Most women are governed by ‘the programme’ to the extent it has eclipsed and over-shadowed the experience of their personal-identity leading and shaping their destiny,

What do i mean my programme?

well society is comprised of programmes known as ‘egregores’ which literally translates to “a non-physical, autonomous psychic entity or "thought-form" that arises from the collective thoughts, shared emotions, and beliefs of a distinct group of people”…..

-ADHERING and trusting in the voice of authority figures, celebrities, or those closest to you, over your own wisdom - i’d vehemently argue this is where most women lose their power - your POWER IS your intuition, and your ability to discern the wisdom and medicine that is truly beneficial for your growth, learning and healing.

You will find yourself subjected to the influence of egregore, when it feels as if your mind, your senses and your nervous system has been hijacked by an external force which feels counter-opposite to your personal belief-system,

however, what about women who do not HOLD a personal, and consciously cultivated belief-system to begin with?

Even modern day rom-coms seem absurd to the matured female-brain, who can hardly bring herself to be moved by the sheer-fantasy that a man is capable of offering and sustaining feelings paired with acts of deep devotion and care……

Whatever childish romantic or sexual yearnings we may have once held during the naivety of our youth, have been steadily and repeatedly shattered by the lived experience we’ve had of every man, an ongoing disappointment in every department - sexually, emotionally spiritually and financially…

It’s no wonder that smut-novels & up-coming movies such as ‘wicker’ get women in a tizzy - we need something to satiate the sexual yearnings and hidden romantic longings that simply are not SAFE to express, or exercise in the presence of the modern man…..

Wicker is on par with what many women recently dream of behind closed doors but fear whispering to their female friends in case they appear to have lost their minds…

But there is a huge sense of relief derived from imagining - if only for a brief moment - that a superior, hybrid male might exist somewhere out there in the cosmos……and might one day happen to visit Earth promptly eradicating and replacing modern day men…..

A hybrid-male of some sort, Free from the flaws dysfunction, violence and sexual deprivation most men appear to suffer from…….

And whilst men might fantasies of submissive sex bots, that they can inflict all sorts of sexual violence onto…..

Women fantasise about men with emotional intelligence, empathy, kindness whilst also displaying traits associated with traditional masculinity - courage, accountability, drive, action, emotional-awareness and capacity, wisdom, leadership qualities……

It is a laughable to imagine that expecting men to embody these qualities is such a tall order, when so many women effortlessly embody these traits themselves….

And whilst it was once expected of women to take whatever man they could get, and ‘build’, nurture and school him into a better version of himself, those days are inching to an end. Women will not nanny, infantilize, or ‘raise’ their partners as they have done not so long ago….

we are also ushering a new consciousness onto this Earth, one that will no longer tolerate the feminine and her children sacrificing themselves for the greed and gain of men.

This is also why traditional relationships are impossible to maintain at this time. This era is one which is demanding accelerated learning, the dismantling and break-down of soul-contracts and karmic relationships. A great purging and eradication of what no longer can sustain….

Hence why you are seeing an increase in drug-abuse, suicides, and AI used as a form of escapism. A good proportion of humanity simply can not cope with the pressure, demands and psychic overload emerging at this time. And ‘PRESSURE’ is the best word i can use to describe this…..

likely why you’re witnessing so many folks opt out of life.

But returning to my previous point, and to suffice this article…..

The ‘wicker’ hype is a reflection of women’s yearning for healthy, safe, masculinity, which feels like an obsolete concept or expectation in 2026, and yet, we must (and I say ‘must’ with a capital M) hold men to a much higher standard, even if that means that our evolutional journey’s will be done separately for the most part.

But also consider that it wasn’t so long ago, that women were being confined to mental asylums, for ‘hysteria’ AKA PROTESTING against the conditions and societal impositions of the time….

Remember that it was only 73 years ago that Sylvia Plath underwent shock therapy during her 1953 psychiatric hospitalisatio, which she later wrote about in her novel The Bell Jar…….

During Victorian times, (so about 125 years ago, spanning between 1837- 1901)), Victorian ideals favoured women for being obedient, and sexless to the extent women were often praised for not knowing about their bodies sex or childbirth.

Yes that’s right…the more clueless, naive and oblivious a woman was towards matters concerning her own body, sexuality and sexual pleasure at large, the MORE she was praised…

Other Victorian beliefs which are still widely held in today’s society (shockingly so) was that a woman’s health outcome was dependant on her purity and chastity…..

In other words a woman’s suffering was perceived as a symptom of their sinfulness and badness….

And if a woman rebelled against these archaic societal norms, they were deemed to be ‘hysterical’…..

Hysteria was used as a means of keeping women from stepping out of line or else being committed to a lunatic asylum.

Women who were infertile or couldn’t get pregnant were also considered to be infertile or hysterical…..

Consider how often you’ve met men who labelled their x “crazy”. It is almost without question, that a woman’s “craziness” is simply her intuition correctly interpreting the truth of the man’s unwholesome or brutish nature…..

I can personally recall countless female friends who were perfectly sane, Healthy and well adjusted humans prior to partnering with men. Suddenly they were diagnosed with “bipolar “ disorder or auto immune diseases, which seemingly ‘came out of nowhere’…

No surprise considering that women absorb the sins of men. His darkness his violence his corruption his filth - and the majority of men I could easily depict as being a filthy creature for the most part - corrupted by his sexual perversions and unresolved self hatred. This is not a radical statement for any woman to make at this stage in our history look.

It is high time more of us admitted than men are self hating creatures who like to offload their self hatred onto whatever woman they can in an effort to cleanse and relieve themselves.

And literally any behaviour or expression that stepped too far out of line , or what was considered to be acceptable behaviour for a woman, would be punished or render you ostracised from society.

Laughing too loudly,

Talking about sex

Having too much sex or pleasure

Keeping company with other women who exhibited behaviours which were deemed sinful (and btw these restrictions and judgements exist still today in most societies around Africa)…..

And any woman who attempted to liberate herself from the judgement of society and the gaslighting negging and coercion of men, would end by being punished ….

Much of what would send a woman to a lunatic asylum was correlated with how much determination autonomy and independence a woman displayed. It would be reported far and wide that “she was acting out”.

“This is a woman you should be wary of, not keep the company of”…..

Well naturally, this would be the conclusion when society and men at large recognised how influential a woman could be , in her ‘disobedience’…..

Disobedience until today, is still punishable and still considered to be reason enough to threaten or actively HARM a woman who goes against 4,000+ years of patriarchal indoctrination and law…..

Even if these laws appear to have been long Over-written, they echo through the collective consciousness today…..

If you’re familiar with my work you’ve seen how often I’ve spoken about women themselves being some of the harshest critics of other women and perpetuating the cycle of archaic Victorian principles which have driven so much of the societal ‘values’ until today……

Women, at their best, are outspoken, feisty, curious and able to follow the pulse of their curiosity and innermost desires without second-guessing or questioning themselves, or worrying about the potential consequences that might come about as a result of doing so…..

I use the word ‘EXPANDED’ intentionally, over, ‘higher or elevated’ states, because to me, the process of ‘healing’ doesn’t necessarily involve crazy-high ecstatic states of opening, and actually involves a ‘widening’ of ones perception of feeling, emotion, and power……

So it’s as if you begin to grow bigger, within your own body, and you can feel your power and capacity to FEEL the oceanic pulse of life, reaching beyond a purely physical state of existence alone….

Sexual vitality, enables us to reach this expanded state, where the depth of aliveness within our body is reflected through our experience of the world around us : everything begins to feel brighter, deeper, more dynamic……

And this state of expansion THROUGH profound sexual-healing, can be accessed even more deeply through dream-time, where this vitality can flow through us freely, without being hindered and gate-kept by our self-consciousness and fear of tapping into this deeper primal power….

The deeper the sexual-experience, the more we begin to open up the animal body, where we store some of our deepest traumas, and which we rarely tap into unless we’re experiencing a deep deep full surrender into the core of our being -

very few humans have touched upon this space of deep perfect peace, let alone experienced the type of universe-re-organising sex which transforms them permanently from the inside out….

Good sex, re-wires, stretches and expands the nervous system and enables you to eventually hold more ‘consciousness '/life-force’.

the modern world devoid of ancient-teachings, containers & sound-medicine healers who would naturally encourage you, particularly as a woman, to learn how to ‘HOLD’ circulate and GROW your power, has left us deeply depleted of the lifeforce that keeps our zest, erotic-yearning for ART, CREATION, enthusiasm and curiosity for life itself, buzzing and ever-growing……

There is also the matter of the centuries of institutionalised guilt, shame, fear, lodged and housed within the wombs and throats of our bodies as women, our centres for expression, power, pleasure and self-esteem……

……If you consider the men you’ve slept with thus far, it’s likely sex has felt like more of a performance and a display of submission in which you were, subliminally, expected to compromise your own pleasure to cater to a man’s, you’ll likely recall many times in which you seemed to function as more of a sex-toy rather than a human being with her own range of sexual desires and preferences which may have included, displaying your sexual pleasure through guttural sounds or ‘untraditional’ sexual preferences….

Growling, snarling, screaming, with pleasure, or rage, signify that a woman is deeply connected to her primal needs : the vaginal walls themselves hold a lot of deep rage, wrath all-encompassing power of course, but also RAGE in the memories most women house in feeling deeply suppressed and cut off from their own sexual power and pleasure….

Connecting to this rage, either through self pleasure or sex, is one of the most empowering and healing ways to express the imprints of sexual-trauma, sexual-guilt, surpression and severing from your wild-nature….

If you want to reclaim your wilderness as a woman, and access a fuller range of expression, aliveness and creative POWER, then sex and sexual pleasure is the best place to begin……

as I mentioned, it is the animal body which houses much of our raw primal power, but which is often locked down in survival and burdened with shame, fear, or bracing in anticipation of being punished for our loudness or self-expression, which needs the most healing…..

