This arose because the Charleston County Library Board categorically refuses to take an oath to the constitution. Instead of having the courage to stand behind their position, at the March 6 Council meeting, the Library Board showed up to hide behind the County Council. However, they failed to invite the two members who supported the oath. Instead, they opted to have the Library Board Chairman, Rob Byko, give public remarks, disparaging the absent library board members and deflecting all responsibility.

Up until now, the Library Board has not had much diversity of thought. Sadly, their reaction to having an independent thinker join their ranks is to shame him in private, disparage him in public, and even try to kick him off the board, as they did at their very first meeting. Some board members even implied the Constitution was racist. The very people who ask for tolerance were incredibly intolerant toward an individual who wanted to do the right thing and follow the law.

After the meeting, I approached Chairman Rob Byko and introduced myself. I pointed out that he had stated falsehoods about Mr. Graham Horsman, an attorney and board member who wanted to take the oath. Rob immediately turned from cordial to hostile, losing all decorum. He started yelling and getting upset, just like he did when Mr. Graham cited the law that the oath is required. The executive director, Angela Craig, quickly stood between us to ensure he didn’t make a public scene.

I asked retired Judge Vic Rawls, a board member, about the oath. I reminded him that everyone in public office—from the military, police, elected and appointed officials, and public officers—takes the oath every time they assume office. He mentioned that he had taken the oath when he enlisted. As a Marine veteran myself, I can relate to this, but noted, “The Attorney General’s office didn’t just give an opinion but cited existing law, which states the board must take the oath.” This is when Vic Rawls lost his cool and yelled, “F*** the Attorney General,” before storming off.

Afterward, Councilman Herb Sass approached us. I took the opportunity to ask why he voted the way he did. He chose to hide behind the same remarks as Councilman Joe Boykin—that he would be happy to vote in favor of the oath once they had a judge rule on it. Councilmen, we elected you to make the tough decisions. You had an opportunity to show leadership, and you failed. I pointed to the now nine empty council seats and stated that there should have been nine America-loving council members unanimously voting in favor of upholding the AG opinion and requiring the Charleston County Library Board to take the oath.

It doesn’t matter what they have done for the last 50 years; what matters is that they know now. Duty discovered is duty responsible for.

With the exception of Larry Kobrovsky and Jenny Honeycutt, Charleston County Council appears guilty of dereliction of duty. I, for one, am ashamed, and honestly, every American should be.

Larry Kobrovsky, a member of the 5-4 Republican Majority of Charleston County Council, joined the Democrat minority in electing Kylon Middleton (D) to the chairman position. In return, the Democrat minority members voted Kobrovsky into the Vice-Chairmanship.

This move has raised the eyebrows of numerous factions within the Republican party in Charleston, SC while others have lauded him for putting the county above partisan politics.

I sat down to speak with Larry Kobrovsky about his decision, and why he made it, in a long form interview.

The fact of the matter is, nobody in this entire state, much less in the county of Charleston, gives elected officials the ability to have legitimate, long form discussions except US at The Overton Report.

Anyone can make click bait, anyone can misrepresent elected officials by using 2 sentences out of context, but that is not what we do here.

I look forward to the other members of Charleston County Council coming and doing similar long form discussions with me in the VERY near future. This is the only way we move forward in a legitimate manner.

The contracted work began sometime in May of 2019, and Murray’s Mortuary was meant to stop all their own work at their Rivers Avenue location, relocating that work to Canaan Missionary Baptist Church so that Dream Team Construction could do the job. Of course, Murrays Mortuary’s work involves embalming recently deceased individuals, meeting, planning and carrying out funeral services for their families, and other office work. Despite that being the agreement, according to court documents the Murray’s never stopped performing the functions of a funeral home during the construction project.

The construction understandably took more time than it otherwise would have; and in early 2020, of course, the entire world shut down…the entire world, that is, except for businesses like Murray’s Mortuary.

It may be hard for some to remember, but I guarantee any contractor you know will tell you the near impossibility of getting materials for construction in that year. This unfortunately caused some further delays. But, that was to be expected. construction projects everywhere were taking longer. What wasn’t expected though, was the constant battle that Virgil had to fight just to be paid for work he had already done, in order to keep the business moving along. According to Virgil, “80% of our invoices [were] paid tardily,” and the Murrays have been left owing Dream Team Construction upwards of $150,000.

The Murrays sued Dream Team Construction, and Dream Team Construction has counter sued the Murrays. I will provide the case numbers in the bottom of this article for anyone interested in reading through them. But I won’t bore you with all the details.

There are some pretty egregious things being alleged against the Murrays, however, that I am certain bear repeating. In a written formal statement, Virgil Wade states that Chardale, Charles, et al. were performing embalming services throughout the time of construction, even while construction was going on. He states that they have done this even though there was no certificate of occupancy at the time, a statement that the Murrays themselves reiterate in their own filed claim against Virgil’s company. All of this, of course, forced Dream Team Construction crews to work around deceased people during the Covid pandemic.

