You know those hotsauce ads that say “I add that BLEEP to everything!!”

Well, that’s me and flaxseed oil. And, as I’ve shared previously, most is rancid and thus doesn’t offer any healing benefit. Also rancid oil is gross.

But real flaxseed oil keeps my Cipro-damaged arms a'-goin,’ so I add it to veggie salad and whatever I need to in order to ensure I consume some pretty much daily. The only exception is if I’m fasting, which is sometime voluntary, and sometimes involuntary.

Ah, this toxic world is good times, isn’t it?

Anywho, Foods Alive is definitely the best option I’ve found for flaxseed oil, and they have other foodstuff as well. It’s one small business located here in my home state that I really want to stick around, as their food medicine is important to me!

Organic Food Isn’t What You Think

Oh, and then there are hydroponics!

Although there is some question regarding the acceptability of organic hydroponic systems, the National Organic Program standards allow for certification of these systems if they meet all other organic requirements regarding seed and planting materials and organically-acceptable inputs for plant nutrient management.

Walk into any health foods store, and you’ll be met with all sorts of junk food that’s organically certified! Fruit snacks, potato chips, soda, cookies, and the list goes on.

Read the labels! This is not food!

The industries run the government. This is the case across products. This is why you can’t trust what you’re told is safe and healthy! And don’t be deceived: there are many, many bad actors out there who make the rounds on the podcasts and big name “truther” interviewers who actively deceive you. There are many so-called scientists who go on those shows and podcasts and give you just enough truth to believe them.

Then they lie to you and peddle their junk studies. When you then share those junk studies, you have been set up to appear as a fool.

“Healthy living” influencers prance about with their 1-minute clips of whatever toxic thing they want you to buy, taking advantage of people who have no attention span or critical thought. They usually try to incite fear, anger, or urgency (limited supply!) as they are nothing more than slick marketers using basic psychology against you. Sure, they pepper in truth.

That’s how they get ya!

The Adversary has been setting up this toxic kingdom for quite some time. He knows what he’s doing, and his minions are gleefully poisoning you while you think you’re making the healthy choice!

This impacts everything when it comes to trying to live a healthy life: mold, building materials, make-up, EMF mitigation/ devices, soap, food, supplements… the list goes on.

The easiest way to ensure you are eating as clean as possible is to eat actual food as produced by nature, and to know where it came from. An apple, raw milk, eggs, tomatoes from a pot on your patio/deck, a butternut squash, a handful of nuts, etc. If eating cleaner means you eat less, then most of us can stand to lose a few pounds!

The easiest way to ensure that what you are putting on your skin is healthy is keep things simple. This logic applies to all facets of life.

Simple products from nature are the healthiest. Do the best you can, in the world we live in. We all have to balance cost with health.

Don’t trust the fox guarding the hen house.

There isn’t just one snake in the grass.

They’re all snakes.

Follow the money. Follow the quest for data. Follow the quest for power and control.

Don’t trust them.

Buildings are being legit set up to be moldy.

As if the 2021 code update wasn’t bad enough with adding continuous exterior insulation (typically foam, often acting as a vapor barrier), most local big box stores are now only keeping in stock FACED fiberglass insulation.

So we’re going to trap moisture inside the house/ wall with what often acts as an exterior vapor barrier, then put mold food (paper) in the walls themselves.

What could possibly go wrong?

This Isn’t for Everyone (Faith)

My heart is really feeling heavy right now. I am especially saddened to see that one person in particular who I love, someone who practically was my sister when we were younger, is clearly loving this world. I hope she sees it before it’s too late because I love her dearly.

They are sighing and crying about people who are literally abominations, one which I just named? They aren’t seeing the judgment of Babylon all around them? They aren’t seeing how people are already turning into zombies, and pondering who is going to turn to even great abominations once the storehouses are suddenly empty?

They aren’t preparing spiritually, mentally, and emotionally for the coming grid collapse/ dollar collapse?

If you’re like me and have a spouse or someone else in real life who sees this insane asylum for what it is, know how fortunate you are. If you’re alone, know that you are never, ever truly alone!

Regardless, it is a lonely road, and few there be that find it.

Pray you are counted worthy to escape what is coming.

A friend recently warned me about the company Nexskin, which sells athletic wraps on Amazon.

This was originally posted on our website on July 13, 2022.

There are so many red flags for this company, there’s no way I’ll be able to list them all.

I’ve written previously about why you can’t trust Amazon listings, and gadzooks are these some deceptive listings!

The “information” provided by this company sounds very appealing. After all, I’m all about latex-free, organic products!

Not these products.

To be clear, DO NOT BUY THESE PLEASE!

The Listing

First, whenever something claims to be “latex-free,” that must be questioned. Companies and people make this claim all of the time due to their ignorance. I have an email from middle management at Dow claiming a product is latex-free, with the attached SDS sheet disclosing that the product is comprised of 100% natural rubber!

Natural rubber IS latex! So you cannot trust listings or company contacts unless you really are meticulously thorough in your research, especially in this Brave New World.

Let’s look at the evidence, shall we?

“breathable elastic made for sensitive skin.”

Elastic generally is not beneficial for sensitive skin, so this suggests ignorance of the basics of sensitive skin. There is no disclosure as to what the elastic is comprised of. Spandex? Lycra? Elastane?

“Don’t settle for foreign-made bandages of questionable quality, choose our American-made bandage that is designed to help you heal and can be worn all day.”

That sounds good on the surface, but look at this snippet from the company’s website. Notice anything? That’s not how Americans write telephone numbers!

A quick online search tells me that this phone number is for a museum! Who do you think is lying, the museum or the company? Which is more likely?

I certainly didn’t reach the company by calling this phone number. Nor did I reach the company via the listed email, confirming a friend’s report of this same issue.

Gee, this doesn’t sound like a legitimate American company to me. Are these bandages really made in the United States if it’s becoming clearer by the moment that this is not an American company?

This Is NOT the Manufacturer

Digging further, we find that the address on the website is for Golden Touch LLC, or Golden Touch Jewelry Cleaner per the Yelp page. This location is in Kentucky. However, the website of Nexskin itself is quite obviously (to me) that of a private label seller. I’ve discussed what those are in the context of Amazon and eBay previously, but basically, it’s someone who orders products from China, brands them, and calls them their own. It’s very common practice on Amazon.

Let’s look at the other products sold on Amazon by this company. If it’s the manufacturer, any other products for sale will be related.

Heading to the Amazon store front, we find that Golden Touch LLC doesn’t just peddle bandages. They also sell Caribbean Gem Jewelry Cleaner, empty plastic jugs, glass bottles, lots of polypropylene tank mixing nozzles.... you get the picture here.

This is not the manufacturer. This is a private label seller. They buy stuff, slap their name on it, and sell it as their own.

The Refund Policy

The stated refund policy on Amazon is that if you’re unsatisfied up to a year later, you’ll receive a refund.

Yet the return policy on their website says “All Nexskin products are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and Lifetime Guaranteed.”

Wait, so which is it???

You’re telling me that 10 years from now, if I’m unhappy with this $4 product, you’ll give me a full refund? Have you ever heard such a thing from a legitimate company?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

The Terms of Service

The Terms of Service have obviously been copied and pasted from another website, discussing irrelevant topics such as comments. There are no comments on this website!

Shipping

The shipping page proudly proclaims “ We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in continental USA.” Are you sure about that? Legitimate eCommerce websites are quite careful to update their FAQ pages to keep them current. In fact, I’ve caught some changing their published policies after I have notified them of issues. (Obviously, they were attempting a scam!)

Pretending to check out with a bogus address and the company’s own phone number, it’s clear that shipping is not free:

Again, this is very important information that legitimate companies are scrupulous to keep current.

This Is Not True

According to one listing for bandages (a different listing), this specific “latex-free bandage” is made from “Virgin American cotton.” However, virgin cotton would be undyed and unbleached.

This is not what undyed, unbleached cotton looks like! Ever! “Virgin” means that the product is undyed and unbleached.

This is not OK.

More alarmingly, they are using a great deal of the same information and photos on this listing while the listing itself discloses that the bandages are GT brand.

The Takeaway

As I’ve been warning for years, much is not as it seems when it comes to eCommerce listings, particularly Amazon listings.

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware of everything.

Nothing is as it seems.

The Anti-Flock Movement Is Astroturfed

All over our home page when we open up Firefox are articles about how terrible Flock is. The New York Times, NBC News, CNET, and the list goes on and on. Even Nextdoor (a company that’s on the stock exchange, I might add) is pushing posts about Flock cameras.

This is not a natural, grassroots movement. This is a movement fueled by mainstream and alternative media. The public then picks it up, thinks it’s absolutely adorable, snuggles it to their chest, asks their mommy if they can keep it, and jumps for joy when they are told they can keep it.

I’ll love it, and hold it, and feed it, and water it, and we’ll play all day long, every day! Thank you, Mommy!

This is classic astroturfing. But what in the world IS astroturfing???

Well, I recorded a video with some examples years ago that I never posted. So I should get that up some time. In a nut shell, an astroturfed movement is precisely what it sounds like: a fake grassroots movement.

An Example

It’s just like the folks who march around rural areas on the weekends with bottles of RoundUp, bravely battling “invasive plants.” The organizations training people to identify and dispense poison into the ecosystem are not grassroots organizations. They are founded and funded by Monsanto. That is astroturfing. That is a fake grassroots movement. Most of the people involved have good intentions. But they have never asked important questions about funding, why they have to use poison or the unintended consequences, who gets to define the term invasive, or other relevant questions. They have big feelings though.

Feelings are what run this society. And feelings are how a lot of people end up in over their heads in an astroturfed movement. For over a century, psychologists and sociologists have known that the populace is easily controlled via emotion, especially fear or anger.

Focus on facts. Control the emotion, and learn to recognize when a media agent (mainstream or alternative- they’re all the same) is attempting to manipulate your emotional state.

More people trust us for news than any other news agency! We’re super duper trustworthy! We’re popular so you should listen to us! We have fact checkers! We is da smartestest peoples in de world and are not at all well-paid actors!

You’re reading this, which means you’re smarter than that!

Ok, But…. Flock Is Bad, Yo!

Sure, Flock cameras taking pictures and storing the data are not part of a free society. They’re part of a surveillance state. They’re part of a technocracy. Many people are waking up to this fact. That’s cool. But there’s more to the story, here.

This whole thing is not what we are told. At all.

There Are Other Companies

There are other companies offering ALPR (automatic licence plate recognition) technology. Vigilant, Rekor, Axon, Coram, Placa.ai, Rhombus, and Genetec are just some examples. Why is the outcry about Flock specifically in the mainstream news?

Simple. It’s controlled. We all know almost all news outlets are owned by Vanguard, Blackrock, and State Street. “Information” is puppeteered by a small group of billionaires. Flock is the fall guy, so to speak. It’s kinda like Fauci! He’s the fall guy. But he wasn’t actually in control. He was just following orders.

But MY Local Movement Is about ALL ALPR

Ok, so maybe you are aware that it’s more than just the company Flock behind the license-plate readers. That’s cool. But here’s what we must ask:

Why are the mainstream and alternative media all over this topic? Well, there are multiple reasons.

Oh, Oh It’s Magic!

Whenever there is some sort of emotional agenda afoot, or some big news story, you can bet your bottom dollar that it’s a distraction.

Look here, not over there at what’s actually going on! We don’t want you to see that. This isn’t anything new.

Personally, I suspect that the real story is the economy. But I don’t know. I don’t follow the news nonsense, mainstream or alternative, but I do see headlines, and I do see Nextdoor posts. People are seriously invested into the anti-Flock movement. There’s a definite combination of strong fear and anger fueling people. While there are plenty of fake profiles everywhere online, there are indeed lots of actual humans posting about this in anger.

