Last week, I intended on opening up the monthly DRAGON EGG sound journey on Thursday, Aug. 20th, but my energies in relation to this full moon and eclipse were making me wobble. I was strongly guided to cleanse my body in the ocean first, which led me to drive out to the Outer Banks, North Carolina, for three days and do what I needed to prepare for this very special sound activation to open up the waters from the Womb to the Heart on the Nile River, Egypt.

For those of you who are new to my world, the DRAGON EGG is an 8-month guided inner journey to activate your Rainbow Dragon Light Body and rebirth yourself into your new timeline next spring. In this process, we are traveling to various waters in specific times to access the mineral and energetic information that is supporting us to open up our energy bodies, one layer at a time.

I am facilitating this felt experience through my singing voice, guided visualization, tuning fork frequencies, and my ceremonial drum. This experience is open to healers and energy facilitators as well as those who are sensitive to subtle energies and are looking for support while moving through a life transition or consciousness opening. All that is required is your intention for yourself and the openness to feel and explore your felt and psychic senses.

Traveling up the Nile River, the High Dam of Aswan, & the Temple of Isis

When I initially opened up the container for the DRAGON EGG in early July, I didn’t know where we’d be traveling. I scanned the planet remotely and asked the map to show me where we are going. For the Nile River activation, I was guided to a very small slice of the Nile River that begins at the High Dam of Aswan and flows north up to a small village called Nagel-Gulab.

Only after facilitating last Sunday did I start connecting the dots of the importance of this activation for those who are called to it.

Upon deeper geohistorical research, I learned that the Temple of Isis, the goddess of fertility, healing, magic, and death, was built on the Island of Philae in that stretch of the Nile River that turns into Lake Nasser. The temple was built starting between 380–362 BCE with the main temple and core structures largely built between 280–260 BCE. People from all over came to practice ritual and worship the goddess up until around 550 CE, when the Catholic church gradually took over and defaced parts of the temple.

This temple of was strategically built at the base or womb of Egypt, where later on the city of Aswan served as a major trading post and southern border between Egypt and Nubia.

Fast forward to 1902, when the Low Dam of Aswan was built, causing a major flooding that inundated the temple. During the 1960s, the High Dam of Aswan was built and threatened the complete destruction of the temple, as water levels rose significantly during six months of the year.

In order to save the Temple of Isis, UNESCO led its relocation stone by stone from Philae Island to Agilkia Island between 1972 and 1980, elevating it by 20 meters.

Importance of the Nile River activation

This DRAGON EGG activation was facilitated on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026, and the space was held by the amplification of the triangle of three medicine women, Sophia Delphina, Connie Magee, and myself – maiden, mother, and crone. It was significant to have these two powerful medicine women with me, as they also support women and men in their own rebirthing processes through bodywork, sound healing, herbs, and plant medicine.

We were assisted by the location near the Atlantic Ocean that I was guided to, at a home with a beautiful date tree in the backyard, supporting the energy of fertility and Womb, and two laurel trees in the front yard, connecting us with the energies of wisdom, peace, and eternal life.

Side note: The date of this activation felt significant as well, as I found on the internet that legend has it that the last Egyptian hieroglyphs ever were inscribed on August 24, 394 CE. The ancient hieroglyphs wouldn’t be decoded until the Rosetta Stone was discovered 1400 years later. I found it interesting that I was guided to open the space on August 23rd.

While the energies and secrets held at the Temple of Isis were altered and lost through the Church’s defamation of the temple as well as the purported relics that were hidden when the temple was relocated in the 1970s, as humans, we have an energetic connection to this fertile cradle of civilization through the memories in our bones and DNA.

What Connie, Sophia, and I discovered was actually a blockage within the mid-spine that was artificially created through the construction of the High Dam of Aswan, a hydroelectric dam, that obstructed the flow of water running down the spine, through the Womb space/Root energy center, and up to the Heart center.

Most people don’t realize how connected our bodies really are to the planet, and it is true that there have been manmade interferences on the earth that have affected the free flow of energetic access within our bodies. As we are activating and opening up our own energy flow through the information held within waters, we are also restoring the greater energetic coherence on the planet.

This activation is all about restoring the waters of our Temple of fertility within the Womb and connecting that energetic passageway up to the Heart.