That seems insane to this writer.

While it may not be against the law to have contractors work around the dead, it needs to be pointed out that there was an agreement before the work began that ALL funeral home operations would entirely cease while the work was being performed, and it apparently never even slowed down. Quite the contrary, business picked up and became even busier during the pandemic. And again, it is not in dispute that there was no certificate of occupancy while this mortuary work was being performed.

He also states that, once presented with the final $150,000 worth of invoices and change orders, that the Murrays began filing frivolous complaints with their friends in North Charleston. Namely, the Chief Building Official, Darbis Brigham. According to Virgil, “Such complaints prompted the City of North Charleston to unfairly scrutinize and slander our company’s operations.”

The Murrays weren’t done yet. They then filed “unfounded and misleading complaints” with the South Carolina Labor and Licensing Board” claiming that the contractor had abandoned the project. This was after refusing to pay invoices and hiring unlicensed contractors to work on the building at the same time as Dream Team Constructions, which interfered with their own ability to perform their work.

Since then, in 2022, Murrays Mortuary filed a lawsuit, and has been using what Virgil calls their political influence to denigrate and harm his reputation & his business. A business and reputation that Virgil has worked very hard to build and maintain.

This is an ongoing story that, I’m sure, more will come of. But at this time, I think it is important to note that there is no shortage of politicians and would-be politicians in the lowcountry who don’t think twice about misusing their influence for favors and to destroy those who challenge them in any way.

And let’s not forget, the Murray Family has already been in hot water for misusing political influence. Recently Chardale Murray was sued for using the official Facebook account of Hollywood, SC to promote her brother, Charlie’s run for State Representative.

After reading through all of the documents associated with this situation, and speaking to numerous sources, the only conclusion any reasonable person would possibly be able to come to is that THIS is nothing short of a very clear example of just that. A political family who has used their political and social power to harm a small business owner in as many ways as possible while flippantly disregarding contracts, rules, and common decency.

I cannot imagine what would happen if we allow this family to make their way back into the state house. Not only to Virgil’s business, but to the community as a whole. Let’s hope we don’t have to find out.

A flyer advertising to pay children in Charleston & Hilton Head, SC upwards of $100 to take a 3 day course to learn about gay sex, sex toys, bdsm, and more. “This,” I thought, “MUST be a joke…or some type of troll trying to get people upset by creating a fake flyer…”

Looking back, I wish that was the case.

So, once I found out what was going on here, I got to work researching. Were these people REALLY about to teach minors how to take part in bdsm and how to use sex toys?

Spoiler Alert: Yes, yes they REALLY were…and are.

I wanted to know what they were teaching, what age range was involved, which organizations were putting this together. I found a viper’s nest of leftist organizations hell-bent on transing children and grooming them into this insane neo-Marxist queering of American children. Some of these groups may seem familiar to you. For example, Planned Parenthood is deeply involved in this racket. They are, in fact, the ones who disseminate the material for these classes (which take in children aged 14-19). They do this through a group called “In-Clued” which was created by Planned Parenthood to groom children into taking part in various forms of gay and queer sex under the guise of “inclusive healthcare.”

Planned Parenthood has partnered with an organization called “ETR” whose tagline is “Advancing Health Equity.” According to their website, ETR does everything from promoting Diversity Equity & Inclusion in STEM fields, to dealing with alcohol and tobacco studies, all the way to creating “school based health and wellness” programs.

ETR is also the publisher of the GET REAL program. This is billed as a “Comprehensive Sex Ed Program” which most of us know as an offshoot of stemming from the ideas and philosophies of CASEL. CASEL began as a cult, I highly suggest learning more about their neo-Marxist ideals and new-age religiosity origins from people like James Lindsay and others. Learn about their origins here. And begin the deep dive into their tactics and methods here.

GetReal was the program they used in Hilton Head Island for middle schoolers exclusively this summer. InClued was the program they used in Charleston.

From their website, It’s easy to see they are at the forefront of woke culture and globalist propaganda in almost all its forms. Pretty wild stuff…

They do this all over the country, but I was more curious about who here, in South Carolina, was facilitating this program and literally paying children to coax them into coming to learn how to use sex toys and have “pleasurable gay sex.”

So that’s what I did.

I went to the links on the linktree site that was listed on the flyer.

Groups involved in this “pay kids to learn how to have gay sex” scheme, I found, are often talked about in glowing ways by MSM outlets like The Post & Courier. One of those groups is QT Camp. QT Camp, which stands for “Queer & Trans Camp” is based in Charleston, South Carolina, and they spend most of their time holding summer camps where adults encourage "queerness” and “trans ideology” to literal children!

