Hello there,

In most people’s eyes, today I taught a class, drank some coffee, wrote marketing copy, planned another workshop, and worked on a project.

That’s a pretty normal Wednesday in the life of a small business owner.

But that’s not the Wednesday that I lived in.

Today I taught people how to make a Honey Jar, (casting my own spell while I did it) and drank be-spelled coffee. Then Prince Charming unexpectedly rode into an email, making me laugh and see the world a bit differently. I started to prepare a class on making an ordinary item magical. Oh! And next I am starting to write a manual for an entire world.

That was MY Wednesday.

Same day, same list, different telling.

Some may roll their eyes and say that I am bypassing, or putting a prettier story on an ordinary day. And I can see why you might think that.

They also might say that it is easier for me because I am already doing magical stuff. And I can see why you might think that too.

It’s so much more beautiful and intentional than that.

When you decide how you are going to tell the story about your reality - the day you just lived, for example - you may start out feeling a bit silly or clunky or like you are making things up. But stick with it…

Because when you know you want to be able to tell a more beautiful or magical or interesting or adventurous or healthy or wealthy or abundant or silly or wonderful story, you begin to go IN differently. You notice different things.

Your eye is drawn to the things that match the lens you want to tell it through.

And this isn’t about telling someone ELSE the story; it’s about the story you are living.

When you decide ahead the story you want to tell, you begin to make different choices because you’re now participating in that version of Wednesday, not the other one.

You might still see a challenge as a challenge, but now you also get to name the road through it.

There are less and less coincidences and more and more of courses.

You are always always ALWAYS creating your reality. When you decide on the story you are telling, the telling starts affecting the teller.

And then the teller goes back out and affects Reality.

And then you discover that on what some might see as an ordinary Wednesday your life has become the creative life you always dreamed of living.

This morning I was kickboxing (I KNOW!) and the instructor had us do a curtsy lunge followed by a kick.

Hilarity ensued. That, my friend, was a balance learning curve in action!

Nowhere else in the whole world would a curtsy be followed by a kick. While I was doing it I wondered if it should be - lol - then I realized that it was a perfect moment in the journey.

I have spent so many years being good. Nice. Well behaved. Even when to the outside world it appeared I was rebelling, I was still doing it within the confines of getting that gold star at the end. I was VERY good at curtsy-ing.

And for awhile I vilified ‘good’. I made being rebellious or bad, better. Even though I now see that I am kind, empathetic, curious about people, and basically ‘good’ - if a little fierce, quite direct, and always wanting more.

But those things aren’t ‘bad’, are they?

Maybe it’s not that we need to redefine or change ‘good.’ Maybe we don’t have to throw out all that is soft and kind and respectful and resourceful about us because we think it’s limiting us -

MAYBE it’s that we need to redefine or change ‘bad.’

When I stopped thinking that being fierce, wanting more, challenging what’s assumed to be right, asking questions, or even being direct was ‘bad’, that was when I discovered that my need to rebel, that underlying need to gnaw through the bars and run away, the rippling-under-the-surface-but-never-really-admitted-to resentment started to dissolve.

What if freedom, I thought, doesn’t come from letting myself be bad instead of good all of the time?

What if freedom, it turns out, means a little bit more? (With apologies to Dr. Suess.)

And hang on a moment… when did we agree to the OR?

To be a whole person; a whole, beautiful, free, strong, soft, magical, curious, imaginative, caring, loving, kind, fierce, respectful and resourceful person, it takes putting the kick with the curtsy - the magic with the mundane. It requires us to take back what we have been told is good or bad about us and bring it all back into a single definition: safe.

Because - if we are a part of this wild and wonderful Universe, part of the Divine having some kind of human experience - then there really can’t be anything wrong with who we really are.

Can there.

I have been in conversation with a creator who is attempting to sell me his system.

And I am not hesitating because what he has made isn’t good, or helpful. I’m hesitating because I am not sure that I will actually USE the product.

Isn’t that weird? This man has something I think could genuinely help me and THAT is not actually the decision I’m making. I’m actually trying to decide if I am willing to add the shame blame and guilt of not doing this thing, or wanting to do this thing and putting it off to my pile of other terribly helpful things that I am not doing.

The wild thing is that the pile is so big for one reason and one reason alone: putting off and avoiding doing the things that are actually mine to do.

I believe that we are sent here to human camp with a suitcase full of us. And when we arrive we forget that we are wildly powerful and magical, but our Source made sure that we not only had what we needed, but we had an internal guidance system that would keep us on the path to what it is that we are here to do in this lifetime:

Our desires.

