President Trump Announces Mars Plasma Propellant

In President Trump’s Speech at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston on Friday, August 28, 2026, he noted that NASA is working on a nuclear-powered interplanetary spacecraft that will launch on a mission to Mars in 2028. Trump said nuclear power is necessary because of the high fuel requirements of long-distance journeys.

Since the 1950s, NASA has announced nuclear-propulsion spacecraft initiatives—and canceled them prior to flight.

Though NASA has a 70-year history of Nuclear-Powered Interplanetary Spacecraft research and ambitions, it has never flown on an actual interplanetary mission.

That NASA history of dedicated research and application may change with a 2028 Mars Mission

NASA has announced it will launch a nuclear-powered spacecraft to Mars before the end of 2028. The effort would mark a world first—no interplanetary spacecraft mission has ever been powered by nuclear propulsion before—and a massive boost for potential missions that would go farther out into space and travel faster than traditional liquid-fueled craft could manage.

The space agency plans to the launch the spacecraft, called Space Reactor-1 Freedom, to the Red Planet, where it will deploy several helicopters to explore the surface. The helicopters, NASA said in a statement, will be modeled on Ingenuity, which flew as part of the Perseverance Mars rover’s mission on the planet.

At a press conference on Tuesday, NASA’s Steve Sinacore said that it may be possible that the spacecraft will fly by Mars and continue onward. “We have not decided where the mission will end,” Sinacore said.

The future of human robotic space exploration might depend on a technology from the past: The nuclear fission reactor. Fueled by the element uranium, these reactors have produced energy commercially on terra firma since the 1950s, and currently supply a fifth of United States’ electricity. Nevertheless, despite decades of on-and-off development across a litany of canceled NASA programs, fission has failed to break into the final frontier.

Nuclear Fission or Fusion? What’s the Difference?

Nuclear Fission = splitting a heavy atom (uranium) apart to release energy. It’s what every nuclear power plant and every nuclear weapon on Earth uses today, and what NASA has tested since the 1950s.

Here’s How Fission Reactor and Plasma Propellant Work

The SR-1 Freedom fission reactor generates electricity (like a power plant).

Electricity is most efficiently used to power an electric propulsion system — and the leading electric propulsion technologies (Hall thrusters, ion engines, magnetoplasmadynamic thrusters) all work by ionizing propellant into plasma and accelerating it electromagnetically to generate thrust.

A central power source drives electric propulsion (EP): either sunlight collected by solar arrays — an arrangement favored in most designs — or a nuclear heat source coupled to an electric generator. In either case, electricity interacts with an onboard store of gaseous propellant to create a highly charged plasma, a mix of ions and free electrons. Upon exit, the plasma accelerates craft forward.

Plasma Science as Natural Law, Yet Silenced Science

Plasma Science may be the most important science most of us were never taught!

Over 99% of the visible universe is plasma. Plasma is a state of matter that consists of a significant portion of charged particles (ions and/or electrons). It behaves collectively and intelligently, forming filaments, spheres, lattices, and self-organizing structures.

Few University Plasma Programs

And yet, in the 4,000 US Universities, only 7 have designated Plasma Science programs. Three universities offer stand-alone degrees in Plasma Science: the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, North Carolina State University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. And four Universities have special graduate research programs: Princeton Program in Plasma Physics, MIT’s Plasma Science and Fusion Center, U of Michigan Institute of Plasma Science, and the University of California, San Diego Plasma Science and Engineering. That’s all.

National Defense Plasma Programs—1956

Beyond the limited university offerings in Plasma Science, National Defense Plasma research is primarily conducted in government and military research labs.

1956, Lawrence Livermore Plasma programs began with Bostick’s Plasma Gun, funded by the US Atomic Energy Commission at Livermore, which fired discrete plasma blobs into magnetic fields. Military applications included hydrogen bombs, nuclear fusion containment, and understanding how plasma behaved in nuclear power plants.

He mentioned he’s a “skeptic”, he’s not. I’ve been working with him for four months. I just got done giving him a four hour presentation on the entire project a few weeks ago.

Trust me, the advice is already been happening on how to do all this. He just has to say that out loud, but he is very, very aware- as he was in charge of all of the stuff. When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago.

He not only knows what I’m trying to achieve, he helped assemble my advisory team. He’s a very important man.

The Mitchell-Hardcastle Wright-Delonge emails resulted in no discernible action. However, they appeared in the 2016 WikiLeaks election leaks, providing evidence of Podesta’s involvement.

We need the geo-coordinates to locate the DC Black Hole that swallows energy, consciousness, and ET information.

Twelve Years Later: McCasland Missing

During the time period of the Mitchell-Hardcastle Wright-Delonge emails to Podesta, McCasland commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson AFB from May 2011 until his retirement in July 2013. He oversaw AFRL, headquartered at Wright-Patterson, and had also led an AFRL site at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico. McCasland oversaw the Air Force’s $2.2 billion science and technology program

The Wingless Electromagnetic Air Vehicle (WEAV) is a heavier-than-air flight system developed at the University of Florida and funded by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR), a branch of AFRL.

WEAV was invented in 2006 by Dr. Subrata Roy, a plasma physicist and aerospace engineering professor at UF. WEAV is propelled by a plasma (ionized gas) discharge, has no moving parts, provides near-instantaneous response, operates at atmospheric pressure, and is capable of 360° maneuverability.

UF publicly described it as a “plasma-propelled flying saucer” — a circular, spinning aircraft prototype under six inches across, battery-powered, with surveillance and navigation as the most obvious applications, and, in theory, scalable to larger sizes.

A DTIC technical report on the project frames its goal as proof-of-concept demonstration of an electromagnetically driven wingless aircraft that can self-lift, hover, and fly reliably under gust and impact conditions, and is approved for public release. June 9, 2026, David Grusch held a bipartisan press conference on the US Capitol steps with Reps. Anna Paulina Luna, Tim Burchett, Eric Burlison, Jared Moskowitz, and Scott Perry, plus Leslie Kean, James Fox, and a Disclosure audience.

When asked about the non-human species/intelligence known to the US Government, Grusch responded:

“I certainly don’t have the compendium. It’s a continuum from corporeal bipedal life to what I would consider sentient plasmoid life, but there are several that the US government is aware of.”

Unfortunately, since Grusch and his uninformed audience never bothered to define who or what was Sentient Plasmoid life, here is a definition.

According to science historian Robert Temple, plasmoids are discrete entities that have emerged from the great “plasma soup” — often spherical or blob-shaped, sometimes doughnut-shaped, with strange and unexpected properties. The word Plasmoid was coined in 1956 by physicist David Pines at Princeton, at the suggestion of Winston Harper Bostick.

Was Grusch referring to Orbs as ET?

In a June 5, 2026 official AARO case-analysis memo signed by Director Jon Kosloski, the office documented a Western U.S. event from October 2023 — DOW-UAP-D077 — involving federal law enforcement agents who reported an orange “mother orb” appearing for 1–2 seconds, releasing 2–4 red “orbs,” then disappearing, with one red orb reportedly stationary above a ridgeline for several hours.

Following Kosloski’s June 5, 2026 AARO letter, Loeb offered laser-producing plasma experiments as physical explanations for the “mother orb” reports — noting that laser-sustained plasma can’t explain multi-hour persistence since it would require continuous, massive power delivery to a fixed point.

1980 to 1988: Loeb was part of the elite Israeli military Talpiot Program—similar to the US JASON Program.

1983, while in Talpiot and working on a PhD, Loeb led a program on Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) missile defense.

Reagan’s SDI program is historically related to Israel’s Iron Dome Missile defense and the US Golden Dome Missile defense; both programs collect and apply AI data on space and interstellar objects and create an array of space weapons.

1993: Loeb moves to Harvard University to become a professor of astronomy

2021: Harvard’s Galileo Project Launches: The goal of the Galileo Project is to bring the search for extraterrestrial scientific and technological signatures.

2026: Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb appointed as the head of a new White House group—the UAP Science Advisory Council.

The move follows recent Trump administration initiatives to bring more transparency to the topic of UFOs, or UAP. The UAP Science Advisory Council, Loeb explains, was established by the White House, the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other members of the Intelligence Community.

Why Every Human Has A Voice: The Human Biofield

The hundred-year scientific study of biophotons offers insight and evidence into nature’s secret code of communication, which may lead us into a deeper understanding of consciousness as a field. The more light produced, the more communication between neurons, the more conscious the being, or the life form. Biophotons: Our Body as an electromagnetic organism

Biophoton studies indicate that quantum entanglement may be the link between consciousness, photons, and the field of consciousness. Rats pass one biophoton per neuron per minute. In comparison, humans move one billion biophotons per neuron per second. This photon movement between species may be why we feel affinity and communicate with our animals. It’s a biophoton-based relationship.

In A New Science of Heaven: How the new science of plasma physics is shedding light on spiritual experience, Robert Temple argues that human beings are fundamentally electromagnetic organisms whose biology depends not only on chemistry but on intricate flows of electrons, ions, and proton currents (“proticity”). He presents the body as an electrically active system in which semiconductive tissues, magnetic fields, and possible superconductive processes may play important roles in consciousness, communication, and health.

Humans are viewed as dynamic bioelectrical entities embedded in a larger plasma universe. Our bodies are deeply shaped by fields, currents, and energetic interactions beyond conventional biochemical models.

In Chapter 15, “How Our Bodies Emit Light,” Temple focuses on biophotons—ultraweak light emissions produced by living tissues. Temple explores research suggesting that cells, DNA, and physiological systems emit and respond to light as part of biological regulation, diagnosis, and intercellular communication. He interprets these emissions as evidence that life is not merely chemical but also photonic and plasma-based, linking light, energy, and consciousness in the body.

Demystifying the Biofield by Connecting the Dots of Science We Already Understand

The logical conclusion is surprisingly straightforward: the human body is an electrically active organism, and wherever electrical currents flow, magnetic fields arise around them. The currents within the body are carried primarily by ions rather than by electrons moving through metal wires, but the basic principle of electromagnetism is the same. The magnetic activity generated by the heart can be measured through magnetocardiography, while the much smaller magnetic fields produced by neuronal activity can be measured through magnetoencephalography. These are established medical and research technologies, not speculative ideas.

This gives us the first essential step in understanding the biofield: a living human body generates a complex, constantly changing electromagnetic environment both within and around itself. Calling this environment a biofield does not require belief in a mysterious substance or supernatural energy. A field is simply a region in which an influence can be detected. The Earth has a magnetic field, a radio transmitter produces an electromagnetic field, and the electrical activity of the human body produces associated fields as well.

The Ethical and Philosophical Framework

“Exoconsciousness is a function of nonlocal consciousness, where our body and brain are free to interact in a field of ETs, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings. The Nine Principles of Exoconsciousness outline the basic human rights for the protection and advancement of natural human consciousness.

The basic premise of Exoconsciousness is that humans can thrive holistically (mind-body-spirit) in an imperfect world amid destructive, dehumanizing forces.

Each principle emphasizes the primary focus of maintaining alignment, balance, harmony, and well-being in an imperfect world.

Each principle is best understood as a direct counter-claim to a specific AI transhuman agenda item.

Why the AI Transhuman Counter-Balance to Exoconsciousness

Why was the counter-balance of AI Transhuman forces chosen to define and clarify ethical and philosophical principles necessary for Exoconscious Humans?

The short story is that during my time in Washington, DC, from 2011 to 2017, working with Dr. Edgar Mitchell’s science group, researching zero-point energy, consciousness, and the extraterrestrial presence, I repeatedly stumbled into information impossible to ignore regarding AI and Transhumanist plans.

These plans included genetic engineering and sophisticated mind control plans, now called social engineering, along with geoengineering of the Earth’s surface and skies.

Today we live in a multilayered, comprehensive engineered system, where these plans have grown exponentially with the growth of AI and transhuman possibilities to alter natural humans.

ET as AI—No Thanks, Doesn’t Work

Yet, few are discussing these engineered plans that pose a universal threat to experiencers and contactees. Instead, quite the opposite, many in the Disclosure and UAP movements are adopting AI as a bridge to communicating with ET, promoting Transhuman extensions as necessary for contact.

