I’m pretty into how the metallic ink looks on these! They were printed by the excellent Landland in the also excellent city of Minneapolis. Dan and Rebecca produce prints with crisp detail, rich colors, and the finest halftones in the game.

This print is based on the song “Cat Guy” from the most recent Propagandhi album, At Peace. At one point this was maybe going to be a shirt design or something else for the band, but it was decided to use it for this Western Canada tour.

This late summer night scene came from some light daydreaming based on a few different lyrical passages in Gregory Alan Isakov’s catalogue. I often use reference images fairly liberally when drawing, but aside from the little figure playing a violin in the window, this one is completely imagined without referencing any photos.

This was printed by Baker Prints in Chicago, IL and it’s got fine and tight details.

I wanted to take a moment before staring new projects to talk about some prints that have been added to the store. These include limited edition screen prints for Andrea Gibson and Death Cab For Cutie, as well as a new Summer 2026 offering of the Billboard Edition Mystery Tube.

I couldn’t believe it when I received an email asking if I was available to illustrate a poster for the film premier of the late poet Andrea Gibson’s final performance. Sadly, they left this realm last year after a protracted battle with cancer, and this was a special event at Red Rocks with Megan Falley, the Colorado Symphony, Sara Bareilles, Chris Pureka, and Blake Neely. Gibson’s work is powerful and deeply meaningful to so many people, and this being a posthumous performance added an additional dimension of pressure.

The art direction was to depict the well known rock formations at the famous Morrison, CO venue along with Andrea’s silhouette holding a letter. I was given the latitude to add my own spin on it, and I came up with a sort of still life concept wherein the Red Rocks scene would be a photograph that’s included with a letter, envelope, other photos, etc.

Everyone was into the sketch, and it was suggested that I add some symbols that are associated with Andrea and their story, which includes fireflies, a moon, a pair of doves, and a mailbox (anyone who’s seen Come See Me in the Good Light ought to recall the mailbox subplot!). The feedback from Andrea’s partner Megan was very helpful and a big part of why this image turned out how it did.

Andrea’s poem “Love Letter From the Afterlife” is partially visible at the edges of the main Red Rocks image. I wanted this to look like a partially unpacked letter with scattered photos accompanying the handwritten poem inside.

I was told that the posters sold out quickly at the event that night, so this is the last chance to get one. The quality and detail of the screenprinting is absolutely incredible on these, which you’ll see in the closeup images below.

What an honor.

Death Cab For Cutie was recently in Bentonville, AR. While reading/searching a bit about the city, I discovered Bentonville has a rather distinct looking water tower that I decided to focus on. I also wanted to attempt to capture something of a late summer dusk scene. For fun, I included some Death Cab For Cutie references in the graffiti on the water tower. It includes a lyric from the new album, a simple “DCFC”, and also “Bellingham”, the Washington college town that ties in with the genesis of the band.

I also really like the song “Roman Candles”, and on a personal note, I can definitely recall teenage summer nights where I gleefully aimed a few of them into the sky (as well as assorted hijinks half my life ago while on the road with my own bands). There’s a bit more to the whole thing, but above all I hoped to draw something that looked like it occurred during that distinct post Fourth of July part of summers in the US.

There are two versions:
• The main edition is a five color screenprint, printed on white coverweight paper, 18x24” with a signed/numbered AP edition of 25. They are $30 and available now.

My busy summer continues, and I have added a couple of new posters to the store for Made Do And Mend and Trevor Hall/Thievery Corporation and this email contains on-sale info for Dirty Heads (Albuquerque, NM) posters. Feel free to read on for more images and the full story.

I had a couple of different ideas for this poster, and the band especially liked this one that references the annual hot air balloon launch in Albuquerque, NM. I looked at so many photos of the landscape and various balloon patterns to come up with all the imagined designs in this image.

I did something a bit different (for me) on the foil variant in that I added an opaque white layer to be printed before the other colors. I knocked out small highlights and certain areas on this white layer where the foil stock shows through: around the band name, the frame around the image, little buildings near the horizon, and in a couple of the balloons. The vertical hatch lines in one of the balloons turned out really cool with the foil stock showing through.

The regular edition is five colors on cougar natural coverweight paper, and the variant edition is six colors on rainbow foil. Amazing printing by Lady Lazarus in Houston, TX.