But life taught us that our desires were not, in fact, HOLY, but were shameful, weird, wrong, or even unimportant.

So then we spend years looking for our purpose and meaning and wondering why we are always seeking something.

I believe that we won’t actually feel peace or freedom or anything we think we are missing until we re-align with and follow that original system.

Every single course/ program/ product that you buy is an answer for you. It is.

I could probably go and open a course I bought five years ago and change something in my life this afternoon.

IF - and this is a big IF - I look at that course, that product, or that program through the lens of what I actually WANT and then do the Thing.

The ways that we learned to ignore or quiet or manage our desires made sense when we started using them. They were exactly the right decision when we were small. They kept us whole and safe and loved. But, just like rotary phones, Betamax players, 8-tracks, and the Thigh Master, maybe it’s time that we re-evaluated the mechanics of our decision-making paradigm and updated a few things.

The challenge is that we have gotten so used to hedging our wants, or shelving our desires, or ignoring the needs, that our to-do pile is bananas. And so is our list of Very Good Reasons for not showing up for the one or two things that actually really deeply matter to us.

I ask you to imagine, just for a moment, that every woman you know - EVERY SINGLE ONE - stops questioning her worth, her readiness, her magic, her ability, or whether or not she should do something and instead follows the one single nagging desire that she knows is hers to do.

What do you think would happen then?

That’s my biggest desire. That’s MY biggest wish: that every single woman does her Thing. That she listens to the holy yes inside of her and takes a single step right now towards the magical purpose that she came in with.

Why? Because I also believe that we are here in the biggest in-cahoot ever. I believe that we are interconnected in marvellous and unfathomable ways. I know that you doing YOU is going to ripple out and connect with another person and another and pretty soon the world can’t help but become everything we dream it could.

And yes, it all starts with you - one person - finally doing the damn thing already.

I want to live in a world full of women who DO the thing.

So I am creating one.

I Am a Writer.

I can say that now.

After all, I have written every single day for 9 years.

It’s what I claimed for myself 3287 days ago, because it was what I wanted the most.

I didn’t realize then that what I wanted the most was actually to be my most self-y self. But this was the way to that. Thank you past me.

I had started and stopped dozens (millions?) of times before that. (Enough times that I'd stopped believing in myself.) I had tried Morning Pages, and innumerable 12 week or 21 day practices, but I had always stopped somewhere after day 3.

Here is what I wrote 8 years ago today:

“So there I was on the 27th of July, 2017, wondering for the millionth time what was wrong with me and why I couldn’t just do what I set out to do. All I wanted to do was show up for another 30 day writing practice that one of my books told me would change my life but I couldn’t. Other people seem to be able to show up and to do things over and over again, why not me?

Not getting any answers from my own muddled psyche, I decided to take this question to my Guides. (I have to tell you that I rarely do this and when I do I rarely get an answer. I am not someone who sees her Guides or can visualize, so I must have been desperate to try.) I sat down and did one of my own guided meditations and actually had the sense of sitting at the feet of one of my Guides. Desperate, I asked them what was wrong with me?

My answer? “Stop f*cking around and show up.”

I guess I asked for it! And they meant it, because over the next 24 hours, I saw or heard or read the first three words four more times. “Stop f*cking around…”

The next morning I counted up and discovered that it was then 90 days until my birthday, so I told myself to show up at the page for those 90 days. And it did it. I did it. I didn’t even Instagram Day One. Inexplicably, I showed up every single day for 90 days. I just did it.

When I got to 90 days, I discovered that I didn’t want to stop. I wanted to keep going to see where else I could go, so I kept writing. And kept writing. And kept writing.

And here I am, NINE years later, still writing.

It’s this: You don’t show up for 90 days, or 9 years. You never look at that destination in the mirror. Ever.

EVER.

Looking at something as something you have to do forever changes the game completely.

The secret to showing up every day is to show up today. Just today. And do it, no matter what.

I have written in airports and airplanes, before and after funerals, at 4am during my retreats, with 102 temperature, and in the darkness when I woke up with a fright that I had forgotten.

No. Matter. What.

Because even now, 9 years later, I still - this week - thought, ugh, maybe it’s time to stop. I don’t feel like it today.

Spoiler: I wrote anyway.

Today, now, is the only place with power. It’s the only place ANY decision matters. It’s the only place you can make change from, and it’s the only place you can make magic.

THEONLYPLACE.

