Something greater?

Something beyond the focus of material possessions or accolades? A deeper meaning that supersedes the need for any external status or praise?

Humans are the most unique species on the planet. We are the only species that willingly self harms. Willingly destroys our own environment. We are the only species that lies and pretends to be something we are not.

And yet, we are the only species with the ability to perform supernaturally. The only life force on this planet that can see a vision and make it manifest into reality.

Is love what it means to be human? Hope? to dream?
Maybe it’s just to experience emotions. and if that’s the case, it means we must treat all emotions equal.
Happiness means just as much about being human as depression does.
Hope is just as meaningful as anxiety.

Because they are all acting as a compass within ourselves to guide us on the path we are meant for.

What does it mean to be human if you grew up in darkness? If all you know is pain or abandonment?
Maybe it means we were strong enough to be handed that hardship in our early days so we could develop perspective and wisdom to help others.

I think that to be human means to be in ruthless pursuit of ones purpose. To help other humans when they are lost on a path you have found your way back from.

To offer your gifts to the world with no other expectation but to help someone move a little bit further down their own life’s path.

What if you derived your sense of value based on how much you contribute instead of how much you can show for your contribution?

There will never be a limit on how much you can contribute but it will always feel like theres a limit on what you can show for it if you base that on what you physically have.

Being humans means to be grateful for everything you have and let go of needing the things you don’t.

It is to be a light every chance you see darkness around you.

As Aunt May says “when you help someone you help everyone”.

What could you do today to make yourself feel a little more human?
Could you answer some questions in your DMs? Could you buy somebody a meal? Could you create something that helps people solve a problem without asking for anything in return?

When you are exercising what it truly means to be human - you get a feedback loop in your mind, body and heart.
Your thoughts become positive, your heart expands open and your body enters a state of euphoria.
Almost like that internal reward system is trying to guide us down the path of our own greatness.
When you chase the wrong things, you feel bad. When you create the right things, you feel good.

That, is what it means to be human. Following your heart and your spirit down the path that ultimately will make you feel good… for that is your purpose.
Giving to the world in a way that brings you to life.

-Nick

An Extra $128k in 10 Days

without a single sales call or cold DM

Nick Komodina

My company has been averaging $328,000 cash collected every month so far this year.

I don’t run ads. I don’t send cold DMs. The only “email” marketing I do is an article to you guys every Sunday on Substack.

It’s funny, every time I post something about my business success and mention not running ads people actually call me stupid. Still.

A recent thread response sung something to the tune of “imagine thinking its a flex making this much organically when you are leaving so much on the table not running ads. weird flex.”

Now imagine someone posting their physique and telling them how stupid they are for not taking steroids.

The point I am trying to make is that the most fundamental principle you must understand in order to become successful in your lane is that everyone has an opinion when you’re more successful than they are. They never have an opinion when they are still more successful than you.

I have stayed in my lane since I started this company a little over 3.5 years ago.
When you stop looking at what everyone else is doing and you only focus on what you’re doing… something incredible happens.

You start to develop a uniqueness to your work. A sense of novelty. And novelty is what sells.
Nobody has ever hired me because they thought I was the best choice… they’ve hired me because they thought I was the best choice for them.

And the only way I could make someone feel that way is if I was being the true version of myself for me.

so what good is an extra $5M in revenue a year if you lose sight of yourself?
What good is having a stance or a worldview if they can change the second more money is on the table?
Money cannot be your master. Or you will never stick with something long enough for you to have more of it than you need.

I have a very unique way I view business and the person attached to it. My mind is my most valuable asset and is the thing people will pay me tens of thousands of dollars to get access to.

Which means the second I focus on what someone else’s mind does… I start slowly losing my own sense of intrinsic value.

I am the one who decided I wanted to create a few side offers outside of my core offer… not for money .For myself to have some creative expansion.

I make 0 moves for money. I make every move for creative freedom. I have to love what I’m doing or it won’t work. I know this to be true.

I decided I wanted to pursue more “in person” events and intensives because I genuinely love being in the same room as someone where they can’t escape the pressure. Their breakthrough is always assured.

So lets take this and break down my extra 6 figures I added to my monthly revenue already just be existing and letting my work do the selling for me.

