However, there is not too much information to be found on the astonishing, not at all micro in scale, particles and structures that are growing very likely within all living creatures on earth (some slower, some faster, some more loaded, others less loaded) and that can be seen from many meters away with the naked eye.

I´ve said this many times - if someone had told me that I would find this amount of demontech of considerable size and in all shapes and forms before I began a disciplined detox regimen, I would have strongly suggested that person to arrange an appointment with a good psychiatrist.

It´s a thousand times worse than I could have dreamt in my wildest nightmares and there appears to be no end in sight - at least, for the time being!

But, so far, going on 4 years of detox baths, this is unquestionably the most frightening object that was 99,9% surely removed from within me.

The pictures and video were taken at Frankfurt Airport in Germany this early morning (May 22, 2026) while I was waiting for a connecting flight.

It´s really sad (also astonishing and gut-wrenching) to witness just how unsuspecting, naive and submissive 99.999% of people generally are.

Why and how the hell can they put up with this abuse and aren´t they even remotely aware of the possible (and likely) consequences of complying with this new requirement?? Have they no idea what the agenda is? Do they believe the narratives their evil puppet governments feed them?

Unfortunately, I will never accept this.
Effectively, for this reason, because of my refusal to complay I am now unable to travel to any country outside the EU Schengen zone - except Canada - I am a dual citizen - Portugal and Canada.

But, why the hell would I ever want to travel to Canada - the country has become unrecognizable - a completely decadent wasteland?

And, it appears that EU citizens from member states will also be obliged to adhere to Digital ID from 2030 onward - it has been reported.

I was offered the following opportunity by a client of my company:

An opportunity of visiting Miami for 5 days and watching the Portugal- Colombia match - absolutely everything paid for, wouldn´t spend a cent. Package being sold for 5000 USD.

I didn´t even consider accepting the offer because I know the same system is in place in the USA.

Of course, these digital ID Border Control systems were not mandated because of concerns with safety and security - don´t make me laugh!

Let´s be honest and keep it short and simple.

This Digital ID system is far less foolproof than traditional ID verification - they could place a sort of QR code on all ID docs, insert a chip into them as well or even make them of special material that could be verified under a special light or even directly connected personal ID docs to a national or international online database - fraud would be virtually impossible and they could even use the traditional fingerprint system or send a verification code to a cellphone and/or require a PIN code.

Sadly, Digital ID will eventually become the norm - and we the people are to blame for being acritical and foolishly compliant.

Yesterday, early morning, after doing exercise as usual on the static bicycle and swearing quite a bit, I quickly came to my room to send an urgent email before hitting the shower. I was wearing nothing on the top part of the body.

While I was typing, as I am now, I lifted up my right hand for a moment and this is what I see covering key “D”:

I´m always asking myself “are my eyes deceiving me?”

Thus, I completely understand the strong skepticism some may feel.

I personally find it shocking, bewildering and deeply concerning.

Quite frankly, sometimes it´s overwhelming.

Taking advantage of the fact that my youngest son was around, I decided to record a short video to better illustrate the size and the amount of “massive-particles” (that I believe, quite likely, began as nano-particles - just like a baby begins as a cell) that have been expelled from my body.

But, first a close-up video of the particle debris lying on the bathroom floor, particularly the rubber mat and the rug 18 days after having thoroughly cleaned and mopped everything up.

Both videos were taken yesterday, April 15.

NOTE: In at the least the second video I refer 12 days after the bathroom had been cleaned and not 18 days as I should have. My apologies for that.

Now, what can we observe when we give the rubber mat and the rug (or carpet) a good shake and then begin sweeping?

Well, just watch.

My son cut the video off a few seconds sooner than he should have, but it doesn´t impact the message.

What I can assert with an extremely high level of confidence, based on my amateur observations which I have been performing for a long time, plain common sense and logic, is the following:

1 - The particles pictured do unquestionably emanate from within me - I saw it happen 3 times very recently, but I simply don´t know from where they exited the body.

It’s terribly frustrating. However, I must confess that I do not know exactly where the particles exit from! I mean, I should have an exit wound or some sort of blemish on my skin, right? But, no, nothing! Absolutely nothing - no blemish, itch, scatch or any discomfort.

2 - The particles are certainly not natural (i.e. they´re artificial) - though I do understand from the excellent work of serious researchers that our own biologies are being hijacked and quite likely being “lured” into collaborating on the creation of this horrific and utterly disgusting demontech.

3 - This agenda is certainly not benevolent or for the good of Humanity - quite the opposite. It is extraordinarily nefarious and so are the objectives of this covert operation.

If an expert or someone well-versed in these matters happens to stumble upon this article, I would really appreciate an opinion on the following:

• From which parts of the bodies are these particles extracted?

• Is it possible that they are in the bloodstream?

• How are they ejected from the body?

• How long does it take to reach the size of those I have pictured? One year, 5 years, decades?

Personally, I find it astonishing that I feel relatively normal despite having so much demontech within me. It´s a testament to just how resilient our bodies are.

Possibly most concerning of all is that almost nobody is interested or cares about this or related matters. My parents, wife and children now understand that these particles are coming from inside my body and they do find it very strange. However, when I tell them that they are also contaminated they shrug their shoulders and carry on with their lives.

And, ya know something?

They´re probably happier that way!

3 years of strict adherence to an anti-nano protocol.

First 2 years by taking strong detox baths 3 times a week - with borax, sodium bicarbonate, Trissodium phosphate, Epsom salt and Apple Cider Vinegar.

I´ve said it before and I will say it again - it´s at least 100 times worse than I could ever have imagined.

Posting again to report on new findings regarding the personal observations and experiences of a common everyday person that believes he still retains an acceptable level of sanity - yup, you guessed it - that’s me!

In today’s world you really have to expect the unexpected - good and bad things can happen suddenly and unexpectedly as we are all aware of.

