Imagine Facebook, X, Amazon and the others being used and directed by all of us for our benefit. Not ruled over by individuals who need more yachts. There is a news story this week, Mark Zuckerberg’s yacht was closest to a ship in distress in off Alaska, and he IGNORED them. These people are truly bad humans.

Imagine the next disaster virus or whatever and having these platforms to help us through it and not as a profit center for individuals. The way highways provide a way through.

Why do we allow these truly evil people, hurt and even kill us for their benefit, off our resources. These properties are affected with a public interest and they belong to us. These Zuckerberg’s and Musk’s and Bezos’ have no one to blame but themselves. They could have used these platforms for us at any time.

No one made them Avaricious, predatory, ruthlessly self-interested humans. They chose this.

They are truly disgusting humans.

Eminent domain was created to protect the public from private control over essential infrastructure. In the 20th century, that meant land, water, roads, and utilities.

In the 21st century, the essential infrastructure is **AI models, datacenters, algorithms, and the platforms that govern our speech, our markets, and our social reality**.

Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Google, OpenAI, Meta, Anthropic — these entities now control more public life than any highway, dam, or water project ever seized under eminent domain.

If eminent domain is truly about **public use**, then the most urgent public-use assets today are not physical — they are **digital**.

And they belong to us.

Eminent Domain Was Always About Preventing Private Capture of Public Necessity

The doctrine is simple:

1. Property

2. Public use

3. Just compensation

Courts have already ruled that **intangible property** — patents, trade secrets, and data — qualifies as property (Ruckelshaus v. Monsanto Co., 1984).

And “public use” has expanded to include:

- telecom networks

- utilities

- redevelopment (Kelo v. City of New London, 2005)

- economic development

- public access

- national security

If a highway qualifies as public use, then a platform that governs **the entire public square** qualifies ten times over.

If a water project qualifies as public use, then a datacenter that consumes **millions of gallons of public water** to run AI models qualifies infinitely more.

Except They Control Information, Not Water

A dam controls water flow.

A datacenter controls **information flow**.

Datacenters consume enormous public resources:

- U.S. datacenters used **1.7 billion gallons of water per day** in 2022 (U.S. Geological Survey).

- A single large AI datacenter can use **1–5 million gallons per day** depending on cooling design (Washington Post, 2023).

- They draw massive electricity loads equivalent to small cities (IEA, 2023).

And what do they produce?

Not public goods.

Not public infrastructure.

Not public benefit.

They produce **private profit** for a handful of companies — while the public pays the resource cost.

This is the exact scenario eminent domain was designed for:

**private control over essential public infrastructure with public externalities.**

The most powerful systems in the world today are not governments, armies, or corporations.

THE FOUNDERS’ WRITINGS AGAINST WARRANTLESS ABUSES

(Why America Went to War Over Searches and Seizures)

Before the Revolutionary War, the Founding generation wrote repeatedly—and ferociously—about warrantless searches, general warrants, writs of assistance, and the abuses committed by British officers. These writings are the intellectual and moral foundation of the Fourth Amendment. They are also the clearest proof that the Founders viewed warrantless commands, detentions, and seizures as tyranny worth fighting a war to end.

Below is a curated collection of the most important pre‑Revolution writings on warrantless abuses.

James Otis — “Against Writs of Assistance” (1761)

This is the single most important anti‑search document in American history. Otis argued in court that general warrants—allowing officers to search any home without suspicion—were instruments of tyranny.

Famous line:
“A man’s house is his castle.”

Otis warned that writs of assistance allowed officers to enter homes, search belongings, and seize goods without cause or accountability.

John Adams later wrote: “Then and there the child Independence was born.”

This speech is the intellectual spark of the Fourth Amendment.

John Adams — Notes on the Writs of Assistance Case

Adams recorded Otis’s arguments and expanded them. He called general warrants:
“the worst instrument of arbitrary power.”

Adams documented how British officers used warrantless searches to intimidate colonists, punish dissent, and enforce obedience. These notes became the philosophical backbone of the Revolution.

The Massachusetts Circular Letter (1768)

Written by Samuel Adams and James Otis, this letter condemned warrantless searches and arbitrary seizures by customs officers. It declared such abuses:
“inconsistent with the first principles of liberty.”

Britain ordered the colony to retract the letter. Massachusetts refused.

The Declaration of Rights and Grievances (1774)

Drafted by the First Continental Congress, this document explicitly condemned:
“the use of general warrants.”

It argued that warrantless searches violated natural rights and were part of a pattern of British oppression. This document directly precedes the Declaration of Independence.

The Fairfax County Resolves (1774)

Drafted by George Mason, these resolves condemned:
“searches and seizures without evidence.”

This is one of the clearest pre‑Revolution statements that warrantless searches violate natural rights. Mason later wrote the Virginia Declaration of Rights, the direct ancestor of the Fourth Amendment.

The Virginia Declaration of Rights (1776)

Written by George Mason. Section 10 states that warrants must be:

“supported by evidence ”and “not granted without probable cause.”

This is the Founders’ explicit rejection of warrantless searches and the blueprint for the Fourth Amendment.

The Declaration of Independence (1776)

The Declaration does not use the word “warrant,” but it condemns the effects of warrantless power. Jefferson wrote that the King sent:

“swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.”

This refers directly to customs agents using writs of assistance—warrantless searches of homes, warehouses, and businesses. The Founders listed this as a cause for war.

John Dickinson — Letters from a Farmer in Pennsylvania (1767–1768)

Dickinson argued that warrantless searches were part of a larger pattern of British tyranny.

He wrote: “If they can do this, they can do anything.”

Meaning:
If the government can search you without cause, you are not free.

Committees of Correspondence Letters (1772–1774)

These letters circulated among colonies documenting abuses by British officers. They repeatedly condemned warrantless home entries, arbitrary seizures, and customs officers breaking into warehouses. These letters unified the colonies around the idea that warrantless power equals tyranny.

Blackstone’s Commentaries (1765–1769)

The Founders relied heavily on Blackstone. He wrote that general warrants were:
“illegal and void.”

Blackstone’s writings were cited repeatedly by the Founders as proof that warrantless searches violated English liberty and natural rights.

Summary: What the Founders Believed

The Founders wrote—over and over—that warrantless searches and seizures were:
• tyranny
• arbitrary power
• violations of natural rights
• grounds for resistance
• grounds for revolution
• grounds for war

They fought the Revolutionary War to end these abuses.
They wrote the Fourth Amendment to prevent them from ever returning.

Yet here we are again! Our rights belong to us, not the government. Our rights are not their thing to play word games with. Congress could fix this with one law. It is time for a do-over. It is time to replace all 535 of them, with us. We need our rights back.

