One of the biggest missions of the Maryland Freedom Caucus is to expose the REAL Wes Moore to the entire country, so that he will never get the chance to ruin the entire nation the way he has wrecked the state of Maryland!

He is truly the JV league and continues to use taxpayer money while teaming up with Hakeem Jefferies and other extremist liberals in DC on their never-ending plot to take down President Donald Trump. There could be no better example of Stage V TDS than Wes Moore and the Maryland Democrats passing obviously unconstitutional bills just to punish the President. This ruling is more than just a referendum on the insanity of the Maryland Democrats and their full-time commitment to passing unconstitutional laws. That goes without saying.

What this ruling really tells us is that the methodology of the Maryland Freedom Caucus ABSOLUTELY WORKS.

We are constantly being attacked by squishy and soft Republicans and woke liberals alike for fighting as hard as we do. This ruling shows that when you fight, even in Maryland, YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN WIN.

Wes Moore can still appeal this to the Supreme Court of Maryland. And he may well be foolish enough to do that. As many of us have seen over the last four years, having a terrible county council like we have been dealing with has led us down a path that we cannot easily come back from. Thanks to the efforts of so many of you, we now have a great crop of folks on the ballot this November, but we cannot do a clean sweep without the support of all of you.

This new council will have a big job over the next four years: stop the overdevelopment, the overcrowding, and the state’s never-ending overreach into local control.

If we allow Wes Moore and his corporate cronies to continue to attempt to turn Harford County BLUE, then we have no one to blame but ourselves when the liberals take over control of the County Council, start throwing up Section 8 everywhere and putting Data Centers, warehouses and solar wastelands all over our productive farmland.

During our first House Session, we adopted the rules that the floor action would be governed by, but by second session the rules were all thrown out the window as the Democrats attempted to remedy a glaring mistake they had made during the previous legislative session.

What was the mistake? They foolishly passed two of the same Constitutional Amendments around binding arbitration. Come election day this November, the voters of Maryland would have seen the same question on their ballot twice. Putting to bed any lingering questions as to whether our state is being run by the most incompetent elected leaders in the nation.

I offered several amendments, one of which was to allow YOU, the citizens of Maryland, to sue legislators personally if this bill is later struck down by the court due to violating the rights of our citizens. The Democrats called the policy “DANGEROUS!” Oh the irony, since the policy wasn’t considered dangerous by the Democrats when they did the very same thing to ICE agents a few short months ago! After many hours of debate on the bill, HB2100, the bill passed the House with bipartisan opposition. Here my final thoughts (3:27 mins) on the passage of this obvious attack on the voices of the 1 million conservatives that still call Maryland home.

Later Tuesday afternoon the bill sailed through the Senate and will be signed today by Governor Wes Moore.

Some Republican’s may spend the money you contribute to renting party busses to go to DC or on expensive dinners for themselves down in Annapolis, or concessions at Orioles Games or Raven’s Games. Not us. We are remaking the very fabric of this state, as the article says, one race at a time. We are fighting to win the hearts and minds of everyone in the state and bring people together again over basic sanity!

I recently did an interview with Yuripzy Morgan from Free Range Politics on why the Maryland Freedom Caucus operates the way we do. The simple answer I gave her: It works!

We believe that if we want to move the state back to the realm of sanity, the best way to do that is to eliminate the Republican laps dogs that continue to sit under the Democrats table and beg for scraps. The only Republican’s worth having down in Annapolis are the ones willing to stand up and say something when bad policies are brough to the floor. Bad policies like the Ruby Bridges bill, that buried inside of it a day of “social justice” training for our school kids. Or the Governor’s “Vax Act” that circumvented the FDA and CDC and allows Maryland to create their own vaccine schedule.

If a Republican is voting for bills like that, it’s time for them to go home. They should be vocally calling out those bills for what they really are: gross violations of parental rights and basic freedom.

The Maryland Freedom Caucus is first and foremost about freedom and acknowledging basic truths. The freedom of our state’s citizens to live a life unmolested by the government. The freedom to keep their own money. The freedom to raise their families how they see fit. The freedom to make decisions in their lives without the weight of woke liberals breathing down their necks.

There is a dark side though, to having a morally bankrupt leader like Wes Moore in charge of our state. Not only did he raise BILLIONS OF DOLLARS in taxes and fees on the working class citizens of Maryland since he was elected, but in order to sustain his obscenely large budget, he made deep cuts. Where did he direct those cuts? Towards those who could least afford it— the severely disabled.

