Did Daylon point the gun?

On April 12, 2026 Indianapolis, IN officers responded to a Teen Takeover event at a park. Officers shut down the event and the group of teens were mostly leaving.

Daylon Brewer and a friend then arrived, drove around a barricade and went the wrong way into the park.

Sgt. Robyn Frazier initiated a traffic stop and approached Daylon. Sgt. Frazier looked into the vehicle and ordered Daylon to open the door.

Sgt. Frazier claimed that Daylon pointed a gun at her. She responded by ordering him to open the door. After a few commands, Daylon complied. Daylon had a gun on his lap. Additional officers arrived and Daylon was handcuffed.

Daylon was charged with multiple felonies - including attempted murder.

Daylon spent four days in jail before before the Marion County Prosecutor's Office moved to dismiss the charges, writing that body-worn camera footage “does not support the allegations” outlined in the probable cause affidavit.

How Body Cams Work

The Civil Rights attorney (Terrance Kinnard) representing Daylon recently said the following about Sgt. Frazier’s body cam⬇️

A body cam is not an “exact view” of what the officer saw. Certainly Attorney Kinnard knows this. But, he has zero trouble lying during his media tour about this case. If only attorneys could be sanctioned for publicly lying about an active case.

Body cams typically sit at an officer’s chest level. An officer’s eyes sit at an officer’s eye level. An officer can turn their head and/see something out of the corner of their eye. A body cam is fixed in one position and the view changes when the officer moves their chest.

Body cams are valuable tools, but obviously do not capture everything that an officer sees.

In this case, Sgt. Frazier leaned over and peered into the driver’s side window. The body cam (sitting at chest level) could not possibly have the same view.

The dismissal of the charges is absurd.

Don’t touch the dreads

On August 19, 2026 an Arkansas State Trooper initiated a traffic stop on a driver that was traveling 82 in a 60 mph zone.

The driver (Adonerus Johnson) fled, the Trooper pursued and speeds reached 130 mph.

Eventually, the Trooper used a PIT maneuver to stop the Reckless Adonerus.

Once the vehicle came to a stop Adonerus jumped into the backseat. Officers gave multiple commands for the occupants to exit the vehicle. No one complied. A State Trooper then used his baton to bash out the rear driver’s side window.

The backseat passenger (Tedrick Washington) still refused to exit the vehicle.

The Trooper then extracted Tedrick⬇️

➡️now…the Trooper may have yanked Tedrick by the drealocks and punched him in the face…as he actively resisted.

1. It’s a bad look to pull a young black man out of a car by his dreadlocks.

2. Stop. Resisting. Arrest.

Anti-police activists are flooding the internet with demands for the Trooper to be terminated and prosecuted.

Here are the reasonable questions⬇️

• Did the Trooper have a lawful objective to force Tedrick to exit the vehicle?

• Did the Trooper give Tedrick an opportunity to comply and avoid the use of force?

• Were there other reasonable options to accomplish the lawful objective?

*The agency should investigate the use of force and the Trooper likely could use a refresher on vehicle extraction techniques.

THE entitled Alisa Hackett

The outrage over this case is absurd.

On August 10, 2026 an Arkansas State Trooper initiated a traffic stop on an 18-year-old named Alisa Hackett. Alisa had been speeding (71 in a 60), weaving in-and-out of traffic, all with her hazard lights on.

Alisa donned an attitude while signing a citation and threw the clipboard back at the Trooper. It was during this exchange that the Trooper noticed a bottle of alcohol in the vehicle (an arrestable offense as Alisa is only 18) and called his supervisor for advice. The supervisor looked up the information and relayed that he had stopped Alisa for speeding the week prior, located a bottle of alcohol, and gave her “a break” by having her pour it out.

The Trooper then decided to arrest Alisa for the Minor in Possession of Alcohol offense.

Once out of the car, Alisa actively resisted arrest. Alisa pulled away from the Trooper and did not allow him to handcuff her. Alisa yelled at passing vehicles, asking for “Help!”.

After verbal commands to cooperate were ignored the Trooper performed a “rear sit-out”…successfully taking the uncooperative Alisa to the ground. Once on the ground, Alisa was on her back and refused to roll over onto her stomach and cooperate. During this Alisa punched at and kicked the Trooper. In order to stop the resistance the Trooper struck her in the face. The use of force was successful and Alisa was subsequently handcuffed and arrested.

Alisa retained Ben Crump who has accused the Trooper of excessive force and racism.

Every online activist and civil rights attorney has condemned the actions of the Trooper and are demanding his termination and prosecution.

But, an objective review of this incident clearly reveals that..the Trooper did nothing wrong✔️

Alisa resisted arrest and the Trooper responded in a measured manner and used force progressively.

The Trooper started with verbal commands, he then went to a rear sit-out, and eventually he bonked her on head.

The Trooper did not utilize: OC spray, a Taser, a baton, or deadly force.

The Trooper literally utilized the least amount of force possible to effect the arrest.

Alisa was not entitled to resist arrest.

This is Peak Policing

This is one of the best body cam videos I have seen this year. This needs to be shown in every Police Academy across the country.

This occurred on January 21, 2026 but the body cam was just released.

This whole thing started in North Olmsted, Ohio when John Johnson robbed a Brinks truck at gunpoint.

John fled the scene with bags of cash in a Hyundai and officers quickly located him on the highway. A vehicle pursuit was authorized due to the seriousness of the offense and multiple law enforcement agencies joined in.

John’s ride was successfully ‘spiked’ and he crashed. John then ran on foot, into an occupied apartment, while still armed with the gun.

An officer from the Elyria Police Department was right behind him, yelled at children to “move!”, and followed John into the apartment. John pointed the gun at the officer…who immediately addressed the deadly threat.

Think about this⬇️

The officer entered the apartment knowing that an armed felon was waiting for him on the other side. The officer burst through the door certain that a deadly threat was present but did so anyway, in an effort to save innocent life and protect the hostages.

*In this job, the opportunity to do objective good has no ceiling.

That Night in Albuquerque

On July 3, 2026 Albuquerque Police Officers were working a foot patrol assignment in the busy downtown area.

Gunshots erupted and within seconds 4 officers were involved in a fatal OIS (Officer-Involved-Shooting).

This all started when local TikToker Stephen Griego was pepper sprayed and had his cell phone stolen downtown a few weeks prior. Stephen returned to the unpredictable downtown scene on 7/3…strapped, and determined to never again become a victim to street violence.

Stephen was approached by a man named Juan Ortega. Juan shoved Stephen. Stephen immediately retreated, took cover, brandished the gun, and fired two shots. One round struck Juan and the other struck a bystander.

Officers immediately ran towards the gunfire and confronted Stephen…who was still armed with the gun. Four officers fired at Stephen.

• Stephen died from his injuries.

• Juan was injured and died a few days later from a drug overdose.

• Two bystanders were injured by the gunfire.

• The case is currently under review by the Albuquerque Police Department and the DA’s Office.

• The use of deadly force appears to be reasonable…officers ceased firing as soon as Stephen slumped backwards and was no longer an immediate deadly threat.

Police officers from all over the country have been getting into huge trouble over allegations of misusing Flock Safety technology.

Flock Safety is a company that provides automated license plate readers (ALPR) and vehicle-tracking surveillance to law enforcement agencies and businesses.

Flock Safety cameras are installed and ⬇️

➡️read, track, log every license plate that passes by.

This information can be accessed in real time or later by law enforcement.

Officers can also enter specific license plates and when the vehicle passes by a Flock Camera - the officers can be notified immediately.

This is an incredible tool for law enforcement to track and locate violent suspects and stolen cars.

My position on the usage of Flock Safety by law enforcement agencies is nuanced and evolving.

