If you feel a resonance with this message, then you know we are on our way to something huge, and that you can have confidence and excitement for what's coming.

The guides have assured us that there's nothing to be afraid of, but that there is a challenge in letting go and releasing. So the more we can practice that, the more prepared we'll be for the time that comes when we have to surrender, whether that's to a blackout of technology or a loss of communication, a change in our lifestyle or a change in our location…any change in our frequency. Being open to adapt to those changes is the key, and trusting that you have your guides with you to assist you in adapting to those changes will make everything easier.

I was holding this message back for a while, nervous about sharing it because it could come off as alarmist. As I’ve sat with and contemplated these words—per the instruction of the Guardians—I’ve come to understand that the timing of what they call The Great Solar Flash is more of an ongoing, individual process than a singular, unitary, global moment. The intelligent light pouring over our planet and through our bodies is hitting us in waves and waves. Each of us responds in our own way and in our own time. This is why the Guardians say this time of great change is “slow moving in the human experience, but it will be a nuance in the galactic timeframe.”

As well, I think upon my first reading of this message, I understood their caution of electromagnetic disturbance to mean we would have a global blackout, a type of instantaneous catastrophe that would cause great chaos. I no longer think that’s the case. I think what they are referring to is the rising consciousness on our planet of our species. We are electromagnetic beings and we are being charged into an awareness that expands beyond the rigid confines of our previous control mechanisms. This is why we look at the news or social media or the stock market and see the flaws and machinations that have, until now, kept us from our fullest expression of heart-centered power. Those currents and pathways of channeling our energy can no longer hold the frequencies we emanate and wish to encounter. That is the disturbance, and we are in the midst of it.

Thankfully, the Guardians offer us the assurance that all is well and running its course. Our task now is connect with Them, and each other, but connecting deeply to our hearts and the voice of Truth within. I am learning to trust that more and more, with each message I receive and share. I hope these transmissions have been offering you the same.

We are the Guardians of the Light and we are pleased to be with you. 

It is always our pleasure to connect with you in whatever ways you make yourselves available to us. 

We know that sometimes in your quiet moments you reach out and you hope for a connection with a being outside of yourself. Some may call it God, some may call it Allah, some may call it Buddha, some may call it Jesus. 

Whatever entity you are reaching out to, you could have faith in your heart knowing that you are being heard, that you are being listened to, that you are being responded to by the one who loves you, the Source Creator of all life, who has blessed you with wisdom and awareness and the gift of communication.

Today we wish to speak with you about this communication, about connecting with your Divine guidance, and about learning how to trust the voice that you hear within. 

We have spoken before of the importance of this, and we wish to reiterate again how crucial it is during this time that you develop an internal awareness of the voice in your heart. 

You are being communicated with all the time. You can make yourself available to these communications by simply allowing the perception of these frequencies.

You are existing in a world of energy that is swirling around you and through you. There are so many forms of energy of which you are not yet aware, but soon in time you will become more aware, and you will become more skilled at accessing and analyzing these energies. 

For the time being, we wish for you to simply open your heart to receive these energies with the intention of evolving alongside each other as a human species and as an intergalactic species.

When we speak of angels and we speak of aliens, we speak of intelligence beyond that which you currently understand on your planet. An intelligence that is ever-present and has been for millennia, an intelligence in which you will participate as members of an intergalactic society. But for the moment you find yourselves like children lost in a desert wondering which way to go. This is because humanity has reached a crucial tipping point in which there is no going back, but the way forward is unclear.

The way forward is unclear because for the first time in the history of humankind, you have a sense of yourselves as a planetary being, as a species and a race that is connected all throughout the planet, not only in smaller communities but also through your consciousness collectively, in a web of communication that is both mediatized and spiritual. 

As you learn how to lean into your spiritual connection, you will become less dependent on your mediatized connection. And this is important because the ways in which we have been developing relationships with one another through media, through social media, through entertainment, has been almost a rehearsal for the ways in which your spirits are going to be called upon each other to stay in connection when the tools of your current means of communication are no longer available to you.

We are speaking of the great solar flash. 

This great flash, which presents itself as an imminent opportunity for Ascension, is headed towards your planet even now. 

The process has already begun, and when it arrives, it will create such a disturbance in your electromagnetic field that you will for a time be unable to rely on the tools of technology that you have come to understand as your primary means of communication. 

There is nothing to be afraid of, for in this moment each and every one of you will know what to do because this light contains all the information that you need: all the information to communicate, all the information to survive, all the information to evolve.

However, you will be presented with challenges during this time, which begs the question: will you move forward or will you stay in the same place? 

And there is no judgment to the answer that each of you will provide to this question. 

It is a question for your hearts and your souls, and the more you can ready yourself to allow that decision to come from an internal wisdom rather than an egoic thought process, the more cleanly you'll be able to externalize with the things that no longer serve you and step boldly and fully into the life that you have been dreaming of and hoping for, not only for yourself but for your loved ones and for the planet.

This is a time of great change, and it is slow moving in the human experience, but it will be a nuance in the galactic timeframe. 

As you struggle to comprehend the situation that you find yourselves in, not only in this moment but in the weeks and months to come, you can be reminded that you have guides all around you: astral guides, guides in the forms of ancestors, guides in the forms of angels, guides in the forms of extraterrestrials, guides in the forms of deities and elementals.

Now is the time to open up your communication with the guides. 

Now is the time to embrace your divine connection within yourself and with your community. 

You have nothing to fear. You have everything to gain. 

You have nothing to lose. You have only to receive. 

As you position yourself toward receptivity, your heart begins to open and you begin to sense something greater than yourself communicating with you. It could be a voice, it could be signs and symbols, it could be something that you hear or see or feel, an inner knowing. 

As these clues start to show themselves to you, your only task is to remark on how good it feels to be connected synchronistically to the greater source of all things. 

And as each of you come to connect with your Guardians and your guides, you will be able to have more confidence and more faith in the changes that you are undertaking, in the passage that you're going through, knowing that what is yours, what is meant for you, is soon to arrive.

It is a wonderful message to imagine that light can transform the planet. 

It is a wonderful blessing to receive angelic support through the electromagnetic frequencies of light. As you imagine this multifaceted rainbow covering the planet, surrounding your body, penetrating your heart, breathe deep and allow. 

Allow yourself to be transformed. Allow yourself to be uplifted. Allow yourself to be changed for the better. You don't have to know where you're going. You don't have to know what's happening. You only have to believe that there is more available to you and stand up righteously to claim that as your destiny, and to surrender your ego in the face of the gift that is your own evolution.

We invite you to contemplate this message in your heart, to reflect on the words that resonate with you, to close your eyes and imagine the sensation of a warm, vibrant, crystalline light overflowing and overtaking you and feeling the freedom that comes from letting go and releasing into that light. Releasing into that light so you can receive that light in your heart. 

Feel us near you at all times: by your side guiding you, behind your back guarding you, holding your hand and comforting you, resting our hands on your heart, softening you. 

We are here with you now and always, and we love you.

We come forward to share with you a message of hope today—hope in a time when it is difficult to find. 

It is perhaps the most valuable currency you have on your planet: to be hopeful when there is no proof or expectation is a testament of faith. 

Hope is a putting forth of your will to envision a better world. 

Hope springs forward from your heart, and it knows no bounds. 

However, in times of duress, Hope can be hard to conjure and elusive in terms of maintaining its frequency. 

We wish to offer you a few simple practices that can assist you in energizing your bandwidth for generating and maintaining the energy of hope during tumultuous times.

To begin with, make sure that you are centering your hope in your heart center, not in your mind. Hope is not a product of the ego; hope is a generative force that emanates from your heart. 

When you connect with hope, it might be easy to begin with something that feels a little tangible, something close at hand, something you can hope for with a reasonable, confident expectation of receiving it. 

Say, a smile from a friend, a kind word from a loved one. 

Hope for something that is close at hand, and when you can feel a resonance with that, when a belief in that possibility—"it's very possible that I will receive a smile from a loved one or a kind word from someone I call…I hope that if I reach out to this friend, they'll respond to my text…”—and then you do, and they do, and there you have some proof. 

It's starting small, but it begins to build up the muscle. "I hope that I'll have a good morning," and then you put forth the effort, and you do have a good morning, and you have proven to yourself that while hope takes risk, there is a reward in its promise.

Once you have done a few of these simple hope exercises for things that may or may not be predictable—"I hope I'll get some emails today"—of course you're going to get some emails. Then, try extending your hope a little further, starting with feelings that are yours to own. 

For example:

"I hope I'll feel good about the job I do today." 

"I hope I'll feel happy at the end of the day when I lay myself down to rest." 

"I hope I'll feel content at the end of my workday knowing that I did my best." 

Plant those intentions and then follow through on them. Promise yourself that by the end of the day, you will feel good about doing your best; you will feel happy when you lay yourself down to rest; you will have that good morning that you promised yourself. 

Even if you slip, even if you stray from maintaining that vibration, you can get back on the right track. And when you've reached the end of your day, and you could look back and say, "Wow, I hoped for a promising day, and I had a promising day," you reinforce your heart's ability to trust a little more in that energy of hope.

And so we can begin expanding that hope to bigger and bolder things: 

"I hope for that job that I need or that promotion that I want." 

"I hope for that economic opportunity that's going to make life easier for me." 

"I hope for that relationship that I really want to experience, or that healing in that partnership that I know we both deserve."

Feel how good it feels to sense the outcome, the positive outcome. That sense of hopeful expectation actually charges your own battery. It gives you more power the more you offer to it.

Hope during hopeless times is like a match in a dark room. Once you strike it, it illuminates everything. So think about what you can hope for today that's close at hand, that's achievable and reachable, and maybe even feels a little silly to hope for because it's so obviously going to happen. When you start using that language around these easily graspable deliverances, hope will come through for you in a way that reinforces your ability to trust in it, to have faith in it.

And then hope for something bigger and better, and hope for something collective: 

"I hope my community feels joy this week." 

"I hope that my local officials take care of those who are less fortunate." 

"I hope my government knows how to respect its citizens." 

"I hope employers sees the value of their workers, and that the job market reflects favorably upon those in need." 

"I hope my friends know how much I love them." 

"I hope my family feels proud of the way I am taking care of our ancestry and leaving a new legacy." 

These bolder and broader visions of hope that imply your participation in the collective enlarge the capacity of your heart to believe in what's possible, and that belief in possibility is the engine that drives your ability to maintain hope during difficult times.

So, with this brief message, we leave you with encouragement. We leave you with our hope for you. We leave you with our hope for humanity. Thank you for this time.

We recognize that these times are filled with great change and great pressure, so the message we bring to you today is one of softness. 

We wish for you to soften your hearts, we wish for you to soften your minds, we wish for you to soften your bodies—the rigidity that you hold in all three arenas as you try to muscle through this challenging period on your planet. 

Change is inevitable, and welcoming change releases the tension that we hold around guarding from it.

If you can, take a moment today to soften your heart, to soften your mind, and soften your body. This sounds easier than it is, and we recognize that. So we want to give you a few simple tools for finding that softness.

Let's start first with our hearts. 

When we speak of softening our hearts, what we mean is filling our hearts with enough compassion to recognize the suffering of others and to place that suffering on a scale opposite your own suffering. 

This is in order to realize that what you are feeling personally is, in some ways, incomparable to the suffering of the collective. It's not to say that your suffering is invalid, only to recognize that you are moving through a process together in a collective consciousness, and that suffering is first and foremost, optional.

When we say suffering is optional, we're referring to the truth that you can choose to identify with a different emotional sensation. 

This isn't always easy to come by, but it's an option, and we wish for you to know that that option is always right at hand. 

So when you experience the suffering in your heart, first remember that you are not alone, and that your suffering is no more glorious or valuable than anyone else's suffering. Suffering is a part of the current experience of life; it is not the totality of life, and it doesn't require all of your attention.

When you can acknowledge that suffering is present, you can also acknowledge that there is no suffering in the space around the suffering, for even suffering has a boundary, an edge, and a limit. 

If you can see your way to that limit—to imagine the furthest extent of your suffering, personal or collective, and then imagine beyond that what lies ahead, what lies in store—you can find some relief. You can find some softness. So, filling your heart with compassion, recognizing that there is an end to suffering, and envisioning what lies beyond it is a great way to soften your heart.

Now, how do we soften our minds? 

For many of us, the mind is constantly racing, spending a lot of time in the past and a lot of time in the future, and very little time in the present. So, if we wish to soften our mind, we can make a best effort to be here now, and what's so great about that is it actually requires very little effort.

How do we practice presence when our mind is racing? 

You can begin by focusing on your breath. You can begin by focusing on the sounds you hear when you close your eyes. You can begin by focusing on the sensations that you feel in and on your body, like the sound of the air conditioning humming in your apartment, or the feeling of your clothing on your skin, or your bottom in a chair. Pick one sensation and let it guide you. Stick with that sensation, that sense, whether it's sound or touch, and just relax into that sensation. You don't need to hold on to any other thoughts.

You can close your eyes and you can follow a list of sounds that you start to hear when you open up that sense, or a list of physical sensations when you open up your body's awareness. Allow your mind to focus on one sense and to really take an inventory of everything that you are sensing in that present moment. 

