When the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Health and Human Services Secretary comes before the Senate, the specter of the Samoan measles outbreak of 2019 will dramatically be invoked to challenge him. Kennedy’s critics have repeatedly relied on this topic, citing stories that claim he was responsible for an epidemic in 2019 that caused at least 83 children to die due to vaccine hesitancy. In recent articles, reporters quote previous news coverage relying on unsubstantiated and minimal data to justify their analysis.

These stories repeat dubious assertions, fail to discuss analyses of the circulating viral strain and the vaccinations that immediately preceded many of the cases, and dismiss Kennedy’s considered support of healthcare in Samoa. He had assisted the Samoan government in developing a system for health officials to assess the efficacy and safety of medical interventions or drugs, including vaccines.

In November 2019, while the deaths of Samoan children were rapidly increasing during a measles outbreak, Kennedy received a request from health activists. He wrote a comprehensive letter to the Samoan Prime Minister, presenting some possible causes of the unprecedented, virulent outbreak of measles. His concerns and analysis of the epidemic in Samoa highlight striking anomalies that were apparent to a few investigators at the time, although they remain unexplained.

The most convenient and generally accepted explanations of the outbreak claim the epidemic was the result of vaccine hesitancy, causing the population to be under-vaccinated. Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccination rates were reportedly low due to the deaths of two infants given improperly formulated injections in Samoa a year earlier.

Any considered analysis of the accessible facts soundly contradicts the conjecture that the high death count was related to low vaccination rates. News coverage continues to rely on a UNICEF report estimating the vaccination rate of one-year-olds was as low as 31% as the epidemic started. However, the Samoan Government Health Ministry reported (p. 9) in June 2019 — three months before the measles outbreak began — that 80% of 12-month-old babies had received the MMR vaccine.

In past measles epidemics, dying children were often malnourished or immunocompromised. No deaths from measles have occurred in the U.S. in the last five years. From October through December of 2019, 1.5% of Samoan children with the disease died — over one in a hundred — at a minimum, tenfold more deaths than any previous outbreak in recent years. No accounting for this overt statistical deviance has been published.

Despite the presumptions of those who attack Kennedy, there was never any investigation into any aspect of this baffling tragedy. Edwin Tamasese, a Samoan health advocate who questioned his government’s policies during the outbreak, gave Kennedy some insight into what was happening.

Tamasese was concerned about the number of sick and dying Samoan children and began to assist families whose children were severely ill. He and his colleagues encountered facts that contradicted the government’s narrative.

While the press condemned him as an anti-vaxxer, Tamasese’s interventions and observations are revelatory. In an interview after the outbreak subsided, he said, “We were very careful to take statistics when we were going in to try to identify trends. When we assessed our numbers, 98 percent of those who were getting ill had been vaccinated consistently six to seven days prior to illness. The excuse was that the vaccine did not have time to become effective. However, according to an immunologist on the team, the six to seven-day period was also the length of time it would take an under-attenuated vaccine to make the recipient sick.”

The MMR vaccine is a live, attenuated vaccine that contains weakened live strains of measles, mumps, and rubella (German measles).

Doctors in hospitals reported that the very ill and dying children did not have symptoms consistent with normal cases of measles. When the outbreak began, blood from the first thirty-nine cases had been sent to Australia; only seven samples were positive for measles.

The government stopped testing to confirm the cause of these deaths in early November 2019. Without scientific confirmation, illness and mortality were attributed to low immunization rates. Samoan health authorities continued to claim that the only remedy for the deadly epidemic was a drive to increase vaccination, however, the campaign seemed to be associated with an increase in the number of measles cases.

Neighboring Pacific island countries, Tonga and Fiji, which had concurrent outbreaks of the virus — and were using a different measles vaccine — did not suffer the same dramatic mortality rates. This should have raised concerns, yet there hasn’t been an inquiry into whether there was a problem with the initial vaccine batch, nor why the Samoan government switched vaccine sourcing from India to Belgium mid-way through the crisis.

A renewed effort to vaccinate with this supply of vaccine began in the first week of December 2019; it was hailed as the reason the outbreak subsided. It takes about 10 days after receiving a measles vaccine to mount a sufficient immune response. Yet cases dropped dramatically two weeks before this vaccination drive could have had any effect. No one has explained this curious fact.

The Samoan government never acknowledged this information; instead, its efforts focused on promoting the vaccine and silencing those questioning authority.

With Samoan officials and the press deriding his work and views, Tamasese was arrested and charged with incitement of a government order and treating children without a license. Although this was deemed appropriate by the international news media as they echoed the government’s praise of the vaccine, reporters again failed to address the questions raised by the outbreak.

The prosecution’s primary witness against Tamasese was a nurse whose child had measles. He had suggested that administering vitamins A and C could be helpful — and standard medical treatment for measles patients. She had taken his advice and admitted that her child recovered soon afterward.

Tamasese reported that when the nurse left the courtroom, the judge, in throwing out the case, said, “That witness may as well have represented the accused.” The news media was relatively silent when all charges against him were dismissed.

While worldwide attention on Samoa ignored dramatic inconsistencies, Kennedy was one of the few people who asked detailed and important questions about the outbreak. He was rightly concerned that the epidemic may have had other causes. His views were marginalized and suppressed; it was easier and politically correct to blame the tragedy on low rates of vaccination.

The relatively few details known about the Samoan measles outbreak indicate that forces intent on presenting vaccines as an infallible, unquestionable remedy, will not tolerate scrutiny or admit failures. This continuing tactic is applied internationally and is enthusiastically supported by most governments and the press.

Analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic has only recently vindicated those who were scorned for questioning the response. The parallels to the unfolding of the epidemic in Samoa are not obscure, and support Kennedy’s contention that vaccine development, manufacturing, and application need much more effective evaluation and monitoring to prevent complications and death.

When the US government assures the public that any vaccine or medication is safe and effective, this must come from an independent, thorough, and transparent process, rather than relying only on data produced by the manufacturers.

The current criticisms of Kennedy try to make him look dangerously ignorant and irresponsible to sway members of the Senate. Much to the chagrin of those who vilify him, his efforts to understand and assist in the Samoan measles outbreak exemplify his thoughtfulness and capabilities.

RFK Jr. is at the forefront of healthcare oversight; his confirmation as HHS Secretary will ensure that Americans benefit from his experience and knowledge.

Disclosure Day, Steven Spielberg’s latest feature film, has started streaming online and is likely to be watched by millions of viewers this year.

A dramatization of an effort to release decades of repressed files and media about UAPs is a welcome topic. Although the story is fictional, the plot draws on years of real-world effort by those who consider such repression inappropriate. Given the subject’s profundity, expectations for a groundbreaking piece of media were high.

Critical reception has been largely favorable. Reviewers have described the film as a blockbuster that manages emotional and thematic depth without sacrificing entertainment. Several have singled out Emily Blunt’s performance and the film’s underlying faith in human goodness as its strongest elements. On craft alone, that praise is earned — the film is entertaining, visually impressive, and portrays extraterrestrial contact as benevolent. But that same benevolence is where it goes astray: the film feeds myths that don’t serve the cause of genuine disclosure.

Disclosure Day broaches some important themes, offering plenty of food for thought about the intentions and effects of alien intervention on Earth. Yet it isn’t a documentary, and questions remain about how the film handles key elements of its plot — topics that the warmest critical responses have not scrutinized.

Consider its portrayal of a single individual as an antagonist, leading a lone corporate entity that tries to stop the disclosure effort. Numerous whistleblowers and reports indicate that several large defense contractors have been handed responsibility for keeping information and evidence secret, under the direct supervision and involvement of the military and US government agencies. In the film, this company appears to operate on a US Air Force base with barely a uniformed officer in sight.

Military figures appear briefly; their concerns are summarily dismissed by assurances from corporate leadership that all is under control. This blurring entrenches the misconception that government officials and secret military operations aren’t at the center of efforts to limit what the public is told. That’s not a minor distinction — it’s the government that protects the corporate entities it has empowered.

Spielberg also revives the mythology of the Men in Black films, though he inverts their premise. Where those films had the Men in Black protecting Earth from the worst of alien influence, in Disclosure Day, their role is to stop the noble effort to release information about alien activity. This might be excused as dramatic license, but it flattens a topic that in reality has many shades of gray into a simple, polarized story.

Other liberties taken with the plot look like deliberate production choices rather than oversights. One is the film’s minimization of the close relationship between UAP activity and Earth’s nuclear weaponry. The story is set in the near future, where nuclear saber-rattling dominates the news — but this is never overtly connected to the disclosure effort. There’s an acceptance that the visitors are benevolent, but the urgency for disclosure is dominated by humanity’s right to know, not by any more pressing concern. In the few scenes that weigh the risks of disclosure, no one emphasizes the possibility that learning we’re not alone might reverse the planet’s headlong course toward self-destruction. Of all the film’s omissions, this is the hardest to excuse — the connection between UAP activity and nuclear weapons is not speculative, but well documented.

Despite the best efforts of those trying to suppress the information, Disclosure Day celebrates its release to the public — but here again, there’s a strange twist: corporate television is the vehicle for that release. The storyline conveniently ignores the more likely reality that information of this magnitude would surface through the internet, rather than through the very institutions that have spent decades repressing and belittling the topic. Spielberg surely knows how few people still trust network news.

It’s unlikely that any real disclosure event will resemble this film — it is, after all, only science fiction. That’s not to say Disclosure Day isn’t worth seeing, or that the critics praising its craft and heart are wrong to do so. But its seemingly minor liberties, taken together, raise questions about intent and add up to real disappointment for anyone hoping the film might rehearse an actual reckoning.

The film does contribute to an atmosphere of acceptance, but disclosure by files and footage, and one word from an alien is easily dismissed. Genuine disclosure will mean live broadcasts of UAP landings and comprehensive interviews with those aboard, about their intentions and their understanding of reality.

Some journalists are standing by for that moment — with a sense of responsibility to the truth.

Numerous encroachments into nuclear bases and facilities have extended beyond American airspace. In 1980, in England’s most publicized UFO case, an unexplained object appeared over joint U.S./Royal Air Force bases near Rendlesham Forest. Military witnesses described a round, silent, high-speed craft that hovered over a secret arsenal of nuclear weapons stored in 25 fortified underground bunkers.

A Soviet-era report from 1982 documents a bright craft exhibiting incredible maneuvers over a key intercontinental ballistic missile installation in Ukraine. While the object was overhead, the missiles independently switched into ready-to-launch mode. Operators could not disarm them. Only when the craft departed did the missiles disengage.

Multiple witnesses reported UAP sightings that coincided with an unexplained drop in radiation levels during the 1986 Chornobyl power station disaster. Immediately after unidentified objects were observed over the site, ionizing radiation from the fire decreased dramatically, reducing the possibility of a nuclear explosion.

Consistent unexplained activity spanned the second half of the 20th century. As the 21st century unfolds, further revelations continue to emerge. The current phase of renewed debate began in 2017, when the Pentagon acknowledged the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). Former U.S. Navy pilots gave interviews about a 2004 incident where they sighted a cigar-shaped metallic craft that demonstrated extraordinary maneuverability and speed. Luis Elizondo, who ran the AATIP, resigned due to limitations surrounding the program and became one of the leading advocates for full disclosure of the government’s information about UAPs.

In June 2021, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence acknowledged 144 incidents involving military personnel between 2004 and 2021, noting that 18 displayed “unusual flight characteristics” with no evidence linking them to foreign technology. The analysis concluded with bureaucratic caution: further study needed.

Former intelligence official David Grusch testified to Congress in 2023 about recovery programs of crashed discs and biological remains. Retired military officials corroborated his allegations in the 2025 documentary, “The Age of Disclosure.” Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the former vice-chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, states that, “there are repeated instances of something operating in the airspace over restricted nuclear facilities, and it’s not ours. And we don’t know whose it is.”

In a 2024 report, the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) claimed it found no evidence of extraterrestrial activity, attributing sightings to misidentified conventional objects. It dismissed allegations that any government agency was involved in secret UAP activities.

This attempt to quell interest and concern failed to end serious inquiry.

In September 2025, a congressional hearing produced visceral testimony directly countering the AARO claims. Former Air Force security officer Jeffrey Nuccetelli described an event on Oct. 14, 2003, at Vandenberg Air Force Base. During tests, Boeing contractors and security personnel reported a gigantic floating square hovering over the launch site. Multiple witnesses stated, “It was over 100 yards long, glowing red, and silent.”