Make Do And Mend is one of my first regular clients. Early in my career, I drew and printed a last minute poster for one of their shows in Connecticut in 2009, just as the band was getting some serious momentum on the east coast. They toured tirelessly the following year while I began drawing/printing/painting virtually nonstop. Our respective paths were oddly parallel in timing. Over the next five years, I was hired to produce various posters and shirt graphics for the band. They went on hiatus in 2015, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them earlier this year about producing posters for their first shows in over a decade.

For this concept, I was thinking about the band reactivating after eleven years. In a statement about a new album and upcoming shows, they touched on the passage of time and all that happened in those years, starting families, careers, and each member going through life changes while remaining friends. For some reason, this began to remind me of the magic of summer during youth. And day lilies. When I was a kid, my mom had these planted in the yard. I used to think it was so cool that unlike other flowers, they'd bloom for only a day and then wilt, often by the evening. The subsequent buds would open then close, changing all summer. That seemed like a starting point, but I also thought it would be fun to depict an old amplifier under the earth, entangled in the lilies' roots. The indicator light on the amp is glowing, as a way of signalling the band powering back on. Maybe there’s something to the juxtaposition, or maybe the flowery (heh) sentiment is good enough on its own.

These posters were available on the recent run of shows along with a version of the graphic on a t shirt. For fellow music gear nerds, the amp in the illustration is based on a Fender Twin Reverb. A small number of these are available in the store now.

In early June, Conscious Alliance commissioned me to design this poster for Trevor Hall and Thievery Corporation at Red Rocks. Trevor Hall’s wife, Emory Hall is a well known professional photographer, so I thought I would reference that and work up a concept of an old Nikon camera with one of the famous rock formations reflected in the lens. I also dressed it up a bit with Colorado’s state flower.

These were printed with a solvent based ink and have a glossy look to them, which you can see more closely in the product photos in the store. Available now on a coated white coverweight paper as well as rainbow foil. Printed by Blue Sun Printing.

I’m getting close to the character limit here, but lastly I wanted to share the poster I was asked to draw for “Love Letter From the Afterlife”, a film premier of the legendary poet Andrea Gibson’s final performance. They sadly passed away last summer, and this will be a special event at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to honor their legacy and life’s work, along with performances by the Colorado Symphony, Megan Falley, Sara Bareilles, Chris Pureka, and Blake Neely.

If you haven’t seen the documentary Come See Me in the Good Light, it is highly recommended—very moving! There will be screen printed posters of this image available at the event in Morrison on Sunday, and I will eventually have APs.

What an absolute honor.

Wrigley Field is known for its famous wall of ivy, and I knew that I wanted to focus on that somehow. After a good bit of brainstorming, searching through photos, and crude ballpoint pen thumbnails, I decided to pitch a little wren scene as if viewed from within one of the wall’s doorways. It was enthusiastically approved, and we were off to the races. I spent a ton of time meticulously drawing the ivy, feather details, and the grandstands in the distance, all on my trusty Cintiq¹.

I cannot overstate how nice the printing is on these. They were printed by Baker Prints here in Chicago. Check out some detail images below.

A rare and weird print with a weird backstory:

In 2018, I was commissioned to create a poster for the Trey Anastasio Trio’s July 5th date in Charlottesville, VA. Unfortunately, I was informed that the print run was badly damaged in shipping and most if not all of the posters weren’t able to be sold at the show. It also turned out that I misspelled the name of the city (oof) and that spelling mistake slipped past everyone during the approval process. It was errors stacked on errors, and I own that it pretty much falls entirely on me. I was extremely disappointed in myself for the spelling and shipping mishaps, especially since I had been so excited about this dartboard-in-a-garage concept.

Because of all this, I never shared the poster or made any of the few surviving copies available. For the first time, there is a tiny number of these rare posters on sale here and now if/while they last. The gold ink on these really shines!