The first part of this was in my visionary cohort.
A side offer that is 90 days long, or 12 weeks. This week was the 7th week and I made a pitch to the people inside of it.
I limited my pitch to 10 people and kept my word.
The cohort was a $2k investment and I offered 10 people to get a $2400 credit toward my main offer if they moved forward on the call.
My prices were up on the slide with a QR code to purchase. I didn’t hard sell. I didn’t handle objections or DM anyone… and all 10 spots were filled before I got off the call.

$83,640 in sales → $42,000 cash collected. In less than 15 minutes.

At the same time I was promoting a 2 day live in person intensive in austin with me.
2 days at my apartment with 6 other business owners diving deep into every block, tactic and strategy necessary to scale to the next level.
$5k per person. All expenses covered. I bought their hotel rooms for 2 nights, gym passes, breakfast, lunch and dinner etc.

I had 8 people total sign up for the intensive → $40k cash collected.
But wait theres more.

I had another business owner that wanted to come but couldnt make the date so they decided to take a consultation spot with me instead.
$4500 cash collected.

in 10 days I had brought in an extra $86,500 in new cash and generated just over $128,000 in new sales.
and this doesn’t even include the sales my team was making on their end!

Alright Nick stop bragging…. okay fine.
But let me at least finish the real lesson here.

Too many people just make offer after offer after offer and there is no tether point. There is no center of gravity that makes it all cohesive. So it all just looks and feels like a money grab.

If you notice, all of my side offers free stand on their own.. and they also funnel back into my main offer.
”You paid for this side offer, if you want to move forward with main offer I will credit what you paid for this side offer to it”

Some people move forward, others don’t. And not only do I understand this dynamic with my audience… I respect it.

I don’t excessively follow up with someone after a side offer and try to bludgeon them into giving me more money or joining my other offers. MY audience knows they can lean in when they want/need extra support and they can lean out when they don’t.

This keeps majority of my “buyers” constantly coming back to me and it grows my ABC. It’s what I like to call the “Assured Buyers Community”

The amount of people that have paid and had a good experience without me tainting the experience with obsessive follow up.

If you want to have an “easier time” making sales … focus on expanding your creative flow with what you do for people. If you are always chasing everyone in your audience for a sale you’re not actually giving yourself the chance to be sought after.

I take people along the journey I am doing to get the same result for myself that I say I can get for them. Which means every time I have success, It’s also a teaching opportunity show people what I find that’s working.

Eventually, people are going to want to join int he fun and see progress too.
Just make sure they have an opportunity to lean in.

When you are organic in your expression of self, the business will mirror that same growth organically within itself. You just need to hold your own authenticity long enough for everyone to orient accordingly.

And as always.
Thank you for reading this far. Now go create some novelty around your offer this week.

-Nick

PS: If you want to come to my next 2 day intensive in Austin, September 10 and 11, message me on IG the word “intensive” I currenlty have 5 spots open and haven’t promoted in outside of this yet.

Establishing Your Content Outside of Ai

Maybe You've Gone Too Far

Nick Komodina

You see it everywhere.
You can recognize the cadence, the overly abstract title sections of someones writing or presentation.

You see and hear the undertones … the same concepts and outlines repeated over and over and over.

That’s not a conspiracy, it’s an internal reckoning.
lol

The problem is that now anyone who has halfway decent copywriting skills also blends into the Ai slop that is plaguing our market.

You want your message to hit the market hard so that you’re people can find you… yet instead of using your own voice and maybe an imperfect writing technique, you send a little write up into Claude or ChatGPT and say “expand on this and turn it into a email I can send to trigger the psychology in my readers that will make them want to buy my product/servcie"

and it doesn’t really work, does it? And first of all, let me just say that it was incredible.
Officially my favorite marvel movie to date.

I cried multiple times and was totally immersed in the entire movie. Multiple different story lines all being told at the same time.
Peter having to finally come to terms with his life changing. Him needed to decide who it is he is going to be.

Watching the heartbreak- love story undertone of the movie while he exists with the love of his life remembering nothing about him. As he watches her live a life without him.

Realizing he can’t have an “ordinary life” because he is different. He is special.
He doesn’t fit in. No matter how desperately he wants to.
He was made for more.

