What lingers after watching Love Story?

I want to share some reflections on style and the longing for authenticity.

Thoughts on identity and the wardrobe as a mirror and a manifestation tool...

A weaving of energetics, the different layers and deeper meaning of styling and how we choose to dress. We can shift the way we feel with the way we dress. It’s a moving ritual. A creative act that will have ripple effects of how you experience life. Our style is a constant evolution that mirrors our inner landscape.

It’s such a beautiful Venusian way of living life, to care for and be very intentional with how we dress for different occasions, for every-day-moments, for work, for workouts, for walks, playing in the park with our kids, going to the theatre or travelling.

And to celebrate life by dressing in a way that makes you live more beautifully.

A wardrobe that inspires you and makes you feel amazing. In a way that’s true for you.

It’s an ever evolving process as you move through life, to refine and elevate your unique style code. And just as nature, as everything, it shifts and changes with the seasons in life.

Some pieces in your wardrobe holds the memory of old versions of you. When you tune in and work intentional with refining your wardrobe you will feel it. When it’s time to let go, to create space for the new. Spring is a perfect moment in time to be creative, get inspired again and do a little inventory and reset, clearing out the wardrobe in a way that makes you feel a sense of levity and vitality. To be inspired by your own style. To have a wardrobe that reflects you. And to have fun with it!

A curation. Quality over quantity. An intentional wardrobe that uplifts you, supports your life and the woman you are now… and the woman you’re becoming.

We can channel our higher selves through the way we chose to dress.

It’s a devotional act.

The body as a temple.

So, my reflections after watching Love Story? There is something about the aftermath of the show. And there is always something happening between the lines.

What we see is rarely the whole story.

What moves us often lives in the subtle, in what is not said, not shown, not explained. And maybe that is why something like Love Story stays with us, even as it dissolves as quickly as it appeared, leaving us with something…

Can you feel it?

Not just the story itself, not even the romance, or the tragedy, the loss that runs beneath it, or the iconic image of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. But something other than that lingers…

For me it’s about being centered and rooted in authenticity. And a way of feeling and a way of being…

The radical act to be yourself fully. And express it in your unique way. To watch the show and be immersed in that world for a couple of weeks was inspiring and it felt like a reminder. You could almost call it an activation. And I have to mention that I watched the In VOGUE: The 90’s documentary too during these weeks. It was like taking a dubble espresso of the 90’s into my being…

It’s not the hype but the subtle recalibration that follows. A quiet longing. Not for the clothes or the style, but for something we could feel between the lines. It’s about the pace. The analog way of living. The presence.

Something real.

And the way she moved through it, not performing. Using clothes as an extension, not a statement. It lingers.

It’s also about building, creating a life that you’re deeply drawn to. Not just moving through life through a screen, constantly overstimulated.

An exhale.

To be centered. Grounded. Present in life.

To enjoy life through the senses. To really take it in. Culture. Art. Literature. Music. Cooking, Relationships. Working with our hands. Reclaiming our focus and attention.

Reclaiming beauty.

Of course, Carolyn and her style are, and will always be a source of inspiration, something some of us will return to again and again. A forever reference in the back of our minds. I’ve had her on my Pinterest boards as a reference for years.’

But it goes deeper than the white shirt, the Levi’s jeans, the headband, the sunglasses, the neutrals, or the way she moved effortlessly between casual and evening. Her curation of what she loved to wear. She was fluent in the minimalistic language, but more than that, she translated it into something entirely her own. Her way of wearing the leopard coat, her way of using, and not using, accessories and jewellery, her way of combining pieces that made her feed. Effortless.

To combine a crisp white shirt, tucked into a long evening silk skirt (both Yohji Yamamato) and that little golden Paco Rabanne bag…

Genius.

That’s a key when it comes to the way we dress and finding our style.

To dress in a way that feels like us.

Because it shows.

In the way you move.

Act.

Live your life.

Dress for the part you want to play in life.

Dress for the life that’s yours.

Hearing Rudy Mance speak about the process behind the show, stepping in after the initial critique around the styling, and the level of precision and care that went into re-creating her wardrobe, was deeply impressive.

Not just the pieces themselves. But the intention behind them. The work of translating an energy into form. The work behind the styling, re-creating the looks was such an important part of the experience. That authenticity, you could feel it.

I also loved the scenes at the Calvin Klein office. So interesting to hear the work behind creating it for the show.

It made me reflect on how we approach style today. How we so often begin by looking outward. Searching for references that mirror something we can feel but cannot yet fully articulate within ourselves.

We collect.

We observe.

We are drawn to the clean line, the perfect coat, the perfectly undone hair, not only because of how it looks. But because of how it feels in the body. Something that sparks something deeper. As if our minds are weaving stories of how life beyond the moodboard is lived. We’re reading between the lines.

The clothes we wear, our style, are an extension of our energy field. How we choose to dress carries layers of meaning. It affects us more than we know. We can use our wardrobe as a manifestation tool and it’s the same when it comes to our home. Everything carries energy.

There is a reason so many are drawn to Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.

And yet, it was never just the clothes.

So what is it, really?

It was the way she inhabited them. The way her presence settled into simplicity rather than performing it. Her energy. Her integrity. The way she allowed simplicity to be enough. So that her essence, her energy, her radiance could shine through. There was something enigmatic about her, a kind of mystique. There was, and still is, an ethereal, otherworldly quality to her, a quiet magnetism.

Kelly Klein, too, deserves a moment here. Another expression of the same language, but entirely her own. I found myself drawn to images of her style…

There is also something deeper we are responding to when we return to the 90s.

A realness.

A rawness.

The analog era, something about it speaks to us. It’s easy to say that it was more authentic. More effortless. It’s not that there were no references. Fashion has always been in dialogue with what came before. But what feels different is how those references were held.

There was less access. Less exposure. Less noise. More personality, maybe.

You could not scroll through endless images of how to dress, who to be...

References lived in magazines, in films, in real people moving through real spaces. And because of that, there was a kind of distance that allowed something else to emerge. Something more intuitive, more embodied, less performative.

And maybe that is why it feels so magnetic now. That’s why we’re always drawn to those images and references again and again…

Because the minimalism of the 90s was not only an aesthetic, it was a response.

A quiet turning away from excess, from noise, from the overstimulation of the decade before, the 80s. And within that, there was space to exist more fully. Even if some of what we associate with the 90s was already emerging in the late 80s.

Kelly Klein’s presence, her eye, became a part of the world Calvin Klein was shaping. And with Christy Turlington, that energy took form. And speaking of energy. She didn’t just model the clothes. She carried something softer, more grounded.

A different kind of beauty.

A different kind of presence…

They weren’t dressing inside a constant stream of references. They were living, and the clothes followed. And this is what we’re longing for now. Not to recreate the 90s, but to return to that feeling and how we can translate it into our own lives.

To not be constantly influenced. To not need to curate ourselves through what we see. But instead, to allow something to emerge from within. Something that feels like ours before it is shaped by anything else. It’s a balance between the inner and the outer.

It’s about alignment.

Because true style is not something you can copy. You can be inspired, moved, even transformed by what you see, but you cannot wear someone else’s energy, no matter how precisely you recreate the surface. It’s about curation and a way of translating it into your own unique language. That’s the alchemy, that’s where the magic happens.

What draws you in is not the outfit. It is the feeling. The coherence. The sense of someone being fully with herself, without needing to explain or exaggerate anything.

This is where style reveals itself as something much deeper.

Not surface, but substance. Layers of your personality.

In its truest form, becomes a way of regulating, a subtle but powerful way of returning to yourself through what you choose to wear and surround yourself with.

A way of coming back into the body, into the present moment.

Beauty works in the same way. A regulation for the nervous system.

A shift in light across a wall in the late afternoon. Fresh tulips slowly opening and changing shape over days. The way a fabric moves with the body rather than against it. A cup of tea. The first page of a new book. Noticing the song of the birds. These small, almost invisible moments carry something. They invite you back into presence. They can spark creativity, a return to presence, to gratitude.

Beauty is a portal. An anchor.

When you begin to notice this, you realise it has never been superficial.

Your wardrobe holds more than clothes. It holds memory, identity, energy. Versions of you that have existed across time. Some still alive, some gently ready to be released.

I’ve been moving through a quiet edit myself. Not as a reaction, but as a response to something deeper becoming clearer. Letting go of what no longer feels like me, even if it once did. There comes a moment when you stop asking what looks right, and begin to feel what is right.

This is where your style begins. Not as an aesthetic, but as an attunement.

A relationship between your inner world and how you choose to express it.

What feels natural on your body? What allows you to move, create, enjoy life?

What supports the way you want to move through your day, rather than interrupting it?

True style isn’t about dressing well.

It’s about feeling like yourself. And dressing for the part you want to play in life.

And from that place, everything refines.

A return to your own signature.

It’s an emotional initiation, an energy that cuts through illusions, attachments, old identities, old timelines. And as someone with my Moon, Lilith and Pluto in Scorpio… to navigate this realm is familiar for me. Descent and rebirth have always been my nature. And I’m so grateful for all my tools and rituals I can use to move through it and alchemize it. I’ve lived it in my body, in my relationships, in my health, work, in my motherhood, in my art… in every threshold I’ve crossed during my life.

Now, in the final days of Scorpio season, we are swimming in the depths of the most intense New Moon of the year 20th of November. We’re also in retrograde skies and feeling the long echoes of eclipse season. The final breaths of a collective year 9 and for me also a personal year 9. The medicine of the year of the Snake, shedding, clearing, dissolving. Intense and necessary.