A Case Study: Ogden, Utah

A woman is detained on a “verified” warrant that had already been expunged. Standing nearby is a 76‑year‑old Army veteran who does what men like him have always been told to do: he speaks up when something is wrong.

He doesn’t attack anyone.
He doesn’t interfere physically.
He uses his voice.

For that, he gets arrested too.

The woman tells the officers the warrant was expunged. She has the document on her phone. She offers to show it. They refuse. They can’t explain the warrant. They can’t state the charge. They contradict themselves — “you’re free to go,” then “you’re detained,” then “you’re under arrest.”

The veteran questions them. He challenges their story. He calls out the obvious: they are arresting someone on garbage information and ignoring proof. The response is not to check the facts. The response is to put him in cuffs.

Doctrine vs. Law

Courts can interpret the Constitution.
They cannot rewrite it.

They cannot create a doctrine that legalizes kidnapping.
They cannot create a doctrine that legalizes assault.
They cannot create a doctrine that legalizes unlawful restraint.

Those are crimes — deprivation of rights under color of law.

If a civilian did what these officers did, it would be a crime spree:

• Negligent assault

• Reckless battery

• Criminally negligent infliction of bodily harm

• Unlawful touching resulting from negligent conduct

• Negligent unlawful restraint

• Deprivation of liberty through reckless disregard

• False imprisonment

The state cannot “negligently” take us, shackle us, or put hands on us. You can’t do that to people. But when police do it, the system calls it a “mistake.”

The Asymmetry

Negligence is enough to convict ordinary citizens of:

• criminally negligent homicide

• negligent manslaughter

• negligent child abuse

• negligent discharge of a firearm

• negligent vehicular manslaughter

• negligent handling of hazardous materials

• negligent assault

• negligent battery

• negligent unlawful restraint

• negligent kidnapping‑lite

These are felonies.
Intent is not required.
“Should have known” is enough.

Now compare that to Ogden:

• Officers should have known you can’t arrest someone on an unverified warrant.

• They should have known you can’t ignore exculpatory proof.

• They should have known you can’t twist up a 76‑year‑old man for criticizing you.

If you or I “should have known” and did it anyway, we’d be in a jumpsuit.
When they “should have known” and did it anyway, they go back to work.

The Immunity Machine

This is where the system steps in to protect itself:

• Qualified immunity

• Good‑faith exceptions

• “Reasonable officer” standards

• Mistake‑of‑law forgiveness

• Mistake‑of‑fact forgiveness

• Deference to police testimony

• Prosecutors who need cops more than they need justice

• Unions that shield, not serve

• Internal affairs as damage control

None of this is in the Constitution.
All of it operates as if it’s above it.
None of it exists in Plato’s The Republic.

Civilians are routinely charged with crimes where negligence is the actual mental state

Police are the only group for whom negligence is treated as a shield rather than a crime

How can humans become judges, the arbiter of freedom, fairness, equality and justice, and then unleash upon the people they are there to protect all this abuse and violence that should never have existed.

This isn’t even close.

Amendment XIV

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

This is direct contradiction to our constitution. This is not even close. We have the right to justice when the state abuses us. All we speak of is lawsuits which we end up paying for. There is no justice here.

Judges do this!
Congress Allows this!
Cops Execute this!
That’s a conspiracy.

If you were in the capitol building and you were representing us, would you protect the police from us or us from the police?

Incentives Shape Behavior

When a group knows it will not be charged, not be disciplined, not be sued personally, and not be held accountable, that group will push boundaries. Not because they are uniquely evil, but because incentives shape behavior.

Remove consequences, remove restraint.

Ogden shows the full cycle:

• Officers act on bad information.

• They ignore exculpatory evidence.

• They escalate force unnecessarily.

• They arrest people without lawful cause.

• The state does nothing.

The officers learn the real lesson:
You can do this again.

This Is Structural

This is not a “bad apple” problem.
This is not a “training” problem.
This is not a “policy” problem.

This is a structural immunity problem.

The Constitution does not recognize a special class of people who may violate rights through negligence.
The modern legal system does.

Until that gap is closed — until negligence by the state is treated the same way negligence by citizens is treated — cases like Ogden will not be exceptions. They will be the rule.

This is what happens when negligence becomes power.
This is what happens when “mistakes” become authority.
This is what happens when immunity becomes the real law of the land.

This is protecting the

state from the people. That is Nationalism, not a Republic. The state does not have rights, we have rights. The state has duties and responsibilities, first and foremost is to protect us. From the state.

Congress is supposed to protect us from the executive branch and judicial branch. They are not supposed to let the courts and the cops make kidnaping or battery or any crime legal for state actors. If they can’t protect us, it’s time to replace them all.

Most Americans believe they live under the Fourth Amendment.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

On sentence, 9 commas one period. Commas extend a thought, they do not change a thought. This is one thought. Notice the word “reasonable” in any derivation, is only used once: to describe the threat, what we are protected from. The supreme court lied and pretended this word is in this sentence twice.

Interpretation

To interpret is to explain the meaning of. It is not to change the meaning of. Only we the people, through an amendment, can change the constitution via our congress. The court cannot change the constitution.

The constitution has one job, protect the public from the state. When they contradict it, they protect the state from the people and we lose our safety. This is how they made it not illegal to do Rodney King, George Floyd, Renee Good and Alex Pretti and so many other mauled, maimed and killed Americans.

It’s how they take bribes and pardon their kids and commit stock fraud. It’s why they live longer, healthier more educated, more abundant lives. It’s why when they get caught, “no reasonable prosecutor will bring these charges.” It’s why the press cannot protect us.

They are cheating.

The 4th Amendment

What is being protected: our person, documents, house and effects
From unreasonable searches and seizures
Shall not, not may not, be violated
Then warrants
Requiring probable cause ←— this is the test. Probable cause.

The court is lying and saying the test is reasonableness, if the cop finds it reasonable. that is the exact opposite of the founding fathers intent. The word reasonable is used to describe what this amendment is protecting. Once the word is used, it is not to be used again. Reasonable is not the test, probable cause is. PERIOD.

Probable Cause

Probable cause is specific facts of a crime. Going 55 in a 50 is a traffic violation and is not a crime and no probable cause exists.

Reasonable Articulable Suspicion

You know what does not exist there: Reasonable Articulable Suspicion, RAS. RAS are not specific facts, they are “Objective Facts”, which are not objective at all but subjective.

RAS is a 1968 Supreme Court invention (Terry v. Ohio). They made it up. This destroyed our rights.

RAS = “specific and articulable facts” that a person is involved in criminal activity.

But here’s the trick:

The Court allows “facts” to include:

• nervousness

• evasiveness

• “furtive movements”

• “high‑crime area”

• inconsistent answers

• officer’s “training and experience”

• “behavior consistent with criminal activity”

None of these are specific facts of a crime.

