Language limits or unlocks realms of perception, and wow, have we not been, and are we not still, albeit unconsciously, confounded in our Language?

Old World Language of the Old World Order governs or limits our capacity for the elevation of our consciousness, and all of us learned language in a language setting that was scripted by the male “form givers”, in particular Francis Bacon. English as we now know it became a noun-based language, with many of the living motions of describing experiences or human ideas becoming reduced to -ion(s), -ic(s), or plain nouns.

The study of Syntropy helps remind us that Life processes are living, breathing, pulsing motions, and applying Syntropy to Human Language calls on us to start “verbing” again in order to speak “full reality”. We “create reality” by how we “see” and speak that which we feel. Translating our feelings and thoughts into words, and in unison with the Living Fabric of Life that is Syntropic, is relevant if we want to gain access to different outcomes.

If learned language governs your consciousness. What can a Syntropic way of relating to Life bring you?

Being able to put into words (with Syntropic Syntax), the Living Metric of human conscious thought relating to reality (relating to what Life is doing), means receiving and retrieving the words and language for that.

When we speak Syntropic Language (which is Living, Life Affirming, Creative, Generative and Productive) our cells, almost effortlessly, remember the essence-in-truth when such words are spoken, especially when they are feeling-based, because we are feeling-based creatures, and most of our ideas are eminations from our cells communicating through feelings, which we then seek to put into words.

You see, I have been fascinated by Syntropy ever since Syntropic Agroforestry reached my mindgarden and awakened my soul’s calling. Now, nearly 10 years later, I am the “Syntropy Guy” who still is not so much into creating syntropic food systems but has spoken about Syntropy in and for Human Ecology on a continual basis, always bringing up “the New Earth” and never leaving “Syntropy” out of what a New Earth reality means.

I offer it as an introduction to a language-ing that contains subtle (syntropic) “upgrades”, ways of relating that can help you remember from within what feels true and resonates with your cells.

It is an invitation to listen to how life in nature, in the cosmos, and in our own cells organizes itself toward ever-greater coherence by means of:

“Everything in Life performing a function with purpose.”

In my previous post “NOVUS ORDO TERRA”, a New Earth Order is being called for, I am all in and know we both came here to contribute to that shift out of the old world order into the New Earth Order, but I want to ask:

Are our ways of bringing into being this New Earth based on the language that Life is operating on? Or are we still operating on programmed ideas not rooted in the fertile soil of co-creationing new beginnings?

I knew that noting down the “Lost Book of Hope” was a radical rewriting of His-story (history) by bringing the hidden and veiled side of Herstory out of the shadows where it had been so long obscured. What I did not know was how real and reclaiming this work had just become.

Although it was all daunting and “mind-blowing,” so to speak, to wake before the sun would rise and find myself in this stream of Sophianic transmission, noting down everything that was coming through, now, after visually being shown the future reality of the cover of this book, I felt much worse.

Seeing NOVUS ORDO TERRA, I knew…

With my eyes closed, I could feel the radical nature of this statement; I dared not say it. I barely dared to think it, but not “call it by its name”. And even up until today, I have yet to speak it out loud fully and freely, let alone with true conviction and “owning the words” that no one has ever articulated into the public domain, ever before.

Yes, you can Google that. This came from Her first.

What is to be on the cover of the “Lost Book of Hope” holds an indisputable gravitas of deep and profound meaning, and I know that this work, if not for its subtitle alone, has the capacity to change “the game” or set the New Tone moving forward forever.

Not only is it calling forth a new era for our human story, but it is also proclaiming the beginning of an Age that so many of us have felt would “one day come about”.

What if that inner desire, that inner knowing of what we came here to do collectively and individually, could actually be no longer dependent on outer realities shifting, but is capable of shifting the inner reality of whoever reads its premise?

Like me, sit with these words.

Close your eyes and feel into it.

Connect with the meaning that, on a deep inner level, your cells and your soul instantly know is being named, stated, and therefore, reclaimed.

Close your eyes.
Imagine the words.
Connect with the frequency of the words and where they originate from;

Find the source and imagine yourself seeing and being shown “the code”.

Close your eyes and travel to the place within where you can feel the meaning of a NEW EARTH ORDER that, beyond any form of limiting beliefs, promises the dawning of a new succession for our collective human journey.

Allow yourself to feel how these words are countering, exposing, and disillusioning the only other similar version of words that you know are like this.

Feel if you are ready to claim it and make it yours; let yourself become claimed by these words and cherish them, with care and warmth in your heart.

Nurture this dreamseed that has been waiting to sprout against all odds and certainly against all programming that would have you believe the distorted fantasies of dirty old men in dark rooms conspiring against your soul.

The knowing of what it truly reveals reclaims so much more than Herstory could reveal to any of us, but perhaps that is our role and our function with purpose to put into words what, on a feeling-based level, is all promised-felt as a pathway towards becoming redeemed, reclaimed, restored, and reawakened from within.

For me, it will be writing out the Lost Book of Hope because beyond the book cover, I know redemption upon redemption is calling to be shared. The “Song of Songs” is all about establishing a New Earth Order.

Close your eyes and feel into it.
Sit and meditate again and find the place where these words came from and who spoke them first.

Encounter Her there and know that, if you are willing, your visioning of the liberations and implications of these words will become the foundations of a new sound that will be ringing around the Earth in the days to come.

It is here for you to reclaim it and become Her conscious key keeper.

Such is the promise and providence of the Lost Book of Hope.

I will endeavor to type it all out here, page by page, segment by segment, compiling what she calls the “Song of Songs”.

I wish I could share easily and in short form how navigating the past 6 months have been bewildering, confusing, exhausting, draining, and entirely derailing me from what I thought were “my” intentions, the dream, and vision to create this Sanctuary for the New Earth. To build a Centre for Syntropy. To create a dedicated Temple for the Divine Feminine. To be devoted to the revealing and honoring of HerStory through the Lost Book of Hope.

But, I’ll try…

In the Lost Book of Hope, all is detailed as to what Syntropy fully is, was, and has, as inner alchemical processes, always been to navigate with for rapid healing-transformation, and magic and miracles. Understanding that Syntropy reveals the Hidden Hand of God in all creation is wild and wonderful, but understanding also has to grow into true “Gnosis”.

Working with Sophia now already for 2 years on this massive work of Living Wisdom has been daunting, belief system altering, and taking me deep down into a field of Gnosis that required integrating to be able to talk about it.

As I have become enlightened with Sophia’s codices on Syntropy, beyond the inner and outer gardens, I did not know I also became a target… I know now why, of course, because only through purification can (under)standing (in) truth become being (in) pure truth.

Temple for the Divine Feminine Principle

3 months ago, I was shown I will be building a Temple for the Divine Feminine Principle, a Temple for Sophia, a True Holy New Temple for the New Earth.

Not just a Centre for Syntropy & Human Ecology that would serve as a secret waystation for those souls seeking answers about themselves, about Truth, about Life, that, in essence, is equal to a quest of seeking to remember Her Story…

No, I was shown the reality of an already created, in-the-physical, already complete anchor place for the Divine Feminine. A temple of White and Gold filled with the Spirit of all the Saints & Servants who, as pathkeepers, devoted their hearts and soul paths to be their anchor point for the Divine Feminine, a place that is experientially accessible to all who will make their pilgrimage here.

I had never thought about it before, but yes, I’m now blown wide open about what the New Earth really is calling for. It’s beyond imagination, ideation, naming it, but in order to be-it, purification is requisite.

Such is universally known, but it is more serious, more real I know now, and well, we may be able to share more about that on our next online gathering that I am inviting you to below.

You see, I have only visited “ancient” anchor points of temples, pyramids, and sacred lakes, caves, or mountains to do “grid work”, receive initiations, and touch the places that reactivated my own Souls’ Journey reminding points. I never visited a NewTemple that is being built anno 2026! Have you? Sacred Sites are supposed to be old, right?

No, we are called to build the actual New Earth, and that does come with the price of purification, and that means dealing with our unconscious, and in my case, much later, dealing with curses, black magic, and archons doing “their job”.

When you truly sign onto your contract with the Divine to become a Nodal Point for the New Earth Metric, you shall be tested, and that should not be a surprise. Playing small is much easier, but you know what you came for, but will you rise, Lazarus?

Once I realized I had no real choice in going beyond building “just” a New Earth Sanctuary, and I agreed to build an actual Temple for Sophia, many strange things happened very, very quickly… Syntropic teachings about New Earth Living became my daily bread; we called it Magic & Miracles, just like I was foretold years ago it would be.

Other than knowing that it was all Godscripted, everything that happened was amazing and mostly hard to believe or even explain.

It was preparing me for something bigger and deadly.

I feel I have been schooled by some of the hardest lessons I ever had to face about “Light working” in terms of Trust, Surrendering, and standing in Truth.

By God’s grace, I am here to tell the story of how Black Magic and Curses are real and that they are teaching grounds to seemingly break you, but they still can only perform a function with purpose to give you or lead you to your own Self-Agency so you can become who You came here to be:

Master Navigator, Aware, Awake, Seeing, Knowing, Innerstanding, Clear and Conscious. Not just devoted, committed, but become.

Communication of thoughts and feelings through a system of arbitrary signals, such as voice sounds, gestures, or written symbols.
Such a system, including its rules for combining its components, such as words.
Such a system as used by a nation, people, or other distinct community; often contrasted with dialect.