When you access the animal-body, and the autonomic nervous system through the flow of sexual vitality, or through practices like grounding, breath, gentle movement, or somatic release, you are teaching the nervous system that safety is possible again, which is often the missing piece underneath purely mental/verbal processing.

if you’ve ever emerged from the deepest sleep, and found yourself immediately sobbing out stress, this is a result of deep release and integration, which we can often ONLY touch through deep sleep states, or even sex dreams…

Sex dreams and dreams of a sexual nature is another way the body processes stored trauma, persecution wounding, or even ancestral burdens that we can not necessarily even access through waking healing sessions such as hypnotherapy or somatic work.

If you’ve ever had a dream consisting of mind-blowing sex with a stranger you’ve never met, or orgasming your way to healing, this is the body’s highly intelligent way of choosing a healing avenue through which to release and restore itself to wholeness. Ad we can achieve this most effectively during deep sleep because the barriers produced by the subconscious’s fears and programming, come all the way down, and religious-guilt, cultural-indoctrination no longer acts as a harsh & judgemental block to reaching these profound states of healing…..

As a quadruple-scorpio i’ve noticed my body naturally gravitates towards entering deep states of sexual aliveness whenever i am moving through deep states of healing. I become very present, and can feel the fullness of my energy flowing like water throughout my system to restore my vitality….

There is truly nothing like it. And it is a travesty our culture has demonised and vilified the woman who holds a healthy appetite for sex, sexual experiences or is curious about her body and it’s capacity to reach hightened states of sexual ecstasy…..

I would encourage you to open your body to the power of sexual healing, in whatever way feels comfortable or safe at this time, bearing in mind that we do need to build the gradual capacity to be able to HOLD more of our power, overtime…….

Women, are build for depth, and they are built to source from within : when they forget to do so, they become sick, ungrounded, scattering their energy into pursuits which lead them further away from their destiny path….

They become cut off, from their inner-sanctum, when they forget to source from their internal abundance, and forever look outwards seeking and searching for an end to their pain, a solution to their liberation, when the only way through, is actually down below, into their inner underworld, here the keys to their liberation lie awaiting them….

a woman may wait for many decades before she feels brave enough to withdraw her awareness and energy from seeking saviours outside of her (men) and returns to the source from which all liberation and permanent fulfilment can be found - which is within her being….

This is of course the most difficult voyage to take….

There is a fear cast into women, not necessarily even through societal imprints, but rather from the records and history of what they carry in their own body, and through their connection to the collective feminine, which has fear mongered them into fearing the underworld, with the assumption that turning inwards, and venturing into their depths to uncover who they truly are beyond any facades or illusions they may have unknowingly created, will created their greatest downfall, and permanent ruin of their sense of self….

But quite the opposite is true…..

If women knew the depth of power they held within, and had the ability to resurrect through turning their attention inwards, they would fall and rise from their own inner underworld, a formidable expression of their former self, wielding a power beyond what they could have previously imagined.

Of course women are encouraged to direct their attention outwards, towards men, children, beautifying themselves, obsessively morphing, editing and distorting their own expression to ‘fit’ the blueprint of the world, oppose to allowing themselves to crave out a space within themselves, within which they can exist freely and expansively, to slot into place aligned with their unique blueprint, oppose to morphing and change form to accommodate the world….

So women are encouraged to avoid their own inner depths, not because they risk losing their sanity (which is what we so often depict the creatively freely expressed woman as being - mad/unhinged), but because they would return from those depth having completely obliterated all forms of their self which carried the distortions and programming of the patriarchy, and the hijacking of their truest self, making them prisoner to a society and a world they were not born to exist within. To venture into your inner underworld means you will be required to relinquish all that is not yours.

And there is a lot that is not yours……

You’d be surprised at how much you are carrying which has absolutely nothing to do with your true self. And our visitation of our inner underworld is of course, not a one time thing…….

Once we taste the depth of magic and vastness that this fertile land has to offer, we actually desire to keep returning again and again, because each time we do so, we learn to source from our own abundance, increasingly drawing our attention away from what we have been taught and propagandised into believing, and instead, become increasingly more knowing, resolute and adamant in our commitment to retrieving whatever power and soul-parts we may have accidentally, or very intentionally, cast our for fear of what would occur if we were to expand into our brilliance.

And we’ve encountered many stories and myth of goddesses that journeyed into the underworld and never returned, such as Ereshkigal (Mesopotamian Mythology), who, in Mesopotamian mythology, is the goddess of the underworld who rules the lower regions,

Unlike her sister Inanna/Ishtar, who dwells in the earthly realm.

Ereshkigal is essentially the ruler of the land of the dead. She was once a sky goddess but was abducted into the underworld, where she became its queen. Unlike most goddesses, she does not seek to escape or transform but fully embraces her role as the dark queen.

The story : (Simplified and Accurate) :

Inanna was the Queen of Heaven, goddess of love, beauty, desire, fertility, power, sovereignty.

Ereshkigal was Queen of the Underworld, goddess of grief, rage, pain, death, shadow, trauma, the unprocessed feminine. Both Sisters, but they symbolise the duality of the feminine.

The story of Inanna is that she ventures into the underworld, ruled by her sister Ereshkigal. And to be clear, Ereshkigal does not invite her, which symbolises how the unprocessed, traumatised part of us never voluntarily calls the healed or “shining” part to visit.Because it will inevitably cause our shadow to feel humiliated, unseen, resentful, unworthy, ignored, invalidated or judged. Inanna wasn’t invited because she didn’t understand the gravity of the Underworld….

She enters out of: Curiosity, desire for expansion, desire to claim more power, wanting to understand her “other half”. But she is not invited by Inanna, for this very reason. Inanna is the sister that receives worship, praise, temples, love, status, beauty, romance, creativity, and gets to bask in the pleasures, materialistic aspects and pleasures tied to the upper world.

Ereshkigal on the other-hand get the opposite : Grief, death, loneliness, the discarded, the unprocessed, the suppressed. She is the definition of the exiled feminine. And she is enraged when Inanna decides to visit, because the underworld is Ereshkigal’s exclusive domain, and she views her sister’s visitation as an apparent effort to expand her own power, and possibly to disrespect the strict laws of the dead.

For this reason, at each of the seven gates, Inanna is forced to remove her crown, her jewellery, her symbols of power, her clothing, her ego, her identity, her status, she arrives naked, stripped of every “outer” aspect of her femininity.

Ereshkigal kills her and then hands her body from a hook, leaving it suspended in the depths. Ereshkigal does not do this because she is evil. But because Inanna brought light into a realm of unprocessed darkness, and the darkness had to consume her.

Some versions of the tale claim that Inanna only survives because outside forces intervene, and that she would have remained dead, if not for an external intervention….

The gods send help to help Inanna return. It is specifically: Enki (the god of wisdom and magic), who sends two tiny, genderless beings, called the galla, or “kurgarra” and “galatur.” These beings go to the Underworld and perform one simple act: They empathize with Ereshkigal’s pain. They mirror her cries, validate her suffering and do not judge her. This softens Ereshkigal, and in return, she grants them a gift: Inanna’s return to life.

Symbolically, I want you to understand the Ereshkigal’s Response to her sister portrays how the shadow responses to light.

While Inanna hangs lifeless, Ereshkigal enters a state of, grief, pain, writhing, labor-like agony. This is symbolic of the shadow feminine trying to birth something that has been trapped inside. When healers come down and empathise with her pain (mirroring her emotions back to her), she softens. It is only then that Inanna is allowed to be revived.

The myth represents two versions of the feminine. Inanna = the conscious, expressed feminine, Radiance, sexuality, beauty, power on display, social identity, magic and charisma,“solar feminine”

Ereshkigal = the repressed feminine : trauma, abandoned feelings, humiliation, grief, the rage no one wants to see, and essentially the “lunar shadow feminine”. They are sisters because they are two sides of the same psyche.

Whilst Ereshkigal was attempting to pull Inanna down, it was not out of jealousy or malice in the human sense (and many simplified interpretations of this story have suggested this, but this is a redundant take).

Ereshkigal “pulling” Inanna down symbolises that Nothing that is unfinished in you will let you rise. If you haven’t faced you shadow, which is comprised of your trauma, your grief, your buried anger, your abandonment wounds, your persecution wound, your rage. your sexuality suppressed or punished, your disowned power, it will pull you back down the moment you try to ascend.

This is why it is imprinted into the female psyche and particularly the psyche of women with a history of persecution that “Every time I rise, something drags me back into the dark.”

That “something” is the Ereshkigal part of them, as well as the Ereshkigal part of society : The part that was never held, never healed, never witnessed, and violently suppressed, and therefore, desires to suppress the beauty, light, power within others.

The psychology behind this :

Inanna cannot ascend fully until she has died, and confronted the shadow, and is reborn into a self that embodies both darkness and light, no longer naive or perhaps oblivious to the darkness she harbours within, matured, evolved, awake to the depths that the feminine holds, without being consumed by them. Her journey into the underworld also required her to make peace with Ereshkigal, through recognising the pain, density and suffering of what her sister carried.

So symbolically, this is a tale that speaks of women coming into their wholeness.

Your inner Inanna represents the performer, the singer, the star, the radiance, and this aspect of self begins to rise again, once we have claimed, integrated and recognised the needs of our shadow. It is also a tale of warning : no woman can escape the Underworld until Ereshkigal has been acknowledged, felt, and given a voice.

What such a myths tell us, is that not only can women traverse the underworld and navigate it, but they are very good at navigating it……

But women who refuse to meet themselves at these depths, tend to sabotage their own success and rise into empowerment in the following ways….

