Over the weekend, Elon Musk called for the use of geoengineering technology to “save humanity from mass extinction.”

“Extremely severe extinction events happen every 100M years or so and just switching to sustainable energy will not be enough to stop them. Space satellites to control temperature and massive geo-engineering will be needed or it will be game over.”

Yeah, sure, Elon Musk. Because we humans who have now existed for thousands of years on earth totally couldn’t do it now without more of your junk satellites in space spraying chemicals into the upper atmosphere. Seems like a great excuse to send more of your rockets into space too. Which of course every launch burns a ton of carbon (which apparently you think is causing the sea level to rise?) and release tons of harmful chemicals into the atmosphere as well.

Below his original tweet he shares a conversation with Grok where it claims that Florida will be underwater unless we do something before 2070.

Time and time again we have seen claims made like this throughout recent history and every single one of them was wrong. Apparently Elon Musk is getting his talking points these days from Al Gore and Greta Thunberg?

It is truly astonishing to think how insane the Big Tech oligarchs are becoming. Their desire to consume earths resources is seemingly insatiable and their desire for control of everything even more so.

Replies to Musk’s post came from Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch and from our “friend” over at Rainmaker, Augustus Doricko.

The kind of tech Musk is referring to is different than traditional cloud seeding like Doricko is doing and it is not the same as some of the other geoengineering schemes we see going on over our heads.

Nonetheless Musk misses the entire point either unknowingly or on purpose that geoengineering and weather modification is already happening and has been for quite some time…

It’s astonishing to watch so many “smart people” talk about geoengineering as if it is some off in the distance project that we just might have to do. It’s already happening at a massive scale.

Elon Musk is again peddling fear and projecting his scarce world-view upon all of us. The natural order tells us there is more than enough on this planet for all of us and we have nothing to fear at all.

A new article from Mark Whiteside Md. and nuclear geochemist J. Marvin Herndon PhD. explains “evidence that aerosolized coal fly ash is the ‘smoking gun,’ a major, if not the major, causal-factor underlying the Global Sargassum Crisis.”

From the abstract:

“Moreover, cited experimental data provide direct evidence that coal fly ash acts as a nutrient and fertilizer for bacteria and cyanobacteria. Both symbiotic heterotrophic, diazotrophic (nitrogen-fixing) cyanobacteria and bacteria located within Sargassum biofilm require ample iron because the nitrogenase enzyme complex requires large amounts of this element to fix nitrogen. The solution for halting, or at least profoundly reducing, the current Global SargassumCrisis is simple: End atmospheric contamination by aerosolized coal fly ash. Cease coal fly ash use for geoengineering, and sequester all coal fly ash from smokestack exhaust. Were this to be done, not only would the Global Sargassum Crisis subside, but global warming would subside and stratospheric ozone depletion would subside. Moreover, human and environmental health would markedly improve.”

Herndon and Whiteside also point out in the graph above:

“The near-daily, near-global deliberate emplacement of coal fly ash into the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere is a highly-secret, covert activity combined with a fully orchestrated disinformation program to deceive the public. Consequently, the most important data, such as the annual amount of coal fly ash used for clandestine geoengineering purposes, are unavailable. However, there is a way to obtain an estimate of the annual relative change in coal fly ash that is deliberately added to the atmosphere in the form of chemtrails based upon cultural responses. The more aerosol trails in the sky, the more people are apt to notice, be concerned, and express their concerns in writing. One relative measure is to plot annual counts of the usage of the word ‘chemtrail’ in Google Books.”

Keeping the phrase “cultural responses” in mind especially as an indicator of increased geoengineering actives— in the last 5 years there has been certainly an increase of cultural responses, including of course increased news coverage of the topic, private geoengineering companies emerging out of ‘nowhere,’ and anti-geoengineering legislation in now 38 states…

However one of the more interesting cultural responses comes in the form of Television. On Apple.TV’s series “Sugar” in season 2, geoengineering appears via the “Acalica” project—an alien-driven weather-control system using tropospheric nodes and large discs to alter global climate. Admittedly I have not yet watched it but I have been told that within the plot of season two, geoengineering is framed as a radical effort to “repair” or reshape Earth’s climate.

Well doesn’t that just sound familiar?

This statistic from Herndon and Whiteside absolutely reveals a trend. Team Human is increasingly noticing the elephant in our sky.

Politico published a piece on August 3, 2026, titled “How a conspiracy-fueled campaign could turn Republicans against weather modification.”

The way the title of this article reads is sort of hilarious and sort of terrifying. Yes. Those stupid old republicans “turning against weather modification….” Whatever that means.

I am not sure where Politico and their writers are getting their talking points from, but I think they gravely misunderstand not only what geoengineering and weather modification actually is, but how much people across the political spectrum think its a horrible idea.

I have to give the writer credit. Somehow he was able to dismiss critics of weather modification as ‘conspiracy theorists,’ while also calling Republicans stupid for potentially “turning against weather modification.”

Which is it? Is geoengineering a conspiracy theory? Is it happening? Or not?

I can tell by reading that the author of this story is plainly, confused.

The funniest quote in the whole thing:

“The president really likes conspiracies,” said Banks, a supporter of solar geoengineering who is now the CEO of the American Council for Capital Formation, a free-market business advocacy group. “He likes these kinds of stories.”

Guys. What are we even talking about…? HAHA!

The article specifically highlights atmospheric scientist Dr. Justin Mabie, who you might remember from our recent interview dropped earlier this week.

“Pearson and Horwitz are currently representing atmospheric scientist Justin Mabie in a wrongful termination case that he brought in January against the University of Colorado, Boulder… The university and NOAA jointly operate the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences, where Mabie worked for more than a dozen years.”

The article highlights Mabie’s claims that he was fired after whistleblowing on efforts to destroy historical weather records in order to support a narrative of rapid warming, ultimately justifying geoengineering and weather modification interventions.

The author repeatedly labels opposition as “conspiracy-fueled,” tie The GeoFight (who is representing Mabie in his lawsuit) and their founders to The Global Wellness Forum and skepticism of mainstream climate narratives, and amplifies concerns that such efforts could influence Republicans or even President Trump against sunlight-reflecting technologies.

If Trump publicly came out ‘against sunlight-refelecting technologies’ it would not only be the greatest moment of his entire presidency, but it would become the most important step in modern environmentalism as the future transhumanist-technocracy seems to be marching forward.

Dr. Justin Mabie is an atmospheric scientist with a doctorate focused on multi-disciplinary atmospheric physics, including geomagnetism, ionosphere plasma, and related measurements. He spent approximately 17 years associated with NOAA, serving as program leader for NOAA’s World Data Center-A for geomagnetism and acting as a principal steward of significant categories of historical weather data ranging from the mid-19th century to the end of the 20th century for the U.S. government and the United Nations.

His work involved space plasma physics, geophysics, electromagnetism, radar systems, and real-time data for forecasting models. He authored and recently released his book Climate Change Deception: The Alarming Corruption of Science, which details his experiences inside the system.

In the recent OGA interview, Mabie discusses the removal of climate and weather data from public access, the players and interests involved, the climate change/geoengineering industry, ongoing experimentation, potential effects on large weather patterns, and topics such as HAARP.

