New York State famously tried to grab $75 billion from the oil companies, and got slapped down by a federal judge:

A federal judge ruled on Monday that New York cannot enforce a 2024 state law that sought to impose an estimated $75 billion in charges on carbon-emitting companies for allegedly causing climate damage between 2000 and 2018.

Chief U.S. District Judge Brenda Sannes in Syracuse, New York, sided with 22 Republican state attorneys general, as well as industry groups including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in finding the state measure preempted by federal law. The judge said the Clean Air Act, which gave the federal Environmental Protection Agency authority to regulate carbon dioxide emissions, did not authorize states to adopt emissions compensation schemes.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed the Climate Change Superfund Act into law in December 2024. It required about three dozen covered fossil-fuel companies to pay a combined $3 billion annually for 25 years, or $75 billion in total. The funds would have been earmarked for infrastructure work, including coastal wetlands, stormwater systems, roads, bridges, and responses to extreme weather.

Sannes said enforcing the law risked upsetting the balance of protecting the environment, “a project that necessarily requires national standards and global participation,” and promoting economic growth, energy production, foreign policy interests, and national security.

West Virginia Attorney General John McCuskey led the coalition of states challenging the legislation in a February 2025 lawsuit. The attorneys general said at the time that New York’s law was politically motivated “overreach” that punished traditional energy companies, including West Virginia-based coal and natural gas companies, that now comply with applicable laws. They said payouts from coal, oil, and natural gas producers could wipe out thousands of jobs if the producers were forced to shut down.

“We were the first to challenge this law because we saw it for what it was - a money grab by the elites in New York, who want to punish West Virginians for doing the jobs that enable them to heat their homes and build their cities,” McCuskey said in an Aug. 31 statement.

Just like the “billionaires tax” (in reality a tax on everyone, with no limit on how low the tax can reach regarding tax brackets), this was a revenue grab. Involving other states. No doubt a Biden or Obama Judge will over rule this judge, and probably the Supreme Court. [District Court Judges have just been ignoring the Supreme Court decisions and making their own law because hey, reasons.]

This will produce conflicts between the states, as Blue States decide they can grab revenue from Red ones. In no universe will Blue States ever cut spending on illegal aliens, homeless grifts, “hospice,” or Quality Learing Centers. That is the basis of the entire political Blue State Ecosystem. So there will be ever greater demands by Blue States to grab money from Red States.

The first Civil War was triggered by roughly the same dynamic. Slave states sought to expand slavery into the West, and admit Central American and Caribbean slave states through conquest and adventurism. Northern interests both labor and industrialists feared that an expansion of slavery would turn the US into a cotton producing, slave labor nation that in exchange for tariff free cotton exports would eviscerate the US manufacturing sector, including steel and locomotive production. Southern interests feared that without expansion, slavery would be abolished and freed slaves would seek revenge, meanwhile their economic system would collapse along side their wealth and importance.

We are seeing a similar thing happen now. Blue states need to import ever greater amounts of illegals to give all sorts of social welfare spending that their tax revenues cannot pay for. Without a friendly President to force federal wealth transfers, they have to do cross-state money grabs from Red State companies and individuals. California is flirting with an “exit tax” for people including middle and working class stiffs moving outside the “Homeless State.”

Other targets would be Red State real estate, on the flimsy theory again of “global warming,” or agriculture or even manufacturing. Anything and everything will be on the table to grab Red State money. Like an aggressive homeless person demanding money or they will assault you, New York, Illinois, and California will be continually threatening Red State property and money.

Which pretty much guarantees Red State retaliation, and the state basis for conflict beyond the ideas of Open Borders, no prisons or police, abolition of the nuclear family, Christianity, and introduction of state required Communist Islam.

She knew it was wrong because she schemed to get other people out of the way. She strangled with exercise bands her two youngest then chased down her five year old son to kill him. Karens love that! They are fully aware of the crime, and find it entirely excusable.

A Palestinian-American filmmaker who directed cult classic “Green Street Hooligans” celebrated the death of young executive and new mom Erin Piacenti by posting a meme about alleged CEO-killer Luigi Mangione.

Lexi Alexander, who was also nominated for an Academy Award in 2003 for a short film she directed, posted an image on social media Tuesday of Batman staring up at a bat signal replaced with Mangione’s face.

The sick meme was shared in response to another post that identified Piacenti, who was killed by a mentally ill woman in Times Square, as a vice president at Bank of America.

Alexander’s representatives did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Piacenti, 32, had just finished her first day back at work after a five-month maternity leave when she was fatally stabbed in the abdomen with a kitchen knife in Times Square on Monday afternoon by Pamela Cisneros, 49, who also stabbed another man before she was shot dead by police.

The University of Pennsylvania and Fordham Law School graduate had quickly soared to a coveted vice president position at Bank of America, moved to a quiet New Jersey suburb, and celebrated her second anniversary with her beloved husband, Frank Piacenti, just last month.

The killer, was some random hispanic lady with a long history of mental illnest who stabbed to death Piacenti, a young mother, and grievously wounded a 68 year old man, both just passers by.

The “Palestinian” film-maker lives in Ireland, apparently Gaza is to gauche for her.

All this desire for blood will be sated. As the various Icelandic Sagas make clear, the various blood feuds were tamped down, as the men got exhausted by the killing, until the women stirred them up again. Eventually the killing was so bad that the Icelanders simply did not have enough men to resist annexation and rule by the Norwegian Crown.

Aided by the CIA and the EUnuchs, Zelensky’s forces have been hitting Russian oil refineries, their version of Amazon, various strategic bombers deep inside Russia, and have attempted to kill Putin several times with missile attacks on his various residences when he is known to be at them. These attacks have killed various Russian civilians, and disrupted daily life in Russia including gasoline rationing and possible heating issues in the Winter.

This has not resulted in an uprising against Putin, quite the reverse, most Russians seem to see this as a continuation of WWII, with Zelensky playing the part of Hitler Junior, Banderite Edition. Zelensky has gone out of his way, as an aside, to alienate the Poles by honoring Bandera and his killers, with memorials and “celebrations” of the massacres of Poles. There is a movement in Poland to end benefits for Ukrainians, men and women alike, and send them back to Ukraine.

Now, Zelensky is threating to blow up Russian (and other) airliners out of Russian skies.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky just issued a crazy and unexpected threat which portends a major escalation in the war. Certainly it will provoke the Kremlin into even more uncontrolled escalation and massive strikes, such as has been (somewhat unusually) happening on Odesa port as well as the capital city of late.

He has vowed moving forward to de facto close Russia’s skies, and has put Russian airlines, insurers, and foreign governments on notice. Zelensky is in effect warning that airlines could be shot out of the sky - though he stopped short of voicing this directly.

“Today we want to warn every airline that uses Russian airspace, every insurer, everyone who still uses key Russian airports - Russian skies are becoming completely dangerous,”Zelensky stated.

“When the United States contacted us, asking us not to strike Moscow and St. Petersburg, we paused, and then we were attacked. When our partners contact us for negotiations, we are ready to ensure a period of calm in the Russian airspace. However, for the duration of the war, the Russian airspace is currently for Ukrainian drones, not for civilian aviation.”

Russian President Putin just responded to Zelensky’s wild threat, accusing Ukraine’s leader of declaring “state terrorism” for warning airlines that Kyiv’s drone offensive against Russia made that country’s airspace unsafe.

“If this was said out loud, then it is simply a declaration of state terrorism,” Putin said in a televised news conference.

Meanwhile, at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Kyrgyzstan, Putin confirmed he will help Iran evade sanctions and provide intelligence and military support. Tit for Tat for Ukraine.