Nuccetelli led the rapid response team. “When I showed up, it’s just mayhem. Everybody’s excited. They’re scared. Everyone’s freaked out. People were screaming.” Asked if there was any inquiry afterward? “No.” No interview. No investigation. No acknowledgment after a dramatic incursion at a sensitive nuclear-capable launch facility.

Investigative journalist George Knapp presented declassified files revealing that, behind closed doors, “Military and intelligence personnel admit that these things are real. They can fly in formation, they’re evasive, and they outperform any aircraft known to exist, including ours.”

Despite Congressional efforts, the military and intelligence agencies remain unyielding, insisting there is nothing more to tell. According to Elizondo, legislation to mandate disclosure has stalled due to pressure from defense industry lobbyists with vested interests in covert reverse-engineering of recovered spacecraft.

Some of the same companies are also involved in the manufacture of nuclear weaponry.

Meanwhile, the most important questions remain unanswered: Why do UAPs concentrate around nuclear activity? How do they disable or enable weapons systems with surgical precision? Why have these incidents occurred since 1945 without satisfactory explanation?

The full records of UAP incursions at laboratories and bases have never been released for open analysis. Yet the numerous incidents that are acknowledged indicate an agenda and intentionality surrounding humanity’s ultimate weaponry.

The history of warfare repeatedly shows that nations have employed their most powerful weapons against their enemies. Modernizing and increasing strategic arsenals in the guise of nuclear deterrence is a blatant ruse. Eighty years without nuclear war represents borrowed time —sustained by occasional levelheadedness and the restraint of individuals during crisis moments.

As countries compete and respond to immediate threats, military forces remain locked into frameworks that used limited destructive methods. Eventually, through accident, false alarm, system failure or escalation of a regional conflict, weapons capable of global devastation will work as designed.

As the last treaty limiting the largest nuclear arsenals has expired, the future becomes more precarious. What comes next depends on awareness of mounting risks and the instinct to survive.

Considering the increasing possibility of nuclear war, there is an imperative to examine the confirmed correlation between UAP activity and strategic weapons development and deployment. Three possibilities warrant examination.

First: These incidents represent foreign surveillance using technology that defies known physics. Yet no nation has demonstrated capabilities approaching what military witnesses describe — craft that disable missile systems, achieve hypersonic speeds without propulsion and operate with impunity over the most secure installations on Earth. If such technology existed in 1945 or anytime since then, the global balance of power would have shifted decisively.

Second: Experienced pilots, radar operators and nuclear launch officers across multiple nations and eight decades have misidentified conventional phenomena. This requires dismissing testimony from personnel specifically trained to identify aircraft, corroborated by multiple independent witnesses, often with radar confirmation and physical effects on weapons systems. While some incidents might have conventional explanations, the pattern’s consistency across decades, locations and independent observers makes wholesale misidentification statistically improbable. It also means rejecting the VASCO study’s statistical correlation between nuclear tests, UAP and transient phenomena in astronomical data.

Third: Extraterrestrial beings and technology have been monitoring and evaluating humanity’s most dangerous weapons since their development, demonstrating both presence and capability in a deliberate pattern. The consistency suggests intent. The objects appear systematically at nuclear facilities, remaining visible long enough for documentation by trained observers. They demonstrate technological superiority, then depart before confrontation.

The witnesses and those who have examined the evidence provide a consistent interpretation:

• David Schuur, whose missiles showed spurious launch indicators at Minot: “A systematic message.”

• Robert Salas, whose missiles went offline at Malmstrom: “They wanted us to know they could control our weapons.”

• Jeffrey Nuccetelli, who led the response team at Vandenberg: “They wanted to be seen.”

• Robert Hastings, who interviewed more than 160 military veterans: “Visitors from elsewhere in the universe have taken an interest in our long-term survival — governments are being warned that they are playing with fire.”

Official resistance at the highest levels of government to this dire warning is unmistakable: Any external influence on the future is unacceptable to those in power. Instead, efforts focus on gaining technical knowledge by reverse-engineering recovered artifacts — a telling, deeply misguided reaction. This instinctive reflex reveals the depth of humanity’s challenge.

The possibility that a message is being delivered in the form of an intervention demands the involvement of noble souls from all walks of life. Military posturing and raising defensive barriers are unacceptable responses to indications that there is intelligent life beyond Earth.

Maintaining secrecy about UAPs while nuclear risks accelerate serves institutional authority at the expense of human survival. As arsenals expand without restraint, resistance to acknowledging this information is increasingly precarious.

Disclosure can usher in a new era of reflection and reversal of humanity’s self-destructive behavior.

The witnesses are credible. The pattern is documented. The evidence continues to suggest that the development of extinction-level weapons has not gone unnoticed by forces we don’t understand. The demonstrations have increased awareness of this unprecedented crossroads.

How we act on that awareness will determine the future.

In 1953, following a contentious episode between the Navy and the Air Force that included UFO classification, the CIA-sponsored Robertson Panel marked a decisive shift toward methodical debunking, recommending that government agencies use “mass media” to strip UFOs of their “aura of mystery.” This policy was broadly implemented, as verified by subsequent press coverage. Concurrently, strict regulations imposed severe penalties on military personnel for unauthorized UFO disclosures.

Throughout the late 1950s and 1960s, media coverage of UFOs collapsed. Aliens and spaceships became tabloid fodder. Writing or reporting on the topic was considered career suicide for journalists, despite continuing reports of UFOs from credible witnesses, including pilots and government officials.

The Air Force had reduced Project Blue Book to a minimal staff, and Captain Ruppelt was reassigned. In 1956, contradicting much of what he promoted while supervising Blue Book, Ruppelt wrote The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects. He disclosed that he had seen a classified document from 1947 that described UFOs as being of extraterrestrial origin.

Significantly, he also reversed previous dismissive comments, writing, UFOs were seen more frequently around areas vital to the defense of the United States. The Los Alamos-Albuquerque area, Oak Ridge, and White Sands Proving Ground rated high.

Project Blue Book remained a public front for UFO inquiry until 1969, while most military observations were excluded and classified as top-secret. Air Force personnel continued to face fines and court-martial for publicly acknowledging UFO sightings near strategic sites.

A chronological examination reveals that unknown forces continued to observe nuclear developments. Despite official dismissals, various incidents alerted the military to this undisguised interest. On numerous occasions, that interest became direct engagement.

The data from top-secret files, along with firsthand accounts, show a deliberate pattern initiated by what was controlling the UFOs. The earliest incidents occurred at uranium enrichment laboratories and weapons assembly sites. Dozens of discs and strange lights appeared during and after nuclear bomb tests. Later, personnel at ICBM silos across Montana and the Dakotas reported incidents—each holding missiles with nuclear warheads capable of reaching the other side of the planet in thirty minutes. UFOs also appeared at Strategic Air Command bases where bombers carrying nuclear payloads sat on constant alert.

Robert Hastings interviewed over 160 Air Force personnel who, after years of silence, confirmed the incursions had continued—and intensified. UFOs and Nukes presents an oral history filled with detailed accounts from eyewitnesses of the highest caliber describing intentional behavior of unidentified craft.

One dramatic example occurred in October 1962, during the Cuban Missile Crisis, when a giant cigar-shaped craft hovered over the Air Force base at Loring, Maine, one of the largest facilities in the Strategic Air Command’s nuclear strike force. Two B-52 bombers loaded with nuclear weapons aborted their polar mission. At humanity’s closest approach to nuclear war, something intervened.

In 1966, Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota housed a major Strategic Air Command Minuteman missile complex. David Schuur, a deputy missile commander, described to Hastings how, when he was on duty at his underground launch station, security teams sighted a UFO surveying the entire facility before it began hovering over each silo:

As this thing was passing over each missile site, we would start getting erratic indications on that particular missile. After a few seconds, everything reset back to normal. But then the next missile showed spurious indicators, so the object had apparently moved on to that one and did the same thing to it. Then on to the next one, and so on. It was as if the object was scanning each missile, one by one. However, on this particular night, we had to activate the ‘inhibit’ switch because we got ‘launch in progress’ indicators! After a few minutes, the UFO passed to the northwest of us, and all indicators reset to normal.

Schuur’s account describes a systematic reconnaissance of each missile. The craft triggered the missiles’ readiness to fire, forcing operators to activate emergency protocols to prevent an unauthorized launch. Whatever was overhead had penetrated the most secure systems in America’s nuclear arsenal. This was not observation—this was a display of capability.

The pattern of direct interference continued.

In the spring of 1967, Captain Robert Salas sat underground in a launch control capsule at Malmstrom Air Force Base, monitoring ten intercontinental ballistic missiles. The phone rang. A security guard, voice shaking, reported a glowing red object, thirty feet in diameter, suspended above the main gate.

Then the impossible happened. The missiles went offline. Not one. Not two. Ten ICBMs—independently operated, with redundant systems designed precisely to prevent simultaneous failure—all showed a “No-Go” status.

During the same period at Malmstrom, multiple reports described both a red orb and an object with extraordinary flight capabilities maneuvering overhead. Military investigators contend that the planet Mars was mistakenly identified as the red orb and attributed the system failure to an electronic glitch. Recently, the Air Force claimed the missiles went offline due to an electromagnetic pulse device they had been secretly testing.

An EMP test conducted without informing the commander or launch officers would entail great risk and violate basic operational protocol. The Pentagon’s account—offered decades after the fact—raises more questions than it answers, particularly when incidents where missiles were made ready to fire had also occurred.

Witnesses to the Minot incursion are convinced that external forces had initiated launch sequences. At Malmstrom, they showed they could prevent them from firing. Taken together, the message was unmistakable: something had proven that the US Air Force no longer held exclusive control over its nuclear weapons. Whatever was conducting these forays possessed the capability to command America’s ICBMs—whether to launch them or disable them.

Captain Robert Salas would maintain his silence about ICBM missiles going offline at Malmstrom for thirty years, understanding that speaking out about UAP controlling nuclear weapons meant ridicule, financial penalties, and the risk of court-martial.

These accounts are only a sampling of Robert Hastings’ interviews documenting the experiences of many brave Air Force veterans who revealed the truth about events that had been suppressed. But incidents with numerous witnesses could not always be hidden by the military, and some have been confirmed with evidence from government files.

In October 1975, a UFO once again violated the perimeter at Loring Nuclear Air Force Base in Maine. Initially detected at a distance and described as resembling a helicopter, the silent object approached the secure storage area for nuclear warheads. Eyewitnesses with a clear view described the craft as metallic, cigar-shaped, and without any visible means of propulsion.

The airfield went to maximum security. Records show that the CIA, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the NSA were immediately informed. The craft evaded all attempts at interception before departing at unprecedented speed. Over the next four days, additional unidentified objects appeared. Strategic Air Command and ICBM bases across the country went on high alert.

The government has worked diligently to deflect and minimize these incidents, but that effort has begun to fail.

Roswell Army Air Base was located 150 air miles from Sandia Base, south of Albuquerque, the lab where nuclear weapons were being developed and assembled. In July 1947, as the two key nuclear installations conducted joint operations, a startling event occurred halfway between them.

Near the village of Corona, a rancher reported wreckage from a strange crashed aircraft. An intelligence team from Roswell assessed the site and collected debris, reporting back to the base Commander, Colonel William Blanchard. On July 8, 1947, with his consent, the press officer issued a news release:

The many rumors regarding the flying discs became a reality yesterday when the intelligence office of the 509th (atomic) Bomb Group of the 8th Air Force, Roswell Army Air Field, was fortunate enough to gain possession of a disc through the cooperation of one of the ranchers and the sheriff’s office of Chaves County. The flying object landed on a ranch near Roswell sometime last week. Not having phone facilities, the rancher stored the disc until such time as he was able to contact the sheriff’s office, who in turn notified Jesse A Marcel of the 509th Bomb Group Intelligence Office. Action was immediately taken and the disc was picked up at the rancher’s home. It was inspected at the Roswell Army Air Field and subsequently loaned by Major Jesse Marcel to higher headquarters.

The Roswell Daily Record published the spectacular headline: RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch In Roswell Region. The coverage was picked up by the national and international press.

Brigadier General Roger M. Ramey, commander of the Eighth Army Air Force, 300 miles away in Fort Worth, Texas, quickly contradicted Colonel Blanchard’s original assessment. Within 24 hours, the public had been assured the disc was a weather balloon.

Colonel Blanchard’s silence after this reversal was never challenged. No one asked the commander of the only nuclear bomber fleet in the world—who would soon become the Strategic Air Command’s director of operations—how the intelligence team of a nuclear base could mistake a crashed weather balloon for an unearthly disc.

