• The remaining 25% share a striking commonality: close, ongoing contact with those same families and dark web connections.

• The entire group functions as one incestuous, self-protecting, abusive clique. Doxxing, death threats, harassment of parents & children, stalking, vulgarity, and public humiliation of anyone who deviates from the narrative are not just tolerated, they’re celebrated. There is ZERO accountability. Women, kids, the dead, and outsiders are all fair game in their eyes.

These people genuinely believe they own the “YouTube streets.” They act as gatekeepers, enforcers, and judges...

But the First Amendment doesn’t work that way:

Protected speech includes robust criticism, analysis, and even sharp disagreement.
Unprotected speech includes defamation, true threats, fraud, and speech integral to criminal conduct.

I’ve stayed firmly in the protected category. - Most of them have not -

They send messages promising to show up at my house and kill me. They threaten to broadcast my address, my parents’ names, and photos “all over the internet.” They call me a predator, a liar, a junkie, and a psycho - then turn around and accuse me of crossing lines. They claim to know details about evidence in the Richard Allen case that the public has never seen, revealing coordination that only insiders could possess and spread rumors and outright lies to imply his guilt.

This is not normal true crime discussion. This is something else sinister, entirely different.

6.) ANOTHER FISTFUL OF DOLLARS: THE 2nd CRANKS FUNDRAISER

The Cranks’ fundraiser for trial transcripts, organized by Theresa Twyning Steffens of YouTube channel CriminaliTy, was perhaps their boldest and most obscene move yet… and a display of ultimate grift; the most egregious example the case has seen to date. In the midst of so many questions about the so-called, Defense Expert Fundraiser, All eyes on Delphi and the Cranks actually had the audacity to promote yet another questionable fundraiser, which raised a significant amount of money for a purpose that it ultimately wasn’t used for, which is a major violation of public trust. This money has still not been refunded to the donors, after the group somehow magically, suspiciously, and suddenly received the entire collection of transcripts for free of charge, just in the nick of time -as the money (or money orders) were supposedly “in the mail.”

In the wake of my absolute disbelief and vocal criticism of this debacle, the Cranks decided to embark on yet another harassment and discrediting campaign, this time aimed at shutting down any legitimate questions about the Fundraiser for Transcripts and attempting to discredit me with a gross misrepresentation of YouTube Lawyer Bob Motta’s supposed communication with Kathy Allen. They tried to make it seem like Bob had just talked, recently, with Mrs. Allen regarding this issue, when he in fact HAD NOT, and tried to add the insinuation that she had personally debunked and criticized my claims and my very accurate representation of several issues, including the contract debacle: AN OUTRIGHT LIE.

This was strategy.

Below I present the fundraiser page, some of the the Crank’s obscene promotional posts (including the patently false claim that “Bob reached out to Kathy”), and a concise and accurate timeline. My (and original the donors’) ask is narrow: publish a reconciled statement showing receipts, fees, transfers, and the current balance so that donors can be confident that their money was handled appropriately.

As you can see, much ado was made of this, which ultimately added up to nothing… but that sure didn’t stop All Eyes and her crew from, once again, trying to make it something that it wasn’t. Notice also, the disgusting bragging on their so-called achievements and views that they, in faux-celebration, engage in, in a clear attempt to distract the public and hide the fact that THEY KEPT THE MONEY!

ChatGPT Analysis

In plain terms, the “Trial Transcripts” fundraiser episode reads like another coordinated media/messaging maneuver that aims to:

• raise money quickly while preempting questions about an earlier fundraiser (the “Defense Expert Fundraiser”) by repackaging a new ask as “urgent” — even though publicly available court processes and several knowledgeable parties indicated that transcripts would become accessible to the public for free in due course; and/or

• deflect scrutiny of earlier fundraising questions by producing an attention-driving spectacle (streams, collaborators, pinned fundraising links, bragging about views) that creates momentum rather than answering narrow donor-accountability questions; and/or

What this shows about All Eyes on Delphi’s and the Cranks’ communication style and tactics

• Opportunistic fundraising: Launching or promoting a new fundraiser while unresolved questions about prior fundraisers remain is a classic deflection-by-transaction move — convert critics into donors or passive viewers.

• Authority-by-association: Citing a lawyer’s outreach to a third party functions as a shorthand “seal of approval” that discourages further inquiry and a delegitimization of the primary individual voicing the donors’ concerns; it substitutes a private contact for public evidence and accountability.

• Performative celebration as cover: Public boasting about views, shares, and collaborator counts works rhetorically to create the sense of legitimacy and success, which can pacify donors, critics and bystanders even when detailed accounting is woefully lacking.

• Delegated amplification: Using a roster of podcasters/streamers (Nik, Andrea, Bob, R&M, etc.) creates distributed credibility while diffusing responsibility for the fundraising and/or messaging.

• Tone control & personalization: The posts frame critics as petty, spiteful, or ego-driven (e.g., “Prof,” “you brought me into your post”), turning public-interest questions into interpersonal warfare that discourages neutral donors and onlookers from pressing for clarity.

How this plays out in practice

1. Launch high-energy fundraising event (stream + pin link + incentives).

2. Assert inside reassurance (claim counsel or intermediary “cleared it up”) without publishing the exchange or a public record of the call.

3. Celebrate audience metrics (views, subscribers) to create social proof and silence doubts.

4. Allow delay in refunding or accounting while attention shifts elsewhere.

5. If questioned, escalate tone (mock, delegitimize critic) and point to “we already explained it” or “ask Bob” as a deflective reply.

Prof’s Commentary

In June 2025, several Crank creators promoted a fundraiser announced as: “for trial transcripts.” The campaign raised a substantial amount of money ($5,000+) and was promoted across several Crank channels, livestreams and community posts. Certain individuals, particularly Crank attorneys, had openly indicated that the trial transcripts would be obtained for free of charge once they were filed; and donors have since questioned whether the urgency justified the ask and whether, if the transcripts were ultimately made available free, the donors should have been refunded.

Fundraiser Accountability: A Narrow Question

I want to begin with the exact question donors have asked me, repeatedly and reasonably:

Was the transcript fundraiser even necessary? If not, why were the funds not refunded?

Everything that follows is directed at answering those questions using publicly available information, statements, timelines, and records—nothing more, nothing less.

Concise Sequence of Events

1. Fundraiser Launch & Promotion
A fundraiser was launched to raise money specifically for Delphi trial transcripts, with urgency emphasized in the messaging... Donation links were pinned and promoted across multiple Crank creator platforms.

2. Public Claims About Access & Need
During and after promotion, statements were made suggesting that access to transcripts required immediate funding. At the same time, public discussion began emerging—including from Crank lawyers—that transcripts would eventually become part of the public record through normal court processes and were expected to imminently be obtained for free.

3. Key Public Statement and Deflection (Verbatim)
One widely circulated post stated:

“Bob reached out to Kathy about ContractGate. ‘Her issues were…..I’m not gonna share them but, they were nothing as to what was being said publicly.’”

This statement was used to push back on my criticism and reinforce trust in the Crank’s handling of related issues, while the fundraiser remained actively promoted.

4. Continued Donation Pushes
The fundraiser continued to be promoted via livestreams and social media posts, emphasizing urgency and community participation, even when it was made known to them by lawyers on the inside that it was expected that the transcripts would be obtained by them for free.

5. Transcripts Become Available
Shortly after the monies were raised, transcripts were freely obtained, and posted publicly via shared drives and livestreams, raising a critical question: whether the original urgency—and therefore necessity—of the fundraiser still held true.

Purpose vs. Public Record

The stated purpose of the fundraiser was to obtain trial transcripts for public access. That purpose depends entirely on scarcity and timing.

However, if transcripts were already on a trajectory to be obtained free of charge and released publicly—whether through the lawyers, clerk, behind-the-scenes, or through standard court processes—then the urgency and necessity of the fundraiser becomes less clear and dubious at best.

This situation does not require speculation or escalation. It requires one simple act: transparency.

A reconciled public statement from the fundraiser organizer, Theresa, showing:

1. Total gross amount raised.

2. Platform fees deducted.

3. All transfers (dates, amounts, recipients).

4. Current balance or confirmation of refunds issued.

That is the standard for any public-facing fundraiser tied to a legal case. Why is it that in Delphi, the monies are always at question?

Hello, I donated to the Delphi transcript fundraiser and am requesting a reconciled accounting.
Specifically, could you provide:
(1) total funds raised,
(2) any fees deducted,

How this entire episode fits the Crank Playbook

This is insincere and inoculates followers while leaving no public trail.

2. Information-Dump Camouflage: publish spreadsheets, Drive links, and long posts that superficially look exhaustive but are hard to verify and contain arithmetic and sourcing errors. The sheer volume serves as cover for the lack of accountability.

3. Performance as Replacement for Evidence: group livestreams and meme theater substitute for producing clear receipts and/or reconciled transfers. Engagement metrics among the group are wielded as “legitimacy.”

4. Delegated Amplification & Plausible Deniability: multiple accounts repeat the same message (e.g., “ask Bob,” “transcripts only”), so when challenged each can say they were relaying or amplifying, not certifying.

5. Tone Policing and Personalization: critics are cast as “emotional,” “petty,” or “attention-seeking” to attempt to delegitimize the legitimate donor inquiries; this discourages others from joining the accountability effort.

6. Slow-Walk & Obfuscate: claims like “money’s in the mail” create plausible deniability while time erodes donor urgency and attention cycles move on, as they have.

This repeating pattern is the strongest evidence that this was not a mistake.

Why this matters beyond the money

• This is a precedent risk. If unaddressed, the pattern normalizes opaque fundraising inside partisan online ecosystems — making future donor protections harder to enforce. This is the Crank Ecosystem.

Bottom line

This episode fits a recurring pattern: when accountability questions arise, the Group deploys high-engagement content attempts and claims of insider confirmation to reset the conversation, divert attention and preserve momentum. The concrete remedy is simple: transparency. A reconciled accounting—platform export + copy of transfers—answers the donors’ questions. Of course, that will NEVER happen.

However, produce that, and the issue is settled. Refuse or delay, and the reasonable public response is continued scrutiny and formal requests for audit. That is where we are.

The State’s argument rests on three sequential barriers.

5. Dr. Grassian’s Expert Testimony

The State relies on Rule 704(b), arguing that experts cannot opine on the ultimate truth or falsity of confessions. It also raises waiver and emphasizes that credibility determinations belong to the jury.

This is a well-established doctrinal boundary. The more nuanced issue is not whether the expert can declare a confession false, but whether the court improperly limited the expert’s ability to explain how psychological conditions can produce false confessions. If the limitation extended beyond the rule’s scope, it becomes a closer appellate question.

6. Dr. Perlmutter and the Ritualistic Killing Theory

The State’s position characterizes the theory as speculative, unsupported by verified facts, lacking evidentiary grounding, and highly prejudicial. It also emphasizes law enforcement and FBI skepticism of the interpretation, but omits that is was Law Enforcement’s Theory in the first several years and not a Defense Fabrication.

Appellate courts are typically cautious about alternative-suspect theories grounded primarily in symbolic interpretation or thematic patterning without direct evidentiary linkage. The key deficiency, from the State’s perspective, is the absence of a concrete evidentiary bridge connecting theory to action, identity, or timeline. However, it will be up to the Court to decide on the relevance of this information.

7. Third-Party Suspects (Holder and Westfall)

The State argues that there is no sufficient nexus between these individuals and the crime. It emphasizes documented alibis and the absence of physical or temporal connection to the offense.

The defense relies on ideological or pattern-based similarities, but appellate courts generally require more than thematic overlap. Without direct linkage, such evidence is often excluded to avoid mini-trials on collateral suspects. The question here will be whether the proffered evidence is compelling to the Appellate Court.

