obvious! Again, it was right in front of Kirk at a distance that is easy to shoot from. I don’t like guns, but my son is an amateur shooter, and I just asked him how hard that shot would be for him. He said that 19 out of 20 times, Kirk would have been dead.

What’s even worse, the exact same thing almost happened to Trump in Butler, PA. Again, if someone took me up on the stage that Trump was going to speak from and said, Jon, is there anyplace you can see that would pose a threat to the President, I would have without hesitation pointed to the roof from which the shot came that almost killed Trump. Again, because it would have been so f---ing obvious! How was that guy allowed to get up there?!!! Especially with all the Secret Service and police. It….doesn’t….make….any….sense.

Are the people assigned to protect our conservative leaders completely incompetent or is there something more sinister going on? How do two homicidal young men with long guns get that close to people like Trump and Kirk when everyone should have known they were in constant danger of being shot?
