Then you’ve probably heard the same thing from everyone:

“You’re too late.”

“The bull market has already started.”

“If you don’t buy now, you’ll miss the move.”

I don’t believe that’s true.

Even if you’ve never used Cycle Analysis before, I want to show you why the best buying opportunities may still be ahead of us.

Not because Bitcoin is about to crash.

But because every major bull market has offered multiple high-probability entries after the initial breakout.

Entries with less risk, better timing, and far greater upside than chasing green candles.

Price changes. Human psychology doesn’t.

Fear, greed, panic, and euphoria repeat in every market cycle. That’s why Bitcoin continues to form remarkably similar structures. If you compare previous cycles with today’s price action, a clear pattern emerges.

The best entries almost never happen when everyone is excited.

Let’s see what actually happened during the last two Bitcoin cycles.

2018 Bull Market Start

During the previous cycle, Bitcoin offered five excellent buying opportunities. Some appeared before the final bottom, while others confirmed that the new uptrend had already begun.

The important lesson?

None of them required buying the exact bottom.

1. The False Bottom

The pink (3-Day) and blue (1-Day) Cycle lines crossed below 20, creating what looked like the perfect bottom. Bitcoin immediately rallied almost 25%, only to reverse and continue falling into the final 4-Year Cycle low.

Lesson: not every Cycle low marks the ultimate bottom.

2. The Ultimate Bottom

This was the only point where all four Cycle Indicators aligned.

The 2-Week Cycle dropped below 20, the 1-Week Cycle reached an extreme low, while both the 3-Day and 1-Day Cycles bottomed together.

These moments are incredibly rare. They usually happen only once or twice every two years, making them some of the highest-probability buying opportunities you’ll ever see.

3. The First Confirmation

This is where the market started confirming that the worst was likely behind us.

The 3-Day Cycle bottomed below 20 while the Weekly Cycle was already overbought. Price made another lower low, but the 2-Week Cycle had already started turning higher.

The message from the Cycles was clear:

The trend was beginning to shift.

4. The Second Confirmation

By now, Bitcoin had already spent three months moving higher.

The 3-Day Cycle produced another low, while the 2-Week Cycle clearly confirmed a developing uptrend. Even though the Weekly Cycle remained overbought, the shorter Cycles continued producing healthy pullbacks.

The uptrend was still alive.

5. The Late Entry

Bitcoin continued making new highs.

By this point, more than eight Daily Cycle lows had confirmed higher lows, offering another opportunity to enter the market.

Was it later than the previous entries?

Yes.

Was it too late?

Not even close.

So let me ask you something.

Would you still be worried about missing an entry from ten days ago?

Cool, let’s look at the most recent bear market.

Once again, Bitcoin offered five excellent buying opportunities, all identified through Cycle lows.

1. The Classic Cycle Bottom

The Daily and Weekly Cycles both dropped below 20, creating a textbook Cycle bottom while Bitcoin traded around $20,000.

It was a solid entry.

But it wasn’t the final bottom.

The falling 2-Week Cycle suggested there was still weakness ahead.

2. The Ultimate Bottom

Interestingly, the real bottom appeared when the 3-Day Cycle dropped below 20.

Trend indicators were still pointing lower, making it almost impossible to know with certainty whether Bitcoin would continue falling.

That’s exactly why major bottoms are so difficult to buy.

3. Another Textbook Entry

A few weeks later, Bitcoin was still trading near $16,000.

The Weekly and Daily Cycles once again crossed below 20, creating another textbook buying opportunity.

4. Confirmation That the Bear Market Was Over

This time, the picture became much clearer.

The 2-Week Cycle bottomed.

The Weekly Cycle started rising.

The 3-Day and Daily Cycles both produced fresh lows.

Most importantly, price refused to make a lower low.

That higher low was one of the strongest confirmations that the bear market had ended.

5. The Final Confirmation

Over the following two months, Bitcoin produced two more healthy pullbacks.

The 3-Day and Daily Cycles bottomed once again while price continued making higher lows.

Was it too late?

Not at all.

Bitcoin was still trading close to $20,000.

Two completely different market cycles.

The exact same pattern.
Five buying opportunities.

If someone had told you two weeks ago that Bitcoin was about to explode nearly 30%, you would have allocated far more capital than you actually did.

But nobody knew.

Instead, everyone had a reason not to buy.

“We’re still in a bear market.”
“XRP just lost another support.”
“August is always bearish for Bitcoin.”

“I’m waiting for the 4-Year Cycle bottom.”

Now Bitcoin has already made its move... and suddenly everyone is searching for “the next entry.”

If that’s you, stop.

This is exactly where market makers make the most money.

They know retail traders feel they missed the move.

They know people are desperate to jump in.

And they know that emotional traders become liquidity.

If you chase here, you are playing their game, not yours.

My view hasn’t changed.

The lower-risk entry is likely to arrive in roughly 10 days.

But before we talk about what’s next, we need to understand why Bitcoin rallied so aggressively in the first place.

Why BTC exploded?

If you read my previous newsletter, you already know I was bullish on Bitcoin before the rally started.

Those who followed the analysis entered near the Cycle lows and are now sitting on substantial profits.

Did I know Bitcoin would rally almost to $80,000?

No.

Nobody can consistently predict how far a move will travel.

That’s not what Cycle Trading is about.

Cycle Indicators tell us when probability shifts in our favor.

Risk management determines how much capital we should commit.

Those are two completely different skills.

The beautiful part is that Cycles work in both directions.

They don’t only help identify buying opportunities.

They also tell us when upside becomes increasingly limited.

Looking at the current structure, there’s a strong probability that September becomes a selling window.

Several major Cycles are approaching exhaustion at the same time.

Historically, this is exactly where momentum slows and the market starts looking for lower prices.

Does that mean Bitcoin is going back below $50,000?
Maybe.

Will we simply retrace toward $70,000 before continuing higher later this year?
Also possible.

Nobody can answer those questions with certainty.

What we can do is estimate the highest-probability zones using:

• Cycle analysis

• Liquidation Heatmaps

• POC levels

• Historical bear market behavior

I know.

Otherwise, you probably wouldn’t be reading this article hoping someone can magically reveal the next opportunity.

At least now you’ve learned something extremely valuable.

When both the 1-Day and 3-Day Cycles bottom together, risk decreases dramatically.

That’s where many of the strongest rallies begin.

But this article isn’t about looking backward.

It’s about finding the next opportunity before everyone else does.

Right now Crypto Twitter is screaming:

“Manipulation!”

Maybe.

Maybe not.

What matters is what the charts were already telling us.

When multiple Cycles align to the upside and Bitcoin creates a higher Daily Cycle low, probabilities strongly favor continuation.

That’s exactly what happened.

Now ask yourself a simple question.

Would you buy an asset that has already rallied 27%, while its Weekly Cycle Indicator sits at 88?

Probably not.

Would you immediately short an asset that just gained 27% while the 3-Day Cycle still points higher?

