To my surprise, the recent food recalls, rising food costs, and supply chain issues are turning into a political rival.

But really, it’s not a surprise; this is how the system works: blue hates red, red hates blue; this ensures that no solutions can be implemented. It’s a never-ending loop.

Social media helped wedge the rivalry after Trump declared he was going to import thousands of pounds of ground beef from Argentina. While I do not support him and think his solutions are shit, I also know he isn’t the one who screwed the food system up.

Our food system has been years in the making. Many before my generation have been sounding the alarm, but few have listened because convenience lured them in.

The consolidation of resources grew as mass industrialization grew. It made some aspects of our lives easier, yet what did we trade for that ease?

Richard Nixon and Secretary of Agriculture Earl Butz helped formulate the “Get big or get out” mentality that helped pave the way for industrial farming. Knowing our history can prevent history from repeating.

While scrolling on Threads, I came across some viral posts: “Looking for farmers who did not vote for Trump!” “I want to buy beef from someone who didn’t vote for the pedophile!” “See these farmers FAFO! Now they can go bankrupt!”

It is their right not to purchase from someone whom they don’t feel aligned with; I will agree to this, but when it comes to our extremely fragile and centralized food system, comments like those are doing more damage than creating solutions.

This rhetoric continues to wedge the us vs them. Again, they can choose not to support someone, but what is that answer solving? Yes, support local farmers, but removing support because of political ideologies is exactly what the broken system thrives on.

The powers that be are probably foaming at the mouth. Seeing the division, knowing that instead of people uniting to build something better, we are still stuck on ideologies.

Trust me, I get that people have valid reasons. But how can we move past the past? Because something that more people need to realize, yes, there are people with low morale, but there have been many who fell for the propaganda.

Depending on how that person was raised, life experiences, and religion will funnel their beliefs. It will also determine how susceptible that person is to propaganda.

Propaganda manipulates us all at times, and it takes someone to break from the shackled programming we all face to rise above it.

Laughing at farmers saying, ‘well they FAFO!’ Too bad. Is not the flex you think it is. These farmers going bankrupt? Who do you think is buying the land? Private equity, corporations, and all the things many claim to hate.

The next uncomfortable piece: we need more and more people involved in food production from every walk of life. Ultra-religious, atheists, gays, and everyone in between.

To create a free decentralized food system, it’s gonna take more than simply supporting farmers who share the same ideological ideals.

It is going to take people looking past that to build something better for our children.

I look back into history and find that tribalism and nationalism in the form of control never survive; it only destroys people, piece by piece.

To be free is to be sovereign, being able to control how we treat ourselves and others.

We can voice our opinions, but I fear we have a much larger beast to slay, one that, if it continues growing, we will know no sense of freedom in the coming years.

So, stop fighting each other, and fight to build a better tomorrow.

I look out my office window; I see chickens, butterflies, hummingbirds, and more birds, and not one asks, ‘Who did you vote for?’ Instead, they work to fulfill creation’s purpose.

Personally, I aspire to be more like the creatures…

That is the problem. Americans view themselves as consumers needing the best deal, but food has never and can never come at a ‘low cost.’ We believe it does because of the prices attached to the grocery shelves. We watch sale ads, trying to cut our grocery budget so we can pay high mortgages, go on vacations, or simply survive.

The empire has taught us that to survive means making as much money as possible or spending as little as possible.

Imagine if someone from the pioneer days came to visit; survival depended on money? People stopped plowing their fields and bartering with their neighbors? Or worse, people had no idea how to survive in the wilderness?

While some from the past may think, “Wow! So much food is available!” They would quickly learn that they must make a livable wage to access that food. And the price of simply living in America continues to climb. Whether it be utilities, food, rent, or mortgage, the price continues to climb.

The problem we face is that corporations and shareholders have to squeeze and squeeze to maximize profit. The issue is you can only squeeze so much.

In our centralized food system, they are learning that they have squeezed too much, and solutions are lab-grown meat, importing meat, industrial farms, ultra-processed foods that hold no nutritional value, and in this pursuit to maximize profit, they are destroying it all.

What these shareholders and corporations can’t seem to understand about food, food is not a corporate problem; food is a local community problem. Food grows in seasons. Food connects, nourishes, and heals.

It is here to sustain, not to maximize profit. When we dilute the sacredness of food for profit, we forget the amount of work and life it takes. As someone who has raised, hunted, and butchered much of her family's food, the long days of butchering a year’s worth of chicken or a 400 lb boar leave me exhausted and wondering when it will end. Or on hunts, when you harvest that animal, adrenaline rushing, and then it is your turn to do more work of securing that animal. Or digging rows with a hoe and shovel to plant potatoes. The work is immense, but rewarding. And it produces a sense of freedom that buying from a grocery shelf will never.

The 400-pound boar Preston and I processed ourselves with a sawzall and a skinning knife (yes, he skinned that boar, and yes, it was incredibly hard; we learned the hard way).

The work grows you and teaches you that food can never be fast and cheap; it’s incompatible with nature.

But when we reach for that item on the grocery shelf, all of that work disappears in our minds; the only thing we see is the price tag and what is in our wallet. We work for corporate entities and then buy the corporate food; it’s an unnatural cycle built to exploit and profit from our time as much as possible.

But the system cannot work that way. We are created as an ecosystem. And once we are out of balance, it all goes awry. It breaks.

The question we must ask is: how do we fix our ecosystem?

It’s an easy question, but the answers and actions are complex. The solutions require the collective to change how the preceive food and all the resources.

Not simply as items to exploit and profit from, but as sustenance and a world we are meant to co-create with.

To learn from, to nourish, to steward.

When I say these things, inevitably, people will always say, well, money is still needed! That is correct. I am not suggesting we can create a utopia, and money or some form of currency is no longer needed. What I am suggesting has been done before to some degree. People own the means of production. No more shareholders, no more corporations, people having home production.

No Walmart; instead, local shops for our needs. No big 4 food plants, millions of local butchers, abattoirs, farmers, growers, makers, herbalists, midwives, and so on. It’s a world I dream of. A world that can be built by one little choice at a time.

The little choices we can all begin making:

Buying local is vital. There are people in your community probably already creating, growing, and making things; support them.

Becoming involved in creation. Plant something for pollinators, grow some food, raise chickens, build mutual aid networks. Stop consuming, and be involved.

Stop spending. Imagine if you stopped buying from the corporate stores that have shareholders like BlackRock? It would start crippling the system. Support family, privately owned places.

Learn to barter, mend, and create things with the resources you have.

And little by little, just maybe we can create something better than the utopian hellscape.

Americans struggling to put food on the table may read that and think that lower prices are good; what is truly happening is ensuring the centralization of our food system and more ranchers going under.

The big four meat packers:

Meat products are consolidated into these 4 corporations’ hands.

What will truly happen ranchers in the States will continue to go under; if consumers can get their beef at Walmart for far cheaper, they will buy there. It will not help ranchers rebuild herds; it will help corporations remain in control. Which is the point of this endeavor.

Another conspiracy floating on the internet is the possible connection with the sale of wild horses; will these corporations use wild horses in place of beef? That’s not an outlandish theory; companies have been found doing this in the past.

Regardless of that theory, this will not help the food system; it will continue to weaken it, which seems to be the purpose.

If you’re someone who thinks cheap food is far more important, I get that times are hard, but they will continue to harden. We chose convenience with grocery stores, but those choices came with a cost. Real food is not cheap. It comes with immense work. The convenience of food detached all of us from this reality.

If we face food supply disruptions, you are at the mercy of the system. When we look at the surveillance state rolling out, what will happen if you refuse to comply with outlandish ideologies? Will you be starved because you have no control over your food supply or autonomy?

It’s not outlandish because resources have always been used to control the population.

The only way to become uncontrollable is by taking back the means of production. To truly recognize that food sovereignty is critical.

Having a solid food system, regardless of prices on the shelf or what the Big 4 are doing, adds security to communities. Economically and physically.

Don’t be fooled by the propaganda of lowering prices; it all comes with a cost. You might just be paying for it later.

Buying local is critical in these times. Stop purchasing from the large corporations. Buy from smaller-owned stores, and make the choices needed.

The ‘conspiracies, ’ the secrets, are not secret. The white rabbit is out for all of us to see; the weirdest part, many see it but refuse to acknowledge it, or are too scared to, or even too far attached to ideologies to care.

For instance, the glaring food crisis that is incoming. Earlier this week, Tyson laid off 3,200 employees, no warning- just being told their job is gone. Tyson has shut down three processing plants due to the decline in cattle. The cattle herds continue to shrink for various reasons: droughts, bankruptcies, screwworm, and ranchers selling off their herds.

