As an example, foot pain, which is often indicative of muscle weakness, is treated with creams and wraps initially. Then as the pain increases, because the underlying cause isn’t addressed, we seek a specialist who proceeds to prescribe insoles and maybe also recommends a more supportive shoe. Now we’re on the progressive support ladder with regular changes to insoles and level of support provided by our shoes until it becomes unbearable to walk without shoes on. The underlying cause is never addressed while the padded cell for our feet gets progressively more restrictive. This ladder of comfort can be applied to pains in any region and thanks to the advent of the “pain doctor” if an external approach is inadequate there’s an opioid ladder we could climb. Pain is a product and consistently associated with the natural and healthy inflammation process, which is uncomfortable, but essential.

Convenience: Society has given us the opportunity to stop doing things for ourselves, which results in less daily movement overall. What seems small like grinding our coffee, cracking our salt and paper, or grating our cheese is slowly deteriorating our fine motor skills. If we examine our day, we could likely find at least ten convenience items that serve as a shortcut. Of course, we could also speak the “work smarter not harder” mantra as we intentionally add shortcuts to our day which result in less activity. Low activity lifestyles tell our body that our lives aren’t demanding, and every subsystem adapts to ease. We have less energy because we need less energy. This creates an unhealthy reliance on stimulants.

Good health is inconvenient. Here’s an example of the deep end: We wake up to breakfast delivered to our door, feel adventurous enough to drive to a grocery pick-up spot where our items are delivered directly to our trunk, and upon arriving home we think about what’s going to be microwaved or air-fried first. Of course, we can enjoy plenty of pre-packaged snacks in between because we’re in the age of extreme productivity (which has been less physical and more intellectual) and efficient time management. The less we do for ourselves, the less we move. The less we move, the less our blood circulates, and the less our lymphatic system drains. Mankind wasn’t created for couches, but for continual movement of varying intensities until all the work of the day was done.

Compensation: We can find a brace for almost any muscle group, compression garments of all kinds, gloves, and other various physiological aids. Because of this we often don’t feel inclined to take note of our weaknesses and strengthen them. Too many people walk into gyms and health clubs with a bag full of accessories which are primarily for compensating for weaknesses. Weight belts and knee sleeves have become fashionable while denying their users an opportunity to strengthen connective tissues and work within their physiological limitations. The result is profound muscle imbalances and deep internal stabilization issues which become obvious when we’re assisting someone with a heavy lift in a natural setting, and we don’t have accessories with us. Almost everyone has poor grip (hand and finger), foot, and neck strength despite how necessary these muscles are for everyday activities. We don’t mindfully activate these muscle groups or progressively improve their performance factors. Infants engage in “tummy time” until their necks are strong enough to support their head, but after that period our focus on these muscles diminishes.

Weight Machines: Most weight machines that we see at health clubs touch on all three Cs. The seat (comfort), the muscle group specificity (convenience), easy resistance selections (convenience), and a preset arc of motion (compensation). These machines aren’t universal, as in, not for everyBODY. We have differences in height, but also differences in torso and trunk lengths and widths. We could also add unnaturally shortened and lengthened muscle groups that generally don’t improve while using a machine because it’s hard to achieve a true stretch and full contraction of the targeted muscle group (machines are designed first for safety and second for functionality). These factors also greatly reduce the activation of the stabilizing muscle group for a particular movement, and that includes our deep internal stabilizers responsible for regulating our balance. Now we can’t count every machine as worthless as some are designed to mimic natural movements and because they’re designed for safety, they’re useful for a second phase of muscle rehabilitation. Once rehabilitated, our exercise routines should be wholly natural with an emphasis on free weights, standing / balancing exercises, and minimal rest periods. What if we’re training for strength or hypertrophy? Well, I don’t believe the jury has rested on the determination that long rest periods are required for heavy compound lifts when the lift is involved in a circuit that includes active rest. Active rest periods could look like pacing, lateral toe tapping, single joint resistance exercises, or other movements (not sitting).

Personal Lamentation:

I’ve been exploring cancer as a metabolic disease for quite some time and then I happened upon the book, “Cancer is Not a Disease.” I don’t think even Otto Warburg was confidently using that term (disease) to describe cancer. The critical issue is cellular respiration and the shift away from an oxygenated energy production process to one utilizing fermented glucose. At the root of this process is a combination of hormone dysfunction (primarily insulin) and deficiency (primarily Vitamin D).

Cancer was dubbed a disease of civilization, but why? What are the fruits of civilization? Machines were doing more and people were doing less (advent of the heavy machine operator). Natural environments have become more contaminated. The consumer goods industry emerged with a focus on mass production and product preservation. The question was, “What’s the cheapest way to achieve the desired effect (purchase) with this product?”

