The book features a foreword by Colonel John Eidsmoe, a renowned professor of Constitutional Law, who calls Discovering Lost Biblical Truths “one of the most significant Bible studies (apologetics books) of our time.”

Eidsmoe also states, “In this gripping, fast-paced book, Professor Quist demonstrates that we should believe the Bible is the authoritative Word of God, not out of wishful thinking or as a blind leap of faith, but because reason and evidence compel that conclusion.”

In an easy-to-read format, Quist explores evidence often overlooked in other texts. A standout example is the Exodus miracle of the crossing of the Red Sea. In our time, this heresy has unfortunately become the predominant view of those identified as Bible scholars. This view, however, rejects the veracity and meaning of the Old Testament. It’s a position that cannot be harmonized with Scripture; nor can it be harmonized with the wealth of non-biblical information we now have about the crossing, much of which has only become available in the past few years. Amazingly, the Red Sea Crossing heresy is a viewpoint that even many uninformed conservative clergy are open to, and some have even adopted.

When the Israelites left Egypt, they were on the way to Mt. Sinai and then to the promised land. To understand the Red Sea crossing we must first understand that the traditional location of Mt. Sinai is incorrect. Most maps of the Red Sea place Mt. Sinai in lower Egypt, in the Sinai Peninsula, as is the case in the map below:

Good scholarship, however, doesn’t rely on tradition; it relies on factual information. This mistaken location for Mt. Sinai has its origin ln a dream experienced by Roman Emperor Constantine’s mother. (When you are emperor, you can dictate geography and history by your own whims and decrees.) The truth of the matter is there is no evidence of any kind that Mt. Sinai is in Egypt. Notice from the above map that for the Israelites to travel from their homes in Goshen (the green area on the upper left corner of the map) to the traditional Mt. Sinai location, there would have been no need to cross the Red Sea.

More importantly, the Apostle Paul said Mt. Sinai is in Arabia, not Egypt. Paul stated:

Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia; she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children (Galatians 4:25).

The Scriptures also clarify that Mt. Sinai is in Midian, which was located in present-day Saudi Arabia, east of the Red Sea. (The Sea of Reeds is located just north of the Sea of Suez, between Succoth and Goshen.) The correct location of Mt. Sinai, along with the site of the Red Sea crossing, is likely pictured by the dotted red line below:

The Israelites left their homes in Goshen (renamed Rameses after they left) and traveled to the east bank of the Gulf of Aqaba (part of the Red Sea) on their way to Mt. Sinai in Arabia.

How do we know it was the Gulf of Aqaba that the Hebrews crossed? In the original Hebrew language, the body of water they crossed is repeatedly identified as Yom Suph. Yom Suph was the Hebrew name for the Gulf of Aqaba. We can be certain of this because Yom Suph is the body of water where Solomon had his seaport (at the north-western tip of the Gulf of Aqaba). The Gulf of Aqaba, Yom Suph in Hebrew, can be seen in the map above.

I Kings states:

King Solomon also assembled a fleet of ships at Ezion-Geber, which is near Eloth in Edom, on the shore of the Red Sea (Yom Suph). / And Hiram sent his servants, sailors who knew the sea, to serve in the fleet with Solomon’s servants. / They sailed to Ophir and imported gold from there—420 talents—and delivered it to Solomon. (1 Kings 9:26-28).

We know for certain the location of Solomon’s seaport. How likely would it have been for Solomon to build his seaport on the Sea of Reeds with its depth of four feet and having no access to the sea? This, however, is the position the advocates of the Sea of Reeds position must take if they are willing to take Scripture seriously. You cannot subscribe to Sea of Reeds theory and also hold to Biblical inspiration and inerrancy. Most people don’t recognize that subscribing to the Sea of Reeds view eliminates the miracle. Others subscribe to this view because their intention is to eliminate the miracle.

As the Israelites approached the Red Sea (Yom Suph) they traveled through the mountains on a dry riverbed called the Wadi Watir and came to a large beach called Nuweiba Beach. See below:

Nuweiba is a generally flat gravel beach that is large enough for two million people to gather. On the south side of the beach stands a marble pillar apparently erected there by Solomon for our benefit to mark the spot where the Israelite crossed the sea. A matching pillar stood across the Gulf of Aqaba where the Israelites would have come out of the sea and into Arabia. (The Saudi government has removed that pillar and replaced it with a marker.) No marble like that of the pillar exists in this area, so it had to have been transported in from some distance away. The pillar is of Hebrew or Phoenician design.

The prophet Isaiah was aware of this pillar and explained that it was a sign, not only to the Hebrews but also to the Egyptians. Isaiah said:

In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord at its border. It will be a sign and a witness to the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt. When they cry to the Lord because of oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and deliver them. And the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and the Egyptians will know the Lord in that day and worship with sacrifice and offering, and they will make vows to the Lord and perform them (Isaiah 19:19-21).

There is an underwater crossing site at this exact location. See image below. The crossing site is ½ mile deep at its deepest point and 10 and1/2 miles across. The grade in and out is the same as the accepted grade for handicapped ramps in our time. There are no cliffs or drop-offs. This underwater land bridge, as it is often called, appears to be the only place where 2 million people could have crossed the Gulf of Aqaba in a single night after the water had been removed. The bridge was probably formed by flash floods over the centuries that washed down the riverbeds on both sides and carried gravel and other debris along with it.