Also not.

Both trades carry unnecessary risk.

Professional traders don’t force positions.
They wait.

Most people only look for opportunities inside Crypto.

That’s a mistake.

As a Cycle Trader, I honestly don’t care whether I’m buying:

• Bitcoin

• Nvidia

• DraftKings

• Nokia

• Gold

• Silver

The only thing I care about is this:

Where are the Cycles?

Assets with:

• Weekly Cycle near the bottom

• Daily Cycle turning higher

• Strong trend confirmation

offer the highest probability trades.

The ticker symbol is almost irrelevant.

If Bitcoin becomes high risk while another asset offers a significantly better reward-to-risk ratio...

...why wouldn’t you take it?

DraftKings (DKNG)

I’ll admit something.

I have never heard of this company.

The ticker is irrelevant.

The chart is what matters.

During the previous Daily Cycle, the stock rallied more than 24%.

Did financial media talk about it every day?
Not really.

Did Crypto Twitter care?
Of course not.

But money doesn’t care where it comes from.

The setup was beautiful.

• 1-Day Cycle bottom

• 3-Day Cycle bottom

• Weekly Cycle bottom

That’s exactly the type of alignment that regularly produces 15-25% moves.

I know.

Buying DraftKings doesn’t sound nearly as exciting as buying an altcoin.

But exciting doesn’t pay the bills.

High-probability trades do.

Bitcoin has broken out of weeks of painfully boring price action, surging all the way to $72,300 during its 1-Day Cycle uptrend.

If you read my previous newsletter and bought the 1-Day or 3-Day Cycle bottoms, congratulations.

After spending almost two months trapped between $60k and $66k, it felt like the market was going nowhere.

But this move wasn’t random.

It happened exactly as the 1-Week Cycle reached its top.

And if history is any guide, what comes next matters far more than the rally we’ve just seen.

Let’s dive in.

Bitcoin’s Weekly Cycle

Every single time, the pattern repeats.

Bitcoin prints a series of strong Weekly candles near the end of the 1-Week Cycle.

Everyone suddenly becomes bullish.

Then... the market tops.

I’m not saying Bitcoin has already peaked.

But if you compare every Weekly Cycle since 2024, one thing becomes impossible to ignore.

This is exactly where rejections tend to begin.

Remember the rule:

Buy when the 1-Week Cycle drops below 20.

Sell or take profits when it climbs above 80.

Today, the Weekly Cycle sits at 88.

That tells me it’s time to begin taking profits on Spot holdings and Long positions.

This chart also gives us two very important clues.

• The local top is getting close. Bitcoin has now swept the liquidity sitting above $70,000, squeezed late shorts, and completed the move that many traders were waiting for.

• The macro bottom still cannot be confirmed.

Because major bottoms can only be confirmed when the Weekly Cycle reaches its own bottom.

That should happen in roughly six weeks.

And that’s when the real decision will be made.

If Bitcoin falls below $58k, our long-term scenario remains intact.

The market is likely heading toward the true 4-Year Cycle Low, which we’ve been anticipating for months.

But if Bitcoin manages to stay between roughly $65k and $73k while the Weekly Cycle drops below 20, we’ll have something much more interesting.

A bullish divergence.

And that’s exactly the kind of signal you want before deploying serious capital.

Buying immediately after a large breakout, while the Weekly Cycle is already above 80, has historically offered some of the worst risk-to-reward entries.

That’s a fair question.

Let’s go back to 2022.

Notice how many times the bulls looked unstoppable.

+18% in three days.

+22% in six days.

+7% in three days.

Every single rally was eventually erased once the 1-Week Cycle rolled over.

I’m not saying history is about to repeat itself exactly.

But I am saying two things.

• Judge the end of the Bear Market by where Bitcoin trades when the Weekly Cycle falls below 20, not by how exciting today’s rally looks.

• The best opportunities usually appear when the Weekly Cycle is bottoming, not when everyone is celebrating another breakout.

“Just a little bit lower, and then I’m buying!” my driver told me while I was on my way to the shoot.

That sentence stayed with me.

It made me realize that, regardless of experience, we are all thinking the same way.

It also made me realize how mainstream trading has become. Taxi drivers are now trading Gold and Crypto between rides.

And that’s exactly the problem.

Emotions control us whether we want them to or not. The only way to separate ourselves from that emotional rollercoaster is to have a clear system that tells us when to take risk, when to reduce it, and when to stay away.

Bitcoin: What is going on?

In the short term, the Cycle behavior is very clear: we are bottoming on the 1-Day and 3-Day Cycles, represented by the blue and pink lines.

Historically, that usually means the next couple of weeks are going to be bullish.

Getting into the market at the bottom of the 1-Day and 3-Day Cycles can be extremely lucrative. We simply don’t get these setups that often.

But there is a problem.

The 1-Week and 2-Week Cycles are showing almost the exact opposite picture.

One of them is about to print its first reading below 20, represented by the dark blue line that tracks the longer-term BTC trend.

At the same time, the 1-Week Cycle is about to close above 80, which is a clear sell zone.

For Cycle traders, this says one thing:

The risk is on.

This is not necessarily the moment when you want to start deploying a huge amount of capital.

The market does not bottom when the 1-Week Cycle is above 80.

And it rarely bottoms when the same support level has been tested over and over again.

We are now banging against the $63K area for the fourth time.

Definitely.

But 3-Day bottoms during bear markets can be cunning.

They are often accompanied by a liquidation event. In other words, the market makes it look like it is about to fall much further.

Take a look at the previous months.

Both times, the 3-Day Cycle bottom took roughly a week to form.

That prolonged the 1-Day Cycle and created a bunch of red candles, one after another, for an entire week, making sure that as many bulls as possible were fully capitulated.

But there was one important difference.

Both of those times, the 1-Week Cycle was clearly falling, indicating that Bitcoin’s longer-term trend was bearish.

The situation is very different when the 1-Week Cycle is rising.

In those situations, we can simply dip into the 3-Day lows and then continue higher.

Bitcoin dropped 24% and 38%, respectively, before those previous 3-Day Cycle lows.

Right now?

Bitcoin has dropped just 4% from the local highs on August 8.

The positive thing is that the 1-Week Cycle is still going up.

But at the same time...

It’s approaching 80.

So let’s get into it.

Two Levels For Bitcoin

Bitcoin is behaving exactly like it should.

It is following the development of the 3-Day Cycle, and once the 1-Day Cycle goes below 20, Bitcoin is likely to give us another pump to the upside.

This time, potentially the last one in this range.

Look, we spent the whole summer in a range roughly between $59k and $66k.

And for the last 40 days, Bitcoin has been trading in an even tighter range, from $62k to $65k.

In other words:

Boring.

But you have to look at the Cycles, not the price.

And they are telling a very different story:

• 3-Day Cycle is going to close below 20 tomorrow, while the price has stayed relatively constant. This is bullish for BTC for the rest of the month.

