Dr. Robert Yancey, Vice President, Business Development

On September 3, I interviewed Dr. Robert Yancey, VP, Business Development for HydroGraph Clean Power. You can view that interview HERE starting at 1:00 PM New York time today.

Dr. Robert Yancey left a senior position at Hexcel Corporation where he developed business with the U.S. defense sector in areas of growth such as unmanned systems, advanced air mobility, hypersonics, missiles and space launch. In this interview he explains why he left Hexcel, a $2 billion revenue company for HydroGraph Clean Power, a pre-revenue company.

Yancey explained that after he learned about HydroGraph's pristine graphene he felt he would be crazy not to accept the company's offer. He explained: “Once I understood what HydroGraph had, I reached the conclusion that I would be crazy not to accept the opportunity to build a new industry that can have multiple impacts across defense and commercial applications and it was super exciting for me. I will say that after 2 1/2 months at HydroGraph I'm even more excited and enthused about what the future holds for this company and graphene in general. You know, I think we will look back in ten years and try to understand what life was like without graphene embedded in all the products that we use and all the benefits that are derived from it."

The defense industry had been jaundiced by early attempts to use graphene for various applications that were unsuccessful due to imperfect and expensive graphene that was predictably inconsistent in quality. HydroGraph’s low-cost synthetic graphene has overcome those earlier consistent imperfections. After 2 ½ months, Dr. Yancey is already gaining traction in convincing his contacts in the defense sector that they need to run tests again using HydroGraph’s perfected product. Meantime, Yancey anticipates millions of dollars in grants from the Federal government to fund HydroGraph to research and develop various defense-related applications.

One graphene application in the defense sector that may be commercialized soonest is for coatings on Navy ships where industry tests have shown that graphene coatings last 50% longer on ships. The potential of this nearer term military application just for navy ships alone is massive. It would not be surprising to see HydroGraph revenues from graphene coating in non defense applications before it is used by the military.

Some of the other topics discussed were:

* Why graphene has justifiably had a bad rap and why HydroGraph's graphene opens the door to reverse unfavorable past outcomes.

* What graphene applications Dr. Yancey sees as most likely to be helpful for military purposes and what benefits they may provide.

* There are 60 materials considered critical by the U.S. government. Are there ways in which HydroGraph's graphene may alleviate some of those critical shortages?

Though it will take some time for the defense industry to commercially accept graphene applications, the ultimate payoff is mind boggling. While R&D takes place, millions of dollars of grant funds from the government are anticipated even as civilian applications such as coatings are anticipated soon.

Thanks to HydroGraph’s perfected graphene, disappointments of past promises are now being overcome, setting the stage for a revolutionary change in materials the world uses for practically any application you can imagine. Once Dr. Yancey understood that HydroGraph had discovered how to produce a perfect graphene, leaving a senior position at Hexcel for the HydroGraph was a no brainer for him.

As I was preparing to pass along today’s news, I felt this was an opportune time to provide the overall story of Amex Gold Mining, which is emerging into what seems destined to become a high highly profitable mine in Quebec with operations that will eventually extend into Ontario. Following is today’s news release from Amex followed by an update of the company’s plans going forward.

Amex Gold Mining Completes Portal Construction and Commences Underground Ramp Development at Perron

Amex Gold Mining Inc. announced that it has completed construction of the underground portal and has successfully blasted the first underground development round at its Perron Gold Project in Quebec.

The first ramp blast marks the official commencement of underground development at Perron and represents another important milestone in the advancement of the Project.

With the portal construction now complete, Amex’s underground mining contractor, CMAC-Thyssen, has begun development of the underground ramp. The current development program is designed to advance to a vertical depth of approximately 235 metres, providing access to the high-grade Champagne Zone and supporting the Company’s planned 40,000-tonne bulk sample program.

The underground development program will progressively establish the infrastructure required to access the mineralized zone and complete the bulk sample. The 40,000-tonne bulk sample is intended to provide important information on mining conditions, grade continuity, dilution, reconciliation and metallurgical performance while further de-risking the future development of Perron.

CEO Victor Cantore commented, “With the portal complete, we are moving to on-schedule ramp development that will allow us to access the high-grade Champagne Zone. The first blast of the underground ramp is a significant milestone for Amex. The portal and ramp are being built to production-scale specifications, supporting both the bulk sample and future mine development. This work will give our team direct underground access to the deposit and represents an important step in the continued advancement and de-risking of Perron.”

Over the coming months, underground development will continue toward the Champagne Zone, with development progress expected to provide a series of operational milestones as the ramp advances at depth.

EDITOR’S COMMENT:

I see this as a solid long term highly profitable developing gold project as management takes a step-by-step approach to de-risk the project and maximize shareholder returns.

BULK MINING

The blasting noted above is the start of the de-risking process. Starting this year and into 2027, 40,000 ton high-grade bulk sample will be extracted from the very top tip of the high grade Champagne Zone that extends to considerable depth.

