Three hours on one question: what is a whole man, and what happens to a world built on the assumption that no such thing exists. The Curated Prehistory

Americana is nothing more than the biogeographic relic of the natives. It is the institutionalized afterbirth material of the indigenous peoples upon the land, upon the soil — all of their history, all of their material, gathered and held.

Prehistoric means prior to the Gregorian calendar. So what is being collected under that word is not simply old material. It is everything that existed before the calendar that creates the record. The prehistory of the indigenous natives — not Christianity, not the Christians, but the pre-Gregorian biology — is what gets collected.

And then it is curated. Held by an institution, administered by others, displayed rather than possessed. The material that evidences a people prior to the record is taken into custody by the very system whose authority begins with the record.

The Story of James Smithson

The man who endowed the institution never set foot in the Americas. He had no correspondence with anyone there. He was illegitimate — the son of the first Duke of Northumberland by a mother he could take a name from but a father he could not. He was denied the right to use his father’s name. He came into money he did not earn in a place he never visited, discovered an element, and left the whole estate to a country that was, to him, entirely abstract.

The story of James Smithson is the story of the birth-certificated character. It it almost as though a character were created — the one denied the father’s name, the one whose story became his story — and then that character’s estate was used to institutionalize the lands and the material of an entire hemisphere.

Every act against the living body has a name older than any courtroom: piracy. The Maritime Origin of the Kingdom

Mom and dad lay together, and dad’s twenty-three-chromosome sperm fertilizes mom’s twenty-three-chromosome ovum inside the womb. The womb is water. Creation itself, the actual act of God, happens in the water, which means the thing created is water-borne — maritime — in its existence. The original one-cell kingdom, built from the building materials of both mother and father, those two vines coming together into one cell, is maritime kingdom from the first instant.

From that moment forward, the single cell moves through evolutionary due process — cellular subdivision within itself — into the multi-trillion-cell supreme being now living and breathing. It is due process because it is natural law: it happens in nature regardless of what man believes, permits, amends, or destroys. That forty-six-chromosome kingdom is intelligently designed, capable of surviving in the water, buried underground in the uterine wall, and finally born out onto dry land breathing air. Land, air, and water — leave any one element out and the law of nature of man is incomplete.

Noah’s Ark and the Boat Left Behind

Every man alive is a Noah, and his ark is filled with genetic code carried two by two from every generation before him — mother and father, grandmother and grandfather, back and back — resulting in one unique forty-six-chromosome being. Noah matches his own ark exactly: the boat and its passenger are the same chromosomes, the same kingdom. Noah evolves inside that ark, from embryo to fetus to baby, but the boat itself is left behind the instant they clamp and cut the cord — abandoned for someone else to find later, what the courts would call discovery.

The boat that carried a man here is his biology. The boat that walked across the waters of mother is his DNA, and the umbilical cord, along with the belly button that remains, is the standing evidence of it. The vessel in use today carries exactly the same forty-six-chromosomes as the original maritime kingdom that walked those waters. Any action taken against that vessel is therefore an action taken against the maritime kingdom itself. It is an act of piracy.

The Author

This article carries the letter into its second paragraph — five sentences that, word for word, root the entire claim of jus cogens origin in hard biology rather than belief. Kurt walks through zygote, eukaryote, fertilization, implantation, conception, genesis, evolve, and eternal one dictionary entry at a time, and along the way traces how the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, and even the Scopes Trial all bear on the same fundamental point: that a single, whole, pure moment of creation is the only true origin a living man has, and that origin cannot be touched by any record built afterward.

The Zygote: Joined, Yoked, and Wholly One’s Own

The letter’s second paragraph opens with a single sentence carrying enormous weight: the zygote is a eukaryotic cell formed by a fertilization event between two gametes. The zygote, from the ancient Greek for joined or yoked, carries a genome that is a combination of the DNA in each gamete, containing all the genetic information necessary to form a new individual organism. This single fact resolves a common misunderstanding people carry without examining it: nobody has their mother’s DNA, and nobody has their father’s DNA. Each parent carries forty-six chromosomes of their own, but each contributes only twenty-three to the zygote — meaning the resulting individual is an entirely new combination, unique from the moment of creation.