We’ve walked through the 11/11 portal. We’ve rearranged our lives. We’ve released karmic threads and navigated endings we didn’t expect. We made it. We’re alive.

Even though some moments in this crash course of being a soul having a human experience have felt almost too intense to hold… still, here we are.

And in those moments, my mantra has been:

“I’ve signed up for this. My soul chose this so I could evolve.”

I’ve kept trusting the process while crying and trembling during many nights this autumn in the midst of winds of change and unknown in my personal life. The path of letting go and surrender to what is. I know it’s happening for me but I know I have to be with it all, feel it all to let the emotions move through me, just like a storm. It will pass, calm and clarity will follow.

We’re in the process of breaking free from every thought, emotion, pattern, relationship, job, and identity that has kept us small. Anything that limits our highest timeline simply cannot stay.

PREPARATIONS FOR THE NEW CHAPTER

We are writing a new manuscript for our lives. This is the beginning. And these last months in the liminal space, this in between, this descent, this cocoon have prepared us to shed everything that cannot follow us into our rebirth.

A line in the sand. Our golden shadows and golden gifts are switching on. Our intuition is sharpening. Our bodies are speaking, somedays they are speaking loud. This is a moment in time of transition.

And slowly, we’re returning to our magic again…

INITIATIONS

My own descent this week has been a beautiful, powerful trilogy of dark goddess initiations in deep meditations. Lilith, Hecate and Persephone.

Lilith arrived first, in a fully embodied, sacred initiation that pulled me into the deepest truth of my desire. A sensual remembrance and dark feminine reclamation.

A homecoming into my body. It was a powerful and a magical experience.

Hecate followed, with keys, crossroads, sigils, and the message:

“Weave your magic. Spread your gold. The path opens as you share your gifts.”

And yesterday, Persephone called me into the underworld, through a gate of glimmering Disney-like blue flowers before entering a portal into darkness, across an underworld river of souls, to a golden throne rooted in the pulsing, golden electrical heart of the earth. I saw black serpents, bats, roots glowing with gold. I felt the power rising from the soil into my blood vessels. I received a black crystalline mantle and a golden pen, a reminder that my voice, my words, my art are part of my destiny. I walked back to the surface in the mediation carried by a black, shiny horse in the moonlight. A clear omen for the coming Fire Horse year in 2026 that begins in February…

These weren’t regular meditations. They were initiations. And I know many of you have felt similar energies, the descent, the cracking open, the clearing, the psychic clarity, the urge to go deep within. Scorpio teaches us that our emotions are our power, we can alchemize them. They are gateways. Revealing and unveiling for our highest good.

You will know when you feel called to explore mythology and these archetypes, the dark goddesses. It’s like they’re calling you when it’s time. And I felt the calling this week in the deep waters of Scorpio season just before the New Moon.

We cannot bypass this part of feeling it all. The rage, the grief, the tears, the fear, the endings. We must feel the fire before we rise from it. And this… this is where the Phoenix awakens. This is where the breakthrough begins. This is where the old chains fall away, the medicine is to feel it all.

CONNECTING WITH OUR DEEPEST DESIRES

We are entering a chapter where we can connect with our deepest desires and they will have have space to land, a chapter we’ve been energetically preparing for during years of inner work, healing, unraveling, and remembering. We’re laying the foundation now.

Everything that drains, leaks, or pulls us out of alignment has been surfacing to be released. Everything that doesn’t resonate with our truth is being stripped away. Everything false is burning in the alchemical fire of this New Moon.

The Snake teaches us: Shed what no longer fits. Doors are closing. More importantly, you are closing them. We’re creating space for alignment.

This New Moon is a powerful reset, preparing us for a new numerology year 1 next year and for the shift into the Fire Horse year in February. We’re realizing that anything is possible and we’re rewiring our nervous systems to hold our expansion. To hold our wildest, truest dreams. We’re strengthening our bodies, our blood, our foundations. Light codes are activating. We’re returning to our wild woman, our dark goddess, our inner oracle. We have been forced to slow down and listen.

We’re refining our strategy, our values, our desires, our truth and with Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio no detail is missed. Everything is orchestrated, none of this is random.

We’re moving toward a new direction, a direction of our souls that has been whispering about for years. So, surrender to the mystery, surrender to the unknown, surrender to your own unfolding.

Let the descent and the rebirth be holy. This is truly a magical time if we see it like that and feel through that lens. This is the path of the Phoenix and this is the moment just before you rise.

Let these questions open you give you guidance in the potent waters of this moon…

• Emotions as a superpower, embrace them. If I tune into the depths of my being, my body, my oracle, what’s the messages? What does my emotions trying to teach me and show me right now if I explore and tune into the depths of what I’m feeling without any judgement?

• What emotions am I resisting that actually wants to liberate me?

• What challenges am I facing in my life now and what does these challenges try to teach me? Is it self love? Standing in and reclaiming my power? Choosing love over fear? Radical trust? Honesty?

• What fears and old limiting beliefs, old programming holds me back to fully live my life in my unique, authentic way?

• What am I letting go of, shedding? What cycles, patterns, ways of being, habits, relationships are ending to create space for the new?

• What desire have I been afraid or ashamed to name?

• What drains my life force? Where am I leaking energy and what boundaries closes those leaks? What aligned actions do I need to take to tend to my energy field?

• Which version of me is dying, and am I willing to let her go?

• If I told the full truth about what I want… what changes now?

• What do I long for? What excites me? When I tune into my dreams and deepest desires what arises from the depths? Tune into limitless possibilities. Visualize your dream life and tune into the feelings…

Let the answers rise from your womb, your bones, your breath.

This is the descent before the rising, the breath before the becoming.

The moment where the underworld has handed back your own power. It’s raw, golden, electric. Trust the unraveling, trust the pulse in your chest, trust the woman you’re returning to.

And remember:

You’re not falling apart.

You’re shapeshifting.

You’re remembering.

And the path ahead… is already opening for you in ways the mind cannot predict but your heart and soul can feel. The yearning from deep within.

A renewal. It’s happening.

You’ve made it so far. Keep going, one step at a time. Be present with it all. Tend to your body, mind and soul, be extra gentle and care for your self in transitions like this. Deep breaths. A hand on your heart during moments when you need to center and come back to yourself.

MIRROR & BEAUTY MAGIC

Look yourself deep into your own eyes in the mirror. Let her know that you are so proud of the courage you have and that you have the power to rise and create again and again. Stronger, wiser and more magnetic as ever before on the other side of the fire. In your unique way, work with your gaze in the mirror the upcoming days to ground in the new frequency.

And, the day of the New Moon in Scorpio and the days after… it’s a perfect time for shower or bath rituals, letting everything you’re shedding be washed away and see it literally go down the drain. Salt scrubs are very good to symbolize shedding of the old, preparing for the new. And remember to drink a lot of water, Scorpio is fiery energy but it’s a water sign, so keep yourself hydrated.

ENDINGS BECOMES BEGINNINGS

The end is the beginning. Shadows becomes gifts. The natural cycle of life. Trust.

The Liminal Space Between Eclipses

So, we are in a very liminal time and space. We’re in the portal between eclipses. The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo is taking place 21st of September just before the Autumn Equinox. And it feels like a purging, a cosmic detox on such a deep soul level.

The more we listen and tend to our nervous system and our body, the more the body’s wisdom can shine through and give us clues and golden keys on our path, in the now and ahead. This is a time of deep transformation and healing.

Because we’re in this in between, between who we have been and who we are becoming, we don’t need to know so much more. We’re not supposed to have all the answers yet of our new, more elevated version of self. We can simply be the observer, listen to what comes up, and start connecting the dots. This is a reset, a sacred pause.

We’re in the spiritual axis with the South Node in Virgo and the North Node in Pisces. We just came out of a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, the watery, emotional landscape of that archetype, and now we’re entering the second New Moon in a row in Virgo. Virgo is all about the body, the nervous system, our physical vessel, and how we regulate and care for it so it can hold more expansion, inspiration, light, joy, passion, love, creativity.

Questions: What intentional new daily habits can support you, your body, and your spirit? Have you received some intuitive messages of what you need to implement in your day to day life to support your becoming?

I’m deep in that process. Today is the first day of my moon cycle, and the last few days I’ve been shedding old layers, coming down to the core essence of what really needs tending. It’s a process of listening to the body’s wisdom, of meeting the stored trauma and unprocessed emotions that surface as lived experiences in the body during everyday life. This fall, my top priority is my nervous system, to regulate it, tend to it, tend my inner garden, and show my body it is safe again. It’s safe to be me.

After a stressful yet transformative period, I worked a 9-to-5 job in fashion this spring and summer. One day I just quit, my body (and intuition) gave me all the signs, and I followed my intuition instantly. Now, after summer, I’m calibrating and landing. And here I am in this liminal space, in sync with Eclipse season, standing at the edge of a quantum leap. A sacred preparation. But before I can hold more light, I need to honor this in between, between the old and the new. To really be present with this space and what it is teaching, showing me…

Questions: Who am I becoming? Who am I? That’s a big question. I wrote that in my journal this morning. Who am I?

I’m peeling back deep layers, letting my authenticity and essence shine through. And I want the courage to stay vulnerable, to keep sharing my process. Because we are mirrors for each other. What I move through, many of you are moving through too, shedding the old, not yet seeing the path ahead. This is the void, the liminal space, between the seen and the unseen, where we read between the lines and listen for the whispers of the soul. We can see it as a magical space, the magic dark. The Sacred Pause

Now is the time to be the observer, not to act from a heightened nervous system place. Breathe. Feel. Tend to your heart. Go gently. Rest when you need to. Regulating our nervous system is the key to manifesting the life we dream of, because this vessel needs to hold the expansion of light. Abundance can’t land in a body that is still wired for survival. We need to calibrate into a new frequency.

