you just have to believe it’s possible. and that’s what these codes help you do. they assist you in opening your mind, broadening your perspective, and allowing yourself to see to believe that that dream life you’ve always carried in your back pocket? the only reason you want it is because it’s already yours. we basically just need to collapse time to bring it to you.

so that’s what today’s post is about. we’re building upon numbers as frequency, and we’re taking it a step further and channeling our own codes. yes, by the time you finish this post, you will have channeled your own code (or set of codes) that will carry your dream life to you. the codes can be focused on money, abundance, love, career, health, ideal timeline, or anything you most desire in your life.

since numbers carry frequency, and frequency carries information, the grabovoi sequences are able to work like universal door codes for things like money, love, healing, timeline jumps. and the DM’s i've gotten from you guys have been out of control IN THE BEST WAY. see a few below:

this one is for our queen dolly parton, and i don’t use the term ‘queen’ lightly. dolly is a true icon, a role model to all, and someone who remarkably was able to live in the light and spread kindness in every direction until the day she passed.

imagine writing thousands of songs, winning 11 grammy’s and getting 55 nominations, winning 10 CMA’s and multiple emmy’s, building an entire theme park, an entire town’s economy, an entire empire, out of a childhood with dirt floors and no shoes… and none of that is what’s flooding the internet right now. not one word of it.

because what everyone is talking about is how dolly made every single person she ever met feel like the most important person in the room. how she stayed exactly, wildly, and fully herself under more pressure to change than almost anyone in her industry has ever survived. how she silently mailed a book to a child in need every single month for decades and never once made it about her. how she lifted other women up instead of guarding her own spot at the top.

two days out from losing her, and i’ve had her songs playing on a loop in my head this entire time. i became freakishly obsessed with her song ‘9-5’ about five years ago and it’s now my top played song on spotify, my kids know every single word and a whole choreographed dance i made up to it, so you can imagine… her legacy will live on in this house and so many.

dolly IS the blueprint. so when the news broke this week that she’d passed at 80, surrounded by love, after a brief battle with cancer, i felt it the way i think a lot of us did, like something warm just went out of the world’s living room. she was 80. she’d just lost her husband of almost 59 years a little over a year before her. that alone tells you most of the story: a woman who loved someone for six decades, and then didn’t have to be without him for very long.

also, i'm not a regular astrologer. i'm a quantum investigator through dimensions and timelines. i'm also not afraid of a lil backlash. that combination brings us to where we are today… the lindsay clancy trial, through the lens of astrology.

before we get ANY further… know this: i'm a mother. i’ve had my own postpartum seasons that showed me just how intense and otherworldly the postpartum rollercoaster can go, and i have tried several medications for my own panic disorder, which thankfully helped me very much when i needed them most. so when i tell you this story wrecked something in me, i mean that as someone who has stood close enough to that particular edge to recognize the terrain, not as someone speaking about it from a safe distance. <3

and while i’ve never experienced postpartum psychosis, my panic disorder at the time led me to believe that i was on the verge of psychosis (i was not, but still that shit is scarier than life) and well—that opens my eyes to a few possibilities. one of which was lindsay’s extreme vulnerability to manipulation… which we will get into.

a little background in case you are unfamiliar: lindsay clancy has been charged with the deaths of her three children, cora, dawson, and callan, in duxbury, massachusetts, on january 24, 2023. she is on trial right now, this month, as i write this. she has pleaded not guilty. her own defense has said she caused their deaths and is arguing she should not be held criminally responsible because of severe postpartum psychosis and overmedication. prosecutors are arguing premeditation. the jury has yet to make their ruling.

we’re getting into lindsay’s chart today, as well as her ex-husband patrick’s chart. and while their astrology won’t give us a verdict (i mean that would be wild, wouldn’t it?) what a birth chart CAN hand me is a person’s blueprint. how someone is built, their life as it was written in the stars before they came here, and where the pressure sits when life gets challenging. where the cracks were always going to form if enough weight got stacked on top of them. and where vulnerability might be able to creep all the way in…

no matter what happened and no matter who did it, i am sure most people reading right now have an opinion on who did it and what really happened behind closed doors that evening… one thing we can all agree on is that lindsay and her children were absolutely failed by the system. she was overmedicated, written off, sent home when she should have remained hospitalized, and was absolutely not receiving the proper support from her husband (WHATSOEVER). she cried for help many, many, many times and was still left helpless. that fact is a non-negotiable.