In 1978, Jesse Marcel, the officer who collected the debris, broke his silence. He said that General Ramey in Fort Worth had instructed him to support the weather balloon cover story, adding: Of course, we both knew differently. In subsequent interviews, Marcel described the metal debris as unbendable and unbreakable.

The ramifications of finding unique material from a strange, crashed disc in proximity to the country’s nuclear arsenal appeared beyond consideration. Instead, Roswell has become synonymous with the epitome of UFO conspiracy theories and an ongoing subject of derision.

In 1997, fifty years after the Roswell incident, the Air Force offered a second explanation for the mysterious crash, claiming the disc was a component of a secret high-tech military balloon. Researchers have found inconsistencies with this account, including that it fails to clarify why Blanchard and Marcel—officers at a secure nuclear installation—were not briefed about classified tests in their operational area. The Air Force failed to quell the growing evidence that the initial press release was accurate.

Had the displays ended, Roswell might have remained an isolated incident. However, UFOs were seen elsewhere. Whatever arrived in 1947 near the 509th marked the beginning of decades of observations and interventions.

After the Roswell incident, reports from nuclear sites confirmed the phenomenon had only begun. Green and red orbs with hypersonic velocity paced radiation clouds from nuclear testing. Discs were sighted over rural and urban America. Experienced pilots reported flying saucers with unprecedented speed and aerial dynamics.

In April 1952, Life Magazine—then reaching a quarter of the U.S. population—published ‘Have We Visitors From Space?’, a detailed article about increasing activity near military bases. The story quoted a radar officer at an atomic installation who described a 1949 incident: “I was startled to detect five apparently metallic objects flying south at tremendous speed and great height. They crossed the 300-mile scope in less than four minutes.”

After consulting with physicists, astronomers, and guided missile experts, the Life authors concluded that the objects cannot be explained by present science as natural phenomena, but solely as artificial devices, created and operated by a high intelligence

The Air Force needed to address the surge in UFO reports. The public face of investigations was Project Blue Book, headquartered at Wright Field in Ohio. Captain Edward J. Ruppelt was the first director from 1952 through 1953. Documents released decades later confirm Blue Book lacked access to many classified incidents.

By the summer of 1952, the so-called UFO flap reached its crescendo. At the end of July, a cluster of discs over the White House was reported by newspapers across the country. Coverage headlined, SAUCERS SWARM OVER CAPITAL, describing pilots observing discs and air traffic controllers tracking impossible speeds of strange objects on radar over Washington, D.C. Despite multiple trained observers and radar confirmation, the Air Force attributed the incidents to weather anomalies and misidentification.

Secret files from that era show Air Force intelligence, the CIA, and government officials at the highest level were deeply concerned and had considerably more information than they released about increasing incidents.

And questions remained about Roswell. Why would Colonel Blanchard, an officer who would rise to become Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, allow his professional assessment to be contradicted and buried? What did he really know about the incident?

Evidence and testimony since the 1947 Roswell crash indicate knowledge was shared only within a very small circle. Kevin D. Randle, retired Air Force officer and UFO researcher, interviewed Brigadier General Arthur E. Exon in 1990, who had been a Lieutenant Colonel in 1947 at Wright Field, where the debris had been taken. Exon had surveyed the Roswell crash site and confirmed a 500-foot gash. He described aspects of the debris and claimed knowledge of recovered alien bodies.

Robert Hastings, author of UFOs and Nukes, has compiled one of the most comprehensive analyses of the Air Force’s ongoing knowledge of UFOs. One of his most important sources, further illuminating Roswell, was Chet Lytle, a senior engineer for the Manhattan Project who developed key components for the atomic bomb.

In an interview with Hastings in 1998, Lytle described numerous sightings of UFOs over nuclear facilities. Unexpectedly, he also recounted a conversation with his good friend William Blanchard, who, as commander of the Roswell base in 1947, had more access to direct evidence of the crash than anyone.

Six years after the incident, in 1953, Lytle and Blanchard were flying together from Alaska to Illinois. Both held positions in nuclear weapons oversight with the highest security clearances—Blanchard as a SAC commander and Lytle supervising the transfer of thermonuclear weapons for the Atomic Energy Commission.

Over the long flight, the discussion turned to a recent UFO sighting outside Anchorage. Blanchard then stunned Lytle, turning the conversation to what he knew about the Roswell crash, telling him an alien spacecraft had been recovered with four extraterrestrial bodies.

This critical account about the Roswell Commander’s experience has been glossed over—perhaps because of its implications. When Hastings attempted to interview Lytle again in 2001, he admitted that he had been coerced into silence and refused to say anything else.

Blanchard died of a heart attack at the Pentagon in 1966 while serving as a four-star General and Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. Whatever other details he knew about the Roswell incident and other UFO activity, he took to his grave.

However, General Blanchard’s revelation gives focus to the UAP challenge today: Acknowledging spacecraft means acknowledging operators. Operators have intent. Understanding that intent becomes essential.

The government has limited that understanding over decades.

Spanish Conquistadors named a desolate basin in southern New Mexico with prophetic insight: the Jornada del Muerto—Dead Man’s Journey. In the summer of 1945, in the middle of this barren stretch of desert, humanity crossed a threshold from which there was no return.

At 5:29 on the morning of July 16, a hundred-foot steel tower at the White Sands Proving Ground held aloft a device conceived by physicists experimenting with the building blocks of reality. Soldiers and scientists lay face-down behind concrete barricades six miles away, eyes squeezed shut against the coming inferno.

The tower vanished in a brilliant flash visible for hundreds of miles, including above the planet. At that moment, the largest man-made explosion that had ever occurred embodied Einstein’s equation—atoms transformed into fire like a newborn sun. The desert sand melted into jade-green glass, spreading in every direction.

The surrounding mountains, illuminated many times brighter than daylight, bore witness to what that forbidden desert had become: not merely a journey of death, but the birthplace of a threat to all life on Earth. The radioactive cloud and debris from the blast reached an altitude of nearly 50,000 feet, contaminating the region and nearby towns.

J. Robert Oppenheimer, father of the atomic bomb, had given the site the code name Trinity. Recalling the test, he reflected: We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried. Most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad Gita; Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, ‘Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.’ I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

Within weeks, atomic weapons were exploded over Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Another era began concurrently with the atomic age. Military officers and scientists at Manhattan Project laboratories—the very sites where atomic energy was born—reported strange incursions. Unidentified flying objects with impossible flight characteristics appeared over heavily-guarded, classified facilities at Hanford, Los Alamos, and Oak Ridge, both before and after the first bombs were detonated.

This pattern began in 1945. As the plutonium used in the first nuclear test was being processed at Hanford, Washington, UFOs were seen over the site and on radar. They easily evaded fighters in the restricted airspace and were described in Army Air Force documents as “unidentified aircraft”—over the most sensitive nuclear facility in the country.

Since then, official dismissals and ridicule have overshadowed serious consideration of what has been occurring at nuclear labs and bases with strategic weapons. Documentation and testimony point toward UAP visibility and intention. The National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena published a comprehensive 1964 report, The UFO Evidence, which stands as the first serious assessment. The non-profit organization, founded and administered by former military officers and scientists, assembled a convincing body of data that has been sidelined or buried for decades.

Official attempts to minimize consideration that humans on Earth are not alone enable a contemporary geocentrism—the assumption that humanity uniquely stands at the center of the universe.

Public attitudes and perceptions defy those efforts. The openness to extraterrestrial sentient life has been supported by congressional hearings over the past few years.

Testimony from reliable witnesses about UAP adds a new dimension to the debate, though skeptics continue to claim that solid proof is lacking. There is, however, an increasing body of information suggesting the existence and behavior of UAP close to nuclear activity.

Between 1949 and 1958, astronomers at the Palomar Observatory in California conducted the first comprehensive photographic survey of the northern hemisphere’s night sky. Over nine years, they captured nearly 2,000 images on fourteen-inch glass plates, creating an archive that would sit largely untouched for decades.

The plates were digitized in the 1990s and 2000s. Then, in 2016, researchers began examining them with advanced digital processing software, hunting for transient phenomena—brief flashes of light that appeared and vanished. What they found defied conventional explanation.

In October 2025, a peer-reviewed study analyzing these photographs was published in Scientific Reports. The research, part of the Vanishing and Appearing Sources during a Century of Observations (VASCO) project, is led by Dr. Beatriz Villarroel, an astronomer and physicist at the Nordic Institute for Theoretical Physics in Sweden. Her team identified over 100,000 transient flashes in the digitized images. Most were previously undocumented astronomical phenomena. A small proportion could be attributed to contamination or scanning defects. The vast majority remained unexplained.

The flashes appeared to be reflections of sunlight on smooth surfaces at low altitudes above Earth. They weren’t meteors or asteroids, which have distinctly different visual profiles. And critically, the original photographs were taken before the satellite age—ruling out any known human technology.

To determine whether these transients might correlate with terrestrial activity, the astronomers cross-referenced their timing against unique datasets. Dates of nuclear weapons tests and UFO sightings from the early 1950s showed significant correlations.

The numbers were striking. On days without atomic testing and no UFO reports, the photographs showed an 11% baseline rate of transient flashes. Within 24 hours of nuclear weapons testing, that rate jumped to 68%. The flashes increased substantially when both atomic tests and UFO reports occurred on the same day.

The data gathered with scientific rigor adds quantifiable confirmation to what military personnel had been reporting for decades: Starting in the early years of the nuclear age, something from above was appearing and seemingly observing the development of the most powerful weapons ever created on Earth. Whatever the source of these transient flashes, visible only through systematic astronomical analysis, they coincided precisely with what ground observers and pilots were reporting as UFOs.

Other astronomers are no longer reflexively dismissing UAP as misidentified planets or meteors. They are searching for physical evidence of non-human technology. In July 2021, Harvard professor Avi Loeb launched The Galileo Project, a systematic scientific effort to collect and analyze UAP data using advanced instrumentation. The endeavor operates on the premise that humans can no longer ignore the possible existence of extraterrestrial technological civilizations. By treating UAP investigation as legitimate science rather than fringe speculation, Loeb, a highly respected astrophysicist, has opened the field for other researchers to engage without career risk.

Anomalous objects in the sky have been previously reported and dismissed with explanations that insult competent observers. Indeed, if the UAP trajectory represents non-human intelligence monitoring nuclear technology over decades, inquiry becomes essential—and that investigation must start with evidence of activity and motive.

The current state of the planet presents a compelling case for intervention: weapons sufficient to end civilization, decision time compressing toward zero, arms control frameworks collapsing, regional tensions escalating, and institutional paralysis preventing meaningful response.

New START—the last remaining treaty limiting U.S. and Russian strategic arsenals—expired February 5. For the first time since the 1960s, there are no binding constraints on the world’s largest nuclear forces. Russia and the United States could each expand beyond the current limit of 1,550 deployed warheads. China, currently at about 600 warheads, plans to reach 1,500 by 2035. The total global stockpile stands at 12,331 warheads, with expansion accelerating.

Meanwhile, the technology grows more dangerous. Hypersonic delivery systems compress decision time from launch detection to impact to under ten minutes. Artificial intelligence has been integrated into command and control systems, creating new failure modes.

The testing of nuclear weapons, which could be reinstituted, has been previously disastrous.

Between 1945 and 1963, the United States detonated over 200 nuclear bombs in the atmosphere. The Castle Bravo test in March 1954—which yielded 15 megatons—intensified international concern. Evidence of worldwide radioactive fallout, which peaked in 1963 and caused hundreds of thousands of deaths, galvanized action, leading to the signing of the Limited Test Ban Treaty by the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union.

Atmospheric testing initiated just a fraction of the damage that a nuclear war could cause. The devastating weaponry with varying delivery systems and capabilities represents humanity’s unchecked obsession with warfare.

The U.S. Navy alone has 14 Ohio-class submarines, capable of firing up to 20 Trident II ballistic missiles. Each nuclear-tipped weapon is thirty times more destructive than the atomic bomb dropped over Hiroshima.

A large-scale atomic exchange would trigger nuclear winter—particulate injection into the stratosphere, causing global crop failure and civilizational collapse. Researchers estimate 100-300 warheads in a concentrated exchange would suffice. Current global arsenals exceed this threshold by a factor of forty.

World War II ended with the explosion of the first atomic bombs, followed by an undisguised race to increase strategic arsenals. The trajectory is clear: humanity’s recent history of global hostility and reckless experimentation has advanced the possibility of an apocalyptic event.