If i’m being honest, I’ve always resonated with the story of Spider-Man. A kid who never really fit in. Someone that people hardly paid attention to. Until he found his power.
In Spider Man- No Way Home, when the whole world finds out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, they instantly love him.
Everyone who used to bully him or make fun of him wants everybody to know that they were close or had a deeper friendship.
A timeless experience for those who always felt discarded and then stepping into a place of power or influence.

I’ve never, and am still not, the person that gets texts or calls for an invite to go do something. I don’t have people who reach out to me to hang out one on one. I get invited when there is a big enough group but that’s about it.
I’d lie if I said it wasn’t a lonely feeling at times but I’ve become calibrated to it.

The tug and pull between stepping even further into who you know you’re supposed to be even if you know it will cost you more people in your life. Especially when there aren’t that many close ones left.

As Peter resisted becoming who he was meant to be, he had nothing. He was lost, wandering around looking for meaning in everything he was doing but he could never find it.
Because he is still part human. And humans, much like spiders, do not do well in isolation.

Near the end of the movie when Peter is finally faced with a decision because his life is on the line, he gets asked.
”So who are you going to be? Peter Parker? Or Spider-Man?”

As his pupils expand until his entire eye is black, signaling the internal decision had been made.
He finds a new strength that is even more powerful than he’s ever been.

”I’m both.” he says as he deters the attack and subdues his opponents. (trying not to spoil here lol)

That was the decision. To be both.
It was the tug and pull between thinking he could only be one of the two versions of himself.
He was stuck in a state of indecision, the same place many of us get stuck when deciding what will happen next in our lives. But there is something so powerful about the act of deciding. It changes your entire life in a moment.

By simply declaring “I Am Both”- he tapped into an energy that was always there that he needed in order to change his fate.
The energy wasn’t put into him at that point. It was already inside of him waiting to be chosen. Waiting to be accepted.

I wonder what power still lies within all of us that we refuse to choose and accept.

What would our lives look like if we fully decided who we are?
What would your life look like today if you made the decision you were putting off because you knew it was going to hurt or be uncomfortable in the immediate moment but ultimately put you on a higher path towards the future?

I dont know about you, but I had to grow very tired of running from the very aspects of myself that were begging to come out.
I am sick of it. Because I know there is so much more.

When Peter decided who he was, everything else fell back into place. He experienced so much pain from resisting the change.

And that right there is the root of all our suffering. Resisting.

Resisting change.

Resisting Problems.

Resisting life.

When you accept and allow changes or problems to occur, you move right through them.

Will Peter ever fit into the way the world works? no.
Will he every truly belong in a world of people that refuse to see their own greatness? no.
He will never live an ordinary life because he is not meant to. and the sooner he accepted that, the sooner he could build the life he was meant to live.

Known by everyone as Spider-Man.

Loved by many(also as Spider-Man.) The character. The superhero that saves others. The one people project all of their own hopes onto.

Known by few. Because thats the life of someone extraordinary. The higher you step into your greatness, the lesser people willing to make the climb.

So, I’ll ask the age old question:
Is it really lonely at the top?
Or are you just lonely because you’ve convinced yourself there’s nowhere else to climb?

If you think it’s lonely at the top, it’s not the top.
And hopefully, I’ll see you there one day.

-Nick

Do You Ever Think "What's the point?"

I know I do

Nick Komodina

How many times have you felt that same pit in the bottom of your stomach?

You spent hours researching, years of your life fine tuning your craft, even more time putting together that piece of content, writing that article or book, filming and editing the youtube video or recording the podcast.

You feel so good about it.
”this is it. The other was their test account.

What you see is Michael Jordan on the basketball court and think “wow, natural talent. it just comes so easy to him”
You wouldn’t dare go to the gym with him at 5 in the morning. You wouldn’t dare run two a days every day for six months straight just to add a fraction of a percentage to your game.
Why? Well because you wouldn’t get any validation there either.

The truth is you are always fine tuning your craft. Always an athlete to your own sport in life. Always in a season where work must be done without praise in the moment. But if you have continuously proven to yourself that without external validation your work doesnt matter, then it never will.

Because if thats the case your work doesn’t actually matters to you. The only thing that matters is you putting something out that makes people say “wow’ at you.
You don’t care about your work you care about yourself. Or rather, what the rest of the world thinks of you.

If you don’t care about your work, why would you think anybody else would?