I’ve been slowing down, giving myself days that feel like a spiritual retreat at home. I’ve cried a lot. Yawning a lot during nervous system practices, a way that the body is coming into the parasympathetic nervous system. Eclipse season is heightened energy, and the collective field is very charged too, with the polarity of light and dark on the planet. We need to expand our nervous system to hold more light, to be the light, to share our authentic voice, to anchor that light in our hearts and spread that pure light and heart energy.

Questions: What’s holding you back? What’s holding me back from my fullest expression?

An answer, a key could be in the nervous system, a system that’s so important to tend to and to regulate every day. We need to show our nervous system it’s safe, that our angels are here, our guides are with us. I’ve been returning to EFT tapping, and it’s so powerful, yesterday I cried and released so much. I’m grateful for all the tools I’m using and I’m grateful for how the universe always guides us to what we need. It’s such an abundance that we have access to so many wonderful, powerful tools for regulating. I’ve been connecting to my breath, putting away my phone a lot and being held in guided meditations laying in bed with my cashmere socks, a wool blanket and an eye pillow. Diving deep within. Yesterday I took a journey in a Reiki meditation with The Oracle of Delphi and Apollo. A light code activation for replenishment.

So, my invitation to you is: slow down. Be here. Honor the wisdom you’ve collected, in this lifetime, in parallel lives, in all your experiences. That wisdom is gold. You are your own alchemist. Tend to your temple, your body and so you can let your gold shine.

Questions: How can you nourish yourself more each day? What does intentional living mean for you? How can you honor your energy, let yourself be held by life, to trust in something bigger? The divine timing and orchestration of life.

Remember, when you look back, it has always turned out okay, and even more than okay. Look around you, connect with gratitude for all the abundance you’ve created for yourself. Even when storms feel endless, clarity comes. I talk from many experiences…

Take baby steps. Breathe. Somatic movement. Cook a nourishing meal with presence. Go to bed early. Take a walk in nature. Drink your favourite tea in your favourite cup. Step into the shower and visualize silver light washing you clean and pouring golden light filling you up with energy. These small rituals matter. They are medicine.

Don’t fear the stillness. Don’t fear the pause. Let the mystery of life unfold. In the void, the new is born. Rest, be unproductive, give yourself permission to pause. Because in that stillness you can hear your soul, your intuition, your guides, your body speaking. A book might fall into your hands at the exact right time. Synchronicities will arrive when you allow space. Be open.

We live in a noisy, reactive world, with overstimulation as the default. But you can draw a boundary: No more. I will not let the world’s pace dictate mine. I choose to live from the inside out, from my soul, my essence, my gut knowing, my intuition and feminine wisdom. I choose to feel safe in my body, to access the divine spark of creativity within. I honor my rhythm, my unique flow.

To draw a line in the sand: something has to change. What needs to end here? And as we release what is no longer aligned, space opens for rebirth, for renewal, for what is true to land.

Chaos Before Order

This is not a time for a push into new beginnings. We first have to unveil what must be let go of. To lift the veil and see clearly, feel what has expired its time.

It’s a process of chaos before order, quantum physics reminds us of that. Death before rebirth. Look at nature: autumn is here. Leaves release their grip, fall, dissolve. So that new life can emerge. We are nature. Nature is our greatest mirror and teacher.

So ask yourself:

What belongs to me now?

What no longer belongs on this new path?

What ends here with this portal?

This Eclipse portal prepares us for the new beginning of 2026, a collective year number one in numerology. A beginning of a new chapter, a new 9 year cycle. This is our important foundation work. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary, so we build from a clear, clean, cleansed slate. This is sacred preparation for a clear slate. The Golden Keys

For me, transformation is intentional. It can be very messy and confusing in the beginning and that’s the art of being in process of evolution. Transformation and change can be be both messy and beautiful. The Beauty of Change was the title of my very first Substack letter in October last year. I’m remembering, through my body and nervous system, a reconnection to myself on the deepest level. Our connection with ourselves creates our ability to be in connection with the world. To cultivate and nourish a deep, loving relationship with ourselves is the key to other thriving relationships and connection to creation.

Being in a physical body is not easy. But our souls chose this incarnation to evolve consciousness. The body is our vessel in this life time. We need the body to express our light. Every experience is part of the spectrum, each holding soul gifts and remembrance.

I know a big key for me, and this made me smile, because last week I found two golden keys in a secondhand shop, is in my nervous system. My golden keys are the capacity to hold more, to expand, to be who I truly am. A missing link that now reveals itself in a very clear way. We get what we are ready for.

Maybe you’ve neglected your nervous system too. Ignored boundaries, ignored thirst or the need to rest. Pushed yourself until the body screamed. This is the wake-up. The body will always bring us back to what is truly priority.

We’re moving through the potency of Eclipse season and later this month we’re having a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo (the second New Moon in a row in Virgo) and we are in a deepening of our connection to our Essence and our soul’s true longing. It’s a cleanse, clearing and a release. We will receive clarity of what must shift for us to rise, refine and elevate. The energies of the Pisces Full Moon will linger for a week after the peak and it’s an inward process into the tender knots of the body and the energetic cords we need to cut. It’s a reorganization phase afterwards. It’s also a 6 month journey connected to this Eclipse portal. We’re being activated in our creativity and passions. Doors closing and others mysteriously opening. It’s like we’re connecting the bridge between the seen and the unseen. The earth and the ethereal realms. Balance. Watery Pisces and earthy Virgo. Maybe you’ve been feeling the energies during the last week leading up to today, it’s been intense.

And… This whole year is an intense journey. But, it’s happening for us not to us. There’s a divine orchestration in the events in our lives now. September, the 9 month in a year 9 is a month of completion. Ending old cycles. A year of shedding old skin. Things dissolving so that something brighter, truer can begin. This moment in time carries the energy of release. It asks us to surrender what no longer belongs. To let the dust wash away from our souls, so the heart can speak again. I’ve received messages from the heart this week and it’s been so beautiful the way it all plays out…

Movie night. Yesterday we watched Dead Poets Society from 1989 and it’s been more than 10 years since I saw it and I knew there was a deeper meaning why we chose it yesterday. It always is… It’s like magic when you can feel the deeper meaning of things like… why this movie appeared now. Synchronicities. This beautiful, brilliant movie is such a wonderful reminder that life itself is poetry, that Carpe Diem is not a cliché but a spell. To write our own lines, to live as art, fierce, tender and true, just as Mr Keating (Robin Williams) is teaching his students in his unique, marvelous way of teaching. To have the courage to follow our intuition. The way of the heart. Eclipse season holds the same invitation now: to stand apart of what is expected, to honor our inner rhythm and to dare to live our soul’s verse… The ability to be moved to tears by movies, art, poetry, what a gift in this life! I had tears in my eyes more than once during the movie and oh, how I love that heart opening feeling… It truly gave me a puzzle piece, a key in these Piscean energies that was all about the art of life, to immerse myself so much more in what I love. A potent reminder.

If my life would be represented by two Tarot cards this week it would have been The Hermit and The Magician. I’ve been in hermit mode all week and also, in a lot of magic, and my intention has been to rest, recharge, calibrate and fill up my own cup so I can give from that place. The energies of a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces have the energies of boundlessness, flow, inspiration, imagination, the spiritual, ethereal realms and our creativity. To just be with all the emotions. Highs and lows. It’s all important information and they has to move through the system of our bodies and inner landscape. It’s been i blessing for me to have the space to create my own little retreat at home. I knew it was important to ground myself, invite more slowness, rest and give myself deep nourishment to receive all the insights… When the energies are intense and moves fast the key, the medicine and practice is to slow down.

It’s a period of integration and a place in between the old and the new. Have you felt it? One thing I did during the week was a past life regression session guided by my dear friend Josefine Axell and the session took me on a magical journey within to a past life in Egypt, a session that gave me so many keys… It’s a period of receiving golden keys and divine inspiration and insights. Step by step.

Maybe you’ve been dreaming more vividly lately? We can get so much information on our journey through our dreams so I’ve been writing down my dreams and this is a potent time to work with the symbolism and deeper meanings of our dreams to connect with our subconscious mind. As Freud said “dream work”, a method of self exploration. To connect the deeper meanings and symbolism, the messages we can weave through dream work over days, weeks in combination with work with our process in awake state is a powerful tool… We can access many valuable clues of what’s going on within us on a deep level… If you feel called: Write down, reflect on your dreams if you remember parts and fragments of your dreams. And start to weave and connect the dots… Receive messages.

The art of stillness & contemplation. It’s a magical time to practice the art of contemplation and stillness. What opens up for you in the stillness, in the sacred pause in this busy, ever so distracted world? Give yourself the gift of presence with yourself and your inner world. Invite simplicity and let the answers come to you in silence… In a world of constant noise and distraction, stillness is like a lost art. The sacred pause. There’s gold in the quiet, waiting for you to receive it… All the answers are within if we’re taking us the time to connect with our intuition.