I began developing some complicated and painful dental issues around June of 2024.

I desperately wanted to avoid going to the dentist because I was fully aware that all injectables (including dental anesthetics) were loaded with graphene and loads of other suspicious substances, as well as nanotech.

This I learned from following, from the very start, the amazing research being performed by the La Quinta Columna team. It was easy for me to understand, because Portuguese have little difficulty understanding Spanish (but, vice-versa is not true, go figure).

Despite desperately wanting to avoid a visit to the dentist, the pain became too intense to put it off any further.

However, I was determined to find a dentist that was aware of what was going on and putting in practice the magnetic-thermal depuration technique invented by Dr. Ricardo Delgado and his cohort Dr. José Sevillano of La Quinta Columna.

The technique they invented could be seen under the microscope to almost entirely remove all the dangerous substances from the dental anesthetics. Really ingenious!

La Quinta Columna published a list of dental clinics in Spain that put this technique in practice on their website.

I had approached 2 local dentists that I had studied with in high school asking them if they were willing to use this technique or at least give the matter some consideration and, as expected, they downplayed my concerns and basically claimed that what I attempted to explain was just some wild conspiracy theory. I’m sure that many, if not all of those reading this article, have faced similar situations.

The closest clinic in Spain was simply too far away for me to consider. So, I turned to some Telegram channels I was acquainted with in my search for a dental clinic or dentist in Portugal that was practicing this technique or that at least offered it as an option upon request.

Fortunately, someone replied to my S.O.S - eternally grateful.

An Integrative dental/medical clinic located in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia called Clínica Cristina Cerdeira was applying the technique.

Despite the roughly 100 km distance from my home (1 hour drive - all expressway and highway) I felt that I really had no alternative. I couldn´t bear the thought of injecting nano-laden anesthetics into my gums (yikes, so close to the brain, pineal gland, thyroid gland, etc …)

So, in June of 2024, I called up the clinic and booked an appointment. It´s a really Zen clinic that takes a truly alternative and integrative approach to dentistry. The team strongly opposes what we call “desvitalização” (“removing the life from”) any tooth and don´t even perform root canals. They have advanced ozone treatment methods and equipment.

Unfortunately, I had to have 3 or 4 teeth (one canine, other 3 molars - all on the upper level) removed and we are now currently studying the best option to replace the missing teeth - dental implants (permanent, look/feel natural), fixed bridges (cemented in place), partial dentures (removable), and/or full dentures for multiple tooth losses.

Unfortunately, I was informed that Zirconia dental implants were not a possibility as a replacement for the missing molars because there was a high chance they would break. I´m not particularly fond of the prospect of inserting titanium into my gums and, by default, my body! However, the missing molars are having an impact on the dental and facial bone structure, creating tension for the remaining teeth and affecting my ability to eat and even speak properly. So, I´m between a rock and a hard place.

Also, why would I put metal in my mouth after having removed all the lead and mercury laden fillings polluting my mouth and replaced them with a much healthier resin based solution at this same clinic?

Anyway, I digress … as usual.

Upon the Clinic’s request I took about 4 or dental X-rays - despite going to a medical imaging center equipped with low radiation equipment, I wasn´t at particularly happy with that - also, some of the exams are quite expensive!

Bottom line: Cristina Cerdeira dental clinic was aware of every nook and cranny in my mouth. The X-rays (some very recent) showed that there were no cavities or areas that could potentially develop cavities any time soon,

So, I was very surprised when, I believe it was around March 24, I woke up, looked into the mirror only to find this very visible and long dark black stripe on one of my incisors (tooth number 11).

Unfortunately, I was unable to take a picture with better quality.

This is how it appeared to me (roughly)_

I thought to myself, “what the heck is this!!?”. My initial thought was that it could be some sticky food or some other substance that was “stuck” there. But, no matter how much I brushed my teeth, I was unable to remove it.

I believed that it could very well be some of the black “goo”, graphene, nanotech or whatever that had penetrated my incisor from the outside in. It is my belief that this black “goo” is a product (or by-product) of my relatively strict adherence to the detox protocol - spike and anti-nano triangle + strong, long and vigorous detox baths.

I know from personal observations and experience, that this black “goo” is extruded courtesy of detox protocol and can penetrate deep into rubber or rubber-like materials and that it´s virtually impossible to remove.

For example, the rubber mat in the shower cabin where I wash off immediately after exiting the bathtub following the detox baths and take showers daily - blackened by this “goo”.

Mind you, the picture of the rubber mat below was taken after my parents (against my consent) asked the cleaning lady to wash it off about 2 months ago during a few days I was away for a short vacation. Despite the poor cleaning lady’s best efforts and dousing the rubber mat with various bleaches she was only able to remove some of the ”goo”, but a lot still remains deeply embedded in the rubber mat.

I suffer from severe bruxism.

Cristina Cerdeira Clinic had a custom made mouthguard maufactured for me which I have been using while sleeping for about 1 year or so.

When I received it, it was a beautiful baby blue and soft piece of rubber.

Now, it looks like this:

Yes, I know the mouthguard looks utterly disgusting and many of you may be asking “How the heck can he put that disgusting thing in his mouth at night?”

I also feel disgusted, but I really don´t have an option.

Without the mouthguard the remaining teeth I have will be destroyed and, the darn thing cost me 600 Euros!

The cut in the middle that is amended with a whitish substance was done by one of the dentists at the Cristina Cerdeira dental clinic - Margarida.

One of my visits, I took the mouthguard with me to ask them why it was completely covered all over with a black “gooish” film.

When I showed her the mouthguard - she just stared at me with her eyes and mouth wide open for a few seconds.

She had NO idea what the black “goo” was and how/why the mouthguard was covered by it - she claimed that in all her years as a dentist she had never seen anything even remotely similar.

She went to a backroom and used all the substances in the clinic´s arsenal to remove the “goo”, but to no avail - they only managed to clean it up a bit.