All of them together are not specific facts of a crime. The founding fathers meant what they wrote.

Let’s be clear: If a person displays ALL of the traits it does not indicate murder nor arson, not robbery, nor assault, not fraud nor battery not any crime at all.

Using these subjective traits as reasons to command at us was one the main reasons we fought a war against King George, so their descendants, us, would NOT have to live this way

The 4th Amendment requires actual “specific facts of a crime”, the court ruled that no facts of a crime are good enough.

No facts is not equal to specific facts. That’s Aristotle. Aristotle’s second law of thought is called non-contradiction: b is not equal to not b.

let not b = Reasonable Articulable Suspicion

RAS is unconstitutional; as it fails Aristotle’s second law of thought. That should be the starting point test for all constitutional issues. The tests can improve from there. #Maths

Temporary Detention

With this made up not probable cause idea, called reasonable Articulable Suspicion, the state can now temporarily detain you, because it’s temporary it is a special kind of detention and now, with no facts of any crime, because a cop says you looked at him, you will lose your freedom.

One big problem

All dentations except life without parole and death row are temporary. I looked it up, under 1% of detentions are not temporary. This special class does not exist, it’s all a lie.

Reasonableness is not the test, it can’t be as the word has already been used.
Temprary Detention is not a special class it describes 99.35% of all detentions.

Our governement is not allowed to change our rights, change our constitution from the court room.

Still works even backwards, aka the inverse: not b is not equal to b:

So, specific facts of a crime, is probable cause and allows the state to get a warrant, which provides reasonableness to search and seize our person, documents, house or effects. Nothing else gives the sate the right to touch us or our stuff. Actually, touching us, is the most invasive thing the state can do, it is a very big deal.

It’s important that we all keep our hands to ourselves and on our own stuff. Violence is a last resort, not the first or second one. King George III was bound by the same rules, probable cause, but he violated these rules at will.

Now our government has done the same.

The colonists wrote the Fourth Amendment because the British government searched and seized people, houses, papers, and effects without probable cause — without specific facts of a crime — and they wanted to make that impossible in the new nation.

General warrants and warrantless searches were one of the primary sparks of the American Revolution.

Not a side issue.
Not a footnote.
Not a technicality.
Not a lawyer’s quibble.

John Adams — not a fringe guy, not a pamphleteer, but a Founder and future president — said this directly:

“Then and there the child Independence was born.”
(referring to the fight against writs of assistance)

He wasn’t being poetic.
He meant it literally.

The Revolution had three core grievances

Not the laundry list you see in textbooks.
The real, structural ones:

1. Taxation without representation

2. Standing armies in peacetime

3. General warrants / writs of assistance (searches without probable cause)

Those three together = tyranny.

The third one — searches without probable cause — was not a minor complaint.
It was one of the central triggers.

They believe police need probable cause to detain them.
They believe searches require evidence.
They believe arrests require real crimes.
They believe the Constitution is the operating system.

Americans Believe we are Protected, But the reality is Different.

Over the last half‑century, a parallel system quietly replaced the constitutional one.
Through a series of doctrines, incentives, and institutional decisions that drifted far from the text.

This paper explains that architecture. But to expose the structure that produces outcomes nobody intended, yet everyone lives inside.

Suspicion‑based policing, safety‑based intrusions, legal fictions, institutional reinforcement, and self‑perpetuating feedback loops together normalize seizures without evidence.

The Constitutional Standard That No Longer Governs Policing

The Fourth Amendment sets a clear rule:

No search or seizure without probable cause.

That is the text.
That is the standard.
That is the promise.

But in 1968, the Supreme Court created a new standard below probable cause: reasonable suspicion.

It was meant to be narrow.
Temporary.
A tool for a specific moment in American history.

Instead, it became the foundation of modern policing.

Reasonable suspicion allows police to detain people without evidence of a crime.
It allows searches based on inferences.
It allows seizures based on intuition.

This was the first structural shift.

This destroyed our freedom. It is the source of all the commands. We are not meant to commanded at. We are meant to be free. Here is what may be commanded at in America:

A Dog
A Horse
A Cow
A Computer
Your own Child
A Soldier
A Criminal

If we are not on this list the government can keep their commands to themselves. We are all equals here. From the president to senator, judge, cop, barber or nurse. We were all meant to be equal here. The government is not in charge, the constitution is,

We have a supremacy clause
We have an equality clause
We have probable cause clause

All of these clauses in our constitution have been abandoned, by our own government. They hate America, our rights and us. It is time for a do-over. They love what they have made.

We are not meant to be commanded at. We have lost our way.

“Doctrine”

A doctrine is a judge‑made interpretive rule that explains how courts apply existing law.

It does not make new changes to our constitution. Only amendments do that. So a judge cannot make a ruling that declares the killing of another on Saturdays are now legal. That is not doctrine.

A judge cannot make a ruling resulting in probable cause being not required for searches and seizures, that is not doctrine.

Reasonable Suspicion is not Probable Cause. Period.

The “not” Doctrines That Grew Around Reasonable Suspicion

Once reasonable suspicion existed, the system needed doctrines to support it.

Officer safety.
Investigatory detention.
Detention versus arrest.
Minimal intrusion.
Public order.

When a human thinks they are free, they know they have done anything, then the state takes their freedom for even a second, the contradiction begins. Safety is not achieved. Once equality has been removed, the fight begins. Any creature yearning to be free wants to fight it when they are not.

This particular violation of our constitution has caused more internal damage than any other. Has inverted the purpose of our government to its opposite. We are subjects not citizens, the state can do whatever it wants at us. Even kill us.

Virtually no other first world peer democracy allows this.

We are the least free nation in the free world. What a disappointment we must be to our founders. We were meant to be out front on these issues. As an example, to earth on self-governance and freedom.

Each doctrine was created to solve a specific problem. Without our permission and only made things worse. Together, they formed a new architecture. One that rapes us of our freedoms and rights. Transferring our power to public servants.

Officer safety allowed searches without evidence.
Investigatory detention allowed seizures without calling them arrests.
Detention versus arrest allowed handcuffing, holding, and transporting without probable cause.
Minimal intrusion framed these actions as harmless.
Public order statutes criminalized a citizen’s reaction to being stopped.

None of this was designed as a master plan.
It was incremental.
Reactive.

But the combined effect was profound.

The constitutional standard was no longer the operating standard.

The “assault” is not the citizen attacking the officer.
It is the citizen reacting to being seized, cornered, or commanded without lawful basis.

The Rise of Process Crimes

Out of ~10–11 million total arrests per year:

• ~3.5–4.5 million = process crimes

• = 35–45% of the entire arrest system

These are not crimes, they arose out of Reasonable Articulable Suspicion, no facts of any crime. They are by far the cause of the most arrests. Do you get it? They are not crimes, the people were not criminals, there was no probable cause.