Vocal and visible proponents of the ET Threat narrative are especially advocating for advancing a multilayered, comprehensive engineered system.

Though I would guess few in Disclosure and UAP movements understood its implications.

Believing (for financial reward, visibility, or peer pressure reasons) that humans require AI and Transhumanism for contact—nothing could be further from reality or historical fact. Humans managed contact for eons without AI or Transhuman extensions. Ask any ancient indigenous people. Ask any spiritual contactee. Ask any Exoconscious Human.

Somewhat Optimistic Exoconscious Encounters

Some of my DC encounters left me feeling vaguely optimistic. One afternoon I met a lovely middle-aged woman who had worked for DARPA for over 20 years—in AI research and development. (DARPA was founded in 1958 as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency for science and military research.)

I asked her, “How’s your AI research going?” Her quick response, “Not well,” surprised me. She went on to explain that “we simply do not know what consciousness is.”

At that moment I knew I had met a kindred spirit. The study of consciousness was my chosen field for decades. I felt her frustration with the mystery and magnificence of human consciousness. I admired her transparency and truth amid AI propaganda and promotion.

Brain-Centric Consciousness Encounters

In DC, I also researched decades of government programs, beginning with the Bush Brain Initiative in 2000 and continuing into the Obama Brain Initiative. These well-funded government programs aimed to lay out neural networks, as if finding the right LEGO brain paths, pieces, and relationships would define consciousness.

Scholars, journalists, and practitioners Gary Marcus, Sam Illingsworth, Luiza Jarovsky, Karen Hao, and Kate Crawford continue to highlight the AI propaganda promises and the stark reality of flawed AI operation—assisting us to navigate the rapidly changing specter.

Pessimistic Exoconscious Encounters

Some of the DC encounters left me slack-jawed, pessimistic, and fearful. I recall after Yoga, meeting a young man from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a non-regulatory federal agency within the US Department of Commerce, located just up the street from my home.

He casually mentioned that he was in the polymer division, and I immediately struck up a conversation, saying: “I understand that much of the off-shoring of clothing manufacturing was led by scientific interest in integrating nanotechnology into clothing and how the tech potentially might cross the blood-brain barrier.” I was thinking—my children’s pajamas and T-shirts as nanotech experiments. The young man abruptly drew back from me and declared loudly, “Lady, don’t you EVER speak to me again,” as he headed for the door.

I knew I had hit a nerve and that the clothing experiment may have been well underway.

It didn’t surprise me years later when Epstein’s emails exposing his relationship with Lex Wexner, whose Limited Corporation was a major manufacturer and distributor of offshore clothing, came to light. Along with Wexner’s affiliation with CIA airline, Southern Air Transport (Iran-Contra history), located at Rickenbacker International Airport in Columbus, Ohio, facilitated by Epstein. Ask, and You Shall Receive

Some DC encounters left me amazed at how information dropped, especially when all I had to do was ask. While living in DC, I encountered an unexpected number of otherwise healthy vital people whose lives were devastated by Lyme disease. Friends and acquaintances who tried one medical solution after the next with no relief.

Being psychic (unashamedly so), I began hearing the words Plum Island. So I initiated an earnest internet search, asking about Plum Island and Lyme Disease—only to turn up empty-handed. Until one day at the Montgomery County Library, I dropped Plum Island in their search engine, and a book appeared—Lab 257: The Disturbing Story of the Government’s Secret Plum Island Germ Laboratory. And it was on the shelf!

Lab 257 led me down the disease, disability, death path of chemical-biological weaponry, genetic engineering. It also showed me that, in Maryland, I was living in a central vortex of chemical-biological research (I’m sure none of the chemicals were in the Potomac River where my children and friends boated, fished, and swam.)

The American University Experiment Center was the primary WWI chemical-biological center, which later moved into Maryland’s Edgewood Arsenal, Fort Detrick, and the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense, located in aptly named Gunpowder, Maryland.

No surprise—COVID

Was I surprised when COVID arrived? No. On January 1, 2020, during a dream, a loud voice said, ‘Prepare to be locked down.” I woke, rolled over, and told my husband of my dream, and he, being a lifetime DC resident, agreed. Later that morning, we walked across the street to our neighbors who are Mormons and asked about food preservation, telling them about my dream.

Was I surprised by COVID? No, I was expecting it.

I share these encounters, dreams, and intuitions to explain why I chose AI and Transhumanism as a counter-argument for Exoconscious Human principles.

But, the emotional reality and fear from all of the information I stumbled into or deliberately sought in DC went much deeper.

All-Encompassing Plans of AI Transhumanism

As a mother, grandmother, wife—a woman deeply embedded and embracing all of life—I realized the power and principalities promoting AI and Transhumanism and the engineering programs.

I realized that the end-game for AI and Transhumanism was to own ALL of Human Life—otherwise artificial reality would not work as an engineered system. All of human life had to be owned, manipulated, metered, monitored, and monetized—one experiment stacked on top of another.

The AI Transhuman realization traumatized me. For two years, from 2017 to 2019.

My emotional response increased with the stark realization that human consciousness, in particular psychic intelligence and abilities, were being corralled into AI Transhumanism by genetic and geo-engineering as well as advanced methods of mind control via social and entertainment media.

Would my children and grandchildren be denied psychic intelligence—the lightning-quick messages from beyond their brains that brought clarity of direction, connection to nature and other humans, seemingly miraculous healing, messages from their higher spirit and soul?

Or would they flatten into genetically modified Transhumans, AI-dependent hybrids—perceptually limited, unaware of subtle life forces. Would their grasp of God be lost? Would their Spirit World be silenced? Could their soul escape the control grids’ grasp?

Navigating Reality with Exoconsciousness

Gradually, I found the balance and grace to begin healing my emotional strain, putting my knowledge into words and actions. I wrote Exoconscious Humans, established the Institute for Exoconsciousness, and launched coaching groups, a YouTube channel, and now a Substack and Podcast.

Thinking, feeling, talking, listening, writing, sharing. Releasing thoughts and words heals. Releasing thoughts and words gathers kindred spirits. Releasing thoughts and words builds community. Releasing thoughts and words creates clarity with ethical and philosophical frameworks.

The Institute for Exoconsciousness is the first Post-Disclosure organization to support co-creation between natural human and off-planet intelligences.

Natural Human Consciousness amidst brain-centric and artificial reality constructs

Our Institute for Exoconsciousness’s focus on preserving and advancing natural human consciousness is central. As the brain-centric Bush and Obama brain initiatives indicate, government money has poured into research to dissect the brain to discover consciousness—to no avail.

But where neural network research failed, social engineering, or mind control, takes over to create the impression of success.

Technology holds the false belief that corralling every human on Earth into their closed system will signal the singularity triumph.

AI and Transhuman experiments like COVID, mRNA vaccines, endless video games, porn, drugs, sports, social media, along with AI Agents have an impact on the human mind. But as they multiply throughout culture, they also leave a path of destruction and human devolution in their wake.

Human Consciousness remains elusive. Yet the experiments mount and continually roll across the human species testing ground.

It is our responsibility as Exoconscious Humans to remain responsive, grounded, centered, balanced, aware, and alive. Our primary focus is on maintaining alignment and well-being in an imperfect world.

Psychic Intelligence as the Second Principle

“One of the first manifestations of ET, multidimensional experience in an Exoconscious Human, is an increase in psychic intelligence. An experiencer ‘senses’ differently. They perceive a broad spectrum that includes beings, energies, and information. In turn, psychic abilities heighten precognition, astral projection, psychokinesis, remote viewing, telepathy, and mediumship. An Exoconscious Human develops psychic intelligence.” EH

“Note the use of intelligence, as opposed to intellect. Intellect is an individual’s ability to acquire and use knowledge and skills. It refers to cognitive abilities such as memory, analysis, identification, and categorization… In contrast, intelligence is inborn, innate—a function of consciousness. It goes beyond facts and moves into the ability to determine meaning and purpose.” EH

‘An Exoconscious Proposal: The Common Ground of Consciousness Science and Psychic Intelligence’ (Existenz), presented 2008, Karl Jaspers Society of North America, American Philosophical Association, published in https://existenz.us/volume3No2.html formalizes the psychic intelligence claim as a scholarly proposition:

Harvard’s Howard Gardner began his research by asking two questions: “How did the human mind and brain evolve over millions of years? And, how can we account for the diversity of skills and capacities that are or have been valued in different communities around the world?”

Through his research, Gardner universalized intelligence, asserting that all people possess eight identified intelligences. Furthermore, he detailed that each person’s intelligence varied with respect to environment, education, opportunities, heredity, and interactions.

Gardner’s 8 Intelligences

Linguistic Sensitivity to the spoken and written word, mastery of language
Logical-mathematical Ability to analyze problems logically and scientifically
Musical Skill in composition, performance, appreciation of music
Bodily-kinesthetic Ability to move as exemplified by dancers, athletes, surgeons
Spatial Ability to identify space as exemplified by pilots, artists and architects
Interpersonal Talent for empathizing and relating to people, exemplified by salespersons
Intrapersonal Talent and capacity for self-understanding
Naturalist Ability to recognize and classify natural species, ecological relationships

Exoconscious Humans Proposing Psychic Intelligence as 9th Intelligence:

Proposing psychic intelligence as a multiple intelligence in Gardner’s model, Exoconsciousness maintains that all humans share a psychic intelligence that is innate. Psychic Intelligence is the primary intelligence of extraterrestrial experiencers, NDE, OBE, psychics, mystics, telepaths, healers, whisperers and mediums. To name a few.

Persons with psychic intelligence show sensitivity to energies and vibrations, what some term subtle energy fields. Through their consciousness, those with psychic intelligence connect with energy fields to communicate, learn, gather information and form relationships. Psychic intelligence abilities include remote viewing, precognition, clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance and telepathy.

Psychic intelligence as a 9th intelligence offers a solution to Gardner’s problem of locating a region of the brain for its intelligence. Psychic intelligence is located beyond the brain in the non-local, the field of consciousness that exhibits the unity of entanglement.

Psychic intelligence deserves recognition as Howard Gardner’s 9th Intelligence alongside the eight already identified in his multiple intelligences theory. This is not a metaphysical claim but an epistemological one: psychic intelligence is a measurable, developable, culture-independent cognitive capacity that the FREE Research Study documents at scale.

Moral Autonomy as the Sixth Principle

“Autonomous individuals are in harmony with the natural moral law within their hearts and mind, which we can describe as a divine spark of love, the root of our moral life. Moral autonomy is about establishing a profound connection with our true nature (which is why it is also commonly referred to as ‘awakening’) and thus becoming vehicles of expression of singular forms of intelligence and organization. We recognize that we are parts of a system. It is a state of redemptory sovereignty.” Rodolfo de Oliveira, EH

Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.’s 1954 sermon called his congregation to become ‘transformed non-conformists’ — people who use their moral conscience to transform the world rather than conform to it.

Exoconsciousness extends this call: the moral autonomy required in the Disclosure/Experiencer era is the same inner authority that King demanded of his parishioners, now applied to the challenge of maintaining natural consciousness in the face of the transhuman trajectory.

Understanding consciousness as an Exoconscious Human involves conscience, which involves moral codes embedded in HUMAN history, religion, and knowledge. Conscience and moral codes provide the framework for the survival and advancement of the human species under the closed-loop control culture of AI and Transhumanism.

The Transhuman Counter-Argument

“Transhumanism and technocracy are rooted in the belief that the human brain is the center of consciousness. Confuse and fracture this brain-centered consciousness, and you control the human.” EH

The Nine Principles are designed to resist and navigate AI and transhumanism. The principles are not abstract ideals but defensive philosophical positions against a documented technology agenda. Each Principle names a specific human capacity that the transhuman trajectory either replaces with a technological substitute or actively suppresses.

