European settlers did not ask for permission to settle in Native American land. They did not fill out documents or wait for approval. Native Americans did not deport anyone. Instead, the hosts were slaughtered by the guests; they were slaughtered to the point that the now remaining number is but a small percentage of its original size.

People from southern lands in this same Hemisphere, and whose ancestors had freely crossed any types of geographic borders, did not even qualify as “immigrants.” They just roamed God’s land to the north in search of a better life for themselves and, for the most part, lived in a fair laissez-faire relationship with Native Americans.

The ancestors of most Black Americans were forced to come to the New World, and few, if any, could be said to have experienced a freedom which the European settlers felt. European settlers were freed from the chains of a restrictive religious demand and a monarchy based on power and material wealth. But then they had the gall to impose it on the African slaves they bought.

But with these European settlers with families and dreams came criminals, murderers, people filled with rage and anger towards any established social order. These genes have probably been passed on down to a wide number of descendants; however, this cannot be said for all Europeans.

Thus it is perplexing, to say the least, that the current president, of Scottish-Bavarian-German descent, could accuse people whose descendants have traversed the western hemisphere freely of coming with that determination; of coming with nefarious reasons in mind, when their reasons for crossing borders are the same as those who crossed a big wide ocean to escape the very same problems they faced in their homeland.

Native Americans never put their children in cages; they never sent them to faraway lands as a way of deterring future crossings. Sending people to other countries as a deterrent shows us that the perpetrators do not understand what their descendants and current immigrants motivates them to cross over and over again. These powers that be are entrenched in their ways, unwilling to accept that crime is just as rampant, or worse, in their own environment and from the very people they trust, as those who come to seek a better life for their families, their children, and themselves.

We have come full circle. We have a quasi-authoritarian government run by people who have an abundant amount of material ownership, earned or inherited, and whose only method of protecting their material wealth is to blame “others” especially those people their believers are not familiar with, for future crimes or making an issue of a minority within minorities; people who have indeed done crimes; a number far smaller than the crimes committed by their own friends and neighbors.

Time and time again we see, or read or hear about those holier-than-thou people in power warning us or blaming others for the various crimes they themselves have performed: We are warned about fraud when statistics indicate their own group is guilty of such; to beware of “sexual predators and abusers, when you find them in their own churches and political parties; of lawbreaking immigrants when they theselves have blatanlty broken even constitutionally mandated laws.

The English people who lived from Henry VIII through Mary Antoinette became angry and tired of their crimes and abuses, and they rebelled against them. Such are the trappings of the current administration, where they so plainly and blatantly break constitutional mandates and treat it as if it were part of the benefits of being in power.

The families of those in power believe they are entitled and therefore not really breaking any law. Sadly, American Democracy gives the current monarch an out: HE CAN PARDON EVIL DOERS AND LAWBREAKERS TO HIS HEART’S CONTENT. Thus, as long as some immigrants and minorities can be vilified, and whose infractions can be used as reasons for ‘cleaning house,’ the monarchs can maintain power.

The balance of power is incrementally growing in favor of the American public. There is no social value and of benefit to the American public when moneys which can help the poor, the elderly, and the disabled is used to give to those who least need it and who, for the most part pay little if any taxes; There is no benefit to sending citizens to fight overseas and die for a war, when the protocols are not engaged or permission is not garnered from the other parties legally engaged to make decisions about going to war,

The 21st century of “LET THEM EAT CAKE!” is becoming resoundingly clear to those who have been hurt by the current monarchy: the poor who lost the food and medical assistance, those who put faith in the monarchy’s promises, only to see those promises were never kept; those who lost relatives in untreated pandemics, rising cost of medical services; those who are no longer allowed to see their faith and religion on the same level plane as that which the monarchy favors; those children who can no longer study both sides of an issue so that they can make informed decisions and those who still believe that there is an American dream, and who still face all kind of hurdles - possibly fatal - to pursue it.

Those who ignore the past are determined to repeat it. The American people see this and know there is an out. The present monarchy has not read it yet and does not know of their outcome.

But we do.

Our refusal to evolve into individuals who refuse to accept our limitations as humans can become our undoing.

The initial use of AI will be the elimination of jobs, but it has been an ongoing issue, even before the Industrial Revolution. While there were ongoing periods of class stratification because of people making money through change, there were a substantial number of people losing jobs. This in and of itself provided the impetus for some -or many- to invent, innovate, and begin businesses related to this evolution of industry. The widespread use of horses created the horseshoe business, which needed the business of extracting iron and other ores, and so on. The evolution of the electronics age created additional businesses, just like coding and chip manufacturing are tremendously large markets… and now data centers and the need to store information. People become wise to the needs because the physical needs of these behemoths outpace human needs. In short, these newer businesses need more ofnatural resources than they need humans, because AI is taking over the jobs. At the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, there were plenty of resources that could handle the growing global population. We are at a tipping point where natural resources will not be able to handle both the evolution and growth of mankind and business. By the same token, the accumulation of wealth will dramatically shift to the haves at the expense of the soon-to-be unemployed. Elon Musk’s current net worth is the most crucial example of this path.

We must therefore take a good, hard look at where we as humans are heading. We ignore the crimes in this nation, the many sins and abuses of the law by those we trust, and despite the contradictions to our faith, we still follow their every step. Many do it willingly; still others do it blindly. How does this tie in with AI?

