I’m starting to have this feeling that life’s moving too fast.

And it’s eating away at me constantly every single day.

Friends reaching ages we never even thought about before.

Parents getting old.

Goals that haven’t been attained.

So much things we haven’t done yet.

So much things we haven’t reached.

So much things we want to do.

So much things we want to say.

I’m beginning to think… what’s the point?

You see some people strive for riches and materialistic things. Making their life solely based on that.

Some strive for relationships. Setting their foundation on a partner.

Some are striving for that degree, that job, that dream, that business, the money goal, the financial freedom.

But then, is that what’s life all about?

I’m haunted by this feeling that there’s more, something we’re all missing. And tonight, it’s not leaving my gut.

It’s staying. Reminding me of something. I just don’t know what it is yet. But as I continue writing, I believe some sort of solution will form.

You see, time is no-one’s friend. Not even the 13 year old with quote “all the time in the world”.

7 years pass and the kid’s hit with the biggest what the fuck moment.

And it’s precisely this time that continues to weigh on every single persons mind. But everyone’s used to pretending like it’s not there.

Why Life?

We get a certain limit of age. And a mind that chooses what it wants to spend all that age on.

But that choice is based on societal norms.

And does that really end up making us happy?

I mean… Is happiness even the goal?

What do we really want?

We put in hours every single day on our business. But is that what we really want? Genuinely think about this.

We tirelessly show up every morning to work, school, the gym, a loved one…

But why. These are everything society chose for us.

The point is. Our goals, our dreams, our idea of happiness, our wants and our needs are already chosen for us.

The world laid out different paths and told you to choose one. That’s not choice. That’s forced direction.

So when I see someone grinding their life away 24-7 on something for financial freedom…

Or the person who makes their partner their entire life.

Or The person pouring their life into a job that doesn’t recognise them…

Or someone like me working on every aspect of their dreams…

All that waits is exactly this feeling….

We eventually grow old, carrying our regrets, sacrifices and efforts with us. But what has that built?

A house?

A couple cars?

A piece of metal on my wrist that tells me man’s time?

What about my soul?

What about the feeling of happiness or whatever it is we’re all looking for?

Everything we tend to divert all of our focus and attention to are ultimately fragile in the grand scheme of things.

We’re all the same. There is no hierarchy on wealth or success, no matter how hard society tries to tell you that this is the only thing you should aim for.

The only hierarchy is based on everyone’s soul.

Your business? Irrelevant.

Your goals? Irrelevant.

Your dreams? Irrelevant.

Are they fulfilling? Yes. Do I think everyone should strive for them? Also yes.

But these are all external things that never truly allow someone to say on their death bed at 90 years old:

“I lived my fucking life.” And die with a smile on their face.

So yes, work your hardest to get what you want. But work even harder to absolutely live your fucking life and maximise your soul.

And the only way how, is by focusing on what society, the higher ups, the authoritarians, or whatever you want to call them can’t control.

So for now, leave the ambition at the door.

We’re gonna take a dive on what a great life is really supposed to look like. And how to actually start living it so the feeling of ‘times moving too fast’ never arises again.

It’s time to never even think about if times catching up. Because by the end of this. Time’s not going to be your enemy, it’s going to be something you never even think about.

MAXIMISE YOUR SOUL

1. Say what you want to say. Do what you want to do

I don’t ever want to live a life where I hesitate on saying or doing something because of how I’ll be perceived.

I’ll cry when my girl leaves for home, because I love her. I’ll hug that friend because I care about them. I’ll tell that stranger I want their details because I want to. I’ll tell that friend he doesn’t spend enough time with us because I want to have more fun with him.

Why do I have to worry. Fuck being nonchalant. Fuck not crying. Fuck not saying how you feel. Life’s way too short. I don’t want to keep thinking why I didn’t do this or why I didn’t say that. I’ll dance on the street if I want to. Live every single moment.

2. Your relationships matter

Fuck the lone wolf TikTok alpha mindset. A genuine relationship is more valuable than any amount of money you’ll ever hold. Friends save lives. Laughter kills the sadness inside you. Relationships rejuvenate the soul.

Society can’t touch that or choose that for you. Keep your genuines close. And keep them even closer. Matter of fact tell them you appreciate them right now. Remember say what you want to say.

3. Chase experiences. Not just achievements.

I went to London and Paris and didn’t look back. Best thing I did for my soul than anything else in my life. The moneys gone, but the memories aren’t.

I’d rather be unemployed with a haven of memories rather than an office worker with the longest resume. Live a life worth remembering. Make memories deliberately. Go out with your friends every chance you get. Go somewhere new you’ve never been. Do things that make no sense on paper.

4. Take risks while you can

The only thing you completely have control of is what you decide to do with yourself. So take every meaningful fucking risk.

Talk to the person you like. Start the fucking project. Reconnect with someone you miss. Jump off a plane because it’s cool. Blow the bank on a trip to Bali.

Not everything needs an ROI. The best moments of your life and mine will be economically useless and logically insane. I never want to live with the regrets of “I wish I done that” or “I should’ve did that”.

5. Give more than you take

We walk pass the homeless every day, then we forget a minute later. That’s what life does to us when we don’t give. It looks at you in pity then moves along leaving you behind.

Help someone. Make someone laugh. Compliment that stranger because you actually mean it. Leave people better than you found them. I never forget their laughs or how they feel. “You’re very enjoyable to be around.” was said to me months ago and I still remember it.

6. Value your soul-time

We all set aside time for work. Time for school. Time for scrolling. Time for Netflix binging. But what about soul time…

Remember, you’re temporary. You’re alive right now. Holy shit I’m alive and I’m writing this. WE’RE ALL ALIVE.

Give time to yourself to be alive. Do everything we just said. If no time is given to your soul nothing changes. Build the business. Make the money. Chase the dream. But never sacrifice your life.

Ambition is meant to serve you, not overthrow you. So sit on that throne and build the life you want but don’t forget to fucking live. Do every single fucking thing on this list. Your soul will thank you.

The ocean’s pissing out waves.

It’s scent mixing with the charcoal I’m burning this shish on.

Nature’s scent. The kind no cigar or cigarette can compete with...

I’ve got my legs stretched out on the sand, watching the coal go from black to orange to that dusty grey right before it dies.

One of my friends, who plays with online candles for a living, points out a couple arguing about something.

Her voice going up, his staying flat. Then quiet. Then her voice again. Not even the seagulls dared to speak.

We grew so invested, our chicken started to burn. And all of a sudden, we were no longer at the beach. We had entered a page of their story. And the next turn was to a new chapter…

“I’m sorry.”

That was probably the first thing we heard him say.

She calms down, hugs him, and they return on their walk across the shore.

I look to my friend. Face straighter than a ruler, the kind every man pulls when they hear bad news.

We were thinking the same thing…

Apology is surrender.

And ever since I found out why, it disgusts me why almost everyone wants an apology when things don’t go there way.

Your boss when you show up 5 minutes late to your shift.

The person you argued with and ‘hurt their feelings’.

Your superiors whether it be a teacher or parent when expectations don’t get lived up to.

The whole world has turned into souls holding up white flags forcing others to surrender and it only gets worse with every other apology.

The Apologycalypse

Here’s what nobody says out loud:

The guy who apologised on the shore wasn’t sorry.

He said it because the silence was getting heavy and he wanted his walk back. He said it because the beach was nice before this and he wanted it to be nice again. He said it because somewhere along the line he learned that being right costs more than being agreeable.

And she knew but she took it anyway. Because a fake apology still beats an argument, and ending the argument always seems to be the actual goal…

Both people know it’s not real, they just agree not to say it.

You’ve done it. I’ve done it. You’ve typed out an apology with your jaw clenched, watched the 3 dots appear, and felt relief instead of resolution. You’ve said sorry to a manager that you’d rather hammer 28 times because the alternative was a conversation you didn’t have the energy for.

But little do you know… every apology has a price.

The moment’s fine. You say sorry, the tension breaks and everyone breathes again. But that’s what makes it feel worth it every single time.

You don’t just hand over an argument or a disagreement, you hand over the version of yourself that was standing in it. The one who thought he was right. The one who had a reason. The one who actually had the fire inside him to tell the world they were wrong.

But he walks out the door and doesn’t come back, and you don’t even watch him leave because you’re too busy being relieved it’s over.

Do it once, nothing happens.

Do it a thousand times across ten years... To your boss you openly hate, your partner you get sick of arguing with, your mates, your parents because they’re ‘older’, even the guy who bumped into you…

And one day you go looking for yourself and there’s nobody home. You gave him away in pieces small enough that you never felt the weight of any single one.

Stop. Saying. Sorry.

Truth is you look stupid.

Nobody wants your sorry. They want your surrender. They want that white flag in the sky and for you to be the one holding it.

They want the fire inside you gone. The one brave enough to tell everyone they were wrong and you were right. They just don’t willingly know it. Even if they do, they’ll never say it.

Don’t confuse this with arrogance. When you are wrong admit it.

But never apologise unnecessarily, unless of course you’re willing to pay the price.

The sun’s beginning to set. The sky’s doing that thing it does around this hour where it can’t decide what colour it want’s to be. Orange bleeding into something purple. Then grey. And then dark.

The carpark behind me is finally full. Someone changing out of a wetsuit doing that hop shuffle where you’re trying not to fall over while pulling something off your leg.

