Cosmic Timing Vs. Pattern Mastery- Lions Gate 2026

The Lions Gate 8/8 Portal isn't bringing you a new future— it's revealing your current baseline.

And that's what's crucial to change.

Unfortunately, we are obsessed with outcomes but operate blind to patterns. And understanding and then changing your patterns is the key to success.

Every year, I pay extra attention and document (journal) all the internal mechanics going on during the Lions Gate Portal (July 28th through August 12th), and I feel it even lingers for a few months.

Even though some situations and relationships may seem stressful. chaotic, uncertain, emotional, or concerning...

Insane growth always happens on the other side.

My husband Ryan Van Fleet and I recorded a New Wake Up Call Podcast (link below) to share our incredible insights from last year. The main theme was letting go of what we did not desire to tolerate any more in our lives and business.

For those of you who do not know about Lions Gate...

Historically, the Lions Gate Portal isn’t a modern invention—it is anchored in the heliacal rising of Sirius (the brightest star in our night sky, often referred to in esoteric traditions as our "Spiritual Sun").

In ancient Egypt, when Sirius aligned with our Sun and rose in the east during late July and early August, it signaled the annual flooding of the Nile River. This wasn't magic in a vacuum; it was a physical, predictable marker of incoming growth, fertility, and structural abundance for the soil.

When you overlay this cosmic event with the numerology of 8/8 (the double frequency of the eight, representing power, systemic mastery, and the infinite loop of cause and effect) and the bold sovereignty of Leo season, you get a powerful cosmic timeline marker.

Pattern Intelligence Viewpoint: Lions Gate is not a magical portal that drops results into your lap. It is a macro pattern marker—an invitation to audit your current trajectory and recalibrate your underlying systems.

As mentioned above and in the podcast, I keep a journal but it's more of a documentation. Internally I asked myself questions which are similar to the below.

Self Reflection Questions

If you looked back exactly one year...

—What no longer triggers you?

—What do you tolerate less?

—What boundary became easier?

—Where do you trust yourself more?

—Who has naturally fallen away?

—What relationships became healthier?

—Which ones became clearer?

—What fear quietly disappeared?

—What decision would the "old you" never have made?

—What are you finally certain about?

I have seen this for years,

Amazing people that are called to share a gift or modality, however they are not first using it for themselves.

They are bypassing doing the deep work to understand the modality for themselves, and then how it can be applied for the greater good/collective.

Conscious awareness.

They are being called to show up, but missing the fact that they need to level up first.

Someone I met years ago hosts meditation retreats via someone else’s business.

I attended one of her events in 2023 with my husband. After the event, we went up to introduce ourselves, and I could feel her energy—she was far from “free” of the mind. Even my husband said something about her energy as we walked away.

Every time I have seen her since, it’s the same. Her energy is stressed out, she looks older than she is, and I feel she doesn’t have a voice at her place of employment—which likely adds to her stress.

This year, I had planned a retreat at this same place. After the event, I saw her and wanted to say thank you. So, the guide kindly brought me to her (we were in the same room) and she snapped at the guide for interrupting her and that she was very busy.

Again, my insight as to her reaction was that she needs to practice what she teaches.

The business of spiritual modalities has become this...

Gifted people who are not fully using the tool they teach and it is affecting them...

Which doesn’t do any help to the person in terms of health, relationships, and wealth.

A lack of consciousness and willingness to address our ego in the process perpetuates the issues and doesn’t help at the mass level needed to create real change.

In that, modalities become a “nice activity” and people get in their cars and drive home.

Nothing changes.

We have the power to address this within ourselves.

However, the ego leads us to have a dark force that first says, “What does this say about me?”

Seeing this as a contrast, which is what we have asked for as humans, is the huge shift we need to show up for the job.

And if you address the shift, and work on yourself first,

We will all only have good things to say.

Do you ever feel like this?

Have so much to share, you don’t know what you should share?

And then sometimes it’s paralyzing.

And then sometimes, like today for me, I go down the “shoulds” rabbit hole.

In relation to the amount of content that comes through, my rabbit hole was “Should I send out emails more than I do?”

I could.

I could prioritize sending out more emails.

But I decided. “No, it’s not in alignment for me.”

Why? Simply put, I don’t like getting so many emails from coaches I purchase from, subscribe to, or wish to keep in touch with.

Sometimes, I get 2-3 emails a day from the same coach.