We are allowing the evolution of machines that will respond to whichever code is implanted in them. Like Lois Lane wondered about Superman when he picked her up in midair: “Who is holding you?”

Artificial intelligence could evolve to a point where its routines and subroutines could make it act perfectly or imperfectly, not by choice but by design. Which is why we must evolve to a point where we become actors in a world where we will do, not what is perfect, but what is right. Because AI will always act perfectly within its design.

If the evolution of AI takes over many jobs and Data Centers will not need many human maintenance, then we must take care of this population because in a world that might not have the resources to maintain humans and machines, the income derived from the business leaders and their businesses must be distributed to the point that the unemployed are cared for. Nazi gas camps are not an option. Health care and minimum income for all must be entered into the equation. A good government must recognize this without the intervention of the business community. Thusly, Citizens v. United will be one of the many rules to be eliminated.

Assuming the elected officials keep to their oath of office, long-term processes in the AI enterprise must be strictly limited. Ray Kurzweil has been warning us about the singularity, and we must listen (Those who do not know what this means are strongly urged to read his books regarding the intersection of technology and the human mind).

To avoid getting handled, ordered, and judged by artificial minds, we must first prepare ourselves by electing candidates regardless of political parties, who adhere to the rule of the US Constitution as it refers to individual freedoms, acceptance of faiths, and acknowledgement of personal differences without regard to race, gender, personal partnership preferences, or country of origin: individuals who adhere to the rule of law, and not one who blindly adheres to the rule of ONE. We must adhere to this calling and accept that the loyalty of those who serve us is to the US Constitution and what it stands for, and not to a less-than-perfect individual who is incapable of accepting his limitations. History has given us Genghis Khan, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Adolf Hitler, Napoleon Bonaparte, Osama Bin Laden, and current ones who believe they are correct and perfect, incapable of being wrong, AND DESTRUCTIVE.

Likewise, we do not have to adhere to the perfection of AI, whose allegiance is to whatever is coded into it. We need to be true to our limitations and accepting of our differences. People will stray, but the law must be true to its outcome, whether the person is guilty or not, and not because some paranoid person insists that a crime has been committed regardless of the lack of evidence. One person cannot have that much power because that person or their believers will code AI in their likeness to the detriment not only of democracy but of the human race.

We have been warned.

But you never hear them say their money comes from a substantial majority of American consumers…. most of it. So it is obvious that the tax structure needs to be a more equitable system of payments. Perhaps the IRS is doing it all wrong, purposely, I assume.. The main premise is who is generating the profits for the rich corporations and billionaires: THE AMERICAN CONSUMER.

I propose separate tiers for Americans and for businesses. After all, most of the gazillionaires hide their fortunes behind carry forwards and future expenses and a lot of pencil engineering. So, maybe we need to look at the following:

1. Keep the current tables applicable based on NET INCOME through $250,000;

2. Have a separate table based on GROSS INCOME through &1,000,000.

3. Have a third table based on NET ASSET VALUE of ownership through $5,000,000

4. Have a final table based on gross corporate asset value over &5,000,000.

This will keep the Bezos and the Musks from hiding money in hidden corporate laws so they pay $700 bucks while the hardworking mom and pop pay over $1,000 bucks, when we are sure and certain they are worth billions of dollars. Otherwise, how can Bezos spend $24,000,000 on his wedding in Italy and say he is responsible for a measly number of dollars in tax payments? How can they own properties and islands all over the world and claim 0 taxes?

REMEMBER: they make money off the American consumers. If the consumers stop buying, they pay less taxes….just like the average American. With the advent of AI, their greedy selves have already laid off thousands of workers to make more money. This necessitates changes.

Trump’s blatant power grab is done for a variety of reasons, but mostly to keep him from being investigated. To that end, he will use the underlying racist subconscious of the party adherents to achieve his objectives:

1. The president encouraged a mid-decade change of congressional maps;

2. His interests are not the same as the rest of the Republicans;

3. He is a convicted felon and is just trying to avoid paying judicially for his crimes;

4. They will dilute the minority votes which are historically Democrat votes by spreading them in majority white Republican districts;

5. He will keep on blatantly giving government contracts to his sons business interests and to buddies;

6. He will blatantly give tax breaks to those who don’t need it at the expense of the who need it the most. In turn part of this tax breaks will be used as contributions to Republican PACs and Republican candidates, so its really not coming from their pockets;

7. The deficit will grow, bankrupting the economy, causing the US to become more dependent on loans from other countries;

8. The statute of limitations will end, thereby skirting from facing many of his crimes. He does not care whether he leaves the country in shambles.

Just like in his first administration in which he mishandled the advent of COVID19, spending time blaming someone else (his M.O. when he screws up) and created a problem for the incoming administration, His current administration is now, like a truly crooked and incompetent business, using someone else’s money (the taxpayers) to pay attorney’s fees for trials which everyone knows will be dead on arrival, attack his enemies, start illegal wars, start up business projects in which he illegally profits from them, and all this without the Republican-run congress raising a finger.

The Republican Party is running itself to the ground and taking the American taxpayers and citizens along with it. History will not be kind to Donald Trump. It will not be kind to the Republican Party.

But moreso, it will not be kind to the once glorious United States of America for knowingly allowing it to be driven to the ground as a third world country.

Unless you refuse to be used. It will not matter whether you are white, black, brown, yellow or red. It will not matter as American citizens where or when your descendants came from. It will not matter if you are Republican, Democrat or Independent. But there is still a chance to make a difference,

On November 2026, think your vote through and stop this in its tracks.