The rest of the gulf of Aqaba is a mile or more deep (about the same as the Grand Canyon) with steep cliffs that could not have been crossed by the Israelite in a single night even with the water removed.

Following is a photograph of the path traveled called the Wadi Watir, a gorge through the mountains. The historian Josephus tells us that when the Israelites arrived at Nuweiba beach, the mountains on both sides of the beach were so rugged that no one could pass through them. (There are no mountains by the Sea of Reeds.)

God had led the Israelites into a trap. Pharaoh’s army was coming down the gorge; there were mountains on both sides; and 10 and ½ miles of water lay straight ahead. No wonder the Israelites panicked.

The miraculous crossing on a path likely ½ a mile wide to allow 2 million people to cross in a single night:

As we know, at daylight Pharoah’s army tried to follow—to its total destruction.

Why is this important? Exodus 14 says:

²⁸ The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen—the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them survived.

²⁹ But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. ³⁰ That day the Lord saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore. ³¹ And when the Israelites saw the mighty hand of the Lord displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant (Exodus 14:29-31).

The Red Sea crossing demonstrated that the Lord God is the one and only true God and that Moses was His true prophet. In this way the Red Sea crossing is to the Old Testament what the resurrection is to the New. Jesus’ resurrection demonstrated that He was Who He claimed to be—the Messiah of God Who is the second person in the Godhead, and Who had been sent by God the Father to save His people. By the Red Sea miracle, Moses was proven to be a of type Christ (a person whose life was a foreshadowing and a prophecy of the coming Messiah). It also proved that Israel was His chosen people (the people God would preserve and out of which the Messiah would be born.)

It should not surprise us that the rest of the Old Testament provides numerous references to what happened during the Exodus. The Red Sea crossing provided the foundation for the writing and recognition of the entire Old Testament. (The first five books were written by Moses himself). It did this by clarifying the two primary criteria for recognizing true prophets in the future. That is, true prophets had to proclaim that the Lord God was the only true God, and they had to agree with the doctrines advocated by Moses.

The rest of Scripture frequently acknowledges the significance of Moses. His importance is summarized in Deuteronomy 34 which states:

“. . . and there has not arisen a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, none like him for all the signs and the wonders that the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land, and for all the mighty power and all the great deeds of terror that Moses did in the sight of all Israel. (Deuteronomy 34:10-12).

Moses’ teaching also became the standard for recognizing true prophets in the future. The crossing determines that the truth of the Red Sea crossing and the rest of the Old Testament is not a blind leap of faith. It is a position based on observable evidence and sound reasoning. It is based on well-established events of history. It is essential to understand that the evidence that the crossing took place at the Gulf of Aqaba is airtight.

Christianity is the only religion based on observable events of history; it is the only religion based on evidence. We do well to respond to the Red Sea crossing just as the Israelites responded. They did so as follows: “. . . so the people feared the Lord, and they believed in the Lord and in his servant Moses.”

To believe in the Lord God is to be a member of His kingdom, the Church. But the Bible scholars and translators who say, often in a footnote, that the Sea of Reeds is an acceptable translation for the body of water crossed by Israel in the exodus are clearly incorrect. The only defense for accepting this perspective is the false assumption that miracles don’t happen. Discounting the sensational miracle of the Red Sea crossing does violence to the entire Old Testament record; it denies the inspiration and inerrancy of Scripture, and it obscures the meaning and importance of Biblical theology.

In contrast, a correct understanding of the Red Sea crossing provides us with the foundation for understanding all of Scripture. The Nuweiba Beach crossing site is well established. Indeed, the evidence for it is impressive. The truthfulness of the Bible is demonstrated by three great miracles, two of them recorded for us by Moses. They are: Creation, the Red Sea crossing, and the resurrection of Jesus the Christ. Keep in mind that the organization known as CASEL (Collaborative for Social and Emotional Learning), the command-center for SEL, states that the purpose of SEL is the indoctrination of equity and social justice into the minds of all our children. Equity is not the same as equality—far from it. Equality means equal opportunity. Equity means equal outcomes. Equity is synonymous with social justice, which also means equal outcomes. The following emphatic statement was posted on the CASEL website until recently:

Equity is the central doctrine of Marxism (Communism). It means the same as the Karl Marx adage: “From each according to his ability; to each according to his needs.“ (In other words, there’s no such thing as private property.)

The SEL program is promoted with statements like this:

Empower your students with our dynamic SEL curriculum, designed for comprehensive character development and mental well-being. Tailored for every grade, our CASEL-aligned program delivers on-demand, sequenced learning for students, staff, and families. Our customizable platform provides a wealth of resources and lesson plans to address the specific needs of your state, district and schools. (Transform your Students’ Lives With Our Social Emotional Learning Curriculum)

Notice that this SEL curriculum promotion says nothing about academic achievement. The curriculum is billed as being useful for “character development” and “mental well-being.” SEL Is completely nonacademic. Notice also that the curriculum is “CASEL aligned,” meaning that it conforms to CASEL’s stated purpose of teaching the Marxist central doctrine of equity and social justice to all students as well as other Marxist doctrines.