*I acknowledge this is an important tool to locate suspects, in real time, when a violent crime occurs…However, just imagine a far-left Governor (a few years from now) ordering the use of this technology to track the whereabouts of individuals who leave their homes during the next pandemic…. This is not the only potential misuse of this technology that can be imagined.

Back to police officers abusing this technology⬇️

The typical scenario is:

A male police officer misuses the Flock Safety system to track the whereabouts of his wife/girlfriend, someone who he wants to be his wife/girlfriend, or his wife’s new boyfriend.

Officers who are caught engaging in this activity face serious administrative discipline (up to and including termination) and criminal prosecution.

It is unnecessary to call out any of the specific officers involved in these cases but a quick Google search will uncover numerous cases.

It is my belief that officers are now on notice that Internal Affairs, Compliance Departments, and the Admin are aware and actively conducting audits of Flock and other similar technology. I predict that the number of new cases arising will be far lower than cases generated from the past few years.

Police officers have a history of misusing new technology. This is not a defense of these officers, but an acknowledgement of reality.

*Talk to any officer who was working patrol when Tasers were first introduced…everyone was getting zapped⚡️

Stabbing➡️OIS➡️LAWSUIT

On June 6, 2026 in Santa Ana, CA officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. The caller reported that his fiance’s teenage son was: drunk/high, out of control, and violent AF.

By the time officers arrived on scene, the teenager had stabbed the caller.

The teenager had locked the door to the apartment, officers heard screaming from inside, and other family members (including the teen’s mother) were trapped inside.

• Officers forced entry and announced their presence.

• The teenager confronted officers…armed with a knife.

• Officers issued commands to “drop the knife!”.

• The teenager refused and advanced towards the officers with the weapon.

• 2 officers utilized deadly force.

In the aftermath of the incident, the teen’s mother called the officers “trigger-happy” and explained how the use of deadly force was unnecessary and cruel.

This is an absurd and vile money grab💰

*At some point no reasonable person will make the decision to work as a police officer.

Grayson Denied

Former Sangamon County Illinois deputy Sean Grayson was sentenced to 20 years in prison after his second-degree murder conviction for the fatal OIS of Sonya Massey last year.

The use of deadly force came as Sonya threw a pot of boiling water at him.

Sean has been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that has since spread to his liver and lungs.

Due to this terminal illness, Sean filed for early release just 6 months into his sentence. The prison review board voted unanimously to deny his request.

The Massey family, with their $10 million dollar settlement on display, vocally opposed Sean’s release.

You may not like the reaction that Sean had to Sonya Massey throwing a pot of boiling water at him…for absolutely no reason. But, his actions were a direct response to her unhinged behavior.

Sean should be released to spend the little time he has left on this earth with loved ones.

Madness in Madison

It is often difficult to predict which police shootings will become national stories, spark protests, and capture the fancy of grifting civil rights leaders like Ben Crump.

I would not have predicted that this fatal OIS (Officer-Involved-Shooting) in Madison, Wisconsin would be the next case for anti-police activists, mostly because of how obviously reasonable and necessary the use of deadly force was. But, by definition, this is not a rational group of humans.

On July 22, 2026 police officers were called in reference to a suspect (later identified as Corey Ruiz) who was attempting to break into parked cars.

Officers arrived on scene and confronted Corey. Instead of just cooperating with law enforcement like a rational human…Corey fled on a bike.

Corey was then tackled or ‘assisted’ off of the bicycle by officers. Corey continued to actively resist arrest. While resisting arrest Corey grabbed at an officer’s Taser - in an effort to gain control of the weapon.

Cory then brandished a knife.

One officer yelled that, “He’s got a knife! He’s got a knife!” A female officer then responded by deploying a Taser - which was not effective.

The officer who yelled that Corey had the edged weapon was then “injured” by the knife. The officer (not wanting to sustain any additional stab wounds) then fired three shots, fatally striking Corey.

1. Madison police officers have not been issued body cameras. The Chief of Police and Mayor have requested the funding but it was rejected by the Madison Common Council in 2025.

   1. The funding for body cams was rejected 17-3

      • All 20 members of the Council are liberal.

2. The Chief of Police (John Patterson) allowed activists to take over a Press Conference that he was holding in an effort to provide an update about the OIS. The Chief allowed a maniac activist to literally grab the microphone from him.

   1. This moron should have been arrested immediately…and made an example of.

   2. Zero command presence from weak police leadership.

c. If the Police Chief cannot control a Press Conference, how can he lead a law enforcement agency?

3. The Madison Independent Police Monitor (Aeramique Glass) joined the anti-police protestors.

a. Aeramique was appointed by the Citizen Oversight Board and earns $120k per year.

b. She is not “independent” nor unbiased.

c. This is why “civilian oversight” of police agencies is a joke.

d. This lunatic must be removed from her position immediately.

4. Ben Crump has been retained by the Ruiz family.

   1. Crump issued a Press Release about the case and has been on a media tour…spouting lies that would get any other attorney disbarred.

Darius 4 Days

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has opened an investigation into the death of Darius Chappell.

Darius died in the hospital…4 days after he had been arrested, tased, and bitten by a police K9.

Darius had an active warrant for his arrest. Instead of just cooperating with deputies like a rational human - when deputies attempted to stop him…he fled and ran into oncoming traffic.

Darius then actively resisted arrest, which led to deputies deploying a Taser and a K9. Seconds after Darius was handcuffed - the K9 handler removed the landshark.

Some of the incident was captured by a witness with a cell phone.

The media titled this story “man dies after police K9 attack”.

A more accurate title would be, “man with warrant dies at hospital, 4 days after unlawfully resisting arrest”

• Stop resisting.

• The use of force appears to be reasonable and necessary.

I predict that the cause of death has zero to do with the K9 or Taser deployment..and everything to do with prior poor decisions, drug ingestion, and other health issues that are not the fault of police officers.

New Mexico DEA Scandal

The allegation is that…the DEA (under the guIdance of the U.S. Attorney’s Office) allowed two million fentanyl pills to hit the streets of New Mexico and were not seized by the Feds…who were waiting to catch “bigger fish”.

This allegedly occurred between 2023 and 2025.

A whistleblower recently came forward with the information.

DEA Special Agent David Howell told the AP, “We poisoned our community to make cases.”

The NM Governor, two Senators, and three Representatives have expressed concern and are demanding a full investigation.

Local police leaders across the state have also expressed outrage that these dangerous drugs were allowed to poison the citizens of this state - as the Feds watched.

According to the New Mexico Department of Health there were 989 drug overdose deaths in the state in 2025, the majority involving fentanyl - qualifying for the 4th highest-rate nationally.

• As a retired cop - I understand the work that DEA agents and federal prosecutors must do to build cases against drug traffickers.

• As a father to two teenagers in New Mexico - there has to be a better way.

Another ICE Shooting

What happened in Houston?

It is difficult to trust DHS (Department of Homeland Security) who has botched the initial information on other recent ICE-involved shooting.

I also cannot trust anti-ICE activists, who will undoubtedly lie and omit unfavorable relevant information to boost their narrative.

Local leaders have no real inside information on these cases.

All I can do is wait for surveillance video, witness cell phone footage, or body cam footage (which does not exist in this case).

DHS claims that Lorenzo Salgado Araujo rammed an ICE agent’s vehicle and then “weaponized” his car at the agent…creating a deadly threat - that was met with deadly force.

Get these guys body cams ASAP.

• In the U.S. there are approximately 10,000,000 annual arrests. There are approximately 1000 fatal officer-involved-shootings.

  • Do the math. That is “minuscule”.

• According to the Washington Post and the Police Violence Report…between 95 and 99% of all police shootings are determined to be within the law.

• The use of deadly force by police officers is certainly in the “job description”.