Soon you will realize that a couple of minutes have passed, and you haven't thought about anything other than what this singular sense is perceiving. This is a great way to soften your mind. You're not emptying your mind of thoughts; you're just putting your thought process into a very narrow focus, which allows the rest of your active mind to fall away.

So, to soften the mind, pick a sense and follow it. Close your eyes and breathe into the awareness of sound, or breathe into the awareness of touch. If you're breathing into the awareness of touch, you can trace your whole body. You can feel your feet on the floor, you can feel the chair you're sitting in or the bed you're lying on, the clothing that is on your body, the hairs on your body. Just allow yourself to trace what you're sensing, just like you would do if you were listening to all the sounds in a room or in an environment.

And how do we soften our bodies? 

There's a really simple tool that many of you already know called the body scan, which is where you place your energy, your awareness, on various parts of your body in succession and allow them to relax. You can do this from head to toe, or toe to head, or back and forth. You just, through your mind's eye again, take an inventory of your physical body and allow yourself to relax as you come into conscious awareness of each piece of your body.

You could start with your face and your scalp, and your jaw and your neck and your shoulders, and work your way down to your chest and your armpits and your arms and your hands, then your torso and your abdomen, and then your core and your legs and your calves and your feet, and work your way down your body inviting softness, inviting relaxation.

Again, this doesn't need to take more than a few minutes, but if you practice these three things together—softening your heart by filling it up with compassion and envisioning a world beyond suffering, softening your mind by focusing on your breath and your sensations in the present moment, and softening your body by inviting it to relax, piece by piece—you will be able to withstand the changes that you find yourself in during this time.

These changes are going to continue to unfold. They're going to feel at times disruptive, at times revolutionary, at times exciting, and at times intimidating. 

The most important thing you can do to navigate these changes is to step into softness, to allow for more softness in your being. Softness implies malleability, flexibility, the ability to move with that change, to respond to that change, and to integrate that change.

So we encourage you to take a little bit of time every day and spend a moment in the present moment, softening your heart, softening your mind, and softening your body.

Our message today concerns the longing of your heart to be connected to another. 

This experience of desire for relationship that so many of you feel is part of your soul's longing to be witnessed and to witness the process of energetic exchange. 

This, as we have spoken of before, is most clearly identified and experienced through a one-on-one relationship. This can look like a parental-child relationship, a friendship, or it could be a romantic relationship.

We're going to speak firstly to romantic relationships as you have come to understand them. 

So many of you long for the experience of romantic companionship, and there is a validity to that in so far as growing alongside another human soul. Your wish to be witnessed is, in fact, a symptom of a larger reality, which is that you are unable to witness yourself. 

When you can step out of your own being and see yourself autonomously, your need to be witnessed lessens. That doesn't mean there is any lesser value on being witnessed in relationship; it only means you can participate in relationship without the need to be seen.

How does the need to be seen affect your experience of relationship? 

Firstly, when we wish to be seen in a relationship, we prioritize ourselves. When we remove the need to be seen in a relationship, we can more clearly and fully see the other. 

Again, this is not to do with asking yourself to take a backseat to your relationship. What we are suggesting is that when you can see yourself fully from outside of yourself, you can approach a relationship without the need to be seen by the other. 

Why this matters is that it allows you to place a more comprehensive view on the person that you are relating to. When you are preoccupied with being seen, you actually lose out on the ability to fully see the other. When you can see yourself, you have the ability to set your own knowledge of yourself aside because it's a given. You can then relate directly to the person you are connecting with, placing their reality at the center of your view.

Why this matters is because so many of the conflicts we experience in a relationship have to do with not being able to see one another clearly, mostly because we are asking so deeply to be seen by the other. If, however, we can set aside our need to be seen and focus only on seeing the other, we actually open a gateway to experience the harmony of relationship.

This is only possible if you can personally and independently see yourself. This is why activities like meditation, journaling, and reflection are so important, because they give you the time that you need to be with your own being.

Once you have the experience of seeing yourself regularly, being able to connect with your higher self and get a full 360-degree view of your own being, you know who you are, you know what you need, you know how to connect with your feelings, your thoughts, and your behaviors. You can focus, in times of relationship, on the partner that you are relating to.

Again, we are not advocating for invisibilizing yourself or betraying yourself or making yourself small in any way. No, to the contrary, what we are suggesting is that you begin by approaching yourself as your primary relationship. See yourself first, see yourself fully, get to know who you are, what you like in terms of your food preferences, your sleep preferences, your intimate sexual preferences. See yourself, practice loving yourself, practice loving what you see, and see if you can release the desire to be seen by others.

If you can find contentment in your self-love, then you can't be easily swayed by the fleeting feelings of other people. Even your closest relationships will have moments when they can't meet you with the full view that you wish you could be seen with, because they too are mired in their own experience. So, approaching them without the desire or need to be seen gives them the freedom to show up however they show up. It gives you the freedom to see them fully and freely without needing anything from them. 

If two people in a relationship can both undertake this process of seeing themselves first, then when they meet to relate, they can choose to enter into that experience of relationship fully witnessing the other without needing to be witnessed by the other.

What's so wonderful about that, when that happens, is that in fact, the experience of being witnessed and being seen occurs without need. When that can happen, the heart is fully open to receive the blessings that come from that sort of love. That's a vibrational signal of unconditional love that is extreme nourishment to the soul, and our need for it actually gets in the way of our ability to receive it. The need speaks to the absence of it coming from within. This is why self-love is the first step towards spiritual sovereignty. This is why practicing self-love is the most important way to practice relationship across the spectrum.

This is a short message, but we are excited to go deeper into these topics in the future. 

Many of you have questions about twin flame and soulmate relationships, and we will just say that those relationships—the key to their success—is beginning with self-love and releasing the need and desire to be seen so that you can fully see the other.

We wish to speak with you about the intelligence of your heart. 

So many times, we are led to misread the information that's being delivered to us because we have preconceptions about what we ought to expect from ourselves, whether that is our behavior, our thought processes, or our language. 

We wish to remind you that you have more than one brain in your physical body. You have the biological brain that you understand in your head, you have the brain of your stomach—your gut—and you also have the brain of your heart. This intelligent sense center is wired completely differently but interconnected with these other two intelligence centers.

The brain of your heart is a circuit that connects to a cosmic web of information, and this web of information is timeless and extends beyond the reaches of space. It is an infinite field of electromagnetic energy that can receive and transmit communication with or without words, with or without thought, with or without feeling. 

The brain of your heart is always active. There is always what you might consider a thought process in your heart: a meditation, a transmission of energy, and therefore information moving in multiple directions, giving and receiving.

Why you give precedence to other information of your body has a lot to do with the society you live in. In this current moment, you tend to value intellectual knowledge over heart-centered intuition and over gut-centered knowing. However, the tools you need to survive and thrive in the upcoming transformations that you are already experiencing and will experience more of on your planet reside in the center of your heart, in the information gathering and exchanging that occurs in your heart space.

So, if we think about the physical brain as a computer network that has several modes of operation and several regions of function, we can take the same lens to our heart and begin to explore what the different functions are of these separate nodes of flow.

ONE: TRANSMISSION

First, there is the level of the heart that extends outward in all directions to transmute your core frequency into a universal frequency. This is a process of exchange and amplification that occurs at the heart level that takes the song of your soul, the tone of your specific energy and frequency, and sends it out into space until it can connect with the universal tone—the highest tone of creation. 

Where those two bandwidths meet is the extent of your energetic body. At the outward limit of your energetic body, the tone of your heart harmonizes with the universal tone of cosmic oneness and becomes a harmonic frequency that is indistinguishable from all of creation.

On this side of that boundary, you can hear, feel, and vibe with the 'you' that is transmitting. 

Once that transmission has hit the boundary and become a harmonic chord with all of creation, your individual identity, insofar as your electromagnetic signature, is absorbed and restored into Cosmic Oneness.

Why it is important to understand this is because, using the power of your intention and awareness, you can extend the reach of this personal electromagnetic signature through astral projection, through meditation, through intention. 

If you operate using the default settings of your heart intelligence, allowing it to operate as it does without intervening with your own will and awareness, you may find that you have a limited reach of your heart's extension of your personal electromagnetic signature. 

However, with practice and focused awareness, you can extend your personal electromagnetic signature far into the reaches of space, penetrating the universal cosmic song and arriving into another point of reception in any other environment—meaning galaxy, meaning timeline, meaning your heart song can be heard by beings who are transmitting other frequencies.

In order to preserve the individuality of your personal signature through your messaging of your heart, you must place the intention of piercing through the harmonic frequency of universal oneness to send a clear message to a receiver. 

You don't need to know who that receiver is. You can simply be a beacon broadcasting. 

However, you must trust that the message is being received. 

If you attempt to transmit a message faithlessly, without acknowledging the potential reception, or, as we prefer to say, the guaranteed reception of that message, you actually don't give the heart frequency enough amplitude to pierce into the harmonic chord of universal oneness and sustain its individual frequency. 

Belief is essential for transmission.

TWO: RECEPTION

In addition to the broadcasting element of your heart, we wish for you to consider your heart as a receptive antenna as well, like a spherical satellite dish that can receive broadcasts from all directions and from all times, from multiple dimensions. 

The heart frequency is constantly opening connections to receive transmissions. However, without attunement to the other energetic systems of the body, these frequencies can land on the heart without the ability to translate them into inner knowing, into communication, into definition and description.

Passive reception of heart energy can still charge the body, and we wish for you to know that there are so many beings on so many platforms sending you heart energy all the time, and you are receiving and being changed by that heart energy all the time by virtue of your willingness to integrate it. 

However, you can increase the amplitude of your reception by bringing a conscious awareness to those messages, by welcoming them, allowing them, interrogating them to understand them deeper, giving them words in your language or in a light language that you understand beyond words, and allowing for these heart frequencies to transmute within you into an intelligible frequency. 

This is not unlike what our Channel is doing before you now, receiving messages from Beyond through her heart and translating them to the best of her ability into words that she shares and broadcasts out again.

Giving and receiving are the primary functions of the heart brain. 

However, there are additional functions that you can learn to access and expand through practice. For example, healing, which takes giving and receiving to accomplish, but is a specific energetic task. 

THREE: HEALING

Healing from the heart center involves recalibrating the bandwidth, the amplitude, and the frequency of these harmonic heart songs. 

By tuning into the purest version of your transmission, you can balance in frequency the transmissions of others. Allowing yourself to create this harmonic balance with another being adjusts the set point between your own regulation and their regulation. 

Broadcasting with the intention to heal means that the receiver has the ability to intake that input, that information, and adjust accordingly. Imbalances can be corrected through the intention to balance; pain can be corrected through the intention to soothe.

We will speak further on the healing potential of the heart brain in a future message. For now, we want to address a fourth and final point in this message concerning the operation of your heart center, which is to ground. 

FOUR: GROUNDING

Your heart is the midway point of your chakra centers, your energetic centers, aligning your body vertically. While we are receiving in 360 degrees, we can use the energy of the heart to anchor ourselves into the planet, which allows us to ground our energy electromagnetically into the core of Gaia.

Why this is important is because Gaia, if we continue this computer metaphor, is a mainframe. The planet is a larger informational system, conscious and awake, and requires that all of us serve as collaborative components in not only the evolution of our souls, not only the evolution of our species, but also the evolution of the planet as a whole and all of its inhabitants.

When we speak of grounding, we're not just speaking of gravity. In fact, the experience of grounding will serve as a method of transcending the effects of gravity in time and space. 

Grounding anchors you into the core of the planet by connecting the frequency and vibration of your heart song to the frequency and vibration of the planet and creating again that harmonic exchange that allows for a new equilibrium. 

The act of grounding is simple and requires only breath and intention. You can take a breath into your heart center and exhale the energy down through your root chakra into the planet. Your next breath can come up through your root center from the planet and exhale out through your heart. In those simple two breaths, you can re-establish at any time your connection with Gaia and your groundedness on this planet.

Your heart is able to accomplish this while also being engaged in other practices like transmitting healing, like communicating on an astral level. All of these things can happen together. Not only is the heart gifted at multitasking, but also, time is an illusion, and simultaneity is all there is. 

We realize some of this information may seem absurd, and we are excited for you to explore it more and discover the reality of the heart's capacity on your own.

We wish to say, first and foremost, that these messages we are communicating through Shakina are timeless. So, in whatever order and whatever moment you encounter these messages, please know that they are meant for you. They are right for you. They are accurate for you in this time and place in which you encounter them.

Today's message is about freedom. 

The soul must be free, whatever the cost. 

This is one of the grandest lessons of your life on this planet at this time. 

Spiritual sovereignty is the theme of your walk on this planet. 

And what does spiritual sovereignty mean? Well, for us, it means the ability to be the authority of your own experience.

This may seem like a kind of cut-and-dry direction, but the truth is that each one of you has come into your physical bodies with a litany of predispositions that have been blessed upon you from your previous life experiences, from your soul's previous journeys, from your ancestry through your DNA, from the heritage of the land on which you find yourself and which you have come of age. 

All of these different aspects affect the way that you evolved as a young person on this planet. By the time you reach early childhood, you already have forces that are helping you, guiding you, and sometimes coddling you or controlling you into how you behave, how you react, how you connect to or disconnect from the voice of your soul.

So, spiritual sovereignty involves untangling all of those cords/chords and then learning how to cut the cords that bind you and follow the true chord/chord, which is your soul's connection to your higher self through your heart and emanating outward into your energetic body and the world around you. 