The centralized food system is falling apart.

Corporations would rather shut down processing plants, sabotage the food system, and increase prices than realize that their food monopoly system is not working.

The weird reality is that this is how the system works. The imperialistic model works to create obedience, submission, and continued control. Centralizing the food system, creating a housing crisis, making the cost of goods astronomical, and taxing us to blow other countries up is the system working as it is designed to.

When you analyze this, it feels wrong and extremely weird that we, as a collective normalized this corruption. Granted, much of the normalization is done by force, propaganda, and insisting that this is the ‘dream’.

Just yesterday, the New York Times broke a story that Trump was allowing wild horses to be rounded up on BLM land to be sold to slaughterhouses outside of the USA.

What is strikingly uncomftorable, this isn’t the first time America has done such atrocities. In the 19th century, Americans committed what is known as the “The Great American Buffalo Slaughter,” mass-killing millions of buffalo for hides and to ensure the Native American tribes on the plains would starve.

The imperialistic forces will kill innocence for profit and ensure those who do not assimilate or bow to their regime will starve- again, not new under the sun. America did not start this; they are simply borrowing methods from the many imperialistic forces throughout history.

In Roman times, Julius Caesar's conquest of Gaul murdered and starved the Germanic and Celtic tribes to ensure the land could be conquered—nothing is new under the sun.

I can’t help but ask: why do we keep repeating the same loops? Why can’t humanity break out of the cycles?

As someone who was raised in the Southern Christian faith in the bible belt, I was taught that the world would get increasingly worse and then Jesus would come back. Yet, when I study history, it seems the world has always had a dark side, a dark side that the collective refuses to break. Evil blooms when people fall in line.

Rome took hold of Christianity and turned it into Catholicism, and used it for domination and control. And when I look back in history, all Abrahamic religions have helped prop up the imperialistic forces.

From Judaism and Christianity to Islam, they all use religion for domination and control. I can’t help but think that the Creator of us all looks at this and wonders why we need a dogmatic and legalistic religion when the Creator has left his presence in Creation itself.

If more people realized this, would people stop following the imperialistic forces?

This essay isn’t about religion, though; it’s about what is happening and confronting the evil.

The time has come to face our own evil. We have helped build this world; why can we not build a better one?

One that does not round up animals for slaughter just to help clear BLM lands for mining and data centers.

Will you run with the wild horses, violently being captured one by one? Or will you face the evil?

Food is a critical component of every human being’s livelihood, yet it has been used to control, poison, and create a manufactured food crisis—by the few in control.

JP Morgan recently released a statement sounding the alarm about the strong possibility of a food crisis in 2027 due to economic issues for farmers, fertilizer shortages, and the El Niño weather predicament (severe heat wave).

If a financial firm is saying this, people should be listening. People should have been listening for much longer when people were sounding the alarm years ago about the problems with the food supply. COVID was a wake-up call for my family; we saw how easily the supply chain could be disrupted. Now imagine a food supply chain that cannot plant all its crops, droughts and more—we are talking massive repercussions.

The kind of repercussions that money doesn’t automatically fix. Food prices will continue to soar, and food scarcity will become the norm. Three years ago, I thought this was the world's problem, not mine. My family could survive on our little homestead, but I see things differently, especially when I think about my young children.

You see, if a mass food crisis does happen, people will begin spiraling. It would be ugly. Incredibly dark. But there are solutions to these problems.

We can loom and live in fear, or we can actively begin choosing action. Here is the deal: most of these problems are man-made problems.

We have created the hostile farming that has poisoned, consolidated, and harmed farmers; we can dig our way out. The solutions to our problems can be implemented when more and more people come together.

The media propaganda wants you divided, focused on Trump, democrats, this or that, but our focus needs to become: how will we carry humanity? How will we create an environment that can be passed to our children?

As farm bankruptcies are set to continue climbing in 2026 due to farmers’ high output and low profit margins, conventional farms will be purchased by those hoping to control all of our goods.

Grain and corn harvests are expected to be low; now, if you’re someone who says, I don’t consume that anyway! Most of the grain and corn production feeds livestock, feedlots, and small producers. Local grain can be purchased and is becoming more widespread, but many still lean on conventional.

This will have a ripple-down effect; it will affect small local farmers that you purchase from. Fear is not the answer, though; fear is the emotion that we can use to generate action.

The action to take is one that requires work. I look at the past to see how those survived critical situations, because we in the current generation are an anomaly; we have lost survival skills.

Those of the Great Depression faced a food crisis, but many still survived because they knew how.

Surviving a food crisis will require more of us working together, supporting the producer now, creating hyper-local food systems, and putting aside differences.

It’s not an easy, quick-fix solution, but it can be implemented.

Start today: talk about these issues with neighbors, create plans; there are nefarious people in power; let’s prove them wrong; let’s choose the nourishing way.

In 2026, there have been over 162 food recalls, fertilizer shortages, calls to use more pesticides/herbicides, and food prices surging; one could say our food system is under attack, but it has been for many years.

The problem is most have been under the spell of convenience; food magically appears on the shelf, not giving it a second thought about the amount of work involved in getting that piece of food on their plate.

Now that we are seeing more and more problems in the food system, many are asking themselves, what do we do? Do we demand the government take control? Do we stock up like doomsday preppers and hope we have enough to last us?

I think there is a common-sense answer: yes, there should be some government regulation, ensuring companies cannot mass poison people; sadly, they have been for years. I also believe that having a small stock of food is important; the reality is that what is critical is creating strong local food systems.

Not the current ultra-centralized, monopolized system we have. The system in place has been designed to allow control, poisoning, and leaving people vulnerable.

A recent recall: Taylor Farms initially stated the outbreak of Cyclospora was a mistake by the FDA, but they deleted the statement and have made no further comments. I wrote about it here:

Last week, over 19 million eggs have been recalled due to Salmonella from Midwest Poultry Services, or what is now known as MPS Egg Farms. It is a large private company, but it continues to expand its control across the states, buying up smaller producers.

Food should not be a corporate endeavor. It should be a local community endeavor. A large outbreak at this scale would be nearly impossible if most had laying hens or plenty of local farmers selling eggs to their community. That is an easy solution.

But it’s not easy when trying to apply this idea. Many people do not want to deal with livestock, do not have the capacity or money, or live in residential areas with HOA’s that restrict chickens.

So the system, as they say, is working as it was designed to do, allowing the centralization of our goods and resources.

Convenience is nice; I am not arguing this, but it comes at a price, and we are beginning to pay that price more and more.

A hundred years ago, when convenience food, grocery stores, and mass production of food became the norm, I am sure it was such a relief for many of those struggling to make it to harvest—but convenience comes at a cost.

Especially when a few control that convenience.

A thriving food system must require many hands, not a few. Not mass factory farms, but millions of small producers growing, raising, and making food for their community, so that when an outbreak happens, it only affects a few, not millions.

The food system was under attack long before Trump came to office. Still, many have shared across social media apps that this has been a plan in motion by the Heritage Foundation, discussed in their government outline in Project 2025.

Project 2025 encouraged the government to massively cut SNAP, free lunches for public school children, roll back USDA regulations, and cut funding for the USDA, which the current administration has been doing.

SNAP and free lunches are still going, but the USDA has been massively changed. Could the recalls be linked? Possibly. Another aspect that has been on my radar since last year is the USDA and large corporations implementing AI for food regulation.

Using AI for ingredient testing seems irresponsible. Automation and mass production seem to be the answers for those who hope to control the food supply, but is that answer what is best for creation, animals, and the people?

The USDA now has a page dedicated to its ‘Artificial Intelligence Strategy,’ quote: USDA is advancing the responsible use of artificial intelligence to support our mission of serving farmers, ranchers, producers, and rural communities.

Solutions to our food system are not AI, not more control, not more money into the hands of the corrupt; the solution is for more people creating strong local food systems.

That solution requires immense work from us, the people. But if we wish to have true sovereignty, we must make that choice.

Food is a critical piece. One that cannot be overlooked when securing freedom. If our food is controlled, we are at the will of those in power.

What can you do?

Support local; this is critical to supporting those around you who are already implementing local food systems.

Yet, manicured monoculture lawns are wreaking havoc on natural ecosystems, irrigation, and continue the consumeristic ideals that are so prevalent in our Western culture.

From turf to bland landscaping being placed in the thousands, if not millions, of newer, cheaply built mass homes being thrown up. The need to rewild the lawn is here.