He has publicly stated that geoengineering is now “an INDUSTRY… Not a ‘Conspiracy Theory.’”

The lawsuit, Mabie v. University of Colorado, filed in January 2026 with an amended complaint in April, is represented by Blake Horwitz and Nicole Pearson of The GeoFight.

Mabie alleges wrongful termination in retaliation for protected whistleblowing. Key claims include that CIRES and NOAA personnel ordered or enabled the destruction or improper handling of essential historical weather records in violation of the Federal Records Act and NOAA policies.

This allegedly occurred to generate a narrative of rapid global warming requiring government and private intervention via geoengineering and weather modification—activities that could financially benefit institutions like CIRES through expanded research funding.

The university has moved to dismiss the case. The GeoFight has highlighted the suit as exposing intentional destruction of the historical weather record that underpins policy decisions, including those related to international climate agreements.

Over the weekend suburbs of the city of Spokane, Washington were engulfed in a wildfire where more than 700 structures have been destroyed in the communities of Old Trails, Fairview, and Autumn Lane.

65 thousand people were asked to evacuate their communities and homes, around 400 properties still needed evaluation and more than 10,000 acres have been engulfed. Overall it has been estimated that roughly 600–1,100 structures have been damaged or destroyed. Thankfully there have not been any deaths reported.

CNN reports that police have arrested suspect Aaron Farinacci, 37, as a suspect in the cause of the Old Trails Fire.

As an organization we have been following wildfires for a number of years, the Spokane Blaze shares all of the hallmarks of an intentional blaze, including the potential use of directed energy weapons and geoengineering to induce the blaze.

If you want to go with the suspect arson story that is fine. This combined with the ‘climate change is drying out the west narrative’ and you can start to piece the main-stream story pretty easily.

Nonetheless, it’s possible that the fires were IN PART started by a some foolish, low IQ patsy arson with a criminal record. It seems highly likely this could have helped serve as a real cover story that is very believable and plausible that it actually happened.

However we must continue learning to think in a non-binary way. This fire was the result of many things.

Reports have shown that this fire was again the combination of a ‘perfect storm’ including extremely dry conditions, high winds, and reports of excessive spraying in the skies over Washington and the communities effected.

In mid-July we covered the Canadian wildfires and referenced OGA’s 40+ peer-reviewed articles searching for an answer and remembered two articles that have explained the consistent wildfires in California and might help explain the situation we find ourselves in now.

Oh— you still don’t believe directed energy weapons (DEWs) exist?

Here’s a wonderful post from the Department of War Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering’s X page literally posted Monday:

The big question when it comes to “natural” disasters and whether or not they were caused on purpose by humans is “why would someone what to do this?”

The answer is quite simple:

DISASTER CAPITALISM.

Allow me to explain.

In my research I have discovered a map circulating on X overlaying Level 3 (LEAVE NOW) evacuation zones from the ongoing Spokane Area Fires complex with the locations of two proposed data center sites in the Spokane region.

The highlighted pins for proposed data centers include a West Plains site near Airway Heights and a Mead/Kaiser industrial area site.

The geographic proximity has of course fueled online speculation at a time of intense local debate in Spokane over large-scale data centers’ demands on power, water, and infrastructure.

…If only a massive blaze came in and just entirely displaced a few thousand people that way then can entirely rebuild the infrastructure and design of these communities with these data centers in mind… OMG and just think— what if they could get federal money to rebuild the infrastructure??

From the Spokesman Review article published Sunday August 2nd:

Some broke down in tears as they spoke about how a data center would threaten their water supplies and negatively impact their property values. ‘It’s time we wake up and realize what’s going on,’ said Shawna Robinson of Airway Heights.

“These data centers pollute everything. I know there’s a million other reasons to not have them. Mine is our children and our health.”

Robinson also doesn’t believe the data centers, which French supports coming here, would add that many jobs.

“They just bring money for the elite and not the community,” Robinson said. “The people with land that is within 5 miles of these data centers, they’re not gonna be able to sell their home. They’re gonna be upside down in them because no one wants to live close to these things.”

Adrianne Nott, of Spokane Valley, said the county would saddle the community with a problem that could plague the region for years.

“This project is going to be taking from the community more electricity than every residential customer in the county, as well as chewing through millions of gallons of water every day,” Nott said. “We’re being asked to hand over our critical infrastructure and our good reliability and our natural resources to feed these servers.

Well. If there was ever a motive to start such a blaze, there you have it.

On July 21st, space physicist and climate scientist Dr. Justin Mabie dropped his book Climate Change Deception: The Alarming Corruption of Science.

Dr. Mabie served nearly two decades (17 years) at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). His role at NOAA was program leader for the United Nations World Data Center for Geomagnetism.

His book is a firsthand account alleging systematic efforts to alter, suppress, or repurpose climate data records in service of political agendas, specifically the ‘climate change’ agenda.

“The story I’m about to tell you is how NOAA legacy was planted and replaced with something different. I will show you that the goal of that was to repurpose this one great organization and make sure that we forget where it came from and why and it’s most basic sense NOAA has abandoned its original mission and replaced it with a rogue, political mission run by operatives who represents special interests”

Published by Skyhorse Publishing, the book presents Mabie’s perspective as a former NOAA insider and principal investigator. He holds degrees in Atmosphere and ocean sciences and physics and is an expert whose work has ranged from ocean depths to space weather and aeronomy. In the book and related materials, he is identified as a senior advisor at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.

His overall thesis throughout the book is that corruption at high levels of government and academia has turned climate science and policy into tools for expanding control over daily life including energy, transportation, food, housing, and more, all while undermining the integrity of observational data records.

Mabie argues that centuries of climate observations contain inconvenient truths that challenge claims of a fully “settled” science on climate change.

He explains that government data centers that were once tasked with preserving those records on climate data, have been consolidated, hollowed out, or redirected, risking permanent loss of original data in favor of adjusted or approved versions.

Drawing on his experiences, Mabie describes uncovering what he portrays as a long-term effort involving NOAA leadership, cooperative institutes, and external interests to dismantle or repurpose World Data Centers. He claims retaliation followed his refusal to stay silent, including threats to his career and personal life.

He makes it clear throughout the book that this is not a blanket ‘denial’ of so called ‘climate change’ or warming, but a critique of how data stewardship, institutional priorities, and the slogan ‘trust the science’ have been used to advance a catastrophic narrative and multitrillion-dollar policy agendas.

“Simply put NOAA assistant administration, Stephen Volz, and NASA Chief Scientist Waleed Abdalati were recruited to Hollow out the NOAA World Data Centers and seize the organization’s power and influence. Whom they recruited by and whom the answer to is a special interest that I haven’t been able to identify, but we can see the vulnerabilities in the system—and vulnerabilities have a tendency of being exploited. To accomplish their scheme, they enlisted, Tom Karl, Eric Kihn and other NOAA federal employees to implement a number of changes over a short period of time while the Secretary of Commerce wasn’t paying attention. They consolidated the NOAA World Data Centers (WDC) into new organizational named National Centers for Environmental Information, they founded all world to center activities, they forced out WDC-A employees, they cut off the rest of the organization from any useful information or guidance on the transition, and they cut off taxpayers access to NOAA’s extensive archive of historical climate data records. These deep state actors cut off the remaining CI employees from the federal chain of command, but continued to allow them to work freely within the government walls without having any government functions to perform”

Mabie traces the evolution of climate science and the observational record, arguing that special interests have leveraged NOAA’s reputation while neglecting practical needs such as infrastructure resilience. He calls for stronger protections for original data, greater transparency, and reforms to counter what he sees as capture by political and commercial forces.