We’re living the myth of Sedna. So, I’m very fascinated, interested and I can be deeply touched by mythology. It’s a passion of mine to learn about archetypes and astrology in combination with mythology and how it’s all woven together in this tapestry of life and how it’s playing out in our lives, the symbolism and the different layers of meaning. Earlier this week, I was so moved, almost to tears with chills over my body, when I explored the myth of Sedna in context to this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. Sedna, the Sea Goddess, was betrayed and cast into the freezing water by her own father, who in order to save himself, cut off her fingers from the boat. She sank and from her, the sea creatures, all the beings of the sea were born. Spiritually, Sedna reminds us that descent and loss are not the end but the initiation. From death, new life emerges. She teaches us to surrender to the deep waters of transformation, to trust that during endings, we are rebirthed into greater wholeness. Creation continues. In her descent, she became the keeper of the mysteries of the depths, holding both grief and beautiful transformation, new abundance. She is a reminder for us that even the darkest waters can open portals of renewal and profound transformation. She reminds us of our power.

Right now, it’s like we’re all living the myth of Sedna, we’re being reshaped in the depths, facing loss, change, transformation, before rising anew. We do not have all the answers, we’re not supposed to have them yet, it’s like surrendering to the ocean, letting go of the grip, of control. Ultimate trust. It’s like a birthing process, a renewal. It’s about letting go of control, surrender to the unknown and trusting that what dissolves now will reshape us into who we are meant to become. I’m in the middle of this process that sometimes can be messy but also so beautiful and I’m grateful for all my witchy tools… Oracle cards, nature, rituals, water magic, salt clearings, working with frequency and music, embodiment practices… Stillness, rest and listening within.

Universe, surprise me! I’m open to miracles…

Be prepared to be surprised during the period of an Eclipse season. The Universe delivers what you are ready for. Sparks of inspiration sudden insights that shifts everything. June energetics are very dynamic and transformative. We’re breaking new ground and we’re in the energies of the golden, holy portal of Summer Solstice this weekend in the Northern Hemisphere. It’s a powerful reset point. It’s a time of honoring where we have been and we’re we are going. What does a life means to you when you are fully rooted in your self worth? Let’s ground and connect with our heart space just for a moment.

If you feel called, pause, take a deep breath, breathe out. Maybe stretch your arms up in the air, yawn, tap your fingers gently over your chest and shake out your hands.

Releasing anything you’ve been holding on to today… This week… This year…

Rub your hands together to activate some energy and place your beautiful hands on your precious heart.

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.

Be with your heart and stay here for as long as you need.

Feel the feelings that are coming up to the surface. Feel your heart, the sensations. Notice your body, the vessel of your soul. How are you and your heart? What’s alive in you right now? Can you hear the whispers of the heart? What are you longing for?

Just this short little moment, a gift of presence with you and your heart can have a huge impact. Maybe you got tears in your eyes of release, of remembering, or yawning when you relax or clear. This practice grounds us and signals to the nervous system that we’re safe. Regulating. A home coming to ourselves. Slowing down in this fast paced world is one of the most radical and important things we can do for us and our loved ones. For the world.

This is a reminder that you have access to this space all the time. Through all the cycles of life. And we’re living in and navigating many different cycles all the time, simultaneously. It’s like a dance and the heart is the portal from where we manifest life. I’m reading a book about the shamanic mysteries of Egypt and the title is “Awakening the healing powers of the heart” by Nicki Scully and Linda Star Wolf. I have a deep longing in my feminine heart to connect deeper to the ancient feminine mysteries and the teachings of the mystery schools of Egypt. To remember and invite more magic, ritual and sacred space into my life. To live and move through life in a way that is true to who I am. The intelligence of the heart reminds us of our purpose. So, it’s a powerful practice in these times of shedding of old layers, old ways and programming. To deepen our relationship with our heart and take aligned actions from that place.

To remember who we really are at heart.

To live with an open heart, to nourish our heart space and cultivate a deep relationship with our own heart creates the foundation to connect deeply with other people, to be open and be able to receive and give love and to access our creativity. To connect with source. To receive the beauty of life. To create and share beauty. To see the beauty all around us. The gold in the mundane. We manifest our true life from our heart portal. To keep it open and nourished is key. To listen to the whispers of our heart leads us to our soul’s true path.

Oh, hi, it’s me again. I’ve missed this space and I truly believe in divine timing so I trust that these words will find you in the perfect timing when you read it. It will activate and stir something within you if it’s meant to… It’s… like you’ve manifested this letter right now… something you are ready to receive.

I needed to take a step back and really be so present with life these couple of months, the first half of this year. I published my last letter in December last year and since then a lot has happened in my life, on the outside and the inside. It feels like I could write a book (or books?) about everything that I’ve experienced and so many times I’ve thought “this is a perfect topic and a deep dive for my letter”, “I need to write about this”, “I really need to share this”… Or, I want to create a retreat or a witchy womens circle around these experiences. To share, teach and co-create. Inspire other to remember the feminine codes of the heart. It’s been like a shamanic healing journey and every day I learn so much about myself. In March I started full time as a stylist at a company and being fully in that process, that new chapter and in life has required me to focus and not stretch myself more than I can handle. It’s been a ride and it’s been an emotional and physical, creative, transformative experience these couple of months. The pace and the intensity has been like never before. I’ve been through the fire so many times in my life and all those experiences reminds me of the true meaning of life now and helps me navigate these times. I will share more in next letter and take you with me on this journey, the essence of what I’ve learnt and remembered… I will try to weave the last couple of months into an inspiring tapestry. Maybe you can find some inspiration for your process through reading about mine… We’re all so connected. Mirrors for each other.

But, let’s start like this. With coming back to our hearts and I will set a strong intention with this space to share from my heart and inspire your to remember your true essence by sharing from a true place within me. And after many years of diving deep into life, spirituality, The Shamanic Medicine Wheel, the healing arts, fashion and inspiration as something deeper, reflecting our highest self, motherhood and relationships… I have a lot to share. I had no plan writing this letter today. But tonight was the night after a couple of days being home with a flu. It’s a clearing process. And from a spark of inspiration and the energies of the Full Moon the other day I had the feeling it was time to open up this space again for us. I’m just a vessel for these words, like a transmission. And if you’re open to receive, you will receive the energies, the codes between the lines too… And it will be felt after reading this, feeling this letter if you’re fully present reading it and soaking it in. Reflecting. Let it land. You will know.

I’m so very grateful that I have the tools to go through times of challenge and change and to know how to handle it. It’s an art form, to be in process, to alchemize challenging situations and find gold and learnings on the other side when we’re going through the fire… I’ve signed up for this to raise my consciousness. Everything I learn about myself and every aligned action I take takes me closer to my true path. The courage to be with what is, to witness and observe. To feel it all. A rainbow, the full spectrum of emotions. To have different perspectives at the same time and to see the higher meaning why things are playing out as they are. This is a process and a way of navigating life that was teached in the ancient mystery schools. I’m so commited to walk, to live this path and I have so much to share. Everything in divine timing.

And, I know that you’ve been going through a lot this year. You’ve made it. You should be so proud of you. You’re evolving. We’re always in a collective energy and what’s occurring in my life can be found, has been played out in your life too, just dressed in another manuscript, in another dress. The big themes of the year 9 in numerolgy, the year of the snake are death and rebirth. The cycles of Life. The cycles of nature, the sun, the moon and the cycle of astrology, the planets, the stars. Forever changing. Forever evolving, expanding and learning. New insights and new lessons every day. Leading us back to balance and divine right order. Leading us to our true, core essence and authentic self.

I’m a lover of new beginnings, a blank page in a new journal, notebook or a fresh calendar. New pages, endless opportunities and potential waiting to be written in the book of life. Chapter by chapter weaving our reality like golden threads. The tapestry of this human experience is unfolding in mystical, magical, sometimes hard but beautiful ways. It’s not easy but it’s a part of the manuscript of life. A process of remembering of why we’re here in this incarnation. To follow our intuition, passion and joy.

It’s time to come home to yourself again. Bring your energy back to you. Connect with your heart. It’s time to light that spark and connect with your core, your true essence. We’re becoming. Everything is possible.

And, on that note, I would love to say thank you for being on this journey with me. I’m so grateful for each of every one of you subscribing up to my letter this year. It started with a spark of inspiration and here we are, the 7th letter. To express myself and the whole palette of me is my guiding star writing and sharing these letters. As Athena Calderone/EyeSwoon so beautiful said in her podcast that I listened to many years ago: “You can be more than one thing”.

An intention of mine is that next year shall reflect that even more for me in my work life… This year has been such a transformative year on so many levels, can you feel it? Yesterday we had the winter solstice and we’re in a time now that invites us to go deep within, be still and present to collect the treasures within from the soul’s journey this year. See and learn from nature. Stillness is a golden key to receive intuitive messages. It’s also a time to celebrate ourselves, to look how far we’ve come this year. We made it! Next year will be year 9 in numerology witch holds a more feminine energy than this year and astrological, a lot will shift. It’s going to be like we’re in a new scene of life. More on that to come… I’m writing on the 8th letter about the new year and the reflections from 2024 going into 2025.

A life elixir for me is definitely to be inspired (inspiration: in spirit) and to weave inspiration, a vision, a feeling together. To set inspiration in motion, follow it and let it take me on a wonderful journey. To nurture inspiration in different ways. It’s like weaving golden threads… It’s been little quiet from me lately. I’ve listened to my intuition and I went into hibernation mode the last couple of weeks and it’s been such a beautiful journey to reconnect with my inspiration again. A lot of focus on clearing and cleansing, home magic, resting, tying up loose ends, organizing my wardrobe. I’ve been selling clothes and accessories to create space for some new well chosen items and I’ve been going to my tailor with some pieces and wow, the feeling to have some pieces being taken care of and adjusted for me and my body. One pair of 90s white fine wool trousers with golden buttons from Escada is now like made for me, he worked his magic and changed them four sizes down. I bought them vintage; they were just too beautiful not to buy. He said the material is exquisite, and I agree. They’re like a pair of trousers I could see Lady Diana wearing.