My dear friend Lindsay regularly reminds me of the magic in cycles and numbers, and so thanks to her I realized that today isn’t just 9 years of doing something. 9 is the completion of a cycle. It’s reaching home plate.

And tomorrow is the beginning of a new game.

A month or so ago - on the cusp of this moment - I had an incredible clarity about Who I Am, and what magic and life truly is. As I was walking along a road I know well, I truly claimed what I know. I see now that this was to be the beginning of a new cycle.

Recently I wondered why I had wobbled so much in the past days. Until this morning when I remembered that me who wanted nothing more than to finally let myself claim WRITER. I had wobbled. Ten million times. But each wobble was followed by a move closer to choosing to show up and write.

And then to the me who has shown up every day for 9 years. There were so many wobbles in there, but I stuck to the PRACTICE of showing up (because really that is the practice, more than the writing.

Once you show up, doing the writing - or the thing you want - is inevitable.)

And so to the me now, who has vivid clarity, who has walked the path, and who is both completing one and beginning a new cycle, I honour each and every decision to show up today.

Thank you.

I am committing to a whole new level of I AM - to a whole new level of magic - and to letting myself see that I have nine whole years to see this through.

I’m not stopping. And I’m not saying I’ve got nine years of doing this ahead of me.

I’m just showing up today, imperfectly but excited to see what I am truly capable of.

And that’s the magic.

If you are remotely into astrology you will have seen that right now - yesterday and today - there is a once-in-a-something-or-other planetary alignment.

What is it? Four of the big outer planets are all in 4 degrees of the sign they are in, and they are placed in such a way in the ‘wheel’ that when you draw a line in between them, they make a basket.

What does that mean? Well I am NOT an astrologer, so if you want to know more about the astrology, then there are a zillion people talking about this on line.

But that overwhelmed me, so I decided to look at all of this as simply and as metaphorically as possible.

Outer planets are ones that take a LONG time to do a circuit. Like, years and years in some cases. So their influence is less about what’s going to happen today and more about what’s happening to everyone over a while.

Add this looong term view to the metaphor of the basket -

Baskets just ask to be filled, and carried, and delighted in.

So the magic I am doing and the magic I offer you today is:

Fill the basket.

Imagine yourself walking through a magical market. There are stalls selling everything you can imagine.

Purpose in jars.

A trip to Greece between the pages of a notebook.

A great love story penned on a scroll that smells of cinnamon.

Peppers that spice up your decisions (in a good way).

Lavender that is bespelled to make you luckier.

Baguettes baked with abundant ideas.

Auspicious timing sold as wristwatches.

Anything you want is here. Anything you desire for yourself can be found here.

Wander the stalls. Charm the vendors. Taste the samples and wonder whether they are truly for you.

Some things won’t be.

Go back around -

Is there a stall you’ve walked past three times because it frightens you?

Is there something so beautiful but so strange that you haven’t let yourself touch it?

What smell is enticing you towards it?

...let things be a message from a you you don’t know yet.

When you feel the yes that is holy, put the thing in your basket.

Don’t come back until you have a basket full of promise and potential and things that make you grin with delight.

Then do a spell.

Light a candle. (Safely)

Write in your journal as if everything in your basket is true now. Claim it. Eat or drink or read or step into it. Put on the scarf that brings creativity. Feel that that magical item has become a part of you.

Journal it out. LET YOURSELF HAVE IT NOW. Allow no ifs ands or buts to join. Not for this.

And then sit and bask. Read the words out loud to yourself.

And then - think about all of the other people who have read this, the ones who WILL do the spell and the ones who won’t. And expand your level of goodness out to meet with everyone who also desires this full basket for themselves.

Wish it for all.

May everyone have a full basket today.

May everyone know what they truly desire today.

May everyone feel safe in that desire today.

May everyone allow themselves to have their desires in their own imaginations today.

May the ripple of those met desires reach out and expand what we know is possible for us.

May the rest of my life include a full basket.

May we all move from a full basket.

May the world be changed today, in the best possible ways.

I am the magic. I claim and allow it now.

It’s a million degrees in many places right now, and Ontario, Canada is right up there. (It’s actually cooler where I usually live in Costa Rica today.)

So the other night, I decided to go for a walk about an hour and a half before sunset.

I have had the most amazing… year? Years? But the last few months have brought a clarity of self-ness that has changed me right down to my bones.

Magic, making magic, living a life of magic, animism, and being in-cahoots with God, the Divine, and really the whole UNIVERSE have always been guiding lights for me, but a few weeks ago in my daily writing, I realized that it wasn’t just something I did or wanted or loved, it was something I AM.