The terminology and practice of SEL follows this goal of teaching equity. For example, SEL teaches students to practice empathy. That may sound good until we realize that the word empathy in SEL means the acceptance of homosexuality and transgenderism as being positive and healthy lifestyles. The term inclusion is a part of Equity, which requires that no lifestyle can be viewed as superior to another. It also requires that no religious beliefs can be seen as better than any other religious beliefs. In this way, and in many others, SEL is decidedly anti-Christian.

Another favorite SEL label is world citizen. According to SEL, it is wrong for kids to see themselves primarily as Unted States citizens or even as individuals. They must see themselves as world citizens, as part of the collective. This is another important Marxist doctrine. Kids should see themselves as being comparable to a drop of water in the ocean. One drop of water isn’t very important. But the oceans are. The collective is far more important than the individual. Compare that value judgment to Jesus’ parable of the lost sheep (Luke 15:3-7). The Good Sheperd could have been satisfied with the safety of the 99 sheep. But He wasn’t. He went all-out to rescue that one sheep who was lost. In Christianity, the individual is of the utmost importance.

So how does SEL teach Marxist doctrines? It begins by continually collecting data on the student and feeding that data into a personal psychological profile. These questionnaires have questions like this: “How do you feel when your parents criticize you? Do you think your parents are fair to you?” Such questions are designed to reveal the deepest level of the student’s belief system.

One program now gaining traction across school districts defines the model attitudes, values and beliefs it wants for its graduates. The system is called Portrait of a Graduate, a system in which the entire curriculum is directed toward reaching that goal. Each district supposedly defines their Portrait of a Graduate on its own, but, curiously, they all appear to reflect the same CASEL-directed SEL doctrines.

Student responses are given an AI generated numerical score (one to 1,000) based on how well their responses agree with the school’s Portrait of a Graduate. The students’ responses to the SEL’s continuous data collection are aggregated and analyzed to determine the individual’s progress as measured by his/her progress toward the districts’ Graduate Portrait. Through this approach, the SEL framework exerts significant influence over a student’s identity formation, attitudes, values and beliefs. It also reinforces the collective ideals promoted in the Marxist curriculum and embeds them into the metrics by which schools evaluate student development and success. Students with high scores become eligible for rewards and even college scholarships. AI then makes recommendations for curriculum for each student, designed to correct whatever supposed shortcomings show up on the data gathering. This is a genuine “No Child Left Behind” system. They intend to indoctrinate every child.

It’s obvious that the Portrait of a Graduate system, among other programs, is intended to eliminate the Christian beliefs of any student. Can a person be a Christian and a Marxist at the same time? I doubt it. Can a nation remain free when its students are indoctrinated into Marxist doctrine from pre-K to high school graduation? The Marxists are betting that the answer to that question is “no.”

Keep in mind that the Minnesota legislature began the 2023/2024 session with a $17.5 billion surplus, and the Democrat-controlled legislature raised taxes as well. Where did all the money go? The following describes where much of it went: State payments to non-profits and NGOs (nongovernmental organizations) in Minnesota have doubled from approximately $11 billion per year in 2015 to over $22 billion per year by 2025, which represents about 36% of the state’s entire budget! These are taxpayer dollars funneled through 501(c)(3)s (nonprofits and NGOs)—often with little or no public oversight as compared to direct state agencies. How much of the surplus went directly to fraud?

The following timeline offers some perspective:

1991: Somali Civil War erupts after Siad Barre’s fall, displacing over 1 million people. (The CIA was involved in this civil war.)

U.S. begins admitting significant numbers of Somalis under “humanitarian refugee policies,” facilitated by NGOs.

1992–1993: First wave of 5,000 Somali refugees resettle in Minnesota, attracted by generous welfare access.

Clan-based networks form in the Minneapolis Cedar-Riverside neighborhood, now known as “Little Mogadishu.”

1990s–2000s: MN Somali population grows to 70,000–80,000.

Welfare dependency is high, with roughly 40% or more of this population on benefits.

Remittances to Somalia start.

Al-Shabaab emerges in 2006 with income from hawala (an international money-laundering scheme).

2007–2015: Minnesota leads the U.S. in Al-Shabaab/ISIS recruitment, with over 20 Somalis joining overseas networks.

2018: numerous reports reveal Somalis as sophisticated users of social welfare benefits.

Fraud flags emerge.

Somali fraudsters cry “racism” and “islamophobia” to stall probes.

Hawala networks send millions in welfare funds abroad.

2016: Feeding Scam (“Feeding our Future”) founded as a Somali nonprofit sponsoring child nutrition.

Initial federal funding is modest for this scam,but rises to $3.4 million annually by 2019.

2018: Fox 9 exposes ~$100 million in child care fraud, with suitcases of cash flown to Somalia, funding terrorists.

2019: Tim Walz elected governor in November 2018, takes office in January 2019.

2025: Housing Stabilization Services (HSS), $61 million in fraud in first half of year, program terminated August 1st, 77 providers cut.

September 18th, 8 indicted in HSS scam, 6 of them Somali, plus 56th guilty plea in Feeding Scam.

September 24th: First autism indictment for $14 million scheme.