perhaps it was growing up the same age as her, consistently being told i was her doppelgänger when i was young, remember the titans being my favorite movie of all time… or simply being drawn to her soul, i may never know. but no matter what, the connection was strong.

so of course the news of her passing this past week absolutely rocked me. in fact, i had to go back in my instagram messages to see if we’d ever been in contact (we hadn’t), because i’ve thought about her so much this entire week, i started thinking that maybe we had chatted once or twice and i'd forgotten.

but no, our connection was only in the soul realm. and in the soul realm it will remain. i was very back and forth on writing this article, as i never want to use someone else’s tragedy in vain, but after polling my audience and sitting with it for several days i realized i am not the only person who felt remarkably close to hayden without in fact knowing her. and so many of us feel so drawn to her lightness and purity as a soul, it would be a disservice to not write about her.

not to mention, tuning into her recent interviews (specifically on jay shetty), it was clear watching it as an empathic intuitive who ALSO gets extremely nervous to be interviewed and has been torn apart by the media many times myself—that she was not well. something was really not okay there. as we now know to be true. so that’s something i want to dissect when it comes to astrology… <3

so as you read on, know that everything shared in this article is written with the utmost respect, love, and reverence for hayden and her family. i pray for only the highest and greatest good for her daughter and all whom she left behind. i also don’t want this to be a sad article (!!) because i am in the business of bringing joy even in challenging times, so in the words below you can expect an astrology dissection as well as some serious questions that point toward “thoughts” that have come up around hayden’s passing.

and SPEAKING OF conspira-tea… i am currently writing a post about the lindsay clancy trial as well, and lindsay and hayden have the exact same big three. the same sun, moon, rising. so much so that i got confused when pulling their charts because i could barely tell them apart. they are also both 36. no coincidences. especially when the cosmos is always speaking to us.

but back to hayden… and the details. because yes, perhaps her death was an overdose. and if so, that is tragic. it’s always heart shattering when a light-filled human leaves this earth far too soon, especially leaving a daughter behind. but perhaps it ran deeper than that. perhaps hayden was one of the few brave souls who truly planned to speak out about what happens behind the scenes in hollywood. and when people do that… we know what happens.

numbers. we all know that they fascinate me. the number 201 has followed me for the last 16 years, beginning in 2010 (also a 201, of course) and has also started to show up in all of my closest peoples’ lives as well as so many of you who have been following for many years.

and when you really look at it, 201 is a 3 (2+0+1=3), which i happen to love because in numerology and manifestation by number lore, nikola tesla had an absolute fascination with 3’s. it is said that he would only stay in hotel rooms with numbers divisible by 3, he would walk around a building three times before entering, and had to clean his silverware with 18 napkins exactly (6x3=18).

^ from when the 201’s first began!! studying abroad in Florence, and every single hotel/hostel we got to i was placed in another room #201… EVERY TIME.

so… when i look deeper into my 201 fascination, i love that it is a 3. all of the best things that have ever happened to me have a 201 in them, down to my son’s birthday, 12/21/21, my literary agent’s first office, my grandfather’s room in his final retirement home before he passed, the number on my dashboard and the amount of gas in my car the day my grandpa passed, i lived in 201 apartment numbers all the way up until we moved into this house… i see 2:01 on the clock every day, the list goes on and on and on!

in numerology, 3 is tied to self-expression. i could go on for days and YEARS about what the number 3 means to me, but today i want to talk about something a bit more universal to all of us… which is the fact that we can literally manifest our wildest desires using, yep you guessed it, NUMBERS. and this phenomenon is known as the grabovoi codes. i call them the “9 cheat codes of the universe.”