That’s the explanation behind the paragraph on most products that consist of…industry (toxic) waste. It would look, taste, and smell like toxic waste if it wasn’t artificially colored, flavored, sweetened, scented, and texturized for our pleasure. Most “feelings of sickness” are the result of nutritional deficiencies which should be expected. We consistently eat non-food items packed with addictive substances that hijack our hormones. We don’t get the claimed vitamins and minerals from highly processed fortified foods or dietary supplements (many of which are owned by pharmaceutical giants).

We have good intentions, but we receive bad information…continually. The lack of regulation and repercussions for abuses are not a bug; they are a feature of a depopulation machine that’s running smoother than ever. Our bodies can heal, but we need to live differently. We need to ditch diet and lifestyle recommendations that are founded by fraudulent studies and go back to what worked in ancient times.

…And no, early man wasn’t idiotic and no tangible evidence supports that theory. Our perception of early man is almost entirely influenced by their depiction in books and film.

-----

Question: What is the relationship between parasites and cancer?

Answer: There is no direct evidence supporting the notion that parasites cause cancer. Where evidence could exist and be fabricated, it is (that’s the nature of modern science). If this strategy was applied to parasites, we’d already have at least three named parasites, and the mechanisms by which they cause cancer would be almost as convoluted as the Big Bang Theory. The reason the most celebrated anti-parasitic drugs seem effective is because according to the NIH:

Ivermectin induces apoptosis (programmed cell death) in various laboratory cancer cell lines primarily through mitochondrial dysfunction, reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, and signaling pathway regulation.

Fenbendazole induces apoptosis in actively growing cells by disrupting microtubule dynamics, inhibiting glucose metabolism, and triggering mitochondrial injury pathways

These findings support the concept of cancer as a metabolic condition and these drugs provide an alternative to chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. I’m not a drug advocate, but these drugs have a very good safety profile when taken at the appropriate dosages. They’re also inexpensive, which is problematic for the cancer industry, which is only accountable to their stakeholders. When profits are held hostage, you should expect a medical disinformation campaign.

YouTube - (Search: How do mRNA shots prevent the transmission of covid?)

YouTube - (Search: mRNA shots never tested against transmission of CoVID)

Discussion: During the pandemic we were led to believe that vaccination was required to protect each other (not just ourselves). It was later revealed that the vaccination wasn’t tested against transmission which is a critical feature of vaccines (in theory). We should expect the old videos confidently claiming a benefit to be tagged as mis- or dis-information, but they aren’t. The following video “explains” that viral transmission is contingent on an adequate viral load. So, if transmission was never tested then they couldn’t gauge the effects of the vaccines on viral loads.

YouTube - (Search: How do mRNA shots prevent the transmission of covid?)

Discussion: How does this relate to potential alternatives to chemotherapy? Well, you can always find a mixture of information that’s difficult to sort through. Not everyone wakes up knowing how to examine a premise. Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are almost exclusively presented for their primary function as an anti-parasitic. Secondary functions are almost exclusively characterized as lacking a significant benefit. The cancer industry, like many others, is anti-alternative, and many types of media support their messaging.

YouTube - (Search: Does ivermectin support apoptosis for cancer patients?)

Discussion: First, the video includes the phrase “Real Evidence” in the title. His evidence is two unimpressive charts. Second, he’s a PhD and not an MD so think more academic (in the lab) than clinician (in the hospital). Third, he has financial interests. If you explore the links that he attached to the video, you’ll find that he charges $250.00 for a 30-minute consult. He’s also trying to bring a novel and very expensive drug to market. Much like a car salesman, we’ll use a Ford dealer as an example. He’s quick to talk about the issues with Subarus while members of his staff are printing out your “sweetheart loan” which will be gleefully delivered to you with some theatrical elements and after a test drive in one of their best-selling models. This is one example of a systemic issue with the drug industry.

YouTube – An Example of a Clinician Who isn’t Selling You Their Ideas

Discussion: Yes, the title of the video is designed to grab your attention, but the contents are elementary (which is nice). Modern medicine requires our belief in man-made innovations and asks us to discard our belief in natural remedies. Is it more rational to believe that the natural building blocks of functional ecosystems could benefit all forms of life within that ecosystem OR that a chemical alternative studied in a series of controlled experiments (in controlled environments) could yield a greater benefit? Every field of science has an issue with missing variables and with the extrapolation of interactions in micro-environments. Some of the beauty of the sciences is that they’re inconclusive. Anytime a field of study moves beyond real-time observations of nature, in nature, over a span of time, it becomes theoretical and therefore pseudo-scientific.

YouTube – Exposures of Medical Corruption in a Congressional Committee:

Discussion: The heart of the matter isn’t just the differences in the prices of drugs, but how a drug’s cost is not equivalent to its efficacy. This video also touches on the topic of studies that can’t be published due to conflicts with pre-established treatment models (or better known as standards of care). This silencing of divergent thoughts or free-thinking in general has forced some clinicians and care practitioners to publish their findings elsewhere (like Substack) or on pre-publication websites.

