My parents took me to a piano teacher who taught from home. She had small children and she would scream at me from the kitchen, as I played my pieces, while she held her boys. I was intimidated and confused and I wanted to quit. Fortunately, my parents found another teacher. Through this new teacher, I discovered a true love for music and learned so much. Throughout school, playing with the jazz band, accompanying singers and playing a solo with the school orchestra, participating in competitions, my confidence grew.

I also experimented with making my own music, which helped me to express my feelings in music. Those feelings were complex and I could not articulate them in words, so music became my way to express myself.

I studied with many wonderful teachers. Their advice and guidance shaped my abilities. Still, I continued to channel the music that was in me. It was like a fountain wanting to come out. I could hear melodies flowing out and eventually, I could capture them on the keyboard. I learned to relax and surrender to the flow of the melody. It gave me great joy.

When, much later, I trusted the process of spontaneous creativity, I would share the melodies with others. I would ask them to provide a prompt, a feeling, a visual idea, and that would spark the inspiration for a new song. This new song would appear spontaneously on the piano. As an energy healer, this new avenue of music was an added value to my offering.

I have taught piano for more than 25 years. That, too, has brought me joy. Seeing my students finding their joy gives me the most satisfaction. We are all conneceted.

So, Jackie’s Song is very meaningful. My husband’s mother, Jackie, was dying. She was such a kind, beautiful soul. She was in the hospice ward of the hospital Interestingly, hawks were perched around the outside of the windows, The director of the ward told us that, in Native American lore, the hawks escorted the spirit of the departed into the next level. Another interesting point was that, at her burial, a hawk flew on a tree not far from the ceremony. Len and I walked over, The hawk was in the tree above us, looking down. When we arrived at the bottom of the tree, it stayed there, looking at us. We felt a connection.

It was a hot, sunny day as I embarked upon my now familiar mountain path. Each time I come here, the light is different, the air is fresh and everything is alive to me. I come to connect and communicate with my nature family.

I entered the circle of trees, my ritual space of preparation, and just then, an animal jumped in the brush in front of me. I think it was a deer.

In the circle of trees, I held the slender middle tree like a staff and felt it move and pull. In my mind, I heard, “Get ready to enter a portal of understanding.” This was exciting to hear and I took some deep breaths.

On my way to see Stone Man, I collected three pink flower petals from the ground and a rock that caught my attention.

After I greeted Stone Man, he asked me, telepathically, to throw the petals into the mountain stream below him. They floated gently in the water, bright colors shining on the surface. I also threw the stone in the water and saw the ripples widening to the outer edges of the bank.

I sat on a rock and closed my eyes, glasses off. He asked me to keep my eyes closed. I began to meditate and enter a deeper state. I was again aware vaguely of voices and presences around me.

Stone Man said that I would enter a portal of the heart. Just then, a bird began singing a beautiful song in the distance. Tears rolled down my face. I felt the energy flowing within. I also felt the third eye, my wisdom center and point of intuition, opening. The soothing sound of the rushing stream and the waterfalls were all around. I felt my heart soften.

I opened my eyes. The light was reflecting and moving on Stone Man’s face, which was his aura and energy, in my perception. Suddenly I saw faces everywhere, in the moss, the stones and the trees.

I asked Stone Man, “What is it about the portal of the heart that I should know?”

Stone Man: “It is a threshold upon which you enter through a softer doorway. It is an opening of the heart space, an expansion that provides a bridge to your inner self. There you can find rest, stillness and power. That power is what fuels your desires, your willingness to serve, your deeper self.

Going deeper, there is only stillness, perfect peace, completeness and oneness. There is the sacred golden chamber room of the Most High, of which you are a part.

You have denied yourself this access point by staying busy, refusing to be still. This is a common delay, but… don’t delay any longer.

Come, breathe, meditate and go deeper into this sacred space again and again.

Your home is there. Your awareness wanders but you are always connected to Love, the throne of your heart. Take time to come back to this space and be nourished in meditation again. “

Just then, a butterfly flew in front of Stone Man’s face.

I was grateful for the gentle but important message to return to my center, the stillness within, to be nourished and refreshed.

Two days later, I returned to the mountain. Within the circle of trees, I received a profound message: “We are the Seven Sisters of Fire. We are grounding you to the earth. We will walk with you, encode you and assist you. “ I felt their gentle presence as I walked up the path to Stone Man.

I have learned that Stone Man likes questions, so I asked him about the value and importance of creativity.

Stone Man: “(In creativity) You can bend the rules. You can use your imagination to go beyond borders and edges to extend the magic of your own creative power and make results.

Creativity is like a juice, a nutritive power for the soul.

It’s a way of seeing from a new angle. Creativity needs expansion. It cannot sit still and be dormant.

The expression is your thoughts made manifest, the process of creation. Interpretation, beauty, joy, peace, wonder, love and excitement are all a part of this process. “

The mosquitoes were very bothersome, and I tried to deal with that when I was visiting Stone Man. He addressed the issue: “Do you see how the mosquitoes tormented you? You were about to leave but then saw another option, another angle. You stepped closer to the stream, found a comfortable rock to sit on, a cool breeze and my face turned toward you.