The feto-maternal placenta carries this same math forward at the next stage of the story. It is two unmixed territories held together: the fetal side, genetically identical to the baby, contributing its own forty-six chromosomes, and the maternal side — the accretion, the mother’s own tissue — contributing another forty-six of hers. Ninety-two chromosomes total, two sovereign biological territories meeting at a single boundary, neither one ever dissolving into the other. The baby’s forty-six chromosomes are present in that boundary from the moment it forms — which is why the first act of territorial occupation belongs to the baby at implantation, not to the placenta as some separate, third thing born later on its own account.

What follows is a word-by-word breakdown of the letter’s opening paragraph: the reasoning behind its international dating convention, its use of registered mail as a chain of title, and the precise placement of a single period in a name. From there, the letter builds its case one term at a time — self-determination, pacifist, all present and accounted for, amputation, abortion, superstition — each word run through its own dictionary definition and shown to carry more legal weight than is everyday use suggests.

The through-line is continuity: the claim that a living man’s biology runs unbroken from fertilization to last breath, that no piece of that biology was ever abandoned, and that no trust, no agency, and no church claim can lawfully stand between a living author and the story only he has the standing to write.

The International Date, the Full Stop, and the Chain of Title

The letter is dated in international style — day, month, year — deliberately, because the correspondence is addressed at the international level, where the jus cogens peremptory rights this letter invokes actually reside. A domestic dating convention risks giving them grounds to discard the whole instrument; an international convention closes that door. The letter is sent by registered mail, so that the envelope’s own tracking — its chain of title — corresponds directly to what is inside it, proving delivery of this specific document to this specific address: the International Court of Justice, care of the President, at the Peace Palace.

The name on the letter is written as Kurtis R. Kallenbach, and the period after the R is not incidental. A period is a full stop. Where the period appears, Kurtis R stands on one side, and Kallenbach stands on the other — there is no middle initial at all, only a full stop marking a threshold. Remove the period, and the R collapses into a middle initial, and a name written as a continuous run — Kurtis Richard Kallenbach, unbroken — functions as a title, something categorically different and detrimental. The full stop, then, is not stylistic. It is a deliberate marking of a threshold in their own magic scheme of things, and it is used here with that understanding.

The Accretion and the Certificate of Presumed Abdication

The word accretion, once heard, changes everything permanently. It was drawn originally from Oppenheimer’s International Law, the two-volume set delivered with a handwritten note reading do not split — a note that itself carries doctrinal weight, since the two volumes were never meant to be separated any more than the two estates of the kingdom were meant to be separated. The feto-maternal placenta is a biogeographic island, an island kingdom, and the monarchy rests upon that second-estate kingdom. Returning to the beginning — to fertilization — restores ownership of one’s own life. The disconnection that plagues most people is that they are obsessed with concepts but refuse to connect those concepts to reality. Once accretion is connected to biological reality, the disconnection dissolves.

This clarification exposes a further fact: there must be a document, some document, that stands as the presumed grounds for the claim that the monarchy has been abdicated. No presumption stands without an anchor. That anchor is the hospital certificate. The doctor’s signing of the certificate — the physician’s “I certify” — is itself the generation of a separate character, a Dr. Frankenstein act creating another entity, another body distinct from the living man. The Abstract: An Insufficiently Factual Record

Merriam-Webster’s definition of equity is justice administered according to natural law, and natural law begins where Darwin meets God — at fertilization. Any person, place, or thing that arrests nature’s seamless evolutionary due process at any point between fertilization and last breath commits an obstruction of justice. To treat one’s violently removed goods as though they were merely the unborn of animals, or as identified things attached to realty as fixtures, is incompatible with natural law, incompatible with the prescribed laws of nature, and gives rise to a pauper, vagabond, and fugitive from justice — devoid of nature’s equity and of the privileges and immunities of the Constitution, the federal laws made under it, and the treaties made under its authority, which together constitute the supreme law of the land.