And it’s honestly a breath of fresh air, because choosing to plant native plants, let your grass grow a little taller, have pollinator-friendly plants, and practice what some call ‘thinking like an ecosystem’ has a profound impact on you, the creatures, and renders a big F you to the system.

Landscaping, lawn care, pesticides, turf, and all things are a massive market. Don’t mistake me saying that people who are mowing lawns and creating their own landscaping businesses are evil—you can still mow your lawn, but let some of it be wild!

Allow ecosystems to come alive, allow the earth to heal, because if we all do it, it’s one more push for a better reality.

This isn’t a call to let your lawn become an overgrown forest, but simply a haven, a new kind of status symbol. If manicured lawns used to showcase wealth, let’s have rewilded lawns showcase a different kind of wealth.

A wealth that nourishes creation, not one that feeds corporate interests. This is the dynamic that can change the collective reality for the better when more and more begin making conscious choices that build something better.

How to Rewild Your Lawn

The first step is identifying what space you are working with. My family's 3.5 acres has a wide range of wild spots; we have wildflowers that we have planted, wild patches growing, places for animals, and open arms to many species.

We first began our rewilding journey by allowing a large portion next to our garden to grow wild, untouched; to some it might have seemed unruly, but after a couple of years it has turned into a beautiful patch that pollinators, turtles, and many other creatures flock to.

From there, we planted wildflowers, utilized chicken tractors to help the ground regenerate, longer stretches in between mowing, planted plants that will help soil health, cover crops, and so on.

Your lawn size/acreage will determine what you can do, and if you live in an HOA, which I think should be banned. But even a small front yard could allow for a strip or two of wildflowers and native plants to your area. To extend this further, mowing your lawn less helps tremendously.

This summer we have only mowed our lawn 4 times; our grass isn’t extremely high, but it is lush, fluffy, and wonderful for water drainage and the critters. Mowing your grass less will also save money and lessen your dependence on petroleum.

If you’re worried about too many critters, rats, etc, a few things: mow walking paths, do not leave food/feed out regularly to not attract rats, have paths around your home.

Another option, especially if you have more acreage, is to look into food forests; this is a natural replica of natural forests, but when doing this, we as the stewards of Earth are making a conscious decision to rewild what has been lost.

It can be done beautifully and effectively; it just takes one little choice at a time.

Take the steps to begin rewilding your lawn. Whatever step can feasibly be taken, go and try!

Another headline of unfortunate events comes to America, or in layman's terms, the exploitative mind strikes again.

Trump took to Truth Social to declare he is fighting against the radical climate activists so that America can grow! To hell with endangered species; they are simply a nuisance to him or his corporate buddies who want to use up every last drop of resources to line their pockets.

I have many questions about his deranged post: what are Americans being prevented from building? I know of no citizens who are building anything on public lands; I know of corporations that want to mine, cut trees, and build data centers.

In regard to the housing crisis, it is not a housing crisis; it is an affordability crisis. The dollar almost has no worth, and there are currently more houses on the market than buyers, per a recent survey.

We can assume ‘critical infrastructure’ is referring to data centers. Many citizens oppose data centers because of the many environmental concerns, water usage, and surveillance that they will be used for.

Revive the Table

Yet, the way this message is portrayed is that it is for the common good; I think it’s hell past time to realize that our government no longer cares what is good for the collective; it is only what is good for the elites.

It’s disheartening to think that little rodents and other endangered species seem to be such a burden, but if we cannot care for the least of these, we can not care for one another as we should.

The Endangered Species Act was implemented in 1973 to protect species from becoming extinct from quote: "consequence of economic growth and development untempered by adequate concern and conservation"

While I am not keen on government overreach, I do believe corporations should be stopped from exploiting everything in creation, as they continue to do.

To sum this essay up, I want to home in on his verbiage: “Radical Climate Activist”

The words we use do matter. They hold weight, and the words our leaders use hold immense weight and help shape public opinion.

Someone who loves Trump or considers themself to be a Republican may disagree with Trump, but may see ‘radical’ and believe that anyone who opposes his idea and wants to protect wildlife and land is a radical.

To believe in protecting land and endangered species from harm is not radical; it’s quite moral.

The reality, corporations and our government put profit over people, creatures, and the earth. They are the radicals, or the exploiters.

We only get one Earth, one chance to do right by our resources so that maybe our children can enjoy clean air, water, and beautiful animals.

Rolling back the Act has not yet occurred, but it seems his cabinet is trying to find many loopholes.

The idea that some of these species do not matter is an immoral thought, and one that has gotten us to this point in history. We look at all the creatures and assume we can create something better, no matter if we bring them harm, but this is not the case.

I believe that we are meant to co-exist, not exploit for personal gain or riches, but co-exist to live a nourished life.

If that makes me radical, I’ll take it. But I believe that stripping, killing, and harming all in creation for profit and control is quite radical and evil.

Use your voice for those that cannot, call your leaders, but most importantly, create safe havens in your place of residence.

Our 3.5-acre homestead houses hundreds of different species, from monarch butterflies, bees, several different species of birds, all kinds of bugs, and many different animals.

My land is not simply my land; it is an oasis for creation, and I get to be the steward of the endeavor.

Last week I witnessed an American Goldfinch enjoy sunflower seeds from the sunflowers I grew; I was so thankful to witness such beauty.

One final note: a quote written by Wendell Berry:

All of our crafts, art, and work have been replaced by corporations. We are a centralized society, controlled by the few. Our intellectual being is quickly trying to be replaced and sold back to us by AI, but we have the final choice.

Begin to make it, one little choice at a time.

Almost every day, I find myself waking up to headlines that further confirm Terminator was, in fact, a documentary about our current reality.

The dystopian things I find that our own government continues to do and allows large corporations like Meta, Anthropic, Palantir, and OpenAI to do baffle me. Not really, though; when you look at history, you’ll find that nothing is new under the sun; we are just creatures that don’t like to learn from our mistakes.

AI companies are buying up millions of books, and destroying them….

A report came out that some large AI companies have been caught buying up older books or just books from resellers, ripping the pages out, running them through imaging technology to then input into AI models, and from there destroying the books.

We could naively believe that, oh, these books will live forever! But that cannot be the case when these are private and for-profit companies. A court ruling shows that the company Anthropic has been involved with this, a project known as Project Panama. This court ruling was tied to over a billion-dollar copyright class action lawsuit.

The kicker is that some of these purchases are going under the radar, using “AI-labs” using a service called ISNdb facilities, millions of books destroyed, some may have been the only copy.

To help you understand, the information is fed into these machine models to help teach them, and then after the machine has the data, the physical books are destroyed, and the private company now has the monopoly on that information.

Books of human intelligence are being fed into a machine to then be sold back to the very human intelligence that created that same knowledge.

That is the level of dystopia we have reached.

But looking back through history shows that resources have always been sought after: food, land, water, and now human intelligence.

They want to own the human mind.

That is what AI is truly all about, especially for our tyrannical, obsessed governments. At one time I believed it must be demon-possessed folks, but I have concluded that these are power-hungry, greedy, sons of bitches (that is my southern dialect coming out).

Knowledge is a gift from our creator, like all of the resources, yet those who seek power come to assert that they should render the gift.

In these dystopian times, return to what is physically real. Write down knowledge, buy physical media, learn real skills, and own what you can.

The time has arrived to choose if we will keep our humanity or give it over to machines. I will not give it over willingly.

Wendell Berry wrote in 2000 a quote that lives in my mind:

“It is easy for me to imagine that the next great division of the world will be between people who wish to live as creatures and people who wish to live as machines."

Many have come before us warning of such times; some were labeled as quacks, a part of the occult, but it’s time to listen and choose to create a parallel system.

A couple of weeks ago, a parasitic outbreak of cyclosporiasis began making headlines, as more and more people came down with explosive diarrhea. The food affected? Fresh produce, such as lettuce, fresh fruits, and herbs.

One large farm that was linked to this outbreak was Taylor Farms, the leading producer of leafy greens. The company supplies fresh greens to McDonald's, Walmart, Taco Bell, Kroger, Target, Red Lobster, and many, many more.

They have a siloed approach; they supply most of the businesses in the monopoly. So, it is true to believe that a possible parasite outbreak linked to their produce would be terribly bad for business.

On July 19th, Taylor Farms released a statement, and so did the FDA; apparently, it was a ‘false positive’, yet the FDA is still claiming the outbreak originated from the Mexico farm owned by Taylor Farms.