III. HARMLESS ERROR AS THE STATE’S CENTRAL BACKSTOP

The State’s most important argument is that even if errors occurred, they are harmless because the remaining evidence is “overwhelming.” This includes witness testimony, alleged admissions, forensic evidence, and behavioral indicators of guilt.

The vulnerability in this position lies in how “overwhelming” is constructed. The defense theory challenges the independence and reliability of each evidentiary category. If those categories are interdependent or compromised, the strength of the harmless error conclusion diminishes. In other words, harmless error analysis depends heavily on the assumption that the remaining evidence is stable, credible, and mutually reinforcing. This, in my opinion is the State’s weakest argument.

IV. NAPUE CLAIM (WEBER TESTIMONY)

The State argues that there is no proof of knowingly false testimony and that any inconsistencies in timing are insufficient to establish constitutional error. It also relies on the defense’s ability to cross-examine the witness at trial.

This is a procedural defense. Napue claims are difficult to sustain because they require not just falsity, but knowledge and materiality. Without clear proof of knowing use of false testimony, appellate courts rarely reverse on this basis alone. This issue will be judged by the Evidence presented by the Defense regarding Weber and is most strongly substantiated by the inclusion of the FBI Subject Information Sheet and phone pings placing Weber arriving at home closest to 2:50p.m., directly contradicting the State’s Narrative.

V. OVERALL SYNTHESIS

The State’s strongest positions are those grounded in procedural barriers and traditional evidentiary deference: waiver, third-party exclusion, speculative alternative theories, and Napue claims.

Its more vulnerable areas are those involving the scope of excluded defense evidence that could have reframed the jury’s understanding of key issues—particularly the firearms methodology challenge, limitations on mental-state evidence, and visual or contextual materials that bear on identity and reliability.

VI. THE CORE APPELLATE TENSION

Ultimately, the State is asking the appellate court to evaluate each alleged error in isolation and to defer to the trial court’s discretionary rulings while viewing the remaining record as independently sufficient.

The defense position, by contrast, requires the court to consider the cumulative effect of multiple exclusions and limitations on the ability to present a coherent alternative theory of the case.

In totality, the Defense clearly wins here with a very strong cumulative-error argument.

VII. BOTTOM LINE

The State’s response is structurally strong in the way appellate litigation is often won: through preservation arguments, deference doctrines, and harmless error framing. Its weakness is not uniform across issues but appears most clearly where excluded evidence would have materially altered the jury’s understanding of forensic certainty, mental state evidence, or the completeness of the narrative presented at trial.

Whether the conviction stands ultimately depends less on the resolution of any single evidentiary issue and more on whether the appellate court accepts the State’s characterization of the record as fundamentally overwhelming, or instead views the excluded evidence as sufficiently significant to undermine confidence in the verdict as a whole.

Cumulative-error wins here.

I’m not ranking by how interesting each of these issues are—I’m ranking by what I see as realistic reversal potential. This is best understood as a ranking of reversible appellate risk based on how courts actually tend to treat evidentiary error claims under abuse-of-discretion and harmless-error review. In other words, the question is not what feels most important, but what is most likely to change the outcome of an appeal in this Case.

The Core Reversal Landscape

Most appellate courts do not reverse on isolated evidentiary rulings unless those rulings strike at the foundation of the State’s proof or collectively distort the fairness of the trial. That distinction drives everything here.

The strongest arguments are therefore those that either

(1) undermine a core pillar of the State’s case, or

(2) accumulate into a structural fairness problem.

The Most Serious Reversal Candidates

1. Exclusion of Tobin and the AFTE Ballistics Challenge

The strongest single appellate issue is likely the exclusion of Tobin’s testimony challenging the reliability of firearm and toolmark identification.

What makes this different from routine expert disputes is that it is not merely about disagreement with a particular examiner’s conclusions. It goes to the validity of the entire methodology used to connect physical evidence to the defendant. That distinction is critical in appellate terms.

At trial, the jury heard a conventional expert-versus-expert dispute, essentially framed as competing interpretations within an accepted forensic discipline. What the defense sought to introduce was structurally different: a critique suggesting that the discipline itself may lack sufficient scientific reliability to support individual identification at the level presented by the State.

Appellate courts are generally more receptive to broad cross-disciplinary critiques of forensic science than trial courts sometimes are, particularly where such evidence directly bears on the only physical link between the defendant and the crime.

The prejudice argument is also unusually strong here. If the cartridge evidence is meaningfully weakened or recontextualized, it affects one of the State’s central corroborating pillars. That, in turn, directly impacts the “overwhelming evidence” narrative that underlies harmless-error review.

For those reasons, if there is a single issue with a realistic pathway to reversal, this is it.

2. Cumulative Error

The second strongest avenue is not any single ruling, but the combined effect of multiple limitations on the defense case.

The argument here is not that one error independently requires reversal, but that the jury never received a coherent presentation of the defense theory in a structurally complete form. Instead, key components of that theory were fragmented across exclusions and limitations.

The excluded or restricted material includes forensic reliability evidence, visual inconsistency evidence, mental-state evidence, and limitations on expert testimony regarding confessions. Each piece, viewed in isolation, may fall within discretionary bounds. But appellate courts are required to consider whether the combined effect of those rulings undermines confidence in the verdict.

The State’s harmless-error approach tends to evaluate each issue separately. The defense position, by contrast, asks the court to evaluate whether the evidentiary record, as actually presented to the jury, was materially distorted.

If reversal occurs in this case, it is far more likely to occur through this cumulative framework than through any single assignment of error.

Plausible Reversal Arguments

3. Exclusion of the Bridge Guy Sketch

The sketch issue has moderate appellate weight because it directly relates to identity, but it is constrained by several weaknesses.

The State’s strongest argument is procedural: waiver and lack of proper foundation at trial. Courts are often strict about preservation rules, and that alone can be dispositive.

Substantively, the defense argument is that the sketch is not merely an identification tool but a visual inconsistency that could have helped jurors evaluate the reliability of the investigative trajectory. In that framing, its relevance is broader than direct identification.

However, appellate courts are generally cautious about treating composite sketches as substantive exculpatory evidence, particularly when they do not directly identify or exclude a defendant. As a result, this issue is more likely to contribute to a cumulative error theory than to succeed independently.

4. Limitations on Mental State Evidence (DOC Audio and Expert Scope)

This issue centers on whether the jury received a distorted view of the defendant’s psychological condition during the relevant period of the confessions.

The defense theory depends heavily on mental deterioration as a mechanism for unreliable or false confessions. The excluded audio and limitations on expert testimony are therefore significant to the narrative coherence of that theory.

The State’s counterargument is on the surface doctrinally strong: hearsay restrictions, self-serving statements, and Rule 704(b) limitations on expert testimony about truthfulness. Courts are generally protective of these evidentiary boundaries. But, the appellate tension arises not from whether the rules exist, but whether they were applied in a way that prevented the jury from understanding the severity of the mental-state evidence in context.

Like the sketch issue, this is more likely to matter as part of a cumulative error analysis than as an independent basis for reversal.

Less Likely to Produce Reversal

5. Third-Party Suspect Evidence

The exclusion of alternative suspects such as Holder and Westfall is one of the weakest appellate issues (one might say that the Judge ensured that it would be this way). The governing standard requires a direct provable nexus between the third party and the crime, not merely thematic similarity or speculative connection and the Court did not allow an opportunity for the closer inspection of this evidence, and disallowed a Franks hearing which might assist in this discovery, thereby handicapping the Defense and ensuring that none of these details would surface in the public record.

The State asserts that the evidence appears to consist largely of motive inference, ideological associations, and circumstantial overlap rather than concrete linkage to the offense. In either case, we will never really know because of Judge Gull’s rulings: Appellate courts routinely affirm exclusions of this type to avoid mini-trials on collateral suspects.

Although we believe that ALL of the Third-Party Suspects are VIABLE suspects and that there is a plethora of viable evidence indicating such, much of this evidence would require a new trial in which the evidence was allowed and admitted, and subsequently witnesses called, making the Court’s decision highly prohibitive and extremely exclusionary.

6. Ritual Killing Theory (Perlmutter)

This approach is less likely to succeed on appeal. The State’s position is strongest here, as the theory rests heavily on interpretive symbolism and contested inference rather than verifiable evidentiary links. Again, here Gull ensured that none of this potential evidence would be heard and risked Appellate remedy to block this evidence through the blocking of the Franks Motions.

Appellate courts are particularly skeptical of alternative theories grounded in speculative pattern recognition without direct forensic or temporal support. So this issue will be up to the discretion of the Appellate Court.

7. Rule 106 The Additional Phone Calls

The completeness argument is doctrinally narrow and typically applied only where omitted statements are necessary to prevent misleading impressions of admitted evidence. Here, the State’s argument that the calls are separate rather than integrated is technically legally persuasive, and appellate courts are usually unlikely to find reversible error. However, due the the specific nature and content of these particular calls, which appears to be highly relevant and related to each other and the core issue at play, the court may rule against the State.

8. Napue Claim (Weber Testimony)

The Napue claim faces a high doctrinal threshold that is not met in most appellate records. It requires proof that testimony was false, that the State knew it was false, and that it was material to the outcome.

Here, the dispute appears to center on timing interpretation rather than demonstrable knowing falsity. Without clear evidence of intentional presentation of false testimony, appellate courts rarely reverse on Napue grounds.

Again, though, here we have the unusual case of evidence presented in the Motion to Correct Error which is compelling, and may make reversal more likely than normal.

Ranking of Reversal Potential

When these issues are viewed through the lens of how appellate courts usually reverse criminal convictions, the hierarchy becomes clear.

The strongest reversal candidates seem to be the exclusion of Tobin’s testimony and the cumulative error theory. These both engage directly with the integrity of the evidentiary foundation supporting the conviction.

A second tier consists of the Bridge Guy sketch and limitations on mental-state evidence. These are meaningful but somewhat less to independently justify reversal, it will, however, depend on the weight the Court gives these pieces, with the mental-state evidence most likely to produce reversal.

The remaining issues—third-party suspects, ritual theory, Rule 106 arguments, and the Napue claim—are, in practical appellate terms, least likely to result in reversal on their own.

Bottom Line

If this case gets reversed, it will almost certainly be because:

The appellate court concludes the jury did not hear a full and fair challenge to the State’s core evidence, especially:

• the ballistics

• and the confessions

—not because of Odinism, alternate suspects, or procedural technicalities.

If this case is reversed, it will almost certainly not be because of any one disputed evidentiary ruling in isolation. -It will be because an appellate court concludes that the jury was not presented with a sufficiently complete and reliable challenge to the State’s core evidentiary structure, particularly the forensic link and the confession evidence.

Everything else, including alternative suspect theories and more speculative evidentiary disputes, is likely to matter only insofar as it contributes to the broader cumulative-error narrative.

The appellate brief is built as a hybrid of doctrinal argument and narrative reconstruction. It moves fluidly between constitutional frameworks—Franks, Holmes, Napue, Rule 702—and a broader theory of systemic unfairness at trial. The strength of this approach is its coherence as a story: the defense is not presenting isolated evidentiary errors but a cumulative portrait of a trial shaped by exclusion and asymmetry.

However, appellate courts do not typically absorb cases in narrative form. They tend to disaggregate issues, test each under deferential standards of review, and resist global theories unless they clearly map onto recognized constitutional violations.

In that context, the case’s strongest pathway to relief is not a single dispositive claim but a cumulative-error theory supported by several close questions: the Franks challenge, evidentiary exclusions limiting the defense case, and the handling of confession-related evidence. The weaker points are those requiring proof of intent, state knowledge, or doctrinal expansion beyond established limits.