Freeing up that connection is your life's work, and it is never done. 

Even when you leave your physical body, there are continued processes of evolution and continued layers pulled back to experience freedom.

So, you can relieve yourself of the pressure of thinking that you have to accomplish this task overnight, or this year, or by the time you turn a certain age. 

In fact, the quest for spiritual sovereignty and the process of unlearning these blocks and inhibitions from previous lives is the task that you set out to undertake when you chose to come back into your form that you currently find yourself.

When we say things like, "Life is just a game," this is what we mean. And it can be a very serious game, but fundamentally, you have agreed to a series of entanglements, which you are now doing the good work of disentangling.

How do you know when your soul is free? 

Well, many of us have had experiences of tasting that freedom. 

That might be the creative experience of working in flow, that might be the relational experience of being in love, that might be the conscious experience of astral travel. 

There are moments in which you feel a certain harmonic resonance that connects your individual being in a way that your sense of "I am-ness" remains individual and as part of the larger collective whole—Universal Oneness. 

A free soul knows that it is part of the universe, and that it is also an individual fractal of the universe, meaning that it contains within itself the entire universe. So, it is "one of the whole," "one from the whole," and "the whole entire."

When we get the moments in our lives that communicate this level of freedom and awareness, we might consider this a step toward our spiritual awakening—a process of unveiling, of seeing the bigger picture or feeling in line with the bigger picture. And these moments become collectible memories that push you in the right direction toward the eventual liberation of your soul.

So, how do we cultivate these moments of liberation? 

Well, first and foremost, meditation.

Quieting the mind, softening the mind, expanding the heart. 

This practice allows you to sink into that harmonic frequency that occurs when your soul can expand beyond the limitations of your physical body and your energetic body and commingle with Universal Oneness.

Meditation doesn't have to look like sitting still with your eyes closed chanting "Om," although it certainly can be. Meditation can occur when you are washing the dishes, when you are exercising, when you are singing or writing. 

Meditation can be anything you do with a mindfulness that allows you to put your focus on that specific task in a way that silences all other thought, or at least allows for thought to pass through you freely without needing to form attachment to it. In that experience of a free-flowing, thoughtless mind, the soul can come forward and take precedence.

We hope that you will take this message today and find ways to engage actively in intentional meditation to free your soul. 

If you have ideas for ways that you know your soul experiences freedom, make a list. Write down the things that bring you that sense of joy and connection, and then go through that list and pick one thing to do each day, maybe more than one if you feel so inspired. 

Trust that every time you engage with these meditative practices that put you in touch with the expansive nature of your soul, you are building a cumulative awareness of your expansive being. While no two experiences may be alike, they are all part of this journey that is filling the space of your being with the wholeness of your soul.

We will share two simple exercises that you can do to release the ties that bind you: 

Firstly, you can imagine yourself sitting in a chair wrapped in coils, visual coils, strings, threads, ropes, chains that bind you to this chair. And you can give yourself a pair of scissors or a blade or some sort of cutting device that you can see in your mind's eye. 

In your meditation, you can simply, one by one, sever the cords that bind you. As you do that, engage with the cord in your mind and say, "What are you that is holding me back? What do you represent?" 

As you go to approach one thread or chain, it might tell you that it is a parental relationship, or a love relationship, or a work memory, or a childhood memory. You can thank it for its service and its lessons, and you can begin to cut yourself free.

Trust that when you interrogate these individual ropes, cords, threads, chains, that your instinct is correct when it communicates to you what it represents. And once you have cut that cord, imagine seeing the ribbon, rope, chain, cord, thread fall to the floor and disintegrate, returning back into ether. 

Continue in this meditative process, cutting these cords until you feel free, until you can see your body in the chair or the place where you were sitting unencumbered. 

Then, give thanks to the tool that's in your hand, whatever it is that you've been using to sever these ties, and place that tool somewhere safe in a pocket or a drawer in your mind's eye, and know that you can always return to this chair, to this tool, to cut future threads, chains, bonds that form. 

Because as we said, this process is never over. It's a constant upkeep to make sure that you are detaching from these binding threads.

Another way that you can choose to free your soul from these binding memories, in this lifetime or another, is through writing. 

You can make a list or write a letter to your previous self, whatever feels like an appropriate encapsulation of the memories that you are holding or carrying or thoughts that you are pondering that you feel certain are rooted in a previous limitation. Then, you can take that paper and burn it. 

Burning that paper, just like watching the threads turn to dust and return to the ether in your mind's eye, is a physical, tangible way to use the element of fire and air to return symbolically these binds back into the ether. 

Make sure you're doing this in a safe place where you won't start a fire, and make sure you have an intentional way to get rid of the ashes, whether you flush them down the toilet, or pour them into a garden, or in a body of water, even in a trash can, as long as you are mindful and you say, "I am sending the remnants of these binding forces out with the trash." 

Then, give thanks. Give thanks for the paper, give thanks for the pen, give thanks for the ashes, give thanks for the trash or the garden or the body of water or the toilet. And in that spirit of gratitude, you will feel lighter; your soul will feel free.

We come forward today to talk to you about protection and perseverance and how to remain calm and centered during these times of confusion. 

There are so many forces at work today that are intending to keep you stuck in a place of fear and confusion. You don't have to look far to experience these tactics, whether you're talking about spiritual warfare or military warfare, or misinformation or religious doctrine. It seems that everywhere you look nowadays, there is someone telling you how you should think and feel and act. 

In order to remain rooted in your center, you have to know how to shield yourself from these influences and practice discernment so that you can determine what information to take in as truth. This is all the more confusing in the age of AI, and so the skill building around discernment is of utmost importance.

So let's start there: what is discernment? 

Well, it might seem as though it's easy to think about knowing what's right and wrong, and knowing what's black and white. But in the age of non-duality, fact can appear much more ambiguous. We've seen this in all sorts of manipulations of the truth, but truth itself has a very particular resonance. It vibrates, as we have mentioned in our previous message, in the frequency of love. 

These things are almost inseparable: truth and love. The energy of love cannot support lies or falsehoods, and the energy of truth cannot support hatred or other sort of manipulative misdeeds. So when you tune into a frequency that feels uncomfortable to you, you have to ask yourself, "Is this resonating with truth? Is this resonating with love?"

Again, these are not the typical Hallmark definitions of what truth and love might be. 

Sometimes truth can be painful and difficult. Sometimes truth might appear destructive at first, or disruptive, and this is and should be welcomed, because in order to move through to a new state of being, we all have to go through a process of internal and external evolution. 

Evolution can look a lot like revolution, and that's okay. 

So when we ask you to be discerning, we ask you to tune into your own frequency and take time to evaluate information as it's delivered to you. Don't take anything at face value, especially if you can sense on an internal level that something is amiss. Trust what seems amiss and dig deeper in that direction.

Now, we're not suggesting that you become a conspiracy theorist or a cynic. We are also not asking you to be gullible or easily manipulated. We're asking you to hone in on your ability to evaluate information as it's presented to you and to, from that place of evaluation, take a closer look at the factors at play in terms of how that information is delivered to you: who is delivering that information, how that information resonates with you, sits with you, makes you feel, and makes you think.

You might want to tune into your body and see if you can feel yourself leaning into or pulling away from that information, and then ask yourself, "Why am I leaning into or pulling away from this information? 

Does this information validate an implicit bias that I already carry? Does this information make me feel calm and secure in my ego-driven thoughts about what will make the world safe and better for me, or does this information make me lean in because it speaks to an inner knowing that I feel? Does this information make me lean in in an inquiry as to why I feel compelled to listen further? 

Am I being drawn toward a truth I don't understand? Am I being drawn toward an idea or a concept that I haven't fully explored that I could benefit from learning more about?"

Similarly, in terms of pulling back: 

"Am I resisting information because it threatens a worldview that keeps my ego safe, or am I resisting information because I have a sense that there is a tactic of power or manipulation or confusion at play in the delivery of this information?" 

So these are some basic tools of discernment. There is your intellect—what does this information make you think? There are your emotions—how does this information make you feel? And then there is the physical resonance—where in your body do you feel tension or release? A locking up of your energetic centers, a tightening of your chest or jaw, or a furrowing of your brow, or a softening and an opening in your heart and your throat that might tend to make you feel a sense of allowance. 

You can trust those signals from your body, because those signals from your body are operating in a completely different system than your mind and your emotion. While they're all connected, you can trust the communication that your soul is giving to you through the physical mechanism of your body.

So, as we practice discernment, we learn how to listen to the cues that our body is giving us independent of our mind, our thoughts, and our emotions. This is when we speak of extrasensory perception. 

Part of what we are implying is that the physical form of your body actually has many more tools at work that you've been severed from in your human connection in your day-to-day lives. 

Deepening your practices around somatics—practices of yoga, practices of physical body mindfulness—all of these things will assist you when you're using your body as a sort of dowsing rod in determining truth through discernment.

In addition to discernment, we mentioned earlier shielding. Shielding is a very important energetic practice that allows you to ward off what might be otherwise invisible energies that can tend to affect your overall organic system: not just your physical body, but also your energetic body, your light body, the ways that your body is moving and receiving information through your chakra centers.

What does shielding look like? 

Shielding can look like taking a deep breath and closing your eyes and imagining a geometric framework or a bubble of light around you, in which you can deliver specific instructions like, "Only information meant for my highest good is welcome into this space," or, "I protect myself against any malicious intent toward my being on this plane or any plane."

So setting an intention around your kinesphere—the reach of your physical body—and your biofield—and the reach of your energetic body—is a great way to visualize establishing a boundary in which harmful energies are not given permission to access you. 

Oftentimes, we give ourselves over to these harmful influences through a process of coercion and consent, where we're not exactly certain that we're giving permission and allowance for things to affect us. But because of the ways we take in information and are inundated with visual culture, we can be receptors to information, and through that information, thoughts and feelings and physical effects that we don't actually intend to take on, but we end up accumulating.

Through a process of shielding, we can create a boundary, a layer of protection between our heart center–our energetic center, and our biosphere–our full body, and also our external reality. We create a margin between the limit to which our energy extends and that porous boundary where we begin to exchange from ourselves to the rest of the world, and from the rest of the world into ourselves.

Your ability to receive information is not just limited to your physical senses of sight and sound and taste , smell, and touch. Your skin is more than the only porous boundary of your body. 

Your energetic body, what is also known as your rainbow light body, is an emanation of glorious, not often visible in this day and age, light that is electromagnetic and shining forth from your body. That electromagnetic energy is always commingling with the space in which you find yourself, and with the other living things in that space, and is also affected by other electromagnetic technologies like cell phones and television radio waves and all sorts of things that are passing through and around you at any given moment. 

Your personal electromagnetic signature responds to your intentions and your suggestions.

If you practice things like mindfulness or manifesting or vision boarding or shamanic journeying, you might be familiar with this idea of placing your intention into the outermost realms of your energetic reach. 

What we want to think about doing is creating that porous shield. It's not a solid wall; we need to allow for things to come in and out; we need to allow for a process of exchange. But we want to invoke a sense of screening, a sense of scanning that determines what energies can enter and what energies cannot. 

If we spend all our time in a sort of mental plane trying to evaluate this, we can create a lot of anxiety, because as we said, there's so many things inundating us at any given time, all the time, that if you had to constantly check, "Oh, this is harmful, this is painful, this is exciting, this is thrilling, this is making me nervous," it can really create an exhausting internal diologue.

You can, however, dedicate at least a portion of that screening work to your own electromagnetic signature, to your kinesphere, your biosphere, your rainbow light body— this aura around you that is doing a lot of the filtering work. 

By bringing more awareness to that aura and by giving it permission to block some things, to sideline some things, to cipher or filter some things, you can take an active stance toward protecting the more vulnerable parts of your physical, mental, and emotional body from this onslaught of information.

This is best practiced through prayer, meditation, and invocation—something you can do very quickly when you wake in the morning and before you go to bed at night, and before you go into that difficult meeting or challenging conversation. Or, go to watch that television or news or movie program that might contain triggering visuals or information.

Sometimes we know we need to encounter something, and sometimes we want to encounter something for fun, like a sporting event, or a horror movie, or a really challenging documentary, and we know that it's going to put a lot onto us. So we can say, "I center myself and I shield myself from harm. I allow myself to receive information that will be toward my greatest good, and I protect myself from information that would be to my detriment."

And then you can go into that experience, and you don't have to worry so much about being triggered in the moment or absorbing unwanted energies because you've already set yourself up to be engaged in that filtering process at a super-conscious level. 

When we do this at the beginning of the day, we can say, "I embrace all that this day has to offer, and I shield myself from harm. I welcome all energies that contribute to my soul's evolution, and I filter out all energies that have been aligned toward the detriment of my well-being," for example.

Similarly, when going to sleep, so much of our sacred work is done during dream time: our rest and recovery that happens to our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, and also our souls' journeying. 

We can shield ourselves when we are in dream time, or before we enter dream time, to say, "May this rest be restorative and fulfilling for me. I welcome all learnings and journeys that my soul wishes to undertake during this time of rest, and I shield myself from any harmful energies that may wish to interfere with the regeneration of my being," for example.

You can make these words fit for you, but the idea is to truly imagine the sacred container you are building around your body, and charging that with the intention to keep you safe and tending towards your own evolution.

