3. how to build the delusional self belief.

your self belief most likely won't be crazy strong from the start.

that's why you need to build it up.

you need to notice every single win and stack them up.

your mind stores these wins as the proof of your identity.

so if you stack up enough of the wins.

what happens is, your mind eventually starts believing you're the winner.

4. protecting your belief.

now this is the essential part everyone needs to understand.

the closest people to you will often be the ones that hurt your beliefs the most.

to lower your expectations.

but you already know, that's not how you win.

why?

and it's approximately 31 days long.

the change of your identity and personality takes 31 days.

it will be pain.

the old identity fighting with everything it has to pull you back.

but you cannot succumb.

you have to push through.

that's the only way to change.