Trump has been unable and unwilling to cross the CIA, which gives him orders not the other way around, on Ukraine. Its a dead end and only buys the US grief with Russia, and binds that nation tighter to China, which is a strategic disaster. Much of Iran’s success in hitting moving tankers out of visual range (way out of visual range) is from real-time Russian satellite info. Iranian local radar systems that can provide a fix are also easy targets; the US has been hitting these types radar emitters since the Vietnam war with great success. Satellite guidance at near-real time is another thing altogether. I assume we jam the Russian satellites locally and they get around the jamming.

Zelensky’s play is to provoke Putin into hitting NATO countries in retaliation for some atrocity. Thus forcing the US and the EU to create a massive draft and send our troops and the EU cannon fodder into the Ukraine meatgrinder.

Ironically, shooting down multiple Russian airliners (Zelensky’s goal) might just unleash a full retaliatory response including nuking Keeeeeevvvvvvvv and various other Ukrainian cities including right on the border with Poland, with the NATO nations getting a nice good heaping helping of what all out War with Russia really means. Nukes are there for a reason. They are not just decorations.

This Ukraine War has gone on long enough. Its time for it to end, with Russia simply taking over all of Ukraine, and kicking the natives out in favor of Russians who get “free land” to settle. Let Western Europe have fun with the Banderites.

Essentially, Syracuse borrowed about half a billion ($458 million) through bonds, which have been downgraded, to build new student housing. Their existing dorms were by all accounts miserable. However, student enrollment collapsed. Worse, they can no longer rely on full-ride International Students after Trump’s crackdown. Finally, they have to spread out financial aid to a wide group of students instead of just a few lucky intelligent DEI admits like Harvard.

Meanwhile, they are competing now with the SEC and ACC and Big XII conference schools, which as state institutions are far less expensive. Syracuse costs about $100k a year, compared to University of Alabama between $28K (in state) to $52K. Syracuse is in a run down part of the State, the snowbelt, with the city being a dump. Tuscaloosa, reportedly, is quite nice.

Students and parents are no longer simply going to pay whatever the going rates are for a lot of the mid-tier schools. The quote in the article is that Syracuse thinks of itself as an Ivy League school but is certainly not an Ivy.

As I predicted, lots of intelligent, White students are going to the big institutional state schools in the South and nearby. They understand, that unless they have connections, they will be outsiders looking in. JD Vance, clearly a man on the upswing, wrote that he felt isolated and lonely in Yale Law School. His only experience was graduating at the Ohio State University, and serving in the US Marine Corps. It was mere chance working in some Silicon Valley start up that he connected with Thiel.

The value of a College or University is its social network. Period. The degree from say, USC versus the Ohio State is equivalent out of the area. Say, in San Francisco, New York, or Miami. What matters is alumni and your buddies who can get you jobs, and vice-versa. This means White kids will choose places with other White kids, and there will be a snowball effect.

Long term, you can expect that most mid-tier private colleges and universities in the Northeast will collapse. A place like TCU is probably fine, but Northwestern, probably not. The social network of Northwestern will be focused on White-unfriendly Chicago, which itself is collapsing rapidly in real time. Meanwhile the school will have a much lower tier of DEI admits, instead of Obama they’ll get Jason Arday, and have a lot, lot more non-White and probably female students.

Where would a White kid want to go, to have friends, meet the opposite sex, have a network that can help for a lifetime? Or just be alone among hostile people you have no connection to?

This will not have an effect immediately, but over time it will pretty much erode the Colleges and Universities that have either sprung up or massively expanded since 1945 and the various educational loan programs that made them “affordable” for students.

Wages and salaries are not increasing as they did in the Dot Com boom, or the phony housing market boom. AI threatens jobs themselves, and certainly reduces costs as fewer workers can do more. Costs of colleges matter, and the Northeast private colleges cannot lower them enough to compete with Ole Miss or Alabama. Which in turn are much nicer in January. [Though not August.]

Which will eventually lead to the big Southern / Mid Plains public universities competing with the Ivies, which are destined to be nearly 100% DEI / Muslim places. A joke like Cambridge. Universities can crash fast. As Steve Sailer noted, the German Universities were considered the best in the world. Until some unfortunate events as Basil Fawlty noted:

This has indeed worked, for a while, but no longer. Racial politics, including those where Whites explicitly organize for themselves, and embrace HATE against (some, not all) other racial/ethnic groups in order to maximize resources for themselves and eventually drive all others out, are inevitable.

Democratic politics were closed off to Vance, and while he embraced the Republicuck movement early on, in his political career, his main donors and backers Thiel and Musk pushed him harder MAGA. Ambition also played a part. The Rod Dreher Conservacuck movement is dead. A few old fossils like Thune and Murkowski may hang on (Collins is toast in Maine), but they are older, and have the benefit of a lifetime of donor patronage and donor networks. Up and comers will find no takers to move them up like Vance.

Vance had if his ambition was to move upward, no other choice but MAGA and so too is the case for anyone like him. White, Straight, Male, not particularly handsome, not childhood friends with powerful, rich people like the Gettys (Newsom here), or from a powerful, influential family (Bush, Gore, etc.) The future Bill Clintons (Hillary is reportedly enthusiastically planning his funeral) will all come from MAGA. Vance wrote in his autobiography that at Yale Law School he felt isolated and was reminded he did not belong. It is highly likely that Usha was the only woman who even paid attention to him in adult hood.

Graduate school is the one place where men and women can meet, intermingle plausibly, and evaluate each other under stress and observation to make mate evaluations. I know a few men who went there precisely because it was they thought, the only place where they could make an impression on women.

She notes accurately that the arrangements of the 1960s, based on a nation about 89% White, 10% basketball-American, and 1% everything else, can no longer be sustained. Even assuming the worst case does not come to pass, and let us hope that it does not, the idea that the enemy (other races) will give up on White serfdom/slavery and taking our stuff is laughable. And yet she expects them to give up DEI and Affirmative Action?

Yes, the state can have a heavy hand for some time, but the competency issues becomes ever more prevalent as enemies now have drone and missile equalizers.

Meanwhile an ongoing invasion by the Turd World has Europe teetering on the brink of being conquered and ruled by Morocco and Pakistan. There is no place of White men to run to; and they are very, very tired of the DEI, Affirmative Action BS that has them contemplating a barista career while some illiterate basketball-American girl gets a free ride to UCLA and then onto a Law or Politics career.

I am surprised that the 30-40% “groyper” estimate of GOP younger White male staffers by Dreher is that low. My guess is it is far higher.

Human nature is what it is. Dreher’s moral grandstanding won’t create positions of power, income, and status to get a young White man a wife. Not even the sort of SSRI women with body counts in the hundreds that seem to be the norm these days.

In this sense I think the current midterms will be the fulcrum of history. Where anti-White politics becomes explicit and aimed directly at Straight White men, with reparations, taxes, bans, and also pogroms. There is a reason Straight White men have been accumulating firearms since 1965 and why the Left seeks to ban them. Disarmed people are far easier to kill.

At any rate, I don’t think the old techniques of yelling “Nazi” or “Racist” work any more. White men simply don’t care. Instead I think they will explicitly look to their own, with the GOP being forced into the role of the White party against those who hate that (Eyepatch McCain, Ted Cruz, etc.) As for JD Vance, he is not too dissimilar to those hillbillies who married Indians. Just a different kind of Indian I suppose.

Recently, the various media have been running the same sort of articles, which is DSA battlespace preparation.

The list includes:

• Trump has to go to “maintain our norms.”

• JD Vance and Rubio also need to go as they are not “real Republicans.”

• “Stupid White Men” abandoned the workforce.

• Iran has “won” and the US needs to surrender.

• The US Must Surrender to Islam.

The People Magazine of Davos, the Financial Times, and the National Enquirer of the Hamptons, the Wall Street Journal have been talking constantly, as has the New York Times and Washington Post, about “the post Trump Era” starting … now. That its time for Republicans to return to failure theater, to become just “beautiful losers” talking about enterprise zones and the free market. “There shall be Open Borders” and taking shot after shot at Trump for being some obnoxious loud mouth who is just some failure, and the “adult Democrats” like El-Jihad or Mamdani will take over.