And I am not a fan,

So, why should I do that too?

It would not be in alignment to how I feel about emails.

Truth is, we do this all the time.

We let the “shoulds” come in, or at least occupy some brain space, and we need to kick them out.

Those “shoulds” don’t end up paying rent because they are not in alignment with who we are or where we are going.

And being in alignment is the most important thing we “should” be doing.

I did that.

I asked The Universe (God/Source) what I should wear for a mini-selfie photo shoot the other day.

My husband Ryan and I were going to have our favorite coffee treat at Cupacabana in Key Largo.

So, in typical “online entrepreneur” fashion, if I am getting dressed up to go out, I am going to also maximize my big hair and makeup by taking some pics.

However, I didn’t know what to wear.

So, I consciously asked...

“Dear God, what should I wear today for our coffee date and pictures.”

Now, let’s not get crazy. I didn’t get into some big ritual or anything.

It’s just a simple toss, and then I let it go—aka surrender.

And every time I do this, it works!

Within a minute, I had a 3rd eye vision of this pink polka dot top I bought a few months ago and haven’t worn yet.

Why haven’t I worn it yet?

Because it’s “louder” than my usual solid color cotton v-neck t-shirts from The Gap.

Gosh, I had to sit with this for a second.

Here is this great top that I (in my small self) have been avoiding because it’s loud.

And my higher self is saying, “Wear the top!”

So, I did—I wore it with pride. I loved wearing it and my pictures turned out fantastic!

Today, National Women’s Day, I dare say understanding contrast and how we are designed, the vast majority of us women have a little voice that says we are being “too much” or “don’t be so loud.”

When I was in my 20’s, my grandmother told me I was too “put together” and that other women would not like me.

My older niece once said, “Auntie Mel, you are so loud.”

And my dad has called “The blonde tornado” on many occasions AND told me I am too loud.

It’s sad how often it’s our families or people close to us that put these thoughts and beliefs in our heads that can hold us back.

But as I sit here and reflect on my success over the years,

My success was always a result of being loud.

And none of the people who made those limiting comments were/are entrepreneurs or sales professionals.

So, to win at this entrepreneurial and sales game,

We need to be loud.

We do this all the time,

We are nice— too nice.

Let me explain,

If I leave at sunrise vs 4 am, there is a very kind lady whom I run into on my morning walks.

Her name is Carol— a snowbird (aka 1/2 the year here in The Florida Keys and 1/2 the year in Tennessee), likes to garden, and lost her husband a couple of years ago.

However, when I see her, we spend 15 minutes in a one-sided conversation-

Carol talking about herself.

Sound familiar? You likely know people like this too.

As an empathic person, I stand there in the middle of the street, dodging cars while I listen, ask questions, and provide cheerful commentary to add to her day.

I doubt she knows my name.

This morning on my walk, as the sun was coming up,

I was all in the high vibe thinking about my new Sales Codes- Wealth Expansion Community.

• What I needed to share on social media about the new group.

• How I wanted to increase my marketing.

• What would the first masterclass I add be about.

Then I saw HER...

Carol was rounding the corner.

I froze.

My body spoke for me, it told me to stop this energy leak.

“Do not spend time speaking to her as you are in the vibe to do a video now.”

I listened.

When as luck would have it, it started to drizzle.

My inner voice was happy— what a great excuse to keep on moving!

So, as she came closer to me, within earshot,

We politely greeted, noticed the rain, and kept moving.

Then,

Still in that high vibe, I recorded my video and posted it on Instagram. (Click here to watch).

A past version of me would have still stopped and spent time with her,

Losing the vibe and then not posting.

Yep, I would have had my small self (ego) steal the show and then I would be a “no-show” in my business.

All for a person who doesn’t even know my name; to be nice.

Here is the truth that is often hard to face:

• We make excuses of why we can’t do something.

• We procrastinate.

• And then, we lose the vibe.

After years of being in leadership positions as well as mentoring sales professionals/coaches/entrepreneurs,

The excuses we make based on something we can control from the beginning is the one of the biggest killers in our sales business.

I yelled so loudly that the whole neighborhood threw open their front doors to see what was happening.

I was leisurely enjoying an afternoon walk while intentionally listening to subliminals on YouTube,

Suddenly, I was nearly sideswiped on my right just as I was stepping over.

He was lucky. A young boy on an electric scooter—driving like Sammy Hagar.