The way I see the energy held within the Temple of Isis is not about worshipping a goddess or anything like that. It is about connecting with and restoring the energy of the Feminine that has long since been suppressed, altered, and relocated. To me, Isis is an intelligence of frequency that shows up as a beam of silver light that holds characteristics of feminine nature connected to motherhood, fertility, transformation, and magic. If you choose to work with this stream of energy, it is simply there to remind you of energies that are innately a part of yourself.

People either have open or closed energy fields – this is a concept from Human Design, a way of mapping out the template of someone’s unique energy signature.

If you’re open, you can feel, sense, and know the energies around you and often remotely in a multi-sensory way. You can pick up on others’ pain, fears, anger, sadness, joy, and love. This goes far beyond human emotions. It can include others’ traumas, disharmonic frequencies from EMF, radio waves, and satellites, or trauma on the land or in a space that hasn’t been cleared or resolved.

You feel things viscerally and sometimes mistaken the thoughts and emotions as your own. It can bring about frustration, chaos, and distress when you don’t know where it’s coming from and how to shift into a state of wellbeing. Your instinct is to go through your arsenal of coping strategies and try to figure out where it’s coming from in your mind. This only creates a clusterstorm of more thoughts.

If you have a closed field, your perceptual reality is only able to perceive what is yours. There is no right or wrong way to be. These are just two aspects of a unique energetic template that each of us have. There are advantages and disadvantages to both.

If you’re reading this, you probably have an open field. I’ve made an executive decision to throw the word “empath” in the trash because it comes with a cultural connotation that empathy is a lifelong struggle and something to “fix.” I’m going to replace it with “energy ninja.”

When it comes to the monkey mind of someone who can pick up and ride the wave of collective thought forms or the thought forms of others, I want to break down what is really happening and why.

So you’re like a satellite dish unconsciously picking up the emotions, traumas, fears, and distortions of others. All of those energies carry a frequency or band of frequencies.

When an energy ninja grows up in an environment or family system that contains unresolved trauma, love entanglements, violence, or abuse, their frequency entrains with those patterns of disharmony, and they often create compensation patterns to self-regulate and feel safe and stable in the world.

It’s never 100% successful, and as a result, they move into adulthood carrying the same disharmonic patterns of entrainment in their energy field that attract similar people and circumstances, but with different stories. Each experience is an opportunity to resolve the disharmonic “noise” within the field, but until they reach a certain level of spiritual maturity, exhaustion, or both are they willing and ready to resolve it at its core.

Like frequencies amplify with other like frequencies. If there is a disharmonic song playing in your energy field – even if it’s been deeply suppressed – you will continue to attract uncomfortable opportunities where you can either choose to amplify that song or change the radio station for yourself.

• Resolving your own disharmony is just one step that will change the energies that you’re interacting with.

• Energy hygiene is another key. Keeping your energy field and personal space clean and clear helps you to cultivate and amplify your own energy. Giving yourself permission to take up space and bathe in your own creative essence is one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself.

• Practicing discernment of what energies are yours and releasing the rest is a key ninja skill that you will learn over time, and shifting your energy into greater coherence will become easier and faster.

None of these practices are a quick fix to your discomfort when you are a ninja at picking up on personal and planetary turmoil going on. It takes daily practice, finding what works for you, and building the neural networks that create patterns of positive reinforcement. As you practice, not only does your energy field become more coherent, – you can hold more of your own light and harmonic sound within the mandala of your unique geometries, – but your neurological circuitry forms and reinforces new harmonic patterns that make it easier and easier to connect to higher states of consciousness and wellbeing.

I’ve been coaching highly sensitive ninjas like myself since 2013, and I want to give you my favorite visualizations and techniques to shift your energy in the moment, do a deeper clean with your energy hygiene practice, and get to the root cause.

At the bottom of the page, paid subscribers will find a link to download a powerful guided frequency attunement (20-minute mp3 recording) to release negative thoughts forms, reconnect at the root center, and dissolve psychic interference. What came through was an emphasis on releasing sadness, shame, and guilt. You can listen to this recording any time you need support to help you clear negative thoughts and plug back in to the earth.

Shifting Your Energy in the Moment

These are the simplest ways that I shift my energy in the moment when I’m feeling the discomfort of someone or something else. The key is to be willing to stop focusing your energy on that thing and release your attachment from the emotion, pain, confusion, disorientation, or someone else’s issue – however this shows up for you.

1. Move into a new environment and put on an uplifting song.

2. Find something beautiful and focus on all of its qualities that you appreciate.

3. Move your body. Listen to your body’s desire to move and allow the energy to flow through you. It often helps to make noises to express it. The key is not attaching stories or interpretations to the energy. By just allowing it to be what it is and express itself, it will change.