  • Every police agency has Standard Operating procedures with an entire “Use of Force” Section.

the Kohen Wiley case

On June 14, 2026 in Senatobia, MISS one-year-old Kohen Wiley was fatally shot by a police officer during a shoplifting-turned-deadly assault on police incident at Walmart.

To Start⬇️

• Any loss of life is tragic.

• The loss of a 1 y.o. is especially tragic.

• Lying about the circumstances around the loss of life is malicious.

Basic Facts

Vellesiya Wiley and her one-year-old son (Kohen Wiley) went with a friend to Walmart. The trio walked out with a box of diapers. Walmart staff accused the adults of shoplifting the diapers and alerted police officers. Police officers attempted to stop Vellesiya and her friend and they fled. Vellesiya hopped into the front passenger seat holding Kohen in her arms and the friend got into the driver’s seat. As police officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the friend accelerated and fled the scene. The vehicle crashed into at least one car as it fled.

While the driver fled, a police officer shot into the vehicle…fatally striking Kohen and injuring the friend.

The Vellesiya Version

Vellesiya gave a statement, in a parking lot, while sitting in the car of one of her ‘representatives’.

Vellesiya acknowledged that Walmart staff and police officers were attempting to stop her friend after an accusation of shoplifting. Vellesiya stated that she did not stop because it did not involve her and got into the friend’s car. Vellesiya stated that she held Kohen in her arms and held him up as police officers surrounded the vehicle - in an attempt to stop the trio. Vellesiya stated that the friend then disobeyed police commands and fled - crashing into another vehicle in the process. Vellesiya stated that the friend was not trying to run over police officers and that shooting at the car was unnecessary.

The Police Version

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) is the lead investigating agency in this case. So, presumably, MBI investigators have viewed all body cam and surveillance footage of the incident.

MBI released a statement that said,

“Police tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver drove in the direction of the officers, almost striking one. An officer then discharged their weapon, firing at the vehicle.”

Commentary

• We should wait for the body cam video before reaching any opinion.

• Standing in front of moving cars is a tactical error that police officers should stop engaging in.

• Driving towards police officers while fleeing is a violent felony.

• A police officer who uses deadly force, as a vehicle is bearing down on them, will likely be legally justified in their actions.

• The statement from MBI is presumably accurate, as they are the only ones who have viewed all available evidence and it would be odd for them to be deceptive…knowing that the footage will all be available shortly to the public.

• It seems like Velleysia prioritized fleeing from police officers, over securing Kohen in a carseat.

  • This is at minimum, criminally negligent…an absurd choice for a mother to make.

The Dishonest Narrative

The dishonest narrative being actively spun is, “a white police officer fatally shot a black baby over alleged shoplifted diapers”.

The officer DID NOT shoot because of “shoplifting diapers”✔️

The officer shot because a car was driving at him✔️

You can disagree with that decision.
Fine. Let’s debate

*But…You cannot lie about WHY the cop used deadly force.

Justice for Jameson🐾

On June 13, 2026 in Los Angeles, CA police officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in reference to a Welfare Check.

The caller requested a check on a neighbor who had been screaming. Turns out, the neighbor was not in any danger and instead…was just an excited New York Knicks fan enjoying the NBA Finals🏀

Officers knocked on the door and announced “LAPD”.

The woman opened the door and her dog (Jameson) a 106 lbs, golden Saint Bernard doodle stuck his head out and barked. The officers asked the woman four separate times to secure the dog.

The woman agreed, closed the door, and then re-opened the door.

Once the door re-opened an officer asked again if the dog was secure.

Jameson then exited the apartment, barked, and charged at the officer. The officer fired multiple rounds…killing Jameson.

Commentary

I spent 15 of my 20 years in law enforcement on patrol. I handled thousands of calls and dealt with hundreds of dogs. My rookie year I was bit by a large dog on a call. I never used deadly force against a dog. I also have two, large Great Pyrenees. So, I love big dogs.

That being said…

The use of deadly force against Jameson WAS within LAPD policy and not a violation of law.

If you disagree, fine…provide the example where a large dog barks and charges at a person, the person deploys deadly force, and is subsequently arrested, prosecuted, and convicted.

Add the fact that the officer was in a hallway and had asked the woman four times to secure the dog.

*I am not suggesting that I would have shot Jameson. I am suggesting that the actions of the officer were within department policy and law.

Jalen Carpenter body cam RELEASED‼️

On April 15th, 2026 Jalen Carpenter was fatally shot by Illinois State Troopers.

Immediately, Jalen’s family went on a local media tour.

The involved State Troopers were accused of committing a violent, unlawful, and racist deadly assault of sweet Jalen.

The involved Troopers were not allowed to publicly defend themselves against the disgusting slander.

This week…the body cam and surveillance footage were released. This objective evidence completely and wholly clears the Troopers of any wrongdoing.

• Jalen was on “electronic monitoring” due to pending Aggravated Assault and Use of a Deadly Weapon charge.

• Jalen was a suspect in a domestic violence incident.

• Jalen fled from officers.

• Jalen resisted arrest.

• Jalen pulled a gun on the Troopers during the arrest.

• Troopers responded to the immediate deadly threat with deadly force💥💥

*If only Jalen knew to not pull a gun on police officers.

OH cop found NOT GUILTY…told you

On September 24, 2025 Officer Stephen Heffernan was completing the booking process for Michael Yordy - who was under arrest for an outstanding warrant.

While Officer Heffernan was trying to complete the booking paperwork, Yordy refused to sit down on designated benches and wanted to walk around the booking area like a free, drunk, entitled spirit.

After verbal instructions were unsuccessful, Officer Heffernan assisted Yordy to a seated position and was going to handcuff him to the bench. During this - Yordy kicked Officer Heffernan in the groin. In an effort to not get kicked a second time…Officer Heffernan immediately reacted by slamming Yordy to the ground. Yordy bonked his head on the intake desk and was knocked unconscious.

Officer Heffernan was suspended for 20 days and was charged with misdemeanor assault.

This week a judge found that Officer’s Heffernan’s actions were “objectively reasonable” and dismissed the charges.

On May 4, 2026 in Jacksonville, FL, Brandon Kaphers kicked in the front door of three townhomes in the same complex. Brandon was armed with a gun and during one of these incidents Brandon entered the residence and pointed a gun at a women inside.

Officers arrived and confronted Brandon.

Instead of cooperating like a rational human, Brandon pointed his gun at the officers. Four officers responded with necessary and overwhelming deadly force.

Brandon had a lengthy violent criminal history…the community is now a safer place.

• Officers arrived and moved through the complex…towards the gunfire.

• Officers were walking up the stairwell to Jazmine’s apartment while they announced “POLICE!”.

• Jazmine fired shots at the officers.

• One officer returned fire - fatally striking Jazzy.

Isaiah Kirby Body Cam Released

On April 15, 2026 officers in East Lansing, MI were involved in a fatal OIS (Officer-Involved-Shooting) with a 21-year-old named Isaiah Kirby.

In the aftermath of the incident the Kirby family and their legal representatives claimed that police officers utilized “excessive force” and demanded to view the body cam video. So, the police department leadership arranged a viewing and showed them. Then…the family attorneys and the NAACP attempted to keep the body cam video hidden from the public and worked to block the release.

They claimed that the body cam video was “not transparent”, “heavily edited”, and “one-sided”. This interview by Greater Lansing NAACP President James McCurtis, Jr. cemented an important moment in time where…BLM and anti-police activists are now publicly denouncing body cam footage. enjoy⬇️

Here is what the body cam, dash cam, and witness cell phone video depict:

• Isaiah stabbed a local 63-year-old attorney…critically injuring him.

• Isaiah then ran at police officers, with the knife.

• Officers utilized deadly force as Isaiah charged at them.