It is not difficult to imagine that the possible self-destruction of Earth’s technologically advanced, unique sentient species would attract off-planet visitors. The motive for intervention can be extrapolated from undisputed facts. Evidence has appeared at strategic bases where Air Force officers have documented persistent attention by unknown invasive objects throughout the nuclear age.

A reassessment of events surrounding strategic bases since the mid-1940’s is revelatory. The most pertinent information and direct accounts have been ignored.

For example, Colonel William H. Blanchard was a highly decorated World War II pilot who had supervised the delivery of the first atomic bomb. After the war, he became Commanding Officer of the 509th Atomic Bombardment Group—at the time the only air wing training with and prepared to drop nuclear weapons.

In July of 1947, the 509th was based at Roswell, New Mexico—where the most controversial incident in UFO history would soon unfold.

It was early afternoon on 22 November 1963, on a cold, clear day, as I sat at a desk in my sixth-grade classroom. We were silently writing essays when out of the loudspeaker system, normally reserved for school announcements, a newscaster’s voice filled the room.

Miss Lazareth was the strictest, most severe teacher in our elementary school, whose gaze alone could freeze errant behavior. Even as an eleven-year-old, I recognized that she was a benevolent despot and that her stern exterior was surgically applied to keep us in line to maximize our learning.

The blaring voice was the initial shock, and we quickly focused our attention on the news. John F. Kennedy had been shot and killed as he rode through Dallas in a motorcade. Our beloved young president, whom we admired for starting the Peace Corps, initiating physical fitness programs across the country, and playing touch football on the White House lawn, was the target of an assassin. After hearing this shocking report, Miss Lazareth, without a word, sat down at her desk and wept in front of us. It was an impossible moment.

I felt a strange pain that I’d never experienced, and when my dear friends Kathy and Joan also started crying, I instinctively knew the world would never be the same. An assassination was something that happened a long time ago to Lincoln. How could my President be shot in our modern world?

These memories are still quite clear, although after learning that the President was dead, the days afterward remained in a fog of confusion. My family sat around the TV as the bizarre events unfolded. We watched as the assassin was shot by a man who claimed he later said he was doing justice for Mrs. Kennedy. We learned he was the owner of a strip club whose morality suddenly arrived in a moment of passionate patriotism.

It was not a happy Thanksgiving.

The following year, solemn men in Washington in suits with gray hair attempted to assure us that Lee Harvey Oswald was the guy who killed the President, but they insisted too strongly that he acted alone.

I never really believed the lie that order was being restored. We were supposed to be a great nation capable of coming back from any crisis or tragedy. In considering the subsequent decades, there has been no restoration of any sense of order, and more questions have been raised about the events in November 1963.

The shock of that day reverberates. Consider Donald Trump’s response at the end of his first term to a question from Judge Andrew Napolitano. He asked why President Trump reversed himself and refused to release all details and documents about the government’s knowledge of the JFK assassination. Trump said,

Judge, If they showed you what they showed me, you wouldn't have released it either.

To which the Judge replied, though he received no clear answer,

Who's they? What did they show you?

This chilling exchange reveals that the JFK assassination has such power and significance that decades later, the information was once again deemed too dangerous for the American people to process. And this is not just President Trump’s opinion. Joe Biden also reversed his position and refused to comply with the 1992 legislation demanding the orderly release of all documents regarding the assassination previously deemed top secret. After being elected to his second term, Trump released some of these, but nothing was revealed.

What can we extrapolate from this strange dichotomy? Two Presidents, who on most other matters vehemently disagreed, both know more than us about the assassination. What else do they have in common? Why the continued dark veil over those events?

The most obvious conclusion is that the information would affect them personally. An implied threat that presidents were expendable or a revelation that would impact their power or finances are both incentives to change one’s mind about telling the truth about the assassination. Are there forces within the government that continue to intimidate the highest office in the US?

All presidents are beneficiaries of the military-industrial complex that was engendered after World War II and was threatened by the Kennedy presidency. And most presidents have wealth dependent on that structure, although they continue to claim they are advocates for peace. Candidates declare their leadership will change the economic direction of the country, yet when elected, they continue the decades-long trend of supporting fiscal policies that harm the desperate and allow the destruction of the middle class.

Since 1963, the tragedies of U.S. government complicity in environmental and pharmaceutical catastrophes are matched by the outrageously expensive and harmful acceleration of hostile war-mongering. The trickle-down effect of the country’s allegiance to corporatism is apparent.

One only has to look at the moral and physical condition of Americans to confirm the debilitating increase in acute and chronic physical and emotional suffering; this is the true barometer of the health of a nation.

Those who benefit from an unbalanced system want nothing to change. With this obvious degradation in mind, what could be the big secret about John F. Kennedy’s assassination that would disrupt national security? As the vast majority of people lack any security, the true risk is to a small minority that thrives on a nation intentionally divided and distracted from reality.

The facade of the United States upholding a higher civil and moral order has crumbled, while the defense of this delusion is getting louder. The same voices cover for the actions of those who were responsible for the murder of a president.

Attempts to reveal the facts about President Kennedy’s assassination continue to be met with derision and scorn, while the myth of what happened is presented as fact. Since the day of his death, fingers were pointed at a lone nut — a man who declared he was just a patsy. Lee Oswald had no apparent motive, and in light of his complex background as a former Marine and an intelligence asset run by the CIA, his claim of being set up rings true. When a hint of conspiracy was allowed to be considered after a decade, organized crime was the highlighted culprit. Unfortunately for those who attempted to draw focus to the mob and their motives, it turned out that these mobsters were very close to U.S. Intelligence services; some contracted to assassinate foreign leaders.

It is this dark trail that can be glimpsed in the thousands of redacted pages from the National Archives that have slowly been released. But government records won’t reveal the actual perpetrators of the evil deeds.

For those who care to know, there is a verifiable network that includes powerful leaders and intelligence operatives whose names appear in the meager records of clandestine political operations throughout the second half of the 20th century. They have an ongoing top-secret means of communication — and undoubtedly participated in conspiracies of the highest order.

Even if no other shred of evidence is found or revealed, historians of the future have enough circumstantial material to understand why no one in power would allow further confirmation that the public execution of JFK was a coup. Unassailable proof that the most powerful forces in Washington were involved in the assassination condemns the city as an axis of evil like no other the planet has experienced.

The larger the crime, the greater the conspiracy, the more protestations of innocence. The most revelational aspect of this strange state of American intrigue is the increasingly hostile tone of those who attack those who dare to doubt conventional wisdom. Anyone who depends on illogical name-calling to defend the myth is suspect. Those who continue to support the Warren Commission findings, in light of its leadership by Allen Dulles, the CIA director whom President Kennedy had fired, know more than they admit.

In Washington, no one blinks when the fox is a key investigator into henhouse deaths.

Subsequently, most of those who would become President are not about to reveal any major truth to the American people. In a realm where government agencies are captive to corporate interests, politicians are beholden to their donors, and all sense of ethical behavior is eclipsed, it is no wonder that the darkest manipulations are deemed dangerous to the public.

Yet the people are wiser than their leaders, with over 60% of Americans sensing they are being told lies. It began the very day President Kennedy was shot, and I have no doubt that is why my dear sixth-grade teacher, Miss Lazareth, openly wept.

The story is far from over. Almost everyone is tired of the divisiveness in Washington and the ongoing fabrications with broken promises. Some attempt to break through the madness.

Though his life was cut short by those who were threatened by an ideal vision for the country, John F. Kennedy awakened part of our spirit that will not be subdued.

Along with many people who have experienced sightings of unexplained aerial phenomena, I was moved by the testimonies at a recent Congressional hearing. And like others who have had such an experience, my observations have been dismissed as misinterpreted or impossible.

Confirming that extraterrestrials may be here on Earth has had broad resistance. The expanding range of inquiry includes consideration of this possibility.

When seasoned military personnel with decades of service take an oath before Congress and describe objects that violate the known laws of physics, their accounts are compelling. In the most recent hearings, on September 9, 2025, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets heard testimony that challenged conventional understanding of what can fly in the Earth’s atmosphere — and what the government knows about it.

They were not dismissed as fantasists or attention-seekers. They were Air Force veterans, Navy personnel, and intelligence officers with impeccable service records. And their message was clear: something is out there, and it doesn’t belong to any known human technology.

The Hellfire Missile That Failed

The hearing began with footage that left lawmakers dumbfounded. Representative Eric Burlison, a Republican from Missouri, played a never-before-seen video from an MQ-9 Reaper drone showing a Hellfire missile striking an unidentified orb off the coast of Yemen on October 30, 2024. The object didn’t explode. It didn’t fall from the sky. It simply continued on its trajectory as if one of America’s most lethal weapons had passed through vapor.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna, a Republican from Florida, asked the panel of military witnesses a pointed question: “Are you aware of anything in the U.S. arsenal that can split a Hellfire missile like this…and do whatever blob thing it did, and then keep going?” Jeffrey Nuccetelli and Alexandro Wiggins both testified that no U.S. technology is capable of surviving such a strike.

When Luna asked if the video frightened them, all three military witnesses —Nuccetelli, Wiggins, and Air Force veteran Dylan Borland — answered “yes.”

“What We Saw Changed Our Lives”

Nuccetelli, a former Air Force military police officer who served sixteen years, described multiple UAP incursions between 2003 and 2005 near what is now called Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. He and his colleagues were providing security for critical weapons testing. The base was conducting what the National Reconnaissance Office called its most important launches in 25 years.

Nuccetelli described massive objects that appeared “like flying buildings” that approached areas over military personnel, pulsed, and moved in ways that defied conventional aerodynamics. In testimony that was both measured and emotional, Nuccetelli told Congress: “What we saw changed our lives — the way we think about everything. It was incredibly profound.”

He continued: “Each incident was witnessed by multiple personnel, documented, investigated, and reported up the chain of command. We sent information up, but we got no guidance down on how to handle these events.” The pattern was consistent: trained observers seeing the inexplicable, reporting through proper channels, and receiving only silence in return.

The Price of Speaking Truth

Disturbing testimony also came from Dylan Borland, whose experience illustrated the personal cost of disclosure. Borland testified that after witnessing a triangular aircraft hover above him at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia in 2012, he was later exposed to classified information about UAP legacy programs through a special access position. When intelligence officers approached him about misconduct within these programs and he became a whistleblower in March 2023, his professional career was systematically destroyed.

Multiple agencies manipulated his security clearance, blocked his employment, directed colleagues not to speak with him, and forged employment documents. The Veterans Administration committed medical malpractice against him. When he met with the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, they classified everything he told them and went after the Senate staffer who had referred him.

Borland’s testimony was stark: he remains blacklisted from intelligence agencies, has no job prospects, and lives on unemployment. He warned that if he said the wrong word during testimony, he could technically be charged with espionage, which carries the death penalty.

Representative Luna entered into the record a letter she had sent to the Department of Defense regarding Major David Charles Grusch, a previous whistleblower who “suffered reprisal like the removal of his clearance, denial of promotion, and loss of medical retirement” due to his UAP disclosures. As of July 24, 2025, she was still waiting for a reply from the DOD.

A Paper Trail of Deception

George Knapp, an investigative journalist who has covered UAPs for decades, brought a different kind of evidence to the hearing: government documents obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests and Russian intelligence files that contradict official public statements.

Knapp testified:

The public has been told over and over since the late 40s — there’s nothing to worry about here. These mysterious craft seen by millions of people in the skies, in the oceans, over the land — are not real. They’re not a threat. The witnesses are wrong. They’re crackpots. Don’t believe it. That changed for me. What got me hooked is the paper trail.

He explained that documents squeezed from the government “paint a much different picture than what the public, the press, and Congress have been told over many years. The documents from military and intelligence personnel, behind closed doors, admit that these things are real. They’re not fictitious. They can fly in formation, they’re evasive, and they outperform any aircraft known to exist, including ours.”

What Remains Unknown

The hearing revealed growing bipartisan frustration with what lawmakers increasingly view as deliberate obfuscation. Representative Jared Moskowitz, a Democrat from Florida, directly accused the government of lying about UAPs, stating he didn’t know what was true on the subject, but he knew that “they were definitely being lied to, without any doubt.”

The September 2025 hearing left more questions than answers. The objects described by multiple credible witnesses demonstrate capabilities that transcend known physics: instantaneous acceleration, trans-medium travel, and apparent invulnerability to conventional weapons. Whether these phenomena represent some incursion by extraterrestrial forces or something else entirely remains unclear.