I’ve actually been inspired by my own wardrobe and seeing it with new eyes by taking everything out and re organized it and connecting with what I love to wear. My signature style, the pieces I love to wear, also trying on new combinations. Imagine all the different combinations your wardrobe can create if you just spend time with it and setting an intention. To really take your time and reflect on your authentic style is creating ripple effects in life. This is also a topic I will write more about and in 2025 I’ve been asked to open up for personal styling readings/sessions… So, let’s see! I’m open to what’s meant to be.

A book I will re-read this holiday, every time I read it I get some new inspiration and insights. I have a thing for spirals when channeling my art so I feel drawn to also wear jewellery with spirals... Diamond ring from Sophie Bille Brahe. I love black scrunchies and I have them in velvet, silk and in different structures. It’s such an easy way to lift any look and it’s a signature for me. I have these velvet trousers from Arket and I can highly, highly recommend to try them if you’re into velvet and they can easily be dressed up or down. Everything is in the details. Simplicity, feminine ease and grace. Black is so elegant and chic. What a dream to decorate with white meringue swans… Imagine them dancing elegantly on a wedding cake… The swan is such an inspiration for me and I feel it will be a spirit animal for me next year. It came to me in a meditation during solstice and I feel it’s a sign… I will dive deeper into the meaning of both the white and the black swan, and also, I will read about Hilma af Klint and her channeling of the paintings of the black and white swans. Self-worth, daily routines, healing, the physical body, values, style, authenticity, finances, aligning with our desires, and feeling deeply secure and nurtured are all themes that can be activated by this moon. Relationships may also come to the surface for reflection and transformation, even if it’s just small adjustments. This is a time to ground dreams into reality and release anything that blocking us from fully embodying abundance and joy. It’s an activation of our authentic selves. A little fun fact, one of my middle names is Joy…

Speaking of the senses and being deeply nourished. Writing this, I have two cups by my side. One cup with steamy hot bone broth and one with rooibos vanilla tea and honey. Classical music and a candle. I’m wearing a cream cashmere cable knit and chocolate brown corduroy trousers. Soft, warm layers. Bare feet on our wool carpet. I loved the feeling of the soft November sun on my walk today. I will embrace a lot of nature this weekend and connecting with my body. Gentle pilates and walks. Kundalini yoga and nourishing, grounding food. Cuddles and kisses with my daughter and family. The intention is a soothing weekend for the soul. Cooking, journaling and reading. This week leading up to the moon has been a deep journey of inner transformation for me, many of the themes above has been activated. For me, a lot around my soul purpose and the work I’m here to do in this world. It’s been a process and I can see and feel clearly why things has been orchestrated this way. Everything happens for our highest alignment. Inviting newness and expansion.

Last night, when the moon was almost full we brought our daughter Elise out with my jacket wrapped around her and we watched the moon and it’s luminous light. It felt special, the light, like a halo, an aura around the moon. It feels so beautiful to get some moon bathing and absorb the potent energies. Elise said that she could se rainbow colors around the moon. And then we looked at the stars. Small moments. Golden moments. The gold in the mundane. Fully present.

Friday is the day that is ruled by Venus, the planet and goddess deeply connected to all things beauty, the arts, poetry, creativity, self-love and a divine feminine energy. There’s so much magic to the archetype of Venus. She embodies grace, harmony and the power of creation through beauty and desire. It’s an energy that reminds us to slow down and enjoy life and practice self-care and beauty rituals as a sacred, spiritual practice. She calls us to honor our bodies as temples and embrace love and romance in all forms…

A movie I’d love to recommend is We Live In Time. I watched it last weekend and it moved me deeply. It felt like the Universe had orchestrated us to see exactly that movie, exactly that day. To be able to feel the whole spectrum of emotions and being moved to tears by a movie. That feeling. And then walking home through the city inspired and reminded of the gift of life.

And, speaking of art, this is a new commissioned piece I’ve created. Brown lines on hand made cotton paper. Two golden stains and thin, black lines. One of my intentions for this moon is to create more space for my art and creativity and I will share more about it here too…

Now, time for a walk and some November sun before painting a commissioned line…

A FIRE OF INSPIRATION:

I found myself in a deep Pinterest moment the other day, exploring so many wonderful images of style, femininity, feminine power, creativity, and the strength that comes from holding a clear vision, especially when looking at Miuccia Prada’s personal style and her exquisite sense of fashion. And her life’s work with her fashion design. I want to read more about her life and career… I also came across vintage fashion images from brands like Halston, photos of the ethereal, timeless style of Lee Radziwill, Carolyn Besette-Kennedy and Bianca Jagger. Catwalk images from Calvin Klein, VOGUE and Harper’s Bazaar from the ’90s… To collect and create moodboards, create and put together a feeling is my love language. I’ll share more of this inspiration in a moodboard upcoming letters… I can highly recommend creating time for your own Pinterest moments (a few throughout the week is good for my creative being and soul) and allowing yourself to be deeply inspired by whatever comes your way. One thing always leads to another… Weaving inspiration into a golden web.

Simplicity and less is more when wearing leopard. I would wear the leopard coat with a black or off white cashmere sweater and a pair of black trousers or black or brown jeans. In December, Sotheby’s will hold its annual Fashion Icons auction, featuring items from Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s wardrobe, including a faux fur leopard coat from a Parisian flea market. Carolyn in leopard is endlessly inspiring - her style is 90s minimalism at its best. A timeless style, a constant source of inspiration.

My dear and inspiring friend Carolina Storm is sourcing so many beautiful things for Galerie Storm. This table lamp is absolutely stunning. Imagine standing in a window or on a table, paired with cream colored raw silk curtains…

My intention was to publish this letter yesterday evening but, I had to go with the flow and listen to the signs. The electricity went out in our apartment with a “poff”, and… I took it as a clear sign from the Universe. My daughter and I fell a sleep holding hands. Feeling her heart beats and just drifting into sleep was the medicine my body needed to recharge. It’s as if I needed something more from within to complete this letter… And as I’ve written before, I’m writing this as much for you as I am for myself.

Now, it’s a new week. I’m am going to set an intention for the week around clarity, clearing, the feminine power and the feminine magic. Activating something within by going deep and take aligned actions for my highest good. Opening up my channel and open up my heart. Clearing my aura and energetic hygiene will be key this week, as there are heavy collective energies we might pick up in our field. Many feminine archetypes like are very active this week and it’s a theme of reclaiming our power and use our intuition moving forward.

Pause for a moment if you can. Place your hands on your heart and take a few deep breaths. Anchoring yourself in this present moment.

It’s said that the veil between worlds is thin during this period of the year and when walking in nature or in deep meditation, I feel it. It’s as if we can access the depths of our being in a profound way. It is something in the air… The wind is speaking… Whispering winds of change. A purification and a clearing process. It’s time for the new. It’s time for renewal. Like the Scorpio. The process of death and rebirth. Accepting. Shedding. Letting go. Releasing. Creating fertile soil for the new. Just like nature. A constant process, a cycle of death and rebirth. We honor life and live many lifetimes in one when we embrace this process. To be in the constant energy of change to fully live. This is true all the time: This too shall pass. So, to be here and now, in the present moment is golden. Gratitude and presence. Step by step from the now.

Have you felt the intense energies? Have you listened to your body when it wanted rest? Have emotions and questions around power, truth, inner child and authentic self been surfacing? Do certain relationships, beliefs or habits feel like they’ve reached their expiration date? Can you see the threads of the events leading up to now and how everything has played out, coming together? Can you feel the next steps to take? I’ve been resting, taking it slow, going inward... Silencing the distractions and the outside world. The noise. It’s been a time of checking in with my life, a life check in with myself, facing fears my inner child has held on to… starting to work through and letting go of fears that are no longer needed. It’s time to release what’s no longer serving us.

We’ve received so many learnings about ourselves lately. Keys to the path ahead. This whole year has been a lot about transformative healing energies, hasn’t it? Soon we’ll say, “we made it through this year!”.

Through moments of silence and stillness we can connect to this process of deep healing and transformation. This past week, I felt the energies of inner child healing, activation, and deep integration… We are in an energetic upgrade.

November is here now and I feel that this month will have a very different energy than October. And when coming into December we will feel the magical, festive energies of that time of year. I’ve been decorating our home by bringing in branches and hanging a shiny moon, a sun, stars and an angel in it. Candle lights. Cosyness with my family. Trick or treat with my darling daughter Elise. It’s so beautiful to bring nature inside for grounding. I’ve been doing some home magic and Feng Shui rituals at home to invite the new in even more. For example, cleaning the floors with salt water and clearing the surfaces. Scorpio is a water sign, but it’s a sign deeply connected to the transformative fire of the Phoenix.

November has a different feel after the challenges we’ve faced in October. We’re given a few more weeks of Scorpio season and it’s depths. Still rapid winds of changes And the 19th of November Pluto moves out of Capricorn and enters Aquarius for the next 20 years. We enter the fiery Sagittarius season that starts 21st of November. We’re in the transformation. The transformation is happening. Though we must face what needs facing, we can have the intention to do so consciously. I’ve been giving myself silence, solitude, walks and journeying with guided meditations to fully embrace the energies of the Scorpio New Moon.

