Are Mandatory Vaccination Policies the beginning of the medical dictatorship that is warned about in this anonymous quote? The point is not whether Benjamin Rush made this statement but that the statement is true.

Currently, Jayden Beale, a legal officer who works for the government, is fighting the government’s mandatory COVID vaccination policy in the Queensland courts. This policy removed consumer’s fundamental right to bodily autonomy by mandating COVID ‘vaccines’ for jobs and participation in society in 2021. Since 2016 in Australia we have been living in a medical dictatorship where the Liberal and Labor governments mandated a drug called ‘vaccines’ in the childhood vaccination program. This was done in a Social Services policy NOT a Health policy and it was unsupported by any valid legislation in the Health Department in 2015 when the policy was designed.

This medical dictatorship, under the guise of being ‘for the community good’, was continued in 2021 with the mandating of COVID ‘vaccines’ in the entire population. There is no such thing as a drug being for the ‘good of the community’. This is a nonsense statement, as doctors will tell you. A drug may be safe for 95% of people but it can never be safe for everyone. The TGA changed the law in 2021 for the government to be able to claim that the COVID ‘vaccines’ were safe for everyone. This is a crime because a drug can kill and destroy the health of an unknown number of people. How is your health since 2021?

The government cannot prove that the COVID ‘vaccines’, were not the cause of your decline in health - that is the crime. They are required to prove over ten years that a vaccine/drug is safe for everyone but for this ‘vaccine’ it was ‘the speed of science’. Again that is nonsense - there is no such thing.

It should be noted that the government has tried to dismiss this Qld court case six times and failed. The government also does not have a single expert witness to provide evidence that the untested gene therapy called a COVID vaccine was safe and that the mandates complied with the Queensland Human Rights Bill - the only state in Australia to have such a human rights bill. On the contrary, Jayden Beale has 13 high profile doctors, scientists and researchers who will testify that this policy was unlawful and harmful. Here are the human rights and medical ethics that Australia’s vaccination mandates violate.

This Queensland Court Case could end Vaccine Mandates Worldwide

In 2020 the Australian population was mandated to have a genetically altered mRNA ‘vaccine’ that had only been tested in Phase 2 and Phase 3 combined clinical trials for a total of 4 months before it was marketed to the public as a ‘safe and effective vaccine’. There is no drug that can be claimed to be safe for everyone in a genetically diverse population. This represents a crime against the people.

In 2020 there was no evidence to support this claim of safety and efficacy for COVID ‘vaccines’. Yet this experimental genetically altered drug, with emergency approval only, was mandated in all healthy Australians. Many scientists predicted an explosion of cancers, heart attacks, strokes, infertility/ miscarriages, anxiety/depression, and neurodegenerative diseases - in all age groups. The last 5 years have proved this to be the case.

Many scientists and researchers have concluded that you can no longer trust the studies presented in scientific journals because they are owned and funded by the pharmaceutical companies. In fact, reputable scientists, such as John Ioannidis, have exposed the fact that the results of most studies cannot be relied upon due to the conflicts of interest in all stages of the clinical trial and marketing process. This is why the safety signals being found in many scientific studies are being played down to the public and you are told they are ‘rare’ side effects of vaccines. In other words, they are ignoring the signals and TELLING you what to think.

Hence, if a drug/vaccine is not tested for 10 years (to obtain observed empirical evidence) prior to mandating it in the population, then the adverse health outcomes can be hidden by flawed pharmaceutically funded studies in journals owned by the big pharma companies. And the government can ignore the evidence the public provides.

This is described further in my PhD investigating the evidence for government vaccination programs completed in December 2015. This is why it is important that doctors and governments abide by their medical ethical guidelines and do not use ‘medical knowledge’ to remove human rights.

Facts:

1. The CDC had to change the definition of a ‘vaccine’ in order to support the COVID gene-altered drug being promoted to the public as a ‘vaccine’ (September 2021). In many regulatory documents this drug is referred to as a ‘gene therapy’ and it should have been approved by the Department of Gene Technology, not the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

2. Phase 2/3 clinical trials lasted for 2 months only (June/July 2020) and at the completion of the trial all the control participants were required to have the ‘vaccines’. Hence, the short-term safety signals were covered up and there was no long term safety or efficacy data in December 2020 when this ‘vaccine’ (gene therapy product) was mandated “at the speed of science”, (there is no such thing!) to the global population.

3. Governments cannot prove that the significant increase in diseases in all age-groups is not from the 'mRNA ‘vaccines’. This is a crime because the government misinformed the public about the safety of these drugs that they mandated it with financial incentives in the human population.

4. The government is covering up the increase in all of these diseases by manipulating the statistics. Note how the increase in cancers is presented to the public from 2000-2025. Where is the statistic showing the increase from 2021-2025? This latter statistic would show whether the COVID ‘vaccines’ had played any role in the increase. Yet the government is not showing you this statistic. ‘Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics! And the Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC) is the mouthpiece for the government’s misinformation.

5. Doctors who report on the adverse health outcomes from their clinical findings (that is observed evidence in the clinical situation) are being described as ‘antivaxxers’ and are being investigated by their corporate-government regulator, AHPRA. Then they are removed from their jobs. This is being enabled under a directive to all health professionals in 2020 that stated any doctor who discusses the risks of vaccines with their patients, is providing ‘antivaccination material’, and can be removed from their jobs. Here is the directive from the Australian medical regulator, AHPRA, that was provided to doctors in March 2021 and it was removed quietly in December 2023.

This document has been put together by Dr. Judy Wilyman PhD (Public Health) and Dr. Phillip Altman PhD (Pharmacology) and we hope that all members of the public will take this evidence to their politicians to obtain the removal of No Jab No Pay/Play policies immediately. Mandatory vaccination policies are not based on medical evidence and they are indisputably a serious risk to human health.

Coercive vaccination in Australian Social Services policies (No Jab No Pay/Play) is unlawful. This is because it is not justified in Health Law. It is unjustified for four main reasons:

1. Vaccination is not mandated in Health Law because it was only a secondary measure in the control of infectious diseases globally. It was adopted in Australia, and all other countries, after 1950, when public health reforms, nutrition and antibiotics, had already removed the serious risk of both death and illness, due to all infectious diseases. Only communities with poor public health reforms were at serious risk after 1950. Cases of these diseases still existed but in the majority of cases they were mild or asymptomatic (sub-clinical) with no symptoms) resulting in natural immunity for the individual and herd immunity for the community.

2. Coercion in health promotion is against health promotion ethics. This is because it causes mental and physical illness due to stress. Doctor’s medical ethical guidelines are being violated by the medical regulator, AHPRA, because this board is preventing doctors’ from giving patients ‘informed consent, without coercion, manipulation or pressure” (AIH Ed 10).

Doctors are being deregistered by AHPRA for providing ‘antivaccination material’ and this includes discussing the very real risks of vaccination. Genetics means many people are predisposed to illnesses after vaccination and this is destroying many lives.

Is AHPRA a government or a corporate board making profit for its shareholders? The answer is both -AHPRA is a government-corporate board. So, is this lawful and have you been informed?

3. The government has never used a true inert placebo to critically and reliably assess vaccine safety in clinical trials for vaccines prior to marketing to the public. Doctors do not know this. This represents medical fraud.

4. All drugs (vaccines are drugs) have adverse effects (AE’s) in some individuals due to genetic diversity. In the case of vaccination, the government-corporate regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administrator, (96% funded by industry), has never set up an adverse event reporting system in 70+ years that can reliably detect, assess, and report adverse events likely caused by the vaccines.

This simply requires follow up of the health outcomes of every vaccinated child for 5-10 years. If this data were made available, health professionals could determine the risk benefit of using multiple vaccines in developing infants, without it doctors are assuming safety and ignoring the significant increase in chronic illnesses.

It is not in the interest of the corporate sponsors to report the types and incidence of vaccine adverse events. Pharmaceutical companies have been indemnified from any liability for harm caused by any drug categorised as a ‘vaccine’. They would lose sales if the true safety risks become widely known. There is simply no incentive to advise prescribers or the public of the true risks of any vaccine or the combination of vaccines.

In other words, the actual number of deaths or type and frequency of AE’s that are occurring in healthy children after vaccination have never been determined. The evidence in the population shows a 10-fold increase in chronic illnesses in children, since 1990, and this is a direct dose-response correlation to the vaccination program; the strongest evidence scientists have for a causal link. Yet the Australian government has never investigated this correlation.

This means that the claims of safety of the combined schedule of 15+ vaccines (~45+ doses) is being made on undone science: important science that has never been done. The government is claiming they are safe and ‘adverse events are rare’ without any data or hard evidence. It is an unmonitored experiment.

Hence, mandating multiple drugs called ‘vaccines’ in the healthy population is a crime against humanity.

No parent should be coerced and/or financially penalised to vaccinate their child because no credible evidence exists to show that the benefits of childhood vaccination outweigh the risk of developing widely reported chronic illnesses or death. Post-vaccination chronic disease includes neurodevelopmental disorders, autism, autoimmune disease, allergic conditions, asthma, anaphylaxis, learning disability, speech disorder etc. and death.

Not a single childhood vaccine has been properly safety tested in randomised, true placebo controlled, long term clinical trials despite the recognition that childhood neurological problems have skyrocketed in incidence contemporaneously with increasing use of these injections.

Childhood vaccines contain known neurotoxins such as mercury and aluminium. No credible risk/benefit analysis has been performed to justify coerced or mandated use of any vaccine.

To date there have been many studies of various design and subject number comparing the overall health of vaccinated vs unvaccinated children, however, all studies consistently support the view that vaccinated children are generally sicker across all health outcomes than unvaccinated children.

This is the largest and best designed of the 13 clinical studies comparing the health of vaxxed vs unvaxxed children. The Henry Ford Hospital (Detroit), studied 18,468 children over ten years and found that “exposure to vaccination was independently associated with an overall 2.5-fold increase in the likelihood of developing a chronic health condition when compared to children unexposed to vaccination” (Lamerato L. et al: Impact of Childhood Vaccination on Short and Long-Term Chronic Health Outcomes in Children: A Birth Cohort Study).

This is why Australia’s Social Services Policies that mandate vaccines are unlawful. They are founded on medical fraud and not supported by Health laws. They must be repealed immediately as they are destroying the genetic fabric of society.