Culture - kŭl′chər - noun
The arts, beliefs, customs, institutions, and other products of human work and thought considered as a unit, especially with regard to a particular time or social group.
These arts, beliefs, and other products considered with respect to a particular subject or mode of expression.
The set of predominating attitudes and behavior that characterize a group or organization.

Consciousness - kŏn′shəs-nĭs - noun
The state or condition of being conscious.
A sense of one’s personal or collective identity, including the attitudes, beliefs, and sensitivities held by or considered characteristic of an individual or group.
Special awareness or sensitivity.

Ow Kiaora, precious human!

Through my journeying with the Wisdom of the Waitaha Grandmothers, I was encouraged to study the greater patterns of the universe so as to know the ways of peace and love in the living. Syntropy is the pattern of the universe.

Through my decade-long study of these “patterns of perfection,” I have been able to name and explain the life-strategies so they can individually take form again in people’s minds. I teach/train/share on this in my courses in Syntropy and Syntropic Agroforestry.

I have learned that without being able to “see as form” the patterns that life navigates on—by means of naming the processes—humans cannot make use of the actual functions that life is providing us as opportunities for internal growth (returning to freedom and sovereignty).

What this means is that we benefit from seeing through the myriad of illusions that are contained in our everyday use of language. This allows us to return our mindsong and our inner ability to see through the matrix of distortions with more clarity and, moreover, nonjudgment. (Comprehension brings about freedom!) What becomes returned to is our innate ability to feel language and sense the truth or non-truth of our language or that of others. Because this is all a work done with love, freedom (from unconscious programs) can actually become a direct experience. Compassion and empathy are natural qualities that are each intrinsic to humans feeling more free (being wise and informed).

Returning to Syntropy
What particularly becomes perceivable by looking through the lens of Syntropy are the deceptions, false narratives, and programs that have become “normal” in our Western or colonized mindsets. Normal, however, does not make the associated belief systems true or natural, or true to the natural order.

Many of the programs that society unconsciously runs on have been based on ideologies (or, better put, fantasies created by those in positions of influence) that have become common ground or common-use concepts for humans to describe their thoughts, feelings, intentions, and beliefs. (Yes, our language was formed during a patriarchal period.)

In Syntropic Human Ecology studies, we can see human societal degradation over time by looking through all the previous successions that have come before. The main inquiry in this field for me has been around the patriarchal “seeders” or installers of unhelpful and non-natural programs of belief.

We can journey back in time to retrieve the influential points and persons who had an (unknown to most) immense impact on how humans see reality—which again is not the original organic reality.

We have been confounded* in our language since the times of so-called “Babel.” That is where influential forces seeded the great dispersion in humanity. The latest succession of this confounding has come about through the installment of English as the “world language,” a predominantly noun-based use of words that are not living but concept-based forms of relating. English, as used and taught throughout our current world, was reformed (many times) by dominant power structures to aid the expansion of empire, eventuating into a contract-based commerce and trade language.

Ancient Lifeways of Relating and Naming
When we explore “ancient” ways of human relating, we can find that their languaging was verb-based and described the living process in simple forms, mostly free of noun-based conceptualization. “Nouns,” as such, were and are in indigenous and ancient tongues, expressing the function of the action, purpose, or the doing that “things” were used for or what its active role was performing. Through English, almost all living principles have been brought into “still” forms—dead forms of stagnant concepts that have their own meaning and which often carry double meanings. These have gone a lifetime unquestioned, and led to extreme levels of distortion in how people relate with each other.

Exploring this further, it has become evident to me that language governs our consciousness—our ability to perceive. That which is not named cannot be seen but merely guessed at, and yet all things are nameable. This, however, takes some training (unlearning) and a willingness to find languaging that can set us free from bondage to our current limited scope of accessing our feelings. These feelings hold all story, all deeper knowing of self, and all knowing of what is of truth as in natural justice—the natural order of the living metric we are a part of. This is where Syntropy becomes the missing link all over again.

And Yaweh* (the vengeful and wrathful so-called “overlord”) said: “Go to, let us go down, and there confound* their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”

- Genesis 11:7

For those wanting to release from their mindgardens the programming of entropic or disempowering patterns, I encourage you to explore finding the language to name again (and thus give form to) what life is and what life is “doing.”

What this statement is about is that most of the common-use English language is describing what things are not, or how things are not feeling like something. Or, even more common, is the word-use of “it is like.” With that, we often try to describe what something is like without actually saying what it is.

Without a language contrast that is based on, and rooted in, the natural order, we cannot discover the distortions that have seeded themselves over time in our language use.

The Syntropic Nature of Life
Everything is part of an intricate life web, and all of life is infused with a self-spirited weaving pattern or strategy—all emanating from the original dream of the parentless Creator God Goddess.

How can “God/Creator Spirit” best become known if not through the study of creation itself? The hidden hand of “God” throughout all creation can be observed, effectively witnessed, and studied through the lens of Syntropy—a study that concerns itself with the intrinsic strategies that life operates on. This, when seen through triple-loop learning, can give us access again to the original dream, the original source code contained throughout the patterns of the universe.

What also becomes perceivable by looking through the lens of the natural and natural order are the deceptions, false narratives, and programs that have become “normal” in our Western or colonized mindsets.

Normal, however, does not make the associated belief systems true or natural, or true to the natural order. Many of the programs that society unconsciously runs on have been based on ideologies (or, better put, fantasies) created by those with power or influence.

Without naming the intrinsic, seemingly veiled or hidden (in the unconscious) knowings of life as Syntropy—and putting into language the “ways,” “means,” and simple observable strategies (truths) about what life is, what it is doing, and what it is working towards accomplishing—we cannot en masse attain any sense of real freedom. For we cannot attune ourselves wholly to navigating life within ourselves or outside ourselves to a syntropic form of relating.

Remembering Human Nature
Remembering what human nature is from within has allowed me to question not just the “why” I wasn’t feeling free. It has profoundly allowed me to come into awareness that this syntropic strategy—our blueprint—is working on becoming this again because, as in all of life, each species in the ecosystem has a function, but more so a unique talent, a unique gift to deliver on.

I have found that our unique human talents are held from within our soul’s purpose, as it has a purpose and “mission” to accomplish.

Remembering this “human life blueprint,” I have come to learn that our entire human body, all our thoughts, and faculties of feelings are continuously working towards resolving our unresolved emotional imprints. These sit in the way of our spirit or soul reaching what it came here to do, to express, and to experience for its own growth in its own succession as a spirit in human form.

Through studying Syntropy, I uncovered the ways our nature is every day assisting us to free and liberate our cells from stored trauma. This is part of the syntropic strategy of life operating through our cells.

Remembering this within myself and having done “the work” to resolve my unresolved has allowed me to discover revelatory elements (as in emotional and neurochemical processes) through which our human nature, our innate freedom, and sovereignty has been working to reclaim “us” and all the dismembered aspects of our being.

Through “doing the work,” I realized that humanity has been severely hijacked to operate in an entropic, fear- and lack-based state of thinking—all to serve dominant power structures.

I have discovered “how” and with what means humanity has been “cultured” into the current state of its entropic orientations.

Through the study of Syntropy, I have remembered that the syntropic strategy of life within all humans is one of love. But it takes will to come back into the swing seat of our own lives to truly return to freedom, peace, and self-sovereignty.

What I have learned is that “freedom” literally awaits us all!

As a forewarning: this work of re-enabling your nature can be immensely confronting, and it is also amazingly freeing because truth sets free.

Once you comprehend that your will rules all of your navigation, you can indeed set your cells free and bring yourself back into harmonic relationship with the natural order. This is the restoration or regeneration of a syntropic mindgarden or, as I like to call it, cultivating a syntropic mindsong.

I know that truly life-affirming articulating of the “what naturally just is” narrative (which speaks of accepting, resolving, restoring, and returning to wholeness) doesn’t sell itself well when the failure of a third party isn’t pointed at to blame, shame, or hold accountable. Or there is no judgment placed on those who have brought humanity down into the enslaved mindset of obedience and permission-asking to external authorities. This can feel “unattractive” to speak around or for the receiver to listen to, and this has to do with fragmented aspects of self holding “both sides of the internal narrative” in our minds.

Contemporary Nature Studies in Agroforestry
Syntropic Agroforestry (as a farming methodology) is brought forth as a culmination of all the acquired natural comprehensions and understandings (a body of wisdom) of what life/nature is always working towards and how to work with that instead of against it (industrial agriculture).

Syntropic Agroforestry is based on a very clear and concise, experience-based set of teachings of that which life simply is doing and navigating towards accomplishing. This is called, by one name, co-creating abundance.

By partaking in the first two training courses held on the land called Australia, I was (re)introduced to intrinsic knowings surrounding, involving, and pertaining to life in the living that mapped back to my indigenous lifeteachings perfectly!

Radical Syntropic Reflection:
The entropic matrix of beliefs are all based on inverted or distorted truths about life, so please remember to “invert the narratives” of those proclaiming any path or ideology of sorts. Measure instead what you read to whether it is in resonance with all of life and whether it is based on exclusion or is excluding parts of the greater web of life that it sits in.

When that can be felt, their function can be made use of for growth. Their “authority” or relevancy can appropriately be placed in the larger patterns of life, in which most of any “ism” or ideology is but a perception and connection-limiting narrative taking us away from our original heritage as the children of peace, the children of God, our human family of love that we truly are here to bring restoration and expression to.