Point: The medical industry is a difficult space to navigate, and we need to learn how to advocate for ourselves. It wasn’t until medicine was industrialized following WWII that liberties became slowly restricted, and during the recent CoVID-19 debacle we saw a complete ban on off-label prescriptions. You’d say, “How can you prove that, Nathan?” Well, there’s an alternative belief that cancer isn’t driven by genes, but by changes in the metabolism of cellular energy. Thomas N. Seyfried, explored that topic well in his book, “Cancer as a Metabolic Disease.” Below are a National Library of Medicine publication and video by the same author and others which is shorter in length than his book:

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3941741/

Real Protestantism is a reader-supported publication. The following is the fruit of asking AI the right questions (doctors use AI as well, but their questions are hedged by their lack of skepticism):

---AI---

Q. How do environmental and lifestyle factors damage mitochondria?

A. Environmental and lifestyle factors damage mitochondria primarily by triggering oxidative stress, disrupting cell membranes, and interfering with cellular energy production. These stressors impair ATP (energy) production and can mutate mitochondrial DNA, accelerating cellular aging and contributing to metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases.

The ways environmental and lifestyle factors compromise mitochondrial health include:

1. Environmental Toxins and Pollutants

Air Pollution & Chemicals: Fine particulate matter (PM2.5), heavy metals (e.g., lead, mercury), pesticides, and industrial chemicals like BPA directly enter cells. They disrupt the electron transport chain, causing a massive spike in damaging Free Radicals or Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS).

Medications: Certain prescription drugs (like specific antibiotics or statins) can impair mitochondrial function and reduce cellular energy output.

2. Lifestyle Choices

Poor Diet: Consuming excessive processed carbohydrates and sugars promotes systemic inflammation. Diets lacking crucial micronutrients (such as B-vitamins, CoQ10, and magnesium) starve the mitochondria of necessary building blocks for energy production.

Chronic Stress: Prolonged psychological stress elevates cortisol and systemic inflammation, leading to “oxidative overload” that breaks down the delicate mitochondrial membranes.

Sleep Deprivation & Circadian Disruption: Poor sleep or irregular sleep-wake cycles disrupt the mitochondria’s natural repair and recycling mechanisms, allowing damaged organelles to accumulate.

Substance Use: Excessive alcohol consumption forces cells to alter their metabolic pathways, increasing toxic byproducts that damage mitochondrial DNA.

3. Biological and Physical Stressors

Radiation: High exposure to ionizing radiation directly harms mitochondrial DNA and alters structural integrity.

Lack of Physical Activity: Sedentary habits prevent the generation of new mitochondria (mitochondrial biogenesis) and reduce the body’s natural antioxidant defenses.

The Downward Spiral

When these factors bombard mitochondria, they overwhelm the cell’s natural antioxidant defenses. This results in oxidative damage to the mitochondrial membrane, a depletion of crucial cofactors like NAD+, and mutations in mitochondrial DNA. Because mitochondria have limited DNA repair mechanisms compared to the cell nucleus, this damage severely hampers energy conversion and can ultimately trigger cell death (apoptosis).

To protect and support your mitochondrial health, focus on minimizing toxin exposure, eating a nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich diet, managing stress, and maintaining regular physical activity

Discussion: Now, how do I know that the industry knows the truth? If cancer is a metabolic disease with mitochondria damage at its center then the drugs used to treat cancer would…also cause mitochondria damage. This will prove that cancer is a very lucrative disease management industry just as planned parenthood is an unplanned pregnancy infant receptacle.

Q. What are the most common chemicals used in chemotherapy?

A. Chemotherapy agents are classified into five main chemical categories based on how they work to stop cancer cells from multiplying. The most common chemicals include alkylating agents, antimetabolites, anthracyclines, plant alkaloids, and platinum-based drugs.

1. Alkylating Agents

These are the oldest and most widely used chemotherapy chemicals. They work directly by damaging the DNA inside cancer cells, preventing them from dividing and reproducing.

Cyclophosphamide

Ifosfamide

Melphalan

Chlorambucil

Busulfan

2. Antimetabolites

These chemicals closely resemble the natural building blocks of DNA and RNA. When cancer cells incorporate these false building blocks into their cellular metabolism, they are unable to replicate and die.

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU)

Methotrexate

Gemcitabine

Capecitabine

Cytarabine

3. Anthracyclines (Anti-tumor Antibiotics)

These are powerful, naturally occurring chemicals derived from microorganisms (like the bacteria Streptomyces). They interfere with the enzymes involved in DNA copying, which prevents the cancer cells from dividing.