But, I could hear her discussing the matter with the team at the clinic - they were flabbergasted.

To be honest, I wasn´t really that surprised. I´ve been detoxing for several years and almost nothing surprises me now. I “knew” that the black substance was an accumulation of nefarious substances generated by “demontech” that had been entering my body for many decades and that was now being removed thanks to the anti-nano devices and strong, long and intense detox baths.

Anyway, moving on.

So, from night to day the black stripe appears on one of my incisors (roughly March 24), however, despite the horrible appearance, I foolishly ignored it because it wasn´t really causing too much discomfort. I would feel some pain around the gum behind the tooth if something sweet or salty would come into contact with it, but the discomfort was not constant or difficult to manage.

However, things took a major turn for the worse on the evening of Friday, March 27. An excruciating throbbing or pulsating pain set in very quickly. I couldn’t even touch my tooth without causing horrible pain. I applied 99,9% pure liquid DMSO together with ozonized oil on where it hurt but even that didn’t work.

Faced with the prospect of a sleepless night, and despite wanting to avoid it aIl cost, I felt I had no choice other than to take a 600 mg pill of ibuprofen, something I hadn´t done for a long time (and, I hope there will be no need to do it again any time soon). The ibuprofen alleviated the pain enough so that I could sleep a couple of hours. The next morning I would have to make an emergency visit to the dentist´s office.

Since Cristina Cerdeira Clinic closes on weekends, I had to go to another health clinic open on Saturdays.

As suspected it was an infection - a pulpitis.

The dentist took an x-ray and informed me the pulpitis was caused by a cavity.

She said she would have to perform a root canal but before she did so, first I had to get rid of the infection - because there was no way she could perform the intervention given the state the tooth was in.

She prescribed antibiotics.

Another major bummer - haven´t taken that crap since who knows when!

I asked the dentist, how is this possible?

She said she had never heard of anything like that - I don´t think she really believed my story.

Anyway, I had no intention of returning to the same dentist - thank God no anesthesia was administered during the examination.

My intention was to call Cristina Cerdeira Clinic - maybe they could salvage the tooth and avoid the need for a root canal.
I didn´t even have to call my dental clinic - they called me in response to the messages and pictures I had sent on Saturday and they only seen on Monday upon returning to work.

We booked an appointment for Wednesday, April 1st.

Fortunately, the antibiotics had an almost immediate effect.
On Sunday morning the pain had significantly subsided to the point that I could return to my normal life and routine.
I did take a second 600mg ibuprofen pill on Saturday afternoon following the emergency visit to the dental clinic - but no more was required - it became manageable.

On Wednesday Apri1 1st, the dentist that would be examining the incisor, tooth number 11, was Margarida.

And, once again she would observe something she had never observed and that, theoretically at least, shouldn’t even be possible.

She said it’s virtually impossible for a cavity to reach the extent mine had reached in 2-3 weeks - especially in an area that was absolutely unaffected by anything.

They knew because they had a host of dental x-rays that showed precisely that.

Anyway, she started working on the incisor from behind.

She was hoping some blood would gush out because that would mean that the nerve was still functional.

Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done to avoid the tooth being subjected to a horrible root canal procedure.
They don’t perform root canals at the clinic - so Margarida directed me to a specific dentist colleague in Porto that performs the procedure in the most integrative and health conscious based way possible - bypassing bleaches and using only ozone to execute the procedure.

While the dentist and assistant dug into my incisor from behind and removed all the junk that was there and did whatever had to be done, I noticed they were making strange faces at one another - I instinctively felt that they were witnessing something unusual, and I was right.

When the dentist finished she decided to have a word with me.

She´s well versed in naturopathic health and treatments and knows about the powers of DMSO, MSM, PEMTs and, of course, she’s aware that vaccines and chemtrails are hazardous and tremendously dangerous as well as changing the bloodwork.

She´s also aware that I practice a strict anti-nano protocol that includes the use of anti-nano devices and detox baths - which she supports.

She said that a lot of the strange-looking and suspicious black material, alas “goo” had accumulated in the pulpit region and that the nerve had been totally mushed up - she had removed it since it was laying around like debris.

Once again she said she had never seen anything like that in her long career - cavities can become black if left untreated for 8-10 years, she commented, but NEVER cavities that appear out of nowhere. She also said the substance was unlike anything else she had seen.

We shared the conviction that what destroyed the pulpit and nerve, damaged my tooth and caused the painful infection and cavity was quite likely the graphene oxide, nanotech and other poisons that were being very aggressively cleansed from the body.

The “cavity” wasn´t really a cavity but black gooey toxic material that dug an exit pathway that happened to run the rough my gumline and unfortunately ended up destroying the nerve, pulpit and invading the incisor itself.

Based, once again, on my personal observations and hopefully sound reasoning, this is truly a plausible explanation. As I have been saying for a long time, the bath water always becomes visibly and considerably darker once I have finished vigorously scrubbing and scraping my entire head and face region while continuously dumping the hot bath water over my head. Sadly, it appears that those behind this agenda are really and particularly targeting our brains and other organs in the head.

Below, a video that shows exactly how I attempt to clean my head and face and also how I apply the anti-nano triangle to the same regions of the body. These procedures functionally disengage the “demontech” and forcibly remove it from my head and face. Although I forgot to demonstrate it in the video, I also stick my gloved finger deep in each nostril twisting it around 3 times in each nostril.

So, it does indeed appear that strict abidance to an anti-nano protocol can very likely result in “adverse” events or wield unintended consequences.

If that´s the case, then it´s a price worth paying.

There are few things that terrify me more than losing control of my mind or, far worse, have the control of my mind taken over by third parties or even by Satanic AI.

I may fail in my attempt to avoid damage to my mind and body, but I have nothing to lose by trying my best to avoid that from happening.