The Hegelian Dialect

Problem, reaction, solution. They created the problem of the Flock cameras. People are committing violence in reaction. I don’t know for sure, but I suspect there could be something significant occur as a result that could hurt a child or innocent bystander. At some point, they will need a solution.

What will that solution be? More draconian measures. More surveillance. After all, it’s for our safety!

When they shall say peace and safety…..

They Need a Civil War/ System Collapse

The US monetary system and “The Great Experiment” of the United States in general were set up to end. That’s how both were designed. As we can see the implementation of a transhumanistic surveillance state before our eyes, the American people as a whole simply will not embrace such a system without a catastrophic event leading to what the World Economic Forum (the world leaders) refers to as The Great Reset. This will be an event that brings society to its knees, and the people who are left stumbling through the ashes will seek a savior.

The psychopaths running the insane asylum plan for AI, as the image of the Beast, to be that savior. The spirit given to this image (AI already “speaks” and “sees”) will require the masses to bow before it in order to live in this society. We will be told that we cannot eat or pay our bills without it. If we don’t bow the knee, it’s adios to us.

Desperate people do desperate things. This is where the world leaders are taking us, and they have been very open in discussing this at Davos, World Economic Forum, and UN meetings in recent years. This isn’t a secret plot. It’s right out in the open. These are statements being made in public arenas. They’ve been publishing books about this agenda, along with article upon article on the UN and WEF website.

This isn’t a secret, just like what I cite about the toxicity of “natural” rubber latex isn’t a secret. You just have to look. You have to have eyes to see and ears to hear. You have to want the truth.

Personally, I have another Savior. No thanks, I’m good, my job is to trust, remain obedient to the best of my ability, avoid such abominations, and endure until the end.

Causing riots and uproars of the people will only aid to fuel the fire of a civil war/ civil unrest here in the US. Getting people riled up about anything/ everything is part of the plan.

That’s precisely what is desired in order to bring in the ultimate abomination: that which makes completely desolate.

Flock/ ALPR cameras are another tool along that path, but not how most people think they area.

THEY ALREADY KNOW WHERE YOU ARE ALL OF THE TIME

Flock or ALPR cameras aren’t needed to track your every move. They aren’t necessary to know your whereabouts at all times. They are just an extra, recent tool made obvious to the masses to stoke anger and fear.

I’m going to say this again, just to reiterate, as most people don’t realize this. Flock/ ALPR cameras are completely unnecessary to track you all day, every day.

This is already happening, and was happening prior to these cameras being put up.

They want you to revolt. They want to crack down with all manner of draconian measures. The people making these plans are the ones poisoning your air, food, water, clothing, garden, building materials, etc. (Thus, this discussion is highly relevant to the name Non-Toxic Home.)

There’s a good chance you already walk around with a surveillance device on your person. In fact, there’s a good chance you’re reading this on such a device. Your cell phone is not private. Your landline phone is not private. Your texts, emails, web browsing history, or anything else you do online is not private.

Indiana let the cat out of the bag repeatedly that they know all of the things that they should not. Check out my video on that below.

I use a wired desktop computer and don’t have a cell phone. But I have no illusion of privacy. When we have our computer turned off and are having a conversation inside our home, with the doors and windows closed, in the middle of a woods, we still have no illusion of privacy. We know the times in which we are living. I’ve researched some of the technology- and that’s old tech now!

Sure, there are companies that give you the illusion of privacy, and you can opt to go off-grid in entirety. But in that case your mail is scanned, and there’s plenty more opportunity to listen and watch you.

Every morning I can see drones flying over the same path here in our wooded area. No doubt they’re taking pictures or video.

Looking up at night, I can watch some satellites/dirigibles moving on their circuit. Sometimes they move faster or slower than other times, and sometimes they go backwards. I have no illusion of privacy from them.

The drones and dirigibles are watching everyone, everywhere. And if that’s not enough for you….

nnEMFs saturate even the most rural locations these days. Radio frequencies are inescapable, and they are publicly disclosed to be used to easily monitor a person’s location within their home. If you have WiFi turned on in your home, it’s even easier. This is the reason for the lead agenda. Lead paint blocks radio frequencies. They can’t see into your home and watch your movement if you have lead paint on your walls.

As I wrote about in August 2025:

There are a number of articles out now about this “new” technology that allows people to be tracked without the use of any devices such as a GPS tracker, ankle monitor, or cell phone.

Rather, this relies upon “Wi-Fi- fingerprint tech,” using biometric data including your gait, eyes, and more. As radio frequency technology is ineffective without an ionosphere (air) saturated with metals, this offers one reason for those strange and puzzling tic-tac-toe patterns in the sky, perhaps.

While this isn’t actually new technology as patents date back easily 3 decades (probably more), I find it of note that this is being publicly disclosed now.

Repeat after me: They don’t need license plate cameras. They don’t need license plate cameras. They don’t need license plate cameras.

Putting up the cameras is a show. All the world’s a stage!

We must be wise as the serpents in charge, and innocent as doves. That way, when we get Isaiah 57:1’ed, they shall have nothing to lay upon our heads besides speaking the truth in love, and warning others of just how narrow the path to the coming chemical-free, healthy Kingdom truly is!

Respirator Warning!

Here’s another incident to file away in the “I messed up so you don’t have to” files!

One thing I hadn’t really tried to do in my respirator is physical labor, aside from a heavy individual item here or there.

Well, I pushed it too far with wearing my respirator (see my allergy mask article) outside due to the “wildfire” smoke/ deluge of chemical-saturated air. We’re doing some construction work here, and I’ve been lugging around boards and construction debris.

That put strain on my heart!

So that was another super fun thing about this summer, recovering from heart strain. It’s much better now, but that means I’m breathing in more junk when outside.

It’s a balancing act, living in such a toxic wasteland of a world!

I do advise looking at my allergy mask article I linked to as well, as wildfire smoke is going to be increasingly the norm. You’ll want to have an option or two that at least could help.

It’s been a weirder than usual gardening season for chemical-free gardening, but I’m thrilled to get my first batch of tomatoes from the garden fermenting. This is my favorite method of food preservation as it’s easiest and doesn’t take away from the nutritive value- it turns food into free probiotics!

While that value is significantly less when cooked, I mostly use these for pizza and my hubby’s scrambled eggs over the winter. I still have about a pint of fermented tomatoes in the fridge from last year, so they sure do last!

Fermented foods were absolutely key to healing pages upon pages of “food allergies” for me. But, as I also had to manage histamine intolerance/ Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, I had to take things excruciatingly slow for a while. Just because one thing made you sick, doesn’t mean that everything will, or that this will be the case tomorrow.

Our bodies are constantly adapting to this changing world, so keep that mindset flexible as well!

The primary base issue seems to be that of rushing rather than making careful, thoughtful decisions, or in doing work correctly. While “fast and cheap” has been the name of the construction game for quite some time (much to the detriment of everyone’s health), this year it seems to be on steroids, and the trend has crept into real estate and landscaping as well.

Everything must be done in order for a reason. Skipping steps can cause catastrophic building failure, home damage due to careless landscaping, or unnecessarily spending thousands of dollars- or even more!

As always, this is not a substitute for customized, professional advise.

Example 1: Drying in Matters

The initial goal in home construction that every homeowner should seek during the building process is to get dried in. This means that the structure itself is protected from the elements. In typical stick-built homes, this translates into house wrap being up, windows installed, doors installed, and roofing underlayment being up on the roof.

This keeps the water out. Water is the enemy of your home. Rot and mold are your enemies. You don’t want them impacting your home!

But these days, Dave is seeing interior work being done before the building is even dried in! This is occurring at residential levels and at massive commercial levels. A $4.3 billion hospital build has been public about this in local articles boasting about how they aren’t dried in yet, but they’re doing interior finish work on some levels. Dave has seen it. It’s happening. (The original budget was $1.6 billion.)

Modern construction was bad enough decades ago, but now the carelessness is on steroids. How do these companies stay in business with such practices???

If the building is not dried in before putting up walls and drywall, you are asking for mold. If the building is not dried in before installing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, those systems will likely be damaged.

Common sense is no longer common. This is utter insanity.

Example 2: What Are They Even Doing?

One large construction project going on that Dave frequently passes by is a hot mess. Multiple construction crews are working on a large structure, with complicated roof lines and multiple sections. Rather than proceeding one step at a time: foundation first, then frame, and so on, multiple things are going on in different areas. Some areas are working on framing, others have house wrap up- it’s just utter chaos.

More concerningly, it appears that the builders don’t have engineered drawings with measurements to work from, as it is clear that they don’t know where the roof lines will meet. Ridge beams are just hanging out into the abyss, pointing towards one another across a chasm of open air. Where will the roof lines meet? It’s anyone’s guess! Let’s just keep building and hope for the best!

Obviously we aren’t involved, so it’s unknown as to whether local building inspectors are involved. When we were planning our home, it was rare that I had a question that the local inspector didn’t have to look up. Sometimes I had to refer him to specific Indiana code or IBC (International Building Code). That was in 2016-2018, so I would imagine that building inspectors these days are functioning at an even lesser level.

But it’s their job to know code. I shouldn’t know more about code than a building inspector or have to point out code to them. This is highly frustrating to me and remains an Achilles heel, all these years later.

A building inspector should be all over this project I’m describing, as it is an obvious disaster. But it keeps on bumbling along.

“We’re just gonna keep on building, Fred! At some point the thingies will meet in the air somewhere and we’ll use staples and fairy dust to hold it all together! It’ll be one solid piece of work!”

Example 3: We Don’t Know What We’re Doing With This Yet

There have actually been multiple instances recently in which homeowners (some of whom are clearly overwhelmed and sought us out for help) were ready to start throwing money at an inherited property without an actual plan. They didn’t know if they were going to sell it as is, demolish, fix things, etc.

Besides perhaps mowing to keep the neighbors/ authorities happy and things under control, along with regular checks to ensure there aren’t leaks, squatters, or unwelcome wildlife, it’s best to stop, take a breath, and gather the information needed to make a decision.

Is it better to sell it as is? Gather that information.

Is it best to fix the known issues before listing the property for sale? What are the issues? Gather that information.

Don’t throw money at the property, besides the basics listed, before you make a decision as to what direction you are going in. Dave recently told a prospective client he wasn’t comfortable proceeding until they figured out which direction they were going in, and he didn’t want to feel like he was stealing their money.

Morals can cost you money, but at least we sleep at night!

The multiple instances I have in mind consisted of throwing thousands of dollars at the situation before even knowing if that money would be worth spending.

Get the info. Make a plan. Then proceed.

Everything in order. Take the time to make informed decisions.

Example 4: Building Materials: Unknown

One of the most common mistakes made by those seeking to build a healthy home is to rush into building and forget about the most important thing: building materials! I’ve worked with a lot of folks who are sensitive to various chemicals, formaldehyde, natural rubber latex, etc. Step one is to find out what you can tolerate when it comes to building materials. This is always step one. Always!

If you aren’t sensitive, know that supply chain disruption has not ceased. For a lot of materials, especially anything outside the norm or with specific dimensional requirements, you really must plan ahead. Everyone is behind in everything, across industries it seems. This includes the production and distribution of building materials.

No matter the size of your project, step one is always to know what products will be needed. Some products have lead times of months, and many building materials, such as doors and windows, have increased in cost dramatically in recent years. I’ve noted prices of some items literally doubling overnight! So be prepared to make some concessions to fit your budget during a construction or landscaping project.

But first, for goodness sake, know what materials you will need!

Positive Take-Away

We understand all too well just how fast time is going these days. We too are having this experience. We are busy as well. But rushing into decisions and rushing construction will only lead to negative outcomes.

Stop. Take a breath. Gather the information. Then make a decision.

Don’t rush construction. Don’t rush decisions. One step at a time.