My intention? To shed light on my own shadow landscape within and shine light on old programs. Many of the limiting beliefs we hold on to are rooted in our childhood. So, I’ve been connecting with my inner child and also all the women I’ve been. We’re stepping into a new timeline, we' have been and are being in a preparation. It’s a feeling of creating a blank canvas and we just have to decide to be over and done with some aspects of self. I feel it’s time to thank those past selves and let them go. Choosing to walk a new path. A devotion to our authentic self. And by having the courage to face what’s in the depths of our inner world we can alchemize and transform it. Pluto, the planet that rules Scorpio is also connected to the Magician in Tarot. So, we can activate the energies of The Magician in our own lives. A reminder: We’re the creators of our reality. Our greatest gifts lie beyond, behind our shadows. What are you most afraid of? Go there and explore. There is so much power in this process. Reclaiming our power. We have to let go of something to invite the new.

So, we’re in the winds of change, as I wrote about in my first letter a couple of weeks ago. We’re becoming more and more of who we really are. The journey of shedding old layers can be intense, especially now during Scorpio season, when the energies of the New Moon lingers. Hidden treasures within are slowly being activated and coming to light, our golden shadows. We’re letting go of old programs and beliefs, honoring past versions of ourselves while allowing space for our truest expression.

We’re so guided by our intuition and our dreams. Notice your dreams these days. Journaling is a beautiful, powerful tool for clarity. Journal your visions and desires, write your wish list and manifestations. I’ve been contemplating new habits and what I want to commit to and be devoted to. For November, I’m inviting an aura glow up with some practices including Pilates, Kundalini yoga, somatic embodiment practices, breathwork and clearing space within and without. I’m planning to do a little detox and continue with so much self care in combination with aligned actions. Nurturing connections. Clearing and creating space. Honoring all of past versions of me, honoring the journey. I am who I am now because of it. But now, it’s time to turn the page and begin writing fresh, new chapters in a new book of life…

My intention for this letter is to really remind both myself and you to honor our physical bodies while also noticing the subtle energies around us and within us. It’s essential to cultivate loving self-talk and tend to our inner garden and our inner landscape. Cultivating beauty from within. Your thoughts creates feelings that are creating, shaping your reality and your future, so how we speak to ourselves is so important. The connection body, mind and soul - the balance and dance between these parts of our being is so crucial.

We are in an 8 universal, collective year in numerology, which means that the physical is very important for the process. We must stay grounded, we have to be in the physical to connect with our souls. We are, each of us, a spark of the divine and the energy moves through our physical body, through our temples in this earthly experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and the body is our the vessel. Your body is the vehicle for your true self-expression. Dropping into your body and tuning into it is key. Listen to the messages of the body. Create space.

What do you hear?

So, we have to keep it clear, strong, vital, grounded and nourished in different ways. I did a Clear Your Aura hypnosis meditation last weekend and it brought me to tears. I was moved by the effect of clearing my aura and tending to my energetics in the new meditation guided by Lacy Phillips. You can access it for free here. Energetic hygiene is so important and the two combined, the physical and the energetics are golden. Many of us are in a recalibration and a raise of our vibration, the body takes longer time and needs grounding in this process. For me being in the spiritual realms comes naturally and to really stay grounded is an every day practice for me. To commit and be devoted to be here in this physical body. On Earth. That’s the meaning of this life, to be embodied in this human form while still be connected to soul. The deeper we are rooted, the higher up we can go. In this life your soul has chosen your avatar, your physical body to move through. A spark of the divine is shining through your temple. So, the temple deserves the most delicate, tender, loving care so that the light can shine clear and bright.

I’ve noticed that the process of me writing these letters begins a couple of days before I publish them. When I tuned into the energies for this week and the theme I wanted to write about, a theme that is in focus in my life now, the headline dropped into my mind during a walk: You are your Home. It’s clear that this is a time to really practice deep self-care & self-love. To embrace radical nourishment and to implement practices that makes us feel good. Really good. We should find aligned ways to tend to our physical energy and gently move stagnant energy in ways that honors our nervous systems. It’s important during these times of change to take our life force, kundalini energy, health and well-being seriously.

It’s a perfect moment to check in with ourselves regarding the basics, our foundation. Are these in check or can we refine, upgrade, uplevel these basics for our well being? Can we check off the basics? Take a honest look at the basic areas and review. It’s like a life edit, we can go through different areas and shine light on what needs to be organized and balanced. Have some areas being neglected? What needs to refine or change? We're creating our new foundation and it needs to come from a clear, aligned place that we only can access when we’re deeply grounded in our body so we can connect with our soul and intuition... This week is a good week to ask yourself where you are taking action from? Connect with your inner wisdom. Where are your actions coming from, from ego or true soul? The body can support us in that process when making decisions… Do what feels good. Your emotions and sensations are your inner compass.

Sometimes (almost always) less is more and us as human beings loves to make things a little more complicated than it needs to be…

A little checklist/ideas/inspiration for tending to your frequency:

• Proper, real, clean hydration. I love to add a little pinch of sea salt or Himalaya salt in my water to increase electrolytes and we use this water filter can from Aarke to filter our water.

• Nourishing foods and supplements, vitamins. Whole foods. For me herbal teas like Hibiscus, Chamomile and nettle tea too, and oh, also flower remedies from Alexis Smart.

• Sunshine/daylight. It’s crucial for our circadian rhythm to get daylight early in the morning.

• Movement. Pilates, walks, yoga, somatics, ballet, stretching, strength training… Find your unique way and combination of moving energy through your body to get more circulation and detoxify.

• Dry brushing for lymphatic drainage. Legs up the wall in the end of the day.

• Breathwork. Explore different techniques that suits you.

• Spending time in nature, grounding. Touch the earth as often as you can. Bare feet on the ground is magic. On earthing: When your bare feet or skin come into contact with the earth, free electrons are absorbed into the body. These electrons can be considered nature's most powerful antioxidants, helping neutralize damaging excess free radicals that can lead to inflammation and disease in the body. So easy, so accessible, so beneficial and free.

• Balance between rest/doing, honoring your energy.

• Balance of our masculine and feminine energies.

• Meditation. Stillness. I love to practice TM meditation, Transcendental Meditation.

• Quality sleep. It’s a game changer to sleep with mouth tape! By just breathing through the nose I wake up so much mor well-rested, google James Nestor + mouth tape and read about it. So many health benefits…

• Loving, true, nourishing, life giving, aligned relationships.

• Practice gratitude.

Maybe you feel inspired to set new priorities, or to create a new, updated schedule for self-care and self-nourishment. I’m very inspired to create my self-care menu for the last two months of the year. To create a routine for me that supports me deeply now. Something for the body, mind and soul, every day. I love to have practices for my aura and energetic body like Kundalini yoga so that will be on my list and pilates for strength. To clear our auras is an important factor to be able to manifest, as we can hold more manifestations in a clear field. Make choices that honer your happiness and well-being longterm. We’re in the process of building new, solid and beautiful foundations.

I truly believe that The Universe is constantly sending us sings and synchronicities along our path. This morning, I saw five swans in the sky. Later in the afternoon, I intuitively felt called to do a little experiment and I asked the Universe for a sign in form of a golden swan. It just came to mind, seeing a golden swan as a confirmation that I’m on the right path, a sign of divine guidance. And just a couple of minutes ago as I was writing this letter (Wednesday night) I read "The Cereal Aisle and Letter Of Rec #083 by Leandra Medine Cohen, and there it was… a golden swan in form of a comb that she had styled as a necklace… A little golden moment this evening. Quite beautiful don’t you think? The Universe works in mysterious ways and also, a sign can be delivered in your inbox via a style letter… Just like that.

Perhaps this as a sign for you to be open to signs around you, or to ask for guidance, signs and confirmations. You can always call upon and invite your guides and angels. We have free will on Earth so you have to remember to invite them, only then they can step in, even though they are always protecting you. They want to help, guide and support you. Be aware and take notice of the world around you. The universal language consists of symbols, archetypes, or numbers. Numerology is a subject I’m deeply interested in, and I love to use, and connect with angel numbers in my daily life. Just last week when I talked about this publication and weaving threads together a car with the license plate 888 drove by. Angel numbers are like a conversation between us and the angels. And speaking of that, my dear friend Amanda sent me a screenshot this afternoon of my Instagram following: 6666 followers.

So. I googled it… Angel numbers are divine messages from our guardian angels.

We’re in a constant dialoge with the divine, the Source, and the Universe…

On the topic of of symbols, just look at the classical Tarot deck. You don’t need to bean expert in Tarot to read the cards. Of course you can study the art of Tarot and really go into the depths of Tarot but you can just start by simply looking at the cards. The symbolism will speak to you differently depending on your perspective and where you are in life at the moment when you draw and observe the card/cards. I love this tool, to use my Tarot deck during my weeks. Sometimes it’s just a card for the day and I keep it by my computer as I work. I feel that it enhances my mood, brings clarity and direction, and adds that touch of magic. This is a tool for guidance, and I can highly recommend to start connect with your intuition through the worlds of symbols and these tools which can help us navigate our path…

Remember to breathe. Remember to slow down. Create space in your schedule for just being with yourself in your own energy, so that you can listen and connect the dots. It’s a inward journey. We can find and activate our golden shadows, our hidden potentials and gifts if we allow space for this journey. Connect with your desires and highest timeline. Through the body and the subconscious mind we can cultivate deep self-love and self-acceptance.

It’s time to bridge the gap between the inner and the outer worlds. Create space for your intuition. Things are changing. We’re in an integrating phase of everything that has happened this year, a preparation for the new. This is the bridge, an important step that we can’t skip.

Patience. The Planets Mars & Pluto which represent action and transformation are very loud this week as we have moved into the mystical landscape of Scorpio season. We will navigate these deep emotional, healing, revealing, magical waters for the next month.