we all have them.

and we can all break through them.

it doesn’t matter where you fall on the spectrum of self-worth and busting past limiting beliefs, even theeee most successful people in the world have subconscious glass ceilings in their minds that they need to reprogram.

for some people, maybe it’s not about money, or career, or fame, or the amount of eyeballs you’re willing to have on you, or going after your dreams with wild abandon. for some maybe it shows up in relationships, or health, or romantic love, or parenting. because let me tell you, i’ve been in rooms with the leaders in my industry time and time again—and just because someone is at the top of their game doesn’t mean they have it all figured out in every area of life.

actually sometimes, the more success they have in one area, the more the other areas suffer. but it doesn’t HAVE to be that way. so i became determined to figure out how to make sure that never happened to me.

there are a few ways we can bust past those beliefs, and i believe there are a handful of people existing out there in the world right now who are FREE from any/all glass ceilings. you know the ones. they’re absolutely on fire. they’re thriving in all areas. they have nothing holding them back anywhere at all. they work hard but they know what really matters in life, and they are not fooled by smoke and mirrors.

it is my goal to become one of those people.

and i believe that to be one of those people, you must work through your life bucket by bucket and see where you still have limiting beliefs lingering around.

the big buckets in life are typically health, money, career, family, romantic love, self-worth, friendship, creative expression, assets, and so on.

so at the top of the year, because i am a serial entrepreneur through and through… i started asking myself the question: “what is my financial glass ceiling? and what can i do to bust all the way through it and shatter it into smithereens?”

and pretty quickly, the rough number became clear to me.

i've been in this influencing space for a long time. fourteen years to be exact! and for the majority of those years, i’ve made a similar number every year. for over a decade… i didn’t even look at those numbers! i felt freedom, i knew i was doing well, and i knew my team had the exact financials handled.

but in recent years, the financial details on the backend started to pique my interest more and more.

you’ve probably noticed, if you’ve followed along for a long time, because whereas i used to never talk about money (i thought it was tacky and taboo and truly ick behavior), i now talk about it openly and freely. i realized that me believing that talking about it was tacky and ick, was actually a glass ceiling in and of itself. because what is a glass ceiling, anyway?

a glass ceiling, in my view, is an invisible limit we place on what we believe we’re allowed to have, hold, receive, become, or even speak about. and the wild part is that most of the time, we don’t even know it’s there… we just call it our personality, our values, or in my case… it was so important to me to BE HUMBLE and not be annoying and not rub anyone the wrong way, that i thought talking about money was only reserved for people who didn’t actually grow up having money. and because i did grow up around it… i felt it was off limits for me.

underneath that belief is usually the fear or feeling that’s running the whole show, and that’s the more interesting part that i really wanted to examine. for me, the question was, “what would happen if i made more than that number i roughly make every year, and what would happen if i doubled, tripled, or quadrupled it?”

and right then and there, my limiting belief was WILDLY clear to me.

first of all, ahhhh how good does it feel to be writing to you today. between our trip to hawaii, relaunching limitless for cohort 2, getting sick and dealing with the ascension flu about 7x, and trying to juggle all the other myriad of things popping up in life, i feel like the one thing i want to do most (write on substack) took a back seat for a week or two.

today i wanted to talk about something wildly important to me, which is debunking the myth of “doing it all.” probably the top asked question i get in my DM’s (aside from peptides!!) is, “but how do you really do so much all of the time, and how are you not falling apart because of it?”

specifically… how do i work so much as a mom, how do i have this constant stream of output, take care of yourself and workout and travel and live AND show up as a loving wife, a devoted friend, and a present mom who is with her kids so much, is part of the most special homeschool pod of all time, etc. etc.

i'm here to tell you… you can literally have it all. you can have it ALL!! there are zero limits. do you hear that? let’s tattoo it on our foreheads, shall we? we. can. have. it. all. the dream motherhood, the bustling career, the soulmate marriage, the drive for more, the most soul-deep friendships, the list goes on. but, here’s the thing… we cannot DO it all. at least, not all at once. and anyone who tells you otherwise is, sadly, lying.

YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL. BUT YOU CANNOT DO IT ALL (AT LEAST, NOT ALL AT ONCE.)

now, let’s get into it. i'll tell you…

• what it actually looks like for me to do “do it all,”

• the EXACT breakdown of the help/village that we have,

• where our resources go each week to make sure our kids are taken care of in the best and most aligned way possible,

• a snippet of my exact schedule from waking up to going to bed and how much of that is allocated toward work, play, family, etc…

but in the meantime, i did want to pop on and share this free post, a bit of a quick-and-dirty one for me (i normally can’t stop myself before 3,500 words minimum but we’re trying here today ok) to tell you a thing or two about how i’ve grown my substack to $350k ARR in about 10 months… and how you can, too.

this post is inspired by a very discouraging article i saw about how “substack is on the decline” blah blah blah because it’s “become too much like other social media platforms” (in quotes, bc not true), it rewards the constant marketing and the newsfeed drips and the quippy, shareable content instead of the long-form deep dives and genuine heart-to-soul writing that drips into people’s minds like warm, gooey honey… and i'd like to offer a completely different perspective:

what if the complete opposite were true, and substack were on the rise? what if perhaps certain people feel like it’s on the decline because… and forgive me if this is crass because i really mean this to be taken as constructive criticism more than anything else… because their writing just isn’t that resonant or alive? because their following just isn’t that dedicated? because perhaps they have something to say (WE ALL DO) but they don’t know how to say it, and they certainly don’t know how to market it?

hi. hello. what’s up. that’s where i come in. because i can teach you (AND I WILL) how to get past this. insert: limitless. but more on that in a hot minute.

first… why trust me? not only am i a writer in my bonessss for life life life, but i am also a born and bred marketer. well, i've been an influencer since i was about 8 years old. i’ve been creating content like my life depends on it since the first time i got my hands on a dial-up computer. and if i MAY give you some tough love big sister advice… maybe just maybe, if your substack is not growing but is instead dwindling to a pulp, maybe you are not living in your most limitless aligned energy yet? maybe it’s time to switch up your content and give more of your soul?

because look. here’s the cold, hard truth: it’s ridiculously possible to grow (like ridiculously, almost painfully easy if you ask me), BUT… not without a lot of hard work. hours, consistency, showing up when no one’s listening, showing up when the world doesn’t care yet and you have yet to magnetize your words to your loyal diehards, creative awakening, reprogramming your mind, spilling your soul onto the page, doing it again and again and AGAIN until, poof, something changes… you start to grow.

it could take a day, a week, a year, two years, five years… and that’s why you have to be in it because you freaking love it. you can’t show up to substack with the immediate notion of “i'm here to get paid” or “i'm not i'm not getting paid yet” and certainly not with the “ugh i'm mad that all the INFLUENCERS are doing so well here, substack is such a sellout” attitude.

not to say you have to do it the way i did it, but i blogged professionally for fourteen years 100% for free before i moved over to substack and turned on the paid feature. every day for FOURTEEN YEARRRSS! and before that, in the AOL chatrooms when i was a kid, obvi also for free. and truly you don’t have to follow this path—i actually encourage my limitless course members to turn on paid in their THIRD WEEK of writing, to show themselves and the universe how capable they are and how willing and deserving they are to receive.

and i absolutely don’t blame anyone who feels like substack is on the decline—if anything, i feel for them. it’s hard to be a true-blue, words-loving, depth-slinging writer out here in the Wild West of the inter web ethers!! it’s not easy to watch platforms get inundated by short form content and for the OG’s of each internet space to get weeded out by the bigger, already famous big guns like glennon doyle, mel robbins, etc. etc.

but just because it’s not easy doesn't mean it’s time to throw in the towel.

just because someone’s follower count may be going down doesn’t mean it’s the end of growth and $$ for them on substack.

all it means is that it’s time for a refresh!!!! the things i would recommend first and foremost would be:

1. consistency at all costs. don’t give your followers nothing to work with—give them something to pay for and STAY for. (if monetization is your goal.) if you’re giving 50% of you, start giving 100% of you. that’s what your paid subs deserve and also it’s what your inner creative/artist/child deserves, too. (TO POUR INTO YOUR CRAFT.)