You need a clearing.” (I had experienced an event the night before that was uncomfortable). I felt cleansing tears, rushing water and sensed a presence.

“Now create. Life your life, each moment, creating in each breath.” Just then, there was a gentle breeze. I felt that I should touch the water, but it was pretty steep to reach it there.

As I walked down the mountain path, I stopped by the first waterfall. There was easy access to the water there. I reached into the cool, clear water and then touched my face and neck. It was cool and refreshing.

Water: “You have been cleansed, my dear.”

The wisdom coming from the earth is amazing to me. I have always known it was there, but now I know that we can directly communicate with the earth and all of her creation. It is simply an awareness that we are all connected in the field of Love and that we can communicate with each other through our peaceful mind and an open heart.

These experiences are opening up more and more to me, which is a marvel. I am so grateful for the experiences that I am having. I share them because they are available to everyone who wishes to engage in this sacred communication.

Gladly, I share some of my recent experiences on the mountain:

Returning to my favorite mountain path, I see that I am again alone. There are no other hikers today, which makes me glad for the privacy. The days are warm now and everywhere, new life has entered the trees, the plants, the sky, the water, the mountains themselves. I step into innocence when I come here.

I received a message from the circle of trees. “Trust in the bigger picture. Trust the ground on which you stand, the support from the earth. The sky above is vast. Trust the support.

Be ready for more stirring in your soul.”

On that day, I came to the mountain with worries and questions.

As I approached my friend, Stone Man, he told me that I needed to breathe and center myself. In my mind, I saw a picture of young plants in the spring.

“Your health is like a cycle. There is birth, then seeming death, then rebirth. When a plant is sick, there are remedies available to restore it to health. The same is true for you.”

I was sad and tears flowed. In my vision, I saw and felt that Stone Man hugged me. Tears were in his eyes. “Don’t let your light dim. Shine your light,” he said.

“Just rest. Take time to rest. Stop running and still the mind. With breath, still the mind and body.

Be aware of the riches and abundance all around you and deep within. Everything does work for your good.”

(Since that day, I was shown how to reverse the health situation and I took the steps to do so. What had previously been such a challenge was now effortless to change. I believe that it was lifted from me in the form of a shift, a healing.)

A few weeks later, I returned to the mountain. It was another beautiful spring day and birds greeted me by the circle of trees. The trees gave me their message for the day: “There is something to be known and learned and experienced.”

I approached Stone Man with a question. I heard about the coming shift in the following weeks. The astrology and the guidance given by those that I trust indicated that this was a huge vibrational shift, a complete change coming.

I asked Stone Man about the coming metamorphosis in the vibrational frequency of the planet. Stone Man often communicates through the elements. Just then, clouds covered the sunshine and a breeze came up. I received the impression that it would be as sudden and gentle as that breeze. Just then, the sun reappeared.

My attention was drawn to a moss covered, medium-sized stone in the water. The sun shown on it and revealed a face in the stone, looking down the stream. I asked Stone Man who his friend was.

Stone Man replied, “He is my watcher. He sees in this realm and beyond. He saw you coming as I felt your presence. “

I then strongly sensed a presence to my left and heard crackling sounds, although I saw nothing there.

“Watcher, can you tell me what or who it is?”

Watcher: “You are hearing the sprites and the spirits of the forest and the stream coming closer. They are curious about you.”

I called out to them and told them that I was here visiting and that I love the forest and the stream, too.

Sprites: “We greet thee.”

Stone Man then asked me to take off my glasses, look at his eyes and he would show me an altered vision. I felt energy coursing through my body.

He showed me how I could gather energy from the earth and everything around me, bringing it inside. He showed me that there were sacred rituals to gather this energy and then release it into the earth.

“Don’t be afraid. Life force and love combined are powerful energy. Ready to release? Through breath work, you will learn. It is deep, primordial and sacred.”

In experiencing just a taste of this, I felt that I was remembering these ancient practices and that, over time, I could remember more.

Stone Man said, “The moon will be full. Open yourself to new knowledge and to remembering old wisdom. Call on the rocks, the trees, the water, the earth and sky to help you.

Remember the gathering of the energies so that you can store it within.

Feel the breeze and be buoyant as that. Let your thoughts and breath be as the breeze, free flowing, life giving.

Don’t question the direction of the wind or the waters. They flow with ease and purpose, calmly accepting the process of flow.”

I walked back down the mountain path, full of gratitude and a sense of new beginnings.

I am continuing to write about my experiences on the mountain path in New Hampshire that I love, because each time I walk there, I am learning new things. There are many layers available to discover. Each one of us can find parts of ourselves in nature and we can be refreshed and restored in its purity. Whether it’s a sunset, ocean walk, time on the lake, a walk in the woods, it is all important to our well-being.

Also, I am learning how to communicate with everything on an energetic level. We can have real conversations and connections with beings in nature and in other realms. It takes an open mind and more importantly, an open heart, like the innocent inner world of a child.