Supporting materials in the book include the author’s public statements reference related whistleblower concerns, inspector general filings, and email disputes over data handling at NOAA and affiliated institutions.

“The climate change fascists seek complete power over every aspect of our lives, they forcibly suppress opposition and criticism, they regiment industry through various forms of social credit and subsidy programs, they control global commerce, and they emphasize an aggressive form of what can only be considered global climate nationalism through one world government of the UN”

In early 2026, Dr. Justin Mabie filed a federal whistleblower-retaliation lawsuit (Mabie v. University of Colorado,) in Colorado District Court.

He alleges the University of Colorado, which is by extension linked to NOAA’s Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES), retaliated against him. This included continued harassment and eventual termination, which he explains throughout his book.

This treatment from the University was all following his reported concerns about the destruction, improper handling, and manipulation of historical weather/climate data records he helped steward.

An amended complaint expands into deeper concerns over the bad data practices he claims, ultimately enabling geoengineering and weather-modification activities— which we hope to hear more about from Dr. Mabie soon!

The GeoFight is the legal coalition supporting his case. It describes the suit as a first-of-its-kind federal action challenging alleged collaboration among government, academia, and private entities on geoengineering/weather modification, centered on Mabie’s claims of data destruction to support political narratives rather than science.

Yesterday morning (7/21), OGA environmental historian Rob Williams PhD joined local radio hosts Alison Despathy and Elizabeth Brown on their show Hot off The Press for a deep dive on the world’s most pressing but underreported environmental issue of our day; Geoengineering.

Williams said in the interview:

Williams: “The environmentalist community is in someways unfortunately the last to get the memo that catastrophic climate change might have been a bit exaggerated. Catastrophic climate change might not actually be tied to carbon, the basis of all life, or to carbon dioxide, which fuels the growing of plants around the world—proving us with oxygen that all mammals need to live. Catastrophic climate change is being used for a rationale for geoengineering projects to DIM THE SUN!”

Despathy: “I will say also this sort of climate narrative is certainly making a lot of people a ton of money. So people are absolutely capitalizing on this messaging and propaganda that real environmentalists and all people who care about life and earth need to tune into!”

Williams: “Yes and bring this back to H.217, The Vermont Clean Air Preservation Act, I would hope that all Vermonters, regardless of your political leanings, that all Vermonters could agree that making skies blue again— that making clouds real again, through policy and legislation, which we will enforce within the boarders of our fair shire, might be worthy use of our time and energy”

In case you haven’t heard things are getting a bit smokey throughout the imid-west and large sections of the north eastern United States and Canada due to on-going wildfires throughout Ontario and parts of Quebec.

This has lead to many wondering “what exactly is causing the fires.”

In the mainstream binary political world we are already seeing the usual fingers pointed at one another. The “left-wing” claiming that the blazes are a result of apocalyptic/life threatening human-caused carbon ‘climate change.’

The “right-wing” is once again pointing the finger at the Canadian government and their mismanagement of the forrest making similar claims to what we have heard in the past about California’s government and their mismanagement of lands.

Last night at 10:11 PM I got this text from a friend who is moving to Ontario:

Naturally I turned to OGA’s 40+ peer-reviewed articles searching for an answer and I remembered two articles that have explained the consistent wildfires in California and might help explain the situation we find ourselves in now:

1. Ancient Giant Sequoias Are Dying: Scientists Refuse to Acknowledge the Cause” by nuclear geochemist Dr. J. Marvin Herndon, Dale D. Williams, and Mark Whiteside M.D.. In this article Herndon and his collaborators contend that the primary cause of Ancient Giant Sequoias dying is the jet-emplacement of toxic coal combustion fly ash particles into the troposphere which induces droughts and deluges, heats the atmosphere, contaminates precipitation with plant-toxic aluminum and other chemicals, coats foliage, worsens wildfires, and depletes stratospheric ozone—allowing harmful UV radiation to reach the surface. These stressors weaken the trees, making them vulnerable to secondary attacks by insects and fungi. The piece frames this as environmental warfare enabled by a UN treaty misrepresented as peaceful modification, and it calls for halting such activities to save the remaining trees and broader ecosystems.

   

   “Many of these majestic trees have survived droughts and infestation over periods of time as long as 3,000 years. A reasonable scientist might ask, “Why now if not before?”, “What causal agents are being systematically ignored?” and “What are the consequences for other species?” Seventy years of government scientific research-funding decisions, made on the basis of anonymous peer-reviews by competitors, has led to a consensus-only paradigm. Fear of being denounced in secret reviews, with concomitant career damage or job loss, keeps scientists from challenging the consensus-approved story-line. That is not science at all. Science is about telling the truth, finding what is wrong with present perceptions, and correcting them.”

The second article that helps explain the fires:

2. California Wildfires: Role of Undisclosed Atmospheric Manipulation and Geoengineering (2018), also by J. Marvin Herndon Ph.D and Mark Whiteside M.D.. The authors argue that these aerosolized particles heat the troposphere, inhibit normal rainfall leading to prolonged droughts, damage vegetation by desiccating trees and stripping protective waxy coatings on leaves/needles (increasing combustibility), alter albedo and cloud formation, and enhance lightning ignition risks. They support this with photographic evidence of persistent particulate trails (distinct from contrails), satellite imagery, and literature on pollution effects, while claiming such spraying constitutes covert geoengineering or atmospheric manipulation under international agreements. The paper also highlights health risks from worsened air pollution during fires (e.g., respiratory/cardiovascular issues, toxin concentration) and calls for recognition and cessation of these activities to mitigate ecological and human harm. In the essay, the authors explain how Coal Fly Ash has the ability to inhibit rainfall:

“Normal rainfall droplet creation involves water vapour condensing on particles in clouds. The droplets eventually coalesce drops large enough to fall too as more and more pollution particles (aerosols) enter a rain cloud, the same amount of water becomes spread out. These smaller water droplets float with the air and are prevented from coalescing and growing large enough for a raindrop. Thus, the cloud yields less rainfall over the course of its lifetime compared to a clean (non-polluted) cloud of the same size NASA thus provided an explanation of one of the principal consequences of the aerial spraying, although it is an incomplete explanation as it does not mention the and storms that may occur when clouds become too overburdened with moisture.”

Naturally, the wildfire issue is causing quite an uproar in the United States with many pointing the finger at the Canadian government. This includes US President Donald Trump claiming that the fires are costing the US billions of dollars and that “The cost is incalculable!”

It certainly is costly. Oh, to be a salesperson for a commercial HVAC company these days! (Just kidding).