Before I continue sharing more on Syntropy, pre-Creation and the story of Hue-man from the Lost Book of Hope, I want to share this piece I cleaned up a little. It get pretty real right from the fantasy git go, so brace your cells …



Feeling-based relating, combined with a pre-declared willingness to be real with what is going on inside our cells when we feel emotional reactions (fantasy conflict — inner imagined or projected conflicts rooted in past emotional imprinting), is paramount to ensuring the healthy (syntropic — life-supporting, regenerative) continuation of a co-living ecosystem.

Feeling-based reactions are gifts, not flaws. They are indicators of what still remains unresolved from much earlier in one’s life. A clear comprehension of our Human Nature and the true function of our emotional reactions is essential to navigating life in a shared ecosystem. Only through this can we regain wholeness individually — and, only through that, collectively. This opens our ability to thrive instead of blame, to resolve instead of project.

Understanding Humandamage

It is therefore essential for those wanting to live in community to comprehend what I call Humandamage (the unnatural ways of navigating life with and around each other that stem from unresolved trauma — in fact, only unprocessed feelings related to past emotional imprinting).

For this, being aware of “where we are,” how we got here, and what is responsible for any of our emotional reactions requires a willingness to be open and curious about our current human condition inside the insane asylum that is (self-evidently) causing major havoc on our Earth and in our society — all due to how we navigate ourselves.

In essence, we have moved away from feeling-based relating in order to “protect ourselves” in a world that wasn’t — and still isn’t — respecting the multitude of challenges that arise when we no longer prioritise being loving, kind, willing to receive, and willing to listen. We have stopped relating around what is truly relevant and (always) felt as “real” — our feelings; real-feeling feelings.

We have been programmed, due to the lack of safety to express our vulnerabilities, to relate with others through metaphors. People speak in “we” or “you” forms simply so we don’t have to actually “go there.” The source of all this? When we were young, we were not followed, allowed, welcomed, supported, or accepted for what felt real to us.

This field of remembering how we got here and what causes our generally observed “inability” to truly process what still wants to be processed (and thus resolved or healed from within) is likely the most relevant field of human inter-dynamics I have delved into and continue to explore. It reveals how turning the tides and changing our broken, dysfunctional ways of coherently living in community is not only possible but is also our natural state of being.

All of this stands or falls with whether we are willing to explore and change our own broken, dysfunctional ways so that we can once again coherently live in community.

The Power of Willingness and Self-Liberation

I have found that my human ability to cultivate Willingness determines — and has determined — my own “self-liberation,” so to speak. This requires a pre-determined commitment to Willingness. It is an act of radical self-love, radical self-acceptance, and radical willingness to be real — to go into the raw — and, above all, to navigate ourselves in a natural frequency (aligning with our inherent, life-supporting way of being).

We can each only truly hold ourselves accountable, as only we ourselves can “check in” with ourselves to see whether we are navigating in an unnatural frequency. Because we intrinsically all know what is natural, we can — with Willingness — discover again and again whether we are hiding, avoiding, pretending, lying, projecting, or still protecting ourselves instead of being real with what is truly going on in our thoughts. Every human knows when they are acting out of integrity if they check in with themselves. The question, especially in community, is whether we really want to keep doing it this way — as it is coping and not resolving anything in the long run.

Most people have never been related with in a safe space to remember that it is a choice to be reacting, projecting, and blaming. That we can explore these narratives. That there is a gift — an opportunity — for properly processing these reactive feelings that are coming up. And so it is simply a choice to keep doing “it like this” or to discover where “this” truly comes from within us.

Neurochemical Associative Memory and Primary Imprints

Neurochemical associative memory (the brain’s tendency to link present situations with unresolved emotional experiences from the past) is another ally aspect of our Human Nature. If we are willing to access it, it reveals what is truly going on: external reality is triggering unresolved emotional imprinting from our past lived experiences.

This is all linked to what I call the Primary He and Primary She (the original male and female figures or imprints where our early feelings were harmed). It always pertains to the Primary Imprint — the foundational moments when our feelings were not met with love, acceptance, or presence.

When we remember how we would naturally navigate with younglings experiencing intense emotional experiences — with compassion, acceptance, care, receiving, and welcoming — we sense again how far our current societal framework has moved away from this. Society continues to shush, diminish, avoid, silence, or want to “fix” these scenarios. Yet they are fully part of what it means to be a Human Being — a feeling-based creature.

Syntropy as the Missing Link

I have learned that I can only “show up” for myself in order to resolve the unresolved that wants to be resolved. That is why humans emotionally react — we are not wired to store trauma; we are wired to properly process it. And yet here we sit with immense amounts of transgenerational trauma, while still desiring to co-live and thrive in a community of loving, caring humans.

The systemic nature of Humandamage can only be transformed through Love, radical exploration, and deep questioning — so that we can re-enable our own Life-Ways that are syntropic.

The natural truth I have remembered is that we are all born to Love. We all naturally anticipate being accepted for the feelings we experience. Not one human being is born anticipating or welcoming rejection, abandonment, shaming, premature separation from Love, or the absence of presence.

It is our Human Nature to care, to be kind, to be supportive, and to be empathic. Humanity has seemingly lost this ability because of distorted fantasies entertained over thousands of years — famines, crises, wars, and man-manipulated events instigated by those who chose domination. We forgot how to process feelings properly. We forgot how to grieve. We started relating to the past from fear, self-preservation, and domination. This, in my reflections, is where humanity “fell from Grace.”

What I have found paramount for my own growth and self-liberation is the study of Syntropy (the life-supporting, regenerative principles observable in Nature that move toward greater complexity, cooperation, and abundance). Through Syntropic Agroforestry, I found a clear roadmap: we are Nature too. The same principles operate within Human Nature.

“Applying” Syntropy to the internal landscape of our feeling-based nature has taken me out of judgement and into open curiosity. Coupled with my pre-determined Willingness to be really real with what is going on in my thoughts and willing access to what may underlie my emotional reactions, this has been the only practice that has truly delivered results.

I now call this ultimate research Radical Human Ecology — the deep exploration of how we can live in syntropic community by resolving the unresolved within ourselves.

Feeling-Based Relating in Practice

Syntropic relating to Life reconnects me to the natural cycles in which Death is no longer feared but questioned as to “what its function is.” I welcome change and navigate with Life instead of against it.

A pre-declared Willingness on behalf of one’s own self and cells — spoken out to the “all of Self” and Other(s) — is the only natural contract that can safeguard any community from falling back into old conflict resolution modes.

One quintessential aspect of feeling-based relating is “receiving.” Without being received in a natural frequency we simply don’t feel safe to go deeper. Here is one example of how this applies in co-living situations:

“I recognise that I have emotionally strong reactions occurring for me towards someone/you. Because I comprehend Humandamage, I know this has to do with an imprint that predates the current situation. Hey (mammal), there is something occurring for me and I want to explore what is really going on for me. I am feeling feelings of shame/rejection/fear/anger… I want to check in with you: is this a good time for you to receive?”

This sets the relating up so the other can choose to be receiving. Naturally there is no advice or fixing needed. If support has been pre-agreed as part of the shared commitment, receiving can gently expand through loving and kind questions that help the one feeling triggered go deeper.

However, receiving is just that: receiving. Responding is only appropriate after first checking in whether the vulnerable one feels open to hearing thoughts or feelings that arose for the receiver.

This way of relating has everything to do with the extent to which our Will has been violated in the past, and with remembering how to naturally relate based on respecting personal feelings.

After receiving, I might say: “Yay (mammal), thank you for sharing… I am curious if you feel willing to receive some thoughts that have come up for me around this.” (I first check whether these are truly my own explorations or insights offered with care, free from any saviour complex.)

Feeling-based relating is all about checking in around feelings and comes down to our pre-declared Willingness to be really real — “to go there.” Being loving-kindness is training our cells to return to our Nature.

Acceptance and the Great Turning

At the core, revisiting trauma-based experiences still stored in our cells is about cultivating the ability to come into Acceptance of what happened — the failures of the grown-ups around us who did not uphold Natural Justice, did not navigate from Love, rejected us, abandoned us, shamed us, or violated our sovereignty.

Acceptance is a multi-layered key for resolving the unresolved. Without it, we remain in resistance. Humans are the only mammals capable of staying in non-acceptance for a lifetime and handing those belief systems down to the next generation.

Without acceptance there is no true forgiveness, no healing, no transformation, no emotional release in the cells, and no resolving. Anything not focused on this is only coping.

We are all children of this Earth. What the transgenerational culture of fear has crushed is our Original Innocence — the natural curiosity younglings operate from. Returning to this self-activated state requires “cleaning up our mess” through our own individuated self-response-ability and Willingness to show up again and again.

This process will likely take several generations. In light of this, changing our narratives and ways of relating to Life should start today — in all our relations, and especially within our intentional community, if we are willing.

When I feel into my ways of reacting or projecting, my main question is: “Do I want to keep doing it this way?” This is a choice. We each have Free Will to navigate based on fear, avoidance, and resistance — or Willingness, openness, and acceptance.

Feeling-based relating is all that will ever be required to resolve all “problems” in the world, as “the world” is only an archetypal representation of what still lies unresolved in our internal, feeling-based landscape.

I hope all this makes sense to you. I hope we can further dialogue around this, as we (as our human family) are standing fantasy “neck-deep” in a fear-based, cult-programmed swamp of false narratives — all stemming from fear, resulting only in coping, and keeping humanity from handing down more trauma to the next generations. For this, each of us carries the ultimate response-ability. I call it the Great Turning.

The Tale of Tremador

​​Souvereign long ago, well before the sensual descent of essence that came to infuse matter of the Father Principle on this earth, there played out a, what you may call, sinister conspiracy of entrapment. Not all Life Presences and fields of pre-determined energies of creation were in favor of the steady maturing and blossoming of the Feminine creative force.