• 1-Week Cycle is not letting the price fall. However, it is already entering the Sell Zone.

• 2-Week Cycle is slowly resetting. We can expect the bottom of the Bear Market to be reached exactly when the 2-Week Cycle meets the 1-Week Cycle below 20.

In other words, we are bullish for the rest of the month, but pretty bearish for September itself.

The reality is a bit more sad.

Bitcoin is barely holding the range, while the S&P 500 is sitting at all-time highs.

S&P 500 vs Bitcoin

Risk assets tend to move together.

Even if one of them joins the party late, the direction of the assets is usually pretty strongly correlated.

But Bitcoin and the S&P 500 have had a very weird relationship over the last 12 months.

Every time the S&P 500 prints a red daily candle, Crypto pukes down 5x harder.

And when the S&P 500 goes up?

Well, Crypto moves at its own speed, following its own Cycles, usually much slower than the Stock Market.

It has become pretty clear that they have decoupled.

But they still respect their Cycles:

• Crypto Market has been falling since May, driven by the 2-Week and 1-Month Cycles.

• Stock Market has been going up since March.

Weekly Cycle Low: Tesla

Let’s simplify everything.

Let’s get rid of all the Fibonaccis, Daily Cycles, 3-Day Cycles. Let’s not even consider whether we are in a bear or bull market.

In other words, let’s go back to the basics.

One simple red line that shows us the trend of the market:

The Weekly Cycle.

This has been the most successful indicator throughout my trading career because, regardless of what happens in the market, it keeps showing us the trend.

Here’s how I use it:

• Red line falling, but still above 20? → We should short, or at least sell our Spot positions.

• Red line below 20-10 or turning up while still below 80-90? → We should long and enter Spot positions.

As simple as that.

Ignore everything else.

Use the red line, the Weekly Cycle, to trade and make profits.

Anything else you add simply adds more complexity to your trading.

Yes, additional indicators can increase your profits if you know how to use them, but they will also take more of your time.

This strategy won’t take more than half an hour on a weekend.

You check your favorite assets, see where the red line is, open or close your positions, and continue with your life.

Yes.

In fact, in January 2026, the Weekly Cycle didn’t reach 80. It started curling down and sent the price lower.

But by that point, Tesla had already increased by around 20%.

You could simply take partial profits after every 10% increase from your entry and move your stop loss to your entry price.

That way, you make sure you simply cannot lose money on the trade.

Yes, some Weekly Cycles will bring much smaller profits.

But others will increase your portfolio by 40%-50%.

If you are in the Paid Community, we entered Tesla between $300 and $310, and Tesla has already increased by around 8%-10% since then.

The Weekly Cycle didn’t even flinch.

We’re not done yet.
We’re going higher.

In reality, it works on all assets.

But you have to be mindful that in some situations, the Weekly Cycle alone is not enough.

Bottom of the 3-Day Cycle

When? 6th-10th of August

Normally, I keep my highest conviction ideas inside the paid membership.

Not this time.

We’re approaching a temporary bottom this week as both the 1-Day and 3-Day Cycle indicators reach exhaustion. If that happens, I expect a relief rally that could carry us well into September.

For the first time, this bottom also has a chance of becoming the ultimate bottom of the entire 4-Year Cycle.

Is that my base case?

No.

The probabilities still favor one more leg lower.

But we’re entering a timing window where opening Spot positions starts becoming very attractive.

To be clear, I don’t believe this is the final bottom because both the 1-Week and 2-Week Cycles still need more time.

However...

There’s already a realistic chance that the October bottom forms at roughly the same price.

If that happens, buying the upcoming 60-Day Cycle weakness becomes a very attractive trade.

Look at the pink line at the bottom of the chart.

It represents the market’s mid-term cycle.

During bear markets, the 3-Day Cycle becomes incredibly accurate because price tends to respect it with almost surgical precision.

Every major bottom this year...

• June 5

• April 4

• February 6

• December 31

• November 21

...lined up almost perfectly with the 3-Day Cycle bottom.

In other words...

If you had ignored everything else and simply bought Bitcoin every time the 3-Day Cycle dropped below 15, and especially below 10, your win rate would have been 100%.

That’s how powerful this indicator has been.

It’s now been almost two months since the last signal.

Within days, it should bottom again.

I’m not telling you to buy.

I’m telling you that’s when I’ll be buying.

Bottom of the 1-Week Cycle

When? Early to mid October

If you’ve been following my previous articles, you already know that the 1-Week Cycle is the single most important indicator I use for Crypto.

It tells us whether the market is becoming deeply oversold or dangerously overbought.

The rules are simple.

• Below 20? Buy retracements.

• Rising? Stay bullish.

• Above 80? Start thinking about taking profits.

• Falling from high levels? Look for short opportunities.

Right now, the message couldn’t be clearer.

Buy the retracements.

The bigger trend still points higher.

It’s not.

In fact, for most of stock market history, investors considered a company with a P/E above 30 to be expensive.

A P/E above 50? Extreme optimism. Above 100? That’s usually reserved for companies expected to dominate entire industries for decades (there are none of them)

Yet after 2020, something extraordinary happened.

The market completely abandoned traditional valuation logic.

That was the moment I closed every stock position and moved almost my entire portfolio into crypto.

Let’s talk about it by looking at this chart:

Before the market entered this new era of speculation, investors relied heavily on one simple metric: the Price-to-Earnings ratio, or P/E ratio.

The concept is straightforward.

The P/E ratio tells investors how much they are paying for each dollar of a company’s annual profit.

For example, if a company earns $10 per share and its stock trades at $200, the P/E ratio is 20.

This means investors are paying $20 for every $1 of annual earnings.

Historically, a P/E ratio around 15-20 was considered reasonable for many established companies. A company trading at 10 times earnings was often considered cheap. A company trading above 30 times earnings needed a very convincing growth story.

The logic was simple:

You buy a company based on the profits it generates.

If a company earns $1 billion per year and you pay $15 billion for it, you are effectively buying a business that could theoretically return your investment over time through its earnings.

For example:
A company earning $5 per share with a P/E ratio of 15 would trade at $75.

If investors became more optimistic and gave it a P/E ratio of 25, the stock would rise to $125 - even without any change in earnings.

The Era of "Growth at Any Price"

The problem after 2020 was that the process reversed.

Following the COVID crash, central banks flooded the economy with liquidity.

Interest rates were pushed close to zero.

Borrowing money became very cheap - almost free.

Investors started paying extremely high prices before the profits existed.

Instead of buying a profitable company and waiting for growth, many investors bought future expectations.

The question changed from:

“How much profit does this company generate today?”

to:

“How big could this company become if everything goes perfectly?”

Take Zoom as the perfect example.

Between 2020 and 2022, the stock exploded from around $60 to almost $600.

Yes, earnings improved.

Yes, millions of people suddenly worked from home.

Those facts were real. The valuation was not.

At one point, Zoom traded at a P/E Ratio of almost 1,400.