Wealth is not achieved in a vacuum. Given a circumstance where a person has achieved wealth, many remember what it took them to achieve this wealth. Many will understand that in addition to effort and due diligence, the motivation and drive to succeed is fed by the very people who surround them and stood by them. Many don’t - and never will - forget this. They manifest their success by being understanding of the less fortunate. Many will contribute a share of their wealth to social causes and still others will participate in causes that are of benefit to the less fortunate, indirectly inspiring others to follow their paths.

Then you have others whose primary interest is material wealth, no longer becoming a product of the effort, but an ultimate high, an addictive drug which can never be satisfied. In the process, this “drug” becomes dangerous because it turns into a need to feed that high, regardless of the cost, whether its love of family, friends; even if its at the expense of doing something illegal or wrong, just to keep that high.

This leads us to what ails our culture now. It is no longer a drive to achieve, because to those who are trying, the current climate no longer affords the tools or the power to achieve. Prices for tools, food, fuel, and everyday items have become more expensive, and no one feels these changes than those in dire need to succeed, whether its with their family need or business needs. some will succeed but to others, profits are smaller and there is a need to cut resources aka employees or purchases. Younger generations will not have the resources to explore higher education. It is for those whose financial additcion is already so ingrained that these things do not personally affect them because they have built so many layers between them and their employees that it is not a problem. If costs for food and fuel go up 20 to 25%. their economic cushion is such that it does not cause them to worry or lose sleep. For many of them, being born into wealth separates them from the feeling of having to create wealth. It was always there when they are born. it is still there when they are growing up and is theirs when the builders pass away.

It becomes dangerous when it is these very people who decide to run for office and allowed to make everyday decisions for our family and us. They have lost touch with the everyday American. They are now inhabiting the bubble of the financial addicts. They get together, they do deals , they decide which laws to follow, whom to pay to make their decision work for them and what is to their advantage to them or their friends. They have officially renounced the average life of the American but learned the language that will make other “lesser people” believe they have not changed.

They will resort first to changing rules or laws by way of lobbying to change laws, paying off people, or using leverage over others to get their way. Honor is secondary. The plan is to defeat others at whatever cost. If this can be reflected in material or economic gain, this will feed the financial addiction.

Not a single one of them would bat an eye if our food budget which used to cost 15% of our budget, now takes 30%, or gas used to take 35% of our budget now takes 45%, never mind utility mortgage and car payment, or the college loan we are still paying. They’ve never felt the urgency of payments.

For many of these living in this bubble, their lives revolve around “how much is it for me?” rather than “How can I make it better for others?” Still for those who have financial ups and downs, it is easier to get bank loans to cover them. If they fail to pay their loans, loan institutions can either forgive the debt or just carry towards financial losses in their tax forms….and lend them some more money. The loss will be covered by raising fees and interests on the other customers. The average American does not have this “flexibility.”

Trumpstein is the ultimate proof as to why we should never elect gazillionaires who were born with a silve spoon in their mouth and thrived in a bubble totally alien to the average American, to run our government. Few in is economic bubble know or learned what it is to be really compassionate for those that don’t have, or concerned for those trying to make their business better. Their interest is to feed their economic or financial addiction that will never be satisfied. It is not about progress it is about personally NOT losing. They never learned what personal sacrifice means.

This is why taxes always go down for individual billionaires and their personal business interests. It feeds the financial addiction. It does not matter that these tax cuts were used to make it more equitable to the average American; It does not matter that the average American will turn around and spend their money in this very same businesses to better their lot. Making Americans more economically comfortable is not their concern. it is the drive to feed their financial addition. Nothing else matters.

If the one and only way to make money is to tout your name, sell trinkets at far more than it cost to make them, or just plain grifting, then that will be the path. If rules have to be bent or ignored, even if they’re illegal, nothing else matters.

The financial addiction must be fed, even if they have to lie to feed it.

Republicans are praising trump’s paranoid delusion that if Iran is going to attack us, might as well attack them first. 167 little girls are killed in the crossfire and Republicans do not as much as mention this atrocity. But instead sing his praises.

The Department of Justice is run by a cabal of loyalists to a convicted felon who could possibly be a proven pedophile, yet continue to hide the evidence. Justice is not only blind but crying, because it has lost its way and those it trusted, refuse to hold its work to the high standards the Founding Fathers envisioned.

Whatever happened to American exceptionalism?

Why do people keep on electing people from a party with the biggest accumulation of greedy billionaires, racists, grifters and hypocrites? Why is there a motivation to vote for a party that has consistently and over the past 50 years, had an administration which has

1. lowered the taxes on millionaires with the false story that they will invest in America?

2. had higher unemployment rates than Democratic administrations?

3. increased the deficit and made us a debtor nation time and time again?All it takes is for some of those countries who are holding US bonds, decide to cash them in and retire them to create an economic catastrophe;

4. has decreased the social service net for single parents, the disabled, the elderly, poverty-stricken families and children in every one of their administrations?

The American people have become so gullible of Republican ideas, mainly because the wealthy

1. have the money to spend on restructuring laws by coddling people with political power,

2. false advertisement that points the finger at others, sometimes falsely or wrong;

3. making promises that they immediately forget to deliver once they are in power.