Finally, just like to mention a comment made by dentist Margarida doing our brief post-appointment conversation. Cristina Cerdeira clinic applies PRP membranes in the cavities of teeth that have been surgically removed.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) membranes are autologous fibrin networks concentrated with growth factors, derived from a patient’s own blood via centrifugation. In dentistry, they serve as a bioactive scaffold to accelerate soft tissue healing, promote bone regeneration, and reduce post-operative inflammation in periodontal, surgical, and implant procedures.

During this process the blood has to sit for a few minutes.

She confided that the blood withdrawn from a large and ever-increasing number of patients to produce the PRP membranes form clots before they can be compressed and inserted into the patients cavities. She says that “they become rubbery - you can hit them with a hammer and it bounces back. Needless to say, many of the patients upon learning of this become terrified. Of course they do - it is terribly terrifying!!

They sent me the following example:

I also had 3 PRP templates inserted in my oral cavities after having a few teeth surgically removed.

She told me my blood was bright red and healthy - even mentioning it would be great if all blood withdrawn from patients could live up to the same standards.

However, in this regard, I harbor no illusions or false hopes.
The countless microscopy pictures I´ve posted on several platforms demonstrate beyond a shadow of a doubt that I’m very muchly contaminated - completely loaded with “demontech” that probably entered my organism in nano or micro size and after an unknown amount of time somehow assembled into quite large and easily visible from a considerable distance with the naked eye - particles very often 1.5 to 2 cm in width.

I´m trying my best to get rid of this tech from Hell, but it isn’t easy and, in reality, it’s not really possible to remove everything.
But, the more I get out, the better.

Just dropping in to let everyone that I just received and unpacked the brand new enhanced anti-nano triangle manufactured by Yannis Aroy Mak (Solutions4Mankind).

My first impression is that I like this anti-nano far more than the previous one.

It´s 43.3% heavier than the previous model I received (see pictures). It also has a better appearance and is flatter on the inside which makes it easier and more comfortable to use on the back, head, feet etc.

In 1996 I had a bad fall when I jumped onto a roof and it caved in. I was lucky to have survived, but I did sustain a herniated L5/S1 disc - but I knew that later on in life (if I made it till then) it would catch up with me and there would be a price to pay. The hip bone started causing some pain, but 4 years ago I did PRP treatment on it (No hip bone replacements for me!).The PRP was really effective, but lately I have felt some pain in the lower back. However, the main reason I purchased the Tesla healing device was to help out my parents who are quite old and suffer from muscular and joint pain (osteo-arthritis, pain in the knees, etc).

Unfortunately, I cannot reveal from who I purchased the device because the seller maintains a low profile in order to avoid problems with the health authorities - as some may be aware these devices were ostracized because they were good at healing - which is not good for the medical and pharma cartels.

After applying the anti-nano triangle on Sunday night and then using the Tesla healing device yesterday morning something absolutely astonishing occurred. Within 2-3 hours enormous particles were shooting off my body. I was almost freaking out because it caught me completely by surprise.

Check out what I managed to collect - around 75% of what can be seen in the picture was collected yesterday - though a lot has been added to the plate (that will certainly be discarded) today.

These particles are disgusting and grotesque beyond description - and, sadly, it is a sure thing that I have many similar particles (probably many thousands) still lurking under my skin.

But, I am just a speck of sand in the ocean of Humanity - this is (or, at least, should be) a mega-major concern for everyone!

Of course, I´m not the only one that is loaded with these “demontech” objects - possibly every organic being on our common planet is riddled with these totally disgusting particles or objects.

How do I know they are nano-creations or “demon-things”? Well, I´ve been observing and registering this “fall-out” for quite some time. They have a distinct appearance, texture, properties, feel and they are similar - you can see the patterns. Sometimes they break in two, but they don´t crumble and they are relatively stiff and sturdy - some are very hard and solid. Also, I can hear the “crunch” and scraping when I pick them up with the tweezers. Very distinct characteristics that are easily identifiable.

And, although my electronic microscope is lousy and super cheap, it´s good enough to remove any doubts about this “demon-tech” being a product of Mother Nature.

I can understand it if people don´t believe me or have difficulty doing so. Even I often can´t believe my own eyes and in today´s world being skeptical is essential for survival.

I´m just walking arounf the house doing whatever I am doing (often looking at the floor) and ten these particles appear from seemingly nowhere. This one I discovered yesterday morning (maybe it jumped “ship” during one of my visits to the bathroom during the middle of the night):

I have absolutely no idea how anyone (all of us) have so much of this demonic garbage attached or swimming around somewhere in our bodies and still be able to feel and function normally.

Geez, I feel just fine. No major health issues that I am aware of, good energy levels, relatively clear thinking, strong appetite, exercise every day and have hardly even sneezed over the past 2 years. No injections for about 35 years or so, no masks, no Covid swab tests and I eat healthy food and hardly ever consume sugar. Disclosure: my wife did get 2 shots of Pfizer about 5 years ago. Of course, I´m not the only one feeling healthy and battling to live a healthy lifestyle.

And yet, I have tons of these demonic particles/objects within me! I can´t even look at myself the same way.

Like I´ve said before, I´m not a scientist and have little knowledge about biology and chemistry. I have no idea what these demonic things are or how they came to be!

However, there is nobody on Earth that could ever convince me that the particles one finds on the white plate and the other images above is something that would appear naturally in a human body if Nature and biology were left to their own devices. There has obviously been some form of interference or engineering of which I have no understanding. It´s just plain common sense.

Does anyone have an idea as to what may be going on?

Yes, the Epstein emails, the Iran conflict, the war in Ukraine, AI takeover, etc., are all critically important and concerning matters. They do matter.

However, they do not impact everyone directly - but the horrifically evil, terrifying and remarkably engineered particles pictured above are very likely, to a greater or lesser degree, in EVERY living being on the planet.