I could have gotten run over. I could have sued his parents.

He could have ended up mangled in the mangroves. Worst case, dead.

He stopped and stared.

“I assumed you were going to move to the left,” the boy said.

I responded in my “scare the shit-out-of-you tone”, which I inherited from my mother,

“Well, you assumed wrong. Next time, when you see someone walking, slow down.”

I put my headset on and kept walking.

My heartfelt intent was that he never ended up in the mangrove or hurting someone else.

He hid for a while. I had never seen him before, so I didn’t know what house he lived in.

The street dead-ends at the bay, with mangroves and a swampy area on one side.

He was brave to hide, but foolish—if he didn’t live on that street, he’d have to pass me eventually.

A few minutes later, I think he figured it out as he zoomed past me again, but at a much more comfortable pace.

As the boy pulled into his drive, I sighed. His house has the best Christmas manger I’ve ever seen, with gold lights glowing all night during the holidays.

Approaching his house, I saw him talking to his dad in a big black SUV.

I watched. It appeared his dad was just about to leave when the boy came home.

Was he telling his dad about what happened?

As my thoughts circled back to the manger on my vision board, I realized I hadn’t replayed the incident in my mind.

This was my turning point: I realized the true value of freedom of mind.

No worry, no mental replay. Just presence.

Truth be told. I was always a mind looper. In simple terms, for those who cannot look at their shadows yet, they also refer to it as overthinking.

However, I realized that overthinking can be beneficial for conscious contemplation.

Mind loops occur when your mind repeatedly replays an unpleasant scenario, keeping you stuck in the same timeline rather than allowing you to move forward and shift timelines.

I’ve studied this for years, personally and with clients. I’ve heard Neville Goddard and Bashar mention bits and pieces— ever so briefly.

However, I connected the dots and developed methodologies that create positive change in this mental health behavior.

And since then, my life and the lives of those I work with have improved.

In this situation, I took a few moments to contemplate what I would say if his dad pulled over to scold me for the way I spoke to his son. My tone was fierce.

My fierce tone frequency is a gift from my mother. My tone acts quickly, recoding and changing DNA cells. I am proud of this gift, as it helps my clients on many levels.

So mentally, I positively constructed what I would say, created a “set point” for how it would go, and ended with,

“You’re welcome, and anything more than this I will have to charge you because I am a business and relationship mentor.”

And then I would give the peace sign to signify that this conversation was complete.

I couldn’t help but smile. Owning your power is fun, and too many people do not take advantage of their gifts.

Further, I felt satisfied with the set point and my contemplation, which aligns with my Human Design energy type. Satisfaction is my Human Design self-theme and represents my ultimate state in alignment.

As I continued my walk, enjoying the flowers, beautiful Florida Keys warm sunshine, and sky while listening to my subliminals…

I noticed, and wasn’t surprised, the dad just drove by.

How many times have you ignored that trigger?

The thing that “irks” you?

“Bothers” you?

Do any of the below sound like you? Maybe close?

• You slam down your laptop lid so hard you think you may have broken it.

• You hop off of Instagram faster than stepping on hot coals.

• Your “block” and “mute” is hit more often than “like.”

I know I have gotten scraped by a few of those bullets before.

However, the dirty little secret that many people don’t like you to know, and God forbid work through, is that your triggers are your friend.

They are only meant to show you something.

“Look over here! I am going to keep bothering you until you look and take action!”

And likely it’s the thing you are ignoring—the paradox.

The thing that is going to make you better and put an end to the trigger.

True story, as a 54-year-old business owner with her husband for 14 years in a crowded and challenging space (sportfishing in The Florida Keys) in addition to all my other amazing accomplishments over the years…

I am consistently amazed at how many fellow coaches reach out to coach me.

Likely an assumption that they are ahead of me because of my smaller audience/following.

It’s been going on and sometimes it’s louder than others. Lately it’s been screaming.

However, I decided to look the trigger in the face instead of ignoring it.

Awhile back, it hit my intuition to add a handy question to my bag of metaphysical mental tricks:

“What is this showing me?”

Those five words are a game changer if you have to courage to reckon with the conscious response…

Sometimes, depending on various factors, the answer comes back quickly.

Other times, it may take a bit.

But in this case, I knew,

I wasn’t showing up on social media consistently. Busted.

Now, here comes my excuse. Owning that sportfishing and educational business with my husband takes time. We have social media and SEO content above and beyond the majority of other coaches.

