Everyone has a desk this size. It is small for all of us. But in ADHD it is measurably smaller. This is why to-do lists always made me feel worse. Writing “sort out taxes” on a list does nothing, because it is not a plan, it is a label on a fog. My brain looks at it, finds no plan, and keeps asking.