Webster’s first definition of abstract is insufficiently factual, formal. Their birth record — filed as an abstract — is, on their own authority, an insufficiently factual formal record. It terminates. It does not include the rest of a life. It only covers up to a point and nothing after. It is incomplete, deficient, insufficiently factual, and it should never be used to define a living being. Webster’s continues: possessed only an abstract right. That is precisely what is claimed — an abstract right, specifically the right to the regency, on the theory that the man himself is not capable, does not have the concept. Webster’s second definition of concept: an abstract or generic idea generalized from particular instances. The immaculate conception — implantation into the uterine wall — is the concept, and Webster’s confirms that a concept, by their own definition, is itself an abstract. Their record only goes so far. It excludes the living and includes only what has been terminated.

The Waterborne Kingdom and the Maritime Nativity

Only an idiot would not know his own nativity. An extraterritorial nativity is the correct term for the origin of the species, which occurs in the waters of mother. If the moment of creation — fertilization — produces a zygote in the waters of mother, then that kingdom is, by definition, maritime. A man is only ever on the land because he made it to land; his estate has landed, but the origin of that monarchy, of that kingdom, is maritime by nature. Without tracing all the way back to that extraterritorial nativity, the presence of admiralty courts in ordinary legal proceedings makes no sense. Those courts exist because they are protecting a kingdom that has been abandoned — or, more precisely, a kingdom whose owner does not know it exists. It is held in trust. In this country, they call it In God We Trust, but it is nothing more than in God we trust, the state holding the kingdom for the king, the prince, the queen — the one who has not yet come forward to claim it.

The Elephant and the Purpose of the Work

The elephant in the room is always the truth. It does not matter what the room is dressed up to look like, or what everyone in it has agreed not to notice — the truth sits there regardless, and it is only a matter of time before it wakes up. The elephant staked to the ground at the circus never needed the stake; it needed only to remember its own strength. He tugged on the rope as a calf and could not break it, and so he spent the rest of his life believing the stake still held him, when in fact it never did. The birth-certificated person is staked to infancy in precisely the same way — bound to a legal condition that no longer applies to him, simply because he never tested the rope again after infancy actually ended. What follows is the elephant waking up. It is not gentle, and it is not meant to be. When the truth finally moves, it does not negotiate with the circus that built a business model around keeping it chained; it walks through it. This is a statement and a question, not a grievance and not a theory — here is what the biology is, here is what the law’s own words say about it, now ask yourself whether the two have ever been reconciled for you.

People hear this material, get excited, go tell someone, get shut down, and stop talking about it. That attrition is real and it is the primary obstacle to the information spreading. The counter to it is not louder argument but sturdier foundation — content built module by module, term by term, verified against real sources, so it survives contact with a skeptical reader rather than collapsing into assertion.

Fertilization and the Waterborne Kingdom

Sovereignty begins at fertilization, not at birth and not at conception in the sense the law uses that word. Mother and father each contribute twenty-three chromosomes — the father’s delivered as sperm to the job site of the womb, the mother’s arriving as the ovum. At the moment those two sets of twenty-three combine, two bloodlines become one forty-six chromosomes zygote. That union is the kingdom, and its formation is the monozygotic maritime monarchy — one zygote, one monarch, a monarchy that is maritime because it forms in the water. The ovum at fertilization remains enclosed in the zona pellucida, the pellucid membrane — the first envelope around the newly formed kingdom. The sovereignty is waterborne in the literal sense of the word — born in water.

About seven days after fertilization, the floating zygote lands and implants in the uterine wall. That landing is the transition from the waterborne kingdom to the landed estate — heaven touching earth. From implantation forward, the kingdom is buried in the mother’s tissue for roughly nine months, until the umbilical cord’s extension causes the kingdom’s own waters, not the mother’s, to break, and the child exits the womb still attached to the umbilical cord and the placenta. Baby, cord, and placenta together are the entire kingdom, undivided, present at delivery.