I was appalled during session that the Democrats move forward with plans to practically GUT Self-Directed Services, perhaps one of the most humane and effective methods of care for those who are disabled. It allows them, within whatever capacity they have, to create their own plan with supports and care providers, family members and community partners so they can live the best life possible, despite the varying severity of their disabilities.

Self-Directed Services not only saves the state money, but it also gives dignity to our most vulnerable members of society. Arguably, these folks are really the only people that should get support from the government. They are quite literally NOT able-bodied. Meanwhile, the Democrats are expanding Obamacare every single year, expanding handouts to illegals and to those who could absolutely otherwise WORK FOR A LIVING. They will use taxpayer dollars for corporate welfare to massive companies like AstraZeneca, all the while, complaining about how they don’t have enough.

And who pays for these absurd special interests? These corporate handouts? These welfare projects that go to the able-bodied?! The disability community pays. $127 million cut from their budget, almost exclusively directed towards Self-Directed Services under overtly dishonest justifications. Those cuts were supposed to go into effect July 1— but after members of the community reached out to Trump’s leadership over at CMS, DDA did an about face on the evening of June 30 and pushed back implementation of the cuts to October.

On the House floor we heard from the Chairman of Appropriations that we were going to lose our Medicaid Waiver which would close the whole program. We were so close he claimed. It was ALL A LIE. We were never sent a single letter from the Trump Administration or CMS about losing our waiver. In fact, no state in the country has EVER lost their waiver, under any President.

It was yet another bold-faced lie by the Democrats to justify using the Disability Community as Wes Moore’s personal piggy bank to pay back his donors during an election cycle.

But the parents of these folks and the family members are fighting back. As I have said before, these folks are strong. During the latest open comment period for changes to the waiver to implement these appalling cuts that will leave so many without any care providers— myself and hundreds of folks invested in the success of these Marylander’s wrote in opposition of the proposed changes.

In April, my office filed and MPIA to find out how much was known before the cuts were proposed about the dire impacts they would have on the safety and welfare of our most vulnerable citizens. My office sent a follow-up in June, as DDA had failed to comply with MPIA laws and hand over the information in 30 days. By July 1, it was clear they were simply refusing to turn over the documents, as I can only assume they are damning. My office has now filed a formal complaint with the Office of the Public Access Ombudsman to have this obvious MPIA violation remedied. If they continue to fail to produce these documents— I will see them in court.

The citizens of Maryland have a right to know if those who are leading DDA knew what they were doing and did so with intent.

As this case progresses, I will continue to bring you updates. While I spend a lot of time poking fun at the Governor for his foolish behavior, he has also done truly catastrophic harm to many Marylanders and those things he has done are anything but funny. They are serious and they could lead to folks losing their lives, not just their livelihoods.

I won’t bore you all with a history lesson today or share pictures of BBQs and fireworks. A quick social media search and I am sure you can find plenty of those. As the 250th Birthday of our great country passed this weekend, I feel called to tell you how blessed you are to be living right here at this very moment in American history.

Often in the conservative movement we find ourselves looking back in time and reminiscing about when American life was slower, when people got along better, and when we weren’t as divided. The truth is that a time like that really never existed in this country.

American’s have always grappled with the hard questions. We have always had deep divides among us. At points the division was so intense we fought a bloody war over it and lost countless of our young men to this American experiment.

God calls us not to look back. In Genesis 19:17, as destruction was imminent for Sodom and Gomorrah, the angels tell Lot, “Run for your lives! Don’t look back and don’t stop anywhere on the plain! Run to the mountains, or you will be swept away.” But as the sun rose and God rained down burning sulfur from the skies, “Lot’s wife looked back and became a pillar of salt.”

The Lord has blessed you by placing you into his tapestry right here, in this time period. He is calling you to take action today in the America we have right now. Longing for a time passed by and often one that never really existed is a fool’s errand. There is so much today that you can do to improve on the incredible raw materials he has blessed us with.

This is an incredible country with a constitution that protects the rights of citizens better than any in the world, with a people, kind and generous, full of life and laughter. Imperfect leaders that we have, do not forget that God has only used a perfect man one time in the history of the world. Every other story, every other person with whom God gives his favor and blessings is a flawed and undeserving one. And yet, he loves them just the same.

This isn’t to say that the Lord does not despise the wicked. He does. In Psalms 11:5, David writes: “The Lord examines the righteous, but he hates the wicked and those who love violence.” He continues in his reference to Genesis 19 with: “Let him rain burning coals and sulfur on the wicked; let a scorching wind be the portion in their cup.”

