I want to use this space to calm my nervous system, and do it out loud, with you. Because once you start building in public, you can’t really stop. This is my unfiltered place now.

So here’s what I’m starting: a 30-day challenge. Every day, I’ll ask myself one question and share it here. If you want to do this alongside me, you’re welcome to.

For years, I asked myself “what do I want?” It never worked. I kept circling the same answers without actually getting anywhere. I’m a problem solver, so I’m changing the question instead of forcing the old one to work.

From now on, I’m not asking myself what I want. I’m asking who I want to become.

I’ve struggled with motivation, ambition, focus, the drive to build the life I actually want. Thinking in terms of “having things” never worked for me. I’ve had real ups and downs, in my career and in my personal life, and this challenge is how I’m choosing to grow through the next chapter.

At my core, I’m an entrepreneur. I also do client work, but entrepreneurship is where my heart lives, and it’s taught me something I now hold as fact: there’s no real balance between professional and personal life. You can’t have everything at once. Whatever you focus on, you gain, and something else quietly falls behind. I’ve made peace with that. Different seasons, different focus.

Here’s how I got to this question.

I was top of my class in school, then in university, where I studied business administration. I’ve always loved learning, I’m a curious person, and for me, knowledge is power. From there I took on early jobs, moved into real roles, and eventually started building products myself and helping others build theirs.

Underneath all of that, I was also figuring out who I am: what I value, what actually makes me happy, how to be a good partner, and why I was doing things, professionally and personally, that didn’t sit right with me. That process was messy, and it wasn’t strategic. It just happened alongside everything else.

Now, for the first time, my personal life feels settled. And that’s exactly why I’m turning this same question toward my career: who do I want to become, professionally? I don’t want to leave that up to chance anymore. I want to be intentional about it, the way I’ve finally learned to be intentional about the rest of my life.

That’s my motivation today: figuring out who I want to become professionally, and bringing real value to the people I work with, not just for the money, but because it’s part of who I want to be five years from now.