Parents must take action by showing this evidence to their politicians/doctors and by not complying with laws that are a serious risk to public health. Please also sign up and support the doctors at the Australian Medical Professional Society (AMPS) that are standing up for the patients best interest but are being persecuted by the corporate-medical regulator, AHPRA, for abiding by their medical ethical guidelines.

In January 2016 /17 the Australian government under a Liberal Prime Minister, implemented the No Jab No Pay /Play mandatory childhood vaccination program. This was both federal and state based Social Services legislation, and it included financial coercion for both doctors and parents to use all 15+ of the recommended vaccines on the childhood schedule.

Did you know that this policy was not supported in Health legislation when it was introduced in a Social Services policy in 2016? This means it has not been justified in health law, and hence it is an unlawful Social Services policy.

Coercion is a violation of the ethical principles upon which health policy is designed. This is because it is a source of stress that is a known cause of mental and physical illness. The No Jab No Pay/Play policy violates The International Covenant for Economic, Social, and Cultural (ICESC) Rights: Article 12. This upholds the right to physical and mental health. Coercion with a medical intervention breaches this right.

This legislation also violates the ethical guidelines for good medical practice designed by the Medical Board of Australia (MBA). These guidelines state that vaccines must be given with ‘fully informed consent without coercion, manipulation or pressure’ (Australian Immunisation Handbook Ed. 10).

The No Jab No Pay/Play Social Services legislation also discriminates against healthy children. This is a violation of Article 9 of the International Covenant on the Economic and Cultural and Social Rights (ICECSR):

Article 9 is the community’s right to non-discriminatory social welfare policies. The Right to Social Security includes the requirement that social security is ‘accessible (providing universal coverage, without discrimination and qualifying and withdrawal conditions that are lawful, reasonable proportionate and transparent.’

This policy was a political decision that removed the medical ethical guideline of doctors that requires them to obtain “informed consent, without coercion, manipulation or pressure,” before any vaccine is given. This policy presents a significant risk to human health and has destroyed the quality of life of thousands of Australians.

After 2016, instead of parents giving consent to a doctor to administer a drug/vaccine to their healthy child, a parent had to refuse the vaccines, and if you did refuse even one, you could not receive government welfare benefits (of up to ~$26,000 per child per year) or a place in childcare centres for children 0-5 years old.

This mandatory vaccination policy has removed fundamental freedoms from Australians and destroyed lives, without any justification in health policy or discussion with the Australian public.

This new legislation was presented to the public by Social Services Minister, Scott Morrison, under the guise of ‘Choices for Families’. When in fact, this government policy was removing choices for families. And discriminating against healthy children in an unjustified Social Services policy.

Vaccine Safety and Efficacy Facts:

Fact: 1. Childhood vaccines have never been tested for safety using a true inert placebo in the control group (Also See Point 4 in this summary pamphlet of how infectious diseases were controlled)

Vaccines are classified as ‘biologics’ and this has enabled them to be regulated with less scrutiny and less rigor, than other drugs that are approved for the market. Instead of using an inert placebo in the unvaccinated group in safety trials, scientists have used a previously tested vaccine or an adjuvant as the placebo, both of which are known to be active in the human body. That is, they react.

These substances are not suitable as placebos in safety trials. This is medical fraud. Vaccine manufacturers are describing these studies as ‘safety trials’ when a trial cannot prove safety without using an inert saline placebo.

Fact 2: The combined schedule of 15+ childhood vaccines, has never been proven safe in large clinical trials that compare the health of vaccinated children to unvaccinated children. This requires a trial of 5-10 years to prove safety because many of these diseases, (cancer, autoimmune and neurological diseases), come out months and years after the vaccine is given. Hence, the government’s claim that the childhood vaccination schedule is ‘safe’ is medical fraud.

Law Suit against the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for Racketeering 2026

Currently, the American Academy of Pediatrics is being sued in the US courts because they have lied to the public about the claims of safety and efficacy of individual childhood vaccines, and of the cumulative effects of the combined schedule of 15+ vaccines.

Many independent studies have demonstrated the significant increase in chronic illnesses/death in vaccinated children versus unvaccinated children. Governments are ignoring this evidence and they are not funding the studies that would provide the hard evidence because they don’t want to make this conclusion. This is the undone science described in my PhD published in January 2016 on the University of Wollongong’s website.

Cancers, autoimmune and neurological diseases do not always show symptoms immediately after the injection. It can be months, or years after the exposure before the symptoms appear.

This is also linked to your genetics: some individuals will be more likely (predisposed) to get these diseases because of their genetics. But only if an environmental toxin acts on the gene to cause it to be expressed.

This is the very reason why no medication should ever be mandated in populations and this has been in doctors medical ethical guidelines for decades. It is clear that mandatory vaccination policies are political decisions that have been made by the medical-industry complex and not by independent doctors.

Other Human Rights Removed in Mandatory Vaccination Policies

1. The Convention of the Rights of the Child: Article 24. The right to the highest attainable standard of healthcare, and measures to diminish infant and child mortality. This NJNP policy encourages the use of more vaccines that carry the risk of sickness, disability and death for many children, even though these vaccines were not responsible for removing the risk of infectious diseases in Australia by 1950.

2. The International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights: Article 9. This is the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. The use of the bullying term ‘antivaxxer’ is censoring the debate on the very real risk of vaccines and this is destroying human health. The argument of choice in vaccination is not an antivaccination argument, and the government needs to stop using this derogatory term that is preventing debate. It also needs to prevent the government-corporate medical regulator, AHPRH, from deregistering doctors that discuss the risks of vaccines with their patients and that abide by their ethical guidelines by providing true informed consent to their patients.

Did you know that when vaccines are injected into your developing infant multiple animal and food proteins also enter the circulatory system of your child? Yet despite the medical knowledge above from 1913, parents are left wondering why their child has developed a life-threatening food allergy after vaccination? By the way, foreign proteins of bacteria, viruses and animals (aka foreign DNA) are also known to cause cancer in humans. And animal proteins (calf, monkey, human foetal cells etc) that are similar to our own human proteins, and all present in the manufacturing process of vaccines, cause autoimmune disease. Why are doctors not mentioning this to parents before they vaccinate?

Did you know that when you are injecting the 40-50 doses of the 15+ mandatory vaccines into your children (0-14 years of age) that you are also injecting antibiotics into the circulatory system of the body? Did your doctor tell you that antibiotics are in the traditional childhood vaccines, and they are transported to the digestive system via the circulatory system, where they can upset the natural balance of the microbiome: the flora necessary for proper digestive functioning? I’m guessing that your doctor didn’t tell you that either. Or that antibiotics can cause irritable bowel syndrome etc

Do you know what an excipient is? These are the other components of vaccines that are supposed to be non-active ingredients of vaccines. But guess what? They are not inactive. They are yeast, aluminium, thimerosal (mercury compound), formaldehyde, borax, and multiple other toxins. Now, I know that your doctor didn’t tell you about these ingredients because doctors are not educated to know the ingredients of vaccines. This is because the pharmaceutical companies sponsor their education and the industry doesn’t believe that doctors or parents need to know this information.

Whilst doctors are educated to believe that ‘vaccines controlled infectious diseases’, they are not educated on the history of how the serious risk of infectious diseases was removed by 1950 in all developed countries: before vaccines were used in mass vaccination campaigns (Fiona Stanley, Australian of the Year, Public Health, 2003).

Here is a clue, none of the 15+ vaccines that you are being financially coerced to use existed in the mid-1900’s when the serious risk of infectious diseases had been removed for 99.9% of the population in developed countries. At this time it was known that environmental, lifestyle and nutritional factors were responsible for the reduction in risk of these diseases. These diseases only flourished in poor environmental and nutritional conditions in 1950. For example, indigenous communities in Australia.

The Australian government website only provides industry-funded science assessed by industry-funded experts to present the risks/benefits of vaccines. Mandatory vaccines are a crime against humanity, and these policies must be revoked to protect the genetic fabric of society and the destruction of human health.

The government and medical-industry are ignoring the independent studies that prove that overwhelming chronic illness and disability are being caused by the government’s schedule of vaccines that is mandatory for childcare and welfare payments. In Australia this is referred to as the No Jab No Pay/Play policies.

Whilst other environmental factors also play a role in chronic illnesses, vaccines are the biggest environmental factor that all children are exposed to by injection, and chronic illness has increased in direct correlation to the increased use of vaccines. This is the strongest evidence you can have for a causal relationship when governments choose not to fund studies to provide the empirical evidence. (This is called undone science in government policy and it is described in my PhD, completed 2015).

In 2026 doctors are being taught through their pharmaceutically-funded education to blame these chronic illnesses and autism on ‘genetics’. This is a false claim and it is contrary to the established science of epigenetics. Epigenetics is the field of science that explains how environmental factors are needed to switch on many genes that are linked to chronic illnesses; these genes would remain dormant without this environmental exposure.

Here are the charges of racketeering in the complaint against the American Academy of Pediatrics. That is, the false claims of safety and efficacy that the AAP has made about vaccines to make enormous profits from these products. These charges expose a conspiracy (not a ‘theory’) between the AAP and the pharmaceutical companies. The charges even describe how the companies determine the adverse events to the vaccines and then design and sell the treatments for these illnesses/conditions. They are making enormous profits by making unjustified claims about the benefits of vaccines.

On the 7th July 2025 a mother was convicted of murder in the Australian courts for poisoning her lunch guests with death cap mushrooms. Three people died and one survived after a serious illness following the meal.

Scientific experts in the case admitted that each person reacts differently to the toxin in death cap mushrooms, according to their gender, race, age, weight and their own genetic makeup. This is a well known principle of medicine and it is why the ethical guidelines of doctors prevent them from coercing or mandating drugs in the human population. Genetic diversity in humans means we all react differently to drugs/vaccines.

Yet we have a former Liberal Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, who was given Australia’s highest award, the Companion of the Order of Australia, for his time in office that included mandating and coercing a new genetically engineered mRNA technology (deceptively called COVID ‘vaccines’ ) on the entire Australian population.

Scott Morrison is also responsible for his role in mandating with financial coercion the entire childhood vaccination schedule of 16+ vaccines in children from birth to 19 years of age. This occurred in 2015 when he was the Minister for Social Services - not the Minister for Health.

How is your health since 2021 since the roll out of the jab? Vaccines contain multiple toxins, including neurotoxins (aluminium and thimerosal), in each vaccine, and each child gets up to 12 vaccines combined in the first year of life, approximately ~24 doses of vaccines.

