Postcards from the Camino

In the fall of 2024, I walked the Camino Frances—500 miles solo,St. Jean Pied-de-Port to Santiago. Glorious, until my left glute seized up 50 miles from the end, turning every step into a negotiation with pain. I'm going back to finish those miles right.