Doxorubicin (and Doxorubicin liposomal)

Daunorubicin

Epirubicin

Idarubicin

4. Plant Alkaloids

Derived from natural plant sources, these chemicals interfere with the cell’s ability to divide during cell division (mitosis).

Vincristine

Vinblastine

Docetaxel

Paclitaxel

Etoposide

5. Platinum-based Drugs

These are vital anti-tumor compounds that contain the heavy metal platinum. They attach directly to DNA, causing the strands to crosslink so that the cancer cell cannot repair itself, eventually triggering cell death.

Cisplatin

Carboplatin

Oxaliplatin

Q. Can cisplatin, carboplatin, oxaliplatin, cause mitochondria damage?

A. Yes, platinum-based chemotherapy drugs—cisplatin, carboplatin, and oxaliplatin—can cause significant mitochondrial damage. While primarily known for binding to nuclear DNA, these medications heavily impact mitochondria through multiple mechanisms.

How Platinum Drugs Damage Mitochondria

Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) Adducts: These drugs bind directly to mtDNA, causing structural damage. Because mitochondria lack the robust DNA-repair mechanisms found in the cell nucleus, this damage severely inhibits mitochondrial replication and transcription.

Increased Oxidative Stress: Mitochondrial dysfunction leads to a rapid increase in harmful reactive oxygen species (ROS), which further damages the mitochondria.

Energy (ATP) Failure: The structural damage and ROS production impair the mitochondrial respiratory chain, which significantly lowers the cell’s ATP (energy) production.

Disrupted Quality Control: These drugs can interfere with mitochondrial dynamics, leading to abnormal mitochondrial swelling (vacuolization) and halting proper mitochondrial transport within nerve cells

Impact on the Body

This mitochondrial dysfunction is widely believed to be a primary driver of the severe, dose-limiting side effects associated with platinum therapies:

· Peripheral Neuropathy: Nerve damage (numbness, pain, tingling) from oxaliplatin and cisplatin is heavily linked to the mitochondria-dependent death of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons.

· Kidney Damage (Nephrotoxicity): Cisplatin and carboplatin accumulate in the kidneys, triggering mitochondrial injury and cell death in renal tissues.

Q. Can Vincristine, Vinblastine, Docetaxel, Paclitaxel, or Etoposide cause mitochondria damage

A. Yes, Vincristine, Vinblastine, Docetaxel, Paclitaxel, and Etoposide can all cause mitochondrial damage. While their primary mechanisms of action focus on disrupting cell division, off-target effects and metabolic disruptions often lead to severe mitochondrial dysfunction.

The Taxanes (Docetaxel and Paclitaxel)

These drugs stabilize microtubules, which are structural protein networks within cells. This stabilization unexpectedly disrupts normal mitochondrial dynamics.

Paclitaxel can trigger the opening of mitochondrial permeability transition pores. This causes mitochondrial swelling, loss of membrane potential, and a spike in Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). It can also downregulate mitochondrial fusion proteins and upregulate fission proteins, leading to mitochondrial fragmentation.

Docetaxel also induces oxidative stress, reduces mitochondrial membrane potential, and triggers the release of cytochrome C, which pushes the cell into apoptosis.

The Vinca Alkaloids (Vincristine and Vinblastine)

These drugs function by preventing the formation of microtubules.

Vincristine frequently causes chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) through mitochondrial disruption. It affects calcium movement across mitochondrial membranes, which compromises energy (ATP) production, increases oxidative stress (ROS), and causes morphological changes to the mitochondria in nerve cells.

Vinblastine alters mitochondrial bioenergetics, increases the production of hydrogen peroxide, and limits mitochondrial calcium retention capacity, making cells more susceptible to apoptosis.

Etoposide

As a topoisomerase II inhibitor, Etoposide prevents DNA from properly unwinding, halting cell division. Like the other drugs, it induces the intrinsic (mitochondrial-dependent) apoptotic pathway. When cells are exposed to Etoposide, it triggers oxidative stress and causes mitochondrial membrane permeabilization, leading to the release of apoptotic factors like cytochrome C into the cytoplasm.

Why This Matters

For all of these drugs, this mitochondrial toxicity is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it helps successfully destroy cancer cells by forcing them into apoptosis. On the other hand, this exact same mitochondrial damage in healthy tissues (particularly peripheral nerve cells and cardiac muscle) is the driving force behind well-known chemotherapy side effects, such as neuropathy and cardiotoxicity.

Q. Can Doxorubicin, Daunorubicin, Epirubicin, Idarubicin cause mitochondria damage?

A. Yes, all of these medications—Doxorubicin, Daunorubicin, Epirubicin, and Idarubicin, which are all part of the anthracycline class of chemotherapy drugs—are known to cause significant mitochondrial damage. This mitochondrial toxicity is widely considered the primary cause of the severe, and sometimes irreversible, heart damage (cardiotoxicity) associated with these drugs.