THE entitled and awful…Victoria Lang

A young woman named Victoria Lang caused a lot of trouble in Wichita Falls, TX…two officers lost their jobs and one is facing criminal charges.

On August 26, 2025 officers were dispatched to a McDonald’s restaurant in reference to a disturbance. Victoria had been inside the bathroom at the restaurant for over two hours and refused to leave.

Officers contacted Victoria and she refused to provide her Identification and asked officers to arrest her.

Officers placed her in handcuffs and immediately Victoria threw herself to the ground and refused to walk. Since Victoria acted like a child…the officers treated her like a child and dragged her ass out of the store.

Officers dragged Victoria out of the restaurant and plopped her onto the sidewalk. During a search of Victoria’s person they located a knife and Victoria tried to grab it. Victoria then attempted to bite an officer. The officer responded by pinning her head to the ground - so that she could not attempt to bite him again, like an animal.

Officers then carried Victoria to the police car and still..she refused to walk. Officers folded the entitled and awful Victoria into the back of the police car.

If the officers should have done something different…please explain.

The cops did nothing wrong.

Despite that fact⬇️

• One officer was terminated and is facing charges

• The other officer resigned.

This entire thing is absurd.

On May 13, 2026 in Marion County, FL a deputy was dispatched to a suspicious persons call.

A deputy made contact with the subject of the call (Heriberto Medina Marquez). Heriberto immediately ambushed the deputy and stabbed him in the chest multiple times. The ballistic vest saved the deputy’s life.

Once under arrest Heriberto said, “I should have killed you.”

*This crazy f*ck had the ability and opportunity to murder the deputy.

The death of Big Morris🍔

Clay County deputies were attempting to arrest a guy name Morris Anthony Davis…a 400lb dude with a warrant for Homicide.

Morris resisted arrest, armed himself with a giant knife, and tried to make a run for it. Big boy did not get very far and fell in his backyard.

Morris laid on his side and waved the knife around.

Morris was fatally shot by a deputy as he laid in the grass. The use of deadly force was captured by a witness.

The NAACP and Ben Crump are claiming that this was an unnecessary and racist police shooting. (the only deputy to fire his weapon was the only black deputy on scene…fyi)

Here are some initial thoughts:

• Did the deputies think he was armed with a gun?

• Cannot see his right hand just before the shooting…did he reach for something?

• What was Morris saying?

• Let’s wait for the body cam to form an opinion✔️

*If a gun was not in play…Morris was not getting up and deputies could have fired an endless barrage of less lethal 40mm and bean bag rounds for hours - until he got tired, hungry, and gave up. There was no reason to be in a hurry here.

The fact that he had a warrant for homicide does not necessarily mean that deadly force was justified. The deputy will have to show that someone was in imminent danger of death or great bodily injury, due to the actions of Morris, and that the deputy had to intervene with deadly force.

I am not seeing it…But, let’s wait for the body cam and additional evidence.

I’ll start this off by letting you know that the involved officer has been stripped of his police powers and has been on leave since the day of this obviously lawful and reasonable use of deadly force.

On March 9, 2026 officers were searching for a shooting suspect (later identified as Derek Jordan).

Officers successfully located Derek and attempted to arrest him.

Derek wasn’t having it and made the disgusting decision to violently resist arrest.

Derek:

• Fled in his vehicle,

• Crashed into a woman,

• Crashed into multiple other vehicles,

• Crashed into a cop..knocking him down.

  …only then did an officer utilize deadly force - firing 3 rounds through the front passenger side window of Derek’s vehicle.

This was an obvious lawful and reasonable use of deadly force. Derek was a violent, fleeing felon who was actively using his car as a deadly weapon.

The attorney team representing Derek’s family has publicly blamed the police officers for this incident. The grifters at Romanucci & and Blandin blamed the officers for a “Failure to De-escalate”. They also claimed that the involved officer demonstrated “disrespect” for Derek’s life.

Allow me to retort⬇️

• Derek was a spiraling maniac who was actively and unlawfully using violence to escape from police. Derek was unconcerned with who he may harm. Derek respected no one.

• Explain how officers should have used “de-escalation” to stop an armed, violent felon who was crashing into cars and people in an effort to escape?

  • Derek’s escape was never an option for the officers on scene.

*Turns out…Derek was carrying a gun. The more evidence becomes available - the more heroic the officer’s actions prove to be.

LAPD cop NOT LIABLE for controversial OIS

This case sucks. There actually was an innocent victim here.

On December 23, 2021 LAPD officers were dispatched to a Burlington store. Officers were informed that a suspect:

• was attacking customers with a bike lock and that he had a gun.

Officers arrived on scene and observed Daniel Elena-Lopez bludgeoning a female employee with a bike lock. An officer fired three shots from his rifle.

This quick action by the officer both: saved the life of the employee and killed Daniel

However, one of the rounds fired bounced off the ground and went through the wall of a dressing room…where Valentina Orellana-Peralta (14) was hiding. Valentina was fatally struck.

The officer had no way of predicting this. Valentina’s death was a tragedy. A tragedy that morally rests completely with the offender.

Valentina’s family filed a 💰100 million dollar lawsuit against LAPD. This week a jury found that the officer was “not liable”. That is, of course, the correct legal decision. But, that does not make this case any easier.

The truth is…only an officer with X-ray vision and psychic ability could have predicted this. The officer objectively made the correct decision in the moment.

Deputy Jason Meade Convicted

Former Franklin County deputy Jason Meade was working as part of a Federal Task Force - serving warrants in the Columbus, Ohio area.

On December 4, 2020 Deputy Meade was in plainclothes and driving an unmarked vehicle. He claimed that as he passed a vehicle driven by Casey Goodson…that Casey “waved” a gun at him.

Deputy Meade then followed Casey and the confrontation concluded as Casey attempted to enter his grandmother’s home.

Deputy Meade claimed that Casey pointed the gun at him as he unlocked the door and in response…he fired when Casey refused to drop the weapon. Casey stumbled into the home and a gun was found underneath Casey’s body.

This week Deputy Meade was convicted of Reckless Homicide and faces up to five years in prison.

The Prosecutor has not made a decision if Deputy Meade will be retried for the more serious Murder charge (that the judge declared a mistrial on).

Police officers in the Columbus, OH area should be aware that if a suspect points a gun at them…it may be unlawful to respond to the deadly threat.

*Proactive policing must go to absolute zero.

Goodbye Anthony

On April 11, 2026 NYPD officers working at Grand Central Station were flagged down by witnesses who reported that a man with a machete had slashed at least one person.

Officers quickly made contact with the suspect (Anthony Griffin). Anthony was still armed with a machete and refused to drop the weapon.

Officers issues multiple commands and attempted to reason with this subway slasher…to no avail.

Anthony refused to drop the machete, claimed that he was “Lucifer”, and asked the officers to “shoot” him. Anthony advanced towards the officers and when he got too close…that is exactly what they did.

Officers found out later that Anthony had slashed three victims with the machete prior to the police involvement.

Turns out…Anthony had 13 prior arrests over the last two decades in NYC- including Felony Assault and Robbery.

*It is a policy choice to live like this.

Goodnight Chantez

On April 29, 2026 officers in Columbus, OH attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Chantez Loury. Chantez fled like a coward.

Officers did not pursue the fleeing Chantez and ten minutes later located the vehicle…abandoned. A few minutes after that officers located Chantez walking in the area.

An officer made contact with Chantez - who immediately produced a gun and fired at the officer. The officer was struck in the leg and injured. Multiple officers then returned fire…ending it all for Chantez.

Turns out…Chantez had an extensive violent criminal history, was released from prison in August 2025, and was on supervised parole at the time of his expiration.

*It is a policy choice to live like this.