Here is where the rubber meets the road, though: Taylor Farms executives met with Trump and the FDA on July 16th. Days later, the FDA is singing a slightly different tune, and Taylor Farms put out this statement:

Is it divine timing? Did Taylor Farms’ luck just run so high? Or do they have friends in high places?

To add to the oligarchy speculation, Taylor Farms parent company, Taylor Fresh Foods, also donated 1 million dollars to the MAGA campaign, right before the Food Traceability Act was postponed. This act created an electronic tracking system to help identify food items such as lettuce so that outbreaks of E. Coli or cyclosporiasis could be quickly monitored and prevented from causing as many illnesses.

I’m not one for more surveillance, but if a company has a history of previous outbreaks, like a deadly multi-state E. Coli outbreak in 2024, and donated a sizeable donation, could it be possible they are bending the rules?

Would the Food Traceability Act prevent monopoly companies from having the ability to poison us?

Possibly, but the solution is not more laws or surveillance; the solution is less glamorous.

Instead, strong decentralized food systems need to be the answer; the problem is that Taylor Farms would lose control over the market.

Imagine millions more small farms that provide lettuce to local restaurants? It would create a real economic boom for real people and provide a safer food system.

A centralized system creates problems and leaves many vulnerable. The ability to harm and poison citizens becomes far more accessible, and the consolidation of our resources is the outcome.

To change, we must become involved in food practices, stop supporting food monopolies and large corporations, and bring back local.

The answer is easy, but the work can be hard. That is why we must collectively work together to achieve such a feat.

It cannot be those at the top deciding; it must be we, the people.

The oligarchy works for the top, but it is we the people who must work together.

But the Regenerative AG EO that was signed, and what is listed on the USDA website, is quite vague. It doesn’t completely specify what regenerative agriculture means for the bureaucrats, except for a few points that stuck out to me:

• Emphasis on using precision technology to reduce chemicals (important, but in this article, I’m going to show what this actually links to)

• Using New Approach Methodologies to develop new chemicals for AG. This is known as NAM, and is done by using AI, putting organic matter with a microchip, and other methods. The positive is that it does reduce animal testing.

• Introducing public-private partnerships so shareholders can invest more.

• Utilizing the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (I’ll share a little more on down)

There was no actual verbiage stating that they hope to use regenerative agriculture to heal the earth, provide cleaner food, cleaner water, more green spaces, etc. It was all in support of introducing more technology.

The problem I find with that is that many regenerative farmers are growing and raising food without the newest technology; there were no talks of making land more affordable, getting more farmers, nothing, just the support of technology.

I can say that it is good that regenerative agriculture was highlighted at the White House, and there are talks of using fewer pesticides, but the stark, uncomfortable reality is that this is just a way for the bureaucrats to take over the freedom movement of regenerative agriculture and ensure the shareholders can keep their money.

The question that should be asked is, why is technology the biggest emphasis? I understand industrial operations require more, but I thought the point of regenerative agriculture was to stop the industrial farming practices?

So, who is it really benefiting?

A quick financial search will hold the answers. I’ve learned in the past year, since I started researching AI and all the dots, most don’t look at the money; they look at the influencers and pretty words, but money talks.

Would you be surprised to know that Bayer (owner of Monsanto) has large investments in AI farming technologies?

Isn’t that something? The company that just received immunity for poisoning millions and bankrupting farmers is now getting more money because the bureaucrats decided that we need to adopt more ‘precision technology’ to farm?

When the US swapped to the industrial model, farmers were promised more money, but while at first it did increase yields, the results today stripped the soil, bankrupted farmers, and led to monoculture, which is killing us all.

Bayer has investments and partnerships with Microsoft to develop AI programs, satellite imaging, and more.

It seems the recent EO is more for the large corporations than the farmers or consumers. Other large companies that will benefit from this EO, Palantir, secured a $300 million deal for the USDA to use its AI systems. Peter Thiel’s venture capital firm, Founders Fund, is investing in a virtual herding company along with technology to track animals and diagnose issues.

Which strangely ties back into the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health section, which our government has implemented. Big emphasis on using AI for healthcare, using what’s called ‘Delphi’ to track human health, and much more dystopian stuff.

Microsoft, Syngenta, John Deere, and IBM are also invested heavily in implementing these technologies into farming.

I want to stress something important: these companies have helped create the current problems we face today. They poisoned the soil, people, animals, and helped create the shareholder capitalism economy. Why are we cheering on more control?

Strangely, many of these align directly with the Sustainable Goals of the WEF, which we should have sustainability goals, but for the bureaucrats, they only want it if it can allow them to hold control and make more profit. Who is the chairman of the WEF (World Economic Forum) and the CEO of BlackRock, which holds many shares in many of these companies as well?

Finally, where do you think all of this farming data needs to be stored? Data centers. It is already being documented that water poisoning, droughts, eminent domain of farmland, and even bees dying off close to data centers, how is more technology the solution? It’s not unless you are profiting.

These technologies are directly connected to what is known as the Internet of Bodies, a DARPA program that wants to connect everything living thing and blade of grass to the grid.

If we value true freedom, how can we be in support of this?

Something I have learned any freedom movement that poses any inch of change or revolution is quickly grabbed up and warped to something else.

I fear that regenerative agriculture is.

It’s not so much about the farmer or consumer, but more so about how the shareholders can maximize profits and continue the centralization of our resources.

If we want a strong, healthy food system, we must create it. We need millions and billions of small regenerative farms, strong communities creating strong networks, people not obsessed with convenience but obsessed with creating a better world that we can leave to our children, not one that only has shareholders’ interests.

I encourage you to support local, get involved, grow and learn what you can, and stop falling for bullshit.

In some ways, shopping at farmers’ markets and buying at local craft fairs seems to have become trendy, as only the rich can buy from these places. While local items are often more expensive compared to big box stores—that is by design.

Local establishments typically receive no subsidies or government backing, and raising food is expensive and labor-intensive, but worth it.

Regardless of pricing when you choose to buy ground beef from a local farmer, that money goes directly back into your local economy and the farmers pocket, it doesn’t go up the pyramid to shareholders, it doesn’t go to BlackRock, it goes to real people.

Pricing seems to be a barrier for some to afford more local options. I understand it, but understanding why might help you see the importance of supporting local.

You see, we have entered into what some call managerialism or shareholder capitalism. Many claim the wealth trickles down, but it really doesn’t; instead, the cost of living continues to increase because shareholders must maximize their profit.

So, as they say, the system is working as it is supposed to. It creates a barrier for people living paycheck to paycheck, those in poverty, to access real quality food. And when a farmer or local artisan prices their products, it’s to combat the many fees they pay up front.

For a farmer raising pork, beef, or even chicken, the amount of feed they may spend and the amount they spend on USDA processing fees can be in the thousands, and then they will need a meat license and somewhere to market their meat. There are farmers’ markets, direct-to-consumer apps, and various markets. Then, add the labor and time, mending fences, rotating pastures, watering, and so on, the price tag to even get that pound of beef on your plate comes with a large expense, which must be footed before the consumer even decides to buy.

To clarify, I’m not suggesting farmers shouldn’t get paid, but the reason good quality food is expensive is that the economy has been rigged. It is designed to benefit the elites/shareholders.

Revive the Table

Again, it’s not to see growers, farmers, etc cannot make a good living, there are many. But the point of this essay is to highlight the critical need for more people to start participating in local food systems. I highlighted the economic issues, because many will complain about pricing, but maybe if we understand why, we can figure out how to create parallel systems to create hyper-local food systems that allow all of us to thrive, no matter economic barriers.

At least allowing people to access food that they can afford, this isn’t saying everyone should be able to buy a filet mignon, but to say that people should be able to access better quality budget cuts and food items. Not processed junk.

To highlight the importance, I am going to share how I am accessing food for my family. Keep in mind, we grow, hunt, and raise most of our food, but we still buy from others because we can and cannot grow all of our needs/wants.

Today I talked to Preston, my husband, about how I was really craving a good burger. We are out of ground beef; we have venison, but the taste of beef sometimes just does better for taste buds. He made the remark that we could wait til the farmers’ market tomorrow, unless somewhere else.

So I went to Facebook, local beef in Centerville, TN, sure enough, a newly opened regenerative farm store. I gave them a ring, ‘Do you have any ground beef?’ The farmer replied: ‘Just got 800 pounds back from the processor!’ I replied: ‘I’ll be there in a bit for some.’

I could have skipped that, driven 30 minutes, and grabbed some ground beef from Walmart; in some ways, that would have been easier, but I chose the route that aligned with my values, and now a local farming family will receive my dollars and not BlackRock and other corporate entities.