🩸Women who can’t let go of who they use to be, and hold onto old pictures and keep trying to live through their old identity and it doesn’t work. Of course, some of our selves and parts we’re meant to hold onto because that’s what makes us who we are

🩸Fear of leaving behind what was, but when its gone, its gone. And when you dot let it go, you continue to live in the illusion, rather than reality. It’s like the woman who holds onto a relationship with a man that checked out a long time ago, and keeps trying to make it work.

🩸Every aspect of your life, money, sexuality, creativity, intimacy, connection, is dictated by your relationship with your inner underworld. The amount of wealth you generate , the amount of power you can experience in this lifetime, and love, is a direct reflection of the relationship you have in this lifetime.

🩸this is why women are discouraged from ageing, from depth, from thinking and questioning, anything that will take them on a journey into their inner underworld where all of that composting, and nurturing of the self and one’s indviduality is happening. It’s happening down there, not out there. Of course we have relationships which influence our relationship with self, but most of this is happening in our inner underworld.

🩸when you’re born, you are given a blueprint, but you don’t get to fully understand or explore that blueprint until later into adulthood.

And in order to extract the juice , and nourishment from that blueprint, this is determined by your inward journeying. More people live from the blueprint of the collective.

So they don’t behave, act, think, create or Dress in a way that signifies any form of uniqueness, having ones own persona,, and that’s because, they are not encouraged to explore their own blueprint. So what happens is, their blueprint gets buried beneath the garbage of the collective, societal norms. And sometimes it’s so frustraitng because I’ll look at someone and think “god you’ve got so much to offer, but you’ve let yourself get buried”.

-The most precious and richest jewlwes that you contain within you exist within the dark, beneath the mountain, at the bottom of the ocean, burden within the womb of the earth. If it’s easy to get it, it’s probably not worth thet much . The best of what you have to offer lies within your inner underworld . And you need to dig to retrieve it. It’s all down there! Hidden, forbidden treasures of wonder.

-in that journeying, we also have something to hold onto. Precious materials and a richness that we can access at any time, that doesn’t make us dependent upon anyone else.

-This is also where the unearthing of the true self occurs : We cant really know who we are, what we’re capable of, until we enter into our inner underworld, our inner landscape

-if you do not have a relationship with your inner underworld, then you can not have a relationship with creativity , or with life in its entirety, loss, rebirth, transformation, this is a cycle you can not avoid. And if you try to avoid it , you end up stagnating.

The ‘hanging’ in the tale of Innana & symbolises the process of maturing, fermenting, disintegration that the naive, innocence unaware, unknowing aspect of us, must move through, before re-emerging into the light. And if we refuse to wake up, the only outcome, is that we remain in the dark, blinded by our ignorance, consumed by trauma identities, clouded by the ego’s desire, stuck in cycles of self persecution, limitation, the inability to manifest what lies within. And when we can’t manifest our power as women, because we refuse to wake up, we become a nightmare to everyone around us.

The unawakened woman, who maybe holds infinite potential, becomes depleted and worn out by her own insecurities, lack, ungrounded obsessions, escapism, the need for attention, from men, from the world at large, she becomes insufferable in her projections onto other women, because they have what she desires to have, or they have embodied, who she desires to become. Jealous, envy, compassion, lack of direction, or purpose, the refusal to face reality for what it is currently, so that she can emerge from whatever cycles of suffering she is currently imprisoned by, and emerge the other side, a more whole, grounded, and fulfilled self.

How integration changes your life :

When dark and light feminine energies are integrated, your softer side, and which you reveal with discernment, and which is naturally protected, rather than something you feel the need to viciously guard.

Your intuition becomes an intelligence which doesn’t merely provide insight, it also provides actionable steps to accomplishing what you desire. Your creativity also becomes sustainable rather than a spontaneous but ungrounded force you have little command over and your magnetism becomes grounded, and a force you can use, for good. You also no longer need to assert power.
It is finally felt.

My friend mentioned “dream temples” to me on a call today, and said that I must know of them as an Egyptian….

“Your people were the first to engineer this creation!”….

Truth be told I forgot they exist until now. I remember standing in front of a dream temple as a child however, in central Cairo, running alongside the nile, i must have been no older than 6….

But it is the Valley of the kings, in upper egypt, which feature the most miraculous of dream/sleep, temples….

The first dream Temple was pioneered in the 3rd Dynasty (circa 2650 B.C.) over 4,000 years ago, although they were also widely spoken about in Ancient Greek texts as well as Ancient Rome, and Maya culture, for the Mayan’s believed sleep and dreaming allowed a person's soul or co-essence to wander and access cosmic knowledge….

The dream temples were orginaly dedicated to Imhotep, who is widely celebrated as one of the most brilliant minds in human history. Born a common man, who managed to become the chief advisor to King Djoser during the Third Dynasty. The dream temples were eventually dedicated to him in honour of his prominence as a pioneer in healing and medicine …..

“Dream temples” (or sleep temples) were essentially ancient sanctuaries where people engaged in dream incubation, sleeping in a divine space made for the purpose of guiding souls into deep slumber, so that they could receive healing, downloads, guidance, creative inspiration, or support on how to navigate life’s challenges….

Pilgrims specifically would journey to dream temples for purification rituals, fasting, bathing, and anointing with oils. They would be guided into chambers where priests and priestesses chanted and induced a trance-like state taking them on a some what psychedelic venture….

I imagine the resurrection of such a practise would help heal much of society’s burn out. journeying to a location, specifically engineered for the purpose of sleep, not merely rest, but deep deep sleep, would likely revolutionise the way we view ‘vacation’ and downtime -

Furthermore, imagine journeying to a temple which forebays all technology, and where the only ‘connection’ available, is to source. Countless of us, myself included, need a deliberate intentional interruption which temporarily unplugs us from the matrix…..

my friend’s mention of dream temples came as no surprise, infact I immediately connected to past-life memories in Ancient Egypt in which this was an everyday part of life…….

Dreaming after all and sleep have always been viewed and used as ancient technologies across many indigenous cultures and as a practise to help us connect to parts of the spirit the subconscious or inner most beings desires or traumas which absolutely can not be accessed any other way….

It has been debated that even psycadelics can not take us as deeply into our inner sanctum as dream-time…..

To suffice, sleep is sacred. Not just for the obvious scientific benefits such as rejuvenation and the prevention of diseases, but because it connects us to territory within the soul which can not be reached through any other avenue….

I myself have had some remarkably healing dreams which cleansed me of deep traumas, heart-wounds, blocks around accessing my power, and many of these dreams involved surges of sexual vitality being resurrected after fleeing underground into hiding for many long years……

So what we are able to access, purify, and restore, through long phases of undisturbed sleep and dream-time, could be the answer to many of the woes, mental and spiritual turmoil that plagues modern day society…

This is a voyage i have personally navigated for over 10 years, after the loss of my singing voice and loss of desire, safety, inner-freedom, to be recognised as a performer…..

Trauma makes our gift go into hiding. The gift within us is like a delicate seed that requires gentle stoking, cocooning, deep nurture, and consistent encouragement,

If, similarly to me, you were raised in a traumatic environment where both care-givers and parents were unstable and abusive, it’s likely that your gift was eroded over time. that the unique voice within you, moved deeper and deeper into hiding with every harsh comment, or violent response to ANY of your expression (joy, sexual exploration, wilderness, unique creative inclinations).

When our gift is assaulted time and time again, it disrupts it from fully growing and flourishing into it’s full embodiment….

So it goes into hiding. Deep deep into the under-earth of our being, to protect itself, and it can often feels as if we’ve ‘lost’ the talent, when in actuality, it is simply hiding out, waiting for the moment when it is safe for it to be reclaimed….

From my very deep, painful, and intimate experience with this matter, i came to find that our gift often feels assaulted, targeted and highly persecuted. it also feels that the world is un-deserving of it’s magic, beauty and light…..

That the world is not a safe space for it to flourish and be made visible, rightly so.

Sometimes our gift remains in hiding, refusing to re-emerge, and surrounded by ‘protector-parts’, unwilling to be witnessed or available to those it considers are unworthy, too judgemental or too untrustworthy, for us to expose the most precious aspects of our being…..

As i waded through my own complex fears and resistance around using my singing voice publically once again and being witnessed as powerful and gifted, i realised i had a variety of concerns and understandably, deep reluctance to making myself available to the public in this way, So i will list these, with the hope you feel less alone in your own journey of reclaiming your gift :

1. I questioned as to whether I wanted to risk ‘losing the peace’ I had worked so hard to earn and cultivate within. The reality of greater visibility, and the increase of attention received (at least for myself) when we make our light more visible to the world, is that it will attract MORE people, both positive and negative attention, and for someone who is use to a private life, a contained life, in which there is some level of containment and sheilding involved, to suddenly step out and make yourself more available whether as a thought-leader or singer or artist of any kind, is unnerving and deeply rattling to the version of your identity which how found safety, in hiding. The solution here isn’t hiding, but rather finding a way to protect your privacy and inner world, and not feel required or forced to open yourself to an online audience, that can’t respectfully hold the magnitude of all of you.

2. Unlike being a speaker, thought-leader and educator, singing is an expression of my most vulnerable parts. The parts that have been betrayed, attacked, used for their light, abused, very poorly treated - so I have a heavy association with ‘singing’ = being misused for my light / not receiving the respect and reverence i Deserve as an artist, AND, being heavily sexualised by men online, since this was a large part of my experience as a singer.

3. With autism, i have sensory sensitivities which make me reluctant to spread myself across multiple social media platforms, or have to show up consistently as a ‘performer’ as I am aware of how quickly this has burnt me out in the past - and as a musician / singer, there are new demands on you to show up with consistency, vigour, to entertain, all of which I feel resistant to doing.