I spent much of the last two decades of my life traveling the world. While the opportunity to see other places and cultures is a gift, nothing compares to stepping across the border and hearing, “Welcome Home.” If I am being honest, more than once there were tears in my eyes as I crossed the threshold. People around the world cannot fully grasp what it feels like to be an American.

In this 250th year since we declared ourselves independent from those increasingly delusional Brits from across the pond, I want to urge everyone who reads this to remember that across the world people waking up in a country where thoughts are a crime, where the only people allowed to protect themselves with firearms are the criminals, where people waking up in places that their most basic necessities are so far out of reach that they turn to infanticide.

Do not fall for the trick of looking back to a different time in our history, when you can look around you and see the blessing of being present today in this great American experiment. Do not long for a “better time” from the past, but make this time, right now, today, better for your family, for your neighbors and for all the citizens who have received this gift from God: America, the Beautiful.

I cannot stress how important this election is for our county. Four years of developers running things and this county could turn blue like Frederick, Anne Arundel and Howard. WE CANNOT LET THAT HAPPEN.

I have heard from poll workers that several folks out stumping for Bob’s opponent are teacher’s union folks who are handing out “apple ballots.” If you are looking for the opposite of liberals running things— Bob Cassilly is the only guy for the job.

I spent the morning up in Cecil County to help grow the Freedom Caucus in Maryland by supporting Derek Howell for Delegate. We had a great rainy morning and we met some awesome people.

This amazing woman came knowing exactly who she was voting for and told us she had been alive for “almost a century!” God Bless all these committed voters!

In the afternoon, I headed back to Harford County to watch my daughter vote for the first time! I hope she voted for her Mama!

Next, I headed over to a few polls to see how my friends Bob Cassilly and Keith Runk were doing.

I am about to head out to make sure the folks in Bel Air know to vote for Jake Taylor for Delegate.

There seems to be a bug going around where people think that a man that was an ardent O’Malley supporter, who was a registered and filed Democrat candidate just a few months ago, is somehow coming to save the Republican Party in Maryland. *Audible Eye Roll*

Did we not learn our lesson after what we experienced during COVID at the hands of a “Republican”— and that guy hadn’t been a Democrat literally yesterday. It seems we have not.

Look, I am not going to lie, the situation doesn’t look great for us right now for a strong and well-funded Republican Candidate for Governor. If Ed’s son was running, we might be having a different conversation.

I won’t be offering any endorsements for Governor yet, as I am personally still undecided on who to vote for. If you have strong thoughts, feel free to share them. Or try to change my mind about Hale. I am always willing to hear the argument.

Back home in Harford County, the theme of this Election is:

DEVELOPER MONEY v. CONSERVTIVES

One group is actively funding their campaigns from the people trying to turn Harford Blue by building more and more houses and the other is fighting to KEEP HARFORD RED. I cannot state this more strongly, in a state like Maryland— more homes = more liberals. Period.

Without further delay the following is list of Endorsements:

Bob Cassilly for County Executive Harford County

Duh. This is a no brainer. I have known Bob for many years. He served on my counterpart committee on the Senate side. I found Bob to be one of the most ethical and upstanding men I have ever worked with. Annapolis is a den of vipers, but Bob Cassilly rose above all the noise. He adores his wife Deb, which is honestly a rare thing down there. He’s walked the walk. He has proudly and with great honor defended our country.

I would trust Bob Cassilly to babysit my children and that list is infinitesimally small. They’d probably come home with even better behavior than I dropped them off with. He’s a man I have great respect for and that list is even shorter than the babysitting list.

Keith Runk for Harford County Sheriff

While the interwebs are awash in conspiracy theories about how it’s all the villainous Erik Robey’s fault that Jeff Gahler, Pat Vincenti and others have spent the last four years attacking Bob Cassilly. When they first told me about their plan to go after Bob as “anti-police,” I laughed. I found it to be an unfounded and an unserious idea to attack one of the most pro-public safety men Annapolis has ever had. Bob and his spine of steel told them to bring it and that he wasn’t raising taxes for the Heat Center Project in a bad post-COVID economy.

I have found it odd that the public seems almost exclusively blame the campaign consultant for the poor political choices of the candidates, however. The candidates ultimately are the ones the public should hold responsible for their behavior, not the consultant. The consultant isn’t on the ballot— the candidates are and voters need to remember this when they go into the ballot box.

Bob fought like hell over police reform just a few years earlier. I knew such messaging would never work. But worse than that, I told them it would make people lose trust in our top brass. It could undermine public faith in the men and women of HCSO who bust their asses keeping us safe.

