Here is one of the songs drawn through me during a 20 minute sound healing that was live streamed two days ago. I offer the song below for everyone to enjoy.

The song, Clarifying Intent serves to help us take advantage of the abundance of Sacred Masculine energies available to us now in August and into early September. Many associate this with the Lion’s Gate. I do also, but feel that the Sirian Suns are both involved – along with other annual celestial relationships that extend the action of the Sirian Sacred Masculine energies into our Earth for at least another month.

This can be helpful in terms of creating form quickly. It can also mean creating through self-will, (what my personality wants) rather than through Spiritual connection (what wants to be draw through you out into the physical world).

When I asked my guides why I should share this particular song, they suggested that the energies, laid within the song, would help address these questions:

- What do your body and Soul want to pursue next?

- How does that manifest into form?

- What assumptions / beliefs no longer apply to your life?
(HINT: These beliefs may have constructed helpful limitations before, but are now stopping you from even thinking about options that have recently become available to you)

A Note on my Musical Healing Meditation:

I feel drawn to offer an extended Musical Meditation, about 15 minutes in length, during this particular Conversation. These meditations allow the guides and spiritual energies naturally connected to listeners to interact with them more easily. When singing or speaking, my guides, including Archangel Michael and the Hathor named Atamira, lay their energies into the sound of my voice. As you listen, their energies can interact with your energy field, magnifying certain patterns that may be causing physical or emotional discomfort. This helps you to comprehend any last bits of information your Soul wants you to understand from these patterns, and then release the related energetic pattern. I have been pondering several energetic Spiritual patterns emerging into our world. These patterns have not been hidden; they simply have not been addressed. They have to do with knowledge that lies on the border between conscious and unconscious beliefs. Here is one:

The term ‘left’, as in left-hand or the political left (Democratic Party) vs. the term ‘right’, as in right-hand or the political right (Republican Party). What do you notice? I wrote that purposefully to illustrate the difference between Left and Right that we apply to these terms unconsciously.

The etymology or history of what words meant lingers long after their meaning actively changes. The word ‘left’ historically indicates weakness, darkness and what can be hidden in darkness. Romance and Germanic languages have used ‘left’ as a pejorative and fear-laden word. The Latin word for ‘left’ is ‘sinister’. Yes, that is the same as the English word ‘sinister’. In Greek and Roman societies, people who were left-handed were considered evil or at least weak or of low intelligence. Only recently have neurologists recognized the damage done by forcing a child to use their right hand to feed themselves or write when they are naturally left-side dominant.

It is no wonder that the word ‘left’ carries with it so much unconscious information. This information stimulates the old meanings of the word to awaken within our energy field. When we hear the word ‘left’ we respond both to the modern meaning and to the ancient meanings.

When we refer to the Democratic Party as being on the left, we are unconsciously assigning the traits associated with the past meanings of ‘left’ to the Democratic Party. Ditto for describing the Republican Party as the party of the right. The historical context of the word ‘right’ as being good and strong and correct is automatically linked to the conservative person or political party.

In energy terms, every time the word ‘left’ is used to describe a political affiliation, the energies relating to weakness, ineptitude and other negative past historical meanings are magnified. These negative energies awaken and resonate themselves into the Democratic Party. When people complain (as I have) about the Dems not having their shit together…this is part of the problem.

In Europe, the left or liberal political parties are referring to themselves as ‘progressive’. That term carries a conscious and unconscious sense of forward motion. It infers accomplishing a task. It does not carry the stigma of the word ‘left’.

Simply put, the historical energies that hang on the term ‘left’ act as both a heavy anchor and a repellant. The newest meanings of the word ‘left’ is wickedness, immorality, and turpitude. Clearly this is the conservative party deflecting onto others what they are doing. You don’t have to be psychic or super sensitive to energy to recognize how the ‘right’ is adding more to the heaviness surrounding the word ‘left’.

I am committing to use the terms Conservative and Progressive.

Why not use liberal? In English, the word starts with similar sounds as the word ‘left’. And through repetition and insinuation, the current conservative political party has already hung energies on it related to ‘wild’ and ‘out-of-control’. But the word ‘progressive’ has no such energy around it. Yet.