2. stop complaining about the platform. no really… just stop. it’s not something people are eager to follow along with. sure, you may be able to commiserate with people who feel the same way, but your negativity will become a self-fulfilling prophecy because words are spells, we receive what we put out, and what we believe about our lives will always, always, always become our reality.

3. replace your complaints with a limitless mentality. what does that mean? it means… get rid of the glass ceilings in your mind and heart about what your success could look like. if you made $50,000 ARR last year on substack and you’re upset that you’re down to $20,000 now, instead of trying to get back to 50k, why not try to get to 100k? and beyond? reprogram your mind, see a future that is bigger than your present (and your past), and work toward it every day. if you believe it and work toward it (consistently), it will become your reality.

4. reinvent the wheel!!!! if it’s not working, and your subscribers are dwindling, what can you do to totally change your strategy? how about start a new series, work on your hooks, create a marketing funnel (IG to substack to your other newsletter and beyond), or write about new topics entirely. not to be mean… but maybe your audience just isn’t interested in the type of content you’re sharing right now? (I teach you how to create the marketing funnel in limitless!)

5. stop giving us the bare minimum. if there’s one thing that the current state of the social media sphere has baked into us, it’s that… you can put out the bare minimum and it’s enough. no actually… it’s not enough. try harder. give more. if you’re going to complain and feel unhappy with where you’re at, try giving more (to both the writing and the strategy) and see where you are 3 months from now?

6. remember your why. do it for yourself at the end of the day. most of the time, others will not care about our art as much as we do. when they do, it’s a happy magnetic chasm of magic and understanding—but if they don’t… that’s okay too. when you do it for you, you can show up to the page even if nothing is happening.

all of this to say… don’t give up. you’re not bad at writing, you might just be bad at marketing. and beyond that, you might also just not have discovered your own writing voice yet, or your content pillars, or your WHY.

first thing’s first: what is a north node?

unlike jupiter, venus, mercury, sun, moon, etc., the north and south node are not planets. they’re not even physical objects, actually. they’re more like mathematical points, a.k.a the spots where the moon’s orbit crosses the sun’s path from the lens of earth. and when it comes to reading your birth chart, they are known as the single most fated, regarded, karmic axis points in your entire chart.

the nodes are always opposite from one another on the zodiac wheel. while the south node is where you’ve already been and the stuff that comes easily to you in this lifetime, the north node is the opposite. it’s your growth edge, your soul’s actual assignment for this lifetime, the unfamiliar yet completely resonate life’s work you step into more and more as you grow. it’s where expansion lives—it’s where you’re meant to be heading, even when the south node is whispering “just go back to what you know.”

the “thing” going on connects the dots between all of my greatest obsessions: parallel universes, timeline jumping, manifestation, consciousness, the mandela effect, the greater powers that be and how they’re influencing our lives and minds in ways far deeper than we realize, and even deeper stuff — think: cloning, illuminati, the list goes on — that we’ll leave out for today because i admit… it’s too much to spill all the tea in one place. and i want to keep this high vibe.

we’re talking about the CERN shut down. it dropped its final beams on June 27, 2026, kicking off ‘Long Shutdown 3’ — the roughly four-year pause before it restarts around 2028, with full high-luminosity operations targeted for 2030.

and i'm sure many of you are thinking… “WTF is CERN?”

soooo, that’s where we’re going to begin.