I returned to my mountain path on a beautiful, sunny day, when the trees were newly clothed in green leaves. As I approached the circle of trees, the place where I prepare myself to converse with Stone Man and the nature beings, I heard their message: “It is through the hush that you receive wisdom. It is through the quiet that your heart speaks. Be silent, then and listen to the wisdom of your heart.”

I thanked the trees for the message and walked up the path. I followed a slope to the waterfalls rushing over the rocks in the mountain stream. The sunlight was dancing on the water, making vibrant colored jewels reflecting off the stream.

Waterfall: “See what happens when you release and let go?

Your power flows unheeded. You are free to be yourself in your truest expression.

Along the way, you nourish others and give them life (renewal).

I carry your secrets and the weight of your worries easily on my back. Let them go and release them to me. I will transform and cleanse them on my journey.

My purity is in you. Be free.”

After gratefully receiving this message, I glanced up the hill and saw an old face in a large stone. It was a dark and deeply etched face.

Old Stone Man: “I am ancient, too. I know you. We sometimes communicate.

I am familiar with fire, which is now why I seek the water.

I have wrestled with and seen many things.

Now I am content.

You saw death on my face. Now I am alive again.

Bless you, my child.”

A bit taken aback by this experience, I continued up the path to see my dear friend, Stone Man. I thanked him for the information and initiations I received on our last visit.

I mentioned that I met the Old Stone Man.

Stone Man: “Yes, we as a community have seen many things. Collectively, we learn from each other as we transfer the energy of the information. That’s also how we can store the ancient wisdom that Gaia holds. We are a living organism, all of us, with her, participating in the pulses of light, wisdom, love and sorrow.

No one goes through this process alone, although many feel alone and isolated. That is part of the wisdom, the interconnectedness of all beings. When you open your heart to this wisdom, you are never lonely or weak.

The strength is in our connection to all beings, seen and unseen, what you call past, present and future, which is all now.

Foster in yourself a willingness to open, to share, to look with kindness on one another, especially those who have seen death, like the older Stone Man.

Whan you look around you now, in this mountain forest, you see regeneration and new life after winter. There is no death. It is only perceived that way by some.

Keep holy the love that is the Source of All Life, now and forever.

Give thanks for your golden spirit, the joys, the wind that you breathe in, the stability of your roots.

There is nothing to fear when you are in this space. Reach deeply. Love freely. Have compassion for those who cannot see this yet. They will and you can be their light.

That is all.”

Clouds passed overhead and I turned to go back down the mountain, contemplating all that had just happened. My world is expanding in wonderful ways and I feel so glad to participate in this great adventure.

My deepening communication with nature beings continues as I am drawn back, again and again, to the mountain path in New Hampshire that I love so much.

A few weeks ago, mid-April, I had to battle my fear of seeing bears, which are just coming out of hibernation. I was alone on the mountain but instantly received a message of reassurance that I was safe. Continuing up the path, I affirmed, “ I honor the spirits of the mountain, in all forms. I honor the trees.”

I have developed a sense of ritual as I prepare to meet with these beautiful friends in nature. The one ritual that I keep is to enter a certain circle of trees on the path, to center myself, meditate briefly and establish an open connection with the mountain and my friend, Stone Man. The trees always give me a strong connection and a message for the day.

I also feel that reciprocity is important. Giving thanks and offering a song or a stone in gratitude for the guidance or messages you receive is just good manners. Whatever you offer should come from your heart. Robin Wall Kimmerer, in her book, Braiding Sweetgrass, talks about this. The indigenous communities practiced this. They honored the sacredness of all life.

On that day in April, I approached my dear friend, Stone Man. He appeared to me last October when the sun revealed his face on a giant stone, ten to fifteen feet tall (taller than the six feet I mentioned in my first blog post about him in October 2025). I was struck by the beauty of his face and by the energy that surrounded him. He began to speak to me telepathically and we have developed a close friendship.

Stone Man asked me to speak to him. I confided in him something that was deeply troubling me. He asked me to close my eyes. A green aura expanded from him toward me.

“My heart is extending to you to show you that you are loved and that you are worthy.

It’s about relationships, giving and receiving, invoking and giving back.

I am part of the trees, the ground, all around you. Yes, part of me is speaking to you through your higher consciousness.”

I told Stone Man that I have been seeing more faces in stones, trees and in other nature forms. I also said that I feel happy and at peace when I am in this space.

“Yes, you will, more and more, as they reveal themselves and now you have eyes to see.

You belong here, with all other beings here. You are welcome. You have noticed the thought synchronicities, especially with your husband and others that you are close to. This will expand to nonhuman beings and it is, right now.”

Stone Man reminded me to be kind to myself.

We spoke of other things, then he continued. “Instant answers are not always the best. Sometimes the best wisdom takes time, to grow, to reach understanding and to be experienced within the concept of what you are learning.

Stone People have gathered ancient wisdom and store it within. It is time to be shared. Many beings are coming forth to share this wisdom.

You can receive this wisdom through an open heart, not through the mind. The mind cannot understand without first receiving it from the heart. The heart connects you to a solar vortex, a doorway with direct access to the wisdom of the ages. “

I asked him to explain more about the solar vortex.

