As the school year begins, we want to inform you that religious and/or medical exemptions are viable options for families. Religious exemptions can be based upon the nature of vaccines, their manufacturing, the toxic substances they contain or the effects on the human body and in particular your child’s body. Religious exemptions are not limited to a particular religion or denomination. Medical exemptions can be obtained for children if the child or family members have a history of vaccine injury, neurologic illness, cardiac illness, autoimmune illness, mental illness, genetic disorders, disorders involving metabolism or absorption. This is a short list of reasons a person may seek a medical exemption. Protecting your child or children is the job of the parents, not the government.

Parents must have the ability to make true informed decisions about vaccines. They must understand the risk, the benefits and alternative treatment interventions for their child. They must understand the risks of the illness vs. the risk of the vaccines. They must be willing to take an informed risk for their child, not children in the community or children in general. The risk is for their child. They must have the ability to say “no” to the any vaccine.

The package insert must be available on every vaccine that is given in an appointment and parents should have the opportunity to review those inserts and ask questions about what they do and do not understand. Their questions should not be dismissed or minimized. These inserts can be provided to the parents prior to scheduled appointments.

When a child is receiving multiple vaccines at the same time either within the same syringe or multiple syringes, the parent must ask for the studies showing the safety of giving multiple vaccines at one time? If the provider does not have the studies, ask the provider to obtain the studies for you to review prior to your child receiving the scheduled vaccines.

When receiving a vaccines, please ask how many viral particles are within the vial? The package insert may publish the lower limit, however, what is the upper limit and what are the safety study results of the upper limit of viral particles? What happens to the live attenuated vaccines particles during the shelf life of the vaccine?

As parents review their decisions about vaccines, I think it is prudent to read this article by Laura Hayes published in the Age of Autism appropriately questioning: Why is this legal?

Again, in Virginia, we have a right to religious and medical exemption. The School Entrance Health Form -MCH213G allows for both medical and religious exemptions.

Religious Exemptions are acceptable throughout Virginia. By completing a Certificate of Religious Exemption a child is exempt from the childhood vaccine schedule. I will acknowledge that many private programs will not accept religious exemptions.

Below is the Virginia Code on Vaccines.

Vaccine Exemption Code in Virginia:

12VAC5-110-80. Exemptions from immunization requirements.

A. Religious and medical exemptions. No certificate of immunization shall be required of any student for admission to school if:

1. The student or his parent or guardian submits a notarized Certificate of Religious Exemption (Form CRE 1), to the admitting official of the school to which the student is seeking admission. Form CRE 1 is an affidavit stating that the administration of immunizing agents conflicts with the student’s religious tenets or practices. The form is available on the Division of Immunization website at http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/immunization/requirements; or

2. The school has written certification on either of the documents specified under “documentary proof” in 12VAC5-110-10 from a physician, registered nurse, or a local health department that one or more of the required immunizations may be detrimental to the student’s health. Such certification of medical exemption shall specify the nature and probable duration of the medical condition or circumstance that contraindicates immunization.

3. Upon the identification of an outbreak, potential epidemic, or epidemic of a vaccine-preventable disease in a public or private school, the commissioner has the authority to require the exclusion from such school of all children who are not immunized against that disease.

B. Demonstration of existing immunity. The demonstration in a student of antibodies against mumps, measles, rubella, or varicella in sufficient quantity to ensure protection of that student against that disease, shall render that student exempt from the immunization requirements contained in 12VAC5-110-70 for the disease in question. Such protection should be demonstrated by means of a serological testing method appropriate for measuring protective antibodies against mumps, measles, rubella, or varicella respectively. Reliable history of chickenpox disease diagnosed or verified by a health care provider shall render students exempt from varicella requirements.

C. HPV vaccine. Because the human papillomavirus is not communicable in a school setting, a parent or guardian, at the parent’s or guardian’s sole discretion, may elect for the parent’s or guardian’s child not to receive the HPV vaccine, after having reviewed materials describing the link between the human papillomavirus and cervical cancer approved for such use by the board. (Many Virginia schools will state that HPV is required for admission. This is not true. You simply need to tell the school you are declining the HPV shot.)

This week President Trump by executive order reduced the childhood vacccine schedule. This did reduce the childhood vaccine schedule on paper but the Virginia Department of Health responded by stating no changes would be made in the mandated schedule in Virginia.

This places the ball back into the hands of parents where it should always be and remain. However, once again, the parents should have the right to decline any and all vaccines. Parents make the final call not the doctor, not the school, not the daycare, not the government. We encourage you to make the choice that is right for your child.