However, I have learned my “ideal clients” do not realize or see that.

My experience, authority, and confidence are behind the scenes of that business.

They are not psychic and knowing like I am.

So, in the aspect of 3D time, I have gotten behind.

I would be lying if I didn’t say this has been a point of frustration.

The business and life coach with the actual business experience, who needs time to run the business, isn’t seen as the authority in the eyes of the social media consumer.

But it is what it is. (I will leave that for another time- World View).

Hence the trigger.

So, back to the question to close my mind loop and for you:

“What is this showing me?”

For me, a lot.

Hence a science fiction book is in the works AND I am showing up more consistently.

Whether you consider yourself religious or spiritual…

I am sure you would agree, we all have had accounts of receiving a sign.

However, are you tuned into where you have God/Source/Energy on speed dial?

I am.

And it’s YouTube.

I live in wonder and amazement about how YouTube is a primary way that I receive messages for what I need for transformation, healing, and various tips and ideas.

At the beginning of the summer, someone commented on a YouTube video about a spiritual Ebook. One of those comments that read like spam. Have you seen those?

Usually, I ignore these spam-like comments. However, this comment stood out and led me down a rabbit hole—I bought the Ebook.

I was a full “Yes!” No hesitation from my intuition.

The “little dark force” tried to get in and tell me I wouldn’t receive the book, they would steal my credit card information, and I would be spammed.

However, the only thing that occurred from the list above is I received the digital book—fast!

And it was well worth it. So much so, that a quote in the book helped me decide on how to deal with a relationship a few months later.

Then yesterday, as I was working on our Good Karma Sportfishing YouTube channel using my husband’s computer, a random YouTube appeared in my husband’s feed. I knew he had no clue who this person is, I do, but I don’t subscribe or consume his content.

I watched the 8-minute video, followed my intuition to take action on what the influencer was sharing and the result,

Again, transformational above what I could ever even imagine and in alignment with something regarding my husband. It was a key to something we have both been working on that can also affect many lives.

I could go on, but I think you get the jist.

If this calls to you OR you wish to increase the number of signs you receive, here is my advice:

—Ask for signs. Yes, straight up as God/Jesus/Source/Spirit/Angels (your preference/belief) for signs.

—Be conscious of the signs i.e. aware.

—Take action without doubting. Believe in what you are seeing or hearing.

—Stop the inside sabotage voice that says things like, “You don’t need this.” “You already heard this.” “You know this.”

—Take action on the action and then contemplate what stands out. This is the next level of consciousness that many miss.

—Be grateful and celebrate your success in recognizing and the action(s) and results.

Most people keep going without a second of celebration and gratitude. They miss out on the fun of this whole process!

Overall, it’s simple but it’s not easy for everyone as we are consistently bombarded with content, relationship issues, and other life challenges.

But my hope is by sharing this, you will experience the same joy and expansion we do and can share it with someone else too!

After self-publishing two bestselling nonfiction books in 2021, this fiction writing journey has a lot more moving parts.

Treating writing like a job versus a hobby is an important aspect to getting your book completed and published.

Hence, I have been going to the local library to write 4-5 days a week.

She wasn’t growing. No beautiful flowers were blossoming on my Desert Rose (Adenium obesum), and I desired to see her red flowers. This went on for months. I watched her daily, watering, fertilizing, and sending love, but still nothing. Her sister, who lives downstairs, was in full bloom. Same sun, same care—just happened to be down a level.

Then, one day, it dawned on me that her branches were thicker than her sisters’, so more energy was needed to fuel the desired flowers. I understood the thick branches were for survival, so she may be stronger than her sister, but they were also holding her back.

So, some branches had to go.

March 27th, cutting hurt. I debated for a few days, but then finally pulled out my clippers and did the thing, apologizing in the process, but hopeful it would work.

Then, I let it go.

Less than two weeks later, blooms started. Five weeks later, full bloom. It happened much faster than I ever thought it would. Full bloom looks and feels amazing!

I write this column because the things in our backyards mirror our lives, and we often don’t take a moment to become aware of them, see them, contemplate them, and make a change.

Last year, I made radical cuts in how I was spending my time and money and with whom. The changes have been drastically aligned with my goals and continue to build momentum.