The other people you see didn’t care if anyone cared or not. They just keep speaking, kept posting, kept creating… because they loved it.

So whats the point when nobody is engaging with your stuff?
Nothing. There is no point.
If that’s what you are truly seeking.

But whats the point if you love it?
Experiencing the love of it while in motion.
Getting to that end product and looking at it with the proud dad nod.

Letting your mind, heart and hands all become one in a moment to create something that only you see.
That… that right there… is what matters.

and if you can focus on the process of creating instead of the praise for your creation.. you will never feel discouraged. You already won.

Yes, I know. You need to make money and you have big dreams. But those are such silly things to try to gain from an unhappy place.
In fact, when you are the most happy, the most care free or the most “in flow” is when life opens up to you. That is when opportunity finds you.

when you create without having anything to prove.

That is when you are the most powerful. That is when you become unstoppable.

So go create. Feeling like you got to a certain point and then lost some umph behind your business, brand, or social media.
With every expansion follows a contraction. And after every contraction comes the next expansion. It is a law of the universe. One even your own lungs follow without your awareness.

Getting yourself to the next “for what?” stage in your life is not a negative experience. It is an affirmation that you have outgrown your current reality and your soul is asking you to reinvest your attention back to why you’re doing things now. It is time to recreate what you’re doing them for.

When I first started business, I was doing it for me. Because I wanted to make money. Get out of the trailer park, show the world I was somebody to notice. Someone worth loving. And sure, I made the money…but for what?
I didn’t feel worthy of love still. I didn’t feel like people noticed the good parts of me.

So why did I just do all of that? for the money.
The problem was that money wasn’t what I truly wanted. It is what I associated with money that I truly wanted.
Safety, freedom, love, purpose.

I didn’t know money was so far below all of these until I had one and none of the others.
So I “Okay… I just built a multi million dollar business, for what?”
I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t sure of who I was. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
But I now how the time, freedom and resources to sit down for a season and figure it out. Ah… that was what it was for.
I was able to buy myself time to heal and remember who I was.

Then I started mentoring people 1:1 in business and leadesrhip, I started writing my first book etc.
… but for what?
Eventually I realized I had gotten enough data from 1:1 to teach my methods to others and scale. Ah… thats what it was for. That is what I have felt my entire life. Everytime something good comes into my life, I lose it. I try to let down my walls to let people in, but they build back up thicker. Walls so dense I’m starting to wonder if anyone will ever be able to reach me behind them.

I started writing this book because I wanted to chase a higher status of authorship. I published my first book Surrender and that was great. But by the time it finally published I no longer resonated with the version of me who wrote it. An accomplishment I had spent over two years trying to write and bring to life. I spent two years writing it. By the time it published, I was already at war with myself again. One book wasn’t profound enough.

The percentage of authors who actually publish a book is low. The percentage of authors that publish two books is even lower, which means it would make me greater. This is how my brain works. Always calculating my worth against statistics and comparing myself to others.

Said in another way, I never let myself have anything. I felt embarrassed when my first book was published because I felt like there was no way it was good enough. So I barely talked about it. I told myself I wanted it to be on the bestseller list but a part of me felt like it wasn’t good enough to be there. That I wasn’t good enough to be there.

So I did what any person with deep self worth issues would do, nothing. I spoke about it passively here and there, but never with enough power behind it to be all in.

It was just enough effort to convince myself I was promoting my book but not enough effort to be let down if I didn’t achieve bestseller status. To no surprise, I did not achieve the goal. Because that wasn’t actually my goal. My goal was to prove to myself that Surrender would be a flop because it wasn’t good enough. It was to protect myself from the perceived judgment of others and the feeling of failing. I’ve never set a goal that I was unable to achieve, but I’ve set many goals that I didn’t want to admit I had set for myself.

So here I am, ironically writing a book about ending the chase for external status to find peace within one’s own heart.

I don’t want to write another stupid fucking business tactic or self help book like every publishing company tries to groom you into writing. I don’t want to layer in unnecessary tactics and teachings to try and pretend I am an expert that has it all figured out. We have enough of that. Maybe instead of another book trying to teach you something from someone who you think has a better life than you, we just need to drop the mask and have a genuine conversation.

That’s what this book is for me. A genuine conversation about what shadows I still face as I achieve new levels of success in my life.