However, career military personnel with nothing to gain and everything to lose are willing to testify under oath that they have witnessed something extraordinary. And that the institutional response has regularly been silence, secrecy, and — as Borland’s testimony confirms — retaliatory.

The increasing failure to diminish the influence of HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and his efforts to change the direction of healthcare has initiated a desperate wave of attacks. A recent piece in the Wall Street Journal attempts to demean his open-mindedness to alternative theories of disease. This broadside is part of the long-standing attempt by mainstream forces to control the parameters of medical thinking and debate.

Unwelcome Observations

Royal Raymond Rife peered through the lens of his unique microscope and observed a phenomenon that would challenge the foundations of biology. Working in his laboratory in San Diego during the 1930s, Rife saw bacteria transforming before his eyes, changing from familiar forms into tiny, virus-like particles, then reverting to their original states. These weren't two different organisms; they were shapeshifting with unique attributes, like a biological Jekyll and Hyde.

Rife had built a specialized device that opened up a view to this process. Using a technique he called "resonant frequency illumination," he achieved magnifications at a minimum of 17,000X while keeping specimens alive — beyond the maximum of what instruments of his era could accomplish (appx 1000X). And unlike modern electron microscopes, which isolate fixed particles in a vacuum bombarded by electrons (at 10K to 100K to view viruses), Rife’s groundbreaking instrument allowed observation of active "filterable virus forms" of bacteria. His documented work gave new insight into the categories that separate bacteria and viruses into distinct, unchanging kingdoms.

Some of these very small organisms surrounded malignant tumors, seen initially in rats and later in humans. Though Rife didn’t know the genesis of this relationship, he postulated that by destroying the virus forms, the cancer cells would diminish. He began experiments based on this hypothesis and found that when he focused specific frequencies on the tumors with a cathode generator, the pathogens were eliminated and the masses disappeared.

Working independently, Rife not only succeeded with a new methodology that surpassed current treatment standards, but it was based on research that defied his contemporaries’ views on the nature of microorganisms. Although initially hailed by the press as a triumphant breakthrough, his discoveries and success in cancer treatment faced fierce resistance from the medical establishment because he reported a microcosmic process that wasn’t supposed to exist.

Royal Rife’s work was summarily dismissed, the results of his experiments ignored, and eventually most of his spectacular microscopes were destroyed. An altruistic man who devoted himself to medical science died distraught and penniless and was relegated to the margins of history.

Although today some cancers are confirmed to be associated with bacteria and viruses, knowledge in this area remains limited by minimal funding and a focus on other causes. The immense amount of research and development into cancer treatments and drugs has not brought us any closer to knowing its root cause.

If Rife’s discoveries had been seriously considered and developed, understanding the complex relationship between microorganisms and humans would have been advanced long ago.

Suppressed Legacy And Research

Rife was not alone in advancing microbiology through unexplored realms. His work supported the findings of other pioneers who had challenged conventional biological thinking.

In the late 1800s, Antoine Béchamp, a respected French biologist, proposed that tiny particles he called "microzymas" were the basic units of life, capable of transforming into bacteria, fungi, or returning to their dormant state depending on the conditions around them. He concluded that pathogenic bacteria only thrived when the “terrain” was destabilized.

Béchamp's contemporary, the more famous Louis Pasteur, championed what became known as "germ theory" — the idea that specific microorganisms caused individual diseases. While Pasteur's research saved lives through improved sanitation, the sterile processing of food, and the development of antibiotics, his views also normalized germophobia.

Pasteur, well aware that his theories were not the foundation of a panacea, reportedly said on his deathbed that "the microbe is nothing, the terrain is everything,” suggesting he knew that environment, not just a germ, determines the course and outcome of disease.

In the early 20th century, Günther Enderlein, a German zoologist, biologist, and physician, spent decades documenting what he called "pleomorphism," the ability of microorganisms to change their form. Using advanced technology for his era, Enderlein observed bacteria cycling through multiple stages, from tiny spores to fully developed bacteria to fungal forms and back again. He proposed that disease resulted from these organisms becoming "stuck" in pathological phases due to changes in their environment.

The denial of pleomorphism explains why the nature of infectious disease has not been fully comprehended. Few scientists or doctors dare to contradict the entrenched view that invisible, destructive life forms relentlessly threaten our health. The complex relationships shaping the world of microbes remain a mystery.

Research into pleomorphism is underfunded or virtually ignored, although discoveries in biology consistently reveal several mechanisms where this dynamic morphology is confirmed:

VBNC Bacterial States: Researchers have identified "viable but non-culturable” bacterial forms that are alive but don't grow in standard laboratory conditions. These organisms might exist in transitional states that earlier researchers observed but couldn't properly document with the tools available to them. Currently, there is a general recognition that the ability of bacteria to regulate their cell wall structure is central to the understanding of pathogenic behavior.

Cell Wall Flexibility: Bacteria can lose their cell walls under stress, creating "L-forms" that look and behave very differently from their parent organisms. These L-forms are smaller, more flexible, and harder to detect; characteristics that make them appear virus-like.

Horizontal Gene Transfer: Bacteria regularly swap genetic material with each other, sometimes incorporating characteristics from entirely different species or even kingdoms of life. It is the primary means of developing antibiotic resistance, increasingly displayed by pathogenic bacteria.

Genetic Switching: Organisms can turn different sets of genes on or off in response to environmental changes, dramatically altering their appearance and behavior. This ability is a well-documented process, and most life-forms with DNA have this capability, including bacteria.

Biofilm Communities: Recent studies show that bacteria, fungi, and some viruses can form complex environments where they share resources and genetic material, potentially creating hybrid forms that blur traditional boundaries. Often, these “slimy biofilm communities” have microorganisms that exhibit dramatically different behaviors compared to when they're isolated in nature or laboratory dishes.

Definition Of A Virus: Some researchers are investigating whether viruses—long considered mere packages of genetic material — might represent a life stage of more complex organisms instead of an independent entity. The discovery of giant viruses like mimivirus, which challenge conventional definitions of viruses and blur the boundaries between viral and cellular life, supports this possibility.

Individually, these areas of research show compelling evidence that there is much more to discover, though there is little effort to connect the dots and recognize that a new general theory of disease might explain them.

Threatening The Establishment

The resistance to considering pleomorphism illustrates what philosopher Thomas Kuhn described in "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions." Kuhn professed that scientific progress doesn't happen gradually but through sudden shifts he called "paradigm changes." During normal periods, scientists work within recognized frameworks, solving puzzles and refining details. But occasionally, anomalies accumulate that can't be explained by current conventions, leading to crisis and eventually revolution.

Kuhn insisted that new ideas are rejected not because they are unproven, but because they threaten established worldviews, careers, and institutions. Breakthroughs require scientists to abandon cherished assumptions about reality and previous discoveries.

The history of science is advanced through the emergence of concepts that were first dismissed as impossible.

Just as quantum mechanics reveals that the solid, predictable world of Newtonian physics is only an approximation useful at certain scales, pleomorphism presents processes that defy the individuation insisted upon by conventional biology.

Research demonstrates that microorganisms have related functionality, representing a biological equivalent to quantum mechanics. Both dynamics reveal striking interconnectivity at levels we're only beginning to perceive.

As confirmation that our everyday experiences do not conform to the behavior of the smallest particles and life-forms, the materialistic worldview that has dominated science for centuries is challenged. The ability to see the smallest particles and life-forms has been a distraction from recognizing how they are part of a greater whole. Our limitations in observation have blurred reality.

Some of the greatest thinkers have posited that life can be viewed as a unified field of potential energy, constantly morphing in response to a combination of influences. There is recognition that we are not isolated mechanical beings. Evidence is growing that humans are an integral, dynamic component of a biosphere, intimately connected to all life through seemingly invisible networks.

Revolutionary Implications

There is no explanation for why some people remain healthy despite exposure to pathogens, while others fall ill in apparently clean environments. Acute and chronic diseases often involve complex, changing symptoms that don't fit neat diagnostic categories. Pleomorphism also illustrates an underlying process that accounts for much of what is not understood about physiology.

Instead of viewing infections as invasions by foreign organisms, an imbalance in our internal ecosystem causes our symbiotic partners to shift into pathological forms.

The smallest life forms are much more interdependent than the accepted divisions outlined by mainstream biology. However, reasonable theories and alternative therapies continue to be marginalized by modern medicine. A dogmatic view of germ theory remains the accepted standard; disease is caused by minute enemies that must be attacked.

Considering antibiotic resistance, vaccine damage, and the increase in chronic illness, the war on germs is proving self-destructive. Human activity over the last 2,500 years demonstrates a growing emphasis on materialism, increasingly overshadowing the awe and wonder of our world and existence. Even when philosophy and the arts flourish, the most powerful kingdoms and countries expand and plunder with unbounded materialism and self-righteousness. Ensuing hostility has been fueled by ignorant and selfish greed, justified by politics that feign wisdom without foundation.

Historical exceptions to this pattern, where countries were founded on higher ideals, have been subverted into the more dominant trend of prioritizing fortune and physical dominance. The twisted logic of extreme nationalism is severely warped; powerful political interests are able to pour the wealth of their populations into military expenditures and apply warfare as a means of diplomacy.

The dysfunctional state of humanity is no secret, although most feel helpless to change the currents and tides of outrageous behavior. Aggressive forces surrounding us relentlessly shape our opinions and lives by determining the things we need — insisting on how to procure them.

Enemies are defined and targeted; we blindly obey conventions, allowing aggression and forever wars.

The reasonable basics for a happy existence are obscured by a barrage of twisted logic and imminent threats. Imaginary boundaries enforced by economic interests determine our identity. Blame is projected on adversaries, and soldiers are sacrificed or mutilated in the name of patriotism. This same insane superstructure generates precisely guided missiles and pilotless drones, bringing death and destruction from all directions in the oft-abused name of defense.

In this vacuum of rationality, the rise of so-called Artificial Intelligence reveals a lack of sound existential directives. Rather than spiritual knowledge, the blessings of experience, or universal ethical principles guiding the course of history, computers and programs with the highest levels of complexity are given license to lead us into the future.

Their unbounded, unrestrained growth is symptomatic of the disastrous consequences of an entrenched belief that existence is definable by what can be calculated and expressed digitally. Information guiding the development of computation purports to be objective, yet there is rarely debate on what the priorities should be relative to the problems we face.

Whether impacted and directed by the gargantuan servers in the cloud or by our own electronic devices, this overt pattern of denying all other aspects of existence becomes more apparent as our entanglement with technology increases.

The use of the most advanced computers is far from neutral, and they have penetrated most systems. Their data is generated and infused with the same bias and ignorance that has driven the interactions of a planet steeped in divisive, hostile activity with minimal creative direction.

The primary incentive for the development of technology has never been about peace or the improvement of life. High-tech advancements were initiated with military priorities and funding. As computerization makes a greater impact, the unfolding degradation becomes more apparent.

The disaster of this catastrophic materialistic framing of reality is now plainly before us, manifesting dramatically in the transition to AI-infused information, AI-driven arts and sciences, and AI drone and robotic warfare.

A stark underlying disorder is encapsulated with the single greatest fear about what AI might engender: an out-of-control super-computer capable of turning against mankind.

This self-destructive projection is transparent.

An unleashed, all-powerful computer, armed with humanity’s deluded perspective, is as dangerous as any nuclear weapon. This dreaded outcome has been engendered unconsciously by those who build the structures and applications, believing their role is to further a distorted concept of progress. Just as atomic weapons can only temporarily act as a deterrent, AI in its current form can only cement the downfall of civilization.

AI’s rise represents the ultimate domination over the subtleties of cognition, the rejection of common sense, the belittlement of intuition, and the repression of romanticism.

The transparent flaw in defining reality by mathematical evaluation has become accepted and dominant. This has manifested in a deluded planet that has lost its course in the pursuit of a creative prime directive.

The development and use of Artificial Intelligence for what is truly important is the only course change that will save us. The challenge of ensuring adequate, healthy food and comfortable, nurturing shelter for everyone on the planet will be accomplished if the energy and wealth applied to hostility were eliminated.

Humanity’s transcendence can not be founded on technology alone.

At a recent family gathering, I sat at the dinner table with a group of loved ones for the first time since the COVID-19 fiasco. Most of the cheerful discussion focused on the spectacular event of the week; my mother’s 100th birthday.