When we think of a Constitutional Crisis, we often do not think it is linked to medical freedom. However, every aspect life, the well being of the individual, is about medical freedom: the freedom to breathe clean air, drink clean water, eat from land that is not contaminated with chemicals, and the freedom to choose how and when to address illness.

The Virginia State Constitution in Article 1 reads:

“A DECLARATION OF RIGHTS made by the good people of Virginia in the exercise of their sovereign powers, which rights do pertain to them and their posterity, as the basis and foundation of government.

Section 1. Equality and rights of men.

That all men are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.”

The proposed Constitutional Amendment misleadingly labeled “Reproductive Freedom” is in direct conflict with this section of the Constitution of the Commonwealth. The unregulated access to abortion results in direct harm to our posterity. The unregulated harm to children via sterilization, elimination of statutory rape laws, elimination of parental rights causes direct harm to our posterity. The unregulated harvesting of fetal tissue, surrogacy and IVF adds further insult to all of humanity.

2. Would they support the end of all vaccine mandates? This is simply the support of everyone’s bodily autonomy. This is a recognition that each individual and parent needs to understand individual risk, benefit and alternatives before accepting any medical intervention.

3. Will they recognize personhood begins at conception?

4. Will they stop fetal organ harvesting? Will they stop unregulated and unrestricted surrogacy and IVF?

5. Will they review all protocols in reference to organ harvesting? Please note Robert F. Kennedy courageously ended one organ harvesting program.

6. Will they fight Medical Assistance in Dying? Euthanasia?

7. Will they work to recognize and support treatments for the vaccine injured?

8. Will they end the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act which protect the manufacturers of vaccines?

9. Will they work to protect our food supply? Protect farmers and our land?

10. Will they work to end industrialized solar and data centers that are destroying our land and water supply?

11. Will they work to end chemical trails in our skies?

This is my short list of questions for every person running for office.

This is the time that we must stand and protect our children. It is not about more government intervention, it is about the government getting out of our lives. It is stopping the endless mandates that not only come in the form of vaccines but endless taxes that control our ability to live because most families are struggling with every financial decision. We are not pawns of the government and we should not behave as pawns of the government. We must take the words of Patrick McGoohan in “The Prisoner” into our heart and soul, “I am not a number. I am a free man.” We must claim our freedom and choose to step away from mandated medicine. We must take on the responsibility of providing our families with good food, water, and air. We do this my taking an active roll in our communities, engaging with local producers or farmers, and attending local meetings to ensure the water and air are not polluted with chemicals the government has deemed “safe and effective.”

It is important to seek knowledge and understanding and to not blindly accept that which we have been spoon fed. Information must be examined over and again in the face of additional knowledge and understanding. The bottom line…THE SCIENCE IS NEVER SETTLED. SCIENCE MUST BE QUESTIONED AND EXAMINED OVER AND AGAIN.

I was compliant with the childhood vaccine schedule. My father tried to open my eyes. I quoted back what I learned in medical school, my residency and fellowship. “There was no link between vaccines and autism.”

Then I began to look again. In the small group of residents and clinical staff that I worked with at Boston City Hospital, I began to see something disturbing: autism, seizure disorder, learning disabilities, allergies, sensory processing disorders. Most of the staff and residents I trained with had children with one or more of the above challenges. Why were so many children affected?

As the years passed, I began to question more and more the use of medications and look for alternative interventions. I was still unwilling or unable to look at the childhood vaccine schedule, in part because I dutifully gave each to my children vaccines until HPV was literally pushed at me. I refused HPV over and over again. In fact, I had to refuse at every appointment. Why was it so important that I give this shot to my daughters? The evidence was less than overwhelming and the side effect profile was emerging at an alarming rate.

As my eyes began to open, there were plenty of planks that had to be removed. At each turn over multiple years, I had to ask myself, was the indoctrination of medical school and post graduate training information to provide health or to support the medical/pharmaceutical complex? Was the method of intervention to empower the patient with knowledge to help them make better choices or was it to appease their anxiety and provide a quick fix?

Image riding in an airplane in which the engineer received partial credit for the assessment of safety mechanisms. The vaccine industry operates on obfuscation. Steve Krahling, a Merck whistleblower, will share the questions you need ask before taking another shot because it was “recommended” or “mandated.”