Total scandals: 28+ since Walz’s election.

When confronted with these and other troubling examples of waste, fraud and abuse, some state agencies working under the administration of Democratic Gov. Tim Walz repeatedly minimized or dismissed the allegations, the state’s nonpartisan auditor, Judy Randall, told CNN. October 2024

Then-acting Minnesota U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson said:

To be clear, this is not an isolated scheme. From Feeding Our Future to Housing Stabilization Services and now Autism Services, these massive fraud schemes form a web that has stolen billions of dollars in taxpayer money. Each case we bring exposes another strand of this network. The challenge is immense, but our work continues.

The bottom line: Billions of our tax-payer dollars are being stolen and funneled abroad to Al-Shabaab and others.

Fox 9 recently reported that Minnesota’s Department of Human Services (DHS) reported the following federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) distribution information to the federal government: in 2020 the DHS authorized $724 million for SNAP (food stamp) EBT. But one year later, 2021, Minnesota authorized $1.74 billion for EBTs—a 174 percent increase in just one year (“Why did SNAP benefits in MN soar in recent years?” | FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul). This appears to be the kind of fraud on the part of the states that Elon Musk has been describing.

The DHS’ explanation is that their numbers are in error, which seems highly unlikely—especially when Minnesota’s 2022 snap payout was pegged at $1.5 billion--more than double the 2020 payment. States don’t make mistakes like this, and the chance of doing so two years in a row is essentially zero. As National Review reported: “Since 2018, Minnesota has seen the biggest expansion of SNAP issuance in the United States (Gov. Walz’s record: Since 2018, Minnesota has seen the biggest expansion of SNAP issuance in the United States”).

How do we explain these runaway food stamp expenditures? The November 2025 Legislative Auditor’s Performance Report reveals what happened. (The governor is responsible for overseeing all state expenditures).

The Auditor’s report states:

Finding 1. The Office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor did not manage its receipts as required by state law and office policies. (p. 18)

Finding 6. The Office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor did not have required documentation to support some payroll and leave adjustments. (p. 26)

Finding 9. The Office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor made numerous inaccurate reimbursements to employees and payments to vendors. (p. 31)

Finding 10. The Office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor did not have documentation to support numerous employee expenditure reimbursements, vendor payments, and purchasing card transactions. (p. 33)

Finding 12. The Office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor split some purchasing card purchases, which circumvented established internal controls on spending limits. (p. 35)

In summary, Minnesota’s Governor and Lieutenant Governor chose to ignore their responsibility to oversee state expenditures. In addition, the mainline media chose not to inform the public. Could it be that Elon Musk’s description of the fraud rampant in some states fits Minnesota? Musk said:

The scam level here is so staggering…. There are hundreds of billions of dollars of transfer payments from the federal government to the states. Those states self-report what those transfer payments should be. So California, New York, and Illinois lie like crazy and say these are all legitimate payments. (https://t.co/xUErQNsLah).

In a recent interview with Fox News, Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins called the food stamps program “broken and corrupt.” This assessment came more than a month into the government shutdown that threatened to cut off SNAP benefits entirely.

Rollins noted “massive fraud” uncovered by her agency and said she believes benefits should be reevaluated. These 21 states refused to send their SNAP data to the US Department of Agriculture.

In Revelation 1:10 the Apostle John said: “On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet,” What did John mean when he said he was “in the Spirit”?

John’s being “in the Spirit” appears to be the fulfillment of the promise Jesus gave His apostles as John himself recorded in his gospel. This promise reads as follows:

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you (John 14:28).

This means that by the power of the Holy Spirit, the Apostles would be enabled to write Scripture. The Spirit would give them perfect recall about everything Jesus said (John could not have written Revelation without this gift). Jesus said the Holy Spirit would also give the Apostles the correct understanding of “all things” so the Christian doctrine in their speaking and writing would always be correct.

John was explaining an important reason why we should recognize Revelation and the other New Testament Scriptures as being inspired by God and as being infallible.

Is there any reason why we should interpret “being in the Spirit” as some sort of ecstatic state or other unusual state of mind, as some commentaries say? While explaining Revelation 1:10, “God’s Blessing” commentary, for example, says:

The phrase “In the Spirit” signifies John’s state of spiritual ecstasy, a conduit for receiving God’s revelations. (What does Revelation 1:10 really mean? - God’s Blessing

But to say “in the Spirit” means “John’s state of spiritual ecstasy” is pure speculation. It could have meant that, in part, but we have no reason to believe that it did. Others say being “in the Spirit” is similar to “praying in the Spirit.” Once again, there is no reason to believe that this is the case.

When dealing with a difficult statement in Scripture, it is widely recognized that we should take any Scriptural statement literally if possible. And we should also focus on what we know from the rest of Scripture while at the same time avoiding speculation. In the Book of Revelation, we know that Jesus instructed John to write down what he was given, and we know from John 14:28 that by the power of the Holy Spirit, John was enabled to write down the information Jesus gave him with complete accuracy. In addition, we know that the power of the Spirit resides in the words John wrote and will continue to be such for all time.