I was the only person at the table who hadn’t had any form of flu for many years, while all of the guests had been ill to one degree or another. Almost everyone had tested positive for COVID at least once over the last few years with accompanying flu symptoms. Although no one in my family was hospitalized or died during the so-called pandemic, they all had been vaccinated repeatedly. As far as I know, my wife and I were the only ones in our families who didn’t get any COVID shot and I haven’t been inoculated for anything in the last seventy years.

On this happy occasion, the fear, masks, lockdowns, and accusations of the recent past had been mostly forgotten. It was not because the signs and symptoms of the disease had ended, nor that the call for vaccination or testing had been silenced. No one understood why they were still occasionally feeling unwell, with some continuing to report they’d been diagnosed with COVID.

My view of healthcare has always been outside of the box, having practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine for many decades. I’d worked closely with medical doctors in treating some of their patients and also served as the chief medical officer of a volunteer fire department, appreciating life-saving emergency procedures of modern biomedicine. Through a range of experiences, I gained some knowledge of the causes and cures for suffering and illness.

Before the COVID fiasco, my alternative approach to illness had been respected; I’d shared my knowledge with whoever might ask. My medical perspective was no secret from friends and family. When my daughters were young, they weren’t vaccinated as there were no threats of deadly or debilitating diseases. This was in a place and time when vaccination for infants could be considered and refused; not done by rote. There was reasonable dialogue about the topic — and non-compliance certainly did not elicit threats of excommunication.

As the specter of a pandemic arose, my opinion about vaccination became dangerous and irrelevant.

From the outset, it was apparent that the claimed benefits of the new vaccines did not outweigh their risks. I openly said and wrote that the technology remained untested — though never advised anyone to refrain from inoculation — only counseling those who listened to remain fully informed.

It wasn’t complicated. Using genetic-based technology in developing a new drug that attempted to manipulate the magnificent complexity of the human immune system was at a minimum, a gamble. As easily demonstrated, this new technology embraced the bold assumption that human design was flawed and could be improved. It was premature to declare that this experimental treatment was safe and effective. We still don’t know the actual long-term effects — particularly over generations.

This simple and logical evaluation was considered preposterous by those who responded to the seemingly new disease with unbridled fear. The danger of the COVID flu was deemed sufficient to quell all reasonable responses about the risks of the vaccines. Suddenly, there was an eclipse of medical autonomy, and debate was scorned. The actions and motives of corrupted government agencies and their profit-oriented allies in Big Pharma were blessed by devious leaders, who deemed them altruistic and unquestionable.

This atmosphere, developed and enforced in a haze of authoritarian dictates, created an unprecedented climate of hostility that infected all relationships. Because of my views and unvaccinated status, I rapidly became a pariah to my family.

Early on, when the fear tactics were in high gear, my cousin, who is an attorney involved in healthcare issues, sent a blistering email, condemning one of my first articles skewering the pandemic response. He left no room for dialogue and writing, it is the height of irresponsibility to add to the disinformation that is everywhere about the COVID Vaccine. He concluded…

I am really upset that you have chosen to use your talents and thoughtful manner to give credence to the kind of wrongheaded rhetoric and conspiracy theories that feed the mass hysteria over accepting the reality that if we are to beat this pandemic, we need to not just take the vaccine if we want to, but take it on a societal level whether certain individuals want to or not. Your call for “transparency” just further feeds a certain, huge segment of the populations’ belief that they know better than the experts on this issue. They do not. You do not. I do not. But every reputable researcher and medical professional who has reviewed this data agree – it is safe, it is effective, and it is critical.

The venom exuded in response to my unwillingness to join in the mass delusion supporting vaccination was palpable. My crime was unforgivable.

Although we had been very close, all contact ended. However, it was not his unconscious, misdirected anger that troubled me, rather that he shared his views and wrath with my daughters, supporting their inclination to distance themselves from me because of my independent views. This wound with my cousin may never heal.

My mother, who had cordially disagreed with me on vaccination, balanced his bias with sound advice to her granddaughters. She urged them not to be harsh; suggesting that whatever differences they see, these were not worthy of destroying their relationship with their father. Thanks to her wise counsel, the love my daughters and I share has survived.

This and similar events had been left smoldering. In the Spring of 2025 at this happy gathering celebrating my mom’s longevity, to my surprise, the topic turned to COVID. (My cousin was not there). Conversation comprised mostly of personal accounts of suffering and confessions of a lack of understanding of why the virus persisted.

My sister said she’d attended a lecture at a local college on the history of the social reactions to mass infection. She described the common human behaviors during past epidemics and pandemics, including how scapegoating was a dominant and destructive response.

Managing to remain quiet until all had acknowledged these horrors of the past, I spoke up, voicing a simple question; Did the recent COVID pandemic fit this pattern?

Of course, was the answer.

I innocently replied, And what group was reproached and attacked for causing the COVID pandemic?

There was a considered pause, and then everyone agreed, it was the Chinese.

With certainty I said, There were questions about whether an animal market or a lab leak was the initiating cause, but the Chinese as a culture or a nation were never blamed. Wasn’t there another group who became the scapegoats?

No one seemed to be willing to consider this inquiry, and I was pressed to say who I believed was targeted.

The vast majority of health professionals, public figures, including actors and business leaders, government medical agencies and the entire administration stood behind the President of the United States who openly declared that this was a pandemic of the unvaccinated. The press echoed this vicious attack. A majority of Americans did not object to this belligerent contrivance, but there was never any evidence that the unvaccinated had caused or exacerbated the pandemic. Wasn’t this overt and classic scapegoating?

There was dead silence at the table. I expected some defense of my assessment, but there was none. Then suddenly my brother (who had been vaccinated and had been ill a few times) spoke up loudly and emotionally, almost in tears, saying, I don’t want to hear any more about COVID — it has caused enough pain and suffering — and we should stop talking about it.

As he was trembling with emotion, I gently suggested that he leave the table and he did. His explosive declaration ended any conversation about the topic — there was no further response to my contention; I didn’t push it further.

My brother soon returned and unnecessarily apologized for his outburst. Though seemingly irrational, it was a direct response to my assertion — he had processed it as best he could. No one else had responded to my suggestion that they had participated in scapegoating the unvaccinated; he failed to recognize his ethical transgression, though at least had expressed some emotion.

It became apparent that historical atrocities are much easier to recognize than more recent iniquities. Few have admitted that ignorance, anger, and the demeaning of innocent people in response to COVID was an egregious, unfounded violation of human rights.

Those who sat with me at this table — and millions of others — have not considered the eclipse of their compassion and rationality. Few people can confess to having been manipulated into indefensible, loathsome conduct. They would have to see their similarity with those in past pandemics, who had projected blame and abused innocents for the suffering they were feeling. It takes a brave soul to admit that their emptiness and desperation caused them to display venom, disdain, and violence.

Because of the unwillingness to face the truth, the unrecognized pain and tears of those who questioned or refused mass vaccination remain unhealed, continuing a climate where repressive tactics and regimes are tolerated.

No matter how much information about the abuses of powerful forces during the pandemic, no matter how much data supports the dangers of the COVID response, no matter how much is learned about the deviant behavior of leadership and government agencies; the unvaccinated have yet to be vindicated.

Self-serving, unconscious attitudes continue to dominate; confirming human nature has not evolved since the plagues of the Dark Ages. In times of difficulty and stress — it remains more convenient and simpler to find others at fault — rather than perceive our failures.

On November 22nd, 1963, the actions and orders of the defendant in this matter, Lyndon B. Johnson, culminated in the assassination of John F. Kennedy, ensuring Johnson would become the President of the United States.

We are confident you will return a guilty verdict at the conclusion of this historic case after you have heard all of the evidence.

Vice President Johnson’s motives could not be any more apparent. He had been sidelined by John Kennedy and humiliated by his brother and Attorney General, Robert Kennedy. About to be ejected from the administration because of previous nefarious activities, including larceny and murder, Johnson knew his presidential aspirations were about to be crushed. His political career was doomed as he faced probable jail time.

The death of his nemesis meant he would immediately attain the highest office in the land. Johnson knew that with his ascent to the presidency, all ongoing investigations revealing his corrupt activities would cease, both by Congress and the press. Indeed, the public execution of John F. Kennedy solved all of Johnson’s immediate problems.

We will make absolutely clear that Johnson not only had the motivation, means, and opportunity to organize this deadly crime but also demonstrate how he used his influence and immense power to ensure that no thorough investigation would ever reveal the truth. His insistence from the day of the murder that a lone crazed killer was responsible for shooting Kennedy, was the foundation for obfuscating his central role in the crime.

This fabricated cover story is far from the truth of what unfolded. You will see clearly that Johnson’s involvement was neither tangential nor theoretical. The prosecution will present a chronology demonstrating that Lyndon Johnson was the ringleader of a most despicable conspiracy.

The trial of Lyndon Johnson will uncover key relationships kept from scrutiny by most Americans for decades. When an initial attempt to eliminate the alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, failed, Johnson called on his co-conspirators in organized crime to kill him while in custody. There is undeniable evidence that Johnson had close relationships with top mob figures and also that he knew Oswald’s murderer personally.

When former President Nixon saw the news that Jack Ruby had killed Lee Harvey Oswald, he immediately recognized Ruby as a man who Lyndon Johnson had identified as a reliable asset within organized crime. In startling defiance of the falsified narrative about a loner who killed Kennedy, other witnesses had seen Ruby and Oswald together in the days prior to the assassination.

The prosecution will reveal details of the plot that clarify the actual roles of these two men.

We will present incontrovertible proof that Johnson was in charge of every detail of the assassination and its cover-up. Oswald, after being shot by Ruby while in police custody, was bleeding internally and unconscious in a Dallas hospital. In a revelatory moment during the first days of his presidency, Johnson phoned the operating room demanding that the supervising physician extract a confession of guilt from the dying, alleged assassin. Within the context of his other actions, you must consider that the new President was relentless in his intervention, revealing a desperate effort to end any inquiry into the details of Kennedy’s murder.

Contradicting the facade erected by Johnson to distance himself and his collaborators from the assassination, the prosecution will shed a bright light on a cabal of disaffected U.S. government operatives and agencies, powerful members of organized crime, and corrupt businessmen who conspired along with him to kill the President and forever hide the truth.

The evidence of government collusion is overwhelming. Violations of Secret Service protocol on the day of the assassination are indicative of an omnipotent master manipulating events that allowed Kennedy to be killed.

Only one person was capable of initiating, leading, and stopping an investigation into the crime of the century.

Though he should be the most likely suspect, Lyndon Johnson ensured that a Presidential Panel he selected, dubbed the Warren Commission rather than the Johnson Commission, was the only body he allowed to investigate the crime. Compromised cronies were chosen and leveraged to create a massive cover-up, limiting the investigation within strict boundaries.

Most strikingly, the group included Allan Dulles, who Kennedy had fired as CIA director. Dulles considered Kennedy a despicable enemy and was Johnson’s most loyal ally in manipulating the outcome of the report which simply confirmed the guilt of a lone assassin. Dulles guaranteed the success of the true mandate of the commission — ensuring that the public never learned the truth.

The prosecution will demonstrate how anyone who might have provided first-hand observations or testimony leading to an uncontestable conclusion that a high-level conspiracy was responsible for Kennedy’s murder, was marginalized or defamed. A statistically impossible number of witnesses were eliminated under the pretense of a sudden deadly illness or suicide.

You will wonder how local or federal law enforcement could be compromised so deeply that they would tolerate the killing of a President and its consequences. We will expose how the Texas oil magnates and agricultural barons who supported Johnson had deep ties and control over the Dallas Police Department. The prosecution will also present details of the collaboration of Johnson and FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover in quashing any inquiries that defied the Warren Commission. Additionally, accounts of CIA officers confirm a segment of the agency was directly involved in the murder.

In subsequent investigations over the next decades, including a Congressional inquiry, the executive branch feigned cooperation while continuing to limit any information that might implicate Johnson’s complicity in the killing of the President. In the months leading up to the hearings of the House Select Committee on Assassination in 1977, witnesses disappeared or died under overtly suspicious circumstances, including several organized crime informants who knew of Jack Ruby’s relationships and true motives and six high-level FBI executives with knowledge of Hoover’s participation in Johnson’s tremendous efforts to hide the details of the Director’s criminality.

We will demonstrate and explain how Johnson was central to both the murder and its concealment and reveal the methods and criminals involved. You will see how the Kennedy assassination fits into a pattern of Johnson’s machinations over decades, supported by criminal activities since he entered politics.