Chicago is my home, and there are many rad clubs for independent music here. One of them is Beat Kitchen! I was commissioned to illustrate a poster for their 35 year anniversary.
Way back before I was 21, I used to hear about this place, see it on listings for shows I couldn’t go to, etc. All these years later, I’ve seen many bands here, as well as played drums on the stage (and once, guitar for a few minutes).
My idea for this poster was to depict a section of a wall you might see inside any small club in the world. One that’s covered in the stickers of countless local and touring bands, as well as handbills and posters for upcoming shows.
I was given a list of notable acts who performed at Beat Kitchen, and I also dug into my memory bank about some of the great shows I attended over the years. Many of these names and dates are hidden all over this poster with little graphics I made up; like Paramore, Dillinger Four, American Football, Local H, Los Crudos, Weakened Friends, Cloud Nothings, Veruca Salt, June of 44, and plenty more. Among them I hid some other little Easter eggs, like the names of friends’ bands, inside jokes, the classic ARA “Stop Racism” graphic that 90’s punks ought to recognize, the Malört logo (because Chicago), my partner’s old college radio program, etc. This was fairly tedious, but it was fun!

I’ve been a very big Jawbreaker fan since I was a teenager, so I was stoked to get asked to design my second poster for the band. This time it was for a show at the end of September with the excellent Bratmobile and the equally excellent THICK. This bill was so good that my partner and I almost ended up going to New York to see it. Alas, we opted to stay in Chicago and catch up on work (and we did see Jawbreaker’s great set at Riot Fest a few nights prior).

The only requirement for this poster was to lean into a cat theme to reference the feline-centric cover art of the band’s debut album “Unfun”, which turned 35 this year. I included a few easter eggs on the wall in my little attempt at an imagined sunny Brooklyn apartment scene: a framed typography piece with some lyrics from the song “Fine Day”, a picture of Washington Square Park as a nod to the band’s formation while students at NYU, and perhaps my favorite is the small cartoon figure with their head stuck in a mailbox that appears in the linear notes of the album.

You’ll notice a trio of cats admiring a copy of Unfun on the hardwood floor. Maybe it’s that super rare Shredder Records first pressing variant on clear vinyl? Anyway, it’s important you know that these three are real cats in real life, and they are very loved. From left to right, that’s Lola, Henry, and Talula!

Eric Church is great to work with. For his current “Free the Machine” Tour, poster artists were encouraged to draw from themes related to machinery or technology. I wanted to focus on some kind of composite of various vintage switchboards, recording and television gear, outboard compressors, studio and broadcasting equipment, etc.

I read some compelling Eric Church quotes about the modern music industry, and I thought of using this type of imagery to represent “the machine” vis-à-vis an organic element like the floral foliage and overgrowth. I then wanted to make the screens on these switchboard monoliths to depict Detroit references, which ended up being a vantage of the skyline from the water as well as the Ambassador Bridge to Canada.

I think the foil version of these turned out especially cool looking.

Here’s something a bit different! If you’ve been following my poster output for the last few years, you may recall a Death Cab For Cutie poster from 2022 that featured some cats atop a collection of boxes of records. I later reworked that poster as an artprint.

Now this image will be available as a small vinyl sticker and two buttons featuring aforementioned cats Lola and Henry! Stickers will be available as packs of 5 as well as part of a set with the two buttons.

The stickers measure 3x4 inches and the buttons are 1.5 inches in diameter.

I have some really fun new things coming out later this month, and I’m looking forward to sharing them soon. This includes another poster for a favorite band of mine, as well as some fun new merch, and plenty of other projects.

At the end of July, I dislocated and broke my elbow while skateboarding and have been in physical therapy. Things were touch and go for a bit, but progress and healing has been very linear and encouraging. Today I was given the all clear from my doctor to leave my fancy hinged elbow brace off for good, so it’ll be nice to draw without that thing on!

Death Cab for Cutie are celebrating 20 years of the album Plans and I was tasked with designing the poster for their recent Redding, CA show. I took inspiration from some of the imagery in the song “Crooked Teeth” and added in a depiction of nearby Whiskeytown Lake as a scenic reference to the area.

The concept for this poster came from my girlfriend. There are many wonderful things about her and one of them is that she has an incredible imagination. She really likes the last two Dirty Heads posters I designed (Ridgedale, MO in 2024 and Kansas City in 2023) - foreshadowing! - and was drawn to the tentacle motif. She had an idea that I depict Mt. Rainer being gripped by huge, Godzilla sized tentacles. I didn’t need to think about it much, so I complied the sketch and it was quickly approved.

I will also be offering a very limited quantity of Dirty Heads multipacks! These will contain the new Tacoma poster, the Ridgedale poster and the Kansas City poster (all regular, no foils) for $90. Available August 7 at 12 PM CST.