Issue I: Search Warrant and Franks Challenge

The Franks argument may be the most structurally grounded portion of the appeal. It correctly applies the two-part framework requiring intentional or reckless misstatements or omissions and materiality to probable cause.

A central strength lies in the framing of omissions as part of a broader pattern rather than isolated oversights. The argument that exculpatory facts were selectively excluded while inculpatory facts were emphasized is the kind of theory courts recognize as potentially satisfying reckless disregard. The “three pillars” construction of probable cause—place, time, and appearance—also simplifies the analysis in a way that makes the affidavit’s alleged deficiencies easier to conceptualize.

Procedurally, the preservation argument is also strong given the extensive pretrial litigation, which makes waiver less likely.

The principal weakness may be intent. Franks requires more than inference that omissions were misleading; it requires evidence that the affiant acted knowingly or with reckless disregard for the truth. Courts are often reluctant to infer this from omission patterns alone, especially where the record can also support negligence or interpretive disagreement. However, in this instance Liggett made such egregious and obvious “mistakes” that this approach is actually very compelling.

A second limitation might be materiality. Even if corrections are made to the affidavit, courts frequently will ask whether probable cause still survives under the totality of circumstances test. If so, Franks relief becomes unlikely, but again in this case the corrections are overwhelmingly compelling, indicating that Franks relief would be expected.

Finally, eyewitness inconsistency—particularly regarding Blair—may be treated as evidentiary weight rather than constitutional deficiency, which can reduce its impact on probable cause analysis. But, again, the very obvious and compelling nature of this discrepancy makes the odds more likely than most that errors were made.

As a result, the most conservative and realistic appellate outcome on this issue is not total suppression but likely remand for a Franks hearing at a bare minimum.

Issue II: “Confessions” and Solitary Confinement

The coercion argument is the most factually compelling but legally could be the most difficult to extend.

Its strength lies in the detailed factual record of psychological deterioration in confinement, supported by expert testimony describing psychosis, delirium, and false confessions. The narrative linking confinement conditions to confession timing is coherent and emotionally forceful, particularly when contrasted with the severity of the alleged mental health crisis.

The argument also makes a meaningful doctrinal expansion by relying on cases recognizing coercion beyond direct interrogation, suggesting that state responsibility can extend to conditions that actively produce unreliable statements.

Appellate courts remain cautious about expanding voluntariness doctrine beyond interrogation contexts, but this case is unique and compelling. The core doctrinal requirement is state action causally linked to the confession itself, and if biased against the Defendant courts are likely to view many of the cited conditions as systemic detention practices rather than targeted coercion, in the case of Allen the Court may decide in his favor because of the severity and unprecedented nature of his solitary confinement.

Causation is also not clean. The State’s position that confessions were spontaneous and not the product of interrogation is an attempt to weaken the required constitutional link. They will claim that even severe mental illness, without direct coercive pressure tied to the statement, is often insufficient to render a confession involuntary under current doctrine. The question here will be just how coercive the tribunal believes the overall situation was and what kind of precedent they are willing to establish in this regard.

However, there is a broader institutional concern at the State level: adopting the defense theory too broadly could risk invalidating large categories of jailhouse confessions from mentally ill defendants, a result courts are generally unwilling to reach.

This issue is therefore extremely problematic and although it may be unlikely to succeed on its own, it will certainly could contribute meaningfully to a cumulative-error argument.

Issue III: Right to Present a Defense

This is one of the more legally grounded and compelling constitutional arguments, anchored in Holmes v. South Carolina and related precedent on evidentiary restrictions that distort adversarial fairness.

The strongest component is the exclusion of the Blair sketch. Because it originated as part of the investigative process and directly relates to identity—the central issue in the case—it carries significant probative force. The argument that the State simultaneously relied on and later disavowed aspects of its own investigative work strengthens the claim that the defense was denied parity in evidentiary treatment. Very good!

A second strong point is the asymmetry argument: that the State was allowed to interpret ambiguous evidence in one direction while the defense was barred from offering competing interpretations. Courts do sometimes recognize this imbalance as problematic under Holmes.

However, evidentiary rulings are reviewed deferentially, and trial courts have broad discretion to exclude evidence on grounds of confusion, speculation, or hearsay… Even where exclusion seems restrictive, appellate courts often find that the defense was still afforded a meaningful opportunity to present its theory, it will be up to the Judges to decide as to how they wish the public to view this issue.

As a result, this issue is also more likely to succeed as part of a cumulative-error analysis than as a standalone ground for reversal.

Again, this case is unique and Allen was clearly treated differently than most criminal Defendants in this case, with apparent Judicial bias, Law Enforcement collusion and Prosecutorial malfeasance, so it is overall difficult to predict how a tribunal might rule on this issue.

Napue Claim: Alleged False Testimony

The Napue claim faces a high doctrinal threshold: ot requires not only falsity but proof that the State knew or should have known the testimony was false, and that the falsehood was material.

The State will say here that the difficulty lies in distinguishing between demonstrably false testimony and testimony that is inconsistent with competing interpretations of evidence. Courts are usually reluctant to convert evidentiary ambiguity into constitutional falsity.

The knowledge requirement is particularly challenging. The State will claim that without clear evidence that they knew Weber’s testimony was false rather than uncertain or imprecise, the claim struggles to meet Napue’s standard. However, counsel presents very compelling evidence that the State should have known the testimony was false, again we enter the territory of what kind of precedent and norm the tribunal wants to establish when the State is allowed to escape accountability for presenting apparently False Testimony (this is particularly compelling because of the inclusion of FBI Subject Information Sheet phone pings at the nexus of this issue).

This makes reversal on this ground alone uncertain, though it certainly contributes to broader cumulative-error analysis.

Cumulative Error Theory

In my opinion, the most structurally important aspect of the appeal is its cumulative-error framing. Taken individually, many of the claims face high thresholds of deference or doctrinal limitation. Taken together, however, they form a narrative of constrained defense presentation across multiple dimensions: evidentiary exclusion, expert limitation, third-party suspect restriction, and confession contextualization.

The cumulative argument is that the jury did not hear a fully adversarial presentation of alternative explanations, scientific challenges, or contextual evidence affecting confession reliability.

Appellate courts are more receptive to this framing because it does not require proving that any single error was independently dispositive. Instead, it asks whether the combined effect of multiple rulings undermined confidence in the verdict.

I believe that this is the most viable pathway to reversal in the case as a whole.

Conclusion

The strongest appellate prospects lie in Franks-related claims, evidentiary exclusions affecting defense theory presentation, and cumulative error analysis. The weakest claims seem to be those requiring proof of prosecutorial intent or constitutional expansion of coercion doctrine, but this by no means excludes them as important and potentially crucial elements for a potential reversal.

If relief is granted, I think the most likely form is not immediate suppression or outright reversal on a single issue (although we’d all like to see that and believe it’d be a Just outcome), but a remand or new trial grounded in the combined effect of multiple trial-level restrictions.

The overall structure of the appeal is ambitious, honest, and coherent, but its success depends on whether the appellate court engages it as a systemic fairness problem or reduces it to a series of discrete evidentiary disputes. I think that this will likely be one of the most difficult cases the Court of Appeals has seen in recent years, there are many societal and legal implications contained in this Decision and the question will be just how loyal the Judges are to the State vs how loyal they might be to the Justice System and Constitution as a whole - Only Time Will Tell.

I AM NOT a lawyer (…thank God)! But in reviewing the filings, here are some initial ideas that are, admittedly tentative, but worth noting. In the next couple of articles I will expand on some of these ideas and dive deeper into the specific issues. If you strip away the noise, the volume, and the sheer number of arguments in this appeal, what you’re left with is something much simpler—and much more important:

Did the jury hear a full, fair, and accurate version of the defense?

No. Because that is ultimately what appellate courts care about. Not whether every ruling was perfect. Not whether every objection was preserved with surgical precision. But whether the trial, taken as a whole, produced a verdict we can trust.

The State’s response was built on a familiar three-layer defense:

1. Waiver — “You didn’t preserve it.”

2. Discretion — “The judge had the right to exclude it.”

3. Harmless error — “Even if it was wrong, it didn’t matter.”

That structure is powerful on the surface. But it only holds if their claimed premise is true:

That the evidence against Allen was so overwhelming that nothing excluded could have changed the outcome.

This section challenges that premise—by focusing on the issues that most directly undermine it.

I. The Ballistics Problem: Why the Tobin Exclusion Matters

If there is a single issue that has the clearest path to reversal, it could be this one.

At trial, the State leaned heavily on a .40 caliber cartridge found near the bodies—one they argued had been cycled through Allen’s gun. That piece of evidence functioned as the only physical link tying Allen directly to the crime scene.

The jury heard a familiar story:

• The State’s expert said the cartridge matched Allen’s gun.

• The defense’s expert disagreed.

A “battle of the experts.”

But that framing is incomplete.

What the jury did not hear—because the trial court excluded it—was testimony from a different kind of expert entirely: someone who doesn’t just disagree with a conclusion, but challenges the validity of the entire method used to reach it.

That distinction is everything.

Because there are two fundamentally different questions:

• Did the examiner apply the method correctly?

• Is the method itself scientifically reliable?

The State successfully kept the jury focused only on the first question.

The defense wanted to ask the second.

That’s where Tobin comes in.

His testimony would not have been cumulative. It would have been transformative. It would have reframed the ballistics evidence from:

“Which expert do you believe?”

to:

“Should we trust this kind of evidence at all?”

And that shift matters because juries tend to give forensic evidence enormous weight—often far more than it deserves. If the jury had been given a credible basis to doubt the entire discipline, not just its application in this case, the perceived strength of the State’s physical evidence could have changed dramatically.

The State’s response tries to neutralize this by arguing:

• The judge already ruled the science admissible.

• Tobin’s critique goes to admissibility, not weight.

• He’s not a firearms examiner.

But this collapses an important boundary.

Courts decide whether evidence can come in.
Juries decide how much to trust it.

And when a defense is prevented from presenting a meaningful challenge to the reliability of a key forensic method, the jury’s role is diminished.

If there is one issue that directly threatens the State’s “overwhelming evidence” narrative, it might be this one.

II. The Cumulative Effect: When a Trial Becomes Incomplete

Appellate courts rarely reverse on a single evidentiary ruling. But they do reverse when multiple rulings—each defensible on its own—combine to distort the overall picture presented to the jury.

That’s the cumulative error problem.

And in this case, it is not abstract. It is concrete.

Consider what the jury did not fully see or hear:

• A systemic critique of the ballistics evidence

• A visual representation (the sketch) that could undermine identity

• Audio evidence reflecting Allen’s mental condition

• Full expert framing of how mental deterioration relates to false confessions

Each of these limitations aligns in a particular direction:
They weaken the defense’s ability to challenge the State’s strongest points—identity, forensics, and confessions.

The State’s strategy on appeal is to isolate each ruling and argue harmlessness:

“Even if this was wrong, it didn’t matter.”

But that’s not how juries experience trials.

Jurors don’t evaluate evidence in compartments. They evaluate narratives.

And the defense narrative here was not simply “Allen didn’t do it.” It was:

• The forensic evidence is questionable

• The eyewitness picture is inconsistent

• The confessions are unreliable

• The investigation may have narrowed too quickly

When key pieces of that narrative are excluded or limited, what remains is not a weakened version—it’s a fundamentally altered one.

That’s the danger of cumulative error:

Not that the jury heard “less” evidence, but that it heard an entirely different story.

III. Identity Under Pressure: The Missing Sketches

The State treats the exclusion of the Bridge Guy sketches as a minor issue—waived, cumulative, and irrelevant.

