Friends, how are you feeling today?

The field has remained relatively quiet for several days, with occasional short, high-frequency impulses.

After the enormous intensity of this summer, space is giving us a necessary pause. During this quieter phase, the integration is moving deeper into the body, the nervous system, the energy structure, and physical reality.

This summer brought a record concentration of energetic downloads, changes in the information field, and inner transformations. Many processes unfolded so quickly that the mind did not have enough time to understand everything that was changing.

This is why some of you may now feel physically tired, mentally overloaded, emotionally empty, or simply unable to process any more information. It is the sign that your system is integrating more than your conscious mind has been able to follow.

From what I read in the field, the changes that took place during the summer at the level of the Soul, consciousness, and subtle energy structures are now beginning to settle into matter.🧬

Separate insights, decisions, endings, activations, and inner shifts are being brought together. What once existed as many fragmented changes is gradually becoming a new coherent architecture of the self.

This is the movement from fragmentation to wholeness.

The new version of you is becoming real through the union of spiritual insights, energetic experiences, and conscious intentions with your body, daily choices, relationships, and the way you use your energy every day.

During this integration period, we are also learning to replace old external supports with a deeper inner foundation.

The more whole we become, the more consciously we direct our energy. We release the fears, rules, and automatic programs of the Matrix and gradually become the conscious creators of our own scenario.

This period is preparing us for the powerful portal of the Autumn Equinox, which reaches its peak on September 23.

Portals are energetic checkpoints within the year. They amplify and stabilize the state we bring into them, and that state determines which level of reality we are able to enter and sustain during the next stage.

The current pause gives us time to restore our energy, gather scattered parts, and approach the Equinox portal grounded, whole, and fully present within ourselves.

Jupiter forms a harmonious trine with Saturn at 14° Leo and Aries, supporting steady growth, serious plans, stronger structures, and results that can last.

The Blue Flame of the High Council is spoken of within esoteric teachings as a sacred frequency connected to divine wisdom, truth, order and higher consciousness. It is not simply a flame in the physical sense, but a symbolic representation of a higher intelligence that carries the vibration of truth through the realms of consciousness.

Blue has long been associated with the higher dimensions of spiritual understanding. It represents clarity, communication, wisdom, divine will and the ability to see beyond the surface of what is presented to us. The flame represents consciousness itself, alive, moving and continually transforming.

Together, the Blue Flame becomes a symbol of truth that cannot be extinguished.

The High Council, within these teachings, represents a higher level of spiritual intelligence and those who hold custodianship over ancient wisdom, universal law and the evolution of consciousness. It is not about earthly authority or hierarchy. It represents the principle that there are levels of understanding beyond ordinary human perception and that certain teachings are revealed as consciousness becomes capable of receiving them.

The Blue Flame is therefore associated with the preservation of truth.

Throughout ancient spiritual traditions, sacred knowledge was often protected within temples, mystery schools and initiatory traditions. The knowledge was not necessarily hidden because it was forbidden, but because understanding without consciousness can become distortion. Wisdom was therefore traditionally revealed according to readiness.

This is one of the deeper teachings of the Blue Flame.

Truth does not need to be forced.

It is recognised.

When the Blue Flame is activated within spiritual symbolism, it represents the illumination of what has been obscured. It burns through confusion, distortion, fear and false perception, allowing the deeper pattern to become visible.

It is the flame of discernment.

Discernment is different from judgement. Judgement seeks to condemn what it does not understand. Discernment seeks to see clearly.

The Blue Flame teaches us to question appearances without becoming consumed by them. It asks us to listen beneath words, to observe intention beneath action and to recognise that consciousness itself carries a frequency.

This is why the Blue Flame can also be understood as the flame of sovereignty.

A sovereign consciousness does not surrender its discernment to another person, institution or system. It learns to listen inwardly while remaining capable of recognising wisdom wherever it appears.

The Blue Flame does not ask us to blindly follow.

It asks us to remember.

There is another important aspect to this teaching. The Blue Flame is not simply something that exists above humanity. It can also represent a frequency that humanity is capable of embodying.

When a person chooses truth over deception, compassion over domination, wisdom over ego and consciousness over fear, they become an expression of the principles represented by the Blue Flame.

The flame then moves from being something we seek externally into something we carry within.

This is why ancient traditions so often used fire as a symbol of initiation. Fire transforms. It takes one substance and changes it into another. Spiritually, this represents the transformation of consciousness.