How Anthracyclines Damage Mitochondria

High Affinity for Cardiolipin: Anthracyclines have a very strong chemical affinity for cardiolipin, a specialized lipid found almost exclusively in the inner mitochondrial membrane. This causes the drugs to accumulate directly inside the mitochondria of cells.

Oxidative Stress & ROS: Once inside the mitochondria, these drugs interact with oxygen to create highly unstable molecules called reactive oxygen species (ROS) or free radicals. This triggers severe oxidative stress, which damages cellular structures.

Disrupted Energy Production: The excess free radicals damage the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and impair the proteins responsible for the electron transport chain. This directly interferes with the mitochondria’s ability to produce ATP (cellular energy), leading to an energy crisis in the heart muscle.

Impaired Mitochondrial Dynamics: Anthracyclines disrupt the normal lifecycle of mitochondria by promoting mitochondrial “fission” (fragmenting them into smaller, dysfunctional pieces) while inhibiting “fusion” (repairing them) and preventing their normal cleanup/recycling process, known as mitophagy.

Because the heart is incredibly dense with mitochondria to meet its high, constant energy demands, it is the organ most vulnerable to this type of mitochondrial destruction.

Q. How often does someone develop arrhythmias while going through chemotherapy?

A. Arrhythmias develop in roughly 5% to 15% of oncology patients, though this frequency heavily depends on the specific chemotherapy drug used and the patient’s individual risk factors. While some irregularities are mild and temporary, certain medications carry significantly higher risks.

Arrhythmia Rates by Drug Class

The incidence of irregular heart rhythms varies widely depending on the type of treatment:

· Targeted Therapies: Drugs like ibrutinib are known to cause Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) in up to 16% of patients.

· Anthracyclines: Commonly used chemotherapies (e.g., doxorubicin) are linked to AFib and other arrhythmias in about 10% to 15% of patients, often occurring during infusion or as the cumulative dose increases.

· Taxanes: Paclitaxel can cause transient, typically asymptomatic sinus bradycardia or AV blocks in roughly 30% of treatments, which usually resolve shortly after the infusion.

· Immunotherapies: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are known to cause atrial arrhythmias in about 3% of patients, primarily triggered by treatment-related inflammation (myocarditis)

Q. Can 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), Methotrexate, Gemcitabine, Capecitabine, Cytarabine cause mitochondria damage?

A. Yes, all five of these chemotherapy drugs (antimetabolites) are known to cause mitochondrial damage and dysfunction, primarily through the induction of oxidative stress, impairment of energy production, and, in some cases, direct damage to mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA).

The specific mechanisms for each drug are detailed below:

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) and Capecitabine:

Capecitabine is an oral prodrug that converts into 5-FU in the body.

Both agents cause mitochondrial dysfunction by increasing oxidative stress and generating excess reactive oxygen species (ROS), which leads to mitochondrial membrane depolarization and the depletion of ATP.

This mitochondrial impairment contributes significantly to common systemic toxicities such as intestinal injury (mucositis), heart damage (cardiotoxicity), and skin toxicity (Hand-Foot Syndrome).

Methotrexate (MTX):

This folate antagonist causes cytotoxicity by elevating intracellular ROS and significantly decreasing the mitochondrial membrane potential.

It directly interferes with mitochondrial respiration, which reduces ATP production and leads to the release of cytochrome c (a protein that triggers cell death/apoptosis).

This mitochondrial injury is a primary driver of methotrexate-induced kidney (nephrotoxicity) and liver (hepatotoxicity) damage.

Gemcitabine:

Gemcitabine inhibits DNA synthesis and has been shown to cause direct damage to mitochondrial DNA.

The loss of mtDNA depletes mitochondrial function, causes an energy crisis, and triggers mitophagy (the selective destruction of damaged mitochondria by the cell).

Cytarabine (Ara-C):

Cytarabine inhibits DNA polymerase, damaging mitochondrial DNA in highly metabolic cells like neurons in the peripheral nervous system.

This damages mitochondrial respiration, drastically elevates ROS, and triggers the stress responses responsible for cytarabine-induced neurotoxicity.

---

Q. Can Cyclophosphamide, Ifosfamide, Melphalan, Chlorambucil, Busulfan cause mitochondria damage?

A. Yes, all of these alkylating chemotherapy agents (Cyclophosphamide, Ifosfamide, Melphalan, Chlorambucil, Busulfan) can cause mitochondrial damage. They do this primarily by increasing oxidative stress (producing reactive oxygen species) and directly damaging mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), which impairs the mitochondria’s ability to produce energy and can trigger programmed cell death (apoptosis).

The specific ways these drugs affect mitochondria vary:

Cyclophosphamide & Ifosfamide: Both of these are oxazaphosphorine drugs that are metabolized into toxic byproducts, such as acrolein and chloroacetaldehyde. These byproducts suppress the mitochondrial respiratory chain (particularly Complex I) and cause long-term, persistent deficits in mitochondrial function and overall physical performance.