Having so many low-information voters without critical thinking skills means media ads can steer them easily. This fall’s elections aren’t about changing the hard-core minds of those enmeshed in the ultra-conservative cult of personality. It’s about re-framing, or in ad terms ‘re-branding’ the Democratic Party as the progressive party.

For this particular conversation I have felt drawn to offer an extended Musical Healing Meditation. There are times when music opens our hearts and bodies in ways that allow for our Soul’s journey and purpose to become clearer. That is what I feel is ready to happen.

First, a short channeled insight on current paradigm shifts, followed by info / registration about Wednesday’s online interactive Conversation.

What I am seeing right now energetically feels like an old-timey newsboy on the street corner shouting out the day’s headline: “Old Paradigm falling apart; New Paradigm isn’t functioning yet”

As I feel into these next few weeks, there is a slow and chaotic bursting open around the hallmarks of toxic masculine culture, juxtaposed with a clear calm clarity of wisdom. The type of wisdom that resides within our hearts when we step into deep meditation. Two very different sensations, both happening at the same time. Acknowledging both, however they appear in our personal lives, assists us to learn from the patterns and step into our ability to hold the larger vision of Creation, in which both are contained.

As a result of the old paradigm chaotically breaking open, it may seems like old repeated patterns held in the physical body are re-emerging. Not because we haven’t addressed these patterns, but rather because their underlying energetic patterns, enmeshed into the bones, organs and tissues of our bodies, can change even more fundamentally and deeply. Underlying assumptions and beliefs might be returning that are diminishing your sense of safety and empowerment. These too are arising so that their deeper roots can be examined and replanted elsewhere.

And there is nothing better to bring up our ‘stuff’ then seeing it play out on the world stage. Just as Trump has been modeling narcissism for us, so that we might recognize and heal our personal experiences with narcissists in our life, he is now modeling dementia. Energetically his body has been a home for multiple low-level beings. As his body declines, some are jumping into his sons. Others are feasting on the fear his actions generate. His type of dementia includes a ‘swiss-cheese-ing’ of the front area of his brain. Inhibition is going out the window. He is a toddler. The old paradigm worships the toddler as a deity; both cleaving onto him and fearing his wrath. In the new paradigm he would not have power over others.

I find myself horrified at the support given to his cruelty, And at times I feel extremely sad for his physical pain. Western medicine’s interventions are literally keeping him alive. At least physically. The dementia will accelerate, and yes, I believe he will only be removed after he unwittingly confesses to many financial frauds, and of course participating in events detailed in the Epstein files (and videos and audios, which are yet to be released).

We live in a world of polarity. And while it is tempting to jump ahead into a time of coherence, we are in that epoch of time where the old cycles within the old paradigm are breaking open and the new paradigm is still not fully visible.

These next weeks will be a good example of what happens when the old paradigm releases its control and structure upon our physical world while the new paradigm is not yet ready to fully function. We are still building it. And we do it together

The most natural place to rest deeply is at the end of an exhalation. We breathe in, filling our lungs and pushing our diaphragm muscle downward towards our stomach. It takes effort to hold air in our lungs, so as soon as our lungs are full enough, we release the air, allowing our muscles to relax. At the end of exhaling there is a tiny brief pause. This pause is almost a moment out of time. And then our body spontaneously begins to inhale, and the cycle resumes.

As a singer and meditator, the pause at the conclusion of exhalation is a moment of deep silence. It is a space that has no time. Insights come to me during this pause. And I believe it is also a metaphor for where humanity is evolving to. A place of potential. A space that is undefined. Something that exists after the constant expression of polarity, duality and binary systems has ceased. It is neigher inalation nor exhalation. It is not a unified field of both (just try inhaling and exhaling at the same moment!).

Mystical Musings…
What if our Souls chose to live inside of polarity?

Long ago, before there was time, our Souls decided to create as individuals, outside of our innate connection to All That Is. Others had tried this, and nearly destroyed themselves and vast regions of reality in multiple dimensions. This time, as a safety feature, our Souls added the condition that all creation done by us would be done within the boundaries of polarity; meaning that if we do one thing, the exact opposite is given an equal amount of emphasis.