Following the bulk sample, the next step will be a Phase I mining project to take place from 2028 through 2033. Even at $3,500 gold the economics of Phase I look very robust as the following Feasibility Highlights demonstrate:

Feasibility Phase 1 Highlights (2028 through 2033)

• Gold production to average 147,000 oz per year over the 5 years of commercial Phase 1 production at an All in Sustaining Cost (”AISC”) of USD$910/oz. Au

• Projected Post-Tax IRR of 114.6% and Post-Tax NPV5 of CAD$1.13 billion generated from a Cumulative Undiscounted Post-Tax Cash Flow of CAD$1.44 billion at an assumed gold price USD$3,500/oz.

• The Phase 1 Feasibility Study evaluates an initial development scenario at Perron, building on the broader potential outlined in the September 2025 PEA, which indicated a potential mine life of approximately 17 years¹

• Phase 1 mine development consists of two (2) years pre-production, followed by five (5) years of commercial mining and toll milling operations

• Executing a toll milling approach reduces risks and accelerates production schedule targeting revenue in 2028

• Proven and Probable mineable reserve of 1,989 kilotonnes at a grade of 12.1 grams per tonne, for 774,000 ounces of gold mined

• Low initial capital cost estimate of CAD$193.9 million

• After-tax payback period of 0.5 years

With high grade continuity at depth, Phase I is expected to stope down to a depth of 1.4 km with mechanized mining methods. At this point in time the deepest hole drilled into the Champaigne Zone intercepted 10g/t gold at a depth of 1.6 km.

Phase 2 (2033 through 2045+) Mining at Depth & Westward into Ontario!

So far, Amex has focused on the Perron Project hosted inside the Quebec border. But the company controls a belt of Greenstone rocks extending some 70 kilometers to the northwest into Ontario, which the company has labeled Perron West.

As noted in the cross section above, surface mining along strike to the northwest within Quebec from some shallow open pit gold deposits is likely. Mineralization on in the Gratien Zone is known to extend to a depth 350 meters where it remains open. With gold mineralization in the Abitibi gold belt typically extending to great depths, it may be possible another high grade Champagne Zone exists along strike as well. Beyond that Amex is very bullish on exploration potential along Perron West.

By the time the company gets into successfully mining Phase I, exploration and development of additional mineralization is anticipated that will justify Amex building its own mill.

For now, with a current market cap of US$490 million, I believe there is likely loads of upside for these shares which are currently trading at US$3.08. And I have not even mentioned high grade VMS deposit that also is hosted on the Quebec side of the company’s 570.94 km holdings. I see this low cost emerging gold mining company as one to keep an eye on.

Goliath Confirms Multiple Broad Intervals Of Gold Mineralization Connecting The Bonanza And Golden Gate Zones.

Goliath Resources reported confirmation of the newly defined volcanic Wedge Zones comprised of gold-bearing quartz-sulphide mineralization including VG-NE within broad intervals in multiple drill holes located directly between the structural intersection of the Bonanza and Golden Gate Zones, significantly expanding the potential volume of known mineralization on its Golddigger Property. With the increased drill density over the past few seasons, it has increased management’s understanding and confidence defining these mineralized wedge zones that have assayed up to 3.60 g/t AuEq, and with widths up to 58 meters outside the focus on the major higher-grade gold lodes/veins.

Drilling within the volcanic wedge has successfully intersected broad intervals of gold-bearing quartz-sulphide mineralization, locally extending continuously for 10 to 50 meters in drill core. This lower-grade envelope physically connects the Bonanza Zone with the Golden Gate Zone. Crucially, these newly defined areas of continuous low-grade volcanic wedge bridges the previously separate high-grade target zones, opening up the potential for large-scale, bulk-tonnage extraction methods in a mining scenario.

CEO Roger Rosmus stated: “Every drilling season at the Surebet discovery has brought pleasant surprises and we are seeing that again in 2026. Drilling the high-grade gold lodes/veins within the volcanics was part of the focus this year, and we now have two newly defined broader low-grade zones associated with the high-grade Bonanza and Golden Gate Zones. I would also point out that these volcanic wedges are in close proximity to the large NE Fault which could be a possible conduit. Considering the meters of drilling to date, north of 180,000, it is remarkable that as we follow the gold mineralization, we continue to expand the system. In a high-grade gold system it is unique to have such a large footprint as we have drilled at Surebet, and the widespread high-grade and tremendous amount of visible gold is clearly showing that the Surebet Discovery is ticking all the right boxes. For the past few drilling seasons, we have maintained that Surebet is the most important high-grade gold discovery in the Golden Triangle in many years, and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger every drill season as well as pleasant surprises along the way.”

The recently reported total footprint of the Surebet system is 2.01 km², which represents a 12% increase compared to 1.8 km² defined prior to the 2026 drilling season. The Bonanza Zone has been expanded to 1.51 km² from 1.27 Km² (a 19% increase) and the Golden Gate Zone has been expanded to 1.17 Km² from 0.85 Km² (a 38% increase); see news August 24, 2026.

The fully funded 2026 drill program is underway and will include approximately 50,000 meters of systematic drilling designed to expand the known mineralization laterally and to depth (all mineralized lodes/veins remain open for expansion and new discoveries), as well as test for the Motherlode Magmatic Gold Feeder Source.