Busulfan: Clinically relevant doses have been shown to cause mitochondrial fission and damage in cells (especially in the gut), decrease mitochondrial membrane potential, and even trigger intrinsic mitochondrial-dependent cell death in platelets, severely reducing their lifespan.

Melphalan & Chlorambucil: Like other nitrogen mustards, they can react with both nuclear and mitochondrial DNA. Because mitochondria do not have the same DNA repair mechanisms as the cell nucleus, mitochondrial DNA is highly vulnerable to this type of alkylating damage.

-------

Discussion: It’s difficult to confront information contrary to what’s been pushed (or programmed) as the truth. There’s an immediate visceral reaction because we’re taught to be led by our feelings which is the fuel that defends countless dogmas. My goal was to present another theory of how cancer emerges and proliferates, which isn’t random and has absolutely nothing to do with genetics. Cancer as a metabolic disease provides a full explanation to include risk factors that drive the diagnosis, how the disease progresses, and how the disease regresses to the point of non-existence. We can either accept the doctors who call cancer rotten luck (a bad poker hand) OR accept the doctors who have fully defined the process and the solutions which don’t seem to enrich the countless cancer industry stakeholders. The information I provided related to chemotherapy also points to the fact that they’re fighting a disease with the cause of the disease (mitochondria damage) and creating a legion of returning customers while promising nothing at all. “It might be gone after 12 rounds of chemotherapy. If not, we’ll look into radiation or surgery.” If cancer isn’t an issue of genetics, then when therapies that target elements of our genetics yield a positive result it’s serendipitous, not scientific. I know I’m not a doctor, but I’m also not a stakeholder. I was taught multi-sensor data analysis and data collection management by the military. I taught myself statistical analysis. If we let our emotions take hold then we'll likely care less about the facts of the event (like poor security in the age of drones) and how it's being investigated (it's unlikely that we'll see an autopsy). We're fueling an unnecessary civil war. This is manufactured outrage inside anointed echo chambers.

Q: Are they manufacturing martyrs?

I'm not bothered by the comments that'll likely come from a potentially unpopular take, but the problem with yesterday wasn't the tragic loss of life (tragic losses happen constantly and most rarely make headlines), but the snap response. There was immediate, sadness, anger, and even celebration by some which indicates the extremes of programmed polarity. It's never okay to call for violence. If you are either personally or collectively wronged and are denied legal recourse then yes communicate the injustice so hopefully we can return to a social structure where community cohesion is a keystone. We need to reject the idea that the government operates in the interests of, "The People" and accept the idea that the government doesn't lose any sleep when they prop up influential personalities to be sacrificial lambs.

For the next three months everyone will likely be reflecting on, "What Charlie Kirk stood for..." which isn't a reflection upon the man himself as much as it's upon ideas he presented. There were similar reflections following the demise of JFK and Martin Luther King. The critical difference is in the target audience. Kirk was a model of conservatism for young adults looking for a sense of liberty in openly expressing their sense of patriotism, conservative values, and distaste for the decay of those values at a national level. When there's such a profound political divide (less independents and more, "far rights" and, "far lefts") with party loyalty being established at younger and younger ages then both sides will be quick to call the other rage baiters, provocateurs, etc. This unhealthy division (unhealthy for the divided, but useful for power brokers) is the premier personal security threat. I don't like using the term national security because every manufactured crisis results in more federal powers, not less. This is why we could expect to see an expansion in the surveillance state in the wake of two tragedies targeting, "Christians". It wouldn't surprise me if, "liberals" are labeled, "anti-christian," or even, "terrorists.” *I wrote this piece yesterday but didn't post it

This radical label maker was teased during the Biden administration when he said, "The greatest threat to national security is the MAGA movement." Now with the, "Department of War" in place, the militarization of policing, and a former Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) special operations veteran working hand-in-hand with Palantir...who knows what'll happen next. Maybe a, "white paper" protest in both the physical and digital domains?

***Do pay attention to what happens next***

"Pandemic" Thoughts, Censored Contemplations...

There are handfuls of pretty neat people trying to understand what happened, how it happened, why it happened, and it has me wondering, “Are we locked in a straw mill or an escape room?”

Nathan

There are handfuls of pretty neat people trying to understand what happened, how it happened, why it happened, and it has me wondering, “Are we locked in a straw mill or an escape room?”

Another Golden Rule: Don't require professional analysts to think critically about sensitive data then allow mainstream media to label critical thinkers, “morons.”

“Yes, I did my own research and my use of even one valid datapoint led to significantly more plausible conclusions than those offered by B-list Hollywood experts.” ~ Me

Here's one slide of the cake which is supplemental commentary (with polite edits) related to “The Illustrated U.S. Mortality Guide” produced by Virginia L. Stoner MA, JD.