Our Deputies don’t deserve to be hyper-politicized and constantly used as political pawns. These are real people, with families who live in the county. Many of whom, privately, have reached out over the years to express great concern about how the Sheriff’s office has become distracted from policy and focused on politics.

Enter: Keith Runk. I had the opportunity to meet with him and his delightful wife when they first announced. He is a man of great integrity according to the mutual friends we have and apparently according to Jeff Gahler— before Runk filed to run. I have complete faith that Keith is the conservative choice for Sheriff and will not spend a single minute hatching unserious plans to attack the best County Executive Harford County has ever had.

It has been particularly heartbreaking to watch two men I used to hold in such high regard fall into such dark place for absolutely no legitimate reason at all. Yet, here we are. I feel strongly it is time for change in the Sheriff’s Office— if for no other reason, than we are all exhausted by the never-ending absurdity of attacking Bob Cassilly for not being “pro-police enough” to raise taxes and build a training facility and new central precinct on the backs of overburdened taxpayers in Harford County.

District 34B— Jake Taylor for Delegate in Bel Air

If you have never heard Jake Taylor speak, you really are missing out on the beginnings of a bright man with a bright future in politics— or anything he so chooses. He’s intelligent and articulate off the cuff. They just don’t make ‘em like this anymore. He’s a sitting Bel Air Town Commissioner and has done a great job fighting against the liberal overdevelopment that is being shoved down our throat by Wes Moore and our current County Council.

His opponent, sadly, has chosen to align herself with the very people seeking to tear this county apart and turn us blue. While, she certainly looks cute in a mailer, there is more to politics than how delightful you look in a mailer. You need a spine of steel to stand up to the corruption of the developers that seek to chop our county up and build apartments everywhere. She’s already failed that test.

Jake Taylor is the only candidate in that race that is willing to say NO to developers. Say NO to move “affordable housing” gimmicks that just seek to import liberals into Bel Air and ruin it. Jake is the guy for this job.

District 35A Delegate— NOT Mike Griffith.

His voting record is the worst. He votes like a liberal half the time. Just no. If his judgement on policy is questionable, his judgement on who should be elected is likely compromised as well, so be wary of anyone he’s endorsed. Read his full CONSEVATIVE SCORECARD rating here. His political career can be summed up simply by: “My Life on the D-List.”

Council A, B, C, D, E, F and President

A— Beck. Obviously. No Primary, but in the General, he’s the choice.

B— Stephanie Flasch. She has literally been fighting the liberal development forces trying to import more Democrat voters into this county for more than a decade. The woman was sued by a developer for standing up for our community. She will be a fearless and aggressive defender of our county’s rural character.

C— Paula Etting. Current Mayor of Bel Air, fighting to prevent developer take-over of our town.

D— John Carl. He gets the war we are in to save our county from a liberal invasion.

E— Doug Phillips. Mega-Conservative who will absolutely fight to keep Harford Red.

F— Glen Glass. He is committed to protecting our county from the liberal creep coming up Route 40.

“Tony G” for Council President.

He understands the assignment and doesn’t want to live in a County that’s run by liberal hacks either. Sam Kahl is an awesome candidate with a bright future, I think this job goes to Tony. We cannot have another member of the old guard that got us into this overdevelopment nightmare leading up back down the same path. People whose campaigns are funded by the developers should really not even be a consideration.

The Pro-Development, Pro-Teacher’s Union people trying to turn our county blue have had HUNDREDS of Democrats switch their party registration in the last month so they can vote for the farthest left candidates in the Republican Primaries.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WIN.

Or you can expect Harford County to be just like Frederick County, Anne Arundel County and Howard County— all formerly conservative places that allowed DEVELOPERS to fund candidates on both sides. All now run into the ground by liberals.

The fact that she and other members of the board IGNORED this letter and pushed through the MABE pick without addressing the concerns of the Senators is appalling.

Harford County just went through hell with Dr. Bulson. He was finally removed and instead of building back the trust with the community, these Board members have sold out our county's families yet again with a process that was clear as mud.

I want to THANK Liliana Norkaitis, Melissa Hahn, and our newest member, BangTam Miller, for pushing back against this insanity.

At one point the MABE employee running things claimed he would need to know what I intended to do with all the notes I was typing. I declined to respond to him and he claimed I would be unable to leave until I gave him an answer-- HAH!

I will answer his question now: I typed several pages of notes about the answers given by both candidates, because I fully intend to hold them accountable for claims made in those meetings.