CERN is the world’s biggest machine — the Large Hadron Collider, the thing that’s been smashing particles together at basically the speed of light 20 miles outside of Geneva since 2008 — and it went dark at the end of June. they dumped the beams, they said their little goodbye on the dashboard, and now it’s sitting there, quiet, for the next four years.

and before you get turned off by this article because you’re not a science person and you have no idea what a Hadron Collider is supposed to be, don’t worry, because SAME. i'm going to break this down in laymen’s terms for us, and most importantly i'm going to address what this means for human consciousness AND for manifestation over the next four years.

in my opinion, it is NOOOO coincidence that this shutdown coincides with barbault’s basket, the one-in-a-century cosmic portal we are all living through right now, as well as Jupiter’s shift into Leo, the nodes shifting into Aquarius/Leo in just a few days, and basically the new paradigm priming us and inviting us to step into our fullest power and alignment every step of the way.

i’ve known that once i announce this to the world, it’s real. there will be excitement and support and perhaps confusion and many, many thoughts, and i welcome it all, but for the last month or so, this news has been mine. close to the heart, a lot to process, and honestly… equal parts thrilling and devastating, all at once.

and i ALREADY KNOW the girlies who don’t want to hear it are gonna be like, “but that’s not true and sickness is terrible” and blah blah blah and yes—it is. i don’t wish sickness on anyone. and it’s not the only way to upgrade. but in my experience, it’s always been part of my process. the same is true for many others.

so, here’s the dealio. the last few days i've been throwing up so violently from the stomach flu and whatever else is going on in my body that i legit gave myself whiplash. it’s been AWFUL. this sickness came on very spur of the moment around 10pm on delilah’s birthday (thankfully, after a full day of celebrations for my perfect princess), but when i look back at my last few weeks i feel like it was percolating right beneath the surface the whole time.

exhibit A… see this text thread with jonathan from about a week ago. my body was already getting to its breaking point:

that was one of many. for days i was basically inundating him with, “omg, my entire body aches,” texts. and truthfully… whenever a full body breakdown is creeping at my door, i know without a shadow of a doubt that it’s going to take me over. it’s just a matter of when. but even now, even with all i've learned, even with my history of Lyme disease and everything it taught me, i still like to play this game called: “how intensely can i run myself ragged before this sickness catches up with me?”

a.k.a i try to outrun the inevitable.

maybe it’s because i'm a rebel, a perfectionist, a type A overachiever, or maybe it’s because these days i’m juggling more career-wise than ever before (while simultaneously mom-ing and wife-ing and all the things), but i just don’t like to take “no” for an answer. from anyone. even a sickness. 😂

but here’s the thing, i don’t actually believe in sicknesses. i KNOW, I KNOW. don’t shoot the messenger, ok!?!?!? i believe in ascension symptoms. i believe that when our bodies break down, it’s because we’re entering cellular upgrade mode to the highest degree. and it always happens when we are going through a big, huge, massive life up level.

👆🏻 that’s what psychic after psychic would say to me at the end of every podcast interview, starting in 2016 when i was just a girl in my mid-20s trying to figure it all out.

i spent years not believing it. or… believing it, but not believing that i could be as powerful as they were because i didn’t think i had it in me. the pivot from influencer and content creator to spiritual teacher has been a very real one for me, and i’ve had to let go of so many blocks and limiting beliefs about myself along the way. but i’m here to say, ten years later, i’m doing it. and it feels good. so i’m spilling all the tea.

today i’m telling you the whole story of how i stopped ignoring my intuition and woke up to my true psychic nature. yes, ALL of it. the “awakening tour” i went on in 2016, the pleiadians and who the heck they actually are, the time i saw a shaman’s face turn into a full-blown galaxy and i thought i was losing my marbles, and the health crisis that nearly took me out. because here’s the reality: my psychic awakening was NOT love and light.

it was more like… death and destruction and complete rebirth from the inside out — like the true 12th house stellium that i am. 😂 *cue the music… ‘started from the bottom, now we here.’*

i should have known i was destined to be a psychic, because when i started my podcast over a decade ago the only people i was interested in having on my show were psychics, mediums, spiritual guides, crystal healers, reiki masters, numerologists, kundalini teachers, and so on.

and when each of them came on, there was a singular theme that they would say to me at the end of each pod conversation, and it was…

“you know you’re one of us too, right?”

the first time i heard it, i thought, “i wish.”