It is quite possible, I would say even highly likely, that these particles may be formed within us without our natural biological defences and detection systems even being aware that it is happening and, it´s just as likely that the human body is tricked or cajoled into participating in their formation by providing the energy and biological substances needed for it to take place. The formation of these particles may even take advantage of countless bodily functions, cycles, pathways, etc.

However, unless I am terribly mistaken, these particles do not result from purely biological elements and processes - engineered foreign substances, materials, elements, or call it what you like, that invade our bodies, directly control and manage the construction of what one finds in the pictures. And, the the nanotech they introduce into our bodily domain is programmed and “intelligent” - it self-assembles, self-repairs and adapts to changing circumstances and environments. They are virtually indestructible. Fortunately, there is one mechanism of defense against these tiny demons - functional disengagement - to neutralize their operational capability.

The invasion of the human body by nanotech that with time and wizardry develop into what is pictured is a textbook case of something preternatural - beyond what is normal or natural.

I must confess, once again, that it´s really hard to accept and live with the fact that I have possibly (IMO, quite likely) tens of thousands of these grotesque, disgusting “demon-things” residing within me. I try not to think too much about - “trying” doesn´t mean I always succeed.

However, I strongly believe they are cause for the deepest concern possible - the purpose of developing an almost otherworldly technology that results in the creation of particles being exposed by me and many, many others can only be nefarious - probably more so than we can possibly fathom.

Common sense leads me to believe that these evil particles can cause enormous immediate and long-term damage damage to our health - depending on their properties, how numerous they are and, possibly even far more importantly, where they are lodged or circulating in the body.

I believe that the only way to stop it is to put an end to geo-engineering. Vaccines we can (at least, for now) escape, but there´s no escaping geo-engineering.

Yes, we all know that nanotech is also present in virtually everything we eat and drink (fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, bread, pastries, etc…), but how did it get there … essentially and almost exclusively courtesy of the chemtrails.

If we don´t put an end to chemtrails, they will put an end to Humanity - especially since they work together with AI and 5G - which greatly increases the potential for damage!

To be quite honest, I was navigating unchartered waters and had not done enough research on the matter. Such carelessness cost me dearly. During one of my initial detox baths, I felt unusual weakness and a strong tingling in my legs. I knew something was wrong and believed I could be close to fainting.

I got up from the bathtub in a desperate attempt to get out and avoid fainting. That´s the last thing I remember. I don´t know how much time elapsed, but I regained consciousness only to find myself face down in the corner of the bathroom surrounded by a pool of blood (I managed to take photos, but since they are not a pretty sight, I feel it is better not to share them). I had a huge gash on the bridge of my nose near the eyes and a bone on the ankle region protruding. I was shaken and in a bit of pain, but I was able to get up, clean up all the blood splattered on the floor and after quite some time, stop the bleeding from the deep and nasty gash on the bridge of my nose. I didn´t want my elderly and overly concerned parents to know about the incident (the bathroom is downstairs and it was midnight) and by chance I managed to make it to my bedroom without them seeing me.

I had a horrible night - very strong belly aches - in my opinion, a Herxheimer reaction from the enormous quantities of ingredients added to the bathwater (some that I may have swallowed) aggravated by the terrible fall. I was really sore for about 10 days (especially the upper back), but after a few massages and some rest, I basically returned to normal like nothing had happened. I realized that I was extraordinarily lucky to be alive and to not have suffered serious injuries (even more so, because it is necessary to climb a big step to get into the bathtub) and for returning to my normal self so quickly. Needless to say, I learned a lesson from this misfortune. Despite pleas from my parents, wife and 3 children to quit the detox baths, I had no intention of doing so because I believed they were absolutely essential in my effort to escape or, at least, be less susceptible to the Beast system which I believe the predatory class that governs us all wants to fully establish in the near future.

Then, I was surfing through videos on Bitchute and, while reading the comments, I stumbled upon the name of a health practitioner who happened to live in southern Ontario, Canada, the same region where I had lived and studied from age 4 to 16 - Canada was a far better place back then . I returned to Portugal with my parents in late 1983 which means I am no longer a young man. The health practitioner´s name was/is Tony Pantalleresco.

So, I began doing my “research” and it turns out that Tony was way ahead of the curb when it comes to nanotechnology and nanoparticles and the campaign to poison every living thing on the planet. He has been researching this nefarious technology for decades and had published a large number of papers and articles where he reported on his findings and their significance. He also had knowledge of what could be done to minimize the risk posed by nanotechnology and which substances could be used to combat it and that could also assist in preventing the spread and growth of nanotechnology within our own bodies. And, yes, he knew what should be used in an anti-nano detox and the recommended quantities of each “ingredient”.

So, I booked an online consultation and I had the opportunity to have a one hour discussion with him on July 16 of 2023. I remember when he said that the “nano” was able to self-replicate, self-repair and adapt/adjust to changing circumstances and environments. The psychopaths that designed this evil nanotech are as intelligent as they are evil (that´s says a lot for just how intelligent they are) and they didn´t leave anything to chance. The evil “demontech” is alive and intelligent! Well, they have, at least, a 50 year head start on us.

I asked Tony why after having taken so many detox baths the water would always end up so dark, dirty and murky and why particles could still be seen in the bathtub after it had been drained and he laughed (in a respectful manner). He said they had been putting this technology in all of us since we were born (at least 50-60 years) and that it would take me a long time to get the large majority of the nanotech out of the body. A good deal of patience would be required and the more of them I took, the better. According to him, the ideal thing would be take the detox baths daily.

However, the detox protocol would be a never ending process because we´re being loaded continuously with this nanotech from Hell with basically every breath we take, everything we eat, all the lotions and creams we apply and even supplements and much more. What we take out the monstruous psychopaths put back in - that´s the cycle. The trick is trying to get more out than the monsters can manage to put in and, in all truthfulness, I think that´s achievable!

