Yo, what's good, it's your boy Steele, and today we're gonna talk about what Nipsey tweeted about here - shortcuts. Yeah, you heard me right. And let me tell you, they might seem like a great idea at the time, but they could actually be sabotaging your success.

Now I know we live in a world where everything is about instant gratification. We want what we want and we want it now. We don't want to put in the work or the effort, we just want the quick results. And that's where shortcuts come in. They're a tempting solution to the problem of wanting success without the work. But let me tell you, they're not the answer.

Shortcuts can be a sign of laziness and lack of motivation. When you take shortcuts, you're not putting in the work that's necessary to achieve your goals. You're cheating yourself out of the satisfaction of knowing that you put in the effort and saw the results of your hard work. And, let me tell you, that feeling of satisfaction is priceless.

When you take shortcuts, you're also deceiving yourself into thinking that you're making progress. The reality is that you're not. Sure, you might see some quick results, but they won't last. Eventually, the shortcuts will catch up to you, and you'll be right back where you started. It's like trying to build a house on a shaky foundation. It might look good at first, but it's only a matter of time before it all falls apart.

So what's the answer? Well, it's pretty simple. Stay focused and determined. Don't let the temptation of quick results deceive you into thinking you're making progress. Instead, put in the work. See the process through. And when you do achieve your goals, you'll be able to look back with pride and satisfaction, knowing that you earned every bit of success that came your way.

Yo, what's good world? It's your boy King Steele, and I'm here to talk about listening with a purpose. You see, we live in a world where there's a lot of noise, and it can be hard to separate what's real from what's fake. That's why it's so important to listen to the right people. 

Let me break it down for you. When you're walking down the street, you'll hear all kinds of people talkin' all kinds of things. Some of them might be real, some of them might not. But if you're not careful, you could end up listening to the wrong people and believing things that just aren't true. 

That's why it's important to listen to the right people. The people who are gonna give it to you straight, without any sugarcoatin'. The people who are gonna tell you what you need to hear, instead of what you wanna hear. 

But how do you know who the right people are? Well, let me tell you. First of all, the right people are gonna have experience. They've been through the same things you're going through, and they've come out on the other side. They know what works and what doesn't, and they can give you some real advice that's gonna help you get to where you wanna be. 

Secondly, the right people are gonna be real. They're not gonna try and front like they have all the answers or that they're perfect. They're gonna keep it real with you and let you know when they've made mistakes. That's how you know they're genuine. 

Lastly, the right people are gonna be people who have your best interests at heart. They're not gonna try and use you or take advantage of you. They're gonna be there for you and support you, even if it means telling you some hard truths. 

So, now that you know who the right people are, it's time to start listening to them. But not just listening, listening with a purpose. You gotta be intentional about it. You can't just go through the motions, nodding your head and pretending to care. You gotta be engaged, actively listening and asking questions. That's how you're gonna get the most out of your conversations. 

And once you've listened with a purpose, it's time to take action. You can't just collect all this knowledge and not do anything with it. You gotta put it into practice. Take the advice that resonates with you and apply it to your life. Don't just sit around waiting for success to come to you – you gotta go out and create it. 

In conclusion, listening with a purpose means listening to the right people – people with experience, who keep it real, and who have your best interests at heart.