Keep in mind, deprivation of rights under color of law is a crime. Every one of these arrests are a coordinated and executed effort, which deprive people of their rights; under color of law, a crime. These efforts are coordinated by the judicial and executive branches. Yet we are arrested and they lord over us.

Do you get it: Some 35–45% of people arrested in America are arrested for actions that are not crimes. Further, they are arrested by people depriving of them of their rights, which is a crime!!

This is insane.

Once police could detain someone without probable cause, the system needed a way to enforce compliance.

The Process Crimes that are NOT Crimes:

Obstruction.
Resisting.
Disorderly conduct.
Failure to obey.
Disturbing the peace.

That “failure to obey” should make your blood boil. We are not cows. When we are law-abiding, they can take their commands and shove them up their ass, and we are allowed to tell them that. But not anymore, because the courts could not compose themselves and follow the law. There are no consequences for this.

Offending a cop has been a crime for too long and it is time to restore our rights.

These are not crimes.
They are reactions.
They are behaviors that arise during encounters that contradict our constitution.

They became the most charged offenses in America.

Not because citizens are dangerous. Not because we are criminals.
But because the system needed a mechanism to maintain order during discretionary stops.

For the citizen, the consequences are real.

Then add in the fact that all the remaining crimes are actually crimes and cops would solve more of them, making less of those crimes as well.

We could have Andy Griffith police us instead of Jeffery Dahmer.

Every arrest requires officer time, transport, booking, court processing, and jail resources.

Cities spend millions on non‑crimes.
Police spend hours on encounters that do not improve public safety.
Courts process cases that do not involve real offenses.
Jails fill with people who pose no threat.

If these non‑crimes disappeared, cities could redirect enormous resources toward actual public needs.

Police could focus on real crime.
Clearance rates would rise.
Violent and property crime would fall.
Officer burnout would drop.
Public trust would increase.

The system would be safer, cheaper, and more effective.

But the current architecture is not optimized for efficiency.
It is optimized for predictability and throughput.

The Founders’ model is gone in practice.

Not on paper.
Not in textbooks.
But in the courtroom.

The Founders intended:

• no commands without probable cause

• no touching without probable cause

• no detention without probable cause

• no handcuffing without probable cause

If 100 million Americans were aware of just how fucked up this is, it would fix. We think these process-crimes are normal and part of the system. There is a reason no other peer democracy has this. There is a reason it is forbidden ion our constitution.

We need one law that makes probable cause on state actors a must arrest must jury trial. Fix what the founding fathers missed. Mandatory consequences for changing our constitution without our permission. What citizen could be against this?

But we treat it like a courtroom.

Justice

Justice is the idea of fairness in how people are treated, how benefits and burdens are distributed, and how wrongs are addressed.

When the government wants cops to be able to get away with crimes, they make doctrine, law or policy that allows it. They raise the standard for conviction so high you get Rodney King, Renee Goode and Alex Pretti and thousands of others.

When the government wants the people to be able to commit crimes you get January 6th and the Epstein files.

Justice is when the laws are applied equally at everyone. These thousands of laws policies and doctrines all did one thing: It protects the state from the people. That is not allowed here.

Prosecutorial discretion and immunity are holdovers from monarchies, when the king had power. If the king wanted his pals to get away with raping and pillaging their fiefdoms they would claim: Discretion or Immunity. This is the opposite of justice.

These mechanisms have no place in a republic. Plato wrote “The Republic” these mechanisms are the opposite of what he wrote. They do not exist in our Declaration nor our Constitution. Our government made them up in direct contradiction to our constitution, where we all get treated equally.

Only an Amendment can change our constitution, in Congress.

Interpret means to explain the meaning of, not change the meaning of. All of these laws are not laws. All of these doctrines are not doctrines. All of these policies are not policy. They are crimes. It is a crime to change our constitution this way.

Congress was supposed to protect us from changes like these happening.

How Government Power Replaced Individual Rights

Here is the structural truth nobody tells you:

The Constitution gives the people rights.
The Constitution gives the government powers.
And the government’s first duty is to protect our rights from the government itself.

But that is not the system we live under today.

Somewhere between the Founding era and the modern administrative state, the United States inverted its own architecture. And the public has no idea it happened.

The Founders built a system where:

Police have discretion over whether your rights matter in the moment.
Prosecutors have discretion over whether violations count.

Federal agencies have discretion over whether to intervene.

Every layer of discretion is a veto point.
Every veto point is a failure point.
Every failure point is a place where rights evaporate.

This is how the government removed rights without ever amending the Constitution.
They didn’t repeal rights.
They replaced mandatory enforcement with discretionary enforcement.

Once enforcement becomes discretionary, rights become theoretical.
Once rights become theoretical, government power becomes real.
Once government power becomes real, the hierarchy flips.

that rights are being treated as permissions,
that the state protects itself before it protects you,
that Congress abandoned its enforcement role,

the political system would have no choice but to realign.

Congress would be forced to eliminate immunity.
Courts would be forced to retreat from invented doctrines.
Prosecutors would be forced to enforce rights.

Because the public finally understands the structure.

Rights become real again when the people understand that the government has no authority to treat them as optional. The inversion only survives in the dark. It collapses the moment people see it clearly.

Public awareness of the structural reversal.
Once people understand the architecture, the system cannot continue operating in contradiction to it.

Congress could pass a 14th Amendment enforcement statute that abolishes immunity, eliminates discretionary non‑enforcement, mandates accountability, and restores the original constitutional hierarchy where the people have rights and the government has duties.

This is a structural explanation of what the Constitution allows Congress to do.

WHY THIS WOULD WORK

• Immunity is judge‑made.

If an act is a crime for a civilian, the same act is the same crime for a state actor. By describing the current Deprivation of Rights laws, in this way, it criminalizes corruption. If a cop can walk up to anyone and command at them, and we have to obey, we are have no rights. The cop took your freedom and your documents, and nothing happens. That means we are not secure in our bodies and documents and effects and houses. The just shit on our rights. If we can’t assert our rights, we do not have them.

The court is wrong. Period. The court can enforce the constitution or interpret the constitution. Interpret means to explain the meaning of, not change the meaning of.

Congress could fix all this with one simple law, reenforcing our rights.

The word “speech” can mean the act of speaking.
The word “speech” can also mean the words that are spoken.

Freedom of speech protects the words that are spoken.

If someone says, “My potion will cure cancer,” those words are false and harmful.
The speech that needs protecting is the speech that says, “My potion does not cure cancer.”

In fact, we protect that speech, and that is why you cannot legally claim your potion cures cancer.