On top of that, I’ll go to another local farmer for my weekly CSA pickup. I’ve been getting extra veggies, onions, garlic, and things that I didn’t grow.

After that, I’ll go to my parents who sell pork, and buy some bacon as I am out of that.

And this evening I’ll enjoy a fresh local burger, with my tomatoes and my homegrown potatoes—and once again corporate entities won’t get jackshit.

I made the conscious choice. My family is not rich; to be blunt, we just overdrafted our account after refinancing our home. I know that might not be palatable to some or taboo to talk about such things, but it’s the truth, to clarify our account was not overdrafted because we bought locally.

It happened after paying $900 for an appraisal, a $600 electric bill (increasing rates due to electricity demand from data centers…), and filling our tanks up, which cost around a $100 a week, Preston commutes over 100 miles a day, and business expenses. We are okay this week, and in the coming weeks, our finances and savings will come back up, but unplanned expenses can put a damper on things at times.

Because of our resilience, we have applied at home, for a couple of weeks, we skipped the grocery store, and we had enough food to not need outsourcing. We strategically planned for times like this. In my resiliency home guide, I share about the steps I take to be able to accomplish this.

But our commitment to creating a parallel reality is much more important than a little inconvenience.

It’s a decision we all must make. Do we want to lose our sovereignty completely? Food is a big piece of this. Our ability to feed ourselves is critical.

Our ability to have an economy built on people truly owning the means of production, freely able to buy, and not having an inflated market to keep up with the debt and subsidies.

And every week, I make the conscious decision to buy food this way. I also make the conscious decision to grow and raise food. Because we are a collective system, we cannot think in an ego-centric way; we must learn to think in an eco-centric way.

So become involved. Where are you called? Maybe you can’t afford to buy all of your food locally or even grow a thing, or maybe you can spend $9 a week on a lb of beef and grow your tomatoes in a bucket.

Small intentional choices are what ripple out. The massive impact if more took this approach would be astronomical.

So make those small choices today. I’m rooting for all of us!

It is no secret that many of our resources are being consolidated by a small group of people. It is no secret that there is a push to replace humans with machines. The questionable secret is what will humanity do?

Will we lie down, drowning in division and convenience? Or will we rise in the image of the Creator? Because that is who we are. We are all made in the image of the Creator. Whatever God, religion, you may find yourself believing in or lack thereof, we all have a special and divine purpose in this thing we call life.

Often, we fail to realize this. The many distractions that are shown to us allow us to forget this, but if we seek true freedom and sovereignty, we must reclaim that, one choice at a time.

Food is one of the largest pieces of this puzzle. Food is all of our mediums; no human can survive without food, water, shelter, and community. Self-isolation will lead to living in survival mode and then to your end.

So, how do we create food sovereignty when our governments pass regulations and side with the large corporations? The answer is simple yet complex. We returned to community-oriented systems.

Villages, tribes, per se. Something that many in the West would deem archaic or even barbaric. But our large federal government and the governments of states have become tyrannical monsters. It’s no longer truly we the people, it is we the corp, or we whom has the most money.

Last week I sat down with Lawrence, founder of Collectively Sustainable, and we discussed how he has create a community oriented food system in Alanta, Georgia.

Conversations like ours are important because it highlights what is actually possible. He has shown the ability to bring people together to create food systems, bartering systems, mutual aid, and more. His app Collectively Sustainable is trying to take what he has done in Atalanta, and using the framework to duplicate.

Lawrence says:

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

His approach is a collective approach, and it seems many in freedom and homestading movements are waking up to the reality, we cannot self-sustain anything, it must be a collective approach.

If you are using food and other resources as our base for survival, we must look aside our differences. The elite class does this. Regardless of their personal beliefs, they are all in it together, they all push their agendas.

When you look at the rise of AI technology, many different supporters. Religious, non-religious, it doesn’t matter, what matters is advancing the technocracy agenda.

Why as common folk do not advance the agenda of survival, nourishment, and thriving? Why must we assume the only way to do this is siding with an ideology?

Is it the programming we all endure? Rather that be religious, economic background, or place of birth, the beliefs are programmed into us, almost as if we are machine as well, yet the only way to break that programming is waking up to all the illusions and uncaging the mind.

I think a good place to start is in nature and working the land, because you will quickly realize that the soil, the birds, the pollinators do not care if you believe in Jesus, Muhammand, or are atheist, what does nature actually care about? Your ability to work with it, alongside, not destroying, exploiting, but co-habititing, co-creating alongside living out your purpose.

Reclaiming food sovereignty begins when you decide to work alongside of nature and community members.

We can continue being dvided, going to Walmart, and giving no regard to the future. We can wait til our end, live a dull, oppressed life, or we can choose another path. A path that is hard, yet rewarding.

The path my family and I have chosen, isn’t rainbows. We’ve sacrificed much to acquire our homestead. We’ve decided to buy fencing instead of a vacation. We’ve chose a path that will hopefully give our children the blueprint on how to help build a better future.

A future of sovereignty.

One piece that we are navigating in our rural town, is community. We have friends and we have people we can call, but we don’t have a community around true agriculture and shared comminted to thrive outside of the tyrannical system.

To put it simply, we have not built our true tribe, but I do think we are well on our way. More and more people are growing food, more people are questioning, more are starting to buy local, the collective is understanding something must change.

The pull, rarther it be from God, the source, or Mother Earth, is pulling on all of us. Will we listen? Will evolve to create something new?

When Lawrence and I chatted, he brought something up, 54% of Americans are starting to grow food. Now these may be small backyard gardens, but people are seeing and feeling pull.

Let us feel the pull to collectively come together and build something better.

What can you do now?

What are you capable of? How much land do you have? What are you willing to share? What are you willing to create?

The answers may not come today, but they will when you start pulling at those strings.

Home businesses help create stronger local economies and creating a foundation that is not tied to a centralized network. Growing a large portion of food. We live on 3.5 acres. We utilize as much as possible without creating burnout. We raise animals for protein. Seasonal garden, but getting a greenhouse to extend growing.

Buying local and building relationships with those growers in my area. This important.

Things to improve:

Building community centered around those things. Community is my biggest obstacle. Again, we have friends and people to call, but everyone is in different place in their journey. I feel pulled to begin organizing things in my direct area, but the time will come when I need to.

If you are just starting your journey, it’s okay to not know, to not feel qualified, but start. We all have a divine purpose, it’s time to realize it’s not to be consumers stuck in this control grid. It’s to live free, to love, to nourish, and to create a better tomorrow to leave to our children.

We often overlook the signifance of simply buying all your beef from a local farmer and growing all of your tomatoes rather than purchasing from large chains, but those little choices ripple out.

For example, if everyone had their own laying hens, or a large amount in every community, you would no longer need large industrial egg laying farms. Hens that sometimes never see sun or able to spread their wings.

Little choices ripple out to immense change, so let us make those choices.

Recently, the Save Our Bacon Act, a new bill trying to be pushed through with the egregious 2026 Farm Bill. The name ‘save our bacon’ sounds like it might be trying to protect bacon, while in some ways it protects industrial pork farms; it ensures that inhumane treatment of pigs continues, and other animals.

Yet, it’s not limited to pigs; it can ensure companies can still cage animals, with no sunlight, pasture, or in cramped living quarters.

California passed Proposition 12, which directly conflicts with the Save Our Bacon Act. This enforces cage-free hens for eggs, sows (mother pigs) to not be stuck in gestation cages, and prohibits calving crates. Large corporations did not like this bill.

The Save Our Bacon Act will allow all of those inhumane practices and make it a federal law. States would not be able to ban inhumane farming practices like Calfornia did.

The insanity, most people want better farming conditions. They want humane treatment, but why do these corporations not? Money $$$.

Less space equals more. More equals more profit. But we see how that mindset is wreaking havoc on creation. Learning to manage the land and animals is far better for everyone, even if it upsets profits.

What corporations and politicians are supporting this bill?

Smithfield Foods, Triumph Foods, Tyson, and JBS. All the big boys in industrial farming.

Triumph Foods has even sued California for passing Prop 12. The lawsuit failed, but it is currently awaiting the Supreme Court’s final verdict. The Save Our Bacon Act would give this company its wishes.

A Republican Representative from Iowa introduced this bill, Ashley Hinson. First introduced the Ending Agricultural Trade Suppression Act, or EATS Act, which failed, so Hinson reintroduced the measure as the standalone Save Our Bacon Act.