I had just never accepted that level of possibility of feeling before.

But this clarity did something I had given up on: feeling truly passionately obsessed with something. I had heard about obsessed from lots of hashtag-loving people, but even though I had love and desire, I hadn’t been hashtag obsessed with anything since… maybe ever?

So on this walk, I was walking in this not-new-actually-the-oldest-one-I-have identity. Committed to collaboration. The sun sets slowly this time of year here, and I was at a point where I had to make a decision to turn around, or to keep going the longer way. I didn’t exactly ask the question, I just lived the wonder.

As I came up to a t-junction, a grey pickup truck drove slowly almost past the intersection, and then made a deep u-turn and drove back in the direction it had come from.

I laughed, and winked back at the Universe, and made my own u-turn.

Why does this matter? Because we are always being shown a mirror, if we are willing to look into it.

In the weeks that followed my writing clarity, I came to understand identity work in a way that I hadn’t before.

It’s not about being something, or pretending to be something, or wanting or desiring or manifesting anything. It’s about knowing who you are at your essence so clearly that you just know that I AM.

I’ve got a bit of, ugh, can I actually write that? as I write that.

Does your own insidious no show up whenever you get close to something that really matters?

I have figured out why.

Because there is no mirror you can see your face in.

I know you thought I was going to say it’s because of training or stories or beliefs or insert everything you have already been taught here.

That’s way too easy and way too disempowering an answer for you.

When you begin to step into what is you, it will always ALWAYS be at an edge. It will ALWAYS feel like an abyss, or a threat, or something to feel anxious about. You will ALWAYS not feel ready.

And you will be right. Your fears are valid. Your no is saving you.

Because your you-ness has no path.

And no path is terrifying to your soft, vulnerable, fragile human self.

But this is what my 25+ years of living, breathing, and working with magic has taught me.

There actually IS a mirror. There actually IS a map and a path.

It’s just not one that looks like you think it should.

We have been taught that we must follow the map.

Follow this map and you will get where I am. Follow these instructions and you will get to where I have been. Trust me, you’ll love it there.

So we follow people with a whiff (or a lot) of what we want, and we wonder why we feel lost, unsatisfied, or why we then stop following their guidance even though we know that if we follow it, it WILL bring us to the place we think we want.

I talked to a client yesterday and we talked about feeling the need to gnaw through the bars to get free. From what??

From a life that just doesn’t feel like us. No matter how many times we have set off with a good map.

So what can you do? You marvellous seeker. You beautiful creator. You believer-in-magic you?

You realize that the Universe is YOUR map.

And that magic is YOUR mirror.

Neville Goddard wrote: “Signs follow, they do not precede.”

When we decide what we want, or who we are, our whole job is to take the first step.

That edge you have been dancing on is the key you have been looking for.

You have placed approximately ten zillion orders with the Universe in your lifetime.

That is probably a low estimate.

Your muchness/ your you-ness is precious to that Universe. Your desires are guideposts at the edges of the uncharted territory you are supposed to map.

The step that is offered to you right now, ready or not, will take you off of the map, but now you know that that means that you are being supported and guided and you are closer than you have ever been to everything you have ever wanted.

Because you won’t find what you want on someone else’s map.

A sign is evidence that you have already become more of Who You Are.

So bless the fear and move anyway.

The Universe will show you who you are.

From my wild twin to yours - xomeghan

Six weeks ago I got back to Costa Rica and discovered that my Lotus Wei order had come in. This might sound like an easy thing to do to anyone who doesn’t live here, so if you don’t, just know that getting those bottles here is a very very big deal.

Since then I have hoarded them like dragon gold.

This morning I looked at my little sculpture of potential and I wondered why I hadn’t opened the bottles yet? Why wasn’t I leaping into the magic with both feet? Not only was it work to get them here, but I had spent AGES deciding which ones to buy. And yet there they sat.

Full disclosure? I have had the bottle of Icelandic Moss Elixir for a very very long time. Long enough that they don’t even have it in stock on the website anymore (which triggers a whole new stress pattern because when it’s gone, it’s gone.)

Why haven’t I used it yet?

Can you relate? Do you hoard possibility like dragon gold? Do you save things for ‘good’ or until you are ‘ready’?

When I decided that today was the day, I actually hesitated to open the bottles. And so I sat myself down and had a good long look. I realized that I am afraid of them.

Or most honestly, I am afraid of myself with them.

What if I don’t stick with it?

What if I don’t make any changes and am disappointed - again?