I sincerely hope that we are able to move forward and positive change is coming to HCPS. Unfortunately, with a needlessly corrupted process, the chosen candidate will now have to start at a deficit in trust with the community, possibly due to no fault of her own. That is something we should all be upset about.

Just days ago, Wes Moore’s State Board of Elections admitted that they had sent out the wrong ballots to people and would need to reissue all 400,000 of them. They claimed the old ballots would not count, potentially suppressing the votes of anyone who received the wrong ballots and never go the news that they were no longer valid.

The Maryland Freedom Caucus issued this strongly worded statement and Fox News covered the story today!

We ask a series of important questions about how the Election Boards will actually ensure one person, one vote. If 400,000 duplicate ballots are out there floating around, how can we be sure that only the second printing ballots are counted?

But wait, there’s more. Just when you thought things couldn’t get worse for the people over at the Election Board, today a news story comes out that exposes the fact that, against some County Election Board policies, AI has been used to generate advertising and posted online. Take a look at this inspiring gem.

Nothing breeds confidence in an already broken system like a disembodied hand protruding from someone’s stomach and no one at the election board noticing the mistake until days after it’s posted.

What other mistakes are the Election Boards making?

Is AI being used in other parts of this election process against state or county policies?

How can people have faith in the system after all of this?

At this point there are more questions than answers. But I can tell you for certain, we will not stop hunting down the answers to these questions. And we don’t care if we have to send an MPIA to get the answers. We will.

For now, people should plan to show up in droves to vote in the Primaries this year. If you do not typically vote in the primaries— this is the year you need to go out of your way to make sure your vote is heard.

In Maryland, thanks to the appalling gerrymandering of the Democrats, the only choice voters often get is in the Primaries. Yet, such a small percent you guys actually vote in primaries! Wes Moore himself is the real threat to the price of groceries in the state of Maryland and all his cronies in Annapolis KNOW IT!

All those smiles, they know exactly who is responsible for the costs Marylander’s are paying. The fact that they would lie and claim it was unethical trade practices by our grocery stores is unconscionable as those very grocery stores have been paying insane “business” pricing for their electric bills— that’s right Maryland businesses pay MUCH higher electricity rates than you and I!

Just look at this insane local grocery store’s BGE bill. The Maryland Democrats know about this crisis. They know and they don’t care. They continue to live on another planet, where intermittent energy production can somehow produce reliable energy, despite our own grid operator telling us unequivocally that we need more baseload generation or our prices are going to continue to rise!

And on top of all that, the cost of living will keep going up in the state of Maryland because the ability of the Maryland Democrats to spend other people’s money never ceases.

Despite spending a record breaking $71 billion on the budget in a year — somehow the Democrats couldn’t find the money to fully fund our Disability Community. Instead, they cut their funding and directly cut wages to workers by more than $10/hr. The DDA stands to lose almost $300 million in funding between the state and federal matching loss.

Wes Moore’s latest campaign gimmick has earned him another 5 Pinnochio’s. What will he come up with next?

We need folks to show up THIS TUESDAY, May 12 at 7PM. 212 S. Bond Street, Bel Air, MD for the County Council Meeting where County Executive Bob Cassilly’s Data Center Ban Bill will be introduced. We need to put enormous pressure on this County Council to PASS THE BILL clean!

BACKGROUND:

Several weeks ago, I began hearing unconfirmed rumors that a massive AI Data Center is coming to Harford County, with its sites set directly in the heart of my community at a location currently occupied by Mountain Branch Golf Course.

This past week during a community meeting, I had the opportunity to speak with members of Our Land. Our Home. Our Harford. If you aren’t already a member, please join them! They are on Facebook and they will be the fastest way to keep up to date with information that relates to Data Center construction in our communities.

Several members of the organization who will be directly impacted by this project were there and they shared an incredible amount of information about how far this project actually is down the road to construction. Listen to one community members comments below (2::43). I was completely shocked, as none of this information was provided to my office.

Directly following the revelations at this community meeting that we both attended, County Executive Bob Cassilly made the determination that a FULL BAN was needed immediately and he submitted one to the County Council. It will be introduced Tuesday!

As you can hear from the community members who met with the owner, a company call Bloom Energy is apparently who will provide the on-site energy for this mega AI Data Center. Check out their website below:

Today, I spoke with a representative of BGE. I learned that Mountain Branch has NOT applied for/paid for a cluster study with them to be completed. There is a 12 project limit annually and the queue is full for this year. However, if a project comes with their own energy and enough green energy, they can be expedited to the top of the queue.

