These times are trying to divide us and so we know community and togetherness. It becomes natural again.

In these times we have been broken hearted, so we may love even deeper than before.

The terror of these times shakes us, distracts us and we find our grounded courage to focus as one.

How can we find encouragement and understanding ? It’s in us we aren’t empty, so we have feeling and caring.

I would suggest America/world that we are not empty air. That we are the water and so like the ocean we can move the air and the sand. The roar of our ocean; if we listen and if we find our voices together…we as equals in our own diversity will prevail.

These times I can hear freedom ring. Let’s move the ocean.🌊🌊

The underlying thrum of tension is there, separate from my peace. I think of the ones that have been taken, for what? For looking different, for being out spoken against oppression, for finding freedom? A threat to their selfishness and sickness?

There is an urgency for their freedom. A call that whispers in a night and feels their heart beats and anguish.

The mist is burning off from a bright new day and the shuffle of hooves in the forest, the scamper of rodent feet. The urgency for freedom.

I walk and say the prayers that suffering eases, and that happiness reigns. There is the thrum of urgency to do and be a part of the balance. Sunlight fresh air…

Freedom.

When crimes are committed on a daily basis and cruelty is the norm. Including killing, injuring and incarcerating people with no due process, when do the people use their voices?

Be informed. Be active. Be heard, nationally and locally. Protest and be peaceful. Find good trouble and grind them to a halt.

This is not ok. This is not normal.

We out number them and we are Americans…FIRST!

I’m with you. Right now.

A bell in the hearts of the empathic balanced people. A good people, imperfections in all and the more powerful for the diversity of their gifts. A people who want to make their lives, their families,and ultimately their country and world prosperous, healthy, safe,free and yes joyous.

That bell is ringing, if you feel the sadness, the suffering and oppression of those around you.

That bell is ringing if, with the taste of fear like copper in your mouth and a rage against the injustice turns sour in your stomach. That bell is ringing if your unable to sit still.

I might suggest that you lean into it and listen deeper to the ringing. It is a warning and it is a call to action. Gather together. Do not scatter or divide from their onslaught. Pool our resources, especially our minds to dream a new dream and recalibrate the fabric of our freedoms. As the bell rings into the waters of life, let each vibrational drop be an action. And in pooling together become an ocean of change.

We have the wave of power, we have our bells and we will usher in a new age if we seize this moment right now. Let the bells ring.

Remember our pasts, use the present and create our future. The tide turns if we take actions. Even one drop vibrates throughout the whole. We our the ocean.

Listen to the ringing of our hearts. Remember our courage. Listen to the others ringing hearts.

Everything counts. Make it count for each other.