In this trial, you will find out that the most important pieces of physical and circumstantial evidence linking Johnson to the events of November 22nd, 1963, have been lost, minimized, or intentionally kept from the public.

Yet even with the continuing effort to deter from discovering the truth, there is sufficient evidence to convict Lyndon Johnson without any reasonable doubt.

We will show how the rifle that was allegedly used to shoot Kennedy had doubtful accuracy and was handled with an inept chain of custody. The ability of anyone to fire a minimum of four shots from the weapon has always been in doubt. The insistence that a single shooter had fired only three shots from the Dallas Book Depository came directly from the Johnson White House.

We will prove that one Malcolm Wallace had been Johnson’s hatchet man in deaths that furthered the political career of the ruthless Texas politician. Wallace had received government positions at Johnson’s behest despite being a convicted murderer who was represented by Johnson’s attorney. Some homicides that benefitted or protected Johnson have been directly tied to Wallace.

In what should have been the most revealing clue for investigators, the only latent fingerprint found on the 6th floor of the Dallas book depository claimed to be the sniper’s nest, belonged to Malcolm Wallace. This critical information has been ignored until this trial.

A key piece of evidence you will evaluate is the handling of the corpse of President Kennedy. The body was rapidly and illegally taken from Dallas without a proper autopsy. With guns drawn, the Secret Service removed the casket, bringing it to Air Force One. Johnson, knowing the importance of controlling what was revealed about the president’s wounds, had insisted the body accompany him to Washington.

An autopsy at Bethesda Naval Hospital was staged to confirm that the shots that killed President Kennedy came from the book depository. Non-medical, military authorities, demanded that pathologists conclude that the bullets entered from behind. Visual inspection of photos, first-hand witnesses, and the reports of doctors who attended him in Dallas, all confirm that the shot that killed JFK came from in front of him. Despite testimony and facts to the contrary, Johnson and his co-conspirators in Washington ensured that only shots from behind were considered by his commission and any contradictory information was deemed conspiracy theory.

Each release of law enforcement documentation from before, during, or after the events of November 22, 1963, confirms that anything supporting the truth of what occurred in Dallas has been destroyed and certainly never existed on paper. Every dump of JFK assassination records is a testament to this continuing repression, with the release of an unprecedented amount of unrelated material and bureaucratic correspondence.

As you process the huge amount of material condemning Johnson as the benefactor and engineer of this heinous crime, it is important to consider the horrific damage initiated by the JFK assassination. After his cold-hearted ascent to power, Johnson continued to ruthlessly cause unnecessary deaths and life-altering injuries sustained by hundreds of thousands in the Vietnam War, an outcome that the Kennedy administration would not have tolerated.

To keep you from considering the broad devastation caused by Johnson, the defense will continue to repeat the unsubstantiated false allegation of a lone assassin’s responsibility for the death of President Kennedy.

Despite the mountain of information and testimony confirming that co-conspirators in organized crime and the intelligence community were involved in the assassination and cover-up, Lee Harvey Oswald’s independent guilt is the bedrock of Johnson’s defense. Yet Oswald’s background and demeanor are not that of a disgruntled loner, but rather a sophisticated government asset, who given a brief opportunity to speak in detention, declared himself a patsy.

Although Oswald’s service in the Marine Corps, relationships with high-level intelligence controllers, and activities before the assassination directly contradict his depiction as a lone nut, government files released to date reflect the continued attempt to minimize and cloud his status as a key covert operative for the CIA.

The prosecution will demonstrate that Oswald was a patriot who did not fire the rifle found on the 6th floor of the Dallas Book Depository, but rather that he was manipulated into believing he was honorably protecting the president.

Lyndon Johnson’s defenders will embrace and apply his bold deflective tactics, denying any consideration of the obvious and limiting the boundaries of inquiry. They will ignore the prima facie evidence that Johnson was at the epicenter of the Kennedy assassination and distract from the immensity of effort that he applied to cover his guilt.

We ask you to recognize and reject this blatant, tired ruse in considering the facts. The plot to kill President Kennedy becomes ever more transparent as the benefactors of an assassination culture continue to thrive in an environment where threats, blackmail, and murder to attain personal wealth and power, are standard operating procedures.

Only a jury of honest open-eyed Americans can find Lyndon Johnson guilty of murdering John F. Kennedy. This verdict will give impetus to an era where unchecked criminal enterprise in the guise of ultra-nationalism and political necessity in defiance of all ethical boundaries are no longer tolerated.

As America looks in the mirror to gauge its vitality, the degree of deterioration of our well-being presents a shocking reflection.

The acute and chronic conditions that plague us are not unique to the United States. However, the proportion of those afflicted with life-altering debilitating conditions is substantially higher than in other developed countries. Our health and happiness have been degrading for decades and a renewed consideration of the origins of this decline is overdue.

There has never been a culture or country without suffering, and the causes of illness have been considered and debated throughout human civilization. Expansive commentaries of the past on the cause of disease have been dismissed in the modern era as obsolete. Contemporary medical theories recklessly present a superficial response to the dramatic deterioration of the ability to maintain homeostasis within our environment.

The materialistic, scientific standard that deems reality as definable only within a range of technical observations and microscopic examination reveals an extremely narrow, self-imposed limitation. This dogmatic and restrictive approach to illness has little value in comparison to the historically proven traditional medical and spiritual views on the causes of disease and suffering.

The most sensible and time-honored analysis recognizes that our well-being has a multifaceted range of causalities, with an illness having no one cause. There are instances when a unique treatment, medicine, or herb will catalyze relief of acute symptoms, and even prevent death, although a permanent reversal of most conditions is rarely initiated by a single remedy.

A cursory approach ignores the deeper causes of our societal malady and needs examination. In addition to an evaluation of the superficial current medical tenets, making America healthy requires a paradigm shift.

There has been little effort to understand the roots of our malaise and minimal encouragement for individuals to develop with stable foundations. Nurturing willpower and self-control are considered indulgences of athletes and warriors. Leaders, doctors, and teachers are not actively disseminating the perennial knowledge that health is our greatest wealth.

While in the depths of suffering, it is difficult for anyone to consider this wider perspective. For those who are ill, it is understandable that they prioritize looking for relief from symptoms. The role of modern doctors has devolved into obliging this instinct and ignoring the wider picture; often admitting to not knowing the causes of illness, while continuing to prescribe pharmaceuticals that suppress symptoms and do more harm.

Physicians are trained to deconstruct the subtleties of individuality, and narrowly assign named conditions to patients, virtually ignoring the differences that support autonomy. Lifestyle, dietary, or emotional factors influencing vigor are at best an afterthought — and more often deemed fringe. Despite a recognition of the vast complexities of human physiology and immunology, a two-dimensional germ theory continues to dominate the diagnosis and treatment of contagious diseases.

While the medical community remains in denial of the central causes of dysfunction, most people recognize that our culture has become immersed in a toxic soup of combined destructive influences.

The range and degree of health disorders attributable to the overt factors of environmental pollution, poisonous drugs and additives, nutritional deficiencies, and stressful dynamics are important considerations. Yet there can be no realistic solutions without understanding what has allowed these rampant influences to go unchecked.

Citizens have been reduced to consumers; even as they attempt to secure healthcare. The U.S. is one of the few countries where advertising pharmaceuticals is tolerated.

The fitness and strength of Americans will certainly not be improved by dispensing more drugs and increasing medical intervention. The freedom to shop and the right to sell have overtaken sensible decision-making that supports the development of a bountiful civilization.

Using medicines with more risks than benefits, promoting foods empty of nutrition, and allowing poisons in the atmosphere are all symptomatic practices of a nation that has lost the noble principles enshrined in its foundation.

Profit-oriented incentives have trampled the primary human instincts that maximize a buoyant spirit. Without an ethical compass or means of divining what is truly healthy, it is no wonder Americans have accepted low standards for realizing fruitful, meaningful lives.

Replacing harmful, embedded practices with innovative, beneficial protocols is at the heart of today’s challenge. And this can only happen with a powerful shift from the dominant repressive model.

Our country’s well-being is grounded in an inspired and encouraged citizenry. A society that is dominated by material concerns and possessive wealth will be much sicker than a nation that understands the importance of joyful activity, unconditional compassion, and unlimited creativity.

For a renewal of good health, the continued vitality of the people of the United States is dependent upon unwavering priorities that support life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

In the latest propaganda ploy to impact the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as HHS Secretary, the Committee to Protect Healthcare gathered roughly 17,000 signatures from physicians. In a letter distributed to the press, Mr. Kennedy was baselessly described as dangerous. The signatories represent under .1% of the 6 million healthcare professionals in the country.

According to Statista, a global data platform, “As of May 2024, the total number of professionally active physicians in the United States amounted to 1,109,460 physicians.” Deducting the 17,000 who signed the petition leaves 1,094,460 physicians who have not indicated whether or not they might support RFK Jr. as Health Secretary.

Considering the recent Presidential election results and medical practitioners' dissatisfaction with the state of healthcare in the United States, hundreds of thousands of physicians are undoubtedly in favor of Mr. Kennedy’s nomination.

Many doctors are supportive of his plans to improve oversight of healthcare. Additionally, there are 4 million nurses in the country who witness first-hand the ongoing results of mismanagement of drugs and over-medication — and a vast majority certainly would welcome new leadership.

Another key group has not been polled on the Kennedy nomination.

Over one-third of Americans seek care from 500,000 alternative, functional, and traditional doctors who often see patients who have suffered the abuses of the current healthcare system. These medical professional’s opinions must be taken into account when considering who will lead HHS.

The current climate where Big Pharma exerts huge influence over healthcare directly and through various medical associations is intimidating to all caregivers. Those who defy conventional medical wisdom, question the application of a drug, or challenge vaccine protocols are humiliated and ostracized. Few are brave enough to openly endorse a major change to a system where defying the organized criminal enterprise that has engineered a corporate dominance of pharmacology — is a risk to their livelihoods.

Yet the sentiment of millions of healthcare workers who want change is palpable — and those claiming to support the industry’s status quo are suspect.

The 17,000 physicians who signed the letter condemning Kennedy are not only an insignificant number, there are additional grounds to reject their plea. The organization that generated the letter and gathered signatures — the Committee to Protect Healthcare — has duplicitous motives and controversial funding.

Their financing and directives come primarily from the Sixteen Thirty Fund, whose political dark money has been used to lobby against Mr. Kennedy and in various nefarious activities attempting to boost their preferred policies and candidates.

Although not required to reveal where funds come from, just four donors accounted for close to two-thirds of Sixteen Thirty Fund’s revenues last year, according to its tax filing. One donor gave the group a whopping $50.5 million, while others wrote checks for $31.4 million, $21.8 million, and $13.6 million.

No one makes a major contribution to the Sixteen Thirty Fund without the expectation that the organization will serve their interests. Millions are applied to political dirty tricks and smear campaigns with the knowledge and behest of funders.

Billionaire George Soros has admitted to giving substantially to the Sixteen Thirty Fund. He covertly funded the Committee to Protect Healthcare’s letter claiming that RFK Jr. would be a disastrous choice for HHS Secretary.

Soros’s donations are motivated by something other than altruistic concerns about the health of Americans.

Soros Fund Management is heavily invested in Big Pharma, recently increasing its stake in AstraZeneca, holding over $200 million worth of shares. This dwarfs his $24.5 million stake in Merck & Co. and $19.2 million in Eli Lilly & Co. These investments are deeply threatened by the possibility of a revamped HHS department under Mr. Kennedy that would exert greater scrutiny over the drug industry.

The financial influence of pharmaceutical investors in Washington is increasing as the new administration appears ready to make major changes to oversight. Unsurprisingly, their hostile effort to reject RFK Jr. as HHS Secretary is a central, critical task, as he has threatened to put the health of Americans before profits.

The ranting and hysterics of a small group of physicians are a front for the vested interests of powerful oligarchs. Senators with open eyes and minds will recognize these desperate measures and confirm Mr. Kennedy’s nomination.

In an unprecedented act of clemency, President Joe Biden issued the broadest possible pardon to himself for all federal crimes committed before, during, and after his term in office.

Although Biden insisted he had never broken the law, he claimed opposing politicians wanted to punish him for his administration's successes and that no one else cared about protecting him.

After signing the pardon Biden said, “I got Hunter off Scott-free, so why should I have to deal with this crap anymore? The Big Guy needs to take care of himself.”

Most legal scholars from around the country responded with confusion; no President had ever attempted to put himself above the law by using his constitutionally granted power of clemency.