I am here, to some degree, still seeking validation from you by writing this book. The truth is we all want to matter. I want to matter. I want all of the pain and loss I’ve been through in my life to mean something. I want it to be worth it. So that is why I share, that is why I write. To cope.

To find a way to cathartically release things I have no other way of letting go of except by my writing.

I am a grateful man. I love my life. I am proud of myself. But I am also deeply sad. Hurt. Unwillingly hardened by life’s unforgiving wraths. A man who has lost many versions of himself that he loved in a desperate attempt to be loved and accepted by someone else.

I am a cursed man. And this is my story.

2. The Trailer Park Kid

“I’m not trying to be mean, but is this basically one step above being homeless?” she asked me gently. We sat on the front of my car, hood still warm from the engine heat while feeling the crisp mountain air blow on our faces.

We had just driven two and a half hours to get here. The place I grew up. I wanted to show her where I came from.

She was the first woman I had convinced myself that I loved since the relationship that broke me to my core. She was full of life and laughter. A free spirit. I adored her joy and curiosity for life because they were the very things I was still mourning within myself. That version of me died on that day not even a year ago. Nobody knew because I got up like I always did and kept up on my responsibilities. But I was dead inside. A hollow man going through the motions because it was all he knew how to do.

He didn’t know how to break anymore. The world had hardened him too much for that. So he pulled the arrows from his back and just kept going like he had taught himself to. What point is there in acknowledging a wound when you have nobody that would care for it?

One day I received a message on my instagram responding to my story. She was asking about my ceilings and within a few hours we had our first date planned. I figured maybe I could give love a shot again. So I did.

I thought I brought her here, back to my trailer park because I wanted her to understand me better. Really I brought her because I needed to gain more status in her eyes by proving to her I came from nothing. My success didn’t feel like enough, so I had to tie in a rags-to-riches story to give it more merit. But to understand why I still do this - why at twenty-nine I was still trying to use my past to earn love - you need to know what happened in that trailer. From there, my entire team and I openly discuss each value until we narrow it down to our top 5.

Once I have the 5 values - I take the week and I break down how those will look as we begin to embody them in a few different areas.

Client Facing: How we integrate them with client interactions

Team Facing: How we integrate them when interacting with one another

Company Facing: How we integrate them while operating publicly

Individual Facing: How we integrate them in our personal lives

The reason I do it this way is so we are consciously aware and intentional about why we are doing what we are doing. I am going to give you the full breakdown of my teams values and how we are integrating them for the next 6 months.

Why only 6 months? Because if you give someone a year to do something, they will take a year. This way; we get two years worth of value building to everyone else’s one.
I believe that after an intentional 6 months of instilling certain values you won’t need to think about them anymore. They will just be an automatic park of how you operate at your natural state. The goal is to always expand our natural state of being if the goal is to maintain higher levels of wealth and prosperity.

Give this exercise a try for yourself and your team if you have them. You can also do this for your client community as well. Something I do with all of my new clients is a “culture reset” in their business to reset the standards and get everyone re engaged. The lifeforce of culture is values. without them. you have nothing.

If you google “brene brown values” a huge long list of values will pop up to help you decide on yours.

Here are my 5 team values and how we plan to implement them moving forward: Enjoy

CORE VALUES

2026

COLLABORATION

CANDOUR

PATIENCE

EXCELLENCE

RELIABLITY

Collaboration:

the action of working with someone to produce or create something

Client Facing

We do not send clients off to “figure it out on their own”, we co create inside of this space with them. We are their sound boards and also their compass. We give direction without robbing them of their own autonomy.

We are the go-to space when someone is ready to build something bigger than themselves. We are not just a company that helps students make money, we are a team that is building a dream together with each client.

Every client’s business is part yours. Every client’s vision is part yours. Every client’s dream is a part of your own. Our story and legacy will be found in every client’s.

Team Facing

When you suffer in silence, the team suffers out loud.

“I can do it better myself” is the opposite of collaboration and the anti-thesis of a leader. Being a good collaborator also means being good at asking for help.

The unasked question is often what costs us the most amount of time, effort, and money. We do not apologize for asking questions when we don’t understand something. We are all a part of one engine, if one part of the engine goes out, so does the rest of it. We function as one.