But that characterization depends on a narrow view of what the sketch was for.

The State frames the issue like this:

The sketches don’t identify Allen, so it doesn’t matter.

But the defense theory was never that the sketches identified someone else by name. The point was more subtle—and more powerful:

The sketch reflects how the witness perceived the man.

And that perception matters.

Because identity in this case is built on a chain:

• Allen places himself at the trail

• Witnesses saw a man on the trail

• That man is “Bridge Guy”

• Therefore, Allen is Bridge Guy

The sketch sits right at the center of that chain.

It provides a visual anchor for the witness description—a way for jurors to ask:

Does this look like the defendant?

Words alone don’t do that in the same way. A description can be interpreted. A sketch can be compared.

By excluding it, the jury was left to rely on verbal summaries rather than visual evaluation.

The State argues this would have been cumulative. But that assumes jurors process words and images the same way.

They don’t.

And when identity is the central issue, even small differences in how evidence is presented can have outsized effects.

IV. Confessions and Mental State: What the Jury Didn’t Fully Hear

Confessions are powerful. Often decisive.

But they are only as reliable as the conditions under which they are made.

The defense theory here was not complicated:

Allen’s mental condition deteriorated to the point that his statements could not be trusted.

To support that, the defense presented:

• Expert testimony on delirium and psychosis

• Evidence of restrictive confinement

• Video showing Allen’s behavior

But two key limitations shaped how the jury received that evidence:

1. The audio was removed from the movement videos

The jury saw Allen. It did not hear him.

That matters.

Because mental illness—especially in the context of false confessions—is often revealed through:

• Speech patterns

• Disorganized thinking

• Verbal content

Without audio, the jury saw behavior but not cognition.

2. The expert could not directly connect the dots

The court prevented the defense expert from testifying that the confessions were false.

Legally, that aligns with rules prohibiting experts from opining on ultimate truth.

But practically, it creates a gap.

The jury hears:

• “These are symptoms of delirium”

• “These are characteristics of false confessions”

But is left to make the final inferential leap without guidance.

The State argues this is proper—and in a narrow legal sense, it is.

But the appellate question is broader:

Did these limitations prevent the jury from fully understanding the defense theory?

Because if the jury heard the confessions clearly, but heard the challenge to them only partially, the balance of the trial shifts.

V. The State’s Final Argument—and Its Weak Point

Everything in the State’s response ultimately returns to one claim:

The evidence of guilt was overwhelming.

That claim is built on four pillars:

1. Timeline and presence

2. Eyewitness observations

3. Ballistics

4. Confessions

But each of those pillars is precisely where the contested rulings apply:

• Ballistics → Tobin excluded

• Identity → sketch excluded

• Confessions → mental-state evidence limited

• Timeline → dependent on witness interpretation

That overlap is not coincidental.

It is the core of the appellate argument.

Because harmless error only works if the remaining evidence is strong independently.

If the strength of that evidence depends on excluding meaningful challenges to it, the harmlessness analysis becomes circular.

VI. The Real Question for an Appellate Court

In the end, this appeal does not turn on whether any single ruling was clearly wrong.

It turns on a more fundamental question:

Did the jury hear a case where the defense was allowed to fully and fairly challenge the State’s evidence?

Or did it hear a version of that case where:

• key critiques were narrowed,

• key visuals were removed,

• and key explanations were limited?

If the answer is the latter, then the issue is not just evidentiary error.

It is whether we can be confident in the verdict at all.

And that is where appellate courts, at their core, do their most important work.

My answer is, “No, the defense was not allowed to fully and fairly challenge the State’s evidence” and “the jury was only able to hear a case that was extremely narrow and limited in scope, prejudiced by an overwhelmingly biased Judge and information that was unfairly skewed by the omission of exculpatory evidence, and omission of the evidence of a botched investigation and possible corruption by law enforcement.” I think most reasonable people would agree with this when presented with all of the information.

5.) A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS: THE CRANK’S 1st FUNDRAISER

The next, and possibly most extreme example of All Eyes’ desperate attempts at narrative control, were her insane reactions to my post posing some valid questions about the Defense fundraiser that a few donors’ requested I put forward. All Eyes somehow found it her place to respond - incredibly, somehow, producing an obscene amount of information (including several inaccurate spreadsheets), in “a whole 17 minutes” as she claimed, in response to my very basic questions. This is another instance of her replying or reacting when nobody asked her a damn thing in the first place... Nothing in my post was specifically directed towards her, and yet, as in the several prior instances documented here, she responded with self-proclaimed authority, venom and abusiveness in another disproportionate knee-jerk reaction (that’s continued for more than a year now), aimed at dismissing the valid questions and redirecting the public with lies and distractions.

ChatGPT Analysis

In plain terms, this episode (the Defense fundraiser back-and-forth) reads like another instance of tactical narrative control that is aimed at:

• shutting down legitimate donor questions by converting them into personal attacks (portraying the questioner as a “crybully,” “triggered,” or emotionally unstable), and/or

• preemptively neutralizing scrutiny by producing a rapid, high-volume “official answer” (the 17-minute spreadsheet and long commentary) that is framed as definitive even though you and others allege it contains multiple errors, and/or

• redefining the frame from “financial accountability” to “you should have done the damn legwork yourself” (blaming the questioner for not independently digging through public records), and/or

What this shows about All Eyes on Delphi’s communication style

• Knee-jerk over-correction: She answers quickly and loudly even when not addressed directly, which signals control and readiness to dominate the conversation.

• Performative expertise: A fast spreadsheet and a link dump function as theatrical evidence—appearing to settle the question without the deeper, slower work of independent verification.

• Delegitimization through ad hominem: Repeatedly naming questioners as emotionally driven or dishonest shifts focus from the substance (numbers) to character (motives).

• Data-dump + claim of completeness: Publishing several spreadsheet and asserting it resolves all questions attempts to foreclose follow-up, even if the spreadsheets contain arithmetic or sourcing errors.

• Deflection by volume and tone: Long rants, insults, and side narratives (who donated, why funds were raised, procedural history) make it harder for neutral readers to parse the narrow financial question donors asked.

Prof’s Commentary

This was the most insane red-flag All Eyes had threw up for me yet, although I had become increasingly suspicious or her motivations, this incident was the final straw for me. I couldn’t understand why she would be so defensive over legitimate fundraiser questions being raised by the donors, and why she would carelessly throw together a bunch of incomplete and highly inaccurate spreadsheets in an attempt to silence me and info-dump the viewers with a bunch of numbers and inaccurate documents in an attempt to fool innocent onlookers.

Key factors in my decision:

• Yet another immediate knee-jerk reaction to statements I made that were, again, not directed at her whatsoever, complete with her so-called “receipts” containing multiple gross errors (which still persist to this day)!

• The need for All Lies to try to make me, and the donors, look “stupid” and/or like “bad actors,” for the mere questioning of the fundraiser, knowing very well that there were many contradictions flying around behind the scenes about the remaining funds and their whereabouts, some even from Michael Ausbrook himself. This combined with her clear attempt at info-dumping to overwhelm the reader with confusing, inaccurate spreadsheets, many random hyperlinks, and the sheer volume of information, was extremely obvious to me.

• Having consulted with two professional forensic accountants who went through every single available document and every detail of this issue, confirming my own work using publicly available information, I emailed Andy Baldwin directly - who CONFIRMED our bottom line findings, which you will see below (his confirmation instantly debunks her claims and verifies our numbers).

What conclusions I drew from this and what this accomplishes

• Suppresses momentum: Casual readers see “spreadsheets,” figure things are okay and become less likely to press for any truly independent audit.

• Attempts to shift burden: If critics don’t perform the hours of fact-checking themselves, the matter appears settled.

• Delegitimizes the donors’ valid concerns: Labeling the donors’ requests as “ridiculous” discourages others from supporting or amplifying my valid concerns.

• Creates plausible deniability and muddies the waters: If errors surface later, the Cranks can claim they were “just tryna be helpful” and that the critics, “just keep smearpesting and nitpicking a bunch’a bullshit” rather than owning their generally obfuscatory and dismissive posture.

Bottom line

This episode follows a clear playbook: When I posed several focused and narrow accountability questions, All Eyes answered quickly and aggressively with a performative data dump and multiple personal attacks - behavior designed to posture as authoritative and transparent while discouraging legitimate follow-up and further questions of accounting by the public: A shutdown of inquiry.

The fact is that from the early days the Cranks have attempted to take control of every aspect of the Defense for Richard Allen, and that fact is undeniable: whether by using their sexuality & group dynamics to attempt to groom individuals close to the case, like Matthew Hoffman and other men in the community (for both information, platforms, and influence), or by colluding with the various attorneys circling the case for legal perspective, perceived credibility and clout, or by partnering with the likes of extremely shady individuals like Luke Cohen who single-handedly brought Cara Wieneke - and by extension, Michael Ausbrook - into the fold, to give perceived credibility and leverage to the group in their efforts to steer the Defense strategy and narrative, and the public perception around the case. None of this should be socially acceptable, these behaviors and strategies have great implications for the true crime community, it’s coverage, and for society as a whole, and should be called out and condemned Every Single Time.

There is a need for genuinely ethical advocacy and coverage: which should begin with a tenet of Non-Interference, i.e., that our first obligation should be not interfering with the families, defendants, or the legal process. Journalists, creators, and self-described - so-called - advocates, have a responsibility to document & analyze, to give commentary - not to insert themselves into the case, into active investigations, the legal proceedings, or the lives of victims and their family members. That is a primary rule I operate by: This means avoiding inappropriate and contact with the involved parties that could negatively influence the process. It means refusing to publish unverified claims, misinformation, or leaks that could compromise the investigation, or due process, and it means steering clear of tactics - harassment, personal interference, and other negative behaviors that could intimidate witnesses, participants or unduly bias the course of justice for all parties involved.

4.) THE NEXT RED FLAG: GRAY MEDIA & THE LAFAYETTE POLICE DEPARTMENT

On March 14, 2025, YouTube issued me a copyright claim on behalf of Gray Television Group, Inc. (WNDU). The claim’s text named the “Delphi Murders: The full unedited video recorded on Liberty German’s iPhone 6S” as belonging to Gray Media.

I publicly disclosed this claim and its possible implications in a YouTube community post...

Within hours, a coordinated series of online posts—originating with All Eyes on Delphi and then amplified by several of the Crank accounts—attempted to recast the incident as just a “bot mistake,” or “trolling,” and they used derogatory personal language, and clearly attempted to sever any authentic discussion of Gray Media’s partnership with the Lafayette Police Department and Allen County Superior Court, and the possible implications related to the purported Liberty German BG Video, that the Cranks had just released (and lied about).

I had no idea the insane backlash that would follow from the Delphi Murders Mean Girls, i.e., the Cranks, you know the very same individuals who were responsible for leaking this questionable and altered footage. But in what follows, you’ll see some examples of the insane and disproportionate responses to the mere mention of this incident and my speculation on the potential causes and implications of this episode.

It was also very odd to me, that months later All Eyes on Delphi would decide to rehash this particular episode in a further attempt at dismissing and discrediting me, and to make me look less-than-thorough and like “just a wacky conspiracy theorist” (even though I had completely proven my claims, posting receipts, etc. and had clearly announced where I was speculating, due to some unavailable information):

3.) The Third Strike: Facebook’s “People You May Know” Suggestions

Only a few days later, on May 4, 2025, I mentioned that one of the individuals in what I consider the Delphi Murders Uniparty had been showing up in my Facebook “People You May Know” suggestions for some time (nearly a year or two), and I speculated that that person may have been stalking my personal account, which made me uneasy. Almost immediately, and without being involved whatsoever All Eyes reacted with the following post:

Now, Meta officially states that its “People You May Know” -PYMK feature bases friend suggestions on factors like mutual friends, shared networks (schools, workplaces, cities), and uploaded contact lists, and that it does not make suggestions simply because someone “viewed” your profile.