He also suggested I purchase, if I had the resources to do so, ofc, 2 devices that work wonders - they spike device and the antinano triangle (pictures provided). He did mention that I could also build the devices myself and that he had published video tutorials explaining step by step how it could be done, but I didn´t have the time and, more importantly, the manual skills required to do so - dexterity is certainly not my strong point!

What do these 2 devices - the spike device and the anti-nano triangle - allegedly do?
According to how it was explained to me: they completely and effectively disable, disengage, deactivate, effectively eliminating the nanoparticles´abilites to do harm, propagate, or basically do what they were intended or programmed to do (which, to say the least and to put it mildly, is not for the sake of our best interests, as you can probably imagine).

An electrical engineer of Greek nationality, living and working in Switzerland, named Ioannis Bitzarakis would be the one to build the devices, sell and ship them to me.

At the time, I exchanged a few emails with Mr. Bitzarakis, but I was still a bit skeptical about the devices´ effectiveness and, they are not cheap, so I put off the purchase for some time - in hindsight, I wish I hadn´t - it was a bad decision.

Regarding the detox bath, Tony Pantalleresco suggested the following recipe:

● 1/4 cup of Borax

● 1/4 cup of Sodium bicarbonate

● 1/4 cup of Trissodium phosphate (TSP)

● rough one cup of Epsom salt

He replaced the bentonite clay with the TSP - he does not recommend bentonite clay for reasons which I am unable to recall at the moment.

Well, no wonder I passed out and could have killed myself - I was using quantities 3 times above those recommended by health practitioners! And, I was a complete novice.

About 1 year ago I began adding 500ml of Apple Cider Vinegar to Tony´s “recipe” (despite Tony not being a big fan because according to him it is loaded with nano - but, then again, what isn´t in today´s particularly upside down world?)

And, about 4 months ago I began adding about 200ml of DMSO 99,9% pure liquid solution. I believe that DMSO was a game changer - will expound a little bit more on the matter in a little while.

I would make the following humble recommendations for those who may consider taking detox baths with these ingredients. In the first year or so I had a few pretty nasty Herxheimer reactions which I was psychologically prepared for since I had read up on it. It´s actually a very normal reaction when one begins to detox because we are so overloaded with toxic agents and a host of other nasty things - it´s simply too much for the toxin elimination pathways to handle at once.

The symptoms I most felt were complete exhaustion, lethargy, muscle and joint aches and considerable intestinal discomfort, as well as frequent discharges, and for maximum of 2 - 3 days - but, no vomiting, fever, chills, cough, sore throat, etc… these reactions should not, in my opinion, discourage anyone from continuing with detoxification because it is my belief that the benefits far outweigh these sporadic and tolerable episodes of feeling unwell.

Also, at the beginning, I would recommend not exceeding the suggested quantities of the ingredients or even using a little less because the detox bath has an impact on the body and, in my opinion, even the mind and spirit. I would feel weak, light-headed, a bit dizzy, imbalance, intestinal discomforts, icepick headaches and it would severely lower the blood pressure. I would also feel a lot of heat and transpire profusely. Even today, I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night in a pool of transpiration night and have to change pajamas, as well as remove all the blankets. It´s probably not a bad idea to having a helping hand nearby just in case assistance is needed (maybe a robot from Tesla, hahaha). But, once you´ve become accustomed, detox baths begins to feel like a piece of cake.

It is important to mention, that, in my case, the detox baths give me a ZEN sensation, almost like I´m walking on air! An incredibly good feeling!

In February/March of 2025 I resumed my conversation with Mr. Ioannis Bitzarakis - the Swiss-based Greek electrical engineer that builds and sells the spike device and anti-nano triangle - I believed the time was ripe and that I had put it off the purchase of these devices for far too long.

Finally, on April 17 of 2025 both items were finally delivered to where I live in Portugal. I began using both devices a few days later, having taken my first detox bath with the anti-nano triangle on April 24.

Doing business with Ioannis (aka as “Yannis”) was an extremely positive and pleasant experience. Very straightforward and honest about delivery dates and also on what his items have the potential to deliver. And, customer service and support is top notch.

Well, based strictly on my personal observations, I can certainly assert that the devices provide results - not just with the removal of nanoparticles, but apparently, they provide a host of other health benenfits as well.

I should have been overcome with happiness and relief at the large quantities of debris (what I often call demonic nanothings) found laying in the bathtub following the detox baths after using the devices I had purchased. Of course, it is true that I was very alleviated to witness demontech being expunged from the body, but, above all, I felt numb, sobered and shocked. A whirlwind of emotions - at times enraged, other times terribly sad and feeling defeated. Nobody should have these demonic constructions within their bodies and to call what I have been seeing continuously non-stop for nearly 4 years “nanoparticles” is, in my modest opinion, a gross misnomer.

We may breathe them in, ingest them and absorb them through virtually all orifices as terraswarma, mesogens or smart dust (truly nano-size and completely invisible to the naked human eye - not even a powerful microscope can “see” them), however some sort of metamorphosis takes place, over time and within our bodies (and, quite likely with their help), because when they are “forcibly” removed by the fiercely powerful metal and polymer scavengers dumped in the bathtub, they certainly do not resemble anything remotely “nano”, nor “micro” in size for that matter!

They can be seen lying around on the floor at a reasonable distance and often measure well over 2cm! Thank God that the ingredients dumped in the bathwater do not attack and brutalize what is biological or I probably wouldn´t be around to write this post! Quite to the contrary, they improve and enhance what is natural - the salts, ACV and DMSO know how to distinguish what belongs and does not belong in a living human body!

Based on my personal and amateur observations (always striving to do so in a responsible, honest, transparent and level-headed manner) DMSO was a game changer.