As i grew and evolved in both my self-awareness and directional clarity as to my function with purpose for Life, opposing forces had already developed to greater degrees of activity. You may call the collective of these energies combined entropy, the force in nature that takes care of and provides life the necessary impetus to follow its design pattern from dreamseeds to producing offspring with integrated expansion of learnings accumulated during its lifespan.

On the so called macro level, many principalities all elected to serve critical functions for interaction, that, collaborating, would enhance each other’s qualities, were busy, much like your earthly government representatives in congress, each representing a vast domain of what could be seen as a constituency of realms they’d each be representing. Although not in any physical form, our energies and distinct directional orientations would congregate to further the agenda of Great Creator Source, Io. Much like traditional kingdoms of your earthly domain, the King or Queen, albeit greatly distorted and corrupted function nowadays, would not involve himself or herself in the governing management of his or her domain. For that, a so called government was formed from elected individuals who would come together to further the agenda of the Kingdom to ensure prosperity well organized management, and continual development of its inhabitants was ensured.

One way of dealing with or navigating the many confluences of ideas and representations of interest that would be coalescing and changing energies was to have a central meeting House where meaningful expressing of intend, attraction and direction of creating or accumulating new ideas, what was facilitated was through this portal of convergence, was a conscious gathering of ideas as contained and part of each constituency representation. In an orderly manner, yet, much like a theater, ideas were presented and given “the floor” so to speak to express their Pattern, their function in relation to advancing the greater weaving of creationing of what was brought into being by the great Io, our creator.

In your bible there are mentions of God providing mankind with its own ability to think and make life choices, such we know now as free will, this too, is but a pattern of the greater organisation of Life throughout the Universe.

Io did not set out to masterfully craft and create all of Life into its infinite details so to ensure that all of the initial constructs and visions would find perfect execution and implementation according to His grand and infinitely wise and intelligent instruction. Far from it! Great Spirit Father Io conceived the dream of an Organic and fully Syntropic Universe wherein he himself, after initiating the core awakening of the relevant emissaries that were each representing unique layers and constituencies for the furthering developing Creation, he would absolve himself from the “how” the unfolding of his set forth intentions would become enacted.

Go back to the Song of Waitaha, and you will see exactly how in complete organizing order, all elementals, energetic principalities and constructive qualities, each individualized, were placed and later named to perform their own function with purpose.

Grand was the initial conception of potential. Long was the duration of the bringing about of each relevant representation of conscious layering. Fast was the intelligence required to put into motion such patterning design that, from ethereal realms all the way into material form, carries function, and is imbued with Spirit-uniqueness to facilitate its expression of ideas that naturally would then stimulate, enhance, and make more prosperous the whole in which this individuated aspect would represent a certain domain.

In this Tale of Tremador and the period of time that passes throughout this chapter, malevolent intentions were borne onto the creation grounds of Great Father Io. Foreseen as necessitated and yet from an individuated standpoint, as in “my being”, experienced as violations, transgressions, and infiltrations through manipulations carried out with deceitful intentions.

I, long before I could express myself and my ideas for co-creative fashioning of the weaving pattern, I became infused and surrounded by corruption. The purity of my Divine Feminine Essence to become the birthing principle of the living material world as you know it, underwent and as I experienced it, was forced to undergo the rape of my Original Innocence, greatly affecting and inadvertently testing my inborn purity resilience. I had not formed conscious expression, much like a baby still floating in the ocean of embryonic fluid, I was conceived and yet still gestating to become more formed and coalesced.

Before God, the parentless creator Io shaped the realms of Light, positivity, and self prospering patterns of creation, He spend all his presence in fashioning the patterns of darkness. In your earthly teachings, creation myths and revelations, still retained in some truthful forms throughout several human traditions, all you can witness being covered is the manifestation of light, through sound, that gave rise to the now manifested world you live in.

In order for Io our creator father source to deliver on the patterns of living creation and set into motion the endless renewable, regenerative, and prosperous patterns for life to operate on, He himself brought into being and lived amongst all patterns of darkness, destruction, entropy and decaying, breaking down forces of the Life pulse that he himself contained, was and lived.

One layer after another, like a dark magician, Io invocated and called into being the spirit patterns of corruption, manipulation, destruction, infection, deflection, as emissaries of principalities and forces all give Life force direction to wreak havoc upon each other and ultimately the God Starlight source of Io himself.

For what seemed to have been an eternity, God himself surrounded his essence with the entities and brought to existence patterns of delinquent and mutually parasitic layer of uncreation where He himself was only surrounded by the vastness of darkened energy filled with every form and expression of evil, torturous darkness and infinitely deep patterns of deception, shadow and ill will, all infused with an insatiable hunger and a never ending objective to be everything but light and to carry into its bones and marrow the essence of voraciousness imbued with a will to destroy, obtain, corrupt and imprison all that it is not.

Before the days of Lavenditio where from the darkness and hell of suffering, Io waited and Himself was tormented, tortured and attempted to be destroyed and corrupted, Io learned and learned and learned of the patterns of creation, learned of the dark forces, all there needed to become known about creation and creationing an effervescent spirited dream woven as a tapestry, assembled in every fine detail to be resilient and resourced to withstand the ever hungry claws of entropic decay and steadfast attempts to corrupt the Life essence that inspirits all manifested and all unmanifested orientationthrifts of Great Spirit Io the parentless creator.

Long and expansive was the time before Io capitulated, or at least so it seemed, and offered a plea for what was seen as one of the Greatest Victories throughout all universes, galaxies, and creations of the yet unborn potential of true Spirit.

Like an eternal choldrum, forces formed and bonded together to overcome and bring into a collapsing state, the source essence of Life contained as singularity within the beingness of Io.

Forces mingled to develop more intense yet obscure strategies to syphon and overturn the Life essence of pure Spirit potential. Swirling dark principalities formed coalitions and banded together to harness their combined destructive and overthrowing-the-light-source forces.

As time in an ocean of seeming dark confluences passed, through the alignment of intention was born that which rose beyond individuated expression of function. Although it was entirely unknown to all patterns of these dark forces out of the patterns of greed, hunger, and this unquenching urge to overshadow and destroy the light essence of Life-Spirited and in single source contained within Io, the first and then soon, multi-lateral conspiracies that arose, established the original pattern of collaboration.

Here we must pause, for there are teachings and knowings about Syntropy and the eternal force of Lightbearing principles that can only be understood in their full extent and offer comprehension to us all, if the Archons are to be studied and fully laid out as to their operational orientation. Although you already know of this intuitively Souvereign, we must prepare ourselves better if we were to do justice to the richness and values of the function of these - still up until today - darkers that have and continue to influence the great experiment we call Life in Spirited form and function.

I’ll say this about the strategies of Life that anyone can elicit out of Nature through observing the patterns upon which it operates: All Syntropic, generative, creative, sourcefull, spirited patterns expressed everywhere in creation, each are all symmetrical mirrored patterns, fashioned and formed as a direct result and response to the efforts of the archonic dark principalities’ collaboration to overthrow, and to overtake the innermost pure essence that Io contained, held, was and retained as Life creating potential.

Tremador, whom this Tale is all about, was the so-called leader of the coalition that formed within the cosmic choldrum of dark and life-opposing forces. As a distinct principality of power, Tremador rose to power by being able to be the most congealing, coagulating force that brought chaos and conflict into order so to form a greater, more complex, more ferocious source of forces that could be seen as pure evil of the darkest kind.

Tremador rose to significant power and command because he was able to direct, while harnessing chaotic individuated patterns of entropic frequencies, into coalescent form. Perhaps the greatest of dark magicians to ever become known by a singular sound and stamp of significance.

Tremador was known as the Great Terror and was feared for his infallible skills and distinct abilities to supersede any form of uncreative force and manipulate individuated forces of dark intent to operate under his own command. I say manipulate because in order to come to becoming the Master of Darkness and deception, force cannot be used to obtain others’ points of drive or power. Only through sophisticated ways of making other forces think and become more of itself and gain more perceived power as a force for darkness and destruction could Tremador secretly rise to power. Tremador slowly, over time, mastered the art of deception, manipulation, and he mass-manifested coalitions after group formations, all out of single strands of archonic, frantic, and incongruent energies, all seeking to dismantle any sign of Life that they could come in touch with.

Hidden from sight, Tremador harnessed the gift of conspiracy, forming and making energies of dishonest intent bond together and have them feel more powerful and corruptive by themselves while operating as combined units of corrosive energies. Here we can clearly see where the axiom “greater than the sum of its parts” comes from, and we can also see where the cumulative pattern of Nature has its original roots. God, architect of the universe, creator of all, manifestor and director of all that exists and has come into being, as seen through the human lens, is always aligned with the notions of love-filled wisdom.

The implanted subservience genome sequence existing in all humans operates much in so many humans simply because they lack of comprehension of the original story of “How” Io, God, creator Spirit accumulated the infinite capacity to create and bring into being all of creation. With the absence of the knowing of the origins of his wisdom, quite naturally, the “desire to worship” sequence becomes active in humans as ignorance results in tension that always seeks a resolution. Humans having co-developed an egoic and self-orientated logical thinking function, much like the archons, quite easily “slide into” the desire to worship the greater power that has become versed into innumerous variations of what you commonly call God, Allah, Krishna, or the Christ Consciousness that distinctly lives outside of itself and by definition is greater, wiser, more Godlike than the egoself. It is a natural predisposition that is genetically active in all human beings, where the absence of comprehension leads to tension that the ego mind seeks to resolve by assigning greater power to something beyond itself and outside of itself.

