On the top is what I see in the mirror. Usually, I see blue and purple arches which is the present energy. The left side is the inner world and the right side is the outer world. The middle part of the aura is the energy that is rushing through and is sometimes the long-term themes that are making their way in. The bottom is the foundation which represents your past, baseline soul signature and who you are when everything is stripped down. The difference, I feel is that the orange energy of creativity and extroversion is becoming a core part of who I am. In the second image, I had a headache all day and was not feeling well.

I don’t think I followed this structure very well as it took a life of its own towards the end and the bottom part for me signified the relationship one has to the physical world and the physical body.

For starters, let’s observe the aura painting that I received in the month of April. I was quite surprised because these were colours that I've observed in the mirror, and I told her I also read energy and see auras from time to time. The reader said my foundational energies were undergoing a major shift.

“Colors moving through the middle of your aura correspond to lessons, themes and or obstacles moving through which may be with you for a month to a year. Sometimes these integrate down to the foundation which may show a present gaining of experience, knowledge and activation of soul traits underway.”

As observed, we can see that the orange is now in my foundational energy as I am embodying a more creative version of myself. I have been playing with watercolour paints and I am a much more gregarious and open person.

The reader also says I had a yellow opportunity portal where I would be able to strengthen my solar plexus chakra, the home of self-confidence and personal power. There is definitely a shift as yellow-green and orange make their way to my foundation.

I’ve been painting other people’s auras as I gain insight into what kind of people I surround myself with and what kind of partner I want. I’ve had the pleasure of reading some people and they have told me it was quite accurate.

These are the aura paintings of my mother and father. My mother is a magenta-personality and my dad is a turquoise. I could go really into depth, but I won’t for now.

There’s dark red or grey splotches in the painting near the bottom for those who are dealing with physical health issues or tension. I’m not a medical medium though, but I have suggested to some people to see a doctor and get tests done.

Anyways, as for a life update, I still have tons of pages to do for my novella, so I must tackle it. I will probably write a brief blog post about what all the colours mean…

Everything feels so different here, almost like being inside those Tetra Pak juice boxes your parents put in your lunch box when you were five and there’s no room to breathe.

I was still feeling a sense of inspiration from my trip to Alberta. But I feel that too, is leaving me now.

I wanted to paint one of my best friend’s auras, but I had no paint, no brushes.

Nothing.

I ended up drawing it with pencil crayons and it really pushed me into a flow state.

In the bottom of the image, which is her foundational energies and her past, she has a silver arch and spots of light green.

I was surprised to see that.

I probably won’t post the picture just because my drawing is rudimentary but it is interesting to see hidden parts of people.

She is a gifted animal communicator and I told her about it.

She told me that she had not shared this with me and was very impressed at the accurate reading and proceeded to tell me stories of calming horses on the first day.

I gave her some advice regarding an area in her life and that’s about it.

The one thing I realized is that I can’t do psychic or energetic work unless my environment flows with me.

It doesn’t flow with me.

Places near nature nurture me.

Tranquility. People who don’t scream and feel agitated by the slightest thing.

This is why I don’t do readings often.

Once in a blue moon, when I feel like it, I do one.

I came back here and I feel like a walking bruise and everyone around me except the dog keeps poking at it.

I am also physically inflamed.

I need to take better care of my health.

My head hurts and I missed my dental appointment this morning.

Luckily, it got rescheduled later that morning.

I drove home crying.

Tears streaming down my face under my oversized glasses.

My mom went into my room this morning and asked me what was wrong with me.

I had gotten worse; that my eight-day trip to Alberta made me worse.

That I should see a therapist because I was not doing okay.

Her voice felt like nails to a chalkboard, grating against my eardrums.

I blocked my ears with my fingers and dove under the covers.

Strangled animal sounds came out of me. Why does everything hurt so much?

She was mad that I had not put my clean sheets away.

They were clumped up on my bed.

My head hurts and I have some deadlines.

I don’t know what to do.