It’s a well known fact that when people get hammered by the same false information over and over again, they begin to believe it. This is why there are people who falsely believe that other races are better; people who are led to falsely believe that we are all treated equally; that success is measured in terms of your material possessions, without questioning how one came about acquiring these possessions; why many who became materially wealthy, see this as a way to separate themselves from others who have not had the same luck, the same talents, the same measure of success, the same need to have material possessions. They see this “material wealth” racket as a reason to be different and prevent others to be whom they want to be. All of a sudden they see government - not as a servant of the people - but as a tool to increase their material wealth, without regard to the needs of others.

But GOVERNMENT IS NOT A BUSINESS, BUT AN ADMINISTRATIVE VEHICLE. True, it has to be carefully and judiciously -democratically - administered so that there is no one left behind. Business and government must work hand in hand, but the only way it can work is for the government to provide the opportunity for businesses a healthy and well educated population so that these businesses can thrive. BUT BUSINESS MUST PAY THEIR SHARE. People pay income taxes to benefit all. Businesses and corporations must pay for the government to provide for the heathy, well being and well educated employee. Government can provide for medical services so that people can become proactive in taking care of themselves mentally and physically. Government must provide a choice of academic and vocation education for those wishing to study at least 2 years beyond a high school eduction so that people can choose a field which is more suited for their talents, and not have to worry about an expensive student loan bill. Most people who have past due medical and school bills, left school because of unanticipated, possibly tragic happenings in their families, their environments, and not because they gave up. After all, it is mostly businesses that benefit. They must contribute their fair share.

The desire to do away with the department of education is a response to the paranoid and greedy people in power; the less educated the people, the likelihood they will believe whatever is hammered into their heads. Paranoid and greedy people will never be satisfied. This mindset must change and we must vote for those who have a vision of what is good for us all, for any who recognizes that not all are born with the same health, the same opportunities, the same luck, and for those in their twilight years who never had the ability, the support, the health to better their lives when they could, and not for the few who are forcing democracy to die in favor of a fascist way of administering the government. I am not taking sides. look at the definition of “democracy” and “fascism” and see which one we are being forced to live in today.

We are all made different, but that does not mean we should never be treated equal.

Legislators - Democrat, Republican, Independents - know this.

We all know that legislators are prone to change their minds based on who offers them the most. This is not only material wealth, but who will keep them in power. Sometimes this can be an affront to the average person, but I’d like to believe the there are some politicos who are honest, has some semblance of integrity and really want to do what is right, not for themselves, but for the greater good.

We Americans keep on being dragged through the Einstein drama because we are allowing Trump and his sick sycophants to control the dialogue. And frankly, I am sick of this as are many Americans. There are many tools at our disposal and this can give results or pressure some of his minions to jump ship.

1. Legislators need to bring up a need to amend the Presidential Pardons act to void any act by a president adjudged a convicted felon by a jury of his peers. This will bring out those who are in favor of resolving the many crimes perpetrated by Epstein and his co-conspirators, and those who are against it.

2. Pressure provided by the pro- and con- voter will more than likely force the vote, and many media outlets will not let this issue go away, so the vote will have to be made. Many politicos will retire or will not run for re-election

3. All those Administration individuals who have been acting so brazenly and in total disregard to the rule of law will have probably been promised pardons, so long as Trump is protecting them. We all know he will be abusing this act, so the date used must be prior to the day the rule is passed. January 20, 2024 is a good day.

4. Once the law is passed, we will see many in this decrepit administration will start retiring or quitting

5. DOJ personnel involved will start coming out of the woodwork and all the Epstein files will be delivered to the respective committees dealing with the co-conspirators and financiers of the Epstein empire

6. Subpoenas can start flying out and there will be a lot of birds singing not only about Epstein, but about other illegal activities involved in this administration.

I am banking on the fact that there are many lawyers who will not be willing to let go off their law licenses and will work on deals; that there are more “brave “idiots who suddenly see their ‘get-out-of-jail-free’ card vanished.

But first we need a brave legislator or legislators to introduce this bill to amend the Presidential Pardons act

1. The current administration promised he would be going after undocumented immigrants with criminal backgrounds. HE LIED. They have been on a tear going after all , WITH SCOTUS’ BLESSING based on their physical appearance and their language, and in the process, have detained, hassled, incarcerated, far more American citizens than criminals or “illegal aliens,” whether they are ill or not.

To make their plan work, the administration funded the DHS for an ICE army to go after these supposed criminals, but they were neither appropriately trained nor vetted. DHS recruited ICE agents were paid better than professionals, with benefits that are far better than any corporation, including the use of the very program Republcans fought President Biden all the way to the Supreme Court: pay off college loans….breathtaking hypocrisy.

There is information in the social media that the training has been cut from 16 to 6 weeks, background information has been ignored, many of the recruits are J6 “veterans” and still others can barely read and write. Such was the need to form an army to rid the country of “illegal aliens” they failed to realize that a significant majority of the recruits, as well as those giving orders all the way to the top are themselves product of “illegal aliens”

This private army (ICE) has morphed into the army that is taking care of the wants and needs of a rogue administration, whose leaders have already proven to have broken constitutional laws and sanctioned criminal acts by their minions.