Thankfully, you can still call your senators and tell them you do not want the Save Our Bacon Act to pass. It infringes on state rights and is inhumane treatment of animals. Find your members here.

If you're someone who still doesn’t understand why this matters? If it really harms sows being in gestation crates, or if laying hens should be caged? It does.

These type of farming practices adds stress to the animals, increase parasites, and take away humane treatment, and all of that, in my opinion, transfers to us. To some, that sounds woo-woo, but I do believe that how we raise and care for animals that we eat, that energy of their life transfers to us in some way.

The pain, fear, and discomfort that a sow would face in a gestation crate is nothing short of torture. She cannot turn around, can only stand, waiting for her feces to be scooped up.

This is a gestation crate.

For laying hens, some cages that they are kept in won’t even allow them to expand their wings.

It seems that society views mothers as some breeding machine, not a sacred entity.

I have a sow that has labored on her own terms. Pacing her pasture. Going to her barn stall and setting up her labor room how she sees fit.

This past litter, she dug up an old boat motor that was left by previous owners in our wooded area. She dragged it up to the barn, and for whatever reason, that was a needed element for her to go into labor.

It sounds silly, but if we cannot give the same respect and care to animals, we probably will fall short in giving it to humans as well.

For those who say, " Well, why eat them?” Raising animals on a smaller scale and in a regenerative manner reduces animal cruelty, helps creation, and the animal will only face one bad day.

You can eat meat sustainably; industrial farming does not allow this. It’s all about maximizing profit.

Regardless if the Save Our Bacon Act passes, your actions determine the future. If everyone stopped buying from Smithfield and sourced all their pork locally or raised it themselves, we would create an alternate system. It is possible.

My family and I have raised, hunted, and only bought local meat for two years now. It is gratifying to know we are making a little change, and so can you.

Call your lawmen, but also make changes today. Because, regardless of what they do, we, the collective, need to pave a better way.

I believe progress can be good, but when progress is fueled by greed and a complete disregard for creation and humanity, I find that I am against progress.

Tech and our government leaders believe that progress must come, no matter the cost to humans or creation. The push to fast-track data centers to ensure AI can grow to its full potential is a clear example today, yet if you look back through history, you will find that this is nothing new under the sun.

Leaders, empires, and greedy businessmen have always placed progress and expansion above what is actually best for humanity and creation.

The question I ask is, when will the bulk of humanity, or the collective, decide they are tired of this progress?

Just recently, Jeff Bezos stated this at a Paris Tech summit:

"We're going to the Moon to stay, not just to visit,"

He went on to talk about how he plans to make outer space living and explortation living permanent. What I find telling, the same playbook continues. This needs to continue to exploit and dominate.

When colonists expanded to what is now the United States and Canada, it was a bare, lush land, with indigenous tribes honoring and working with the land. Instead, we brought ‘progress’ which has turned lush forests and animal habitats into concrete jungles, McDonald’s, and liquor stores on every corner.

Revive the Table

While I am thankful for running water and other amenities, why does progress have to equate to exploiting and decimating? Why can’t progress be for the good of humanity?

When we talk about space exploration, moon landings, and Mars, if space is real, the exploiters simply see this as a quest to dominate, not evolve or help humanity.

As a human in this creation, I realize that the decision to side and allow the exploiters to continue is in my court; it’s in all of the collectives’ courts.

We just don’t see the choice. We see the daily activities, societal acceptance, politics, religions, etc. We don’t see that all of those things distract us from the choice.

Or as Morpheus said in the Matrix:

"The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us... It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth."

The truth of our reality has always been there. There is an evil cabal that is pulling the strings and keeping us divided just enough.

And we, as the collective, keep the chains on, because breaking them means opening the unknown and a new type of hard.

Stepping outside of the boxes that we have been placed in is one of the hardest transformations you will undergo, but if we wish to preserve and create a better tomorrow, not one fueled by exploitation, we have to take those steps.

Those steps look different for many of us, but the path is all similar. We must return to the land, to traditions that truly connect us as humans; we must choose nourishment, not exploitation, and elevate instead of oppressing.

I do believe many of the answers lie in the past and in the present. The ‘old ways’ before industrialization sold us this lie that convenience is best, and returning to what makes us human.

AI is new, but at the same time, it’s not. It’s the same playbook. It always has been. When will we create a new one?

I think progress is turning urban neighborhoods into food utopias, adding farms all along the countryside, people owning the means of production again, not moving to space when we have exploited Mother Earth.

The past 15 years have felt like the country is being split in two, three in some ways. If you have these beliefs, I must hate you, and vice versa. But what I’ve realized this isn’t new at all. This is a contract that is forced on the empire or the elite class must enforce to ensure the common people look at each other instead of the real boogey man.

Wendell Berry:

"The first principle of the exploitive mind is to divide and conquer. And surely there has never been a people more ominously and painfully divided than we are—both against each other and within ourselves." [1]

A few examples, a few people will still say, “Well, Trump is still a better option than Harris!” How so? You can bring up the fact that he and his administration are advancing AI and technocracy. Typically, the rebuttal is still, he is better because democrat bad.

Logic falls when division must be held. This equally applies to all the other political beliefs and ideologies that require you to hate the opposite of what you believe. Or what could be a threat to the system of beliefs?

A culture that was a threat to the system of beliefs of the colonists, Native Americans, or indigenous beliefs as a whole. Indigenous cultures have always been under attack all over the world.

With Native Americans, theoretically, colonists could have left them alone to somehow live in harmony. But that just wasn’t possible under the imperial regime. It needed domination and control over the land, resources, and submission. Natives who assimilated and left behind their culture were accepted; those who refused, we know what happened….

This happened with Anglo-Saxons, Irish indigenous cultures, and every culture that stood in the way of the imperial systems. Submission granted safety, the division helped create the submission.

If there is always a boogey man that isn’t the system of oppression, then the system of oppression is allowed to grow.

The question we must ask is, is it time to dissolve the contract of division?

Or will we continue to the systems of oppression that will ensure every creature, every human, every resource is controlled and oppressed by the system? Because that is the path we are on.

That is the pill that is hard to swallow. Currently, the division in America is now ‘multiculturalism ‘, women need to get back home because they are taking good jobs,’ some arguments I have come across online.

While some of that is base level, there are crimes against race, crimes committed by those who are not citizens, and the workforce is shit. The economy seems to be shit as a whole, though.

With inflation, layoffs, housing crisis, it’s tough to make it. The rise of the UN’s Agenda 2030 ‘own nothing and be happy’ has come alive.

But these are circumstances of propaganda being pushed into the collective psyche so that the system can continue operating without any pushback.

The truth? Broken people commit crimes. People of all cultures, people who will not deal with their trauma, their shadow. Yet the system we are currently under perpetuates crimes, yet it carries on without justice?

Our system can exterminate cultures, blow up children, hide those on the Epstein list, use tax money for whatever it wants, why? Because that is how the system of oppression works. It can do whatever it wants because people continue to divide.

For the economy? It’s not because too many women are in the workforce. It’s because of the centralization. We do not operate as a ‘free market,’ we operate under shareholder capitalism.

Revive the Table

A select few individuals hold wealth and the means of production. The system just wants men to blame women, so that men can slave away at these corporate sleuths. These corporate elites do not wish to see the family man thrive, he wishes for him to become their slave and sign his consent for the system of oppression to continue.

If we returned to a free market Agraian society, the man and woman could own the means of production more easily. Communities could thrive because the economy would center on local trades, food production, and true community.

Not this BS centralized consumeristic take. It’s a world that we must help build without letting division come between us.

There is evil, but my neighbor who holds a different religious belief is not evil. It’s simple-minded to blame simple endeavors and forget to look at the full picture. But that is how the system operates. It needs fear to thrive; people who get caught in single issues or fear-based propaganda.

Race, gender, culture, and religion wars are as old as time. But if we wish to move past, we must learn how to operate in love and kindness.

I truly believe it’s being able to self-govern, which requires each individual to get that ego in check, to deal with what makes them tick, and choose to become better for the whole.

Carl Jung said this in Psychology and Alchemy:

“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. They will practice yoga and all its exercises, observe a strict regimen of diet, learn theosophy by heart, or mechanically repeat mystic texts from the literature of the whole world—all because they cannot get on with themselves and have not the slightest faith that anything useful could ever come out of their own souls.”

We can become better by healing what’s inside and finally dissolving the systems of oppression if we look at the real enemy….