Cottonique Changes

Cottonique had a good Fourth of July sale this year, so I bought a few things. I just trashed two of the Jersey hoodie pullovers as they were falling apart (literally), and as I was looking at Dave’s work clothing, he’s going to be needing more sweatshirts come fall.

Sweatshirts are a tough one when you’re trying to avoid latex.

The Jersey hoodie pullovers might be a little thicker than typical Cottonique clothing, but that’s about it. They aren’t warm.

Cottonique relatively recently released their French terry hoodie, which I’ve had my eye on, so I ordered one to try.

We like it!

It’s about medium thickness for a sweatshirt, so Dave will probably need to wear two or three as he does with the old sweatshirts he’s been wearing. (Those aren’t made anymore, but they were cheap, dang it!)

These are so, so expensive, but safe clothing is a must here. I would love to be able to go to thrift stores again and pick up clothing, but it’s simply not an option anymore.

So I will probably be waiting until Cottonique has another good sale, then buying a handful of very expensive French terry sweatshirts. Because the hubby has to be warm, and he wears layers. It’s what he does.

These days I buy everything in the undyed, natural color as I just don’t tolerate the black fabric from Cottonique. I’m fine being around it, but can’t deal with wearing it.

Another note on packaging, lest I forget: that has changed. If you have a corn allergy, beware. Also, the packaging reeks to high heaven. The package I received came from Pennsylvania and it made me sick. Then, washing the clothes made me sick as the fabric itself was contaminated with fragrance. It was definitely from the warehouse.

I have not alerted Cottonique- though they do welcome feedback- as this gal is beat up from this toxic world, yo.

Anyways, be aware that if you’re chemically sensitive, anything from at least that warehouse I would expect to reek. I don’t know about elsewhere.

But, it’s still almost all I wear these days clothing-wise. Next time I’ll try hanging the clothes outside first to air out before washing them. That’s what I did earlier this year with a shower curtain, and that worked wonderfully.

Aliens, Demons, and UFOs: What ARE These?

Upon request, I have posted this two-part scriptural study. The title pretty much says it all!

UFOs/ Disclosure/ UAEs/ whatever they’re called are often in the headlines these days. There’s a reason for that.

If you are in a rural area, look up on a clear night. There’s a lot going on up there!

Gradually Improving/ That Made Me Sick Too

After getting stupid sick last week, I’m improving. But I still have to wear my respirator when I go outside or face dire consequences!

Wildfire smoke has continued around here this week, so I’m responding accordingly. I’ve started running the dryer without slightly gapping the window.

*gasp!*

I know, it’s not best practice, but I like to breathe and not get sick from the outside air.

I’ve had my EL Foust air purifier running on high most of the time, and just got a shipment of more air filters in from them, as I’ll be running through those faster than usual! (Austin Air is the only other option I would recommend. Avoid the cheap ones as they are junk! You’re better off building your own from box fans if you can’t afford the more expensive air purifiers.)

Besides those things, I’m obviously staying inside more often, as wearing my respirator actually caused asthma for me years ago. Irony!

And, I’m scrubbing my garden produce more than usual, not that I’m getting a ton of beans, cucumbers, and tomatoes right now. But I’m thrilled with what I’m getting, as it’s 100% on autopilot with my limited time outside.

It’s nice to see all of the carpenter bees buzzing around, pollinating things for me. Nature still fights on.

Dave went and bought new tires for the truck this week, which wiped me the hizzy out. Oy. I forgot how much I hated tire stores. The misery induced from the third-hand latex and fragrance!

But as usual, I get his stuff washed, spray vinegar behind him after he comes in, and he goes straight to the bathroom and scrubs himself. After some natural epinephrine alternative treatment, I’m usually alright. Now, of course, his truck stinks though, which means he stinks every time he comes in from his truck.

Ah, canary life! Living it UP in this toxic world!

Prior to building our mattress, we slept in hammocks we purchased on Amazon.

As I didn’t want to do any more sewing than absolutely necessary and purchasing ticking was more expensive than I was comfortable with, I opted to use a latex free allergen cover as ticking.. I purchased two allergen covers, one of which we used for the intended purpose. Following washing them a few times, I noticed no scent at all from the allergen covers. Any allergen cover you have found safe for your needs should work, though I really am a fan of the Allergycare 100% cotton mattress covers. They aren’t marketed as organic, but they don’t add any chemicals. I used them for a number of years before trying them out for this purpose. These covers are pricey but keep an eye out for sales and discount codes.

We ordered our Havelock wool insulation through Green’s Design & Supply. I highly recommend them!

Note that this is a two person project, and it is extremely labor intensive! We estimate that this took us around 21 hours, and it was hard work.

Important Note: I am planning a Q&A post soon for this. If you have a question about this process or materials, submit it ASAP to me via this link/ email so I can address it. The last mattress I made, I did record the process, but a video of said process would be a vast undertaking to edit/ produce. This was first posted online on June 5, 2019 and other than this note remains unchanged. I strongly advise against attempting to make a mattress using organic cotton. I tried!

Supplies:

1 allergen cover or ticking (I strongly recommend the purchase of an additional allergen cover to remove and wash as needed.)

1 set of upholstery needles

2 skeins of strong yarn

1 spool of upholstery thread

1 set of sewing needles

2 Bags of sheep’s wool batts from Havelock Wool (Do not attempt to use loose fill. I tried.)

1 pair of scissors

1 measuring tape/ tape measure/ ruler

1 marker

2 chairs (We used our Ozark Trail camp chairs.)

1 seam ripper

1 thimble

2 (optional) light duty masks

1 (optional) wood spoon or other item to press the needle through

1 (Optional) pair of heavy duty work gloves

1 package of sewing pins

Getting Started with Making the Mattress

(This portion may be completed by just one person.)

Ensure that you have as much space available as you can get. Our home is just 600 square feet, so we understand lack of space! However, you really need enough space to allow for two mattresses of your desired size, side by side, plus enough room to work around the edges.

Use your choice of marker to mark dots on one side of the mattress cover, approximately 6 inches apart. This will be your guide later for the mattress ties.

Unzip the mattress cover and use a seam ripper along the sides to allow for the mattress cover to be opened like a book. In retrospect I got a little happy with the seam ripper, causing myself extra work later when we sewed it up. Sigh.

I don’t recommend removing the seam this close to the zipper.

Placing the Wool

Open the bags of Havelock Wool. They may ship compressed, so be prepared for it to spring out when you release the tension. The wool is dusty and leaves dirt behind, so I highly recommend wearing a light duty mask to avoid breathing the dust. If you are able to allow time for the wool to off gas some, I highly recommend doing so in a safe place such as a garage or spare room. I wouldn’t advise off gassing it outside as it would offer a lovely nesting space for woodland creatures when the weather is cool!

Working from one corner, layer the 4 foot lengths of wool in piles 4 batts thick. You want as few seams between batts as possible, so pay attention when you are layering and alternate seams going from top to bottom. You can’t do much about the seams going from left to right, but lay the batts in as tightly as you can.

Cut off the ends of the insulation and store in a trash bag. It might come in handy for other projects. Spray the air with diluted vinegar, take off your masks, and vacuum if you feel the need.

Tying It Together

Fold the mattress cover back over on to the batts.

Zip the cover closed. Expect this to be a challenge.

Cut lengths of yarn approximately 46 inches long. You’ll need over 100 for a queen sized mattress, so just cut them until you are tired of doing so. Alternately, you can cut one at a time as you go.

Thread your upholstery needle with a length of yarn, and have a seat near an edge of the mattress. Holding your needle straight up and down, press it through the top of the mattress, wool, and through the bottom of the cover. Do so very slowly the first few times. I held up the mattress once I got through the wool so I didn’t damage our floor. If you meet a lot of resistance, it is better to move it up and down like a plunger than to press it hard and hurt your hand.

Pull your yarn through gently, allowing for enough yarn to turn around and go back through.

Identify where you are going back through. You want the spot to be about an inch away from where you came through initially. Having the holes too close will cause tears in the mattress cover.

Again attempting to keep your needle as vertical as possible, poke your needle back through the mattress.

Tie your yarn into a bow. You don’t need to pull it very tight at this point.

Repeat this process on all of your dots, starting from the outside and working your way inside. I recommend starting with ties on the corners to help hold the batts in place most effectively. I found that I could easily tie 2 or 3 rows from the edges, but any farther in required that I wait for help.

So Many Stinking Ties

By now you will be sick and tired of ties, but now is when you get to share your newfound joy with your assistant of choice! For this portion, we used the Ozark Trail camp chairs that we use as our living room chairs. Dining room chairs or a pair of side tables would also likely work. This may require some trial and error to figure out the best set up for your circumstances. Critical thinking is a plus here!

Set your two chairs up as pictured, and pull your surprisingly heavy mattress up so that the middle of your mattress is exposed to the air underneath. In our case, I worked from above and my husband from below, as he laid on his back underneath the mattress. Communication is key for this step- you need to be sure that no one gets hurt! As the mattress will require additional support during part of this time, the person underneath may opt for heavy duty work gloves, and a hard object such a wooden spoon may come in handy to push the needle back through.

SLOWLY push the upholstery needle though the mattress (discuss this with your assistant first!). In our case the location of the first tie was quite surprising to my husband, as my marker had bled through. Once the first tie was in place, the other locations were more predictable for him though. I would stop once I felt the resistance of the mattress cover and wait for him to acknowledge my location. He then would come back through the mattress approximately 1 inch from where it came through, trying to keep the needle vertical, and I would tie it on top. Knowing the directions (North, South, East, West) helped during this step, as he sometimes would start to emerge too far or too close to the original hole. You still want the two holes on top to be around an inch apart.

Continue to finish putting in ties at all of your dots, approximately 6 inches apart.

The Ties Are Almost Finished, I Promise

Move the mattress back to the floor, and put your chairs away.

Working from one end, retie all of your ties. This time you want to tie them as tight as you can without risking tearing the fabric. So if the fabric looks strained around the holes, you likely can stand to loosen the ties slightly.

Sew Much Sewing

Starting at one end of the zipper, pull the mattress cover edges together tightly and pin. As I have problems with my hands (likely due to Cipro damage), my husband offered his muscle for this task. It is quite the challenge for one person to hold the cover together and pin it!

Hand sew around the sides using strong upholstery thread. Some areas I doubled up the thread, but most of it I simply sewed very small stitches. For an idea as to how long this step takes, it took me around 6 hours to sew.

Remove pins.

Fall asleep on your new mattress in exhaustion.

Revel in your handiwork!

Some Final Thoughts

Wool is known to moderate humidity up to 60% RH, so while I recommend keeping your mattress as dry as possible, it is inherently mold resistant. However, all mattresses need to be able to “breathe.” So, I wouldn’t recommend permanently placing the mattress on the floor or on a solid platform bed frame. We built our own slatted bedframe out of leftover poplar. Additionally, you never want to place any sort of vapor barrier on top of a mattress as this also traps water vapor.

This mattress will compress, and after only a month has already started to do so slightly. Flipping the mattress over and around will help, as will sleeping in various positions and areas. This can be more challenging for a queen or king mattress. From what I have read, the compression should stop at about 6 months.

This mattress is not soft or springy by any stretch. While it is soft compared to the floor as some are forced to sleep on, we are planning to build an additional mattress to place on top within the next few months. I expect it to eventually be more like a futon mattress.

Making your own box spring or using a tolerable box spring might also be an option to make the mattress even more comfortable.

I Was Sick as a Dog

Last week, the “wildfire smoke” mostly just made me have cognitive issues once I hit my limit. So this past Monday I figured it would be more of the same.

And thus, I headed out in my ninja combat gear to fearlessly battle the thorn bushes and rescue wild black raspberries for my belly Monday morning, as is my norm this time of year. I would gander that I would probably outside 3 hours picking berries, hollering “hey! that’s my hat!” and “ow!” while trying not to wipe out with a bowl of berries.