Expansion drilling will focus on extending the footprint of the Bonanza, Golden Gate and Surebet Zones and testing other gold-rich mineralized lodes/veins that remain open. Additional drilling will be allocated to testing a number of lithological-structural features linked to magnetic anomalies strongly indicating the presence of a Motherlode causative magmatic intrusion gold feeder source.

EDITOR’S COMMENT:

While the grades in the area wedged between the high grade Bonnz and Golden Gate Zones as displayed in the cross section above are relatively low, presence of mineralized value may well pave the way for economically advantageous bulk mining. Hannan Hits High-Grade Gold in Final Two Stavaträsk Holes, Drilling Returns 4.6 m at 7.2 g/t Au, Including 0.7 m at 21.4 g/t Au,

Hannan Metals announced the second and final set of assay results from its maiden diamond drill program at the Stavaträsk gold project in the Skellefteå district of northern Sweden.

The program comprised seven holes for 1,040 m of drilling, aimed at testing 650 m of strike within a 7 km trend. Results from the final two holes, ST2606 and ST2607, are reported here.

Drillholes ST2606 and ST2607 were the two deepest holes of the program, aiming to drill-test the potential down-dip continuation of the granodiorite-hosted, quartz-arsenopyrite vein-swarm. Drillhole ST2606 returned the best intercept by grade-width of the entire 7-hole drill program, recording 4.6 m @ 7.2 g/t Au with individual assays up to 20.7 g/t Au over 0.6 m and 21.4 g/t Au over 0.7 m. These recurring high-grade quartz-arsenopyrite veins are hosted within a broad, ~60 m downhole interval of mineralized granodiorite.

Key Points:

• Gold intercepted in all seven holes of the maiden program at Stavaträsk, defining 650 m of mineralized strike-length. A further 1,000 m follow-up drill program is planned after IP geophysics.

• Best intercepts from the two holes reported here are:

  • ST2606 59.6 m @ 1.1 g/t Au from 48.5 m (no lower cut). Best composite intercepts from ST2606 are:

    • 7.0 m @ 2.6 g/t Au, 4.7 g/t Ag from 46.5 m, including:

      • 1.0 m @ 15.1 g/t Au, 28.4 g/t Ag

    • 4.6 m @ 7.2 g/t Au, 14.5 g/t Ag from 79.5 m, including 1.9 m @ 15.7 g/t Au, 31.7 g/t Ag, with individual assays of:

      • 0.6 m @ 20.7 g/t Au, 16.3 g/t Ag

      • 0.7 m @ 21.4 g/t Au, 29.5 g/t Ag

      • 0.4 m @ 6.5 g/t Au, 66.4 g/t Ag

    • 6.6 m @ 1.3 g/t Au, 1.2 g/t Ag from 102.1 m

  • ST2607: 3.2 m @ 1.4 g/t Au, 2.2 g/t Ag from 166.2 m, including 0.7 m @ 5.1 g/t Au

• The Stavaträsk mineralized corridor is interpreted to lie along a structural trend which the Company’s mapping and interpretation trace as a prospective corridor of up to approximately 7 km.

CEO Michael Hudson commented: “These final two holes have delivered the best results of our initial drill program and answered the most important question we set out to test - does the Stavaträsk gold system continue at depth? The answer is yes. ST2606 cut high-grade veins, with 4.6 m @ 7.2 g/t Au, 14.5 g/t Ag from 79.5 m, including 0.6 m @ 20.7 g/t Au, 16.3 g/t Ag, 0.7 m @ 21.4 g/t Au, 29.5 g/t Ag and 0.4 m @ 6.5 g/t Au, 66.4 g/t Ag hosted within a broad 60 m envelope of mineralized granodiorite that we can now trace down-dip from surface. Just as importantly, gold has now been intersected in every one of the seven holes across 650 m of strike, from as shallow as 12 m downhole. With the full data set from the initial program now in hand, we are moving quickly into an IP gradient-array geophysical survey to map the system at scale, ahead of a second drill program.”

In just a few months Michael Hudson’s Hannan Metals has had more drill success in Sweeden than during the past 6 or 8 years in Peru. It was the work Michael and his team has been doing in Peru that was the initial reason to add the company for coverage. I believe patience with Peru will eventually end up paying off. But share price drivers may actually kick in from work in Sweeden before investors start to see significant upside in Peru.

HydroGraph Announces Change of Auditor

HydroGraph Clean Power announced that MNP LLP (the “Former Auditor”) has resigned as auditor of the Company, effective August 12, 2026. Upon the recommendation of the Company’s Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Grant Thornton LLP (the “Successor Auditor”) as auditor of the Company, effective August 21, 2026, to hold office until the close of the Company’s next annual general meeting.

This change of auditors seems appropriate given the anticipated graduation of HydroGraph to the NASDAQ as Grant Thornton is considered a top flight internationally recognized auditing firm.

Nevada King Secures a Fourth Drill Rig at Atlanta.

Nevada King Gold Corp. announced that it has secured a fourth drill rig for its Atlanta Gold Mine Project (”Atlanta“) in southeast Nevada.

The Company has also identified a large, previously undrilled gold target located immediately north of the East Ridge Target, which is adjacent to the Atlanta resource. The Splay Zone sits immediately north and east of the Atlanta pit and directly on strike with the structural splays hosting the Company’s existing 1,020koz M&I oxide resource.