More couples. More dogs. More people.

Seems like beauty is only appreciated at the right time. Sunset.

I take a breath and hold it a couple seconds longer than I need to.

If we can find beauty in what we have instead of waiting for the right time for it to come, and appreciate and protect it… That is when things prosper.

Same with your self. Protect it. Don’t give it away over temporary peace. Over an argument that’s just going to happen again.

Go to your daily protein bar section today - preservatives, seed oils, emulsifiers, colours, flavouring, and a combination of words I could never pronounce. It irks me.

Next one - peanuts, coconut oil, dates. That’s it. Instant buy and a satisfaction on my face knowing I got something good. I relive these moments every time I go shopping, and recently, it’s happened again.

The Danger of Ingredients

Whether you like it or not, we are a lot more alike to the protein bars than we are to animals.

You ever come across something like this?

I think we all have. Take a good look at it. That list you see right there is the life of the general population. Not saying that human lives are made from whole corn..

But the issue is everyone is continuously adding ingredients into their own lives. More plans. More goals. More ideas. More business models. More life paths. More relationships. More excuses. More ‘more’.

More is what removes flavour from their lives. More is what kills the present and stains the taste of tomorrow.

Wanting more is human. But adding more is what eventually ends up destroying you, the same way more ingredients turns food into a block of artificial energy.

There’s a different kind of beauty in a simple life. One where you only need 2 fingers to count how many goals you have. One where you can remember all the names of people you’re friends with. One where you only have 1 life plan and you divert all of your energy and focus onto that single thing. One where you pour your all only into a few things.

The less ingredients the better

Having one business to focus on is better than 5 where your attention is split.

Having a smallish social circle is more authentic than being friends with a whole neighbourhood.

Having a couple ideas to execute on is better than talking about 10 and never acting on it.

Having only a few goals is better than diverting your focus on hundreds of small ones.

Simple is always better.

In food, in goals, in relationships, in business, in life.

The less you have to think about, the more focus flows. The more focus that ends up flowing usually results in more growth and success in that field. There’s a reason why every great person chooses one thing and pours their all into that. There’s no extra backup plan. No extra idea to do if something happens. No extra anything.

So the next time you go picking up food in the grocery store let it be something with a very minimal ingredient list. And walk to the checkout with a smile on your face knowing you picked out something nice and healthy. And obviously, make sure you do the same for your life.

There is not one person among us who uses their mouths perfectly.

Not even your local neighbourhood’s priest or the influencer who claims to be a saint. Because quite literally, it’s impossible to do so..

You see, the modern society that each and every one of us live in now, over glorify the use of speech. We’re told to ‘communicate’ in arguments which is just each person shouting their side of the story.

We’re told to help people by asking what’s wrong when all they want is to be heard. We’re told to express ourselves with our problems, when all we needed was peace and quiet.

But speech is not man-kinds saviour. Speech does not heal. Speech does not understand. Speech does not break down surface-level walls. Speech is not something that must be used all the time.

For the sole reason of it’s one major flaw: Emotion.

Every word you speak, every sentence you form, every letter you utter… They’re all influenced by your emotion. Every single one.

Not one word, in the history of humans, has ever been said with no emotion and just pure logic.

Even words carefully thought about are influenced with the fear of saying something wrong or the need to be right.

There isn’t and will never be pure rationality or logic behind our words. Because our mouths are always effected by emotion. We make bad decisions when we’re angry. We overpromise when we’re happy. We make permanent choices when we’re sad. Even when we are calm, there is still emotion behind it. And it is precisely these emotions that are controlling our lives.

The question we all have to ask ourselves is, if something can be effected so easily why do we use it every single time or let alone be bothered by it?

You see besides telling your loved ones “I love you”, having nice conversation with others, and using speech in necessary situations… Keeping your mouth shut is one of the best things you can do.

I’ve come to realise in the midst of a crowd while walking in the centre of London to shop for some clothes, that my mouth is one of the biggest things that accumulated for the most of my mistakes in life.

Horrible verbal agreements that ended in regret. Arguments that became bigger of a deal than expected. Decisions that caused me to sacrifice more than I earned.

I’ve made so many mistakes and I’ll be hoping to make much more.

But as this massive collection of loss is put behind me the one thing I can clearly say is that my mouth has contributed to more mistake than my actions. That says more than you need to know.

As people continue to speak, explaining their life away to the underpaid therapist who doesn’t give a fuck. The ones who truly prosper are those who do not speak.

One of my favourite sayings ever:

“The mouth was never meant to speak or respond. They were meant to ask.”

If you have no question to ask, something new to learn, or goal you want to attain. Keep it closed.

Unless you’re a blonde makeup influencer who survives off of talking, this isn’t really that hard.

You’ll find clarity over noise.

Peace over shouting.

Understanding instead of raw emotion.

Your ears are your best friend. Don’t open your mouth without a reason.

It’s a dangerous weapon.

Like it’s some big thing that everyone needs to take seriously.

Some people shave their head, join the military and don’t look back.

Some research ‘techniques’, ‘hacks’, or even succumb to impulse buys like a course or a plane ride across the world.

But most…

Most don’t even do anything.

They’re aware things need to change but are paralysed against the face of action.

Because the idea of change is hard.

When in reality: you don’t need a plane ticket, you don’t need to join the military, you don’t need to spend hours researching ‘how to change’.

You just need one single conversation…

The world teaches us many things.

Some are from lessons the world slaps across your face.

Some are from experiences you thought you’d never turn back from.

Some are from heartbreaks and mistakes that take a piece of us with them.

Others are advice from the people we care about most.

But the best thing I think we can truly learn… is honesty.

Honesty shifts your inner world.

Honesty pierces your heart, then rebuilds it into something stronger.

Honesty confronts your soul, then tears down all the lies you carried with it.

Honesty carves your mind a path, then gives you the courage to take those steps.

The suns getting hotter with each passing day.

It’s light bouncing off of the watch on my wrist into my eyes, as if it had not allowed me to see it.

I think nature’s opposed to time. Maybe because it’s dishonest, showing a man-made timeline that shouldn’t exist.

Or maybe because there’s no need to even look at it.

I’m lying in a sunbed of a foreign country I just touched down in 5 days ago.

I’ve never been more surrounded by greenery than right now. The bees are drifting lazily from flower to flower, existing inside the only moment they’ve ever been given.

The water beside me barely moves only with an occasional ripple that breaks the surface every now and then.

The only sounds I hear is a laughter in the distance and the birds speaking to each other from heights I can’t see.

My thoughts vanish and suddenly all I think about is how honest nature is.

The trees can’t lie. The water can’t make excuses. The birds can’t blame. The bees can’t procrastinate. The sun can’t make something up. The wind can’t tell itself ‘tomorrow’. The flowers can’t say ‘later’.

You see, the biggest flaw people have is dishonesty. Not with other people, that doesn’t hold importance. But rather, with themselves.

Notice how every good thing is ‘honest’?

The nature. The conversations where you all you’re doing is spilling authentic thoughts and feelings.

The moments where it’s just real laughter and happiness.

The satisfaction when someone finally tells you the truth.

The guilt-free of being honest.

The truth is…

Honesty can change your life…

The sun’s finally beginning to set.

The winds getting softer. The noises getting quieter..

In its beautiful warm pink embrace, I begin talking to myself. I always do, but it had never been like this.

It felt like a genuine conversation with the thing inside my mind.

Society calls it a mental illness. I call it power.

The conversation sought through the start of the night. But within that time, I learnt things more valuable than what I normally would have in 365 days.

My weaknesses, my direction, my flaws, my good points, my path, what should be continued/discontinued.

A literal starter kit of what to do and how to do it.

No trick, no technique, no bank accounts harmed. Just a literal 1-on-1 conversation with the person behind your face.

Many people will scoff, move on, and continue living a life with no direction, aim, or purpose.

But the few who actually do, are given a blueprint to further development.

But there is one exception.

It’s either very easy. Or very hard.

All you need is brutal honesty. No lies. No excuses. No blaming. No procrastinating. No ‘buts’. Just be fucking honest with yourself.

And start thinking about the person you are.

What parts are limiting you? What parts are making you grow? What about you is holding you back? What should I stop doing. What should I start doing? What is the trait people like about me most?

These act like summoning rituals to bring out the person behind the mind.

The moment you start thinking about these, the moment they start talking back.

That’s when the answers start popping up in your head along with many other thoughts.

And all it requires is brutal honesty in a conversation with yourself.

It takes as long as you want it to take.

It’s something I’ll never stop using because there will never be something better.

Because the person who knows us best is us.

Not your family. Not your best friend. Not your pet.

It will always be you no matter how little time you spend with yourself.

I’m walking back inside the bnb I rented for the month. Modern design. Windows everywhere. No door knobs in sight.

The lights turn on to my movement, illuminating the entire garden behind me.

The door slides open, immediately a wonderful smell enters my nose, coming from the kitchen.

Dinner is ready and so is the moon as it begins shining its reflection everywhere.

As I step foot inside, I come to the realisation that we really need to stop searching for advice, especially from other people when we can just ask ourselves.

The most suitable person for the job.

The more you tap into this state, the better your life gets from here.

You are not your enemy. You are your greatest ally.

Never forget that.