“Being in the Spirit” appears to mean being “guided by the Spirit.” The Biblehub website gives us a similar definition. It states:

The phrase “In the Spirit” is a significant biblical term that appears in various contexts throughout the Scriptures, primarily in the New Testament. It denotes a state of being influenced, guided, or filled by the Holy Spirit, the third person in the Godhead (Topical Bible: In the Spirit).

We know from the rest of Scripture that John was indeed guided by the Spirit. We are not going beyond what Scripture clearly says elsewhere. It’s all about the inspiration, efficacy, and infallibility of Scripture. It means we can have complete confidence in the accuracy of the Book of Revelation and all of Scripture as well. We need to recognize all Scripture as such and thank God for its many blessings.

Gateway Pundit published the following article on October 6th, originally published in vigilantfox.com, reporting on one of many studies confirming the serious adverse effects of the mandated Covid-19 shot. The article is as follows:

In one of the greatest violations of medical ethics in modern history, a new study from South Korea has uncovered devastating consequences from promoting and mandating the COVID-19 injections on the population.

These shots were pushed on babies and pregnant women, directly contradicting the ethical rule against introducing new medical interventions to such vulnerable groups before long-term effects are fully understood.

But they weren’t just aggressively promoted; they were enforced. Refusing the COVID-19 injection could cost you your job, bar you from concerts, businesses, and museums, and, in some cases, even deny you a life-saving surgery unless you complied with the mandate.

Now, as many doctors long warned, the consequences of such reckless health policy are surfacing, and one of the most alarming outcomes is a dramatic rise in cancer risk.

A large-scale population study out of South Korea has now found a 27% overall increase in cancer linked to the COVID-19 injections that were marketed as “safe and effective.”

Dr. John Campbell noted: “There’s a one in a thousand chance that this result arose by chance.” He illustrated the overall cancer rise with a stark graph, as seen in the short video below:

With regard to the details of the study, Children’s Health Defense reports:

The study used data from 2021–2023 for over 8.4 million people in South Korea’s National Health Insurance Service database. The sample was split into two groups based on vaccination status. The vaccinated sample was further split into booster and non-booster groups.

Researchers tracked the patients for one year. The vaccinated group was tracked following vaccination. The results showed a statistically significant higher risk of cancer in the vaccinated group, including:

• Overall cancer: 27% higher risk

• Breast cancer: 20% higher risk

• Colorectal cancer: 28% higher risk

• Gastric cancer: 34% higher risk

• Lung cancer: 53% higher risk

• Prostate cancer: 69% higher risk

• Thyroid cancer: 35% higher risk

These results are nothing short of devastating. Our worst fears have become reality.

And the worst part is that it didn’t have to be this way. Health officials ignored caution, silenced dissent, and turned public health into a reckless experiment.

Now the consequences of such reckless policies have turned the COVID wave into a health tsunami. The longer this issue is ignored, the greater the damage will become. It’s time for health officials to take responsibility for what they’ve done.

Executive Orders That are Rocking the World!
America’s Rescue Plan

Minutes after pledging his presidential oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” President Trump signed a series of executive orders doing just that. He ordered the immediate removal of weaponized, racist and unscientific ideologies and practices that Cultural Marxists have been using to bully and coerce Americans and indoctrinate children to “fundamentally transform America.”

The wild-eyed reactions to President Trump’s executive orders (EOs) from Minnesota Governor Walz and other leaders of America’s Marxist takeover reveal how thoroughly these orders are a direct threat to the roots and power of the cultural revolution that has been carefully constructed over many decades. Trump’s executive orders are rocking the world.

On November 5, 2024, Americans across all demographics overwhelmingly rejected DEI and false gender ideology, giving the President a clear mandate to take sweeping action. He is moving decisively on that mandate. The President recognizes that the Woke-DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion)-gender-confused worldview, deeply embedded in every part of American life and culture, especially targets kids. Countless children across the nation have been irrevocably harmed.

To protect our children, at least six of his numerous EOs are specifically designed to protect children’s safety and future well-being. Within these, President Trump established two basic principles as fundamental to the U.S. Constitution and federal law:

1. The United States “recognize[s] two sexes, male and female. These sexes are not changeable and are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality.” The Trump administration will enforce that reality in all federal law and administrative policy. “Sex” refers to “an individual’s immutable biological classification as either male or female. ‘Sex’ is not a synonym for and does not include the concept of ‘gender identity.’”

The EO containing this policy, Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government, launched a massive and historic shift. It states, “Each [federal] agency head shall promptly rescind all guidance documents inconsistent with the requirements of this order” and includes “toolkits,” “resources” and “guidance” promoting transgenderism and LGBTQI+ in schools.”

It also states that these agencies shall ensure that “intimate spaces designated for women, girls, or females (or for men, boys, or males) are designated by sex and not identity.”

Further, “federal funds shall not be used to promote gender ideology,” and within 120 days, each federal agency shall report how they are implementing these requirements on “federally funded entities.” State education agencies receive massive federal funding, as do most colleges and universities.

Within 30 days, the President will have a proposed bill to codify the definitions in this order into law.

The impact of this EO cannot be overstated.

Their impact has immediate implications. Forcing girls to endure boys in their locker rooms and on their sports teams, reading genderbending books to preschoolers, teaching the Genderbread Person and the Gender Unicorn to kindergartners, having youngsters read perverted and vulgar literature, and mandating fake pronouns--ALL are fully exposed and now targeted for elimination.