2. The philosophy of this administration is to force themselves, not only on the citizens of this country, but on any other country whom they feel I encroaching on what they believe is theirs. And they’ve done it effectively by playing on the most ignorant and racist minds of their voters; Claiming that immigrant are “rapists and criminals” (the number is significantly smaller percentage wise in this group than in the American citizen population as a whole.) They’ve claimed that we are getting drugs from other countries where “millions of Americans are dying because of it. (the widespread use of fentanyl produced mostly in the US is the culprit). And the philosophy is so convoluted that anyone doing their due diligence would have a problem understanding it.

Venezuela was attacked and its president and wife were abducted and brought to the US, supposedly because of their part in the distribution of cocaine to the US. THEY LIED. This was to true. The primary interest was the oil they possess. The trouble is that this administration did not do their homework. The oil is heavy grade primarily used for construction and roads, and would need heavy investment to produce oil for gas consumption. American oil executive es have already established that the work needed to process this heavy oil makes in “uninvestible.”

To further complicate the administration’s “Venezuela drug” argument, The current president has pardoned the Honduran president after having been sentenced to 45 years in prison for trafficking 700 tons of cocaine during his tenure.

3. This presidency has been in power 10 months. during this time he has torn down part of the White House without going through the legal steps and -supposedly- funded by a $350 million contribution which, we should know by know, no one “invests” that amount without expecting anything in return.

a. The current president decided to change the name of the Kennedy Center for the Arts, again without any knowledge of the legislative mandate that this was to honor John F. Kennedy and could not be changed indiscriminately.

b. He has requested from the DOJ the supposed $250,000,000 he spent fighting the accusations of Russian interference when independent counsel Jack Smith has found credible evidence to prove the connection existed.

c. Jack Smith also found credible evidence of his involvement in the J6 Inurrection. He also found credible evidence of his stealing highly confidential material from the government.

d. While all this has been going on he has profited from crypto currency; he had pardoned millionaires, one that specifically said he gave $1,000,000 to get his pardon.

4. His personal disdain for his opponents has no bounds: he has gone after those who dared to accuse him of crimes. Of course, he is using taxpayer funds to pay for lawsuits against Letitia James and James Comey, and still causing considerable economic problems to others who have crossed him, all lawsuits funded through taxpayer money.

5. He has used the US Treasury as his personal piggy bank giving money to other countries and prmising money who were affected by his ill-advised tariff program, while at the same time canceling payments toward the needs of the most needy Americans: health insurance, feeding school children, needs of the disabled and the poverty-stricken, research in health , medications and food programs.

The cynical part of this president’s wild behavior is partly because the conservative SCOTUS gave him the go ahead:

1. ICE agents can stop anyone suspected of being “illegal aliens” just because they don’t look “white American”; All immigration processes done in good faith by immigrants have been abandoned or overlooked.

2. Nothing he does will be subject to indictments because he enjoys broad presidential immunity. Even if this is contested throughout the judicial system, the US Treasury will foot his bills.

This president has been acting like the spoiled child of uninterested parents. And the uninerested parents are the majority Republican legislators who support his actions. These are the actions of what has turned out to be a low IQ, incompetent administration, who voted nominees who had neither the training nor the interest in serving the American people. These legislators LIED to their constituents and after placing their hand on the Bible and swore to “uphold the laws of the United States and the Constitution,” threw their Bibles and the Constitution away, allowing this individual to do as he pleased without doing the job they promised their constituents, with their hand on the Bible. THEY LIED. They knew that loyalty to the president was the only requisite.

They have refused to trade confidential, military and secret information with the US because this president cannot be trusted. AND THE REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURE IS ALRIGHT WITH THIS.

Thus my final recommendations are:

Blue states, which are the subject of his grievance, should make alliances agreements among themselves to refrain from sending state money to the US treasury to avoid paying for his illegal intransigence; and use this money to pay for programs he has stopped or frozen; Blue states account for a substantial amount of the US budget, while red states account for a substantial recipients of US government assistance

2. Republican legislators who have allowed this rogue administration to survive without heir having done nothing about it must be retired or should not be re-elected. 3. We will need veto-proof legislatures in order to prevent any more illegal actions by him or his administration.

4. Needless to say, set up a presidential commission to investigate the current administration.

5. Defund the ICE army to $1.00 and investigate the actions of accused individuals agents accused of criminal conduct, denying them any immunity whatsoever.

But one thing must be acted upon immediately:

Amend the Presidential Pardons Act so that no criminal actor or action will go unpunished. It is hard to accept that a convicted felon will have the authority to pardon people found to have engaged in criminal acts..

He also pardoned individuals already convicted of abusing their investor´s trust by stealing millions of crypto currency. And we do not have to discuss the J6 insurrectionists who had been pardoned, and were again caught breaking the law.

The president pardoned a Democratic representative whom he hoped this representative would automatically buy into his politics with out question. When the politico did not switch parties he blasted him on social media. These are the actions of a person who has been able to buy everything and everyone when he wanted unquestioned loyalty. It was never about the crime it was always about ¨What’s in it for me?¨

Throughout these pardons, the president has engaged in acts that are outright and knowingly illegal and-or unconstitutional. He has nominated people to positions of critical importance and not a single Republican legislator who is either a lawyer or physician or professional stood against him. He has been running the most powerful country in the world through many executive orders - many which have been overturned - without a single word from Republican legislators.

The economy has taken a turn for the worst because of his belief that tariffs are paid by others when simple economics tells you they eventually are paid by the buyers of goods, services and commodities - the American consumer. The issues have now focused on the president’s health. On February 09, I wrote a piece wondering whether the behavior patterns, his gait, his mood swings, his disregard for others and his lack of empathy, all under a period of time, were serious. The symptoms displayed led me to believe he had Frontotemporal Dementia.