The Wall Street Journal in particular has attacked JD Vance as totally unsuitable for leadership, for being opposed to Open Borders (the Journal’s famous editorial in 1984) and wanting to put ordinary Americans first over Wal-Mart or Amazon. This matches the HBO “Lanterns” show taking shots at Vance by having a Vance like character be cucked and mocked by his Indian wife.

Vance seems to have generated a lot of hate, the Financial Times has also taken numerous shots at him, and is the subject of two minutes of hate by many, many feminists who utterly detest him for … being not particularly attractive, from a poor background, and a devoted family man. The Lindsay Clancy supporters in particular seem to really really hate him.

The Wall Street Journal is not alone in “Stupid White Men Left the Workforce” so we need infinity immigrants, the Financial Times, Washington Post, and NY Times have pushed this also, but the Journal is among the worst:

It further appears that the son of the Ayatollah (of Rock and Rollah) is either dead or in a vegetative state, meaning some IRGC commander is calling the shots, without any legitimacy other than his men are the most ruthless. Awareness of this seems to have spread throughout the populace, and more importantly the IRGC soldiers and Basij militia members themselves.

The conventional wisdom was that Trump could not win, as the Iranians had a limitless supply of missiles, could shut down the Straits at any time, and were invincible in their homeland. All of that proved to be false.

Iran’s oil is not moving to China any more. The “teapot” refineries that China used to make cheap stuff by having not only dirt cheap forced labor but dirt cheap sanctioned oil at a discount, is now unobtainium. As Iran has no practical means to get oil to China, its major buyer, with Trump’s blockade. Iranian ships cannot “sneak” by the US, which has to its credit ways of seeing in the dark that Iran does not have. Some small shipments can go by truck (railroads and pipelines have been bombed) to various third countries, or via the Caspian Sea, but that is marginal at best. Not enough to supply China. Not enough to earn foreign currency to smuggle in food, fuel, and arms.

Meanwhile, the Strait of Hormuz is “sort of” open. Civilian traffic cannot move via daylight. But the premium for oil (at around $30 a barrel pure margin) is so great companies will self-insure and risk it. Or buy very pricey coverage. The US Navy had underwater drones clear the mines in the South of the Straits. Navy ships escort tankers with transponders off by night with F-15 overwatch, helicopters, and drones hitting anything that looks like it might fire a missile. Iran has trouble spotting the ships, radar can pick them up but would be quickly destroyed and my understanding is that has indeed happened more than once. When ships are out of Iranian range they turn their transponders back on.

All this is expensive. But the US Navy and Air Force can do it. Clinton had bombing raids over Iraq for over a year, Operation Desert Fox. This is what the US is really, really good at. Coordinated high tech efforts including planes, ships, helicopters, drones, UAVs, and the underwater equivalent. Iran does not have that.

Iran has men in caves and other hardened positions, doubtless all marked by now, plus men in trucks. Also probably marked and also where they might drive to; there are not unlimited places a normal truck can go. AI has no doubt helped tremendously, along with aperture radar which can peek inside caves and such. That stuff requires a lot of signals processing, but the US has that capacity and Iran does not.

Iran COULD manufacture missiles domestically, and did. A lot were shipped to Russia for food, in a swap. That’s now gone. Most of the factories are blown up, the men who worked in them dead, and the roads and supply lines effectively gone with fuel rationing in full swing.

Missiles even the simple ones cannot just be rolled out in a factory line by anybody. There is skill and care required so the factory does not blow up. Rocket propellant and the explosive warhead are not just jokes. They can be very dangerous if handled improperly.

And a makeshift factory does not just spring up. Separate components need to be made, and shipped in by trucks. Which requires fuel. Which mostly does not exist in Iran.

Iran’s failure was Infantry. They just don’t have any. Fantasies of invading Kuwait to drive out America are just that. Because Infantry needs support – transport, weapons and food and medicine re-supply, air cover, artillery support, armor support, all to HOLD GROUND.

Iran can and did blow stuff up, real good, but they seem to very much NOT have an endless supply of missiles. They cannot take and hold territory across the Gulf. They have no ability to put men across the Persian Gulf into Saudi Arabia. Or march into Kuwait. They have missiles, which are quite powerful. Just not all-powerful.

It turns out that the lure of profit will have trading companies risking the transit of the Straits. Only returning oil to normal (by opening them) will have zero margin thus zero companies risking a ship to get the oil to market. Moreover the US Navy and Air Force are very good at ship and missile base suppression. They might not be able to shoot down missiles in flight, but they are very good at seeing missiles being wheeled out of a cave (for survival reasons the Iranians cannot fire them in the caves) for firing and hitting them hard.

The US is an industrial nation (still) of 340 million people officially. Iran has 70 million. With not much industrial base, and none of out of US reach. The US by contrast is completely out of Iran’s reach. Like Russia vs. Ukraine, the outcome is inevitable if slow.

The Iran War could still cost Trump the Presidency. Polling shows Democrats will win both the House and Senate, and in that case impeachment and removal of Trump and Vance are a certainty. Then say hello to President Jeffries. Or AOC if she becomes House Speaker always a possibility. From there it is Civil War, as the DSA enacts its reign of Gay Islamic Communist terror, Pol Pot mixed with Mohammed and Harvey Firestein. The Iran War is tremendously unpopular, a hangover of the Iraq and Afghan Wars, both lengthy failures. The US populace is just completely anti-War, if the US were nuked by say China, most of the people would oppose retaliation, we have become so anti-War. Trump himself is very unpopular, with only a 37% approval rating.

However, if the Iranian Regime cracks far enough ahead of the Midterms, then yes Trump may retain the Senate, maybe. And of course, polls could be fake, we’ve seen those already, or fixed. Polling does not have much of an accurate track record in the last 20 years or so.

Nevertheless, in a war of attrition, the lack of the ability of the Iranian Regime to put forward ground troops has hurt it tremendously. They only have missiles. And missiles do not hold ground.

As a lifelong SoCal resident, with some forays to other parts of the country, I can assure you that California is not filled with whacko weirdos as the majority of voters. CUMBERLAND, Md. — Maryland state felony prosecutions against three members of the Zizian trans death cult have been indefinitely suspended for unknown reasons.

The cases against cult leader Jack “Ziz” LaSota and subordinates Michelle “Jamie” “Alex” Zajko and Daniel “Hastur” Blank were made inactive on Aug. 14; All scheduled future trial dates were canceled.

LaSota, Zajko and Blank were arrested together following a national manhunt on Feb. 16, 2025 in rural western Maryland. They were found with a cache of weapons in their two box trucks. They had spent years moving around the country as members of the Zizians, a radical transgender cult who has been linked to at least eight violent deaths.

The three initially faced only misdemeanor trespassing, firearms and obstruction charges after an elderly Frostburg-area property owner reported that they had arrived in box trucks and asked to camp on his property.

Authorities later added charges involving the alleged illegal possession and carrying of concealed and loaded firearms.

LaSota, a biological male who identifies as a woman and uses the name “Ziz,” is the founder and ideological leader of the Zizians. The group is made up of transgender vegan extremists, several of whom have elite educational backgrounds in science and mathematics. Members embraced an esoteric ideology combining leftist transgender politics, anarchism, rationalism and veganism.

The suspension of the Maryland cases follows a pattern of delay that characterizes the Zizians’ many criminal cases across the U.S.

Members of the group were allegedly involved in the January 2025 fatal shooting of U.S. Border Patrol Agent David Maland in Vermont and the killing of 82-year-old Curtis Lind in California. Lind was a key witness in another Zizian murder prosecution when he was assassinated shortly before trial.

Despite years of homicide investigations and prosecutions involving members of the group across several states, no Zizian has yet gone to trial. Earlier this month, the murder and attempted murder trial of three Zizians in California were delayed again, this time to 2027.