Our best bet to stop this from coming is to SUPPORT County Executive Bob Cassilly and his bill to BAN DATA CENTERS immediately. We do not need temporary moratoriums that conveniently expire right after the elections. We do not need “set backs” or zoning laws. Right now, we need a total ban and nothing else at the County level.

Next Legislative Session, the fight will go to Annapolis. We need to be prepared to take this fight to the doorstep of the very same people that have forced all these horrible energy policies down our throats that have resulted in unnecessary powerlines crisscrossing our state because the state has over-regulated the energy production market out of business here.

According to Platner’s former campaign manager, the candidate was completely aware of what his tattoo meant and refused to cover it up until after he announced his candidacy. Only after he face immense public backlash for it. At that point, he had it tattooed over and shared a rather unfortunate photo of himself to prove it.

Van Hollen is trying to claim that essentially all sins should be forgiven by the American public. Certainly, the Lord has the authority to forgive all sins. As Americans, however, we have every right to be horrified when our elected leaders are not rightly appalled and fail to condemn people who have such abhorrent views of their fellow man as to glorify the mass extermination of millions of men, women and children. The views of the Nazi party are incompatible with Western ideals and American values. Why does that even need to be said aloud?

Any politicians making excuses for individuals who are so committed to their bigotry that they would tattoo Hitler’s “S.S.” insignia on their body, should never receive the support of sitting politicians.

After the Trump Administration filed charges against the corrupt Southern Poverty Law Center for funding neo-Nazi’s like Platner, you’ll be shocked to know, Van Hollen immediately rushed to their defense as well. He has a history of standing on the wrong side of, well, history.

The Maryland Freedom Caucus broke the story this week that the state of Maryland is using Southern Poverty Law Center materials in required training for Maryland’s teachers and School Board members. When will the Democrat party wake up to the reality that their white little pointy hats are showing- again? How much more of this insanity will it take for the members of their own party to start cleaning house on some of the Anti-American politicians they have been harboring for decades. Perhaps it will take them electing an actual neo-Nazi to Congress before the winds will finally shift. We cannot even call these politicians “woke” anymore— because they are decidedly asleep.

After doing just a cursory search, non-profits are not big into the “paid informant” game. SPLC was acting as though they were the federal government handing out massive checks to the bad guys. Except, they aren’t the government. I wonder why they might do something like that— would it possibly be so that they could pad their bottom-line?!

Investing in Hate and Racism pays for the Southern Poverty Law Center. They spent a few million dollars inciting violence in Charlottesville; violence that led to a woman’s death. But look what they raked in after the event!

They went from bringing in $50,000,000 in contributions to bringing in $132,000,000 by October of 2017— just two months after Charlottesville. THAT IS A 135% INCREASE IN REVENUE!

I cannot think of a better way to grow their grift than to literally breed the very racism they claim to fight. And apparently, they couldn’t think of a better way either. How did the Executives reward themselves for all that racism they generated, I mean fundraising? Why they raised their own salaries— massively.

Then CEO Ruchard Cohen made $350k a year before Charlottesville— and after—

Don’t be fooled by their tax filing designation— non-profit doesn’t mean that they aren’t getting rich off this grift. The average SPLC employee since their Charlottesville investment now makes over $132k/yr— with their top exec making almost $467k! Compared to $350k before they hit the payload with the SPLC-funded Unite the Fake Right Rally.

They went from spending $23,000,000 annually on employees to spending more than $63,000,000 on employees. It pays to be a hate-inciting liberal in America today.

Between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 million in donated funds to individuals who were associated with various violent extremist groups including: Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America, Unite the Right, National Alliance, National Socialist Movement, Aryan Nations affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club, National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party), and American Front.

The lies of Wes Moore are mounting faster than his bloated $71billion budget did this year. It’s disturbing to imagine a man that struggles so much with honesty is in charge of the state. It is only a matter of time before more half-truths, mistruths and outright lies come out about the Democrat with his eyes on the White House. What impact will this have on the upcoming election?

Today, Governor Wes Moore is being further exposed for his integrity issues around his personal history. In an article from Spotlight on Baltimore by Drew Sullins that you can read here, the details of his military record that were obtained through a FOIA request expose major issues with his record.

For months, the Governor’s poll numbers have been dropping, in part, due to his issues around honesty and transparency.

On April 6, 2026, the Baltimore Sun did an informal reader poll and asked the public how if they felt they could trust Wes Moore to be “honest and transparent.” My post about the results that appeared when I took the poll was viewed by 20k people! People care about the Governor being honest.