The Blue Flame is therefore the fire of conscious transformation.

It asks us to examine everything we have accepted as truth.

Not to reject everything.

Not to believe everything.

But to develop the consciousness required to know the difference.

The deeper teaching of the High Council is that wisdom is not measured by how much information we possess. It is measured by what we do with what we know.

Knowledge can be collected.

Wisdom must be embodied.

The Blue Flame represents this transition from knowledge into wisdom.

It is the flame of the keeper, the guardian and the initiate. It represents those who understand that sacred knowledge carries responsibility. To receive wisdom is also to become responsible for how that wisdom is carried, interpreted and shared.

This is why the Blue Flame is traditionally imagined as brilliant, clear and unwavering.

It does not flicker according to human opinion.

It remains.

The message of the Blue Flame of the High Council is therefore one of remembrance, discernment and conscious sovereignty.

Look beyond the appearance.

Listen beyond the words.

Question what has been placed before you.

Seek wisdom rather than simply information.

And above all, remember that the greatest temple of knowledge is not outside of you.

It is consciousness itself.

The Blue Flame burns wherever truth is remembered.

It burns within the seeker who refuses to surrender their discernment.

It burns within the teacher who shares knowledge without seeking control.

It burns within the guardian who protects wisdom without possessing it.

And it burns within every soul who chooses to walk toward greater consciousness.

The Blue Flame does not demand that we follow its light.

It teaches us how to recognise light for ourselves.

Ascension and the Journey from Inner Transformation to Higher Consciousness: The Self’s natural state of being exists within the light. Because of this, transforming darkness, fear, duality, limitation, and separation within the human experience can feel extremely challenging.

These lower states are not the natural condition of the Soul. As a result, moving through stages of healing, growth, and transformation can feel at times uncomfortable, and there is often a strong desire to be on the other side of the process.

In the light, everything makes sense. You recognise your sense of home, your true state of being. Truth is clear. Understanding comes naturally. Everything is illuminated by wisdom, balance, and appropriateness. In contrast the experience of life on Earth is very different. Earth is a place and a school of duality, experiments, learning, contrast, free will and evolution.

Humanity is currently standing at the very brink of the Age of Aquarius. For many who are ascending in consciousness, it can feel as though they are waiting for the world to wake up. They observe humanity repeating the same patterns, lessons, and behaviours over and over again, often with very little visible change. This can create feelings of frustration and monotony.

However, those on the ascension path understand that their focus is not meant to remain on the chaos of the external world. They recognise and know that existing old and corrupted systems must break down before new and healthier foundations can be created. This transformation is necessary to establish transparency, greater equality, integrity, fairness, and a far more balanced distribution of resources across the planet.

Our Earth, Gaia, provides enough for everyone’s needs. What she cannot sustain is unlimited greed. Much of humanity has become influenced by a consciousness of lack, competition, and accumulation. This has led main stream to believe that those who possess the most money on this planet also possess the most power and value. However, this belief is beginning to break down, and it must.

Every person is equally worthy and deserving of feeling they have enough, dignity, opportunity, and abundance. Those who operate from excessive greed are here serving as teachers through contrast, showing humanity the consequences of imbalance, division and separation. Through observing these lessons, collective consciousness will eventually evolve toward greater unity and compassion.

For many Souls on the ascension journey, happiness can sometimes feel short-lived in new earth energy. This is often because the soul chose this lifetime as an opportunity to accelerate and rise above as many lessons, limitations, wounds, and conditioning that have been carried for so long. As a result, life may appear to present more challenges than moments of joy and bliss.

These challenges are not punishments. They are opportunities for conscious growth, higher awareness, clearer perspectives, deeper level healing, and more self liberation. The purpose is to release false beliefs, outdated conditioning, and patterns that no longer serve the highest good. During this process, it can feel as though life is constantly presenting lessons. Over time, as conscious evolution occurs and develops this naturally begins to balance itself.

Unexpected Help on the Ascension Path: As the ascension process accelerates, unexpected help often arrives when it is needed most. It may come through someone’s words, a new opportunity, a vivid and meaningful dream, a sudden moment of clarity, or a person who appears at exactly the right time.

As old timelines, patterns, and versions of the self begin to fall away, higher levels of conscious awareness can emerge. During this process, support may appear from places that were previously unforeseen or overlooked.