Dr. James Kelly is a multiple Board Certified Adult, Child, Adolescent, Family, and Forensic Psychiatrist with over 40 years experience working in hospitals, jails, clinics, and his private practice. He is a graduate of The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, he completed 3 postdoctoral university hospital residency programs—Internal Medicine(Maryland), Psychiatry (Georgetown) and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Johns Hopkins). He has given expert testimony to many state legislatures and medical associations on life and death issues. In the midst of often challenging discussions, he is able to add warmth and kindness with his gentle sense of humor.

Dr. Crisanna Shackelford, retired Department of Defense (DOD) with over 32 years of service (Navy and DOD) has written and discussed the critical link between health crises and national security. She has dedicated her career to national security, intelligence, warfare, strategic planning, and public policy. Following her ‘coerced’ retirement from DOD due to her staunch ethical and scientific opposition to its COVID policies, and armed with a deep understanding of the inner workings of the DOD, she seamlessly transitioned to alert the public to recognize and look beyond the propaganda. Kathi Joann Hudgins is a retired ICU nurse manager with decades of critical care experience. Her clinical expertise and dedication contributed to exceptional patient outcomes. Beyond her nursing career, Kathi has been married for 51 years, raised four children, and enjoys nine grandchildren. Protecting our children is what it is all about.

Businesses are demanding digital ID of your children.

Fellow Virginian’s Doug and Michelle Bottoms are demanding the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) stop the coercive practice of businesses obtaining digital ID and biometric surveillance data of our children.

Children’s Health Defense wrote, “Organizations like RCX Sports (operator of NFL Flag) and Flag Football Life have partnered with data brokers like National Sports ID and Zorts Sports to mandate digital IDs for children as young as six.

Under the guise of “age verification,” these companies are demanding biometric data such as facial scans, social media history, and other Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to aggregate data in order to establish permanent digital profiles of our kids. This invasive data harvesting is a direct violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) 16 C.F.R. § 312.7 which prohibits operators from conditioning a child’s participation in an activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.”

Digital IDs are not reasonably necessary. Doug and Michelle Bottoms have sounded the alarm and have successfully forced these leagues to accept manual, paper-based age verification (like a birth certificate). Yet, these companies refuse to offer this traditional and less invasive option to the general public.

The FTC has had the case for months now, and has been slow to move. The FTC is very unlikely to take any action, unless the public forces them to do so. Children’s Health Defense described how your child’s data is:

• Monetized: Used for profiling and “targeted advertising strategies”

• Treated as a Business Asset: Subject to transfer or sale during mergers and bankruptcies, completely eliminating parental control

• Permanently Vulnerable: Even the industry admits, “Passwords can be changed. Faces cannot.” Biometric data is a massive liability if breached. Additionally, constant personal digital data aggregation on children creates a continuous record of history and characterization of a child that parents, and the children themselves, lack the ability to control. Recorded histories are permanent.

• A National Security Threat: The Government Accountability Office (GAO) recently warned that aggregated data profiles of military families pose severe risks, as they can be targeted by foreign adversaries.

This case has also been presented to the Virginia Attorney General, Jay Jones, because it violates the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (specifically Va. Code § 59.1-574(A)(1), Va. Code § 59.1-574(A)(5), and Va. Code § 59.1-574 (as amended by SB 361)).

I want to take a moment to share how important our work is. Today another person contacted our network about mandated vaccines for employment. This is more than the traditional yearly Flu vaccine, this included MMR and dTap. We have linked this person to our network so they have the resources and support to say, NO!.

Additionally, as we face the three Constitutional amendments, Dr. Sheila Furey spoke at a meeting of the Virginia Institute on the not so hidden dangers of the Reproductive Freedom Amendment. Many of you are aware that VAMFA and American Association of Physicians and Surgeons filed a lawsuit with the aid of Founding Freedoms Law Center to fight the language of the amendment. In her presentation, Dr. Furey described the clear danger of unlimited fetal organ harvesting if this legislation is passed. There are no restriction on In vitro Fertilization. There are no restriction on surrogacy. There are no restriction on abortion. Fetal organ harvesting is a 2.59 billion dollar industry and is expected to climb to over 5 billion by 2035. Because there are no restrictions, a woman can be coerced into an abortion by a company agreeing to pay for the abortion. The woman is then asked to donate the “tissue.” Women will opt to to donate “tissue”, more accurately described as the entire pre-born child, to help assuage feelings of guilt. Does a women have the moral right to “donate” the pre-born child that she has just asked to have killed? As you wrestle with this moral decision, know that if you murder someone in order to benefit from their estate, you are prohibited from inheriting from the estate.