What is most intriguing about this, mostly unlearned process of making proper use of the function of this tension, is that it turns into rather creative forms of worshipping and bestowing awe, admiration and devotional energies of praising something that is placed somewhere in the clouds, in the form of a, sometimes, bearded man in the sky, who wears white robes or simply is an illusive cloud of light source energy that can speak and carefully pays attention to the individuals’ activities, especially when they are expressions of transgression of the rules that these people have adopted as their proof and guiderails to substantiate their belief in “their God”.

Of course, there is a natural occurring hierarchy throughout creation, and there are so called “greater” principles and fields of operating divine order, but all in all, everything still is only ever performing its unique function with purpose, and that certainly is not to praise or worship God.

It can be more aligned with assigned duty to make the greater communion of God’s will become expressed, daily, everywhere, all the time, and that is funnily mostly executed upon in its most aligned and attuned form when you humans sleep.

“God is a trickster.” I’ve heard you say this often, and although this creative metaphor is amusing and enjoyed with a smile, for it is unique in its conceptualisation and perspective, God still is you, and Syntropy is God expressed and experiencing itself in and throughout your cells. Surely all that could be remembered about the intimate interwovenness of Gods’ omnipresent aliveness in and throughout all living things is what this sharing of standing is contributing to. If not just for you, someday you may find the courage to broadcast it to the wider world, and if you so choose, patterns of intent of splendor and self seeding will be enjoined to your willingness to transmit all that you and me are unraveling.

If you pay close attention to what is all coming through between the words that you are noting down, and when people reading them willfully activate their feeling function, just like you being in the channel of my transmission, they too can see, sense, and feel the all through the awe of what is offered and relayed.

Tremador, all mighty become sorcerer and prince of darkness, assigned King, and pledged allegiance to by all archonic energies, was able to congeal all but a few expressions of dark intent and gather them up like a marching army of thundering darkness. He would be able to stir and stimulate the tempest to rise in excited activation and instill with each invocation of powering up the collective of coalitions a rousing craze that, with more of the parts and factions becoming infatuated by his call to express their unique source of detracting power, a storm cloud of tempest would fury throughout creation.

Bouldering storm clouds would amass each time, and Tremador became a skilled craftsman of the Dark Arts, entertaining, ultimately, his own fantasy to once and for all amass so much force in darkhood to put out the Light of Life and steal its source of power and use it to reign in darkness forever. The pure starlight point of conscious essence as immersed and embodied by Io became his obsession, his drive and mission. Either destroy or master to corrupt Io so to gain access to the power to obtain the starlight essence of the field of Elethreal.

Intimately bound and overlapping woven became the tapestry in the weaving pattern that Tremador was forming. Carefully intertwining the strands by studying the strengths and weaknesses, the gifts, with unique factions and where one principality would complement the other. Out of darkness and raging disorder, congregated force fields came into form capable of eliminating anything that these bindings of dark capacity would encounter.

Dormant lay Io in conscious observation of the unfolding magic being brought closer to his place of presence. The field of Elethreal, like a continual opening of petals that geometrically would extend in all directions, folded out only, and immensely far beyond the centre from where the pink hue lotus flower borne into being continual patterns of pure splendor and beauty. Timeless momentum of the ever-so-slow emerging of concentric ripples circling out so gracefully, cascading wave after wave, the source pulse of creative potential.

This ever recreating lotus petal field of beauty and serenity would on the furthest reaches of its glow and ethereal shine, slow-pressing itself out to dissipate into the shadow.

Although faint and so translucent, the patterns formed from the center would enlarge from the source outward to then finally disappear into the absence of light space where the darkness would merge, still be distinctly kept from being able to be overshadowed; this immaculate pure rippling fields of lotus petals’ unfurling energy was Gods’ grace sleeping, breathing, peacefully as Tremador rose to overtake it.

Elethreal now is a place in consciousness accessible and placed carefully into the blueprint of all sentient life, but before this essence of the Divine was replicated and distributed into all living forms it was simply the essence of Gods’ breathing heart, expressing the forms and patterns of Grace, beauty, and self sustaining ordinance. Although the ocean of “time” that passed was so called “the longest” period of time that ever existed, as none of the light beings and principalities of the Angelic realms were formed, no one could really say anything about the duration that this sleeping, breathing field existed. The only references that exist are contained in the chronicles of Tremador, he was the Great Archon master who raised order out of chaos and banded together all the forces of what you would call evil or dark entities. His sole objective and obsession was to take hold and conquer the light of Elethreal no matter what. And so a great campaign called the Eons of Dark Matter began.

Being the master architect to convince almost all expressions of darkness and the opposite forces of love, light, and syntropy, he convinced masterfully that collaboration was the pathway to become all controlling and powerful together. In order to achieve this goal, he promised dark matter to all participating parties that they could use to move into and be able to navigate through time and space with.

Great was Tremadors success, and as he delivered on his promise to provide vehicles for embodiment an army arose, now able to move and position itself while being contained in matter of darkness. The first beginning of the alchemical merging of dark forces led to the greatest arousal of eager desire ever known to existence. Tremador fashioned multitudes of dark containers by merging strands of before individual dark principles, and what arose was spirit-form entities stuck in a suit that allowed them to become a Self entity. Because of the experimental nature and the complete abscence of beauty or function with syntropic purpose, the entities born from his alchemical mastery led to the manifestation of the most horrific, terrifying, and restless “creatures”. Because sometimes there were up to 13 dark essences mixed and combined through the bonding, these energies got bonded together through contract and had to operate as one unit made of separate elements. This resulted, in the most devious of ways to an army of entities all within themselves greatly at odds with itself because internal bonding of elements, although structured and irreversible, was extremely irratic and compulsive because of their inner conflict. This dear Souvereign was the ever first act of creation, and if it wasn’t for Io’s deep wisdom, it would have been the end of everything that was still gestating in potentiality, wanting to be formed.

"How do women enable more of the masculine traits from within?"- if that is even a thing? and how do men cultivate their Kingdom from within with Her for Her and Hers and His? And how important is Her-story , the missing story of the feminine path in accomplishing Sacred Union within and with each other?"

Listen on how you can let Syntropy flow again so that the unintegrated Mind can become housed again safely inside your Body so your Souls' purpose can come again to inform the Mind of the True Mission that then comes to empower AND in-power it beyond the realm of the programmed Reservation and well into the fields of His Purposeful Kingdom where She and Her-Story through the lens of Syntropy becomes known again as the Missing Link.

I used to use words like ‘authenticity’, 'empathy,' and even 'sovereignty' without comprehending their true meaning. Once I started re-enabling my nature I started to realize how out of tune I was—from my own feelings, from others, and especially from my own sense of 'sovereignty'. Turns out that 10 years later, navigating in a natural frequency by using Syntropy is well beyond the already old "new cage" wooo wooo movement…and it’s a real (and sometimes awkward) practice. So yay to exploring what actually happens when we dare to live at our own, messy, unpolished, very human Frequency of Syntropic Authenticity.

Confessions of a Recovering ‘People Pleaser’: Rediscovering Sovereignty

You are probably one of the people who know this scene: conversation is swirling, opinions flying, and suddenly, you're shrinking inside, feeling the urge to smooth things over, to keep the peace, to make sure everyone’s comfortable. For years, I unconsciously thought this was being “nice and effective.” This was me abandoning my own sovereignty in favor of managing the whole table’s mood or the direction of conversations. I was patterned with this as the 4th son in my family and as little Ketut I became predipositioned to regulate others. This stemmed directly from the "Premature Separation from Love" (1 of the 5 primary imprints), and so I formed what I call a predisposition of "Overcaring" expressed in more common terms as the other buzz word "co-dependence" with the Primary She (my beautiful and now wise Mother). This is not intended as a sharing from my Sovereignty Language class, although the Awakening Sovereignty Language classes were definitely to best program I have created, but let me say that any word operating as a "noun" (like co-dependence) makes it non-living and not relatable from your Nature (your cells) and people remain "stuck" on explaining the meaning of the word through metaphors, analogies and so forth. These buzz words have "meaning" as to what they "mean" but pretty much all nouns are stilled-verbs and therefore create stagnance as they (by being a noun) stop the flow of living (verbed) languaging, and then the archetypal nature of our human consciousness inherently operating on a living flow of images has no ability to deeply feel the truth in the words (nouns) used because each noun has a "definition" of its own. This is huge and fantasy "deep" proverbial "rabbit hole" to navigate. Back to my overcaring program and how it dispositioned me from being connected to my Self and my inner Sovereignty. As I’ve learned now, being (or better put, FEELING) Sovereign is about me owning my responses, without feeling responsible for how everyone else feels. I feared doing that in the beginning because I felt I was instead becoming cold and detached (empathy was not yet understood). By being really real with what was really going on in my thoughts, I learned to recognize that I was not authentically choosing my words or actions, but I was staying in familiar comfort, seeking to manage and thus control the emotional weather for everyone else. Authentic Self Expression (through feeling-based relating) means living in alignment with the truth of our cells, and this increases our sense of well-being and (initially) reduces internal conflict. When humans willfully choose to Re-enable their Nature, internal conflict becomes leveraged to become an opportunity for growth and having Freedom around the patterns of re-acting, managing, controlling, and in my case, overcaring. This all seems so obvious when we read it, but the patterns underlying this behavior kept me from changing my navigation. In my practice and training to get out of humandamage, I was training my cells how to "receive" and getting out of trying to make suggestions or constantly offering solutions. I was remembering how to navigate in a natural frequency and staying in connection with my self and my sovereignty (Nature); while not denying others their own agency.