Also, there are quite a few brown cottontails here now, so I like to talk to them, even if they don’t quite understand English and are mostly hiding or running from me. OK, end digression.

I didn’t expect to end up with a sort throat, persistent cough, aches, Fibromyalgia pain all over (the first flare-up in years), and stomach cramps.

But I did! And guess what?

The sky wasn’t smoky or hazy, and I didn’t smell anything at all. I have quite the impressive little sniffer, too.

It’s probably been a good 7 or 8 years since I was this sick. Oy.

And to top it off, on Wednesday I had some real stomach fun! I’ll spare you the details, but…

Snark Alert

Coincidences are just so hilarious these days! The cyclospora outbreak just so happens to coincide with incredibly toxic air quality over the Midwest. Where’s the outbreak? The Midwest.

The symptoms I’ve had line up perfectly with cyclosporiasis, but correlated precisely with exposure to the toxic outdoor air. I’ve eaten food from my garden. I did not contaminate it with a farm worker from Mexico. I’m fairly certain of that. Good grief, they blame those folks shamefully.

This isn’t some sort of delayed parasite overgrowth as I’ve prepared every meal I’ve eaten from scratch since 2018, when power went out twice so I ate fast food.

Correlation isn’t causation though, as Big Pharma rams down our throats. As though they don’t know their science is actually pseudoscience- at best!

Here’s the most hilarious coincidence of all: cycloporiasis is diagnosed via the PCR test, which was used for COVID.

As we all were rolling around laughing about years ago, the CDC publicly yet quietly admitted that they didn’t have any isolates, while insisting everyone should get tested.

And we all know how reliable the PCR test is in itself, as disclosed by the very inventor of the test. The last time I looked at some PCR test manufacturers and on-demand PCR test labs, there were disclaimers that stated clearly “not for diagnostic purposes.” As a matter of fact, those disclaimers are still live for a wide variety of PCR tests!

Tip: Go to any search engine and type in: pcr test manufacturer “not for diagnostic purposes”

Be sure to include the quotation marks.

But what do I know? I’m just a gal whose life depends on knowing root causes and avoiding toxic junk, and I happen to have a little discernment to boot.

To be clear, these symptoms suck. But symptoms, news propaganda, and a junk test do not a proper cause make.

Microwaves Would Make It SUPER FUN!

Ain’t no party like a Leanna-party, because a Leanna-party never has just one thing!

Last weekend I had vision disruption associated with microwaves again, and both Dave and I had arm/hand nerve pain. We both kept saying the same thing:

“But this should not hurt now!”

“I did less with my arms this week!”

“I didn’t strain my arms this week! What gives?”

Kitty was mum on the subject.

With it happening to both of us, and both of us trying to talk over each other at the same time about the same sudden, inexplicable symptom, I think it’s safe to say that there wasn’t any subconscious influence at play here.

“I’m telling you- this shouldn’t be!”

“But I’m telling YOU that THIS shouldn’t be!”

We’re such adults sometimes.

It could have been ELF (extremely low frequencies) or some other frequency I can’t detect, but microwaves seem the most likely culprit based on the eye issues I had.

I’ve been concerned enough about my eyes this week* that I went ahead and paid all of the bills for the next 2 weeks and ordered a month ahead of things we use like eggs and such.

I’m so grateful I’m able to do that, as that has generally not been the case for most of my adult life! Yes, I did so while sitting in bed and barely moving for half of the week.

This is how I am able to do what I do. Since I was 14, I have operated with the knowledge that tomorrow I may be less functional than I am today. Tomorrow I may be unable to move in pain. Tomorrow I may be unable to read the computer screen or do a multitude of things- not that any of us are promised tomorrow. So I do as much as I can now, with that knowledge, because no one can berate me as effectively as I can myself.

That’s life when you are a natural overachiever in a body that is basically just one thorn in the flesh, so to speak!

If you struggle with chronic illness, and are new to it, know that it can take time to know where your tipping point is at. I stop at my tipping point so that I don’t cause the next day to be even worse than it might already be.

This might sound depressing, but this is just my life, and it has been my reality for 31 years now. I know when to push, I know where to push, and I know when to throw in the towel for the day and call it, and accept that tomorrow will just have to take care of itself.

Not that I’m ever anxious for tomorrow. Bring that righteous Kingdom without chemicals, toxic water, polluted air, fake food, or harmful nnEMFs!

Be not therefore anxious for the morrow, for the morrow shall be anxious for its own things; sufficient for the day [is] the evil of it.- Matthew 6:34

*My eyes seem to be recovered now, but I do try to avoid compounding issues and think ahead. With more launches planned to microwave the skies and beam everyone/ everything from above for nonsensical reasons, it’s not a bad idea for me to be ahead in something in life!

The Respirator I Use for “Wildfire” Smoke

My old article on allergy masks shows the different masks I’ve used over the years. It had been easily 5 or 6 years since I wore my respirator, but my Cottoniqe cloth mask was pretty much useless this time.

I use the respirator with the vapor cartridges (same models as in my article) and I was alright. If you had told me 10 years ago that I would be marching into a berry briar thicket with it on with my head held high, I would have laughed in your face.

But here we are. :)

And I took it slow, which allowed me to breathe more easily. These are worst case scenario in my book, but if you’re in the sensitive population…. consider trying them out.

I find the ones from Lowe’s most tolerable, ideally if Dave goes and picks it up for me. The last one I got from Amazon reeked to high heaven. There was no off-gassing that puppy.

The Easiest Way to Freeze Berries: Freezing in glass jars quickly results in freezer burn for me, and I often freeze berries for as long as a year. This isn’t ideal, but it works, and it’s cheap!

For chopped apples, I freeze the same way I freeze berries. However, I do fill up my glass Pyrex bowls with frozen apples as well, as Dave eats them daily so they aren’t in the freezer in a Pyrex lidded bowl for more than a few weeks typically. I typically stock up on applesauce apples from farmers in fall and fill the freezers for the winter.

And, naturally, my ferments stay in their glass jars until they’re used up.

You Knew I’d Bring This Up Again…

As the garden is finally crankin’ along (mmmm… fresh cucumbers!), I have lots of Lady’s Thumb and basil to harvest. I use a 50/50 mix of this to make my nutrient-dense pesto, which I store in glass jars in the freezer.

Every week I make pizza from scratch as Dave eats it over the weekend to save me on dishes/ cooking, and to celebrate getting through another week in this mad, mad world.

It’s tasty on veggies as well, and if I ate pasta, I bet it would be delicious on it!

As always, it’s an easy recipe, and it’s substitution-friendly. I’ve used some I froze over a year prior, and it’s always delicious!

It’s Back Again!

As I anticipated and mentioned in one of my gardening videos this year, the wildfire smoke, or more accurately, “wildfire smoke” from Canada is here again! Ever since the first summer it occurred, it’s been back to hang out with me and admire whatever is flowering around here at the time.

It’s not a welcome guest/ observer.

This time around, thus far at least, I see no smoke or haze in the air here. Rather, the sun is more blinding and feels more like being under a microwave heater than usual. (Ahem!) It also smells like pesticide outside.

So I’ve been doing as much as I can outside every day until either the heat is too oppressive or I start getting stupid from the chemicals in the air.

Fortunately, my garden is in high gear and the pollinators are here now that monarda has flowered, so I don’t have to pollinate by hand now. They’re sticking around for cucumber, peppermint, lemon balm, white clover, pumpkin, butternut squash, and self heal which are all flowering right now.

I just love seeing pollinators on flowers!

What Could Possibly Go Wrong? (External Link)

As if nature wasn’t confused enough already, with birds sometimes singing at night and nighttime insects loudly chirping all day some days, now man has decided it’s a good idea to turn night time into day time with a mirror up in the sky.

They’re super smart, so they’re dubbing it “a space mirror.” In further evidence of their artsy smartsy pants-ness, this wonderful technology is from Reflect Orbital, which bills itself as “The Sunlight Company”.

They’re just so clever and imaginative with their names! No wonder they make the big bucks!

These are satellites (dirigibles) that are already FCC approved, because acronym agencies always act in our best interests.

“If this first satellite proves itself, mission planners envision lofting 36 satellites by next year, 5,000 by 2030, and a staggering 50,000 by 2035.”

Awesome. I’m sure this won’t further destroy natural life at all.

Side note: Eärendil-1 is the name of the first satellite, after the Old English word for morning star.

For 2-3 years, this lengthy article was on the first page of Google results for multiple searches, clearly considered to be authoritative. It’s a rabbit hole, and those who are greedy would have published this extensive post as a book rather than a free article. Please take your time to read it closely and explore the evidence.

Dividing people into groups of “pro” or “anti” is a logical fallacy and only hurts us. If we fight amongst ourselves, then we won’t fight corruption or closely analyze what is really going on in our world today. So, please, for the good of humanity, stop falling for the anti- pro- fallacy.

If you follow this blog, you’ll learn that I do not believe in censorship, support true health, love facts and information, and have a vendetta against corruption. As the name implies, I am vehemently opposed to unnecessary toxic assaults on our bodies, while being fully supportive of solid science. Unfortunately, as I’ve shared previously, we can’t always trust “science” and we certainly can’t trust Wikipedia. (If you haven’t read those posts, I strongly suggest you peruse them before reading further.)

We are witnessing today’s version of book burning. Digital and paper books that challenge the mainstream narrative are being banned from sale on multiple platforms. Digital assassinations are occurring. Important research is being blocked from publication. Scientists and physicians who are speaking up against junk science are attacked, ridiculed, and blacklisted. Social media platforms and the big search engine are blocking factual content from being viewed. If it’s threatening to industry, it’s at risk of being censored. This post is no exception and has been blacklisted despite over 75 authoritative citations.

Personally I have been censored on Facebook since February 2019, when I tried to share two different studies, both hosted on PubMed. If you aren’t aware, PubMed is hosted by the United States National Institute of Health. So Facebook basically said that the US government isn’t a reliable source of information. What a hoot!

Now, if you don’t share my personal relationship with Christ, then you can skip this paragraph. I’ve previously discussed how God has specifically warned us about what we are seeing today in my post “Why Revelation 18:23 Is So Important NOW.” The love of money is the root of all evil according to the Good Book, and there is an astounding amount of profit made annually from vaccines. We know that we live in a fallen world, and corruption is rampant. Why would the health care industry be excluded? After all, we do live in the world.

The FDA is not independent from the pharmaceutical industry. Even PBS’ Frontline series has addressed this issue! To quote:

They don’t like to take on the very awesome forces of the drug industry and a lot of its indentured servants, so to speak, in academic medicine. So the attitude by the leaders there [is], “avoid conflict” -- and avoiding conflict means doing what the industry wants.

Congress is supposed to hold the FDA accountable, but according to FDA medical adviser Dr. Raeford Brown, “Congress is owned by pharma.” There are multiple websites online such as OpenSecrets that disclose funding sources for our elected officials for you to see yourself. Dr Brown also states:

I’m really much more concerned because Congress is supposed to have oversight for the FDA. If the FDA isn’t going to hold pharma accountable, and Congress is getting paid to not hold pharma accountable, then it really doesn’t matter who the president is...

With no manufacturer liability in the United States for vaccines thanks to H.R. 5546, and an FDA that is anything but independent from the industry that it is supposed to regulate, we end up with a system set up for one purpose: profit. And profit it does.

According to the New York Times, vaccination costs in the US have soared since 1986, skyrocketing from $100 per child to $2,192 per child in 2012. A 2018 report from Kalorama Information estimates the global market to be $32 billion. Later in this article I’ll discuss why this number is just the tip of the iceberg as to profit.

So what if we ignore the conflicts of interest and corruption and focus on the science? Well....

But the News Says They’re Totally Safe!

Let’s be honest here. One of my favorite things to do for my psychology classes while at Purdue was to rip peer reviewed studies apart. I’m not sure why doing so brought me such glee all of those years ago, but today all of that time as a geek has served me well in weeding out the frass from the gold.