This massive shift is the fruit of years of grassroots action—mama bears and papa bears who stood up on the front lines at school board meetings and legislative hearings, and many organizations like Child Protection League who bore the hateful name-calling but refused to back down.

The President’s January 29^th Protecting Children From Chemical and Surgical Mutilation EO extends more protections to children. It directs hospitals and medical schools that receive federal funding through research and education grants to end “the chemical and surgical mutilation of children,” or they will lose their federal funds. Hospitals in some states have already suspended their transgender medication and surgical procedures for minors. Minnesota, however, under the Walz administration and its transgender legislative leadership, has made itself a national magnet for this unthinkable surgical and chemical abuse of children. As we fully anticipated, Minnesota’s trans and Democrat leadership have vowed resistance. Minnesota Rep. Leigh Finke, a biological man who identifies as a woman, called halting the butchery of minor children “fascism.”

But their foundation is crumbling. They will bitterly oppose this new era of truth, but they have been exposed – and they have been rejected.

This EO calls out the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) as “junk science.” Long considered the “gold standard” of “gender-affirming care,” WPATH underlies every transgender policy and statute in the country. This EO rescinds or amends “all [federal] policies that rely on WPATH guidance.”

As Abigail Shrier points out (How the Gender Fever Finally Broke),

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), an activist organization styled as a medical one, issued guidelines used as the “standards of care” by all major insurers and Medicaid to justify the provision of, and reimbursement for, gender transition services. WPATH represented their guidelines as evidence-based. Court-ordered discovery in a 2022 lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice to overturn Alabama’s ban on gender treatments for minors revealed that WPATH’s guidelines lacked solid evidentiary basis, but also that WPATH leadership knew it. [Emphasis added]

As President Trump wrote in his EO, “Basing federal policy on truth is critical to scientific inquiry, public safety, morale, and trust in government itself.”

The 2^nd basic principle that Trump established is stated in the EO Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity. It says:

2. DEI is illegal discrimination. “It is the policy of the United States to protect the civil rights of all Americans and to promote individual initiative, excellence, and hard work.” All executive departments and agencies must “terminate all discriminatory and illegal preferences, mandates, policies, programs, activities, guidance, regulations, enforcement actions, consent orders, and requirements. I further order all agencies to enforce our longstanding civil-rights laws and to combat illegal private-sector DEI preferences, mandates, policies, programs, and activities.” [Emphasis added.]

In this and other EOs, Equity is officially exposed as a violation of America’s founding principles and Constitution – equal justice under the law. Equity is not Equality. Equity also violates the historic Civil Rights Act of 1964, a law that grew out of the civil rights movement of the 1960s.

But “Equity” is embedded throughout government, business, and civil society. The false dogma of DEI is at the center of Minnesota’s government. Every Minnesota department declares DEI as its core, including the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE). Many school districts have redefined their entire mission as education “through an equity lens.” These EOs completely rock Minnesota’s educational establishment.

Making it clear

The President’s January 29^th EO, End Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling, defines the racist ideology of Equity precisely. It reads:

“Discriminatory equity ideology” means an ideology that treats individuals as members of preferred or disfavored groups, rather than as individuals, and minimizes agency, merit, and capability in favor of immoral generalizations, including:

· Members of one race, color, sex, or national origin are morally or inherently superior to members of another race, color, sex, or national origin;

· An individual, by virtue of the individual’s race, color, sex, or national origin, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously;

· An individual’s moral character or status as privileged, oppressing, or oppressed is primarily determined by the individual’s race, color, sex, or national origin;

· Members of one race, color, sex, or national origin cannot and should not attempt to treat others without respect to their race, color, sex, or national origin;

· An individual, by virtue of the individual’s race, color, sex, or national origin, bears responsibility for, should feel guilt, anguish, or other forms of psychological distress because of, should be discriminated against, blamed, or stereotyped for, or should receive adverse treatment because of actions committed in the past by other members of the same race, color, sex, or national origin, in which the individual played no part;

· An individual, by virtue of the individual’s race, color, sex, or national origin, should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment to achieve diversity, equity, or inclusion;

· Virtues such as merit, excellence, hard work, fairness, neutrality, objectivity, and racial colorblindness are racist or sexist or were created by members of a particular race, color, sex, or national origin to oppress members of another race, color, sex, or national origin; or

· The United States is fundamentally racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory.

This EO applies to Minnesota’s racist Ethnic Studies program, much of the social studies standards, teacher licensing mandates, and teacher mandated training on Cultural Competency. All of these are at odds with the U.S. Constitution and federal Civil Rights laws. It also strikes at the heart of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) which is rooted in DEI. In fact, Minnesota’s entire Equity infrastructure is exposed as being in opposition to the founding principles of our nation.

This EO instructs key federal departments to develop plans and recommendations within 90 days to eliminate federal support for “illegal and discriminatory treatment and indoctrination in K-12 schools, including based on gender ideology and discriminatory equity ideology.” That includes:

· Curriculum, instruction, programs and activities;

· Teacher education, licensing, employment, and training;

· Any support for the social gender transitioning of minors and deliberately concealing that information from parents;

· Interfering with parents’ rights to information about their children’s curriculum, physical exams, and surveys that are covered under federal disclosure laws.