Some of the deepest discoveries do not arrive from a script. They arrive from following one open browser tab into the next, pulling on a single thread until an entire architecture reveals itself in real time. This is one of those days — a live working session that started with a Wikipedia page and ended with a complete legal, biological, and scriptural picture of exactly what a person is, what a nation is, and what a piece of paper can never actually take from either one.

World Federalism, the Federal Covenant, and the Montevideo State as Person

Federal, at its root, is not a secular word. Its earliest use, in the 1640s, was a theological term for a covenant between God and man. That single fact reframes everything built on top of the word “federal” ever since — including the modern political movement called world federalism.

World federalism is distinguished from unitary world government models by the principle of subsidiarity, in which decisions are made at the most immediate level possible, preserving national agency to a large extent. A unitary world government would consist of a single central body with supreme sovereignty, delegating power downward. World federalism runs the opposite direction — delegation moves from local to central, with the global body handling only what the local level cannot. This is not the United Nations. The UN is not a legislative body; its purpose is to foster cooperation between existing national governments rather than exert authority over them, and membership in it is reserved for states, not individuals.

That last point matters enormously once the Montevideo Convention enters the picture. The Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of State, signed in 1933, sets out four qualifications for a state to be recognized as a person of international law: a permanent population, a defined territory, a government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other states. Article 2 goes further: the federal state shall constitute a sole person in the eyes of international law. A state, under this framework, is not an abstraction. It is a person.

Now overlay the biology. The feto-maternal placenta is exactly this kind of person — a permanent population in the sense that it carries both the child’s and the mother’s biology; a defined territory, the accretion itself; and a government, the living being whose 46 chromosomes originated it and who still holds a right of way over it. If a federal state constitutes a sole person under international law, and if world federalism describes individuals — not nations — choosing to give up sovereignty over what they cannot manage globally while retaining sovereignty over everything local and personal, then the “federal government” spoken of everywhere may be nothing more mysterious than a plan description of the same covenant that begins at fertilization: man’s covenant with God, expressed one sovereign kingdom at a time.

The 1862 and 1866 Redefinition of Person and Civil Rights

In 1862, with eleven southern states unrepresented in Congress due to the Civil War, the remaining members passed an act to provide internal revenue for the government and to service the public debt. Within that act, Congress assigned an artificial meaning to the word “person,” providing that on and after August 1, 1862, every individual, partnership, firm, association, or corporation, and any word or words in the act indicating or referring to person or persons, shall be taken to mean and include partnerships, firms, associations, or corporations, when not otherwise designated or made specific. This is the founding act of the redefinition: person, from this point forward in statute, is a corporate designation, not a designation of a living man or woman.

The Civil Rights Act of 1866 followed on the heels of this redefinition. Its author, Senator Lyman Trumbull, and Congressman James F. Wilson, who introduced it into the House, described its purpose narrowly. Wilson stated plainly that the act does not mean that all things civil, social, and political, all citizens without distinction of race or color, shall be made equal; it does not mean that all citizens shall vote, since suffrage is a political right left to the control of the states; it does not mean that citizens shall sit on juries or that their children shall attend the same schools. Wilson relied on Bouvier’s Law Dictionary for the operative definition: civil rights are those which have no relation to the establishment, support, or management of government. That definition is the key. Civil rights, so defined, are not rights belonging to the living, sovereign man in his natural capacity; they are privileges granted to and exercised through a governmental or corporate structure. What the Civil Rights Act of 1866 accomplished, under the guise of extending rights to persons of color, was the creation of a class of corporate persons who could be owned and controlled by the government that created them. The living man was never the intended beneficiary; the corporate character was.

This is why the year 1862 matters as a starting point: the definition of “person” as corporation was already locked in statute before the Civil Rights Act extended “civil rights” to that same class of person. The redefinition of person preceded and enabled the redefinition of civil rights.