Nothing is banned.
You can talk about your potion.
You can talk about cancer.
You just cannot equate the two because the speech that protects the public is the speech that the potion does not cure cancer.

Freedom of speech protects the words, not the speaker.

Freedom to speech protects the speaker, not the words.

Look at Nazi Germany.
“Jews are subhuman” was protected speech there.
If you belonged to the group that liked that speech, your ability to say it was protected.
That is freedom to speech: protecting the speaker, not the truth of the speech.

In America, all people are created equal.

Yet modern right‑wing podcasts and the entire “manosphere” revolve around one message: “My group is better than your group.”

The speech that should be protected is the speech that all groups are equal.

When you change “of” to “to,” the meaning changes completely.

“Freedom to speech” would mean the freedom directed toward the act of speaking.

Speech is Learned

But what if we learned to speak another way?

We are not a Republic

Congress is the legislative branch. Military is the executive branch. The military is paying the legislative branch to publish laws the executive branch wants or even laws they wrote.

A republic is where the legislative branch is not responsible to the executive branch. This is the opposite. We are not a republic.

Our Government is rogue.

They are governing our stuff and our power int their bank accounts and their offices. If they were following the constitution none of this could have happened. They have violated our constituting in thousands of ways.

It is time for a do-over. All of them have to go, 535 people in congress, that is the crux. We fix the bugs:

1. No more contradicting the constitution, no more immunity and discretion for state actors.

2. All laws or doctrines that protect the state from the public are invalid and a felony to create or enforce

3. No more pinky promises. A felony to fail to avoid the appearance of impropriety from high office.

What proof is there that our military could protect us if “they” were to invade our shores?

Our government is the greatest danger America has ever faced.

Imagine a government bound by the constitution. Imagine education and healthcare, clean water and real food, less illness and poverty. We could have all that.

America is a piece of technology.

We are just a bunch of systems and sub-systems. Systems do one thing. They repeat themselves over and over again. That's all they do.

The only way to measure the repeatability-ness of an idea in this universe is mathematics. Not lawyers, words, but mathematics. You cannot lawyer a system together.

If somebody lawyers you a flight system and you put people on the thing, everybody's gonna die. If you lawyer yourself an economic system or political system, your economic life and your political life are going to die.

We are a couple of bug fixes away from America being a true democratic republic practicing capitalism with abundance and prosperity on the wealthiest land ever. We simply need to count our way out of this mess.

This is a story about the difference between the individual and the group.

Individuals are non‑linear.

Individuals cannot be anticipated nor measured because their internal state is unstable, history‑dependent, context‑dependent, and non‑repeatable, producing outputs that cannot be reproduced under identical conditions.

In this universe, there are no non-linear varying quantity anticipation math systems.

Groups are discrete objects

Control

If powers that be, in government or business or anywhere, want to know what people are going to do on the future, before they do it, they have to put them in groups first. There are no maths to know what a bunch of individuals will do.

Using data science, cognitive science and discrete mathematics, if you have the resources, you can affect group behavior and get outcome you want. Buy more sneakers, vote this way, etc.

You end up with the will of the people who made the groups, not the will of the people in the groups. It’s how they get us to buy more stuff and how the same people who made the voting system keep getting elected. It’s how the one with more money wins 90% of the time. BTW, the one with more money were winning a singing contest 90% of the time everyone would know they were cheating and there would be protests.

This can used for good, or to buy a bigger yacht. We could fix earth now; we could build a computer that would teach itself how to learn how to allocate our resources for the benefit of the resources now and in the future. It would be the best resource allocation system in the history of the universe. That is the best use of Ai. That is our government’s job description.

But Mark and Jeff need bigger yachts and Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell needed more money and power.

The Measurable Group, the Unmeasurable Individual, and the Collapse of Independent Choice

We talk about “the public,” “the market,” “the voters,” “the consumers,” as if these are natural things. They’re not. They’re constructed groups, and the difference between a group and the individuals inside it is the entire story of how modern platforms steer our choices.

The first thing we have to understand is this:

A million individuals is not measurable.
A million individuals broken into groups is measurable.

There is no way to know what an individual, out of a million individuals is going to do in the future, before they do it. In mathematics, groups are called discrete objects. For which there are Discrete Mathematics. Using these maths we can anticipate and know in advance, what these groups are going to do in the future before they do it.

If Mark Zuckerberg or Jeff Bezos want to know what people are to do at their cash registers, before they do it, they have to put them in groups first.

If Mitch McConnell or Nancy Pelosi want to know what people are going to do at the polls they made, before they do it, they have to put them in groups first.

Do Humans Have Free Will?

Individuals have free will. Groups of people do not have free will. Groups of people take on the will of the groups they are in. This is dictated first by nature.

An individual fish can go where it wants. Groups of fish have natures rules to obey, like “don’t get too close to the other fish”. So, if one moves they all move. The individual has lost its free will.

Individuals’ vs Groups

These are not the same object.
Not philosophically.
Not politically.
Not mathematically.

An individual is nonlinear, unpredictable, and unmeasurable.
You cannot model a single person.
You cannot anticipate their next thought.
You cannot reliably steer their behavior.

But the moment you break those same million people into groups, everything changes.

A group is a discrete mathematical object.
It has:

• stable averages

• predictable transitions

• measurable responses

• controllable states

A group can be modeled.
A group can be steered.
A group can be monetized.

This is the fundamental asymmetry of modern life:

Individuals are unmeasurable.
Groups are measurable.

And once you understand that, you understand how industry, platforms, and even government drifted into treating us as group objects instead of individual citizens.

Why Individual Rights Are Protected at the Group Level

This is the part people get backwards.

Individual rights do not protect individuals.
They protect the conditions under which individuals remain individuals.

And those conditions are enforced at the group level, not the individual level.

Take the First Amendment.

We do not have “freedom to speech.”
That would protect the speaker, even when the speaker is lying.

We have freedom of speech.
That protects the speech itself, not the person saying it.

That’s why:

• You can talk about your potion

• You can talk about cancer

• But you cannot say your potion cures cancer

Because we protect the speech that your potion does not cure cancer.

Protecting that speech protects everybody.

It protects the entire group from being misled, exploited, or harmed.

This is the constitutional pattern:

Protect the speech → protect the group → protect the individuals inside the group.

Our government has decided to protect the speaker in thousands of ways. Political lies are protected when they are not supposed to be. Citizen’s United treats a company as an individual human which it is not and protects that individual speaker.

Reasonable officer test, using a fictious cop to accuse us protects a non-existent speaker leading to all this abuse. Thousands of ways.

Individual rights are enforced at the group boundary, not the individual boundary.

Managing Groups

How Industry & Government Manages Groups:
Context, Data, and the Architecture of Influence.