Company Facing

We replace all competition with collaboration. We do not withhold anything that can help another person get unstuck if we have the resources to do so. We operate in abundance and recognize that our deeper mission is to help raise the collective consciousness closer to wealth.

We put ourselves in rooms that need us, not in rooms that we need.

We focus on:

How do they win?

How do their people win?

How do we win?

We are the company other companies come to for help because they know we do so eloquently and privately. We do not seek the external glory of public praise, we let our power build others up even if it’s in the background. We see our work ripple throughout the new world we are helping create. We are not fighting to be at the top, we are the ones building a better foundation so that the top can be higher for others.

Individual Facing-

Be the go-to person that everyone thinks of first when it comes to a new project. You take care of your own mental health and energy so that you can be an attentive team member. Wherever you feel “in competition” in your life, offer instead, collaboration to help the other win.

IMPAKT INDUSTRIES

Candour:

the quality of being open and honest in expression; Nickness

Client Facing

We are willing to be disliked by the client in the short term to give them the truth than need to hear. Sacrificing short term comfort for long term evolution and success is our number 1 priority. The future is built by what we face in the present. It is destroyed by what we enable. Never waste a trigger. We do not run away from a heated interaction with a client, we lean in and hold the space so that transformation can occur. We do not enable but we do not belittle. The truth is our north store, even if it is uncomfortable. We provide a disservice to our clients and our mission but not telling our people what they need to hear in order to evolve.

Team Facing

If I piss you off, tell me. Do not hold onto it and let it fester. There is no conversation that can not be had on this team. Side conversations with others about someone or something you disagree without first going to them is dishonest. Hard conversations do not signal personal attack, they signal a deeper desire to connect with one another and find resolve. We see every hard conversation as an opportunity to form a tighter bond as a family. When we do not operate from candour, our culture will become cancer.

Company Facing

Well… I take care of this already lol.

We say what needs to be said in our space, regardless of who attacks us for it. We are truth seekers. Our company was built on authentic expression and honesty. We do not shy away from saying the thing everyone else is afraid to say. That is what builds trust with our people. Whether people like where we stand or not, they know where we stand. We are here to mirror the truth back to those who are finally ready to face it.

Individual Facing-

Candour is also about being open and honest with yourself. Holding yourself to a high standard while also offering grace and compassion. Being honest with yourself is the highest form of self love and respect. Are you keeping the promises you make to yourself? Why or why not? And if not - what needs to shift in order for you to do so? Staying open and honest with yourself allows you to stay open and honest with everyone else. Don’t make promises to yourself that you know you can’t keep.

IMPAKT INDUSTRIES

Patience:

the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset

Client Facing

Our tone or energy does not change towards a client just because something is taking longer than expected to click for them. We do not enable disrespect but we extend understanding towards clients when they are experiencing a trigger. It is in our patience that we find presence and it is in our presence that we find transformation. Love is always patient and that is what we choose every day inside of our client interactions. There is always a way for them to win, if they aren’t winning, we haven’t found it yet.

Team Facing

If someone is not understanding something you are saying it is because you did not communicate it effectively. Communication is about the other person, not about you. We recognize that we are all human which means we will all make mistakes always. We understand that everyone is on their own individual life path and we are all choosing to walk a part of that path together here inside of this mission.

Company Facing

We do not chase clients. We do not chase leads. We do not worry about what others are doing or allow thoughts to come in that we should be somewhere other than where we currently are. Wealth is a game of patience. There is nothing more valuable than peace of mind and that is why we let the timing of our success take care of itself. We do not rush because when we rush, we make mistakes. We are patient with everything that is meant to come for us but we are relentless in our pursuit of achieving it.

IMPAKT INDUSTRIES

Excellence:

Company Facing

“Is this truly the best we can do?”

IMPAKT INDUSTRIES

Reliability:

Company Facing

What people see is what they get. We do not pretend to be anything other than what and who we truly are. We do not promote false teachings, we do not claim bigger wins than what is actually going on. We do not put on a show to gain status. We are the through line. No matter what is happening outside of us, we operate at the same frequency. We are predictable in our response to people and hard situations. We are predictable in our unpredictability. People know what type of experience awaits them when it is connected to Impakt.

Highs and Lows

And how to navigate them

Nick Komodina

This seems to be one of the core human struggles we all face.