These “queer and trans camps” are open to children in the 3rd grade and go all the way up to 12th grade. They actually have options for children as young as 5 or 6 yrs old, in the first grade “all summer long” as well.

In an email correspondence with Nadia Klincewicz, a “public health educator” for Planned Parenthood South Atlantic who acts as the board treasurer for QT Camp, I posed as the uncle of a “they/them” who had “bigoted” parents and grandparents. This non-existent young teen was curious about how to have sex and use toys with various partners, had a lot of questions and was interested in joining the program.

Nadia was ecstatic and thanked me “for being an awesome caring adult” while she tried to persuade me to also get this fictional minor signed up for their trans a queer summer camps. I asked questions about how the virtual class would be held (at this point the last of the in-person classes had already passed but we’ll get to that in a bit), and I wanted to know what those classes entailed. For some reason, Nadia seemed a bit reluctant to give me clear information on the process. I wonder why…

I was informed, however that another of the groups that works with PP to push these queer grooming classes is an organization called “We Are Family.” You may remember We Are Family from an article and episode of our podcast where we exposed them for doing something similar to QT Camp. They intend to do more in person InClued classes here in SC in the fall, as they did last year, according to Nadia.

This organization hold “proms” for “queer youth” as well as adults. They hold summer camps for kids to learn about being gay or trans. Now, they are expanding all over the state of South Carolina from their hub here in Charleston. This is another group that gets a lot of positive attention from local and state corporate media.

They are also funded by many recognizable businesses in SC, as you can see below.

Now, I also had a friend reach out to them via telephone, someone who was in the required age range and initially had agreed to go in and take the course. What she was told, however, about the program, concerned her and her parents to the point where she did not feel comfortable even attending a single day of the course.

Parents or guardians were not allowed anywhere in the building at any time. The class would take place over 3 days, 1 hour per day. One day would be focused on how to “educate” your doctors on all of the problems with the gender binary, and teach you how to speak with your doctor about queerness, as well as avoiding STIs and things of that nature.

At least one of the other days would have a focus on how to have “pleasurable gay sex” including how to use toys on yourself and others, various kinks, and numerous other highly questionable things.

These courses include role play, adult-led discussions, and small group discussions led by other minors that have gone through a 20 hour program on how to coax other queer students into accepting their queerness. And at the end of it all, each participant would be given a cool hundred-dollar bill. Wow.

The person our friend reached out to explained that it would, indeed, get very graphic. This is why that person decided she was not comfortable attending, and I do not blame her.

These groups do all they can to hide this information and the specifics of their programs from anyone who isn’t “in the loop” or anyone who isn’t…shall we say…susceptible to buying into it all hook, line, and sinker. That makes discovering exactly what is going on very difficult.

While we are gathering video evidence of what exactly goes on in these private, hidden-from-parents classes, one of the linktree links posted on that flyer did take us to some very mild examples that explain, at least a bit, about what the pedagogy is that these courses follow. AMAZE is an organization that teaches the same type of CASEL based gender ideology. They have been brave enough to post a few of the videos that they use to indoctrinate children into the belief structures surrounding queer theory and questioning their very nature. I will link one of the videos below and you can have fun going through more of them. But make no mistake, this is NOT the highly graphic, sex toy and kink laden class that was held in Charleston & Hilton Head.

Stay tuned while we continue to uncover more of the specifics regarding these South Carolina based organizations and their highly questionable, grotesquely obscene (probably illegal) morally depraved attempts to groom the youngest generation of Americans.

And remember, once these neo-Marxists, critical theoreticians, autogynephiles, and queer theory purveyors teach your children that there is no such thing as truth, no such thing as “normal,” and no such thing as good and evil…they own the future. And once they own the future, there’s no getting it back.

It has been a whirlwind of innuendo, conjecture, assertions, conspiracy theories, mis-identifications and fear mixed with the jubilation and disappointment of the average Democrat voter in America. Jubilation that Donald Trump had finally been shot, disappointment that the shooter’s bullet did not result in the death of Joe Biden’s political opponent.

I am not speaking hyperbolically, there are tens of thousands of posts on every social media outlet from Biden voters who are desperately angry that the would-be assassin’s bullet merely grazed Donald Trump’s face, rather than blowing his entire head to pieces.

It is not lost on me the importance of this event. This is the first time that an assassination attempt against either a president, former president, or major candidate for president has drawn blood since the attempted assassination against Ronald Reagan on March 30, 1981. That is more than 40 years ago. That means it as been 3 or 4 generations since something like this happened. This time, it happened in front of a crowd of thousands, on live T.V., in 4k. Absolutely shocking…

The only thing that has shocked me more than the event itself is the response from the uber-privileged, narcissistic liberals and Biden voters. Responses from school employees, government workers, and folks we would have pegged as “average” Democrat voters up to this point. These people have not only reveled in the fact that a former president & current presidential candidate was shot in the face in front of men, women, and children from all over the nation, but they are expressing disdain for the fact that the bullet that hit Donald Trump was not fatal.