In 2021 it was former PM, Scott Morrison, who permitted and facilitated the state premiers to mandate and coerce a genetically engineered modified mRNA drug, on the entire population. This was deceptively promoted to the public as a ‘COVID19 vaccine’. It was claimed by the government to be a ‘vaccine’ so that people would assume it was ‘safe and effective’ when no data existed to support this claim. It was a new technology.

The mandating and coercing of this untested genetic technology (COVID ‘vaccines’) in the Australian population correlated directly to a 17-20% increase in excess deaths in Australia from 2021 onwards and in all highly vaccinated countries. Here are the statistics in Japan.

This included the premature deaths of many elderly people and a huge increase in deaths and illnesses in other demographics due to turbo cancers, myocarditis, aortic dissection, blood clots, heart attacks, strokes, infertility, anxiety, depression, Alzheimer, Motor Neurone Disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases etc.

Just ask yourself “who would have taken this injection if they knew it was a new genetically engineered technology, containing lipid nanoparticles, that had never been proven to prevent any COVID disease?” Did you know that since 2021, (the roll out of this jab), there has been a significant increase in cancers in all demographics? But particularly in young people. The mainstream media will have you believe that this significant increase has been over two decades, but in fact the statistics show a huge increase from 2021 onwards: the roll out of the COVID injections.

And the doctors response? “We don’t know what is causing this significant increase in deaths and illnesses in all demographics”. This is what happens when a major cause of deaths and illnesses is ignored by doctors and governments to protect them from the crime that has been perpetrated on the population.

Scott Morrison’s government forced this untested jab on the entire Australian population by facilitating premiers to remove people from their jobs and ostracising them from society and from their families. This was a violation of the ethical guidelines that doctors are required to practice when treating their patients. It also violated the Fair Work Commissions anti-discrimination laws and medical privacy legislation but Scott Morrison’s government and the medical regulator, AHPRA, facilitated these violations.

This drug/vaccine was an experimental gene technology that had not been approved by the Office of Gene Technology in Australia and had no short or long-term data to prove safety or efficacy.

The Minister for Health, Greg Hunt, told the Australian population in 2021 that the public would be participating in ‘the largest global experiment ever’ yet the Prime Minister at the time, Scott Morison, facilitated the premiers to coerce people into using the drug, by calling it a ‘vaccine’, and by removing them from their jobs with the threat of ‘misconduct’ on their professional records, and by preventing people’s right to travel and participate in society; our fundamental human rights.

In 2025 former PM, Scott Morrison has received Australia’s highest honour for his time in office and a mother in Australia has been imprisoned, possibly for life, for the murder of three people from toxins in a meal. If there are toxins in vaccines surely it is time to stop mandating these medications that are used in healthy children/adults? Choice in all medications is a fundamental human right that has been removed in government policies, not by medical doctors in the practice of medicine.

No Jab No Pay and Play: the Mandated Childhood Vaccination Program

It was also Scott Morrison, as Minister for Social Services (not Minister for Health) who implemented the No Jab No Pay Bill in the federal parliament in 2015 that coerced parents into using every vaccine on the national vaccination program. This policy uses financial incentives of ~$28,000 per child, to mandate the use of 16+ vaccines in children from birth to 19 years of age. This policy was not supported by evidence and it did not go through the Department of Health. This policy is a crime if it is causing chronic illness and death in a percentage of healthy children that is being ignored by the Australian government.

This meant that from 2016 onwards a child was not considered ‘vaccinated’ unless they had all 16 vaccines. The premiers extended this policy soon after (except the ACT) with the introduction of the No Jab No Play Bill that prevented attendance at childcare without all of the required vaccines.

The Australian Medical Professional Board supported these vaccine mandates, that violate their own medial ethical guidelines, by claiming they are for the ‘community good’; even though there was no clinical data to support this claim.

Any opposition to this claim was dismissed with derogatory terms such as ‘antivaccination material’ and doctors could be deregistered by the corporate regulator, AHPRA, if they discussed the risks of these genetic products. The word ‘antivaxxer’ was weaponised to ridicule individuals and to prevent others from critically thinking about the risks of these drugs, or so called ‘vaccines’, that are given to healthy people.

Please note that it is the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) International Health Regulations (IHR) that are dictating these vaccination policies to all member countries and providing incentives for the countries that implement them. These WHO directives were non-binding in 2020, however amendments have been made to the IHR that need to be rejected by Australia by the 19th July 2025 if we are to maintain our sovereignty over our own health decisions.

Censorship of the Science on Vaccines by the Media for Decades (A Corporate-sponsored and self-regulated mainstream media)

Did you know that when the authorities say that ‘vaccination is like the seat belt principle’, implying that it protects the majority of people, they are misusing this analogy. The historical facts about infectious disease control have been suppressed by the mainstream media for decades, and it is a fact, that the majority of people in developed countries have not been at risk from infectious diseases since 1950.

Here are the suppressed medical facts:

1. In all developed countries with public health reforms (e.g. Australia) infectious diseases were not a risk (either death or illness) to the majority of the population by 1950 as declared by the Commonwealth Year Book of Australia (1953). So vaccines are not being used in the same way as the seat belt analogy. This needs correcting.

2. Only one vaccine was in use in mass vaccination programs in 1950 - smallpox vaccine - so vaccination was not responsible for the decline in risk from all infectious diseases for the majority of the population.

3. The risk from smallpox did not decline until public health measures were implemented in developed countries by 1950. The vaccine was not the major factor in its declined and it had many adverse health effects including death.

4. In developed countries the majority of people do not get symptomatic disease from any infection. There are four possible outcomes from infections - asymptomatic (creates herd immunity), mild symptoms (creates herd immunity) and rarely - hospitalisation and death. The outcome of the infection is determined by the person’s own particular environmental and lifestyle circumstances - you are not responsible for anyone else’s health.

5. All drugs/vaccines carry a risk of chronic illness and death for every individual this is why the medical ethical guidelines of doctors state that vaccination must be a choice without coercion, manipulation or pressure. (Australian Immunisation Handbook Ed 10). Yet the corporate medical regulator AHPRA is not enforcing this fundamental medical principle.

If the majority of the population was not at risk from infectious diseases from 1950 onwards, why have the number of vaccines on the schedule increased as the risk declined? And why have vaccines been mandated when there is a known risk of adverse events for every individual due to their genetic make-up?

This risk from vaccines is higher for some individuals than others, and the risk from infectious diseases in developed countries was very low and negligible from 1950 onwards for the majority of the population. Mandatory vaccination plays Russian Roulette with our health.

In the Australian courts we currently have a woman on trial for allegedly poisoning her lunch guests with death cap mushrooms. It was admitted in the case that every person will react differently to the toxins in the death cap mushrooms according to their gender, race, age, and their own genetic makeup: a well known principle of medicine.

Yet we have a Liberal Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, who permitted and facilitated the state premiers to mandate and coerce a drug, in 2021-24 that was falsely promoted as a ‘COVID vaccine’ to the entire Australian population. Vaccines contain multiple toxins, including neurotoxins (aluminium and thimerosal) in each vaccine, and each child gets up to 12 vaccines combined in the first year of life, approximately ~24 doses of vaccines. Therefore, mandating any vaccine in the human population, particularly the experimental COVID ‘vaccine’, (i.e. the genetically engineered modified messenger RNA product that was not proven to prevent or stop the transmission of COVID), will cause significant harm and death to millions of people in genetically diverse populations.

However, in contrast, to the mum on trial for her lunch guests who died, Scott Morrison has been awarded a Companion Of the Order of Australia (AC) - the highest award of Australia’s honour system, for violating the medical ethical guidelines of doctors, with legislation that enforced the coercion of the population with an experimental drug.

Actors, Comedians and Artists are used to Promote Drugs (Vaccines) to the Public

Australia’s comedians who are very influential have been used to promote vaccines to the public, even though they have no specialist knowledge of these medications. Some high profile comedians/actors who used strong language to influence people’s behaviour on vaccines included, Wil Anderson and Magda Szubanski. Celebrities are aware that if they promote vaccines their reputations will be protected in the mainstream media. If they question these products they are labelled ‘antivaxxers’ and their reputation and career are destroyed.

Sadly, Magda Szubanski has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive stage 4 blood cancer, mantle cell lymphoma. If you believe the government this is a tragic coincidence with the use of an experimental genetic product. However, the government is making this claim by ignoring the known deaths and adverse health events that were observed during the short and aborted 2 month clinical trials for COVID ‘vaccines’ that were performed by Pfizer before the vaccine was rolled out.

Whilst these celebrities are promoting these products because they believe the information they are provided with, I think it is time that as a society we acknowledge the bias that enters debates when corporations can receive millions in profit for the medications they are promoting. Particularly, when they are targeting healthy people, as vaccines do. It is time to re-establish society’s moral compass and bring integrity back into the media and medical profession.

On 3rd May 2025 the Australian Medical Professional Society (AMPS) held a conference to expose the misdeeds of the corporate-government medical regulator - the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA): a national body that has registered and monitored the conduct of Australian doctors since 2010. The information provided in this conference led one participant to declare at the end, this is not a misdeeds conference it is a ‘scandal’.

Here are some excerpts in italics below from investigative journalist, Maryanne Demasi’s newsletter after she attended the event - The Misdeeds of AHPRA by M. Demasi.

• The AHPRA board has unlimited scope and no accountability for any action it takes against a doctor or an academic. (That’s right, in NSW the regulator known as the HealthCare Complaints Commission, included an extra clause in the policy in 2017 to include ‘educators’.)

• Annually AHPRA is spending $15 million on legal action that is being funded by the fees of the doctors it is terrorising with investigations.

• There is no standard of evidence needed to launch a case and many are launched by anonymous complainants with no evidence of harm to a patient - you are guilty until you prove your innocence. These cases are terrorising doctors and they can run for years without a resolution whilst the doctor is suspended from working during this time.

• One in five doctors will be investigated during their career and the investigation leaves reputational scars that never heal.

• AHPRA’s own internal review revealed that over a four-year period, it had handled 20 serious cases, 16 of which resulted in deaths. Of these, 12 were confirmed suicides, while 4 were considered likely suicides. In addition, there were many more attempted suicides.