Think about what that actually means.

Investors were willing to pay $1,400 for every $1 of annual earnings, while a healthy, mature company often trades closer to a P/E Ratio of 20.

That is not investing.

That is speculation disguised as investing.

When people tell me they are dollar-cost averaging into their favorite stocks or obsessing over quarterly earnings reports, I always ask the same question.

What exactly are you analyzing?

If a company can trade at 20 times earnings one year and 1,400 times earnings the next, fundamentals clearly are not driving the market.

And how did that story end?

Zoom eventually crashed more than 90% and even today remains roughly 84% below its all-time high.

Imagine buying near the top because everyone said it was a great long-term investment.

Good luck waiting decades just to break even.

That was the moment I understood something that completely changed my approach.

Modern markets reward traders far more consistently than long-term investors.

Because today’s market is driven by cycles, liquidity, and trader psychology.

Ignoring those forces is no longer investing. It is simply hoping.

I hear this all the time.

And the funny part - almost everyone saying this is using Fibonacci incorrectly.

They take the tool, stretch it between two random points, watch price ignore every level, and conclude that Fibonacci is useless.

That’s like blaming Google Maps rerouting because you started driving in the wrong direction.

Today, let’s fix that.

The Biggest Fibonacci Lie

Most traders are taught this:

Find a swing high and a swing low.

Simple enough.

The problem?
Nobody tells you which swing.

Open any chart and you can find twenty different highs and lows.

Two traders can draw completely different Fibonacci levels on the same asset and both believe they are correct.

Who is right?

Neither.

Fibonacci is not predicting the future.

It measures how much of an existing move has been retraced.

That’s all.

The quality of your Fibonacci depends entirely on whether you selected the move the market actually cares about.

Not every impulse deserves a Fibonacci.

Only meaningful ones.

Most important - The Structure

Before touching Fibonacci, ask yourself:

• Is this move obvious?

• Did it create a new trend?

• Did it trigger at least a 4-hour Cycle high/low?

If the answer is no...
Don’t draw Fibonacci!

Professional traders aren’t measuring every little candle.

They’re measuring the moves that changed market structure.

In the chart above, I’ve highlighted several swing highs and swing lows that can be used to draw Fibonacci retracements.

The most obvious approach is to draw Fibonacci from the nearest significant low to the nearest significant high.

But don’t stop there.

Sometimes a larger swing - one that skips a few intermediate highs or lows - captures the market structure much better and provides even more meaningful Fibonacci levels. Both approaches can be valid, as long as you’re measuring an important move that the market is actually reacting to.

Also notice that this is a 12-hour chart.

Drawing Fibonacci becomes much easier on higher timeframes because the market structure is cleaner and the important swings stand out naturally.

My recommendation is simple:

Start on the higher timeframes first. Identify the major Fibonacci levels on the 12-hour, 1-day, or even 1-week chart, and only then move down to the timeframe where you’ll actually execute your trade - whether that’s the 4-hour, 2-hour or 1-hour chart.

RSI.

Not because RSI is useless. In reality, it is one of the most powerful momentum indicators available.

The problem is that almost everyone uses it the same way:

“RSI is above 70, sell.”
“RSI is below 30, buy.”

And this simple interpretation has destroyed more trading accounts than most people realize.

The reality is very different.

The biggest advantage of RSI is something almost nobody talks about:

Bullish and bearish divergences.

This is where RSI becomes truly powerful.

My goal with this article is to make you fluent in RSI.

Not just someone who knows that “70 means overbought.”

I want you to understand RSI so well that you could sit next to your neighbor and explain why Bitcoin went down in June and jumped up in July.

RSI does not predict

RSI measures the speed and magnitude of recent price movements.

Think of it like the accelerator pedal in a car.

RSI above 70 = buyers are aggressively pressing the accelerator.

RSI below 30 = sellers are aggressively pressing the accelerator.

Notice what I did not say:

“RSI above 70 means sell.”

Because that is not what RSI actually tells you.

And this is the biggest misconception spreading across social media.

The entire trading world learns this simple formula:

RSI above 70 → Sell
RSI below 30 → Buy

But if this worked even 50% of the time, everyone following this rule would become rich.

Unfortunately, markets are not that simple.

Take a look at the Gold chart from the late 1990s and early 2000s.

This is one of the best examples of why RSI is misunderstood.

On February 3rd, 1997, Gold’s RSI dropped to 13.

That was an extreme reading.

The price had already fallen 18% from the previous year, and many investors started thinking:

“This must be the bottom.”

It looked like the perfect buying opportunity.

But if you bought there, you would have spent the next five years holding a losing position.

At one point, your investment would have been down approximately 26%.

The interesting part?

The real bottom came later.

Gold bottomed in 1999 and retested that area again in 2001.

At that moment, RSI was only around 38.

Then something amazing happened.

Gold started a massive rally.

Over the next decade, it gained more than 600%.

If you trusted RSI alone, you would have not only held a losing position...

you would have missed the real bottom.

Wrong.

This is where most traders completely misunderstand momentum.

When RSI moves above 70, it does not show weakness.

It shows strength.

The first time Tesla’s RSI moved above 70 was in July 2020, when TSLA broke above $80.

That was a new all-time high.

Every Tesla holder was profitable.

Sure, you could have sold there.

But you would have missed another 258% upside during the same year.

Tesla eventually reached $300 before experiencing a meaningful correction.

During that entire move, RSI never dropped below 30.

It only touched 39 once.

RSI went above 70 three more times.

And each time, it marked the beginning of another powerful move higher.

If you sold the second RSI breakout above 70, you would have missed 133% of potential upside.

Then another 66%.

Then another 20% after the final breakout.

In other words:

The correct action was the exact opposite of conventional wisdom.

You should not have sold.
You should have understood the strength.

Think about RSI as a runner.

The faster the runner moves, the higher RSI goes.

Would you look at a professional athlete running at full speed and say:

“He is running too fast. He must immediately stop.”

No.

You would say:

“He is strong.”

Markets work the same way.

Persistent high RSI usually means something important:

Strong buyers are dominating the market.

And during bull markets, that is exactly what you want to see.

That was a mistake.

While our long positions are performing well, we’re now entering the part of the cycle where protecting profits becomes more important than chasing new ones.

If you believe Bitcoin is about to explode into fresh all-time highs and your old Spot positions are finally going deep into profit...

I don’t think that’s what happens next.

The reality is much more complicated.

Bitcoin Analysis

Throughout this Bear Market, Bitcoin has respected the 3-Day Cycle with remarkable consistency.

The pattern has repeated itself over and over:

• The cycle falls and Bitcoin sells off.

• The cycle drops below 10 and price begins to accumulate.

• The cycle turns higher and Bitcoin rallies.

Simple.

Today, the 3-Day Cycle is approaching 96, which is an extremely overbought reading.

The obvious question is:

Will history repeat itself?

I believe there are two strong reasons why it could.

The first is the 2-Week Cycle.