In this fashion what we created out of our own Free Will was always balanced out in some way and some fashion within our reality. Depending on our focus, we might see more of one side of polarity than the other. For example we might see more good than evil in the world or vice versa.

When Elisabeth and I speak about a larger world event or political picture, each of those issues has some resonance to us. What is happening on the World Stage is also happening, or has happened to us in our personal life. Just in a smaller scale!

A theme in this conversation is addiction. It is intertwined, in the USA, with our acceptance of violence. It is becoming clear that the over-use of drugs and alcohol is rampant among current US government officials. I believe that people are so deeply uncomfortable doing what they’re doing that they are using prescription and non-prescription drugs in order to come out and smile in front of the cameras. And Trump is the greatest addict of all. Narcisissts are addicted to the energies they receive from others. Their favorite drug is adoration. And when their supply falters, they become desperate to ‘feed’ off of any strong emotion. Fear is often their next favorite energy. But it will not last…

Elisabeth and I noted months ago that the week starting April 19th would be exceptionally intense, and so far, it has delivered.

from Elisabeth:
The final day — Saturday — still carries weight, as the Sun squares Pluto and Uranus ditches Taurus for Gemini (where it will be for the next 7 years).

The Moon will be in Virgo (discernment, analysis), while Venus sextile Neptune supports music and meditation. Mercury square Jupiter suggests big ideas — and possibly big headlines.

Whatever unfolds, Norma and I felt it would be helpful to put it in perspective — with insight and practical ways to stay steady in the midst of it all.

A BIG PICTURE
The grotesque nature of what is happening in politics, finance and human rights around the world is being exposed. The brightest light of Spirit is yet to shine. There is more to be revealed. And yet so much is now being seen.

We can hold these situations in a compassionate way. A bit of gentle humor might also be helpful. Anything we observe external to ourselves has some relationship to us. I am watching how our society’s understanding of narcissism has grown due to Trump’s presence on the world stage. Now we are seeing a deeper understanding of dementia as well.

A HEALING POTENTIAL:
My quiet thought is that Trump will speak accidentally and publicly about his past actions. What he says will validate his role in facilitating Epstein’s actions. And reveal financial fraud over his entire lifetime. Listen carefully when he rambles, and right at the end of events, as he is apt to make comments that he thinks are just his thoughts...he is loosing the ability to distinguish between what he is thinking and what he is saying out-loud.

My sense is that when these comments are caught on camera, it will be more difficult to make him a martyr after he dies. He constantly drops phrases that make no sense in the context of the subject of his previous or future sentence. But within a few days time these weird dropped phrases make sense.

As always, the focus is on awareness, insight, and practical ways of navigating current events with greater clarity and steadiness. During our conversation, I’ll offer live healing music with piano, singing bowls, and shruti box, while Elisabeth brings her perspective and expertise in astrology.

This is what dementia looks like. At the moment the first shot is audible. The mentalist who was entertaining Trump and Melania gasped, while Melania freezes. They are both looking towards the sound of the gunshot. Trump is…?

I do believe this was a choreographed shooting. It serves multiple purposes. For Trump, it puts him back on the pedestal where he can appear as the bright shiny hero that MAGA needs him to be. For his handlers, this is an event that will force Democrats to fund the government controlled secret, but not really secret military AI data center and bunker under the ballroom. And for those charming technogarchsnl like Peter Theil and Elon Musk? The public gaze is elsewhere.

The final day — Saturday — still carries weight, as the Sun squares Pluto and Uranus ditches Taurus for Gemini (where it will be for the next 7 years).

The Moon will be in Virgo (discernment, analysis), while Venus sextile Neptune supports music and meditation. Mercury square Jupiter suggests big ideas — and possibly big headlines.

Whatever unfolds, Norma and I felt it would be helpful to put it in perspective — with insight and practical ways to stay steady in the midst of it all.

A BIG PICTURE is Being Revealed:
The grotesque nature of what is happening in politics, finance and human rights around the world is being exposed. The brightest light of Spirit is yet to shine. There is more to be revealed. And yet so much is now being seen.

We can hold these situations in a compassionate way. A bit of gentle humor might also be helpful. Anything we observe external to ourselves has some relationship to us. I am watching how our society’s understanding of narcissism has grown due to Trump’s presence on the world stage. Now we are seeing a deeper understanding of dementia as well.