An Absurd Settlement💰

Back in 2022 police officers in Albuquerque, NM were involved in a fatal OIS (officer-involved-shooting) with a guy named Jesus Crosby.

Jesus suffered from schizophrenia and was known to some of the officers who worked in the downtown area. On the night in question Jesus smashed out a window and was causing a disturbance near the Main Police Station.

Officers went to arrest Jesus and he did not comply.

Officers believed that Jesus was armed with a pocket knife and therefore, kept distance and ordered him multiple times (like 100) to drop the weapon. Jesus refused.

Eventually, as Jesus lunged towards the officers: two officers fired their Tasers and two officers fired their guns.

Jesus succumbed to his injuries.

It was later discovered that Jesus was armed with a pair of nail clippers…not a knife - as officers had believed at the time of the shooting.

In the aftermath of the OIS the family and activists protested and demanded justice. This week the City of Albuquerque settled with the Crosby family for 6.5 million💰

The officers were cleared by the DA and their actions were found to have been within the law.

An internal investigation into this case divided Command Staff at the Albuquerque Police Department. The Force Review Board (a group of random Commanders and the Civilian Oversight Director) initially found that the use of deadly force was “out of policy”. That finding was later reversed by the Internal Affairs Force Division Commander who found that the use of deadly force was within department policy.

*Jesus needed serious mental health services. The blame for his death should be pinned on those who refused him service and allowed him to stalk the streets…forcing police officers into an impossible scenario.

Marcus Burks…can’t breathe

On 1/1/26 a man named Marcus Burks fled from a traffic stop by a NY State Trooper. This was an unwise and cowardly move.

Shortly thereafter, in Newburgh, NY, Marcus crashed into another vehicle and resisted arrest.

In an effort to overcome the active resistance of Marcus, officers used force that included pepper spray and a Taser.

While fighting with police Marcus stated that he “can’t breathe”, went into cardiac arrest, and died.

The medical examiner ruled his death a “homicide”. And, that was enough for the ignorant and dishonest alike to claim foul play on the part of police.

Here’s the thing…a medical examiner labels a death a “homicide” when the death is (even in part) caused by another person. And, because Marcus was fighting with police when he went into cardiac arrest - the appropriate medical designation is “homicide”. This is a medical label - not a legal opinion.

The Burks family either doesn’t know this distinction, doesn’t care, or smells a big payday…if they can muddy the waters on this one. And they will undoubtedly have help from a smarmy civil rights lawyer.

*The cops did nothing wrong.

**Marcus caused his own death.

Ohio deputy on trial…the Casey Goodson case

• The gun fell out of the holster as Casey fell to the ground.

• Deputy Meade randomly chose to hunt down and murder Casey for no particular reason and it was just by happenstance that a gun was found underneath Casey’s body.

  *This theory of the case is absurd.

This case already went to trial and a mistrial was declared in 2024.

Deputy Meade should be acquitted of all charges.

Advice for hostages

On February 20, 2026 in Antioch, CA an officer was taken hostage by an armed robbery suspect.

This all started when three offenders entered a Foodmaxx store and one of the suspects brandished a gun during the robbery.

Police officers were called and arrived quickly.

Officers confronted the getaway driver (Dominick DeSouza) as he was parked in front of the store. Officers gave Dom orders to exit the vehicle and he refused.

Dom reversed and crashed into the front door of the store, then accelerated forward…striking a police car as he fled.

During the chaos a police officer was “knocked” into the passenger seat of the vehicle and was taken hostage by the fleeing Dom…who refused to stop the car.

The officer attempted to negotiate with the offender for several minutes and the best Dom could offer was to slow down the car to 10 MPH and allow the officer to jump out.

After about 50 warnings…the officer shot Dom in the leg, the vehicle crashed, and he was taken into custody.

*If you are taken hostage…there is zero negotiating…shoot your way out immediately💥

Mohammad with the pink bag

On March 25, 2026 in Houston, TX an officer responded to a call that reported:

a suspicious man was walking around a school with a pink bag and a gun.

An officer responded and made contact with the creep…a guy named Bara’Atef Mohammad.

The suspect was carrying a pink bag, refused to follow the commands of the officer, reached in, pulled out a gun, pointed it at the officer and fired shots…striking the officer in the abdomen….all while the officer was still issuing commands to the creepy Mohammad.

The officer returned fire….going through two magazines…missing most of the shots like the guy in the bathroom from Pulp Fiction.

The officer stayed in the fight and eventually won the gun-battle….killing this Mohammad.

There is a lot of criticism online over this officer’s shooting accuracy.

*I must point out that he had been shot in the abdomen and that injury likely altered his shooting accuracy. Just something to consider.

This is why police officers need to pull their guns quicker and far more often.

• It can always go back in the holster.

• Take zero chances.

• Kill them…before they kill you.

The lies of a Civil Rights Attorney v. The Body Cam

This week I will write a longer article about this case. However, the aftermath of this fatal police shooting has been so infuriating that I had mention it.

On April 3, 2026 in Los Angeles, officers encountered Elias Hernandez.

Elias was:

• A suspect in a shooting,

• Holding a gun to his own head,

• Walking away from officers, &

• Refusing to follow commands,

Elias started to turn his body towards police officers when he was initially shot. Once on the ground, Elias reached for the gun that he had dropped…and was shot subsequent times. These facts are not in dispute as it was all captured on body camera and surveillance video.

Despite that, Civil Rights attorney (Denisse Gastelum) has claimed that Elias was no threat to officers and is demanding that they be immediately terminated.

How does this lady keep her law license?

Don’t blame Jalen!

On April 15, 2026 Illinois State Troopers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance that had originated on I-57.

The suspect (Jalen Carpenter) fled from Troopers and led them on a vehicle pursuit.

One relevant factoid about Jalen…he was on court mandated electric monitoring due to a pending Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon charge from February.

The vehicle pursuit transitioned into a foot pursuit and eventually officers caught up to Jalen. As officers were attempting to handcuff Jalen, he pulled out a handgun. An officer responded by firing four shots - fatally wounding Jalen.

Jalen’s family blames everyone…except Jalen.

Lessons for Lashawn

On April 2, 2026 officers in Baltimore, MD were monitoring the CityWatch surveillance system when they observed an assault with a knife that was in progress. They alerted patrol officers - who quickly descended on the area.

Officers located the suspect (Tavon Newton) who was armed with a fixed-blade knife. Tavon resisted arrest and fought through a Taser deployment.

During the melee Tavon unwisely (but successfully) gained control and possession of the officer’s Taser. The officer took few steps back and fired a single shot…injuring Tavon.

Tavon was injured, arrested, and hopefully he learned something.

Tavon’s sister (Lashawn Newton) was confused as to why her brother was shot by police.

That’s ok…we are here to educate⬇️

Tavon:

1. Committed an assault with a knife.

2. Resisted arrest.

3. Wrestled a Taser away from a cop.

*If you take possession of an officer’s Taser…they will/should perceive that as a deadly threat.

JUST. STOP RESISTING.

This case in New York City has turned into a mess.

It all started when detectives attempted to arrest a suspected drug dealer inside of a liquor store.

The suspect resisted and there was a brawl inside the store. Detectives essentially utilized every force option known…absent any weapons systems.

The suspect was punched, kicked, taken down to the ground, and dragged across the floor like a hysterical child.

The use of force was captured on cell phone video and narrated by an anti-police loudmouth with an IQ below 70.

The worst part…the detectives had the wrong guy.

Now, the involved detectives have been relieved of duty while the investigation is pending and the unit they were assigned to has been disbanded.

This won’t end well. These guys should expect a minimum of a few days off and the suspect will sue for a guaranteed mid six-figures💰

• If this guy was completely innocent - why did he resist?

• Why did they attempt an arrest inside of a liquor store?