In a world full of people who spend their day avoiding themselves, spend your days conversating and bettering them.

We’ve all heard the saying “Money doesn’t buy happiness” at least 5 times in our lives.

But every single time I hear it, I get more annoyed than before.

The depressed millionaires who achieved more than most could in multiple lifetimes.

The lottery winners who end up more empty than before.

The Hollywood actors and pop stars who lose themselves after obtaining ultimate wealth and fame…

These all feed into the stereotype that money does not buy happiness.

And every time people see it, I notice that they’re somehow relieved. As if it reassures them in accepting their own lack.

This has slowly turned into a lie and a coping mechanism that is keeping you even more stuck.

Because happiness can most definitely be bought…

But not in the way you probably think.

It’s 11 pm, taking a walk in a foreign city I’ve never been to.

The light from the ornate architecture is mesmerising.

It’s giving me a strange sense of happiness and gratitude. The kind of feeling when you know you’re going to miss the moment you’re currently living.

But I move on anyway.

10 steps later I find myself at an intersection, I can either turn left or right. You see, most people would just continue walking into whichever way their feet led them to.

Not me.

I stop and look to my left. Empty alley, stone paving, the kind you see in a medieval castle.

I look to my right, I notice 2 people arguing over who found the 20 dollar bill on the floor first.

Aggression, ignorance, anger.

Their mind’s clouded with a poison that won’t leave until it gets what it wants.

Over what? A bill not enough for my uber home.

This is what money has become.

A laminated plastic turned into something two grown men argue over finders keepers.

I take the left and don’t look back.

Money has become something different…

Over time, the meaning behind money has changed significantly.

Especially in modern society, money is pretty much considered as success.

And that’s why every negative experience we see with money has made most people think it’s okay to not be successful.

The greatest cope to ever exist.

Most people journey to success for the sole purpose of making money. Some do it to buy their dream car. Some do it to reach their monthly financial goal. Some do it for the expensive dinner reservations. Some do it for a two story house with an ocean view.

And that’s exactly the problem.

The issue isn’t money, the issue is the label everyone sticks on it.

The truth is, money isn’t success.

It’s just a by-product of it.

That’s why every person you see who achieved what most couldn’t in a 100 years with the mindset of ‘money is success’ ends up emptier than when they started.

And the dangerous part is, you don’t even have to be aware of that mindset. Your ‘why’ and reasons behind everything you do justify that for you.

So of course money can’t buy happiness. Because it’s a by product of the thing that actually can… The true meaning of success:

Fulfilment

Ever notice while this half ends up depressed, the other ends up thriving?

It’s no coincidence or ‘luck’.

The only difference is the label on success.

For most it’s money. For few, it’s fulfilment.

The kind where you put hundreds of hours into building a skill and only just end up seeing the slightest of results.

The smile you get when you start seeing the smallest gains from months of working out.

The feeling you get when you look in the mirror and notice you’re becoming the person you always dream about being.

Notice how none of it is materialistic. No cars, houses, watches, dinners.

Just identity.

I don’t think being materialistic is bad, but making it your priority is. They’re just packages that come with the main gift. Worshipping them is making you miss out on the main thing.

You save every penny for that nice car, phone, or whatever it may be. Fast forward a week, the excitements gone, and it’s become normal.

I’m walking back to my hotel room. I spend the entire walk observing a 20 dollar note I had in my wallet.

“What exactly about it is worth more than me?” I ask as I divert my gaze to the stars.

It’s not the looks. Not the printing. Not the feeling of it on my fingertips. It’s the value.

It’s what I can do with it.

But is that worth more than what you can do with you?

It’s 8:00 pm, stuck in traffic on the way home. The car in front doesn’t let the other person switch lanes, all of a sudden:

Windows are down. Hand gestures are all over the place. And insults are shouted in the span of 10 seconds.

Look at what it’s come to. Humanity losing control over themselves over a traffic dispute.

And it doesn’t just go for traffic. It’s insults, disrespect, arguments, hell even compliments too.

This isn’t just another problem. It’s more than that.

In a world full of people who can’t control themselves, the one who remains unmoved is the most powerful.

I’m sitting at my desk where I usually write. Dark room. Minimal spaces. With a touch of calm music whispering in the background.

My mind’s empty and full at the same time. Just staring at the cursor flashing infinitely in hopes for the next word.

I’ve noticed something. Something big.

I don’t think peace is the goal anymore.

For a long time I chased the feeling of being peaceful, hoping one day I’d wake up and nothing would bother me. But peace is fragile when it’s built on circumstances.

The moment something doesn’t go your way, it’s gone.

The average person is constantly being pulled in different directions. One compliment makes them feel unstoppable. One insult makes them question everything. A bad day destroys their discipline. A good day inflates their ego.

They’re reacting their way through life. And it’s killing them…

Expending energy on things that never mattered. Letting it ruin their entire days, or even weeks. Losing momentum and clarity. Making regretful decisions.

The list goes on.

You need to change.

“The man who remains calm despite compliment/insult is truly free.”

This entire problem of being reactive to almost everything stems from your lack of understanding for your identity.

Every insult is an attack on your pride because it’s telling you who you are.

Every compliment is an over exaggeration to your happiness because it’s validation to who you want to be.

Would someone who knows they are tall be insulted to someone disrespectfully calling them short?

Would Einstein lose sleep because someone called him stupid?

Would an Olympic runner inflate his own ego when someone calls him fast?

Of course not.

The only time criticism or praise sticks is when there is uncertainty behind it.

The deeper you understand who you are, the more unmovable you become.

That’s the moment you stop arguing.

You stop proving.

You stop reacting.

And you start moving through life with cortisol levels tinier than an ant.

The most successful people I know own this style of thinking.

And that’s why they’re there in the first place.

Calm mind. Processed thoughts. Clarity behind every decision.

Imagine a version of you that always makes the best choice he can. Imagine the version of you who knows exactly what to do it in situations. Imagine the version of you who expends their energy more efficiently than the word ‘efficient’.

That’s the traits of someone unmovable.

Isn’t it strange how if you were born in a different family… everything would be different?

Leave the appearances out of it.

Your friends, your thoughts, your identity, your beliefs, and most importantly…

Your direction and the expectations you carry in life would be completely different.

For some, they’re pressured to be engineers or doctors from childhood.

For others, they’re expected to succeed their parent’s legacy.

For many, they’re forced to go down paths they never truly wanted.

Truth is, people are born with expectations. What you should do. What you shouldn’t do. What school to attend. What career to pursue. What to believe. What not to believe. What system to follow.

Their life is practically decided by others before they could even think about what they wanted.

They move through life with empty souls and dead eyes, living an expectation somebody else constructed.

And then… they become lost.

It’s dark outside. Again.

I keep thinking I need to see the sun more often, but the moon is the only one that makes me feel wanted.

There’s a sadness in the air. The skies are crying. It’s tears dropping all over my face..

I feel like I’ve been heartbroken and it’s those scenes where the character just keeps looking up to the sky.

But there is no grief. Just a mind filled with curiosity.

“Why do so many people hate the rain?” I say as a water droplet suddenly hits my eye, as if it’s trying to test my patience.

Then I look up again. I notice I can’t even see where the rain is coming from.

Some people would say the rain is sent by angels from heaven.

Some would give me a scientific explanation about precipitation.

Some would say “it’s just rain”.

But here I am, making my own assumptions refusing to borrow someone else’s meaning.

And that’s exactly what being lost is about.

It’s not about being delusional and so full of yourself you don’t listen to what others say.

It’s about forging your own path however you like.

The Art Of Being Lost

People think being lost means you’ve failed.

Like if you don’t have your life figured out you’re on the same level as being broke.

I think it’s proof you’ve finally stopped following directions.

“The man who knows exactly where he’s going is usually walking a road somebody else paved. The one who is lost has something far more
dangerous… Choice.”

Being lost is ironically equal to being free.

Free from the expectations. Free from the pressure. Free from the wants of others.

Because you have the ability to choose instead of others choosing for you.

I’ve always liked to compare this thinking with the analogy of a glass.

Imagine 2 glasses. One full of water, and the other one empty.

The glass full of water is already full, therefore it cannot add anything else to it’s life. It’s essentially forced to follow an instruction that it was given to do by someone else. And that is: to hold water.

But the other glass is empty. Nothing inside. No instructions. No tasks.

From a different standpoint, you can say that the full glass has their life figured out. They already have a purpose. While the other one has nothing figured out, not even a purpose.

The glass represents people. While the water represents decisions and choices.

The one that is full rarely got to choose. Whereas the one that is empty, has all the options in the world.

They can choose if they want apple juice, orange juice, hell maybe even a sprite.

Same goes for you.

When your lost, you decide what gets filled.

What beliefs you want. What person you want to be. What life you want to live.

The problem isn’t that your glass is currently empty.

The problem is that everyone around you keeps trying to pour their own drink into it.

Your parents. Your teachers. Your friends. Social media. Society…

Most people spend years trying to empty a glass somebody else filled.

But you don’t have that problem.

You’re already empty.

That doesn’t mean you’re lost, it means you’re free.

You get to decide what fills it.

What beliefs you want to add. What beliefs you want to stay.

What career deserves your time. What business you want to run..

What person you become.

And what kind of life is worthy of being poured into it.

Being lost was never a bad thing.