In two recent clips from an episode of Children’s Health Defense’s Geoengineering Report, longtime researcher Peter A. Kirby joined CHD President and CEO, Mary Holland, Esq., to connect the dots many sky-watchers have observed for years: the persistent ‘trails’ overhead, the giant radar domes across America, and the electromagnetic infrastructure enabling large-scale atmospheric modification.

In the first clip posted on July 5th, Kirby clearly explains what separates normal contrails (short-lived condensation that dissipates quickly under specific atmospheric conditions) from chemtrails (the long-lasting, spreading lines that form grids, Xs, and milky blankets). These ‘persistent trails,’ he argues, deliver particulates such as aluminum, barium, and strontium compounds, often linked to coal fly ash, a waste product of coal energy production.

Global lab tests and ground observations support the distinction.

This is not random or merely accidental pollution as a byproduct of commercial aviation. Rather it is part of what Kirby calls in the second half of the title of his book, The New Manhattan Project.

Kirby uses the original Manhattan Project as the example of what was at the time likely the largest scientific effort in human history. The project was entirely a covert and compartmentalized program to build the original atomic bomb during the late 1940s war effort against the Nazis.

“We’re trying to break that compartmentalization because this thing is just absolutely immense. I think it’s. It’s easily, easily 10 times bigger than the original Manhattan Project, easily…Yes, all in terms of money that has been spent on it, in terms of the scope and magnitude of the infrastructure, it relies upon the number of people that are involved. You know, how often there’s a hit movie and then the sequel is, you know, like five to ten times bigger than the original. Right. Because, you know, they spent that much more money on it. Well, that’s exactly what has happened here…”

The second clip dives into the “hardware”: the network of white radomes visible at military and weather installations nationwide. Kirby links these to HAARP (the ionospheric heater in Alaska) and NEXRAD Doppler radar systems.

Sprayed metallic aerosols increase atmospheric conductivity, allowing electromagnetic energy from ground-based arrays to heat, ionize, or manipulate clouds, jet streams, and precipitation patterns.Key references include U.S. Patent 4,686,605 and Air Force planning documents envisioning “owning the weather.” The synergy of aerosol spraying + electromagnetic energy forms the core mechanism of the alleged program.

HAARP antenna array and typical NEXRAD radome are both visible pieces of the electromagnetic puzzle…

Kirby and Holland’s discussion highlight growing concerns about health impacts of geoengineering such as respiratory and neurological damage. Concerns also include environmental contamination of our soil, food, water, agriculture, and the lack of public oversight. Kirby’s book Chemtrails Exposed: A New Manhattan Project, compiles decades of documentation that challenges official dismissals. As Gary D. Barnett outlined in his July 2 piece on LewRockwell.com, weather modification is no conspiracy theory. As we have discussed many times on this site, there is documented military doctrine stretching back decades. It is wonderful to now see others willing to point this our and talk about it— not from the perspective claiming this is “experimental” and is being conducted by academia. Yet rather it is ONGOING and has always been a pursuit of the MILITARY.

Johnson’s wasn’t speculation at all. It was a roadmap. By 1996, the U.S. Air Force was already planning “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.” Stratospheric aerosol injection (chemtrails), HAARP-style ionospheric heaters, and nano-particle spraying are not new. They are operational.

“The manipulation of weather has caused unnatural emissions, which cause increases in temperatures, not decreases… Consider the massive flooding in arid lands, while at the same time, intense droughts in wetlands? … storms that are seemingly guided… These are not anomalies… they are intentionally structured events.”

The “man-made global warming” narrative serves as cover. From a young age we are taught to blame ourselves (normal human beings) for “climate change.”

Nuclear geochemist J. Marvin Herndon reminds us what real science demands— questioning everything and sharing truth openly. Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch adds:

“Climate engineering is the largest single factor… it’s contaminating every single breath we take.”

This is not about saving the planet. It is about control over agriculture, populations, economies, and cultural narratives. Military weather warfare provides the perfect pretext for endless “emergencies” and expanded authority.

Admittedly on this 250th Anniversary of American Independence it does feel especially good to be an American right now. Despite all of the trouble this nation has stirred all over the world and domestically it’s hard to not appreciate all this wonderful country has to offer.

A range of landscapes and natural environments across the entire continent. Abundant farmlands and economic opportunity like no where else in the world. And of course, air conditioning.

The United States of America is a complex nation with a brief, yet complicated history as well. Yes. We have a lot of problems. Yes. The government is trying to spy on us and monitor our thoughts….But we are ‘ALLOWED’ to talk about them, unlike in some other countries such as China and England where you can be arrested for making social media posts.

There is a reason that everyone from all over the world wants to come here. If you don’t think this is true, look into some of the videos of foreigners visiting the US for the first time for the World Cup and immediately going to Buccees, Costcos, Targets, Whole Foods, Bass Pro Shops and Walmart for the first time. These videos are hilarious if you haven’t seen them!

That being said, America’s Freedom is like a double edge sword and many things in life, our freedom is paradoxical…

I personally believe the US Constitution was profound in the sense that it does its best to align our system with the laws of nature. This system is clearly flawed and imperfect, just like human nature. But this system affords us FREEDOM to CHOOSE what we put into our bodies. Yes, our nation is full of gluttons and consumers because many have decided they want to exercise their freedom by expressing their right to eat themselves to death if they so choose! Or shop until they drop! Or - turn on the AC.

I find the post above from NYC’s newest Mayor, Zohran Mamdani to be a little irritating. That being said these kinds of measures have been requested of New Yorkers for decades…however they are not mandated like they are over in England through “Net Zero Crackdowns,” but we should be careful.

I do not say this to restrict freedoms, but the question is — where do you draw the line? Where does “Freedom” start and end?

I think we should be afforded the freedom to control the temperature within our own homes and spaces, despite what government tells us to do.

Where I draw the line:

Attempts by governments, militaries, and financial institutions to control the weather of an entire continent or globe — which is exactly what our global “elite” are doing.

When it gets too hot or too cold by manufactured weather they tell us that WE NEED to conserve energy. Oh and by the way the heat is BECAUSE of us! Climate change is all our fault!

I guess there’s just too many humans consuming too much carbon! Maybe we should reduce the population! (I obviously am kidding and do not believe this).

People always ask me — “Paul I dont understand. There has to be some kind of finacial advantage for those wanting to do this otherwise they wouldn’t.”

Another question they always ask too is “But who is doing this?” (We’ll get to that too…)

While there are many good answers to that question, one I keep coming back to is the Weather Derivatives Market and the Energy Industry.

