• From Fauci to Congress down even to your local School Board members, the grift of living large on taxpayer dime is never ending. We need a cleanout from top to bottom.

• Thanks to the Supreme Court, a lower judge was forced (for now) to lift her block on Trump’s attempted election integrity cleanup of mail-in ballots.

• Tony Lyons, president and publisher of Skyhorse Publishing, joins us to talk about the accountability that’s roaring ahead for Dr. Anthony Fauci and his underlings in the medical bureaucracy. • Country music legend and American icon Dolly Parton has passed at the age of 80. President Trump ordered flags at half mast in her honor.

• The U.S. Supreme Court has delivered a big win for election integrity, swiping aside a lower court’s block against the President’s order restricting mail-in ballots. There’s still more to come on this, but for now SCOTUS allows executive branch plans to go forward. This is desperately needed, as many states and local authorities (including Riverside County California Sheriff Chad Bianco) are still fighting their own battles for election integrity and security. This court decision came amid a flood of great forward motion for the America First agenda.

• Are we jumping into another trade war with our northern neighbor? Canada announced new dollar-for-dollar tariffs against the United States. Just hold tight and we’ll see what happens. I give the Administration the benefit of the doubt on trade negotiations.

• Flock camera backlash has reached even mainstream headlines, but their CEO isn’t helping damage control. CEO Garrett Langley said on a recent interview that he thinks we should trade our privacy and liberty for a little more security! What do you think? I’m a solid no on that idea. Liberty over safety every time.

• We finally address the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, as closing arguments are expected in the case against her for the murder of her three young children. This case is a tragedy, and yes it should also cast a big shadow on the world of prescribing psychiatric drugs, but that does not absolve her of what appears to be premeditated murder. The thing even more shocking than this initial crime, though, is the response of the left! Standing up to defend her actions and sympathize with her frustration is just beyond the pale.

• It’s also worth covering the controversy, resignation, and subsequent (apparent) suicide of Jason Arday, one of the latest DEI hires at Cambridge University. This story is another tragic warning of the deadly nature of woke / DEI ideology.

• Mary Holland, CEO of Children’s Health Defense, joins me to discuss Dr. Fauci’s woes and the toppling of the healthcare bureaucracy. Despite the great wins, there are still steps backward like the Navy’s flu vax mandate reinstatement. But CHD continues to move forward. Check out their “CHD in DC” conference next month, and the upcoming release of their new documentary Duty to Disobey.

• Scott Bessent announced a new round of sanctions on Iran, but is it enough to move the needle? Time will tell. Reports indicate civilian leaders in Iran are pushing for diplomatic solution.

• The U.S.-Canada trade dispute continues to heat up. What will this mean? Maybe some increased prices, but the Trump Administration has earned the benefit of the doubt from me on trade negotiations.

• The White House announced a new deal for less restrictions on beef imports and price cuts, but this is just a short-sighted, short-term attempt to fix a bigger problem that needs stability, not an infusion of cheap foreign food.

• U.S. Pardon Attorney Ed Martin is leaving the DOJ for a new role related to upcoming elections. What’s in store?

• Enes Kanter got kicked out of a WNBA game for triggering players with his definition of a woman shirt. Can’t enjoy enough Kanter and Royce White calling the WNBA’s bluff.

• The “Stop Nick Shirley Act” is officially California law. They are penalizing citizen journalism.

• Texas and Florida join a growing list of states who are attempting to allow their citizens to turn metal (gold) into transactional currency. This is a great set of steps to return to sound and free monetary policy. I hope they succeed and more follow!

• New reports tally the total of wasted tax dollars on improper payments over the last 20 years. It’s a staggering $2.7 trillion. TRILLION. Real accountability now.

• The Census Bureau has admitted more than 24,000 noncitizens voted in the 2020 election. If that’s the reported number, you can assume there are more. This is just part of the reason states are pushing the Trump Administration for better leadership at the Census Bureau. From the apportionment work all the way through to how elections are run (here’s looking at you corrupt ranked-choice voting in Alaska), it’s past time for serious election security measures across the country.

• J Freeman, owner of Titan Hill Armory in Washington, MO, joins me to discuss the developments after the ATF was blocked from enforcing certain National Firearms Act (NFA) requirements on suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and any other weapons (AOW). Who are the qualified customers? What states and products are different? What’s next and what guidance are we still waiting on from the DOJ for this to proceed nationally? As a federal firearms license holder and manufacturer, Freeman dives into these topics with me and also looks forward to the future of firearms rights and the ATF.

• The Supreme Court has temporarily stayed a lower court’s block on the White House ballroom construction.

• PBS Channel 9 in St. Louis lost of nearly 70 years of archive video and photos thanks to the undisclosed closure of their cloud storage company. Turns out, though, the files are still intact and housed in another center. They are currently winning a legal battle to get access to them again.

• Yet another document release shows the National Security Agency sat on election threat information from 2020. Why not release it? They didn’t want to look bad or be accused of being part of the “deep state”! Too late guys… your polling is pretty low on that front.

• On the topic of information release, the “Mary Poppins” of disinformation, Nina Jankowicz, who was the almost / brief government head of the “Ministry of Truth” (DHS Disinformation Governance Board under Biden) is back on the lecture circuit. This time, she’s lobbying foreign governments to put pressure on American tech companies to crack down on disliked speech.