There was this one mantra that really helped me quiet the mind chatter so I could receive information or psychic impressions. For example, one time I was in this psychic reading group and there was someone who wanted a reading. He dropped his initials and date of birth and that’s it. I took a couple deep breaths and tuned into that person and I started hearing basically snippets of a conversation in my head. I remember it being something like: “ I don’t want to break up. I still love you.” And I asked him if he was going through a breakup and if he still loved his ex and he was like, “Yes, we broke up a couple weeks ago. That’s exactly what happened. How did you know that?”

Unfortunately, after that, I couldn’t receive anything else, because I got into my logical mind. He wanted advice and guidance and I had no clue what to say. Sometimes there is no advice. I always believe we know ourselves best. We don’t need psychics really, because we are all psychic. It is an inherent muscle we all have.

I have other anecdotes and one stands out where I saw someone’s aura in a photo and she was very ill and it was a mustard yellow and I felt her pain as a headache in my own body. The more you open the chakras, the more you see and feel and sometimes, it’s not always sunshine and rainbows.

Moving along to the mantra.

It’s a mantra in kundalini yoga and it’s called the Magic Mantra. It’s very powerful because it quiets the mind chatter and reverses negative thoughts and transforms them to positive ones.

Back then, I always needed to deactivate Facebook and social media for a couple days a month and retreat into meditation, as a form of self-nurture.

So, we are in June now and it seems as if it was just yesterday that I started my Substack. I don’t expect many people to read it, but for those who do, thank you.

I look pensively at my vision board and the theme this year is moreso about slowing down after a very stressful year. The last of the lawyer fees were paid in early April.

I am actively writing these days and juggling teaching full-time and tutoring on Saturdays. My creative writing class has given me immense joy, and I am ready for a break. I will update you guys about my final grade. The teacher who taught the course was stellar and the exercises were stimulating.

My next writing class starts Tuesday, June 16th and I am excited to write a novella this time, or at least understand the creative process.

Although I feel mentally and spiritually well these days, I suspect I could have managed my portfolio better and not withdrawn so much margin and played with options. But, we are here to learn lessons and grow. The key to manifestation is feeling good, and if spending money on creative writing classes at university brings you joy, then so be it.

Admittedly, money is not my main goal this year, I pasted a gold coin on my vision board and got a gold coin, purchased with my own money. I don’t mind as much because last year I had to put personal pursuits and hobbies to the side to make up legal fee money.

I glued down Slow Down and Inner Peace, and you realize that constantly trying to get out of the rat race doesn’t lead you to inner peace. There are some images I put that are symbolic of the kind of love I am open to this year. Who knows?

I guess I am travelling to Alberta this summer…not sure yet. I have to plan with friends. I would have liked to hang out with a friend in Germany, but I feel like it’s not to my benefit. I miss people though. It’s been too long. I wonder how they are. Sometimes, I look at recent photos of people for changes in their aura to check how they’re doing. Next year, I have to make sure I see my friends in the States.

I am not dating right now, so there is nothing new in that front. The sheer thought of swiping away and engaging in subtle small talk through a screen is teeth grinding. I’m a busy woman this year. Unfortunately, I spent a chunk of my twenties dreaming up a man who I could build a life with. People-pleasing and self-erasure were my two side-kicks until I had lost what I thought was everything..but the Universe had other plans for me.

I’m grateful for the interesting people I have met in real life, like my classmates in my writing classes and can’t wait to grab a drink with them. I have another group of friends I went MIA with, but they know the reason, and summer is coming.

I observed my guide who is Andromaden and she gave me something to eat. I expected her to bring out a rattle and a drum and that I would be a passive participant in this session. This was not the case. She gave me a small bite to eat. It looked like chicken and rice but it was a small morsel that she placed in my hand and I ate it.

I understood this was so I could download the information that she wanted to tell me. I turned off my drumming truck and I sat in silence, listening to my breath.

I began to hum and I started toning. It’s something that I’ve done in the past to clear my energy centers but it’s a practice that I had forgotten. Toning is basically a practice where you let the sound resonate and vibrate freely while elongating vowels like “Ah,” “Ee,” “Oh,” or “Ooo.” I practiced this for several moments, allow myself to breathe deeply and tone. I also rocked back and forth to recalibrate my energy centers.