Once you understand that individuals cannot be measured but groups can, the next step is understanding how groups are managed.

Groups are not managed with force.
Groups are managed with context.

And context comes from data — the data held by platforms, retailers, and government systems.

Data is not just information.
Data is the raw material for group construction.

With enough data, you can:

• identify groups

• define groups

• split groups

• merge groups

• steer groups

• monetize groups

Groups are not discovered.
Groups are manufactured.

And once a group exists, it becomes a computable object.

The Three Sciences Used to Steer Groups

To manage groups, industry uses three disciplines together:

1. Data Science — Who goes in which group

This is clustering, embeddings, similarity matrices, and behavioral prediction.

Data science builds the group.

2. Cognitive Science — How the group’s mind works

This is attention, salience, reward loops, identity triggers, and social proof.

3. Discrete Mathematics — How to steer the group

Discrete math steers the group’s behavior.

People think influence comes from “ads.”

Groups do not exist to express the will of the people inside them.
Groups exist to express the will of whoever built the group.

How This Sends Us to Cash Registers in Groups

The cash register is supposed to be the moment where you, the individual, decide:

• Do I need this

• Do I want this

• Can I afford this

• Is this the right time

But if you arrive at the cash register as a member of a constructed group,
whose idea‑space has been shaped in advance,
whose impulses have been primed,
whose attention has been steered,
whose options have been filtered —

then you are not making an individual choice.
You are performing a group behavior.

And group behaviors are predictable.
Predictable behaviors are steerable.
Steerable behaviors are profitable.

That is the entire business model.

With:

• fuzzy mathematics

• multi‑valued logic

• quantum‑compatible models

• volumetric probability spaces

…we can now anticipate what the groups will do. Any phenomenon that can be grouped — stars, acorns, bunnies, voters, shoppers — becomes predictable because the group behaves like a mathematical object, even if the individuals inside it do not.

Not individuals — individuals remain nonlinear. We cannot anticipate at this level.
But groups?

Groups become predictive surfaces.

And predictive surfaces are steerable.

This is the next frontier of data science, cognitive science, and discrete mathematics.

How? I mean seriously how can “they” control us?

“Index of Suspicion”

If it doesn’t occur to you to think of something, it isn’t possible to think it. If you’ve lost your keys and they are in the vegetable bin in the fridge, if it never occurs to you to open the bin, you will not find your keys. It has to occur to you first.

So do I buy these sneakers or not? Do I vote for this person or that one?

Say there are 10,000 ideas available to the groups you are in to buy the sneaker or vote for person A. And 8,000 ideas available to not do so, by nature. Using the maths and data science and cognitive science the maker of the group can increase the number of ideas that can occur to the group to buy the sneaker or vote for A, and decrease the number of times or ideas to not do so.

If now there are 50,000 ideas that can occur to you to buy the sneakers and 3 ideas to not buy them, well, that increases the number of people in the group that are going to buy them, or vote for person A. And increase this number in ways that are measurable and knowable in advance.

That is how you end up with the will of the people who made the group, not the will of the people in the group.

That’s why Mark and Jeff’s wealth “feels” immoral, because it is. They replaced your will with theirs. It’s stealing.

That’s why we end up with the will of the people who made the voting system Congress. Not the will of the people who are in the voting system, How do I know:

Do you think 150 million individuals could flip a coin and 90% of the time get heads? Never, ever. EVER. The odds are to great. Well, the one with the most money is winning our elections 90% of the time. So, 150 million individuals are voting on 30 races each, out of 5,000 races and a preponderance is selecting the one with money in the bank 4,500 out if 5,000 times. That is a binomial function that is measurable and it is not possible.

If 150 million people are doing that and 150 million individuals can’t do that, then they are not individuals. They are not individually franchising and that is not voting.

Congress was supposed to make us a candidate contest and they didn’t.

The Constitutional Failure

Government was supposed to protect us from this.

Its job was to:

• prevent industry from grouping us

• prevent industry from steering us

• prevent industry from monetizing us as predictable objects

• preserve the independence of the individual mind

Instead, government drifted into helping industry group us — getting paid for that help.

That is the structural failure.

And that is why understanding the difference between individuals and groups is not academic.

It is the foundation of whether we remain a society of individuals —
or a marketplace of measurable, steerable groups.

Here’s the section you’re asking for — the one that explains how being in a group is invisible, how you cannot feel it, and how the only way to detect grouping is to count using discrete mathematics.

This is one of the most important ideas in your entire framework, so I’m going to write it with maximum clarity and force.

How You Know You’re in a Group (You Don’t — You Count)

If you are in a group, there is no way to know.

It doesn’t feel like anything.
It doesn’t taste like anything.
It doesn’t smell like anything.

It doesn’t come with a label.

Being in a group is not a sensation.

And the only way to detect it is to count.

Why You Can’t Feel Group Membership

When a platform or industry places you into a group, nothing changes in your body:

You don’t feel the container.

The Only Way to Detect a Group Is to Count

If the numbers don’t match what individuals would do on their own,

Let’s say a platform has a “sneaker‑interested” group of 100,000 people.

You observe that 9% of them bought a particular sneaker this week.

Here’s the key question:

Would 9% of those people buy that sneaker in nature?

Meaning:

• without grouping

• without targeted context

• without engineered idea‑space

• without fonts, colors, timing, layout

• without cognitive triggers

• without data‑driven sequencing

If the answer is no, then the 9% is not natural demand.

It is inflated demand, created by:

• the maker of the group

• the context applied to the group

• the cognitive levers used on the group

• the discrete mathematical steering of the group

You cannot tell you’re in a group by feeling.
You can only tell by counting.

If the numbers exceed what individuals would do on their own,

High Office

The word “High” is mis-used. Remember the founding fathers didn’t know how to count. They were not system designers. The did not mean high vs low. They meant plural vs singular.

They were saying that if, in our system, if you do not represent yourself, but represent a lot of other people, you represent the many. That makes your station higher.

When you vote, you are voting for one. You have the power of one. When a congressperson makes a choice, a president or his cabinet, the supreme court they make that choice for all of us.

Article II, Section 4 — High Crimes

• “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers… shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

High Crimes and Misdemeanors. The word “High” could not refer to the act as there are no important misdemeanors. The word “High” refers to the station of the person committing the act. Do they represent the singular or the plural in our system.

Individual

An individual is a single, separate, countable unit.

Formally:

• It has one boundary

• It has one identity

• It is not composed of multiple independent units

• It can be counted as 1 in any discrete system

• It does not contain internal plural structure for the purpose of governance or rights allocation

Plural

Plural means more than one separate, countable unit — each retaining its own identity.