So one has to ask, how does this pattern of dropped or delayed charges play out. The Zizians are crazy, off puttting, and weird:

So the pattern emerges: the Zizians act weird, get caught with weapons in ways that violate state laws and would get Joe Redneck in the slammer very quickly. Yet the charges get delayed and then dropped. That strongly suggest protection, from some force powerful enough to get locals to go along with their demands across the country. From California to Vermont to Maryland.

Epstein was first a Mossad asset, like Robert Maxwell, and later a CIA asset. Useful in blackmailing people on Wall Street and corporate leaders who could give access to whatever forces were transferring funds around the globe. Thus the question arises, what is the value of the Zizians that they are avoiding serious jail time again and again?

Their only real value is a low-rent version of Carlos the Jackal. The WSJ recently profiled the book by Joby Warrick, “The Jackal.” Carlos the Jackal, real name Ilich Ramírez Sánchez, son of a wealthy Venezuelan Socialist, who started as a “Free Palestine” ideologue and ended as a free lance terrorist ultimately handed over to France by the Sudanese after alienating the Libyans and Eastern Europeans.

In the 1970s and 1980s, Carlos was everywhere. He had no real strategic value, he was not Ho Chi Minh, but he did know how to organize terrorism and kill a lot of people while getting a lot of press. And was helped for a time by Libya, Syria, East Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Soviet Union. He was always a Marxist but Communism and Islam are a ready mix cocktail that can be served from a can. He himself was not just an organizer, but someone leveraging powerful Soviet/Turd World networks to get lawyers, guns, and money on site to stage some terrorist hostage taking and killing.

My only guess is that the CIA, notoriously Marxist and Left Wing for decades, has been stepping in and prepping the Zizians as disposable mercenaries like a modern day Carlos, to target various people on our side for assassination. Tyler Robinson, the murderer of Charlie Kirk, may be the “stochastic” version of this – stir up enough crazies and one of them will go shoot the target of the two minutes of hate:

The Zizians then are the modern day Carlos, only as a group, and being readied for something. They are too small for mass action, so it would be some sort of targeted event involving the group. I will leave it for readers to speculate upon what might be the target.

Perhaps I am stretching things, but it would seem local law enforcement and prosecutors are suddenly unable to do anything but delay and drop charges, while the Zizians go free with minimal monitoring. The only force with enough power to make that happen is Federal, and the only one relatively free to do as they want is the CIA. Unless I have missed something.

First, there is the cost of just renting (not owning) a decent apartment that is not a tiny, 20 by 60 feet hovel. It costs per the above video, about $800,000 on average of a “down payment” to rent an apartment, out of which the landlord pays various expenses, utilities, depreciation, upkeep, and theoretically is supposed to return most of it; but never does. This means all but a very lucky few with wealthy parents cannot afford a decent apartment from which to start a family. [This system seems to be built to favor the Chaebol, connected family owned conglomerates, to extract as much rent and misery as possible from ordinary South Koreans].

Young South Korean women mostly stay with their parents, no stigma there, but there is a great stigma for Young South Korean men who do so.

Secondly, Young South Korean men are drafted for two years of military service, essentially no exemptions. This puts their careers and lives on hold for two years, while their female peers are attending college, interning with big companies, and moving up far more rapidly than their male age cohorts.

Third, women are preferred in initial hiring and initial promotion over their male age cohorts.

Fourth, South Korea has a ton of “guest workers” who suck up all the male skewing entry level jobs, while office work as above is restricted mostly to women.

On the Female side, they complain of constant hidden cameras in bathrooms, upskirt videos, not being promoted to higher levels once they reach mid-tiers, sexual harassment, and the lack of young men who are dominant, powerful Alphas.

This has led to the “4 Bs” in Korean: no dating men, no sex with men, no marrying men, no children with men. While it is unknown how popular and numerous the ultra feminists are, they certain get much (favorable) media attention. South Korea’s Fertility rate is by the way, the lowest in the world.

Gen Z women are more left wing than their male peers when it comes to politics and economics. This generation of women is also much more pessimistic about the country and their own lives than men, and substantially more negative towards men than the men are towards women. Young adults are far more likely than older adults to identify as LGBTQ+. Twenty-three percent of adults under 30 and 10.4% of adults aged 30 to 49 are LGBTQ+, compared with about 2% to 3% of older Americans.

Women are nearly twice as likely as men to identify as LGBTQ+ (10.5% vs. 5.6%, respectively), a gap driven primarily by women’s higher rates of bisexual identification. Gender gaps are especially pronounced in the youngest generation — 31.4% of women aged 18 to 29 versus 11.4% of men in the same age group identify as LGBTQ+, with most of these younger women saying they are bisexual.

So yes, being fake and gay is rising exponentially. Among women in Gen Z, it is about 1/3 of them, and that is a big problem. Fake and gay women do not marry men, or form families. Causing birth rates to crash. There is not enough of the religious to make up for the deficit, and this is something that Europeans have just thrown up their hands and imported Muslims and Africans. Translation, White women in Gen Z are becoming Lesbians, until a really, really HOT Alpha male comes along. For betas, they are gay. Gay gay gay now!

It is estimated that a staggering 15% of the US population — that’s 50 to 55 million Americans — now identifies as heteroflexible.

The modern post 2000 Global Energy system has run on oil, and LNG. Much of the latter powers electricity generation, as nations seek, very understandably, to move away from coal. Unabated, coal power generation is very dirty, with not just noxious gases that are very hazardous to people’s health, but particulates that are just as bad. China, in particular Beijing, suffers from coal particulates and toxic gases settling over the city like a bad 1950’s London Fog/Smog.

The Great Smog of 1952 killed thousands, as London is a low-lying area and since the 1200s had been subject to a series of killer fogs though none so severe.

However, as TotalEnergies CEO Patrick Pouyanne notes, the uncertainty around LNG and oil have caused in particular, shaky Turd World nations to move to coal. Which is cheaper, can be had almost anywhere, often in their own countries, and while it makes Brussels and the WEF and Greens mad and prone to offering threats, the biggest threat is no power at all.

Coal of course does not need to be this polluting. Many years ago my late father worked on clean coal technologies, and I participated in a Clinton era attempt to match US investors with Chinese Clean Coal proposed power plants (the Chinese CCP was not going to build them themselves, just rip off what the stupid foreigner would build). All of that came to nothing, however, as there was zero US interest for obvious reasons: highly capital intensive, China would just take the plant as soon as it was producing. And everyone in the US was switching to cleaner LNG that was significantly cheaper.

Essentially, flue gases need to be filtered successively through finer and finer filters, until the final phase where the temperature was raised to burn off into lesser toxic gases into precipitates. No groundbreaking technology, just very expensive as yes, the filters need constant replacing.

The cost of moving through the Persian Gulf is about $10 a barrel, however once the crude gets to a Western refinery the margin is about $30 a barrel, even with the costs to move.

Of course, the crisis is still ongoing on refined products. The US is short Diesel, and Europe is in worse shape as is Japan. China is unknown but several observers point to various moves restricting traffic and the like as evidence that they too are hurting, and probably have little more appetite for Iran choking out the Persian Gulf oil flows.

Almost certainly, Iran is doing its best to provoke Trump into firing missiles and bombing again. To what end, I don’t know. If Iran wanted to fire missiles again, it certainly could. The US is reportedly out of air defense missiles, and nothing cheaper and faster has yet been moved into production though there are pilot efforts. The US does not have the ability to stage aircraft out of the Gulf, runways and airbases have all be cratered. Any aircraft on the ground would soon be targets.

My only guess, and I could be completely wrong, is that the Regime’s control is so shaky, with IRGC members and Basij not being paid for months, that the gamble is open hostilities again with US bombs falling gains them a reprieve. I personally doubt that huge amounts of oil are moving through the Gulf, but given the huge profits to be made if someone does get to the West, I have no doubt that SOME oil is moving through.