A HEALING POTENTIAL:
My quiet thought is that Trump will speak accidentally and publicly about his past actions. What he says will validate his role in facilitating Epstein’s actions. And reveal financial fraud over his entire lifetime. Listen carefully when he rambles, and right at the end of events, as he is apt to make comments that he thinks are just his thoughts...he is loosing the ability to distinguish between what he is thinking and what he is saying out-loud.

My sense is that when these comments are caught on camera, it will be more difficult to make him a martyr after he dies. He constantly drops phrases that make no sense in the context of the subject of his previous or future sentence. But within a few days time these weird dropped phrases make sense.

A SIDE NOTE: Honestly, Trump may not be in physical form or be President by the time currency with his signature on it begins to circulate. But the low-level guides and beings surrounding him and those running the government will still be around others. TRUMP'S SIGNATURE on American currency OPENS A CONVERSATION BETWEEN HIS ENERGIES AND THE ENERGIES OF EVERY PERSON WHO SEES IT. This could facilitate some quick changes.

Whenever I see Donald Trump‘s signature my body recoils. I sense a stream of fiery intense rage that rides on his signature and presents itself to whomever sees the signature. And that makes him, and the low-level guides / beings around him susceptible to public view.

In healing I know that anything I can see I can engage with. Anything I engage with I can change my relationship to.

In terms of subtle energies, the flow always goes in both directions. I am much more aware of the stream of rage coming towards me through the signature then I am of my own energy reacting and moving back towards Donald Trump.

If I catch my reaction, especially in meditation, I can shift the quality of consciousness that is streaming back towards Donald Trump to be one of an open sense of questioning, wondering and even compassion.

This allows the potential for change. Instead of feeding the low-level guides / beings their favorite anger or fear energies, I am offering them nothing that they can feed off of. And so the flow of their rage towards me diminishes. Subtle energies flow in both directions at the same time. Reduce one direction of flow, and the opposite direction diminishes as well.

And yes, I am also human. I completely enjoy my snarky humor towards him, public events and political figures. But as someone who is sensitive to energies, I understand my role is also to provide a deeper understanding, both for myself and for others.

A vortex in the land has confined boundaries, usually measured in feet or meters, like those found around Sedona, AZ. You can feel the spinning sides of the vortex. You can step into it and out of it. It’s boundary walls are clearly defined. The strongest energies, to human perception, are often around the edges of the outer wall.

Water based vortices are huge. They are measured in miles. They don’t have clearly defined tangible outer-walls to contain their energy. The energy of a water vortex intensifies as you approach the center of the vortex. They shift in size and shape above the Earth, where we interact with them, while their connection deep into the Earth remains steady and constant. They are like Humpback whales to a Guppy land vortex.

Most notably, water vortices are not circular like their land based cousins. Water based vortices look, at least to my psychic eye, like someone squished the vortex down closer to the Earth and then made it into an oval shape. Often there are several water vortices overlapping each other. They don’t tend to delineate themselves from each other or the Earth. So it is easy not to notice when we move into one or out of one.

I offer this because chances are very good that you have experienced a water vortex, or perhaps live in one, and didn’t realize it. Any energy vortex will heighten human intentions. In the US and South America, cultures that honor the Spiritual energies of Nature did not live within vortices. They designated them as Sacred Lands. Entering into a vortex was understood to be a journey that required relinquishing the desires of the human personality, so that only sacred intentions would interact with the energies of the vortex.

Oh, how times have changed! And, the vortices have changed too.

When Western religions built religious temples upon the sacred sites of indigenous peoples in the US, the vortices shut themselves down in order to not magnify the profane human consciousness residing within them. This includes the huge water vortex upon which the US government’s buildings reside in Washington D.C.

The sacred waters in and around Maryland / D.C. and northern Virginia are slowly becoming more active energetically. This initially tends to cause chaos, as non-sacred energies are expelled by the increasing speed of the spinning motion of the vortex.

This vortex has been closed for nearly 200 years. When non-sacred human activity takes place within an energy vortex, the vortex will twist, becoming physically distorted, and turn itself ‘off’. The consciousness within the water vortex is awakening. It feels the changes in the electromagnetic field of the Earth. It feels the consciousness of humanity shifting.