  *The entire thing is absurd*

*If police officers attempt to arrest you…and you know that they are incorrect or mistaken as to your involvement/guilt…I promise⬇️

Violently resisting and fighting with the police WILL NOT do anything to convince the officers that they have the wrong guy.

New Jersey Sgt. Charged

A Woodbridge, NJ police sergeant fatally shot Aamir Allen on 5/29/25.

This incident started when multiple callers contacted 911 and reported that Aamir had struck several people, causing injury, with a baseball bat.

Officers located Aamir…who was stalking the streets of Woodbridge with the baseball bat.

Officers followed Aamir and ordered him to “drop the bat” numerous times. Aamir refused to comply and requested that the officers “shoot” him. This madness went on for over seven minutes. Up to this point, Aamir had not threatened the officers and was walking away from them.

The dynamic changed when Aamir: turned towards the cops and raised the bat like Barry Bonds…ready to bash.

At that juncture - Sergeant Bruno gave a few more commands to “drop the bat” and then fired six shots…killing Aamir.

The issue is…when the shots were fired Aamir was standing still. He was not walking towards or advancing on the cops. He was still, almost posing, for his photo finish.

A Grand Jury indicted Sgt. Bruno on a charge of first-degree manslaughter. He is facing 30 years if convicted.

As you all know, officers can use deadly force if there is an imminent threat of “death or great bodily injury”.

If Aamir had taken even one step towards the cops, with the bat in a swinging position, there would be very little debate on the reasonableness (in my opinion). But, deadly force was utilized while Aamir was standing still. That is the issue. Some agencies will not even allow a Taser to be deployed in this scenario.

*From the evidence we currently have the use of deadly force does not appear to be objectively reasonable.

The El Paso “one-two”

Kelsey Renee Hufford had an active warrant for Domestic Violence/Assault. Kelsey actively resisted arrest.

During the struggle an officer bonked Kelsey on the head…in an effort to gain compliance. Eventually, the officers were able to gain control of and arrest Kelsey. Officers did not resort to utilizing any weapon system.

There is outrage (by some) over the punch.

I reviewed the video and stated that the use of force was “reasonable” and that the officers (likely) did not violate any policy or law.

A few days later El Paso Police Chief Peter Pacillas echoed my sentiments during a press conference.

⬇️⬇️⬇️

Lawful/reasonable use of force often doesn’t look pretty. But, thankfully, that is not the legal standard.

*A lot of people commented that the officers should have deployed a Taser or pepper spray. Good question…But , no.

• Taser. One of the officers would have to disengage from Kelsey and backup at least 5-7 feet to deploy the Taser. The other officer would still be wrestling with Kelsey and the tasing officer would be tasked with only landing the probes on Kelsey. This could be difficult during an active struggle.

  • A Taser deployment is better suited for a suspect who is standing up (bigger target) and before the officers go “hands on”.

• Pepper Spray. Deploying pepper spray in a small, enclosed area during a fight would effect the officers as much (or more) than Kelsey. This would be highly ineffective.

Shot in the back?

A cell phone video emerged of a fatal shooting involving an LAPD officer and a 45 y.o. man named Elias Real.

The family of Elias claimed that:

1. Elias was ONLY armed with a cell phone.

2. LAPD shot Elias in the back.

3. LAPD shot Elias for no legitimate reason.

LAPD stated that:

• Elias was a suspect in a shooting.

• Elias was armed with a gun.

• Elias refused to drop the weapon.

• LAPD shot Elias when he “turned towards” officers.

The cell phone video is not clear and not very helpful in determining what objectively happened. We should reserve judgement until the body cam (and any other footage) is available.

*One final thought though…If Elias was a completely random and unarmed person - why didn’t he just cooperate with police officers?

THE Dasaun Williams

Ben Crump has a new case💰

This incident occurred in November 2025 in Jacksonville, FL and involves a drug trafficking suspect names Dasaun Williams.

This all started when Dasaun and three of his homies were identified by detectives who were working a serious narcotics trafficking case.

Officers attempted to arrest Dasaun at a gas station and he resisted.

First, Dasaun tried to walk away from the officers and refused to get on the ground…he was then swiftly tased⚡️

Once on the ground, Dasaun played that game where he tucked his arms underneath his body and refused to allow officers to handcuff him.

In order to overcome that active resistance, officers utilized empty-hand strikes and a subsequent tasing in an effort to gain his compliance. Once Dasaun was sufficiently convinced to cooperate and gave the officers his arms…he was handcuffed and no additional forced was utilized.

Dasaun was arrested and charged with 27 felonies for drug trafficking. Anyone concerned about the minor force used by police, and not about the fentanyl being sold in the neighborhood has absurd priorities.

Ben Crump has been retained on behalf of Dasaun. His comments on the case are laughable as he attempts to bully the city of Jacksonville into a settlement💰

It’s not a coincidence that every single one of these cases starts with a suspect unlawfully resisting arrest.

This occurred in Sacramento, CA.

Here is all you need to know:

• A woman resisted arrest.

• Officers utilized force to overcome the resistance.

• The woman ended up with a broken arm.

*the police are not the problem.

In one case, there are have been protests, political pressure, and the officer has already been fired - before the completion of the internal investigation.

In the other case, there have been zero protests and the involved officers are still employed while the investigation continues.

The difference⬇️

…in the first case Ben Crump, Al Sharpton and their BLM cronies have descended into the community.

Steven Jones

On February 27, 2026 in Hartford, CT officers responded to a call from family members who reported that Steven Jones was experiencing “an acute mental health crisis”, had cut himself with a knife, and was still armed with the weapon.

Officers arrived and attempted to negotiate with Steven for several minutes. Multiple officers gave Steven over 60 commands to “drop the knife”. But…Steven refused.

One of the initial responding officers also deployed a Taser, however, it was not effective.

At one point an officer got within a few feet of Steven, an incredibly unsafe maneuver, and a female officer ordered him to back away.

It was then that Officer Magnano arrived on scene and hustled toward the episode.

Officer Magnano issued commands to drop the knife and Steven locked onto Officer Magnano with intense purpose. Steven charged towards Officer Magnano, who, instead of standing his ground, backed up and retreated as Steven trudged forward. Eventually, Officer Magnano utilized deadly force at the advancing Steven.

The Jones family hired the usual suspects. Ben Crump descended on the city and Al Sharpton spoke at Steven’s funeral. Sharpton opined that, “we cannot accept a system where mental illness and the color of your skin can become a death sentence.”

Just writing that sentence is infuriating. The disgraceful race-baiting should be too much for decent people to handle.

Steven is dead because he charged at a police officer with a knife. His skin color or mental illness are not relevant factors in this case. But, those are the very factors that get men like Ben Crump and Al Sharpton paid💰

Officer Magnano was placed on administrative leave while the investigation into the shooting unfolded…not an uncommon occurrence. This gives the agency time to investigate any possible violations of policy and gives the officer some time to decompress - away from the daily chaos.

However, before the investigation had been completed, Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam terminated the officer. The mayor stated that Officer Magnano “re-escalated” the situation and “made it worse”. This was not based on evidence or findings of an investigation…but merely the uneducated opinion of a cowardly mayor.

Well….Steven had not dropped the weapon and therefore, the situation not been de-escalated at all.

The absurdity of a police officer being terminated from employment based on the insane actions of a mentally disturbed violent maniac.

Alex LaMorie

On March 1, 2026 officers with the Howard County, MD Police Department responded to a call to 911 that had been placed by Alex LaMorie. Alex stated that he had been the victim of a scam and threatened to harm himself.

Officers arrived on scene and Alex (who had Autism Spectrum Disorder) was armed with a knife and expressed his desire to die. Alex was armed with a knife and officers spent several minutes trying to convince him to drop the weapon.