In early 2019 I started to see some educated friends posting what they had been learning about vaccines. I already knew how screwed up our pharmaceutical industry was, but for some reason I still had a lingering belief that somehow, someway, vaccines were truly safe and effective. After all, we hear that almost constantly, don’t we?

I was wrong.

Goodness, was I wrong.

I started out reading the inserts. They’re available for free online from manufacturers. Even though I had my childhood shots, they’re nothing compared to what children receive these days. I dutifully got my flu shot annually while I was working outside the home, even though I still ended up with the flu and related complications for at least 5-6 months every year. I was the perfect little patient until my life came crumbling down in 2012 and I learned that the devastation was absolutely preventable. Following this hard wake-up call to the ignorance of the medical profession, I realized that even though I had received my annual flu shot for years, no one ever offered a vaccine insert or discussed potential complications.

Besides death, known adverse events include allergies, arthritis, myalgia, nausea, abdominal pain, headache, migraine, paralysis, malaise, otitis media (more commonly known as ear infections), and many other diagnoses that are pervasive in our society today. For more known effects, see the VAERS database. As of 2007, an estimated 43% of American children were diagnosed with at least one of 20 chronic health conditions. This can’t be considered to be “normal.” When I was a child it was “normal” not to have a chronic health condition.

I found all of this a tough pill to swallow. Could vaccines really be the cause of many of my issues? Unlike my peers, I have been “sick” since I was 13 years old and developed fibromyalgia. Also unlike my peers, I was more heavily vaccinated as a child. I received the Hep B when other children in my age group did not. At that time (early 1980s), it was common knowledge that vaccination against Hep B was only necessary for those who were at high risk of contracting it. (Note that this was Heptavax-B, a different vaccine than what the Hep B is today. I also received the later version of the Hep B when it was introduced.) Since my mother had contracted Hep B as an ER nurse, I fit the high risk category. My parents did the best that they could with the information that they had at hand. I don’t blame them for wanting to protect me from something that almost killed my mom!

But what about everyone else? These diagnoses are so common!

The Rabbit Hole Deepens

Continuing to examine the inserts, I learned that these products hadn’t been evaluated for mutagenic or carcinogenic potential. It’s right there in black and white! While I certainly haven’t read every insert for every product on the market, I’ve read enough to know that it’s commonly found in vaccine inserts. It’s not an isolated issue. In fact, this statement is on every insert I have read, though not always under 13.1.

Why hasn’t this been studied? Why wouldn’t something that we are injecting into our bodies, in some cases against our consent be studied for basic carcinogenic or mutagenic potential? It really seems like basic logic to me. I didn’t understand why such critical research hadn’t been done!

You know what I do understand? Toxins!

There Are Toxins In Them Thar Hills!

Since there are so many potential toxins in vaccines, and this is basically turning into a book, I’ll just touch on a handful of ingredients here. Many ingredients have been studied and determined to be toxic while others are simply nauseating to consider. But does injecting a known carcinogen into your body suddenly make it no longer a carcinogen? Of course not!

Once you really dig in, it does start to add up as to why these haven’t been studied as to their mutagenic and carcinogenic nature, doesn’t it? For your reference, here is a link to the CDC’s published excipient summary. Do note that different products have different ingredients.

- Formaldehyde: According to the CDC, “Ingestion of as little as 30 mL (1 oz.) of a solution containing 37% formaldehyde has been reported to cause death in an adult.” But it’s safe to be injected? Formaldehyde is classified as “highly toxic.” I could write a 10,000 word article just on formaldehyde. It’s a very well known human carcinogen and I’m unaware of any published scientists debating otherwise.

- Aluminum: This is disclosed as aluminum salts, aluminum phosphates, aluminum hydroxide, and sometimes in other formulations as well. Aluminum crosses the blood-brain barrier where it becomes very tricky to chelate (only do so under an incredibly well trained integrative physician). Once again, the CDC declares known toxicity problems. Aluminum targets the nervous system and the CDC states “we do not know for certain whether aluminum causes Alzheimer’s disease.” Aluminum allergy is suggested to be caused by childhood vaccines. There are a slew of other health effects of aluminum including dementia, autoimmune disease, and brain inflammation. Aluminum has also been suggested to be genotoxic. The nervous system effects alone are enough to make this one ingredient to avoid, besides the fact that it is a metal and thus is used for antennas. With the roll-out of 5G triggering unbelievable mass outbreaks of microwave sickness, it’s no surprise that aluminum is a common vaccine ingredient.

- Polysorbate 80/ Tween 80- Oh how I hate Polysorbate 80! I react violently to it. An exposure in 2019 left me in GI anaphylaxis for two days. Despite pulling out all of the stops in my holistic treatment tool bag, I ended up having to epi. I hate that toxic crap! Polysorbate 80 has been studied as a cause of ovarian toxicity and according to the American College of Pediatricians, few adolescent vaccines contain this ingredient aside from the HPV shot. Of course, even the mainstream media covered the HPV fall-out. It is heartbreaking what so many young people have endured as a result.

Polysorbate 80 opens the blood-brain barrier, escorting unwanted guests like aluminum, mercury, and viruses into the brain tissue. It can “cause severe nonimmunologic anaphylactoid reactions” according to a study from 2005. In other words, it can send you into anaphylactic shock and kill you. While I understand that EWG declares it to be safe, this is not to be considered a trusted resource- though there is value in a cursory examination of product ingredients via EWG. It’s only a starting point in ingredient research.

This ingredient has also been found to impact the reproductive system of female rats, causing various problems:

Treatment with Tween 80 accelerated maturation, prolonged the oestrus cycle, and induced persistent vaginal oestrus. The relative weight of the uterus and ovaries was decreased relative to the untreated controls. Squamous cell metaplasia of the epithelial lining of the uterus and cytological changes in the uterus were indicative of chronic oestrogenic stimulation. Ovaries were without corpora lutea, and had degenerative follicles.

- Natural rubber latex: Most vaccines (but not the COVID-19 vaccines) are contaminated with natural rubber latex. As with all products containing natural rubber, they are not required to be labelled as containing natural rubber. I’ve literally sprinted out of numerous medical facilities and threatened to throw my boot at one nurse just to avoid being touched by latex-containing products in a “latex-free facility.” News flash: there are no latex-free facilities! I have yet to visit any that didn’t have at least 10 sources of natural rubber in their “latex-free” exam rooms. That doesn’t include clothing and what people bring into the building.

If you have a Type IV latex allergy, every exposure escalates the allergy towards Type I, airborne anaphylactic.

If you don’t have a latex allergy, the only way to prevent a latex allergy is avoidance. Don’t want a latex allergy? Don’t inject it into your body!

I discuss the multiple ways in which natural rubber latex is, in fact toxic elsewhere. In addition, more recently I have learned that there is a medical billing code for “toxic effect of latex.” Need I say more?

- Fetal Bovine Serum/ Mueller-Miller extract/ Lantham: For one, this is derived immorally and causes immense suffering unnecessarily. Look into how it is obtained. It is too traumatizing for me to expand on that.

Do you think it’s a coincidence that dairy allergies are skyrocketing? Fetal bovine serum can be contaminated with bovine pathogens, such as Mad Cow Disease. According to the Handbook of Stem Cells, fetal bovine serum can be “extremely toxic” to embryonic stem cells. So are we supposed to blindly believe that it’s toxic to human embryonic stem cells but suddenly becomes non-toxic when the embryo has developed into a child or adult?

- MRC-5 Human Diploid Cells: These are lung cells from an aborted baby. Do you see why I wrote about Revelation 18:23 now? Simply open up the CDC excipient summary and search for MRC. You’ll find it. Nauseating, isn’t it? I don’t care how “little” is in there. I don’t care why the baby was aborted. You’ll have to kill me before you inject DNA from another human being into my body. We don’t know what this is doing to our DNA. We don’t know what this is doing to our bodies on a basic cellular level.

The DNA was analyzed by a lab in Italy and found to contain 560 verified cancer genes. I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t sound like a good idea to me to inject cancer genes into one’s body.

- Monosodium Glutamate (MSG): Many people react to MSG, regardless of the scientific consensus going back and forth as to toxicity. “It’s safe! It’s deadly! It’s fine! It’s toxic!” Personally I avoid processed foods and don’t eat out, so MSG isn’t generally on my radar.

- mRNA Vaccines: In 2019 it was established amongst scientists and epidemiologists that mRNA vaccines were categorically unsafe and would require decades of research before utilization upon humans would even be a consideration. The focus of this post is not on the COVID-19 vaccine, but on the safety of vaccines in general. Thus, I will leave the discussion of the safety of mRNA vaccines at that, with the understanding that mRNA technology is still experimental despite the insistence of those who profit from the suffering of others. Simply examine the studies and the warnings from thousands of medical professionals and researchers.

As I’ve already stated, this is only a sampler of the ingredients. Check out the CDC list and research the ingredients yourself. Simply search Duck Duck Go for the ingredient + toxicity to find the information for yourself, or search for the ingredient + MSDS. You’ll be shocked.

So we clearly have reason for concern when it comes to the ingredients themselves. But what about the studies?

Junk Science Says They’re Safe and Effective

It seemed logical to me to begin my peer-reviewed study research by examining the vaccine studies referenced in inserts. After all, these should be the “best” studies on the specific products. Unfortunately, the manufacturers’ best doesn’t align with the most basic research methodology.

Since the publication of this article in 2019, I have ceased perusing any peer-reviewed literature. Once I was dismissing over 90% of studies as junk science within 10 minutes of starting to examine them, I realized that my attempts to glean information from “science” was futile.For most other topics this is due to poor research methods, such as not accounting for blatant confounds, lack of control groups, etc. Sometimes I toss studies based on conflicts of interest- especially when they are undisclosed or I discover the researcher has obvious bias based on other publications. However, one really can’t do so when it comes to studies funded by a vaccine manufacturer, as how else will a manufacturer have a study conducted to obtain FDA approval if they don’t fund it?

Ignoring the conflict of interest issue, we are left with research methodology. Naturally, since we are constantly reminded as to how “safe” vaccines are, I started reading the studies assuming they would be following the Gold Standard of science:

- Double blind: The researchers don’t know which group a participant is assigned to, and neither does the participant.

- True placebo: One group receives the treatment and the other receives an inert placebo. For pharmaceuticals, the placebo would be a sugar pill, while for vaccines, it would be a saline injection.

- Randomized: Participants are randomly assigned to the two groups.

In the interest of keeping this post short (ha!), I’ll limit my discussion on research methodology to the Gold Standard. However, it is important to know that there is much more to solid study design, implementation, and analysis than this design. Designing and implementing a Gold Standard study isn’t rocket science, but it seems to be an impossible task for researchers investigating this topic.

Out the countless full-length studies I examined, I didn’t come across one Gold Standard study. These are the studies that were submitted to the FDA for approval and are referenced in the vaccine inserts. That is the best they can do? I smell something rotten here.

True saline placebos would seem common sensical to utilize, yet they are relatively rarely used in this research. Rather, the vast majority of the studies I read compared the vaccine to an injection of the adjuvants (toxins) or to an injection of another vaccine. One simply cannot establish safety comparing one vaccine to another. Research Methods 101: that’s not a placebo. Shingrix is an exception and there are additional studies utilizing a saline placebo. Unfortunately they fall flat on their face when it comes to addressing other aspects of the study, leaving them in my “junk science” pile.

Other studies will initially inject a saline placebo then follow it up with the vaccine in a week or two, examining adverse effects after the vaccine has been administered to both groups. What in the world are those scientists thinking? Two weeks into a research methods class and a college student would be all over such poor methodology. You can’t compare two groups that receive the same treatment and declare one to be a placebo group!

I’m still appalled. It is so very upsetting to me to witness what has happened to the scientific method in the interest of profits.