We’re not there… yet. This is a part of the process. We’re not supposed to know it all and see the whole picture right now. It’s a creative and a courageous act, to explore our inner landscape, our shadows and wounds, and bring what’s meant to be looked at, felt and healed up, into the light. To listen to our inner voice, to let our intuition guide us and to create our reality from our authentic, most magnetic, aligned self. It takes work and courage to tap in to those shadows within, outdated limiting beliefs and old programs in our subconscious mind that’s been running the show. It takes courage, devotion and dedication to change our ways, to reprogram thoughts and beliefs. When you do the work around your shadows you also can connect with your golden shadows, your gifts within that are waiting to be activated…

Can you sense it?

The cosmic energies are guiding us to an intense but beautiful healing transformation.

There are deep processes going on within, layer by layer. Clearing the blocks within. An alchemization of our triggers, deepest (often childhood) wounds and programming. We’re in a process of accessing deep healing, a metamorphosis so that we can rise like the Phoenix rises from the ashes. Yes, it’s a Phoenix-rises-from-the-ashes moment in time now.

It’s time to release what’s been weighing on your heart. This release is essential for moving forward. In this Full Moon portal it’s essential to tune into why we want to let go and what feeling, what energy we want to create space for. To take responsibility for our healing and alignment while still having huge compassion for the healing journey. Alignment is living as our authentic selves, in all areas of life. We’re not perfect, we’re forever growing and transforming, learning. It’s not a bout being perfect, it’s about being aware of what’s holding you back, clear what’s available for you to clear now and take aligned actions from that grounded, true place.

It’s like you’re on your way into a new phase in life but you’re still standing with one foot in the old and one on it’s way into the new? It can feel like I am, that we are in a leap into the unknown. The way: Tune into the next step and then the next and the next. Listening to your intuition. What are you called to do? You always have the answers within of what to do next. If you feel these energies you’re in tune with the cosmic energis, the intense astrological weather. Let your emotions be felt. Feel it all, transmute it. Cry it out, scream it out in a pillow, talk it out. Walk it out. Dance it out. Do whatever it takes to get it out of your system. And then, let a wave of forgiveness wash over you, towards yourself and towards others too…

Today, the 17th of October we are in the fiery, potent energies of a Full Moon in Aries. But, if you’re reading this message after the Full moon, trust this letter found you in the right timing. There’s something in this for you and what I am about to share is so useful and potent whenever you’re going through shifts in life or wanting to create ways to be open to receive what’s truly meant for you on your highest path. Your highest timeline. We’re constantly changing, growing and evolving. I’ve been feeling the energies strongly since last weekend. Slowly building. And we will be lingering in the illuminating light, the energies of the Full Moon for a couple of days after the 17th. We can use this time for our evolution.

It’s kind of an energy that’s here to: shake us to wake us.

We’re aligning our earthly selves with our higher selves. We’re tuning into our true expression. We’re coming into balance and divine order and cultivating harmony within. Creating space for flow. The Sun is in Libra for a couple of more days so it’s a strong energy of creating balance in relationships. To those around us and the most important relationship that affects everything else:

The relationship to ourselves and our self-worth is crucial. Affirm your innate self-worth, value and belief in yourself under the glow of this Super Full Moon.

What needs to be released to create a fertile soil for the new? Is there any stagnant energy that needs to be moved? Just as the leaves fall to the ground during this autumn season, we’re being called to do the same. We’re a part of nature. Observing what nature is doing outside our windows is doing can be a powerful, beautiful practice and a mirror, reflecting our lives and inner worlds. Everything is energy and symbolism. Nature releases with grace. The leaves will turn into fertile soil for new growth in the spring. What old thoughts, habits, and beliefs systems are no longer in alignment with our essence and true selves? Old ways of being that’s not longer in alignment with our essence, our true selves. The trees don’t grieve the leaves when they fall, they release them in perfect timing.

It’s time to connect with our inner sun, our true radiance and confidence and let it shine in our unique way. We are on a quest to unveil, remember and connect with our the treasures within us… to use our gifts and share them with the world from a soul aligned place. We’re in the process of remembering our soul’s purpose more and more. It’s been a theme for me this year, especially during two retreats and sacred ceremonies this summer. Remembrance of past lives, ancient, mystic times and also activations of my gifts, connected to the heart and the healing power the heart. It’s the time to connect with our own power, to take charge of our lives. To take aligned actions and setting clear intentions and forming a clear vision of how we want to feel while also have trust in the process. And believe it’s possible. There is magic in the unknown. We’re evolving and raising our vibration to match the new and true. It feels like we’re cultivating a relationship with our inner light warrior, inspiring us to move forward. This Full Moon will pave the way.

What area or areas of your life are asking for a change, an upgrade or a fine tuning? Your relationships, your career, your finances, your health? What needs to be alchemized within? What’s been alive within and around you the last week leading up to this moment in time? It’s a good time to put pen to paper and journal about what’s coming up for you… I also love to take long walks, tuning in and contemplating as I go. Things can really feel so much clearer after a long walk…

Tune into: What do I need to feel deeply replenished and nourished in life?

How does your highest, most aligned, authentic self and version of you move through life? How does it feel to be HER? How does she dress, speak and feel? In mediation: Feel it as deeply and vividly as you can. Connect with that vision and connect with that frequency. Visualize living in your truest expression. Get into the feeling of that state. What do you want to step into? Remember the power of imagination: our inner worlds are projected out into the world.

Maybe you want to connect to your inner fire, your creativity, your radiance and spark again? You want to take aligned actions for your ideas and dreams to come alive? What tools and practices do you need to implement and be devoted to for that to happen? I’ve been thinking a lot about my daily structure, schedule and what I want to implement and set in motion to create my reality in alignment with my dreams and highest frequency.

With this moon in fiery Aries it’s a good thing to move the intense energies through the body in the way you feel called to do. Pilates, yoga, dance, walking… When I studied Shamanism within The Shamanic Medicine Wheel last year we had a lovely morning practice and I learnt a tool of dancing through my emotions and listening, feeling into the messages from my body. Letting my body guide me how to move freely. Our physical bodies carries so much wisdom that we can access if we give ourselves space to connect with our body and notice the subtle messages… The whispers. Or, it can be really loud if we don’t give ourselves time to deeply connect with our bodies and give it what it needs to thrive. It’s powerful to take time in deep meditation and really centering ourselves in our own energy and the visualization above. Also, energetic hygien, practices to clear and cleanse our aura is key.

The Radiance Meditation, a Kundalini practice is fantastic for our radiance and our aura. It’s my favorite Kundalini Kriya. Radical self care is key to keep us grounded. Commit to what serves you now. Decide and take action. Create a schedule, routines and rituals. You’re so worthy of taking care of yourself and showering you with love and care.

OUTER ALCHEMY - HARMONIZING OUR INNER AND OUTER WORLD

Your home and the way you dress are extensions of your energy field. Home clearing, de cluttering and creating space are essential to be open to receiving the new. Now is the perfect time to create space at home by letting go of items, cleaning and clearing your physical space. I love to learn about Feng Shui and home magic, about tools and rituals to enhance the energy of our spaces. I research and listening to people talking about this topic, combining with witchy practices like sprinkling salt for clearing and protection, using cinnamon for abundance, and placing rosemary outside the front door.

A powerful clearing method is to place a bowl of salt in the center of your home for 12 to 24 hours, then pour it out in the sink or as I do, in a lake where I live. The salt will absorb negative energies. Also, opening up windows every day to let in fresh, clear air is important for the positive energy in our homes. Everyday purification. There is so much power in using our home for alignment through tools and practices. Since our homes reflect who we are, they aslo influence our subconscious mind.

A de cluttered space is a space where the energies can flow freely. You will feel the flow, like a ripple effect in other areas of your life. It’s beautiful to activate your home during this season with seasonal decorations, candles, scents, warming tea and bring in a feeling of life force, love and care into your home.

I’m in a process of letting go and clearing out, selling a lot from my wardrobe. I just want pieces I truly love and love to wear, that feels like me in my wardrobe. Everything changes all the time, just like the seasons, but I feel we all have a core essence when it comes to how we dress and what we love wearing. Less is more. quality before quantity, always. We can make little updates for a new season, adding accessories or some new items but I love to have a very timeless look and a wardrobe that lasts over time. My signature style has been refined and narrowed down lately. And it’s interesting how you can look at your rising sign and your Venus sign in astrology how how to dress in alignment, but more about that in another letter… I’m creating space for a few new items that will replace some items that will be so much more cherished by new owners. A time for refinement and up level.

Questions to ask yourself and to contemplate: Does the way I dress match with who I am and how I want to feel? Does the pieces in my wardrobe reflect who I am? How does my soul want to dress? What needs to change for my style to be a match to my true frequency?

So, take a honest look at your home and your wardrobe. Start the process of de cluttering, selling, letting go of items to charity that’s no longer in alignment. Classic Marie Kondo: Choosing to keep what sparks joy. Keep the items that speaks to your heart. October is actually really good month for organization in all areas on life… Kitchen cabinets needs to be sorted out? Bathroom? The inbox? The phone? I will go through as much as I can this month, both in the digital world and in the physical…

A life edit so we can move in a new direction. Space for the new.

Tuning into nature. If you can, spend some time in nature this week and be fully present. Grounding and soaking in the beauty of nature and the shifting seasons. The colors, the scents, the sounds of the birds, the feeling of the air… There is gold in the present moment and if you are in that state of mind. Here and now. You can look at nature, feel nature and get messages… A strong wind sweeping in over your face - can you translate it to a lot of change in your life? Does it feel like the wind is purifying and cleansing your field? Notice the world around you and you will start to get signs and messages… And if, possible, bare feet on the ground for grounding before the snow is here…

Art and creativity as a spiritual practice. To channel our energy, to move energy can also look like putting pen to paper, writing or creating art. Or to cook nourishing foods, or decorating our homes. Experimenting with new outfits and new combinations. I’ve been tuning into the lines lately and painting again and I’m excited for pieces finding their new homes. The energies of the lines are so special, heart codes - spiritual art that brings a frequency to any space. I feel excited about the next chapter for my art and my intention is to share about it even more. I will also share more about personal, channeled lines and available originals through my Instagram.