It was always one of the greatest advantages you’ll ever have.

So use it wisely. Do not be a pessimist sulking over the fact they do not have their life figured it out.

Truth is I came across this quote months ago. It hit me hard, but I never truly understood it’s meaning.

It was strange, my body knew what it was but my mind had no idea.

I had spent the next 5 minutes thinking deeper, until I eventually got encapsulated in another idea.

And it laid on my desk ever since under piles of notebooks and papers scribbled in thoughts and random numbers…

Fast forward to today:

It’s midnight. My sleep schedule is more fucked than it has ever been.

Ambient rock (is that a genre?) song playing in the background making me feel like some underground vigilante.

Suddenly, I see the page of a book from the corner of my eye. I open it out of curiosity.

Voila, the exact same quote I had forgotten. The page is crumbled and old, like a mystique artifact you’d find in some ancient ruins. But this time, the meaning was different.

It was the same quote, but now a different mind had observed it.

My brain had connected thousands of dots in that split second, and what I concluded isn’t what you would think.

It goes against everything you thought and believe…

What Even Is Love?

I feel like this is one of the hardest questions to answer, but overtime it’s become more of a subjective thing.

Everyone has their own meaning, and the few who can collectively agree on one just saw it from another tiktok quote that is subjective in it’s own way.

The truth is: No one knows what love actually is.

Some say it was lost in the 1900s.

Some say it doesn’t exist.

Some say it’s the spiritual connect with the universe.

But that doesn’t matter. Because in modern society, it’s more of a tool than an actual emotion.

A tool for control.

And a tool for success, or in other words according to Atwood… freedom.

Using Love To Your Advantage

The desire to be loved is biologically coded into every single human being. You, your friends, even the 26 year old still living in grandma’s basement.

But the meaning of that has been twisted beyond repair. So you see hookups, makeouts, lust, relationships, weddings that end up in divorce +60% of the time.

The list goes on.

But point is none of that is love. They are illusions.

At this point, everything that is slowly revealed just ends up connecting back to the quote. The deeper you go, the clearer it gets.

When was the last time you’ve seen someone engage in these ‘illusions’ and end up coming back out fulfilled? Never.

Because they’re searching for it in a place that will never have it.

And you can’t just stop because biologically, it’s become a necessity.

Imagine how much time is wasted just thinking about it. The numbers would shock you.

You literally become emotionally dependent on it. You could even go as far to say some depend their entire lives on it. And it’s true because I see it all the time.

People become shut-ins after a breakup. They feel as though they lost a piece of their soul with ‘them’. They become depressed. The world turns bleak. And it shows no discrimination to age: a 14 year old and a 35 year old can go through the same thing. All because they thought love came from those illusions.

That’s the dystopic reality of the modern desire to be loved.

Once you break free from this thinking, everything opens up to you.

I accidentally experienced this when I was around 16 years old, prior to my first experience with ‘love’.

And ever since, it was like seeing the world in a new light.

Your mind literally expands in size, you can think better, do better, be better. Because one of the biggest limiting beliefs in the entire world is now gone.

And that’s what the entire quote implies.

But I think there’s more.

She gives the core meaning behind it, but no true solution.

True Love

Love is a biological code. Many can supress it but it still lies there deep within waiting to be released. You just don’t see it.

You see the successful men with houses on their wrist saying they don’t need a partner, but you don’t see the nights before bed spent crying because they feel alone.

You see the ‘independent’ woman boasting about how she needs no man, but you don’t see her face when she looks at a happy loving couple.

The problem was, you’re looking for it in the wrong place.

Here’s your answer:

And no, it’s not within you or some mystical story like that.

The desire to be loved disappears when you’re absorbed by something larger than yourself.

An example of this has been in front of your face this entire time.

Nature.

Before you close your mind off like a stupid brute, listen to what I say.

There’s a reason why everyone on earth is drawn to nature.

The beaches, the fields of grass, the waterfalls…

You don’t need to say you like it, you just do.

The desire you have for love, is found in nature. That’s the pull you feel from it.

You can disagree all you want but that is the answer.

The happiest people I know are nature freaks.

Wake up in the mornings, immediately go outside and get some sun. Take walks in nature with no phone or music, run along the lake, lie in the grass.

It’s never been hard. It was just never discovered because you’re in your room all day sulking over a heartbreak that doesn’t even matter!

Honestly…

Get a grip.

A day doesn’t go by where I speak more than my thoughts.

Utter a couple words. Then think for 10x the amount.

Moments spent in silence. And the inside filled with a controlled chaos.

I’m sitting on the balcony, laptop in hand, overlooking the city.

I don’t even care what time it is, all I know is that it’s dark.

I heard someone say once “Happy people don’t look at the time”.

But what I’m feeling right now isn’t happiness, it’s a strange sense of fulfilment and gratitude that I’ve come a long way.

The kind that has you staring off into the distance, with a fire flickering in your eye.

But that fire is gone tonight for who knows how long. The cold has extinguished it and turned my fingers into snails and my back into balls of goosebumps.

A year ago, I would be shocked at how much I’ve achieved. In fact, I would think I already had become the dream version of myself.

However, the present moment, I’m sitting here wanting more. Knowing I am more. Knowing I need to do more.

It sticks like a burn.

One moment you don’t feel the pain, you’ve achieved what you always wanted.

Then the next, the burning sensation comes back and you’re already wanting more.

Tell me, are you already the version you want to be?

Or are you the type of person The Fracture despises.

The one who surrendered to their current reality. The one who was forced to accept they can’t become more. The one who stopped trying. The one who was ‘realistic’.

This isn’t motivation. I hate that.

It’s what you always needed the most. The truth.

Whether it hurts you or not. Whether it confronts you or teaches you.

The Analogy Of The Cell

Picture this:

You’re in a cell, on an island far far away. Condemned for a crime you admitted to doing, there was no evidence however due to your confession they’ve placed you in solitary confinement.

And you’re all by yourself except for one person… Me.

And every single day and night I come by your cell and start repeating this to you non-stop…

“You are innocent”.

At first, you think “wtf is this guy doing?”. You know it’s not true.

But then slowly over time things start shifting.

You get used to me being there. You get used to the words I keep saying. You adapt to the routine. You adapt to the ‘weirdness’. You heard these words so much they’ve come natural to you.

And slowly but surely, your brain starts rewiring itself.

Then Day 30 hits…

You’re repeating it to yourself. You’ve gotten so used to it, your brain doesn’t even think it’s a lie.

And all of a sudden,

You believe it’s true.

You believe you’re genuinely innocent.

In 30 days, you transformed from a ‘convict’ → to ‘innocent’.

Not because external evidence was gathered proving you didn’t commit the crime, but because of the internal repetition you engaged in daily.

Those words weren’t ‘words’. They were programs being installed.

Now flick the switch.

No more hypotheticals.

This analogy is still happening right now as we speak.

Your mind is the cell. After all, your conscious is unable to escape the little box you call ‘mind’. It is there forever.

But this mind, or this cell. Is directly responsible for the reality of the body. Or in other sense… You.

Think about it.

You believed you were guilty, so your reality got pushed into a prison as punishment.

Your mind is the producer of these beliefs.

And those beliefs are responsible for the reality of the body. The belief of guilt caused the body to be in prison.

Do you see the insane correlation?

Force Your Mind To Obey The ‘You’

You want a certain reality. We all do.

One with all your desires and goals achieved. A reality of success.

But your beliefs do not match it, hence why you are in ‘prison’. Or in other words, your current reality.

Most people think you have to do everything in order to be successful. Wrong.

You have to be before you do.

You have to be-lieve.

It all starts with your beliefs.

But you won’t have me repeating words in your ear every single night and day.

You’ll have yourself.

You’re still in that cell right now as you read this…

Today it felt like I was running low on time…

One second I’m at home finishing the tasks I promised myself I would do the night before.

The next second, I’m on the phone discussing business opportunities.

The next, I’m in the car driving while repeating a script I was supposed to memorise yesterday.

Next second, it’s dark and I’m running in the city late to a meeting.

And by the time I know it, I’m laying down in an empty field of grass, resting my head against the earth, looking up to the stars in an attempt to reclaim my time.

You see the funny thing is, time has become something so ‘normal’ no one ever questions it.

But this ‘normal’ is something you bound your entire existence to for no apparent reason.

Is that not strange? We all just sort of accepted it for what it was. Like a close friend doing something unethical but we just play it off with “that’s just who he is”.

However, it’s precisely that reason why most people are STUCK. Because we bound ourselves to something that doesn’t exist.

Every second and every moment I just described wasn’t real. But it still happened.

Time Is Not Real

Time is man-made and it’s more sinister than you think.

Ask your ancestors. They used the sun and the moon to determine the state of time.

Dawn, dusk, day, night, sun, moon.

Simple.

But now time has been detached from the sun completely, instead it’s measured against the vibrations of an atom. Causing numbers and clocks to be added to the mix, primarily because of the increase in travel speeds over the years.

Great invention, sure. But the side-effects are terrible because of the relationship time has with the brain.

And it’s scarier than you think.

Think about it.

All of your excuses are based on time.

“I’ll do it later”.

“Tomorrow”.

“In 10 minutes”.

“I’ll start Monday”.

“I’ll do it some other time”.

Why?

Because the clock tells you the greatest lie of all time.