While some claim that the full schedule of childhood vaccinations has never been examined in a large scale Gold Standard study, I will stop short of this as I have not read all of the published studies and access to some studies are gated. Additionally, many studies go unpublished for various reasons. I can tell you that I searched high and low and came up empty handed.

Comparing yourself as an adult to the current childhood schedule simply doesn’t work. In 1986 the schedule consisted of 12 shots, while today it consists of 54 shots according to Children’s Health Defense. Note that this doesn’t account for multivalent vaccinations such as MMR, which in my opinion should be counted as 3 rather than 1, and based on the research are much safer to be administered separately. That’s generally not an option in the United States of Pharmekeia.

Additionally, chances are high that you have chronic diagnoses that are known or suspected adverse events to vaccination, so stating that you had 12 shots “and are just fine” isn’t quite true now, is it?

We Interrupt This Program....

This isn’t easy to read. I completely understand. If you need to save the link or print this out and return later to finish reading, I completely understand. It’s taken me many months to dig through all of this crud, so don’t expect to process everything in this post in one sitting.

When you learn information that runs counter to beliefs you’ve held, you encounter cognitive dissonance. It’s uncomfortable and it can be upsetting. You can bet that I have been upset now and then whilst pulling back the onion peels and revealing yet more lies we have been told.

Don’t feel poorly if you need to come back to this post and continue reading later. It’s OK. I’m not taking it down- but it will eventually be scrubbed from the Internet. Chronic Illness= $$$

As I alluded to earlier, the income from vaccines themselves is only the tip of the iceberg. Consider how many people you know who take pharmaceuticals daily. Think about their diagnoses. Allergies? (Vaccines are known to directly cause food allergies!) Mast cell problems? Arthritis? Chronic autoimmune disease and allergies are rampant, and to assume that it’s a simple coincidence, particularly when the vaccine inserts and studies declare these and similar diagnoses as adverse events, would be a dangerous assumption to make. Adverse events can take weeks, months, or even years to emerge, but that doesn’t suggest that they are no longer adverse effects. Even reactions that are immediate and severe are dismissed as mere coincidence far too often.

I’ve been there when it comes to being over-medicated. I used to take over 25 medications per day. During two separate periods I took over 75 pills daily That’s a lot of money out of my pocket, not to mention the insurance company racket. According to CNBC, QuantilesIMS Holding, which compiles data for pharmaceutical companies, expects that US prescription drug spending will reach $580 to $610 billion by 2021. How much of this spending is for diagnoses that are known adverse effects of vaccination? This, of course, did not predict the Zombie Apocalypse Virus and the incomprehensible sums of money funneled to drug companies, hospitals, and doctors who were literally paid to diagnoses people with COVID-19. Don’t believe me. Just research it. The proof is in the government documentation, and Dr. Deborah Birx was very proud of her efforts in that department as she declared in press conferences.

This doesn’t address the harm caused by various pharmaceuticals taken as a result of these adverse effects, leading to spending even more money on surgeries, cancer treatment, medical devices, imaging tests, lab work, and more. It’s a self perpetuating disease cycle.

I’ve personally had surgery as a result of pharmaceuticals. After years of dealing with blackout pain that lasted up to a month from ovarian cysts, I had a hysterectomy in early 2013. I couldn’t take the excruciating pain any more. Birth control pills were pinpointed as the cause of my ovarian cysts by 3 different gynecologists, in addition to being a known published side effect. Add to that the damage to my arms and hands from Cipro, for which I had expensive imaging tests, and you can start to put the puzzle pieces together.

Many vaccines are contaminated with heavy metals that cause various cognitive issues as I discussed in the ingredients section of this post. These often “require” pharmaceuticals for treatment, but in many cases they are entirely unnecessary and cause more harm than benefit. Remember that the corporations that profit from vaccines are the same ones that profit from pharmaceutical dependence.

Back when I first graduated from Purdue University and was a doe-eyed social worker in mental health, it didn’t take long for me to express concern to my supervisors about the over-diagnosis of psychiatric disorders. Sometimes teenagers act out. That doesn’t suggest that they have a psychiatric disorder and require dangerous antipsychotics. Unfortunately, this problem has only worsened, as professor emeritus of psychiatry Allen Frances, M.D. states:

The result is massive overprescription of medicine for off label, untested, and inappropriate indications. Drug companies have more unregulated freedom in the U.S. than anywhere else in the world to push their product where it does not belong. Their success is measured in returns to shareholders, not benefits to patients.

It simply makes no sense that the antipsychotics are now the largest revenue producers among all classes of medicines — bringing in $15 billion per year — much of it coming from excessive use in vulnerable populations of children and the elderly. Antipsychotics often cause large weight gains increasing the risks of diabetes, heart disease, and shortened life expectancy. Almost equally concerning is that eleven percent of U.S. adults are taking an antidepressant medicine, making these the fourth most lucrative class for drug companies.

During my time in mental health, I attended a number of drug rep luncheons for continuing education credit. Rather than accept the statements of the drug reps, I probably was their worst nightmare. I demanded to see the studies then proceeded to criticize the study findings due to the abysmally poor research methodology. I had clients with gynecomastia and other side effects that no one else would take seriously. The drug reps attempted to deny a correlation, but now they can’t deny the causation. Eventually I started attending my clients’ appointments with staff psychiatrists. I would constantly remind the psychiatrist to stop focusing on how he only had 10 minutes per client and start listening to my clients.

I was not well liked by the psychiatrists, with the exception of the one who actually cared about patients. Popularity has never been a goal of mine. Truth must be spoken and shared, and someone must speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves.

This same issue repeated itself with primary care physicians, most of whom were similarly pressed for time and simply trying to keep their jobs. Personally I don’t find that a good enough excuse to allow harm to another human being. I was getting paid an embarrassingly low wage and working 60-80 hours per week to ensure my clients obtained the services they were entitled to receive. Surely someone who is being paid 10 times my salary could take 5 minutes to ensure a patient receives proper treatment! (Naturally the psychiatrists never worked more than 40 hours per week with the exception of the one who truly cared about children.)

Doctors and nurse practitioners simply don’t have time to closely analyze the information and studies as I have. They base their information off of what they are told at universities that are funded by pharmaceutical companies. (Remember, these companies sell you the vaccines.) Just look at this Washington Post article regarding the drug industry’s influence over research and the resulting biased conclusions of researchers. One PubMed-accessible publication clearly states:

Systematic bias favours products which are made by the company funding the research. Explanations include the selection of an inappropriate comparator [i.e. not an inert placebo] to the product being investigated and publication bias.

Consider that these companies influence and sometimes even write textbooks, and look at the names on various buildings on college campuses across the country. This is where our medical professionals obtain their “knowledge” about vaccines, in addition to drug rep luncheons and industry-sponsored seminars.

We have a health care system designed to fail patients as our doctors are set up to fail us.

We Pay for Industry Deaths and Disability

Thanks to H.R. 5546/ VAERS, The National Childhood Va((ine Injury Act of 1986, all U.S. taxpayers are on the hook for deaths and adverse events caused by vaccines. You read that correctly: manufacturers have absolutely zero liability for these products. As of December 1, 2019, the special court that was established to hear these cases has paid out $4,245,368,878.14. That’s right. The National Vaccine Injury and Compensation Program has paid out over $4.2 billion. How’s that for safe? And why should we as taxpayers be on the hook, for goodness sake?

Now, according the extremely important yet vastly ignored Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare study, Electronic Support for Public Health–Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (ESP:VAERS), less than 1% of all adverse vaccine events are reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). This was a million dollar, 3 year study funded by the US government. Don’t you think this is an important study finding? If we truly have a free press, shouldn’t they have been all over this? To quote directly from the report:

Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported. Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of “problem” drugs and vaccines that endanger public health. New surveillance methods for drug and vaccine adverse effects are needed. Barriers to reporting include a lack of clinician awareness, uncertainty about when and what to report, as well as the burdens of reporting: reporting is not part of clinicians’ usual workflow, takes time, and is duplicative.

This report confirms the resounding cry of parents who have vaccine injured children as well as parents who have lost children immediately following their scheduled shots. Many state that the official causes of death are “coincidence” or “SIDS” despite direct correlation with vaccination. (I’ve already discussed in another post how my mother’s official cause of death was cancer, yet the cancer was determined to have been caused by a pharmaceutical.) As we all know, correlation does not equal causation, but the evidence certainly is mounting now, isn’t it? At what point did the general public finally accept the evidence demonstrating that cigarette smoking causes cancer?

I’m not going to do the math here, but let’s think about this logically. Less than 1% of adverse events are reported to VAERS. In order to be considered to be heard in court to obtain recompense for adverse events, one needs proper documentation. As a result, it would be safe to assume that less than 1% of adverse events have the documentation required to seek restitution for harm.

Many people wouldn’t seek financial compensation due to the sheer amount of stress involved in litigation, and even more wouldn’t even know that this special court exists. Not all of the cases are heard, and it’s quite difficult to obtain a favorable decision even with proper documentation.

This brings us to a minuscule percentage of vaccine injured individuals who obtain compensation- yet over $4.2 billion has been paid out of our taxpayer money.

Think about it.

Note: a discussion of exosome theory and terrain theory is out of the scope of this post. Both are the valid theories based on the available evidence.

Medicine Is Not One-Size-Fits-All

Attend a new patient appointment and you’ll be bombarded with paperwork to complete. Name, address, birth date, insurance information... all normal and typical. But have you ever gone to a new physician who told you it didn’t matter what your history, current medications, or diagnoses were? What would you think if a physician informed you that everyone should take high blood pressure medication regardless of tests or background?

This is exactly what we see with vaccines. Our God-given right to make our own medical decisions about what goes into our bodies is being threatened and in some cases has already been removed as a right.

Additionally, when one considers the ingredients from a Biblical perspective, we see that they truly are an abomination unto the Lord.

A vaccine would likely kill me due to how incredibly sensitive I am to just about everything that is toxic. My husband, on the other hand, could likely weather it.

But then he would be a danger to me. How’s that, you ask? There are actually two ways in which I am impacted. One is that I react to my husband when he detoxes. The other way I am impacted is that.....

I’m Considered to Be Medically Fragile

Don’t misunderstand me. When people declare “we must protect the medically fragile population” I wholeheartedly agree. Vaccines are a threat to those of us who are considered to be part of this population, though. They don’t protect us. They harm us.

As an individual considered to be medically fragile, I request that if you decide to obtain a vaccine (it’s your right to choose), you do not use me as an excuse. I am not a reason for another person to obtain medical treatment. If you’re going to use me as reasoning regarding vaccination choices, I am a reason to avoid them.

This goes for the elderly and anyone else who is ill, as well. The last thing the elderly and sick need is additional exposure to toxins.

Have you ever been to a cancer ward in a hospital or visited intensive care? You’ll see signs that state that if you have been vaccinated in a certain period of time, you are barred from entrance.

“Wait,” you say. “I thought I was helping immunocompromised individuals by getting these shots!”

The opposite is actually true.

Let’s pretend here that the concept of herd immunity is valid. (Herd immunity theory is based on natural immunity, not on vaccinations. Immunization and vaccinnation are not the same thing.)

Vaccine shedding is a massive problem for live virus vaccinations. In fact, the World Health Organization declared wild measles to be eliminated in the United States in 2000 yet we frequently hear of terrifying measles outbreaks. Most “outbreaks” of this mild virus, easily treated with simple patient care and Vitamin A, are not examined as to whether the strain of measles is wild or lab-generated. This makes it easy to blame the unvaccinated population, despite the fact that some outbreaks have been genotyped and found to be at least partially caused by the lab generated virus.

I’m going to go so far as to suggest that vaccinations are directly causative of outbreaks. The following are just a few limited examples:

- Polio: ABC News reports that “more polio cases [are] now caused by vaccine than by wild virus as 4 African countries report them.” That’s quite clear now, isn’t it?