Or - and here is the biggest, weirdest, wonkiest of them all:

What if I do make these changes? What if I allow my full amazingness out?

What if I show up in the world as uninhibited and as effortless and as bold and determined as these are offering me? What then?

What will people THINK if I show up in the way that this magic is promising?

Am I ready for that?

And so the bottles sit, unopened. The magic contained and left as dreams, as wonderings, as pure potential.

And of course they are not alone. They are just labelled. There are other possibilities on my desk and in my closet and on my hard drive and in my heart that are just easier to ignore.

What if…. used to be so much easier than I AM.

Today I realized that it’s not anymore.

It’s just not.

My favourite Lotus Wei scent (so far) is in a bottle called Full Bloom. (It’s glorious. I recommend it.)

What will people think if I show up Full Bloom?

A full bloom is admired because of its beauty, but people rarely stop to think that it’s only there because of all of the growth that has happened to the flower along the way.

The magic that has to happen first is what I think. What I can handle. Who I know I AM.

That’s the magic.

All anything you are drawn to - Lotus Wei included - is is a big giant oracle telling you what you want the most; who you already are but just haven’t allowed to bloom yet.

It’s a decision we have to make.

Today I am opening the bottles. I’m committing to the blooming process.

I’m still afraid, but I am doing it anyway. I’ll get ready on the way.

I read something today about how with the use of AI we are - not so slowly - forgetting how WE think, how WE write, and how WE create.

That’s terrifying.

Because I live for people’s creativity. I love - LOVE - a good weirdo. SARK’s purple hand-written words were life-changing for me. And e.e. cummings’ use of language opened my imagination to a life beyond rules.

Human creativity creates space for other humans to believe that being creative is possible.

Yesterday I read a preview of a book I have been looking forward to. And realized in the first three paragraphs that the author had had AI help her write it.

If you pay attention, you can hear it in the cadence: brief sentence, brief sentence, IMPORTANT LINE. And there are words that are used a lot, like ‘quiet’ as an adjective.

And it’s now a really normal way to speak and sell - because it’s EASY.

Don’t get me wrong, I have been using AI a little - there is a lot of support to be had there. I even tried it for my sales emails for awhile, but no matter what I put in, to my ears it sounded... ordinary.

Yes, it’s easier to plunk in a whole bunch of stuff and say, “write me a five email sales sequence” but when I read those emails back, all easier was doing was diluting my frequency.

And I believe that us transmitting our own frequency is the whole point. Our actual purpose.

So when I use AI to write to you, you aren’t getting full potency MEGHAN MAGIC, you are getting filtered three - or more - times magic.

It’s like smelling a rose, or smelling a rose-scented air freshener. Yes, the second one is easier, but how much potency, magic, & essence have we lost?

Our imaginations were already wildly under attack before this. It was rare that we had to imagine anymore. Being creative for creative’s sake without using Pinterest to find a template was going the way of the dinosaur. Daydreaming has been largely usurped by scrolling.

But for those of us who love words, who believe in magic, and who know that our choices matter, this is a time to rebel. Write magic, my friends. Ask questions. Remember how YOU write. Stare into the blue blue sky without filling the time with anything else. Remember your own cadence; your own word choice. Make those choices as consciously as possible.

And when it comes time to transmit the frequency of you, remember the wild rose. Be potent. Real. Tangled. Imperfect. Glorious. Ungovernable.

Whether you use AI or not is irrelevant. Even more so because we DO use it so much, the time has come to protect what matters most. Care for your unique creativity and your personal magic like the precious treasures - maybe even the point of life, the Universe and everything - that they are.

It’s time to learn to trust yourself again.

Remember printing out directions from MapQuest? Or even using (gasp) paper maps?

You get an intuitive nudge and you think, I really want to go to Paris. But you don’t know how to get to Paris (and there’s more than one!), so you go to buy a map.

But when you are there you think, that’s not practical, I should want to go somewhere closer.

So you buy a map that goes to Practicalville instead.

Then you get home and you spread out the map on your kitchen table, and you think, YES! I’ll get ready to go, and you make a list of what to pack, and you start to prepare.

And a few days later you think, ugh, what’s wrong with me, why can’t I just focus on packing?

And a week goes by and you think, why am I so undisciplined? That map is still on the table and I haven’t done A THING.

A few days after that, you fold up the map and tuck it away under some books, and the next time you are out you buy another map to another place - that isn’t Paris - and you get home, excited, and think: this time it’ll be different. This time I will follow through.