Questions for Health Professionals to ask themselves:

1. Why are you continuing to pay fees to an unaccountable, corporate and questionably invalid, regulatory board that was set up through the Queensland parliament, and not through the federal parliament, to become a national board?

2. If the above description is correct you are potentially contributing to harming your patients with non-objective science as well as funding an organisation to unjustly investigate your fellow practitioners.

3. How can consumers trust doctors and allied health professionals who are prevented from providing all of the known risks associated with medical interventions?

Speaker after speaker at the conference described how the medical industry is misusing its authority to intimidate, harass and bully doctors, and academics, into submission to the health directives provided by the government with centralised decision-making.

This bullying by AHPRA ensures doctors will comply with the government directives even when the directives breach the medical ethical guidelines for practitioners that are set out by the Medical Board of Australia (MBA). (Ch 5 PhD).

This tyrannical situation began in 2010 when AHPRA was set up, but it only became apparent to most people in 2020 when the corporate partners wanted to promote their untested medical products to all consumers during the alleged pandemic.

Medical ethical guidelines are designed by the MBA to protect the patient’s health, but AHPRA is ensuring that industry profits are being protected by bullying doctors into implementing government public health directives that contradict the health promotion literature.

Doctors are threatened with de-registration from AHPRA if they oppose the government narrative and this has led to doctors violating the ethical guidelines for patients with respect to informed consent without coercion, bodily autonomy, medical privacy and non-discrimination in health policies.

It is no longer possible to trust the advice provided by health practitioners who are registered with AHPRA. The patient’s health is a risk because doctors no longer have autonomy to speak freely of the evidence-based risks associated with many medical interventions. Particularly, those for healthy people such as the ever-expanding vaccination program.

The violation of ethical guidelines is leading to premature deaths and chronic illness/ disability in the community. This is a tragedy and it is a huge and growing burden on Australia’s health budget and economy.

Sadly, respect for all registered health professionals is declining and this will not change until practitioners stand up to the regulator and ensure that they are only paying fees to an organisation that is accountable for the actions that it takes against practitioners.

Any doctors/allied health professionals who wish to bring integrity back into their profession, and remove the bullying culture driven by AHPRA, can join the Australian Medical Professional Society (AMPS) to ensure that health and not industry interests, and hence sickness, are being promoted in the community.

My Research on the Childhood Vaccination Program (2004-2015)

My book Vaccination: Australia’s Loss of Health Freedom (published 2020) describes the undone science in government vaccination programs that is leading to false claims about the benefits of vaccines. This lack of evidence for the claims of the safety and efficacy of vaccines has now been admitted by the so called, Godfather of Vaccines, Stanley Plotkin. I have also described the political strategies, including the conflicts of interest of regulators and government advisors, that have resulted in doctors violating their medical ethical guidelines. This has led to a significant increase in deaths, illnesses, and disabilities from enforcing government public health policies. Newsletter 311: The Misdeeds of AHPRA

On 3rd May 2025 Australian doctors and academics will be holding a conference to discuss the misdeeds of the Australian Health Practitioner’s Regulatory Authority (AHPRA); the corporate-government regulator of medical practitioners in Australia.

This national body was only set up in 2009 and during this short period we have witnessed the censorship of medical science in Australia. AHPRA has supported doctors to intimidate and harass any doctor or university academic who presents science that is against the interests of the medical-industry. In addition, they have de-registered doctors who present the documented medical risks of vaccines that are not provided in their medical education; not by providing the evidence showing the benefits far outweigh the risks, but by claiming these doctors/academics are presenting ‘anti-vaccination material’ - a bullying term that should not be a part of any scientific debate.

This bullying with name-calling (‘antivaxxer’ and ‘conspiracy theorist’) is contrary to the scientific method that underpins medical interventions, and it prevents valid scientific debate that can prevent unnecessary deaths from these interventions.

In November 2014 - May 2015, a medical doctor made a false complaint of academic misconduct against my research on the whooping cough vaccine that I had completed eight years earlier in 2006. This doctor was also permitted to publicise his anonymous complaint in the mainstream media with my name and with the claim of ‘academic misconduct’, even before the University of Wollongong (UOW) had investigated the complaint.

The investigation was completed in May 2015 and the UOW Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Judy Raper, apologised to me because the complainant had misused the university complaint procedures for academic debate. This medical doctor had not provided any evidence of academic misconduct in his complaint yet he had publicly discredited my research to politicians and the public in the mainstream media.

In 2015 when I asked the University of Wollongong to put out a press release to vindicate my name and my research, the university would not do this. Here is the summary version of this whooping cough research which was published in 2009 in the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) Newsletter.

Peter McIntyre (Deputy / Director of NCIRS 1997-2017) was asked to respond to my PHAA article in 2009 and his was published beside my article in the newsletter. He did not provide the references for his article when I requested them, and the PHAA did not require them for the newsletter. Why?

It was no coincidence that this false complaint of ‘academic misconduct’ in 2015 coincided with the Liberal Party’s introduction into parliament of the No Jab No Pay Childhood Vaccination Policy. To introduce this policy into parliament it was necessary for the medical industry to discredit my research that I submitted to the 2015 Senate Inquiry My submission was to oppose the introduction of the No Jab No Pay Policy that was mandating the use of 16+ vaccines in children.

My submission provided the scientific evidence that proves that vaccines were not responsible for the significant decline in deaths and illnesses to all infectious diseases that had occurred by 1950. This was after public health reforms were implemented in all developed countries and only one vaccine was used in mass vaccination campaigns at the time. This fact means there is no justification for mandating any vaccine in the population and it is the reason why the use of vaccines in Australia has always been voluntary.

There is no scientific basis for the government claim that vaccinated people protect the population by creating herd immunity. Even if a vaccine is beneficial for the individual it is short term protection, and it only acts to stimulate one part of the complex immune response. This artificial response is inferior to the naturally induced immune response and herd immunity was created by natural infections after public health reforms were introduced in many countries by 1950.

In 2015 my research on the ineffectiveness of influenza vaccine was published in the peer-reviewed journal, Medical Veritas, The Ethics of Childhood Influenza Immunisation. Interestingly, when it was published on the internet the references were scrambled, so here is the unscrambled version of the references.

In January 2016 my PhD on the history of Australia's childhood vaccination program was published on the University of Wollongong website and my university research was ridiculed by doctors in the mainstream media with false information. All major media outlets in Australia, including the ABC, have provided false information about my research to the public. When I made a formal complaint to AHPRA about this defamation and vilification of valid health research, AHPRA did not take any action. At the same time I also wrote to the NSW Ombudsman but again no action was taken to prevent the censorship of valid scientific arguments that would protect the public’s interest (health) in government ‘health’ policies.

The defamation of my research from 2012-2025 has provided false information to politicians and the public, about a health issue that results in life and death consequences when it is promoted in government policies. Whilst most of the population has only seen the censorship of science since 2020 during the planned WHO ‘pandemic’, the media censorship and propaganda of vaccination science has been going on for decades.

At the conference in Sydney on the 3rd May 2025 many doctors will speak of similar experiences to censor their medical perspectives, as well as being de-registered from practicing medicine if they inform their patients of the documented risks of vaccines.

In 2022, as the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, you made a political decision to deport a world class athlete who had been invited to Australia on a valid Australian visa. This was Novak Djokovic who was coming to Australia to compete for his tenth grand slam title in our country, a place that he had always loved to visit and compete.

Novak is arguably the healthiest person on the planet yet you described him as a ‘risk to public health’ in 2022. It must be the first time in history that an athlete has been removed for not taking a drug. Does this sound like public health gone bad?

This ‘drug’ that you requested he take was a genetically engineered injected product, that was approved for Emergency Use Only (EUO) in 2021 and rushed onto the market. Yet the government promoted this drug as a ‘vaccine’, even though it was never tested to see if it prevented any COVID disease. Or to see if it stopped transmission.

1. Did you know that it is against the law to mandate a drug that has EUO approval? Mandating a novel untested product in the population would be a risk to public health.

2. Did you know that this drug not only doesn’t prevent transmission Mr. Hawke, but it increases the chances of getting COVID and other respiratory illnesses. Just ask the paramedics.

3. At the time Novak Djokovic even stated that he had natural immunity to COVID from a previous infection. Natural immunity is known to be long lasting immunity and the CDC has admitted this is valid protection.

4. Did you know that the excess deaths in Australia and all COVID vaccinated countries, increased after the genetically engineered, so called ‘vaccines’, were rolled out in 2021? Here are Australia’s National Statistics for 2022 showing the increase in hospitalisations and deaths after the vaccines were rolled out in February 2021.

   If the vaccine was effective why did the ABS statistics show that in January 2022, deaths were 22.1% more than the historical average? And deaths to COVID-19 were the second most common cause after cancers. Does that sound like an effective ‘vaccine’?

5. Did you know that many more young people are dying since 2021 and it is not from COVID? This experimental drug is known to target the heart, reproductive organs, nervous system and cause cancers etc.

6. Here is a report describing the under-reporting of the US CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and the gas-lighting of people that have been injured by vaccines. This under-reporting is also a feature of Australia’s TGA reporting system and it means that causal links to adverse events cannot be determined after vaccination is promoted in populations. This means that if a vaccine is fast tracked without the minimum 10 years of testing, then people can be killed or disabled without any accountability by the government or pharmaceutical industry.

So, Mr. Hawke, how safe do you think a genetically engineered drug is if it is given Emergency Use Only approval after ‘operation warp speed’?

I would argue that this drug was the ‘risk to public health’, not Novak Djokovic, and under the best public health and human rights principles, it was illegal to make your political decision to deport Novak from Australia.

In Australia, it was Scott Morrison’s Liberal government that used financial coercion to discriminate against healthy citizens who would not get injected with this so called COVID ‘vaccine’ (genetically engineered mRNA). It was the Minister for Home Affairs, Peter Dutton, who assisted in enforcing this discrimination on the population in 2021, using the military, the Immigration Department and the Australian police force, as well as applying misconduct charges for employees who did not comply.

The Liberal Minister for Immigration in 2022, Alex Hawke, even deported the (arguably) healthiest person on the planet, Novak Djokovic, even though he had a valid entry visa and had natural immunity from a previous COVID infection. Alex Hawke described Novak Djokovic, as a ‘risk to public health’.

It must be the first time in history that a healthy athlete has been removed from any country for not taking a drug. This is public health gone bad Mr. Hawke and at the very least you need to make a public apology to Novak Djokovic.