4. i’ve vaguely covered this in point 3, but transitioning from the ‘teacher’ identity where i had the luxury of being somewhat masked behind a stoic, philosophical identity, a controlled persona where i could CHOOSE how much of my inner world I desired to share….

   It’s not possible to do this with music to the same extent. everything sort of explodes or meanders out of you. truths and deep yearnings and subconscious secrets you’d rather keep hidden - as a Quadruple scorpio as well, there is an added layer of ‘tension’ for me around showing up more openly. There is a fear of having my vulnerability weponised against me, (as it has been many a time in the past), and my protector-parts, know this.

   Our protector parts and subconscious are incredibly intelligent in the sense that they will find, 5-10-100 reasons as to why it is not safe for us to reclaim our gift and proceed accordingly. They will create complications, forms of sabotage, resistance, put up an immense fight to ensure you never get to the point where you actually step out and do the thing…..

So reclamation of your gift, involves working with your protection parts, and the fight-flight responses which will inevitably emerge, as you slowly reclaim your gift and allow yourself to be WITNESSED, slowly, gradually, without rushing the process…

One thing I learnt about reclaiming my singing gift and abilities early on, was that my singer-self, was not going to ‘achieve’ what i wanted, on my timeline. every time i’ve tried to push my muses to write songs, sit down at the piano and compose, they’ve resisted and refused….

So i had to LISTEN and honour, what they, what she, wanted. She (my singer-self) wants to sing freely and spontaneously right now. She does not want to be rushed, forced or demanded into ‘producing’….

This has been the hardest shift for me of all.

As an educator and teacher, I could schedule things in, show up to record, write, create, with a reasonably set-structure…..

Singing, songwriting and artistry doesn’t operate within the same scheduled framework - And the last time i forced myself into a set routine around it, i ended up severely damaging my voice and burning out….

When we sing, we are sourcing from a different place of power : one that must be connected to through surrender, trust, listening deeply to the body - This is a difficult space to ‘switch gear’s into, when you’re used to running on a more easy-to access generator of power : drive, surface motivated goals (make money, get clients, run facebook adds, get instant results)…..

Switching into the identity of the ‘artist’ and pursuing an art-form which requires DEEP surrender, deep EMBODIMENT, the willigness to come home to the BODY and be with the discomfort that emerges through reconnecting to the heart, the voice, the womb, ALL planes of existence from which we DRAW OUT our creative power…..

This requires a very different relationship to SELF, than what we may have had before.

When I excavated my gifts, I also began to excavate powers and abilities I previously never knew existed, so I expanded into an identity which is far broader, more dynamic and interesting than what I previously had access to…

Originally we go on this journey to reclaim what has been lost, but what happens instead is that we expand into our true nature

That self is extraordinary creative, innovative, alive, engaged with every moment of existence with full capacity, full feeling, but most importantly of all, what we reclaim is the peace that comes with embodying who we truly are. Because this is actually what you want

You go on the journey, to amass fame, or wealth, or popularity, or to create something of some sort, and the core driving desire behind the pursuit of these things, is to actualise a version of yourself that you know already has those things.

Once you become her, you learn, as you accumulate more followers, more money, more material stuff, that the real wealth in this journey, is being whole and sovereign within yourself.

And that no amount of anything outside of you, not the love of your partner, not the approval of the public, holds any lasting meaning, because what you’re seeking in all of this, is resolution within yourself

And we do this through reclaiming the gift and the power that we are personally here to actualise. Nobody can tell you what that looks like, only you know. Only you know what the gift you’ve been given to actualise is….

I’d suggest you begin with childhood passions because our inner child always holds the key to whatever we are here to actualise….

Excavating the gift, also begins with creating new protection.

Creating a ‘new form of protection’ means 👉🏽instead of being hostile, and overly protection of your gift, you create an inner environment, which supports the actualisation of your gift.

So we move from hostile and over protection to protected, nurtured enough, to make it safe to express and be visible

Having a gift that feels inaccessible, can often feel like having a part that walks in and out of you. So sometimes it’s there, sometimes it’s not. This is a typical symptom of trauma, and your nervous system and your psyche lacking the safety it needs to feel safe to express the gift.

My experience with this has manifested with both my signing voice and as a songwriter and a pianist. So sometimes I have a huge urge to write songs, or play the piano, or sing, and then other times I couldn’t access that power for weeks or even months at a time. Because I had a part that was sometimes online, but mostly offline , protecting herself.

It wasn’t until I intentionally built a relationship with this part that everything began to shift.

You’ve got to see this part as a very tiny child, which needs alot of containment, boundaries, private time, solitude, so you can begin to build up your trust muscle around creating and around being seen, being creative

Every woman needs to build connection with her inner world, her inner private sacred landscape, to TRUST that she has what it takes to navigate the fragility of her inner world, and the triggers that may arise from making herself publically available, without allowing the pressures and opinions of the external world, to shape how she views herself or her art….

I write from my own observations on our culture’s obsession with skinniness, and what it has felt like to navigate the world as a brown woman, with a curvaceous body which countless men have reduced to a sex-toy, throughout my existence, and how in this experience, I have often pondered on whether our desire as women to achieve thinness, might be driven by a deeper, survival need to feel safer in physical spaces…

What might lie at the obsession with skinniness for women, Is a need for safety (granted that the drive behind skinniness is a multi-layered matter and can not be reduced to a singular driving factor)……

There may be a correlation between skinniness, and signalling the willingness to ‘relinquish ones power’, inadvertently giving the impression that you are a woman who needs saving . Because in many ways, it can be safer to exist this way in the world….

The helpless maiden, oppose to the autonomous woman - and this is not about who you really ARE, but rather the IMMEDIATE impression OTHERS receive of you based on your physical form alone…..

My body, has always overly consumed and occupied my sense of safety in a way i wish it didn’t…..

In many ways I have a much stronger physique and muscle form than most men I encounter and as a consequence , because my power has been so evident in my appearance, it has invited hostility, projection, violence , aggressive sexualisation, harshness from both men and women who can sense and feel and see it, and feel justified to attack it……

When we as women, begin to starve ourselves into skinniness, and taking on a more fragile appearance, we believe we can perhaps escape and evade this problem….

Thinness, in a manner of ways, signals “I need protection, I am not a threat to anyone because I’m too weak to be a threat “.

So there is a much deeper underlying psychological component to the trend of thinness and women attempting to diminish their form for safety’s sake.

Well formed, voluptuous, strong looking women who look and feel abundant in power , have always come under attack throughout history. Because their form signals the opposite of thinness. “I can hold my own. I don’t need anyone”…..

Considering my own body dysmorphia struggles, I reflect on how often my desire to be thinner was merely to ensure men stopped looking at me, and stopped viewing my strength and power as a threat…..

I’m naturally quite busty, with wide hips, long legs, at 5ft10, and i tend to pull in a mass of unwanted male attention wherever i go which i’ve received since 15 years old.

At one stage in my life my sole desire to ‘be thinner’ was so that i could reduce the size of my breasts and any aspect of my body perceived as womanly, resulting in me being highly sexualised and desired and also attacked, since my teen years, by men who viewed and experienced me as an object that demanded to be ‘sexually governed, domesticated and put in her place…..

I imagine I may have experienced significantly less hyper-sexualisation, had I inhabited the body of a much smaller thinner woman, and this is not to dismiss the struggles of women with smaller figures, but more, my reflections on how often i’ve associated thinness, with being left alone, less noticeable and less desired….

And although society tends to teach women the dramatic opposite : that thinness is the ultimate beauty standard, if that is the case, I ponder why is it that the majority of my female friends have never had to tolerate the same degree of sexual degradation? I have watched thinner women, with smaller cleavage they could easily tuck or compress into any dress, receive notably more humane treatment from the men in their lives, than those of us curvier women, who tend to be viewed as a fetish, before we’re embraced as living sentient human beings…

I recall how often both white and black men would fetishises me which is in keeping with the westernized hollywood depiction of the arab woman : mysterious, closed-off, but beneath her clothing a wonderland of repressed sexual vitality just waiting to be explored at the hands of the coloniser, who finally saw her value, after years of being mistreated by her own men….

As a North African woman with a body type men have openly told me ‘reminds them of the porn they watch’, you can understand, why women such as myself and even those who are significantly less shapely, might begin to develop severe eating disorders, body dysmorphia, or fantasise about skinniness, as a means of escaping the male gaze…

This, and this alone, has been the only reason i desired to be thinner. To be left alone. To become a little less desired by men, a little more invicible and therefore far safer in the world at large….

And whilst this might be a rather unusual perspective, i do wonder how often women might be driven to embrace weight loss and thinness, not for the health benefits or for feeling better about themselves, but to spare themselves from others harsh projections and sexualisation….

To finally experience the relief that comes from owning your body, and being an inhabitant of it, rather than a CONSTANT OBSERVER, forced to witness her existence from the outside to ensure she is not ‘too sexy, too inviting, too noticeable’ - something i have not yet, and may never fully heal from, because my visibility and the constant sexualisation of my form has left me feeling hyper vigilant in public spaces regarding how I am perceived and what measures i can take, to be less visible……

So to suffice, I believe the culture obsessions with thinness is not entirely rooted in western-standard beauty ideals alone, and often driven by the need to make oneself as non-threatening within a system that punishes female power, and the features that exude it……

There is also a hostility projected towards powerful female bodies that refuse the cultural narrative that women’s bodies should signal availability, vulnerability, or need….

A body that looks self-sufficient, a WOMAN who is full, healthy, and signals autonomy through her physicality, is almost a political act in that context because of what she represents to the culture : Rebellion against the stereotype of ‘the nice girl’, the polite, useful, subservient woman that doesn’t stand out too much, or consume the space or resources around her, who asks and expects the bear minimum - all of this is directly correlate to our physical form, and the archetype of woman we are ‘categorised’ into….