Many indigenous cultures use humming and toning in their healing and shamanic rituals.It is known that humming activates the vagus nerve which promotes calm and relaxation. You are the best tool for healing, never forget this. One does not need crystals and stones, just the mind and the body.

I’m glad that in this session today my guide was able to give me a tool that I could use when I feel stagnant, and I hope this is valuable to you as well. Go and try it.

Obviously, I won’t disclose much because this is not part of my blog.

I have emails that are coming from work. I need to address the mundane tasks piling up. I try and hit the gym twice a week and I finally got an appointment for my rotator cuff injury in a month’s time.

Yesterday, I went out with a classmate to Starbucks to tackle my short story. We made progress on the scenes. I think he’s a great writer and his suggestions really worked.

I’m very grateful for the little things in my life, but I always had this feeling of being trapped and restricted and I know it’s all mental. I am my biggest obstacle. I recently started reading a book called Therapeutic Shamanism Volume 2 by Paul Francis.

Sharing some magical within the mundane:

The Upper World is what religions might refer to as heaven. I view this realm as pristine and crystalline. Here the high vibrational beings give advice and share knowledge.

The Middle World is this present world, but the non-physical aspect of this physical world. Seeing auras, diseases, elemental world. More difficult to journey in.

The Lower World is a spiritual realm where we connect with nature and the mother goddess. It is a place of love and healing much like the Upper World. This helps us feel alive. I used to do lower world journeys and vibrational healing is abundant and my healing guide would meet me there. It helps us ground. Here we can shape-shift into animals.

Without spiritually grounding your energy the risk of dissociation and escapism is high. Naturally, we are spirits in flesh.

The author speaks about shamanic burial and burning journeys and resurrection. I will let you know how I do in this lower world journey..I will update.

My lower world journeys have mainly been going into a healing cabin where my guide awaits me, and laying down on a kind of makeshift table while she performs the healing. I am definitely due for one because my aura has turned into a dark blue and murky yellow signifying depression.

I’m grateful I have this platform to share my thoughts. It makes me feel useful and alive.

What is astral projection?

Astral travel is an intentional out of body experience in which the astral body separates from the physical body and travels throughout the astral plane according to Wikipedia.

As a shamanic practitioner, the shaman deliberately uses the sound of the drum beat to enter altered states of awareness. A couple months ago, I went into shamanic trance using a Spotify audio track.

I forget exactly what my intention was but it was as if I wanted to step onto a ladder and go higher and higher.

When I journey, I usually stop at the angelic realms where the 14 feet tall beings of light reside and that’s where I mainly get my intuitive information, hunches and downloads.

This time it was different and I felt this buzzing sensation that was getting more and more intense near my jaw and my head. The higher I went, the more intense it became and I found myself in “space”.

At this point I had started seeing different coloured “angelic” beings immediately coming towards me and beaming energy in the form of beams of light into me. One of these images was so interesting because it was the golden being with wings and it was beaming golden light into me.

He had left and there was another blue being who started channeling energy into me.

At this point I was feeling such joy and awe, I noticed there was a portal off in the distance. This portal was purple and pink in color and it was like I was floating in space. I felt like I was spinning.

Unfortunately at that point in my journey, around 10 PM, a friend of mine had texted me so I was snapped back into my body.

I researched quickly on the web and I noticed that there was a Redditor who experienced the same thing as me.

This redditor was lucid dreaming and then they were suddenly in space and there had been some ominous presence following them. Then their spirit guide who basically told them to look down and there were three glowing portals to choose from and they were enveloped in pink and purple light.

So, there is that I guess. Perhaps I will try to astral travel again one day.

On another note you can invite these higher dimensional beings to work on your energetic field.

I did this exercise a couple days ago where I asked them for help because I was very low energy. I laid down and I was so calm and I started to see fractals, different colored patterns and it was very strange. The saw a blue electricity around my hands and they felt like they were vibrating and heavy. Apparently, this is very common to feel in deeper states of meditation.