For Dr. Carol Rosin — on the passing of her beloved husband, Jon Cypher

Dear Carol,

On behalf of the Institute for Exoconsciousness—Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, President, Deborah West, Communications Director, and our entire global community—we extend our deepest sympathy and heartfelt sorrow for the sudden passing of your beloved husband, Jon Cypher, on August 3, at the age of 94.

We are holding you in our prayers, surrounding you with strong, steady, loving energy during this time of profound grief. Jon’s presence, his voice, his humor, his talent, and his extraordinary spirit touched countless lives. We honor him, and we honor you.

Jon will be laid to rest on August 11 at The Forest Conservation Burial Ground at Willow-Witt Ranch, beneath tall trees and open sky, wrapped in a biodegradable shroud that fulfills his wish to return gently and naturally to the Earth. His resting place—free of chemicals, concrete, metal, or plastic—reflects the purity of his values and the reverence he held for all sacred life.

Jon’s artistic legacy is vast. From his debut opposite Julie Andrews in Cinderella (1957), to his iconic roles as Chief Daniels in Hill Street Blues and General Craig in Major Dad, to his powerful performances on Broadway in Man of La Mancha, 1776, Evita, and many more, Jon brought depth, intelligence, and humanity to every character he portrayed. His film work—from Valdez Is Coming to Masters of the Universe—and his operatic performances in four languages further reveal the breadth of his gifts.

Beyond his artistic achievements, Jon was a courageous voice for truth, consciousness, and peaceful space policy. As host of the 2001 Disclosure Project event at the National Press Club, he publicly supported transparency regarding non-threatening extraterrestrial intelligences and their craft. He championed the Treaty to Prevent the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, recognizing that humanity’s future depends on cooperation, demilitarization, and the protection of space as a shared domain for all civilizations.

Likewise, the Exoconscious Planetary Constitution affirms humanity’s right to consciousness and establishes ethical foundations for peaceful interspecies cooperation. Jon’s life and advocacy helped lay the groundwork for these initiatives, which now stand as living extensions of his legacy.

Personal Transparency

Before delving into examining the religious implications of Pasulka’s Joe Rogan Experience Interview, a fair comparison is necessary. In many respects, Pasulka and I share some religious affinity; in other respects, we come from divergent religious professional worlds. Both of our perspectives are deeply woven into the reality of this world, and both require deeper understanding, which this Substack strives to share.

Diana Pasulka has a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Catholic history and tradition from Syracuse University. She is a professor at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She was interviewed on Rogan’s podcast to promote her new book, The Others: UFOs, AI, and the Secret Forces Guiding Human Destiny.

As a contactee since childhood and founder of the Institute for Exoconsciousness, I have a PhD in parapsychic science and an MDiv in Philosophical Theology (Boston University School of Theology). I am ordained in the United Methodist Church and have fifteen years of experience working with Catholic priests as an interfaith university chaplain at Wright State University (next door to Wright Patterson Air Force Base).

Our side-by-side comparison highlights our different approaches to contact. Pasulka is primarily an academic observer emphasizing religious studies with an arms-length, scientific approach to contact. I am a practitioner, a life-long subjective experiencer of extraterrestrial, multidimensional, and spiritual beings who was downloaded with the concept of Exoconsciousness twenty years ago.

Both of our perspectives hold value, but within contemporary religion, culture, and now technology contexts, we arrive at different conclusions regarding human sovereignty and contact.

Pasulka: Contact and AI Transhumanism

The primary divergence in our perspectives on contact concerns how we regard the forces of AI and Transhumanism.

Pasulka indicated to Rogan that AI could be a bridge between human-NHI contact.

What if AI all of a sudden is a different form of contact? And I’ll give you a reason why I think this way... When I started to ask the people who should know, like Lou Elizondo... they would always point me in the direction of science fiction... it would inevitably point to a technology that helps interface humans with it so that it’s not us interfacing.

We can’t understand reality in its full reality-ness, right? We can’t do that because we’re constrained by the ways in which we perceive things. Those are the perceptual faculties. What if AI becomes a perceptual faculty for us and we’re able then to interact with it? So perhaps it has evolved and it’s helped us evolve too…Perhaps AI is a bridge for helping us interact with these things? All Rogan interview transcript sources

Here Pasulka points directly to a basic human vulnerability in discernment of personal contact experiences because “we can’t understand reality .” So, she proposes technology as a necessary interface. Pasulka’s perspective on the necessity for AI translation and discernment of the human experience also acknowledges the necessity for Transhumanism, where humans require a technological extension, because we are inherently limited.

Contact. Meet the Aliens—No Way

Furthermore, Pasulka clearly separates herself from contact experience, assuming necessary objectivity, by stating her reluctance because it would affect her cognitive sovereignty.

…what is J.D. Vance talking about when he’s saying these are demons? And I’m trying to explain that he’s referencing this theological category that has been around for a long time and that is actually quite useful in adjudicating what’s going on when people are having these experiences now. I’m saying that I’m not trying to propose that these are like experiences. Honestly, I wouldn’t want them to happen to me, and I don’t wish them upon anyone. But some people—

Exoconsciousness: Contact and Natural Human Consciousness

The Definition of Exoconsciousness and the Nine Principles provide a counter-framing of Pasulka’s perspective of no contact and human vulnerability.

Exoconsciousness is defined as the innate human ability to contact, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, multidimensional, and spiritual beings. Pasulka constructs an intellectual, theological, and technological barrier against these innate abilities.

Exoconsciousness protects and advances natural human consciousness, keenly aware of the forces of geo-genetic-social engineering of AI and Transhumanism. In other words, Exoconsciousness identifies human vulnerability sourced in AI and Transhumanism, not human limits to knowing reality, as Pasulka maintains.

The Nine Exoconscious Principles are in direct opposition to Pasulka’s perspective, in particular numbers 3, 4, and 5.

• Natural human consciousness and intelligence include our innate psychic abilities, critical thinking, discernment, and emotionally healthy integration. It is the foundation for Contact.

• Humans possess individual moral sovereignty and conscience, strengthened through religion and culture, which foster and develop morals and judgment—the underpinnings of a moral life.

• Humans are spiritually ensouled, imago Dei, as opposed to transhuman, AI technological hybridization of humans.

Catholic Preternatural Institutional Permission—The Exorcist and Baptizing ET

I lived in Washington, DC, on October 30, 2015 (Halloween weekend) and remember being amused by the blending of Hollywood, DC Government, and a Catholic University at the unveiling of The Exorcist plaque on the famous steps just outside Georgetown University.

I remember The Exorcist’s message of demonic possession requiring a Catholic priest’s intervention.

Prior to The Exorcist plaque, Pope Francis, on May 12, 2014, in a Mass homily, said he would absolutely baptize aliens if asked.

Pope Francis would absolutely baptize an alien from Mars, if one showed up at the Vatican and asked for it. During his weekly homily on Monday, Franics said that aliens — which he imagines could be "Green, with that long nose and big ears, just like children paint them" — should be baptized just like anyone else who asks for it, because it's not up to any human to decide who should receive the Holy Spirit. In other words: if God prompts some Martians to come to Earth, find the Pope, and say "we want in on this Catholicism thing." The pope would probably say "OK. cool." But probably in Latin.

Interestingly, shortly after Pope Francis’ declaration of baptizing aliens and extensive press coverage, I had the opportunity to hear a lecture by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the Papal Nuncio in DC. After his lecture, I politely asked about Pope Francis’ invitation to baptize ET, if asked. The Archbishop firmly replied that there were no official Catholic plans to baptize ET and that, furthermore, he knew nothing about this statement by the Pope. I was taken aback. The Archbishop left me and others in attendance confused that there had never been such a statement by the Pope, even though it had received press coverage.

Obviously, in the Catholic hierarchical structure, Pope Francis made an off-handed remark. In the Archbishop’s view, Baptism of ET would require a formal encyclical or Papal bull.

But recently, given Pasulka’s comments about the Preternatural category—the theology Pasulka referred to in her Rogan interview—both The Exorcist commemoration and official ET Baptism hesitancy make sense.

Preternatural: The Catholic Category for Discernment and Management of NHI

After Rogan asked Pasulka about Vice President JD Vance’s labeling of aliens as demonic, she described the Catholic theology of Preternatural as one of three categories.

in Catholic theology, there are generally, if you're looking at anomalous phenomena, which they do, supernatural anomalous phenomena, a lot of weird stuff happens within the history religions. So they have categories for understanding this stuff, and the categories include 3 different, um, categories, basically 3 different types of things. Supernatural things, which they think can't be explained and that they're like miracles. You know, someone terminally ill prays for a saint's intercession, and then they become healed, and doctors say we can't figure that out. That's supernatural. That's a miracle from God. Okay, that's one category. The other category is the natural, so things that are within nature. We can explain them. You know, everybody knows what a natural kind of event is—hurricanes and things like that. But there are events that cannot be explained but don't merit supernatural, the supernatural category. And those events By the way, there's a word for it and they call it the preternatural.

The Catholic preternatural category rests between Supernatural (acts from God) and Nature (all within nature). Preternatural is where Pasulka and probably Vance house any actions by extraterrestrial, multidimensional, and most spiritual beings.

Though conceptualized by St Aquinas in the 13th Century, the most public theological roots of preternatural rose in the 15th to the 17th century. Specifically, Catholic theologians during the 16th century used the concept of preternatural during the Inquisition and witch trials to counter any spiritual manipulation of nature by labeling the accused's acts as demonic. Preternatural became Catholic theology, politics, and, on some fronts, war theory. Burn, torture, maim, kill, and abuse in the name of God as understood by the Catholic hierarchy of the time.

the preternatural is still the best category that we have for looking at this because not all preternatural phenomena, even for Catholics, is negative, right? Some of this is actually really positive. But the thing— the problem is that human beings have a hard time figuring it out. Like, you know, it could be deceptive. This is another thing where Garry Nolan comes in. He was on Tucker Carlson, I don’t know, like 4 years ago or something. And he said— and I’ve talked to him about this too— Tucker asked him about, well, what do these things, you know, what do they say?

And he goes, oh, they lie. They’re deceptive.

Exoconsciousness: Human Moral Sovereignty

Are you getting the picture? Are you seeing the distinctions? The preternatural theology of demons, deceptions, lying, and Skinwalker hitchhikers calls forth the need for the Institutional Catholic Church intervention, AI, and possibly transhuman extensions to navigate something “too hard to figure out.”

Martin Luther, a medieval Catholic until his mid-30s, confronted the rules and regulations of preternatural theology by stating that the antidote to demons was the direct, personal spiritual Word of God (Logos) received by humans in their flesh. Demons required no institutional mediation. (But demon intervention makes for popular movies, PR, and government ET threats)

Again, to be transparent, as a contactee since childhood, I was fortunate to be birthed into Church of the Brethren (German abolitionist), Methodist, Evangelical religious family roots that merged into the John Wesley-based United Methodist Church.

John Wesley received ongoing ridicule for sourcing his faith in his personal spiritual experience. He was labeled an “enthusiast” by his 18th-century peers. Wesley basically was “lit up” from the inside and integrated his “Strangely warmed” by the Holy Spirit experience into what became an international denomination. When you see the flame and cross logo on United Methodist Churches, that’s symbolic of what Wesley experienced.

What the Catholic Church deemed demonic and dangerous, requiring institutional mediation, and now AI and transhuman extensions, John Wesley deemed the ongoing positive vital work of the Holy Spirit in individual lives.

Furthermore, Wesley countered the Catholic institutional mediation of religious experience by identifying the necessity of a hands-on, morally lived life,

Exoconscious Co-Creation Transformation vs Preternatural Institutional Mediation

Exoconscious Humans maintain that the most relevant evidence for the benevolence of extraterrestrial, multidimensional, spiritual contact is sourced and reflected in our co-creations—how we apply our contact for the well-being and benefit of all of nature, other humans, and a peaceful Earth and Cosmos.

Eastern Orthodox theologians refer to this as “theosis”—participating in a divine life.