Often, we get caught up in the fear propaganda; it’s understandable because an incoming control grid is quite frightening. It’s more frightening when some don’t care and are going about life as normal…

The need to control the outcome is strong within our human psyche.

Unfortunately, no matter how much we stress and worry, the outcome may be different, whether better or worse.

So what am I actually doing? How am I preparing for a surveillance state?

Before I fully answer, I want to go back in history. Because nothing is actually new under the sun, empires and their inhabitants have all faced tyranny, collapse, and beauty.

It seems it happens in cycles. Now, the rise of AI and computer brain chips might be a first, but the evil tyrants are all still the same.

The villain never actually changes. Maybe they get more sophisticated, but at the end of the day, Goliath is still the same. A huge giant that must be faced head-on.

When the Roman Empire fell, and people entered the Dark Ages, I’m sure many assumed that it was the end of the world. Armageddon had come to light, or when the Native American tribes dwindled out from starvation and murder by the settlers, every tribe and civilization has faced its version of Armageddon.

Each one of those people who lost yet survived had one choice: will I keep going to see tomorrow? Will I make the conscious choice to continue? Will I face the next Goliath?

That is the question we must ask ourselves. Are we willing to continue and keep fighting?

If so, what does that actually look like?

The first step is governing yourself, becoming sovereign. Becoming unmovable by culture, your ego, and circumstances. This is one of the hardest parts.

And a part that too many look past. Many look outward instead of looking inward to correct course.

When we look at the rise of technology, it didn’t happen by force; it happened by collective participation.

When you look at the toxic politics, it again didn’t happen by force; it happened because of the collective response.

Carl Jung called it becoming unusable to the system, and that is what must happen.

If the corrupt system no longer has hosts, it cannot survive.

From there, we must decide whether to continue.

And continuing is continuing what keeps humanity alive. Not propaganda, not culture affairs, but the nitty-gritty. What has allowed people of the past to continue?

That is their skills, their community, and their willingness to live.

Something that has happened in the last 100 or so years is the complete disconnection from those things. Most have no idea how to grow food, have a village of people to call/connect with, and no idea where their food even comes from. Completely disconnected from what keeps humanity alive.

The powers that be like to tell us progress keeps us alive, but that is not the case. Progress for them is replacing everyone with machines and ensuring they control it all.

Yet, I’m deciding, I don’t want to submit to that. That is not what I will be doing. I am not replacing my livelihood or freedom for a machine.

Instead, I will be learning skills, growing food, connecting, building community, and bringing back bartering and home economies.

Oh, I’m also not participating in hate. There is no room for it, not for people I disagree with or highly dislike.

I will be participating in kindness and accepting people. Now, this doesn’t mean I agree with everything, but as long as they have no ill will or intention of harming, I couldn't care less.

You see, the powers that be like to use our differences to divide and create hate, just so we don’t slay the true enemies.

That is what I will be doing until the end.

I don’t know when my end is, nor do you. We only have today, that’s it. Tomorrow will come with new troubles, but we can only focus on choices that might just build a better tomorrow.

For those who truly love activism and know things need to be done, I will share some wins for people coming together.

When I share about doing what I described above, some will assume it’s taking an approach of doing nothing, but when facing today’s troubles, you are doing something.

There have been many communities that have rallied together to stop data centers from being built; this is what it looks like to fight today’s problems.

When the threat arrives at your home or community, that is when the fight starts.

So, fight back by doing what you need to do today.

Today I will feed my pigs, weed the garden, plant some more beans, read to my kids, and not submit to fear.

To my reluctant surprise, this is the stark reality we all face: We don’t live in the land of the free when freedom is only bought by the largest wallets.

Anti-tech and anti-AI might soon be labeled as terrorism. Do they think that severe job loss, environmental problems, and increasing power bills would possibly cause an uproar? More than likely, yes. And our government will be used against the people who find a problem with the problems that unregulated AI has caused.

When I would see ‘liberals’ say, " Eat the rich!” I would smirk and think it was quite silly, but then I saw how the world actually works. While I may not agree with simply saying the phrase, I get the meaning behind it. This immense wealth has been used for power over the people.

In reality, in ‘the land of the free’ or the United States of America, the billionaires can pay for what they want, or for the rules to bend for them. I realized this first with big Pharma and big AG. Why was I so mindless as not to admit it was the case for our government?

For that question, I would now reply, because politics, the left vs right politics, gives us all the illusion of choice. If I vote red, I will get something better, and vice versa, but the reality is that they are all in cahoots.

As we have been pitted against each other, the ‘elite’ class or the parasites are sucking it all up. With this grand plan to control everything down to every blade of grass, and let us peasants slowly die out. They have already added Internet of Bodies verbiage to Farm Bills, through DARPA, and the USDA.

If you are unfamiliar with the term: Internet of Bodies, it is exactly as it sounds: bodies directly connected to the grid, along with all living things and places. And as it stands, this power and technology are controlled by people who want to enslave humanity.

To accomplish such a feat, we are distracted with BLM, Pride, MAGA, MAHA, and whatever else is pushed out in our feeds, because we are seen as livestock to these people.

But while we are distracted, the government is sucking the money, crashing the economy even more, and cutting contracts with the elite class.

Palantir, OpenAI, and Google are actually pulling the strings. From contracts with the military, healthcare, and the USDA, these companies are getting tax breaks, contracts, subsidies, and telling the common folk what is to come.

It is the final or semi-final pieces to destroy freedom as we know it. The plan has been in effect for a very long time; they seem to be quite committed, or maybe it is a demon, evil alien race, or whatever that has been able to commit to such a feat.

We common folks can hardly commit to a simple diet plan, TV show, or relationship; no wonder these elites have been able to completely suck us dry.

Folks of the past had some grit, but we have lain on our backs while they stepped all over us. Telling us to hate our neighbor, watch the entertainment, and be poisoned by food and our own water.

The great question to ask oneself is, when is enough enough? And maybe that is the question the elites want us to ask and answer: how much more will people take?

The ‘final’ feat is the complete centralization of our world as we know it. Attaching biosensors, chips, and all the tech to everything and everyone. While they do it, sucking up water and electricity is the strategy to help deter a struggling population.

Wow, this all seems quite draining to type out. I am typing as the thoughts flood in. I feel mad at times when I look around, but then I feel this immense hope. It’s almost supernatural.

Or maybe I’m at peace with dying? Partially, I find comfort in this quote:

“It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live.”

The fear that I feel is the fear that I cannot correct course for my children, or I will run out of time. I’m scared that they will be stuck in a dystopian hellhole. Having only tasted what freedom felt like.

Hope is a strange emotion similar to faith. I have hope that we can create a better tomorrow, even when fear bubbles.

While the government wants to label people who are anti-tech or anti-AI as terrorists, I will not submit to that tyranny; I will boldly proclaim what they are doing.

No human should be able to force you to believe something against your will or agree with something that is harming people and the environment.

The number of EPA regulations that are being rolled back is astounding, and it is all connected to the development of AI. From speeding up permits, ignoring safety regulations for AI data center developers, bypassing measures for electricity, and so on.

On the flip side, if an ordinary citizen built something on their property, they could be fined or told they cannot do it, or protest something the government is doing, they may be held to a higher standard than corporations that have openly poisoned us.

I assume people who begin to reap more and more of this system's destruction will begin fighting back, possibly choosing destruction. While righteous anger can sometimes be necessary, it still contributes to destruction.

The empire will fall. Destruction will come, but it is those of us who hold on to hope that will help pave a better tomorrow.

Those who are learning the old ways, returning to the land, and healing what has been lost with the destruction of creation.

There will always be a villain in all the days, but those who find the hope to live another day will once again squash out the villain.

Those who hope to regenerate the land, return to a more nourished society are not extremists. We are those who seek to care for what God has gifted us all.

I was raised in the Bible belt and told that patriotism is my godly duty, that God appoints our rulers, so we should respect and allow them to rule, and America was the best of the best.

Yet, my paradigms shattered so badly that I couldn’t find the reasoning. I couldn’t support my upbringing.

Even though facing this made me uncomfortable.

It made my skin crawl. Am I the oddball? Am I the raging leftist that I would laugh at from memes? Or am I simply waking up from the deception?

I was waking up from the deception of America. The propaganda runs so deep that it’s hard to hold what is true and what is not. It was instilled in me that America is the greatest country in the world, maybe in ways it is, but the reality is harsh to face.

Recently, I took my kids to a local monster truck show. It was time to stand for the national anthem, and my homeschooled children looked around in awe at how everyone knew to stand and face the flag.