Our bodies are constantly under scrutiny and attack to the extent for many of us, especially woman of colour, there can be an underlying obsession with weight loss, skinniness, perfecting our forms until we begin to resemble the white-supremacist beauty ideals, and be made less of a target…

I have found that of all the areas of my body most scrutinised, my breasts always seem to be the area BOTH women and men target as a means of insulting me, using words such as ‘whore’, ‘loose’ or ‘desperate’ , and all the while, my ‘crime’ is that i am wearing a beautiful floral dress which - As with ALL my dresses - accentuates my breasts BECAUSE of their size, and the infuriation in being a constant target for women’s jealousy and men’s lust-driven stupidity, is that you could dress a thinner woman in precisely the same clothing, and nobody would have a negative thing to say!!……

There is something about larger breasts, curves, anything which signals feminine power, fertility, sexual-radiance, which our society at large seems to believe deserves harsh judgement, snide remarks and the assumption that you must somehow be less intelligence, less academic, less worthy of respect, should you inhabit a voluptuous form …

So then is it any wonder, that many women would correlate physically shrinking themselves, with evading the harsh judgement and assumptions of narrow minded women, and lust-posessed men?….

All in all, I do believe at a deeper subconscious level, the pull towards skinniness is perhaps less about embodying the latest beauty ideals, and more so a matter of attempting to reclaim greater control over how their physical form is perceived and judged accordingly….

Whilst the 3d world forever felt foreign to my body, being and heart, tales of fae folk and fantasy realms felt like the one place i could safely escape into where i truly belonged - I suspect many other autistic women with immense sensitivity and advanced artistic talents feel similarly…..

it has been debated, that humans carry different genetic coding, influenced by a multitude of things, DNA and bloodlines , also perhaps being a soul who has had lifetimes in other dimensions , and the soul itself carries a very specific coding which influences who / what type of individual, a human becomes…

You will see that some humans are immensely sensitive, artistic, delicate, tender, harmonious and very connected to nature and animals and the earth in general, whilst other humans appear immensely harsh and insensitive in their constitution…

We could look at this from many varying perspectives…

We could say that those with elven or fairy blood incarnate from another timeline, that the soul originates from another dimension so you’re coming in with coding in the DNA, which predisposes you to heightened sensitivity, heightened emotional capacity, you might be very spiritually and artistically gifted.

Fae and elven folk tend to be very quick, sharp witted, innovative, strong willed, independent minded, very uninfluenced by the world around the, because they’re operating in their own sphere of consciousness which feels very magical right….

Life, when we’re connected to it, in it’s entirety, its pure magic.

But humans who let’s say, tend to be denser in constitution and having a purely physical experience on earth - at least from what I have observed - do not able to access that experience naturally, unless they perhaps did psychedelics or shrooms. Most humans do not have the natural capacity to access that wealth and wonder in perception.

Because it is all about perception : what do I view is available to me, what do I know is possible, even with all of the trauma and suffering and struggle, there’s an innate sense that life can offer me more.

This is the expansed consciousness that the awakened soul bears, and it’s very typical of an elven or fae person’s way of seeing the world : of course, we can not embody this consciousness unless we have moved through notable transformation and ‘activated’ our own genetic intelligence…..

There’s often a confusion in realising early on, that other’s do not see it this way, and you face ostracisation and bullying, because you’re way of viewing things is beyond what others can process, perceive / access as ‘felt and real’ information….

Elven kind / fae folk, are also considered guardians on this earth. Fierce guardians of what is sacred, fragile, regenerative, and vulnerable - so, the animals, and the earth itself as a whole at this time where so much destruction is taking place at the hands of greedy billionaires…..

They often incarnate for the very reasn to become guardians of nature, of animals, of the vulnerable, to carry a sacred mission, through art, music, and they are also commonly persecuted for doing so. Because there are many forces upon this earth that do not want ancient knowledge, knowledge of magic, the knowledge on how to be thoroughly self sufficient, to be awakened in other humans, since an awakened woman, is not a corporate-hungry human, and can not be controlled. So there has been a war on our earth against fae and elven kind for a very very long time. Since ancient Egypt, since the age of Atlantis, and Summarian, because they’ve have always existed, they are probably one of the most ancient forms of human being that there are.

And there has always been a ploy and agenda to keep their specific power, and frequency of power, sabotaged and subdued so it never penetrates the collective consciousness, because when we hear the frequency through someone’s voice, or music, it brings about a very intense purge and awakening…..

And this mass awakening, happens through sound frequency more than anything else. Seeing a piece of art can awake something in you, but it doesn’t have quite the same impact or effect as sound or frequency, which brings me to my next point….

Elven kind are often master musicians, singers, songwriters, they know how to weave sound through their voices or hands, they can craft things beautifully, so wood-work, pottery, etc…..

Elevens and fae people are written about often in Celtic lore and norse mythology, and Irish myths

And fae people are not described as tiny winged people either, they were known as

• ancient supernatural beings,

• connected to the land itself,

• associated with hills, forests, rivers, stones, and sacred places,

• emotionally complex and morally unpredictable,

The Celtic Otherworld, The fae were believed to live in:

• hidden realms parallel to ours,

• underground hills or mounds,

• mist-covered islands,

• forests beyond ordinary perception,

Time moved differently there. Humans who entered might return decades later without realising it….(very autistic coded)….

There as also dark elves, who lived underground beings, linked to craftsmanship and hidden knowledge, sometimes associated with shadow or secrecy

So similarly to humans there were different races of elf,

But in all tales of elves and fae people they are depicted as being more powerful than humans, emotionally intense, connected to nature and magic, deeply tied to beauty, artistry, music, and hidden knowledge and carrying a timeless ancient quality…

In my culture, the Middle East, and Persia, elves and fae folk are depicted as being winged or luminous beings, beautiful, refined, magical, associated with light, grace, and spiritual elevation

Indigenous Traditions Worldwide

Many Indigenous cultures speak of the star people. ant people, forest spirits, hidden races beneath the earth, animal-human shapeshifters, that shape shift into dragons, snakes, lions, right, which is also depicted in ancient Egyptian and mesopotamian culture, and these are described as sacred beings tied to land and ancestry.

So, we know very little about the universe, what we do know is that there are other lifeforms amongst us, in other star systems, and also other realms upon this earth. So you could have a alternative being literally living in your garden and you’d never see it because it has the ability to make itself invisible to the five senses, to our human senses……

From a symbolic perspective, elves/fae can represent parts of the psyche within us which feels connected to:

• intuition

• artistry

• liminality

• ancient memory

• nature consciousness

• emotional refinement

• spiritual longing

But also carries memories of having ether lived as a fae or elven being in a previous incarnation, and carrying many of these qualities over into this incarnation.

Fae-blooded humans,
More intuitive, emotionally magnetic, tied to nature, glamour, seduction, dream states, altered perception, music, enchantment. But they may struggle with grounding or human attachment.

Elven-blooded humans :
Ancient memory, elegance, longevity, artistry, precision, intelligence, heightened senses, emotional restraint, grief from watching civilizations collapse. Also Descendants of something older and feared. Highly psychic, transformative, intense, able to perceive hidden truths.

There is often a yearning and nostalgia for a different world, in which there is peace harmony amongst all and creativity is central to ones existence.

• Fae and elven folk tend to be deeply affected by emotional atmosphere, powerful through subtle influence rather than force, altered by beauty, sound, rhythm, seasons, emotion, drawn toward enchantment and meaning, sensitive to harshness or density, difficult to fully “pin down” into ordinary life

And many artists, musicians, mystics, and highly sensitive people recognise themselves in that symbolic language.

We also have dragon humans. Traits of dragon-blooded human include :

unnaturally intense eyes, body heat rises with emotion, heightened instinct and territoriality, deep aversion to submission or control, right so often very rebellious constitution, voices that affect others emotionally, attraction to gold, relics, sacred objects, old architecture, sleeping power that awakens slowly, unusual longevity

“embers” under the skin when emotional, dreaming in ancient languages, ability to sense lies or weakness

You could split dragon bloodlines into types:

Fire Dragons : rage, passion, leadership, destruction

Moon Dragons : psychic ability, dreamwalking, emotional manipulation

Sea Dragons : ancient grief, healing, storms, depth

Gold Dragons : royal bloodlines, guardianship, wisdom..

You can also have humans who hold the traits of both elves, and dragons. I remember my past life with dragons, very similar to avatar, the movie, I remember riding them, training them, ive had so many dreams about them.

What elven, fae, dragon people have in common is a yearning fro another world. Another dimension, a different infrastructure for society because, if you know that we use to live in temples, we use to communicate with animals, that there was this vast range of experience that you could have as a physical being and physical life didn’t feel trapping or limited in the way it does on this timeline, then there will be this underlying perpetual feeling of grief, around knowing this world existed, that it stile exists, and that this is how we’re meant to live, and what we come into instead is a very dense, heavy, paradigm.

So there will be be a yearning driving you to create something mon earth that captures this magic and this old world…..

Elven folk are almost always great artists, or creatives of some kind, it’s just your normality. You know how to channel magic, through your voice, your words, your art, your creation. So there’s a natural inclination for it, but it’s also what keeps your blood flowing, creation is your oxygen, it is vital for your sense of aliveness and I would say it is the case of all humans, if we stop creating, we digress mentally, spiritually emotionally, however, fae people, centre creativity.

It’s not a luxury, it is the pulse that sustains your existence, that feeds the spark within your soul. And we all need to feed that spark. If we don’t it goes mute, and in some cases with many humans, it dies completely because the flame has been neglected for so long.

It’s difficult for elven folk to get to this stage where the flame and spark that is the spirit gets snuffed out. It might get buried, it might be subdued , it often feels. Especially during intense transformation or healing phases which can make it seem as if there is no spark nor zest that remains to engage with one’s own life. But, that is rarely the case. Often what occurs instead is that energy is pulled inwards to focus on recovery and the strengthening of the spirit.