“It’s an energetic pull from the sun, which in turn gives you the abilities to raise your awareness and capabilities. Open through love, humility and gratitude. This is now available to those who reach from a pure heart.

I have much to share, but this is all for now, my friend. Thank you for coming.”

As I walked slowly back down the mountain path, the sun appeared brightly from behind some clouds and shined down on me. I stopped and heard, “Ask.” So I asked to receive the wisdom and healing from the solar vortex.

I asked from my heart, closed my eyes and saw brilliant red with sacred geometry shapes. Then I felt the top of my head, my crown chakra, tingling as I received this gift. It was an incredible feeling, a gift from above.

I am so grateful.

My husband and I went for a walk and we wanted to see Stone Man. It had been a while since my last visit there. Most of the snow was gone from the path up the mountain and we drank in the warm, fresh air, as though it were a life raft, rescuing us from the memories of winter.

Going up the path, my husband went ahead as I stepped into the sacred circle of trees. Immediately, red fire and orange encircled my vision. I heard, “You are entering a trusting path.” I stepped out of the circle and left a stone in gratitude.

The snow had mostly melted and the mountain streams and waterfalls were rushing strong. I reached my friend, Stone Man.

Stone Man: “You need to come here more often, as often as you can, to renew, rejuvenate your soul. I am here in this energy of renewal each day. It is purifying to the soul.”

Water: “I am connected to the waters of the world. Our mission is also renewal and cleansing. We gather the waters in all forms, together, to send healing and peace to the spirit. All life is nourished and healed. Our voices rise as one voice. We speak for peace.”

Stone Man: “Accept things as they are and know that there is always a higher perspective from which you can learn.

When you are at peace, you are open to acceptance, stillness, insight.

Free yourself from entanglements of the mind. Like sticks flowing downstream, let them go,

Be observant and respectful of each other. You are here to lend a hand. Go in peace.”

Afterward, I asked my Higher Self if there was anything to add:

“The elements of the earth are rising together in unison, in cooperation and community, a greater diversity of community and biodiversity coming together as allies.

This was the intent from the beginning. Now, with greater light, it is happening despite attempts to push it back. The ecosystems, the animal and plant kingdoms, the ethers, the energy of the earth, all are growing stronger and brighter.

They are coalescing into a consciousness of change in the new earth, a new birthing of equality and support. This is also extending to the human population as consciousness arises around increasing awakened awareness.

Breathe into the unity of all the beings joining as one, as they choose oneness.

As you choose to lay down the outer layers of outdated clothing, you choose robes of light.

Foundationally, you are resonating on new musical tones, new soul and sound vibrations that you recognize, deep within,

Relax into this shift. Let it flow, like the waters, the breezes, the effortless flight of birds.

This is your home. This is where you were always meant to live and thrive.

Clothe yourselves in light. You are Divine beings, discovering your heritage and inheritance.”

Today is the Chinese New Year, Year of the Fire Horse, Ramadan and the solar eclipse, among others, like Random Acts of Kindness and National Cabbage Day.

My focus today, though, was on the new year, releasing old ways, and of the solar eclipse, bringing in new light. On this New Hampshire winter day in February, the temperature was balmy, just below 40 degrees F, so I put on my boots and headed for my favorite mountain trail.

I had been wanting to connect again with my nature friend, Stone Man. I have written about our meeting in prior posts. He revealed himself to me on a walk, when the sun suddenly shined on a large stone rock on the side of a cliff, above a mountain stream. The light showed me the face of a beautiful Stone Man and I felt his strong, benevolent energy. I heard him speak to me telepathically and I began to write down his messages. Over the course of several visits, we have developed an amazing friendship. He is a wise teacher with much wisdom to share.

As I walked up the path today, I stopped at a circle of trees, as always, to connect and check in. It is a portal for me and I always feel that it is an important preparation point. Today, the message of the circle of trees was clear. “There is a window for light to shine in and back out. Fling it wide open so that more light can come in!” I visualized the window and the light. I stood for a moment of meditation and communion and felt the energy from the circle of trees.

Continuing up the path, I breathed deeply of the fresh air. I noticed the tall pines, birches and the silver sky, the color below the clouds. Young pine saplings stretched above the snow. Animal tracks left telltale signs of forest ventures. I heard the murmur of the water in the mountain streams.

Finally, I reached my friend, Stone Man, and his energy was welcoming. Silently, he asked if I had a question. I asked him what the significance was of this day, the solar eclipse.

Stone Man answered, “Both sun and moon are conscious beings. Today, one steps aside as light pours in from the natural and superconscious realms. Each wave prepares you gently for greater growth, room to accept the increasing frequencies that will come in now. They will not stop.

You can see that sometimes there are difficult transitions, but overall, it is being managed so that you can accept the greater vibrations, grow and be transformed with it.

Today, as you did, it is good to mark these occasions with ceremony or special attention.

You have been noticing time changes and greater synchronicities. This is a natural result of new frequencies and they will continue to expand. It is an exciting time.