Highlights

• Fourth drill rig secured: A second Rotary Air Blast (”RAB“) drill has been contracted and is expected on site in September, bringing the total drill rig count to four, including the two reverse circulation (”RC“) rigs. The more mobile RAB rigs are able to reach targets with more challenging access, such as East Ridge, that RC rigs cannot. The 40,000m Phase 4 drill program is comprised of RC drilling only and RAB drilling is additional.

• Atlanta South road construction complete: Upper, middle, and lower section roads at Atlanta South are now complete, providing the access needed to commence drilling on the largely untested target which will follow up on mineralized intercepts in Pogonip Limestone, which is Carlin-type mineralization, on trend with the Atlanta Resource (see Figure 2).

• East Ridge access next: The excavator will now move to the East Ridge, where road construction will allow an RC rig to reach the Splay Zone and East Ridge Target and test mineralization below the 30m maximum depth of the RAB drill in Q4.

• New drill target in pipeline: Following recent high-grade, near-surface, oxide RAB results at the East Ridge Target, surface mapping and sampling have outlined a large, untested gold anomaly at the Splay Zone, spanning roughly 500m by 300m. This is a larger surface footprint than the East Ridge Target, and it has never been drilled.

VP Exploration Justin Daley commented: “The Splay Zone carries the same replacement-style gold in the same dolomite host as our resource and the recently announced East Ridge Target, yet it has never seen a drill hole. Rigorous mapping and the Company’s structural reinterpretation suggest that earlier geological models were incomplete. East Ridge and the Atlanta pit appear to be one mineralizing system pulled apart around an uplifted fault block. Uplift exposed the ore mined from the Atlanta pit, while down-dropping preserved it in the resource and along East Ridge. Widespread gold mineralization is now observed at both the Splay Zone and the East Ridge Target, including the 4.68 g/t Au over 7.3m returned by RAB drilling at the East Ridge Target. We look forward to getting the second RAB drill on site to start testing through the cover and along these structures, and once road access is built, following up with the RC rig to test the true thickness of the host rock horizon.”

South Pacific Metals Returns up to 12.8% Copper from Outcrop Outside the Kili Teke Resource; Massive Sulphide Traced over 200 Metres

South Pacific Metals Corp reported first assay results and field progress from the Kili Teke Copper-Gold Project (”Kili Teke“) in Hela Province, Papua New Guinea, held 100% through the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Kainantu Resources Limited.

Kili Teke hosts a National Instrument 43-101 (”NI 43-101“) Inferred Mineral Resource of 237 Mt grading 0.34% Cu and 0.24 g/t Au, equivalent to approximately 4.2 Moz AuEq at 0.55 g/t AuEq or 3.14 billion lbs CuEq at 0.60% CuEq, within the Central Main Porphyry. More than 95% of historical drilling across the 253 km² licence was concentrated on this single porphyry centre. The Company’s current exploration program is confirming historic work and identifying mineralised target zones outside the current mineral resource envelope as reported in the company’s June 25, 2026 news release.

The current work is prioritising two target areas outside the Mineral Resource (see news release dated July 29, 2026) - the Ieru (Yalopi formation) to the west of the Central Porphyry, including the massive sulphide and trench zones, and Ridge Gold (Kwaki Creek area) to the east. Much of the preparatory work required to convert them into drill-ready targets is now well underway. The current program represents the first systematic exploration at Kili Teke in approximately a decade.

CEO Timo Jauristo commented, “Kili Teke has been dormant for almost a decade, but the opportunity here was never in doubt. Our first exploration program has already found further encouraging evidence of strong mineralisation in several areas outside of historically drilled Central Porphyry. This supports our view of Kili Teke as a broader porphyry/epithermal complex around the 4.2 Moz AuEq or 3.1 billion lbs CuEq Central Porphyry. Our focus now is on pulling this recent data together with the historical dataset to define targets ready for drill testing by the end of October.”

South Pacific Metals is certainly one of the more exciting new exploration stories picked up in this letter because the company is picking up on a forgotten 4.2 million ounce AuEq resource drilled by Harmony Gold, a company that left this Papua New Guinea project when it lost its social license. The current Australia-based South Pacific Metals was able to gain that social license and now is working toward moving the project toward economic viability. Management actually believe the most prospective part of this gold-copper system has yet to be explored. As such, it believes it can grow the number of ounces at Kili Teke very substantially from its current 4.2 million AuEq ounces. Gold Strike Resources Reports Exploration GoldStrike One, Yukon

Gold Strike Resources Corp. announced the completion of the 2026 soil and rock sampling program on the GS1 property which is proximal to Snowline Gold’s Valley gold deposit.

HIGHLIGHTS

• 134 rock and 374 soil samples were collected on Gold Strike One (”GS1”) from July to early August 2026 providing property-wide coverage.

• A previously unmapped 100m x100m intrusive outcrop was discovered in the southeast corner of the claims amongst coincident historic gold anomalous soils (see Figure 2 and Figure 3). The outcrop was sampled where the crews could gain access as well as its talus apron for float. Results are pending.