Earth feels foreign cold harsh and strange to elven folk…..

As mentioned, We tend to live in our own realm of consciousness where we have a heightened sense of how magical life truly is, we might drift through the world like a fairy queen with eyes wide open to the beauty present whilst others walk past it entirely oblivious. This is the realm of the fae. Fae people are deeply sensitive peaceful and prize equilibrium, Harmony between animals and nature above all else, they are very particular about who they engage with, so again there are many different species and varieties of human, and elven and fae folk prefer to engage with their own kind, for obvious reasons : they know what type of character they re dealing with ; same soul group, same etiquette, same agenda.

They become hostile when they feel that their natural space is threatened. They do not understand people who lie, deceive or harm to get ahead, for corporate greed, fame, materialistic purposes, because they do not live in a realm of consciousness driven by scarcity or selfishness. All they see is abundance and connection. So to fae folk, this behaviour is unthinkable. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s seems unnecessary and destructive but again, this is because you’re viewing it through your lens of consciousness, which is refined, sutble and sensitive in nature…..

Another interpretation I have is that many of us diagnosed with autism (myself included) are in-fact simply of another bloodline….

So many things I read about the fae and elven folk as a child resonated with me ; their rejection of human’s measurement of time, money as a form of currency and the hoarding of assets, divorced from the land and it’s sentiment beings…

And I can confidently claim……this is what happens when you build a brand out of fluff, quick-wins, borrowed lineages, with no lived experience connecting you to the core essence of the lineage, nor foundation that is supported by a solid belief-system born out of the initiations you have walked, lessons you have absorbed into your blood, your bones, landscapes you have traversed which have generously offered you their medicine along the way….

Until the guru, the medicine woman or man, has drank the poison FIRST, and ressurected themselves anew, taking the time to integrate what has shaped their consciousness, before rushing to film it for the rest of the world……whatever you are being offered by these self-acclaimed ‘readers’, is not real….and deep down, they know it…..

They have nothing to give you…..nothing but dopamine spikes and quick ego boosts until 30 minutes later you’re crashing and right back to sitting with the desolate inner sense that who you are ‘is wrong’ or ‘not enough’…..and thus, the endless search to ‘fix’ yourself continues…..

The question I have often been pulled to ask, is why would such an audience gravitate towards the false medicine woman to begin with?

what i’ve personally witnessed in observing the women and men following these ppl, is that they are susceptible and easily brainwashed, hoodwinked, by great marketing….

This space, the spiritual realm, tarot, crystals, witchcraft, magic, manifestation and so forth, tends to attracts those who believe, out of desperation, that it is possible to bypass and love & light their way to abundance, inner-authority & self fulfilment….and now for some reason they’re SHOCKED when it doesn’t work, and in some cases made their lives significantly worse…..

And let me be abundantly, profusely and aggressively clear, that the exploration of all things spiritual is not the problem :

👉🏽it is the PEOPLE you are repeatedly choosing as your guides and leaders…..

You have been (intentionally) fooled, tricked through clever marketing into the promise that on the other side of committing to a charlatan false guru, you will find Enlightenment or personal success …

Whether through tarot, astrology , human design, priestess numerology or what ever the fuck it is these folks were selling, rather than embodying as a way of life (and you can embody and sell combined, but this is not the case with the archetype of human i speak of)…..

This is the most important part of the article, because what I would like you to understand, is that what you SEEK can not be found through one practise, one isolated path of ‘self-empowerment and self-improvement’, if you are disconnected to the primary SOURCES from which humans are designed to draw power, a sense of safety and identity from)……..

Up until now, you have been taught that power is something that exists separate to others. That you, as a lone wolf and individual can generate your power, through separating yourself from others, from the earth, from the sacred…

So is it any wonder that many are losing their faith in spiritual leaders and guides, when they themselves were not in ‘right relationship’, with the earth and the eco-system which we refer to as ‘consciousness’? which powers all life on earth?

How do you expect to learn about FEMININE POWER or how to SOURCE and UTILISE you power, from individuals, who exist FOR themselves, and have a largely dysfuctional relationship with themselves?

If our sense of ‘power’ revolves around fame, the attention we can monetise and how ‘special’ others make us feel, then whatever ‘power’ we believe we have, is false.

Because NOW it is dependant on borrowing from the perception that others have of us, RATHER than ROOTING and anchoring our relationship to power, TO something that is REAL and unchanging……

The earth, the divine mother, the sacred law that power this universe.

You can not reclaim your power as a woman if you exist separate from the earth, and from a higher-source which you cultivate relationship with daily…..

This also means that whatever connection we have created to the divine, through the practise of tarot, or yoga, or even our artistry, can not be a reliable way to ‘source power’, because what if this modality or WAY no longer resonates with us? (AND BELIEVE ME i learnt this in the most painful and debilitating fashion, through losing my ability to create music and sing ten years ago. So life FORCED me to stop using my artistry as a clutch and a distraction from developing a relationship to my power and worth, which was not DEPENDANT upon my capacity to create”…….

Are we going to collapse into psychosis and claim the ‘Jesus is the only way’?

This is what has been missing for many spiritual practitioners and their audiences : RIGHT relationship to their lineage, their ancestors, their roots, the earth, her medicine and community. We are meant to draw power from a variety of sources. And these sources should be ‘clean’ - not distorted with our own psychological projections which is what so often occurs when people ‘find religion’…

So for example, a CLEAN connection to something should feel simple :

“This is the earth, when i touch it it grounds me, this is a vegetable I’ve grown, when i eat it, it nourishes me”…..

Nothing more, nothing less than that…

For those bycotting spiritual practise, the answer is simplicity. Not seeking the next high, the next mentor, the next cult, the next ILLUSION……

Only to arrive back at the exact same mental space of confusion, lack, and emptiness..

i can not emphasise this loudly enough :

Like eve, in the garden of eden, biting into the apple of knowledge, the blood is the forbidden fruit, reclaiming the centuries of burden knowledge and vital initiation medicine that every girl needs to traverse womanhood with sharpened senses. Knowledge that connects us to something ancient, something wild, something that cannot be controlled. It is through our bleed that we begin to access a well of intuitive knowing, of rightful, healthy rage, of hidden truths passed down through bloodlines, dreams, and silence.

So for many girls, growing into women, at some point during this delicate in-between space of moving from maiden consciousness, into priestess consciousness, rather than embracing the growth, tests and lessons presented at this time, instead, they are shamed, dismissed, and made to fear their own blood.

Recall the times when you may have bled through your clothes, and rather than your elders brushing it offer, perhaps there were gasps of horror, a flurry of hands trying to cover your backside so nobody would notice the blood stains through your clothes.

Today, most girls bleed alone, oppose to in temples by their sisters. For some, it is a deeply personal event, but for others, gathering during our bleed deepens the severed bond of sisterhood. One that many of us never had the opportunity to develop since childhood or beyond due to the betrayal we experienced at the hands of our mothers, sisters, mentors and fem friends….

To reclaim menstruation is to reclaim a portal. A gateway. A deep well of feminine power but a specific kind : not assertive, or tied to 3d ambitions. It is the subtle power that manifests through a clear - stream of consciousness which gains access to a diverse range and spectrum of emotions that reach beyond what we often capture as women during waking state….

Our bleed is magical for this reason : the veil between dimensions, new insights, profound lightening strikes of clarity and information pour through us, and old grievances arise to the surface to be acknowledged and dealt with during the next phase, as we begin to ovulate…..

Every detail of our nature and how we are designed to navigate the 3d realm, whilst carrying the wisdom, power & ancient knowledge and coding only available via invisible realms, is what makes us remarkable as beings….

And this is even more heightened for autistic and neurodivergent women…..

A remarkable capacity to ‘name’ dynamics or energetics playing out that present as so subtle, many would never notice, and if they did, lack the language to articulate what is occurring….

As we begin to honour our bleed , not just tolerate it and endure, we remember that we are not meant to move like machines. We are meant to cycle like seasons, to bleed with the moon, to listen to our wombs like oracles. Pain that presents alongside menstruation is also an initiation into our power. It is our body’s intelligence asking us to acknowledge there is something present within the womb, the ovaries and the uterus, that has not been given voice….

After all, we bear most of our grievances in our reproductive organs….

Loss, betrayal, rejection, sexual violence, criticism and judgement in response to our bodies not fitting the ‘desirable mould’ of thin, petite and easy to consume, domesticate and use.

We hold the loss of a dream that never fully manifested due to trauma and the destruction others in their unconscious create in our life. And women, being designed to absorb and reflect the burdens, sins and responsibilities that others in their lives refuse to bear, eventually can not distinguish between the needs of the self, and the needs of the family / children or community. All of the energies a woman carries on behalf of those surrounding her, including the ancestors that have long passed, linger within her womb, her hips, her gut : this is why this space is so highly charged and often feels under attack. Because it has been, for centuries. Women have been, and still are today, used as reproductive machines to serve the archaic system that is society.

In matriarchs systems and societies, a woman’s menstrual cycle was honoured as a sacred, mystical process, and a gateway to intuitive insight, heightened sensitivity, and spiritual communion. Bleeding time was not a source of shame, but a powerful rite of passage. Women were often given space to retreat, to rest, to dream.

They gathered in red tents or sacred spaces, to tune into the rhythms of the Earth and receive guidance from the unseen realms. Menstruation was viewed as a time of purification, visioning, and renewal, deeply connected to the lunar calendar and the cycles of nature.

But over time, the understanding and recognition of menstruation being a deeply spiritual event, which endowed women with the opportunity to receive potent truths, intuitive insights and profound revelations, was buried beneath layers of patriarchy and religious dogma….