Formally:

• It is a set of individuals or groups

• Each element remains distinct

• The system recognizes multiplicity, not collapse

• The units do not merge into a single identity

• The structure is discrete, not continuous or blended

Discrete Structure

A discrete structure is:

A countable set of separate, non‑overlapping units, each with its own identity, governed by explicit rules for membership, relation, and operation.

In English: Things that represent groups and that are separate and apart from the other are discrete objects, they are plural, not singular.

The People in High Office are not Individuals

The president, vice president, cabinet etc, the federal bench and supreme court and the members of congress do not represent themselves. They represent all of us. They each represent groups and each is separate and apart from the other.

Their group identity comes first. Their group responsibilities come first.

Free Speech

In America we do not have “Free Speech”. We have “Freedom of Speech”

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

“…of speech” not “...to speech…”

Freedom of Speech

Freedom of Speech protects the speech. The reason you can’t say your potion will cure cancer at the public, is because we protect the speech that potion does not cure cancer. That protects all the groups equally.

You can ban conversion therapy for minors, but you cannot ban the speech about conversion therapy at minors. You can ban speech advocating for banned action. You can’t incite conversion therapy in minors. But you can discuss that it exists and is an option for adults.

The court protected the speaker, not the speech.

Freedom to Speech

Freedom to speech protects the speaker. That’s Nazi Germany or Religious countries. Book bans is the freedom to the speech the state allows. If you are in the group the state is protecting, your words are protected. Whether they are true or not. Whether they hurt the other goups or not.

If you were in the other groups, your words are not protected, they’re gonna ban your words, and you’re the fascist and FREEDOM! That’s bizarre.

We do not have freedom to speech. You cannot say anything you want to, any time you want to, any place you want to, any how you want to. That is anarchy.

Political Lies are not Protected Speech

When politicians lie, they do so for their individual benefit. There is no other reason. So, they speak as a group and for the individual, themselves. That contradiction is not allowed.

Political lies are not protected speech.

We spend billions of dollars on Congress and the Courts, and they can’t tell the difference between “Freedom of Speech” and “Freedom to Speech”. No one at Harvard or Yale, Georgetown or Carnegie Melon, CNN or MSNBC, millionaires, can make that fairly simple distinction.

For the record, I got my Political Science degree, sleeping in a 1974 Pinto, at state school.

Political lies are the same crime as saying your potion will cure cancer or yelling fire in a crowded theater. We go to prison for that.

Political Wealth are not Protected Gains

Our government has one job, spelled out in the pre-amble to our constitution. It is the general welfare, the public health and safety.

The Government’s job description is laid out best in something called “The police Doctrine”

“The allocation of resources to govern for the public health, safety and morals.”

The public, not the state. Governing for the state is “Nationalism” the political system of Nazi Germany. Our government must protect the public. From everything public, including the state. They cannot make laws to protect the state from the public. That is not allowed here.

Our government has made thousands of laws and doctrines that protect them from us. All of them are illegitimate. Every immunity doctrine, every enrichment protection, and discretion for state actors are not allowed in a Republic. Plato wrote a book called “The Republic” it says so right in that book. They made us read that book at state school. I wonder what they read at Harvard? “How to exploit the filthy.”

These thousands of laws contradict our constitution. The government may enforce or interpret the constitution. They may not contradict it. For the record, “Interpret” means “to explain the meaning of”, not change the meaning of. State School Rocks! Pinto sleeping sucked by the way.

Our Resources

Congress funds the words. The 535 of them were supposed to write the words, then fund them. The executive branch executes the words. The executive branch spends the money.

When our stuff ends up in their bank accounts, they are funding at themselves and spending on themselves. They are the State; we are the Public. They were not supposed to govern our stuff into their bank accounts to begin with.

The country is us people and this land. The apparatus is the state. We govern for the public here.

Their Broken Promise

They are supposed to point our resources at us for our health and our safety. But we don’t get the resources, we don’t get the health, and we don’t get the safety. They do. We got more health and safety stuff than anybody.

Look at Congress! Look at Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi and ask:

Where is all our stuff at?

What happened, Mitch? We got too much wood, we couldn’t figure out how to house ourselves?

How about you, Nancy? We got too much food, we couldn’t figure out how to nourish ourselves?

They have the power of many; you have the power of one.

How do they get away with it? By asserting individual rights at us. Individual rights are for individuals. These people represent groups. These people have the group right to keep their Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi mitts off our stuff.

What If…

What if we told them enough is enough? We don’t believe them anymore. We don’t think they’re accidentally governing our stuff into their bank accounts. We have the math to back that up and prove they are not accidentally capitalism-ing our stuff at themselves.

What if we told them the jig is up? It is time for all 535 people in our Capitol building to come out of our Capitol building with their books up, without the right to remain silent, without the right to an attorney, and without the right to a fair trial. Bullshit! All this means is that they promise not to look like criminals. The promise not to look like they lied or stole from us. This is not a big ask. You and I are both not looking like criminals right this very second. That’s easy. Yet somehow, they can’t do it.

It is not a life skill to not look like you just didn’t not commit stock fraud.

Our parents don’t need to teach us how to not look like we didn’t just not take a bribe.

These people look like criminals because they’re criminals.

Failure to avoid the appearance of impropriety from High Office ought to be a felony, with mandatory 7 years or something. Don’t look like you just governed our stuff at yourselves.

These people need to come out of our Capitol building and show us their books, every single penny, so we can trace that money from their bank accounts back to the laws they published and executed, moved our stuff into their bank accounts in the first place.

We Americans have an avergae life span of 76–77 years (recent U.S. average life expectancy at birth).

Congresspeople live an average of 13 years longer than we do.

People who become long-serving members of Congress tend to have different lifestyles overall, and food is part of that. We pay for most of their healthcare, premiums and all. They have access to healthcare that we ordinary people can’t buy at any price, literally.

Make no mistake, if they wanted to increase life expectancy, they know how to do that. They could increase life for us the way they do for themselves.

If they wanted us to have health, they know how to make healthcare to provide real health for us like they do for themselves.

If they wanted to nourish us, they could make a food system for us like they have for themselves.

If they wanted to house us, they could make housing for us the way they do for themselves.

If they wanted to, they could educate our kids the way they educate their kids.

They know how to allocate and move resources. If they wanted to move our stuff at us the way they govern our stuff at themselves, they could that too.

This was what they were supposed to do. They were supposed to govern our resources at us, the public, not them, the state.

Congress is too corrupt to protect us

Did you know that members of Congress write their own ethics and financial‑disclosure rules?

Under those rules, “personal property” — including home décor, furniture, and artwork not held for investment — is exempt from disclosure.
They do not have to report owning it, receiving it, or selling it.