You are also noticing the difference in frequency, depending upon what you allow into your field, what you put your attention on. There is a very noticeable difference between the feeling of high and what you call low frequencies. You cannot fail to notice their effect on you now. You make adjustments, which are part of the learning process.

We have much to talk about. Soon, many of you will be experiencing new vistas and perceptions. It won’t always be easy, especially if you try to drag the old ways of thinking with you.

But, don’t worry. You can’t help but succeed. As I have told you before, you are not alone. You have a large and loving spiritual family who surrounds you and whispers guidance to you every moment. They and I are inextricably joined with you in Spirit, as our higher superconscious minds and heart are one.

Delight in what lies ahead. Deepen your friendships and your joy. I stand with you as your great friend. Thank you for your friendship to me, as well.

There is a call to freedom now, that is growing louder and louder. It is like a drum beat, ancient, powerful and communal. It asks you to stand in sovereignty, that is, claiming your own Divine power that is inherently yours. The drum beat calls you to join with your neighbor in a cause that is common to all of us, the unity of our combined humanity. It invites you to join hands with your neighbor in a shared sense of support and community.

Do you feel it? Can you hear the call of love to those who are confused, fearful or angry? Turn toward the absolute wisdom of your own heart and soul. It is where everything you seek resides.

Checking in with my guides, they gave this advice:

“Looking outside of your own wisdom is an exercise in futility, since you are already whole and complete, just as you are. The beautiful secret is that we all share that wisdom, love and oneness. We are all made of the same intricate, yet simple, field of energy and love.

Bring your heart’s awareness to this very moment. All is encompassed here. All is experienced and known here. All the swirling and madness can be condensed into stillness here. How? It is simply with your intention to let it be so.

In this intention, there is effortless expansion into the field of glory, which is the meeting place for all souls. There is the timeless sense of All That Is. It is the joining together of the knowledge, love, compassion, joy and infinite expansion that connects us all. It is the Oneness that we have spoken of so often.

Coming into ease, we assist you in releasing all that arises that you feel is not welcome. Embrace that anyway, as a part of you, which is not separate from you, but is asking for acknowledgement and acceptance. Accept dance!

There are changes and shifts coming. Relax so that you are flexible into adapting to the changes. There is support for every shift. Again, there is no need to fear. The changes will guide you to a new world of infinite possibilities, if you are open and willing to go forth. We invite you to walk with us as your companions, guides and friends. You have the ability to see what is ahead of you, one step at a time.

Embrace and celebrate your sovereignty!”

It is New Year’s Eve. I have been thinking about this new year coming for days. I have a good feeling, despite the chaos. I am reminded that when great light floods in, as it is now, that is when we see what was hidden and in shadows. It is revealed clearly now and there are no more hiding places. What was always there is laid bare for us to see.

This is a time to choose something better, something higher and new. We can choose from our heart, raise our vibration through a focus on love and make a new way. It will take us joining together, leaving behind old ways and attitudes that do not serve us. How do you feel? How would you make better choices on this new path?

My still place is on the mountain path where I met Stone Man. I have returned several times to communicate with him. Many of the messages I received are private, but I would like to share some that benefit us all. My new connection with nonhuman friends, the Stone Man and the Stone People has made a profound difference in my life and my perspective. We can communicate with everything in our world, both seen and unseen. We are connected in a spiritual way that has been proven by quantum physics. That is so exciting!

Here are some of the uplifting messages that I received recently from Stone Man:

“All rocks are connected energetically, if not geographically. We communicate through vibration, in perfect union. We have been waiting to connect. We are here to learn from each other.”

Going into the new year, this message resonated with me.

“Identify not with your past, your body, your roles…Take heart and fear nothing. There is a balance already in place before you. Stand in that. It is secure and will not fail you.

Trust only in Love. Truth comes from Love. Peace, joy and balance abound in Love. That is available to you now and always.

Speak to each other. Assuage fears and tears. All is well, truly.

Let heaviness go. Be lighter. Truly let joy in.

Open wide your heart. As I have have said, do not let fear in. It is not reality.

Focus on your blessings. Be in communion more.

Make stillness a priority. Look at me. I am the perfect example. Ha!”

On the Winter Solstice, I visited my friend. I managed to get there right as the Solstice began and lit a candle. There was a beautiful convergence of peace and I heard Stone Man’s message:

“Rejoice for the Light.

It is here.

It is come,

to open wide the threshold of our understanding.

Step through the door with excitement,

but no preconceived ideas.

Open your heart.

Light is flooding in!

When you step into the void, the black, the place of no thing,

all begins there.

Gather together.

Go toward Oneness.”

I hope that these messages lift you up. We are all in this together.

I returned to the mountain to see and speak with the Stone Man again. It was a sunny day and cool, as fall settled in deeper before winter. I was alone on the mountain that day.

Opening myself to the beauty and energy of the mountain, I prepared again to listen to the messages that might be there for me. Once again, I stepped into what I considered to be a sacred stand of trees. I felt the energy and cleansing of this space. I felt that it was a preparation and indeed, in my mind, I heard, “Prepare her for a surprise.”