Picked up your book, thank you for that compilation! I compared it to the DoD's Global Emerging Infections Surveillance (GEIS) data which I trended over a couple of years to better understand what happened during the, "pandemic." As you could imagine with death surges there were also, "infection" surges. The DoD only accepted symptomatic samples which makes it unique when compared to groups like the CDC that pushed the asymptomatic CoVID-case narrative.

I don't believe a, "virus" caused the symptoms because it hasn't been proven nor has there been a valid test to confirm the presence of an invading microbe. With that said, I find April 2020 pretty interesting because the vaccine wasn't widely accessible until December of 2020 and Remdesivir was still be reviewed for emergency authorization so I considered state policies and both New York and New Jersey controversially issued guidance to pack their long term care facilities (nursing homes) with residents who either already have, "CoVID" or weren't tested for it. Now you have a concentrated area of arguably the most neglected demographic to employ capabilities like weapons (chemical, biological, radiological, etc.) against for the purposes of making a lethal, "pandemic" appear not only valid, but to justify bizarre countermeasures and policies.

So I thought, "What else was new for the time period that could've stimulated illness in a concentrated area?" Then I remembered people were being called idiotic for believing, "5G causes CoVID" and later also called idiotic for not believing that the vaccines were safe and effective. "5G causes CoVID" is a false premise on purpose to make people citing legitimate studies on the effects of EMF radiation appear ridiculous. It should be presented as, "5G is capable of causing a broad spectrum of symptoms commonly associated with respiratory illnesses like CoVID-19."

While don't have a robust knowledge base related to energy weapons, I do have a professional background in signals analysis so I understand the electromagnetic spectrum pretty well. 5G utilizes a phased-array antenna which enables beamforming (or directed transmission to user(s)). Millimeter Wave frequencies are hazardous to human health, but the equipment is on towers to make sure we're out of the unhealthy range right?

The question is do we trust the government and manufacturers, like Lockheed Martin, to put effective rails in place? Or do we consider that a technician could receive a phone call, steer the signal (energy, emissions, etc.), and dial up the power for a certain period of time? Is it reasonable to believe that the telecommunications companies are independent and can resist a federal order if it's under the guise of connectivity tests during a national emergency? Of course not. It all sounds very innocent and if, "viruses" continue to be the assumed reality then there's no reason to think otherwise (or consider other causes of illness). We aren't virologists right?

If you've read the post, please leave me some feedback!

Also, if you found the information valuable, share it, restack it, and at the very least cogitate on it!

Thanks!

Trauma-colored gaslighting

I wonder if Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps Score guy) was one of L.

Nathan

I wonder if Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps Score guy) was one of L. Ron Hubbard's associates. What does it mean to, "go clear" in Scientology? It means to resolve trauma even at the earliest stages of life (i.e. sperm meeting the egg), but their practice goes deeper. If for some reason you can't uncover early trauma there's still the potential that you experienced trauma in one of your past lives (no kidding, this is what they teach). Once you finish as much therapy as required you're expected to touch a device (which likely takes basic readings like your pulse rate) and depending on the reading you might still have unresolved trauma (AKA you haven't gone clear so you can't graduate). This is radical victim affirmation for the non-victim and it's very sad to see how many people gobble it up.

The trauma framework though was established to disguise the sources of true trauma. It turns out when you say everything is traumatic it doesn't cause people to question the authenticity for some reason. Instead, they hop in line to get their professional diagnosis so they can wear it as a badge of courage. It wouldn't surprise me if over half of these brave souls aren't also in line for their autism diagnosis (everyone believes they're on the spectrum nowadays). Hard lives aren't something to be manifested. There are real challenges, most of which are situational, and result in growth for those who push through. Now we have the concept, "You're personally challenged by no fault of your own. Instead, you're predisposed by your mental health conditions to struggle through the most basic activities. Getting out of bed makes you a hero. Dressing yourself makes you a hero. Surviving small talk...are you tired of being called a hero?" Because they aren't experiencing real challenges they athropy becoming weaker and weaker until the smallest inconveniences result in added, "trauma." This is among one of the easiest money makers (apply the disease model [genetic or otherwise] to the mental health model and voila we don't have people naturally experiencing various types of stress who need to learn natural ways of reducing that stress. No, no, we have people incapable of managing stress due to their condition which makes them great candidates for drugs).

Break away from the deconditioning that sends you to the pill mill and reject the, "forgive yourself" mantra. According to The Bible, we have neither the power nor authority to forgive ourselves because there is one Judge who is God. He instructs us to forgive others so that our forgiveness won't be withheld. So let's lay down our grief, pain, and shame at the foot of the Throne of Mercy along with our confessed sins and pick up the newness of life promised by Him through Christ Jesus.