The 2018 Survey of 4,200 contactees by Dr. Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Experiences, Beyond UFOs: The Science of Consciousness & Contact with Non Human Intelligence, clearly affirms that individual experiencers responded that they were intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and physically capable of positive contact experiences. 70 to 80% reported being positively transformed and psychologically enhanced with increased empathy, self-worth, life purpose, and peaceful acceptance of death. Quite a holistic ET Contact Transformation—all without AI, Transhuman extensions, or Catholic institutional mediation.

The logical conclusion is surprisingly straightforward: the human body is an electrically active organism, and wherever electrical currents flow, magnetic fields arise around them. The currents within the body are carried primarily by ions rather than by electrons moving through metal wires, but the basic principle of electromagnetism is the same. The magnetic activity generated by the heart can be measured through magnetocardiography, while the much smaller magnetic fields produced by neuronal activity can be measured through magnetoencephalography. These are established medical and research technologies, not speculative ideas.

This gives us the first essential step in understanding the biofield: a living human body generates a complex, constantly changing electromagnetic environment both within and around itself. Calling this environment a biofield does not require belief in a mysterious substance or supernatural energy. A field is simply a region in which an influence can be detected. The Earth has a magnetic field, a radio transmitter produces an electromagnetic field, and the electrical activity of the human body produces associated fields as well.

Culture provides a multiplicity of cocoons of Silence where there is no pressure to be alive and involved.

The allure of your own silent world of avoidant invisibility beckons you into a world of video games, drugs, endless scrolling and selfies, entertainment series—all full of fun and games. And Silence.

But strip away the artificial fun and games, and you are left with your familiar Silence.

The game ended, but for a while you were a player.

The drugs wore off, but for a while you were in a mind space where you matter.

The scrolling and selfies wore off, but for a while you were an influencer.

The Netflix series ended, but for a while your emotions were allowed to surface.

Where did the Cocoon of Silence Come From?

If your childhood was filled with Silence—your natural reaction is to Avoid Life and to Avoid Yourself in the world.

There is no shame or guilt. You were imprinted with avoidant behavior by larger forces beyond yourself—your parents, possibly your extended family, but most of all your mother.

Chances are, if you were triggered by Fauci’s silence, your mother was also avoidant. She avoided living an open life, possibly out of social fear and anxiety.

What is Exoconsciousness and Where It Came From

“The alarm silenced, my head fell back on the pillow, and the word exoconsciousness entered my entire body. The word exoconsciousness embodied me as expressed in spiritual and religious writings. The word became flesh (John 1:14). But terms need definitions to elaborate on their meaning.” Exoconscious Humans: Will Free Will Survive in an Increasingly Non Human World? (Referred to as EH in following references.)

Exoconsciousness did not begin in a technologically enhanced lab or an ancient book-lined library. Its humble beginnings were in the body of a single mother of three children, hitting the snooze button before her workday and her children’s school day began.

This origin story is essential to the field’s authority: a word given by direct experience, a download. Exoconsciousness was not constructed by academic conversation, the result of a clinical study, data collection, or a scientific hypothesis. Exoconsciousness originated in a normal lived life anchored in psychic experiences, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and subjective discernment. It signified a different way of knowing and receiving information.

The Exoconsciousness download arrived unexpectedly, but in hindsight, it was inevitable. It was sourced in my early childhood contact experiences, which I continued to develop into adulthood, combined with the good fortune of belonging to one of the first experiencer groups in the nation led by Dr. Ruth Hover in Fountain Hills, outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Yet what arrived, downloaded twenty years ago, needed years of questions, exploration, research, and discussion to elaborate.

The Definition

“Exoconsciousness is the innate human ability to contact, communicate, and co-create with ETs, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings. Consciousness as a field phenomenon moves within and beyond our bodies.” EH

Four words hold the definition: innate, contact, communicate, and co-create.

Innate refers to an implicit human ability. It signals that unique genetics, blood type, special gifts, drugs, technology upgrades, or specific higher knowledge are not required. Exoconsciousness is a natural human capacity and ability that belongs to every human being. As such, it is a foundational characteristic of “being human.”

Contact refers to the natural human ability to receive information from outside oneself, from the field of consciousness. Humans possess a natural antenna that attracts the information an individual needs at specific times in their life. We all possess a natural ability for receptive contact that supports our well-being and health.

Communicate locates the contact within an active, ongoing relationship. Human Exoconscious communication is an active, freely chosen means of continuing and deepening conscious contact. Communication depends on the individual’s preferences and developed abilities. Natural communication abilities can be learned and refined. These abilities deepen as we integrate, ground, and balance our relationship with other humans, ourselves, and the beings with whom we are in contact.

Co-create moves beyond communication into the productive, applied dimension of our contact relationship. Co-creation amplifies the individual’s personal calling and passion—how contact may enhance their life and the life of others. Co-creation involves the generation of new ideas, innovations, and inventions sourced in freely chosen, ET collaboration. Over time, co-creation develops trust and a peer-to-peer relationship. Messages and guidance may manifest as direct messages, dreams, ideas out of the blue, or an emotional, mental pull toward a new awareness or life path.

How the Definition Evolved

“Exoconsciousness is a profoundly transformative human experience of contact with ETs and multidimensionals and spiritual beings. It represents a current ufology stage that notably redirects the focus of research from UFOs, craft research, and sightings in the sky—to humans.” EH

“Exoconsciousness is an organic, living word. Its meaning changes as individuals, communities, and cultures comprehend reality through their experience and relationship with an ET, multidimensional, spiritual presence.” EH

Historically, the 2006 definition of Exoconsciousness was ‘the academic study of the extraterrestrial origins, dimensions, and abilities of human consciousness’ (Exopolitics Journal, January 2006). This definition was designed for an academic ufology audience.

In 2005, while teaching one of the first Ufology college courses in the nation, I was involved in promoting university acceptance of Ufology. I enthusiastically envisioned Ufology being taught across the US and other countries. I collaborated with international researchers and teachers ready to write curriculum and teach students. That university vision has not yet materialized…but it may soon become a reality.

Over the following decades, through the founding of the Institute for Exoconsciousness, I-EXO, and the formation of the international Community of the Exoconscious, the definition deepened. Through a dedication to conversation and individual/group coaching, my Exoconscious emphasis transformed from a field of academic/university study into a way of living. It emphasized a holistic approach to subjective, first-person evidence within the frameworks of quantum and plasma science.

The Ancient Arc

“Humans possess an ancient cosmic consciousness. Our connection to the stars was painted in caves, carved on stones in sacred places, and sung to the celestial ceiling’s movements.” EH

“Exoconsciousness is ancient, but our contemporary context alters its definition. We now have 70 years of ufology and experiencer research as a context. It is a massive, measurable database of sightings and witness reports.” EH

The exoconscious experience is not new. It has deep ancient roots. But today, an institutional, media context, technological/scientific tools, and current government emphasis make the field accessible to all humans.

The Institute for Exoconsciousness was founded to contribute to an acceptable cultural and institutional framework for modern acceptance of Exoconsciousness. Our Institute is the first post-disclosure organization to support co-creation among natural humans, multidimensional, spiritual, and off-planet intelligences. To support this goal, we:

• Seed and develop an innovative Exoconscious path through the present into the future

• Educate, train, and coach a community of co-creators

Consciousness as Field: The Philosophical Foundation

“Consciousness is a field phenomenon. Our mind is a field of possibilities. As such, consciousness is beyond the brain. It encompasses the awareness and experience of a vast field of energies and information in which a human participates as both receiver, transmitter, and creator.” EH

Our definition of consciousness as a field was grounded in Dr. Edgar Mitchell’s Quantum Hologram theory, Rupert Sheldrake’s morphic resonance, and decades of first-person testimony from the experiencer community. Exoconsciousness is at the outer end of what neuroscientist Ram Lakhan Pandey Vimal identified as a continuum of 40 definitions of consciousness. Exoconsciousness holds that consciousness extends beyond the brain into a field encompassing all of nature, all dimensions, and all beings. EH

On January 27, 1975, the Senate voted 82-to-4 to form what became known as the Church Committee, led by Democratic Senator Frank Church of Idaho. The committee investigated illegal and unethical activities by the CIA, NSA, and FBI.

The committee reviewed 110,000 documents, interviewed 800 witnesses, and published a 2,702-page final report. Among its most significant revelations: MKUltra, the CIA's mind control program involving drug experimentation and psychological torture on unwitting American citizens. Source.

The bipartisan Church Committee exposed CIA abuses linked to MKULTRA programs and made an effort to establish lasting congressional oversight of the intelligence community, though many of the files remain hidden and classified.

Many of the MKULTRA Experiments involved innocent children in vulnerable circumstances.

• The CIA-funded MK-Ultra program (1950s to 1970’s) conducted mind control and behavior modification experiments on children in hospitals, orphanages, adoption, and foster care. Their methods included interrogation, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis, and psychic manipulation.

• Duke University Joseph B Rhine Institute (1930 and 40s) experimentation on children’s ESP, telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and psychokinesis. Most of their experiments used college-aged and adult subjects, but they also performed experiments on children.

• Phillip The Ghost: The Toronto Society for Psychical Research (TSPR) (early 1970s) conducted an experiment with adolescents to see whether they could create a ghost. A group of teenagers created an entirely fictional character and, through séances, attempted to make contact.

Fifty-one years later, Congress held another hearing on MKULTRA. This time, no Democratic members attended.

2026 Partisan Investigation: Present

June 30, 2026, no Democrats attended the MKULTRA hearing spearheaded by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL)

This hearing is about the crimes committed by the Central Intelligence Agency against the American citizens and the decades of secrecy used to conceal them. The American people deserve a complete and truthful record. The victims and their families deserve acknowledgement, and this Congress has a constitutional obligation to ensure that full declassification is not delayed any longer. Project MK Ultra was not a policy failure or an overzealous program that got out of hand. It was a deliberate systematic governmental operation that subjected American citizens, prisoners, hospital patients, veterans, ordinary people to LSD, electroshock, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, psychological torture without their knowledge or consent. This went on for 20 years on American soil funded by American taxpayer dollars and authorized by the very top of US intelligence apparatus.

The 2026 primary witnesses:

Stephen Kinzer, Senior Fellow at Brown University and author of the biography of CIA mind control architect Sidney Gottlieb, and

Tom O’Neill, investigative journalist and author of Chaos: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties.

Retired CIA Operations Officer De La Torre, who worked closely with Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) to organize the hearing, pointed to the widespread destruction of MKUltra files as the reason the topic still retains "oxygen" today. Stating that the original record was never cleanly closed, he specifically remarked that he does not believe the agency's research ever truly stopped.

The Democrats, while not attending, sent Dr. Elizabeth Ginexi, an NIH psychologist whose 56-page prepared statement contained nothing about MKUltra. When Rep. Nancy Mace asked her point-blank: "Why did the Dems send you here?" she had no answer.

The structure and outcomes of the 2026 MKULTRA hearing hold an important historical question

Why did the Democratic Party, the party that first exposed the intelligence crimes against humanity with experiments on children, LSD administered without consent, psychological torture, decide this hearing wasn't worth showing up for?

Hypothetical Present MKULTRA Program Possibilities

While the 50s to 70s MKULTRA programs experimented on children in hospitals, orphanages, prisons, adoption, and foster care, today potential childhood experiments MAY involve unaccompanied migrant and homeless children.

Unaccompanied Migrant Children

More than 233,000 unaccompanied migrant children. Significant gaps in the government’s ability to track them after release. Source.

The 233,000 number comes from a 2025 report by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (DHS OIG), which found that ICE had not issued Notices to Appear (immigration court dates) to more than 233,000 unaccompanied children and therefore could not reliably monitor their location or immigration status. The report concluded that ICE was not always able to monitor the location and status of children after they were released to sponsors.

Homeless Children

Homeless Children are counted through education, housing, and child welfare systems. Most are counted each year statistically, though not individually tracked nationwide. The Department of Education has identified over one million students experiencing homelessness in recent school years.

However, we firmly acknowledge the need for bipartisan examination and oversight of child experimentation and any mental abuse experimentation.

The Institute for Exoconsciousness, the first Post-Disclosure organization composed of contactees and experiencers, affirms that through Plasma Science, we have the opportunity to begin integrating spirituality, metaphysics, and science.