We all already knew about the Bronze Star debacle. He claimed he earned it, but when people dug deeper— he hadn’t. Then President Joe Biden finally gave it to him in 2024, eighteen years after he first claimed to have received it. After speaking with people who had ACTUALLY received the Bronze Star, you cannot “think” you received it. There is a ceremony. Like the ceremony they eventually held for him— in the Governor’s mansion.

Rumors started to swirl several months ago when it was again exposed to the public that the Oxford PhD he had once claimed to have also likely did not exist. He did attend Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, but he never finished the degree according to the university. He failed to submit his thesis or defend it. According to Oxford, it is a requirement for the MLitt degree to be conferred that a person complete those requirements.

I too wouldn’t waste a minute looking for my doctoral thesis, since I know I never wrote one.

Let’s not forget that he also claimed he was raised in Baltimore in his book “The Other Wes Moore.” In actuality, he was born in a wealthy DC suburb and didn’t move to Baltimore until he was in college, according to the Spotlight article. In fact, he attended a fancy private school in New York for most of his youth, called Riverdale Country School, according to his Wikipedia. If you wanted to send your kid today, it would cost you $60,000/yr.

Today, we get a deeper look inside more of Moore’s integrity issues and what they mean for the upcoming election. Throughout the Spotlight article, major discrepancies in Moore’s military record are exposed and according to the military experts that were contacted— these discrepancies and gaps are highly irregular. He should have lost his commission if the law was being followed, but somehow, he didn’t.

I find it hard to believe an intelligent successful man doesn’t know that the things he’s saying about himself are not true. Not only that, but for him to assume that in one of the most highly scrutinized positions in the country, the Governor of a State, no one would catch all these lies. The public is rightly concerned.

He isn’t the first politician to fabricate his CV. You will recall former New York Congressman George Santos, who was expelled and eventually convicted of multiple felonies relating to campaign finance misuse. His story began with him being exposed for fabricating his resume also. The fabrications eerily mirror Governor Wes Moore’s.

Santos lied about his education, his work history, his family’s heritage and his personal finances. He claimed his Jewish family had survived the Holocaust— he isn’t Jewish. Sounds familiar?

Wes Moore has repeatedly claimed that his great-grandfather was run out of America in the dead of the night by the KKK in the Jim Crow south. Thanks to the Free Beacon that story has been exposed as another potential fraud. They looked into the well-kept church records of the church where his ancestor had been located. What they found was the Rev. Josiah Johnson Thomas (Moore’s great-grandfather) took a new position in Jamaica in 1924 after a pastor there had passed away, not because he was run out of town in the dead of night.

What this means for the upcoming election remains to be seen. The public has every right to be seriously concerned about this level of fabrication and obfuscation of reality. If he is willing to lie about things that can be so easily disproven by the media, what else is he lying about?

One thing is certain, whoever the Republican nominee ends up being should spend their money exposing these lies to the public. So much of what happens in Annapolis never makes it into the hands of the public. The journalists can only do so much. It’s up to us to share the information we get with everyone that we know.

We need to again become a society that talks about politics in public, with friends and with family. If we don’t like the direction things are going, we cannot just post online into the ether. We need to have real conversations. Call people, talk with them at the park, at family dinners, and at church. Politics doesn’t have to be heated, but it can still be communicative. People on all sides of the aisle have a right to know that what Wes Moore is saying isn’t true, so they can make in informed decision when they go into the ballot boxes in November.

SCOTUS rules drawing voting district lines based on race is unconstitutional.

It’s kind of disturbing how quickly the Supreme Court is moving some of these cases that have direct implication for the bills being passed by the Maryland Democrats this session. Almost feels like most of the Justices live here in Maryland and think their state is losing its collective mind. Weird—

In the final days of session, I spoke out against SB 255 The Maryland Voting Rights Act, because the bill sought to allow more lawsuits merely based on race ALONE, not even because of actual voter block busting. If black people don’t get the candidate they desired, they can sue and claim their rights were violated! It was a bill targeted directly at counties like St. Mary’s and Calvert Counties. Two counties where members of the Freedom Caucus live and represent. I’m sure that was just a coincidence.

“If you’re catching flak, you’re over the target.”— yeah, that one.

Chaos ensued when in the last 5 minutes of Session 2026 at 11:55PM, the Speaker of the House, forced the Maryland Voter Rights bill and another voting bill through without permitting— hold for irony #1— everyone on the floor enough time to vote, nor allowing anyone to explain their vote or even ask questions about the final draft of the bills. To watch some of the pandemonium, which looked more like British Parliament than the Maryland House of Delegates (0:30).