It tells you “You have time”.

And that belief murders you.

The Brain - Clock Secret

It’s everywhere for a reason.

On your phone.

On your wrist.

On your laptop.

Around your house.

On your oven.

On your microwave.

On your TV.

In every building.

You think you’re looking at the time…

Your brain thinks otherwise.

It doesn’t just read the numbers. It triggers a complex network of neurological shortcuts, evaluations, and a bunch of other coping mechanisms.

The circular movement of the clock that never seems to stop? Straight from hypnosis. It’s one of the reasons it has such a extreme effect on you in the first place.

The repetitive, rhythmic movement of a clock does exactly what a hypnotist’s pendulum does: it lulls the brain into a state of compliance and false security.

You think you have time? You have nothing. Just a brain starved from the truth, believing what we call ‘time’.

And those numbers?

They aren’t just ‘numbers’.

Human history is filled with things that end: seasons, life, weather, legacies, empires…

But those numbers on the clock? They’re always there. Waiting. Promising you that you…

Still. Have. Time.

I have a saying I wrote down that I wake up to every day.

It says “DO NOT WASTE LIFE”.

Not time. Life.

And it reminds me of this lesson every single time.

You see the thing is, most people will not agree with this.

But their actions back up exactly what I say.

Take successful people for example.

There are no routines and there are no time frames. Do not listen to those life coaches preaching productivity.

The Fracture despises surface level self-help.

There’s just a set rhythm they follow every day…

Wake up, get work done, exercise, unwind.

None of their actions are relevant to time.

No 5 am: wake up.

No 5:30: work block

No 7:00 am: workout.

Just action.

Because subconsciously they understand this too.

Basing your decisions and actions off of time, gives away all control.

Acting in the now brings power…

Rebel or stay stuck inside that man-made prison.

I recently came to this realisation and it felt like I got snapped out of a trance.

The truth is, ambitious people are still running on auto-pilot.

The same kind as the people who just consume all day and repeat the exact same tasks.

Ambitious and Hopeless.

All in all, they’re the same.

One is stuck in the future. And the other, in the past. Both are unaware of the present…

I’d much rather prefer being ambitious than hopeless, but they both hold a major flaw that I don’t ever want to grab. Especially after I came to this realisation.

It’s 4:36 PM as I write these words.

The birds are chirping while everyone else is stuck in traffic on their way home.

The refreshing scent of the cold air seeping through my window eases my headache that never seemed to go away.

I feel better now.

Ambition

Ambition is a very future oriented trait. You need to understand that.

All my life and even now, I'd call myself ambitious because I’m constantly looking forward to the future.

But if you’re anything like me, ambition works in a different way than most people describe.

I’ve placed my subconscious into the future state of my life. Meaning my vision, my goals, even the future me is implanted into that state of mind.

I do not see myself as the way I am right now. For truly ambitious people, ambition works like this:

Your subconscious is placed in the future realm…

And what you’re left with right now is the body and the conscious mind.

Mentally you’re somewhere else, but physically you’re still here.

It’s a strange concept but definitely real.

I was like this too.

Although it is arguably necessary in order to achieve goals at a faster rate, it disconnects you from your current reality.

You forget to actually feel alive, because all you’re doing is being alive.

And that doesn’t just translate to feeling. It’s your family, friends, hangouts, activities…

Sure they’re fun but you don’t feel it as deep as you would before.

And that says a lot.

Because when you’re constantly in this feeling, you’re training your brain to feel dead while you’re alive.

I’ve seen it countless times for myself.

Millionaires with hearts poorer than when they first started.

Empty eyes that got the light sucked out of them.

Souls so hollow I can see right through it.

They got what they wanted but they’re still cruising through life unable to feel deeply.

If you’re willing to sacrifice that feeling of fulfilment, the bliss when you achieve your goals and feel emotionally dead to your achievements and life?

Then scroll off, this isn’t for you.

The 2 A’s - Awareness and Ambition

The solution never lies in sacrificing your ambition. That’s what losers do when they surrender to the voices of society.

The main flaw of ambition is in it’s future trance. But when awareness is added to the equation, it brings your mind back home while still keeping your vision locked on to the future.

Awareness → Presence

Imagine a 100 m race. You’re one of the sprinters in lane 5.

Before, your mind was at the finish line already, while your body was still at the start. Every achievement felt like it wasn’t enough. Every thing felt like it wasn’t enough.

Because your external reality didn’t match your current state.

But with awareness added, your mind is placed back at the start of lane 5.

Your subconscious has finally returned home.

Now you’re able to see much clearer, feel much deeper, and even notice the little things like the shadow of the number 5.

Presence → Alignment

But then begs the question:

What about my vision?

Being in that future state actually enabled you to work harder and move you forward at a faster rate…

So bringing your mind back doesn’t feel like the best decision does it?

Take a look at that photo one more time.

Where’s his vision faced?

He’s locked in on one sight. The finish line.

From being in that state because of your ambition, you already know exactly how it is.

Now that you’re at the start it works as a stronger and clearer vision than most.

Alignment → Action

With a clear and strong vision you already know exactly what to do.

All that’s left is to do it.

A strong vision is 10 times out of 10 followed by action.

And in this case all you need to do is run as fast as you can toward the finish line.

Action → Reality

You reach the finish line and everything suddenly feels different.

You notice that while you were running and racing your competitors side by side, you actually enjoyed the process.

You felt happy, you actually felt something while doing the work. Not just after an achievement.

That’s called ‘falling in love with your craft’.

Most ambitious people never even snap back to reality to even figure this out.

They’re so focused on the end result that they’re mentally living there.

Which makes them so unfocused on the present.

They’re more prone to mistakes, bad decisions, and even regret for not enjoying their time properly.

So let me tell you something.

Soul to soul.

When was the last time you sat down at your desk, working towards your future, and deeply felt love and enjoyment for what you were doing?

It feels like another day back in front of the desk. (classic office worker complaint)

But at least I don’t get stuck in traffic.

The moment I wake up, I get straight into writing. But this time, my fingers were more excited to write than my mind.

Because right now, I’m disappointed with the day. It’s not sunny like it always is.

There’s a terrible fog followed by some rain every 30 minutes.

But there’s beauty in that too.

It reminds me of the winter, back when I started this.

As well as the ambient music playing, one that I haven’t heard in a good minute.

So maybe I’m not disappointed. I’m just nostalgic.

But instead of missing the past… It feels like I’ve come into it as an evolved version of myself.

Today I’ve decided to do exactly what the old me would’ve done for a day. Wake up at 5-6am, head out for a walk with some podcasts in my ear, jotting down notes to write about later…

The surreal feeling of the extreme cold, smoke coming out with every breath, but also the bliss of no one else being around.

Over time, the sleep schedules definitely worsened, I feel like a nocturnal now.

But everything else shifted for the better. My ideas, my thoughts, my writing, my skills.

I’ve definitely progressed alongside all of you through a matter of smart repetition. (big emphasis on the ‘smart’)

Because today, we’re all embodying repetition. We’re all disciplined.

But it’s all for the wrong thing.

Scrolling, binge watching random shows, and the tons of other bad habits you have… has become something you’re disciplined in due to the repetition.

You didn’t just wake up one day and you’re suddenly coded with potential destroying things. It’s what grew onto you because you kept stacking it.

But that’s not what this is about. The Fracture despises surface level self-help and all the others that teach it.

This is deeper. This is below the surface.

THE INTERNET - MIND RELATIONSHIP

I didn’t just bring ‘repetition’ out of nowhere.

It has it’s purpose.

You’re already aware of the scrolling, the videos, the brain rotting…

Because a million other people have kept recycling the same old thing.

But have you ever even thought about the mind and it’s replacement…

The internet.

I like to call it the Searching Disease.

Whether you like to admit it or not, most people have it.

I’m no doctor, but here’s a quick test to see if you have it too.

What do you do when you’re confused?

You search for the solution.

What do you do when you don’t know the answer?

You search for the answer.

What do you do when you misunderstand something?

You search to clear the confusion.

Whenever there’s something that your mind ‘doesn’t know’, you search for it immediately.

But that’s the thing.

You don’t even know if you know. Just because you couldn’t find something from your mind in a split second you resort to searching.

We’ve asked google search bars more than we asked ourselves.

We’ve searched the answer more times than we tried solving it ourselves.

We researched a topic to clear some confusion instead of trying to figure it out ourselves.

When’s the last time you even thought about something and found the conclusion from start to end?

It’s concerning isn’t it?

The internet is replacing the mind.

And as a result thought is ceasing to exist.

I don’t think I’d ever have to say that. But I am.

The truth is real.

And when thought ceases to exist. Your dreams die with it.

Because everything starts with a thought.

Every success. Every goal. Every identity.

Save Your Soul

I’m too immersed in this, so don’t take the next couple of lines too literally.

Many of us have the disease.

But the one’s who are healthy and free from it are those that think instead of search.

They see a problem… the google search bar isn’t even on their mind.

They’re sat still, thinking about it deeply until one moment everything clicks and they have the answer.

The truth?

All the answers are within.

They’re not on the other side of the internet. They’re inside your mind.

You just haven’t been in it long enough to know that.

The internet made information infinite.

But infinite information created people incapable of independent though.

The frightening part?

Most people will spend their entire lives searching for answers they could’ve found within themselves.