The U.S. Department of Justice is instructed to investigate avenues of enforcement actions against teachers and school officials who violate the law by:

· Sexually exploiting minors;

· “Unlawfully practicing medicine by offering diagnoses and treatment without the requisite license”;

· “Unlawfully facilitating the social transition of a minor student.”

Patriotic Education: The EO re-establishes the President’s “Advisory 1776 Commission and Promoting Patriotic Education.” Federal agencies are now directed to promote patriotic education!

Another EO, Withdrawing the United States from the World Health Organization, will also have an extraordinary impact on protecting children. It severs the Center for Disease Control (CDC) partnership with the United Nations. The WHO has been setting CDC policy goals and directives for the woke mental health industry takeover of schools, Whole Child education, Social Emotional Learning, Community Schools, and childhood vaccination mandates.

The EOs also expose the powerful and unrecognized roles of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), also referred to as “charities.” NGOs plan, promote, and implement much of the Marxist programs and policies. These public-private partnerships, regional government organizations, and wealthy foundations operate as an unelected “shadow government,” implementing and enforcing DEI (which includes radical gender ideology). NGOs drive much of the local, county, and school district plans, programs, policies, trainings, and agendas (Memorandum for the Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies). Federal funding underwrites a massive network of NGOs that grant each other money in a complicated scheme of interconnected support, all with a single agenda — to transform America, especially targeting education.

The President’s Ending Discrimination and Restoring Merit-based Opportunity EO removes funding from all federal contractors and federal grantees that do not comply with ending DEI discrimination. It also directs the DOJ to enforce Civil Rights laws against private organizations that violate them.

For example, organizations such as CASEL (Consortium on Academic and Social Emotional Learning) have created, developed, promoted, funded, and embedded Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into schools and communities in every state in the nation. CASEL describes its work implementing SEL as “a lever for Equity and Social Justice” which, by definition, places them in violation of the EO policy.

Promoting School Choice

The January 29^th EO Expanding Educational Freedom and Opportunity for Families expands educational choice and supports families “who choose educational alternatives to governmental entities, including private and faith-based options.”

Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Education shall issue guidance regarding how States can use Federal formula funds to support K-12 educational choice initiatives.

The resistance to these directives will be intense. Lawfare will be employed in efforts to grind them to a halt. But the die is cast and there will be no going back to pre-January 20^th days.

What should we be doing?

This will be a battle. A huuuge battle! This is an all-hands-on-deck moment. Minnesota Governor Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, Rep. Leigh Finke, and many others will not comply willingly, nor simply raise a white flag. They are at war with America, truth, and western civilization. They are at war with you. It’s up to every one of us to:

· Expose the lies.
· Speak up
· Push for the change.
· Stay engaged.
· Reject all false information.
· Hold all elected officials accountable.
· Be the change.
· Support those on the front lines who need your help and encouragement: school board members, civic leaders, legislators.
· Be unashamed of the truth.

You know where you can engage. This is truly a momentous time in the history of our nation. As we approach the 250^th birthday of our nation, what an amazing time to be alive!

The entire Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda is built on a lie. That lie is that racial disparities in America, and especially in education, are all the evidence needed to prove that America is a fundamentally racist nation, and that whites are inherently racist. It would be difficult to overstate the extraordinary significance of this deceit. Without it, the DEI agenda falls apart. The entire worldview of DEI collapses.

So why are Christian schools, including Christian colleges, incorporating DEI (“wokism,” also called “cultural Marxism”) into their programs when the DEI ideology contains eleven clearly identified false doctrines? (See Minnesota's War on Christians, Apr 29, 2024)

And why are Christian schools, especially Christian colleges, incorporating DEI into their programs when the public is now beginning to reject it? (See DEI is dead. The establishment media just doesn’t want you to know it, Joel Kotkin, The Telegraph, November 30, 2024).

The reason is that Christian schools, especially Christian colleges, have adopted the big DEI lie, the lie that underlies most of America’s education policy today and much of America’s policies beyond education. This big DEI lie is the false assumption that white kids do better than black kids in school because of pervasive racial discrimination against blacks. Along this same line are other false assumptions such as “white supremacy” (the notion that whites are inherently prejudiced against nonwhites), and “microaggressions” (the allegation that whites are continually and subconsciously demeaning nonwhites by their language). There is no evidence for any of these false assumptions, but many well-intentioned Christian people have been culturally indoctrinated to believe they are true.

These false premises are propagated by means of the strategy of Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebels who said, “If you repeat a big lie often enough people will come to believe it.” But are these assumptions in agreement with the real world? With the well-documented information we have available, you may be surprised to know that they are not. Not at all. The following chart summarizes much of what we know about the racial achievement gap, most recent numbers as of 2024:

This information is highly significant. Notice first that the average Asian SAT score is an amazing 145 points higher (12%) than Whites. If racial discrimination caused the achievement gap, then the fact that Asians do better than Whites would necessarily mean that the cause of the disparity was discrimination by Asians against Whites. Since this is obviously not the case and following basic laws of logic (Mill’s Canons of Causality), this completely disproves racial discrimination as the cause of racial achievement gaps.