And you make a list of everything that you could do to get you to the new place.

And that map gets dusty.

And you stack on other reasons to be hard on yourself.

And you wonder what you are missing?

And you never ever let yourself want to go anywhere - especially Paris - because you can’t even be trusted to go to Practicalville so why on earth would you let yourself buy yourself a map to PARIS?

…

You’re not missing something.

You just don’t let yourself want what you want - not even in the safety of your own imagination.

It shows up for a second, clear and alive. And then you start adjusting it.

You think about time. Money. Other people. What makes sense.

And just like that…

it’s gone.

You adjusted it so what you want fit into what you already know.

So it made sense in the life you already have.

So you could live with it and not dream into it. Not let it change you. Not let it call you into something new.

That’s why it all feels a bit flat, no matter how much you “do.”

You don’t get to Paris by forcing yourself to go to Practicalville.

You get to Paris by finally letting yourself go there - in your own imagination (at first!)

In this world, in this time, there is truly nothing more important than setting yourself free first. Because when we are unlimited, so are the answers available to us.

Today I created a space for a potent kind of magic.

In the quieter way things sometimes arrive when they’ve been asking to be made for a long time, I finally opened a door that had been there all along.

For years now, I’ve known that I really come alive when my work is spoken out loud, when it’s shared in real time. I do my best work when I’m teaching, when I’m in conversation with what’s alive, when I’m letting something move through me rather than trying to make it perfect or sound just right. That’s when the magic I care about truly happens - through me, not from me.

So I made a place for that.

It happens to be a YouTube channel, but what it really feels like to me is a room where the fire is already lit. A place where we can talk about a grounded, lived kind of magic - the kind that invites you to inhabit your life, your muchness, your YOU more fully.

This is where I’ll be sharing small transmissions, stories, and things I’m practicing and learning in real time. Sometimes there will be teachings here that might otherwise have lived inside a course or a workshop. It will always be me at my best, serving you at yours, without the rush or the performance.

My hope is that you come and visit on a Sunday. Bring the tea, or the coffee, or the cacao. I’ll bring whatever is moving through me that week, and we’ll spend a little time together remembering what’s possible - and maybe even shaping our corner of reality with a little more magic.

In my beloved Faeries’ Oracle by Brian Froud, there is a card called, “A Collective of Pixies.”

I might have shared about them before because I love them so much.

When they appear in a reading, my question is always the same,

“What do you got to do?”

Because the book says,

“A pixie’s gotta do what a pixie’s gotta do, and one of those things is a pixie has to do is dance. It has to be done, so that the flowers will grow and fruit, the grass will do it’s photosynthesis thing, the trees will put down their roots properly, and other processes will proceed in their proper time, at their proper pace. The pressure of the pixie’s energetic little etheric feet may even be what helps to keep the world turning at the right speed - at least, they claim it does. (I know that physicists claim differently, but who would you rather believe? Besides, physicists keep changing their minds about things, and pixies have done this dance forever and the world has kept on turning, hasn’t it? All the physicists do, anyway, is to explain how the pixies’ dance works, not who does it.)”

It might not seem important that there are little feet dancing right now, it might not seem important that you get a nudge to bake a loaf of bread, or write a letter (ooh, I am dating myself there), or wear those earrings you never wear but that make you feel like a million bucks, but what if it IS?

What if it is WILDLY important that you do those things? Like: keep the world turning at its right speed important?

Because what is the world if not totally upside down right now, and what are we if not largely disconnected from following our truest selves?

Could they be connected? Hmmmm…?

There is so much out there right now about getting us to want, to consume, to be angry, to see the divisions, to buy, and to be separate. Look down at your phone or your tablet and let that be company, inspiration, a way to numb out, and the answers to all of your problems.

Don’t wonder for long. Seek the answer immediately from an unbodied collection of components. Don’t seek. Don’t allow discomfort. Worry. All of the time.

We are learning - or have already learned - to trust immediacy over intuition.

But what if the Universe made us to wonder on purpose? What if wondering made us move in ways that matter? What if following the impulse in the real world was what did our little bit of keeping the world turning at its right speed?

What if unfollowed true intuition is what is creating the stagnation and the wonkery we are feeling in our bodies, our minds, and our world?

What if your whole job is to be you? And not GRAND PURPOSE you, but listening-to-the-small-voice-within-you. The you who’s got to dance. The you who’s got to create. The you who’s got to write? The you who wonders whether turning right here instead of left might be interesting.

What if those small listenings and actions, added up, on a global scale, are exactly what will free us?