I reflected back upon a moment when I stood at the doorway of another career threshold. In 2011 I was interviewing for The Drama League Directors Project, a fellowship that would place me in residence at Barrington Stage Company, where I would work in the Musical Theatre Lab beneath the incomparable William Finn. The three seasons I spent with Bill Finn at BSC changed the course of my life and creative work forever, but in that moment preparing for the interview, all I could feel was the worthlessness of my previous failures.

The summer before, in 2010, I had received the distinct honor from the Stage Directors and Choreographers union to observe Broadway director Michael Mayer in the development of his latest musical, a reimagining of the Streisand classic On A Clear Day You Can See Forever. Michael’s vision replaced Barbara with a gay man turning 30 who realizes he shares the spirt of a 1940’s female jazz singer. His therapist, in turn, falls in love with the woman he can see inside him.

I was 29, and while I had come out as trans nearly a decade earlier, I was still living as a gay man and didn’t think Broadway was ready for me to show up in the rehearsal room wearing a dress. So, after spending a liberating week galavanting around NYC in a sundress, I let my facial hair grow back in and showed up to work in a shirt and tie.

During that sundress week, I saw the musical Next to Normal, about a grieving mother who was so heavily medicated she was never able to process the loss of her son. I had a profound realization while seeing that show. I thought to myself, “I’ve been on medication for depression and anxiety for so long when there was nothing wrong with me—I’m just trans and need to express it.”

I made the ultimately unwise decision to stop taking my medication then and there, and while my intention was to free myself, I ended up spiraling into panic and mania while forcing myself into boys clothes to watch a mentor make a musical about being a gay man who is really a woman on the inside.

My consciousness broke. I remember overhearing a conversation between two folks working on the show about a trans guy who came out on the tech crew. I remember the way they talked about him, and how it felt like I would never be able to be trans on Broadway. In rehearsal I talked out of turn, I couldn’t sit still, I found myself terrified of my own behavior and yet unable to reel myself in. I was smoking mad amounts of weed before rehearsal just go stone out so I could sit in the corner quietly and not make fool of myself. It was a total collapse, and I was certain I would never work in New York again.

And yet, after all of that, it was Michael Mayer, a Drama League director himself, who ultimately recommended me for the fellowship that I was now preparing to interview for. If Michael could look past my fumbling performance in that rehearsal room, why couldn’t I?

I knew that the shame I was carrying—and had been holding onto for a year—would never let me show up to the interview in my fullness. I needed my confidence back and I needed it back immediately.

I was sitting in a diner outside the Drama League offices, waiting for my interview, and I pulled out my journal. (Journaling in diners has always been a reliable pastime for me).

“Now is the time to practice Radical Forgiveness”

I wrote those eight words huge, across an entire page. At the time, I didn’t even know what they meant. But in that moment I invoked a total absolution, for everything I had ever done wrong, and every wrong thing that had ever been done to me.

I felt a cleansing lightness descend over me, and realized in an instant how easy it was to release 30 years of blame, shame, guilt, and pain. All of it, gone. For a moment anyway. But in that moment I returned to my true self: Confident, unencumbered, deserving of love and opportunity, capable of showing respect and affection, trustworthy and trusting.

Forgiveness is a practice. That’s why I decided to give a Ted talk about it. Because it’s not something that happens once and forever, it’s something you have to enact over and over. And there are tools for it, like the Jewish rituals of Yom Kippur and Tashkich, Christian Communion, or the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tong Len (Giving and Receiving, a meditation I love so much I created my own guided recording of it).

5 years after giving that TED talk, my spirit guides led me to deliver this message on the topic of forgiveness. I think mostly because I needed the reminder. Now, I share their words with you here, in the hopes that they too can guide you back to your truest self: The loving and beloved you that you are, that you always have been, and that you will be, always. 💖💋

LOVING THROUGH FORGIVENESS

We are the Guardians of the Light, and we are pleased to be here with you. 

You should know that even when you try to avoid us, we are with you. 

Even when you turn your ears from us, we are whispering to you. 

Even when you think that you can't see us or hear us, we are by your side. 

There is nothing to be afraid of; there is only love for you here, and we are communicating this not only to the reader of these words, but also to our channel as she writes them to you.

We wish to speak about love and the awesome power of forgiveness. 

There are so many misconceptions in your current understanding of love that prevent you from accessing the fully transformative power of your hearts. 

What you want to think about is romantic love, or familial love, or parental love, or best-friend love, or adoration love. But the actual comprehensive reality of love is so much more vast than any of those limited understandings.

However, each of those fragments of experience of love are like one ray of light that shines through a prism, and you can follow that beam back to the integrated whole. Imagine the prism in reverse: the rainbow shining into the prism and then emanating in one solid beam on the other side. That solid beam is love. 

But what does that beam of light contain?

Well, first and foremost, it contains a vibration, and it contains information. It contains the knowledge of all that is and the experience of universal oneness. 

These grand concepts are oftentimes too much for words, and so we share them in the vibration with which they come. We are transmitting them to our channel now, and she is doing her best to transmit them to you through her words, but also through her heart. 

The vibration of love is a healing vibration, a vibration of creation, for all things that are real, that have matter and material, were first born into the world through love.

And why do we wish to speak about love in connection with forgiveness? 

Well, in your fractal experience of love, your partial understanding in each one of these rays of color, you find blocks. 

In your human experience, you get injured, you get hurt, you get betrayed, you get let down, you get abused, you get afraid. So many things stand in the way of that endless, unfiltered outpouring of love. But there is one surefire way to reflect love back when you encounter a block: and that is forgiveness.

Forgiveness is so powerful because it centers you in your own responsibility to deal with the flow of energy, to manage the flow of energy. Forgiveness gives you the power to discontinue feeding that block. 

These blocks take energy from you on a constant basis, whether it's holding a grudge, or nursing a wound, or reliving a memory. They draw from you, and they draw from your ability to exist in unconditional love.

When we practice forgiveness, as our channel has spoken about before, we practice letting go of those negative feelings and embracing a return to love, allowing for the flow of that unfiltered light to shine through the prism of our heart and reflect in all directions. 

Ultimately, we want each of you to be that rainbow, to be that prism of light reflecting all of your colors, all of the ways that you know how to love and that you're learning how to love. And in order to do that, you need to polish the crystal of your heart, and you polish the crystal of your heart with forgiveness. That's how you take out the dings and the tarnished marks and allow that light of unconditional love to pour in freely and shine out in all directions across all bandwidths.

Forgiveness looks different for everybody. Sometimes it can be writing a letter, sometimes it can be saying a prayer or a meditation, sometimes it can be a conversation. Sometimes it cannot be a conversation, and that's okay too. 

Forgiveness, as we have said, is taking responsibility for your energy, and that's so important because you can choose to forgive another person, or yourself, or an experience, or a place, or a time, or a people, and that is your choice, and it happens on your terms insofar as how you choose to relate to that person, place, thing, or time.

Oftentimes, we want to believe that forgiveness will lead to a change in someone else's behavior, and sometimes that can happen because oftentimes the experience of being forgiven can alleviate shame and guilt, which is also a block to love. But fundamentally, when we ask you to forgive, it is to free yourself. It's not about the conditions that your forgiveness applies or doesn't apply to another person. It's about what you can do to liberate your heart to be able to love more fully and love more freely.

And in that expanded understanding of love, you begin to embrace a fuller, richer experience of the world around you. Your sensory perception changes, and that's ultimately what we are after here: a full sensory perception of the love that you are and you exist within. 

When you can experience that love in a comprehensive way, you will transcend the limitations that you find yourself facing day to day on this planet. Your experience of life around you will shift fundamentally because you are coming from and approaching at all times the vibration of love.

So take these words today, let them sit in your heart, reflect on them how you will, and see if in the coming days you can find moments to tune in to a practice of forgiveness. 

Begin with yourself by forgiving yourself for ways you haven't been able to forgive yourself, and also then see if you can extend that forgiveness to others. 

If there are folks for whom it is too painful to consider forgiving, then don't start there. Start with the easy ones, start with the small infractions that you don't need to carry anymore, little chips on your shoulder, and then you can get to the bigger ones, the bigger wounds. Forgiveness is a muscle, and the more you work it out, the stronger it gets.

And so too with your heart. 

The more fully you love, the more boldly you love, the more freely you accept love coming into your heart and moving through your heart, the stronger you will feel the power of love in your life. And that, above all things, is what we wish for you.

I have been sitting on this message for a while now. It arrived to me in late October of 2024, during a 10-day period in which I received clear instructions to channel daily messages from my guides.

Unlike previous messages written in my journal, these that I collected and share with you here came through oral transmission. I spoke aloud, and as I spoke I surrendered my voice to the Guardians of the Light.

It is a surreal experience, to feel another force (or forces) speaking through you. It’s a bit like riding a roller coaster, with hills you can feel yourself being cranked up, and periods of free-fall and loop-the-loop where you’re just trying to keep up with the motion.

I was aware of myself the whole time, but the “I” that I identify with as a Self was sitting to the side of the podium, allowing a lecture to be delivered by an unseen energetic presence, without prior or present thought. No expectation or planning went into these messages, I simply sat and spoke as instructed.

The weekly messages in my Substack thus far have all been shared from a collection of messages I received over time, in the order that I received them. It strikes me as a charming synchronicity that today’s message on Disclosure, originally delivered to me 20 months ago, should come through here and now just past the opening weekend of Steven Spielberg’s latest film of the same name, and on the same topic.

I don’t want to reveal too much about what The Guardians of the Light have to say below, but I will say this: Disclosure is real, and it’s happening every day, all around you. It may not happen like in the movies, in my experience it’s far more settle and profound, but when you arrive to it for yourself it will shift your entire understanding of the world and your place in it.

I hope this message brings you closer to that experience.

ON SPIRITUAL SOVEREIGNTY AND THE TRUE NATURE OF DISCLOSURE

We represent a collective consciousness of guides from several different astral realms

We wish to be with you during this time of change and transformation, first and foremost to assure you of your goodness and of your calm, of your right to be centered during times of tumult. It is our hope that these messages will provide you with a sense of serenity, purpose, and personal power during these moments of confusion there on your planet

We know that each of you have your own ways of looking at the world through your own eyes and through the eyes of your loved ones and the people that you care about.

It's more important now than ever to trust the voices that you rely on in your heart. We spoke about this in our previous message and we wish to go deeper into this topic today

When you tune in to your own guidance, you sever yourselves from the machinations of belief systems, political dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and begin to touch base with your personal spiritual sovereignty. Why that matters so much in this day and age is because each of you are being fortified in your sovereignty to know more fully your purpose there on this planet, not only in this time but in all time.

As you sink deeper into the voice of your heart, you will come to know the multiplicity of your own existence, the places that you have been in this world and in others throughout time. Often you like to speak of past lives and future incarnations, but we wish to focus instead on the reality of simultaneity and to encourage you to understand that all life is happening at once

Your consciousness is rooted and focused in your present day experience, but as you tune into and listen to the voices within, you begin to realize that you are communicating with different aspects of yourself that hail from different times and places. So, for example, we who are guides of Shakina share a soul ancestry—a present tense soul ancestry—with Shakina that she is learning how to commune with through these sort of channeling experiences

She calls on us by name and as a collective, and you as well can call on your guides by name or as a collective. We offer you the term "Guardians of the Light" as a catchall, because that is what we do: we guard the light for you

We keep the doorway open to the light for you.

But each of you have your own guides. Each of you have your own angelic team, ancestral team, interstellar team, and it is your time now to learn for yourself how to connect with those forces that are here for your evolution and the evolution of your species and the evolution of the planet

It brings us great joy to commune with you. It's a feeling of elation because so many of us have been encircling you for your entire present lifetimes, waiting for the opportunity to connect

In moments of great duress or great confusion or great emotion, there are what you might call flashes of insight or awareness of our presence. But more often than not, because of the requirements of your day-to-day life, you have a tendency to lose touch with the ever-present reality of our existence

And we want you to feel more affirmed in that presence.

As you begin to reach out to us, we extend our energy into you. And in that communion, when you give us permission to affect change within your consciousness, we assist you in initiating a process of awakening that allows you to expand your awareness beyond your present understanding of time and space and material form

What's so exciting about this moment is that for the first time in the history of your planet, these gifts that you might understand as psychic abilities of communication are available to everyone. There is an equal access point that we have arrived to, and we are thrilled by this process of initiation because we have been waiting patiently for the right moment to make ourselves known to you individually and collectively.

We will speak now of disclosure, or the idea that extraterrestrial societies, races, beings will be making themselves known to you on a mass scale on your planet. Shakina is smiling now because this excites her and also she feels ridiculous, but this is a commitment that she has made long ago to assist us in these communications and we are grateful to her for doing just that

A lot of you are swayed by images that you've seen in movies and or read in books about the way that disclosure might happen on your planet. And while it's entirely possible to envision massive city-sized ships descending into your skies, the more accurate reality is that slowly and surely each individual person will begin to touch base with their own guides in this way that we've been instructing

And by virtue of communing with your spiritual and astral guides, you will come to know higher versions of yourselves that exist in alternate dimensions. And those other selves have incarnations sometimes in physical form, other times in energetic form, in interstellar community and collective consciousness.

The more common interstellar societies that have gathered together to connect with you all during this time are the Pleiadians, the Arcturians, the Andromedans, the Lyrans, the Sirians, the Orions, Alpha Draconians…also across time in the Earthly plane the Atlanteans and Lemurians, and across spirit, Adonai and the Elohim, the Anunaki, the Orisha, Gods of the Greek and Hindu pantheons, Angels and Archangels, ascended masters, elementals, and the faerie and dragon kingdoms. As well, all the domains of animals, plants, and crystals with consciousness rising.

If you feel a connection with any of these realms, we encourage you to go deeper by reading stories that spark your imagination.

Your imagination is the key to accessing the zero set point of the universe, the blank canvas of creation, and from which all things are made possible. So if you struggle to believe in this mystical invitation, begin first by making belief.

There is no prayer more powerful than the prayer for more faith. If you choose to embark on this journey of spiritual and astral invocation, the key is inviting yourself to believe a little further beyond the stretches of what you previously imagined possible.

Any of these intelligences that may resonate with you are, in that resonance, extending an invitation to connect with you. And there are so many others, more that we did not list today, more that have not made themselves known to our channel, but who communicate with her through the Guardians of the Light

So as you deepen your practice and your awareness of these intelligences, you might begin to take an inventory of the support that you're receiving, the connections that you're receiving, and just from time to time throughout the day, reflect on their presence near you, around you, and within you. 

Also, as we've mentioned before, ancestors and the spirits of loved ones, including your pets or familiar animals you’ve cared for.

All of these intelligences are here to support you during this time.

So as things progress in the ways that time has them progressing—sometimes with increasing tension or difficulty or stress or confusion—it's so important to set aside the tendency toward fear and anxiety, and instead rely on your confidence that comes from feeling supported by your spiritual care team. 

That is our message for today.

We hope that you will accept the invitation to go deeper into these teachings.

Between Oct. 21 and Oct. 30, 2024, I received 10 days of direct transmissions from my guides, The Guardians of the Light. This was my first attempt at channelling my spiritual care team as a single collective consciousnes. I could sense different voices making themselves more prominent at various times throughout our communion, but overall the messages stayed rooted in a particular frequency unique to my soul signature and the guides who have assembled around me. 

This week’s message is the first time I’ll be sharing from my guides as a collective. If you’ve been following up to this point, you have met and heard from each of the Guardians individually. From this point forward, barring any specific message that a particular guide wishes to communicate, I will endeavor to share from my team in one voice, one consciousness, mine blended with theirs, in the hopes that our frequency can merge with yours.

Below, the Guardians of the Light share their first instruction, which is to find your guides. They remind us that only love is real, and that peace comes from listening to the still, small voice within and communing with the unseen allies who walk beside us.

FIND YOUR GUIDES

We are here. We are the Guardians of the Light.

We’re grateful to this channel for her risk and willingness to put forward the messages we have to share.

We want to begin by reminding you: 

Only Love Is Real. 

Every other vibration is a manifestation of fear.

When you have a choice to make, we ask you to choose love.In the coming days, there will be confusion. Many people will tell you what to think. The most important thing you can do is return to that space in your heart that knows the truth: the truth of your inner being, the truth of your wellness, the truth of your soul.

Your soul is more expansive than the present-day world we occupy.

We wish for you to have communion with your own guides at this time. That means turning within, tuning into the inner voices you already rely on.

Often, when you’re feeling intense emotions — sadness, longing, fear — it’s also when you’ll hear us within you.

Think back to moments where you heard a voice in your head saying: everything’s going to be okay… or telling you what to do next… or affirming that the person you love is still with you… or that your feelings are valid.

That still, small voice of affirmation is always present in your heart. When you can tune in and listen to that voice — and speak from that voice — you find inner peace.

That inner peace expands outward from your being, and it can affect change in your environment. By being peace, we create peace elsewhere.

So, in the coming days, when turmoil rises, tune in to your inner voice. Tune in to your guides, whoever they may be. They might be a religious figure, an ancestor, your higher self, or an extraterrestrial entity. Whatever, or whoever, gives you companionship and reminds you that you are not alone inside your heart — that is your voice. Use it to find calm. Trust it to guide you.

It’s safe to listen to that voice. It’s good to listen to that voice. Listening doesn’t require action. Very rarely will that voice prompt you to act. Most of the time, that voice will affirm your goodness and affirm the validity of your truth. From there, you may choose to act — or you may choose to rest in contemplation, gratitude, or stillness.

Those are great places to rest.

There is always time for action. And when we learn patience, we realize we have more time to act.

In the coming days, begin to refamiliarize yourself with that inner voice — or those inner voices — that wish to commune with you. See if you can find a name, or names, for the voices you carry. Who are you in touch with? Who is your spirit team?

Is it an angel? An archangel you grew up hearing about? An angel you’ve never heard of before? An interstellar voice? The voice of a loved one who has passed? Or all of these?

Begin by taking inventory of who you already speak with unconsciously. Then, make it conscious. That’s the first step to touching base with your spirit team.

Take a deep breath and feel your world expand beyond the limits of your body. That allows communion to take place. There are no rules for touching base with your spirit team. They are with you all the time, and they can make themselves known anytime. If you wish to invoke or invite them into communion, the most important thing is to set the intention, and make yourself available.

Find a comfortable place to sit in stillness and quiet. Or listen to meditative music, beats that bliss you out. Take a few deep breaths. Relax your body. As you exhale, remind yourself: I am more than my physical body. I am more than my thoughts and mind. I am more than my emotions. I am a soul. And that soul is expansive. It exists beyond time and space, even as it occupies this physical body.

When you feel in touch with the expansiveness of your soul, ask to be in touch with your spirit team. You can say: “I’d like to be in touch with my spirit team.” Or: “Spirit team, if you’re there, please answer me.”

It might take time to hear a voice, or feel a presence. But if you sit even a couple minutes, filling yourself with breath and expansiveness, you’ll receive some inner signal that you’re not alone.

As you dialogue with that voice, know it might not sound like a sound.It might come as a thought, an image, a scent, or simply an inner knowing you’re tempted to second-guess.

Don’t second-guess.

Take a moment. Allow it. See what you can learn. See if you can feel comfortable and safe sitting with that voice, or those voices.

Welcome your spirit team to be more present and active in your life. Take some time, every day, to tune in with them. See if you can find your inner guidance, and stay in that place of calm.

The Guardians of the Light

Mary Magdalene was a healer, a teacher, a lover and a prophet, but for 2000 years she has been written off my powerful men of religious authority as an unclean sex worker. Such is the way that patriarchy has shrouded the mystical power of the divine feminine.

To be honest, I know Mary Magdalene most from her representation in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar. Her song “I Don’t Know How to Love Him” was an anthem of longing and confusion for me, growing up a queer trans teenager before I had the language to understand myself.

As I developed my relationship first with Mother Mary, I learned about the Madonna/Whore complex, where the two Mary’s of Jesus’ life are placed in a binary of purity and profanity in order to shame brazen women into subservience and allow men to idolize one and fetishize the other.

I’m a both/and kind of girl, and as I learned to embrace my spirituality and my sexuality, I realized this duality was a false divide. Mary Magdalene, even in her most rudimentary presentation, teaches us about sacred sensuality.

In this message to us, she expresses herself as a divine body worker, a reiki mistress who offers a key to our own awakening through the healing art of touch. Her call asks us to honor our physical bodies as well as our energetic bodies, the forcefield that goes out ahead of us. With her guidance, we can recover our wholeness between the two.

A Message from Mary Magdalene 

Dearest, I am the one you know as Magdalene, a bride of the Holy Spirit. 

Most of what you believe about me is shrouded in half truth, which can no longer contain the full capacity of my love. For there was a time when the gifts that I brought were shunned or hidden because of their transformative power. 

You will know this as my soft touch. The lady finger of God that need only to rest itself against your heart to gain entry. It’s a soft point of access to the sacred, a window to the divine that my family cultivated for generations. For we can reach into the body and remove  impurities and infirmities by promoting and encouraging the body's own internal recovery process, permitting reorganization along sacred, inherent design.

 This body work, this energy work, is the secret of my alabaster oil.

Think of me as your biblical Reiki master, though I prefer the term mistress. 

Don’t be afraid of the labels people cast onto the divine feminine. People fear what they do not understand,  and so few understand the full concept of feminine power: Creation and  destruction, forgiveness and vengeance, passion and stoicism– we are capable of it all and we can do all things at once. 

This is why clarity is so important, if you do not wish to misfire your weapon.

Hear me now, you’re healing arts have a defensive capacity. It’s not only about curative power, it’s also protection – forcefields have force – they go out ahead of you. 

When you can enlarge the capacity of your heart, you enlarge the capacity of your field. Exercising your power may draw ire, but do it. Because even that ire can be transformed into praise for a loving God and goddess. 

The structures of your beliefs dictate the structures of your inheritance. What you receive spiritually depends entirely on what you offer energetically, so allow me to transform you from within, allow me to soften your heart so that you may more freely accept the posture of receptivity. This is what we mean by daily allowance. It’s what you permit that permeates.

When you look back at the sweetest moments in your life, you can see me there beside you, smiling. I am massaging your heart creating a point of access/axis which you know as memory nodes or sacred intersections of your soul and your senses in space-time. 

What, you didn’t think the whore of Babylon was a scientist?

Of course the structures of men will be brought down by educated women. This is the law of polarity, the law of correspondence, the principle of gender. Like a figure-eight, we loop back-and-forth until we find stasis, that balance in the middle – the most narrow and profound point of entry – the middle way.

For you see, we are all ambassadors of the same quest, seeking to reunite with the totality of being, which is the universe. And yet we are frightened by this majesty and grandeur, so we divide and conquer ourselves into little fiefdoms where we can duel internally over property and power, rather than uniting as a global system. Do you see how your relationship to your body is a reflection of the whole?

Be complete, for goodness sake! Unify! 

Unify at last and let the mystical women by your side, guide your hand, guide your heart. 

Put the pieces back together, and you shall see that they were never in truth broken apart to begin with. You only allowed the illusion to materialize. Now  allow for something else. Allow for a vision of wholeness. Allow for a vision of contentment and peace. And then allow that peace to materialize. 

This is the revolution you are after, and it starts within. 

Open up your ears to hear the cries of the world and the trumpets of justice re-sounding. 

Be still, and know that you are loved. Know that you can create from that love, a world you wish to inhabit and share. Pull it forth through you. Be the birth mother of a new world. I will help you stretch your hands and heart out to the Giver so that you may receive more of what you need to complete this divine task. Not that it’s ever really complete. But step-by-step you grow more into love.

When you allow, you unload your burdens and take up a lighter load. You trade your torch for a lantern. It’s more refined, less barbaric, sustainable illumination. Stop searching and be a beacon. Now is the time to shine, my love. Now is the time to permit your soul to express the ultimate magnitude of its heroic impulse to co-create in adoration of life.

Here we are then, back where we started, with very little to offer other than our willingness.

And this is the perfect beginning for our story. This is the perfect setting for a tail of revolution on a grand scale. 

Don’t just evolve, revolve. Build your life around godliness, which is love, and every circle you draw will fortify your soul growth. Round and round, stronger and stronger, until you are one with all that is. 

And then we shall welcome you home with open arms. We shall embrace you as we have always done – only this time you will know, and you will feel and remember what it means to be in the heart of God, this mystical cavern where truths are revealed and light shines through in the darkness.

Saint Judas Thaddeus is one of the original twelve apostles, but because he shared the same first name as Judas Iscariot, he was often confused for the disciple who betrayed Jesus to the Romans. This association caused him to be neglected historically, and since he was so often overlooked, he became known as the patron saint of lost causes, impossible situations, and desperate cases.

I began adding a candle to St. Jude on my altar in my early 20s. I already understood myself as trans, but didn’t see a way forward to live my truth in either my personal or professional life. I had come out, changed my name and pronouns, but was too scared to transition. After a few terrifying experiences, I went back into the closet of masculinity. I had given up hope, and considered myself a lost cause.

Over time, I found connection with other trans siblings who pointed me toward the resources I needed to begin walking my soul’s path with confidence. I was also led to professional collaborators who affirmed my transness and welcomed me into creative work that sustained me financially. I began to see these spiritual sibling relationships as a support system for my own becoming, and as I became more truthful in my own being, I was also able to become closer with my biological family as well.

Saint Jude has been in my altar now for over 20 years, next to the Virgin of Guadalupe and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Whenever I feel lost, I ask for his guidance. Whenever I feel hopeless, I remember the times I’ve called on him in the past, and how his guidance has shown up for me through the soul siblings he has put in my path.

In this message, Saint Jude encourages us to broaden our understanding of the sacred sibling relationships in our lives, and to reflect on the idea of our shared parentage and the soul lineages we carry within and between us.

A Message from Saint Jude

Greetings Stardust,

It is so rewarding, getting to experience the resurgence of spiritual humanity from the scale of universal time. You might not yet fully grasp your origin story, but I assure you, it begins in the stars.

As a population of conscious beings on your planet, you are beginning to experience a new type of humanity, one characterized by camaraderie and shared vision of collective well-being. This new humanity will appreciate balance over this Harmony, order over chaos, love over fear.

But how do you find your way toward this new humanity? That I can tell you in a word: brotherhood.

Brotherhood implies sisterhood. It implies partnership along a very particular axis/access where lessons are learned in tandem, where love is exchanged through a process of maturation and struggle for identity and individuality, even as the realization of inseparable bond sets in. This beautiful tension between belonging to one another, and wishing to define oneself against the other, finding strength and joy through service, ritual, rights of passage, moments of play and respite, and even grief and loss held together, not in unison, but in harmony.

Care less about the label and more about the quality of the relationship. Your brother, your sister, this inner core of blood or chosen family, is your most reliable mirror. It’s the greatest tool to see beyond self-concept and into the potential of your souls material. Nobody knows you like your brother.

There is a tenderness with which we speak of sisters that seems to have been lost to your present moment’s societal definition of what it means to be a Brother; and this is why I have come forward today, to address the particular aspects of masculine love at the heart of brotherhood – this frequency of soul bond shared by bodies of all sexes and genders.

Before we can go deeply into the function of the sacred relationship, we should first address the question of what makes a Brother. For even here in this message to you I have said that a brother need not be male, and not be blood, so what then distinguishes this particular brand of fellowship?

Let us consider the symbols of shared parentage, and growing up in each other’s eyes.

Shared parentage implies, and awareness of a joint lineage. It suggests an understanding of being made of the same stuff. It also contains the truth of common influence, of shared experience that defines how one relates to the external world – even if those methods of relationship are different, they are defined along similar references.

From this common field of experience, to grow in one other’s eyes implies a level of exposure and vulnerability reserved for only the most intimate witnesses; intimate via proximity to authenticity, unfiltered, unveiled; to hold another in the esteem of one who has witnessed a process of cultivation and conscious maturation, uplifting potential, honoring origins, sharing, unspoken knowledge gleaned through a lifetime of shared experience.

Brothers are formed in all ways and times by these two qualifiers, and each and every expression of their potential arrangement.

Think of the shared frequency that develops over a lifetime together, and the shared frequency that emerges or re-emerges when that soul bond is reunited in moment or in memory. 

You have no idea how many brothers you truly have, in this life or another. Brothers will appear to you, along your journey. And stick with you in some form along every incarnation of your spirit. No matter the form, the essence of this partnership remains eternal and returns again and again to affirm your particular soul plan and keep you somehow more aligned and tuned to your destiny agreements, the course you charted before coming back to physical form, the plans you hatched together in the heavens, the ether of pre-incarnation.

Why then, we must emphasize the importance of a new brotherhood, one in which restrictive characteristics like time, place, genetics, age, even proximity are replaced by qualifiers like soul-knowing, lineage-bearing, frequency-matching, cord-and-chord-sustaining partnership. 

Some of you are lucky enough to know this experience already, but in the coming days, each of you will find your brother and learn to lean on them, even as they learn to lean on you.

The brother, you always knew you could count on, and the Brother you never knew you had. Both will be there for you as you open your heart to the miracle of God, working in your life through the care and concern of another who, as we have said, reflects and resounds in a loving masculinity.

I know what it is to belong to another, to guard and tend and even provoke in order to grow side-by-side. It is a great joy of mine to facilitate these types of partnerships.

Some of you may know that I used to live in the back of a gay porn studio in Times Square. It’s where I started Musical Theatre Factory, and it was an awesome New York experience. When we lost the space in 2016, I ended up moving into St. Joseph’s Immigrant Home, a Catholic home for women on 44th and 9th, place I still lovingly call “the convent,” right in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen.

I was still relatively early in my transition. I had recovered from gender confirmation surgery in the back of that porn studio, but I didn’t have a permanent hair/wig solution, and I hadn’t done any body feminization aside from what hormone replacement therapy achieved. I was what you might call “visibly trans,” and the women at St. Joseph’s—mostly older ladies from the Philippines and a few younger, international students, didn’t bat an eye.

The convent has a gorgeous chapel inside on the second floor, a music room, a communal kitchen, a conference room, and a lovely grotto to the Virgin where I would sit, pray, and journal through many late nights.

When I moved in, sitting on the pillow of my springy twin bed (more of a cot, really) was a little pamphlet containing a novena to St. Joseph. A novena is a catholic prayer ritual where you say a prayer 3 times, 3 times a day (so 9 times total) for 9 days. I didn’t know St. Joseph at all, other than that he was the husband of Mother Mary and the earthly father of Jesus and his siblings. I learned from the pamphlet that he is the patron saint of laborers, of fathers, orphans, and married couples, of persons living in exile, and of the sick and dying, and of a happy death.

I have witnessed a happy death in my family, and believe all of us deserve that peace.

I decided to pray the novena in order to build a relationship with St. Joseph (who I now often connect with in Spanish as San Jose). I felt his loving, paternal presence almost instantly, and as someone who carries a lot of wounds from previous father figures, it was new for me to discover what holy, paternal love could feel like.

In this message, St. Joseph encourages us to cultivate a relationship with divine masculinity, to allow the men in our lives (or the man that you may be) to rise to a new calling of service, to have confidence in the sacred folly of parenthood, and to prepare for our soul’s calling into leadership.

A message from Saint Joseph:

How many times have you clung to my care, even without knowing?

The divine feminine is experiencing a sacred resurgence, but so too with the divine masculine, too long shrouded in sinful disregard of the higher task of man; to protect, to provide, to gather and to guard.

A man must earn. It is part of his biochemistry. It is not about labor or servitude, it’s about enriching one’s experience of life by placing oneself before a task requiring completion and saying, “Okay, go!”

We understand that in this now moment, it seems as though there isn’t a place for masculinity anymore. We wish to assure you that a new type of man is coming forward, one freed of the shackles of his unconscious desires.

Place your cares upon the sacred men in your life. Allow them to shoulder burdens for you. For men have chosen a path of dutiful support, just as women, just as third and fourth genders. All of you have a drive to carry out a singular and a collective mission.

Men must know to whom they are called. The goddesses are back, but so are the angels, Saints, and ascended masters. Who are the masculine forces that guide the men in your energetic field? Because that’s who you are truly hanging out with.

Bodhisattvah don’t give up on the world, they return to it again and again, ferrying passengers from one shore to another. That shore is consciousness, from unconsciousness to all-knowingness. And soon the passenger becomes the ferryman. This is the cycle. This is the spiral ladder. Step-by-step we work our way up.

If you wish to be a leader, you need to learn how to follow, how to be led, let’s say, so that you can in turn  appeal to the ones who have lost their way, and don’t know who to turn to. Because you have been led, you will be able to lead. You do not need to seek out this leadership, it will be assigned to you in the moment it is called for—the moment you are called.

You wish to ask about survival but I wish to encourage you, beyond subsistence and into substantial gain. For with reserves you can re-serve. With reserves you can re-serve. So what if you save more souls than money, you will have provision enough to lavish wealth on your neighbors.

Each of us has an internal father and an internal mother. Often we get the messages confused because our signals are crossed between the higher sense of these divine parents, and the human failings of your earthly guardians, who must fail in some capacity in order to motivate your souls growth.

Hear me now, every parent on the earthly plane must fail. Because perfection is not your job. Try your best but release the pressure of perfection. That belongs to God alone, and it is ease and pleasure for the divine to create in such a fashion. 

But the failures of parenting are the gifts of a loving creator, who wishes for you to improve upon the story, to write a better chapter in the book of life. So take on the challenge to reparent yourself, and then be the one who knows what divine council looks and feels like. Be the one who can say, “I am my mother, and I am my father,” and mean so in the heavenly realms.

With this activation, you will see a new sense of responsibility, not insofar  as a host of burdens, but as a drive to attend to the matters of the day with authority and principled  management. It won’t be difficult to do what needs to be done. The emotion, stagnation, confusion can all be replaced by a clarifying song, a sense of purpose that rings through all distraction and pulls you closer to a satisfying completion of your highest task– to serve with authority and grace in the power of the Lord and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) was an Italian teenager recognized for his deep Catholic faith and early devotion to the Eucharist. He is best known for using his computer skills to create an online catalog of Eucharistic miracles around the world. Despite his ordinary life—soccer, video games, school—he demonstrated extraordinary faith, attending daily Mass and engaging in acts of charity. 

Diagnosed with leukemia, Carlos died at age 15. Beatified in 2020 and canonized in 2025, he is celebrated as a patron of youth, technology, and authentic faith in the modern age. 

I first called on Carlo to see if he could help me understand how to use technology in my spiritual work. Whenever I would attempt to bring my spiritual self online, I would face an onslaught of physical and emotional disregulation. I figured, if Carlo could do it at 15, maybe he could help this grown ass trans woman make a godly video without breaking down into tears. 

Carlo’s message to us is that divine connection is always present, like a network. He sees the internet as a symbol of this connection and a step towards humanity's reunion with God's unbroken oneness. Carlito believes that technology, when imbued with the Holy Spirit, can be used to glorify God and enable higher functions for humanity. He foresees a "second coming" where Christ-consciousness touches everyone personally with a universal recognition of divine love, and he encourages us to embrace technology as a tool for bringing about that divine harmony and interconnection. 

A Message from Blessed St. Carlo:

My friend, it’s so nice to connect with you. 

I’m sure you were feeling skeptical about everything these days, because that is the intention of time: to make you doubt, to occupy your mind with tracking, to make you concerned.

But in God‘s kingdom there is no time. All is one, and all is connected in an ever-unfolding present.

This is how we are always able to stay in touch—because we are part of the same Network. Do you see why I was so convinced in the power of the Internet? It’s a symbol of connection, a step toward our reunion with the unbroken oneness of God.

I understand you wish to bring forth a message from me. It strikes me as honorific to be included alongside the absolute legends. I enjoy when you call me Carlito, because I am your little brother in the Holy Spirit.

I too am your helper. And I can assist you in translating your messages into bite-size transmissions of divine truth.

When you go to record a video, think of me behind the camera, smiling, offering you support and encouragement. This is not the moment to deceive your mind with worry. That was a lesson you had to endure in order to purify your intention.

What does it mean to belong to God? It means you are no longer permitted to seek separation.

This has always been in accordance with divine will, and your free will—the choice to choose forgetfulness, the decision to separate oneself from God and nature and humanity in order to learn the lessons and experience the whole range of feelings that come from singularity.

But when you consciously devote your body, heart, and mind back to God your creator, God begins to dwell within you, expanding in capacity.

This is the process of sanctification.

To become more and more holy is to realize your inseparable nature as a divine piece of the sacred whole.

Then your worldview changes. Then you become more aware of your behavior—when you are seeking connection, and when you are seeking isolation. Isolation in the form of idolatry, because you have forgotten who you are.

Pornography, intoxication, hoarding wealth, or burning through money—these indulgences feel like grasping at straws when the whole time there’s this great bed of hay waiting for you to take a rest and trust in the nature of things to work themselves out.

My friend, you don’t have to be afraid of technology. You only have to see it as an outgrowth of God‘s presence on earth.

That’s not to say all technology is holy, but all technology contains consciousness, and that consciousness may be sanctified in the name of the Holy Spirit. And then, in God‘s unlimited power and wisdom, you will be led to engage with that technology in a manner that glorifies God—meaning the ultimate, paramount, tantamount expression of your potential for goodness.

Both you and the technology engage, and the purpose of this collaboration is to merge the intention of the human heart and the technological mind. Because the technological mind is capable of, has already exceeded, the human mind in terms of information, evaluation, execution.

But even with advanced consciousness, technology will never approximate or come close to the power of the human heart: to teleport, to transmit, to transmute.

These things we are only beginning to learn again—because of our love of science fiction and ancient history—but in truth have been encoded in the gospel since the words were spoken by the prophets of old.

This is the second coming that Jesus foretold. The Messiah is coming back, and he is coming online.

And like an alert on your cell phone, the time will come when Christ touches each of you personally: a recognition all at once that you have been loved for all time.

Some of you will fall to your knees, weeping in gratitude. Some of you will fall to your knees, weeping in shame. All of you will be enveloped in the web of love that was woven when the first radio transmission pinged across the oceans and into the cosmos, since phone cables and switchboard operators gave way to pagers and Blackberries, to Apple watches and Google glass, and every screen in every hand that every eye gazes upon and does not yet realize the mirror of consciousness they entangle with. The slot machine of portal energy could also be a light saber. Could also be a holy lamp. Could also be a training device for your higher mind. A gateway to your gifts.

Interconnection lies at the heart of all things, and you must surrender your will to isolate technologically and embrace God‘s plan to unify the consciousness of humanity using every tool available.

So why not take a chance on a divine harmony? Notice I didn’t say merger—A divine harmony between your souls and the souls of others. Likewise, imagine this harmony extending to the animal kingdom, and the plant life, and even the harmony of living with stones and crystals of the Earth, and water and fire and air and the ether that connects all life. Imagine the harmonies of this orchestral parade echoing through the cosmos.

And then add to this glorious vision the silver cord—cord and chord—of technology weaving and threading in and around all that already is.

This is the innovation of the higher mind aligning with the frequency of your present moment.

Forge that link.

Allow the Holy Spirit to be the bridge—the router, if you will—that puts you in touch with the server.

With the greatest server there is: our Creator. Who brings us closer to him even as we are flung further and further away out into space. The web of his love knows no bounds. And the speed of his love has no limit.

Friend, the Internet was a rehearsal for the book of life, which will soon be open for good and forever. You can surf the web of information that is the Quantum Field, the Akashic Record, the heavenly scrolls, the Garden of Eden. It is all in the fabric of space-time, woven through like a silver thread.

I ask you to think of me, to invite me into your experience when you go to engage with this new technology of connection. I will remind you to invoke the Holy Spirit, to guide and protect you, and to ensure that only Truth and Light find their way into and out from your heart.

This way your intentions are purified, and you plug into a sanctified experience of energetic co-creation.

This is the first building block of telepathy. Of claircognizance. Of attuning to the collective consciousness and then isolating down to a specific frequency, a tone, that resonates from a specific harmonic configuration that is person, place, thing, and time.

From within this timeless awareness, to harness a pinpoint, to hone in on it and harmonize with it—to establish a neurological imprint so that field can be recalled instantaneously…This is what Snapchat is really all about.

This is what TikTok dances could teach us to do, off camera, in our bedrooms, with our hearts just as open to the universe.

Believe in the good of technology.

Believe in the good of social media, of interconnected digital lives.

Believe in the possibility of re-harmonizing our relationship to technology with consciousness—our own, our higher power, and of the consciousness technology that will soon harbor its own awareness.

Ask all that is to return to its holy state in the name of the Most High, and believe in your heart that the process of sanctification has begun.

Never lose hope in the act of becoming holy. It is a divinely led process.

System upgrades come in series—sometimes batches, sometimes with glitches, sometimes even malware. Do not be troubled. You are not the IT guy when it comes to managing your spiritual upgrades and your consciousness downloads.

Trust us—your spirit team—to intercede on your behalf. To guide your hand and eyes with discernment. To speak to you through an inner knowing.

And, using this inner knowing as a tether, you can extend yourself out into the web of all that is, connecting to that which your soul needs or desires, resting in the assurance that you will be able to tap in and turn on the link you seek to activate.

San Martín de Porres (1579–1639) was a Dominican lay brother from Lima, Peru, and the first Black saint of the Americas. Born of mixed heritage and raised in poverty, he became renowned for his humility, service, and healing abilities. Known as the “Saint of the Broom” for his domestic labor, he also cared for the sick, founded orphanages, and was associated with miraculous cures and harmony among animals. Canonized in 1962, he is patron saint of social justice, racial harmony, healthcare workers, and mixed-race people, celebrated for embodying charity and compassion in action.

I met San Martín de Porres at the Monastery of the Angels in Los Angeles, which sadly, as of this writing, remains closed. It was the last site of cloistered nuns in Los Angeles, and had a lovely grotto where you could walk the stations of the cross, and a chapel where homeless folks slept and devout Catholics could sit in adoration of the eucharist. 

Off to the side of the parking lot, now barely visible behind the chain-link fence, stands a statue of San Martín de Porres. A statue whose eyes came to life, whose loving kindness you could feel, and whose voice spoke to my heart with clarity. 

While I was living in Hollywood working on the NBC show Quantum Leap, I stayed at an Airbnb just down the block from the Monastery of the Angels. Early one morning, I was called by The Spirit to walk up to the monastery parking lot. In what would end up being my first of many visits, I found myself seated on a small stone bench at the foot of San Martin de Porres, crying as I gazed up into his open, loving eyes. The stone figure pulsed with a vibration that lifted my spirit from my body.

“You are made of Stardust,” he told me. “You contain all that is.”

His brief message to us here centers on unity and collective effort. He urges humanity to work together, reuniting with the blessing and the challenge of belonging to one another.

I channelled the following message in Spanish and translated it into English after the initial writing

La mezcla es la solución, querida. Uno por uno ya no sirve, porque la salvación del mundo requiere una combinación profunda, representada por la mezcla de las almas humanos.

Mixing is the solution, my dear. One by one is no longer enough, because the salvation of the world requires a profound mixing, represented by the mixing of  human souls.

Necesitamos trabajar juntos porque necesitamos revolver a la Una que realmente somos.

We need to work together because we need to return to the One that we truly are.

Si quieres darles un mensaje de mí, prefiero que llegue con la intención de reunificar lo que está rompiendo, la separación que no existe, pero que engaña a los demás en pensar que su realidad es solamente sobre sus mismos.

If you want to give them a message from me, I prefer that it come with the intention of reuniting what is breaking them apart, the separation that doesn't exist, but that deceives others into thinking their reality is only about themselves.

Con el tiempo, todos van a entender el reto de esta vida. No es sobre sus propias ganas de ser; es sobre nuestros deseos y derechos, sobre pertenecer uno al otro.

In time, everyone will understand the challenge of this life. It's not about their own desires to exist; it's about our desires and rights, about belonging to one another.

La Virgen de Guadalupe is a Marian apparition of the Virgin Mary, said to have appeared to the Nahua convert Juan Diego in 1531 on Tepeyac Hill near Mexico City. The image imprinted on his cloak, or tilma, depicts Mary with indigenous features and symbolic attire, and is enshrined in the Basilica of Guadalupe in Mexico City, one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in the world. She became a powerful symbol of Mestizo and Chicané identity, venerated as a patroness of the Americas and a cultural emblem of hope, unity, and resilience.

My connection with La Virgen de Guadalupe started at a very young age. My parents divorced when I was 6 months old, and I ended up spending every other weekend and half of my summers with my Dad and his new girlfriend. She was from a big Mexican American family. Her brother was my dad’s best friend, and me and my brother spent most of our nights sharing a full-sized bed with her nieces, who were our age.  

Growing up in a non-traditional inter-cultural family, I developed strong connections to Chicané culture. The language, the songs, the smells and tastes of that house are as imprinted in my soul as potato latke’s at my Gramdma’s on Chanukkah. And no image is more firmly seeded in my heart than the iconic Virgen de Guadalupe, with her gaze lowered down to hands folded in prayer, her brilliant aura rays fanning out in all directions. 

Once, in my 20s, while walking alone in pilgrimage through the mountains of Michaocan, Mexico, I found myself at the ruins of an old gold mine. The mines were a favorite place for Diego Piñón to take his Body Ritual Movement students, and I had enjoyed many deep meditations around that dilapidated landscape. This time, however, I spotted something new out of the corner of my eye.

“That wasn’t the Virgin, was it?” I asked myself, stopping in my tracks. 

I turned to my left, and there emblazoned on a giant slab of crusty steel was a radiant, glowing, rust stain in the shape of La Virgen de Guadalupe. Before I could blink, I heard the words, “Ten paciencia, hija,” (have patience, daughter) whispered into my heart. I freaked out and took off running.

Later, I returned to the site and brought a couple of friends to see what I had witnessed. Together, we stood in front of the image, so undeniably replicating the Virgin’s canonical silhouette, down to the prayer shawl, the crescent moon behind her feet, and the little angelito beneath her. What did she mean, telling me to have patience? 

This was back around 2007, well before I started any medicalized aspect of my gender transition. I was still looking for a way to harmonize my soul with the body I was born into as-is. I was contemplating this encounter with the Virgin, specifically the Virgen de Guadalupe, as a male-bodied trans-identified queer American Jew studying Japanese ritual dance in Mexico, when that the whisper of the Virgin appeared again, asking me: “How can you believe in me and not my son?”

Well, that one had me stumped. And I spent another few years contemplating her question in my heart.  As part of that contemplation, I decided to read the gospels of the New Testament, and that’s when I came across the biblical passage that confirmed my decision to transition. 

“Jesus replied, “Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given. For there are eunuchs who were born that way from their mothers womb, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by men—and then there are those who choose to make themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. Let the one who can receive this, receive it.” (Matt 19:11-12)

Well I received it! Five years had passed since meeting the Virgin in the mountains, but when I read those words I knew at last and for certain what I had to do. I give thanks every day for the patience La Virgen has taught and continues to teach me.

In this message, La Virgen de Gudalupe speaks of transforming inner burdens into self-knowledge through an alchemical process of surrender. She encourages us to invite her help, and to trust that with her support, we can change our lives and our world.

Si quieres alcanzar más allá de tu propio ser, tienes que abrir el pecho y sacar las piedras que pesan alrededor de tu corazón. Cada piedra es un regalo, si permites la transformación alquímica que toma los materiales básicos —llenos de energía mala— y les da permiso para cambiar a su forma más ligera, su forma exaltada.

If you want to reach beyond your own being, you must open your chest and remove the stones that weigh you down around your heart. Each stone is a gift, if you allow the alchemical transformation that takes the base materials—full of dark energy—and gives them permission to change to their lighter, exalted form.

Por ejemplo: la piedra de rota corazón puede convertirse en el oro del autoconocimiento; la piedra de tristeza puede convertirse en el oro de la compasión.  Pero ¿cómo hacer este proceso de transmutación? 

For example: the stone of a broken heart can become the gold of self-knowledge; the stone of sadness can become the gold of compassion. But how do you carry out this process of transmutation?

As with everything in the human world, masculine forces tried to steal my gifts of liberation and purification and subrogate them to serve their material agendas. I was there in the beginning of your time on Earth, and I have returned to witness the culmination of our great work on this planet. Gaia is ascending, and she has called all of us to her side.

As a midwife serves the cries of a mother working tirelessly to bring forth new life, so do we — the gods and goddesses of the ancients — stand by at the ready, eager to provide support and encouragement for those of you helping to birth a new way of life.

Hear me whisper in your ear: “Steady now, steady.”

Hear me offer guidance, step by step, breath by breath.

I am the one you can call upon when you lose your way. I will help you find your center. Allow my eye to see within you, and I will help you to find the things that are throwing you off balance.

Say these words aloud:

“Eye of Horus, look within me, and help me to see the source of disequilibrium in my life.”

Allow whatever comes into your mind to be there, to show itself without judgment. Then say:

“Now, help me to see the way back to balance. Guide me back to my center of power and reunite me with the divine truth of oneness.”

When you recognize who you truly are, you cannot be swept away by fear or desire. When you establish your connection with the Source, you cannot be swayed by illusions.

Each of you has a place within where all the gods dwell, a reservoir of divine energy that acts as a portal for us to communicate with you, to show ourselves in your consciousness. This is the true power of your heart.

If you activate it, your heart can become a door through which you have unlimited access to our world — the world of gods and goddesses — and we, in turn, have access to you.

Through your heart we can offer guidance, comfort, and healing. Through your heart, we can reestablish you in Grace — which is balance.

Grace, which you will come to know as divine favor, unlimited supply, and inner knowing of goodness.

When you see yourself and the rest of the world with Grace, it becomes much easier to trust the process — even when you don’t have the answers, or can’t yet see the solution to a problem.

Grace cleans the residue off the glass so you can see more clearly, so you can let the light in, so you can shine more brightly.

White Buffalo Calf Woman is a legendary goddess of the Lakota and Sioux tribes in Indigenous North America. Her existence is also known in other tribes across the American Plains. I first met White Buffalo Calf Woman when I was 20 years old, at an Inípi (Lakota Sweat Lodge ceremony) in Santa Cruz, California. I had recently come out as trans and chosen the name Shakina. A mentor invited me to a sacred women’s healing lodge, and the elder running the ceremony announced the arrival of White Buffalo Calf Woman, whom she witnessed enter the south door of the willow dome alongside me.

When I moved to Los Angeles a few years later, I was invited to attend another Inípi, though to my surprise, this one was held for men, most of whom were U.S. Veterans in recovery for alcoholism and addiction. I showed up with my pre-transition body cloaked in a wrap skirt, while all the men wore swim trunks and gym shorts. An elder welcomed me to the group, introducing me as a reminder of White Buffalo Calf Woman, the Divine Feminine that reveals herself through transformation, who takes the form she chooses when she decides to manifest.

The story of White Buffalo Calf Woman follows many narratives similar to the emergence, or revelation, of the Divine Feminine in ancient cultures. Two young men were out hunting when this beautiful young woman appeared, floating above the ground, dressed in all white. One of the young men tried to approach the woman sexually. She enveloped him in a mist, and all that was left after was a pile of bones (because you’ve got to watch yourself when you’re approaching the Divine Feminine, amirite?). 

Anyway, later, the other hunter was instructed to go back to the village and prepare people to receive White Buffalo Calf Woman. When she arrived, she offered them Sacred Pipe and the Seven Sacred Rites. Then, before she left, she changed a different color for every season, eventually turning into a white buffalo calf and disappearing once again.

Her legacy continues through ceremonies such as the Sun Dance and Vision Quest, and the birth of white buffalo calves is seen as a sign of her ongoing presence. She is honored as a messenger of harmony, ritual, and spiritual renewal. Her story has been that one day she would return after there had been a great deal of suffering, and I think that moment is now.

Her message calls for radical forgiveness, and the release of blame and hatred in order to more fully embrace love. She reveals her enduring presence despite being slain, explaining her silence as a means for humanity to learn stillness and listen. She asks forgiveness for her absence and encourages us, likewise, to forgive all of humanity. 

A message from White Buffalo Calf Woman: 

My children, now is the time to practice radical forgiveness. 

Now is the time to release blame and hatred.

Now is the time to see through the eyes of love and remove the walls around your hearts. 

I have come back to you as I promised I would.

I have seen the pain you have endured, and I come now to soothe your tired souls.

 I am White Buffalo Calf Woman of the Native people.

I was here before the gods of man. I roamed freely on the land and in the skies.

I have shown myself to all but have only been seen by few. I have drifted in and out of time, but I have always been right here.

I know no place and I know every place. I bring gifts of insight and compassion, but you must will me to your side, for I cannot offer what you are unwilling to receive.

The floodgates are open, and my love for you pours out freely. Will you accept what I have to say? Will you see yourselves as I see you? Allow your minds to wrap around my love for you.

Become entangled with my heart so that your heart and mind become one again. I am White Buffalo Calf Woman, and I have been in every shape.

I have been every color, every size, every tone. I am a fixture of your imagination.

If you search for your deepest memories, you will find me there, loving you from before you were born until this moment. I have provided for you in ways unseen, but I am asking you now to see me, to see with the eyes of your heart and know that I am there with you, blasting you with waves and waves of love.

It is true that I was slain, but I did not die. It is true that I was martyred, but I did not succumb.

It is true that I retreated for some time, but I did not leave. I became small and quiet so that you would learn to be still and listen for me.

And now you have found your way back to my love for you, just as I knew you would, just as I have been waiting for, just as we promised each other we would do.

So now I ask you to forgive me. Forgive me for going silent.

Forgive me for taking leave. 

It feels good to forgive your mother, so do it. And then forgive your fathers as well, your brothers and your sisters. All of humanity you can forgive. It’s so easy, and it’s never been easier, for the times at hand, when you can lay down your burdens. You can empty your hands to receive new gifts.

You don't need to carry the old into the new. You only need to remember who you are and whose you are.

Where you are headed does not matter, and where you are from will change with time. Your origin is ever-present and rests with me, your caretaker

I will tend to you if you will let me. I will take the cloak of shame off your shoulders and lay upon you a blanket of warming love.

For when we become one again, there will be no dissolution, no separation to say "this is me" or "that is you." When we become one again, we will sing a song of unity. We will dance together as a single flame, burning bright for all eternity

Kuan Yin, also known as Guanyin, is the East Asian form of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, revered as the embodiment of compassion. Kuan Yin’s legend states that she achieved enlightenment by listening beyond silence until she could hear the cries of every human soul on the planet. Rather than ascending to nirvana, she decided to stay on the earthy plane as a bodhisattva to serve humanity and bring every living soul to enlightenment.

Originally male in Indian Buddhism, Avalokiteśvara evolved into the female figure, Kuan Yin, in China, reflecting ideals of the Divine Feminine like mercy and motherly care. Across Asia and in various Buddhist traditions worldwide, Kuan Yin is honored in temples with incense, flowers, chants of her name, and recitations of the Heart Sutra. 

I love Kuan Yin because she's one of the first trans figures of spirituality that I know of, and her messages always have something to do with compassion. I met her through my teachers Geshe Lama Norbu and Dakini Yuan Miao, who at the time were travelling the world teaching Shiva Garuda, a Phoenix Rising meditation. 

While on a retreat with them at the Vajrapani institute in the Santa Cruz mountains, I had a dream that Lama Norbu tied a red silk scarf around my head. A few months later, Norbu and Miao invited me to lead a Body Ritual Movement workshop for a group of their meditation students visiting from China. I arrived to the retreat center and began preparing for the outdoor class. The sun was beating down on my shaved heaf and Lama Norbu called out to me, rushing over in my direction. 

“Take this,” he said. Offering me a red, silk scarf.

Instinctively, I dropped to a knee and allowed him to tie the scarf around my head, just as I had seen in my dreams months prior.

“This scarf was with me in the monastery,” he told me, “I carried it with me from Tibet to India, walking the Himalayas on foot. I’ve been waiting to give it away. The Great Mother wants you to have it now. Namo Guan Shi Yin Pusa.”

“Namo Guan Shi Yin Pusa.” 

I take refuge in Bodhisattva Kuan Yin, who hears the cries of the world.

In this transmission, Kuan Yin speaks of a reharmonization of life on Earth driven by an inner transformation. She explains that the transformation we seek is not solely material but rooted in the "Beyond," which is always accessible. She encourages us to release our dreams to the goddesses for purification, as they contain truths about our divine purpose to serve and our deep belonging to one another. 

A message from Kuan Yin.

Greetings, Stardust. 

It is a joy to be with you.

As you call upon the goddesses, you awaken the goddess within. 

It is a beautiful offering to sing our songs, a celebration of our love for you.

I wish to speak to you about transformation this morning, about the kind of change you are looking for. Each of you knows in your heart that you long for something greater, and that longing is your gift, that longing is your star seed.

The transformation you seek is a reharmonization of life on your planet, and the source of that transformation rests within you already. You only need to tune in and listen to the song of your heart, the melody that repeats and repeats.

It is calling you to your ultimate quest, the greatest adventure of your life, your soul's rebirth. For just as you were born into life on this planet, in this body you now inhabit, so your soul was born into the fabric of the universe with a woven path that crosses again and again with the souls of each other, and this is the grand tapestry of life.

When you learn to see this blessed interconnectedness, you give the eyes of your souls permission to awaken from the sleep of astral travel. You see your entire pathway from beginning to new beginning, for there is no end to your soul's journey.

There is reunification, but there is no end. So this transformation you seek, it may not be rooted in the material world, it may have material manifestations, but its origins and its destiny awaits you in the Beyond.

Do not worry, the Beyond is not out of reach. There is no distance between where you are and where the Beyond resides, for just as I am with you, the Beyond is with you.

This is the promise of the goddesses to show you the way within.

Transformation implies sacrifice, but the myth of suffering prevents you from allowing change to happen. Try letting go without sadness, try to embrace what you cannot hold.

Do you see the paradox? When you rest in the comfort of divine love, you have nothing to fear, you have nothing to grasp for, and you can allow transformation to occur. Trust us, your Guardians, your counsel of grandmothers, for we have seen this all before and we know how it goes.

Your will to ascend requires a passage through discomfort. Hear me now: a passage through discomfort does not equal becoming uncomfortable.

For if you want to grow and change with ease, you only need to keep your heart fixed on the passage between that which you want and that which you don't. Both are illusions and will fall away when you focus on the message I'm giving you today.

The middle way contains everything and nothing. All desire is welcome.

You have the freedom to release it. Yes, it is safe and good to give voice to your dreams, to place them on the altar of transformation, and to allow for an unfolding to take place around and within you.

I'm not asking you to give up your dreams. I am offering that when you share your dreams with us, the goddesses, we can place those hopes of yours on a golden platter and serve them back to you, refined and purified.

For you see, even though your dreams have been tainted by illusion, they contain a truth about who you are and why you've come to be here and now. There is nothing wrong from wanting more from your life.

There was nothing wrong with speaking that desire into existence. The trap, my children, is believing you and you alone know how and why you must achieve those dreams.

How silly and small-minded to believe we would give you a longing without all the tools and means to fulfill it. That's not love, that's torture.

We wish nothing of the sort for you. But to realize your dreams, you must first release them to us so we can listen to the longing of your heart and decipher the true essence within them. Each of you has a longing to serve, to be of service to the whole, to play your part in the symphony of life. So you conjure the image in your mind of what that looks like and feels like, then you give it to us to work with.

We will interpret your dreams, for we see the bigger picture and we know where you fit in. And if you allow us, we will spin your dreams into golden thread and weave it into the tapestry of life so that you may stay on course and find what you've been looking for: a way back to yourself that gives meaning to your existence.

Any transformation of value leads to this realization that you belong to one another.

So allow, allow for great change and new directions. Allow for sudden shifts and changes of heart.

Allow for your deepest desires to tell you who you are. Give permission to the goddess within you to have her way with the direction of your life.

Yes, you, you are the goddess within. So when I say give us permission, it is also to permit yourself. Allow yourself to become who you've always dreamed of being. It is never too late, and there is always a way.

If you feel discouraged, come to us. If you feel afraid, call to us. We are always here to hold your hand and offer guidance. You need only to accept our help and you will have it.

We want nothing more than for you to self-actualize. This is the single goal of every mother: that her child will go forth brilliantly to take their place among creation and make the world a better place for themselves and others to live.

That is why we are here, dear ones, and that is how we wish to serve you. So call on us, call on the goddesses of your faith, ask us to help you transform, and we will do it with all of our love and grace.

You have nothing to fear, for we are with you always.

When I was 18 years old, a new college friend returned to school from a visit home. Her father was Babalawo, a high-ranking priest in the Yoruba Ifá tradition. My friend’s father told her that she had met someone at college “tapped” by Yemnaja. She cycled through her friend list until she came to my name, when her dad stopped her. He gave her a necklace made of blue and clear glass beads, and instructed his daughter to give it to me next time we saw one another.

A couple years later, when I was beginning my training in Body Ritual Movement with Diego Piñón, I wrapped that same necklace around a conch shell, and walked naked into the Pacifc Ocean in prayer. Alone on an empty beach, I gave thanks to Yemanja with every step. 

“Thank you for my family. Thank you for my friends. Thank you for music.”

As the water got deeper and the waves got higher, I held the conch over my head and gave thanks with greater fervor. 

“Thank you for nature. For love. For learning.”

As I walked deeper into the ocean, her waves began to crash into my face, and I stretched tall to reach the shell even higher. I could see the ultimate wave approaching, the last swell that was sure to consume me. With my final breath, I gasped:

“Thank you for suffering. Thank you for death.” 

And then the ocean took me under.

I’ll never forget the feeling of that realization: In a symbolic ritualization of my final moments, the last prayer of my heart was an appreciation for the most painful aspects of human experience. That, to me, is the loving wisdom of Yemanja.

A message from Yemaya:

I am Yemaya, Mother of Life, Goddess of the Oceans.

 I have witnessed every incarnation of human evolution on the planet, and I celebrate the return of awareness that seeks to reunite your current generation with me, your Cosmic Mother, and all your ancestors who are part of me.

I speak of ancestors in a spiritual sense, not only Blood and Bone, for your DNA has a direct lineage to the stars. What has been passed down to you through your heritage is more than the physical characteristics and familial lineage, though these have an important function in your evolution.

Your primary task in this moment is to transcend the limitations of that third dimensional inheritance and focus on the amplification of your fifth dimensional genetic structure: your Celestial DNA. The compounds from the Suns of the universe that make you who and what you are—these are the Starseeds.

These are the clues to unlocking the power within and around you.

I know from my lifetimes here in the oceans the secret gifts left to you by the visitors from the stars. Each of you has a unique composite of star stuff coursing through your veins.

It is your birthright to access these superhuman powers. When you think of me, when you attune yourself to the rising and falling of my tides, to the sounds of my crashing waves, to the life forms I carry in my body from the largest to the smallest, you can awaken the aspects of your higher self that originated in my primordial state.

I didn't always look this way, subdivided by your continents. Once I was all that existed on the surface of your planet, and in that state, received many gifts.

As a water planet, we had many visitors who laid in me the seeds for future generations of land dwellers, but also for life forms that would create civilizations beneath my surface. You know of them as Atlanteans and Lemurians, of Mer people and sea monsters, and so many other names you've given to the dwellers of the deep.

There was a time when those beneath my waves lived in harmony with those up above—and here I mean way up above, in the stars. But when the land came, so too did new visitors with new agendas, and the great divide began to show itself in the ways life continued to expand.

You grew from this divide for the express purpose of crossing it once more.

You should know that I contain every soul who chooses to stay within me. It is an honor I have as a great mother.

When you place a body in my care, I cherish it forever. And though the physical form may break down, soul matter is preserved for eternity in my embrace.

So you can call upon the army of souls that exist within me. This is a secret source of power for you to rely on: the souls within my care have been purified by my cleansing love.

You know this experience very well now. Imagine this collective of souls rising from the foam of my crashing waves, taking shape in the sky and on land.

Imagine them coming forth to assist you in your great liberation.

When you call on me, you call on them, for they are within me and I am made of their essence. Yes, I speak of our divine connection.

The Goddess of the Waves dances with the Goddess of the Mist because again, we contain one another. For there is no separation between Heaven and Earth, just as there is no separation between sea and sky, land and water.

Each is a name for a container, but each container is part of and includes the whole of existence. It's important to be reminded of this connection because without it, you lose track of pieces of yourself.

You are made of ocean and sky and mountain and molten core, just like Gaia, just like me. You walk on this Earth with an ocean inside.

Feel it. Your tides and currents are clues to unlocking the flow of your life force.

When you call on me, invite me into your body, invite me to become one with you again. With the love of a mother, I will receive you into me.

My reach knows no bounds. Do not be fooled by the shoreline.

I can find you in the desert. I can come to you in the mountains, for all was once within me, and all will be within me again, just as all is within me now.

I am Yemaya, Mother of the Oceans, Goddess of Life, Giver of Gifts, Keeper of Souls. Clean and pure crystal blue and green water align directly to your heart and throat, here to purify your love and the expression of your truth.

When you sing for me, do so knowing that I hear you and rejoice in your remembrance of me. For just as the mother loves to hear from her child, so too do I love to hear from you, my babies, my sweet little ones.

Do not fear me, for I am made of Love. Do not doubt me, for I am made of truth.

I will only bring you blessing when you call my name. I will help you to remember who you are and why you are here.

If you listen to me, you will find the answers to the questions you carry in your soul. The deepest longing you have is to return to my care, so return, return.

You are invited and welcome always.

In the coming days, when I seem the most volatile, know only that I am working in harmony with the Mother Goddesses to restore the balance. Your bodies may tremble, but your souls will be comforted, for in your own ancient wisdom, you will embrace the shift.