It would not be out of character for the Iranian Regime to have some terror attack in the US with their fingerprints on it, and dare the US to attack, just to gain a few more months for the regime. Any regime will always put its own survival first, and particularly that of its leaders, over its people. That’s just human nature.

In the meantime, places like India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Honduras, El Salvador, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and even Brazil are going to be burning a lot of coal just to keep the lights on. China, they construct a new coal plant every week. They have lots of coal. And no, they don’t take the steps to make it cleaner.

The FT a few years ago was crowing that Coal was a dead asset. You cannot go wrong betting against them, they are the Davos Jim Cramer.

Recently, Texas State University has put out a notice to hire at $72K a year, a public affairs administrator, as an H1-B.

Texas State of course offers masters and bachelors degrees in public communications.

H1-Bs were tolerated as long as there was a loose job market, and they impacted the nerdy side of things: developers, programmer, and the like. Now that the H1-B explosion, mostly of filthy indians, has impacted everything, there is predictable backlash.

The game of “Pindia” is where someone opens up India on Google Street view, and struggles to find a street not filled with filth. As Indians and India are #1 in filth.

India is one of the most trashiest places on earth. And that is because of their people, nothing else. Even Vietnam is far cleaner and more orderly.

Now, people are openly criticizing Silicon Valley Hegemons, like Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg, for hiring all those H1-Bs. As noted by many, the old Robber Barons built libraries, hospitals, train stations, opera houses, and massive public parks to gain protection. They also hired a lot of White working men, to provide patronage. Cheap labor tends to be very, very expensive. For a while the Steve Sailer “privatize profit, socialize costs” can work, but not for long. Those locked out of employment and good wages tend to get angry.

Now, the fantasy is that AI can replace H1-Bs and provide AI slop instead of Indian H1-B slop, without the danger of the Indian (or Chinese) H1-Bs sending the proprietary data of the company straight to the home country. Only issue is, that most AI companies are doing pass-through to Chinese AI. For example, VS code offers as default the “flash” model which is straight, pure Chinesium.

Then there is the quintessential Indian AI play. Builder.ai . Which fooled Microsoft and Softbank into investing $700 million, had 700 “software engineers” (i.e. semi-literate villagers who went to a coding bootcamp) “faking” the AI.

As national security concerns and the endless, AI enhanced hacking of company systems increases, the only real play for the Silicon Oligarchs is to hire White guys. Who can be reasonably loyal as opposed to Turd World hires for good pay and job security. And perhaps backing when they leave to form their own companies doing something subsidiary to the main company. This WAS the old Silicon Valley model from say, 1975-2000.

Will people like Elon Musk take the hint? There is no way back to the good graces of Hasan Piker, Cenk Uyghur, and El-Jihad. Not to mention probable nominee AOC. They are stuck on Side Red. Their ships are all burnt. The only way forward is to conquer the City of Mexico. In this case, the Wokariti. By hiring oodles of White guys, to move their tech ever more forward than the Chinese whose only advantage is mass mobilization of copying (China punishes their own innovation).

Will Tech oligarchs do this? Its an open question. My bet would be on Mark Zuckerberg. He is in a tenuous position. Facebook is a fading advertising platform, and yes he owns Instagram, but that is under pressure from TikTok, and other platforms. The young female audience is nothing if not fickle. Facebook Marketplace has largely replaced Craigslist, but that is a high volume, low margin business like the old newspaper classifieds.

But for companies with entrepreneurs with a life changing wealth dangling in front of them, or financial ruin, what are they going to do?

The smarter ones will recognize reality and avoid not only the Jason Ardays but anyone from that institution. Cambridge or Harvard or Yale or Oxford will signify a person who learned nothing, and forgot nothing, to borrow from Talleyrand about the Bourbons, and be unsuited for a start up trying desperately to crack very difficult technical problems. Which means not a credential but a resume, a track record of doing just that – engineering olympiads, any patents, and so on.

There is a huge race in America, and America alone, to beat the Chinese on many levels: AI, new manufacturing, robotics, and so on. America has built in advantages not the least of which is we can feed ourselves and China cannot, and we don’t have the massive Chinese labor force that MUST be employed in big factories or social unrest can threaten the regime.

So I think on the margins, only, elites will start to hire White guys again. This will not be decisive, but it will be a leading indicator of the pressures of competition with China leading some elites to dump anti-White woke in favor of realism.

Cofnas will be fired, and Britain will make it a criminal matter to report on non-Whites doing anything bad, and Cambridge will hire ever more Arday, black and other non White con men who perform a modern minstrel show for the old White harridans who make up hiring committees and such. But all that cannot make Cambridge a trusted research University where hungry entrepreneurs search for talent in the next big thing. [Which is probably space-based manufacturing]

Per S2 Underground, the crowd outside the Lindsay Clancy courthouse is growing larger and nuttier, and AWFLs are now abusing their kids ON CAMERA in “solidarity” for Lindsay Clancy. Its a perversion of motherhood, and one that speaks badly not only of the women performing these acts but the women watching and giving “likes.” What does it say about these women that they prefer “likes” from total strangers to the well-being of their own children?

It says to me they don’t value their children very much, and would rather have none than “inferior” kids from men they detest but ended up with because they were average. I honestly don’t know anyone like this. Several ladies I work with have kids, and absolutely adore them. Talk about them all the time, and have their pictures on their desk to look at. I personally know a lady in a wheelchair who drives her kid to school every day and is at every baseball practice to film and encourage her son, telling him that its not winning but being part of a team that matters. [Her son is 100% a great kid.]

I don’t know where this comes from. I have read that Clancy was on nearly 10 medications, but I have seen no remorse out of her. Killing one’s kids by a woman is basically straight out of Greek myth and Medea. Not to be confused with Madea, “Diary of a Mad Black Woman,” by Tyler Perry:

But the secret to all this is the HATE HATE HATE, the bitter resentment, most AWFLs face when they want to get married. Killing one’s children is a very big step for women, it happens, but not very often, for obvious biological reasons. Evolution tends to select against those tendencies in women.

But it does happen. These AWFLs did not show up just because they had nothing better to do on Tuesday. Like the George Foid rallies I saw in Irvine, all AWFL White women mostly with kids, it was virtue signaling but also just hate and disgust over not getting the Billionaire Bondage Immortal Sparkly Gay Vampire that the media and entertainment PROMISED them. They suffer bitter disappointment.

The question is, however, how many of them are there? You see a lot of them, fat and ugly and stupid, in DSA politics. [Which is nearly totally absent American blacks, hispanics, or straight White men.] How many there are, is questionable. They are very vocal, but their numbers outside of Blue Cities I suspect is far more limited. The old TV discussion board “Television Without Pity” long defunct had a point about comments and popularity. At the time (early 2000s) the most popular show was NCIS with about 30 million people or so watching each episode. It received almost no comments. In the meantime, Veronica Mars, at the time the lowest renewed TV show ever (less than a million average viewers per episode) generated thousands of comments a week, as did Gilmore Girls, a slightly higher ratings performer but not all that great.

The lesson the moderators drew was that normal mainstream entertainment does just that, and the type of audience: people with jobs, families, demands on their time, would watch the show and that’s it. The types who generated thousands of comments about obscure shows were deeply engaged in it, but generally were single, without many if any friends, or family.

I think AWFLs disproportionately drive popular culture and thus politics. They are loud, obnoxious, always on social media, because they have no lives.

My work exploded the other day, I thought I had scheduled a post, but did not, and after a long evening I just went to bed. I do indeed have a life outside this substack, and have friends, neighbors, and co-workers who depend on me. Someone being wrong on Twitter is not my problem.