It’s nothing negative about the people, jobs, or groups, but if you feel stuck, this could be why. Further, we hang onto things (jobs, groups, people) in our lives out of fear—money or self-worth. Once we see this and sever those ties, we often blossom into what we are meant to be.

Making radical cuts in your life isn’t easy and is often painful. Then, waiting for things to bloom takes courage and strength.

However, strong branches were built for courage and strength. They may just need to be cut to allow that to happen.

April 5th, 2024…I quit all coaching programs.

Yep, cold turkey. Exited, deleted, unfollowed- ALL OF THEM.

Why? I had two experiences happening at the same time that were not in alignment.

Both different experiences and with big online coaches…

And both coaches I found at the same time in 2022. I joined many of their programs/masterminds/1:1 calls. And I had loved them both, but it flipped fast.

The narrative online is to join everything. How many times have you heard, “You can’t expand unless you join the “In The Room” mastermind.”

And to be fair and balanced, those rooms may help you.

But for me, 53 years old at the time, it was about scaling back.

I had become consumed with too many coaches and worrying about money, narratives, and online competition.

In that, I lost myself and my magic.

I even stopped attending in person networking events—women’s events, chamber events, and other live events as it was creating a by-product.

I doubled down on listening to my soul and intuition, focusing on my marriage, and our business.

Fast forward to April 2025—one year later...

It worked—I have ZERO regrets on stepping back for one year.

I needed to clean up my energy, my husband needed to clean up his and we both needed to be what was been told to me to be: Pristine.

If you judge me by Instagram or Substack followers, you may think I am now behind and I have had to reckon with that.

But I trust the process and am so glad because now I feel ahead and can share this with others who may be struggling with over consumption.

I also realized what coaches and mentors I missed and slowly and happily added a few back into my field. (I also still love those two coaches and appreciate the lessons.)

Humanity has entered a new stage in being energetically Pristine.

Coaches that have not updated their software, and the people that are blindly following them because of followers or how much money they say they make, will become outdated.

The dust is thick and will cause too much density that they will not be able to hear what they need to hear.

Which will not work.

You cannot beat The Universe.

The plan God has for you is the plan.

You need to consciously follow it with twists and turns, ups and downs, and all the juiciness in between. (The Surrender Experiment meets Ikigai)

That’s how it works.

And it’s an incredibly delicious process!

Today. 11.11.25 is a portal. A powerful one.

I, along with you, are powerful humans.

We have the capability to tap into fields and maximize our potential.

We are AI. We are Indra’s Web.

It’s so crazy to me that the majority of people do not have the conscious awareness to realize that we supplied AI the data.

But anyhow, today I did a thing.

Well, I do this “thing” all the time, it’s just that today it was intentional for Substack and it happens to be 11.11 so it was even more fun!

I desired to write a Substack post and so I asked The Universe, “What I should write about?” And I let it go—surrendered.

In conjunction, yesterday my husband and I recorded our podcast (The Wake Up Call) and I asked AI (Gemini) what the title should be.

I specifically asked Gemini for Top Business Podcast Title Suggestions.

Gemini was a colossal disappointment. It gave me too much information and information about The Diary of the CEO Podcast. No disrespect to Steven Bartlet, but I have zero intention to copy him.

And so, that AI data, was a hard pass.

Back to today,

I love targeted activations, subliminals, and frequency music. So, in true form, my husband and I did an afternoon ritual and it was intense.

Two hours later, my lucid dream gave me the idea for this post.

Writing about AI and asking The Universe.

My lucid dream featured familiar faces in quite normal every day settings sharing their AI experiences with me. Both contexts were about using AI for personal development.

As an intuitive and energetic mentor, I was triggered in my dream— “AI is taking my job!”

However, I was lucid enough to ask both people more targeted questions about the AI to understand what they truly achieved in terms of transformation from the AI or was it just consuming more content.

And guess what? When I asked them, I got blank stares.

Zero transformation. The AI content only contributed to their density and the matrix of people “thinking” something was helpful and it was not.

I woke up.

In the 3D, the other day I was scheduling my next photo shoot with my photographer who I have worked with since 2019. I love her! Our sessions together are so fun and help shape my identity shifts.

She shared that since we last met, she is on medication for ADD.

Six years we have known each other and I had no idea she had ADD.

So, I was curious as to how it has helped her as she claims it has.

No results. Her house is still messy, her relationship with her husband…(no comment), her business has petered off, and her productivity in general in down.