Towards the end of it I heard them whisper, “It is done. We are leaving now.”

Her flaxen yellow hair, thin and flat, lay close to her scalp. Every morning she brushed and tousled it, wondering how to style it. Her blue eyes beamed with pride as today, it seemed to have just a little bounce to it. She gingerly stuffed her blouse into her dress pants, took a glance in the bathroom mirror and walked out the door grabbing her keys as she went.

Her nails, although well manicured and neat were a stark contrast to her cuticles, picked raw, red, peeling and cracked. The nervous habit she had picked up when she was 10 years old after that incident hadn’t quite made itself scarce.

She had another errand to run.

An iMessage popped up on her screen as she waited for the bus, her thumb reaching her mouth.

Dinner at six?

It was Mark again. She let out a sigh and a small smile. He was pestering her to stop living like an ascetic monk; as if the last six months of her life hadn’t been a roller coaster ride she was aching to step off of. The last guy who had slid into her DMs, had sent her a picture of his fist, bloodied and bruised after punching a hole in the wall. Her stomach felt queasy just thinking about it.

Compared to him, Mark was a quiet comfort in her life and was always the one she could talk to when shit hit the fan.

Yet five years ago, she had quietly filed him under, “just a friend.”

She still wondered, “What if?”

She sighed and boarded the bus, glancing around her, everyone plugged in with their headphones on, in their impenetrable bubbles. Five more stops and she could pick up some of the best chocolate cake in town. The raindrops on the bus window reminded her of the popular bokeh pictures of the 2000s, whimsical and blurry. The days when Instagram was about who could post the best cafe art with technicolored filters. Gosh, what a time it is to be a millennial. Life took on a sepia-like tone, bordering black and white.

Years had passed and I grew into my name. I always get excited when people pronounce it correctly on the first try. I say the O is a soft o. But I’m pretty sure my mom did not know how to spell it when she came to Canada. Most girls who I know who have my name spell it like this, S-H-I-G-U-F-A. I am Miss Shugofa to most of my students and to others I am Miss Danesh. My close friends call me Shug or Shuggie. I interrupted my mother while writing this assignment as she was asking me for help translating a document for her pension, “Mom, why did you choose my name?” She replied, “It’s a flower that blooms.” I did not tell her, that for a long time, I thought that I never had.

These days with the war going on in Iran and the stock market crashing it’s hard to be optimistic but some things that are grounding me is doing small things for other people, taking sick days when required, and supporting my friends.

Meditating has not been very consistent due to getting sick a lot. I’m still pushing myself, I find. I’ve had to set boundaries with some male “friends” in my life who have girlfriends. It feels like they are trying to access me in order to have me as a potential backup plan or ego validation.

Protecting your peace is so important and always trusting your vibe. I felt numerous times that I was feeling physically ill or anxious about an interaction and I realize the best way I could put an end to that feeling is just to withdraw. I really do feel sorry for their girlfriends.

One of them had asked me why I hadn’t dated them five years ago, and he was still very jilted about it. I had already given the reason but mentioning it again is a way to boost his ego and put me down. I wonder what his girlfriend would thought if she had known.

Being surgical with your relationships is necessary. They offered to introduce me to people, but they never did because they have their own agenda. It’s a waste of time and you don’t want fake friends.

I consulted my tarot cards regarding my wish to sell all of my gold miners in my account and basically, I need to trim accordingly to avoid a margin call but in the end it would be fine is what they’re telling me. The King of Coins prevails.

As for switching completely into oil stocks in the beginning, it might seem like something very positive, but there is going to be some downside in the future.

I will do my best and try to ride this wave out.

Aura reading is intuitive and easy. Perceiving energy is your birthright and the key to tapping in is through awareness and being in the present moment.

I was not able to see auras around physical bodies until I was in my mid-teens but people always had a color for me. I didn’t realize I was different until I had thoughts about how a person was a delicious orange color and the texture would be dense or bright and how do I explain how this person feels to me without expressing it through texture and color.