What, then, is the cause of this huge disparity? Notice the extraordinary correlation between fatherless homes and low academic achievement across all races. As fatherless homes increase, academic achievement decreases. Again, following the well-established laws of logic, fatherless homes are the primary cause of racial academic disparities, not racial discrimination. This cultural disparity has been operating for generations, which has caused racial disparity to be inaccurately described as “systemic racism.”

Should we be surprised? The Hoover Institution observed more than 25 years ago:

The greatest social tragedy of the last 30 years has been the collapse of fatherhood. Propelled by the twin engines of divorce and illegitimacy, the percentage of children growing up in a home without their father nearly tripled between 1960 and the early 1990s. By 1994, 24 million American children were living without their biological fathers. But not to worry, we were increasingly told, all family arrangements were equal and children could do just fine without their fathers. Put simply, the modern family might need a village, but it no longer needs a dad. Hoover Institution You've Come A Long Way, Daddy

And the America First Policy Institute determined:

Fatherlessness and Education Outcomes

Unsurprisingly, those without a father in the home fare far worse in educational achievement than their two-parent counterparts. Some data shows that if fathers are not engaged, children are twice as likely to drop out of school than children with both parents at home (National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse). In a 2008 speech, President Barack Obama stated that the number could even be much higher, declaring that children who grow up without a father are nine times more likely to drop out of school (Politico Staff, 2008). Additional data has shown that 71% of high school dropouts are from fatherless homes (U.S. DOJ Office of Justice programs, 1998).

Children with an actively engaged father perform much better in school. Some data shows that they are 33% less likely to repeat a class and 43% more likely to get A’s in school (Nord & West, 2001). A study by the National Center for Education Statistics concluded that “ten percent of students living with both their parents have ever repeated a grade compared to 20% living in stepfather families, 17% in stepmother families, 18% in mother-only families, 16% in father-only families, and 21% living with neither parent.” (Nord & West, 2001). This information is actually very well known to researchers, though largely hidden from the public. It has been subjected to intense censorship over the years.

Many authors have documented differences between children raised in father-absent and father-present homes. Research has shown that father-absent children graduate from high school and attend college at a lower rate, perform worse on standardized tests, and are more likely to use drugs than children from father-present homes. (Academic achievement of children in single-parent homes: a critical review, The Hilltop Review, Fall, 2011.)

All this means that bringing DEI (cultural Marxism) into the schools has been based on a false premise, based on a lie. Fatherlessness is the cause of poor academic performance, not racial discrimination.

The racial academic achievement gap has been largely created by government policies. For example, in 2009 I discovered and publicized the marriage penalty in Obamacare. This was before the Obamacare bill was passed, so the marriage penalty could have been easily eliminated at that time. The Heritage Foundation picked up my analysis and verified my information.

Obamacare was structured so that only 17 percent of the subsidies to offset medical insurance costs go to married couples, while 83 percent go to unmarried individuals. In the Obamacare system, if an unmarried couple marries, their medical insurance could increase by over $5000 each year. Were federal lawmakers and lobbyists interested in eliminating this marriage penalty? They were not, because the marriage penalty is no accident. Anti-marriage policies have been part of an unrecognized, decades-long political agenda to weaken our nation by weakening families and educational achievement. And it has been very successful. Hopefully this agenda will change with the new administration. If we intend to improve the racial achievement gap, this is the kind of change that is needed.

But when policies are based on lies, the results will aways be unfavorable. The following chart describes the decline of academic achievement in Minnesota schools as woke ideology has been introduced. Minnesota has been leading the way in incorporating neo-Marxist beliefs and practices into its schools:

As is evident from the chart, as Minnesota schools have been required to insert woke doctrines into their classrooms, the academic achievement for all races has been in freefall. This shouldn’t surprise us, because inserting DEI into schools, including doctrines of systemic racism and gender identity, alters the purpose of education. The purpose of education is transformed from teaching academic knowledge and skills to indoctrinating students into the beliefs of cultural Marxism. (The schools in the rest of the nation have also been in decline, but not as rapidly as in Minnesota schools.)

How does this all make sense? The godfather of cultural Marxism, Antonio Gramsci, said that for the Marxist revolution to succeed in the West, it will be necessary for Marxists to take control of the media and education. U.S. academia fully embraced Gramsci in the 80s. We can see Gramsci’s prescription being carried out in our schools before our very eyes.

The DEI superstructure of equity and all its corollaries dissolve in the light of this information. It discredits the deep Marxist inroads in education.

This demonstrates why it is imperative for Christian schools, including Christian colleges, to throw off the false and destructive yoke of Marxist ideology as some schools and many businesses are now doing. Will that happen? That may well be up to you, the reader.

Direct attacks calling Trump Hitler and his followers Nazis are intended to prepare the public to accept his removal.   

Not surprisingly, three states have already activated their National Guard to prepare for such an event should it occur. Minnesota is not one of them. We don’t know if these plans for insurrection will be activated, of course. We do know that such plans are in place, and they are ready to go.

The deep state also has detailed plans intended to prevent the election from being certified should Trump win, and to prevent Trump from being inaugurated if all else fails.