Our 7th Exoconscious Principle is the affirmation and advocacy of natural law, including the laws of nature and plasma science, amid geoengineering.

Like all historical integrations, balancing spirituality, metaphysics, and science
may seem initially awkward. Sides may dismiss one another or not want to engage in conversation or share knowledge. The easy way out may appear through artificial-intelligence searches—devolving all conversation and research into DATA. But this will only delay any advancement.

The integration of spirituality, metaphysics, and science requires a new respect for natural human consciousness and individual subjective experience. The sovereign subjective individual, by necessity, needs to engage with the objective scientist and their data. The peer-reviewed, data-driven science community needs to engage with the subjective experiencer and their authentic witness to phenomena.

Both parties may find their long-held assumptions challenged—not an easy venture.

To be clear, this integration is BIGGER than the individuals involved—subjective and objective. All involved will have to negotiate, listen, and explore through this integration. It will simultaneously be humbling and exciting.

This integration is BIGGER than the individuals involved because there is a benevolent life force, beyond division, war, death, and destruction, that seeks balance, harmony, wisdom, freedom, and health. This force will gently pull us into an Exoconscious Future where psychic intelligence and natural human consciousness are respected and nurtured within a growing culture of science and AI.

Balanced integration will arrive—slowly—but it will arrive.

Reaching Mars in Just 3 Months? Russia’s Bold Claim Raises Big Questions

As a new launch window to Mars approaches in autumn 2026, an eye-catching claim from Russia is making the rounds again. The country’s nuclear giant says it is developing a plasma engine capable of slashing travel time to the Red Planet to just 30 to 60 days. In a world where space ambitions are growing by the year, it is the kind of promise that grabs attention – and raises eyebrows.

Elon Musk has already said that 2026 would mark the first SpaceX Starship journey to Mars. That timeline looks optimistic, to say the least, but it highlights a broader truth: interest in Mars is heating up. Russia clearly does not want to be left behind. Rosatom is reportedly working on a prototype plasma propulsion system that could dramatically reduce the usual nine-month trip required with conventional rockets.

Originally announced in 2025, the project is back in the spotlight as the 2026 Mars launch window nears and doubts swirl around Starship’s readiness. According to Rosatom, the engine would rely on a magnetic plasma accelerator, capable of propelling plasma at speeds of 100 kilometers per second. It would operate in pulse mode and consume up to 300 kilowatts of power. If those numbers hold up, the journey to Mars could shrink from nine months to just one or two.

How plasma propulsion is facilitating greater science and exploration at NASA

The Innovation Platform Editor Georgie Purcell spoke with NASA’s John W Dankanich to find out how the space agency is using plasma propulsion to improve its missions.

Plasma propulsion is an advanced form of electric space propulsion that uses electric and magnetic fields to ionise a propellant into plasma – a charged gas of electrons and ions – which is then accelerated to extremely high velocities, far exceeding chemical rockets. This solution offers a range of benefits for space missions, including increased efficiency and reduced costs.

In December 2022, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s National Ignition Facility achieved controlled fusion ignition for the first time in history,[9] a breakthrough that validated decades of physics research and galvanized private investment.[10] Multiple subsequent experiments have repeated and exceeded that achievement.[11] Multiple private companies are now racing to commercialize fusion, each bringing innovative approaches to materials, magnets, lasers, diagnostics, and computational modeling.

As former lab leaders, we see in the commercial fusion boom offering a unique national security opportunity. The physics of fusion energy and fusion weapons are not identical, but they share fundamental overlap: plasma physics at extreme conditions; advanced materials that can withstand punishing neutron bombardment; sophisticated diagnostics to probe microsecond phenomena; high-performance computing to model turbulent plasma behavior; precision manufacturing at previously unachievable tolerances.

Put plainly, the technologies critical to commercial fusion success are the same technologies on which stockpile stewardship depends. Innovation in one domain accelerates progress in the other. We would be foolish to let that alignment go to waste.

3. Who made the decision to hold Jake Barber’s Psionic event at Esalen, October 14–18, 2024, to emphasize calling in orbs/craft in a well-known CIA location known for research into consciousness, drugs, and sex?

Land Minds Congress Won’t Approach

Earlier this year, I published a Substack: Part 3: Psionics: Paranormal Experiments with Children: Innocents at Risk--Exoconscious Adult Responsibilities. I documented a disturbing convergence: the CIA’s MKUltra mind control program, paranormal experimentation on children, the Esalen Institute, and the current Psionics movement connecting through UAP Disclosure circles.

That convergence is more timely and relevant today than when I wrote it in March 2024.

Here are the convergences. Tread carefully. There may be Land Minds.

MKUltra: What Congress Already Knows

MKUltra ran from 1953 to 1973. It was a sprawling CIA program of behavioral research — drugs, electroshock, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, psychic manipulation — conducted on soldiers, prisoners, psychiatric patients, and members of the general public. Without their consent.

Most well known, it used LSD. Less well known, and almost never discussed in UAP or Disclosure circles — MK Ultra experimented on innocent children.

The CIA’s own documents, surviving after Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra files destroyed in 1973, confirm that children in hospitals, orphanages, foster care, and adoption systems were among the subjects. The methods included interrogation, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis, and psychic manipulation.

Tuesday’s hearing will examine the CIA’s decades-long refusal to fully declassify its actions. Luna has already escalated the investigation. In May, CIA whistleblower James Erdman III testified that the Agency seized 40 boxes of MKUltra and JFK files from DNI Tulsi Gabbard’s office, actively preventing their declassification. Luna gave the CIA a 24-hour ultimatum to return them.

Those seized files have not been fully returned. What’s in them? That question may be addressed in Tuesday’s hearing.

Esalen: The Psionic Playground at Big Sur

Here is where the story takes a turn that Tuesday’s congressional witnesses are unlikely to address, but Exoconscious Humans need to address.

The Esalen Institute — the famous human potential center in Big Sur, California, founded in 1962 as the epicenter of the consciousness revolution has a documented, archival, ongoing, and deeply troubling relationship with the CIA, MKUltra, and the paranormal experimentation on children, directly connected to MKUltra experiments.

According to Jeffrey Kripal, author of Esalen: America and the Religion of No Religion, the CIA invested in research at Esalen into ESP. Esalen was embedded in the post-WWII mind control network that included MKUltra architects, the UK Tavistock Institute, and the Macy Conferences — the same circle of physicians, psychiatrists, scientists, and anthropologists who designed behavioral warfare. Land Minds.

The Tavistock Institute directly connected to Esalen’s founding, pioneered “shock trauma” therapy and psychological warfare, including covert chemical dispensing and public panic management. These are not fringe claims. They are documented.

And today, Esalen maintains an active online archive of the MKUltra doctors who experimented on children.

Esalen’s MKUltra Hall of Disrepute

I call it the MKUltra Hall of Disrepute. Here are the MKUltra scientists that Esalen archives:

First Place of Disrepute, Lauretta Bender — From 1940 to 1953, Bender, a child neuropsychiatrist, administered electroconvulsive therapy to at least 100 children aged three to twelve, diagnosed with “autistic schizophrenia.” Some reports suggest the number was twice that. Her archive is maintained at Esalen.

Second Place of Disrepute, D. Ewen Cameron — Cameron experimented on children at the Allan Institute at McGill University — a CIA front institution. His methods included “Psychic Driving” (repetitive audio messages to erase and reprogram the mind), high doses of LSD, paralytic drugs like Curare, and prolonged sensory deprivation. CIA victims later sued and received partial compensation. His archive is maintained at Esalen.

Third Place of Disrepute, Louis Joylon West — West trained at Cornell’s Human Ecology Fund, a front for CIA-funded research into interrogation, coercion, and torture. The Human Ecology Fund funneled grant money to behavioral scientists to finance research into interrogation, coercion, and torture methods. He conducted research on juvenile delinquency and psychiatric disorders in children in institutional settings. His archive is maintained at Esalen.

Distinction of Disrepute, Alfred M. Hubbard — Known as the “Johnny Appleseed of LSD,” Hubbard’s LSD work with “children, primarily delinquents” was cited as 85% successful in a paper published by New York Medical College. His associate Harold Abramson’s archive is maintained at Esalen.

This question demands an answer: Why does Esalen — currently hosting UAP Disclosure events, Silicon Valley investors, and Psionic summits — maintain a curated archive of these Scientists and their child experiments?

The Esalen Psionic Event: Why It Became Personal

In my Psionics Part 3 Substack, I documented something that immediately set off a child-protection alarm for me.

Ross Coulthart, a prominent UAP journalist, described attending a Psionic event at Esalen from October 14–18, 2024. Also present: Jake Barber (who describes Psionics as “digital intelligence” for calling in craft), Alex Krokus (moderator of the SALT Conference connecting Silicon Valley investment capital to UAP technology), and James Hodgkins (described as an Esalen Psionic Asset, member of Esalen’s Ennea Explorer’s Club, a patron-funded psychic explorer network).

In Coulthart’s own words from his Engaging the Phenomenon interview:

A group of 20-30 people lay on yoga mats on the ground. A “psionic” claimed he was “inside” a non-human craft, flying it with his mind. When they didn’t see the blue orb he predicted, someone with a camera at the top of a hill had captured it — a glowing blue orb floating adjacent to the Esalen hot springs.

Where, Coulthart noted, “all these naked boys and girls from Esalen were swimming.”

Naked children. At night. Adjacent to a group of Silicon Valley investors, UAP journalists, and psionic agents calling in craft — at an institute that archives the MKUltra doctors who experimented on children.

I am not making an accusation. I am naming what I observed and asking the questions that Exoconscious adults are morally obligated to ask.

The Land Mind Congress Ignores: Psionics, UAP, and MKUltra’s Convergence

Here is the question I want Tuesday’s hearing to address.

Why do the CIA and intelligence insiders now leading UAP Disclosure never mention the history of MKUltra, especially the experiments on children?

Christopher Mellon. Avi Loeb. The UAP Science Advisory Council. The Disclosure Foundation. Not one of these institutional voices has connected MKUltra’s consciousness experimentation to the current Psionics movement within through Disclosure.

And yet the connections are structural, not coincidental:

• Psionics — the deliberate rebranding of natural human psychic abilities as digital, engineered, AI-compatible “electronic consciousness,” is the direct descendant of MKUltra’s effort to weaponize and control human psychic capacity.

• Esalen, which hosted the CIA’s ESP research and today archives the MKUltra child experimenters, is now hosting UAP Disclosure psionic events with Silicon Valley investors. Gathering ‘Individuals of high net worth,” per an amused Coulthart.

• Jeffrey Kripal, Associate Director of Esalen’s Center for Theory and Research, also compiled a massive archive of UFO scholars and researchers at Rice University, creating a direct institutional bridge between MKUltra consciousness research and mainstream UAP Disclosure academia.

Has Kripal made a public statement about the MKUltra child experimentation documented in Esalen’s own archives? I have found none.

The convergence is in plain sight:

• MKUltra children became the data to build mind control systems.

• Psionics became the rebranding for Experiencer psychic experiments.

• UAP Disclosure became both the delivery and the disinformation system.

What Exoconscious Humans Know: Why Exoconsciousness Matters

This is why Exoconsciousness matters now more than ever.

MKUltra’s entire program was built on a single premise: that human consciousness — especially psychic, intuitive, and contact-based consciousness — could be captured, weaponized, metered, experimented on, harnessed, and monetized by investors.

Bottom line: MK Ultra believed that innocent children’s open, trusting minds were assets to be harvested, not protected or nurtured.

Exoconsciousness holds the opposite position.

Natural human consciousness — including psychic ability, contact with non-human intelligences, and the full spectrum of multidimensional experience — is foundational. It belongs to the sovereign individual. It is not an asset to be mined by intelligence agencies, Silicon Valley investors, or psionic technology developers.