The idea of adding DMSO to the list of detox bath ingredients was something I conjured up completely through my own devices and the initiative was inspired on previous experiences of using DMSO on myself, my parents and others for other purposes - rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, muscular or ligament injuries, clearing up mucus from the airways, improving poor circulation, etc… I thought to myself, since DMSO penetrates very deep in our bodies and takes everything else with it (nothing else compares), maybe it could make way for the other ingredients used in the detox bath to penetrate far deeper into the body. Maybe this is what happened because many relatively large particles began falling off my body like leaves falling off a tree in autumn.

Many people I follow on Substack have done an absolutely incredible job exposing what´s in the injectables and what´s happening to our blood at the truly microsopic level - Neo, Sam´s Substack, Daisy (Kathlyn) Hinesley, Ana Maria Mihalcea, Nanobots in Us and, ofc, David Nixon and Karl´s Substack (who have justifiably boycotted Substack and other social media since Australia introduced the draconian Digital ID rules to access these platforms). Just to name a few - of course there are many others.

I believe that much of what these true microscopic analyst warriors have found swimming in the blood, vaccines, so-called “food”, cosmetics, beverages, etc constitute the very tiny nano building blocks of the much, much larger particles that I have found and identified under my cheap Chinese electronic microscope that cost approximately 30€, but still manages to take revealing images. But, I reiterate, they can be easily seen with the naked eye on the floor from a considerable distance.

However, the microscope plays a fundamental role - it allows me to see if the particles can be safely labelled as nano (or “demontech”) or if they are something else, like a seed, a piece of food, a thread, or something along those lines. I have been using the very basic electronic microscope for quite some time and, in my humble opinion, have become quite adept at making the distinction between what IS and what IS NOT “demontech”. However, those found in the bathtub, the shower cabin and that I have seen falling from my body can be nothing BUT nanotech - and these are used as the “gold” standard against other particles that drop off me all over the place. I wonder if I am slowly disintegrating (or, maybe not so slowly) …..

• Do I know what the purpose of these particles are?

• Do I understand the technology behind them?

• Do I understand how they assemble and become far larger?

• Do I understand anything about their properties and composition?

• Do I know anything about the science?

• Do I know where they are lodged in our bodies - nerves, muscles, tendons, hyperdermis, dermis, interstitial fluid, organs, bones or bloodstream, etc?

A resounding “NO”, to all of the above. I have a background in social sciences and it would make no sense to pretend to possess knowledge and experience that I certainly do not possess.

What do I strongly believe (and NOBODY will convince me otherwise):

- These particles are not the result of a 100% “natural” process - even if they build upon what is biological there is clearly human engineering involved.
- It is, in my view, being done for an extremely nefarious reason and without our consent - or else the evil psychopaths funding and developing this beastly technology would not conceal it from us.

Despite not being in any way an expert, by sharing my personal and amateurish observations it may help raise awareness.
And, that is ultimately my goal.

The scale of non-natural particles within ME, MYSELF and I is way beyond what I could have dreamt in my worst nightmares.

It´s AT LEAST 100 times worse!

I would go so far as to conjecture that we may have tens of thousands of these particles (size of at least 1mm) in our bodies. And when they are removed they continue to grow. I put a small container of particles next to sources of EMF and within 2-3 days they had grown significantly - no sum soil or natural warmth required!

How can I and everyone else (surely it is in all of us - if you’re older you may have accumulated more) feel normal with so much of this horrifically disgusting “demontech” in us?
And, many of the objects are very solid and sharp - so, is there a risk that we are slowly dying from one thousand cuts?

And, yes! I am all too aware that just because one feels well, does not mean that one IS, de facto, well. Our awareness and perceptions of “wellness” can also shift from moment “A” to moment “B”.

And, I haven´t taken ANY vaccine for over 30 years. But, in all honesty, my wife (with whom I remain) had two shots of the Pfizer mRNA CONvid vaccines around mid 2021. That´s a long and dramatic story for another time.

I also didn´t do ANY “CONvid” tests and barely ever wore a mask - maybe 30 min. in total in situations where I was not able to avoid it.

Finally, my objective is to not to stoke fear, but to raise awareness.

It is REALLY bad, and we have to face up to it.
Otherwise, we really don´t stand a chance.

It has been raining heavily in Portugal non-stop for well over a month.
But, that´s not really the news. The country has witnessed the worst winter storms of all time - first we had Leonardo storm/depression, immediately after we are hit with another one named Kristin and it was reported today that at least a third one is on the way. Portugal has never seen anything like this. There is apparently no end in sight.

Some regions experienced recorded winds as high as 209km - that´s quite powerful! The death toll has climbed to 10 people. One of the cities hit hardest was Leiria which is strange since it is located possibly 50 km or so from the coast where the storm set on Portugal - images of Leiria and the destruction below. As one can see, the forests surrounding Leiria were completely flattened - no exaggeration.

As I am writing I can hear the sounds of airplanes crossing the skies - certainly not passenger planes since those cannot be heard.

It´s not surprising that the city of Leiria is listed as being part of Smart Cities Network:

My take: what´s happening is everything but natural. Portugal and Leiria are just the most recent victims of the Global Mafia. Although the whole country has suffered the effects of these manufactured storms, Leiria and adjacent localities were clearly singled out as prime targets.

Sadly, 99.9% of the Portuguese think it´s just nature taking its course - other possibilities do not so much as cross their minds.

The Spanish newspaper "El Mundo" reported that Microsoft wanted to analyze the state of Iberian networks at a time when it announced an investment of 20 billion euros in Portugal and Spain in data centers to fuel the wave of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

20 billion Euros (almost 24 billion US dollars) is quite a large investment in countries that together have a population of roughly 50 million people.

Few people in Portugal are even aware of this meeting and it certainly didn´t get any prime time TV coverage.

The demons that are in control are hell bent on expanding data centers, expanding and strengthing electrical power grids, increasing the number of mega data centers so that their vision of a world controlled by AI can become a reality.