Four African countries have reported new cases of polio linked to the oral vaccine, as global health numbers show there are now more children being paralyzed by viruses originating in vaccines than in the wild.

In rare cases, the live virus in oral polio vaccine can mutate into a form capable of sparking new outbreaks. All the current vaccine-derived polio cases have been sparked by a Type 2 virus contained in the vaccine. Type 2 wild virus was eliminated years ago.

If the wild Type 2 virus was eliminated years ago, why are we still vaccinating against it?

- Measles: Measles virus RNA is detectable in the urine of those vaccinated as long as 14 days after vaccination. A child who fails to wash his or her hands after using the restroom could easily trigger an “outbreak.”

- Flu: Individuals inoculated against the flu were found to demonstrate “maximum shedding in highly susceptible persons” up to 10 days after receiving the shot, with immunocompromised individuals reportedly unlikely to shed after a 2 to 3 week period.

One study found that “asymptomatic/subclinical infections occur infrequently, but may be associated with substantial amounts of viral shedding.” A meta analysis determined that viral shedding caused by the flu shot began on the first day of inoculation, peaked on the second day, and usually ceased by day 8 or 9. However, everyone varies in their efficiency of virus shedding. In other words, if you get a flu shot, you need to lock yourself up in your room for at least 10 days so you don’t spread the flu to everyone around you!

- Mumps: The Alliance for Human Resource Protection discusses various mumps outbreaks in fully vaccinated populations, which suggest that not only is the vaccine ineffective, it’s also possibly the cause of the outbreaks. (We don’t know for certain since the genotypes are rarely examined.)

Additionally, there were mumps “outbreaks” at Indiana University in spring 2019.

Indiana law says students are required to show proof of va((ine by the end of their first semester, but people can still get mumps even with the vaccines. The CDC says experts aren’t exactly sure why that is.

At least 16 students with the mumps have proven to the university they had gotten two doses of the MMR va((ine.

Reportedly two doses of the MMR vaccine are 88% effective against mumps. A third booster may increase this percentage, but according to Riley IU Health pediatric infectious disease specialist Dr. John Christenson, “no one knows for sure.” By May 2019, there were discussions in the local news of monthly MMR shots. How’s that for effectiveness?

Simply look at the behavior of representatives of Merck, the manufacturer of the MMR, and you’ll easily find cause for concern. They created fake medical journals and developed a hit list to “neutralize, destroy, or discredit” doctors who disagreed with their behavior in regards to pharmaceuticals. I’m sure they’re totally above board when it comes to the MMR, though, right?

Wrong.

Former Merck virologists turned whistle blowers allege that they were threatened with jail if they informed the FDA of the fraud Merck was committing in regards to faking the efficacy rates of the MMR.

- Pertussis/ Whooping cough: A recent outbreak in Texas closed a school that was 100% vaccinated according to Fox News. One article discusses how vaccinated siblings are “important sources” of whooping cough for infants under 6 months. A 2010 study found that pertussis vaccination actually “enhances the performance” of the pertussis pathogen that is not addressed in vaccines. In other words, it might help with one variant of pertussis, but it makes people more susceptible to another variant of pertussis.

Aside from these examples, many vaccine inserts list contracting the exact virus you are vaccinating against as an adverse effect of vaccination. Read the inserts!

Vaccination Mandates Violate Basic Human Rights

I’m not sure where all of the “my body, my choice” people went, but they must be hiding in a cave. Why aren’t they all up in arms about losing their medical freedom and right to choose what goes into their bodies? Where are you guys and gals at?

*listens to the crickets*

Following World War II, there were military tribunals held to prosecute some of the most reprehensible criminals who committed atrocities during the war. (The truth behind WWII is out of the scope of this article, for those who haven done their due diligence regarding this topic.)These are referred to as The Nuremberg Trials. As a result of these trials, the Nuremberg Code was developed to set international ethics standards for humans involved in medical experiments.

Number one of this code reads:

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

Since vaccine inserts clearly state that the mutagenic and carcinogenic nature of vaccines have not been studied, we are experimental subjects for vaccines. There is simply no arguing with this statement.

It goes to follow then that no individual should be coerced in any way, shape, or form, to receive a vaccination. yet mandates are being crammed down our throats. It’s not only a problem in the United States. It’s happening all across the world.

As I stated when first publishing this article, adults were next after children and medical professionals. Healthy People 2020 made it clear that adults were next here in the United States. And thus, here we are.

But I’m So Scared of Getting a Virus!

Simply looking at the actual, raw statistics based on your country likely will calm you down. Ignore the worldwide statistics that include individuals who were starving, without access to potable water, sanitation, healthcare, or a healthy diet. Those statistics are used to scare you into submission. They aren’t applicable to those of us with access to these basic necessities.

The appeal to fear is a well known logical fallacy and arguably one of the easiest ways to manipulate people. When you are frightened and anxious, you are experiencing what in psychology we refer to as a fear-based response. Your decision-making skills tank when anxious or fearful, making critical, analytical thinking impossible.

Most people today are making medical decisions in regards to this topic as an emotional response. Take the emotion out of it and look at the facts logically. If you need to, make a pro- and con- list. You’ll find that there really is nothing to fear if you simply examine the facts, but that it is clear that we should avoid additional exposure to toxins.

Anytime a response of fear is elicited in the news, you can bet your bottom dollar that someone is trying to manipulate you to instinctively believe what is being stated as “settled science.” Science is never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever settled. If science was ever settled, then it would completely negate scientific inquiry. Science is particularly not settled when the conclusions are based on studies that don’t follow basic research methodology.

Knowledge is power. Anything that harms the immune system will decrease your body’s ability to fight off toxins, bacteria, parasites, etc. So why would you willingly (or unwillingly in some cases) damage your immune system in order to (maybe) fight off a minor “virus” that may actually have positive side effects such as lifelong protection from various forms of cancer? Measles is being studied as a potential cancer cure at Mayo Clinic, yet simultaneously we are being frightened into believing that measles is evil and will surely cause the end of the human race unless we all race to update our MMR.

Don’t be fooled. You’re smarter than that.

So We Should All Avoid All Vaccinations?

That’s not my point at all. I’m not here to make your medical decisions for you. My point is that as I have clearly demonstrated, we are being actively deceived, and the burden lies on each and every one of us to do our own research to ensure our own health and well being. This article and the links I have added are only a starting point.

We must understand that making the choice to obtain any vaccine comes with risks and (highly questionable) potential benefits. Unfortunately, it is on you to obtain that information. Your medical professional simply doesn’t have the time to spend with you to thoroughly discuss all of the pros and cons, nor do they likely have that information at their fingertips.

There may be an extremely limited population of individuals who should receive a few specific “vaccinations,” if you can even call them that. (Bacterial inoculation is not something I have researched, admittedly, so this is the only potential benefit based on my research. I have no plans to research this as I have ample tools to use in case my terrain is damaged to the point of bacterial issues. Please watch the video on viral isolation!)

Is it right for everyone? Of course not! Is insulin right for everyone? Should we all drop what we are doing and demand a script for Prozac? No! Should everyone eat an avocado a day? No. I’m airborne anaphylactic to avocados! But they are healthy for most people. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health, including natural interventions.

Don’t give up on yourself, even if your doctor gives up on you. Trust your God-given intuition in situations in which you don’t have time to fully research decisions and know that you don’t have the information you need to make the best choice. Always ignore any fear mongering or pressure. Chances are that decision can wait until you are comfortable with the information you have obtained. Vaccination decisions can always wait until you have done your due diligence to ensure you make the best possible decision for yourself and your family.

I support your right to make your own medical decisions. Please support my right to make medical decisions for myself and again, do not try to tell me that you are poisoning yourself for my well-being.

One can’t simply inject health, particularly when there are so many risks and the benefits are highly questionable. Conduct your own risk-benefit analysis, but do so based off of actual facts- not off of fear mongering from those who profit from your dis-ease.

Unlike those who play on your emotions, I don’t want you to blindly believe anything I write. Research it yourself. Come to your own informed conclusions. No one cares more about your health than you do. It’s up to you to take it from here.

International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) Review (2017), which found that twisting methods were consistently superior. This recommendation has been updated, because we’re much smarter now and the world is a much healthier place. We’re smarter every day! Tick Attack in Outdoor Sports: The Rotation Method to Remove a Castor Bean Tick (Ixodes Ricinus) Safely (2020): This one actually used a pencil or stick and made circles around the tick! This quote says it all: “Knowledge of the anatomy of a tick (Ixodes ricinus) is helpful in avoiding complications such as the breakage of mouthparts or the squeezing of the tick’s intestinal contents into the wound during removal. “

Shall I go on? I’ll stop there. There used to be more, but the Internet is being systematically scrubbed of true facts and health-promoting information, as I’ve been sharing for years.

Some studies have found that pulling straight out results in tick mouthpart breakage 100% of the time.

100%! This wasn’t just one study. This was found in numerous studies. Go read some studies yourself. Don’t blindly believe me (unless you genuinely trust me, which is of course your prerogative).

When you pull straight out from your skin, the tick’s barbs flare out like an anchor. These lock into the skin and increase the likelihood that head snaps off and ends up either in or attached to your skin. When you twist, those barbs instead collapse inward, allowing the tick to be removed intact, or as some studies have found, at least reduce breakage.

Perhaps there is a reason why official recommendations have changed. After all, we have amazing *health* care from Western Medicine, now, don’t we?

Of course, what I say and the studies and information stated above conflict with the CDC, which happens to be part of the military-industrial-intelligence-pharmaceutical complex. So consider this satire, because these things are absolutely hilarious.

After all, listening to the experts absolutely ruined my life, as I’ve written about in numerous articles and in my book Poisoned: Failed by Western Medicine, Modern Construction, and Corporate Interests. But what do I know? I just so happen to be alive because of my own personal research, because even Mayo Clinic sent me home to die.

I do so tire of “experts,” and I apologize that this is coming through in my writing today. I am weary of lies and deception being the norm when it comes to basic health and what used to be common sense.

Do you trust someone who wouldn’t be able to think themselves out of a cardboard box unless they were taught to do so in school, or someone with real-world experience, whose life has depended on ensuring they found accurate information for 14 years now?

The Year Is Half Over Now

Can you believe that 2026 is now half over?

If you’re new here, there may be some references to prophecy that surprise you, confuse you, or you’ve never heard before. I say a lot of things I haven’t heard anyone else say before, because I study the original languages. Here are the tools I use regularly.

I’m going to blink, and then it’s going to be 2027. With the Adversary dumping more drugs/ chemicals in the sky, poisoning the water supply, and doing everything possible to keep everyone doped up (without their consent) so the peasants don’t revolt, it’s making more sense by the day that time is speeding up.

Ancient prophecy tells us:

And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would have been saved; but because of the chosen, shall those days be shortened. (Matthew 24:22, YLT)

This blows. My. Mind!

Previously I’ve shared about aerosol injection in ancient prophecy, including in my Pharmakeia Revealed series. Everything and everyone will be poisoned, from all angles. And thus, not only are we watching the skies as we are looking up, knowing our redemption is upon us, but we look around, and see that everywhere, the whole earth and the inhabitants are suffering. If you look through my videos from the past couple of years, I’ve shown you our woods and what’s happening to trees and plants here.

It’s not just chemicals or pharmaceuticals/ Western medicine, as Pharmakeia includes nnEMFs as well. With 5G towers going up everywhere, the frequencies riding on the rural infrastructure and grid, and dirigibles (satellites) beaming down from above, the entire world’s frequency is off. Animals, plants, and insects know this. Humans drug themselves, because they’re told that this is the answer.

The Earth is crying out for new management: for righteous management. This rulership will not require regular “environmental” initiatives that repeatedly fail because corporations engage in astroturfing to push their toxic chemicals in the fight against “invasive” plants. Rather, this rulership will live in harmony with nature. No one will live in fear. Everyone will be fed, and hunger will be no more.