The Nine Principles of Exoconsciousness are, in a very direct, powerful sense, the antidote to MKUltra’s program:

Exoconsciousness: Nine Interlocking Principles:

(1) natural human consciousness amidst brain-centric or artificial reality constructs

(2) innate psychic abilities amidst synthetic mind and body control

(3) human intelligence amidst AI and AGI

(4) individual moral sovereignty and conscience amidst algorithmic ethics

(5) spiritually ensouled humans amidst technological-genetic hybridization

(6) individual dignity amidst engineered, AI-sourced government and social structures

(7) natural law, including the laws of nature and plasma science amidst geoengineering

(8) inalienable rights amidst AI governance, tokenized economy

(9) cosmic equality and peace amidst the threat of space war

What the Disclosure Foundation Is Building

The Disclosure Foundation’s stated mission is to promote greater understanding of UAP by advocating for government transparency and scientific research. That’s important work.

Their June 25 forum represents a breakthrough in institutional willingness to speak publicly about UAP. The Foundation’s NASA archival review initiative is notable. It is led by former NASA Associate Administrator Mike Gold, with a team including astronomer Beatriz Villarroel, theoretical physicist Maaneli Derakhshani, aerospace engineer Travis Taylor, former DHS Under Secretary Reggie Brothers, Stephen Bruehl, and Jordan Flowers. AI and machine learning tools will be deployed to sift through NASA imagery and archival data for anomalies. Citizen science contributions are invited.

What the UAP Science Advisory Council is Building

Members of the UAP Science Advisory Council are joining the Disclosure Foundation at the June 25 Disclosure Forum in DC.

The UAP Science Advisory Council’s governing mission is equally telling in its language: “to serve as an interagency body that leverages each member’s capabilities and unique authorities to address cohesively the national security threats posed by UAP.”
Please read that again: national security threats posed by UAP.

Avi Loeb’s Advisory Council framing is ” threat-centric, defense-focused, and government-managed. It’s UAP national security threat shapes everything that follows: who gets invited, what questions get asked, and what kind of “contact” counts. Who is qualified to declare an official “Contact”? Why the UAP threat matters.

Two Visions of Disclosure, Side by Side

I developed a comparison framework that maps the UAP Science and Disclosure world against the Exoconscious Humans perspective across seventeen dimensions. Looking at today’s Disclosure Forum through that lens, the contrasts are striking.

Who leads?

The Kennedy Caucus Room event features senators, Harvard PhDs, former NSA officials, and defense contractors.

The Exoconscious Humans community is led by experiencers, contactees, psychic researchers, and sovereign moral citizens. We are a peer-to-peer collaborative community with no gatekeeping, no security clearances required.

What is the Science focus?

The Disclosure Foundation’s NASA review will use archived radio signals, processed with AI and machine learning, to analyze imagery for anomalous craft signatures.

Exoconscious Humans are exploring plasma science: bioelectricity, biophotons, the human plasma body, and sentient plasmoid phenomena.

Disclosure Foundation and UAP Science look outward with instruments. Exoconscious Humans look inward with consciousness.

What is the Role of Technology?

The Disclosure Forum features experts in financial markets, geopolitics, and technology. The infrastructure of the UAP Science post-disclosure world is being built around AI systems, directed energy, and what I call the “programmed tokenization of Earth, Moon, and Mars.”

Exoconsciousness holds a different position: natural human consciousness is the primary technology. Your body’s internal network was designed for contact. No neural implants required. No metering, monitoring, or monetization required or solicited.

Who determines First Contact?

The updated IAA SETI protocols, released earlier this month, establish that no official individual or group may respond to confirmed ET signals without international institutional approval. These protocols apply only to credentialed institutions, science advisory councils, and government bodies.

Exoconscious Humans are not covered by the IAA SETI protocols, because consciousness-based and experiencer contact was never part of their framework to begin with.

Where are the Experiencers, Exoconscious Humans?

Look at the Disclosure Forum speaker list. Look at Avi Loeb’s UAP Science Advisory Council. Look at the NASA Review Executive Committee. Count the experiencers. Count the contactees. Count the people who have had direct, personal, consciousness-based encounters with non-human intelligences.
The number is near zero.

Question That Never Gets Asked in Washington

David Grusch stood on the Capitol steps and described non-human intelligences as “sentient plasmoid life.” The term circulated through social media within hours. Almost no one could define a plasmoid, because plasma science has been systematically excluded from public university curricula for decades.

Only 7 of 4,000 US degree-granting institutions offer plasma science programs. High-level plasma science sits inside classified defense programs that Catherine Austin Fitts estimates are connected to over $21 trillion in unaccounted federal spending.

Eric Weinstein on Jesse Michels with Dr. Eric W. Davis:

Weinstein kept returning to one question: WHERE ARE THE PHYSICISTS? Davis confirmed that David Grusch’s approximately forty firsthand witnesses — the people whose testimony Grusch brought to the Intelligence Community Inspector General — were engineers and material scientists. Electrical engineers. Aerospace engineers. Thermodynamics.

Not one theoretical physicist, not one applied physicist at the doctoral level. Davis then described a conversation with a senior executive at one of America’s largest legacy aerospace companies, a material scientist who had worked on the retrieval program for roughly two decades.

Weinstein asked Davis: “ Where are your physicists?” The executive’s answer was that THEY NEVER HAD ANY.

Where we are Today, June 25, in Washington, DC

To Recap

We have a government finally acknowledging UAP reality, a scientific establishment racing to catch up, a disclosure system being built around AI, materials science, national security threat assessment, and institutional permission structures, but not a single theoretical framework that accounts for the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people across the world who have already made contact through consciousness.

Is that an oversight? Is that a blind spot? Not deliberate, but systemic?

What Exoconscious Humans Offer That Washington Can’t…Yet

Avi Loeb’s Council to validate their contact.

What Exoconscious Humans Offer

Lived Present Experience

As Yvonne Donaldson noted in a recent Exoconscious Coaching discussion, data is a record of the past. Not the present. Data uses AI to recreate a PAST timeline that can be managed, manipulated, and edited.

First-person contact accounts accumulate every day across the world. Unnoticed, except for the power personal transformation that ensures.

Either Disclosure lives in the Science-moderated Past or in the Exoconscious Human Present.

Exoconscious Healthy Integration

Contact isn’t only a national security question. It’s a psychological, spiritual, and consciousness integration process. Our Exoconscious Framework involves integration, discernment, critical thinking, psychic intelligence, and benevolent contact. It is built specifically for people navigating the reality that Washington is only now beginning to discuss in public.

Plasma Science Bridge

While official disclosure circles debate craft signatures and materials analysis, the Exoconscious Plasma Science Study Group is investigating the connective ideas between UAP, consciousness, biology, and the cosmos. Plasma is the science that actually explains sentient plasmoid life, orbs, and light beings in terms that honor both the experiencer and the physicist.

Cosmic equality, not Cosmic Threat

The UAP Science Advisory Council’s governing mission centers on the UAP threat assessment. Exoconsciousness maintains that most contact is with benevolent beings, and that the path forward is discernment, integration, psychic development, and emotional-mental-spiritual health—not fear, a defensive posture, or weapons programs.

A Word About What’s Happening in the Disclosure Foundation Room Today

I want to be clear: I am not dismissing the June 25 Disclosure Forum. Senators Rounds and Gillibrand and Representatives Anna Paulina Luna, Tim Burchett, Eric Burlison, and Suhas Subramanyam have shown a genuine, sustained commitment to UAP transparency.

The Disclosure Foundation NASA archival review, if conducted with genuine openness, could surface data that has been sitting in public records for decades.

What Happens After Disclosure—Post Disclosure?

· Who builds the framework?

· Whose experience counts?

· What science is applied?

· Whose consciousness is recognized as a legitimate contact?

· Is Post-Disclosure Present Experience or Past Data?

Those are the questions waiting to be answered, by who is and isn’t in the Kennedy Caucus Room.

Exoconscious Humans are not in that room. We are building something else.

Something that doesn’t wait for permission.

Something that opens knowledge of Plasma Science in our relationship to the cosmos and beings.

Something that presents as Peaceful Cosmic Contact.

Something that awakens a deep acknowledgment of human potential.

Something that affirms humanity’s fundamental right to consciousness and recognizes our evolving interstellar identity.

Something that builds the foundation for peaceful, cooperative, and conscious interspecies relations.

What could be a better way of doing that than the establishment of a new “UAP Science Advisory Council” by the White House, AARO, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the FBI, and all Intelligence Community members. This is not wishful thinking but a reality now. Over the past week, I was tasked by the above organizations to create a research team of young scientists who will serve on this council. Part 3: New global protocol prohibits anyone from responding to alien signals without approval: International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and SETI

IAA SETI Declaration of Principles created the global protocols for responding to Alien Signals.

The purpose of this Declaration is as follows: to affirm our commitment to conduct the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence in a scientifically and academically rigorous manner; to establish best practices, principles and guidelines for scientists to confirm putative evidence of intelligent extraterrestrial beings; to provide guidance to the scientific community for the announcement of a confirmed SETI detection which balances the community imperative of providing timely and accurate information to a wide-ranging audience, with appropriate consideration for the safety and exposure of individual scientists involved; and to proactively inform the global public of these procedures and guidelines.

The 2026 SETI version was published around June 1, 2026, and expands what counts as a detectable signal — now explicitly covering narrow-band radio signals, laser emissions, infrared excess from large-scale energy use, anomalies suggesting megastructures, and physical artifacts, not just radio signals as the 2010 version implied. The Revised Protocols will need to be approved by a wider scientific community

Who is Involved?

Beyond the IAA SETI Committee itself, a new Permanent Post-Detection Sub-Committee is being established that will include international experts in ethics, law, social sciences, and communications — not just astronomers, to handle the societal aftermath of any confirmed detection. While the UN is cited in some articles—they are a voluntary organization with no binding authority.

Protocols Apply to Whom?

The IAA SETI Committee adopted these principles to guide individuals, institutions, organizations, and other entities participating in the scientific SETI specifically, work based on astronomy and related disciplines that searches for technosignatures or evidence of past or present intelligent life and technology beyond Earth.

What are Protocols Asking?

The key behavioral asks are (1) verify any ET candidate signal across independent teams and instruments before announcing, (2) actively rule out mundane explanations first, and (3) never reply to a confirmed signal unilaterally — any response requires international consultation.

Do Protocols Apply to CE5/Contactee Groups?

These protocols don't apply to CE5 groups or individual contactees!

The document is explicitly limited to scientific SETI, meaning astronomy-based technosignature detection using instruments.

Who Counts as First Contact/Disclosure? 

Who counts as a legitimate party to "first contact" (credentialed institutions, government bodies, international scientific committees)? The SETI protocols implicitly reinforce a hierarchy where scientific instrument-based detection by recognized institutions is treated as the only legitimate channel for "contact."

What Counts as Exoconscious Human Contact:

The lived experiences of contactees and CE5 participants — who may represent the largest body of "contact data" — remain entirely outside any formal science framework.

When asked about the non-human species/intelligence known to the US Government, Grusch responded:

“I certainly don’t have the compendium. It’s a continuum from corporeal bipedal life to what I would consider sentient plasmoid life, but there are several that the US government is aware of.”

And like a football—the phrase “sentient plasmoid life” was thrown into social media, news media, and AI prompts, creating discussion ripples of back-and-forth discussion.

Given the engineered lack of Plasma Science courses or general knowledge—probably not.

Part 1: What is Sentient Plasmoid Life?

Our Plasma Science Study Group, which you are warmly invited to join, read and discussed Robert Temple’s book, A New Science of Heaven: How the science of plasma will transform humanity’s understanding of its place in the universe.

In Chapter 11, Temple defines Plasmoids as discrete entities that have emerged from the great “plasma soup” — often spherical or blob-shaped, sometimes doughnut-shaped, with strange and unexpected properties. The word Plasmoid was coined in 1956 by physicist David Pines at Princeton, at the suggestion of Winston Harper Bostick. (Temple is a science historian, so his research is full of hero stories of Plasma Scientists.)

What does an entity emerging from the great plasm soup mean? It brings to mind sea monsters—sea serpents, the Loch Ness Monster, mermaids, and the Japanese Umibozu. Mythical miraculous creatures.