Here is Novak, explaining why he was prepared to give up all his trophies to keep his right to choose what is injected into his body. Novak is a man of integrity and a role model for all Australians to show how you must stand up to bullies when laws are corrupted.

Why Mandates for drugs are a Crime

This vaccine mandate violates the precautionary principle that is used in government public health policy to protect human health. Australians have been informed for years by the industry-funded, government, Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), that childhood vaccines are tested for 10+ years before being promoted to the public.

But as with the COVID ‘vaccines’ this was not true: the Australian TGA has recently admitted in 2024 that it does not have a duty of care to protect the public good in its role as a government regulator of the safety and efficacy of vaccines. And this is why it has not done the necessary studies to prove that vaccines are safe or effective. Wow!

And here is Stanley Plotkin, aged 92, the so called ‘Godfather of vaccines’, finally admitting in 2024, the fact that childhood vaccines have not been properly studied for safety or efficacy, or in combination with every other vaccine that is now on the childhood program (16+ vaccines). This admission by Plotkin occurred after my PhD research was published in January 2016 providing evidence for this fact. How is your health since 2021?

If your health has deteriorated significantly and you are no longer enjoying a good quality of life (mentally or physically), then you should be angry because you have been lied to by your government. Maybe you have many friends as well who are similarly affected or whose cancers/strokes/heart conditions have returned or who have prematurely passed away - suddenly?

The government cannot prove that it was not this drug/vaccine (mRNA gene technology) that they mandated in all healthy people that is causing this illness. This fact makes the mandating of this drug (‘vaccine’) in 2021-25 a crime against humanity. These mandates are still in place in some businesses.

The Mainstream Media’s Complicity in the Crime

I know the ABC is telling us it is our lifestyle or it is an overdose of a supplement product or anything else except the genetically engineered mRNA ‘vaccine’ (drug) that is causing this increase in illness/deaths. But why are you getting your medical advice from the mainstream media? The corporate-government sponsored media has no proof of the cause of your illness and why are they ignoring the untested genetic injections as a plausible (and most likely) cause of your illness?

You were coerced (forced in fact - because you cannot live without a job or travel to see friends and relatives) into taking this injection. And the ABC had the industry scientist, Norman Swan, promoting the ‘vaccines’ to you with false information.

The ABC also used comedians, such as, Wil Anderson, who told you not to question the vaccines in his ‘Wilogical’ performance and then after the ‘pandemic’, the ABC put to air the program, ‘Question Everything’ with Wil Anderson as the presenter. Do you see how you are being manipulated by the media?

Doctors medical ethical guidelines state that ‘a vaccine must be given without coercion, manipulation, or pressure’ (Australian Immunisation Handbook Ed 10). Yet all doctors were required by the Australian medical regulator, AHPRA, to violate this medical ethical guideline. This is a crime and the regulator, AHPRA, must be held to account.

The government has financially coerced an untested genetically engineered drug onto the healthy Australian population and the TGA, Chief Medical and Health Officers, and Health Department, cannot prove that it was not this ‘vaccine’ (drug) that has caused your illness or death.

This is a crime when it is committed in a public health policy for three main reasons:

1. The public was not told that this was a genetically-engineered product falsely described as a ‘vaccine’. Or that it is contaminated with DNA that is known to cause cancer.

2. Coercion is against the ethical guidelines for promoting health in the community and has no place in a government public health policies.

3. The public was told by the TGA and other ministers and politicians, that these injections were safe and effective when they had no data to support this claim. This is a violation of the public’s trust.

You have a right to be angry and to get accountability by making a complaint to the police. There will be no future for our children if those responsible are not held to account.

Newsletter 308 - Vaccine Injuries and Excess Deaths Correlating directly to the 2021 Vaccination Program are being Ignored by the Australian Government

I have been studying government vaccination policies for over twenty years and in attempting to debate my academic research I have experienced first hand the corruption of the political processes that have discredited and censored academics and professionals who debate their research. This has been described in my interview with Independent MP Russell Broadbent, in which I disclose the strategies of industry lobby groups and activists involved in providing mis- and dis-information about vaccines in both the official and unofficial channels for scientific debate.

Increased global censorship of the vaccination debate occurred in 2021 when the UK’s Department for Digital Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) shared its ‘masterclass in censorship’ with the US government resulting in a worldwide censorship movement against COVID dissent that was lead by the Centre for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH). This is described in ‘Freedom Under Fire: How the US and UK are Pushing Back.’

It is also the case that money is the power to influence the research that is debated and promoted to the public and politicians. Only industry-funded research is being promoted to the public. The corporate-funded media and journals are not promoting the independent science that provides evidence of negative results for their products.

The Australian Therapeutics Goods Administrator (TGA), our government regulator of drugs such as vaccines, is currently attempting to dismiss the Class Action brought by Dr. Melissa McCann, regarding compensation to the people injured and permanently damaged by COVID vaccines.

There has been an enormous number of deaths and injuries caused by the COVID genetically engineered injections (‘vaccines’). But these are being ignored and swept under the carpet by the government. The TGA has recently announced that this class action should not be heard because this industry-funded ‘government’ regulator ‘does not have a duty of care to act for the protection of the health and good of the public.’

This body has been masquerading as a ‘government’ regulator of the safety of drugs for decades, even though it is 96% funded by the industry whose drugs it regulates. If it is a government regulator then it has a duty of care to protect public health using independent science. Specifically, because it has the dual role of i) approving drugs for the market and ii) monitoring the safety of these drugs in the population.

This is a serious conflict of interest and it is justified by the government as being a ‘cost-recovery system’. This means that the manufacturers of the drugs/vaccines pay the costs required for approving their own drugs for the market. But why does this same body also have the responsibility for monitoring their safety in the general population? How can the industry be expected to monitor the safety of its own drugs which create millions of dollars in revenue?

Particularly, when the industry does not hold any liability for harm caused by drugs that they promote as ‘vaccines’. (1986 Act USA Congress).

The TGA is now suggesting that it doesn’t consider it has any duty of care for the health of the public and this admission explains why the TGA, in seventy years, has never set up an active surveillance system to monitor the health outcomes of every vaccinated individual over a period of 1-10 years, that could determine causal links of adverse events to the vaccines.

The TGA and other regulators masquerading as ‘government’ bodies have been using passive or voluntary monitoring systems that cannot determine causal links or the frequency and types of adverse events that occur in genetically diverse populations as a result of childhood vaccination programs.

It would not have been difficult to set up an active and mandatory reporting system to monitor health outcomes. Instead we have passive, voluntary reporting systems that also allow the 96% industry-funded TGA the discretion to reject deaths and illnesses that are reported after vaccination. This is a serious conflict of interest.

On the other side of the coin, the TGA has managed to implement monitoring systems for every infectious agent, even in healthy people without symptoms! They have then falsely called these people ‘asymptomatic’ transmitters of disease and described them as ‘a risk to society,’ so they can be locked up for 14 days in quarantine. These extra cases created by actively looking for the virus in healthy people were then used to declare a well planned ‘pandemic’ based on an illusion of ‘cases’ of disease.

Here is my published article titled ‘Creating a Global Pandemic’ (Oct 2020) describing how a pandemic can be created by changes to diagnostic criteria and changes to the surveillance of the disease.

For example, in 2020-22 flu and pneumonia did not disappear. The CDC and governments stopped monitoring these diseases during this time and all respiratory illness was diagnosed as ‘COVID’ disease. Cases were found by using a PCR test in healthy people which was misused as a diagnostic tool. And its results were misinterpreted. The cases were publicised in the media to frighten the public and create the illusion of a pandemic and the elderly who die with co-morbidity from flu/pneumonia every year were also publicised in the media to add to the fear.

This is medical fraud and it is a result of the huge conflicts of interest (COI) that exist in the World Health Organisation’s collaboration with the corporations in the GAVI alliance (called the Gavi board since 2009) in the design of the International Health Regulations (IHR).

These COI also exist on government advisory and regulatory boards. This is synchronised with centralised decision-making for health policies and a medical regulator called the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) that is also a corporate board masquerading as a ‘government medical regulator’.

The enormous rise in excess deaths in all highly vaccinated countries that correlates directly with the roll out of the genetically engineered mRNA technology that was promoted as a ‘vaccine’ to the trusting public, is being hidden by many statistical techniques. The OHIO State University Medical Centre in September 2024 quietly stopped mandating/recommending/offering the COVID ‘vaccine’ to its ~23,000 employees. (Pierre Kory - Policy Shifts against the mRNA Platform)

Ohio State is stopping the use of COVID ‘vaccines’, and the Florida Surgeon General has also recommended against their use. This trend is occurring in South American countries and in the UK.

The Significant Increase in Sickness in Children after Vaccination

As a teacher I have been observing the significant increase in chronic illness in children since the early 1990’s, and recognised its direct dose-response relationship to the increased use of vaccines. The government has been dismissing the public’s concern about this association as a ‘coincidence.’

Instead of admitting to the public that this is strong evidence of a causal link based on the 9-Bradhill criteria for causation, the government has been informing parents that ‘it is a coincidence’ and that ‘correlation doesn’t equal causation’.

The directors and co-directors of the government’s National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance (NCIRS), the board responsible for investigating safety and efficacy of vaccines, admitted in 2013 that they have never investigated this correlation and they have never investigated the effects of the combination of 16+ vaccines in the infant’s body. Peter McIntyre, was the deputy director and director of this board from 1997-2017.

The medical-industry is happily protecting its vested interests in government polices and unconcerned about the huge increase in debilitating illnesses and neurodevelopmental disorders in our children because they are not interested in investigating the direct dose-response correlation between vaccines and chronic illness in children.

If health outcomes were being used to promote vaccination policies they could never be promoted as ‘health’ policies. There has never been a sicker generation of children and these policies are more aptly called ‘sickness’ policies as they are designed to protect the industry’s interest and not the health outcomes for the public good.

Western Australia’s Great Debate

West Australian Premier, Roger Cook, (who was previously the Minster for Health during COVID) dismissed the Port Headland Council’s concerns about harm caused by DNA contamination of the mRNA injections, by suggesting the councillors should ‘stick to their knitting’. He was then invited to a debate with prominent doctors, lawyers and politicians. He declined to attend however the debate went ahead and these speakers presented significant evidence of the dangers of DNA contamination and the mechanisms by which they can cause ‘turbo’ cancers and neurological damage and mutations that can be passed on in reproduction.