And, who´s going to stop them??

Bill Gates meets with the Minister of the Environment and the CEO of EDP.

Microsoft is preparing to invest in data centers in Iberia, but wants to know the state of the electricity grids and has released the conditions for investing in the two countries.

The founder of Microsoft met in Madrid with several business leaders and politicians. Among them were the Minister of the Environment, Maria da Graça Carvalho, and the CEO of EDP, Miguel Stilwell d’Andrade.

The central theme of the meeting was the Iberian grid, in particular the constraints and solutions to accelerate the energy transition and how to respond to the exponential increase in electrification, according to JE.

In response, the Minister of Environment and Energy confirmed her presence at the meeting, but assured that she did not discuss Microsoft’s investment plans in Portugal with Bill Gates. It was a meeting shrouded in secrecy – “El Mundo” called it a “secret summit” – as it was held behind closed doors and in accordance with Chatham House rules , which prohibit the disclosure of the content of messages, and the recipient, during the meeting.

The Ministry of Environment and Energy stated that the meeting was organized by Breakthrough Energy, not Microsoft, and that the tech company’s projects were “not discussed at any time.”

“The event did not involve any kind of secrecy and has not yet been publicly disclosed due to the serious train accident that occurred in Spain and out of respect for the national mourning declared there,” he added.

The meeting also included representatives from Microsoft, Iberdrola, and Redeia. The Spanish Minister for Ecological Transition, Sara Aagesen, was also expected at the meeting, but cancelled due to the train accident in the neighboring country, according to “El Mundo”.

In January 8 people died and in late December 2 had also died, bringing the total count to 10 sudden and unexpected deaths.

I live in a county with a about the same population size and, in my opinion, I would say 4 years would be needed (maybe more) for 10 sudden deaths to take place.

However, the physician Director of the Public Health Unit claims it´s nonsense to consider that these deaths may somehow be related to the C-19 lethal injections and even stated that he and his family were vaccinated for “safety reasons”.

He´d lose his job if he so much as insinuated that the vaccines may have contributed to the unexpected deaths and one can not realistically see him entertaining such an idea because he would be incriminating himeself and his professional class.

Sadly, the sudden deaths show no signs of decreasing - quite the opposite!

Portugal is the only country in Europe with excess mortality.

In one month, 2,600 more people died than expected, reports "Expresso," noting that Portugal is the only country with excess mortality in Europe.

The weekly newspaper writes in its online edition that "there have already been 30 consecutive days with a number of deaths above expected levels." It adds that the trend continued at the beginning of the new year, with January 2nd registering 540 deaths, which corresponds to "an excess mortality of 52%," and also on the 4th the number of deaths exceeded 500.

Citing the European mortality monitoring network ( EUROMOMO ), it is also stated that Portugal recorded "a very high excess mortality rate in the last week of the year, while in other countries there is no longer even a situation of excess deaths."[NOTE: I don´t believe that there is no excess deaths in other EU countries - they´re fidgeting with the numbers and statistics].

According to the latest report from the Directorate-General of Health (DGS), released on the 8th, Portugal has recorded an excess mortality rate of approximately 22% since the beginning of December, associated with the cold weather and the flu epidemic , with a proportional increase in deaths from respiratory diseases. The DGS and the National Institute of Health Dr. Ricardo Jorge (Insa) state that the recorded excess mortality is consistent with the epidemic phase of seasonal flu, with a higher incidence in older age groups, from 65 years onwards, particularly in the population aged 85 and over, which is more vulnerable to the combined effects of respiratory infections and extreme temperatures.

“Last year ended with 122,000 deaths (...) above the 116,000 recorded in 2024,” says “Expresso,” adding that in the month of December alone, 12,842 people died in 2025, compared to 10,939 in the previous year.

If we were to transpose these numbers to the reality in the USA it would come out to at least 83200 excess deaths just for the month of December 2025 - almost 3000 people per day!

I strongly believe Portugal is one of the most vaxxed and boosted countries in the world.

The Portuguese have learned the lesson and aren´t entirely distracted - many people have picked up on what is going and, as a result the number of people refusing quakcines has increased dramatically.

The Secretary-General of the Socialist Party (PS), José Luís Carneiro, urged the Government to explain why, up to December 29th of this year, there have been 1461 more deaths in Portugal than in the same period of 2024.

Speaking to reporters at the end of a visit to the Local Health Unit of Barcelos/Esposende, Carneiro stressed that "there have to be explanations".

“On December 29th of this year, we had 1461 more deaths detected and registered in the National Health Service. Now, there have to be explanations for why this is happening (...). It is very important that the Government and the Prime Minister, particularly the Prime Minister, can explain what the causes are,” he said.

The leader of the Socialist Party said that this data should not be used to create public alarm, but stressed the “duty to ask what is going wrong”.

“Did the care for the elderly in residential care facilities fail? Did the care in transporting these elderly people or in primary health care fail? Did the care for the elderly in accessing hospital emergency rooms fail? An explanation must be found,” he demanded.

Portugal is an very heavily vaxxed country - certianly among the countries with the highest vaccination rates in the world. The 1461 excess deaths for the month of December only accounted for deaths registered up to and including Dec. 29. We can expect that after all the reporting has been filed and included days 30 and 31 of December the number of excess deaths in December 2025 when compared with 2024 (which already was extremely high) will reach at least 1600 deaths.

Portugal has an estimated population of 10.4 million, the USA 335 million. Roughly 32 times higher population in the USA. Therefore, if one were to transport these number to the US reality it would translate into, at least, 51200 excess deaths in just ONE MONTH! And, as mentioned, the excess deaths in Portugal, in December of 2024, when compared to 2019 (year before SCAMdemic) suffered an increase of roughly 20%.

But, notice how the politicians point out a number of potential explanations to the press, except the most obvious one. It´s the third rail.

If this isn´t a genocide/democide, than what is?