• A 289.34 line-kilometre, 100m line spaced, airborne geophysics, magnetics and radiometric survey, designed to augment the geochemical/ geological understanding of GS1 has been completed. Results are pending.

CEO Peter Miles said: “Gold Strike has been busy over the past two months with some 40 people working on advancing our five properties in Yukon: GS1, GS2, Florin, RJ and FLR (see Figure 1). We are now receiving data from our programs and expect to increase our news flow significantly over the next few months. GS1 is an important property for Gold Strike given its proximity to Snowline’s Valley gold deposit and we are pleased that our field crews have completed our 2026 program on GS1 which includes the discovery of an intrusive outcrop that we have sampled. Results are pending.”

The intrusive outcrop (Circled above right) is about 100x100m, although exact boundaries are covered in scree or talus.

The 374 soil samples and the 134 rock samples were collected along ridge lines and valley contours at a nominal 100m spacing and have been delivered to the laboratory where they await assay. Results will be reported when received.

Previous soil and rock sampling program highlighted zones where the soils are anomalous in gold and or its pathfinder elements (As, Bi, Sb). This year’s program filled in and obtained closer spacing in the gold anomalous zones and sampled new areas giving the property a blanket coverage.

Gold Strike commissioned a 289.34 line-kilometre heliborne geophysical survey over the property which has now been completed. This low level magnetic and radiometric survey flown at 100m line spacing will provide key data that will complement the geochemical results. The Company will provide an update when the final data have been received and interpreted.

EDITOR’S COMMENT:

While this company is grossly undervalued on the basis of its 2.5-million-ounce gold deposit that will likely be enlarged with step out an infill drilling, the potential for a dramatic upside is related more to early stage exploration around the Sitka and Snowline deposits.

Goliath’s 2026 Drilling Expands Golden Gate Zone From 0.85 Km² To 1.17 Km² And Bonanza Zone From 1.27 Km² to 1.51 Km²

Goliath Resources reported that 2026 drilling thus far of the Surebet Discovery has resulted in expansion of the Golden Gate and Bonanza Zones on its 100% owned Golddigger Property. The Golden Gate Zone mineralized footprint is now 1.17 km², representing a 38% increase compared to 0.85 km² defined prior to the 2026 drilling program. The Bonanza Zone mineralized footprint is now 1.51 km², representing a 19% increase compared to 1.27 km² defined prior to the 2026 drilling program (see news July 15, 2026, August 10, 2026, August 11, 2026); both zones remain open for expansion laterally and at depth. All drill holes completed during the 2026 drill campaign have intersected quartz-sulphide mineralization which generally corresponds to high-grade gold mineralization. 59 out of 98 planned drill holes have been completed to date with a total of 34,990 meters drilled in 2026.

South Pacific Metals Extends the Mineralized Structures at Megabe to More than 300 Metres of Confirmed Strike Length

South Pacific Metals announced assay results from five drill holes, ONED26-010 to ONED26-014, at its 100%-owned Osena Project, located immediately southwest of K92 Mining’s Kainantu gold-copper mine in Papua New Guinea. The program involved step-out drilling along the Megabe structures, and a first test of an adjacent structure to the southwest. All five holes intersected mineralised structures. The four holes on Megabe mapping strike extension to more than 300 metres, and the structures remain open along strike in both directions and at depth; ONED26-010 confirmed that mineralisation extends beyond the Megabe corridor.

Highlights

• More than 300 metres of confirmed mineralised strike at Megabe. Step-out drilling has traced continuous mineralised structures from ONED26-014 in the northwest to ONED26-012 in the southeast.

• ONED26-011 intersects a potential fourth mineralized zone at Megabe. The hole returned 5.1 m at 1.79 g/t AuEq from 313.3 m, including 3 m at 2.66 g/t AuEq beyond the window predicted by the Company’s interpretation.

• Information to date indicates the Company is above a significant intermediate-sulphidation epithermal vein system. Every reported hole targeting Megabe has intersected mineralised structures, from the first intercept in ONED26-007 (12 m at 3.1 g/t Au, including 1 m at 18.1 g/t Au) (see news release dated June 16, 2026); through the ONED26-009 discovery; four of the five step-out holes reported today cut Megabe in the upper part of the system, above the high-grade target zone.

• Megabe is one of eight identified mineralised structures at Ontenu — most remain undrilled. Only small portions of three of the eight NW-trending structures — Jorkol, Onki and Megabe — have been drill-tested across the five-kilometre Ontenu trend (see Figure 3).

• Geometry defined — drilling now turns to the high-grade target. The step-out program has delivered the structural framework to drill the high-grade target at depth and down-plunge to the southeast of discovery hole ONED26-009 — 5 m at 12.84 g/t AuEq (including 2 m at 28.06 g/t AuEq) and 12.2 m at 6.24 g/t AuEq (including 2 m at 16.65 g/t AuEq) (see news release dated July 6, 2026).

CEO Timo Jauristo commented, “These four holes confirm the Megabe structures hold together along strike, are mineralised, and indicate the upper margins of an epithermal system. We think the high-grade zones in hole ONED26-009 have only clipped the upper edges of the main system, and we will drill a few deeper holes below ONED26-009 to test for continuity of high grade in that direction.