What is an Antivaxxer?

An ‘antivaxxer’ is the derogatory word used by the government and medical industry to dismiss people who are critically thinking about the evidence for vaccines. They are people who are interested in seeing the type of evidence that governments are using to make claims of ‘safety, efficacy and necessity’ for each vaccine. Remember, just because you think one vaccine is beneficial doesn’t mean that every marketed vaccine has benefits that outweigh the harm.

Who is doing the risk assessment for each vaccine and the combination of 16+ vaccines in an infant? The pharmaceutical companies that profit from the these vaccines (PhD Ch 6).

The word ‘anti-vaxxer’ is used as a term of ridicule in the media. It is a form of bullying or hate speech, and it is used by the government to incite others against your opinions that are based on researched information. This is done to ostracise you in the community or workplace to prevent others from questioning the government narrative. They are manipulating your behaviour so you believe in vaccines - without viewing any evidence.

The government and powerful medical-industry lobby groups use this term in the media to stop people looking at the evidence (or lack of) supporting government claims about vaccines. They also use the label of ‘conspiracy theorist’ as hate speech to manipulate people’s understanding and use of vaccines.

When society is unable to have open and transparent scrutiny of the evidence in public debates it is no longer science. It becomes propaganda or a form of religion. The government wants you to trust the claims they are making so that you will believe in vaccination and they manipulate your behaviour with propaganda and by calling those that think critically - ‘anti-vaxxers’. This word has been weaponised.

The government’s narrative became a religion when they started vilifying parents/professionals with name calling to attack their educated arguments three decades ago. Even the official channels for debate, the vaccination conferences, select against our arguments by claiming it is ‘anti-vaccination material’, instead of openly debating the evidence.

In Australia you are vilified if you say that you do not vaccinate. The Liberal government, in 2016, implemented policies in the Social Services Department (not the Health Department), that ensure people lose their jobs, their welfare benefits or are discriminated against in the community, if they have an educated view supported by university research, and do not vaccinate. These policies are being continued by the Labor Party.

So Do Universities Matter?

The New Anti-Vilification Laws in Australia

The Australian government is bringing in new Anti-Vilification laws and the state of Victoria has proposed that the offense of ‘inciting hatred against, serious contempt for, revulsion towards or severe ridicule of a person or group based on protected attributes’, will lead to up to five years in jail. These protected attributes include sex, gender identity, race, religion, sexual characteristics, sexual orientation and disability.

So if the new laws are properly applied anyone denigrating people for their beliefs about vaccines, with inciteful language, such as ‘anti-vaxxer’, will go to jail. In this case universities do matter.

However, if the Anti-Vilification Laws do not include vilification against scientific and political opinions, even when the government promotes these issues in a religious fashion, (that is, with propaganda and without scientific debate), then universities will no longer matter.

Currently, the vilification of professionals and academics with the words ‘anti-vaxxer’, ‘conspiracy theorist’ and many other labels, for example, telling parents to ‘grow a brain’ (WA Premier, Mark McGowan 2021), means that university degrees are worthless.

How is the Australian Prime Minister going to enforce these Anti-Vilification laws with consistency when he and his ministers are using hate speech to create a religious belief, and not educated opinions, about vaccination?

My own journey of investigating vaccines at university for 10 years (2004-2015) demonstrates how degrees no longer matter because journalists, comedians and politicians are permitted to vilify and denigrate academics and professionals when they speak against the government narrative.

In 2004 I began researching the evidence supporting the government’s vaccination program. However, when I graduated in 2015 with a Masters of Science Degree (Population Health) and a PhD analysing the evidence underpinning the government’s vaccination program, I was not allowed to debate my university research in public forums or national conferences. I was ridiculed by government health officials as an ‘antivaxxer’ and a ‘conspiracy theorist’, and powerful industry lobby groups ensured that our events in council venues were cancelled by claiming ‘anonymous complaints had been made’ and by providing false information about us in the media.

The people who are pro-vaccine are trusting (blind faith) that the government is telling the truth and hence vaccinating has become a religion in our society. My book Vaccination: Australia’s Loss of Health Freedom is based on my PhD research at Wollongong University and it describes the political strategies that have been used to prevent the public from having a voice in government vaccination policies ever since 1986 when the pharmaceutical companies gained indemnity for any harm that is caused by a drug called a ‘vaccine’.

1. In 1913 Charles Richet won the Nobel Prize for proving that vaccines cause allergies and anaphylaxis. Here is his acceptance lecture on this discovery (11 December 1913).

2. An Interview with Dr. Andrew Moulden (July 2009), ‘What you were Never Told about Vaccines’. In this interview he describes the mechanisms by which vaccines can cause microstrokes, autism, SIDS, Zeta Potential, MASS and much more. He died suddenly in November 2013 at 49. No autopsy, No investigation.

3. JB Handley blog ‘Andrew Wakefield Vs Stanley Plotkin: you be the judge’. This blog includes a deposition from a court case in January 2018 where, Dr. Stanley Plotkin (the claimed ‘Godfather of Vaccinology’ for 50+ years), admits to lawyer, Aaron Siri, that there is ‘no evidence to support the government’s claims that vaccines are safe or effective for children’.

   Dr Plotkin admits that the claims of safety have been based on a lack of evidence, not actual scientific data. That is, the government does not have any scientific evidence proving that vaccines are safe for the majority of people. The claim is fabricated because the proper scientific studies have never been done. This is called ‘undone science’ and a lack of evidence cannot be extrapolated to claim that ‘vaccines are safe’. But this is what the government has done.

4. I have discussed the undone science in the government’s vaccination policies in my PhD thesis 2015 (published in January 2016 on the University of Wollongong website). It has now been downloaded 36,932 times due to my newsletters over the last decade. My research also provides the political strategies used in Australia to suppress my academic research and to prevent the public from having a voice in government policies. Consequently, the government did not provide any evidence of safety and I was informed by the head of the WA Health Department, that it ‘would be unethical to prevent anyone from receiving a vaccine’. Really?

In other words, it is not unethical to claim that a vaccine is ‘safe and effective’ without providing any evidence to support this claim. I call that an unmonitored experiment.

Here is the evidence that governments do not require proof of safety or efficacy of vaccines before they promote them to healthy people as ‘safe and effective’ And they do test them on pregnant women:

1. 2. The claimed, godfather of vaccines, Stanley Plotkin, has confirmed that there is a lack of safety data to claim that childhood vaccines are safe ‘Stunning Reversal’: World Renowned Vaccinologist Publishes Paper Admitting Lack of Vaccine Safety Studies.

3. No Jab No Pay No Play Australian Government Policy: Independent MP, Russell Broadbent, is campaigning to bring back conscientious objection to vaccination. This campaign is based on the knowledge that vaccines, (a category of drugs), are not proven safe by using true inert saline placebos. Conscientious objection to vaccination was removed in 2016 in Australia, when the Liberal government brought in a policy called ‘No Jab No Pay No Play’ in the Social Services department - not the Health Department.

   This is a coercive vaccination policy that was linked to children being required to use 12+ vaccines before they were considered ‘vaccinated’. (Did the Murdoch media’s, News Corp, explain this in 2016 when they promoted the policy to you?)

   Childcare welfare benefits and childcare places are withheld if a child does not receive all 12 vaccines ~ 24 doses of which are given in the first 12 months of life. Scott Morrison was the Minister for Social Services, who brought in this policy (signed off by Christian Porter in November 2015), and they called it ‘Choices for Families’ as they removed a parents choice in the number of vaccines they use in their child; a policy that should be dependent upon family genetics. Reversal of the Principle that Protects Human Health in Government Policy: The Precautionary Principle (PP)

How often, since 2021, have you heard someone say, ‘but you can’t prove your sickness was due to the COVID vaccine?’

In 2021 governments mandated an experimental genetically engineered mRNA product, that they called a ‘COVID vaccine’, in the human population. In doing so, the Australian government claimed it was ‘safe and effective’ and ‘it would prevent COVID disease’, but it was not and it did not.

The ‘vaccine’ was trialled at ‘warp speed’ for approximately two months by the pharmaceutical companies themselves, and they never tested to see if it would prevent any COVID disease. The claims about the product were made without the necessary 10 years of data to prove the drug/vaccine was harmless to humans.

When bodily autonomy is violated by mandatory government policies, then human health can only be protected if these medications, are proven save and effective before they are mandated in the population.

This means the onus of proof of harmlessness for any vaccine must be on the government (the proponents of the medication), not the individual.

When this precautionary principle (PP) is not used in this format in government health policies then human health is not being protected in these policies; governments are protecting the financial interests of big pharma in government ‘health’ policies when this principle is reversed.

That is, the policies become ‘Sickness Policies’ not ‘Health Policies’.  

In other words, when vaccines are fast-tracked (‘warp speed’) and put on the market without 7-10 years of proper clinical trials, then this puts the onus of proof of harm from the drug on the individual, instead of the government.

How often, since 2021, have you heard someone say, ‘but you can’t prove it was the COVID vaccine?’

In this situation, when you have an adverse health outcome or die after a ‘vaccine’ (untested drug), days, weeks, months, or years after the injection, you (the individual) cannot prove that it was the vaccine.

And when the corporate-sponsored media, collaborates to present these excess deaths and illnesses since 2021 (after a mass vaccination campaign) as being a result of lifestyle or genetic causes, this adds to the crime. Here are Australia’s statistics on excess deaths after the mass COVID vaccination campaign in 2021. (Here is a published article linking 73.9% of deaths after COVID vaccination to the vaccine) Yet governments are not interested in investigating this link that shows their policies are harming human health?

Genetics is the very reason that exemptions for vaccines were always advised prior to 1990, when all vaccines were voluntary and without financial coercion. This is because it was known that millions of people are pre-disposed to chronic illnesses from their genetic makeup (family heredity).

Prior to the No Jab No Pay/Play policies introduced in 2016, vaccines in Australia were always voluntary with many people known to be contraindicated to these vaccines due to their genetics. The Australian government arbitrarily removed these contraindications to vaccines when it implemented the mandatory and coercive childhood vaccination program for 15 vaccines in 2016.

Mandatory and coercive medical interventions are a crime, but particularly vaccines for healthy people, because vaccines were only available after the risk (deaths and serious illness) to infectious diseases was removed by 1950 in Australia and in all developed countries.