Walking to one of the first waterfalls, through the pines, I settled into the magic and beauty of this place. I looked at the stones of all sizes on the ground around me. Suddenly, one by one, I saw faces and figures appear. The stones revealed themselves as The Stone Man had done. It was such a gift to see this.

A memory flashed in my mind of when I lived by the ocean in Massachusetts. I would go to a rocky beach by a lighthouse. There was a large rock, shaped like a chair, in a secluded space. I would climb up onto the rock and meditate by the ocean. I felt the energy of the rock and returned to it again and again, feeling safe and grounded there.

I was also drawn to stones as a young girl. I collected fossils in Wisconsin and was fascinated by the ancient imprints left in the stone. My brother found agates and arrowheads and he tumbled agates in his rock tumbler. We also explored caves with Dad. So many more memories came back of my connections with stones, crystals and their healing power.

I continued up the mountain path and came to my friend and greeted him, small stones in my hands.

Stone Man: “Stones are transmitters and receivers. We receive strong energy from the ground, from below the earth and store it until it is needed.

We are all around you but you don’t realize our power and role.”

As I gazed at my friend, images softened in my gaze and I saw him breathing.

Stone Man: “I am breathing. My heart is beating. No one will see me in the same way that you do. They will see me in their own way. They can feel the energy, too.

The trees stand in council with us as we exchange our wisdom and vibration.

You see, things are not always as they appear. There are deeper levels for all creation. The one common force that unites us is greater than we know.

All things happen for a reason in exact right timing.”

I asked about a friend, who is going through a difficult time.

Stone Man: “Your friend is scared and running from himself. Once he begins to allow the truth of the beauty of who he is, he will be more loving to himself.

He must learn to release ideas that he has made about himself that are not true. Prayer can help him with this process, to assist.

Everyone must begin to trust Love. You, too must learn this. Perhaps that is why we met.

Love yourself, not for what you do but for who you are. What you do is a result of that.”

I asked if he was connected to the standing stones around the world, like Stonehenge and other sacred places.

Stone Man: “All rocks are connected energetically, if not geographically. We communicate through vibration, in perfect union.

Our wisdom is shared with each other, with our family, community and with you. We have been waiting to connect.”

In my mind’s eye, I saw our energy bodies join hands and circle each other in a joyful dance. There was a giving and receiving of energy and love, a sense of expansion.

Stone Man: “We are here to learn from each other.

I am you.

You are me.

Go in peace.”

Recently, I had an extraordinary experience. It was a beautiful, sunny fall day in New England. One of my favorite walking places in the mountains called to me, so I took my notebook and went there. I have written about it before. There is a vibrant, renewing energy from the trees, the small waterfalls, the rocks and the path on the mountain. This space always clears away any stagnant emotions or worries that I may carry.

I felt so happy to be there and from my heart, I said that I wanted to commune with my nature friends. There was a circular stand of six trees and I stepped inside the circle, admiring their height and beauty. In my mind, I heard, “Remembering is the way to begin again.”

I walked to the place where the small waterfalls cascade into the mountain stream, lined by rocks and trees. Sunlight fell on the face of a Stone Man. The face was six feet tall, at least, in the cliff across the stream. It was a beautiful face. His eyes looked directly into mine and I felt the exchange of energy with excitement and joy. If I moved to the right or left, his eyes followed mine in a most amazing way. I felt that he was ancient, wise and regal. He had made himself known by coming into my awareness.

Stone Man: “I am showing myself to you because you have asked to commune.

Your heart and mine are very similar. I am looking straight into your eyes as you are into mine. I can see your soul as you can feel mine.

The water is my resting place.

I have heartfelt emotions like you do. I am living.

You have a voice and so do I. You can feel my voice and hear my voice and for that I am grateful.

I see everything. I withstand everything. I have deep knowing.

My family surrounds me, the trees, the rocks, the river, the birds, the leaves, the sun and the moon.

You think me handsome and I think you are beautiful. We are soul mates. We are all one. You can see I am connected, under and on the earth, under the trees, above the water.

Energy moves in me, slowly, deeply, and I have access to ancient wisdom, as you do. I let the light play over me. It is part of my art and my expression of who I am to you.

Do not fear silence. Seek it, for within it are answers to every question.

Water is cleansing, life giving, transparent, aware, soothing. It carries your thoughts and emotions to be restored. Earth releases her water to nourish her children. Earth trusts the stones with her secrets.

Trees are her sentinels and guardians, reaching to the sky and deep into the ground.

Wind is her messenger, bringing insights on the breeze and clearing during the storm. It carries the sounds of birds and rustling leaves.

There is always a dance between them all, a demonstration of order and unity, of mutual respect. Take this lesson with you. Let the seed be planted in you because you are also part of the dance.

Go in peace.”

I slowly walked down the mountain path, autumn leaves glowing with color in the sun, and I was humbled and grateful. I felt joy.

This message is reinforced from others that I have heard. We are all being presented with media messages, images and information that are not necessarily true. Fortunately, we all have the capacity to develop discernment through the wisdom that is present within us.

When you encounter a news feed, how does it feel within your body? Does your body contract or does it feel resonant? Let’s lean into our inherent guidance system, which is designed to steer us in the right direction. How do you lean into your own guidance system?