4. Grab a piece of paper and some colored pencils or markers and scribble. This transforms the thoughts into colors and forms and helps you disconnect from meaning making. Let all the feelings and sensations flow out of you with colors.

If you have at least or 5-10 minutes for reflection. These take a little bit more ninja finesse.

5. Ask the question, What is this person or situation here to teach me? Take a few minutes in silence and listen for the answer with curiosity.

6. Rather than amplifying the uncomfortable thought or feeling, imagine that there is a part of you holding that experience with kindness and love. Maybe it’s not even yours, but that’s OK. When you can hold it and say, I see that you’re hurting, you’ll naturally start to notice it shift into something else or release it if it’s not yours. I often feel my heart energy expand when I do this, and a new perspective or awareness arises in me.

Energy Hygiene & Practicing Discernment

The New Age loves sage and palo santo smudging, and while those allies can help with clearing energetic dust bunnies out of a space, it can be even more effective to direct your intention to clear and reset your energy with the following techniques:

1. Grounding is one of the best ways to reset the polarity of your energy field. Putting your bare feet on the earth connects you to negative electrons that balance and counteract all of your exposure to positive ions through electronics, air, and other frequency waves. You can image yourself in a pillar of light or as a tree with roots coming out of your feet and intend to drain any energy that is not serving you deep down into the earth to compost. Connect to the earth’s energy grid that is most beneficial to you and draw up resources from the earth to fill your cup.

   1. Some people sleep with a grounding mat on their beds. While some people have told me that it doesn’t make a difference, I find it helpful for myself. It might be something to try out yourself and see if it helps you.

2. Cleansing intentionally with water. Washing your hands or showering with the intention of cleansing your energy is a simple and effective way to stay clean and clear. If you have access to a natural spring or ocean to plunge into, even better!

3. Creating crystal grids in your home. I do this with a stone called ‘noble’ or ‘elite’ shungite (same stone), which is protective for EMF frequencies and clears negative energies. [Note: Do not use any other form of shungite, as it does not protect from EMF.] In addition, I like to unplug my router when I’m not using it and put it in a faraday bag, which you can purchase online. You can also put your electronics in faraday bags as well if you’re ultra sensitive.

   1. When I create a grid, I put a stone in each corner of each room of the house and intend the grid to set a layer of energetic protection and clarity. I often create energy bubbles in spaces and coat them with copper and crystal geometries to clear and amplify the energies that I want in the space.

   2. *Note: If you create a bubble or grid in a space that you are using temporarily, make sure to pop the bubble and close the space when you leave it!

   3. Some people like to create mini crystal grids on a table or meditation nook and overlay it over the home and land.

   4. *Note: If you are renting a space, only grid the space you are inhabiting or renting. This is a healthy energetic boundary. When and if you move, remove your grid from the space.

4. Using tuning forks and sound instruments. You can use instruments like the tingsha bells, a gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, or binaural beats to help clear and tune your energy field. This is a big topic for discussion, so I won’t go into specific details. If you’re sensitive, I recommend playing with different tones and frequencies, noticing how they impact your body and mental clarity. Tuning fork frequencies to consider playing with: 128 hz weighted tuning fork, unweighted tuning forks - 144 hz, 174 hz, 528 hz.

5. Mindful slowing down. Whether or not you’re using frequencies or instruments, your body is an instrument that you can tune with intention. Give yourself some time in silence to connect to your breath, move your awareness into your body, and get curious. Doing a daily body scan from top to bottom or bottom to top can really help you identify energies and emotions that you’ve been holding (perhaps for others). By simply bringing your awareness to how you feel without judgment and shining a light on places holding tension will allow you to release and transform the energy faster. Be gentle and kind with yourself.

6. Practicing discernment. When a wave of emotion, tension, or confusion comes up, ask the question, Is this energy mine? You don’t have to know where it came from. Find your body’s ‘yes’ and ‘no.’ If it’s a no, breathe and release the energy out. If it’s a ‘yes,’ ask yourself, What do I need in this moment to support myself?

Getting to the Root Cause

This is my specialty. There is a reason why they call it a root cause, because it is all about the root energy center. This is the energy center connected to our sense of safety, stability, and support in the world. The root connects us to our ability to be nourished and receive support from Mother Earth. It is connected to our ancestors through the DNA and often can hold ancestral fears and traumas past down.