My book Vaccination: Australia’s Loss of Health Freedom documents how consumers have lost their voice in government policies due to political barriers and a media that is controlled by corporate moguls that profit from vaccines.

Vaccination is a ‘Sickness Policy’ not a Health Policy

When the PP is reversed, and drugs are not proven safe before they are marketed, the risks of the drug can far outweigh the benefits, and the exact risks and frequency of adverse events due to government vaccination policies remain hidden. In other words, vaccination programs become an unmonitored experiment on the population.

If this situation exists then you would see a direct correlation between the increase in chronic illnesses in children, with the increased use of vaccines. And there has been for 30 + years in all countries.

However, this correlation can be hidden from the public when the government and media ignore it, i.e. they do not publicise it. A direct dose-response correlation is a necessary precursor for causation according to the Bradford-Hill criteria for causation. Yet the Australian government has been dismissing parents concerns about this association for decades with the mantra that ‘correlation doesn’t equal causation’.

This link can be further hidden by governments that de-fund the safety studies on vaccines. If you don’t look for the cause in properly designed clinical studies then there is no evidence to prove that they are harmful. Hence, the government can claim vaccines to he safe based on a lack of evidence - not on evidence-based medicine.

Follow the money to see how governments can hide the science by de-funding an important area of science. Note that governments have comprehensive programs on the surveillance of infectious agents in the population, but no surveillance programs monitoring and publicising the increase in chronic illness in children as these vaccination programs have expanded. Governments do not use health outcomes in children to prove vaccination programs are successful health policies.

The claim that ‘vaccines can prevent infectious diseases’ is created by an illusion. Symptoms of a disease can be re-classified under a different diagnosis, For example, ‘COVID disease’ and ‘influenza’. In addition, surveillance of the disease can be changed to find more or less of the disease when required. Here is my article titled ‘Creating a Global Pandemic’ (2020) that describes how these statistics can be manipulated to create this illusion.

When a government does not do the short or long-term clinical trials that would prove with empirical (observed) evidence that a drug/vaccine is safe or effective, they are breaching their duty of care to the public and making claims without any supporting evidence. This makes government claims about the safety and efficacy of vaccines myths, as they are not founded on evidence-based medicine.

At the same time these injections are being promoted as ‘vaccines’ in ‘health’ policies that are claimed to be ‘in the public’s best interest’ and claimed to be ‘safe and effective’. Yet the opposite of these claims is true. They are creating sickness in the population.

Vaccines are being fast-tracked and put on the market with less than 6 months of trials. Many of these products contain genetically engineered components (e.g. COVID and HPV vaccines) and there is no independent long-term efficacy or safety data available to support the claims being made about these drugs.

Government policy on vaccines is being made with the influence of vaccine manufacturers and this is a threat to human health. Please write to your government to ensure that the IHR amendments are rejected and that governments exit the WHO which has become a corrupted organisation.

Reversing Health Promotion Principles in Government Policy

Firstly, governments do not, and should not, have the power to mandate medical drugs in government policies. This is specifically because they are not medical doctors and mandates violate doctors’ ethical guidelines to practice medicine.

In 1946 Australia’s constitution was changed to allow the federal government to provide medical advice which permits the recommendation of preventative medical interventions, but they have no power to mandate a medical intervention.

The use of coercion in government policies is also a violation of the ethical practice of medicine: coercion results in sickness not health being promoted in government policies because of stress on mental wellbeing.

Secondly, there is no necessity for this action. The risk (not cases) from all infectious diseases was removed by changes to the environment and lifestyle by government policies, in developed countries, prior to the use of most vaccines.

The two vaccines in use in mass campaigns before 1950 (small pox and polio) were voluntary, and the risk from these diseases was also only removed after hygiene, sanitation and nutrition were implemented in developed countries by 1950.

The polio outbreaks after 1950 were manipulated to show a decline in polio after the vaccine was implemented by changing the criteria used to diagnose polio. This strategy was also adopted in 2020 when flu disappeared for two years and now it has returned since the misused (and hence medically fraudulent PCR test) used for diagnosing respiratory illness in 2020-21 has been removed.

Government policy can be influenced by sponsorship from lobby groups, such as pharmaceutical companies, and this is allowing the ethical guidelines for doctors to be violated to remove human rights of consumers.

This is being achieved through the directives on vaccination policies that are given to all member countries from the World Health Organisation (WHO), through the International Health Regulations (IHR 2007). The advice on these regulations is provided to each member government via the WHO’s National Technical Advisory Groups on Immunisation.

In Australia this body is called the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI). The chair of Australia’s ATAGI from 2005-2014 was Terry Nolan, who was also the head of the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) program for vaccine development, the largest in Australia, from 1990-2005.

During his time as ATAGI chair, Terry Nolan was directly advising Australia’s health minister on which vaccines should be included on the national immunisation program (NIP).

During 2000-2009 the WHO’s IHR’s were designed with the direct influence of the Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and other corporations, and they continued to indirectly influence global health policies from 2009-2024 through the Gavi board.

Due to the relaxing of Australia’s media ownership laws over the last two decades, Murdoch now owns approximately 80% of Australian media and News Corp media was fundamental in pushing the coercive childhood vaccination program, called No Jab No Play from 2013 until its implementation in 2016. Coercion in a ‘health’ policy is anti-health promotion and preventing participation in society, when a child is healthy, is against human rights.

For the last decade or more, consumers of vaccines (the main stakeholders of vaccination policies) who have attempted to debate these coercive policies with academic information, have been denigrated and ridiculed in mainstream media with lies about their information.

This has been assisted by lobby groups such as the Australian Skeptics, Friends of Science in Medicine and even the Australian Health Consumer Forum, who are promoting industry interests in government policies. The Australian Award process is used to give credibility to the false information that government officials and others provide on vaccines (See Ch 8 of my research)

The history of the GAVI alliance, a board that influences the direction and design of WHO’s global health policies, illustrates how these policies have been directly influenced by industry partners from 2000-2009, and not by an objective board selected by the WHO.

This direct influence was hidden from the public in 2009 when the alliance became known as the Gavi board. At this time its composition and function changed to hide the role that industry had played from 2000-2009 in changing the direction of global health policies to a new focus on vaccine production and global implementation.

History of the Gavi Board:

In 1998 the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) was established by the Head of the World Bank after a meeting with pharmaceutical companies and other agencies. The GAVI alliance was established on the advice of industry because the pharmaceutical companies were claiming that there was no incentive for them to provide vaccines to the developing countries.

This meeting led to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation providing the seed funding of $750 million in 1999 and governments then matched this figure to establish an alliance of private-public partnerships in 2000, to fund the vaccination programmes for all countries.

In 2000 the alliance was launched at the World Economic Forum (WEF), not the World Health Organisation (WHO), and it established a working party to work with the WHO to design the International Health Regulations (IHR), yet it was a body established outside of the WHO’s charter.

At this time all stakeholders in the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) were able to directly influence the design of the WHO’s Global Health Policies through this working party (2000-2009), including the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA). They could attend meetings and present information for policy development.

Other stakeholders in the GAVI at this time included the BMGF, the Rockefeller Foundation, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The influence of these stakeholders led to a new focus on vaccine production and implementation in the WHO’s global health policies.

These global policies were presented to countries in the International Health Regulations (IHR) that came into force in June 2007.  

This direct influence of all stakeholders changed in 2009 when the GAVI alliance became known as the GAVI board. Its composition was changed to include only four permanent board members - UNICEF, BMGF, the World Bank and WHO - and other partners would be on a part-time basis.

This change to only four permanent board members, one of which was now the WHO, hides the fact that from 2000-2009 all stakeholders were able to directly influence the design of WHO’s global health policies.

The first recorded meeting of the Gavi board on its website is in 2009. It describes the role of the Gavi board as ‘being responsible for strategic direction and policy-making, oversees the operations of the Vaccine Alliance and monitors programme implementation’ .

This alliance of partners, many of whom profit from vaccines, make donations to the Gavi board and still influence global health policies in a more indirect fashion.

The WHO’s IHR are currently being amended with strong influence from this corporate alliance. If the amendments are approved, the draconian directives implemented during the COVID ‘pandemic’ years, will become binding on every WHO member country, whenever the director of the WHO declares another pandemic. This is removing fundamental human rights and objective scientific evidence from global health policies.

It is time for Australians to make our voices heard to ensure that Australia exits the WHO and joins the World Council for Health to protect both human health and fundamental human rights in all public health policies.

Fact 1 - Vaccines did not control the risk from infectious diseases. This is an historical fact that is being erased by big pharma funding.

Fact 2 - Childhood chronic illnesses and deaths have increased significantly in a direct dose-response relationship with the increased use of childhood vaccines for 30 years. This correlation is being ignored yet is the strongest sign of a causal link when governments do not use scientific methodology to prove the vaccines are harmless before they market them to the public.

Conclusion: There is no empirical evidence that any vaccine is safe or necessary for controlling infectious diseases. Hence, the use of mandatory policies with coercive strategies is a crime against the population.

Individuals have the right to choose which ones they use and this does not make them an ‘antivaxxer’ or a ‘conspiracy theorist’. It makes them a critical thinker who is doing a proper risk analysis of the use of each vaccine (aka drug) in yourself or your child, according to your genetic make-up. When government policies are built on fraud society begins to crumble and this is what we are seeing in Australia today. Most people can sense that lies are being told by the government and our institutions but so many people are paid to tell these lies, particularly our politicians and medical profession, that the Australian population is confused, anxious, depressed - and more and more divided. Our young people are struggling.

Australia is turning into a totalitarian state. Mental health and suicide are skyrocketing yet television portrays this country as a ‘paradise on earth’. The inversion of reality.

Does this remind you of 2020 when the television told you we were in a ‘pandemic’ but when you looked out your window nothing had changed - the sun was shining and no one was dropping dead or getting ill around you? But then you watched the TV and saw those distressing pictures of hospitals and heavily gowned up staff.

Reality can be inverted by a biased media:

‘The people will believe what the media tells them they believe.’ (George Orwell).

Suffice to say you are being told what to think by a corporate-funded media and the lies become truths when history is erased and our government officials receive the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for telling these lies. Meanwhile, your academics and health professionals get their reputations destroyed by the media for providing evidence of the truth. Speaking truth to power when money is power.