Why confess our flaws, mistakes, and weaknesses to someone who will tell us our behavior is natural even when it results in fear, anxiety, and self-loathing? This same recipient will then proceed to provide only the most premium mood stabilizers so that our behavior which we sense as being unnatural isn't inhibited by our silly conscience. And if shutting off our conscience via a chemical cocktail causes us to have thoughts of suicide, well that's the point. This is another eugenics program. This one targets the weak-minded audience they created. It's under the umbrella of the Cult of Convenience. "Do you have a bad feeling that you wish would go away? There's a pill for that. Life is filled with bad feelings so help us, help you...let the good times roll!"

Of what mind are you?

My work serves two audiences (maybe a third):

Nathan

My work serves two audiences (maybe a third):

The worldly-minded

The spiritually-minded

And maybe those who view the natural and the supernatural as inseparable.

My work is likely to displease radical or extreme materialists who are also usually atheists, they'll probably find even my worldly content to be problematic because it doesn't reject the unexplored nor dismiss that which can't be proven false (conspiratorial stuff). Whether they say, "There is no God!" Which can't be proven and thus renders them unscientific or they say, "I don't know if God exists." It's simply a topic they haven't explored at all. If they did they'd find every ancient culture believed in a spiritual reality. Not because they were uneducated, but because they were highly educated (taught by non-human intelligences). You can also find plenty of respected scientists in our modern age who believe in, and even explore through experimentation, spiritual realities.

My planned appeal to those in disbelief is centered on the idea that they don't like the characteristics of God (a moral argument), but can't reject the concept of intelligent design while still calling themselves reasonable. You cannot take a used deck of playing cards and put it in order with your eyes closed. And yet we're supposed to believe that logical order emerged. First came the cards which had not only a personal sense of awareness, but awareness of other cards, and their environment/place in it. Then the cards automatically assembled themselves into a functional order. To accept this notion is to be an animist (everything has a soul and thus has life) or to be a member of the cult of consciousness (everything is conscious, everything is mind, and thus has life). Anyone who accepts the theory of abiogenesis (life from non-life) while rejecting the possibility of a bodily resurrection (former life returned to life) doesn't understand that their belief requires more faith...not less. It's also less statistically probable. Until you've considered everything, you haven't considered anything. It also turns out that the more you learn, the less you know and with increased knowledge is increased pain.

My appeal to believers is to be wary of the well that you drink from. The same wicked minds that developed the Theory of Evolution to justify numerous eugenics programs and play God (deciding who can reproduce and who can't) are the same minds that established the ability to sell your sons and daughters to the temple to be sacred prostitutes.

Every religion has two layers:

The traditional practices and rituals for the uninitiated

The mystical practices and rituals for the initiated

This leads to three groups:

Those who know they're not initiated

Those who think they're initiated

And those who know they're initiated

*Only those at the top of the ladder are fully initiated. How should I emerge on the scene? The world loves a moderate level of inflammation, should I be controversial? Then I remembered that rage baiting is for kids and I've fortunately matured to a state of mutual malcontent with the seeing and hearing world. So who am I? I'm a literal nobody. You've never seen me in any significant form of media and my voice hasn’t found any reach. I, like a fair amount of skeptics, jumped down the first of many rabbit holes during the COVID-19 propaganda campaign. At first, I was a true believer in everything that I was taught about the world. Teachers are trustworthy, as are doctors, scientists, professors, high-level decision-makers, supervisors, and the only sucker than I shouldn't trust is myself, right?

Fortunately, a bucket of cold water was dumped on me as I slept. That bucket was an inglorious COVID vaccine mandate. I can't say that I was immediately skeptical because that would be an outright lie. Instead, I heard a bizarre story about someone who prayed about whether or not they should receive the vaccine (this person had immunological issues). So, this person living on, “faith” showed up at a Walgreens pharmacy for their shot and somehow all of their information was wiped from their computers (despite being a repeat customer) and they couldn't recover it. So this individual took it as a sign and it got me thinking, “Is this novel vaccine dangerous?” After I heard that story I had zero interest in mRNA-based vaccines, but I wasn't entirely opposed to a more traditional vaccine like the J&J (dead and attenuated viruses are good, right?). So, I had planned to get vaccinated and found a place that had the J&J shot in stock. When I thought about what I heard recently I said to myself, “I guess I'll pray about it.” So I put my hands together in the tradition fashion and said (roughly), “Lord God if the J&J vaccine is out of stock despite being listing as available then I won't take any vaccine for COVID.” I don't say this to rage bait atheists. It's scientific right? What is the distilled version of the scientific method? It's guess and check.

To be continued….(This is me in three parts)

An Organic Beginning

One post for all time...with one invitation.

Nathan

I've considered at length what I should write and when, but if I don't begin…you’ll remain in that posh little thought prison you were born into.