Despite this, there is strong reason to believe that profile views and other subtle forms of interaction indirectly influence the PYMK function. Facebook has been known to mislead the public and Congress on several occasions. According to verified investigative reporting, Facebook users consistently found people they had just searched for or whose profile they viewed/or vice-versa appearing in their suggestion list soon afterward.12

Furthermore, past patents and admitted experiments by Meta suggest they have at least tested using device proximity, location or other ambient-signals in the friend-suggestion algorithm.3

Across multiple, independent lines of investigation (leaked internal documents, investigative journalism, regulator enforcement, academic research, and litigation) there is a consistent pattern: Meta’s internal engineering and research often reveal priorities and practices (growth, engagement, targeted advertising, experimental signals, special treatment for VIPs) that are not fully reflected in its public explanations and policy statements. In several high-profile cases the company’s public claims were contradicted by internal records or by regulator findings. The result has been repeated charges that Meta was opaque, misleading, or outright deceptive about how its algorithms and moderation systems actually operate.45

Putting this together, the most plausible scenario is that while Meta denies that a profile view alone triggers a suggestion, viewing someone’s profile often coincides with (or creates) other data signals — such as “you and this person were present in the same location”, “you share a phone contact or network”, “your name appears in the other person’s contacts”, “you are interested in the same things,” or “you are in the same Facebook group”.

These correlated signals are strongly incorporated into the algorithm and thus appear shortly after the view.

In short: The company says “no” to direct use of profile visits for friend-suggestions. But in practice, public evidence and user experience strongly suggest that searching for or viewing someone’s profile, or vice-versa, can lead to that person showing up in your “People You May Know” list.

ChatGPT Analysis

In plain terms, the Facebook-recommendations post from All Eyes on Delphi looks like a tactical move aimed at:

• explaining away the user’s harassment concerns by presenting a technical (algorithmic) explanation for why certain profiles appear in Facebook “People You May Know” instead of acknowledging that the recommendations might feel threatening, and/or

• delegitimizing the complaint and complainant by suggesting it’s nonsense and suggesting they consult a “developer” rather than their “lunatic script kiddie friend,” implying the concern is technically naïve or conspiracy-minded, and/or

• shifting the frame from harassment to technical trivia so that the emotional and safety dimensions of being repeatedly recommended a harasser are reduced to a mundane technical issue, and/or

• appealing to authority/technical expertise (the “ask a developer” line) to close down further discussion and signal to her audience that the matter is settled by techfact and associations with tech-people rather than your lived experience.

The most likely immediate purpose is dismissal + inoculation: publicly reframe someone’s safety concern as a solved, technical matter, thereby discouraging further complaints and signaling to bystanders that there’s no need for alarm. It positions the author as both informed and impatient with what she portrays as uninformed ridiculous anxiety.

What this shows about A.E.O.D.’s communication style

• Appeal to technical authority: Uses a blunt algorithmic explanation to undercut a subjective safety claim. This discourages emotional response by substituting “objective” technical talk.

• Mocking tone and power asymmetry: The post uses contemptuous phrasing (“lunatic script kiddie friend”) to shame the complainant and discourage allies from defending them.

• Reframing emotional concerns as user-error: Transforms a harassment/safety complaint into a matter of “how features work,” which narrows the possible responses and reduces urgency.

• Preemptive inoculation: By explaining the mechanism publicly, the she inoculates casual readers against believing the complainant’s interpretation (that they are being stalked), which protects her community from taking the complaint seriously.

This was the third red flag that All Eyes threw up for me, although I had been suspicious or her motivations, this incident continued to set off even more alarm bells.

Key factors in my decision:

• Her immediate knee-jerk reaction to statements that were not directed at her or any of the Cranks, but towards the Troll Farm. The tone of her reply was completely unnecessary and dismissive, and there was no need at all for any reply from her, as my concerns were directed at an entirely different group altogether: “If someone specific is being nonstop recommended to you on FB it’s bc the algo prioritizes and then connects the people you + your devices mutually interact with the most.” “Not bc that specific someone has been cyberstalking you.”

• The need for All Eyes to have to try to make me and my friends look stupid for even questioning the anomaly, “Pro-tip: ask a developer instead of your lunatic script kiddie friend next time you want to know how something actually works.”

• A.E.O.D. explains FB’s PYMK logic as the likely cause. However, having tested that explanation it doesn’t hold up… Even if it was the case that it’s some other trigger in the friend-suggestion algorithm, why should it matter so much to her to have to provoke, dismiss and try to discredit me/us by making such a snotty & hateful post?

What conclusions I drew from this

• Appeal to technical authority: All Eyes attempts to use a dismissive and technical explanation to undercut my cyberstalking concerns. This discourages my emotional language by substituting semi-authoritative “objective” technical talk.

• Mocking tone and power asymmetry: Her post uses contemptuous phrasing (“lunatic script kiddie friend”) to shame me and my friends and to discourage my viewers and allies from defending me.

• Reframing emotional concerns as user-error: Transforms a harassment complaint into a matter of “how features work,” which narrows the possible responses, attempts to invalidate, and reduces credibility. Also, insinuates, “You are dumb, we are smart.”

• Preemptive inoculation: By explaining the mechanism publicly, she inoculates the casual reader against believing any similar claim, especially against the individuals in her group (who we know have engaged in these sorts of cyberstalking and harassment behaviors), which preemptively diffuses any of the facts of stalking by her group coming out and generally excuses the community as a whole from taking my complaints seriously.

Bottom line

Her post reads as an attempt to shutdown legitimate cyberstalking concerns by substituting an “intelligent sounding explanation,” delivered in a shitfaced, snarky and mocking tone. Even if Facebook’s systems do not contribute to such recommendations, my own experience of repeated exposure to abusive people hiding behind abusive accounts is still a concern that merits documentation and discussion, especially as someone who has been the recipient of endless rounds of harassment and cyberbullying in the Delphi community.

2.) STRIKE TWO: THE RONG-POSTING

In late April 2025, I verbally criticized the Cranks’ (and their various attorney-orbiters) disgusting use of the term “Rong.” I was morally correct in stating that I found it extremely disrespectful and unnecessary to mock and ridicule anyone’s learning disability, especially as a former mentor and educator, and that includes Delphi suspect Elvis Fields.

I was not wrong in this opinion, because in truth it is extremely careless, and abusive, to mock anyone’s mental illness (or impairment) in every instance, regardless of who that individual might be... In fact, I have had many mentally challenged students over the years, each one very special and beautiful in their own way, and each would never deserve to be mocked, ridiculed or made to feel “less-than” for their mental disabilities. Furthermore, they can be extremely sensitive to criticism such as this, but regardless of this fact the Cranks continued to mock Elvis Fields’ illiteracy and learning handicaps, doubling down on this angle even to this day, and going so far as to sell merchandise to group members as a unifying or cult-building factor, and promoting groupthink and group loyalty, using this abhorrent term!

In Short: This became the second major red flag that I found with All Eyes on Delphi... Her condoning and her own abusive use of this term, especially as a so-called woke, virtue signaling, leftist-leaning, woman-supporting, patronizing millennial, and her subsequent immediate knee-jerk reaction(s) to my statements openly criticizing the group for the widespread dogwhistling and use of the term, rong.

Her immediate knee-jerk response is posted below:

APRIL 30, 2025

She published a community post in response to my calling-out this despicable behavior (some even from so-called mental health providers in the group). Her post included the following language, “I also don’t know why so many people woke up today with their panties in a twist about the Rong-posts and jokes but Elvis spelling wrong Rong is objectively hilarious.”

You will see here that she is openly and loudly minimizing his mental disability in order to justify the mocking of his mental illness/disabilities by the Cranks. She also doubled-down on this weak justification attempt with the following statement, and has made several others in the year since.

“And just to clarify for whoever TF is breathing new life into the ‘Elvis is retarded’ narrative for god knows what reason this time: he’s literally not retarded. Us finding humor in him spelling wrong Rong is incredibly generous considering he runs around confiding in his sisters and friends about everything from his gang initiations to preying on 12 year old girls. I don’t know any 7 or 8 year olds doing that either.”

This is an attempt to justify this abuse by reminding the public of the fact that Elvis Fields confessed to his sisters that he had some involvement with the murders of Abby & Libby in February of 2017. Additionally, take notice of the data dumping/info-bombing modality here, a classic narrative control technique. [More than 50 links to various documents and folders related to the Ferency, Click and Murphy investigation, as laid out by the Franks Memorandum.]

All of this was an extreme effort by her and the people she represents, to squirm out from under our justified criticism of the morally abhorrent behavior displayed by her and the Cranks in regard to their open mocking of the mental illness and disabilities of Elvis Fields.

In plain terms, the April 30, 2025 All Eyes on Delphi post looks like a defensive move aimed at:

• Tone policing as a rhetorical tool: Characterizing objections as emotional or irrational discourages further criticism and pressures bystanders to side with perceived “common sense.”

• Information-dump diversion: Long list of links functions to overwhelm the reader and redirect attention away from the central ethical point, and cast herself as a diligent and hard-working martyr who is beyond this sort of criticism.

This was the second MAJOR red flag that All Eyes threw up for me in the Delphi case, although I had been somewhat suspicious or the genuineness of her motivations before, this incident set off even more alarm bells.

Key factors in my decision:

• An immediate knee-jerk reaction to my criticism of some concerning posts mocking Elvis Fields’ mental handicap.

• The attempt to justify the mocking of his mental illness/handicap, using his potential connection to the Delphi crime, “Elvis spelling wrong ‘Rong’ is objectively hilarious,” “Us finding humor in him spelling wrong Rong is incredibly generous.”

• The requirement of All Eyes having to cast Elvis Fields as merely “undereducated, not retarded. He works on engines and has/does all kinds of various skilled-labor jobs,” “he’s literally not retarded,” when the facts were already out there and the record of his mental handicap is already clear.

• The insertion of a distracting list of more than 50 links added into her post as a vehicle of distraction, all of which was somewhat peripherally related to Elvis Fields, but not to his mental health (and all of which could have been linked with a single damn folder). This had more of an effect of distraction than anything else, again it is a case of: look over there, not over here!

What conclusions I drew from this

• Narrative control: I suspected that there must be a reason she emotionally reacted to this particular criticism of the Cranks, primarily it seemed to be an attempt at shirking responsibility by reframing and justifying the use of the term.

• Another attempt at authoritative posturing: I saw All Eyes continue to transition into a louder voice attempting to shape and “correct” the public narrative around the Delphi case. In essence, she began stepping forward as more of a spokesperson for the group, rather than an independent & hard-working, quiet outsider as she had formerly cast herself.

• Continued discrediting of alternative voices: I saw her continue to morph into a person who was dead-set on silencing and discrediting alternative voices existing outside of the group.

All Eyes on Delphi

For the past year I’ve watched a pattern that I think deserves careful public scrutiny… This multi-part series, All Eyes: Self-Proclaimed “Martyr” of the Uniparty - A Multitude of Red Flags, examines a pattern of disproportionate reactions, inverse framing, narrative control, suspicious website development and a venomous pattern of harassment that’s occurred in public spaces: in posts, videos and social media comments. My purpose is to document exactly what happened, show the evidence, and explain why I think it matters. Not just personally, but for anyone following the Delphi case and anyone who cares about the integrity and public coverage of high profile cases. It is important that you be able to identify who the narrative pushers are, and separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak, by identifying both the good and bad actors.