This is the indicator that defines Bitcoin’s longer-term trend.

Right now, it is still moving lower and should continue falling for at least another month.

Since May, the 2-Week Cycle has been the biggest force pulling Bitcoin lower.

Bitcoin has never made sustainable new highs while the 2-Week Cycle was falling.

That alone deserves your attention.

The second reason is the 1-Day Cycle.

It is currently sitting around 75 and should reach 80 sometime this weekend.

Whenever the 1-Day and 3-Day Cycles top together, Bitcoin usually forms a local price top, followed by at least a week of retracement.

So far, the evidence is pointing in the same direction.

There is one argument against the bearish short-term outlook.

The 1-Week Cycle.

The red line has only recently started moving higher.

Unlike the shorter cycles, the Weekly Cycle reflects the trend over roughly the next six weeks.

And believe me...

The 1-Week Cycle is the real money-making machine in Crypto.

The 1-Week Cycle

Trading with the Weekly Cycle is simple:

• Above 80-85? Take profits, close longs, sell Spot positions and wait.

• Below 20? Buy Spot, open longs - start preparing for the next accumulation phase.

Then you simply repeat the process.

Again.

And again.

If the Weekly Cycle is rising but price feels weak, or Bitcoin looks like it is barely moving despite improving momentum, I usually become even more cautious.

Once the Weekly Cycle approaches 80, I am happy to exit, even if it means taking only a small profit or a small loss.

That’s also where I begin looking for short opportunities.

This is exactly what happened in August.

The Weekly Cycle started with strong bullish momentum.

But as it approached 80, price became weaker and weaker.

Then the Weekly Cycle rolled over.

Bitcoin dropped 16% shortly afterwards.

These are often the highest-probability short setups you’ll find.

And yes...

It works during Bear Markets too.

During 2022, Bitcoin rallied roughly 30% from the Weekly Cycle bottom to its peak.

Interestingly, neither rally looked particularly bullish while it was happening.

Price chopped sideways.

It moved up.
It moved down.

Many traders gave up.

Then, almost at the very end of the Weekly Cycle, Bitcoin accelerated sharply higher before topping.

Both rallies followed almost the same script.

Capturing the full 30% move is difficult.

Capturing 20% consistently is much more realistic.

And now you have access to the Buy and Sell signals which send you a “reminder” when Cycles are aligned.

How can I be so confident that the $60,000 area is probably not the real bottom?

Why can’t Bitcoin simply rally from here, reclaim its all-time high next year, and continue toward $200,000+ in 2028?

To answer that, we first need to understand what actually defines a market bottom.

And no, I’m not talking about the 200-week Moving Average or miner capitulation.

Although, let’s start with the miners.

Mining Difficulty

I know, this is a strange-looking chart.

It shows Bitcoin’s price performance starting from each miner capitulation.

Every Bitcoin bear market has one thing in common. Eventually, the weakest miners throw in the towel.

When Bitcoin falls below their production costs, they switch off their machines, causing the network’s hash rate to decline.

With fewer miners competing for the same block rewards, the remaining miners receive a larger share of the rewards.

Roughly every two weeks, Bitcoin automatically adjusts its mining difficulty downward, making mining profitable again for the strongest participants.

This event is known as miner capitulation, and throughout Bitcoin’s history it has appeared remarkably close to major market bottoms.

The chart above aligns every Bitcoin cycle from the exact moment mining difficulty reached its local bottom, shown by the blue dots.

From that point onward, you can see how Bitcoin behaved during every previous cycle. The colors simply represent the passage of time, starting with blue immediately after capitulation and gradually transitioning to red later in the cycle.

Miner capitulation is not a crystal ball, but it has consistently signaled that the worst selling pressure is likely behind us and that a new accumulation phase is beginning.

If history continues to rhyme, watching mining difficulty reach its bottom remains one of the strongest on-chain signals that Bitcoin is transitioning from fear toward recovery.

Today, however, we are already in the red zone. Historically, this stage has often preceded one final capitulation, followed by an accumulation zone.

Absolutely.

Each green stripe, together with the single orange one, marks a 4-Year Cycle bottom, the period when Bitcoin reached its lowest point of the cycle before entering its next major bull market.

2015

The 2015 bottom was unique.

Bitcoin actually formed two bottoms.

The first capitulation occurred in January, sending the price to around $150. Several months later, price revisited almost the exact same level, creating a classic double bottom.

Interestingly, the second time, the 2-Week Cycle never even dropped below 20. It reversed before reaching oversold territory, showing remarkable underlying strength.

2018

The 2018 bear market produced a much cleaner bottom.

Bitcoin experienced a true capitulation event, losing roughly 50% in a single month while both the 2-Week and 1-Month Cycles reached their lows.

From there, Bitcoin barely looked back. Over the following six months, the market printed almost nothing but green candles before recovering to its pre-crash levels.

2022

The 2022 bottom was even more fascinating.

Bitcoin initially fell to around $18,000, convincing many investors that the bottom was already in. Both the 2-Week and 1-Month Cycles suggested exactly that, and smart money quietly began accumulating.

Then came the FTX collapse.

The exchange’s bankruptcy pushed Bitcoin only 11% below the previous low, creating what felt more like a forced liquidation than a natural bear market decline.

By that point, the 1-Month Cycle had already turned higher, while the 2-Week Cycle only briefly touched 20 before Bitcoin entered another powerful uptrend.

Most people believe the market owes them something.

You bought spot positions that went underwater. Bitcoin has been struggling to stay alive above $60k, and you’ve been sitting there, waiting for that magical bottom that will supposedly solve everything.

But the truth is - The bottom will happen on a random Tuesday when nobody expects it.

You won’t feel ready. The news won’t look good. Most people will still be very bearish.

But this article isn’t about predicting that moment.

It’s about finding short-term opportunities that appear every single week, regardless of what Bitcoin is doing.

Opportunities that don’t require waiting another month just to see green.

Tesla ($TSLA)

I know the image isn’t perfectly clear.

But I promise it teaches you more than most indicators ever will.

Let’s break it down step by step.

At the bottom of the chart you’ll see three Cycle Indicators.

The red line is the Weekly Cycle.

It tells you the market’s likely direction over the next few months.

If it’s rising, the market is expected to trend higher.

If it’s falling, you should assume the bigger trend is turning bearish.

The green line above it is the 8-hour Cycle.

After years of testing, I realized that Tesla respects this cycle incredibly well.

The best entries usually appear when this line drops below 20.

That’s where TSLA becomes heavily undervalued and often produces powerful upside moves.

Above that sits the 4-hour Cycle, shown in blue.

This is your precision tool.

It helps identify short-term overbought and oversold conditions and often gives you the exact entry during the day.

Now look at the five entries marked on the chart.

Before opening any trade, this should be your thought process.

1. Is the 1-Week Cycle above 80?

A trade is still possible, but the risk is much higher.

If you decide to go long, your goal is simple.