I cannot make that final determination because I am not qualified professionally, but in my 20 years in the mental health field (Mental Health Social Workers are professionals, too) I could see the symptoms enough to wonder whether this could be possible.

So where are all those ¨professional¨ Republican legislators who can put a stop to this, review his behavior patterns, re-visit his many illegal actions and put two and two together? The Republican legislators need to be encouraged by anyone reading this that this is not right: that if his actions are based on careful thought, then he is guilty of treasonous behavior. If his actions are due to mental health issues, he needs to step down and focus on his health.

During the late Clinton Administration and throughout the Obama Administration, The Republican Party, lost the tenets and core of its political philosophy and was leaning extremely to the right. People were led to believe that their America would be “better” under Republicans even though Biden’s record was the best in 50 years. The lying and misinformation Republicans pushed regarding President Biden was accepted as factual by Trump’s coalition, Notwithstanding the progress and the numbers to back Biden’s strong economy. Trump was telling his coalition of the uneducated, the uninformed, the misinformed, the jobless, the racists, white nationalists, faux Christians that that it was bad for them and would get worse. He also had his core of wealthy friends and contributors who knew that the Reagan/Bush golden years of lower taxes for them would benefit them personally. And while Trump has been doing this, little did they know that his reason for running a second term was to avenge his impeachments and to increase his personal wealth even if he had to break laws.

Trump then formed an administration loyal personally to him, beholden to his whims, breaking constitutional laws, ignoring the Senate and House of Representatives when it was convenient for him, while at the same time attacking every Democrat individual or blue state or city he lost, whom he felt had personally done him wrong. The Epstein saga is a story of child trafficking and pedophilia. Only the airtight community with power and money were allowed in. The lesser participants were chosen based on their ability to service this airtight community. Many of those “rich and powerful” did not attain their power for being nice, law abiding citizens. After all, this was a group participating in widely illegal activities. Many of these members chose to be there to rub elbows with others just as powerful that could probably be useful later, as they greased each other’s ego’s, vanities, and palms. Enter the people who bought his stuff and greased his palms. He now had to deliver. It might be possible that he now either kept his word to the people who voted for him or his Epstein-related acquaintances. Either hold on to the files or they would hire people with special talents who would prevent him from doing so. The theories posited as well as the autopsy marks on Epstein’s body do not appear as self-injuries and unconnected to a suicide by hanging. Videos show someone visited Epstein in his cell before he died. There are too many important and powerful men on the list who surely do not want to be outed as child traffickers or pedophiles. Charlie Kirk advocated for the release of the Epstein files. He was murdered, but while we will hear some made up story, we will never know the whole truthful reason behind his death. Were it not for a family member turning in the suspected 22 yr old Republican conservative kid, the downsized, demoralized DOJ headed by incompetent leadership would still be looking for the suspect. but they will have plenty of time and the technology to invent a credible alibi.

Maybe both deaths are connected. Maybe the powers that be believed Epstein’s death was not enough so, like the Russian political assassinations, Kirk’s death was a fair warning that all these powerful people are not playing around.

Trump is truly a cowardly individual who hides behind his money and his lawyers. When he knows he might lose, he makes financial payouts in exchange for signed NDA’s. When he knows he is going to lose, he will not sue. He has never sued Kate Johnson. He has not sued Jack Smith and he will not sue any of the Epstein victims because his name is smeared all across the cases. But this time he is afraid. DEATHLY AFRAID. for his family. for himself.

Let’s make a wild, outlying assumption that he did not partake in the child debaucheries (and I say this believing he did.) A rational person would want the Epstein files to be released because it would prove his innocence and raise him to sainthood mong his followers. But he can’t. He will not only lose whatever credibility he has left, he might lose financially and this is nothing he will not allow. He would rather sacrifice the lives of those that surround him, than to admit a loss. He is known to throw his closest associates under the bus before (Rudy Giuliani comes to mind), that he will not stop now, when his life is at stake.

…….but this is being initiated by the prosecuting team, not with the intent of adding years to the sentence but to reduce the sentence. I find this unusual because we find no other reason to meet UNLESS they found something incriminating about their “client” which they need to share with her legal team before they offer her a deal she cannot refuse. They have a right to advise her on her next move. But….

….but is Blanche acting as Trump’s personal attorney or a DOJ Asst. AG? and when Biondi took to defending their “client” by lying and messing with the mountain of evidence (which at this point her legal team has not fully vetted), was she acting within the scope of the law as…..as AG or personal attorney?After all, this happened prior to his presidency so the 2024 SCOTUS ruling does not apply. But wait……

If Biondi and Blanche are acting as AG and Asst. AG AND NOT AS HIS PERSONAL ATTORNEYS, would they be forced (or subpoenaed) or compelled to testify in a court of law as to what they offered her? this is no “attorney-client” privilege, is it? They cannot obviously be acting in defense of the presidency because HE WAS NOT THE PRESIDENT AT THE TIME OF THE CRIME. Besides, the probable criminal acts have nothing to do with the actions of the presidency.

What if all are lying contrary to existing evidence? What happens then? The circle of loyalists are blind to the crime.

The next best thing will be for NY Attorney Letitia James to file state charges against all parties involved based on where the evidence during, before and after the death of Jeff Epstein takes her. Who knows if even Putin’s association with the current president DURING THOSE YEARS might be called into question.