Checking in with my own guidance system, I received this message:

“The storm clouds rolling in seem to obscure the light of the sun, but that is just an illusion. The sun is always shining and will always dispel darkness.

It is critical that you look to your own shining sun, for stability, guidance and sight, nourishment for your soul and knowledge for what is true.

Your own shining sun is the unquenchable fire within you that links you to the light of the Divine Creator.

There are symbols and images which are made by the storm clouds, shadows that may alarm you in their dreamlike form.

These shadows disperse quickly when the sun shines through. All is seen in a different light, brighter, cleaner, more clear.

In this way, you can turn from frightful thoughts and worry to the light emanating from your heart, your seat of true wisdom.

Be watchful and mindful of when the shadowy thoughts appear, to frighten you away from the awareness of the powerful being that you are.

Choose to protect your own sovereign right to express yourself as you are, to speak words of truth and love, to truly stand in your power. This is your right, given to everyone and no one can take that away from you.

You have been hearing that it is time to come together and yes, to find and follow your greatest joys. This is the time of healing our minds and hearts.

We invite you to feel the difference between fear and love. These feeling experiences will help you to find your way through fear and love.”

Are you noticing more synchronicity in your life? Have you been feeling more joy and a desire for connection and community? I have noticed a lightness when things from the past come up and I let them go. There is a subtle shift happening, not outside, but within.

I checked in with my guides for their perspective:

“Undeniably, we see you weaving a tapestry of light, each one of you joining together to form new beauty. This is an interweaving of thought, intentions and the desire for community and oneness.

You have chosen a new way. You are taking steps on this uncharted road, bravely, because your hearts see the results of your choices.

Old thought forms are making way for the new. As you let go of old grudges, you extend your hands in friendship together, forming stronger bonds of unity and love.

The light of this new tapestry grows brighter as more of you choose a higher way of living, from your heart.

You are finding liberation where chains used to be.

You are finding the power of your own Sovereign Soul, knowing who you truly are.

The seeds of sacred truths, planted in you long ago, are bursting forth as flowers to the sun. A garden of vibrant color is in bloom.

Keep your eyes on this new road. There are many traveling with you, leaving behind those imagined chains and old beliefs, embracing the seeds of truth within them.

Cross over the bridge to the new worlds waiting for you.

Can you hear the cheers of joy as you walk forth together?”

Have you ever looked in wonder at a flower leaning in to the sun, welcoming the energy for its growth? A tree changes through each season and storm, while rooted firmly in the ground. All this happens so naturally and it can happen with us, too, if we choose to allow it.

Collectively, we are in a season of change and growth. I wondered how this might work for the good of everyone. This is the message I received from my guides and Higher Self:

“With the undeniable consciousness expansion and with new revelations lighting up minds, comes a new way of being in the world.

This requires, quite literally, changing your mind. With each choice to focus on peace, unity, love and compassion, you transform your life. You feel differently, more peaceful, less anxious, letting fear and doubt go.

Your vibration elevates to higher frequencies, changing your outer world by transforming your inner world.

We have said that you are equipped with everything you need already. It is all within you. Finding this wisdom in stillness, your life grows richer from the treasures within.

As you begin to see the Divine spark within yourself, you see it within your brother, the plants, stones, water, animals and sky. The energy from the Creative Source is what permeates all.

The more that you allow your thoughts, words and deeds to align with this energy of Love, you begin to realize the oneness and connection of all beings.

What about all those who seem to being doing terrible deeds? Their eyes and heart are closed now to their light within. At some point, they will want to access their natural birthright as children of Love. At some point, all are guided back to Love.

You can assist this process by sending love out, radiating like the sun. Every thought, word and deed coming from love raises the awareness and the frequency of Love everywhere.

In every instance , Love is celebrated, transforming you from the inside out.

Recently, my husband and I walked through the gardens of a city that we visited, with a friend. It was a cloudy day, so the colors of the flowers seemed deeper. I took photos of numerous flowers in the gardens.

The roses drew me in. I always am helpless to their invitation to stop and take in their aroma….to stop and smell the roses. The sweet aroma of the roses awakens joy that also brings me into that one present moment.

It can be as simple as redirecting your focus.

Reflecting on this led to some insights from my guides..

“The greatest moments of your life are the small ones, the ones where you are most present. You feel your emotions fully.

Imagine seeing a dainty, beautiful butterfly land near you and stay with you for awhile.

A friend takes your hand in a moment of support.

You witness the colors, vibrations and stillness of a sunset or sunrise.

You hear a piece of music that touches your heart.

You take off your shoes and feel the cool softness of the moss beneath your feet.

You have just prepared a special meal and share it with those you love.

Can you think of these kinds of moments that happen for you? Why not write them down so that you can remember how you felt at that moment?

These are gateways to a deeper joy and appreciation of the goodness that surrounds you.

This is a glimpse into a meaningful and peaceful place that exists for you every day.

Truly the opportunities for gratitude are all around you, if you can just take a moment to notice and be present.

These gifts soothe an anxious heart and make room for love and gratitude.