What I’ve come to realize is that emotional "triggers" (or re-actions; neurological associative memory getting triggered and "acting again" as a response activation to what our cells are able to associate someone else's expression with. Re-actions are all based on past imprinting and such reactions inhibit our ability to be simply present and receive), triggers, through the Lens of Syntropy are actually purposeful re-actions serving a function with purpose and can be seen as invitations or opportunities from our cells, to question the "why" am I reacting so strongly to this, why am I not free to simply receive this? Every time I used to feel that familiar pang—maybe someone disagrees with me, or I sense disappointment in their eyes—I had a new chance to question the function and instead of slipping into old patterns of reactivity (or, let’s be honest, good old-fashioned victim mode), I paused and ask: Is what I am feeling authentically mine? Does this story belong in my cells? Or is someone (unconsciously) projecting onto me, or contracting me?

Now the English language is a noun based, contract based language, and this can become much more apparent when we start observing human interactions, especially in more "heated" or manipulative conversations. From observation, when people haven't resolved their unresolved emotional imprinting from the past, everything the hear, say and think passes through that filter. That coupled with the fact that we were never taught how to relate from our feelings and give wording to the real thoughts that are happening, humanity of the western mind is programmed with a defunked, incomplete repertoire of language which does still not include or promote self-sovereign navigation, by simply being real with what is really going on in our thoughts. Well, here is one for the Syntropic Saying Dictionary; revealing is healing. Having been confounded in the language that we use to express our cells is quite the realisation to deal with, fortunately Syntropy and all the natural comprehension on how to navigate in a natural frequency are all still stored in your original Human Blueprint, we all have only been programmed to perceive, speak, relate and think in ways that are limiting, simply because of the noun-based focus of (in this case English) which renders all communication "conceptual" and does not create allowance for the wisdom of the cells through feelings to become translated properly.

For me, it's been so easy to fall into patterns of reactivity because they were part of my programmed mindset. Sometimes though, I still catch myself defending old patterns, like trying to justify why I didn’t speak up or why I over-explained myself. What offered me a path to pause and later emotional freedom from those re-actions was in asking another key question: Am I acting from my true love-based sovereignty, or am I just defending an old story? When we think about it, Authenticity (be-ing authentic) is the purest or "highest" emotional frequency, even surpassing Love (which is your cells expressing spurts of feelings of yay when witnessing beauty), being fully authentic is naturally linked to greater psychological health and wellbeing because when we choose to respond from our authentic self and we don't forego our truth, we can feel more grounded—and we are not operating in a frequency of performing for approval or avoiding "fall out". Of course, using Syntropy, we can ask ourselves the question "why" I am reacting or why I don't feel nice about what he/she/they are saying? (btw they is a contract that doesn't exist just like "we", which is most often used as an (unconscious) avoidance and leverage strategy to contract others into their will). The Syntropic Saying Dictionary has this to offer: Why. The answer to the question of why, in human ecology, is always Human Damage. Either externally or internally, and benefits being followed up with: do I/you want to keep doing it like this?, because the only way out of human damage (navigating in an unnatural frequency) is to choose to get out of it, which ironically requires you to get into it, bring full awareness to it and feeling-based relating around it is key to discovering what the original "story" was all about and that in conjunction with the question why is always that you were not at fault but somebody else (a primary caretaker) did not uphold the natural order but instead violated your sovereignty.

One of the biggest shifts in studying Sovereignty for years has been learning that I can only honor my own sovereignty by respecting and seeing everyone else as sovereign too. This was a big perspective changer that I only remembered because of my deep search for answers through indigenous wisdom traditions of the Waitaha Nation and many others Indigenous perspectives I gained access to through my re-entry and being sung back into the Nation of Peace. As I practice knowing and trusting that others have their own wisdom and timing and I surrender to God what is not mine, I notice that the urge to rescue or manage others fades and instead, I become more of a peaceful and present observer, as some have said a loving deep listener, able to hold space for differing perspectives without feeling threatened or responsible for their navigation through it or the outcome of the story they are sharing.

Over the past 10 odd years, training in this practice of Re-enabling my Nature hasn’t always smooth. Sometimes, people expressed disappointment or a wish I’d responded differently. In those moments, I got to remind myself again: I am training myself in receiving and is this mine? Is this my responsibility? Or am I being contracted? Often, the answer is simply no. I can acknowledge their feelings, thank them for sharing, and let them navigate their own experience. Becoming more and more authentic and living free of those old patterns of "being responsible" for other people's feelings or perspectives. As a syntropic by-product of being closer in connection with my authentic yay and or nay, has greatly reduced my (unconscious) levels of stress and feelings of my need for overcaring, rescuing, saving, or "healing" people. That was all then still connected in with the Trauma Triangle that I was myself still stuck in and knew nothing about. I showed up as the victim, pointed at perpetrators, always keen to save a she from worry, hurt, or challenges, and not having access to this space of being the sovereign peaceful observer, free of triangulating, free of patterned responses stemming from Primary Imprinting. All the while in choosing to re-enable my Nature I have been recultivating and strengthening my internal sense of self sovereignty that often is just felt as a lifeway of peacefulness, lovingkindness and in reflection of this last year; Grace. But grace is something we can only receive from God, and is, I feel, another great Syntropic byproduct of choosing to re-enable one's Nature. Grace you can't produce on your own, it is the natural state of being you can re-turn to by undoing one story after the other and freeing your cells from "the need" to react and practicing your cells in receiving is a wonder full pathway back Home, to Self, wholeness and being in true alignment and authentically in tune with your Yay and your nay and the freedom to not only feel the yay and or the nay, but to be free to express them openly without story, the need for justification, or the obligatory frequency of needing to explain your nay.

The Awkward Magic of Letting People Own Their Experience

Let’s be honest: there’s something strangely freeing about realizing that other people’s experiences aren’t yours to fix. For long, I thought being a good friend, partner, or even just a decent human meant jumping in to solve, soothe, or carry the emotional weight for others. When I started seeing human Nature through the lens of Syntropy and saw Human Nature as natural self sovereignty, I noticed a subtle yet beautiful shift in my mindsong. The more I honored myself in the knowing of the power held in simply receiving, the more I saw the magic in letting people own their own stories—even when it felt awkward or uncomfortable.

Here’s the thing: it’s not yours. That’s a mantra I keep coming back to. When I got out of feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions, I felt lighter, more present, and honestly, more myself, and with that I arrived in Freedom (the Domain of the Free) wherefrom I was able to recognize where my responsibility ends and someone else’s begins.

As I mentioned, one of the most powerful practices I’ve learned is what I call receiving. This is the heart of what I think of as syntropic empathy. Instead of jumping in to fix, I practice just being there. Witnessing, listening, and letting the other person have their experience. This kind of mindful witnessing helps clear emotional blocks, making it easier for both people to stay grounded and able to feel what is authentic. It’s not always easy. Sometimes, it feels like standing in a downpour with no umbrella, except the “rain” is someone else’s emotions pouring out. My old impulse was to scramble for cover or try to hand them an umbrella. Now, I try to just stand there, present, and let the rain fall where it needs to. Yay! In my private client work my role and function is to offer a Syntropic perspective through articulating my innerstandings of sovereignty and therefore drawing out the contrast so regenerative steps on the path of self healing becoming perceivable again. This reminds me of a sharing from my Waitaha Grandmothers about the Wananga of Love.

Remembering Syntropy and the various virtues that this strategy is woven with is paramount to making any deep sense out of Sovereignty or any of the Self Love Schools of thought.

Without remembering how Life functions and what its’ strategy is and namely in that remembering that we Humans are alive and of Life, made from Life, and an intimate intimate part of the greater Web of Life; Without remembering this, the slumber just lingers on and nothing much majorly is changing in the way a human Life is being navigated.

This then is equally a Life full of suffering, full of regrets, hopes, dreams, wishes for the future, and a deep sadness that wants to be heard, acknowledged, accepted, and ex-pressed from the body.

So the key teaching of Syntropy in the individuals’ journey of re-member-ing all fragmented aspects of its Self is restoring the individuals' intimate, innate connection to Mother Earth, Life from within to without.

Of course, in our 3D real-life interactions, there are those moments when someone comes at you with the “shoulda, coulda, woulda” brigade. You know the type: “You should have said this,” or “If only you’d done that.” It’s still tempting to get defensive or to start rewriting my actions in my head when this happens (so there is still an old pattern not fully brought to light). And that then is where the real work begins, again and again and again. I call it "Finding Freedom", a part of self still responsible for reverberating an old story throughout my mindgardens. In the moment itself, as I pause to take note that I am being offered to contract into their story of what I coulda, shoulda, woulda have done, I remind myself not to proceed in re-activating any old rules from what I call “Froopyland”—that imaginary place where everyone’s expectations and guilt trips live. I don’t have to board their guilt train or become contracted into their story either. Instead, I listen, acknowledge their feelings, and gently hand the responsibility back. “I hear you. Thank you for sharing how you are feeling." I usually pause a bit and then gently say "yay...”