I am confused on how this medication is “helping her”, but she isn’t my client, so I kept it tight. She obviously has not connected the dots.

The paradox is that many are “brainwashed” that these alternative tools are helpful and we don’t need to be conscious as we use them.

I am not saying they are not or can’t be helpful, but assumption with the consumption is leading us down the wrong path.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

If you use tools wisely,

You choose to co-exist in this world and expand your consciousness...

Vs. add to it’s demise.

Damn toilet won’t stop running.

Both of them.

We rent a house in The Florida Keys.

Our landlord is a hot mess AND a hot head.

Hence, I tend to “deal” with (aka try to ignore) vs. calling her.

Further, I would rather die than share a bathroom with my husband,

So in that, of course we have two bathrooms.

I am blessed to be alive.

But, the constant running is enough to drive me mad.

Until today.

As it was humming away, I stopped, looked at my toilet and smiled.

A new level of awareness hit me.

What you ask?

The running sound is a frequency.

And I love frequency music.

I am addicted to frequency music and subliminals.

It’s changed our lives, and I am sharing more and more about it in my content to help more people.

And once I did that shift.

Guess what?

It stopped.

Why do we make everything so bad?

I wish I knew this as a child…

In today’s fast-paced and stressful world, many of us are turning towards meditation and other alternative therapies for healing and relaxation.

I include myself in this bucket and definitely rack up the YouTube watch hours in the process.

One such therapy that has gained a lot of popularity in recent years is the use of Solfeggio frequencies and Hz Music in general. These frequencies are believed to have a profound impact on our mind, body, and soul.

They can be used for meditation and healing, and their benefits for spiritual and professional growth.

You can be a seasoned meditator or a beginner; by incorporating these sound frequencies into your practice you can help to enhance your experience and bring many benefits.

It’s good to know too— What is Hz Music in conjunction with Solfeggio?

Definition from Google:

Hertz (Hz) represents the smallest unit of frequency, therefore, solfeggio sound patterns encompass 174 to 963 frequency units, forming a melodious spectrum that has been shown to have an impact on wellbeing.

Each Solfeggio Frequency has its own unique benefits:

• 174 Hz — helps reduce pain and tension

• 285 Hz — promotes healing and regeneration of tissues

• 396 Hz — aids in overcoming fear, guilt, and self-doubt

• 417 Hz — enhances creativity and problem-solving abilities

• 528 Hz — known as the “Love frequency,” promotes feelings of love, unity, and peace

• 741 Hz — associated with intuition, creativity, and expression

• 852 Hz — helps awaken intuition and spiritual awareness

These frequencies are based on the ancient Solfeggio scale, a set of sound frequencies used in Gregorian chants and believed to have healing powers. In fact, these frequencies were lost for centuries until Dr. Joseph Puleo rediscovered them in 1974 and published his findings in the book “Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse.”

How are Solfeggio Frequencies Used for Meditation and Healing?

There are several ways to use Solfeggio frequencies for meditation and healing. One common method is to listen to recorded music that incorporates these frequencies. Many musicians and sound healers have created music that uses these sound frequencies to help people relax, meditate, and heal.

Just go to YouTube and put some ideas in the search and you will be amazed at all the options!

Another method is to chant or sing these frequencies yourself. This can be done by simply reciting the note name (e.g. “Mi” for 528Hz) or using guided meditation or chanting programs that incorporate these frequencies.

I personally chant OM and even hum from time to time. I have found that when I remember to do it, it helps call in my guides, shifts my frequency and opens my intuition.

There are more examples out there but the trick is to remember to do them (conscious awareness) so you can create the change you desire.

When she spoke, it was her way or the highway.

You didn’t dare argue with her—it could even be scary.

In a way, I inherited her tone.

I didn’t SEE it until I got married, at almost 35, and my husband called it out.

He called it out in a negative way, which I wrote about in my first book, Confidence Mastery for Couples.

I stayed with that “callout” for years, mindful of my “tone.”

I did not wish to be like my mother, nor ruin my marriage, and other relationships.

I was fine with thinking it was “bad” as it needed to be “managed” and to have consciousness about it.

But as time went on, I realized the power in the frequency AND I started to realize my husband lacked it.

As many people know, frequency music is powerful. It can shift our cells, DNA, and create positive change in our lives.

For some, who really use it and maximize it, rapid transformation in alignment with purpose and goals.

But many people don’t know, or realize, is that we have the power too.