Perhaps you, with an open heart, are the bearer of these gifts for others who need what you have to offer.

It doesn't take much, just a breath or two, to pause and notice these special gifts that surround you.

We hear that we are all connected and that we are one. It is often difficult to acknowledge that if we become enmeshed in what we see going on around us, the turmoil that is constantly being presented to us.

There is a place that is within us, where the truth of who we are and how we are all related becomes apparent. It is accomplished by seeing through our inner vision, seeking what is real and true for us. This inner vision is purified by the power of love.

I received this inspiration from my guides:

“In time, everything heals through love. The fabric of love is woven in all of you, in your energetic fields.

As you connect with or pass by each other, you experience the many manifestations of love. Whether they are large or seem small, each expression of kindness, warmth, compassion, peace and understanding is felt. Each expression of love is a contribution to the uplifting of humanity.

Each word of guidance or kindness carries the power to lift another's soul. That is no small thing.

When love is given, it always returns to the sender.

Everyone benefits and the fabric of this energy grows. It reverberates farther than you can imagine and touches more souls than you will know.

Love permeates though what you call the natural world, the world of earth’s gifts and out through the universes.

There is no greater power. You were born of Love and it will always be your true home.

The way to be there more consciously is through the energy of the heart, allowing yourself to be more open to the energy of love.

With that opening comes peace, harmony and joy. Light pours from this energy through you to those around you.

Yes, there is expansion and contraction, the ebb and flow, which is natural and not to be feared.

There are difficult days sometimes and many emotions will flow through you, if you allow them to.

But, the one constant, the one permanent and life-giving state, is Love.

That is your gift.

That is your key to life everlasting.

That is what you are made of.”

Change is all around us and that can feel a bit uneasy, like rocking on turbulent waters in a canoe. Change can bring heightened emotions and tension, or a sense of calm and trust that we will be guided to solid ground.

How can we cope better in this new landscape? Lee Harris, an intuitive and a channeler, offers a good mantra, “I release all energies and emotions that are not mine.”

Checking with inner guidance, I heard this:

“Be true to who you are and how you feel. Don't try to fool others with an outward mask.

If you are sad, find a loved one to sit with you. Their acceptance and love for you will soothe your sadness. Or, can you find things that do bring you joy and just write them down?

If you are lonely, count how many people you have in your life who love you. Remember also that you are always loved and held in the Divine realms. You are never alone.

If you smile but feel like crying, release your tears. It is a healthy way to let go of pent up energy and to cleanse your emotions.

To find a connection, can you share a meal with a friend or someone who needs uplifting too? Can you walk together and talk through your feelings?

If you are angry, feel it, then release it intentionally through your feet into the ground, breathe slowly or take a brisk walk, whatever helps you. Then, in a calmer state, you can decide what action you will take.

You experience all manner of emotions but they do not define who you are.

No matter what, you have a deep well of strength to draw from. Stand for what you know to be true. Believe in yourself.

Gather with those who can support you, as you then can care for others. As the saying goes, fill your cup before you are able to help others.

Remember that, just as you are, right now and in every moment, you are enough.

You have taken on the role of being a light in darkness and where you shine, others find their way, too.

Be who you are because you are essential and needed, just as you are.

When you care for yourself, taking the time to love yourself, you invite others to do the same.

We are holy candles, shining for each other.

Shine brighter.

You are beautiful.

You are loved.”

There is no doubt that the world stage looks crazy and chaotic during these times. The invitation from the world is to engage in the madness, succumb to the hatred and fear and shrink from a dark, imagined future.

Yet, each time I tune in to find guidance about this, the focus is not on that scene at all. The focus is redirected, again and again, to go within and find the inner truth that has always cared for and sustained us.

The fact that we do create our reality with our thoughts and focus is being proven now in the scientific and quantum physics worlds. Ancient spiritual teachings and practices are now being proven by science.

Here is another message about going within and living in the current moment, the constant now.

“There are all manner of possibilities. There are all manner of possibilities in the moment. In the one moment that you are currently living, there are many timelines, trajectories and opportunities for many different outcomes.

Don’t forget that your power lies in stillness and in peace. To access this power and peace, stillness is the way. Find yourself in a peaceful place, a place of love and receptivity. Be open to the guidance that is available to you.

Your guides are part of you, aspects of your Soul, your inner wisdom. They have been with you for as long as your Soul has been with you, too. There is no beginning and no end.

Don’t overestimate the power of stillness, for you connect with All That Is, the Divine Source. You connect with the cosmos, with the thread of life, the heartbeat of life, the breath of life itself. This makes you come alive and feel your Divinity, your majesty, your glory and all of the wisdom that is available to you. You have access to all wisdom and knowledge.

Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t belittle or make yourself small. Encourage yourself to love yourself, to find your center, to connect with each other from your heart.

This is no time for arguing.

This is no time for fighting,

This is a time for peace.

This is a time for finding your strength in peace, moment by moment.

Opening and opening…let that door swing wide open. Let the light shine on your innermost being.

In truth and so doing, you reflect that light out to everyone and everything.

And so it is.”