And perhaps this was why! Because even patriarchy in its ignorance recognised how women would change during this potent time. How their psychic senses sharpened, they became more sensitive or switched on to deception, treachery and particularly the deception and treachery of men…..

I suspect, that the menstrual cycle became medicalised, stigmatised, and commercialised for this very reason. Because of the power and ACCESS TO TRUTH that women gained access to during their bleed.

Women were taught to suppress it, silence it, hide it to treat their bleed as an inconvenience rather than a message and a deep communication between the body and the psyche…..

The wisdom that once flowed through the womb each month was replaced with shame, discomfort, and disconnection. OR a demonisation of the pain communicated throughout the process. The body’s intelligence communicated through pain is not something that should ever be suppressed or reduced because beyond the pain, lies your power…

This is especially true, when the type of pain you’re dealing with impacts the reproductive organs - then, it becomes even more important to BE with the body, BE with the womb, BE with your blood, and ask it to ‘speak to you’…..

This is a beautiful ritual and practise I believe more women should commit to as part of becoming their own healer - “blood speak to me, womb speak to me, tell me what cycle in my life i must break, what identities or relationships I must let go of to become at ONE with my body, and no longer feel as if i am carrying it, or battling against it’s intelligence in placing these limitations and inhibitions?

Can you see how the systematic dismissal of the menstrual cycle is part of a larger cultural pattern, one that has severed us from the body, from the Earth, from the Divine Feminine herself?

And that when you fight against the intelligence and TIMING of your own body, you are internalising this system…..

I do not say this to shame you, I struggle with this as much as the next woman, ALL of us do. Re-wiring the body, fighting off thought-forms around ‘thinness’ ‘ beauty’, HOW or WHAT one is meant to express, and whether you have permission to do so with full force……

Why is this an important principle to understand? because women who lack the drive and momentum to push their energy forward, struggle to actualise their inner vision….

Rather than the flighty, scattered, un-productively rebellious younger version of self, refusing to comply to any form of structure for fear of it ‘squashing’ her power….

THIS embodiment of you, your power, wisdom and expression, understands how to move between BOTH expressions of who you have become now, as an embodied, adult, woman, with a greater nervous system capacity to create what she desires WHILST gently revealing and exposing her creative / artist self, with a newfound confidence….

To be very specific, what i mean by ‘traditional’ is sitting down to record generic videos of yourself speaking into the camera from your car, or your home. The way 98% of creators do it…..

I tried this method to express my ideas back in 2023, only to feel increasingly suffocated, restricted, and unable to channel the magic within me through short consistent reels…..

Shortly after that, I launched my podcast, (🎙️Women, Sex, God, Power), and everything changed….

I stopped believing there was something fundamentally wrong with my inability to fit into the neurotypical form of expression, and began LISTENING to my body’s sense of feeling compressed, stifled and DISHONOURED by being stuffed into traditional forms of online sharing……..

Suddenly, the full breadth of my expression as a muse, channeler and educator was able to ‘ACTIVATE’. ‘Activate’ is the magical word here, because what I realised, was that In order for my creative magic to ‘come online’, I needed to give it the right activation container…..

This activation container for me, was a podcast setting - it wasn’t so much a matter of magic, that a lot of blocked expression, words that were getting stuck in my throat, FEELINGS left contained within my body, were suddenly free to flow, flood and ROAR through me….

And probably more so a matter of me finally finding the right format, the right container, and giving myself AMPLE time, to express my idea, within the context of a 30-45 min podcast, rather than a stifling, compressed and time-pressured 3 minute reel….

Many of my creative blocks, turned out to simply be a mis-match in environment. The wrong container the wrong, energetic space, the wrong angle, too much compression for someone with vast expression….

✔️Absolutely zero pressure to ‘perform’ or show up in a specific way - sometimes this inner-resistance can be tricky to resolve as there ARE creative circumstances in which i’ve needed to pre-plan and rehurse, e.g, filming music videos, set studio dates with producers as a singer, songwriting deadlines for other artists….

but aside from this……

What changed the game for me personally in terms of visibility, was understanding that what I required was ‘an activation container’……above all else…….

Giving myself this, enabled my ideas to flow freely, without the time pressure or weight of expectation which stifles so many highly sensitive women on the spectrum who need a very specific environment to make their vision work.

The most important thing you can give yourself as an artist and multi dimensional creative is the correct containment and environment. Once this is established, many of the parts of your expression that have felt too unsafe to appear, will naturally begin to come online…

We over-estimate the benefit of rushing to push out art and content through a hurried and often trauma-response-governed place of need, And we grossly under estimate, the power of sharing slowly, gradually and giving the nervous system time to integrate the experience of being witnessed, as a powerful creator…..

you can not leap from ‘unseen, misunderstood and overly protected”, into standing in the spotlight without proper self-care and integration. There are many ‘re-writes’ and inaccurate and demonised depictions of the goddess that came about under the rule of patriarchy, not surprisingly, as the church and men sought to shift the image of woman, and morph all images of the goddess into unruly and dangerous entities that should be abolished from view, along with the occult knowledge and power they provided to all those, and particularly women, who worked with their magic.

But men not only feared the goddess because of the power she held to engineer an uprising of women. They feared her because she represented the unknown and the ego’s worst fear of all : a surrendering of control, and a disturbance of any illusionary based belief systems, power dynamics or ideas of power as a whole, which can easily be destroyed and dismantled by the goddess, and any woman who channels the power of the goddess.

The ego creates a false sense of control and power. It often derives power from and through the control or subservience of others…..

Hence why every religion or form of male leadership that was established beyond matriarchal and ancient civilisations, sought to derive power through the subservience of women. The ego, and men, need to operate through another , and specifically women, to derive power and to maintain it. The way of the goddess insists that we go through no-one and no illusion to establish our autonomy.

This includes, not rooting our power in false identities which can easily be dismantled once we encounter any form of hardship, trauma or disruption to our existence. This is why the very first thing that collapses when we move through any form of spiritual awakening, is any false sense of self…..

They rarely progress or mature beyond it. This is largely because society has done wonders in infantilising women. Rewarding them for remaining little girls, forever.

The average woman is stuck in what I would refer to as ‘maiden consciousness ‘. The maiden never matures, to inhabit the psychological and spiritual wisdom of a grown woman, because grown women after-all are punished for their power and authority.

They are punished for sexually maturing. For physically maturing to resemble a fully formed woman. They are encouraged to not only starve their bodies but as well their minds. To not be curious, or bold or publically ambitious…..to hide a sea of mystery, depth, magic, sexual vitality and beauty, in exchange for belonging and remaining safe……

and who can blame her?…..

To forever remain needy, dependent, hopelessly naive and lost little girls who can not function unless through the aid of male provision & control, in many ways, makes for a much easier existence, even if that existence is damming to her self actualisation and empowerment…….

Many women willingly succumb to the control of men, because they are so desperate for stability, containment, purpose and a force that will direct their own energy and help them find their core strengths.

But as we know, a woman’s core strength can not be found through any man. It must be developed through her inner masculine.

That is the pillar that she actually seeks provision and direction from. Not an outward force in the form of a male, but an inner force that can hold her accountable and will her to act responsibly and as a woman should….

But society doesn’t benefit from such women, because once the inner masculine (Animus ) is psychologically developed, a woman become impossible to control….

So instead, girls are raised to seek out provision, guidance and direction through men. To “leave it up to the men” in their lives. To hand over their own identity, will-power, inner thoughts, beliefs & political views which are only JUST beginning to form during girlhood,

And let the men decide for them instead.

This is the life trajectory of the average woman even in 2026.

Forever a girl, naive, overly trusting, too loving, too forgiving, too idle, and too dulled to claim her own power, because subconsciously she has been taught there is no reward in doing so. No reward in becoming a fully fledged, autonomous, bawlsey woman.

So what do we have instead?

Women fighting to be chosen by halfwit men,

Dulling down, muting or outright exiling their true nature to protect against the backlash that may come from claiming it,

I have seen so many of my own female friends trapped in this girlish state. In residing here, I have witnessed them choose terrible men, far beneath their own league, tolerate abusive behaviour for months on end,

And in questioning why this has never been a plight for me, why I have always clocked abusive men fast, and removed them from my life within a matter of weeks, the only defrentiating factor between myself and my friends, was perhaps coming in with a very wild and sensitive nature, which could not conform nor be oppressed or tamed into handing over her wild instincts….

I never saw the purpose to partnership with men, nor did I ever buy into the notion of ‘romantic love’ no matter how hard and relentlessly it was broadcasted through the culture…..

When a woman’s wild instincts are intact; it becomes absolutely impossible for her to conform even if a horde of tyrants come running to suppress the wild power they can sense is beginning to develop within her.

She becomes he ultimate nemesis to society as a consequence…..

I’ve written countless articles and teachings on this topic now it has worn me thin.

But essentially there are three stages to womanhood :

Girlhood era : 6-26

Priestess era : 33-44

Crone era : 50s onwards-

The age gaps in between is when a woman’s psyche is in transition between states.

But most women never make it beyond girlhood. Perpetually looping in states of rejecting any responsibility or accountability for their actions.

-Unable to discern who is good for them and who is trouble,

-Unable to take initiative and work towards their goals unapologetically with steadfast belief,

-Making excuses instead of recognising where they are flawed,

-Demonstrating narcissist self centered traits (the radical opposite of divine femininity fyi, which is entirely about using one’s gifts for service )

This is the path of the priestess after all.

She sees herself clearly even when others project onto her or attempt to make her something she is not.

She holds strong in her image and her power , and continues to wield it with responsibility even when tested,

I think of an x-friend as i write this who has just emerged from cancer surgery, and who’s mother-in-law was calling her in London, asking for her to run a bunch of errands, before returning home to Cairo.