How do I enjoy the highs without feeling guilty or unworthy?
How do I experience the lows without feeling shameful or broken?

Well I can assure you I am no different than you. So you have first dibs.

One thousand dollars for every year I’ve been alive.

This is the last scholarship we will ever offer.

After today, this never happens again. Not next month. Not next year. Not for Black Friday or any holiday or any other reason.

After today, it’s full price. Forever.

Here’s why:

Let me be blunt—we don’t need to offer discounts anymore.
We only did them once a year anyways.

Our waitlist is full. Our demand is high. Our results speak for themselves.

Thomas went from wanting to quit at 11 days to his first $10k month in 90 days.

Mark went from invisible to $15k months in 100 days.

Bobby went from running a $227M business while hating himself to building a $5B legacy in 2 years.

and if you’ve been following my on instagram, you’ve probably seen a huge wave of testimonials this week.

When you only scale your business through excessive flash sales and deals, you attract clientele who look for easy. You attract people looking for cheap. And they rarely show up as ideal clients.

We have undeniable proof that our program works if you do the work.

So why am I doing this?

Because for the last 8 days, I’ve been showing you the mirror.

Your invisibility. Your comfort trap. Your self-sabotage pattern. The future where nothing changes.

And I know some of you are ready. I can feel it.

You’ve been reading every email. Feeling every word. Recognizing yourself in every pattern.

But you’re still on the fence.

Maybe it’s the investment. Maybe it’s fear. Maybe it’s that voice in your head saying “not yet.”

So I’m removing every last excuse.

Today—and ONLY today—I’m offering early access to the last scholarship opportunity my company will ever provide.

Not because we need to fill spots. Because I want to celebrate 32 years of life by giving more people a chance to change theirs.

I have a feeling most of these slots will be filled by those of you in here (which was my goal so we don’t have to deal with the public jumping on in a panic to try and secure the deal)

HERE’S HOW THE $32,000 BIRTHDAY SCHOLARSHIP WORKS:

I’m distributing $32,000 as a lump sum across everyone who books a call with my team today.

That’s right. Everyone who books a call gets a piece of the scholarship if you decide to move forward.
We just built out an entire new offer suite as well so we have something for everyone at every level.
The worst that can happen is you book a call and then say no. But please be respectful of my teams time. Be serious about yourself and your future this time.

The more people who book, the faster the scholarship gets divided.

But here’s the catch:

You have to actually BOOK the call. Not “think about it.” Not “come back later.”
If you play that same game, you won’t make it.

Book it today. Before midnight.

Once you book your call and if get accepted into the program (not everyone will be—we protect our culture), your scholarship amount gets applied to your enrollment.

Could be $500. Could be $1,000. Could be $2,000.

Depends on how many people actually take action.
To give you some context: Last year we booked 52 calls in the first hour after launching. My audience has grown by over 100,000 people between the two platforms since then.

The catch is that this year I’m only opening 25 slots for the pre sale scholarship. Which means they are going to go quick. We signed 32 in the first 5 days last year.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING:
(Before Scholarship Applied)

ALCHEMIST ACADEMY - Current Investment: $897/mo (or $10k/year)

12-month program designed to take you to consistent $10-20k/mo recurring in your business through:

1:1 coaching support with a dedicated coach (whose actually build and is currently running a success business)

Full access to our curriculum and community

Weekly group coaching calls

Slack messaging support from your coach

Free access to ALL of our low-ticket and mid-ticket resources free of charge

The exact frameworks we use to sign clients organically

(2) free tickets to our in person events

CONSCIOUS LEADER - $2,000/mo (or $20k/year)

12-month program for coaches ready to build out staff, systems, and processes to scale to $50k/mo recurring while getting their time back.
After that, its a sling shot to $100k/mo recurring.

You will work much more intimately with me in this container and also have your own 1:1 support coach as well.

We will train your team members, give them access to all calls and resources as well.

Prices to work with me 1:1 will vary based on our compatibility which we will discover on the call.

Your scholarship gets applied to whichever program you qualify for.

WHY THIS IS THE LAST TIME:

Let me be crystal clear about something.

We’re at a place now where we don’t need discounts to fill our program.

Our results speak for themselves. Our client transformations are undeniable. Our demand exceeds our capacity.

We turn people away every single month because they’re not the right fit.