the second time, i allowed myself to think, “well, maybe… i have always felt connected and different and very spiritual…”

the third time, i got full body chills.

by the fourth time, i was beginning to remember snippets of childhood where i was still in tune with my gifts, before i’d shut them off. (like seeing ghosts all throughout my room and willing myself to believe they couldn’t possibly be real — as young as the age of 3!)

and by the fifth time, i was like, “YEP, let’s go. i’m going to need a mentor because it’s time for me to dive fully into unlocking these gifts.”

i just dropped attie off at camp, i have a massage here in about an hour, and then i’ll go to the gym. it feels like the perfect day, after one of the most intense and joyful launch weeks of my life! we will get into that below. and btw, today is a free post. because the topic of today’s is so important, so juicy, so resonant, i want everyone and their mother to be able to soak it in.

my thankfulness for this abundance and sense of ease is off the charts. before i started writing just now, i did a little gratitude meditation and sent it out to all of you. i hope you can feel it. here’s some photo evidence:

and here’s the thing… i created this life for myself, and even just six months ago it wouldn’t have been my reality. that’s how quickly we can shift our lives when we are committed, embodying our future self, and in devotion to our craft and what truly lights us up. not to mention, i work extremely hard, and i never want to act like hard work isn’t a part of this.

my ultimate manifestation recipe right now: have a clear vision of what i want + have the devotion and drive to go after it + hard work and pouring hours and energy into the vision like you wouldn’t even imagine + live as if the future is already here. and slowly but surely, that will become your life. not MAYBE, not “only if i hit the jackpot,” like definitely. but hard work is the key component and i find that’s what most are not willing to do… or even if they are willing, they walk away right before things start to officially shift.

because hard work on the good days isn’t quite what always pays off. it’s the hard work you pour in on the challenging days, the days when it feels like no one is listening, the sales are not rolling in, the ideas are blocked, and the future feels far off. it’s the consistency and discipline during the months and sometimes even years of zero growth (yep, been there) but the willingness to show up anyway. and beyond willingness — the excitement to show up anyway. because you love what you do. because you’d do it even if no one paid you. because it’s your gift and your joy.

and now, 14 years into my career and six months into completely betting on myself, i’m sitting here realizing, ‘holy shit. i did it. i did this. i created this. the future i’ve been envisioning is here and now.’

and i’m determined to relish in it, and to celebrate. because it took a lot to get here. because many days, i didn’t know if i’d ever get here. so please as i share these details with you don’t take my joy as me bragging about something that i have—take it as me expanding you to show you what’s possible. i am no different than you, i’m just someone who’s done the thing. and who will continue to do the thing, every damn day. i crawled out of the darkest nights of my own soul and i made this life happen.

as recently as february of this year, i felt stuck at the most intense crossroads of my life. then i made some hard decisions and they payed off. and now, i’m here, and this is only the beginning. 😭

now, let’s back up a bit…

if you’re new here, let me explain a bit of the trajectory and how i got here.

for 14 years, i’ve been a content creator. my life has pretty much looked like posting on instagram, writing on my OG blog, and working with brands since i was 21 years old. then and now, it’s been my dream job. i always joke, “i have no idea what else i’d be doing,” because the internet life was literally made for me. even when i was 8 years old, posting in chatrooms and giving other kids advice is what i did FOR FUN… so imagine how fun this job is for me.

then in 2016, i started my podcast. it was very early podcast days, and quickly hosting the pod became my entire life. it was one of the best decisions of my professional career to start my podcast when i did. it took my relationship with my audience off of solely photos and words, and into my actual voice — we all developed a person to person connection that felt so deep and palpable from day one.

and for ten years, building the podcast really was in complete alignment with my life, my heart, and everything i loved to do. i got to interview not only the top people in all of the fields i’m interested in, but just about everyone i idolize and look up to. if i read a book and loved it, i’d ask the author on. if i saw someone on TV and wanted to talk to them, i’d invite them on. the thing with podcasts is, almost all guests say “YES” to coming on, because mostly everyone wants free press (and a good conversation).