The Metric Act of 1866 and the Biometric Cut

The Metric Act of 1866, also called the Kasson Act, legally protected the use of the metric system in commerce from lawsuit and provided an official conversion table between metric measures and U.S. customary units. The metric system is, by nature, an international system of measure; the “standard” system — the system of quarter-inch, half-inch, three-quarter-inch wrenches familiar to anyone raised in the United States through the mid-twentieth century — was the domestic system. In 1866, without public announcement or common knowledge, the United States adopted the metric system for purposes of commerce, while the standard system remains the system of everyday domestic life.

Authorization or authorisation (see spelling differences), in information security, computer security and IAM (Identity and Access Management), is the function of specifying rights/privileges for accessing resources, in most cases through an access policy, and then deciding whether a particular subject has privilege to access a particular resource. Examples of subjects include human users, computer software and other hardware on the computer. Examples of resources include individual files or an item’s data, computer programs, computer devices and functionality provided by computer applications. For example, user accounts for human resources staff are typically configured with authorization for accessing employee records.

Authorization is closely related to access control, which is what enforces the authorization policy by deciding whether access requests to resources from (authenticated) consumers shall be approved (granted) or disapproved (rejected)^.

Authorization should not be confused with authentication, which is the process of verifying someone’s identity.

Non-Local Consciousness and the Meeting of Minds

A recent novel brought this into focus. Dan Brown’s newest Robert Langdon book is built around the subject of noetics. Noetic means of, relating to, or based on the intellect — the direct intuitive feeling or knowledge that may not necessarily by evident to the senses or logical reasoning. The premise explored is that the brain is not something that sends out. It is something that receives. Consciousness is out there. It is outside the head. The brain receives consciousness from beyond itself; it does not generate it from within.

This can be proven directly, in the present moment, without theory. Two people can be talking on the telephone, one of them many miles away, in a different time zone, two hours behind. According to the clock, according to time and space, the two of them are nowhere near each other. And yet the conversation is happening right now, in real time. A voice crosses vocal cords, becomes a vibration, travels through a telephone system, arrives at an ear, and is deciphered by a brain into language that is understood. Since that meeting is not happening at one location or the other, it is happening somewhere else entirely. It is non-local. Call that place the heavens. The conversation is taking place in consciousness — in the heavens — because that is the only place two people separated in time and space could possibly be having it.

That meeting is only possible because of agreement. Two people who speak the same language understand each other’s words and, in that moment of understanding, are automatically in agreement — not by conscious choice, but because understanding is itself a form of agreement. The moment understanding breaks down, agreement breaks down with it. Two people speaking different languages, with no way to interpret one another, could not have a conversation. They would have met in consciousness but without agreement, and the connection would fail. They would have to hang up — disconnected, unable to reach heaven, unable to reach agreement.

This holds even when the same words are being used. A courtroom is the clearest example. A person sitting in a courtroom down the street is hearing English — but it is not English. It is legal language, built from English words, but interpreted according to a different intent entirely. Where an ordinary conversation is meant to expand understanding and set both parties free, the legal language spoken in that room is built with the opposite intent: to capture, to contain, to establish jurisdiction. Same words. Different language. No agreement, no meeting of the minds — only the appearance of one.

Contract, Assent, and Acquiescence

Everything that follows rests on one legal foundation: contract. A contract is an agreement between parties, creating mutual obligations enforceable by law, and the basic elements required for a legally enforceable contract are mutual assent, consideration, capacity, and legality. Mutual assent is closely tied to the concept of a meeting of the minds, which requires that the parties agree to the same terms, conditions, and subject matter. Under modern doctrine, that meeting of the minds is judged only by outward expression — objective manifestations of assent — not by what either party privately believed.