Yas! (duh!) Living in Syntropy takes practice—sometimes daily, sometimes minute by minute. The urge to step in, to fix, to absorb someone else’s discomfort is strong, especially if you grew up in a culture or family where that was the norm, is also but one form of navigating outside of being truly authentic and real. There are many unnatural patterns of relating and they express themselves in frequencies of thought as subservience, obligatory frequencies, and good old pleasing (the "be a good girl program"). Judgment too, being judgmental all the time, wow, that's a big one. I could write you a big fat list of course, but all of the simply exist when we are still tapped into the Triangle of Trauma and have not yet returned to the Trinity of Syntropy. So yeah, every time I sense that old urge and love me for "not having to do it like that anymore" I notice a little more space inside me. A little more sovereignty. And, interestingly, the people around me start to step into their own power, too. It’s awkward. It’s magical. And it’s the real work of living at the frequency of Syntropic Authenticity.

Healing Old Patterns: Choosing Love Over Scripts

There’s something quietly revolutionary about realizing that our emotional triggers aren’t just signs we’re “broken,” but are emotional indicators, performing their function with purpose, that something internally from an old story still wants to become resolved. For the longest time, I’d catch myself reacting—sometimes with anger, sometimes with sadness—and immediately think, “Ugh, here I go again. Why am I still like this? Will I ever be free of this HumanDamage?!" But as I shared earlier, when I started applying the concept of Syntropy to Human Ecology and exploring, through the Lens of Syntropy, our Human Nature deeper, I began to see all these "trigger-happy" moments differently. Although some parts of Self that are tied to particular primary imprints do require the awareness of Self to protect it from further abuse, triggers, I’ve now learned, are not random glitches that need defending. They’re purposeful signals, nudging us to pay attention to what’s happening inside. They show up to help us understand which old scripts we’re still running and where we might be living out someone else’s story instead of our own.

Choosing to respond from our true selves rather than from conditioned patterns, naturally leads to greater psychological well-being and less internal psycho emotional conflict. With that, it all seems so simple right? When I started pausing in those heated moments and asking myself, “Is this mine?” something shifted. It’s like clearing out static so I can hear my own sovereign frequency more clearly.

See, I used to think sovereignty was about regaining control, but now I know it’s more about taking up response-ability for my words and choices and "my story", while honoring the choices and response-ability of others and "their journey". I now comfortably am re-enabled to own my own stories, but I train myself intentionally not to use that language (speaking on behalf of someone else and their experience as this often leads to people getting unnecessarily triggered), and so my viewpoint is languaged in a little more truth, you might say. "I can own my story, she is on her Journey". Although it hasn't happened for a good while (likely because it is no longer performing a function for my growth), when, in the past, someone was upset and told me how I “should” have acted, my old script would have been to try to fix things, even if it didn’t feel authentic. Now, I feel available to listen, acknowledge their perspective, and gently return the responsibility to its rightful owner. In that I am being with what is really real, and some may say I am upholding respect, for both of us. One thing I have reclaimed in this process is the genuineness of my authentic apology and saying "sorry". But I want to explore this another day because it's a segway that deserves speaking to in depth. True sovereignty, I believe, is neither rigid nor hierarchical; I cannot claim to be sovereign unless I equally recognize the sovereignty of others. Remember I mentioned the Trauma Triangle and the Syntropic Trinity? I did not come to all of this on my own, but I am grateful I received all so that I may translate for others. This quote from Sophia has kept coming up in my thoughts as I have been writing this.

So the Trinity, dear Souvereign, remembering Nature, Human Nature, Life and how it functions through Syntropy. By remembering Human Nature you remember the School of Sovereignty, that freedom and peace, and liberty are the normality experience of a human being on earth, and returning to that state is an amazing journey and feat in itself but also only natural as it is what we all come here to be ultimately and originally. Self-Love and the school thereof is what allows Sovereignty to become a real reembodied experience, as no one can return to freedom and peace without love for Self and deep love for all the shadow aspects of self (all the traumatised parts and dismembered aspects within the psychological landscape called the mind).

Self Love needs Will though, which is held in the School of Sovereignty. Self Love and the luster of it is only watery and wavy by itself. For reenabling of one's Nature, Love is not enough. You have to Will it. The trauma induced onto humanity is way to severe for "just Love" to come and wash away the pain, you have to be willing to go to the pain, open the pain, crack the wall and will access to the memories in order to truly be able to let love flow through that space within your being again. And sovereignty requires Syntropic Thinking as to remember how life functions is to remember your nature, which allows you to see how you are not living that by lingering in the past or safe guarding your future.

Choosing love over scripts means I now have re-enabled my ability to let self-love and acceptance guide my responses. "Love and Acceptance" is what opens the door to real freedom—a place of inner peacefulness where I’m not constantly at war with myself or archetypal characters in my mind. All that said, re-enabling one's nature is not about getting rid of triggers altogether (honestly, I’m not sure that’s possible), but about relating to them from a place of Syntropy. And we need our Will engaged in for that process to work, and so, each time I pause, checke in, and choose a more loving response, I feel and become a little more free, a little bit more Sovereign and Authentically me.

To me living authentically in Syntropy is about letting go of the need to perform or protect, and instead, showing up as I am—messy, imperfect, but real and contributing with lovingkindness to the growth and regeneration of others and their mindgardens. As the “shoulda, coulda, woulda” voices have faded into the background, a quieter, more peaceful sense of self has become accessible. It was there all along. I call it our Original Blueprint, the Original Innocence, our inner place of Freedom. The real gift of healing old patterns is simply leading oneself to more presence and one more from the Syntropic Sayings: "Love and acceptance leads to Freedom."

Getting rid of the Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda People, once and for all....

I mentioned this already, and yet, we all know that the “shoulda, coulda, woulda” people actually don't exist. So, if you ever catch yourself with the “shoulda, coulda, woulda” crowd, remember: you have a choice, through your Will. You can gently return to your own center, receive what’s being offered without resistance, and let discomfort guide you toward deeper growth. This is the heart of Syntropic Living—where sovereignty is about showing up, staying true, and trusting that everyone, including you (and especially your cells) , is capable of navigating their own journey Home, to within, and we all benefit from having and training our cells into the authentic qualities of a sacred witness. And for the real work with Syntropy, I imagine someone who can guide us, with real human words, spoken, audible, meaningful, insightful, helping us remind our cells of how to re-enable our Nature, oh, wait... I am talking about me! ... YAY!

This glitch, as the story goes, allowed a foreign energy—a parasitic frequency—to slip through the cracks. Not a physical virus, but a kind of mind virus. One that would embed itself deep within the consciousness of humanity and the very fabric of Earth’s ecosystem. The term Archonic Influence has become shorthand for this phenomenon, drawing directly from the language of Gnostic cosmology, where Cosmic Archons are seen as rulers or powers that shape the material universe, often working behind the scenes to maintain a certain cosmic order.

The Glitch in Gaia’s Formation

So what exactly happened at Gaia’s birth? Research shows that, according to Gnostic tradition and modern interpretations, the creation of Earth was not a flawless process. There was a moment—a cosmic slip—when the forces shaping our world allowed for the existence of what some call the “ultra and ultra opposite of love and of centropy.” In simpler terms, this was the birth of an energy that stands in stark contrast to the natural harmony and growth we associate with life.

This energy, the Archonic frequency, didn’t just remain an abstract cosmic force. It found a way to manifest itself as a parasitic frequency, infiltrating the planetary ecosystem and, crucially, the psyche of humanity. Ever found yourself captivated by the delicate unfolding of a flower? For me, each bloom is more than just a pretty sight; it’s a vibrant story of transformation, echoing Goethe’s revolutionary views on plant life.

This is a syntropic story of discovery, poetry, science, and a profound awakening to the living forces that shape all plant life. And at the center of this story is none other than Johann Wolfgang von Goethe a true Formgiver who brought to light the secret language of plant metamorphosis.

Goethe: The First Formgiver Who Brought Life’s Living Metric Back to Us

Let me start by saying this: Goethe was one of the very first Formgivers—visionaries who didn’t just study nature but felt it, who didn’t just catalog plants but understood their living essence. In a world that was increasingly obsessed with breaking things down into lifeless parts and mechanistic explanations, Goethe brought back the living metric that life operates on. What do I mean by that? Well, life doesn’t just follow cold, mechanical laws like a machine. It follows a living Syntropic rhythm, a dynamic dance of growth, transformation, and inner purpose.

Goethe’s genius was to remember and reveal this rhythm when it had almost been forgotten. He saw plants not as static objects but as living beings constantly unfolding and transforming. He called this process metamorphosis.

In the line of Formgivers, bringing us back in conscious relationship with Nature, Goethe’s work was a first beacon of conscious awareness being returned to the Western-, already industrialized, materialized, and compartmentalized- mind. Although greatly resisted and relegated to the realms of pseudoscience by institutions of that time, Goethe rediscovered and named as one of the first in modern literature the living formative forces behind nature’s beauty and complexity. Yay for Goethe, right?

Let’s get into Goethe’s genetic method—and no, this isn’t genetics as we think of it today with DNA and genes, but a way of knowing nature by tracing the development and transformation of forms from their origin. He proposed that all the different floral organs—sepals, petals, stamens, carpels—are actually modified leaves. Imagine that! And here’s a mind-blowing thought: male and female parts are often just variations of the same fundamental structure, showing how intimately connected they are. It’s a beautiful dance of polarity and unity, expansion and contraction, all governed by inner formative laws. I can't help but see the Syntropic Nature of Life more vividly through those words.