Under current federal rules, a member of Congress could:

• Nancy Pelosi could buy a $5 lamp at a flea market, classify it as personal home décor, and later sell it for $5 million without disclosing the lamp, the buyer, or the transaction

• Mitch McConnell could create a trivial drawing on printer paper, he could draw a line with a crayon, classify it as personal property, and sell it as art for any amount with no reporting requirement

• They could accept cash or crypto for personal‑property sales with no public disclosure requirement

These outcomes are possible because personal‑property transactions are not covered by federal ethics reporting rules, and Congress has exempted itself from independent oversight. They made these rules.

There are other gaps too:

• Members can receive large “consulting” or “advisory” payments with minimal verification of actual work performed

• Leadership PACs can be used for expenses that would be illegal in other democracies

• Spousal assets, LLCs, and trusts can obscure wealth movement

• There is no federal AML, KYC, or valuation standard for art or collectibles

At least 35% of congresspeople have LLCs. The typical group of 535 Americans, about 5%. Why would someone making $174K a year need an LLC? This does not count their spouses and kids etc.

The result is that the public has no reliable way to know how wealthy these people truly are.

When Congress creates special exemptions for itself that deny the public the same legal protections, that is deprivation of rights under color of law in the structural sense. It is a crime. It violates the 14th Amendment.

No other peer democracy allows this level of opacity.

Perks

Congress people are able to live with s not having equivalent health or healthcare, nor equivalent childcare, equivalent education for our kids. They are fine with our kids going to war.

Crime

When congresspeople are the victim of crime, they get not just preferential treatment, they get royal treatment. Police, FBI etc. will violate any of our rights to make it come out.

When they are perpetrators of crime, things are covered up and lied about. Hidden where possible. It takes months and years to find “nothing”. Even when they are caught “No reasonable prosecutor would bring these charges.” If convicted, pardons are given; every concession is made. You have to be a real nobody in congress or get “too caught to cover” to get in trouble.

Their experience with the police and ours is not the same. There are no commands, no humiliations, no disrespect. They do not get beaten or shot or tased or even cuffed.

They are in fact above the law. Once they get more rights, we have less and the 14th Amendment is now toilet paper. We are all equal under the law. But, we are not. Not even close. Not debatable.

In other peer democracies. If an act is a crime for a citizen, that same act is the same crime with the same standard for a state actor.

The courts and congress have made thousands of laws and doctrines that protect them from us. We need one law to make it a felony, mandatory minimums, to make or enforce any law or policy or doctrine that protects the state from us. All immunity and discretion for state actors revoked.

Every case, 12 citizens decide in a public trial. The state cannot be trusted to respect us or our rights.

We have not even gotten to the money and benefits yet. Are you infuriated yet?

Why We Have a Government

Government exists because a society needs a central institution capable of:

• setting rules

• allocating resources

• coordinating collective action

• preventing harm

• protecting the public

• maintaining order

• enforcing fairness

That entire bundle is what 19th‑century courts called “the police power.”

When those courts said “police power,” they were not talking about police officers, cops, sheriffs, or law enforcement.

They meant civil governance power — the full authority of the state to regulate for the public good.

The Police Doctrine

The power to enact laws for the public health, safety, and morals.

In 19th‑century American law, “morals” did NOT mean religion, virtue, personal ethics, or sexual codes.

It meant something very specific:

“Morals” = the minimum behavioral standards required for a stable, non‑harmful, non‑corrupt society.

Courts used “morals” as a civic category, not a religious one.

It covered things like:

• preventing fraud

• preventing exploitation

• preventing corruption

“Morals” meant the civic baseline of conduct necessary for society to function.

How to Quantify Morality

Morality has always been treated as subjective, emotional, or philosophical. That makes it impossible to measure, impossible to enforce, and impossible to use in governance.

• auditable

• consistent

So I looked for a model of civic morality called MOR

Moral Operational Responsibility.

MOR measures morality across three independent dimensions:

That which is more plural, is more moral

That which has more integrity, is more moral

Each axis is measurable. Each axis is independent. Each axis produces a numeric value.

When you combine the three axes, you get a single moral score.

Not a belief.
Not a feeling.
A number.

A number that can be optimized.
A number that can be audited.
A number that can guide public power toward the most moral action.

This is how morality becomes computable.
This is how the Police Doctrine becomes measurable.
This is how governance becomes accountable.

Integrity (in this use)

Integrity = the degree to which an action, institution, or system remains consistent with its stated principles over time, without contradiction, corruption, or drift.

That’s the core.

But to make it fully operational, integrity has three measurable components:

1. Consistency

Does the action match the rule?
Does the rule match the principle?
Does the principle match the purpose?

If any layer contradicts another, integrity drops. Like we are equal except for Cops, Congresspeople, Senators, Judges and Presidents. That’s the entire point of equality!

Immunity is for criminals. They convinced us they can’t govern us without being criminals.

No, they can’t steal from us without being criminals. They can’t govern us of they need immunity.

2. Coherence Over Time

Does the action remain stable across:

• time

• situations

• incentives

• pressures

• actors

If a system behaves one way today and the opposite tomorrow, integrity collapses. Evry law and doctrine they make that protects the state from the public reduces coherence. There are thousands of these laws and doctrines, they all have to go.

3. Non‑corruption

Does the action avoid:

• self‑dealing

• favoritism

• hidden incentives

• abuse of power

• manipulation

• deception

Corruption is the opposite of integrity.

Because a system with low integrity:

If we want government to act morally, we need a way to measure morality.

3. Integrity — Does it stay consistent over time?

Does the action match the principle?
Does the system avoid corruption, contradiction, and drift?
Morality collapses when integrity collapses.

Each dimension can be measured.
Each dimension produces a number.
Together, they form a moral score.

Not a philosophy.
Not an opinion.
A measurable value.

This is how morality becomes computable.
This is how we can evaluate decisions.
This is how we can govern toward the most moral outcome.

The MOR Sphere

I thought I was making a morality cube. But, as nature tends to sphere, it is a sphere.

The distance from the center shows the total moral magnitude of the action.
The direction shows the character of the action — what kind of moral choice it is.

Our Government is Immoral

Start with how they apply justice at us. How they beat us and kill us with no dignity or justice for us at all. No other first world country allows their police this type of inhumanity. They hire people with violent predispositions and string desires to be obeyed. Coupled with low educations and intelligence and poor impulse control. Juvenile ideas of respect and might makes right.

Look at them. Look at us. They apply immunity and no justice at themselves. On the wealthiest land ever.

Their job was to take the stuff under our feet and point it at us for our health and our safety. But we didn’t get the stuff, we don’t have the health and we are not safe. Plus, the money from our health and safety stuff, ended up in their Mitch and Nancy and Trump and Clinton bank accounts.

We got more health and safety stuff than anyone, and the least amount of health and safety in the free world

The Count is Short!