Not because they can’t afford it. Because they’re not ready to do the work.

Your credit card is not more valuable than my culture.

So after today, the only people who get to work with us are people who are willing to bet on themselves at full price.

People who don’t need a discount to say yes.

People who see the value and make the decision because they’re ready. Not discipline. Not willpower.

Standards.

Motivation is temporary. It comes and goes based on how you feel.

Discipline is what you force yourself to do when you don’t feel like it.

But standards? Standards are non-negotiable… meaning you.. don’t negotiate lol

Standards are: “This is who I am. This is how I operate. Period.”

When you have standards, you don’t need motivation. You don’t rely on discipline.

You just show up. Because that’s who you are.

Let me give you an example.

You don’t wake up and debate whether or not to brush your teeth. (unless… you do) You don’t need motivation to shower. You don’t require discipline to eat.

You just do it. Because it’s a standard.

Now apply that to your business.

What if posting content wasn’t something you “tried” to do when motivated?

What if following up with leads wasn’t something you forced yourself to do?

What if showing up fully in your business was just... who you are?

That’s the shift.

From “I’m trying to be consistent” to “I Am consistent.”

From “I want to be successful” to “I Am successful.”

Here’s what I’ve noticed with every client who breaks through:

They don’t have more motivation than you.

They don’t have more time than you.

They don’t have more resources than you.

They have higher standards for themselves.

When Thomas wanted to quit 11 days into my program, I didn’t give him a pep talk.

I held the standard.

“You committed. Either honor that or don’t. But I’m not lowering my expectations because you’re uncomfortable.”

And that boundary saved his life.

90 days later, he hit his first $10k month. Not because I motivated him. Because I refused to enable his pattern of quitting. He has been hitting $15k months every since.

When Bobby came to me running a $227M company but hating himself, I didn’t give him business strategies.

I made him raise his standards for how he treated his body. His time. His energy. His people.

He cut alcohol. Fixed his diet. Started breathing before reacting.

And his company backlogged $1 BILLION that year.

When Mark wanted permission to stay small, I didn’t give it to him.

I shoved him. Literally.

I forced him to reconnect with the part of himself he’d exiled.

And in 100 days of showing up as that version, he went from invisible to $15k months.

Here’s what all of them had in common:

Someone held a standard for them until they could hold it for themselves.

And that’s what you’re missing.

Someone who won’t let you quit on yourself.

Someone who sees through your excuses.

Someone who calls you forward when you try to run.

Someone who holds the standard you’re not yet capable of holding for yourself.

Tomorrow, something changes.

Nick

P.S. - You can’t raise your own standards from inside the system that created your current standards. I know you want to believe it’s external. Your self-concept.

The story you tell yourself about who you are and what you’re capable of.

Let me tell you about another client.

He was hitting multiple $100k months organically from his coaching offer. Comfortable. Successful by most standards.

But completely numb.

He was using nicotine pouches. In a relationship he knew wasn’t right. Scrolling his phone for hours. All cheap dopamine to avoid doing the hard work.

When he came out to work with me for an in person weekend (this is a part of my offer for clients), I made him train with me at my gym. My training style.. new stimulus... new hardship.

Because the brain needs to conquer something challenging to activate real dopamine.

Give someone unearned dopamine and their internal drive to conquer slowly dies.

The craziest thing happened… in the middle of our circuit .. I saw him hunched over the bike urg … ON HIS PHONE SCROLLING.

He was getting his fix from comfort. So he had no hunger for challenge.

In the peak of the hard workout - instead of pushing through - his body defaulted to the safety net of cheap dopamine.

woof… did we have work to do.

Sound familiar?

How many sources of cheap dopamine are you using to avoid doing the hard thing?

The scroll. The Netflix. The “I’ll start Monday” safety net.

You’re numbing yourself from the discomfort of growth.

And calling it self-care.

But it’s not self-care. It’s self-sabotage.

And until you’re willing to get brutally honest about how you’re standing in your own way, nothing will change.

You can have all the strategies in the world. But if you’re the bottleneck, you’ll stay stuck.

Tomorrow I’m going to show you the one thing that actually breaks this pattern. The thing that makes the difference between staying stuck and breaking through.

Nick

P.S. - The moment you stop blaming everything else and take full ownership for where you are, you take your power back.