With each song sung at a rally, the vortex resonates and responds. The presence of the Walk for Peace monk’s consciousness helped to ‘tell’ the water vortex that Sacredness is present in humanity. The monks are not alone. Our shared attention to their events empowered changes in the vortex. Those who carry their hearts into the governance process will continue to serve the awakening of the vortex. This is one of those (mostly) hidden actions that underlies changes in human consciousness.

We are at a point of decision. (Pretty obvious, huh?)

When Obama was elected, there was a sense that the collective consciousness of the US had arrived at a new level of enlightenment. Let the Aquarian Age reign!

While I was hoping that was indeed true, my guides said we were not yet done. That it would not be until the Golden Ratio (3/5ths) of all those residing in the US fully stepped into a Sacred Consciousness that the US would reflect that same sacredness. Bringing into the public eye the quality of Power of Being embodied by the monks was one step. This same public eye is also gazing more and more upon the consistent community building and joy demonstrated by all those who are singing songs of resistance. And legitimate independent journalists rising in prominence in social media are pointing out what is ready to be seen more clearly.

Compassion is a type of power that simply melts or makes anger irrelevant.

Trump, and most of the people in the upper levels of the US government, are surrounded by low-level energetic Beings who need to generate anger/fear in humans in order to remain in physical reality. The power of the monks is that they create a shared energetic field of clarity and stillness. Their shared energetic field never feeds unhealthy behaviors in humans. Their shared field of consciousness is clear and steady. There is no engagement.

I believe the monks have, because of the quality of consciousness they carry, offered a healing current through each photo, video and media story. This serves as a delightful contrast to the actions taken by Trump and his administration. The juxtaposition of these two qualities of energy is clear.

This is an opportunity for those who are blinded by and bound to the low-level Beings attached to them to turn away and choose new priorities. Those residing and working within the water vortex of Washington D.C. will be experiencing heightened Spiritual energies. What they do with this is their choice. The awakening water vortex will provide energies and opportunities for clarification and change over the next many decades.

Kindness, compassion and gentleness have not gone out of style. As we turn inward towards these qualities, we create a tone that rings out to remind others. We change. No one else has to change. True healing happens by choice. The Earth, through her natural energy vortices, offers that choice.

As we move into and through March and April, energies ignited by external events arise within our emotions and life. Stuck patterns that have been out-of-sight come into view. Chronic health issues, beliefs about what we ‘should’ do and having poor quality sleep are examples of patterns that are especially available to change.

These patterns are held in place by energies that become more accessible to us during these next few weeks. This is also due to the shifting electromagnetic field of the Earth. Our bodies are feeling that a new quality of connection is available. And naturally this effects our entire energy and chakra systems.

On Wednesday Feb 25 historian Timothy Snyder wrote: “For Trump to succeed in his fascist transition, he needs a bloody, popular, victorious war.” Later in the same substack article he noted that an unpopular war, quickly won, would also move the US into fascism…but that Trump has no idea how to wage war.

I agree. My sense is that those who most closely surround Trump also have no idea how to actually position and utilize the military. They are positioned to act as a supportive circular hedge around Trump; providing only ‘yes’ responses while energetically, emotionally and physically propping him up and protecting him.

The Epstein files are making it clear that an organized criminal circle of elite predatory men are running the US government and have worldwide networks to move drugs, money and people. Sex trafficking children is only where it starts. Building, not dismanteling trafficking network is the goal.

Wars aren’t really Wars - My intuitive tinfoil hat is on

The trafficking networks are the most valuable resource. More valuable than oil. My psychic sense is that spme one on the periphery (of my awareness at this time) is coordinating the takeover of western hemisphere international trafficking networks.

Maduro (the president of Venezuela who was plucked up and brought to the US) would not relinquish control of the trafficking networks to whom ever within Trump’s orbit is organizing to take control of them. It appears the remaining vice-president, now president Delcy Rodríguez,got the message, as she is still in power. And the military has moved off to start the illegal bombing of Iran.

The ex-president of Honduras Juan Orlando Hernández, on the other hand, gladly handed over control of all of his trafficking networks in exchange for a full pardon. And probably a share in the profits.