My trust was never wavering over the activities of previous administrations because we saw progress favoring the average American. Not surprisingly, these pro-American progressive steps happened during Democratic Administrations. Every Republican Administration after Richard Nixon have taken from the average American to make the rich, richer, creating deficits while cutting social programs which helped the disabled, old folk, and single parents, so they could extend the 2017 Tax Cut for those who don’t need it. The only Republican presidents who made a positive difference to the average American was Dwight D. Eisenhower and Richard Nixon, and even then Nixon had to screw it up (there were some honorable people working for him and in Congress). Bill Clinton balanced the budget that Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush screwed up; Barack Obama not only helped make the deficit more manageable, he presided over The Affordable Care Act with the help of the last real human Republican John McCain. Joe Biden got us out of an epidemic, created the best economy in 50 years and softly landed the US out of an inflation created by the fastest business wake-up after the epidemic.

Enter the most compromised individual to ever run for president. He woke up a sordid segment of the population by appealing to every racist, faux Christian and uninformed person who never read the news, but watched reality shows and felt another cult-like figure like Ronald Reagan was going to test the political waters. Interest was such that it attracted foreign dictators who felt this guy could be their weapon to destroy western democracy. They thus provided him with every tool to make his victory possible. Rich entrepreneurs and corporate bigwigs also saw an opportunity to cash in on the US Treasury, fully cognizant of the fact Republicans had filled their coffers in the previous Republican administrations. This time, they ganged up on the American public.

It is somewhat unusual that the corporate media owners of two giant newspaper combined with the Fox media empire, decided on this ONE election, not to endorse a presidential candidate. And to prepare for the complete takeover, The Supreme Court decided to move away from interpreting law based on the Constitution, to playing politics and bending hearings like a pretzel in order to give the desired conservative result, whether it was to display seemingly gender bias, to giving the Republican candidate all the freedom he wanted.

But the focus of this article is not on those in power, but on those who have endangered American democracy by following the orders from a man with mediocre intelligence who golfs 25% of his time, selling trinkets that have no inherent value, and whose legislature is practically written off in favor of executive orders (what % of the American public can name the Senate Majority Leader off the top of their head?).

Thus we don’t have a snake: we have a millipede where the head is the one moving them forward, the brain is telling the head what executive orders to write (The Heritage Foundation; The Federalist Society; the Koch Brothers and other conservative organizations along with the rich upper class and finally, the thousands of feet that do the walking; the dirty work, so to speak. So how do we stop this millipede from turning American democracy into a wasteland? You start with the feet.

We bide our time by asking state courts to dig deep into their state laws and rules, where federal pardons will be out of reach. There are enough issues to keep the state courts busy for two years at which time one or both houses of Congress can be turned to the opposing party. The new Congress can then pass laws to seriously limit the presidential immunity law, as well as the presidential pardon act. This will also rattle the middle group of department heads or assistants or workers within the administration. By then Congress can pass some laws that can seriously diminish his stranglehold over still others in his administration. An impeachment will not be necessary. The president will pardon their illegal acts if the courts get ahead of themselves.

The president thrives on the legal system to save him from his actions and will continue to do so. We cannot allow his minions and water carriers to feel so empowered so as to do unconstitutional acts, thinking they will be pardoned. For once, we need to use the legal system to same American Democracy

Legislators have 4 years to do it. But they can’t do it if they move ahead of themselves.

1. Jobs - the domino effect of the massive government cuts extends beyond just government employees, because their salaries were invested back to the economy through normal purchases. Businesses which provided them with goods and services also had to cut an employee here, and employee there…..

2. Tariffs (a)- which everyone knows is a pass-through expense to the average consumer. Not everyone would be able to handle the increase in the price.

3. Tariffs (b)- This will close markets for many small business owners because many will not be able to buy needed parts for their equipment or sell to overseas markets. Small businesses will go bankrupt and might have to let go of employees

4. Immigration (a)- (notice how he is sending away immigrants from what he called “shithole countries?”) You don’t see people from Denmark, Netherlands, Austria, Germany being the subject of massive deportations. At least corporate media is not covering it.

5. Immigration (b)- Many of those deported had jobs which are not wanted, desired or interesting to the average American middle class workers. Farm workers, hard manual labor jobs are not actually on top of the unemployed teen or lower class American. This will hurt fruits, vegetable products markets, which will rot in farms and ranches and cause massive price increases.

6. Supply chains will be affected by a decrease in products moving back and forth. Again less people needed by companies able to survive the Trump economy onslaught

7. Transportation - with the increase in tariff costs, there is less product to move, so there is less expense associated with the driver’s needs, the maintenance of 18-wheelers, less people needed in gas stations and truck stops.

8. Commerce secretary has voiced on TV that those “manufacturing jobs” that are coming are really automated jobs

One might look at small numbers here and there, but collectively, these are hundreds of thousands of jobs, and those affected are the poor and middle class. Those jobs that The Biden Economy had started have been totally dismantled by this administration, either by pausing or by stopping any grant or funding vehicle already planned.

The only ones making money are

1. Wall Street investors buying short with the market manipulated by the on-again, off-again tariffs

2. The big tax breaks and waivers courtesy of the Republican budget just passed;

3. The massive government contracts given to Elon Musk without bidding;

4. The dissolution of the IRS department which investigated large money accounts, making it easy for the rich to cheat

The loss of this jobs by the lower and middle class workers, coupled with the massive tax breaks the rich folk are getting can only spell a smaller contribution to the US Treasury and a much larger deficit than anticipated. This will drive prices of goods and service up causing a back-breaking economic crunch to the average American.