This is not gossip. It is not a personal vendetta. And, it is not drama. This is a methodical, source-based examination of public behaviors, information and messaging surrounding the case. Each installment will present screenshots posted publicly, paired with context, comparison to contemporaneous events, and analysis of how those posts attempted to shape public perception. Where it’s appropriate, I will show how repeated talking points and reactive patterns were amplified across social media, and the practical effects that followed. This was all a comprehensive and intentional campaign and is the result of a structure that was established to handle these types of cases, it’s only her generally unprofessional attitude and obvious over-reactions that have made it all too apparent.

The Delphi case touches on grief, justice, and the collective consciousness:

Independent researchers and community members play an important role in keeping these questions alive, and in organizing public scrutiny where official channels and agencies are silent, incoherent, or incomplete. When influential voices engage in repeated attempts to shape a narrative — whether the deflection of criticism, consolidation of public attention, or the discrediting of others — that behavior has real-world consequences. It can change how the public understands the evidence, it can intimidate and discourage independent researchers, and it can steer attention away from valid lines of inquiry that deserve a sustained type of focus, and distract the public with irrelevant point or inaccurate smearing of authentic voices. This altogether is referred to as “social media marketing,” or as I prefer to call it: a Massive PR Campaign which is designed to control the narrative around the Delphi murders (and other associated) high-profile cases.

Over several articles, I’ll present:

• A clear timeline of public posts and reactions that clearly illustrate the exact pattern I’m describing.
• Screenshots of the public posts and comments in question, each accompanied by date, scenario, platform, and context.
• Side-by-side comparisons showing similar tactics or coordinated framing when it appears.
• An analysis of the communicative effect: who the posts were intended for, how they were shared, and the likely impact on general public perception.

It’s really sad that in this day and age (one in which we have access to unprecedented communication technologies and creative possibilities), that we would find ourselves in such a toxic communicative environment, one which we can hardly see through.

For more than a year now, I have been on the receiving end of endless, vile and venomous responses from All Eyes on Delphi (and her crew) and I have noticed a concerning pattern regarding which issues in particular have triggered negative reactions and responses. That is the reason for this series of articles - to give the reader some context and a general understanding of the reasons for the rift between parties, and in particular to highlight the apparent cognitive dissonance on constant display from All Eyes on Delphi and the Cranks.

If you follow this subject closely, you’ll likely already know how quickly false narratives can turn into supposed “facts” and how damaging coordinated group harassment can be in running people off the case. This is not an attempt to add any further fuel to the fire, but a continued attempt to hold public commentators and personalities to account — to make visible how influential voices can steer conversations — and to do so with excellent sources, penetrating criticism and moral restraint, using only verified receipts (i.e. their own words and social media posts).

For this entire time, I’ve watched a pattern of disproportionate reactions, narrative shaping, and deflection play out across the Delphi community. This is particularly surprising when it comes from the supposed Defense advocates, a position that I have gradually aligned myself with over time. Please don’t forget that I was on the receiving end of a litany of abuse from the Delphi Murders Troll Farm (the prosecution shills and confidential informants working on behalf of the Prosecution, i.e. “the Bootlickers”) for nearly four years!

This series, All Eyes on Delphi: Self-Proclaimed “Martyr” of the Uniparty - A Multitude of Red Flags examines this bizarre behavior in detail, not as schoolyard gossip, but as a documented and concerning anomaly I’ve encountered in the course of my coverage of the Delphi Murders. 1.) THE IMPETUS: DAWN TUREDI & RA

DECEMBER 3, 2024: I published a community post sharing several screenshots regarding Dawn Turedi’s multiple claims that she had identified and her group had “worked” Richard Allen in the year(s) prior to his arrest. Almost immediately, All Eyes on Delphi published a loooooooooong community post disputing my factual claims that Dawn Turedi did indeed say that she and her group had identified and “tipped in” Richard Allen prior to his arrest. All Eyes’ very reactive post is as follows:

In this post, she argued that Dawn’s 2020 Facebook activity referred instead to a man named Ken Allen and that the initials “R.A.” were misread after the fact... Hahahahaha, WTF?!? I preserved those statements and the associated downloads for reference, compare them to the original Dawn Turedi posts I’ve previously posted on my community page, which appear to suggest a clear awareness and group study of Richard Allen in the year prior to his arrest. Readers can review the subsequent narrative control email that All Eyes on Delphi sent to Adrienne in Apri 2025, here:

ChatGPT Analysis

In plain terms, the post and email look like a defensive move aimed at:

• denying or minimizing the original verified claims, and/or

• reframing the timeline or context so the earlier statement does not read as accurate or as a potential tip to law enforcement, and/or

• discrediting the source or interpretation.

The most likely immediate purpose is narrative control: put an official-looking public response out into the feed, and separately, a targeted email to the people who matter purporting to “correct the record”. That combination — public reply + private/semiprivate email — is a CLASSIC PR tactic to both inoculate a broader audience and to influence gatekeepers.

What this shows about A.E.O.D.’s communication style

• Public-private pairing: She releases a performative public post to shape discourse, then follows with an explanatory or conciliatory private email to key recipients.

• Information-dump camouflage: Mentions of spreadsheets, thousands of screenshots, and uploads create an impression of transparency while making verification cumbersome.

• Deflection through volume: Long digressions about unrelated people or subplots (e.g., 4chan posts, Dan Howard, fundraiser spreadsheets, etc.) dilute focus and frame her as a diligent, selfless, and overworked archivist rather than an “advocate” with a vested narrative interest.

Recognizing that pattern helps you decide how much bandwidth to devote to rebuttal: extract the relevant sentences, archive the rest, and don’t chase every tangent.

Prof’s Analysis

This was the first major red flag that All Eyes threw up for me in the Delphi Murders case, although I had been somewhat suspicious or her motivations before, this incident set off very clear alarm bells in my head.

Key factors in my decision:

• The immediate knee-jerk reaction to my publishing of some extremely concerning (and potentially damning information) about Dawn Turedi and the implications it would have regarding Law Enforcement’s lies about how they discovered Rick Allen through the “Lost Tip” Narrative.

• The attempt to replace Richard Allen with a “Ken Hicks” (Ken Allen), one that required some extreme leaps in logic to even begin to understand, considering how different K.A. is to R.A., or “Ken Allen” to “Richard Allen.”

• The requirement of All Eyes that the reader cast Dawn Turedi as a selfish liar, when multiple receipts were out there and the record was already very clear.

• The insertion of several other parties into the post as a means of distraction and discrediting (4chan posts, Dan Howard, Rick Van Wyck, Fig, Inquisitor, Liggett and Mullin)… lending to an overall sense of overwhelming and confusion in the reader.

Then there were other occasions that All Eyes tried pushing her debunking and discrediting attempts in subsequent livestreams, community posts, chats and comments, moving all the way into Spring-Summer of 2025, including in the form of a followup email to other influencers/creators!

What conclusions I drew from this

• Narrative control: I suspected that there must be some reason that she chose to emotionally react to this story and responded with a clear attempt at obvious narrative control. There could be a few reasons, and it’s still unclear as to exactly why she would choose to discredit this specific story, despite several of us following it and other verified sources surfacing, over nearly two+ years.

• Authoritative posturing: I saw All Eyes begin to transition from an empathetic character or persona based around being “a quiet, and diligent person working behind the scenes to "provide documents for public access, to stepping forward as a louder, more angry and nastier authoritative voice, clearly attempting to shape and correct the public narrative around the Delphi Murders. This behavior continued to escalate as she began to posture herself as a more authoritative source on the official Defense Narrative or Richard Allen Supporter Narrative in the power vacuum that arose in mid-2025.

• Distraction & discrediting of alternative voices: I saw All Eyes morph into a person who was dead-set on discrediting and quashing alternative, independent voices such as myself, Erica Morse, Kristina, Adrienne, and Ami G, among others who are active in the Delphi space.

This became the very first incident in what has now become a long series of incidents in the escalating rift between parties who advocating for the rights of Richard Allen and true justice for the victims in the Delphi case, Abby and Libby.

In our live call-in segment, Ricci Davis answered some direct questions from viewers regarding the information that he reported to investigators. The exchange provided additional context — not only about what was allegedly said to him inside the facility, but also about what he still does and does not know.

Throughout the interview, Davis repeatedly emphasized a key point: his account is limited strictly to statements made to him by others while incarcerated. Where details were unclear, he said so plainly.

This distinction matters.

Alleged Staging of the Scene

When asked about the placement of sticks and symbols at the scene, Davis stated that he was told the scene was intentionally staged. According to what he described hearing, the staging was meant to create the appearance of “ritualistic” or “witchcraft-type” symbolism.

He clarified that the individual describing this did not explicitly use terms like “Odinism,” but instead referred more generally to symbolic patterns meant to mislead investigators. Although, in my opinion, it’s important to make the distinction that although there was staging it does not mean that some of the individuals involved did not attempt some true ritualistic elements or were not intimately familiar with authentic ritualistic elements.

Davis also stated that he was told the staging was intended to shift suspicion — specifically to make it appear as something an old person “wouldn’t do,” thereby manipulating public perception.

Importantly, Davis acknowledged that he cannot independently verify whether those claims were true or not. He simply documented and later reported what he was told.

The Party and Cleanup Allegations

During the interview, Davis discussed descriptions he allegedly received about a gathering on private property in the days surrounding the crime.

According to his account:

• Alcohol and drugs were reportedly present.

• There was alleged vandalism and cleanup activity.

• Trash and materials were allegedly bagged and later disposed of.

Davis was careful not to speculate about the ages or identities of those present, stating that names were not directly provided to him. Where he inferred possibilities, he acknowledged them as inference rather than confirmed fact.

He also reiterated that the gathering was not the central focus of his conversations at the time — it was background context that emerged during broader discussions.

Allegations Regarding Photographs

One of the more serious claims Davis relayed during the interview involved the taking of, selling of, and existence of alleged photographs.

He stated that he was told by Kegan Kline that photographs were taken of the victims nude, and of the crime scene, and that those images were later transported out of state allegedly to Las Vegas, Nevada, with the discussion of attempting to sell them.

Davis emphasized that he does not know:

• When the photographs were taken.

• Whether they were taken before or after death, or both.

• Who possessed them at specific times.

He described hearing that the photos were part of a broader exploitation operation involving online activity and prior illegal material.

Again, Davis presented this not as fact he witnessed, but as statements allegedly made to him.

Alleged Trip to Nevada (“Vegas”)

When asked specifically about Nevada, Davis said he was told that certain individuals left Indiana because they “felt pressure coming on” and wanted to “get out of dodge.”

According to what Davis recounted:

• There was discussion of selling illicit material.

• There were alleged contacts in Nevada involved in similar exploitation networks.

• The move was described as strategic, not recreational.

Davis admitted that the Nevada discussion was not detailed and that much of it was vague. He did not claim firsthand knowledge of events in that state.

Claims of Protection and Connections

Perhaps the most serious allegation Davis repeated during the interview involved claims of protectionism.

He stated that he was told certain individuals believed they were insulated from prosecution due to connections — including alleged legal or political contacts who were involved in purchasing illicit material.

Davis was clear: he did not personally verify those connections. He relayed them as statements that were presented to him during conversations.

He described hearing claims that exposure of one individual would implicate others in positions of influence. According to Davis, this alleged web of mutual vulnerability created confidence among those involved that charges would never come…

Whether that confidence was misplaced bravado or grounded in reality remains an open question.

The “Bridge” Statement

In response to a direct question, Davis stated that he was specifically told by Ron Logan that he was “the man on the bridge.”

