On January 31^st, 2026, Ori Solomon, an Israeli and French National residing in the US on a nonimmigrant Class 2 visa, was arrested in connection with an investigation into bio labs operating in the Las Vegas Area and the California area. Ori spent no more than 24 hours incarcerated before he was allowed to bond out by his daughter, Talia Solomon. After a short hearing before Judge Elayna J. Youchah, Ori was allowed to remain out of jail while awaiting his next trial date, set for nearly 90 days later; however, before the hearing, the federal government dropped all charges against Ori Solomon “without prejudice” and without explanation. Ori now awaits his state trial on September 5^th, 2026.

Despite the involvement of federal and state authorities, the investigation leaves many unanswered questions. Among these questions, we will attempt to answer who else is involved aside from Jia Bei, Ori Solomon, and the other Chinese nationals; Who is Nurit Hoang, and was her death connected to the Biolab; Who is Yaniv Shlomo, and why does he have multiple deeds and businesses registered at Ori’s home address; how far does this network really reach, and are the FBI, the DOJ, and the LVMPD attempting to cover this all up?

Initial Complaint

On January 9^th, 2026, the FBI Las Vegas field office received a tip from the FBI Sacramento field office about potential biolabs operating within at least one address used as an Airbnb/Short Term Rental (STR), with particular emphasis on 979 Sugar Springs Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89110. The woman who came forward used the alias “Kelly.” Kelly stated she was contracted at the end of 2022 by Ori Solomon to clean STR properties. Two of the specific properties she was tasked with cleaning were 979 Sugar Springs Drive and 971 Temple View Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89110, approximately one block from the Sugar Springs address. Regarding the Temple View address, Kelly stated that the garage was her main point of entry when cleaning the address, where she noted that there were boxes in the garage containing test kits for THC, Opioid/fentanyl, and COVID-19. These same test kits are consistent with the fraud charges that landed Jia Bei Zhu in jail in connection with the Reedley Biolab in 2023. Kelly stated that when she cleaned the Sugar Springs Drive house, she was not allowed to enter the garage and that it remained locked. She also stated that short term renters had inquired about using the garage to park their vehicles; however, Ori denied access. He further told Kelly that the garage should always remain locked and that the power cords run to it should also always be plugged in.

One day, when Kelly reported to 979 Sugar Springs Drive to clean the STR, she noticed the garage door was open. When she went to lock it, she noticed commercial-grade medical equipment and many 2.5- to 5-gallon jugs of reddish liquids. When interviewed by the FBI, Kelly was shown images of the containers holding biological agents at the Reedley biolab, and the liquid contained within was consistent; however, the jugs used at Sugar Springs Drive were much larger, with Reedley jugs being no more than a single gallon and the Sugar Springs jugs being over 2.5 to 5 gallons. Other equipment identified by Kelly included multiple medical fridges, freezers, and various other medical laboratory equipment.

Kelly stated that, while cleaning the 979 Sugar Springs address, she found many dead crickets in the master bedroom, something she has never witnessed after having lived in Las Vegas for many years. She also stated that she and Mikey, the maintenance tech hired by Ori, got deathly ill after entering the garage, while also landing another unnamed woman in the hospital with breathing difficulties. It was also noted that Ori’s wife, Nurit “Moon” Hoang, had also fallen ill after entering the garage. Nurit “Moon” Hoang later died; however, her death was not investigated to be in connection with the biolab. Most importantly, Kelly stated that if Ori knew he was being investigated, he would move the equipment before they had a chance to investigate, and that Ori and Mikey had already once successfully relocated all equipment from the Reedley biolab to the Sugar Springs address.

Search Warrant Executed and Arrest Made

At approximately 5:51 A.M. on January 31^st, 2026, a search warrant was executed at 979 Sugar Springs Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon execution of the search warrant, officers found, within the garage, fridges and freezers containing various fluids and substances, each visibly matching what had been discovered at the Reedley Biolab in 2023, including an extensive list of viral and bacterial agents, including but not limited to HIV, HSV, COVID-19, Malaria, and more. Authorities did not state who was present at Sugar Springs drive, however, it is known that police executed an arrest warrant for Ori Solomon located at 9108 Covered Wagon Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada at approximately 5:00 P.M. of the same day, January 31^st and was charged with NRS 202.446 Certain Acts Related to Weapons of Mass Destruction, Lethal Agents, Toxins and Delivery and processed at the Clark County Jail at 11:18 P.M.

On February 1, 2026, at approximately 1:56 AM, Ori made a recorded call while in custody at the Clark County Detention Center to his daughter and asked her “Is there any guns left? Are there any guns left in the house or did they confiscate it?” in which she replied, “The three rifles, I think they found the lockbox with the pistol, but they couldn’t open it. So, it’s just ringing in the house.” Solomon then states, “Well, that’s just Christopher’s stuff; that’s not mine.” Despite the call to his daughter or the gravity of his charges, culminating in acts of domestic terrorism, Ori Solomon was released on bond, which was posted by his daughter, Talia Solomon, on February 1^st, 2026, within 24 hours of his arrest. A search warrant was issued at the same time as his release; however, it was not executed for another full 24 hours, effectively allowing Ori to remove any and all evidence, aside from what was found, as stated in the recorded conversation with his daughter, out of the house and perhaps into another one of his many other registered addresses.

When officers executed the warrant at Ori’s home, he was not there, but his daughter Talia was. While at the crime scene, Special Agent Hannah Janousek intentionally or accidentally misidentified Ori’s two additional children as minors; however, they are nearly the same age as Talia, who is in her 20s. The weapons were confiscated, and no arrests were made. Of particular interest, one of the weapons found was the IWI US Tavor-X95 5.56 bearing the serial number T0066621, a weapon heavily used by the Israeli Defense Forces.

Who else is involved?

On February 6^th, 2026, Ori was called back to court to appear before Judge Elayna J. Youchah, who again ordered his immediate release with no further bond, pending a later trial. It is worth noting that Judge Youchah practices favorably in sentencing for others who share the same Jewish faith as her and, even more so, citizens of Israel, as this case demonstrates, while, at the same time, aggressively condemning non-jews harshly, as seen in her handling of the recent case with her fellow Zionist, Senator Jacky Rosen in which a man in Vegas who made threatening calls Senator Rosen (D-Nev.), who has taken $2.2 Million dollars from AIPAC. Additionally, she has called for the destruction of Gaza, in lockstep with Sigal Chattah.

Every year, countless children go missing around the US, many of whom will end up in a global human trafficking scheme that can lead to a life of slavery, abuse, and deprivation. This research identifies which age groups, races, and sexes are most often reported as missing, and where the highest rates of abduction occur.

Analysis of this data showed that children aged 15 to 17 were most likely to be reported missing. Black / African American children have the highest likelihood to go missing, followed by White / Caucasian, and then Hispanic Latino. Females of all ages, except 16-year-old Black African/American females, surpassed their male counterparts. Not only did 16-year-old Black African/American males surpass their female counterparts, but they also had the highest value among 17-year-old Black/African American females.

It was also determined that Florida, California, and Texas have the highest reported missing persons. Historically, Texas and California have led the nation in reported missing persons, but Florida is having an odd year with exceptional growth. Additionally, Dallas, Texas, has the highest number of reported missing persons. Looking ahead, between 2025 and 2030, California, Texas, Florida, and Tennessee will have the highest numbers of reported missing persons.

Future research will include continuing to grow the dataset and creating a web app that features a dashboard to display all metrics.