So let’s talk about something that really makes me go “Yum”—how Goethe’s findings resonate with what I've been writing about for years, that: Syntropy is the hidden hand of God, alive in all living things, guiding them toward order, complexity, and wholeness, wherein Everything is Performing a Function with Purpose, and all Living systems are collaborating in synergy to accumulate more quantity and quality of consolidated Life into the system. From Macro to Micro, Life operates on Syntropy, and yes, Goethe’s idea of metamorphosis, with its continuous unfolding and transformation toward higher forms of complexity, speaks perfectly to this expression of Syntropy. It’s like Life itself is striving, reaching upward and inward, creating ever more beautiful and complex forms from simple beginnings. This isn’t random or mechanical; it’s all purposeful and all is alive.

Now, then, Goethe talks about the Urpflanze—the archetypal primal plant— and I just get so inspired because he’s describing a living blueprint, a formative principle that underlies all plant forms. This blueprint is not fixed but dynamic, always in motion, always becoming. It’s a syntropic force, a creative impulse that shapes life from within. Can you feel where I am going with this?

The Urpflanze not just a Metaphor for Life’s Blueprint with Ever-Unfolding Complexity

According to Goethe the Urpflanze represents the original blueprint from which all plant forms emerge, and it's a dynamic, living principle. Imagine seeing a tree, with an original blueprint, but as the seed that it is before it became the tree... This is what the Urpflanze speaks to: the retrocausal nature of Syntropy and Syntropy's capacity for spontaneous emergence. Nature grows into its fullness from a pre-existing blueprint. Now I know these are topics that would do well with a cup of tea and a magical nature environment to feel the fullness of these words on a cellular or inner knowing level, but you'll have to visit me in Bali for that. What I'd like to get across is that:

The Urpflanze reflects the Essence of Syntropy when applied to plant Life and in the context of Goethe's work. When you know more about my writings on the Original Blueprint and the Archetypal Nature of Human Consciousness, then you'll know that what Goethe brought forward is the articulation of the existence of a Source Code for Life and that Life is interconnected, evolving from a shared origin. Isn’t it awe-inspiring to think about how all life is linked to an original Source because there is a blueprint that plant life follows and grows towards and into so that it can give expression to its unique gift and talent? Meanwhile, everything it does during its lifespan, within its blueprint, that it is operating on, is performing a function with purpose. That's what I call a proper stacking function!

Yay! Goethe was one of the earliest scientists to glimpse and put into his own words the syntropic nature of life, this divine creative force that animates life. And that’s why his work still feels so alive and relevant in these cells!

I can’t talk about Goethe without mentioning Rudolf Steiner, who was deeply inspired by Goethe’s work and carried it forward into what he called spiritual science. Steiner saw Goethe as a pioneer who rescued humanity from the cold, mechanistic worldview that dominated science after the Enlightenment.

According to Steiner, Goethe’s approach was revolutionary because it restored the living formative forces to the center of scientific inquiry. Without Formgivers like Goethe, Steiner warned, humanity would remain stuck in a place where all knowledge is fragmented, lifeless, and disconnected from the living world.

Steiner emphasized that Goethe’s genetic method was not just about plants but about how we know nature through a synthesis of sensory observation, imaginative insight, and spiritual intuition. Goethe showed that science and poetry, reason and spirit, can come together to reveal the deeper mysteries of life.

It’s a reminder that understanding life requires more than just facts; it requires participation and reverence for the living world, and once one can see again through the Lens of Syntropy, awe and wonder become the access portals through which one can ultimately experience the Essence upon which Syntropy in and of itself operates. In the deeper study of Syntropy we get to explore the "Spirit of Syntropy" and what it is insourcing from and operating on, and yes, it's epic and so in line with "knowing nature" as Goethe brought forward for us all.

Goethe’s exploration of the transformation of floral organs from leaves is not just a "botanical curiosity" because a curious and open mind is a prerequisite to practicing Syntropic Agroforestry or becoming established in the study of Syntropic Human Ecology. One must come to see Life as a continuous, living process of becoming, and Goethe's genetic method teaches us to look deeply, to imagine vividly, and to participate lovingly in nature’s unfolding display.

Goethe was a true Formgiver. This term, which I came up with, refers to someone who shaped and gave form to ideas and understanding that have benefited humanity. In Goethe's case, he helped reshape our perception of nature itself during a time when, wow, well, the western mind seems to have been entirely unplugged from having a Syntropic relationship with Life. As I immerse myself in the captivating world of the Galungan and Kuningan days in Bali, I find myself profoundly moved by the intricate layers of their significance. The photos and short videos shared bring these cultural traditions to life, allowing me to glimpse the beauty of their essence.

Galungan's portrayal of dharma prevailing over adharma strikes a chord deep within me. This timeless theme of balance and growth resonates powerfully with Syntropy's guiding principles. It's as if these ceremonies echo the very essence of harmony that Syntropy teaches us to embrace.

Observing the Balinese community's heartfelt participation in these rituals, I can't help but draw parallels to the concepts of interconnectedness that both these ceremonies and Syntropy embody. Kuningan, the subsequent celebration that honors ancestral spirits, mirrors the interconnected nature of all life—an interconnectedness that Syntropy highlights.

The imagery of penjor decorations and families engaged in shared reverence reminds me of the importance of tending to our internal landscapes. Just as the agroforest requires pruning and planting for its flourishing, our inner selves yearn for introspection and renewal. On the ground in Bali it is absolutely full on -hands on- 7 days a week.

Because of my fear of judgement for not doing things spiritually great and impressive, I actually have held back on what I am cultivating at my home and helping my Bali family climb out of the rut of stagnation, addiction and limiting beliefs by showing them another way.

I haven’t shared about my Bali brother Ajik Ketut, yet:

Ketut is my Tukan (master builder) who has been helping me do all the renovations and sanctuary upgrading over the past 8 months. I have been reluctant to share about all the re-construction processes because I was uncomfortable with sharing the messy nature of reconstructing a decrepit old kitchen house into future guest accomodation and the boring nature of building a functioning new kitchen.

I’ve been a kinda end-result’s person i suppose..? and all the while I’ve also known that its not about the destination but the journey so here we go:

Now that I am free of that story of not sharing because things aren’t going to be inspiring because they’re messy and that reflects bad on what people think of me… hahaha…

well, i have some more “previously not pretty” updates to share.

This is the beginning of making use of all the excess construction rubble and turning it into a foundation for another living space. I first had to level the land for this fantasy to be possible, which I now learned, takes a lot of time.

The result is good but its taken several weeks with everything els going on at the same time:

COVID constrictions-breaking addictions

Helping people step in to their own Brave New Life is a gentle process but once they have caught onto a new vision of what is possible, it is wonderful to lean in and be the universal support function to make real, new, yet simple beginnings.

In my evening hours and on Sunday I have been helping renovate Ketut’s COVID-killed Laundromat. Covid came and broke his dream for business and feeding his family and it has been wonderful to support him gently to get him out of his own minds’ stagnation and avoidance of taking responsibility for his family.

There was the palmwine addiction cycle to break of drinking with friends every night so that he didn’t have to face or feel the troubles of an unpaid bank loans and the school fees that were mounting up with no resolve. .. as a brother I know that whats needed is just that little extra support, but boy oh boy, the place had not been cleaned in 3 years. Its been full on hands on and a lot of fun.

if you wondered why i haven’t written much is because I have been sanding, painting, cleaning, scrubbing and listening to the worst radio music on Earth every night, but we are making great progress together!

Here is the new dream concept for Ketut: An Eco.Logic Laundry that does NOT spill toxic chemicals into the waterways (which then also run through the ricefields….)

Yes, there is much that can be improved here in terms of Ecological Stewardship and it is my fantasy that I could be transitioning many Laundromats to become Eco.Logic Laundromats, but in order to get there I have to create the first Eco.Logic Laundry myself first!

Daaaang that initial fantasy was a lot easier to make on my phone i tell you!

Keeping the Dreamworld alive and bringing goodness to the community

This is the future generation of Balinese children taking joy, innocent pride and excitement in their cultural identity as they grow up.

I will create the Language Exchange program and in some ways it is already happening because many of the local boys come around my house to help out digging the last pond and collecting their little baby fishes from my ponds for their own ponds or little aquariums.

Language exchange is happening organically but there is a real process for this to follow.

I will likely sit down with the head of the Keliki Banjar (the town leader) this month to discuss a joined (two towns Keliki Kawan and Keliki town) English Education and language exchange program.

Bali people are plagued with the absence of logical consciousness around caring for the environment in relation to how they handle “waste”. I have collected 10s of kilos of plastic debree, bags, cups, straws, and well, just insane amounts of plastic from my own land while digging the ponds and making the garden beds.

Then…..each time a heavy rain comes through 100’s of plastic items wash onto my land from upstream dumping and sweeping rubbish straight into the water ways…

Its my biggest heart soar so to speak and well, being a little busy bee has been offering challenges to “do” anything about the situation in my own home town.

In a future update i will show you the community waste transfer station that I already have build in town but I have known that you can build things but changing peoples consciousness or awareness takes a long time, so what better place to start than at HOME with my own hands??!!

Here’ i am cleaning out the water way along my house that is filled with sediment and endless amounts of plastic waste items.

I will (when I find the time) build and install a metal grill to serve as a plastic trap so that at least from my home no more plastic makes it down to the other villages.

Intention: LEAD BY EXAMPLE - Walk the Talk.

It’s my vision to see Keliki become a pristine place where people take pride in the cleanliness of their environment, with walking tours, cultural immersion in a clean landscape, but the Bali plastic problem doesn’t start or is able to be stopped here in Keliki (which is frustrating at times). It all starts upstream and goes way up to the top of the mountain villages..