A long time ago, on another platform, I did some very tedious work on television shows. I used the Wikipedia Fall TV Schedules going back to the mid-1970s, to the early 2000s. I looked at each show, and assigned a nominal 30 or 60 minutes of content, and female or male skewing depending on what I either remembered about it, the stars, storylines, and such. Dallas would be female skewing as a night-time soap, the A-Team very male skewing. I found that the hours total devoted nominally to a Fall premiere (which is not even a thing anymore, and sad) were about 50-50 until the early 1990s when it flipped ever greater every year to a female audience. Not scientific of course, but a rough guidepost to where the culture went, and what went wrong.

Which is mostly the overwhelming influence of the AWFLs even though demographically they are small. There are not that many rich people and rich White women are even smaller. Mostly the daughters or ex-wives of successful rich men.

However … it is clear that the Regime cannot provide a Wife to most young or youngish White men. Family formation is the #1 goal of most men, particularly White men. It matters immensely, the drive to reproduce is the strongest and cannot be reasoned away or substitute with other means. It is quite literally the central object of life on this planet. And the current Regime takes that away from Young White men.

This is why ANY figure that might rally such Young White men is viewed as a threat and destroyed as much as possible by the Regime. The Tate Brothers, clownish and possibly criminal as they are, with no real solution, were accurately assessed as a threat by the Regime as the Regime is so odious.

Various others, including X poster “Ricky Vaughan” pursued by the Biden Regime for mocking Hillary in the 2016 election, and Alex Jones (a marginal figure) were punished severely. While the muslim people like Cenk Uyghur and nephew Hassan Piker agitate for Sharia and open violence.

The Regime knows it has zero appeal or loyalty to young and youngish White men, and the threat comes from someone who WILL provide them a wife. Through overturning the Regime with violence and installing himself as King, or Emperor, or Maximum Leader. And simply distributing women as property in ironically fulfilling the “Dark Romance” stuff referenced in the first video by Basic Logic, and seen in the Twilight, Fifty Shades of Bondage, and other magical vampire / werewolf bullsh!t women love.

Alex Jones, Ricky Vaughan, the Tate brothers, are not worth getting out of bed for a confident Regime. Other than personally insulting Putin and invading a church during services, the Pussy Rioters would have been left alone to do what they do best: steal each others husbands (no really!) The only real threat was Alexi Navalny who challenged Putin from the Right (Navalny wanted to deport all muslims particularly Chechens) and various insiders who grew too ambitious. Xi so far has confined his purges to his various top leaders, and Jack Ma when he got too big for his britches and challenged Xi directly.

Meanwhile, muslims gain more and more power in places like Michigan, Texas, and New York State. Leaving the Regime very little room to maneuver. And while White women LOVE LOVE LOVE Islam, and the muslim real life version of the Handmaid’s Tale where they can intrigue against other women in the harem to get their son Caliph, it makes everything WORSE for White men.

Someone indeed will pick up the crown. Finding it laying in the gutter. Napoleon did, and conquered half of Europe by the expedient of granting peasants a small plot of land and various honors and ribbons attached to tin. A highly motivated group of White men who are generally unified is very dangerous to its enemies. Even “outnumbered.”

All those Woke White women are useless when actual violence starts. And while foreign non Whites like Abdulharam Mohammed El-Jihad can flee back to Egypt, or Paaaahhhhkeeeeeestan, or wherever, White men have nowhere to flee to. Muslim England? Islamic Germany? Greater Morocco aka Spain? Thus like Cortez’s soldiers after he burned his ships on the shores of Mexico, they have no other alternative but to conquer.

And if they do, the motivating factor would be the Maximum Leader simply gifting his loyal followers a wife as property, given that a love match for most White men is simply not possible. Certainly one way or another women will not have much freedom in the future, either property of muslim invaders or of one White man rewarded by his Maximum Leader.

And this is going to be a sad loss for the West. Its prosperity was really built on a love or at least like match, mostly freely chosen, by both man and woman. That however, by the pill, condom, anonymous urban living, media, social media, government as husband, mass turd world immigration, and more* is simply impossible. Outside extreme looks, or extreme fame and wealth, for most Gen Z love and marriage with a woman is not in the cards.

As Mercogliano points out, in the 1990s with the “Peace Dividend,” the US Navy and Bill Clinton got rid of the resupply ships. These were US Navy crewed resupply ships that would cover “the last miles” so to speak to US combat ships, including Carrier Strike groups, with food, ammunition, fuel, etc. These generally had some armament, and would travel from rear area bases like the Philippines in the Vietnam War to ships on station. Said rear areas being supplied by civilian ships, that unlike wartime against a blue water navy, faced no submarine risk.

The reasoning behind the 1990s decision was, spending money on fewer but more expensive warships was a better move, there was an end of history and thus war, and we could always rely on bases in places like Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, etc. to resupply as no adversary could hit those bases. Ahem.

This was a stupid decision even then as ballistic missile technology already allowed as Saddam’s Scuds showed, an adversary with no air force to hit fixed targets. The technology, as it always does, would only get better. And do so FAST.

So now we are paying the price. Its made worse by not having enough surface ships, particularly aircraft carriers. Despite being thought “dead” in the age of drone warfare, they as mobile airfields have become more important. Missiles and drones all have their limits. Carriers in the future are more likely to launch wave after wave of disposable one-way drones with massive range advantages, than traditional human piloted aircraft, but their principal advantage in not being hit is constant moving. Any serious conflict with an enemy like China will have theirs and ours satellites destroyed, because of Elon Musk we have a launch advantage. Satellite manufacturing is another area – I have no idea of our ability to make them versus China.

Thus carriers that move around a lot are much harder to hit. Particularly if they have range. Meanwhile they can help enforce blockades by use of auxiliary ships, drones, and helicopter boarding.

But they need resupply. And due to the high stress environment, relief. Being on board an Aircraft Carrier requires immense mental focus and is a very repetitive environment where every day is the same, and one tiny mistake can get someone killed very quickly. Relief means more ships, one on station, one going off station, and one coming on station. The area of the Southern Arabian Sea according to the host of the video would require at least two aircraft carrier groups on station to properly patrol it.

Trump is failing to take note of this, and make a “deal” with unions, steel manufacturing, shipyards, and more for “emergency measures” to bring ships onto deployment in WWII timelines, six months not decades. Spending more money on ships has always been popular, and its fundamentally different than more tanks and Army personnel, as the Navy has had a better reputation and arguably has created a lot more good paying jobs.

The issue can properly be blamed on Clinton, and Bush and Obama for not rectifying it as it became obvious that the End of History had indeed, itself been ended. And that only the dead have seen the end of War. Lots of blue collar workers, making good wages, on the East Coast, Gulf Coast, and even the West Coast could put places like Washington and California in play. Patronage is the proven way to get votes, Democrats do it all the time with woke Academics and woke NGOs. Trump needs to ram this through before the Democrats retake the House (odds on favorite) and possibly the Senate (50-50 now according to polls).

As part of this, production at various US fracking oil fields must increase, and Trump can and should over-ride various Blue State objections for National Security reasons, particularly New York. For obvious reasons. There has been a lethargy and lack of urgency from Trump and his administration, likely due to infighting again, which gives the initiative to the DSA Democrats (which are all of them).

The implications are that if nothing is done, and nothing seems to be in the works, Iran has a tremendous advantage. It has eliminated the ports the US Navy needs, as any aircraft carrier or support ship there would be a sitting duck. Easy prey for drones and missiles. Iran can blast tankers, and any pipeline, pumping station, and anything else the Saudis and others build, with Chinese supplied missiles and drones. Not just from Iran but but Yemen. Closing the Red Sea, Strait of Hormuz, and now the Arabian Sea and much of East Africa as Iran has supplied the Somali illiterate pirates with advisers that have helped them capture or sink a number of vessels off the coast of East Africa, including far out to sea.