Take the quick move and exit within a few days, preferably near the top of the 4-hour Cycle.

2. Is the 8-hour Cycle below 20?

Now we’re talking.

This is where I become interested.

Then I look for confirmation from the 4-hour or even the 2-hour Cycle to fine-tune the entry.

3. Is the 4-hour Cycle at the bottom?

Great.

Now make sure the longer-term Cycles are also near their lows.

Otherwise, the 4-hour Cycle can easily fail, and price may continue collapsing.

In other words...

Always analyze the market from the biggest Cycle to the smallest one.

Let's Zoom In

Markets are cyclical.

That’s important because Tesla is currently setting up in a very similar way, which we’ll discuss in just a moment.

Let’s calculate the risks, entries, and exits for each of the three examples shown on the chart.

Trade 1

The 1-Week Cycle is already above 80 and starting to roll over.

That’s your first warning that the broader trend is turning bearish.

However, both the 8-hour and 4-hour Cycles are sitting at their lows.

That creates a perfectly valid short-term long trade.

Because the higher timeframe is bearish, your job is not to marry the position.

Enter near the 4-hour bottom.

Exit around the 4-hour highs, or at the latest when the 8-hour Cycle crosses above 80.

Holding longer dramatically increases the chance of sitting through months of drawdown before seeing the same price again.

Trade 2

Now the 1-Week Cycle has reached 20, entering oversold territory.

The 8-hour Cycle is also at its bottom, while the 4-hour Cycle is beginning to reverse.

This is still a good entry.

Just remember that the market can still flush lower before the bigger reversal begins.

You have two options.

Take profits at the 4-hour, 8-hour, or 1-Day highs, which is usually my preferred approach.

Or, if you’re investing for the longer term, begin DCA’ing into the position while accepting short-term volatility.

Trade 3

This is my favorite.

The 1-Week Cycle has already spent an entire month below 20, yet price refuses to make another meaningful low.

Meanwhile, both the 8-hour and 4-hour Cycles are also below 20.

Everything lines up.

This is exactly where I want to build a larger position.

You can either sell around the 1-Day highs or simply ride the move until the 1-Week Cycle tops out if you don’t want to actively manage every short-term swing.

A short summer breeze. Sunshine. No rain.

Almost no people. Everyone has already escaped to the south, enjoying the holiday season.

The reality is that when you have money, it’s always summer. You don’t really care what month it is.

And it doesn’t matter that it’s July.

What matters is where we are in the Cycle, how much risk there is in the market, and whether you can place a high-quality trade today that returns 20 to 30% within a few weeks.

The answer is actually pretty simple.

Yes, you can.

So it’s time to pause your vacation for a moment.

Let’s talk.

My Favorite: Ethereum

Ethereum represents the health of the entire crypto market.

Even though Bitcoin is the most important asset in crypto, most altcoins follow Ethereum. If ETH performs poorly, the rest of the market usually struggles as well.

Fortunately, the picture doesn’t look nearly as bad anymore.

The Good

• The 1-Week Cycle is bottoming. And The 1-Week Cycle is the money-making machine. It’s the red line at the bottom of the chart, currently printing 4.95. Anything below 5 is extremely oversold, and this signal should be confirmed on Monday.

• Ethereum has been stuck inside the same trading range since 2021. We’re only 10% above the range lows. If price drops further, a retest of $1,400 is possible. If it moves higher, $2,000 becomes the most likely destination. That’s roughly 10% downside versus 26% upside. A risk-to-reward ratio worth taking a shot on.

The Bad

• The 1-Day and 3-Day Cycles, the blue and pink lines on the chart, are still working against us. The 3-Day Cycle is clearly pointing lower and will probably continue falling for the rest of the week. During bearish markets, price usually keeps declining until the 3-Day Cycle bottoms, which should happen in roughly seven days. The 1-Day Cycle will simply follow whatever direction the 3-Day Cycle dictates.

• The 2-Week Cycle, shown by the light blue line, didn’t even manage to reach 80 before turning lower. It will likely continue falling throughout the summer, reaching its bottom around September. The market is still bearish, which means we shouldn’t expect new highs anytime soon. When a local top forms, we’ll need to sell quickly.

Besides...

Ethereum isn’t even the best-looking asset right now.

There’s another one whose Weekly Cycles are already sitting at the bottom.

How do you like Silver’s Cycles?

2014, 2018, 2022 and now 2026.

Bitcoin crashes. The headlines declare it’s dead. Critics come up with new reasons why Bitcoin will never recover, while long-term investors quietly accumulate near the bottom of another four-year cycle.

Then something changes.

The fear disappears. Green candles return. The media wakes up. Retail investors rush back in. Bitcoin explodes to another all-time high.

We’ve seen this movie several times already.

But markets have a habit of disappointing the majority.

What if the next four-year cycle doesn’t end with another spectacular bull run?

What if Bitcoin’s most predictable pattern suddenly stops working?

The Law Of Diminishing Returns

One thing has become impossible to ignore.

Every cycle has delivered smaller returns than the previous one.

The gains that once exceeded 10,000% became 2,000%, then several hundred percent, and now they continue to shrink.

The last cycle returned roughly 700%.

If you invested $10,000 near the 2022 bottom and sold close to the top, you would have walked away with almost $80,000 (if you sold near the top…)

That’s still an incredible return.

But it’s also around three times smaller than the previous cycle and roughly fourteen times smaller than the one before that.

This isn’t surprising.

Bitcoin is no longer a tiny experiment worth a few million dollars.

It has become a trillion-dollar asset.

Moving an asset of that size another 500% requires an extraordinary amount of new capital.

The bigger an asset becomes, the harder it is to generate exponential returns.

Yet many investors continue to expect Bitcoin to behave exactly as it did ten years ago.

Markets rarely reward that kind of thinking forever.

Sharp eyes.

That’s the 3-Month Cycle Indicator, designed to measure Bitcoin’s long-term trend.

When the indicator trends lower toward 20, we expect bearish conditions to continue.

Once it falls below 20, Bitcoin becomes deeply oversold and prepares for the next major reversal.

Every time the indicator reached 10 or below, Bitcoin formed the ultimate bottom of its four-year cycle.

Every single time.

No indicator is perfect.

However, this year the setup is lining up once again.

If history continues to rhyme, Bitcoin should complete its current cycle bottom once the indicator crosses back above 20, which is currently projected for September.

The Weekly Chart Is Getting Weaker

Now zoom out.

Instead of watching daily candles, switch to the Weekly or 2-Week chart.

A very different picture begins to emerge.

Every major cycle is losing momentum.

Bear market rallies are becoming smaller, while reversals arrive faster than before.

Back in 2018, Bitcoin produced relief rallies exceeding 60% and 45% from major 2-Week Cycle bottoms (not visible in the chart).

During the 2022 bear market, those rallies shrank to approximately 41% and 39%.

Even those numbers overstate reality.

Nobody buys the exact bottom or sells the exact top.