And Cuba? Critical to a successful trafficking network. Watch what happens in the next few weeks…its not about regime change. It’s about forcing acquiescence.

Exposing those who were and still are part of the international trafficking networks is underway. Financial trails are being revealed in the Epstein files. Diversions are needed. Hence Trump being allowed / encouraged to bomb 8 countries. And join Netanyahu in a new war.

Creating a New Financial World (for elites)

A trafficking network of boats, planes and cars/trucks allows humans and drugs to be moved out of sight from country to country and region to region. It would become its own financial world.

The Epstein files are showing that Epstein was indeed involved in organized crime. His money came from many unknown dark areas, including helping to move children and drugs.

I believe that the intelligence and police agencies in other countries have unredacted pieces of Epstein’s papers, photos and videos. But the interconnectedness of those in political power, financial power and AI power is like seaweed pulling a swimmer underwater.

Who can be named now? Pam Bondi.

You know how easy it is to push a brick wall over once a few bricks are broken out of it? Revealing truth around even one person helps others to either be seen more clearly, or encourages them to change their behavior.

I am positive that Pam Bondi was told to look the other way regarding many people, including Epstein, while she was Attorney General of Florida from 2011 to 2019. Common sense and emails slowly being reviewed in the files suggest Epstein and Trump were still friends during these years.

Epstein was a guest at Mar-a-Lago in 2012 and was not asked to leave. It is inconceivable that he was active in New York, Arizona and his island off the coast of Florida, but somehow was no longer active in Florida.

During Pam Bondi’s reign, Epstein was trafficking not just in children, but also in drugs and money. I have no doubt that Pam Bondi’s underlings knew exactly what was going on and that she too was aware of his activities. No one arrives at the position of Attorney General of an entire state without having made friends of the very wealthy and very powerful.

Pam Bondi never brought any financial or sex trafficking charges against Epstein in her eight years as Attorney General of Florida. To be fair, his activities were looked past by hundreds of people who ‘knew but didn’t know’. If you have every kept a family secret, you know what I mean.

Trump’s Shield

Women, like non-white men, are expendable in White Nationalism / Fascism. They are symbols of male power. And shields for the public to throw stones at. They are blamed for the government’s failure and sacrificed in a public firing. Another will take their place. These women keep the men in power safe from scrutiny.

And Finally –

About 15 years ago I found myself channeling information from a new Being. The being felt neutral and clear. The information was dark and ominous. At the time I had no idea that the information being given would come true.

Trump has his handlers in the government and in finance and AI. These handlers have bosses. These bosses number seven or so men and their related families. Only one or two are Americans. And they make the decisions that are passed down to the handlers, who then attempt to guide Trump’s behavior.

The bosses, these seven or so men, are predominantly narcissistic, immoral men having control over international finance and politics in our world. At some level they believe that they and only they know what is best for themselves. And that is what they believe is best for humanity.

What can we do? Energetic Ideas

Be true to ourselves. When we see something that doesn’t feel right Stop Listen Look. Is it a small thing that can be gently offered a comment or even a smile? Or is it something larger that requires a video?

The only way that a handful of men have created an elite class unto themselves is by enlisting other people to surround and protect them. These people make up their protective hedge. People in the hedge benefit personally from their proximity to power and money. And once enrolled in this club, they cannot unenroll themselves.

The larger groups of people who worship / support those in power (like Trump’s loyalists) can be easily gaslit to believe that these narcissistic men are indeed the best of the best. This gasliting psychically blinds his loyalists to their own inner morality. However, small acts of kindness in their presence can call forth a remembrance of who they are.

As all of humanity is interconnected through subtle energies and a field of consciousness, we can purposely create moments of stillness in our lives.

Even when the news is full of violence and chaos, the quality of our intention behind what we do resonates outwardly into our world. When we interact with our world in a way that is in balance for us, our actions create balanced energies. These energies remind some others that there is another way to be.

Stillness is a basis upon which we build, or discover, our personal courage. This courage in action looks different for each of us. Speaking up in the public eye is only one way of expressing courage. Walking away, not giving agreement is another.