This is where the danger sits. Showing up in a courtroom is, by this standard, itself an outward expression of assent. Sitting down, passing through security, taking a seat — all of it satisfies the modern legal definition of agreement, regardless of what is privately felt. Signing a document is objective; a letter is objective; even appearing under duress still produces an outward manifestation of assent, because the legal system does not require that the assent be willing — only that it be visible.

Right of Way - Excerpt

To Wit,

For many years I’ve sought the initial “rule of law” proving One’s personal and private continuous and contiguous dominion over a violently removed “jus cogens” fetal measure accounting for the internationally recognized rest, residue, and remainder of One’s foundational SUPREME BEING.

I found it.

An occult “war” has been raged over the afterbirth “Holy Grail” for Ages between those who profit via religious SALVATION of an indigenous “savage” and those who profit via the commercial SALVAGE of an abandoned “vessel” - both acts of conjecture are administrated by profiteering middlemen.

Such acts are fraud.

The “war” begins with the unnatural amputation of One’s feto-maternal limb - the cutting of the umbilical cord - resulting in the failed delivery of a biological entirety and whole indigenous being giving rise to a contrived “certificated” second-coming born alive product of conception (implantation) recorded and “executed” for the greater good.

Such acts are malpractice.

To “keep the peace” while retaining One’s private unclipped coin-of-the-realm sovereignty “status quo ante bellum” One must have knowledge of mom’s pelucid membrane dowry establishing One’s pacific diplomatic “RIGHT OF WAY” between the Old Testament world of the “unborn” and New Testament world of the “born” - thus giving a full “White” accounting from fertilization to last breath.

To leave out One’s “vestigial” initial period in the womb constitutes a “lie by omission”.

Over the years I have written many letters in an effort to end the war over said “particular end”. Recipients include but are not limited to the Director of the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH); The Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS); The Chairmain of the National Security Council; The President of the United States; and The President of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

I have yet to receive a response.

Finally, what you now hold in your hands is a transcription of a telephone conversationI had with a friend on the eighteenth day of October in the “gergorian” calendar year 2022. To learn the true context and intent behind my words, it would be wise to listen to the unedited “raw” call many times before reading this “cleaned-up transcription. It is my personal belief that everything stated here is the truth of the matter as I have also stated in the following “A Memoir”. If anyone anywhere disagrees with any of this testimony feel free to submit all proof to the contrary in writing. If I am wrong, I will gladly recant any mistake. I mean if there are two states of existence…

One is the unborn.

And one is the born.

Is the “Vitruvian Man” - a head, two arms, two legs - a human form?

Is the Afterbirth?

If you clamp and cut the umbilical cord - and you look at the placenta laying there on the table - does that have a human form?

Of course I already know there are people out there that don’t want to even claim the word human because they think it’s negative.

And again “being” implies PRESENCE.

When Shakespeare says, “To Be or NOT to be”… that’s a real question.

The Yellow Line

My Story is exclusively my story.

My Story began late 1959 (Gregorian) when my mom and dad lay together

My Story.

Not anyone elses.

My Story began when dad’s sperm fertilized mom’s ovum.

So what’s funny is this yellow line, the far left of this line is the beginning of my story, which is the moment of fertilization.

All the way to the right - by the way this is actually moving right now - at the far right you can’t actually see it but it’s incrementally moving with each inspiration.

Every time I take a breath, the right side of this line incrementally moves.

“But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.”

1 Corinthians 2:15

It moves with each moment of my life.

So the left side stays where it is.

That’s the moment of fertilization.

But the right side “all present and accounted for”…

From the left side fertilization.

All the way to the right side…

My last breath.

If my last breath is an inspiration or an inhale…

Ten this far right side increases incrementally…

Momentarily.

If my last breath is an expiration…

I expire.

And then my spirit leaves the body, and this line is the end of the line.

So my life, ultimately, whether I’m still moving it or I’ve expired…

That yellow, all that yellow, all the way across is continuous and contiguous mind, body, and spirit, from fertilization to last breath.

That’s My Story.

There’s no break.

There’s no “two beginnings”.