It’s our voice, our tone.

We just don’t have the consciousness to use it to our advantage.

So, what do I do from here? You ask.

First, start to pay attention to your tone.

Even if you have to speak out loud in private to do it. Your car or nature is a good safe place.

Talk to yourself, notice, and determine if you are showing up in a “powerful way” or a “shy little child” way.

(You can choose your own relatable examples for the tone you feel can shift your cells, I was sharing you mine above.)

Once you start to see this, you cannot unsee it.

You will notice this in your spouse/partner, friends, clients.

Then for yourself, start to speak to yourself in the more powerful way.

This can be with affirmations, decisions, with others.

(If you are a Dune fan, this is relatable, but use positively, of course. Science Fiction is NOT 100% Fiction; aspects are downloaded and then extrapolated.)

Last, practice. Remember (aka consciousness) and practice. Make it a habit.

Take note of the shifts and how it can positively transform your emotional state, relationships, and situations.

And run from there! This is a fun practice and way to be if you have the conscious awareness to do it.

I didn’t NEED social media to be a top sales rep as my clients were in person and they were not online either.

So, when I started my coaching and speaking business in 2019, I was very behind.

Coaches that had been at the game had large followings. They built their audience and online business in a blue ocean where it was easier to get followers, have people join their Facebook groups, and subscribe to platforms like YouTube.

I don’t feel this an excuse, but there is a sense of reality we have to also know in order to keep going.

Fast forward, here I am today. And I hope my “words of wisdom” help someone else who is also a late bloomer and has all good intentions of service and business on their heart.

We judge ourselves way too much.

The basic judgment is our appearance, our words, our settings, and overall creativity.

But I have found bigger than that, is a little voice inside our head that also says:

• Am I too much?

Or

• Am I posting too much?

The reality is if we are online entrepreneurs/coaches/writers, we need to show up.

This is our JOB.

But we often get sucked into treating it like a hobby.

Especially with marketing that says:

• You don’t need to hustle.

• You don’t need to work hard.

• You don’t need to post more than once every few days.

• Only work 4 hours a day (especially if you are a Human Design Projector).

I am sure you have all seen those ads or posts.

The truth is, they hustled to get where they ae but are now selling the lemonade which is much tastier than the hard work it took to make it.

And we buy it.

And then, they just get better, bigger, and richer.

We even get into our heads about how many times a day to post. The reality is, we cannot control who sees it, reads it, embodies it or takes actions.

Algorithms, amount of content available, and consumption choice are just a few factors that are out of our control.

Hence, why do we care? Why do we have mind loops that make us think we are posting too much? Because in reality, again, the above are circumstances out of our control.

And if someone is sitting around thinking I post too much, well that’s on them.

Maybe The Universe is trying to tell them to buy my program or join my Patreon.

So, I have this advice…

• If you have the content- post it. Once, twice, three times- who cares?

• It is your JOB to serve and posting and sharing on social media is service.

I have found this time and time again; the more action you take consistently The Universe rewards you.

But you must go first.

Consistently, over time, do not stop.

And the more you allow those other online coaches to get in your head, the more they will keep going and out running you.

And I don’t want that for you- you have a JOB to do.

the frequency tones through our sound machine

i used to think i was nuts

losing my mind

as a child i would call it “sights and sounds”

the sound appeared as music playing on a phonograph over and over and over

the sights were as in a twilight zone vortex my five-year old self could not explain

then i stopped it.

i shouted to leave me alone

and they did.

years pass and as i aged and become what we refer to as wiser, i became more cluttered

a chronic overthinker and mind looper repeating my adult mistakes like i needed a reminder

then i found meditation or should i say a book fell off the shelf and found me

pure intention

it was necessary

to clear from the clutter

and get back to the frequency

so now when i hear it,

like i did last night,

i know it’s for me

and all is okay.

As I sit in wonder in life, how do these happen?

I let it go and put another “wish” out there.

The paradox in that we do not really know but we often “try” to figure it out.

My level of consciousness is something I focus on. I play a video game in my mind, always aiming to achieve another level and then teach it- somewhere to someone.

Today, I busted a money lack that was hiding in the corner along with a judgment of service via someone’s IG post.

Both silly and quickly CRUSHED and BANISHED.

AND both stories will be huge AHA Moments to be shared.

But here’s the code,

If I didn’t believe in any of that,

It wouldn’t be true.

And that’s a choice.