Alex refused to drop the knife and aggressively advanced on officers. Eventually, three officers utilized deadly force.

I am not going to pretend that this case is not controversial. But, it is no more controversial than all other OIS cases.

Alex’s mother complained that officers “overwhelmed” and others commented that a Taser should have been utilized instead. Standard stuff after a police shooting.

But…there have been no protests, no riots, no claims of “racism”, and the involved officers have not been terminated. This case is being investigated as all others are. As far as we know - there is no outside pressure from activists to immediately terminate the cops without due process.

The Truth

When a suspect advances towards a police officer with a knife⬇️

The officer WILL perceive that as a deadly threat.

…& deadly force is the reasonable and necessary response.

*Whether it’s Steven Jones or Alex LaMorie…just drop the fucking knife and you’ll be ok.

Final Thoughts

Not only was Officer Magnano the only properly trained police officer on scene but also the only adult who recognized and reacted to an obvious deadly threat. His termination is an abomination to basic human decency. His termination encourages all other police officers to disregard their own safety when a maniac with a knife is attempting to murder them.

The disgusting grift of Ben Crump, Al Sharpton and other BLM bullies had the exact intended effect. This is what they want to happen in every case they touch.

We must aggressively oppose this bullshit.

Hartford cop fired without due process

I have previously covered the fatal Officer-Involved-Shooting (OIS) of Steven Jones (that occurred on 2/27/26 in Hartford, CT). There is an upsetting update in this case.

In short⬇️

911 calls were placed due to Steven Jones (who was armed with a knife) acting erratically during a mental health crisis. Officers arrived and attempted to negotiate with Steven for several minutes. Officer told Steven to “drop the knife” more than 60x. Steven refused. One officer even got within a few feet of Steven during the attempted CIT coup - an extremely dangerous maneuver. Eventually, Officer Magnano arrived on scene and Steven aggressively advanced towards him with the knife as the officer retreated backwards. Officer Magnano utilized deadly force.

This was an obviously reasonable and lawful use of deadly force.

However, Ben Crump was hired to represent the Jones family and organized protests in the community. Crump and his BLM cronies demanded that the officer be fired and prosecuted.

This week, the Mayor of Hartford, CT (Arunan Arulampalam) fired Officer Magnano. The termination took place before the internal investigation had been completed. The mayor gave into political pressure from extreme activists…instead of relying on evidence and objective reason.

This is an absurd violation of due process and basic human decency.

Prediction ➡️ Officer Magnano will file a lawsuit and eventually be reinstated with backpay.

*Officer Magnano was the only officer on scene who took this deadly threat seriously and acted like a professional police officer.

Cleavon’s CRASHOUT

On March 11, 2026 officers in Rochester, MN were dispatched to the apartment of Cleavon White…who was in the middle of a mental health crisis.

It was determined that Cleavon was a danger to himself and others…and (per state law) officers placed Cleavon on a 72-hour emergency hold.

Cleavon disagreed with that course of action and let out several primal screams‼️

Cleavon then physically resisted officers and during the melee..he was able to grab an officer’s gun and fired one round. An officer responded with deadly force.

This was a reasonable use of deadly force.

Crazy Otto in Milwaukee

On 3/12/26 in Milwaukee, WI officers were searching for Jonathan Otto - who had a felony warrant for a parole violation.

Upon arrival Otto jumped into a flatbed truck and attempted to flee from officers.

An officer attempted to pull Otto out of the driver’s seat. In response, Otto accelerated at a high rate of speed…with the officer clinging to the window - along for the ride.

This went on for several blocks…way longer than it ever should have.

Eventually, the officer utilized deadly force.

Deadly force would have been justified as soon as Otto refused to stop the truck with the cop in tow.

*This could have ended very badly for the officer. Reaching into cars is an extremely dangerous activity. I have more to say on this topic - but I think you all get the point.

Someone get Gramps

We do not have body cam or much backstory on this cell phone video. I encourage everyone, on every case, to wait for the full story to come out.

But…This looks odd.

A School Resource Officer (SRO) in Marion County, SC detained a baseball player form the opposing team. No other information is available.

The SRO was holding the kid like a hostage and hit him in the head with the Taser.

There is obviously something more to this incident…the teenager had his pants unzipped. So, I can only imagine the malfeasance.

But. Someone get Gramps…it’s likely time to retire Old-Timer.

*Not trying to be harsh…I just don’t want to see 60 year-old cops get prosecuted.

Boston cop charged

A police officer in Boston has been charged with Manslaughter…charges stemming from a fatal Officer-Involved-Shooting (OIS) with a carjacking suspect that resisted arrest.

The body cam footage has not been made public - so all we have to go on are the statements from the prosecutors charging the cop and the police union/attorney defending the cop.

Here is a brief recap of what we think occurred⬇️

Officer Nicholas O’Malley and a partner responded to a report of a carjacking and successfully located the vehicle/suspect. Officers made contact with the suspect, who was in the driver’s seat of the carjacked vehicle and gave verbal commands. The suspect refused to cooperate and instead reversed the vehicle - striking the unoccupied patrol car.

After crashing into the patrol car, the suspect made a series of “three-point-type” turns and eventually accelerated forward.

Officer O’Malley fired three shots.

Officer O’Malley started with verbal commands, then drew his Taser, and eventually drew his firearm during this incident.

• Officer O’Malley’s defense would argue that he was in fear for his safety and the safety of his partner - as the suspect used the vehicle as a weapon.

• The prosecution would argue that neither Officer O’Malley (nor his partner) were in any objective danger and that the use of deadly force was unnecessary and excessive.

The police union and the union attorney gave a public statement yesterday, at the courthouse, after Officer O’Malley pled not guilty to a Manslaughter charge.

It was explained that:

1. A body cam does NOT depict exactly what the officer saw in the moment.

2. Comply with police commands and the use of deadly force will be avoided.

*So basic…it’s absurd this has to be said.

How to end a career…

In 2023 a (reportedly) armed suspect was driving a stolen car and had fled from multiple agencies. Eventually, the vehicle pursuit turned into a foot chase through a grassy area.

The foot chase ended when the suspect laid down in the grass and put his hands in the air. Instead of taking the suspect into custody (now FORMER) Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Kilbourne whipped out his baton and struck the suspect multiple times…including when the suspect was on his back with his hands out towards the officer. This was objectively ➡️ unnecessary and excessive stick time. Trooper Kilbourne also threatened to “kill” the suspect.

Kilbourne recently pled guilty to 2nd degree assault and terroristic threatening…he also resigned from the agency.

*When the suspect gives up - the fight is over…that is non-negotiable.

An OIS…like an academy scenario

In February 2026 in Fairfax County, Virginia officers were dispatched to a family disturbance call.

Officers were met by a bloody man that they could barely understand.

Officers then entered the apartment and found Chhatra Thapa kneeling over the body of a bloodied victim…holding a knife.

The officer issued a few quick commands and Thapa raised the knife. Before the knife could be plunged into the victim - the officer fired five rounds…ending the threat.

Turns out…Thapa had stabbed his wife and daughter to death.

The individual officers first encountered was another family member that had been stabbed but was able to escape with a small child.

*Zero hesitation from the officer in a tense moment.

But, after even a cursory review of this case it is clear that their ambition has outpaced the objective facts.

Da’quain Johnson was a convicted felon and on parole for a gun charge.

*Start with those facts and work backwards.

What Happened

This incident occurred in Grand Rapids, Michigan on February 18, 2026.

Police received reports of a man riding a bike…armed with a gun.

An officer on patrol observed that Da’quain was riding a bike in the area of the call and matched the description of the suspect. The officer attempted to stop him.

The officer did have reasonable suspicion to initiate the stop and detain Da’quain.