“It is important to note that we are currently drilling only one small section of Megabe and it is just one of eight currently known NW-trending mineralised zones that have been mapped at Ontenu, most of which have yet to be drilled. We have commenced planning for the next phase of exploration to test these other known structures. Much of the Ontenu area remains to be mapped. Our immediate focus is the deeper high-grade at Megabe, targeting veins showing the same character as Kora and Judd next door at K92 — and will start drilling the first of these holes shortly.”

Vectoring High-Grade

Four of the five holes in this program were designed to define the geometry and strike continuity of the Megabe NW trending structures. Every hole intersected the targeted structures, confirming that the Megabe trend is continuous over more than 300 metres of strik. The structures remain open along strike in both directions and at depth: ONED26-012 and ONED26-014 support the interpreted geometry of the structures, marked by the current limits of drilling, not the limits of the structures.

The step out drill program intercepted the top of the system, cutting the Megabe structures above the interpreted productive high-grade zone and within the leached horizon, an area that we now understand extends to at least 100 metres below surface.

Follow-up hole ONED26-011, drilled up-dip of previously released discovery hole ONED26-009, cut the Megabe structures within the window expected in the Company’s interpretation, returning 5.1 m at 1.79 g/t AuEq in a potential fourth mineralised zone (see Figure 2). The result of this drilling effectively supports vectoring towards stronger grades.

ONED26-010, tested a separate set of structures southwest of Megabe, intersected 18 m at 0.25 g/t AuEq — confirming that mineralised structures extend beyond the Megabe corridor.

Exploration manager, Octavio Garcia commented, “Following confirmation of the initial mineralised zone in drill holes ONED-007 and ONED-009, the objective of this step-out drilling program was to define the key geological parameters of the system, including its geometry, continuity, size, mineralisation controls and others required to validate the geological model.

“The results have confirmed several key parameters. Mineralised structures remain open in both directions, while geochemistry indicates strong potential for continuity over more than 300 metres of strike. We have also identified subparallel minor mineralised structures and a local leaching effect, similar to that observed in the Kora vein. The data provide clear evidence of an intermediate-sulfidation epithermal (ISE) system, comparable to neighbouring deposits. Recent drilling intersected the upper zone of this hydrothermal system, while also expanding the mineralised envelope. Further drilling is required to validate the geological model and determine the full extent of the system.

"The next phase will test vertical variability by drilling below the current mineralisation, helping establish the system's position within the hydrothermal system and guide targeting of higher-grade mineralisation."

Gold Strike Resources is a brand new story that I am fortunate to be one of the first letter writers to tell my subscribers about. Up until now, Gold Strike Resources had been a private company assembled by my guest, John Fiorino, a successful Canadian entrepreneur who spent the past 16 years staking mining claims around two recent world class gold discoveries in Canada's Yukon Territories, those being Snowline Gold's 8-million-ounce Valley Deposit and Sitka's 5-million-ounce RC Gold deposit which is destined to grow much larger. John spent the past 16 years staking 400-square kilometers of highly prospective gold claims surrounding the Valley and RC deposits and spent his family's capital to fund sufficient drilling to establish the company's current 2.5-million-ounce Florin deposit located very near one of Sitka's RC deposit. That project has great potential to expand those ounces but what makes this story really exciting are the following two factors:

1. There are countless intrusive gold targets with the same geological identity in the claims surrounding both the Valley and RC discoveries; and

2. Gold Strike's claims abut against both the Valley and RC deposits which will have to be available for mine infrastructure when both of those multi-million-ounce gold deposits are put into production.

The fact that Gold Strike is a brand new story that had been private until John vended his private claims into Gold Strike explains why the market is pricing the company's 2.5 million ounces at $10 per ounce compared to an average of around $95 for peer companies. On that factor alone the company should rise 9x.

The company has a very tight share structure with John owning 47% of the company. He and a handful individuals and an institution own all but around 15 million shares.

Investors should view this interview in conjunction with a report I wrote for my paid subscribers because the interview features only maps and other illustrations explaining the exciting prospects and undervaluation of Gold Strike Resources.

I apologize that the first six minutes or so of the interview is comprised of boring introductions and disclaimers. You may want to quickly skip over some of those early minutes. In searching my YouTube archives, I ran into this 5 minute, October 2009 interview I did with Eric Bolling on the Fox Business channel. Gold was breaking out in a major way, establishing itself forever above $1,000 per ounce. For that matter it is very possible we will never again see gold below $4,000. You can view my interview HERE in which I predicted the next market crisis at some undefined future date. There is growing evidence that that unfortunate future date is now rapidly approaching.

In October 2009, the U.S. federal debt was $11.8 trillion and rising fast because the Fed was not solving America’s financial crisis but only papering over it with massive amounts of additional money created out of thin air. I warned then that rather than addressing the root cause of the 2008 financial crisis the Fed was kicking the can down the road and thus setting the table was for an even more cataclysmic financial/economic crisis in the future.

I believe that future may now very well be approaching. The Fed announced today a doubling its long dated U.S. Treasury purchasing program because there are not enough buyers of Treasuries at current interest rates. With U.S. Federal debt over $40 trillion and increasing by at least $2 trillion per year, interest expense is rapidly crowding out the government’s ability to carry out required services which is why Treasury Secretary Bessent and the U.S. government have bribed Japan not to sell our Treasuries by lending them money.