A theoretical 40% rally usually translates into something closer to a 30% trade.

This bear market has become even more difficult.

The first rally from Weekly lows between December 2025 and January 2026 delivered only about 18%.

The second in March-May produced roughly 35%.

Every breakout is becoming less explosive.

Corrections last longer.

Recoveries become slower.

Momentum fades more quickly.

This is exactly how mature markets behave.

Instead of making huge vertical moves, they begin trading inside wide ranges while volatility gradually disappears.

In other words, making money during this bear market has been extremely difficult.

If you struggled to generate profits, don’t be discouraged.

A typical 2-Week Cycle during a strong bull market can still deliver well over 100%.

These markets move to the beat of their own drum, often delivering higher returns than crypto while experiencing significantly lower volatility and much cleaner cyclical behavior.

You’ve probably heard about the first two.

The third one will certainly surprise you.

Even more interesting, that third asset is currently approaching its Yearly Cycle bottom, a level from which it rallied more than 400% last time.

Ready to dive in?

1. Uranium

Few assets tell a story as dramatic as uranium.

In the years leading up to 2011, investors believed nuclear power would become the cornerstone of the world’s energy future, fueling an enormous bull market across the sector.

Then everything changed.

The Fukushima disaster shattered confidence almost overnight.

Countries shut down reactors, governments reconsidered nuclear expansion, and investors abandoned what suddenly looked like a dying industry.

What followed was a brutal bear market lasting more than a decade, wiping out countless uranium stocks and pushing the entire sector off investors’ radar.

Yet markets are cyclical, and today’s world looks completely different.

The explosive rise of AI, data centers, and global electricity demand is forcing governments to rethink nuclear energy, while years of underinvestment have severely constrained uranium supply.

The same commodity investors once abandoned out of fear is now being rediscovered out of necessity. From a Cycle perspective, the setup couldn’t look much better.

I’m not here to tell you what to buy.

I’m here to tell you what I’m doing.

The last five 2-Week Cycles have produced exceptional opportunities, with gains frequently exceeding 50%, all while experiencing far less volatility than crypto markets.

Cycles rarely fail, and even when they do, prices usually don’t collapse overnight, giving investors plenty of time to exit profitably.

What’s particularly interesting is how consistent the bottoms have been.

Every major 2-Week Cycle low has been accompanied by a bottoming formation on both the 1-Week and 2-Week Cycles, followed by a brief pullback, sometimes even dipping slightly below the previous low before the real rally began.

The current setup looks remarkably similar.

2. Cocoa

Ugly chart, I know.

But bear with me.

A few months ago, we talked about cocoa as it approached what looked like a multi-year Cycle low.

Few investors expected chocolate to become one of the world’s hottest trades, yet cocoa delivered one of the most spectacular commodity rallies in recent history.

Indeed, the market bottomed around $3,000 earlier this year before climbing more than 60%.

And the bigger picture still looks incredibly attractive.

The long-term 3-Month Cycle, which drives trends lasting several years, has now fully reset.

Meanwhile, prices previously collapsed from $11,000 to $3,000, flushing leveraged futures traders out of the market and creating a much healthier structure.

A new rally has already begun, confirmed by a higher high on the 1-Week Cycle.

The 1-Week Cycle is now turning higher once again, supported by strengthening price action.

Personally, I’d continue looking for long opportunities around the 4-Hour and 1-Day Cycle lows.

While most investors spent the past few years chasing AI, cryptocurrencies, and technology stocks, cocoa quietly reminded us that the biggest market opportunities often appear where almost nobody is looking.

The stock market is approaching a major top, Bitcoin has spent most of the year disappointing investors, Gold is struggling to sustain its rally, and the highly anticipated SpaceX IPO has been far less exciting than many expected.

So where should you put your money?

The answer may surprise you.

In reality, we’ve already discussed many of these topics at the beginning of the year.

This report brings everything together into a single framework, focusing on one objective: preserving capital today so you can deploy it aggressively when the next major opportunity arrives.

Because while most investors are searching for the next big winner, the Cycles are suggesting that patience may be the most profitable position for now.

Let’s start with the asset class that concerns me the most:

Stock Market in 2026

The red trend lines on the chart are not new. They were drawn more than a month ago when investor optimism was high and most Cycle Indicators were pointing higher.

Since then, the market has followed the expected path surprisingly well. We formed a local top, corrected roughly 5%, and then recovered as buyers stepped back into the market.

At first glance, that looks constructive.

Under the surface, however, a different story is developing.

The 3-Day Cycle has been trending lower for the past month, signaling a short-term correction, while the 1-Week Cycle continues to suggest that the broader trend remains bearish. Together, these Cycles indicate that the market is becoming increasingly vulnerable, even though price action has remained relatively stable.

The interesting part is what happens next.

As both the 3-Day and 1-Week Cycles approach their lows, there is still room for one final push higher into mid-July. If that happens, all three major Cycle Indicators could become overbought at roughly the same time.

Historically, that is not where bull markets begin.

That is where they become dangerous.

The biggest market tops rarely form when investors are fearful. They usually form when confidence is high, headlines are bullish, and most participants believe higher prices are inevitable.

This view is also supported by the broader 4.5-Year Stock Market Cycle. We are currently in Year 4, and the market has already gained more than 100% from its lows. Not only is that a substantial advance, but it has also outperformed the previous Cycle.

For that reason, I believe investors should be extremely selective here.

Could stocks move higher from current levels? Absolutely.

But if you’re entering the market today, you’re doing so after most of the gains have already been made. At a minimum, I would prefer to see the 2-Week Cycle return to its lows before becoming interested in new long positions.

The risk-reward profile simply isn’t attractive enough.

Gold in 2026

If stocks are becoming increasingly risky, where should investors look instead?

Surprisingly, Gold may offer one of the more attractive opportunities.

Despite a strong Dollar, profit-taking, and increasingly bearish sentiment, Gold has remained remarkably resilient. While many investors view the recent consolidation as weakness, I see it as a normal reset within a larger bull market.

The Cycles support that view.

Both the 1-Week and 2-Week Cycles, which tend to influence market direction over the next several months, are approaching important lows. Historically, these periods often coincide with peak pessimism, when investors become convinced that prices will continue drifting lower.

That pessimism is already becoming visible.

Traders who profited from last year’s rally are taking money off the table, while others are starting to question whether Gold’s advance is over. Ironically, those are exactly the conditions that tend to appear near important bottoms.

Cycle lows are rarely comfortable.

If you’re already long, every decline feels larger than it really is. Confidence fades, momentum disappears, and investors begin searching for reasons to exit.

Yet from a Cycle perspective, Gold appears much closer to a bottom than a top.

Ideally, I would like to see the upcoming 2-Week Cycle low form somewhere between $3,200 and $3,600 before the next major uptrend begins. Given that we remain in a broader Gold bull market, I continue to expect significantly higher prices next year.

Considering how few attractive long opportunities have appeared in 2026, Gold remains one of the very few assets I am actively preparing to buy on weakness.