• The federal Department of Education is going full-speed-ahead on tackling the woke left’s stranglehold on accreditation for higher education. Not only that, they are specifically moving against the leftist ABA’s monopoly on legal education accreditation as well! This is a welcome strategy and greatly needed.

• America has officially hit $40 trillion in national debt. This blame lays squarely on both parties for out-of-control spending and terrible monetary policy.

• US Pardon Attorney Ed Martin (Eagle Ed!) joins us to discuss the DOJ’s new launch of a process for individuals to restore their federal firearm rights. This is a big move, and one that is 30 years in the making. It’s not a blanket rule or restoration, it will be decided on a case-by-case basis for those who apply at Justice.gov/ffrr. Obviously questions remain, but overall this is a great move for 2nd Amendment rights, and an excellent cap to a month of winning for 2A rights.

• Paul Berry III, GOP nominee for Congress MO-1, joins the show to discuss Amendment 3 and his original motivations to get involved in Republican politics. Paul says Amendment 3 is an easy yes vote for pro-lifers in November. Why? It’s a pro-life victory that will turn around our terrible abortion situation in Missouri, one that particularly prays on young black women. Read more about his campaign for MO-1 here.

• Florida’s primaries brought both expected and some surprising results. Byron Donalds handily won the GOP gubernatorial primary (although there’s more to be gleaned from the young voter demographic data when it’s available). Sen. Ashley Moody, appointed to fill Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s seat, cruised to a huge victory in her bid for a full term. But the big story is the Democrat side. Florida State Rep. Angie Nixon (a card carrying DSA member) toppled former NSC employee and primary Trump impeachment driver Alexander Vindman in the US Senate primary. Not only is it surprising to see Florida Dems pick such a radical socialist, but she was outspent by Vindman nearly 16 to 1!

• On vote totals: the Florida GOP has a very big advantage heading into the general. Alaska’s ranked choice Senate primary, however, shows a much closer picture in The Last Frontier.

• In Missouri, a Cole County judge delivered back to back wins for Secretary of State Denny Hoskins (and the people of the state) in denying to put a ballot measure (Amendment 6) that would alter constitutional amending processes and in bolstering Hoskins’ case against the referendum to upend our new congressional map.

• Swalwell was confronted by the FBI last weekend when they met him at the gate at the San Francisco airport and searched his home in D.C. Looks like the federal investigation is getting serious. Turns out Pelosi and House Dems knew about all the baggage, and they kept him on the sensitive House Intel Committee anyway!

• Newly released FBI documents also shed more light on the depths “Operation Round River” went to shovel evidence away from the Biden family’s problem as so-called Russian misinformation and continue to push the Trump-Russia narrative.

• One of Fauci’s top colleagues pled guilty this week to hiding information from the public about Covid. This is the man who bragged about “making emails disappear.” This is just adding fuel to the fire of the state path forward to prosecuting Fauci.

• Primaries in Alaska and Florida will reveal key factors moving forward. How steady will Teflon Don’s endorsement hold Byron Donalds in the Florida Gov race? Will Senator Dan Sullivan grind out a win in AK’s non-partisan primary? How do either of these primaries affect the national stage?

• Maria Keffler, author and educator, is celebrating some big wins this week. With HHS pulling federal funding for minors’ trans procedures to their report detailing suspected billing fraud by hundreds of hospitals to avoid pressure, there have been huge steps forward toward breaking up the gender cult and helping kids. These wins aren’t enough, though. Maria says parents be vigilant on protecting or getting back their kids from the gender cult. She is the co-cofounder of Adocates Protecting Children, and organization that puts tools in parents hands, and the author of Desist, Detrans & Detox: Getting Your Child Out of the Gender Cult.

• Nan Su, senior reporter for The Epoch Times, details several fronts of the fight to stop Chinese scams bilking Americans. FBI Director Patel says his agency will annihilate these scam compounds, but more is needed. The DOJ is cracking down on a sham marriage scheme that has pipelined in countless Chinese nationals for legal resident status, and a new report from the White House Government Transparency Task Force shows the extent of evidence about Eric Swalwell’s ellicit relationship and illegal donations from a Chinese spy.

• A new release of declassified documents shows the extend of operation “Round River,” the FBI’s covert operation to protect the Biden family’s corruption and bad-mouth anyone who investigated it. This is an extension of the “get Trump” investigations like Crossfire Hurricane. How quickly the Russian Collusion narrative turned into a “don’t question Ukraine and the Bidens” protection. In fact, the operation started in 2019… when Biden was still just a candidate for office. Hmmm.

• Federal courts blocked another part of President Trump’s order to curb mail-in voting across the nation. The administration has asked the Supreme Court to make an urgent ruling on this issue.

• Also on Elections, Los Angeles got their hand caught in the cookie jar when it comes to non-citizen voting. Did the City Council get wise on the issue? Or did they simply not want as much attention as they were drawing?

• Investigative Journalists James O’Keefe and Cam Higby exposed just how open Minnesota polling places were to illegal voting. You have to see the lengths they went to in order to test the polling judges.

• Plus, an appeals court gave Trump a narrow window into seeking SCOTUS intervention for construction to continue on the new White House ballroom. Lower courts will stop it nothing to hamper Trump, even on little things.

Alex says that these two bad-news religions (make no mistake, they both hold religious views) both think they may be the top dog using the other, but no matter the fallout between them their shared goal is in full motion: ending the American Republic. From DSA-aligned Democrats hailing victorious in U.S. elections to the teaming up of China and Iran, there’s a long history of this red-green alliance.