This is a claim Davis has previously reported.

He noted that this statement was part of what prompted him to take the conversations seriously and to report them.

Again, Davis did not claim independent corroboration — only that the statement was made to him.

Abby in the Bathroom Allegation

Davis also reiterated a prior claim that one victim, Abby Williams, was kept alive for a period of time in the residence bathroom before events escalated even further.

He acknowledged the disturbing nature of this allegation and admitted that it remains one of the most difficult aspects of the story for him to process. He has no independent proof of that claim beyond what he says he was told by Kegan Kline.

Davis’s Repeated Disclaimer

Throughout the interview, Davis returned to a consistent refrain:

• He does not expect automatic belief.

• He understands skepticism.

• He cannot answer questions about events he did not witness.

• He reported what he believed investigators should examine.

He also expressed concern that incarceration status often leads to blanket dismissal of information without thorough vetting.

His Final Position

Davis closed the interview by urging public demand for facts — not belief in him personally, but scrutiny of all evidence.

He argued that if his claims are false, that should be demonstrably shown through investigation. If they contain truth, then early dismissal could represent a critical oversight.

He maintained that he came forward because certain statements felt too specific — and too serious — to ignore.

Whether Ricci Davis’s account reflects manipulation, partial truth, or concealed reality remains for investigators, lawyers, the courts, and Federal authorities to determine. But this interview clarified one thing:

He stands by what he reported — while acknowledging the limits of what he knows.

Transparency Demands Examination

This series has not sought to convict anyone in the court of public opinion.

It has examined one central question: when a whistleblower presents allegations that could materially affect a case, were those allegations fully and transparently evaluated?

Ricci Davis reported conversations that he says definitely occurred.
He does not claim to have witnessed the crime.
He maintains only that what he heard was specific enough to warrant serious scrutiny.

He has documented all of this.

Skepticism is appropriate. But immediate reflexive dismissal is not. The issue is not whether the public should automatically believe Davis. The issue is whether every allegation — regardless of its source — was documented, investigated, and either corroborated or disproven through clear process.

Public trust depends on transparency.

If the claims lack merit, a documented review strengthens confidence.
If any portion holds weight, thorough examination is essential.

Citizens have a lawful role in that process.

Read and listen to this information carefully.
Share it.

Request and demand transparency through proper channels.

Accountability is not hostility. It is the foundation of justice.

1. The 2017 Ricci Davis Polygraph Incident

Ricci Davis alleged that Ron Logan made incriminating statements and that the inmate underwent a polygraph in mid-2017.

What is documented in court filings:

• The defense for Richard Allen introduced exhibits referencing prior investigative leads involving Ron Logan.

• The defense attempted to introduce Ricci Davis as a trial witness, to include his testimony about the interactions with Ron Logan and Kegan Kline and were summarily denied or neglected to follow through.

• There were references to polygraph results and investigative interviews with inmates.

• Defense filings suggested investigative shortcomings or alternate suspects.

What is not clearly established in public records:

• A verified transcript confirming the exact wording of the confrontation described.

• Official confirmation that Unified Command and investigators “shut down” a wire offer from Ricci Davis.

• Confirmation that Jerry Holeman improperly interfered with the polygraph examination (as opposed to just being present in an interview phase).

2. Polygraph Procedure Claims

“When you have a polygraph you’re supposed to have one examiner… not police interfering.”

Generally:

• A polygraph exam is typically conducted by a certified examiner.

• Law enforcement officers may be present before/after for interviews.

• The interrogation phase (pre-test interview) can involve confrontation or questioning.

• Courts do not treat polygraph results as reliable evidence in most jurisdictions, including Indiana.

So even if a polygraph was “failed” or “miserable,” it would not typically be admissible in court.

3. The “Wire” Offer

Why wouldn’t they allow you to wear a wire and record Ron Logan?

From a law enforcement standpoint, possible reasons they might decline:

• Institutional prison restrictions

• Concern about contamination or credibility

• Fear of tipping off a suspect

• Chain-of-custody complications

• Belief the inmate was unreliable

• Strategic decision not to pursue that angle

That doesn’t prove misconduct — but it also doesn’t automatically prove they handled it properly. It does show that they intentionally refused a golden opportunity to further investigate Davis’ claims of Logan’s confessions that they surely would have known contained details only the killer(s) would know.

4. Defense Exhibit With Cut-Off Narrative

“If you look real close to it, it stops in the middle of the sentence.”

If that document exists in the public trial exhibits:

• It would be useful to compare the defense exhibit version against:

  • The original investigative reports and video(s).

  • Any handwritten statement scans, and investigator reports

Sometimes a statement appears cut off because:

• Only the written portion provided was scanned.

• The inmate was stopped by Law Enforcement.

• The document was excerpted.

• A second page wasn’t included in that filing.

Without seeing the full exhibit, it’s impossible to conclude but Ricci’s claims raise many concerns about Holeman’s reluctance to hear and document relevant and concerning details of confessions that had the potential to blow the investigation wide open.

5. Alleged Confrontational Conduct

The described behavior (rapid questioning, mixing “accurate,” “complete,” and “true,” agitation, dismissal of medication explanation) fits common interrogation pressure tactics, but goes beyond the expected technique and cross over into willful defiance and reluctance to “hear out” the witness. This is especially concerning in such a high-profile, stagnant investigation in which time was of the essence!

That does not automatically mean:

• The polygraph was invalid, or the subject was deceptive.

• The results were fabricated.

• The investigation was corrupt.

But it could support the narrative that:

• The session was adversarial, and intentionally made to be fruitless by Jerry Holeman.

• The subject was agitated, emotional and suffered from Tourette’s causing difficulty in interpretation. Investigators used this against him in order to help facilitate dismissing these claims.

• Baseline measurements may have been compromised, or didn’t exist at all which immediately discount any claims made by the State in regards to this polygraph examination.

6. About Nick McCleland Saying “He Failed Miserably”

Polygraph scoring terminology usually doesn’t use the phrase “failed miserably.”

This sounds like targeted commentary, and specific PR messaging by the Prosecutor, not technical scoring language. This is intentionally designed to both dismiss and discredit the whistleblower testimony, and any other claims made by Ricci Davis, both before and after McLeland’s statement was made, effectively preemptively discrediting any further statements that Ricci might make.

7. Big Picture Context

In the larger context of:

• The investigation into Abigail Williams and Liberty German

• The prosecution of Richard Allen

There has been extensive debate over:

• Whether Ron Logan and the Klines were properly investigated

• Whether solid and substantial investigative leads were ignored or buried

• Whether defense claims about viable alternate suspects were suppressed or minimized in order to coverup the true nature of the crime and protect the actual perpetrators

Court proceedings typically move forward based on admissible evidence approved by the presiding Judge, not polygraphs, tips, open source information, or whistleblower testimony, which puts the whistleblower and the public in a difficult position now that the conviction of Richard Allen has occurred in lieu of this important and potentially groundbreaking information.

The Credibility Question & Ricci Davis’s Decision to Come Forward

Critics point first to circumstance.

At the time of this disclosure, Ricci Davis was incarcerated and housed in protective custody. That fact alone has been used to frame his information as inherently unreliable. The implication is simple: a person in custody cannot be a credible source.

That assumption is flawed.

Correctional facilities are often environments where individuals encounter information, admissions, and conversations that would never surface in ordinary settings. While jailhouse claims must always be scrutinized carefully, they must also be evaluated on substance rather than dismissed on status alone.

Ricci Davis did not approach the media seeking recognition. He did not attempt to leverage his statements for personal gain. Instead, he reported his concerns directly to investigators. That decision carries risk inside a correctional environment, where being labeled as someone who “talks” can result in isolation or retaliation.

“The Tentacles run deep.”

What distinguishes Davis’s account, in his view, was not rumor or recycled media coverage, but specificity — details conveyed in a manner that suggested deep knowledge and validity rather than speculation. Davis maintains that the information did not present as secondhand gossip circulating through a dormitory, but as statements delivered with emotional and factual weight.

Reasonable minds may debate interpretation. But motive matters.

Davis’s decision to report what he believed to be credible information and his persistence reflects an attempt to act in good faith, not an attempt to manufacture notoriety.

The question, therefore, should not begin with who Davis was at the time, but whether the substance of what he reported was examined thoroughly and objectively.

Following his interaction with investigators, Ricci Davis left with a deep sense of unease.

He has described the experience not as a disagreement, but as a perception that conclusions may have already been solidified before his information was fully explored. That perception — whether ultimately accurate or not — shaped his continuing concern.

It is important to separate two concepts: emotional reaction and evidentiary standard. Courts require documentation, corroboration, and forensic validation... Davis does not attempt to argue otherwise. His position is that the initial response to his disclosure felt procedurally closed and suspicious rather than investigatively curious and open.

That feeling alone does not establish misconduct. But it does raise a procedural question: was the information exhaustively evaluated, or filtered through assumptions about the source or collusion to bury the evidence?

It seems Davis’s conviction did not emerge from a desire for attention, but developed from his assessment of the conversations he witnessed and the responses from Unified Command that he later received. If his interpretation is incorrect, then it was made while attempting to fulfill what he believed was a civic and moral obligation. If his interpretation holds weight, then early dismissal could represent a missed investigative opportunity and a coverup of epic proportions.

Whistleblower accounts, particularly those emerging from custodial settings, demand careful balance — skepticism without automatic invalidation, scrutiny without pre-judgment.

Ricci Davis maintains that his role was not to solve a case, to assign guilt, or to undermine institutions. But, to report information that he believed had great investigative value… Whether history ultimately vindicates or refutes his concerns, the act of reporting was grounded in conscience rather than calculation.

In this portion of the interview, the focus shifts away from the alleged confessions — and toward what happened when Davis says he tried to report them.

According to Davis, he did not initially contact law enforcement himself. He says a friend reached out to the FBI on his behalf. When certain details were relayed — specifically a claim that “the youngest girl was taken” — he says investigators became interested and arranged to meet with him.

The murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams occurred in 2017 in Delphi.

Davis claims that shortly after the report, ISP investigators arrived at the facility where he and Ron Logan were housed.

The Interview that, He Says, Went Nowhere

Davis describes two officials:

• One he understood to be affiliated with the FBI and administering a polygraph, Paul Hansard.

• One he understood to be associated with Indiana State Police or Carroll County, Jerry Holeman.

He emphasizes repeatedly:

“They didn’t ask me a single yes-or-no question.”

According to him, instead of conducting a structured polygraph examination — where baseline questions are asked — The session devolved into argument. He says the focus was not on the alleged confession, but on his motives.

The recurring question, he says, was:

“Why would you refuse the reward money?”

Davis claims he declined any financial reward tied to the case and told investigators he wanted no money, no media attention — only for the information to be investigated.

He says investigators found that suspicious.

From his perspective, that disbelief turned into hostility. He describes feeling interrogated not about the murders — but about his character.

He attributes some of the tension to his stutter and Tourette’s syndrome, saying he felt dismissed or judged because of how he communicated.

At one point, he says, he removed the polygraph equipment himself out of frustration.

The Recording That “Doesn’t Exist”

Davis states the session was recorded — video and audio — and that he was informed of that at the time.

He now claims investigators later said the “recordings were lost.”

He disputes that explanation and insists that if the full audio were released, it would show:

• No structured polygraph questioning

• No direct yes/no interrogation

• A focus on motive rather than substance

He also disputes later public characterizations that he “failed” a polygraph, asserting no formal polygraph questioning occurred.

The Wire Offer

One of the most striking elements of this segment is Davis’s claim that he offered to wear a recording device and return to his dorm — where Logan was still housed — to capture a confession.