So don’t reach for the search bar immediately.

Just think.

Because that ability is rarer than intelligence itself.

Humans are emotional beings.

It seems to serve as both good and bad. But in the hands of the general population…

I’m afraid to say it’s a poison.

The only difference between them besides the success and the levels of tax brackets you didn’t even know existed…

Is the understanding of The Shiny Paralysis Syndrome.

And everyone has it.

It’s 12:26, I don’t even have to put the meridiem. By now, you already know.

It seems like the nights are arriving faster than usual, it’s crazy.

I look up and suddenly the moon replaced the position of the sun.

I don’t know what it is, but I only feel consciously aware of myself when the skies turn black. And that’s where my best work comes from.

But tonight was different.

It was my first time star-gazing in a year, and I mean fully lying down and devoting my time to it, not the 20 second stares off into the milky way when you finally arrive home after a long night.

Honestly, I need to do this more often.

I’m lying on some premium quality artificial grass produced from the Netherlands. Some ants are crawling up my skin but I don’t even bother to swat them away.

I’m hypnotised by the feeling the small blobs of light give me. From my perspective they are so little.

But from theirs, I’m an unfathomable speck that they probably can’t even see.

This is some existential shit, the best type of weird I’d felt in a long time.

But while I was lying there, I noticed something I probably shouldn’t have.

I randomly asked myself why I even came here in the first place.

These days it feels like my mind has a mind of its own.

And that’s when everything clicked to me…

The Death Of Action

My stargazing might just change your way of thinking.

You see, unlike my work and priorities… I didn’t go star gazing because I wanted or needed to.

It’s not a part of my routine or one of my hobbies I delve into.

I did it because I felt like doing it.

The problem is every course of action is prompted by a feeling.

Most people do things that tend to be productive only if they feel like it.

They’ll only do something if they feel something.

If they don’t? You can probably guess the outcome.

RIP action.

Cause of death: Murder from billions of people

Death date: I don’t know when

Action has been killed. And then stabbed another 10 times just to make sure it’s really dead.

The truth is, the best decisions and actions that I have ever made came from the most neutral state you could think of.

Blank eyes with no reaction and a mouth that doesn’t move up or down.

People assume you need to be hyped asf to go to the gym, super motivated or excited to do a productive task, incredibly emotional to deliver a great speech…

So that when they feel nothing, they take it as a sign to not doing anything.

And suddenly its been 10 years, still waiting for that high hit of feelings to come to finally do something with your life.

That’s the Shiny Paralysis Syndrome…

The scary part is…

Most people don’t even realise this is happening to them. They think they’re waiting for motivation.

But they’re actually waiting for permission from a feeling.

And feelings are inconsistent by nature. That’s why modern people live in loops.

One night they feel inspired enough to change their life.

The next morning the feeling disappears and suddenly the dream goes with it.

Everything today is designed to make you feel instead of decide.

Music.
Content.
Notifications.
Validation.
Entertainment.
Dopamine.

The modern world keeps people emotionally stimulated so they never notice they’ve stopped moving.

And then one day they wake up 40 years old wondering where their life went.

Not because they were incapable.

But because they only moved when their emotions temporarily allowed them to.

Maybe that’s why the people who become dangerous aren’t always the most emotional.

They’re usually the ones who learned how to act regardless and say “fuck you” to their feelings.

They don’t wait on fireworks or cinematic music to get going.

It’s just movement.

Again.
And again.
And again.

Even when they feel absolutely nothing.

Yet you keep spending it like some fucking billionaire with a bulletproof bank account.

The tired mornings. Sleeping for hours yet still feeling groggy. The helpless ‘loop’ feeling. Bad moods throughout the day…

Your life force is running on low power mode the moment you wake up.

Not because of your sleep. Not because of your discipline either.

It’s your energy management.

Every day is robbing you of your life when you’re supposed to be getting better, fitter, and more powerful.

We’re in a mate’s rundown car. A 2002 Toyota, still kicking on a 500 thousand milage.

I call one of my friends and tell him to come out with us.

“I’m too tired, I have no energy to do anything.”

I ask him if he stayed inside the entire day, he said yes.

I hang up. We pick him up anyway.

5 minutes was all it took. Complaining about his energy to enjoying his time and cracking jokes with a smile on his face.

This isn’t talked about enough.

Most people are exactly like my friend:

low on energy almost every single day, rotting in bed, procrastinating productive tasks, and a poor gut feeling that never goes away.

You’re spending all your time in a low vibrational state, living your life by wasting it.

I can’t pick every one of you up in the back of an old classic car.

But every one of you can listen up.

So pay attention.

LIVE LIKE YOU’RE HIGH ON ENERGY

Your energy is not fixed. If you wake up one day with low energy, it does not mean your entire day has to be adjusted around it. (which is what is mostly done)

If you’re low on energy, you’re low on life force.

If you’re low on life force, you’re not living right.

Energy is categorized into 2 things. Providers and Consumers.

The reason you’re energy is low, is because you’ve been feeding it to the Consumers.

They thrive off of your life force until there’s nothing more to take and leave you with just enough to survive the next day, only to consume it all again.

That’s the loop you’ve been living in and why your days feel like they’ve been put on repeat.

It’s not necessarily because you’re doing the same things, it’s because you keep spending your energy to the wrong sources.

Starting from now, you invest it into the Providers and boycott the Consumers.

This isn’t surface level “How to increase your energy”. If you thought that was it, you’re in the wrong place.

The Providers….

1. THE SUN

I swear to god, if you’re not getting at least 30 minutes of consistent sunlight a day, what the fuck are you doing?

The sun is the source of all energy. Food, plants, animals, life…

The sun is life.

Yet you stay indoors all fucking day like you’re hibernating.

We were taught that the sun is bad for you. We’re taught to put sunscreen on when you go outside, wear a hat, cover your skin…

They made us afraid of the only thing that gives life to every one of us.

From now on, the moment you wake up get outside and lay down in the sun.

I do this everyday and it’s truly one of the best feelings that can’t be topped.

You can literally feel the sun seeping into your skin giving you energy.

But you decide if you want to continue being afraid or not.

2. BREATHWORK

When’s the last time you took 10 consecutive deep breaths?

Modern life disconnected you from things humans naturally relied on for thousands of years…

Although your lungs are responsible for breathing. The feeling is mainly felt in the gut, that’s because your gut is responsible for your body’s energy circulation.

The concept behind deep breaths is that you’re not just inhaling oxygen to reach a vast surface area in your gut/lungs, you’re inhaling energy alongside the oxygen that spreads to every part of the body.

You don’t just take deep breaths to calm down, you do it to increase the amount of energy in your body.

While you’re outside in the sun after you wake up…

Take in 10 consecutive deep breaths. Deep ones. Inhales where you can’t inhale more.

Watch how good you feel, you’ll be wanting to do more.

3. NATURE

There’s a reason why all of us are for some reason just drawn to nature. Even if you don’t like it, it still calms you. It still tells you something.

The main part about this is the earth and trees. Stepping on the earth not only pumps blood to your body but it grounds you. Especially when barefoot.

The trees on the other hand, live off of CO2 and we live off of oxygen.

It’s a cycle between human and trees. We’ve been connected since the dawn of all ages.

That’s why areas or neighbourhoods with more trees are considered more safe and more trusted.

Whenever you can, go on walks daily. But also try to walk around nature, even if it’s just a field of grass. Or sitting under a tree, lying down on some grass…

You are combining energy.

I’ve shared so much already, piles of info that you never heard, they’re often kept hidden. But not here.

If you’ve read this far and still not fully convinced to apply all of these the moment you wake up tomorrow, this isn’t for you.

Now open your eyes to what’s taking your energy, and observe what you need to cut down on.

The Consumers…

1. MESS & CLUTTER

I talked about this on the previous post.

Your room probably looks like a mess doesn’t it. Piles of clothes on the floor. Random junk scattered across your desk.

I mean just looking at that image is hurting me mentally.

It’s not just a messy room. Every single item that your eye can see is processed and the cost is energy.

10 random things on your floor that aren’t meant to be there = 10 chunks of energy robbed from your mind.

Clean up your space. Be organised. Stop living in a mess.

Your energy matters more than you laziness to clean. By the end of this post clean your room.

Not later. Not tomorrow. NOW.

2. SCREEN TIME

This is straight from my phone.

Nothing in the morning, because I’m on my laptop working. 2 hours on safari reading files unavailable to the public. 2 hours on Tiktok with you all. And 3 hours of content consumption, I admit not my best day.

And I was out for almost the entire afternoon.

But an 8 hour screen time is diabolical.

Especially if you aren’t outside as often.

But here’s what I noticed…

The moment my screen time reaches above the 5 hour mark that’s when I can feel my energy start dropping.

I get a gut feeling, and I get indescribably bored.

Your goal? Don’t past the 5 hour mark.

Add this widget to your home screen to track your time. And don’t get me wrong, 5 hours is still high but not to the point where it drains your energy.

Make that promise and keep it to yourself. If it’s been 5 hours and the days still not finished? Do something else to fill the time.

3. NEGATIVITY

Negativity is negative emotion. Negative emotion is negative energy.

So, Negativity = Negative energy.

Let’s break it down deeper…

Negative energy = - energy.

Every time you indulge in negativity you are literally minus-ing the Energy in your body.