Totalitarianism is building globally as freedom of speech is curtailed by new laws to protect government lies. These laws are already being discussed in the Australian parliament and freedom is being lost by the increase in CCTV cameras and Centrally Managed Smart (CMS) Lights with 5g, in previously peaceful and natural spaces.

This infrastructure is being put up by our councils that are now called ‘The City of …..’ to fit in with the WEF’s Smart City agenda. Look up the UN Agenda 21 and 30.

The Medical Fraud in Government Vaccination Policies

Vaccination policies are promoted to the public as ‘health’ policies but like mainstream media, reality can be inverted when they are not based on empirical (observed) scientific evidence. That is, when policies are based on claims of safety and efficacy without evidence, they result in the opposite outcomes in the population - sickness not health.

This is happening because of the influence of the medical-industry complex through funding, in every area of scientific methodology - scientific journals, research institutions, education, media and of course Australia’s drug regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administrator (TGA) that is 96% funded by the industry whose drugs it approves AND monitors for safety.

Who’s interests do you think the TGA is protecting?

This huge conflict of interest in all our institutions results in a biasing of information on drug safety and efficacy, that is presented to the public in government policies. A situation that results in life or death consequences, as well as a decline in quality of life for many who develop chronic illnesses.

The published data clearly shows a significant increase in chronic illness in children that has occurred over the last 30 years in all developed countries, as the vaccination schedule expanded to multiple vaccines. Young people are also unaware that most people over 30 years old, have NEVER had these vaccines. Why ? Because vaccines did not control the risk from infectious diseases. This is an historical fact that is being erased by big pharma funding and young people are being deceived.

This historical fact makes coercive and mandatory vaccination a crime against the population.

So when did the inversion of these facts start to occur in society? In 1986 the US Congress, under Ronald Reagan, removed all liability from pharmaceutical companies for any drug that they called a ‘vaccine’.

Why would you need to indemnify drug companies if their drug only had ‘rare’ adverse health outcomes?

When governments claim that adverse events (AEs) after vaccines are ‘rare’, an illusion can be created by the corporate-funded mainstream media by rarely reporting adverse events, and those that get compensated, are gagged by their legal contracts from speaking about their injury. This has gradually been happening over the last three decades.

These public-private partnerships are creating the illusion that childhood vaccines are safe and necessary, through bias and framing of the facts. In a similar way that the illusion of a pandemic was created in 2020 in the media.

When government’s and media moguls work together in public-private partnerships you have fascism under Mussolini’s definition.

The definition of fascism by the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language (5th Ed): A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.

This centralised government is well advanced in Australia, and Australians have felt the violent suppression of the totalitarian Liberal and Labor governments over the last decade as we challenged the implementation of coercive and mandatory vaccination policies in Federal policies.

If a parent, researcher, doctor or politician speaks against the use of mandatory vaccination policies, then they are gas lighted and their reputations smeared. This is another strategy that is used to tell you what to think not how to think.

In 2016 the promotion of the childhood vaccination program of 16+ vaccines with multiple doses of each, was reduced to the jingle No Jab No Pay/Play in the media. Anyone who challenged these policies was ridiculed and dismissed as an ‘antivaxxer’ or a ‘conspiracy theorist’. Even academics and health professionals who were providing the evidence for the right to choose this medical intervention.

Choice is NOT antivaccination.

These are strategies used to tell you what to think about vaccines not how to think. The pro-vaxxers could not rely on evidence because there is NO evidence to support mandatory vaccination with any vaccine. It is blind faith controlled by money.

This means the coercive vaccination policies in Australia are harming and dividing the population because they have not been supported by empirical (observed) scientific evidence. They are baseless claims. This government policy is causing death and illness (democide) because the government is ignoring the overwhelming evidence of the destruction of health in the population - and it has ignored this evidence for 30 years.

Welcome to the first Vaccination Decisions Newsletter for 2024. Many of us are wondering what 2024 brings after the deception of the COVID19 years (2020-23) and also the presentation of a Mis- Dis- Information Bill 2023 in parliament that will exempt the Australian government from being liable for providing mis- or dis-information.

Why would the Australian government need a bill that protects itself from providing misinformation? A bill that will prevent freedom of speech and debate on scientific and political issues? It’s not in the public’s interest.

Could it be that the government COVID19 narrative was misinformation or in fact, medical fraud with doctors violating all medical ethics and principles?

Here is Dr. Brian Walker, in the WA parliament, describing the violation of medical ethics that occurred in 2020-23 when Scott Morrison (Liberal Party), as Prime Minister allowed the State Premiers to coerce people with their jobs, superannuation and threats of misconduct charges, if they did not get the COVID19 “vaccine”.

Vaccination is not voluntary if your job (livelihood), freedom to travel or ability to function in society depends upon it. The Australian government is currently lying to the people by making this claim.

If you have been following my journey you will know that I wrote my first newsletter about vaccines in May 2012 after realising that the Australian government’s vaccination programs were not designed on empirical evidence-based science. That is, proof of safety and efficacy from observed long-term clinical trials.

Have you noticed the increase in chronic illnesses and cancer in highly vaccinated populations correlates in a direct dose-response relationship to the increased use of vaccines? But “correlation doesn’t equal causation”, I hear the government mantra.

Yet correlation is the strongest evidence for causation (according to the Bradford-Hill 9-point criteria), when a government does not fulfil its duty of care to the public by completing the empirical clinical trials that would prove or disprove this correlation.

When governments do not do the long-term studies to prove that vaccines are harmless before they market them, (that is, they reverse the precautionary principle that protects human health), then the vaccination policy is not a health policy - it is a sickness policy, and the exact risks of these government vaccination policies have never been determined. They are an unmonitored experiment on the population.

I have been writing my voluntary newsletter for 12 years and this is Newsletter 299. It is because of my global newsletter that my PhD, published on the University of Wollongong website in January 2016, has been downloaded 36,529+ times over the last seven years. My newsletter was de-platformed in October 2020 when researchers and doctors were being censored by the government, and de-registered by the corporate medical regulator called the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA), and the corporate-sponsored media. This was done by claiming that presenting the risks of the “vaccines” was providing ‘antivaccination material.’

Since 2018 Mailchimp has been partnered with the CDC Foundation and they began shutting down accounts that contain so called ‘antivaccination comments’: a derogatory label that dismisses the risks of vaccines (a drug) and prevents any critical thinking about risk assessment.

You will note that as of the 21st December 2023, the corporate medical board AHPRA, has quietly removed the gag order on doctors and health professionals that prevented them telling their patients about the risks of COVID “vaccines”.

The risks of COVID19 “vaccines” have been outlined in my Newsletter 297 Unvaccinated does not mean Unprotected . If the “vaccine” does not prevent transmission of the virus in the community and it was never tested in clinical trials to see if it did prevent the transmission in the community, then how can it be promoted for the “community good”?

And as it did not prevent individuals from getting COVID19 disease, it was not a “vaccine” in the traditional sense of the word that the public has been educated to believe. This deception is called medical fraud.

Consequently, this genetically engineered drug/technology could never have created herd immunity, yet the Australian PM and premiers coerced and bullied Australians into getting this drug because they claimed it was “necessary for the good of the community”.

Those of us who had researched this technology were ridiculed as “selfish” and “antivaxxers” or “conspiracy theorists”, for telling the truth that is now being revealed on all independent media platforms.

Here is Dr. Brian Walker revealing these facts in the WA Parliament and informing the politicians that doctor’s are not being permitted to put this untested “vaccine” as the cause of death for any fatality, and hence the actual number of adverse events and deaths, whilst known to be very high, is in fact unquantified. But it is certainly not ‘rare’ as the government stated in promoting this product to the trusting public in 2021-24.

In Newsletter 298 SIDS Now SADS: Sudden Adult Death Syndrome I describe the excess deaths that increased by 15-20% in Australia in 2021-22, as it did in all COVID vaccinated populations, correlating (that word again!) directly with the roll out of the COVID “vaccine” in every country.

Yet the Australian government, that has ignored the correlation of vaccines with the increase in childhood chronic illnesses for three decades, is now ignoring this huge increase in excess deaths, that is on a scale of deaths in a war, in the Australian population.

The Australian government has stated it will not have an investigation into these deaths after the COVID “vaccine” roll out in 2021, yet in the same breath, states these health policies are “in the public’s best interest.”

The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) that influences the design of the International Health Regulations (IHR), was set up by the BILL and Melinda Gates Foundation under the WHO banner in 1999. This alliance influences global health policies even though GAVI is an alliance of private-public partnerships that is not an elected board of the WHO. It is a board that exists outside of the WHO.

This has been described in my PhD completed in 2015 and published as a book titled “Vaccination: Australia’s Loss of Health Freedom” in March 2020. It was published as everyone globally was being locked up and governments were claiming that this was a legitimate way to control an infectious disease outbreak, that in fact, was not serious in Australia (and many other countries) at the time the emergency powers were enacted.

The US Surgeon-General dumped the mathematical model that was used for this prediction on 13th April 2020, stating “models are predictions when you do not have real data”. Exactly what I said in my global Mailchimp Newsletter 251 on 6 April 2020. My 12 min video in this newsletter was censored immediately by YouTube.

The directive to lock up the healthy population was based simply on a mathematical model of the virus, designed by the medical-industry complex in the illegitimate WHO organisation called the GAVI alliance: an organisation that consisted of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, plus the World Bank/IMF and governments, who profit from predictions made on this model.

It is the GAVI alliance that has directed the WHO’s IHRs into a focus on ‘a decade of vaccines’ from 2010 onwards and private-public partnerships also control the Global Surveillance Systems for infectious diseases: an extreme conflict of interest that has resulted in first class surveillance of every known infectious agent but no active surveillance of adverse events and deaths to vaccines - ever. Is that in the public interest?

The expert that revealed the fake swine flu pandemic in 2009/10 in the European Parliament was Wolfgang Wodarg MD. Here is his 15 min presentation titled The Groundwork of WHO: My experience with Pandemics and the WHO provided by the UK column, along with other experts, who have been suppressed in providing their medical and public health knowledge since the alleged pandemic was declared in March 2020.

There has never been a more important time for people to stand up and tell the truth. If you are still remaining silent to protect your job then please consider your stance. If you want a future that includes integrity in our trusted organisations then maybe you need to be standing up to be counted.

1. Ensure our politicians remove Australia from the corrupted World Health Organisation (WHO) and join the World Council for Health instead.