In the same way the root allows us to access nurturing from the earth, it is also connected to our ability to nurture ourselves financially by resourcing ourselves in all aspects of our life. This resourcing is also connected to feeling emotionally nourished and supported. When emotional support is lacking, people often experience low back pain. When there are unfulfilled needs and desires from a feeling of lack from their parental upbringing or a lack of being able to manifest creative desires into form, leading to frustration and resentment, people often experience hip pain. This is all connected to the root center.

A blocked root can also manifest as a misuse of sexual power or entangled codependencies within victim-perpetrator dynamics.

Root center blocks can keep people stuck in cycles of compensation that are ultimately built to avoid an impending feeling of death. But guess what, you’re not going to die. (I’ve probably said this to a hundred or more people during private sessions). Releasing and transforming the energetic block at the root, which often involves ancestral healing, opens up a flood of energy in the legs and feeling of being deeply nourished and supported by everything in your life, the earth included.

I have seen many people with energetic reversals at their root centers. Instead of being able to receive support, nurturing, and abundance, the energy is flipped through programs of sacrifice, martyrdom, savior and victim complexes.

Yes, there are ways of reversing this reversal within your energy field. One is simply by asking and intending to do so, and listening to the response. This sounds simple, but it is really a ‘peeling the layers off the onion’ process, and intending to unravel yourself with ease and grace gently is in my opinion the kindest way of doing it. I’m not making the claim that this is a comfortable process. In fact, it’s almost certainly uncomfortable and you can expect to feel and release the memory of the fear, terror, or trauma releasing from your cellular memory. However, this does not mean that you have to relive the trauma.

This is where I highly recommend getting support from a qualified facilitator like myself or a trauma-informed specialist.

The way I facilitate releasing this energetic block is with very specific language asking the natural intelligence of the person’s energy field to release and transmute the energy back to its origin point multidimensionally. I then guide the client through their felt sensations and invite creative visualizations and tools to resource themselves, filling the areas of released energy with the support and feelings they desire. For me, it’s about guiding someone to remember themselves and finding ways to resource during the transition to feeling safe to exist in the world.

Having gone through it myself, both alone and with facilitators like Renee S LeBeau (acoustic alchemy), Brian Eastman & (LIIFT Untherapy), Marion Hobbs (Biofield Tuning), and Cheryl Walker (Family Constellations Therapy), I know that it’s wise to not do this alone.

I’m entering through a glowing purple door to bring you a story to illuminate, ignite, and connect you to a new depth of truth and awareness within yourself through my words.

The ocean sings a million songs for those who have the ears to listen.

Heartbreak followed me to Costa Rica in 2022 after moving through the shock and loss of our home in Louisville, Colorado, in the Marshall Fires.

The house fire was an initiation for me into letting go of material attachment to home and stuff. Grigori and I were lucky enough to find a temporary living space in the basement apartment of an architect’s home in Niwot. It was such a relief to not have to buy furniture right away or think about the future and what was next. Stress and exhaustion were apparent, along with this feeling of moving on because we felt like we didn’t have another choice. Underneath was an unspoken depression that neither of us could name.

Leaving Colorado felt like liberation. We would both feel the energy shift once we crossed the border. I remember telling Grigori to pull over so I could get out of the car and do my celebration dance.

That fall I was moving through the relationship sequence of my Gene Keys, an inner guidance map of self-contemplation and inner discovery developed by Richard Rudd, who extrapolated the Human Design blueprint through a deeply channeled process of self-illumination.

The sequence took me through shadows of my 20s, teenage, and child selves, where I began weaving connections and meaning between my strengths, traumas, insecurities, and discovery of inner truth.

Grigori and I were traveling south down the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, spending one to several weeks at a time in towns we had researched and mapped out on our itinerary. He was busy building his credit repair business, and I was left to my own devices to make sense of the depth of my inner being, while hosting an occasional online group event.

I had the chance to spend a lot of time alone contemplating the meaning of everything I had experienced up until that point. On the one hand, I knew that I was exhausted and had very little desire to continue doing what I was once doing. On the other hand, my instinct to investigate and create always led me on interesting adventures to hike jungle trails, spend time with baby sea turtles, monkeys, and coatimundi, and bask in the waters of waterfalls and hot springs.

Grigori was very focused on work, and yet humored my insatiable need for adventure out of love.