In his book, Chemtrails Exposed: A New Manhattan Project, Peter Kirby explains the weather derivatives market thoroughly and how weather modification is potentially used to fix these markets:

“Weather derivatives are financial instruments (options, futures, and options on futures) anyone can buy that either pay off or don’t pay off according to the recorded atmosphere conditions such as temperature and rainfall. These instruments are mostly traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). They are also traded on smaller over-the-counter markets. Weather derivatives are usually structured as swaps futures and call options. Although they are available for sunshine hours snowfall, rain, wind, speed and many other geophysical conditions, the most common type of weather derivative is by far based on temperature… According to industry experts temperature weather based derivatives account for anywhere from 75 to 99% of all weather derivative sold. Observed atmospheric conditions are recorded and published by authorized organizations. Weather derivatives market was created with the energy sector in mind. This is how temperature-based weather derivatives work. Indices take a locations average temperature then the index value is determined by how much that average temperature deviate from 65°F (or 18°C outside the US). The number deduced determines a derivative value and can be aggregated over a period of hours days weeks months or seasons. This 65° baseline was chosen by the energy industry. The terms most commonly used to describe index values refer to a daily temperature average and are called Heating Degree Days and Cool Degree Days. Heating degree days refer to the number of degrees Fahrenheit below 65° that the average temperature of a winters day is while cooling degree days refer to the number of degrees Fahrenheit above 65° that the temperature average of a summers day is it is this way because 65° is about the temperature where if it is warmer than that, people are using more air conditioning (electricity) and if it was cooler than that, people tend to be using more heating (natural gas/ oil).”

Anyone else remember the deep freeze we went into this winter and all the manufactured hype online?

Kirby continues:

“In short the average temperature recorded for a given timeframe determines a weather derivative is value. One can be that temperatures will be above or below the long-term daily average for a particular hour date or groups of dates. So if one has inside her knowledge about a planned atmospheric temperature modifications then one can make a killing in the weather derivatives market.

The energy sector is the biggest buyer of weather derivatives.

The first derivatives transactions were conducted over-the-counter in 1997 between Willis group holdings Koch industries PXRE reinsurance company, and Enron. These transactions followed the de regulation of the energy market in the US and shortly followed the commencement of large scale domestic chemtrail spraying operations. The weather is market was greatly expanded in 1999 when weather drive has began trading on Chicago Mercantile exchange. According to former and Ron employee, Linda Clemens, ‘the Weather Risk Management Association (WRMA) was launched by myself and by Jim Gosselin of Castlebridge partners, Darren Wilcox of Southern Co., RaviNathan of Aquila energy and Jeff Porter of Koch industries’…Mrs. Clemmons neglected to mention another WRMA founder, Swiss Re. In 2011, the WRMA released the results of a survey which pegged the current global weather derivatives market value at about $12 billion.”

So there you have it. This is just one of the many reasons for the constant spraying overhead. It’s not only about command and control allowing for complete and total full spectrum dominance of our atmosphere, including the weaponization of extreme weather. It is also about controlling the temperature of the planet like a giant thermostat…

Bringing this back to America and all her Freedoms:

I should point out there was a significant period of time where the political organization, American’s For Prosperity (AFP), was very interested in my skills as a political organizer and influencer here in Vermont. AFP is a 501(c)(4) political advocacy group founded in 2004 and primarily funded by Charles Koch and previously his late brother David Koch. It operates as a ‘grassroots organization’ with millions of activists and dozens of state chapters, promoting free-market principles, limited government, economic freedom, and policies aimed at opportunity and prosperity.

While you can not get the entirety of their financials and where they get their money from (an American Freedom I agree with) a lot of their funding is notably from the energy industry. This of course includes the Koch brothers a major player in oil refining, pipelines, and petrochemicals and occasional support from groups like the American Petroleum Institute. They also get money from energy executives like Wayne Laufer, the retired co-founder and CEO of Bois d’Arc Energy, a Texas-based oil and natural gas company, who has contributed millions in recent cycles.

Initially I found myself aligned with AFP under the notion of free market principles and libertarian ideas. Over time I have come to realize that there is in fact a limit to “Freedom,” and it is when your “Freedom” is imposing, poisoning, grifting, and scamming others.

To be very clear I am not insinuating that AFP itself is necessarily involved in the ‘fixing’ of the weather. They are not. They do political work and influencing on behalf of those who are heavily invested into the energy market.

That being said, I just want to say that spraying the entire nation indiscriminately and using the weather modification programs to fix markets is not in any way an expression of what our founders would have called ‘freedom.’

It’s diabolical and it is evil…

Last night at the Savoy Theatre in Montpelier, I attended a screening of Duty to Disobey.

This documentary film, produced by Children’s Health Defense and Tommy Burrows Productions, tells the story of one of the most important and under recognized human rights violations of the 2020 plandemic: Military Covid-19 Vaccines Mandates from the Biden Administration.

Now while this subject-matter itself definitely differs from geoengineering, the concept of a “duty” to disobey unlawful orders is certainly relevant to our geoengeering problem, and we will get to that later.

The film shares the story and real life testimony of US Military service members who were forcibly removed from the military for not taking the COVID-19 injections. Many of these service members were just months away from retirement after 20 years and were literally kicked out the same way that a FELON would be removed— all for refusing to take an experimental injection.

These are people who have made the sacrifice to serve their country and continued to live by their sacrifice in the truest sense by exercising their not only their freedom to choose as an American, but actually their DUTY to DISOBEY unlawful orders, which is in fact a legal precedent for military members.

The film shares the example of the court-martial of Lt. William L. Calley Jr. for the My Lai Massacre, where U.S. soldiers killed hundreds of unarmed Vietnamese civilians.Calley claimed he was following orders from Capt. Ernest Medina to “waste” or kill the villagers.

The military court rejected this defense. The judge instructed the jury that any order to kill unresisting civilians under U.S. control was illegal as a matter of law. Obeying it provided no defense if Calley knew (or should have known) it was unlawful. Calley was convicted of murder (later reduced on review; he served about 3.5 years). The Court of Military Review affirmed: For over 100 years, U.S. law has held that summary killing of non-resisting enemies or civilians is murder.

This case explicitly upheld the duty to disobey illegal orders, such as killing civilians not participating in hostilities. It echoed Nuremberg: Individual responsibility overrides blind obedience.

Legally, the phrase “I was ordered to do it” won’t hold up in court for military members. It’s not an excuse for human rights violations.

That’s exactly what was committed against our service members and is contained to be perpetrated against them: HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.

Our warriors were quite literally coerced , tricked, and even forcibly vaccinated by their superiors and leadership. Thousands of people have been injured and lost their lives because of these shots.

I have always been truly disturbed by this idea that upon joining the US Military that somehow you give up all your constitutional rights and human rights as a whole. This is not true, by the way.

I once considered joining the military myself over fears about needing “healthcare” after the age of 25, only to realize that joining the military would be a major risk to my HEALTH.

These are our WARRIORS. They are not LAB RATS.

Despite reinstatement and backpay from the military, service members in the film call for continued action and continued accountability.

At this point backpay an reinstatement is not enough. It is time for those who pushed these unlawful orders to be held accountable. People join the military for many reasons. It’s a career. Its a lifestyle. People have families. They live on base. It’s their LIVELIHOOD and their COMMUNITY.

No one should ever have to face losing their community, livelihood, and security for refusing to take an experimental shot, especially our service members who are already asked to sacrifice so much.

Bringing it back — Can you see how this might connect to the geoengineering issue? Could it be that there is a culture in the United States Military that asks is service members to not ask questions and blindly follow orders—orders they know there might be something wrong with what they are doing — for example spaying our skies and poising entire populations of people?