A last look at how Trump is energetically supported

Trump must be surrounded by people who prop him up mentally, emotionally and physicaly. His penchant for surrounding himself with people from whom he can gain energetic life-force puts him into the ‘enerby vampire’ category. But seriously, there is something happening between his body and the bodies of those (mostly women) around him.

Knowing what we are seeing and knowing that we are seeing it allows us to step past those who don’t want to be seen. Again, when you know a family secret you notice that same secret at other points and places in your life.

The women who surround Trump are meant to be the first to fall when the administration comes under attack by the American public. But energetically Trump has corded these women, drawing upon their presence in a way that keeps his body moving. I see this psychically as dark grey cords from his lower body to their bodies. Both he and the women have several low-level guides/beings in common that facilitate this energy exchange. I believe this is a portion of how the energy is moving to keep his physical form intact.

Kundalini as a Life-force
In America we don’t talk about kundalini very much. It’s associated with something sexual by most people. And yes, there is a small part of it that has to do with sexuality. But in reality kundalini is simply an energy that we all have within our bodies. Ideally it moves both up and down, encircling our spine.

Like our chakra system we can pay attention to it or not. Paying attention means that It can be strengthened and help our body systems become stronger.

For Trump, his sexual arousal is based on his kundalini being amplified by something external. Most people choose who / how / when to experience sexual arousal. For Trump, his kundalini is tuned more prominently to respond to sexual arousal rather than to a general, healthy lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle usually nourishes our kundalini, which in turn nourishes our body to fulfill our Soul’s journey.

That healthy lifestyle can include enjoying music, art, a walk, gardening, a good conversation, reading something interesting …and yes doing specific exercises or breathing to clear and help the kundalini move easily through our body. All of these things can help to tune kundalini to the quality of consciousness that nourishes our bodies. All of these can also help to increase or magnify the way that our kundalini can embrace our body and help it to be strong.

As a sidenote, after age 40 our bodies run more on kundalini and subtle energies than on physical energy. As we approach age 80 our kundalini is responsible for nearly all of our life-force. That’s one reason why you see a luminescence with people who have cultivated, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, or heartfelt activities. They simply chose to engage with what they love and what is loving towards others. Therefore, as they’ve aged, they have created a quality of energy in and around their body that supports the health of their body and the health of those around them in their external world. This is also an example of resonance.

The same is true for Trump. However, in his case he has chosen to cultivate that which does not give healthy life force, and those around him have fallen into that same energetic rut. There is much that we can do as individuals, and that includes the choices we make each day.

These do not have to be big choices. They can be choices made in an instant.

Gaslighting MAGA members by clogging their intuitive center and grounding.

I believe that the vast majority of people belonging to the MAGA movement have had their Third Eye / 6^th chakra blinded and their lower bodies filled with fear energies. This is common in adults who grow up with a narcissistic parent. The child learns to over-ride their own intuition (6^th chakra) and knowing (lower body comfort and grounding) in order to fall in line with the artificial reality of the narcissistic parent.

As a result of this blinding and lack of grounding, their ability to see truly what their own intuition and common sense is trying to tell them has been cut off. This can be unwound. But it will not be seen immediately by those who are loyal to Trump, as they are actually loyal to the quality of energy embodied by Trump. And this energy is made up of many layers of energetic beings.

Remembering Kindness

With the chaos and violence that Trump revels in, there is a point at which a choice will need to be made by each of us. Here is the metaphor my guides gave me about helping people remember their true loving nature:

We are driving on a highway. Several billboards appear. One is clearly depicting violent acts, the other an illustration of kindness. Which billboard do we pay attention to? The one that looks like something we are accustomed to seeing, or something new?

And in that moment of choice, having an alternative to the billboard of violence, having a billboard reminding us of kindness, tenderness and compassion, will at the very least create a potential moment of reflection before action is taken.

And for those who find discomfort in looking clearly at what is happening, remember the old saying:

Turning your back to a wolf does not make the wolf disappear

We are in the midst of a time of choices that will determine how much longer and how difficult our planet’s evolution with be. Plan time in your day to do something that you love so that you can be in a calm reflective state of consciousness as you meet each moment. And let that quality of calm move through each action that you take in the day. Remember, it is not what we do, but the quality that under lies what we do that makes our presence and our actions contain love or fear or anger.