In the town of Santa Teresa, we checked into a hotel with rooms made out of shipping containers. This place was dark and held the energy of child trafficking. In the 3D world, Grigori and I both got Covid – high fevers, delirium, extreme weakness, barely able to walk or produce coherent speech. Yes, it was really that bad. And in the spiritual realms we were transmuting trauma and energies that were up on the collective scale to be purged and evacuated to begin the great clearing that we have all been experiencing for the last decade or more.

My heart breaks open when I feel the gratitude I have for Grigori taking care of me when I knew I could have died. Both being acupuncturists, we always traveled with needles and curious remedies like chlorine dioxide and Ku ling pills in case of food poisoning.

I remember laying on the bed in my delirium, seeing his spirit body as healer in many lifetimes shiftshaping through his physical body as he opened up geometries in my body with the acupuncture needles. I was shaking and between worlds, and within minutes after he tapped the needles in, my fever broke, my body temperature started to drop, and my racing heart started to normalize.

I felt so helpless and also so held and cared for. A few more days of rest and his homecooking got me out of bed.

The moment I started to feel well enough to conduct basic living tasks, Grigori fell extremely ill with the same thing. I’ll always remember watching him during his recovery, sitting in the warm ocean tide pools playing with sand crabs crawling all over the rocks. I knew he wasn’t all there, but it let me witness the innocence of his inner child’s world with his masculine guard down.

It’s experiences like this that make you remember that no matter what stressful minutia you get caught up in in your day-to-day life that you think is important, that those things really don’t matter in the bigger picture. Your physical body comes from the earth and returns to the earth.

We are so lucky to be alive and healthy and well. To be able to create, to breathe, to laugh, to cry, to explore, to share, and to be with each other during our most difficult and joyful times.

For those of you who have lost a dear loved one like Grigori, I see you and your tender heart.

Moving through the process of grieving these past two years has been so humbling and has given me so much more compassion for the depth of this human experience.

When we lose someone that close, we grieve the parts of ourselves that once existed with them – who we were in that relationship and letting go of the desires or expectations of what could have been. Their transition creates an empty space in us that we can feel viscerally in the gentle unfolding of bringing kindness and care into those vulnerable spaces.

For me, I feel a pain in the back of my heart, and I breathe into it slowly while I just become aware of the sensation of discomfort. As I dissolve the energy through my awareness, I start to cough, squirm, and rotate my rib space and torso.

This is how I move and transmute the energy, by being willing to feel my body and using my breath and movement to create spaciousness within my vessel.

When I sit in meditation or in sacred sound, my experience is a journey into each and every crevice of my body. Entire worlds of memory open up to be remembered, transmuted, and integrated –

This is the back story of my inspiration:

I’ve been working in an integrative medicine clinic doing acupuncture on the weekends, and it is shocking to me that 90% of the patients who come in have chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and unexplainable symptoms and cancer since experiencing covid and/or the covid shots. There seems to be a normalizing of pain and a quality of life that requires constant monitoring, testing, seeking of answers, and trying new interventions.

Acupuncture has become an alternative medicine that is more and more accepted in the mainstream medical world. People have heard of it, now understand that it is not religious, and that it can help with more than low back pain. And to me, it is just a gateway into a much deeper understanding that healing is multi-dimensional – body, mind, and spirit.

What you don’t see behind closed doors with people who experience these major disease states and injuries are the suppressed emotions, unspoken words, hurt inner children, and ancestral traumas that MUST be addressed.

Yes, clean air, water, and food and proper exercise and sleep are always essential. But this is where I come in and hold a true medicine space – with sound, frequencies, and putting a voice to the elephant in the room that no one has been willing or emotionally able to access by themselves.

The body is so intelligent and always speaks the truth. Whatever you’re not able to express, witness, or let go, your body will tell you when it’s cranky and show you exactly what you need to know.

One of the biggest traps in therapizing or trying to figure out the body’s messages is that whatever story you tell yourself is never going to be the full picture. I know this well from personal experience and working with thousands of people. Hands down, I have always seen the best results with people who allow themselves to feel the sensations and release the emotions without needing to define them – this can be with frequencies, toning, movement, light language, imagery, art, or bodywork.

How we heal and what is actually happening is so magical and profound that we can’t possibly understand and rationalize what is going on. And if we’re lucky, we can look back in time and see the patterns and say, “Huh. That makes sense.”