I think the military is a very important and powerful force to be reckoned with. However, it prays on those who are disadvantaged and in need of an opportunity, especially right out of high school. Before they can even think…

Imagine you came from a rough background and the military was your way out, but you just had to do what they told you and follow orders? Even the orders you know to be unlawful? What would you do?

Imagine you spent nearly 20 years doing what you were told and the last thing you had to do before you retired was take the shot. What would you do?

Duty to Disobey is a very important film. Everyone in the military should have to watch it. I have an immense amount of respect for the members who took their punishment and got kicked out despite the fact they were just months aways from retiring after nearly 20 years of service. I don’t think people can actually realize the kind of faith and bravery it took for them to do that.

I have a ton of respect for ALL of the service members who refused the shots. My heart goes out to them. I know how much I went through during that period of time. I can only imagine how difficult this time was for them and their families. I have to admit this film hit very close to home for me and I found myself in tears for much of the film because I know what many went through and the aftershock since.

In an essay by OGA founder, Ian Baldwin, he explains how all life on Earth evolved within a delicate, invisible “electric envelope” — the global electric circuit formed between the planet’s surface and the ionosphere.

This system is powered by constant lightning, solar wind, and cosmic rays and creates the Schumann resonances: ultra-low frequency pulses (averaging 7.83 Hz) that act like a planetary heartbeat.

Every cell in our bodies is electrically sensitive, tuned to these natural rhythms that govern circadian cycles, brain waves, DNA processes, and overall health.

Drawing heavily on Arthur Firstenberg’s The Invisible Rainbow, Baldwin explains how today’s artificial overlay including early radio, electric wiring, and dense wireless networks, has left no respite for our cells.

Tiny electrical currents that once seemed insignificant can now alter nerve firing rates dramatically, yet safety standards largely ignore biological effects at these levels.

Baldwin also connects this shift to the rise of “diseases of civilization,” suggesting our constant exposure to artificial EMFs may be contributing to broader health and mental crises.

“Looking back across those generations, Firstenberg makes the claim: “Not since the presidency of James Polk [1845-49] have our cells, like puppets on invisible strings, been given a second’s rest from the electric vibrations” of the global telecommunications revolutions that continue to roil our biology in ways we do not, as a civilization, acknowledge.”

Earth’s magnetosphere and ionosphere serving as protective shields, lightning as the recharger of life’s circuit, and humans as polarized beings walking between negative ground and positive sky.

In an age of rapid 5G rollout and expanding wireless infrastructure, Baldwin makes the connection to the larger geoengineering project and calls on us all to reconsider the hidden costs of our electrified world and restore respect for the natural electromagnetic environment that sustained life for billions of years…

Last summer nuclear geochemist, J. Marvin Herndon PhD, wrote an open letter to President Donald J. Trump, urging him to look into the areal dispersion of the industrial toxic waste product, Coal Fly Ash.

Herndon writes:

“One of the primary purposes of the U.S. Constitution, as set forth in its Preamble, is to ‘promote the general welfare.’ Yet, for at least two decades, as evidenced in this document and its references, the Deep-State, including components of the U.S. military, NOAA and its predecessors, the CIA, NASA, EPA and other U.S. agencies, together with corresponding foreign entities, have been engaged in a widespread, massive-scale, covert activity poisoning the air we breathe with an extremely toxic substance that has been implicated in numerous very serious human and environmental health problems. Although said extremely toxic substance is a closely guarded secret, by sound scientific methodology, we have discovered the identity of said toxic substance, evidenced as coal fly ash, and its grievous adverse consequences on human and environmental health as reviewed here.”

In full the letter Herndon makes the case that the stated purpose is global weather control using aerosols to manipulate rainfall, pressure systems, and atmospheric conductivity for electromagnetic influence.

Herndon also links aerosolized coal fly ash to a cascade of health crises: oxidative stress and chronic inflammation driving respiratory disease, cardiovascular problems, neurodegeneration, and lung cancer. Ultrafine particles penetrate deep into lungs, enter the bloodstream, and accumulate in brain, heart, and placental tissues.

Herndon highlights Coal Fly Ash’s unique danger and ability to leach up to 38 elements (especially neurotoxic aluminum in bioavailable form) into moisture, which is potentially contributing to the skyrocketing rates of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which Trump himself has publicly questioned.

In February 2025, President Trump said in his speech to the Nation’s Governors at The White House in reference to autism and the environmental toxins: “There's something wrong. We could have done something. There's something about maybe it's a spray that we sprayed all over the place that nobody else does if other countries don't.”

Herndon points out the EPA reclassified CFA as “bulk waste” as opposed to “toxic waste.”

“To our knowledge no official information sources have ever disclose the true nature of the main component of chemtrails, evidenced as coal fly ash. And no wonder: Coal fly ash is a toxic nightmare. Disturbingly, the EPA under Obama classified the very toxic coal fly ash as bulk waste, no different from dirt. Disinformation agents continue to deceive the public. No one should deceive the public on matters of human health.”

Hendon’s frames the program as a betrayal of the Constitution’s mandate to promote the general welfare and calls on the President to investigate and halt these operations.

Whether viewed as reckless overreach or deliberate harm, Herndon’s analysis presents a compelling case that secret atmospheric spraying represents one of the largest unconsented human experiments in history.

In an article from last year, Mark Whiteside Md. and nuclear geochemist J. Marvin Herndon PhD. argue that two of the most notorious industrial waste products are being deliberately introduced into the environment under the cover of ‘public health policy’ and secret operations.

They argue these toxic waste products are poisoning the entire population and are some of the main contributors to the public health crisis in the United States, including autism.

The first is hydrofluorosilicic acid (HFSA), the cheap, contaminated byproduct of phosphate fertilizer manufacturing:

Instead of being disposed of as hazardous waste, it is added to public drinking water supplies across much of the United States (and a few other countries) under the banner of “fluoridation for dental health.”

The authors point out that HFSA is far more toxic than pharmaceutical-grade sodium fluoride because they carrying heavy metals like arsenic, lead, and aluminum. They link it to neurodevelopmental harm, lowered IQ, elevated blood lead levels in children, DNA damage, and increased infant mortality.

The second ‘repurposed’ industrial waste product is coal fly ash (CFA), the fine particulate waste captured from coal-burning power plants:

Coal Fly Ash is loaded with aluminum, mercury, arsenic, and radioactive elements and are being sprayed into the atmosphere through covert geoengineering programs, commonly referred to as ‘chemtrails,’ which in itself is a very weaponized phrase.

Whiteside and Herndon allege the goal is ‘weather and climate modification,’ yet ultimately the result is widespread inhalation exposure contributing to respiratory disease, cardiovascular problems, neurodegeneration, and autism through synergistic aluminum-fluoride interactions.

Whiteside and Herndon emphasize the synergistic toxicity of the two substances when combined in the human body and environment.

“In the United States, the rate of infant mortality is highest among 46 nations, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) rates are skyrocketing. Some might consider that a great mystery, but it is not. For decades, the Deep-State has been deliberately polluting drinking-water resources with unpurified toxic waste from phosphate fertilizer production, mainly hydrofluorosilicic acid (HFSA), under the guise of improving dental health. For decades, the Deep-State has been covertly polluting the air we breathe with the toxic waste product of coal-burning, coal fly ash (CFA), wholly without public acknowledgement. Both egregious Deep-State activities must cease.”