I love to have the personal connection, the conversations in DM with the ones who feel drawn to have have lines at home and every line always finds its home in divine timing.

Writing this letter for me and you, for both of us feels like a very potent channel for the energy within me to flow. It’s like a transmission from me to me and from me to you. I write this as much for myself as I do for you. During the process that started many days ago in my mind and heart, I’ve received so many insights and signs. It’s truly a form of healing process putting words on feelings if possible. It’s like a moving meditation, a channeled transmission, a way of sharing from my heart and being of service. Writing this letter No.02 serves both like a clearing and activating process for my personal themes under this Full Moon.

Earlier this morning I experienced a release of tears after my meditation, revealing much from my subconscious mind when I talked it out to my partner. I really encourage you to shine light of what’s happening on inside and explore, connecting the dots, like a puzzle: this is inner alchemy. I’m navigating this journey just as you are, even if it unfolds differently for each of us. It’s powerful to set energies into motion and let it unfold…

THINGS ON MY MIND… autumn season wardrobe:

OUTERWEAR. Finally Toteme has launched this jacket in brown with a black corduroy collar. I would love to wear this brown jacket on long walks in nature and in the weekends playing with my daughter. Also, it’s easy to dress up when in the city. I’m thinking a low heel from Toteme instead of a pair of boots. I always love a British countryside vibe… This and a tweed jacket from Polo Ralph Lauren is on my wish list when it comes to jackets in my wardrobe for fall. Timeless.

Speaking of outerwear… I watched the classic movie Autumn in New York the other day, with Richard Gere and Wiona Ryde. I got inspired by Richard Geres character to have a really nice black wool and cashmere coat as a complement to my Marella by Max Mara camel coat that’s influenced by the iconic design Anne-Marie Beretta created in 1981. A DREAM would be a black Max Mara 101801 Icon coat.

SOFT LAYERS. This season from By Malene Birger has truly captured my eye. The By Malene Birger woman, along with the feeling she and the collection radiate, is so inspiring. I want to move through this autumn and winter in different shades of brown knitted layers, a sense of free, feminine ease…

This sweater in a rich, earthy cinnamon color is so soft (you don’t want to take it off) and it’s this seasons new knit in my wardrobe. I love the wide, long sleeves and I know that I will wear it a lot. Crew neck sweaters are truly my go to:s, I love to wear them with wool wide leg trousers, (I bought these two years ago), to leggings or ankle length slip skirts.

EVERYDAY PANTS. Brown corduroy, yes please! These trousers from House of Dagmar looks so nice and comfortable. with a loose, relaxed fit, a really beautiful brown color. I can see these trousers with a white t-shirt and an off white crew neck, cable knitted sweater. The Toteme boots would work perfectly here as well, perhaps in leather for a bit more contrast.

I also love styling brown and black together. Another everyday look for autumn could be these trousers paired with black cashmere sweaters. I have an old one from Soft Goat that I love, and I would also wear these trousers with my black cashmere turtleneck from Arket or an oversize off white silk shirt, tucked in. A ribbed white tank top and a cardigan… Or… another tip: style it with more brown, a white t-shirt underneath a knitted camel sweater? It’s also a good thing to mix materials like wool and silk to these more masculine trousers for the balance… Ok, lastly, if you’re into classic blue shirts: Brown corduroy and a blue shirt is a very good color combination.

A FEMININE TOUCH. Slip skirts in this length are my favorites when it comes to skirts, elegant, feminine and easy to dress up or down. A few well made black skirts are essential in my wardrobe all year around in different materials. Last year I bought a beautiful black lon skirt in wool from COS (I have it in camel too…)

BAGS. A bag that’s on my mind is a classic Mulberry Bayswater in oak. Maybe vintage… This would go really go well with everything above…

It’s time for something new…

And one thing I do know for sure is to act on my intuition when it comes in with so much clarity like it did this rainy Thursday morning in October. In a deep meditation under a soft blanket, in front of a burning candle, with my favourite inscense Grand Chalet from Astier de Vilatte burning, I just felt it. Like a tingling, magical sensation of inspiration and excitement. A deep knowing. It’s time. A feeling I love to feel. And that feeling and the creative process is such a big part of who I am at my core when I am aligned. I know it very well and I’m welcoming it. Inspiration - in spirit. Milk and honey for my soul, a golden nectar, that’s the feeling of inspiration for me.

When you start to connect with the stream of flow, when you’re a clear vessle for energy to move through you there is a certainty about it. The process, the creative act (read this book by Rick Rubin), to bring ideas into form, to transmute energy into matter is such a beautiful part of this human experience we’re living and signed up for. We’re creative beings and we’re the director, the producer and the actor/actress of our life, our own movie.

I felt the subtle waves of creativity and inspiration forming a vision of what wanted to come through, right now in this moment in time. And during the day it has slowly but surely taking shape from an idea, a vision into a form.

So, here I am, typing on my laptop with a cup of chamomile tea, having some dark chocolate and listening to jazz. I actually feel it’s like a little Carrie Bradshaw moment… Like my version of a scene of her writing her column in Sex & The City. Right now I feel newly in love with Substack because of this special feeling it gives me late at night. I’ve loved writing all my life. I could go on and on, I will try to wrap it up very soon for this time. Bedtime and beauty sleep awaits…

This format reminds me of my days as a fashion editor and stylist at ELLE magazine. I worked at the magazine for 8 years and creativity is like air, water and nourishment for me, so essential for my well being. The feeling of inspiration, of curating and putting together images, collecting, writing, creating moodboards of fashion, interior, beauty and beyond is my love language.

I’ve had this idea of my own Substack letter for quite some time now and the name Between the Lines has been like a golden seed with dual meanings in my heart for over a year now. Kept safe within me and waiting for the right, divine timing. It turns out the timing was this cosy autumn day in a rainy Stockholm. I’m a firm believer in divine timing and it’s time now during the energies of the 10/10 portal today.

After my meditation and my morning rituals at home I had breakfast with a Lisa, a friend who works at Toteme and creates beautiful sculptures who said this when I told her about my idea of this long format publication: “Can I subscribe now? When will you send out the first letter? How often? I hope it’s going to be once a week!”.

The Universe always sends signs and synchronicities if we’re open enough to receive them. I felt this was a nudge from The Universe in this direction of login to this platform and… just start writing. Afterwards I visited my dear friends Carolina and Mattias and Galerie Storm for the first time. We continued to talk about my idea of a newsletter and I got a “finally!” from Carolina. She has a beautiful, inspirational newletter, Storm Journal which I really enjoy reading every week and today Julia Hichens launched Arts & Tea, her members letter here on Substack. And another friend, Ardas Chandra, shares her zone of genius in The Light Letter. I can warmly recommend to subscribe to all three of them, if you’re not already do so. I feel that Substack will be a welcomed part in this fast paced world. The era of taking time for long format is back. Our brains will thank us.

Everything changes all the time, just like the seasons and it’s about embrace the change and it’s time to open up a portal for my idea, a delicate, beautiful, intuitive curated space where I can weave everything I have on my mind and in my heart together.

Astrologically we’re in a profound cycle of transformation, of death and rebirth, endings and new beginnings right now. Can you feel it? We’re post Eclipse season and things has fallen out and being eclipsed into our lives. A karmic cleanse. We’re building a new foundation that’s aligned with us. Creating space for our true soul path and highest alignment. We’re also preparing for a new energy with Pluto moving into Aquarius in November for the next 20 (!) years. New beginnings. New energy.

My intention is to create a sphere infused with my ESSENCE. We all have a unique essence that can shine through if we create space for it in the right way. In this way, with my own letter I can share more in depth and I’m looking forward to explore this new (old) format with you and my intention is also to inspire you in different ways, on different levels…

And oh, thank you so much for coming with me on this new journey. I’m so grateful for you spending some of your precious moments with me.

THINGS I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU…

WRITING BY HAND. My love for pen to paper. I have a collection of notebooks, sketch books and pages at home with channeled messages, poetry, notes and words. I feel that I will share a lot from my writing in this space. Today, this sentence above feels so soothing. What’s meant for you will not pass you by. To trust the process and follow your intuition. And also: Rejection is protection. That knowing is a relief to have in your mind and heart. The manuscript of your life is always divinely orchestrated.

INSPIRATION. Everything is in the details. “The eye has to travel” is a famous quote from Diana Vreeland and these images from Le Sundial by Silvia Dusci and their venue (a wonderful apartment) during Paris Fashion week sparked something beautiful within me (I think took several screen shots of same images just in case). The jewelry, the set design, the visual concept and images. My mind travelled and created a story, a luxourious, decadent, interesting, spiritual, beautiful woman living in Paris that has travelled the world. A collector. A veil of mystery, culture and so much beauty over these images don’t you think?

AUTUMN LOOKS. My dear friend Alina Brane who has an amazing taste and style posted this look in her stories and it radiates ease, chicness and soft Sunday. And those Miu Miu shoes… we all love those right? And, for stunning elegance and evening inspiration (or another a dress up moment) I think you will be inspired by these looks by Melissa Jane Tarling and Christie Tyler in Paris.