The fact that the Fed is accelerating money printing once again coupled with the gold markets response by bidding gold up by $188 or 4.35% just today suggests that we may be at the start of increasing market disorder. Cash gold was quoted at ~ 5:30 PM in New York at $4,521.90. The Fed is now clearly exercising yield control (interest rate suppression) and the smart money is now responding by selling dollars and buying gold, understanding that the dollar is heading for the dustbin of history where all fiat currencies in history go to die. In other words, gold is replacing U.S. Treasuries as the most liquid form of money in the world.

Again, the chart below demonstrates the urgency with which the Fed is printing massive amounts of money. It suggests that the next explosive move higher in gold and silver is likely upon us and that major market disorder may be rapidly approaching! This should be exceedingly bullish for gold and silver mining shares but not so good for those who have ignored the message that I and other Austrian economic advocates have been declaring ever since President Nixon enabled reckless monetary and fiscal policy by severing gold from the dollar in 1971.

Altamira Gold Secures Land Access to High-Priority Gold Targets, Unlocking a New Exploration in the West of the Cajueiro Gold District

Altamira Gold Corp. announced that it has secured surface access to the western extension of the Cajueiro exploration licenses, including the high-priority Novo Sonho target. The access commences immediately west of the Maria Bonita porphyry gold deposit and extends over an area of 58km², of which only 5km² has been systematically sampled to date. Management believes this represents a significant strategic milestone, enabling the systematic exploration of some of the most geologically compelling untested targets in Altamira’s district-scale portfolio.

Highlights:

• Novo Sonho is located approximately 3km west-southwest of Maria Bonita, Brazil’s first confirmed porphyry gold deposit, which hosts a maiden Indicated Resources of 24.2Mt @ 0.46g/t gold (357,800oz) and Inferred Resources of 25.6Mt @ 0.44g/t gold (362,400oz)².

• Novo Sonho is defined by a significant gold-in-soil anomaly associated with an alluvial dispersion train, within a 15km east-west structural corridor hosting multiple intrusive-related gold prospects across the Cajueiro district.

• Artisanal gold workings in nearby south-draining streams confirm an E-W gold-bearing corridor of at least 5km centered on the Maria Bonita porphyry, further supporting the prospectivity of the recently accessible area.

Intrepid Metals hires Major for drill program at Corral

Intrepid Metals Corp. has selected Major Drilling Group International Inc. as the drilling contractor for the company’s planned 10,000-metre (m) drill program at its district-scale Corral copper project in Cochise county, Arizona. Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. has also been engaged to provide geological and operational support for the program, which is scheduled to commence in early September, 2026.

The planned program is expected to include approximately 20 drill holes, with approximately 5,000 metres dedicated to expanding and further evaluating the near-surface carbonate replacement deposit (CRD) style copper-gold-silver mineralization previously identified across the project. The remaining approximately 5,000 metres will represent the first drilling at Corral specifically designed to test high-priority porphyry copper-gold targets and evaluate the potential source of the extensive CRD mineralization identified through previous exploration. Major Drilling recently completed a site visit at Corral as part of final preparations for mobilization and the commencement of drilling.

Previous CRD focused drilling by Intrepid in 2024 and 2025 returned long near-surface intervals of high-grade copper (Cu) and gold (Au) mineralization.

Juggernaut Drills 30.11 M. of Quartz-Sulphides Intersecting the Big Mack Zone Over 450 Meters On Strike And To Depth Of 1/2 Km.

Juggernaut Exploration reported that initial observations from the maiden drill program have already confirmed the extent of the Big Mac Zone to a depth of 1/2 kilometre (500 m) and a strike of 450 m where broad intervals up to 30.11 meters of quartz-sulphide mineralization have been intersected on the newly discovered district scale gold, silver, copper rich system on the Big One property.

The Big Mac Zone remains wide open both laterally and at depth. Multiple drill holes intersected substantial intervals of broad quartz-sulphide veins and shears containing quartz-sulphide mineralization and textures visually similar to those observed in surface samples that assayed up to 114.60 g/t AuEq (3.66 oz/t AuEq) and continuous channel cuts yielding up to 4.89 g/t AuEq over 5.21 meters. The drill program has been significantly expanded and remains ongoing.

President & CEO Manuele (Lele) Lazzarotto said: “The 2026 inaugural drill program has already exceeded the team’s expectations with multiple significant broad intercepts of quartz-sulphide veining up to 30.11 m wide on the Big Mac Zone that look similar to those sampled on surface that assayed high-grade gold up to 114.60 g/t AuEq. The fully funded 2026 inaugural drill program has been expanded from 10,000 m to 13,000 m of drilling with two drill rigs and is designed to test the largest and most extensive veins hosted within the 22 km2 Eldorado zone, where surface samples assayed up to 263.70 g/t AuEq or 8.48 oz/t AuEq and channel cuts assayed up to 4.89 g/t AuEq over 5.21 m from >400 mineralized veins that are up to 10 m wide hosted in shear zones up to 50 m wide, and are exposed on surface for >1 km with >1 km of vertical relief and remain open. The planned drill holes are designed to intersect areas where multiple occurrences of gold visible to the naked eye (VG) have been identified in surface channel and grab samples from the Whopper Zone, the Big Mac Zone, and the Gold Dome Zone.