Herndon and Whitseide criticize regulatory agencies, public health bodies, and mainstream science for ignoring or suppressing these risks, despite troubling U.S. health statistics compared to non-fluoridating countries.

The dramatic photo above was taken on June 14th on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., looking toward the Washington Monument and Lincoln Memorial Reflecting prior to the UFC Freedom 250 event on the White House.

This event was to commemorate the United States’ upcoming 250th anniversary of independence coming up on July 4th, and coincided with President Donald Trump’s 80th birthday. The event celebrated “the American fighting spirit” with patriotism, military presence, flyovers, and fireworks.

As a weather observer, I noticed this stunning photo circulating social media Sunday evening with many captions about God:

Now at first glance, my initial reaction to weather phenomena like this is that is has been geoengineered, however I really did not want to have to dive into this one… Nonetheless, I kept seeing posts that caused me to think something was up.

On the right is a photo circulating social media the shows a military fly-over prior to the UFC event Sunday evening. On the left is a photo President Trump posted to his Truth Social account Saturday evening with the caption, “YOU ARE GETTING DISCOMBOBULATED.”

Before the event there were also reports from Weather Channel that forecasted 30 mph winds, torrential rains, lightening storms, and strangely swarms of mosquitos…

Political commentator, Benny Johnson says that “Libtards” were desperate to stop Trump’s birthday-bash so they “manipulated” the Weather Channel’s reporting:

Political commentators Jack Posobiec and Tim Pool pointed out online that not only had the magical weather been produced by some mandate of God but in-fact the expected storms somehow “parted” and passed over and missed Washington D.C. completely.

Trump pointed it out too on Truth Social writing, “The weather was scheduled to be horrendous, and it turned out to be PERFECT! So much for weather predicting.”

The Weather Channel television network is owned by Weather Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Allen Media Group, which is controlled by media entrepreneur Byron Allen. It is run as part of Allen Media Group’s portfolio of cable networks, with on-air meteorologists and programming based in Atlanta. The channel sources its core weather data primarily from the National Weather Service and partners with The Weather Company (now owned by Francisco Partners, formerly IBM), which provides advanced forecasting models, radar, and analytics through licensing agreements.

This whole debacle reminded me of when in, President Trump called for the development of a “Golden Dome” for the White House and America in early 2025. Trump’s Golden Dome project is a U.S. missile defense initiative. It would aim to create a multi-layered shield to protect the entire American homeland from ballistic, hypersonic, cruise, and other aerial threats posed by adversaries like China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran.

The system envisions integrating ground, sea, and space-based sensors and interceptors into a “system of systems,” drawing inspiration from Israel’s Iron Dome but on a vastly larger scale and would potentially include space-based components building on 1983 Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative.

It is hard for me to not assume that what we saw last night was a real time and smaller scale display of modern-weather warfare and it appears that more online are wondering the same:

It is no secret that militaries around the world have used sporting events as an opportunity to show off their military strength, including their weather modification abilities.

For example China operates the world's largest weather modification program (that we know of), operation Sky-River, which uses cloud seeding techniques that involve dispersing substances like silver iodide via aircraft, rockets, or ground-based generators to enhance precipitation, reduce pollution, or clear skies for major events.

This capability was prominently showcased during the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, where the Beijing Weather Modification Office successfully deployed over 1,000 silver iodide rockets and aircraft to intercept and dissipate rain clouds, ensuring dry conditions for the opening ceremony in the Bird's Nest stadium.

In the case of President Trump and what we are seeing at UFC America 250, we need a brief history lesson.

Almost all of modern electrical technology can derive its creation from one man. That man is non-other than Nikola Tesla, who was responsible for the creation of Alternating Current (AC) Power System which includes generators, transformers, and transmission methods, which enables efficient long-distance electricity distribution. Tesla is also responsible for the creation of the AC Induction Motor, Tesla Coil, Radio and Wireless Communication, and the Remote Control.

“Tesla’s dream was to not only revolutionize telecommunications by creating a system for relaying information wirelessly, but also to create a viable method for transferring power currents around the globe by capturing the Earth’s natural energy. Tesla saw that the world around us is brimming with ‘free’ energy, and was adamant about finding a way to harness it for the betterment of humanity.”

Following his death on January 7th, 1943 the U.S. government’s Office of Alien Property immediately seized all of Tesla’s papers, notes, equipment, and belongings. This was allegedly done due to wartime security concerns, as Tesla had worked on concepts like a “death ray” (particle beam weapon) and the U.S. feared his ideas might be useful to enemies.

The materials were reviewed by John G. Trump, the longest serving professor in MIT history in electrical engineering. John was the uncle of our current President John Donald Trump.

John Trump later alleged that Tesla’s later work was mostly speculative and contained no new, practical, or militarily valuable technologies:

Dr. John G. Trump, an electrical engineer with the National Defense Research Committee of the Office of Scientific Research and Development, was called in to analyze the Tesla papers in OAP custody. Following a three-day investigation, Dr. Trump concluded: “His [Tesla’s] thoughts and efforts during at least the past 15 years were primarily of a speculative, philosophical, and somewhat promotional character often concerned with the production and wireless transmission of power; but did not include new, sound, workable principles or methods for realizing such results.”

That seems highly unlikely as it appears Tesla’s work has been greatly expanded upon since and that his work is being used for weaponization and militarization.

HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is the pilot project for large scale Ionospheric heaters and is in Gakona, Alaska, which official sources say is designed to ‘study’ the ionosphere by transmitting high-power radio waves to heat regions of it. Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) conceptualized and tested wireless energy transmission which is ultimately how HAARP was created.

Bernard Eastlund's 1980s patents built on Tesla's concepts, proposed powerful ionospheric modification for communications, surveillance, and other effects, which fed into HAARP's design.

Based on what I am claiming, how would our military have put on some kind of display yesterday evening?

Ionized Plasma from smaller scaled EMF technologies.

First, jet- emplaced aerosolized chemicals are sprayed into the atmosphere and then electromagnetic technologies are used to “charge” or “jump” the atmosphere like a giant battery, causing changes in temperature and ionization of the particles in the atmosphere.

Ionization is the process where neutral atoms or molecules gain or lose one or more electrons, turning them into electrically charged particles called ions. In the atmosphere, this happens when enough energy (from sunlight, cosmic rays, lightning, or artificial sources) knocks electrons free from air molecules. The result is a plasma-like mix of free electrons, positive ions, and neutral particles that can conduct electricity and interact strongly with electromagnetic fields.

Ionized plasma is a distinct state of matter made of highly energetic, electrically charged particles. It is created by heating a gas or subjecting it to strong electromagnetic fields, which strips electrons from their atoms to form a mix of free-floating electrons and positive ions.

The US department of energy writes on their website:

• plasma can conduct electricity.

• One type of lightning – ball lightning – is plasma.

• The aurora borealis is also caused by plasma.

Jokes aside, it is highly unlikely that HAARP, which sits thousands of miles away in Alaska, was used to manipulate the aether over DC and if this was actually happening that it likely came from a frequency somewhere nearby and local to the DC area.