Every excuse you or someone else makes, every time you or your friends complain, every time you hate on someone else, every time you have a pessimistic outlook on life your energy is taken away from you.

Because the cost of being negative is your energy.

You are quite literally paying to be negative, but you don’t realise that.

The next moment you see yourself or your circle being negative call them out on it. Be aware of it.

And slowly…. it all stops.

Applying these 3 providers and Removing these 3 consumers will transform your soul.

I mean it.

You’ll never be low on energy again.

You’ll have a life that you’re able to live to the fullest.

And a deeper control over your energy, deepens your control over yourself.

Energy control isn’t a spiritual hippie thing, it’s the start of achieving everything you desire.

Most people will read all of this and still act like nothing changed.

This is a slap across your face, don’t act like the mark isn’t there.

Do this or be stuck drowning in your own swamp of low energy.

The mind is your greatest asset. Yet look how you treat it:

• Scrolling for hours

• Unprocessed thoughts lingering around

• Endless consumption

• Negativity

And you wonder why you never have energy for things, always groggy, and a overwhelmed mind that makes life bleak and dull.

Long story short, your mind has reached its maximum capacity thanks to your actions. Despite this, you continue to keep adding things in by force.

Like pouring water into a glass that’s already full.

To a glass, what that does is “over-fill” it.

But to a mind…

It “over-whelms” it.

Right now, your mind is in chaos. A civil war has broken out and there’s no apparent leader. You’ve given control to everything you’ve consumed and consequently lost it all.

Your greatest asset is on the line, the least you can do is pay attention.

Don’t skim this.

THE CONCEPT OF CLUTTER

It’s 8 pm and I’ve missed the sight of the sunset once again.

It’s been too long since I last saw it.

But I don’t regret it because one of my favourite things to do is sit in the dark in silence.

Existing. Sometimes with no thought. And sometimes, pondering about certain meanings and experiences in life, while looking out the windows, to the scenic views.

Some days it’s the shining lights of the city. Some days it’s the calm fields of nature. And other days, it’s the brimming stars of the sky.

This time, it’s blue light from my laptop screen with a melodic C418 in the background.

The truth is, this was too valuable for me to pass up and look at the view instead.

And if it’s made me skip something I usually do, then it’s clearly going to cause a shift in you.

EMPTY THE GLASS

You’ve been adding your whole life. Adding, adding, adding, adding. Who knows how many piles of info you’ve read, reels you scrolled, or videos you watched today.

Even if I asked you, you wouldn’t be able to answer.

Is that not concerning?

But perhaps you know the answer to this:

When was the last time you removed something?

I don’t mean taking the cap off the bottle, or plucking some hair on your body…

When was the last time you grabbed something from your mind, took it out, and kept it out forever?

Sit with that for a moment.

The massive relief of removing yourself from an environment that was harming you. The upgrade from dropping the friend that was holding you back. The evolution of your character from removing a bad habit…

So many times, people strive to add things. Be more successful, learn new skills, more valuable friends, more flow, more knowledge.

But if one just removed instead of added? They’d have made the same progress as the one who only added.

That’s the true power of emptying the glass.

Instead of overfilling it, hoping the glass will magically get bigger, grab the glass and flip it upside down.

We are letting all the water run out…

Because removal is often followed by upgrade. Remember that.

FLIPPING IT UPSIDE DOWN (THE MIND FRAMEWORK)

It’s time for you to empty your glass.

No lies, no doubts, only full honesty.

There’s 2 steps.

Regain control of your mind.

1. Hyper-Awareness

Our brains are so amazing. They’re constantly absorbing and processing millions of information in seconds.

Which means they are aware of everything our conscious mind can’t point out.

Here’s what this means.

Clutter is your worst enemy.

Your room is messy. Piles of clothes on the floor. Random junk on your desk.

You wake up to the sight of clutter all around you.

You think it’s okay.

Your brain is expending energy processing and being aware of them.

That junk you say you’ll clean up later? Is the very same junk that’s overwhelming your mind.

Clean up your room. Make everything tidy and organised.

The next time you wake up, you’ll be refreshed and full of energy.

This is non-negotiable.

Do it now. Not later. You’ll feel better instantly.

2. Removal

This is where the honesty matters.

Think of one thing that’s distracting you that you don’t really need and one useless habit.

You have all the time in the world. Think.

And then… Remove it.

It’s easier said than done. But if that distraction is an object? Throw it out, burn it, destroy it.

If that habit might be too hard for you? Constantly remind yourself of how it’s only bringing you down.

But in reality, you know you can do it.

You’ve done something that involved removing before. It’s the exact same process here.

If you can’t bring yourself to do it, or read this far and still end up not doing it…

The clock’s been sitting at 10:39 PM for what feels like longer than 60 seconds…

Time slows down when I’m in this space…

My room’s encapsulated with red light. The rgb from my keyboard, the bedside led lights, even the blue light glasses I got on.

On my desk are only essentials. Stainless steel water bottle. Statue of the thinking man. A bowl of macadamia nuts. And a massage gun for when my body is sore.

Slowly, I’ve been turning into an optimal demon. And as each day passes I can feel myself excelling, stepping closer and closer to the result.

The truth is, you’ll never feel this if you labelled success as materialistic things.

Success is not bound by any object or relationship, it’s bound to you as a person.

Read that again.

Success isn’t what you think it is.

We don’t achieve success. We achieve the identities that are already successful.

Simple as that.

From now on, you completely forget about the concept of success.

Because up until now, you’ve been forced to swallow up lies and never even question them. By consuming countless generic self-help shit, you’ve lost your perspective of the truth.

It’s indoctrination disguised as ‘help’.

But now, you’re finally awake.

Conscious enough to spit out all the lies…

Let me ask you a question.

Do you think the version you are right now is worthy of everything you’ve ever wanted?

It’s a simple yes or no.

Grab a pen and paper.

Right now. Do it.

And list the traits that the future version of you has, the one that is successful.

Do they control their emotions well? How do they spend their money, do they invest it? What do they spend their time on? How do they react to certain things?

Doesn’t matter how long it takes, just 5 minutes of writing can change the trajectory of your life…

And after that’s done,

voila.

You have built yourself a blueprint to success. Instead of blindly moving forward you now have a map that will guide you there.

Every step is you embodying that version of you.

Every step closer is you acting more and more like that version you just wrote down.

And when you do finally become that version of yourself? That’s when everything changes.

That’s when you’re successful.

That’s the game. Keep that sheet of paper close to you, and remind yourself of it at all times.

Let it be one of the only things that is constantly on your mind.

For me, it’s literally in my head the entire fucking day and night.

It’s only gone when I’m asleep. Hell, maybe my brain’s still thinking about it from all that conditioning.

This is necessary because if you forget, you will stop.

And if you don’t forget but still stop, then you’ll know it’s because you surrendered.

Most won’t do this. But I know you will because you read this far.

The only question left is, will you do this tomorrow?

And that will determine if you do it for the next year or whether it becomes another piece of junk just sitting in your room.

Give life to that piece of paper, and give life to the future version of you by becoming it.

Sometimes I get in a mood where I can’t really describe what I’m feeling.

Not happy or sad, just a lingering presence in my soul that never seems to leave until I express it all here.

Maybe it’s because I realised something, and it happened quite recently…

Late night dinner party. Joyful smiles. Upbeat music. Hips that swayed with the music…

Black suits. White shirts. Wrists with a variety of watches that were better than the next. And dimly lit lighting that made the vibe even darker.

It was a wedding after-party, and I knew no one there except the groom.

When I first arrived, I made small talk with the people on my table. But after that I sat in silence for 5 hours, with the occasional little conversations some were trying to have with me.

I didn’t go there to network. I didn’t go to talk. I didn’t even get up and leave early. After all, it was the groom’s only request from me. I stayed till the very end, observing, existing, being.

And a couple minutes before everything had finished, an argument happened.

Red faces, nervous hands, turned heads looking to see what was going on.

Their shouts echoed across the entire street. Their aggression spread like a fire. And inevitably, the personas they put on for the entire night, slowly began to crack.

What was once an after party where you had to yell in order to be heard by the person sitting next to you, turned into a graveyard where everyone could hear my sneeze.

I sneezed and then I walked off. This grabbed the attention of everyone there and the 2 blokes magically stopped arguing.

I didn’t intend to solve anything, I just couldn’t help seeing anger rule their minds.

And somehow this made the groomsman respect me even more…

I didn’t know why or what they were arguing about.

But what I do know is…

Everyone tries to be good. Everyone wishes for peace. But doing the opposite is always easier…

You’ve been wanting peace for way too long. So much so, just wanting it satisfies you. Because deep down you know it’s not going to come.

If you haven’t realised already… This isn’t motivational self-help. The Fracture despises that, this will confront you down to the depths of your bones so when you finish, you won’t be the same…

A PEACE OF YOU IS MISSING

Don’t skim past this.

Imagine yourself having embodied ‘peace’.

A mind that is not controlled by emotions.

The patience to ignore every insult instead of reacting and being controlled by it.

The ability to be grateful for every single thing on earth, even the ugly ones.

The optimism that illuminates any negative.

The peace in a chaotic world…

For many, it’s just a distant dream. But you’ve read this far because you know it isn’t for you…

THE TERRIFYING TRUTH

There are 2 worlds. The external one we call earth, and the spiritual one that lies inside of you.