But stay with me and shift your imagination from sea monsters to the entire universe as a vast, churning sea of pure energy and charged particles instead of water. Temple would like this analogy because he repeatedly reminds us that our plasma universe of pure energy and charged particles makes up 99% of all that exists.

Staying with the plasma-churning universe-of-energy analogy, imagine that, under the right conditions, a portion of this universe organizes into a stable, self-contained bubble with its own internal structure, capable of moving with purpose.

That bubble you imagine is a plasmoid! It emerges in the soup of the universe, all on its own, and exhibits remarkable abilities.

Importantly, a plasmoid is not a physical object like a chair or a table; it is a structure that holds itself together with dust, electric currents, electromagnetism, and magnetic looping, which create a self-confining field. It’s like a space bubble that forms itself. It has a persistent form and also sends a signal.

But there’s more!

Bostick, who Temple referenced in his definition of Plasmoids, discovered in his lab that when he fired a plasmoid at a solid copper plate with NO hole in it—the plasmoid pass right through it!

Ok, if you are still with me—then you might begin to draw an analogy between plasmoid behavior and an extraterrestrial experience where the contactee moves effortlessly through the wall.

The plasmoid characteristic of moving through solid objects resonates with Grusch’s ease of tossing sentient plasmoid life into our common vernacular…even though most of us don’t know what he’s talking about…but it makes him sound knowledgeable.

That brings us to the second section of this Substack, which discusses who controls Plasmoid Science and Technology, and why Grusch used Plasma Science language to describe ET or non-human species.

Part 2: Who Controls Plasmoid Science and Technology

In Chapter 11 of A New Science of Heaven, Temple clearly states that the US Defense Establishment has complete control over Plasmoid research. And who better to safeguard the Defense Establishment Secrets than an intelligence operative? Grusch was a former United States Air Force intelligence officer and decorated combat veteran who also served in the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

But Grusch and National Defense are not alone.

The US University system is also complicit in National Defense Establishment secrets regarding Plasma Science and Plasmoids. Three universities offer stand-alone degrees in Plasma Science: the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, North Carolina State University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. And four Universities have special graduate research programs: Princton Program in Plasma Physics, MIT’s Plasma Science and Fusion Center, U of Michigan Institute of Plasma Science and University of California, San Diego Plasma Science and Engineering. That’s all.

That’s seven universities with Plasma degrees and research programs out of 4,000 US degree-granting colleges and universities.

Moving beyond the minute university Plasma Science offerings, National Defense Plasma research is primarily housed in government and military research labs.

According to Temple, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory was the birthplace of artificial plasmoid technology. Bostick’s Plasma Gun, funded by the US Atomic Energy Commission at Livermore, fired discrete blobs of plasma into magnetic fields. Military applications included hydrogen bombs, nuclear fusion containment, and understanding how plasma behaved in nuclear power plants. Temple notes that the Plasma Gun research was “mostly bad news for Bosnick’s bosses.” They wanted bomb and fusion information, but instead, Bosnick found plasmoids to be self-organizing entities with strange behaviors.

When personnel from the Naval Research Lab joined Bosnick at Lawrence Livermore, researching the plasmoid’s ability to move through the solid copper plate, the weapon research ramped up. Suddenly, the military had plasmoid-science technology potentially capable of penetrating aircraft, tanks, and ships.

Additional Plasma National Defense research infrastructure includes:

• Office of Naval Research ball lightning effect of plasma, engineering ball lightning to penetrate tanks and planes (Temple, Chapter 5)

• Office of Naval Research Ultra-purification of semiconductor materials using a plasma manufacturing process (Temple, Chapter 10)

• Raytheon Corporation's research on ball lightning (Temple, Chapter 5)

• Avco Corporation’s experimental aircraft for the US Air Force, shaped like a flying saucer or “flying disc” in 1960, with access to ball lightning and plasma research (Temple, Chapter 5)

• Planetary Scale Plasma research: Operation Argus (1958). The US Government detonated three atomic bombs in the high atmosphere — the first at 10 megatons — specifically to study how charged particles behaved in plasma-magnetic-field environments. (Temple, Chapter 10)

• Earth-Based Plasma Weapon Research at Los Alamos: Pulsed-power generators as direct-use military plasma technology — devices that store enormous amounts of electrical energy and release it in intense, brief pulses. Pulse Power generators are used in electromagnetic weapons research, particle beam weapons, and nuclear fusion ignition experiments. (Temple, Chapter 5)

• PROJECT MARAUDER — The Air Force’s Plasmoid Cannon is a military plasmoid weapons program. MARAUDER, a Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation, developed a coaxial plasma railgun. Wikipedia

• PLASMA DIRECTED ENERGY — Boeing holds a patent for a “Defense Mechanism Against Directed-Energy Systems Based on Laser Induced Atmospheric Optical Breakdown”: a laser defense system that generates a plasma shield to protect a structure against a directed-energy source.

• Aerojet Rocketdyne / Busek Co. / University of Michigan development of Hall-effect thrusters — which accelerate plasma ions to generate spacecraft propulsion. Now standard equipment on military satellites and deep-space probes.

Catherine Austin Fitts: Missing Money and Plasma

Plasma research may hold the key to determining where much of the $21 Trillion of Missing Money, cited by Catherine Austin Fitts, was spent on Black Budget programs. She clearly states that $21 Trillion is a starting point and that the actual amount of unaccounted-for money is much larger.

ET Cover Story for Missing Money and Plasma Research?

Reading Grusch’s statement regarding sentient plasmoid life as a non-human species in the context of Defense Establishment plasma research, lack of university education programs in plasma science, and Fitts’ missing money—it looks like Grusch is obfuscating ET as Plasmoid, continuing to cover up national security programs and weapons.

Yet, the ET cover story is no surprise. It is in line with the determination of Disclosure as a government national security issue, beginning with the US military and intelligence defining Roswell as a defense issue. Then, the CIA-sponsored Robertson Panel in 1953 concluded that UFOs could interfere with military operations during a national emergency. The next major government tie of ET to national security was on June 25, 2021, when the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released its Preliminary Assessment on UAP. The report stated that UAP may pose: Flight safety concerns, National security concerns, Possible intelligence collection threats, and possible evidence of breakthrough technologies by foreign adversaries.

These historical references clearly define ET as a cover story for potential covert national defense programs.

A question for those controlling Plasma Science, Plasmoid technology—who are you controlling and managing?

Part 3: A Vision of YOU as a Plasmoid—an Exoconscious Peace Plasmoid

I have a confession—I had the same idea when I encountered Plasma Science!

I spent a few years reading into Plasma Science prior to offering our Plasma Science Study Group—which you are welcome to join.

Slowly, I began to comprehend the ancient intricacy of Plasma (or as the Ancient’s called it, Aether)

Plasma possesses

• A fine materiality. Not solid, yet “confined” to a form

• Vast extension beyond my comprehension—Kordylewski Clouds

• Capable of feeding on elements of the cosmos, reproducing with solar winds, dust

• Forming crystalline structures

• Disappearing through solid structures

• Possessing a hyper-dimensional space that corresponds to the field of consciousness

• Entangled with one another, communicating, and moving in relation to one another

• Beyond time and space as inorganic living matter.

What was I to make of Plasma?

Then Temple introduced me to the concept that I am a Plasma Being. Game Over.

Birthing a New Peace Proposition

I concluded that Plasma was a master knowledge key to Human Survival with next-generation weapons on Earth and in space. Plasma was a master key to how humans survive and thrive despite the weaponization of plasma through secret black programs.

As a Conscious Plasma Being, I can potentially communicate with and reorder plasma weapons. My plasma being could influence plasmoid weapons bent on human destruction.

Temple posits that human beings are fundamentally electromagnetic organisms whose biology depends not only on chemistry but also on intricate flows of electron, ion, and proton currents (“proticity”).

He presents the body as an electrically active system in which semiconductive tissues, magnetic fields, and possible superconductive processes may play important roles in consciousness, communication, and health.

Plasma Humans are viewed as dynamic bioelectrical entities embedded in a larger plasma universe. Our bodies are deeply shaped by fields, currents, and energetic interactions beyond conventional biochemical models.

National Defense meets Plasma Humans

Perhaps Temple’s view of humans as Plasma Beings is why National Defense was so intent on blocking human access to knowledge of Plasma Science—there is power in human consciousness that could affect their weaponry. Disable, divert, and reconfigure it.

If Everyone is Exoconscious—having the innate ability to connect, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings (Aether beings)—then everyone possesses their own self-defense plasma biology.

Suddenly, it became clear why

• Pharmaceutical companies designed mRNA drugs and vaccines to change our DNA

• Covert hybridization programs were designed to dilute our biology

• Soft and harsh eugenic programs were designed to prevent human reproduction

• Mind control programs, including algorithmic AI and the Internet of Bodies, were designed to hijack our innate intelligence and intuition avenues to communicating with Plasmoids.

All of these programs were developed to disable our innate defense mechanisms of consciousness—our sovereignty as Conscious Plasma Beings.

Furthermore, all of these programs were cloaked under the ET Cover Story to provide plausible deniability. Government military and intelligence programs were not responsible for the hijacking of humans—it is ET!

Your Key—Your Future

Our Institute for Exoconsciousness lives in the legacy of two Peacemakers—Carol Rosin and Apollo 14 Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell.

Carol is the founder of the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space. She spent her life advocating for the Treaty for the Prevention of Weapons in Space, foretelling the destruction possible with dome technology of autonomous satellites, drones, and plasma weapons.

Dr. Mitchell, formerly a Navy fighter pilot and astronaut, became a dedicated pacifist. His Apollo experience convinced him that national divisions are secondary to our shared planetary identity. He believed technological advancement without corresponding growth in consciousness could threaten humanity’s future and that space should remain a peaceful domain for exploration and cooperation.

In American Alchemy, with Jesse Michels’ interview, published June 1, 2026, computational psychologist Donald Hoffman is widely quoted as implying that our “Brain Evolved to Ignore Aliens.” Hoffman earned his PhD in Computational Psychology from MIT, is a professor emeritus, and has been on the faculty of the University of California, Irvine since 1983.

Hoffman’s Interview on American Alchemy: “Your Brain Evolved To Ignore Aliens – They’re Everywhere!”

Michel’s offered a summary of his lengthy interview with Hoffman on X:

MIT scientist says aliens are likely all around us! We just can’t see them...

Donald Hoffman says the mathematics indicate embodied consciousness like ours is a rare exception in the universe.

The universe should be teeming with intelligence more advanced than humans, operating without traditional bodies.

Hoffman calls our human form one of the cheapest, most restrictive “virtual reality headsets” in existence.

The default state of consciousness, according to the math, has no body at all.

“Embodiment is very, very small.”

“The universe would be teeming with life that is more advanced than humans and also doesn’t have traditional bodies.”

“Our particular kind of view of the world, the kind of, I’ll call it a headset, the virtual reality headset that we’re using for our embodiment, is one of the more trivial kinds of headsets.”

“Our headset is one of the cheapest, most restrictive possible.”

“There are all sorts of variations that are far more interesting and complicated than what we’ve got.”

“Embodiment is the exception, not the rule.”

Human Brain Blind to ET

Hoffman’s computational psychology is brain-based—it’s where the research money trees live. Government-funded brain initiatives began in the 2000 Bush Administration, but were overshadowed by the Genome project's success. Then, in 2013, Obama launched his Brain Initiative, which developed dynamic maps of the human brain that show how individual cells and complex neural circuits interact in real-time.

Brain initiatives were an expensive undertaking that left much to mystery and open questions. So far, the brain remains a mystery—despite scientific declarations of its capacities.

“We know the brain.” No, you don’t. According to the National Institutes of Health, we have mapped the broad regions of the brain in detail, but we have mapped the microscopic wiring of only a tiny fraction (less than 0.0001%) of it.

So the human brain has MUCH MORE to show. Even for computational psychologists like Hoffman.

But wisely, Hoffman creates a pivot by using math as the basis of his brain theory. What brain mapping fails to describe—Hoffman’s math reveals.