Noah Itall, a Harvard University Law School senior professor, said, “The Constitution is very clear. Except for impeachment, there is no limit to the rights of the executive in the realm of pardons for Federal crimes. And in this divisive political climate, Biden must protect himself however he can.”

A President’s power to pardon himself has never been tested legally. A spokesperson for the Supreme Court confirmed that the case will be heard by the Justices.

A legal advisor to President Trump, who asked for his name to be withheld, commented, “The founding fathers gave the President some of the powers of a King. They enshrined the ability to grant pardons without limitation as a means to eliminate judicial abuse no matter where it occurs. Don’t be surprised when the Supreme Court confirms that a self-pardon is constitutional.”

Several legal pundits have asserted that Biden’s self-pardon was issued as a clever maneuver because President Trump might attempt the same action. The Court would have to recognize that whatever their decision, it will apply to both Presidents.

This analysis has been rejected by Administration sources. A cabinet member claimed that since he was removed from the Presidential race, Biden’s actions have been increasingly irrational and unpredictable.

Some of the President’s closest aides have confidentially shared that he is out of touch with reality and that the self-pardon was among many non-sensical orders he has been issuing. Multiple accounts described how he attempted to enact a decree that would have mandated an unlimited supply of free chocolate chip ice cream for former U.S. Presidents.

His erratic behavior has not been limited to extending his executive powers to their limits.

In a recent incident, Biden was missing in the middle of the night and was soon found in the White House basement eating through a gallon of ice cream. The president refused to return to his bedroom until a Secret Service agent agreed to tell him his favorite story about driving a Corvette to the beach.

Despite Biden’s alleged unstable condition, additional pardons are also under consideration, including those for Hillary Clinton, Anthony Fauci, and Liz Cheney. According to a highly-placed White House source, these have been delayed because Biden has insisted he won’t sign them without adding post-humous pardons for Benedict Arnold, Al Capone, and Osama Bin Laden.

When asked about his self-pardon by a reporter at a holiday event, Biden shouted, “Ever since this campaign of the unvaccinated, I’ve been holding the country together because no one else seems interested in our future. So I’m going to give pardons for a price, including clemency to any anti-vaxxer who gets the jab and blanket protection for my friends in Big Pharma for poisoning everyone. I believe we are all equal under the law, and dammit, if I want to, I’ll give Donald Trump a full pardon for winning the election.”

When the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Health and Human Services Secretary comes before the Senate, the specter of the Samoan measles outbreak of 2019 will dramatically be invoked to challenge him. Kennedy’s critics have repeatedly relied on this topic, citing stories that claim he was responsible for an epidemic in 2019 that caused at least 83 children to die due to vaccine hesitancy. In recent articles, reporters quote previous news coverage relying on unsubstantiated and minimal data to justify their analysis.

These stories repeat dubious assertions, fail to discuss analyses of the circulating viral strain and the vaccinations that immediately preceded many of the cases, and dismiss Kennedy’s considered support of healthcare in Samoa. He had assisted the Samoan government in developing a system for health officials to assess the efficacy and safety of medical interventions or drugs, including vaccines.

In November 2019, while the deaths of Samoan children were rapidly increasing during a measles outbreak, Kennedy received a request from health activists. He wrote a comprehensive letter to the Samoan Prime Minister, presenting some possible causes of the unprecedented, virulent outbreak of measles. His concerns and analysis of the epidemic in Samoa highlight striking anomalies that were apparent to a few investigators at the time, although they remain unexplained.

The most convenient and generally accepted explanations of the outbreak claim the epidemic was the result of vaccine hesitancy, causing the population to be under-vaccinated. Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccination rates were reportedly low due to the deaths of two infants given improperly formulated injections in Samoa a year earlier.

Any considered analysis of the accessible facts soundly contradicts the conjecture that the high death count was related to low vaccination rates. News coverage continues to rely on a UNICEF report estimating the vaccination rate of one-year-olds was as low as 31% as the epidemic started. However, the Samoan Government Health Ministry reported (p. 9) in June 2019 — three months before the measles outbreak began — that 80% of 12-month-old babies had received the MMR vaccine.

In past measles epidemics, dying children were often malnourished or immunocompromised. No deaths from measles have occurred in the U.S. in the last five years. From October through December of 2019, 1.5% of Samoan children with the disease died — over one in a hundred — at a minimum, tenfold more deaths than any previous outbreak in recent years. No accounting for this overt statistical deviance has been published.

Despite the presumptions of those who attack Kennedy, there was never any investigation into any aspect of this baffling tragedy. Edwin Tamasese, a Samoan health advocate who questioned his government’s policies during the outbreak, gave Kennedy some insight into what was happening.

Tamasese was concerned about the number of sick and dying Samoan children and began to assist families whose children were severely ill. He and his colleagues encountered facts that contradicted the government’s narrative.

While the press condemned him as an anti-vaxxer, Tamasese’s interventions and observations are revelatory. In an interview after the outbreak subsided, he said, “We were very careful to take statistics when we were going in to try to identify trends. When we assessed our numbers, 98 percent of those who were getting ill had been vaccinated consistently six to seven days prior to illness. The excuse was that the vaccine did not have time to become effective. However, according to an immunologist on the team, the six to seven-day period was also the length of time it would take an under-attenuated vaccine to make the recipient sick.”

The MMR vaccine is a live, attenuated vaccine that contains weakened live strains of measles, mumps, and rubella (German measles).

Doctors in hospitals reported that the very ill and dying children did not have symptoms consistent with normal cases of measles. When the outbreak began, blood from the first thirty-nine cases had been sent to Australia; only seven samples were positive for measles.

The government stopped testing to confirm the cause of these deaths in early November 2019. Without scientific confirmation, illness and mortality were attributed to low immunization rates. Samoan health authorities continued to claim that the only remedy for the deadly epidemic was a drive to increase vaccination, however, the campaign seemed to be associated with an increase in the number of measles cases.

Neighboring Pacific island countries, Tonga and Fiji, which had concurrent outbreaks of the virus — and were using a different measles vaccine — did not suffer the same dramatic mortality rates. This should have raised concerns, yet there hasn’t been an inquiry into whether there was a problem with the initial vaccine batch, nor why the Samoan government switched vaccine sourcing from India to Belgium mid-way through the crisis.

A renewed effort to vaccinate with this supply of vaccine began in the first week of December 2019; it was hailed as the reason the outbreak subsided. It takes about 10 days after receiving a measles vaccine to mount a sufficient immune response. Yet cases dropped dramatically two weeks before this vaccination drive could have had any effect. No one has explained this curious fact.

The Samoan government never acknowledged this information; instead, its efforts focused on promoting the vaccine and silencing those questioning authority.

With Samoan officials and the press deriding his work and views, Tamasese was arrested and charged with incitement of a government order and treating children without a license. Although this was deemed appropriate by the international news media as they echoed the government’s praise of the vaccine, reporters again failed to address the questions raised by the outbreak.

The prosecution’s primary witness against Tamasese was a nurse whose child had measles. He had suggested that administering vitamins A and C could be helpful — and standard medical treatment for measles patients. She had taken his advice and admitted that her child recovered soon afterward.

Tamasese reported that when the nurse left the courtroom, the judge, in throwing out the case, said, “That witness may as well have represented the accused.” The news media was relatively silent when all charges against him were dismissed.

While worldwide attention on Samoa ignored dramatic inconsistencies, Kennedy was one of the few people who asked detailed and important questions about the outbreak. He was rightly concerned that the epidemic may have had other causes. His views were marginalized and suppressed; it was easier and politically correct to blame the tragedy on low rates of vaccination.

The relatively few details known about the Samoan measles outbreak indicate that forces intent on presenting vaccines as an infallible, unquestionable remedy, will not tolerate scrutiny or admit failures. This continuing tactic is applied internationally and is enthusiastically supported by most governments and the press.

Analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic has only recently vindicated those who were scorned for questioning the response. The parallels to the unfolding of the epidemic in Samoa are not obscure, and support Kennedy’s contention that vaccine development, manufacturing, and application need much more effective evaluation and monitoring to prevent complications and death.

When the US government assures the public that any vaccine or medication is safe and effective, this must come from an independent, thorough, and transparent process, rather than relying only on data produced by the manufacturers.

The current criticisms of Kennedy try to make him look dangerously ignorant and irresponsible to sway members of the Senate. Much to the chagrin of those who vilify him, his efforts to understand and assist in the Samoan measles outbreak exemplify his thoughtfulness and capabilities.

RFK Jr. is at the forefront of healthcare oversight; his confirmation as HHS Secretary will ensure that Americans benefit from his experience and knowledge.

Despite the huge amount of appropriated funds and the strenuous efforts of many individuals working in healthcare, Americans have increasingly suffered from a range of acute and chronic conditions over recent decades. As an influential member of the Trump administration, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will have the opportunity to begin a reversal of this trend. He is developing plans to revamp the Federal agencies that regulate the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Mr. Kennedy has presented incontrovertible data about the state of our health. He says the first step towards change is reforming policies and restoring compromised government oversight.   

It will take a concerted effort to convert a system that has allowed an array of degrading health conditions and an avalanche of human suffering. The statistics compiled by reliable scientific sources reveal details of this staggering crisis.

~ Six out of ten adults in America are living with a chronic illness. Seventy-four percent of American adults are overweight or obese. Rates of kidney disease and autoimmune conditions are going up. Cancer rates among young people are rising.

~ One-third of American teens are taking a prescription drug and nearly 30% are pre-diabetic. More than 18% of adolescents have nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. In 2020, 77% of young adults didn't qualify for the military based on their health scores, forcing the military to lower its standards.

~ Health problems of young Americans begin at an early age even as they receive vaccines to protect them from illness. The CDC currently recommends at least 70 doses of 18 different vaccines from infancy until age eighteen, yet children have never had more acute and chronic ailments. These vaccination protocols urgently need re-evaluation.

The increasing use of prescription drugs by all Americans presents a dire warning. However, due to the unprecedented influence of lobbyists, elected representatives have allowed the pharmaceutical industry rampant freedom to sell questionable products.

Washington has not solved the problem of the revolving doors between Big Pharma and government regulators. This is the primary reason federal agencies are paralyzed by corporate interests and remain negligent in their protective roles. 

Americans are also barraged with a one-sided view about the benefits of pharmaceuticals. The United States is one of two countries in the world where prescription drugs can be advertised. This inappropriate promotional effort has a secondary consequence; news and information about pharmaceutical issues cannot be trusted when coming from networks dependent on this huge source of income.

Mr. Kennedy’s efforts to initiate meaningful change to the current system continue to be dismissed by mainstream news media. Big Pharma’s concerns about earnings overshadow what is best for patients. Profitable symptomatic drugs dominate treatment while funding research to understand the underlying causes of illness is secondary. 

Mr. Kennedy’s critique of the standards and practices that have allowed dangerous pharmaceuticals on the market is not speculative. Government oversight has become lax and needs a dramatic overhaul. An assessment of Big Pharma's motivation and practices is overdue. 

In addition to improved oversight of treatment with drugs, the causes of acute and chronic illness must also be examined.

RFK Jr. also points to the sound evidence that increasing amounts of environmental toxins are likely factors contributing to high rates of disease. While many other countries have restrictions reflecting these concerns, the government has failed to protect Americans; the United States has some of the weakest standards in the developed world.

As of 2019, the U.S. permits the use of 72 pesticides that the European Union bans. The government also allows chemicals in food and skincare that are outlawed in Europe. Some of these additives are quite common in our daily lives.

The direct relationship between exposure to toxins and well-being has been effectively obscured by the corporate interests overseeing medical care and agricultural guidelines. 

Despite growing awareness over decades that chronic diseases and acute illness are often preventable with a natural diet of fresh food free from chemicals, at least 71% of medical schools still don’t require a course in nutrition.

Dietary recommendations are coming from those swayed by corporations profiting from denatured foods. Ninety-five percent of the members of a USDA panel who updated the most recent nutritional guidelines had conflicts of interest.

Financial incentives for improving diet and physical fitness must become central to the U.S. Government’s contribution to supporting a vital population.

Mr. Kennedy has rightly pointed out that the other important issues facing us today will only be resolved by making America healthy again. Considering how ill Americans are, anyone who doubts his premise that monetary interests and political corruption have driven the rise of acute and chronic disease — is supporting the continuing corruption.

The great challenge of improving the nation’s health should not be on one man’s shoulders — it is everyone’s responsibility. Any resolution of the healthcare crisis will be accomplished only by a united effort across political lines.