This concept is partially based on lyrics from their song “Lady Gay Approximately”. I had some other concepts that management was also into, but they rather liked this one and I think I also just really wanted to draw a dove on an old rotary phone. This was a blast to draw.

PROPAGANDHI is one of my favorite bands ever, and it has been incredibly cool getting to design posters and T shirt graphics for them after so many years of listening to and finding meaning in their music. The band contacted me about working on a new shirt design based on a rather bleak photo they sent of a small playground set directly next to the West Bank separation wall. The plan was to get it worked out as a shirt design and then adapt it into a tour poster for the band’s recently completed run of European dates. After I formatted the design as a tour poster, and we recruited esteemed Munich illustrator and screenprinter Simon Marchner to handle the printing. Needless to say, Simon is an excellent printer, and these things look rad in person.

These will be available Thursday (6/5/25) at 1 PM CST. They are a standard European size, 42x59.4 centimeters (or approximately 16.5x23.5 inches).

Greetings! I have just returned from Ypsilanti, MI where I was selling prints and hanging out with many rad artists at Postergeist, a poster convention put on by the Poster Institute as part of Off Color Arts Fest over the weekend.

This message, however, is mainly to tell you a bit about some new posters that are available in my store right now. Read on for images and details about new work for WILCO, KISHI BASHI, CHRIS STAPLETON, and a smattering of fairly rare/sold-out prints from a few years back.

Wilco commissioned me to design a poster for their recent May 3rd show in New Orleans with Waxahatchee, which was especially fun since I finally visited the city for the first time this past September. My girlfriend is originally from New Orleans, and among the many fond memories I have from that trip, riding a streetcar through the scenic Garden District seemed like a potentially interesting experience to pull from.
I ultimately came up with this little view of the neighborhood as seen from inside a streetcar during golden hour. I was eleated with the print job by Upright Press. These are avaialble now in the store in limited quantities.

Kishi Bashi just wrapped up a tour that hit parts of the Midwest and the South wherein he played a restrospective setlist that covered material from each release. Management approached me about illustrating a little record player nook with various albums from Kishi Bashi’s catalogue spread about the area. That sounded great, so I dove in and this is what we ened up with. We then had veteran Chicago screenprinter Crosshair handle production, and he totally nailed it.

Earlier this year, Chris Stapleton’s merch company contacted me about designing a diptych poster set for a two night stand in Auckland, New Zealand. After doing some research, my idea was to depict a scene with the Manukau Heads Lighthouse near Auckland. It’s a well known (albeit somewhat secluded) destination with apparently stunning panoramic views that seemed well suited for a two-part image. After a bit of back and forth, I ended up adding some humpback whales and canoes to the left poster to complete the scene.
Due to logistics in Australia and New Zealand, it was decided that these would be produced as high quality digital prints on matte cardstock. The matte stock gives the printing a somewhat soft, etherial feel that works really well with the art. I’m stoked with how these came out! They look great in person.

I’ve also recently added a handful of rare/sold-out prints to the store, a lot of which have sold already. These are in very tiny quantities (like 1, for example) and available now. Hello! As 2024 creeps closer to an end, it looks like I’ve got one more little email transmission for the year. This one is about a new poster for Wilco’s show Sunday night in Saint Paul, MN and a special 30th anniversary poster for Chicago’s Subterranean music venue. While I’ve already been at work on posters that are to be released in 2025, these two will be my last poster offerings for the year. There’s more information below, and then feel free to read on for some details on final copies of rare/dwindling items in the store.

My good friend Dan Black of Landland lives in the Twin Cities, and he sometimes shares delightful images of wild turkeys wandering the streets of his neighborhood. Given the time of year, and being the appreciator of fowls that I am, I came up with the idea of depicting this little imagined snowy Saint Paul neighborhood scene with a handful of turkeys poking around after all the humans have gone to sleep for the night.

I have plenty of fond memories of Subterranean in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. I can recall seeing the late Small Brown Bike reunite there way back in 2007, as well as Hop Along, forgetters, Alien Boy, friends’ bands, and plenty more, as well as playing there a few times myself, including when my old band opened for Cursive in 2012. I drove by the club once and saw J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr standing outside on the sidewalk. It’s a great venue, and I was pretty stoked to be asked to design a poster to commemorate thirty years of its existence. Rather than get architectural and draw the outside of the venue, I decided to imagine a packed show as viewed from the venue’s excellent balcony.