Having worked with Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, I quickly learned that math is the language of science. Create a mathematical formula, and your science peers will listen. Mitchell’s The Quantum Hologram And the Nature of Consciousness drew on the mathematics of Walter Shempp, who shifted the paper from a philosophical discussion of consciousness to a proposed mathematical model of information processing. In Mitchell’s framework, Walter Schempp provided mathematical formalism that connected quantum mechanics, holography, information storage, and biological systems. Math worked for Mitchell.

Yet, for Hoffman, a substantial mathematical model cannot account for or replace the lack of definitive brain research.

Human Consciousness Aware of ET

Exoconsciousness: Your Natural Consciousness Evolved Awareness of Aliens

While Hoffman places his theory of human awareness of the extraterrestrial presence in the Brain, which he deems unlikely to see aliens that are all around us, Exoconsciousness places ET awareness in human consciousness.

Exoconsciousness is the innate ability of humans to consciously connect, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings. The Exoconsciousness perspective is sourced in natural human consciousness and lived, subjective experience. It is the opposite of Hoffman’s computational, mathematical, brain-centric perspective.

Fortunately for Contactees and Experiencers, the definitions of consciousness continue to proliferate. According to the Consciousness Atlas, there are more than 325 theories of consciousness, based on Robert Lawrence Kuhn’s 2024 paper, “A Landscape of Consciousness”.

Furthermore, David Chalmers’ “hard problem” of consciousness has yet to be definitively solved. Despite over 30 years of discussion and research, scientists and philosophers have yet to determine why and how physical processes in the brain give rise to subjective experience—the inner “whir” and the feeling of “what it is like” to see a color, feel pain, taste chocolate, or smell a rose.

Instead of collapsing the scientific discussion into a mathematical formula, Exoconsciousness opens it to explore the hard problem of how subjective anomalous experiences of extraterrestrials can be mapped onto physical experiences in the brain through consciousness beyond the brain.

Exoconsciousness explores how the subjective exoconscious experience integrates with the human brain, body, spirit, and the field of consciousness. A rose is a rose. An ET is an ET.

Gnosticism and Disembodied Beings

The elevation of disembodiment over the human embodied form is not new. Gnosticism from the first century pronounced disembodiment as the ultimate spiritual goal.

Gnostics viewed the material universe as a dark and oppressive prison created by a flawed, lesser deity. Embodied humans lived in this oppressive realm—trapped in their flawed flesh.

Salvation was achieved not through physical resurrection (Christianity), but by awakening the divine soul/spirit within and escaping the physical body to return to the spiritual realm.

Hoffman’s arguments qualify him as a modern-day Gnostic, echoing disdain for the embodied flesh and admiration of disembodied consciousness. I wonder how Hoffman’s body—regarded by many spiritual people as a beloved temple— integrates his disregard for his “meat suit.” As a computational psychologist, I find Hoffman’s view of the human brain's evolution particularly meaningful.

In many respects, Gnosticism, whether ancient or modern, represents a psychological avoidant personality—longing to leave their body to avoid all of the issues of being human. However, reality and our bodies don’t care how much we long to avoid being human—they call us back to Earth again and again through pain, suffering, joy, love, and imagination.

At its core, Gnosticism is about light and darkness—a duality that every human lives.

According to theologian Elaine Pagels, author of The Gnostic Gospels, there is a light within each person, and it lights up the whole universe. If it does not shine, there is darkness.

Plasma Science and the Human Plasma Light Body

Plasma Science moves us from a Chemical to an Electromagnetic perspective of Humans

Can You Feel Your CHARGE? As a plasma being—of course you can.

Plasma Science may be the most important science most of us were never taught!

And the Most Relevant Science to Extraterrestrial Presence!

Over 99% of the visible universe is plasma, a state of matter consisting of electrically charged gas made up of freely moving electrons and positive ions. Unlike normal gases, plasma can conduct electricity and react strongly to magnetic and electric fields.

The ancient philosophers and theologians identified plasma as “the Aether.” Curiously, it was removed from modern science over 400 years ago. But today it is regaining scientific relevance. Plasma behaves collectively and intelligently, forming filaments, spheres, lattices, and self-organizing structures. This science opens our Mind and our being to Possibilities in our biological body as well as the universe.

Plasma Science offers us a path forward through the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional changes we are experiencing within ourselves and our universe. Furthermore, it engages our perspectives on extraterrestrial, multidimensional, and spiritual contact.

Why? Because the universe and our human body are Plasma. Humans are not composed of atoms—but also possess the state of plasma.

We are an Exoconscious Electric People

In the chapter “Electric People” in A New Science of Heaven, Robert Temple proposes that human beings are fundamentally electromagnetic organisms whose biology depends not only on chemistry but also on intricate flows of electron, ion, and proton currents (“proticity”). He presents the body as an electrically active system in which semiconductive tissues, magnetic fields, and possible superconductive processes may play important roles in consciousness, communication, and health.

Temple views humans as dynamic bioelectrical entities embedded in a larger plasma universe. Our bodies are deeply shaped by fields, currents, and energetic interactions beyond conventional biochemical models.

Yes, Donald Hoffman—we are both embodied and disembodied.

We Possess Darkness and Light. And as cited by Gnostics and most religions—humans can feel their light body.

Human Light Body: Biophotons: You Can Feel Your Light Body?

Temple’s chapter, “How Our Bodies Emit Light,” focuses on biophotons—ultraweak light emissions produced by living tissues. He explores research suggesting that cells, DNA, and physiological systems emit and respond to light as part of biological regulation, diagnosis, and intercellular communication. He interprets these emissions as evidence that life is not merely chemical but also photonic and plasma-based, linking light, energy, and consciousness in the body.

Again, to Donald Hoffman—Our Bodies naturally evolved to live in both Light and Darkness, to be Embodied and Disembodied, flowing through various states of being.

AI and Transhumanism’s Use of Disembodied on Blockchain: Digital Twin

Along with brain research, artificial intelligence is another fertile field of government-funded research. Thus, AI money is often connected to brain money.

AI and Transhumanism are designed and engineered around disembodied beings. Have you heard of an Agentic AI or an AI Agent?

Agentic AI is an autonomous artificial intelligence system capable of moving beyond answering your endless prompts. Instead, it plans, remembers, and acts independently on your behalf—without your supervision.

Agentic AI are also called autonomous disembodied workers. This disembodied worker has its own decentralized digital identity (DID) and crypto wallet, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to operate independently on blockchain networks.

In plain language, a disembodied AI is a bot that can act independently, without human supervision.

Decentralized Autonomous Organizations

But humans are also factored into the Disembodied research.

I first became aware of disembodied agents as humans when corporate personnel departments were renamed “human resources.” Humans became a “resource” (like minerals, water, crops, or energy), and the disembodied worker came into being. As disembodied, humans could be mined, metered, monitored, and monetized—just like natural resources.

Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) came into being. In these corporate organizations humans are the bot—they function under a smart contract that outlines their usefulness in legal terms. Their governance is on a blockchain, and they are paid in cryptocurrency.

DAOs have no issues with loyalty (don’t complete your smart contracts and you’re gone), interpersonal relationships (an impersonal blockchain is your community), or inequality or pensions (everyone is paid via crypto on an open system).

Disembodied Digital Twin

DAO’s are also the Transhuman model to engineer your Digital Twin.

Twenty years ago, Alok R. Chaturvedi at Purdue University founded the Sentient World Simulation beginning the creation of a Digital Twin that probably now encompases most humans. You are more than you. You are a disembodied digital twin.

Purdue University's Synthetic Environment for Analysis and Simulations, or SEAS, sometimes referred to and reported on as Sentient World Simulation, is currently being used by the US Department of Homeland Security and the US Department of Defense to simulate crises on the US mainland.^[1] SEAS "enables researchers and organizations to try out their models or techniques in a publicly known, realistically detailed environment."^[2] It "is now capable of running real-time simulations for up to 62 nations, including Iraq, Afghanistan, and China. Wikipedia

Your digital twin houses your behavior, likes and dislikes, education, medical records, finances, and religious affiliation—to name a few. In the future, your disembodied twin will be consulted on medical issues by your physician—your input will be unnecessary. You will be fully digitalized.

And the financial future for your disembodied digital disembodiment will be bright to those who sell its data.

An AI Transhuman reality favors the Disembodied—Even the ET Disembodied.

Disembodied as ET, UAP

Hoffman’s math-based computational psychology favors the global agenda of the National Security (Department of War) oversight of UAP and extraterrestrial threats.

Ufology—once an independent, curious, adventuresome field—with the December, 2017 NYT article Glowing Auras and Black Money: The Pentagon’s Mysterious UFO Program, quickly collapsed into an online/conference culture fueled by entertainers, influencers, and tattooed, muscled whistleblowers with insider Disclosure information.

Ufology was disembodied by intelligence, military, government, and national security. Gutted of critical thinking, reason, and independence, Disclosure thrived with audiences craving the next programmed threat or intel insight. It feels good to follow the disembodied, with a powerful emotional component. “See, I was right,” or “Disclosure makes me feel right and vindicated,” sidelined the Exoconscious Human who values natural conscious contact, communication, and co-creation with extraterrestrial, multidimensional, and spiritual beings.

Disembodied beings played a central role in Disclosure. ETs as Disembodied could easily be morphed into whatever threat or scare tactic needed to control humans. They could be blips on a radar. They could be a perfect ET cover story for human-engineered black budget craft, or human hybrid genetic engineering programs, or blips on the Golden Dome’s layered defense shield safeguarding the Homeland from ET attacks, or larger than life supernatural disembodies who are demonic, or even transitioned into the New Gnosticism of an AI religion.

Disembodied ETs are an all-purpose being in the AI Transhuman era.

Field of Unseen Disembodied Beings

As long as humans are convinced that their devolved brain cannot “see” the unseen ET disembodied beings as described by Hoffman—then math, materials and brain-centric science can define our primary human reality. We will have no say—because we will be living and employed in the Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) or DOA (Dead on Arrival), and our Digital Twin will become our primary default self.

But, there is another perspective—one aligned with nature, human-centered ethics, and a sacred Earth and Cosmos.

While AI and Transhumanism are preoccupied with disembodying and robotizing humans of their natural intelligence, psychic abilities, soul and spirit—Exoconsciousness charts an alternative path.

Nine Principles of Exoconsciousness

Exoconsciousness: Nine Interlocking Principles:

(1) natural human consciousness amidst brain-centric or artificial reality constructs

(2) innate psychic abilities amidst synthetic mind and body control

(3) human intelligence amidst AI and AGI

(4) individual moral sovereignty and conscience amidst algorithmic ethics

(5) spiritually ensouled humans amidst technological-genetic hybridization

(6) individual dignity amidst engineered, AI-sourced government and social structures

(7) natural law, including the laws of nature and plasma science amidst geoengineering

(8) inalienable rights amidst AI governance, tokenized economy

(9) cosmic equality and peace amidst the threat of space war

Embodied Exoconscious Choice Amid a Disembodied AI Transhuman Reality

Scientists and psychologists like Hoffman pull us into a natural human tendency to “trust the experts.”

If the COVID era taught us anything, it taught us to respect our sovereign human nature, comprised of intelligence, psychic abilities, dignity, inalienable rights, and a consciousness beyond our Brain.

As Exoconscious Humans, we live and relate to a sacred Earth and Cosmos. We see Beings. They see us. It has always been so.

Humans possess an INNATE ability to consciously connect, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings.

Becoming an Exoconscious Human is a choice.

Weinstein kept returning to one question: WHERE ARE THE PHYSICISTS? Davis confirmed that David Grusch’s approximately forty firsthand witnesses — the people whose testimony Grusch brought to the Intelligence Community Inspector General — were engineers and material scientists. Electrical engineers. Aerospace engineers. Thermodynamics.

Not one theoretical physicist, not one applied physicist at the doctoral level. Davis then described a conversation with a senior executive at one of America’s largest legacy aerospace companies, a material scientist who had worked on the retrieval program for roughly two decades.