There will no longer be diagnoses. No more latex allergy. No more headaches, migraines, or nausea. No more Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. No more environmental illness, because the environment will be healed.

We’ll just have health! That alone is enough to strive for.

This will not be the “heaven” taught by Churchianity. The elect will rule the earth in righteousness and truth. There won’t be people living on the streets. There won’t be PDF files (you know what I’m talking about here???) or the wicked people who put on a good public face but work unimaginable evil in darkness. There won’t be anaphylaxis, as our new bodies will be in perfect health. There will be no more synthetic chemicals. No pharmaceuticals. This will be true peace and health, with no more toxins!

This is what I strive for, to be counted worthy to live in such a world, even as a servant. Because:

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. (Proverbs 29:2)

But first, the current world order must be abolished, and all will be thoroughly cleansed with fire. For a minute, it’s going to be worse- so much worse. But it will go quickly.

Are people mourning now, reflective of the wicked bearing rule? Well, a quick look at YouTube tells us everything. Apparently it’s all over TikTok as well, but I wouldn’t know. People are realizing they are really just debt slaves and that everything is toxic.

Things are hard for us here, but nothing like what we’ve been through as I shared in my book. If you’re under assault, join the club. Chemicals, frequencies, the warfare of the mind (take every thought captive and do not claim most thoughts as your own!), and dealing with people in general who seem incapable of rubbing two independent thoughts together in this world make it clear: things are on the precipice of change. This cannot continue much longer.

Personally, I expect more crazy weather this year- tornadoes, earthquakes, flooding, drought, hurricanes, etc.- than in any year in recorded history. We will continue to hear “unheard of” and “unprecedented” repeatedly in the news. The next half of the year will go even faster than the first. I expect it to go really, really fast.

Worldwide famine won’t be of concern until winter most likely, or perhaps next year, when decreased yields are reflected in feed and GMO foods. Dave has noted that some fields obviously haven’t been fertilized this year, and those fields are far behind where they should be. Some farmers didn’t plant at all this year.

I’ve been sharing about garden this year. ‘Nuff said.

My eye continues to be on 2027 for the peace to be taken from the earth. From then on, things will go very quickly, with one calamity after another. Of course a solution will be offered, but then there will be sudden destruction.

Note that I write this with no fear or anxiety whatsoever. I’m watching the skies at night. I’m seeing the chariots, the satellites, and all sorts of things going on in the skies that I have never seen before. I have peace. There’s a reason why animals are streaming to our property that I’ve never seen here before, including the ones I don’t want here.

This just might be our version of the Ark. I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds specifically. But I do the famine of the Word is closer than ever. Once that is in place, evil will really be unleashed.

Things are being put in place for the destruction of the wicked kingdom, and Apollo, as the rider in the first seal of Revelation, is almost complete in setting things up. DJ Jazzy Jeff just so happens to have a thing for Apollo. Huh. (I have two videos on this in my Olivet Discourse series.)

In the meantime, it’s weird to live knowing that I don’t know actual dates, with the understanding that something might happen any day, yet continuing to live as though it could be a few years. I don’t think so, but I don’t know for sure. In the meantime, I remain faith-FULL and keep observing the signs.

And hath been the stedfastness of thy times, The strength of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge, Fear of Jehovah -- it [is] His treasure! (Isaiah 33:6 YLT)

My fear is for the Creator. Not for the psychopaths currently running the show, who think they are in control. Isaiah 57:1 wasn’t written for them, that’s for sure! That’s what I’m “prepping” for, because today’s doomsday preppers are only prepping for their stuff to be stolen. They’d know this if they actually carefully studied scripture more, rather than focusing on doom scrolling online. There is no physical preparation for what is to come!

Is it any wonder the billionaires are running for their bunkers?

Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down. (Amos 9:2 KJV)

I’ve mentioned this before, but expect riots and insurrections.

In his self-sufficiency he will be in distress; Every hand of the wicked will come against him. (Job 20:22 KJV)

The “wicked” here is not a good translation. It really means the workman, the toiler, the average person who suffers. In other words, the common people will come against the psychopaths when they think they’ve accomplished their New World Order. People will only take so much. They’re already losing it over AI “data” centers. (Of course, I do not support them and everything that comes with them! But who can make war with the Beast? These are infrastructure for the Beast system.)

“We Figured Out the Hum” (External Link)

Great news! You know the worldwide hum that has plagued so many of us for so many years? They figured out the problem.

It’s you! It’s your problem.

It couldn’t have anything to do with the frequencies being produced by man, which are totally harmless.

Obviously, some of us are more sensitized than others, for various reasons. But come on. Do better, “scientists.”

One thing that did stick out to me in the article is that Kokomo, Indiana was the site of one of the first reports. I find that of note as I grew up about 25 minutes away or so, and Grissom Air Force Base is nearby.

It’s just tinnitus. It’s totally normal that there’s a bajibiillion percent increase in tinnitus cases these days. Don’t ask questions. Shh.

No root causes here, execept it’s you! It’s all your fault! It’s your body! Don’t look at the nnEMFs behind the curtain!

I Noticed This, But Most Probably Didn’t (External Link)

In the 1990s, I visited Washington, DC with my family twice. My dad made a big deal of going there before my brother and I had government class our senior year of high school. We are 7 years apart, so this spanned a good deal of the 90s as to my experience.

Both times, there were lots of tourists on the National Mall. People were picnicking, throwing Frisbees. People had dogs. They were socializing and doing the things people do in parks, apparently.

I grew up with corn/ soy fields on three sides of our house. Big city parks were not something I was familiar with. My green space was out the back door, the huge garden, and the woods across the field. So I noticed this, and in asking my parents incessant questions, as was kinda my thing (why, why, why, why, why?), I learned that most people didn’t have big front and back yards, a neighbor’s woods to explore, or a strawberry patch for impromptu berry picking…. which went straignt into my mouth.

Side note: My parents were so patient with my endless questions about everything, and I am so grateful that they encouraged my inquisitive nature!

Clearly, this was a learning experience for me at the first visit, and it stuck with me. I noticed the same thing at the second visit, 7 years later. The main thing I noticed is that there were lots of people. Some were clearly Americans, and some were foreigners.

But there were people. Lots and lots of people. I’m drilling this into your head for a reason.

Now go to the link and scroll through the pictures. Besides police, are you seeing more than, say, 10 people? Look at the first photo, all the way to the Lincoln Memorial. Look at the walking paths on the sides.

Where are the tourists? Where are the high school students? Where are the families?

Babylon the Great is falling, is falling.

All of the social media “influencers” with their bot armies are posting about holy-day sales and how you’ll miss out and be left behind if you don’t buy-buy-buy, and I’m here being grateful for my week.

The Garden Thus Far

Some thoughts on my garden this year, for anyone who wants to read the ramblings of a tired gal who has depended on her garden for food for years:

(Please don’t read this as a complaint, as I am incredibly grateful to have this problem- to have a garden and area to forage! Rather, read this as a report and possibly informative as to what some market gardeners also are reporting. Knowledge informs decisions.)

- I’ve never had so much pressure from so many animals upon my food supply, nor has my garden been so far behind as it is this year. Comparing to videos from years past, my garden is more than 8 weeks behind where it normally would be.

- Plants are stunted. My melons look to have been put on pause for the past few weeks or so. I may pull them. We shall see.

- The 8-10 foot deer fencing works around one garden. The other garden, I put bird netting over everything (tomatoes and squash) and that seems to be working for deer for the most part. They still visit and nab a branch here and there where I missed covering it. Also they ate my beautiful comfrey flowers overnight, which made me say “Awwwwww!” when I just walked past.

- Raccoons: I continue to trap them as they become a problem. It’s quite obvious when they visit.

- Rabbits: There’s just one cute cottontail here this year, but I tried free range rabbits one year. (That didn’t go well from many angles.) Hardware cloth at the base of my deer fence has worked for me for 6 years. I bent it outwards, attached it to my deer fence, then have old boards on top outside the fence, or landscape fabric. That has also worked well for other large critters that dig under fencing otherwise.

- Groundhog: Trapped. Adios. The young groundhogs that were here I think were nabbed by hawks. A trap covered with boxes/ junk so it was dark, along with a trail of peanut butter and squash leaves worked as bait for me. I lost a lot to just one groundhog this year.

- Tomato hornworm: One sickly tomato plant has one. I know it. But I can’t see it. It’s bizarre. If you haven’t seen these, look them up. They look like something from an Alien movie.

- Cutworms and voles to an extent: I use my glass cloches (thrifted glass shades) or I cut the end off of plastic cups and stick them in the ground a good inch or so around transplants. It’s not perfect but it does seem to help.

- Pollination: Monarda just now started blooming, so now there are more pollinators here. I was concerned it wouldn’t make much of a difference this year, but it is helping. I still hand-pollinate everything, as there is such a dearth of pollinators. There are no chemicals here and I’ve never used any- this was a woods before. No Wi-Fi. No cell phones. No Bluetooth. The smart meter is a football field away, pointed the other direction from the garden. There should be pollinators buzzing about, but I wrote about this in my book. I control what I can control.

- Sun: Most plants are leggy (not enough sun), yet turn away from or wilt in the sun. Totally normal! Don’t ask questions!

- Perennial herbs: Peppermint, oregano, and lemon balm are normal. Not that I don’t have a pantry full of all three from previous years. Oregano does work well instead of basil in my pesto recipe, though!

- Weedz: I continue to eat ze weedz. They don’t seem to be impacted by anything negatively. Dock, plantain, lady’s thumb, wood sorrel, clover, etc. are all normal.

- Gopher: Viktor is looking for a gal pal. He likes long walks in his surprisingly deep underground tunnels, backgammon, Milli Vanilli, and rollerblading, and is looking for a lucky lady to finally settle down with.

- Voles: I have tried many things. My cat was extremely sick for a very long time. A little feline huntress definitely helps immensely, and some dogs hunt voles as well. I just pulled my garlic today as voles were starting to eat it. Voles are supposed to hate garlic. Not these voles. Not anymore, anyways.

- But now: I can try no more things with voles and Viktor, and am working on putting my precious garden soil into buckets and totes. This is a huge undertaking, but it must be done.

- Seeds: Many aren’t germinating like they should. I’m still planting seeds. It’s not too late. What’s in the ground that’s looking good, I’ll leave, and cross my fingers regarding the voles and Viktor.

- Acceptance: I accept that I may not get much else out of the garden this year, though my South side garden (limited tomatoes, butternut squash, and Long Island cheese pumpkins) is rallying. And thus I look to my trusted chemical-free market gardeners- those who are still in business- who gracefully do what they can to provide me with safe food!

- Bigfoot: Has not yet made an appearance, as far as I know. This is not an invitation.

The bar is high here in Babylon!

Anaphylaxis, Caught on Video

As I was recording this video, something hit me and triggered anaphylaxis. I don’t know what. It happens almost daily that my throat swells or slams shut on me these days. That’s reality for your resident gal who’s constantly telling you not to trust the self-professed experts!

I did. Look at what happened to me.

This happens about 8 minutes in. Check it out at that point, if you so desire. See what happens. Watch how I respond. Note the symptoms so you can see that it’s not always what you might expect.

Then, I go on to continue in my scriptural study after discussing treatment and such, and you could mosey on, if that’s not your thing.

But note: THERE ARE NO HIVES. I’m sorry about the caps, but this is propaganda that ER physicians continue to peddle. Anaphylaxis does not require hives. I have had my throat completely closed on me hundreds of times at a minimum… perhaps thousands of times. The only time I have had hives have been in correlation to allergic responses that were not anaphylaxis.

Lies, lies, and more lies abound in the Western medical model. Stupid Pharmakeia, causing the problems to begin with, then making it all worse!