Greetings! My cat Lola and I are composing this little message on a gloomy and rainy early afternoon in Chicago to let you know that there have been some recent additions to my store. At the top of the list are my AP copies of posters I designed for a September Peter Hook (Joy Division/New Order) show in Chicago and some unearthed copies of very sold out Postal Service & Death Cab For Cutie posters from last fall.

I was asked to design a poster for Peter Hook & the Light’s September 7th show at the Riviera Theatre in Chicago. To honor Peter Hook’s influential bass playing in Joy Division and New Order, I decided to depict and illustration of his first bass guitar: a copy of a Gibson EB-0 that he purchased in 1976 after attending a Sex Pistols show. He hand painted notes on the fretboard to help him learn, and he still owns the bass to this day.

It is a four color screenprint on natural coverweight paper, 18x24”, signed/numbered AP edition of 15. Printed by Garageland. $30.

Last September, The Postal Service and Death Cab For Cutie brought a joint tour to Chicago’s Salt Shed while marking the 20 year anniversary of two now classic albums: The Postal Service’s “Give Up” and Death Cab For Cutie’s “Transatlanticism”.

I was asked to design the poster for this date and chose to create this little still life centered around the Kurzweil K2000R, the sound module and sampler used for a large portion of the sounds that make up the music on Give Up. I understand both the regular and variant versions of the poster sold out at the show, and my AP copies subsequently went very quickly. The printer, Salty Broad Press, recently found a handful of these and now they’re in the store!

The Salt Shed is a relatively new venue in a converted Morton Salt warehouse. It’s located very close to the Chicago River, and I regularly see people kayaking just south of the North Avenue bridge. Incidentally, I went kayaking for the first time ever while I was in the middle of completing this illustration! Call it field research, a coincidence, fate, a fun summer activity, a cute date, an excuse to look good in a life vest, etc. Much fun was had, and I recommend it.

There were three versions of this poster: a regular/standard version (pictured above), a special rainbow foil version, and an alternate (bright green) colorway that was exclusive to the band’s online store. The standard and foil versions were sold out at the show, and the bright green version sold out in Goose’s online store.

I will have both standard and foil versions in my online store this Thursday. Please read on for pricing, specs, the exact release time, and additional images.

I was commissioned to design this poster for the band’s recent show in Ridgedale, MO. Ridgedale is in the Ozarks, a part of the country with a lot of lakes and neat little cliffs where rock jumping is sometimes a popular attraction. I personally have some rather fond memories of cliff jumping as a teenager, and I really couldn’t resist coming up with this late summer sunset scene.

First up is an art print entitled “Quickly Out of Hand”. It’s possible some may recall a thoroughly sold out first edition of this print from late 2018. It was the very last thing printed in my old shared studio space with my beloved friends Landland before we disassembled the place and moved out several months before the lease ended because the building had been bought.

I’m pleased to say that this print is now back in stock! The fine humans at Moonbats Poster Shop have commissioned a second edition. It’s just like the first one, and it’s available now! Moonbats has an edition of 300 available in their brick and mortar store in Portland, Maine. Meanwhile I have an identical AP edition in my online store.

My pals from Australia, SLEEPMAKESWAVES were recently in the US doing a string of shows and they asked me to design a poster for the occasion. This drawing was very involved and partially completed while I was sick with something other than Covid. Being summer-sick sucks, but this band does not! Also printed here in Chicago by Salty Broad Press. And available now!

In other news, I was recently asked by the amazing Propagandhi to design two new shirt graphics to mark the 15 year anniversary of their album Supporting Caste. I was asked to draw from lyrical themes on the record and came up with illustrations for the songs “Potemkin City Limits” and (titular track) “Supporting Caste”.

“Potemkin City Limits” recounts the true story of a pig in Red Deer, AB who escaped from a slaughterhouse in 1990 and roamed free for months before ultimately being recaptured and killed by a tranquilizer dart. The story swept Canada, prompting an outpouring of support for the pig, dubbed Francis. Truly a moving and tragic tale about the will to live, as well as humankind’s cruel domination over sentient creatures vis a vis the commercial production of certain foods (oh, is my veganism showing?). I thought I’d depict poor Francis in the forest, temporarily at peace and free from the torment he tried to leave behind.

“Supporting Caste” centers on, among other things, the willful omission of marginalized and downtrodden classes’ perspectives in written history. The salient phrase/lyric “no stirring curtain call for the masses” prompted me to depict an ornate theater with an empty stage, signifying this lack of meaningful acknowledgement.