Iran, for now, is “winning” in that they have turned off the flow of about 20% of the World’s oil supply, and have demanded the US pay billions in reparations, leave the Gulf forever, and unfreeze all their assets. Iran wants and needs escalation, as the regime figures it has the upper hand and Trump must buckle. Of course, China their patron needs oil too, and much of theirs comes from Iran and the Gulf, both of which are not available. They can substitute coal and solar for energy, but not petro chemicals which are vital to Chinesium Exports. And if exports to the US are drastically curtailed, China has big problems. Already automation and export showdown have moved hundreds of millions from factory work with regular paychecks, to gig delivery work and the like, with the potential for huge social unrest. And unlike democracies where responsibility can be avoided, or shifted among committees, working groups, NGOs, Academics, bureaucrats, etc. in China there is only one man responsible.

But for the moment, Iran is beating the US Navy. As their logistics relies on trucks from neighboring countries supplying them with new missiles and drones. [The regime boasts of increased production of both domestically but when most Iranians don’t get enough food or water, I do not believe it.] Of course, at some point even Iran’s ability to import food and other things for its population will end, as the US aggressively goes after its suppliers and will probably resume bombing transport links and possibly graphite bomb power substations to turn off electrical power to most of the country. Iran’s advantage is solely on drones and missiles. They have no ability to put troops in Saudi Arabia, or even Kuwait.

China has a much better logistical advantage, and their military spending while lower than the high cost, boutique manufacturing with massive profit margins for US defense contractors, has been more focused on Taiwan and the US Navy.

The US has to prepare for a global threat matrix. Not just the Persian Gulf, not just Taiwan and China, not just Russia, not just Canada and Mexico hosting hostile Chinese forces, but everything. China needs only to focus on the Pacific. Including long range subs able to sink US supply ships mid Pacific, landing craft for Taiwan beaches, drones, missiles, piloted jets copied from the F-35, and combined surface, subs, and aircraft carriers plus of course land based planes to overwhelm any US attempt to defend Taiwan and possibly take over targets like Guam, and other US Pacific bases. Even the Aleutians and Hawaii are not totally out of the question though distance makes that much harder as Japan found out.

China is well aware of our logistical failures. Our dependency on nearby friendly ports that are now easy targets for drones and missiles. Our inability to produce enough supply ships and enough combatant ships particularly carriers to respond to our local dominance.

Paramount head David Ellison, meanwhile, has threatened to move Paramount out of California to some other state, probably Tennessee.

The most likely outcome is that the delays in acquiring Warners are so severe that Paramount simply bows out (they must pay millions each day for missing a deadline to complete the deal). Then Netflix, which is likely pushing Bonta and the other AGs to sue, can pick up parts of Warners at a fire sale auction as the company on its own cannot continue to operate. Netflix would get DC and do the Gay Black Superman various wokies have always wanted, and so on. Amazon would get Harry Potter, and turn everyone black and gay, Apple the Loony Toons, etc.

Spencer Pratt noted the market cap of the major studios. Bonta’s case is nonsense, but the point is to drag out the acquisition so long that Paramount cannot afford the penalties and abandons the merger. CNN of course will no longer be operational, as no one wants it as it loses money and has no real influence any more. Like ESPN, its influence is gone.

Warner Brothers is now 7^th in Studio Market cap, and after the merger they would be again 7^th. Only Paramount can keep the Studio alive, and movie theaters alive as Ellison has pledged 30 movies released from each studio per year.

The DGA has fewer members, note that it includes stage managers, assistant directors, unit production managers, and production associates. So its membership is only slightly smaller than the Writers Guild. However, their incentives are far different. Writers can be anywhere, where the DGA requires production in the LA area as studios filming overseas are free to use whoever they want outside the guild. Outside tax incentives, this is one reason why companies shoot in Central Europe, Iceland, etc. My understanding, I could be wrong, waivers don’t apply to the UK. Ireland I think is different.

Regardless, pretty much every studio save Disney is going to leave Hollywood. The reasons are mostly cost related.

Studio execs know by now that the hard revenue theatrical ceiling for a big budget movie like Spider-Man: Brand New Day is about $2 billion. Remember studios only get about 40% of that total with domestic and world-wide combined. Physical media sales have collapsed, mostly because studios chase higher margin video on demand, that then peaks after the theatrical release is done and then tapers off to nothing. While physical media can provide a steady if not spectacular revenue stream for years, sometimes even decades.

Meanwhile production budgets continue to climb, as inflation takes its toll, and compute gets more expensive not cheaper. And then there is the limiting factor of the writers. The experienced guys who were reliable, knew how to make a story that would hook audiences in and never let them go, were always few in number. They were mostly older White guys, as it takes years to learn the craft of storytelling in film and television. [Each has its own unique demands.] The woke purges have left those guys either retired, dead, or purged completely. There have been for the last 15 years or so, no new White guys with skill, and native ability, developed and available to write great stories. Taylor Sheridan is just a failed actor [he was on the first season of Sons of Anarchy, and quit to become a writer as his income from the show could not support his family in Los Angeles]. He can put two and two together story wise, however, and understands as someone who liked Westerns as a kid, two big things. The first is the natural environment as a character. Be it Wyoming in Yellowstone, West Texas in Landman, or Oklahoma in Tulsa Kings. The second is that television absolutely requires a skilled and charismatic lead actor to carry the story and series. Kevin Costner in Yellowstone, Billy Bob Thornton in Landman, and of course, Sylvester Stallone in Tulsa Kings.

This is not anything new, the old 1950s “Have Gun, Will Travel,” series starred veteran actor Richard Boone, and was filmed mostly on location in various Western States including Northern California. Even in the 1950s in black and white, that location was a character.

But again, that sort of thing requires pretty much skilled White men who know storytelling, and at most the Jessica Gaos (She-Hulk) and the like cannot really do much more than AI slop if that.

So studio execs are inevitably going to turn to Tilly Norwood, and the like.

Tilly Norwood doesn’t have to be paid, save the AI generation fees. No residuals, no contract disputes, no incidents with 25 Thai ladyboy hookers and a mountain of blow. “Content” can be pushed out daily, for the new dominant distribution chain: streaming. That of course has far lower margins, but its reliable, people will watch mid tier AI slop, is the bet, and what matters in such lower margins is cost, and cost, and of course cost.

Which means relocating to Tennessee, or Florida, or some other low-tax Red State, while selling off valuable California real estate that no longer matters to generate cash is the move studio execs will make. Famously, Tyler Perry the black indie film-maker [Madea, Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Madea’s Family Re-Union, etc. aimed at the black middle class] decided NOT to build out an extensive Atlanta studio after seeing some of the AI stuff being generated. Reasoning that the lowest cost for his margins mattered most.

That same calculus is going to motivate Universal, Sony, Amazon, Netflix, and others like Lionsgate, etc. to sell out their studios following Paramount and the collapse of Warners. And move to a low tax, low regulatory state where they can make AI slop fast, and stuff it in their streaming channels.

[Side note: its estimated that besides Netflix, the only streaming services that make make money are the free-to-view: Freevee, Pluto, Tubi, Roku Channel and of course Youtube, the biggest streaming service. They make money off ads and viewer data, and don’t pay much for the old content that runs on their services like Gunsmoke, Laramie, Big Valley, Bonanza, etc.]

AI will probably “write” the scripts as well, and then the Studios will use for-hire “screenwriters” to adapt it “enough” so that they can retain copyright.

What this means is that studios can be anywhere. No need for CAA lunches with top agents to corral Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt or the hot “actor” of the moment, “Elliot Page” who is rumored to be the next James Bond. [So hints Amy Pascal between vodka shots, supposedly.] Which in turn means no Agencies required, no lawyers, no managers, no entire economic support system including prop houses, effects houses, costume houses, make up artists, etc. that Hollywood has developed since the silent film days.

Former big shot lawyer, Ari Emmanuel, brother of Rahm, knew that years ago and got into live “sports” with Dana White, and the WWE, as he figured that was something that could not made into AI. Emmanuel is the inspiration for Ari Gold in Entourage:

All that luxury office space, assistants, machiavellian maneuvering, all costs money. As Studios realize the easy cash from strip mining the last remaining untapped pulp culture and about 70 years of good stories, comic books, are gone, the vein played out, good ore gone, audiences sick of woke comic book slop, they have nothing left. But cheap AI slop playing out on endless streaming channels most keep just for live sports.