Let’s get one thing straight.

I’m not talking about that kind of altcoin season.

That version is dead.
Forever.

There are now thousands of altcoins, dozens of ecosystems, endless narratives, and new niches appearing every month. The market has become far too crowded for the old “buy anything and get rich” strategy to work.

To catch those explosive moves today, you need to be incredibly selective.

And if you’re an investor who wants to protect capital first and grow it second, hunting for the next obscure altcoin probably isn’t what you should be doing.

So what’s the solution?

Altcoins Are Not Dead

You probably won’t believe this.

The total Altcoin Market Cap is currently about twice as large as it was at the Bear Market lows in 2022.

Read that again.

Twice as large.

So no, altcoins are not dead.
In fact, they’re very much alive.

Could they drop another 50% from here?
That would certainly be unpleasant.

The problem is that such a scenario becomes increasingly difficult to justify.

Why?
Because today’s market is fundamentally different from the one we had in 2022.

There are far more altcoins competing for capital, meaning money is spread across a much larger universe of assets.

At the same time, there are significantly more market participants.

And when you look at major altcoins like ETH or LINK, many of them have already traded remarkably close to their 2022 lows.

That’s not the behavior of a market that’s about to disappear.
It’s the behavior of a market that’s already been through a brutal cleansing.

The green stripes represent 2-Week Cycle bottoms - the turning points of long-term trends.

Historically, buying near a 2-Week Cycle bottom offers the lowest risk because these periods usually appear after extended bearish conditions and often signal a major shift in trend.

The red lines at the bottom represent the 1-Week Cycle.

This cycle moves roughly twice as fast as the 2-Week Cycle and provides insight into shorter-term market direction, usually over the next one to two months.

Right now, both cycles are pointing lower.

And that translates into a bearish market on the weekly timeframe.

Ah.

You noticed them.

Those blue stripes mark something very specific:

The final bearish 2-Week Cycle before the end of a Bear Market.

And right now, we’re moving through one of those periods.

Let’s compare:
The first blue stripe appeared in February 2022, right in the middle of the Bear Market.

Price rallied sharply.
The 1-Week Cycle topped out.
Then the market rolled over and continued downward into the final low.

Now look at the most recent blue stripe.

Sharp rally. 1-Week Cycle high. Rejection. And another move lower.

Sound familiar?
It should.

The only time a 2-Week Cycle fails to reach the typical topping zone above 80 and turns down early is when bearish momentum is at its strongest.

And strangely enough, that’s often what happens right before the Bear Market ends.

Ethereum is probably the best altcoin oscillator in the market.

Most altcoins don’t move independently.

They simply follow ETH.

When Ethereum is printing green candles, a large portion of the market tends to follow.

And Ethereum has been printing red candles since August 2025.

That’s nearly an entire year of pressure.

Here’s something most traders forget.

Every Bear Market feels unique while you’re living through it.

People throw around phrases like “the longest Bear Market ever”, “the biggest liquidation event in history”, or “this time is different.”

Then you zoom out.

And suddenly, the chart starts telling a much simpler story.

A little more downside.

A little more pain.

And then a violent reversal that nobody sees coming.

Could ETH still fall to $1,000?
Absolutely.

Previous Bear Markets showed us that possibility.

Would it be ugly?
Very.

But there’s another side to that story.

Last cycle, Ethereum only needed a single 2-Week Cycle to recover from around $1,000 back to $2,000.

That’s how quickly sentiment can change.

So if you recently bought ETH around $1,700 and you’re considering selling because of fear, understand something important:

You didn’t buy at a terrible price.

You bought surprisingly close to where long-term value starts appearing.

And when ETH eventually pushes back above $4,000, today’s fear will feel like a distant memory.

Not only did it bounce, it pushed above $67,000 today, with traders already watching the $70k liquidity zone and debating how much higher Bitcoin can go.

But it seems that everyone has forgotten one important detail.

Bitcoin just made a lower low compared to February - and summer has only just begun.

With stocks beginning their correction, it would be difficult to expect crypto to launch into a sustained rally.

Or can it?

Bitcoin’s View

Let me answer your questions before you even ask them.

Bitcoin is currently on Day 10 of its 60-Day Bitcoin Cycle after forming a Cycle Bottom on June 5th, when price briefly dropped below $60,000.

Since then, with the help of Cycle Indicators, Bitcoin and the broader crypto market have staged a strong recovery.

ETH alone gained nearly 20% during the advance of the 1-Day Cycle.

If you’re not familiar with the indicators shown above, the 1-Day Cycle is the dark blue line at the bottom of the chart.

On June 5th, it printed a value of 5, indicating that the market had become deeply undervalued and providing a clear Buy signal.

Today, the same indicator is printing 97.

That is a clear indication that Bitcoin has become overbought in the short term, suggesting that long positions should be reduced or closed tonight.

Here’s where things become interesting.

The 1-Week and 2-Week Cycle Indicators, represented by the red and electric blue lines, are still pointing lower.

Both indicators continue to trend down, quietly suggesting that looking for short opportunities is the smarter move throughout the summer months.

This doesn’t mean we won’t see additional upside.

It doesn’t mean Bitcoin can’t move to $70k and sweep liquidity above recent highs.

But one thing remains true.

We are approaching the final stage of the Bear Market, and the final stage is usually the most brutal.

To understand that, we need to revisit the previous Bear Market bottom and examine what the Cycle Indicators were showing at the time.

We keep coming back to previous Bear Markets because they remain the best roadmap for what may happen next.

That wasn’t necessarily true in 2015 or 2018 because we simply didn’t have enough historical data.

Today, the situation is very different.

We now have more than 15 years of Bitcoin price history.

We can clearly identify the major 4-Year Cycles.

We understand how Bitcoin behaves during monthly, weekly, and daily cycles, allowing us to forecast the most probable direction with far greater confidence.

If I had to compare today’s market with 2022, I would argue that we are somewhere around May 16th, 2022.

Back then, Bitcoin had just started declining within the 2-Week Cycle and was slowly approaching a bottom in the 1-Week Cycle.

Investors expected a bounce.

Instead, they got nearly a month of sideways consolidation, which eventually led to another low.

A very important low.

One that came remarkably close to marking the final Cycle Bottom.

And it feels like we are at a similar stage today.

Many investors believe Bitcoin has already bottomed.

Many are opening new long positions because they compare today’s price to where Bitcoin traded a year ago.

A 50% discount sounds attractive on paper.

But they’re overlooking one critical factor.

Bitcoin is still making new lows, and there simply hasn’t been enough time for meaningful accumulation.

Unlike June 2022, when Bitcoin dropped toward $18,000, the market then spent almost four months trading within the same range.

That lengthy consolidation gave smart money plenty of time to accumulate before the next expansion phase.

The final low arrived in November 2022 during the FTX liquidation event.

Interestingly, that low may not have happened at all.

By late October, the market already looked ready to move higher.