Omai Gold Announces Preliminary Economic Assessment for Its Omai Project, Guyana

Omai Gold Mines Corp. announced positive results from its Preliminary Economic Assessment (the "PEA") for its Omai Property, in Guyana, South America. The PEA mine plan incorporates both the Wenot open pit deposit and the adjacent Gilt underground deposit. These support production averaging 351,488 ounces of gold per year over an 18-year mine life, with peak year production of 435,667 ounces. Total combined production from the two deposits is estimated at 6,326,775 ounces of payable gold.

At a base case gold price of $3,600/oz, the project has an after-tax Net Present Value_5% ("NPV") of $4.0 billion, a 24% Internal Rate of Return ("IRR"), and a payback period of 4.1 years. At the recent spot price of $4,200/oz, the after-tax NPV_5% increases to $5.5 billion, IRR increases to 30% and the payback reduces to 3.4 years.

Highlights of Omai Project Preliminary Economic Assessment

• 6.327 million ounces of gold (”Au”) projected life-of-mine (”LOM”) payable production over 18 years

• $4.0 billion after-tax net present value at a 5% discount rate at base case $3,600/oz gold, increasing to $5.5 billion at $4,200/oz gold

• 24% after-tax internal rate of return at $3,600/oz gold, increasing to 30% at $4,200/oz gold

• $1.427 billion initial capital and sustaining and growth capital of $928 million over LOM

• 4.1 year payback at $3,600/oz gold, decreasing to 3.4 years at $4,200/oz Au

• $1,501/oz gold average cash operating costs and all-in sustaining costs (”AISC”)¹ of $1,608/oz

• $8.093 billion cumulative after-tax cash flows² over 18 years

• 351,488 oz Au per year projected average production over LOM, with peak year gold production reaching 435,667 ounces

• 1.35 g/t Au average head grade and 93% process recovery

• 5.9:1 average strip ratio for the open pit LOM

This economic study encompasses both the large Wenot superpit and the adjacent underground Gilt deposit, demonstrating potential for total gold production of 6,327,000 oz over an 18 year mine life. This PEA serves as an important milestone and provides a base from which we intend to advance the project on multiple fronts towards a feasibility study. As a past-producer, Omai has many benefits giving it a leg up to re-development, including highway access, a cleared site, an on-site airstrip, a tailings facility, known metallurgy, and the unique confidence that comes from a historical record of economic gold extraction.

A very significant advancement for the project occurred less than one year ago, in August 2025. At that time, we announced our fourth Mineral Resource Estimate (”MRE”) for Omai, reporting an impressive 88% increase to the total MRE. The major expansion to the size of our open pit Wenot deposit firmly established Omai as one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in the Guiana Shield. Less than one year later, and following our 5th MRE update, we are very pleased to deliver this PEA that supports the upcoming steps towards a feasibility study, and then onward to a potential production decision and construction.

At the same time, drilling has continued with five rigs and an additional 77 drill holes have already been completed at Wenot that are not included in the MRE that forms the basis of this PEA. This leaves room for further growth and optimization. The Omai Gold team has consistently delivered for our stakeholders and with this PEA complete, we will continue to advance on a number of fronts towards our next ambitious milestones.”

Production Profile

This Omai PEA supports a combined open pit and underground mining scenario for production averaging 351,488 ounces of gold per year over an 18-year mine life, with peak year production of 435,667 ounces. Total combined production from the two deposits is estimated at 6,326,775 ounces of payable gold with an average head grade over the life of the mine of 1.35 g/t Au shown in Figure 3. Production in the first two years achieves 25,000 tpd using the lower grade stockpiles that are built up during the construction / pre-strip period. This material is replaced by higher grade production from underground from year 3 onwards.

The Omai project continues to be advanced as expeditiously as possible with the following activities planned or underway:

• Recent completion of a 1400m long hole demonstrating the down dip extension of the Gilt intrusion that hosts the Gilt deposit, with assays pending

• Further drilling to test the Camp Zone as well as the east and west extension areas of the Wenot deposit

• Preparations to update the MRE prior to year end, incorporating current drilling plus 77 drill holes already completed since the April 2026 MRE, with many assays still pending

Engineering & permitting work includes:

• Equipment for de-watering is arriving in country with site support infrastructure near completion; de-watering expected to commence shortly

• Next phase of metallurgical work is underway, with large-diameter core samples from Gilt being processed for comminution test work to further refine the processing plant flowsheet

• Refinement of the plant site location followed by condemnation drilling, and geotechnical and hydrogeological data collection programs

• Steps towards environmental permitting continue

• Continued engagement with communities and government

EDITOR’S COMMENT:

With over 340,000 ounces of low cost gold production per year over an 18-year mine life, it’s difficult to see how major miners won’t consider this a very valuable asset. The economics were run under a base case gold price of $3,600 against cash costs of $1,501/oz and AISC of $1,608. With the current gold price around $900 higher the margins look even stronger.