So moving out of a high cost state for a low cost state is the obvious move. Disney won’t move, it has ESPN still to cover its costs, for now, though ESPN is a rapidly declining asset. Disney is actually the worst studio in terms of risk as it relies on that one cash cow to cover massive expenses for declining, ultra exclusive and expensive theme parks, that have seen no maintenance for at least ten years (and it shows), and franchises ruined. It will collapse suddenly when ESPN loses most of college football and the NFL, to various other streamers. Leaving nothing but ESPN 8, the Ocho.

Like a Jenga Tower, you’ll see the collapse pretty fast.

I was at John Wayne airport today to pick up a neighbor, who flew in from Northern California after attending a friend’s funeral, very sad. Fortunately, the Wayne family is still around in Orange County, and people like his old movies enough that the statue was not removed nor was it destroyed, just moved into Terminal B.

I had some time to kill, and did some people watching. There were a few Asian families, one girl only wearing a mask, and the rest were White families, mostly, with young children, happily playing as kids do. Running around, little girls trying to twirl around and mostly failing, little boys annoying their siblings. Compared to LA where I work, it was like another universe. This is what normie goes through, most of the time. Normie does not see regularly all sorts of crazy homeless screaming at the air. Normie does not see filth and open drugs and prostitution, and homeless people overdosing. I live in a nice area, but we have homeless people around, less now but that could change easily. My late brother and I saw three homeless dudes shooting up right in front of the Episcopal Church. We drove right on by pronto. Another time I saw two homeless dudes trying to steal a bicycle in front of the local Pharmacy not four blocks from the police station. Finally the City Council under enormous pressure closed the Methadone clinic down. Unfortunately in a nearby city on an arterial street there is a methadone center within walking distance, not easy but can be done.

Point being most normal White people live in a nice safe suburb, go to work in a nice safe office park and building like the one below at the Irvine Spectrum:

But the suburbs? There will be a massive influx of crazy FOREIGNERS if the predictions of a Republican collapse under a DSA Blue Tidal Wave are true. Trump is very unpopular and most College Educated White women love love love DEIVERSITY like a trans rally for Palestine. Certainly in Blue State after Blue State, prisons and police are going to be abolished as the DSA takes over.

[I think the DSA is a LOT more popular than people think – No STRAIGHT White guy will vote for that, but the demographics of the Biden years brought probably 50-75 million “instant Americans” like the Egyptian guy who set a Holocaust survivor (she was just a child) on fire killing her for marching in favor of Israel. College educated White women just love the DSA and muslim foreigners, no shock there.]

There will be a whole lot of “cultural enrichment” and attacks like in the video. Suburban office space will be the last to be breached, due to the physical barriers for people to get there. Suburbs have no such defense. My area has already been breached years ago, with various basketball-American prostitutes conducting reconnaissance in force, unfortunately. The local police did stop and question them, they have not been back, but I do see periodically basketball-American dudes who look like extras from “Don’t Be A menace to Society While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood.”

Again, Predators look for easy targets. Not too many in the hood. Plenty in suburbia. Normie is going to get a big shock. And the economy, and simple flood of nasty foreigners who are alien and hostile (Somalis, Egyptians, Afghans, Haitians, Moroccans, etc.) means there is no where to run. Americans have been buying guns basically since the Civil Rights I.E. “Get Whitey” Act and the influx of nasty Third World foreigners from the 1965 Open Borders Act, because they knew what was coming even if they could not articulate it exactly.

She’s dangerous as her brother is likely the next Senator from Michigan. Who will pursue Sharia law, as he’s noted, until the day he dies. Instead both the City and State are going after homeowners, charging them high fees for failure to remove debris “properly” but preventing them from doing so without going through years long permitting hell. Let alone rebuilding.

And Los Angeles is an exporter of homeless. So many gather there that outside cities on the fringes of Los Angeles bus homeless South to Orange County. Which periodically has to clean out places like the Santa Ana River Trail, places in Newport Beach, and other areas you’d think would not get homeless but do:

That’s Aliso and Woods Canyon, used to be filled with frogs and crayfish and salamanders, now filled with homeless that the OC Sheriffs and OC Parks people will not remove, despite repeated complaints. The pink arrow shows the creek bed where the MOST homeless are, they are spread all over the creek. Very depressing.

And where the homeless go, so too do the violent crazy DEIversity people. Like the dude in the video at top. There is about to be a flood of them, and Normie will not like it. And is going to react strongly to both that and their DSA backers. The time for grill and chill is ending. Even if Normie does not want it to end. He’s not deciding. The question arises, why did Gates resort to Cookie Stuffing? The company received a Series A funding this January led by Notable Capital, with the money amounting to $35 million valuing the company at $185 million. Why didn’t Gates himself just fund the whole thing. Bill Gates is supposedly #17 among the worlds richest people, with a net worth of $112 billion according to Bloomberg. Supposedly he has $7 to $10 million in Cash or Cash Equivalents (Treasury Bills etc. that are very liquid). He could have funded the entire company out of his petty cash, literally.

So why is his daughter resorting to shady practices to show revenue, on a company that would not even rise to the operating expenses of his family office? David Ellison was fully funded by his father Larry Ellison to buy Paramount and then Warners. At a cost of hundreds of billions.

Why then the deceit. Unless Bill Gates does not really have that much money, either liquid or entirely. One has to wonder. Dodgers owner Bill Walter has had to sell the Lakers, for $12 billion to the brother of Jared Kushner and Bob Iger. One wonders where they got the money, Iger is wealthy beyond belief but not that level; he famously owned only a few million of Disney stock, and while very well compensated he did not make billions.

Walter famously had loans to himself and companies, that passed through third parties, and then to insurance companies he owned. Thus he had to sell the Lakers to pay back the loans due to Delaware where his companies are incorporated including Guggenheim Partners that owns the Dodgers. Nobody knows if he will have to sell the Dodgers, or if MLB will make him sell the Dodgers if the SEC also brings charges.

The finances of the uber-wealthy are often opaque, and probably exaggerated so they can take out massive loans to make massive bets on things to make even more money: sports teams (Walter made a $2 billion dollar profit in two years, the Lakers sold to him at $10 billion); crypto, AI, real estate, and so on.

Collapses in things can often make those leveraged bets even more risky. Leverage increases profits and losses, often more on the downside than upside if not hedged correctly. Things that have gone down are commercial real estate, particularly office space, crypto, AI dependent investments like data centers, power plants, and the like.

Gates has famously sold most of his Microsoft stock, to invest in a diversified portfolio including pharma, Canadian railroads, and shipping companies. All at risk for declines.

If Gates and other uber-wealthy people have had hits to their real net worth, and need capital, they are likely to be selling off other assets like Walter did with the Lakers. IF you see the class of Gates people selling all sorts of assets, it is time to worry as the collapse of the uber rich net assets tends to be a waterfall dump of misery upon ordinary people. And it makes the uber-rich both doubling down on asset bubbles, which are generally very bad for ordinary people; and more conservative in their maneuvering, i.e. more loss averse personally. As opposed to YOU!

Thus they will likely try and make YOU! Pick up the tab. Hence the global left demanding “fairness” which is a thinly disguised way of bailing out people like Bill Gates. Chris Zander noted that the Left, ESPECIALLY anti-Fa and now the DSA, should have corporate logos all over their clothes like NASCAR drivers. If there were truth in advertising. Whenever a Socialist demands “fairness” it means YOU! Kulak must pay and die, to make Bill Gates whole.

Perhaps Gates Pharma adventures with Fauci have not panned out. I do not know, other than it is extremely odd his daughter was doing stuff like Adam Neumann of WeWork to keep a company with no real value afloat. Instead of having Daddy bail her out.