I remember my mouth dropping the moment she got the call. - oh yes her mother-in-law also happens to be my aunt-in-law who is married to my egyptian (my -x-friend is married to my cousin, thought you’d like to know that fine fact!

Anyway, once she hung up I said, astounded, “Listen, you need to affirm your boundaries. you can’t live the rest of your life allowing people to take from you like this, especially not during one of your most vulnerable moments”….

But the reason my friend (x-friend) continued to be treated like an endless resource that others could freely extract from. She made herself available for this, and everyone could sense it. They could also sense that her desperate need for belonging, validation, and to be liked, was so immense, she’d willingly sacrifice her own health, to receive some sense of it…

Please please i beg you, do not be that woman……

Be the woman who contains such an enormously sharp, hostile, multi-layered surrounding of filtration, that absolutely NO-ONE can get close to you to begin with, unless they are of pure intent - why would you desire to remain accessible to anyone otherwise? sit with this please…

oh and for healers and business owners, remaining un-accessible ALSO means NOT replying to people’s DMS or comments when they’re asking for free advice. Stop giving your energy away for FREE with the hopes it will get you something of value in return. It won’t.

I want you to become completely and utterly unavailable to everyone in your life from now on, UNLESS the relationship offers notable benefits : benefits such as : ✔️they’re inspiring you to pursue your artistic dreams, ✔️they’re FEEDING you energy + igniting and activating your momentum, ✔️They provide sound, grounded and wise advice, ✔️you feel that the exchange of energy between you, is mutual.

If you do not know this by now, it’s because men, throughout the ages have successfully buried ounce of evidence that women, belonging to the older civilisations on Earth, were originally placed at the forefront of society as seers, leaders, and the oracles, largely guiding and shaping society…..

Even during the age of patriarchy when monarchies, male politicians and religious institutions took over, the influence, genius and voices of women still silently directed men of power - of course, they were never given credit for it, so you’ve never heard of them, but prophetess and female philosophers, existed prior to Christ, and are worth knowing about because, ultimately, It has always been woman who led men spiritually AND politically speaking.

But because we have been written out of history, or in the case of Mary Magdelena, diminished and reduced to an unholy figure (or “whore”) you will find very few record of women as the original prophet…

Mary Magdalene is in-fact, associated with miracle cures such as the assistance at childbirth; raising the dead; and freeing the imprisoned. However, she is frequently reduced to her ‘sins’.

Historically, Mary Magdalene became a symbol onto which societies projected ideas about female sexuality, repentance, temptation, redemption and women’s spiritual authority.

Some modern writers and feminist theologians argue that reducing her to “the repentant whore” diminished her actual importance as one of Jesus’ closest followers and primary resurrection witnesses…

so returning to my original point, let me go head and list a few of the revered prophetesses and seers that existed, prior to christ….

Enheduanna, a Mesopotamian high priestess from over 4,000 years ago, 2,000 years prior to when Christ was born, was considered a notable and prominent figure for spiritual leadership and sometimes considered the world’s first named author and one of the earliest known spiritual female figures recorded in writing.

It is also worth noting, Nanna, the daughter of Sargon of Akkad, Pythia, from Ancient Greece who delivered prophetic messages believed to come from the divine, and would have kings, generals, and leaders consulted her before wars, political decisions, colonisation and spiritual matters : THIS was what the Priestess / prophet was known for : providing guidance and council to political leaders and the monarchy, and playing a fundamental role in influencing the decisions they made….

There was also Sibyls, from Greece & Rome :

The Sibyls were female prophetic figures believed to channel divine visions.

They existed across multiple ancient cultures and became legendary for their trance like prophecies, entering into ecstatic states to channel, spiritual warnings and apocalyptic visions.

there was also Diotima of Mantinea is associated with Classical Greece, several centuries before Jesus Christ. She was primarily known, and described as, by Plato - a wise priestess and spiritual teacher who taught profound ideas about love, transcendence, and divine ascent.

She appears in Symposium by Plato, written around the 4th century BCE (roughly 400 years before Christ).

Another notable figure worth mentioning is Cassandra, A prophetic figure granted foresight but cursed, so no one would believe her visions……(sounds familiar yes?)

The story behind this is fascinating and rings true for women throughout history.

Apollo fell in love with Cassandra, he granted her prophetic sight, but she rejected him afterward (or refused to fulfil a promise to him, depending on the version). Because a god could not fully take the gift back, Apollo cursed her instead (typical male) so she would always speak the truth, but no one would ever believe her.

She became one of the enduring archetypes of feminine intuition ignored, prophetic grief and spiritual sight misunderstood by society….*sigh….it’s vexing how this narrative continues to prevail even in 2026…..

and then of course there were the Ancient Egypt had priestesses, serving major deities very early in its history, and it is well documented throughout archaeological findings that female deity worship in many Neolithic cultures long before later patriarchal religious systems emerged……..

From a spiritual standpoint, women are wired for spiritual leadership because they have ‘sacrifice’ wired into their very being. For this reason, they are inevitably wired, to guide communities, and social movements / change. Because leadership, TRUE leadership requires sacrifice : sacrifice of one’s own aspirations or desires on behalf of a vision and creation which would better serve the community,

Because part of the push-pull, dynamic that the leader, seer, intuitive and powerful priestess will forever undergo, is balancing her own needs, and creative desires, with what is best for the community…and the two, often tend to conflict…

But Women understand sacrifice intimately, because they do it every single month. with their blood, their flesh, their vital essence, during pregnancy, to bring another being into this world.

Our bodies shed blood each month, and blood, is the ultimate form of sacrifice. And we do it, naturally. And then transform, and re-generate, and sacrifice, and the cycle continues…

When we are biologically forced to move through this process, there is less attachment to ego, outcome, and the need to control.

Whether we like it or not, nature forces us as feminine beings, to surrender, deeply. To align ourselves with what is for the highest good. If we don’t, we literally get sick…

Men can bypass these emotional and spiritual requirements. Their bodies are less governed by the laws of nature and the limitations which are tied to being biologically female, allowing them to bypass, push through, and often completely dismiss, the influence of the moon cycles, seasons and weekly shifts and changes that every woman moves through, which frequently expand and transform her identity from birth, to childhood, into adolescence, motherhood, and then menopause…

Women are forced, through their biological nature, to move through intense seasons of change, death-rebirth-resurrection cycles, and sacrifice, allowing them to remain intimately connected to higher guidance, and higher frequencies which encourage surrendering of the ego, and it’s tactics, which men frequently spend their entire existence governed by - control, manipulation, force, deceit…..

Obviously, not all men, but a vast majority struggle to balance surrender, with control. It is bred into men, to assert themselves or be deemed ‘sissy’ and un-masculine. So it is socially, culturally, religiously, and biologically, wired into men, that to lead with compassion, understanding or empathy, is weakness…

There are many complex layers and nuances to this matter, but ultimately, centuries of bloodshed, male violence, and man’s un-willingness to grow and evolve beyond patriarchal conditioning, has shown us through predictable patterning which accompanies the average man’s behaviour, that in the age of Aquarius - community, kinship, altruism, collective power, they are not capable of leadership which aligns with the energetics of these times.

Your body, is a living portal. Throughout your body you house a series of meridians (networks) of energy which govern your health.

🏴However, IF we blast open the chakras through intense psychedelic experiences or intensive breath-work and energy work, the consequences can be severe - I myself, blasted myself open multiple times in my desire and quest to heal and liberate myself from some deeply invasive and painful ancestral, karmic and childhood wounds, and it took me several years to come back to ‘earth’ - literally - i was floating in a dark void for at least 5 years of my life because i had opened my body far beyond it’s capacity.

Which brings me to my next point : sex and sexual energy.

Our womb, as women, is one of the most powerful portals in our body. It does enable us to create a whole human being after all, so the enormity of energy present, is immense. It can move heaven to meet the earth. It can magnetise, attract and manifest the highest forms of abundance on this earth….

For this reason, the womb, should be treated like a queendom or empire. And what do all Queendoms and Empires possess? Gates. iron-clad…

🐉Sometimes dragons for good measure. Access to the womb and sexual energy should, be heavily guarded. Because whatever a woman allows in as an exchange, EVEN tantric sex which doesn’t involve direct physical contact, is still an exchange of energy. Whatever you intentionally open yourself up to, can act as a manifesting force in your life…..

Changing your financial income, the quality of your relationships, your fortune, luck, health and opportunities - hence why the most protective practise a woman can commit to is long periods of celibacy. which includes, intentionally guarding her womb space and heart from even energetic exchanges with men…..

Interestingly, some of the darkest sexual experiences i’ve had with men, came through zero physical contact, and energetic exchange only…..

A day later i would feel a darkness flooding my entire reality, moving through my body like a demonic possession and i knew immediately that i had absorbed something from the men i’d be in energetic exchange with.

I am also a very porous person with 7 dominant water placements, and a vessel which is inclined to absorb the energy of everyone i develop close connection with - so learning to guard against ‘invasions’ matters.

When we venture into the realm of energy, alternate dimensions, timelines, entities, light-magic and black-magic (which i highly recommend you do not mess with unless you have good reason to E.G cursing rapists), We’re entering into a realm of vast, undulating, knowledge, uncertainty, rebirth, creation, and sometimes, fragmentation and traumatisation, if done without care and the utmost responsibility…..

If i could give you one piece of advice to take away from this it would be, slow, is better.

In your curiosity, or desire for more power, money, influence, fame, control over your reality, you can open yourself up to reality shifts and nervous system shifts, which might result in you becoming traumatised,. and then spending years reversing what was done (YES, I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE!).

So my best advice is, slow down, be discerning about how, where, when and with WHO you open yourself up to. You are walking portal after all. So treat yourself accordingly…..