The companies that seek fetal organs are seeking “pristine” pre-born children. Babies from an elective, non-medically necessary abortion. The demand for fetal organs is increasing the demand for unrestricted abortion. A woman cannot be paid for the baby she is donating, however, the cost of the procedure can be paid for and if she is a surrogate, the time she is a surrogate can also be reimbursed. (The average surrogate is paid $50,000 - $110,000.) The medical establishment cannot sell fetal organs but they can bill for the cost of procedures. Thus, everyone get paid and again this is a multi-billion dollar industry.

Are pre-born children simply part of the supply chain?

If this was not bad enough, the companies participating in this work want the pre-born child be delivered whole, fully intact. During the first trimester, fully formed babies can be micro-dissected for the hearts, lungs, liver, spleen, thymus, brain, spinal cord, and skin. Babies in the second or third trimester can be delivered via a rapid induction. The child is deliver and organs are taken without anesthesia because anesthesia damages the tissues. People say they were horrified by the atrocities of slavery and we as a nation said “never again.” In every war throughout history, atrocities occurred and society said “never again.” People were horrified over the Tuskegee Experiments and MKUltra. “Never again” was heard. We are acutely aware of the crisis in maternal-fetal health, the rising rates of autism-especially in our military families and the mental health crisis of not only adults but in particular our children. This is why our Gala Dinner - Operation Save our Children - seeks to raise money so that we can continue our work to educate the community about steps every family can make to live in health.

The autism crisis has affected every family either directly or indirectly. Our schools currently have classrooms of children affected by autism rather than one or two students. Currently, 1/31 children are diagnosed with autism compared to 1/50,000 in 1960. The rate increases to 1/20 in African American boys and still higher in the families of our military men and women. Additionally, we need to offer families alternative treatment interventions, not, simply endless dependence on psychiatric medications.

Election season in Virginia.

Early voting has begun for the primaries and election day is Tuesday, August 4. The polls open at 6 am and close at 7 pm. Please register to vote if you have not registered. I want to take a moment to share how important our work is. This month another college student contacted us about mandated vaccines for clinical rotations. Please note the employees of healthcare institutions are not subject to the same scrutiny as the students who will be rotating in the same spaces. Many of the programs insist that religious exemption will not be accepted. Others say that only medical exemptions will be recognized. This is fundamentally disturbing. Our religious rights and decisions about what products enter our bodies are being denied. If a person does not want to take the risks associated with a particular vaccine, they should not be mandated to do so in order to graduate from college. These students are often blindsided with the demands made by the programs. Further, the schools play innocent, by stating the requirement is set by the clinic or hospital in which the rotation occurs as if they have no influence over the placement. This occurs over and again. One set of rules for hired employees and another for students. Further, this is done as the data about the egregious harms of the Covid-19 shot continues increase logarithmically. The data continues to be blatantly ignored. As we continue to work with students across the Commonwealth, we are also fighting the Virginia Department of Health promotion of Covid-19 shots to 6 month old children who are at no risk of harm from Covid-19.

Courage. We have been witness to many who had courage during the Covid-19 plandemic but there were those who stood their ground to protect our children years early. Give this as a book to young families and expectant mother’s and father’s. Further, understand that some students are still mandated to take the Covid-19 shot in order to complete clinical rotations even though the employees of those same hospital systems are not mandating it for their employees. This insanity must end.

The above quote captures my vision at the beginning of Covid-19. I recall physician Facebook groups sharing data in real time and working toward solutions. Doctors posting their successes and asking for help as patients’ conditions worsened. I recall watching Dr. Pierre Kory testify before Congress on the use of steroids and believing the nightmare would soon be over. The human spirit and the selflessness of countless: Virginia’s Dr. Paul Marik, the FLCCC (now the Independent Medical Alliance), Frontline Doctors and countless ordinary people doing extra-ordinary things. They kept helping and working in the face of everyone else screaming fear and isolation. They chose LIBERTY for themselves and freely extended it to others.

Simultaneously, I witnessed the destructive power of the controlled shutdown, the two weeks to flatten the curve, and six feet rules. Sadly, there are still posters in buildings and in offices instructing you to wear a mask and stickers on the floor reminding you of the six foot distance. I ignore them all but I am sadden by those who continue to live in fear, whose lives and families have been forever changed.

This is why the Virginia Medical Freedom formed: to educate and empower the public that medial freedom, choice and the restoration of the doctor-patient relationship could occur. It was the realization that we must stand to protect every human life from conception until natural death and failure to do so would be the destruction of humanity.