Me and my teachers, professor of Buddhist studies Brian Victoria and international journalist and site coordinator Aimee Tsujimoto, who live in Kyoto, are already putting the planning gears into motion, – hand selecting Buddhist temples around Kyoto that hold the energy and spirit of the water dragon, Dragon Kings and Nagas, dragon spirits and folklore that traveled across East Asian from their Indian/Vedic origins.

I am leading a group of women to experience mineral activations at ‘onsen’ hot springs in Japan, awakening the water dragon through the creative womb. We will be connecting with the dragonlines/leylines as we visit water dragon temples and shinto shrines and experience the Japanese culture – music, art, and tea ceremony – during one of the most beautiful times of the year in Japan… cherry blossom season!

Why Japan? Why me?

For those of you who don’t know this about me, I am a Japanophile. :) When I was a student at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, durign my undergrad years, I sat at the Japanese Zendo when I was recovering from chronic migraines after a concussion. Zazen meditation found me and was a major piece to my recovery.

I lived in Kyoto back in 2012 as a student of Japanese Buddhism, meditation, new religions, culture, and language through Antioch University’s Buddhist Studies program. I traveled around the country and conducted research and interviewed Japanese religious leaders. At the end of the program, I presented my findings to my cohort. For about five years after my studies in Japan, I wrote articles on the aftermath of the 2012 tsunami and Fukushima nuclear meltdowns. I have and continue to study the Japanese language. This year, I included Japanese dragons in my research at the Smithsonian for the Dragons and the Feminine Mystery course I taught in January.

While the Self-Mastery Oracle Deck is soon to be hot off the presses and delivered in August to those who supported the Kickstarter, I decided to upgrade the existing digital app so that you can now choose how many cards you want in a spread, shuffle the deck, and flip the cards one at a time!

When you’re on the go and you feel guided to tune in to your intuition, use this frequency resource as a tool to help you align your energy, find inner clarity, and walk in the world with confidence!

In gratitude for your support and receiving my newsletter, I’d like to share the link for you to download it to your phone, computer, or iPad. While this app is available for purchase on the Self-Mastery Oracle website for $5.55, you get to be the first to try it out here for free!

Together we will weave pathways of possibilities with our voices, toning harmonically like an ecosystem of Coqui frogs, to help us create a frequency symbiosis with the new possibilities that we discover.

I sat with the energy of the 11 card this past week and tuned in to its upgrade. If you missed my last email, the issue was that the old card featured a female yoda, which was apparently considered copyright infringement. :-/

Feel into this powerful energy stream! The image features a magical rainbow disco ball, encrypted key, phenakite crystal and rays of rainbow crystalline light! I submitted my bulk order to the publisher for the card deck prints yesterday, and something very unexpected happened!

One of my cards, the 11, “To be Jedi is to face the truth, and choose” features a hand-drawn female yoda holding a phenakite crystal. Well, it turns out, that counts as copyright infringement! I had no idea. The publisher does a copyright and trademark inspection before printing anything in bulk, and so they didn’t find this earlier.

As a result, I will be recreating the 11 card so I can resubmit the order! I plan on getting this done by Monday at the latest. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, I want to share with you the card description. I will be meditating with this card and channeling the new artwork, using the method described in the guidebook. If you choose to try out this contemplative exercise, I would love to hear about your experience!

“Step into the field of quantum possibilities. You came here as a human to know all aspects of yourself through your physical form and step into your self-mastery of remembering. As you have experienced life through relationships, you began to notice patterns and themes, and you began to learn and discover deeper truths about who you are though your experiences. These patterns and themes are ancient, and move forward and backward through time and space.

Before you experienced pain, suffering, and disconnect, you came from a unified Source. As an aspect of Source, you are Source. Your intuition is guiding you now to reclaim your remembering of your unified divinity. Whether you chose or didn’t choose to leave a state of unity, in this lifetime, you have the opportunity to free yourself from your own past choices through all time, space, and dimensions, and make new choices moving forward.

Sit comfortably in a chair facing opposite an empty chair. In this quantum space, assign that opposing chair the representation of The Source of All That Is. Notice how you relate to it. What is happening in your physical body? What thoughts or emotions arise in this space? This is your communication with the origin of your disconnect or forgetting of your wholeness as The Source. This project has been homegrown and divinely guided each step of the way since day one back in November of 2023. You’re invited to a special event! I’m joining Harmonia Tarot card reader, teacher and intuitive Tanya Lea as a guest reader for a special live event that she hosts monthly, All Signs Tarot.