Another thought I had was is it possible there is some kind of weather warfare happening internally between President Trump and company and some other forces at play? It’s entirely possible. It’s also possible this weather was totally natural and normal too… right?

In an essay by OGA co-founder and environmental publisher, Ian Baldwin explains the challenge of many activists throughout the geoengineering resistance movement: overcoming disinformation actors.

That being said, there is a very big difference between “disinformation” and “misinformation,” and I believe it is important that we draw this line.

A disinformation actor’s job is to be antagonistic, rude, and act as down right bullies towards concerned citizens observing geoengineering’s measurable environmental consequences in their homes, workplaces, and communities.

It is also not okay to put words in others mouths and misrepresent claims they have or have not made.

This kind of behavior is all too common amongst disinformation actors and should not be tolerated amongst any people acting in good faith and trust.

Let us quickly define the differences between ‘misinformation,’ and ‘disinformation:’

Misinformation:

• Definition: False, inaccurate, or misleading information that is shared without the deliberate intention to deceive.

• Who spreads it? Usually ordinary people, journalists, or organizations who believe the information is true (or at least don’t realize it’s false) and pass it along.

• Common causes: Honest mistakes, rumors, outdated data, misunderstandings, poor fact-checking, or AI.

Disinformation

• Definition: False or misleading information that is deliberately created and spread with the intention to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm.

• Who spreads it? Governments, political and intelligence operatives, scammers, propagandists, or coordinated campaigns who know the information is false.

• Common goals: Influence elections, sow discord amongst people acting in good faith, damage reputations, promote a false agenda, or create confusion.

Increasingly it’s worth pointing out that disinformation is propagated by AI sources.

Baldwin’s essay chronicles the experience had by an investigative journalist and his book “Chemtrails Confirmed.”

In late 1998, Environmental News Service (ENS) managing editor Jim Crabtree assigned veteran reporter and former fighter and commercial pilot William “Will” Thomas to investigate citizen reports of unusual, persistent contrails from military-style aircraft that spread into hazy overcasts and were linked to health complaints.

Thomas, who had covered the Gulf War’s environmental impacts, interviewed hundreds of people across North America.

His two ENS articles were published in January 1999 and were titled: “Contrails Mystify, Sicken Americans” and “Mystery Contrails May Be Modifying the Weather.”

These articles detailed eyewitness accounts of grid patterns, X’s, and parallel trails from unmarked planes (often identified as KC-135 tankers), along with claims of illness and possible weather modification.

These stories, amplified by Thomas’s appearances on Art Bell’s Coast to Coast AM radio show, helped spark widespread public awareness and what Baldwin calls in his essay the origins of the geoengineering “resistance” movement.

Thomas never used the phrase “chemtrails” in either of his essays but he did use the phrase “mystery contrails.” As explained by Baldwin in his essays, during those “Coast-to-Coast” appearances, Thomas used the USAF Academy’s textbook term “chemtrails” before national audiences

“The sotto voce term ‘chemtrails’ was suddenly converted into a word that roared. In retrospect, Thomas’s ENS reports and appearances on a nationally syndicated radio show with 15,000,000 listeners gave birth to the anti-geoengineering or chemtrails-protest movement in North America. ‘Movement’ is somewhat of a misnomer, as it suggests a coherent effort organized around specific mutually-agreed-on goals that unify diversely inspired-and-led interests. I prefer to use the more passive but still formidable term ‘resistance.’”

Baldwin continues writing:

“The anti-geoengineering movement, or resistance, remains as ghettoized now as it was 19 years ago, in 1999. Unsurprisingly. Disinformation plays a vital role in harnessing the threat of an organized movement capable of challenging the established order of conducting business, whether commercial or military, legal or illegal, overt or covert—as in the case of military geoengineering. Disinformation actors are rife around and inside the anti-chemtrail/anti-geoengineering cyber neighborhoods of the vast free-information Internet. Wittingly and often unwittingly (in particular, scientists and environmentalists) they stir ‘conspiracy theory’ pots wherever and whenever they can, to make sure the various voices struggling to expose the criminality of powerful actors remain delegitimated. Ghettoized. Marginalized.”

Baldwin also explains that Jay Reynolds, described as an Arkansas engineer and early skeptic, quickly emerged to challenge the reports made by Thomas :

Yes that’s correct.

As far as we can tell, one of the originators of the term “chemtrail” is in fact none-other than the United States Air Force.

“Neither of Thomas’ first two contrail articles used the word ‘chemtrails.’ That term, as we have seen, was invented and first used in fall 1990 by the US Air Force Academy on the cover of its introductory ‘Chemistry 131’ textbook for freshmen.”

We hope you will take the opportunity to read Baldwin’s essay as well as this “Chemistry 131” textbook. It is all too clear to us here at OGA that the phrase “chemtrails” is very much a weaponized term—similar to the phrase “conspiracy theory” or “conspiracy theorist,” and is quite literally meant to discredit any one who is asking questions… and we are asking many!

“We’re being poisoned and we’re being cooked.”

In a fascinating conversation with Steven E. Greer, MD, and Mark Whitseide, MD, Whiteside outlined some of his ideas on what is happening in our skies, how it effects all of life on earth, and what we can do about it.

Whiteside makes the case that so much of the ‘mainstream’ conversation on geoengieering is shrouded in disinformation claiming that the chemicals showing up in our soils and the ‘clouds’ showing up in our skies are just byproducts from commercial air traffic from what’s already in the jet fuel…

In collaboration with nuclear geochemist, J. Marvin Herndon, PhD., White side and Herndon have made the case in now 40+ peer-reviewed articles that directly oppose this ‘jet fuel’ narrative.

Together, Herndon and Whiteside have said that while this phrase has been weaponized, ‘chemtrails’ are real, and are composed of poisonous coal fly ash: the same toxic byproduct complected by the smokestacks of coal-burning power plants and then pout into sludge ponds. They have also made the case that this is happening ON PURPOSE with the intent to weaponize and control the weather, AND is absolutely not byproduct of some accidental jet exhaust phenomena.

They have also made the case that the toxic chemicals in the coal fly ash are devastating to the water and land. Insects and fish populations are at record lows. Chemtrails have also destroyed the ozone layer allowing UVB and UVC to reach ground level. That is also killing the tress and bugs.

In the interview, Whiteside shares some of his solutions which includes advocating Governors and leaders from specific states that would be willing to initiate action. This might include a state like Florida shutting down NEXRADS for 30 days and observing how the weather is impacted; and having a state (like Florida) sue in a federal court to halt geoengineering activity over said state.

In our view here at OGA, it seems like Florida surgeon general Dr. Joe Ladapo and Governor Ron DeSantis have a clue and some backbone.

Some other important topics mentioned:

• Howard Lutnick is ‘in charge’ of chemtrails because NOAA falls under his Department of Commerce. Apparently Lutnick was involved in the cutting of funding of NOAA into atmospheric research.

• HHS Sec. Kennedy is doing nothing about it. Governors will have to step in. It's worth noting that Greer defended HHS Sec. Kennedy because in his view it was very likely that RFK Jr. is trying to keep his job and that he is better in his position than not.