He describes this as a “golden opportunity” investigators refused.

He says he told them:

“Give me 30–45 minutes. I’ll get him talking.”

He acknowledges the risk — that if nothing were said, he would look foolish or worse. But he insists he was confident Logan would speak.

Investigators, he says, declined.

The Written Statement

Instead of a recorded operational follow-up, Davis says he was instructed to write a short narrative — roughly a paragraph and a half — summarizing months of alleged conversations.

He describes feeling boxed in when asked whether the statement was “true, complete, and accurate.”

• True? He says yes — to the best of his knowledge.

• Complete? No — because it was condensed.

• Accurate? He says it reflected what he had been told, but he could not independently verify it.

He interpreted the phrasing as a trap designed to undermine credibility.

The Flip Phone Dispute

Davis also addresses a specific detail he says was later publicly challenged.

He claims Logan told him he removed the battery from a personal flip phone to avoid location tracking during travel near Lafayette.

When later commentary suggested modern smartphones do not have removable batteries, Davis argues he was referring to a flip phone — not the victims’ devices or smartphones.

He insists the distinction would be clear if the original audio were available.

The Modification Claim

Davis further alleges that Logan told him he “had connections with then-Carroll County prosecutor Nicholas McLeland” and would be “modified out” of prison early.

According to Davis:

• He reported Logan’s alleged confession.

• Roughly a month later, Logan was granted modification to serve time outside prison.

• This sequence reinforced his suspicion.

Monitoring the Trial

Years later, Davis says he watched proceedings related to Richard Allen and felt that elements he had described in 2017 were now being used to build a case against Allen.

He characterizes this as “pinning” his information onto the wrong person.

He states unequivocally that he believes Allen is innocent.

That belief is central to his ongoing frustration.

The Emotional Undercurrent

What stands out in this section is not new factual detail — but emotional escalation.

Davis frames the interaction as:

• Being dismissed

• Being portrayed as a liar

• Being denied the chance to prove his claims

• Watching, years later, as the case remained unresolved

He expresses anger at law enforcement, at perceived lost evidence, and at what he believes is institutional corruption and protectionism.

He also acknowledges his vulnerability:

• He is incarcerated

• He has a criminal record

• He knows that affects how he is perceived

He contrasts that with what he calls “hiding evidence.”

The Unresolved Questions

This segment raises several points that would require independent verification:

1. Were recordings made of the 2017 polygraph session/meeting?

2. Was a polygraph even formally administered?

3. Was an operational wire offer proposed and declined?

4. What were the documented reasons for Logan’s sentence modification?

5. What elements of Davis’s 2017 account, if any, match non-public evidence?

Without transparency and official records, these remain competing narratives.

Where This Leaves the Story

Part Four shifts the focus from alleged confessions to alleged investigative resistance.

The central tension is no longer just:

“Did the confession happen?”

It becomes:

“If it did — why wasn’t it pursued?”

And beneath that:

Was this a missed opportunity?
Or was this information deemed unreliable from the outset?

The case involving Liberty German and Abigail Williams continues to generate strong reactions from the public nearly a decade later.

Davis’s account adds another layer — one rooted not just in accusation, but in claimed institutional corruption and failure.

By this point in the interview, the request that I made was simple:

“Run down Ron’s story. Then run down Kegan’s. And touch on the parts that line up.”

What follows is Davis’s breakdown of what he says each man told him — and the areas he believes overlap.

This is not a determination of truth. It is a summary of the narratives as Davis recounts them.

The case centers on the murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams in Delphi, Indiana.

Ron Logan’s Version (As Recounted by Davis)

According to Davis, Ron Logan portrayed himself as reluctant, pressured, and intoxicated.

Key Elements Davis Says Logan Described:

• He had been drinking heavily.

• Several individuals came onto his property in the hours prior to the murders.

• There was vandalism on his property near the cemetery area and at the cemetery proper.

• Trash from the cemetery party was cleaned up and loaded into a truck.

• Items, (including the girls’ clothing) thrown into water.

• Movement of at least one body more than once or twice.

• Searchers coming onto the property the next day.

• Himself joining search efforts to avoid suspicion!

• Drones and heavy law enforcement presence, almost immediately.

• Overall fear and panic when the situation escalated.

When it came to staging, Logan allegedly described it vaguely as “witchcraft stuff” — something strange, something extreme — but without structured explanation.

He did not, according to Davis, clearly assign final acts of killing to himself or name who did what at the end.

He was very careful with names.

He spoke in fragments.

Kegan Kline’s Version (As Recounted by Davis)

When Kegan Kline arrived later in the same protected custody dorm, Davis says the story added more detail — and was more explicit.

According to Davis, Kline Claimed:

• He and his father operated a child exploitation network.

• They used platforms like “Kik” and other messaging apps.

• Logan was allegedly a customer of the Klines.

• They (or just Kegan), met Logan periodically to provide devices.

• Burner phones were used.

• Logan was blackmailed over his child pornography involvement.

• Logan’s property was necessary for the plan.

• Kline admitted communicating with Liberty German.

• He admitted to catfishing or “fishing” multiple underage girls, including friends of German.

• He admitted luring the girls to the trails.

• He left his primary phone at home running apps on the day of the murders, to create false location activity.

• Burner phones were transported to multiple locations and destroyed.

Physical Evidence Allegations:

• Phones smashed.

• Some items disposed of in the Wabash River near Battlefield/Lafayette.

• Other items allegedly discarded at an out of town landfill by an associate who was involved in the situation.

• A flip phone belonging to Ron had the battery removed temporarily.

• Bodies were allegedly moved multiple times.

• A tarp used.

• A wheelbarrow used.

• Staging designed intentionally to appear ritualistic.

Unlike Logan’s vagueness, Kline (and possibly others) allegedly framed the staging as strategic — designed to deflect suspicion from “an old man.”

Davis says Kline seamlessly filled in the gaps Logan left open — including explicitly claiming responsibility for finishing off one of the killings when a victim was still breathing.

Kline allegedly described arguments among the participants, the panic due to roadblocks and drones, and a failed plan to remove one victim from the property to transport “out of state.”.

He also allegedly referenced tension between himself and his father, Tony Kline — fears of “rolling” on one another.

Points Davis Says “Lined Up”

Davis emphasizes that the following elements appeared in both narratives:

• Vandalism near the cemetery area.

• Cleanup of trash before the crime.

• Drinking and drug use beforehand.

• The use of burner phones.

• Disposal of phones in water.

• A confrontation where one girl briefly escaped.

• The moving of at least one body.

• Panic the next morning due to searchers and drones.

• Logan participating in search efforts to throw off suspicion.

• Staging that appeared unusual or ritualistic.

• Fear of law enforcement surrounding the property.

For Davis, the strongest confirmation point was the claim that a body was moved twice. He says both men independently described this — something he believes was not public knowledge at the time.

That alignment, he says, is what convinced him the accounts were real.

Where the Stories Differ

• Logan framed himself as pressured and intoxicated.

• Kline framed Logan as blackmailed and/or manipulated.

• Logan avoided naming others.

• Kline suggested additional participants but also avoided naming them directly.

• Kline provided operational detail (phones, apps, blackmail mechanics).

• Logan focused more on emotional state and panic.

Neither, according to Davis, clearly detailed who was responsible for every specific act.

Both were selective.

Both, he says, avoided certain names.

The Broader Question

This is where the narrative reaches its most difficult terrain.

Davis believes the alignment between the two accounts validates them.

But jailhouse testimony is historically complicated. In high-profile cases, incarcerated individuals may:

• Seek leverage

• Seek notoriety

• Shift blame

• Or attempt to manipulate narratives.

At the same time, converging details — if independently verified — can carry weight.

The question becomes:

Are similarities proof of shared truth?
Or shared knowledge of a widely publicized case?

What remains unresolved is not just whether Davis believes these accounts.

It’s whether any portion of them can be independently corroborated — through physical evidence, digital forensics, or official investigative records.

If Part One was about proximity, Part Two is about collision.

According to Ricci Davis, it was no coincidence that both men ended up in the same place at different times. He describes his housing unit as the “most secure protective custody dorm in the state” —where Indiana sends its highest-profile inmates."

“This is the highest protected custody in the state of Indiana,” Davis said. “This is where they send people with high-profile protection.”

And he just happened to be in that dorm when first Ron Logan arrived.

Later, he says, another name from the Delphi case entered the same unit: Kegan Kline.

“He Came to Me”

Davis says Kline approached him directly.

Someone had told Kline that Davis and Logan had been close while Logan was housed there.

The first interaction was simple:

“You knew Ron Logan?”

Davis says he responded cautiously—acknowledging he knew him, but not characterizing it as friendship.

The next day, Kline returned.

This time, more pointed.

“Has Ron Logan ever brought me up to you?”

Davis declined to answer. Kline pressed harder. He seemed convinced Logan had talked about him.

“He was throwing it on me, wasn’t he?” Kline allegedly said.

For Davis, it was déjà vu.

Just as with Logan, the information did not pour out immediately. It came in fragments… Over time, and in increments. In guarded disclosures that, Davis says, gradually grew more expansive as trust formed.

He describes the moment of realization as surreal.

“This is who Ron was talking about!” he recalls, thinking.

Two Stories, Separate Timelines

One of the pillars of Davis’s belief in what he was told rests on timing.

He says he was housed next to Logan for roughly seven months. They spoke daily. Morning coffee. Evening conversations. Legal questions evolving into graphic narratives.

Kline, he says, arrived later.

The two were not housed together during Davis’s interactions with them. There was no opportunity, Davis says, for collaborative posturing between the two men in his presence.

And yet, he says, the core elements aligned.

There were differences. Blame shifting. Inconsistencies about who did what. But the structural narrative—the framework—remained intact in both versions. i.e., the TRUTH!

That consistency is why Davis says he remains convinced, “110 percent,” that what he heard was real.

Going Public — and the Fallout

When Davis began relaying what he knew, he says the consequences were immediate.

He describes a prosecutor publicly criticizing him, labeling him as untrustworthy in online spaces and podcasts.

Soon after, Davis says he was placed in restricted housing for three months.

“No clothes, nothing,” he described. “It was crazy.”

According to Davis, the superintendent of the facility personally told him he had “rattled some chains.”

He claims officials told him they did not know all the details—but that “things were getting figured out.”

To Davis, the timing was not coincidental.

The Letters

A major point of contention centers around letters Davis says he sent to the prosecutor handling the case:

Davis claims he wrote 6-7 letters in total—though only two were formally acknowledged and released.

He says multiple letters were placed within the same envelopes, and that some contained correspondence from Kline himself.

He alleges that not all letters were disclosed.

Within those letters, Davis says, were statements from Kline during lockdown periods—remarks about the trial of Richard Allen, including mocking commentary and disturbing drawings.

Davis maintains that additional letters remained in his personal belongings and were later recovered and released to the Defense in December 2025. He suggests that certain contents are still not public for legal reasons.

He frames the missing letters—and what he describes as shifting explanations about recorded interviews and polygraph materials—as part of a larger pattern of suppression.

“I Had Crucial Information”

Perhaps the most striking claim Davis makes in this segment is this:

He says he provided Indiana State Police detectives with specific information about physical evidence—something he believed could be found with a search warrant. Something he says would have been “indisputable.”

He claims investigators did not pursue it.

“I knew for a fact where something was,” he said. “They didn’t act like they were concerned.”

In his telling, there was an opportunity—one that, he believes, could have altered the trajectory of the case.

Instead, he says, there was silence.

“Crickets.”

Where This Leaves the Story

Part Two introduces a critical tension:

• Two incarcerated men, speaking separately

• Allegedly overlapping narratives