Notwithstanding Trump’s statements that he wants to run in 2028. But come November 2026, democracy must come alive and the voters have a chance to grade this administration. Voters can vote in a veto-proof Democratic administration to prevent him - even impeach him - from creating more socio-economic chaos.

It it fails the average voter, then the administration must be replaced.

A STUDY of ancient DNA from people who lived in Europe between 1700 and 45,000 years ago suggests that 63 per cent of them had dark skin and 8 per cent had pale skin, with the rest somewhere in between. It was only around 3000 years ago that individuals with intermediate or pale skin started to become a majority. Until a few years ago, it was assumed that the modern humans who moved into Europe around 45,000 years ago rapidly evolved paler skin to ensure they got enough vitamin D in weaker sunlight. Cells in the skin can make a precursor of vitamin D when exposed to ultraviolet light, but in darker skin, fewer UV rays reach these cells. However, this view has changed as it has become possible to sequence DNA from individuals who lived many thousands of years ago and to apply methods developed by forensic scientists to help identify suspects from DNA samples found at crime scenes. In 2018, for instance, researchers found that Cheddar Man, an individual who lived in Britain 10,000 years ago, probably had very dark skin and blue-green eyes. Such predictions about individuals have been criticised, though, as the genetics of pigmentation aren’t fully understood and so we can’t be certain about the conclusions.

Guido Barbujani at the University of Ferrara in Italy and his colleagues have now predicted the skin, eye and hair colour of almost all the ancient Europeans whose genomes have been sequenced so far – 348 individuals in total – to get the most comprehensive picture yet of how these traits changed due to factors such as natural selection, sexual selection, war and migration (bioRxiv, doi.org/n6x2). Gaps in A model of Cheddar Man, who lived in Britain 10,000 years ago the sequences meant it wasn’t possible to predict all three traits in all 348 genomes. With this large dataset, errors should average out at the group level, so the team’s overall conclusion that most ancient Europeans were dark-skinned is more robust than the individual predictions. However, the results should still be treated with caution, as there is no way to check whether predictions based on modern European populations are accurate for ancient people. “This paper is enormously significant because of the breadth of sampling undertaken and the care and attention given to the analysis of the ancient DNA data, ” says Nina Jablonski at Pennsylvania State University. The reason why Europeans seem to have evolved paler skin relatively recently may relate to dietary changes as people started living in bigger settlements, says Jablonski. “Most Palaeolithic hunter- gatherers and most Bronze Age peoples probably did get sufficient vitamin D from dietary sources, including from the meat of wild animals,” she says. “This situation doesn’t begin to change significantly until settlements get larger.” It is possible that some of the Neanderthal peoples who livedin Europe long before modern humans arrived had pale skin, but there was probably a lot of variation, says Jablonski. “Their skin colours probably varied nearly as much in time and space as those of modern humans.

Japan and Germany are good examples of horrible wars, only to come out stronger. China weathered the Mao Zedung cultural revolution and grew into one of the world’s greatest economies. Vietnam is now a fairly stable economy. Bad political parties who were given power rose, only to completely obliterate their own economies, all for the sake of their own personal wealth. Greed had become their own cause du jour. But the populations rose up and did not give up, and with global help looked beyond their faults and shortcomings and united to become even better.

The United States had its chance to go through a process that would have strengthened it for decades - nay, centuries - to come but Senator Schumer opted to avoid it. If he would have taken the lead and allowed Donald Trump to put a blowtorch to our economy, it would have been an affair that could turn the tide against him for a few years and the next election (2026) would have seriously handicapped his plans to turn American democracy into an authoritarian fascist meritocracy. The “blowtorch” Schumer wanted to avoid could have blown back in their faces by Trump’s very own actions; to torch not only Donald Trump, but the entire Republican Party as well, never to recover.

Instead, Schumer gave the Republican Party another lease in life starting with the next political race…..and another…and another…..another chance to fleece the country where the greedy rich BILKionaires remain as leaders and keep getting richer, and the poor remain poor and their economic lot remains stagnant.

The Department of Education will dole out just enough education to keep the status quo Republican Party voter in check while the historical contributions of the minorities will remain hidden. No longer will it be “legal” to teach the real history of the US. The law will no longer reflect an across the board equality based on crime, but on who you know and how much wealth you have. No longer will people have the power to negotiate, unless it is under the terms so set up by one individual over the common good of its citizens.

The blowtorch will now blow one way: AGAINST THE AMERICAN DEMOCRACY and democratic ideals and institutions that the Founding Fathers had in mind, when it could have blown back against those seeking to obliterate democracy.

The United States could have gone a short 2 year period of joblessness, mediocre results in every conceivable metrics, and the people could have risen up to overthrow this mindset in 2026. Instead Schumer chose to breathe life to Trump’s Republican Party so that they can tear down democracy piecemeal so that 10-15 years from now, we are not a not-so-great country, but just another Putin Russia, another Victor Orban Hungary another Francisco Franco Spain, another mediocre country where the greedy rich will continue ruling, the poverty class will remain stagnant, the middle class will remain just enough over the water level to vote as they are expected to, and reasonable equality will no longer exist