High stress levels turns off the ability to see auras as do different medications. The ability is still there but suppressed and dampened.

Last year, I took meditation quite seriously as I wanted to reclaim pieces of myself I thought I had lost through people pleasing tendencies that had led me to chaos and financial instability.

I had briefly gone on a couple dates with someone who had a turquoise aura. He was into meditation as well and was quite grounded. Our first or second date was at a meditation conference - a guy who published a book and was selling it. I don’t know what happened that night, but I kept seeing blobs of color around him and others. It was so distracting. He glowed a yellowy-green and had spots of pink near the left side of his head. I kept telling my date…this guy isn’t the most spiritual. He’s a business man. Most spiritual people don’t carry such a strong point of yellow in the aura.

On another date with the same individual, we went to a comedy show and I remarked, “Do you remember the guy with the blue aura? Wasn’t he just the least funny?”

He told me, “I don’t see auras. I don’t understand who you’re talking about.”

After three dates, I decided to stop dating as I felt we were incompatible. A month later, the angels whispered, “You’re not ready yet,” and I paused dating to focus on myself. Nevertheless, his energy was beautiful and quite calming. Turquoise really get people.

The most funny and witty people I’ve met carry a lime/yellow-green color and they are outstanding at stand-up comedy.

I have read posts on Synesthesia subreddits and the people who see colours have what is called personality- color synesthesia. Color is frequency and most people don’t realize we carry one to two colors in our energy field.

HOW TO SEE AURAS #1

The ability to perceive energy will vary depending on which psychic senses are the strongest. Everyone is able to perceive energy. It can show up as being drawn to an individual

or getting along with some people rather than others. It’s because you vibrate on a similar

frequency.

According to other synesthetes, people that you have an emotional connection with or people

that have interacted with them for a very long time, it becomes very easy to see their aura

physically with their own eyes. This is something I have observed as well.

Other times, it is very easy to perceive people's energy just from a photo. I remember years ago

when I was religiously meditating, I looked at a picture of my mom and dad and I noticed that

my mom had a bright magenta aura color and my father had a turquoise aura.

I was talking to my friend who sees auras and he is a beautiful violet color. And he told me the

one thing that prevents you or blocks you is the stress that you are experiencing and it is very

true.

One of the things I do that really helps me perceive the person's energy is in the couple minutes before waking up you have a window where you are in this liminal space of awareness. You close your eyes and then when you picture the person, immediately the colors come.

There is a way that you can also see auras by placing yourself behind a white wall or trying to

see the colors while looking at your third eye, the center of your forehead.

Another method I used to use was to scan the person’s energetic body and the chakra that felt the most dense physically in my body was the one the person used the most.

It really depends. There are a lot of different methods.

A long time ago,I believe this was a vision that I received when I was in my late teens-early 20s. This is around the time when I started to take shamanic journeying seriously. I had a vision of two sisters, and the vision was so vivid it was almost blinding. I was meditating a lot about past lives.

The vision of the two sisters was interesting because they were aliens. They had long dark brown hair, large foreheads and sparkling almost pearlescent skin. The noses were almost flat with very little bridge and small nostrils. The lips are very thin. The eyes are slanted upwards and very large, the irises a ceruleun blue that almost glow. As I received this vision, I had a download that this was my sister and I in a previous life.

A couple days ago, I was looking to see if there were other people who had also witnessed or had visions or dreams of a similar nature in light of all these events in the media. With everything that David Icke has spoken about, I feel a lot more comfortable sharing my personal experiences, however they may seem to others.

I stumbled upon a blog called orionmindproject.com and what Eva, the author describes exactly what I have seen in visions. Her blog was dedicated to understand if what the alien contact was real or imaginary. Then, after contact with Reptilians, she believed everything she experiences to be true.

According to Eva, there are four subspecies of Pleiadian people. The one I have witnesses is Pleiadian subspecies 4. This is how she describes them:

Their skin is a pale sheer colour. They have hair on their head which is blonde and the hairs are very thin. The faces are oval shaped and a bit wide. Their noses do not have the strong, protruding narrow nose ridge like many European or Caucasian humans have, but they do have a flat soft tip of the nose with two nostrils, it looks as if their nose is not supported by cartilage. The eyes are set wide apart and have a very pale blue color. I am not certain if their eyes have black pupils at all, also not if they have eyelashes or eyebrows. I have also not seen if they have external ears. But overall, their bodies have a human outline, with a torso and two legs and two arms. Men and women look similar. Two major differences in their body as far as one can tell just by looking at them. Their skin is different from human skin, their skin appears to be very sheer and to be composed of a different tissue. Their skeleton and cartilage is also different, they look as if they lack the strong robust skeleton and cartilage that humans have. This makes Pleiadians look a bit delicate and frail.

What was not mentioned in other websites a decade ago when I tried to research about the physical characteristics, is that they can also have dark hair, much like the vision that I received of the two sisters. The above description is 100% what I saw.

The above images are the closest depictions of what I have seen…and even then it doesn't do it justice. The Pleiadian imagery on Google images is too human-like..

There are some other opinions that I dislike….but it seems her information is quite thorough. She mentions in her blog that Pleiadians have a problem that Reptilians eat human or human hybrid children and she is against this opinion because her best friend is a Reptilian and if humans eat chicken, then why can’t the Reptiles just feed on animals..a.k.a humans.

The last anecdote that I find interesting is the fact that Pleiadians created surface humans to not understand all languages so they would become weak and not realize their full potential.

REPTILIANS

There used to be an energetic healing modality online I tried looking for the man who made the website and can no longer find it…but his name was something like Armand Ratandu.

For some reason, at the time in my teens I had given up Reiki because I would absorb the people’s illnesses and I was looking for a superior spiritual modality to connect to. I had attuned myself to the various energy healing systems Armand had put online and was talking to a friend. She had made a discord group for other spiritual seekers.

I had asked her to read my aura at the time and she was shocked and scared for me. I usually vibrated a purple and green aura but this time she said, “I see nothing. You don’t have an aura. What happened?”

This would explain the disconnection I felt. I did not feel like myself at all. Dissociated and unanchored into my body.

I did a shamanic journey and saw that essentially my energetic field had been hijacked and was actively being feeded upon by these translucent reptiles who were silvery grey.

I revoked my connection to this energy modality and no longer seeked any dogmatic practices. After this, I returned to being my usual purple self. Years later, I asked an intuitive friend to read the photo of the person who gave these attunements and she told me, “He has bad energy. He’s full of himself and thinks he is God.”

I don’t really know what my point is in sharing this, but I think that a good amount of discernment is needed to not fall into traps where we give our power away. We are all the masters of our lives. We create our reality and cannot fall for the agendas of the Cult - as David Icke likes to call it. They feed off our fear and negative emotions.

I leave you with a quote from David Icke’s book, The Road Map:

You can’t attract possibilities you don’t consciously and subconsciously believe in. Life changes because you change. Frequencies you broadcast change and what they magnetically attract and manifest do the same. I have long called this vibrational magnetism.

I always had vivid visions since I was 12 years old. The most frightening one was when I was bombarded with visions of carnage, dead and dismembered bodies, blood and the aftermath of war. These visions were so vivid and frightening to 12-year-old me, that I would close my eyes and open them and still be assaulted by such horrific hallucinations. My parents were sound asleep in the other room, and a part of me wanted to crawl into their bed as the assault of imagery would not stop. I prayed as hard as I could that night. Please God, make it stop. I beg of you. What did I ask for to be assaulted like this? You asked for your eyes to be open…well here you go. Are you ready to take on this quest?

A couple years later, maybe when I was 15 or so, I saw outlines of ghosts present in my bedroom. I found it strange, a silvery silhouette of a young girl was just staring at me. As soon as I asked it what it wanted, it vanished without a trace.