The Beetweens - “Where I Have Never Been” 8 inch square lathe-cut picture disc

I'm stoked to present "Where I Have Never Been", a limited edition square 8" lathe-cut picture disc featuring two songs (plus a download code for the songs and a third/bonus track). Music by The Beetweens with artwork by me. Available for purchase on bandcamp right now.

The Beetweens are a recent endeavor that consists of my friend Brian, my friend Derek, and myself making music for fun and the love of creating collaboratively. The three of us grew up in the same neighborhood in the same suburb of Chicago. I have known both of these guys for well over half my life at this point and played music with each of them on and off that entire time.

Derek and I formed our first band together when we were freshmen in high school. We were already friends and had been listening to a lot of punk rock. We would skate and go to shows together regularly, so it made sense to try making our own music like some of our friends were already doing. I remember talking about the band I was trying to start as we lined up to get into a local show, and he said he would play bass.

Around that same time, Brian and I bonded over our shared interest in skateboarding and absurdist humor. We made prank phone calls, edited our own homemade skate videos, and constantly cracked each other up. Eventually, he picked up a guitar and caught up to the rest of us quickly. We started to jam sometimes in high school, then occasionally in college, and even when playing in other bands we have more or less consistently collaborated musically for the last fifteen years.

Brian and I began working on these songs early last summer, and we invited Derek to play with us. We've been writing, arranging, home recording, and mixing these songs (when life allows) since then and having a blast along the way.

Additionally, my beloved and talented brother Garret lends some backing vocals, general good times, and a lovely guitar lead to the bonus track "Backbeat."

I thought this picture disc project would be a fun way to make a physical artifact with a graphic art component; a tangible snapshot of Brian's songwriting, our creative effort as a group of close friends, and the occasional refuge from the world we found in the basement between last summer and early this spring.

Last but certainly not least: I had the great pleasure of designing a poster for Sleater-Kinney, specifically the Chicago date on their most recent tour.

Sleater-Kinney’s new album, Little Rope centers thematically on matters surrounding grief and loss, and the journey therein is what I’ve attempted to depict with this imagined doorway scene. I had a lot of fun with this drawing, especially the wallpaper and typography. I’m really pleased with the printing on these as well!

These are five color screen prints on French coverweight paper, 18x24”, signed/numbered edition of 20. They are also autographed by the band (Carrie Brownstein and Corin Tucker) — see photo below.

I know it’s not standard protocol to have posters signed by the band in my store, but that’s how this one worked out, and I think it’s kinda cool! Available now! $35 each.

Hello! It’s kind of hard to believe it’s been a decade and a half, but this is an art print to mark 15 years of full time self employment making prints, posters, illustration, paintings, and other kinds of graphic art. This is a concept/composition from a very sold out 2009 art print entitled “Recovery’s For Suckers” from the beginning of my career, completely reworked for a special 2024 release.

The original “Recovery’s For Suckers” (pictured below) was released in January 2009 as a small 17x11” edition of approximately 25 that sold out overnight after an unexpected feature on the now defunct blog, OMGPosters.com. Shout out to Mitch Putnam!

This print was the first installment in a four part narrative series that was admittedly largely about a breakup I had gone through at the end of 2008. Sorta cringe now, but it was the success of this small print run that generated the motivation I needed to quickly complete the series and harness that little bit of momentum into making this kind of art my full time job.

In anticipation of the 15 year mark, I dug out an original print and one of the film positives used back in 2009. I scanned the film positive to use as a template to draw new guidelines that were true to the initial composition. That became the foundation for a total re-rendering of this image.

In 2008/2009, I had drawn the original with a fine point Sharpie, taken the drawing to Kinko’s and photocopied it onto an 11x17” transparency. The other two colors were hand cut from rubylith film. This was printed with my earliest screenprinting setup (predating me owning any drying racks; wet prints were appropriately hung “clothesline style” from binder clips with wire threaded through them and spanning wall-to-wall).

This was just something fun that I wanted to do to mark 15 years of this weird job I have. The release of “Recovery’s For Suckers” in early 2009 was a modest but significant turning point for me, so I wanted to revisit the image. The updated 2024 “Nostalgia’s For Suckers” is available in my store right now. Check it out if you’d like!