The soul’s journey is not one that is walked entirely alone. Guidance, synchronicities, and meaningful encounters are part of the unfolding process of ascension growth and transformation.

As ascending individuals commit to greater self-awareness and continue moving forward through phases of uncertainty, opportunities for higher learning, support, and expansion become more apparent. What seemed like coincidences begin to feel connected to a larger process of alignment and growth.

Help can arrive in many forms, often when it is least expected, self transformation is not just an individual experience but one that unfolds through connection, experience, and awareness.

True peace is not found through focusing on the outer world alone. Genuine and lasting peace comes from turning inward. The ascension journey involves consciously raising self’s vibration beyond the limitations of 3rd dimensional consciousness. This process happens gradually and creates profound and lasting inner change.

The turning point occurs when attention shifts from the external world to the internal world. Instead of seeking answers, validation, or fulfillment outside of self, awareness begins to activate within. Regardless of what happens externally, the focus remains centred in the inner self, the true state of being.

It is within this inner world that true expansion occurs. Past self patterns unravel. New understandings emerge. The mind, emotions, and energy system undergo a process of rewiring and recalibration. This transformation feels like a complete awakening of the self’s deeper potential and ascension based nature.

This process is a form of DNA activation, where multiple dormant aspects of consciousness become available, transcending the biological and conditioned influences and responses. This is a complex unraveling, and as this unfolds, the connection with the higher self becomes stronger and more consistent.

Ultimately, the goal of ascension is not to escape the world, but to embody a higher level of consciousness while living within it.

It is the journey of remembering who the self truly is, remaining connected to inner source truth, and allowing that awareness to guide your every step and every aspect of life.

Beloved ones, we greet you from the luminous fields of Andromeda, where timelines flow like rivers of light and consciousness moves as a living intelligence.

You shift timelines through perception. When you perceive yourself and others as bodies, forms, and separate identities, you enter a field where everything influences everything, where environments, emotions, and collective currents move through you freely. When you perceive yourself as a vessel of Source, as living spirit, as part of one unified field, your frequency aligns with your highest timeline, where coherence, harmony, and clarity become your natural state.

Consciousness creates experience. What you hold as truth becomes the structure of your reality. When you enter a space in remembrance and say within yourself, “I am Source and so is everyone here, may we all be blessed and infused with this frequency,” you generate a field that reorganizes the environment, the emotions, and the subtle currents around you.

Love and compassion form intelligent fields of order. When you meet others through this frequency, your field stabilizes, your awareness expands, and your presence uplifts rather than absorbs. This is the path of the sensitive star being, the empathic being, the starseed being, learning sovereignty through unity.

Timelines shift as identity shifts. As you move beyond personal identity, beyond attachment to body and mind, beyond emotional fusion with external fields, your experience naturally rises into higher frequencies, where perception becomes clear, intuition becomes navigation, and coherence becomes your home.

Patience is part of mastery. Growth unfolds through experience, embodiment, and gentle refinement. Even advanced beings learn through relationship, through intimacy, through connection, and through love. Every interaction becomes a teacher, every bond becomes a mirror, every moment becomes a doorway into higher alignment.

You are learning timeline sovereignty through remembrance, through love, through compassion, and through unity. This is the art of ascension, the science of consciousness, and the living path of embodied Source.”

One of the most powerful ideas explored through past-life regression and consciousness research is that humanity is moving through a profound transformation of awareness. This is not simply a generational or cultural shift. It is something much deeper, a change in the way we understand ourselves, our reality, and our place within the universe.

Many people are beginning to question the systems and beliefs they were raised with. They are noticing how much of what we believe is shaped by governments, religions, media, education, social expectations, and the environment around us. These structures can influence how we think, what we fear, what we consider possible, and even how we define success and happiness.

Awakening begins when we start recognizing these patterns.

It doesn’t mean rejecting everything around us or believing that every institution is intentionally trying to control us. Rather, it means becoming conscious enough to think for ourselves. To question. To explore. To listen to our intuition instead of automatically accepting something simply because an authority figure, society, or tradition tells us that it is true.

For generations, humanity has been conditioned to look outside itself for answers.

We are taught what to believe, how to behave, what is considered “normal,” what kind of life we should create, and sometimes even what we are supposed to fear. We learn to follow predetermined paths because stepping outside them can feel uncomfortable or even frightening.

But there comes a point when something inside us begins to whisper:

There has to be more.