I once communicated with a psychic when I was 13 or 14 through e-mail. She was quite well-known in the Yahoo spaces. I wanted help and I told her about a sporadic vision I had of a brown-haired Barbie sitting on a night table. I described it in detail and she was so excited and happy that she asked me what else I had seen. This barbie I had described with accuracy was a doll she owned that was meant to represent her, “The Psychic Barbie.” This was nothing I could control, so I felt a bit disappointed that I was not able to conjure up more. Like osmosis, these visions were sporadic and would come and go leaving me with snippets I did not know what to do with in the bigger collage of life. The lesson here was : Nothing can be forced, everything must flow.

I have experienced psychic attack while reaching for different healing modalities and the vivid lucid dreams that came with it. In one such dream, a trespasser entered my dreamscape and I became lucid. I was frightened, as the beast had strange otherworldly red eyes, and I questioned it, “How did you get here? This is my dream world.” And just like that, I was attacked by the beast and woke up feeling depressed and hopeless. It is rare that I become lucid in my dreams, sometimes characters wake you up from your dreamscape to impart a message.

As I have grown older, I realize that all these occurrences are from possibly drifting into astral realms that are not of the highest vibration. The one thing I do know is that there is always more to discover, and sometimes we just have to allow ourselves to be present in the moment, in our bodies instead of journeying.

The human plight is believing we are powerless, when we are anything but. The recent email leaks of the Epstein files are disturbing, but they echo what some famous conspiracy theorists have said and the visions I received.

I had to stop writing a bit to go do a workout at 11 pm.. haha. My aura was looking really murky and dark. Yes, I see auras and I have friends who do as well. More about that later. The murky blue has lightened up and the purple is starting to expand outward.

Sometimes you don’t get what you want because your Spirit knows it is going to harm you, or that you are not ready for it, so you’ll get lessons to prepare for it before it can be yours.

In August of last year, I did a shamanic journey to the Upper World because I was asking about love. The Voice whispered to me, ‘‘You are not ready yet.’’

I trust that everything will come in divine timing.

My priority for 2025 was to find money to fund my legal battle with my ex-husband. Here are some of the techniques I used to bring in wealth:

Money Affirmations

I listened to a lot of money affirmations such as:

• Money comes to me easily and effortlessly.

• Right place, right time.

• The imagination is more real than I think, that which I imagine will come to be.

Ahh Meditation by Wayne Dyer

This meditation is one I stumbled upon through Timothy Schultz’ Youtube Channel. I watched the video where a woman named Patricia wins $125,000 in a casino by visualizing the win and doing the Ah meditation a couple minutes before playing a slot machine.

In addition, she recounts how she had won previous prizes just by believing she was a lucky person.

Mandala Offering: A Buddhist practice

One of the most important aspects of manifestation is surrendering. One of the things I prayed for after being filled with feelings of loss and resentment was inner peace. I would symbolically offer up my wealth, body, loved ones and anything I was attached to, to the pure realms and would ask for it to be recycled and transformed to purify karma.

I think the one thing that helped accelerate my manifestations is when I felt so grateful to the point of tears for everything I had in my life, be it friends, health, connections, good work colleagues….

And a grateful heart is a generous heart.

One last note I want to leave you with dear reader:

It is best to leave everything for your Higher Self to decide. If there are obstacles to what you desire, you likely will be prepared for it to overcome them. If there are many delays, and nothing gets achieved, it’s likely it’s not for you, so it’s best to let go, if you in fact succeed in getting it through much struggle, you may end up regretting it later.

Be careful what you manifest!

If you don't have a relationship with your students, they can walk all over you and it is something that I wasn’t always good at in my first couple years of teaching.

Some of my readers know I was experiencing a lot of burnout last year due to my legal battle with my ex-husband which is not over yet, even though almost two years has elapsed. Luckily, the money came through my investments and is still coming in my fight for justice and what is rightfully mine.

One of my colleagues told us the other day that on the days he has a full teaching day with four classes to teach, he takes the last period off. We often forget that our mental and physical health is worth so much more than the balance in our accounts.

I think I will take his advice and try and take some time for myself and hit the gym more. It is one of the few things that calm a weary mind.

My tarot cards for the year were screaming at me to slow down and rest and fourteen days into the new year, I feel like I am back in the rat race, but we can change that.