What does the new Supreme Court ruling actually mean for Maryland? It makes it almost impossible for people to use the brand-new Maryland state law (SB255) that Governor Moore signed yesterday. It makes it nothing more than a symbolic bill signing. Worse than that is that it is a lie to their voters.

Every time the Democrats pass a bill, patting themselves on the back and claiming that they are making change for their donors, their advocates and their constituents — they lose more and more credibility. Claiming they are going to save the world with their unconstitutional bills is disingenuous. AND THEY KNOW IT.

Irony #2— In a state with the largest Black Caucus in the nation, with 34% of our legislature being black, two black female House Speakers, a black State Treasurer and a Black Governor— somehow in that state, Democrats are still claiming that their votes are being diluted and they’re being disenfranchised. It reminds me a lot of the hope and excitement in the black community when Obama was elected, and then eventually the realization that the black community actually had worse outcomes under the policies Obama championed in almost every metric imaginable.

Electing people based on their skin color alone does not work. Despite having black Marylanders in charge of most of the state’s government, somehow, we are still not seeing the results they claim every election cycle they are going to bring to their voters and donors. If the chart above proves anything, it’s that black families have more liquid assets under Republican Presidents— almost like it’s the policy that creates the wealth and not the skin color.

And the ripest of them all: Irony #3. After months of going on a press tour, attaching Senate President Bill Ferguson for refusing to pass Moore’s Gerrymandering bill that sought to remove Congressman Andy Harris. We all endured months of Moore gaslighting us and claiming that he just wants “fair maps”— for him the word “fair” means maps that completely disenfranchise more than 50% of the states registered voters in favor of a map that would leave Maryland with 100% Democrat representation in Congress. After all that, Wes Moore had the audacity to stand up at the bill signing yesterday for SB255 and say this (0:26):

The Maryland Democrats have succeeded in teaching a master class in irony with the meaningless signing of SB255, which thanks to the brilliant minds that currently sit on our Supreme Court— the voters of Maryland will be saved from.

As more of our meaningless laws are signed into law only to be overturned or completely neutered, I will bring you that news.

Over and over again on the House floor this session, I would stand, read the court rulings on laws from other states that were found unconstitutional and remind the Democrats our bills will meet similar fates.

At one point, a Democrat from Baltimore City tried to defend our bad gun laws and claimed that we passed a constitutional gun law a few years ago. This kind of thing is why I decided to call my page Political Gaslighting. His comment is factually inaccurate. It’s fantasyland. It’s not real.

Our wear and carry gun law was enjoined and major portions of it were struck down because —why? — it was unconstitutional. That case is also likely to eventually end up in front of the Supreme Court where the entirety of it could be struck down— at taxpayer expense.

This session a slew of unconstitutional bills were passed that sought to restrict ICE agents. Love them or hate them— the state has no control over federal agencies and how they operate. The Supremacy Clause reads as follows:

“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

And yet, they brought a bill to the floor to ban the use of face masks by all law enforcement— including federal. The irony is not lost on me that the very people who forced us all to wear masks for years and still frequently wear them on the House floor are now saying— just kidding masks are bad and we need to ban them.

I reminded them of the reality of what that bill would actually accomplish in my floor speech below (0:45). We didn’t make it two weeks after I spoke these words before we got our answer—

I am usually proven right when I state these things, but rarely does that occur quite so swiftly. Often it is weeks or months later. It just so happened that California had already passed this crazy bill and it was already headed to court. It had been temporarily enjoined when we passed our version on April 13. Today, we got the final order. Permanently enjoined, because it’s unconstitutional.

How much of your tax dollars is going to Attorney General Brown’s never-ending frivolous lawsuits and attempts to defend unconstitutional policies? We needn’t look any further than to this year’s budget. We can see that the AG’s budget continues to balloon under Wes Moore— it’s now over $90 million dollars!

People on all sides of the aisle should be tired of this. Each year the Democrats claim they are ‘solving problems,’ they are going to ‘fix things,’ yet every year, they pass bills like the Mask Ban for federal law enforcement. A bill that cost taxpayers money to produce and defend— only to have it struck down like the equally as unconstitutional California law just was.

But take heart, we are not the only insane state. Take a look at the fiery speech that went viral by a fellow conservative, Dawn Fantasia, up in New Jersey— who also happens to be a member of our Multi-state Energy Alliance:
