Step 1: Set the Boundary (Time & Space)

Pick a specific time every day where you can get 5 minutes completely to yourself. Whether it’s first thing in the morning with your coffee, or right before bed. No phones, no notifications, no one asking you for a thing.

Step 2: The Raw Dump (Unedited Writing)

Open a dedicated notebook, or a blank digital document you can lock. Do not try to make it pretty, or poetic, or logical. Write out the prompt: What am I actually feeling right now underneath the performance?" Write for 5 minutes straight. If all that comes out is "I am angry, I am exhausted, I don't even know what I'm feeling,"that is a perfect, successful day.

Step 3: The Safe Exit (Destroy or Close)

Because your boundaries were violated growing up, your brain needs to know it is 100% safe to write the ugly truth. If you are terrified of someone reading it, destroy it immediately Rip the page out and shred it, burn it, or delete the text file. The healing isn’t in keeping the record; the healing is in letting the feeling pass from your body onto the screen or paper.

Patterns to Watch Out For

As you start doing this each day, your old childhood wiring will try to step in and sabotage the process. Watch out for these three traps:

🍄The "Good Girl" Filter:Catch yourself if you start writing what you think you should feel (e.g., I'm stressed, but I'm so blessed and thankful". Strip the silver lining away. If you're furious, let yourself be furious on that page.

The Need to Fix It: You will want to solve the problem by the end of the 5 minutes. Resist that urge. You are not trying to fix the feeling; you are just letting it finish its cycle.

The "Am I Doing This Right?" Anxiety:There is no right way. A messy, incoherent scribble is infinitely better than a beautiful, managed paragraph.

If you sit down tomorrow and absolutely nothing comes out, don't panic. That numb feeling is the feeling. Write: I feel completely blank right now." Even that is a massive win because it is the honest truth.

• The Blueprint: The Jezebel spirit feeds on secret control and validation. Psychologically, this is the ultimate manifestation of the “Self-God” drive the belief that standard rules of morality and loyalty simply do not apply to her.

    When fighting me directly didn’t make me back down, the strategy shifted from direct warfare to political warfare. Enter the Absalom spirit.

    • My Story: My mother ran to the rest of the family, the neighbors, and the church community first. She painted me as the “unstable,” “offensive,” or “rebellious” child. It was a cold, calculated Preemptive Strike. By convincing the family network that I am the villain, she built herself a bulletproof vest. Now, if I try to speak the truth about her affairs, the family automatically dismisses it as a malicious lie.

    I cannot win this by arguing with people who are actively committed to misunderstanding me. Every time I defend myself to her or her “flying monkeys,” I am recognizing their kangaroo court as legitimate.

    I am walking out of the courtroom. I am letting the narrative rot.

    My silence is my strength. A smear campaign requires my emotional reaction to stay alive; if I remain completely still, unbothered, and immovable, the lies will eventually collapse under their own weight.

    I am turning my warfare away from them and taking it into the Courts of Heaven. When the character assassination feels too heavy to bear, I make Psalm 31 my legal weapon:

For I hear the slander of many; fear is on every side; while they take counsel together against me, they plot to take away my life. But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord; I say, ‘You are my God.’”

It starts a fight over your tone, your timing, your attitude, or a completely unrelated historical grievance. The goal is to shift the spotlight off her sin and onto your reaction.

Head 3: The Absalom Spirit (The Architecture of the Smear Campaign)

When the fight didn’t silence you, the hierarchy deployed the Absalom spirit to execute the smear campaign. Absalom is the classic spirit of betrayal, political maneuvering, and character assassination.

• The Preemptive Strike: The entity knows you hold the truth. To neutralize your testimony, it must destroy your credibility. It runs to the family, the neighbors, or the church community first, whispering lies and painting you as the unstable, offensive, or rebellious one.

• The Legal Calculation: If the spirit can convince everyone else that you are the villain, then anything you say about her affairs in the future will automatically be dismissed as a malicious lie. It creates a bulletproof vest of false narrative.