anyway, without going into way too much detail (and you can listen to my “why i’m pausing my podcast episode” if you want the full scoop), but the older i got, the more my life shifted and evolved, the more children i had (going from one to two is a big leap), and the more i leaned into who i am now vs. who i used to be… the more i knew, it was time to step away from the podcast. maybe not forever, but certainly for a time being.

releasing an episode every wednesday for 10 years is no small fete. and i’m incredibly proud of that. i’m also wildly grateful for every single listener, old and new, over the years that allowed the podcast to be such a big part of my career and life for the last decade. and i am still just as committed to you guys as far (my besties from all over the world), just now in different forms and mediums.

called to wake up as an aquarian leader…

here’s the biggest thing i was wrestling with when trying to decide whether i’d pause my podcast or not. because trust me, this decision didn’t come easily. i was blacking out and giving myself vertigo from pure stress and anxiety every single day leading up to this decision. i was so afraid of letting people down — you guys, my network, my sponsors, my producers, my managers, my guests that were already booked for the entire year, the list goes on. my podcast was not a one woman show, it was a full-on brand.

BUT… the biggest thing i was wrestling with was this: “how can i step into my true purpose as an aquarian leader in the new paradigm, if i am still playing by the rules of the old paradigm?” 🤯

the old paradigm is very: stick with this, it’s already lucrative, it’s already successful, you’ve climbed the ladder to get here, keep going until the well runs dry, maybe you can pause it in two years once you’ve built up other things to sustain you, who walks away from a good thing? on and on.

the new paradigm is: what if you had the courage to take the leap? what if you followed your gut and intuition, the one that is SCREAMING at you to listen? what if you trusted, took the leap, and fully embodied when it would mean to walk away from this now? you will be rewarded. you just have to trust.

and even though my rational brain was kicking and screaming, i chose the new paradigm way.

i paused my podcast and went all in on substack. i grew my paid subscription revenue on this platform from roughly $70k/year to $350k/yr and counting. i also knew that i needed to follow the path of the true aquarian leader and start leading live cohorts and groups of people — women and men from all over the world who are ready to wake up and become leaders in their own right.

i leaned HARD into my true gift and talent, which is writing. i leaned away from everything that no longer served me. not only did i pause the pod, i walked away from many “soul contracts,” i.e. friendships, even some family relationships (albeit distant ones) that sucked the energy from my life. i walked away even from old patterns and habits of myself, and committed every day to living as the future version of me.

and that’s the lifestyle i live now, which i’ve coined “limitless.” being limitless, to me, simply means you are willing to live a life with no limits and no glass ceilings. you’re constantly upleveling yourself, staying in the ease and flow, not taking life too seriously, and listening to the pings of your intuition. people who are limitless lead by example and jump into the deep end before the transitions make sense. and ultimately, they are rewarded, because they’ve done the hard shit. and now they guide others through it.

launching my limitless cohort over these last few weeks has been the greatest joy. the doors are closed now for our first live round, but you can get on the waitlist for a future reopening here. guiding this group thus far (we’ve already had 3 live calls, including the free masterclass here on substack!) shows me HOW much i enjoy guiding a live group of likeminded people into becoming the highest versions of themselves. point blank. so these live cohorts are only just at the very beginning… and i am sooo excited to keep building from here.

the ultimate result of betting on myself?

this month alone, i made more in one singular 30 day period than i made ALL OF LAST YEAR alone. let that sink in. and last year, i wasn’t doing poorly. i was at the top of my game as a “top podcast host,” if that tells you anything. but this is the next level. this is true alignment. true ease. true joy. and i would make this decision ten times over, in the exact sequence and time frame it was made, because it was divine.

you guys know i’m an open book, and i’ve shared a lot of specific numbers with you. but for this month specifically, i’ll leave some details to the imagination. i believe in expanding people by sharing the granular details without also being braggy and overly specific when it doesn’t feel right. but just know — last month. alone. more than my ENTIRE year last year. and this month i’m on track to make even more than last month.