My 8-year-old asked, ‘Why do we do that?’ I could have replied to simply be patriotic or show our love for our country, but the harsh reality is that it is an anthem, a spell almost to pay submission to the empire of America. It is your pledge for obedience.

As a public school student, it is second nature; we did the Pledge of Allegiance every single morning. No questions asked, it was expected. But now, I cannot simply do what is expected; I must do what is right.

And submitting my allegiance to an empire that is built upon greed and death no longer sits right. Now, do I still love America and want it to be a better place? Yes. Do I still love the people? Yes.

Calling out problems is vital for humanity, and believing that we are perfect or that it’s just the only way is stupidity or simply blind allegiance.

In the past few years, I have had several AHA moments. When I studied agriculture, and how the “get big or get out” spewed by Earl Butz helped ruin agriculture and solidify centralization of our food supply. How America spewed this idea that they could feed the world, which is why many Americans went along with Big Ag.

When I think about our military and the CIA, how we start wars for oil and meddling. How many will claim to be prolife, yet when innocent life is lost for the sake of oil, it’s god’s will?

Or most recently, the need for AI because we must be better than China!

It seems our pride is what will be our fall. This desire to be the biggest, most powerful empire is destined to fall. Few want to admit this because of the discomfort it creates.

The discomfort that they have been lied to, groomed, and their comfort may soon disappear. It’s a discomfort I have set with, and decided to push through.

Pushing through doesn’t mean you want to burn it down, be rebellious in the sense of being a tyrant yourself, pushing through is having the courage to create something different.

If people love America, then build one built on that.

America has never actually been built on that. It has been built on exploitation for power.

When we think of the Native Americans who were murdered and pushed off their land, we are taught it’s because they were savages, but the reality, they refused to conform to colonization. An interesting perspective, I like to consider, imagine if someone came to your home right now, let’s say the government, and said you must do XYZ or you will have to leave your home, you would probably be in an uproar?

There is nothing new under the sun; we continue repeating patterns when we operate in a place of sin.

The native refusal was what was dangerous. Refusal to participate in the system of exploitation is dangerous, but it must be a part of our rebuilding. Right now, many are saying they refuse to participate in the AI dystopia, but do you realize what this may cost you? The natives knew.

The race to AI is the same playbook as the past. We are told we need it because we need to be the best. We were told we needed slaves because we needed more hands for creating a robust agriculture, we were told we needed to kill or ‘relocate’ Natives because they were savages, and we were told we needed to extend, kill, and dominate for power.

And while power is extended, division is necessary. We are told to hate someone else, so we don’t realize who the real boogeyman is. But the boogeyman is the intense desire for power, greed, and control. No empire, person, can carry all of that without immense destruction.

It’s as if America or the powerful, whoever took a bite of the apple, chose sin. While this happened, we, the people, pledged our allegiance to this scam.

But I hope that as the scales continue to be ripped off, more will see the scam. Not see it and cause more destruction, but see it and realize they have been created with a purpose to build a new system.

To pave a new way. It’s not comfortable. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.

It’s something that must be done if we truly crave freedom, not false freedom.

Not this idea, we live in the land of the free, when that is not really the case.

Not when resource after resource is being stripped, prices climb, and the rich are above the law. Freedom is only real if it is for all. Rich or poor.

And maybe at one time, America was like that. I haven’t seen it in my 30 years. But some have, or maybe some have ignored the past.

Regardless, America is a propaganda machine to keep us obedient. But what is your obedience costing you?

I’ve been studying and watching the rise of AI and the complete illusion of Trump for over a year now, yes there have been many before me sharing about this for far longer.

But as I watch Trump continue to severely backslide on all of his promises and statements, and watch some still cling to his illusion, I finally understand. Or I think I do.

Something I have come to terms with, understanding itself is an illusion to some degree. There is truth, like I was born a woman, a woman can birth children, only a lion can birth a lion, and so forth, but examples of understanding being an illusion are tied with what’s culturally acceptable.

As individuals, we evolve and change. I’m not talking about evolution in itself; I’m talking about the constant evolution of our minds. How receiving new information can transform our initial thoughts.

Culture is an illusion.

Again, this leads back to culture. Culture evolves, for the better and worse, and all throughout history, you can find this.

The culture of America is quite mystifying. Many will say they support the Constitution, yet get angry when someone has a different opinion. Or have anger towards people of other religions. Are we not a country built on freedom of speech and religion?

One would then argue that we are free to religion as long as it does not hurt anyone, and I agree. But I’ve noticed in America that only applies to non-Christian religions.

Yet, followers of Christianity have caused immense death, destruction, and harm, so can we say Christianity is a religion of harm, like many claim Islamists are? It’s a question I pose.

One will say they stand for family values, yet support policies that directly harm families. One will say they are feminist, but equate that to simply being better than men. The contradictions of culture, or simply human nature, are a teacher to listen to.

Facing the inconsistencies, the darkest parts of yourself will bring to light much of the illusion you have believed.

The question that I have tossed with, why have so many supposed freedom lovers and Christians sought to continue to support Trump, after his actions continue to prove his words were lies?

And look, I am aware all politicians do this. I have no ill will towards Trump; I have negative thoughts about the whole system. Trump is simply a by-product of the current system.

But the illusion of Trump is quite captivating. Some say many of his die-hard followers are in a cult. I do think there is truth to that, but I think there is a deeper thought to that.

Many of our beliefs come from our cultural upbringing; we conform, we regurgitate what we were taught, and those ideas become us.

For example, many raised in urban areas are more liberal Democrats, and many rural citizens lean more conservative Republicans. What I’ve realized is that they typically believe these things because it fits their current worldview. Who they are around, what they have personally experienced, and they will vote for the politician who says the right ideological thing. Source.

Something interesting, as someone who has lived rurally almost all of her life, rural communities have gotten worse. More drugs, fewer opportunities, liquor stores, and Dollar Generals galore.

And it doesn’t have to do entirely with Republican or Democrat; it’s the fact that our government is an oligarchy, and all of our goods are becoming centralized. Most no longer own the means of production.

Yet, it’s to be noted that all politicians receive heavy donations from corporations. Donald Trump received a ton from various companies, from big tech to TurboTax, and more. Corporations themselves cannot explicitly donate, but their CEO’s, family members, and employees can.

It’s no secret that many of these companies donate to Democratic campaigns. But Trump was largely in good standing because he has continuously put in policies, government contracts, etc., that benefit the corporations and not the citizens.

And here is the illusion of Trump: it was never about taking down the deep state, creating a better economy, or anything; it has been about getting people to accept the surveillance state, Agenda 2030, and accepting a complete end to our freedoms.

The ones that refuse to accept this or acknowledge it refuse to accept that they were wrong. They have held onto their own ideological beliefs so tightly that they refuse to see the truth.

A few policies and actions that are leading us to a surveillance state, AKA Agenda 2030:

Several contracts with Palantir. An AI surveillance company. It’s being put in military operations and even recently being used in the IRS to easily audit. I love paying taxes to a government that shits all over my constitutional rights.

Federal agencies are buying data from social media.

Building a centralized data command. Essentially, all of your data is compiled into one system. Bank, social media activity, where you travel etc.

Predictive AI systems being rolled out in local police stations. Wrongful arrests have already occurred because the AI system was wrong.

I could continue on. From several executive orders, things hidden in large bills being pushed, it is a hostile takeover, under the illusion of Trump.

The cultural ideas they have far outweigh the reality.

And to reiterate, this reality is true for folks who support democratic politicians; it is a systematic problem.

I remember hearing Bernie Sanders say that we are an oligarchy a few years ago. When I was a deep Republican, I would roll my eyes and think he was a dumb liberal, yet I had no truth; I simply disagreed with his statements, because my ideological beliefs sided with whatever was spewed from the Republican side.

Bernie has received donations from Amazon, Apple, Google, and others, but he is correct, our country does the bidding of the corporations and the elite.

The red vs blue is a tool to keep the common folks distracted from the reality that we face.

Trump did an excellent job at securing this. He pointed out our reality, got many on board, and failed to deliver on his promises.

But I don’t think he failed; I think this was the plan all along. As many will say, the world is a stage, and the illusion of Trump is fading for those who really want to see it.

And if you were a Trump supporter, admitting you were wrong about him may sting the ego, but once you accept it and move on, it’s quite freeing.

At the end of the day, the only things that truly matter are water, food, shelter, and community.

Those are the four pieces that keep humanity floating; the cultural things come and go. They evolve, change, empires fall, politics fail, but if we could just focus on sustaining those four things, we might build a better tomorrow.