This world, or in other words earth, will never know peace. (for more reasons than you can imagine)

But what matters not the world, rather the one inside of you.

Just before I got you to imagine a version of you embodying peace. But what about the current version of you?

The one that:

• Holds grudges

• Reacts to every insult

• Has little patience

• Doesn’t like being angry but can’t control it

• Experiences more negative emotions than positive ones

• Has lots of arguments but then feels guilty about it afterwards

Sound familiar?

Your inner world is at war, and you’ve been living through it longer than you know.

No peace treaty or white flag will save it. Because both sides have endured way too many losses.

You know it’s too late to turn back now, so you’ve done all that you think you could have done.

You bared through it. The pain, the negatives, the feelings of “nothing ever goes my way”.

Only because that’s all you thought you were capable of.

Meanwhile, there’s a hidden weapon lying in plain sight.

And that’s…

Transference… on a much much much bigger level

The issue was never peace. It was the fact that you’re separating yourself from everything.

Your viewing everything in life so literally…

As you = the observer

and

everything else = as the external.

This level of thinking is your biggest flaw.

You see everything as separate.

Every argument is a attack. It’s them vs you.

Every negative experience is a slap on the face. It’s life vs you.

Every thing that frustrates, angers or triggers you gets a reaction. Everything is separate from you.

Let’s flip that.

Now see yourself in everything.

That person arguing with you that is clearly frustrated. Don’t react, just see yourself in them.

That thing you don’t seem to understand? Don’t give up, see yourself in it.

Something bad happened to you because of someone else? See yourself in that person.

A negative experience? See yourself in that experience.

See. Yourself. In. Everything.

This isn’t empathy. It’s a weapon. A harbinger of peace.

Because when everything IS you. Understanding everything is so easy.

Understanding why that person is yelling at you becomes second nature. Because when you see yourself in them you also see why they’re angry and feel everything behind it.

When everything IS you, nothing feels personal.

When everything is YOU, nothing can hurt you, because it’s just you….

Fear is life-saving.

Fear is scary.

Fear is uncomfortable.

Fear is powerful.

Fear is normal.

But fear is not a weakness.

It’s funny to me, I’ll admit I’m afraid of many things, and yet I’d still get up and do them. That’s bravery. That’s courage.

Yet there are those who desperately try not to be afraid. Convince themselves they aren’t. Deny everything that tells them otherwise.

That’s not being brave. It’s crazy delusion that only ends up harming you instead.

Because fear is not a weakness. It’s a tool that will shatter any wall standing before you.

THE CAT AND THE MOUSE

Imagine your classic old Tom & Jerry scenario. (Man I miss that show)

Jerry the mouse, would kill for some cheese.

Tom the cat, hates mouses and would swallow Jerry the moment he sees him.

Now here’s the first scenario:

There’s cheese across the room, Tom isn’t home, it’s just Jerry with the goal of eating that cheese.

And what does he do? He walks toward the cheese slowly and taking his time. Then he grabs it and eat it.

Now scenario 2:

Cheese is in the same place, and the goal is the same. But this time Tom is directly behind Jerry. Jerry can see and smell him.

What happens now? Instead of walking to the cheese and taking his dear time, he sprints to it.

He does everything in his power to reach that cheese as fast as possible. He doesn’t even look back.

The difference is, when there is no fear there is no urgency. There is no hunger or ambition. People just walk toward their goals.

But when there is a fear of failure, a fear of losing, a fear of getting swallowed by the cat…

People move 10x faster and do anything it takes to achieve their goal.

The moment you decide to convince yourself you aren’t afraid is the moment you start walking towards your goals, letting the cat catch you.

And once that happens, everything falls apart.

You need to be afraid, accept it, and move on anyway.

Keep that fear behind you and let it chase you towards your goals at full speed.

You’ll be surprised how far you go.

UNLOCK YOUR FEAR THROUGH ANTI-GOALS

We all have goals. But none of us have anti-goals.

How do you never want to feel?

What physique do you never want to have?

Write it all down on a single sheet of paper. Spill your worries, anxiety, and doubts onto the page.

Write the worst reality of yourself on that paper in which you would rather die than live.

Don’t hold back.

The finished product is your anti-goal. And it’s on a physical sheet of paper that you will read every single day before you go to bed.

Keep it on your desk, somewhere you will always see it, making sure that the fear is behind you and you’re always moving at max speed.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.

Fear is not a weakness. The weakness is trying not to be afraid.

I spend most of my time alone.

Nature, hikes, city penthouses, walks to unknown areas where the only sounds you can hear are my breathing or the wind.

I find it comforting.

Lying down in the grass, not caring about the ants crawling up my skin. Closing my eyes while the cold breeze hits my face. Existing without any thought as I almost become one with nature itself.

The late nights on the balcony looking down below pondering how much more I’ve yet to go. The city lights that spark a fire in my eyes along with the occasional car honks and distant chatter that whisper into my ears.

The mountain climbs where all I can see is the fog from the clouds. The journey to the top, that reminds me all I have to rely on is myself. And the peak, the fruits of my labour just for a view I’ve seen elsewhere multiple times…

But every time, I’m still dumbfounded and fulfilled by the immense beauty that blesses my eyes.

You see, the thing is…

People always talk about the pursuit to the top, the peak of the mountain, the view that makes all your struggles worth it.

But no one talks about the descent back to ground.

The journey to the peak of the mountain is what everyone’s focused on, it would only seem logical to name it ‘success’.

While the descent, in which almost no one is aware of, is called ‘isolation’.

What goes up, must come down.

For almost everything, there is a reversal.

And the reversal to success? The reversal to achieving your goals and everything you ever wanted?

Is Isolation.

The world abides by The Law of Completeness, meaning for everything there is also an other half that makes it whole.

Isolation is the other half of success, and it’s absolutely necessary in order to achieve it.

The reason why so many quit in the first place is because they are either unaware of this other half, or simply cannot withstand it.

Either way, they quit.

It can be said that if one does not achieve one thing, it means they are lacking in the other half of it. You can apply this for everything in life.

But in the meantime, we got our hands full with Isolation.

The truth is, if you cannot withstand being alone, you can’t achieve your goals and desires.

This is precisely why success looks like a dream for you, when in reality it’s right in front of you for the taking…

THE REASON WHY YOU CAN’T SUCCEED

Society has been primed to run on attention.

It’s the new currency we can’t see.

Scrolling grabs our attention.

Movies grab it.

Shows grab it.

Work grabs it.

School grabs it.

Music grabs it.

And once they have it, they never give it back.

You start off every day with 100 attention points, and every time you decide to spend it, you lose it for the entire day. Until it gets recharged tomorrow.

The problem is we give too much attention to distractions or things that don’t matter, we rarely ever use that attention on ourselves.

Let me ask you, when’s the last time you did nothing and focused on nothing except yourself?

The answer’s likely “I can’t remember”.

We spend too much attention on the wrong things instead of using it meaningfully to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and learn how to be alone without any distractions.

And it’s precisely this skill of using your attention wisely, that will make your success much easier.

Because instead of being afraid of being alone with your own thoughts, you find peace with them.

Instead of doing anything in order to not be alone, you find comfort in it and understand yourself on a deeper level than those who spend their attention recklessly.

Instead of not being able to withstand being isolated, you overcome it and it brings you no pain or harm.

Instead of quitting, you accomplished both halves and become successful…

That’s the difference.

MAXIMISING YOUR ATTENTION

Direct your attention here.

This shows the time spent on average for a person.

And as you can see, ‘Alone’ is most or if not always the highest spent time in your entire life.

The most time you will spend is not with your partner, your family, your children, or even your co workers.

The most time spent is alone.

So how can you fear it so much? By constantly distracting yourself and running, you are only delaying the inevitable.

If every time you spend alone, you fill the void with something else, you will never learn the other half of success.

In other words, you will never become successful.

True strength is built in isolation. Hell, your entire life is built in isolation.

But you run from it so there’s nothing left to build.

Ask yourself this…

Is chasing dopamine and distractions truly worth never becoming successful?

If no, you’re at the right place.

It’s time you break this potential destroying habit and start maximising your attention.

Soul’s Attention Protocol

Fuck your dopamine. Fuck your music. Fuck your movies. Fuck your video games. Fuck your scrolling.

The exact same way you seem to treat money, is also the exact same way you need to treat your attention.

Because it’s a much more valuable currency than you think.

Spend it scarcely. Every attention point spent on something irrelevant or dopamine chasing is another point less that you can direct to actually building your future.

Here’s the first place to spend your attention wisely:

Start with yourself.

Everyday, with the attention points you awake with, devote most of your attention on yourself.

That means understanding yourself, processing your thoughts, analysing why you feel certain ways, learning about who you are.

And the only way to do all of these is through meditation.

For 20 minutes a day. Sit down with no distractions.

No phone. No music. Just you.

Sit down, close your eyes and let your mind do the rest.

Don’t fight anything, don’t distract yourself again, and don’t do it for 5 minutes then stop doing it.

20 minutes MINIMUM.

Go do it now. Close this and start meditating.

This will overcome the loneliness and teach you to live in isolation, making your success much easier.

That’s your mission my fellow soul. If you fail to do so, success will always be the trophy in a glass box you can never touch, only see.