Instead of cooperating like a rational member of society, Da’quain fled from the officer on his bicycle. Da’quain then ditched the bike and fled on foot. The officer gave chase and also allowed his K9 partner to participate. The K9 quickly caught the fleeing Da’quain.

Da’quain continued to resist arrest as the K9 latched on. Two officers attempted to gain control and Da’quain was given a command to “show” his hands.

Officers observed that Da’quain was “reaching” and saw that he was had successfully grabbed a gun that he had concealed. An officer generously gave Da’quain three commands to “Drop the gun!” - before deadly force was utilized.

1. Ignore Da’quain’s criminal history.

2. Ignore the fact that Da’quain ran from police and resisted arrest.

3. Ignore the fact that Da’quain was unlawfully carrying a gun.

4. Focus ONLY on the theory that…the K9 and officers arresting Da’quain forced his hand near the gun and that his grabbing/touching the gun - was an involuntary act.

5. Demand “justice”…..and tons of cash.

6. Reiterate that Da’quain had cousins.

Final Thoughts

Da’quain Johnson was a convicted felon on parole for a gun charge…when he fled from police & pulled a gun while resisting lawful arrest.
The Johnson family either:
1: Taught Da’quain that this behavior is acceptable.
or
2: Knows that this disgusting behavior is unacceptable…but desperately wants to profit from his death🤑

*Given the evidence presented thus far…it is appears that this was a reasonable/lawful use of deadly force. But, it looks like they are going to dig in and we must be ready to combat the inevitable disgusting and dishonest narratives.

“Big Sam”

On February 16, 2026 a Baltimore County police officer was dispatched to a call, at 3:30 am, in reference to a vehicle that was sitting at a traffic light and not moving.

An officer arrived and observed the vehicle stopped at the intersection through various light cycles.

The officer made contact with the driver (Samuel Brown…aka “Big Sam”).

Reportedly, the officer woke up Big Sam from his slumber. Big Sam exited the vehicle, was uncooperative and attacked the officer. In response the officer punched Big Sam twice. The defensive maneuvers were successful and the goliath fell to the ground… striking his head on the pavement.

Big Sam now has a big problem as he is (likely) permanently brain dead.

The body cam will be released within the next 10 days…the agency and AG are investigating.

This case has garnered a lot of local attention and celebrities such as DJ Quick Silva (1.3 million followers on IG) have organized protests.

My take⬇️

Big Sam was drunk AF, refused to cooperate with a DUI investigation and unlawfully attacked the officer.

*In my 20 years as a cop (15 of those being in uniform, on patrol) the vast majority of fights/use of force incidents I had were from this exact scenario. Waking up a drunk driver that had fallen asleep at an intersection.

Something about that makes drunk dudes want to fight.

**Always dispatch two officers to these calls and/or wait for backup to actually wake the driver up.

Shot thru the hat

On December 7, 2025 a police officer in Fresno, CA observed an illegal fire in an alley.

The officer recognized one of the firestarters as Bradley Nicholson…who the officer knew was on probation.

Bradley gave the officer a fake name and resisted arrest.

During the altercation Bradley produced a gun and fired one shot at the officer’s head. The bullet struck the officer’s baseball hat and knocked it off.

The officer responded and fired one shot as Bradley ran away.

A backup officer also fired multiple rounds at Bradley.

Bradley was injured from being shot in the cheek.

*To all police officers out there…Kill them before they kill you.

Heartbreak in Hartford

A cellphone video has emerged from a police shooting that occurred in Hartford, CT.

The video depicts a crazed, suicidal man advancing towards police while armed with a knife. Police officers and bystanders alike plead with the man to drop the weapon.

After an unsuccessful Taser deployment…an officer fires multiple shots - critically injuring the madman.

In the immediate aftermath of the shooting…the man filming the incident provides hysterical commentary…calling the officer a “rookie”.

The local news interviewed a witness who asked why the officer didn’t “shoot him in the leg?” These types of juvenile questions are absurd.

This was obviously a reasonable and legal police shooting.

*Moronic comments from uneducated witnesses and activists do not make the shooting any less reasonable.

No consequences 🟰 No fear

Police officers in Chicago were attempting to arrest a suspect. During this…the officers were surrounded, menaced, and assaulted by a group of young scholars.

That whole thing where people say that “no one should be afraid of the police”.

Well, that’s wrong. Or, at least, it’s incomplete.

Some people should absolutely fear the police.

When there is zero fear of consequences - awful and violent behavior will persist.

On January 23, 2023 Seattle, WA police officer Kevin Dave was dispatched to an emergency call in reference to a “drug overdose”. Officer Dave rushed to provide assistance with the intent to preserve life. In doing so, he traveled to the call at 74 mph in a 25 mph zone. While speeding at nearly fifty miles per hour above the posted speed limit - he struck and killed a 23 year-old pedestrian (Jaahnavi Kandura).

• The City settled the case💰

• Another officer, unrelated to the crash, was fired for inappropriate/crass comments about the incident.

Post-Crash

After the crash a DRE Officer (drug recognition expert) was dispatched to assess the sobriety of Officer Dave. The DRE Officer (Officer Daniel Auderer) completed the investigation and found that Officer Dave was not impaired.

Phone Call

After leaving the scene, Officer Auderer (who is Vice President of the Seattle Police Officers Guild) called the President (Mike Sloan). That conversation was captured on Officer Auderer’s body camera - that he had neglected to turn off.

What was captured on that one-sided phone call that caused more national outrage from anti-police activists than the deadly crash itself.

Officer Auderer can then be heard saying: “She is dead,” before laughing.

He then continued, “No, it’s a regular person – yeah, yeah, just write a check, just, yeah,” before laughing again.

“$11,000. She was 26 anyway, she had limited value,” he finished, before turning off the body camera.

Mocking or Misunderstanding?

It sounds bad. And it is easy to apply mal intent to things that sound bad.

Anti-police activists immediately claimed that Officer Auderer was speaking callously about the lost life of Ms. Kandura. They claim that these few sentences, that lack context, are an example of the problem in policing.

Officer Auderer claimed that he was not mocking the death of Ms. Kandura. He stated that he was lamenting the process. That he was criticizing the attorneys that were undoubtedly going to turn this tragic loss of life into a fight over money.

Dark Humor

Police officers often utilize dark and/or inappropriate humor as a defense mechanism.

This is often the only way that humans can compartmentalize the horror of what cops see on a daily basis - from the other parts of their lives. This may not be healthy, but it may be a necessary bandaid that our first responders cling to.

Settlement💰

The City of Seattle just settled with the Kandula family for $29,011,000. The $11,000 was a swipe at Officer Auderer. The city’s insurance will be responsible for paying nearly 25 million of the settlement.

Officer Dave (the officer who caused the crash) was terminated. That was likely appropriate.

Officer Auderer was also terminated. He has a pending lawsuit against the city.

Final Thoughts

I have no idea if Officer Auderer was employing dark humor to cover the open wound of a recent tragedy, if he was truly expressing frustration with the legal system, or if he was mocking the death of a young woman to simply pass the time. I am not a psychic and neither are the anti-police activists who have lazily assumed that Officer Auderer’s worst possible motive was his only possible motive.

Perhaps Officer Auderer is amongst the tens of thousands of police officers who would benefit from a “wellness” program, stress counselor, or some time off. If so, that was the landing place for this investigation - assistance with stress management.

Even if the remarks are proven to be insensitive locker room banter - it was speech between two police officers, outside the presence of any members of the public. Officer Auderer should not have been terminated for that offense.

If we recorded every conversation that every police officer, fire fighter, or paramedic had while at work and made it public…then investigated, disciplined, or fired them for inappropriate remarks - we would have no emergency personnel to respond or answer 911 calls. That I am absolutely sure of.