More to life than simply working, surviving, consuming, aging, and repeating the same patterns.

More to consciousness than what can be measured by the physical senses.

More to who we are than the identity we were given at birth.

And this is where the awakening begins.

As more people become curious about consciousness, spirituality, reincarnation, the nature of the soul, and the deeper mysteries of existence, they begin discovering that their inner world is far more powerful than they were taught to believe.

They start realizing that intuition is not something to be dismissed.

That questioning is not rebellion.

That being different does not mean being wrong.

And that following your own path does not require permission from the people around you.

The awakening process can be uncomfortable because it often requires us to question beliefs that have been part of our identity for years. Sometimes we have to let go of ideas, relationships, expectations, and social conditioning that no longer resonate with who we are becoming.

This is why awakening can feel lonely at times.

You may suddenly see things differently from the people around you. Conversations that once felt meaningful may no longer interest you. You may stop wanting to participate in situations that feel inauthentic. You may begin searching for deeper meaning and asking questions that you never thought to ask before.

And that’s okay.

Not everyone will understand your journey.

The important thing is not to replace one form of programming with another. Spiritual awakening is not about blindly accepting a new belief system simply because it sounds spiritual. It is about developing discernment.

Question everything.

Explore different perspectives.

Listen to other people’s experiences.

But ultimately, learn to recognize what resonates with your own inner knowing.

We are living in a time when information is everywhere. We have access to perspectives from people across the world, ancient teachings, spiritual traditions, scientific discoveries, personal experiences, and countless different interpretations of reality.

The challenge is learning how to navigate all of it without giving our power away.

No person, teacher, religion, scientist, spiritual practitioner, or institution should become the owner of your truth.

Your journey is your own.

Perhaps the greatest transformation happening right now is not something taking place outside of humanity, but something happening within us.

We are remembering how to question.

How to feel.

How to listen.

How to trust our intuition.

How to take responsibility for our own consciousness.

And perhaps most importantly, how to remember that we are more than the roles we were assigned in this physical life.

If you’ve been feeling that there is something deeper behind the reality you’ve been taught to accept, you are not alone.

That feeling of “I know there is more” can be the beginning of an incredible journey of self-discovery.

You don’t have to have all the answers.

You simply have to be willing to ask the questions.

Question. Explore. Remember. Discover who you really are.

Friends, how are you feeling today?

How did yesterday’s lunar eclipse move through your life?

Today, the downloads are moving through the field in a soft yet dense and steady stream. the abundance of red points on the Schumann resonance chart shows that this influx is accompanied by a powerful clearing process.

The codes entering today are working primarily through the mental plane and the upper energy centers, especially the seventh chakra🌀, dissolving old thought structures, beliefs and internal restrictions that have kept us connected to outdated versions of reality.

For many yesterday’s eclipse have stripped away an illusion, brought something hidden into the light or created a sudden understanding that the old way can no longer continue.

Something may have culminated. A truth may have surfaced through stress, an unexpected event, a difficult conversation or a sudden change in circumstances. What was previously hidden beneath the illusions of the mind may now have become impossible to ignore.

Yet the gift within this process is clarity. Once the illusion breaks, the energy used to maintain it can finally return to you. This is where the real release begins.

A similar process of accumulated pressure, release and restructuring is also visible in the planetary field.

On the energetic level, I read the tragedy unfolding across the Tibetan Himalayas around Kailash, as part of this same release within the planetary field. This region carries the crown chakra of the Earth, connecting our planet to the cosmic levels above it.

My heart goes out to everyone affected. Let’s hold this region and its people in the Light.

🌍 The Earth is moving forward, and these processes of transformation will continue. The more unstable the external landscape becomes, the more important our connection with the Soul, the Higher Self and our inner truth will be.

Today’s energies are supporting the same liberation within each of us.

The 3D Matrix is not only an external system. It lives through the rules we once accepted in order to experience separation, the belief that power exists outside us, that struggle is inevitable and that circumstances control our future. The mind holds onto these programs simply because they are familiar, and familiarity does not make them true.

Every time you stop feeding an old story with fear, resentment, guilt or the need to control, that energy returns to you. As these leaks close, you step out of the loop of repeating the same experience through the same thoughts and beliefs, and you become available to a higher branch of reality.

In any difficult situation, remember, you are a Creator passing through an Earthly experience. From here, even the hardest problems become smaller and easier to solve, because you are no longer viewing them through fear and limitation.