This is the “tolerant left” in action. This is who they truly are, I beg of you to believe them.

But What Do We Know?

There has been a HELL of a lot of disinformation out there. From Lara Logan and Real America’s Voice Network claiming that the shooter was a random youtuber from Italy (false…obviously).

All the way to local corporate media falling for a troll on twitter claiming to be the shooter (at the end of the video claiming “you got the wrong guy!”) which was absurd…since those same outlets literally had photo of the shooter…dead…on a rooftop…at the same time they were trying to claim that video was the same individual. (The person in the video below is NOT the shooter. It is twitter handle (@)jewgazer on twitter and is a confirmed hoax)

Then we have anonymous 4chan and reddit threads from some guy claiming to be the one who shot the would-be assassin. This anonymous poster claimed he was demanded not to take the shot, took it anyway, was arrested and subsequently released, only to go onto 4chan and tell everyone “what really happened.”

These sorts of misdirection are not unheard of in such chaotic situations that have such immense reverberations. One of the main differences here is, this comes at a time where trust of authority is (I would argue rightfully) at an all time low. Another difference here is how many “main stream media” outlets and “blue-check” commentators took the bait, all of them more concerned with being the “first” than they were with being CORRECT in their reporting. What a dangerous path.

There are many things we DO know, at this point. But there are many things we DON’T know.

We DO know that the shooter was named Thomas Matthew Crooks, he was 20 years old, went to Bethel Park High School in Bethel Park Pennsylvania. Here he is below getting his diploma.

We DO know that he was featured in an ad for BlackRock inc. that was filmed at that very high school.

We know that he was a registered Republican in a state where one must register by party, though we also know of the not-so-secret plan that encouraged young voters to register Republican for primaries in order to pick the worst Republican in the runoff elections in 2022, as well as the effort to get to leftists to register Republican in closed primary states with the intent of keeping Trump off the ballot.

Was this the inevitable conclusion of the “by any means necessary” strategy of the left to ensure that Donald Trump would never be the Republican Nominee?

We also know now that, at 16 or 17, in 2021, he donated money to ActBlue and earmarked it for the “Progressive Turnout Project.”

Sources say he was a “loner” who wore a mask “well after covid” according to Gateway Pundit’s reporting.

But all that we have in the way of a motive is the left’s constant rhetoric of violence. The CONSTANT claims of Joe Biden and all of his acolytes in the media, his handlers in government, that Donald Trump is “literally Hitler” and plans to genocide EVERYONE. Just 5 days before the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, Joe Biden told his donors on a call that “It’s time to put Donald Trump in the bullseye.”

A couple of days after that Jill Biden told a crowd that Donald Trump is “evil.”

This isn’t new. Ever since Biden’s speech in front of red lights and uniformed military soldiers declaring anyone who supports Donald Trump a traitor to democracy and an extremist enemy of the state, the temperature of American politics has risen exponentially.

I will leave the declarations of what the Secret Service and local officers did and did not do right to people better and more knowledgeable than me, I hope to have them on my future shows as we discuss ways to keep things like this from happening in the future. What I am really interested in is this….

What’s Next?!

Well, as far as I am concerned…this is what happens next.

I think Trump will win in a landslide now.

The independents are disgusted that the left resorted to this, after already being disgusted at what they saw was a politically motivated prosecution against Donald Trump by Biden & his cronies.

And then, after all of that, to see the left ANGRY that the shooter missed?

The average independent low info voter wants NOTHING to do with that type of blind hatred and despotic autocracy.

They saw Biden in the debate, and were shocked because they had been told by MSM he was fine for SO long, and they believed the media when they were told this. They have been told that the right is violent and hateful, then they saw Trump get shot in the face on television, only to then see the left get visibly mad that the would-be assassin did not complete his mission.

The independent voter, the low info voter has finally seen the left with their mask taken off...and they do NOT like what they see.

Our goal is to ensure that Donald Trump makes it to the finish line, despite the best efforts of the left in America to ensure that does not happen.

Just be sure to be wary of grifters out there who ask you to give them money to “help save America” and those who latch on to the most extreme of unverified theories with no evidence and demand you “fight alongside them!”

In my extensive experience, those are the folks who are trying to con you into being cannon fodder in their own search for power.

The goal of the “Justice40” project is to implement the worst tenants of the Green New Deal and the most Neo-Marxist aspects of “social justice” as well as the baby brother of social justice, “environmental justice.” They plan to accomplish this by forcing each state to spend upwards of 40% of all federal funding in “underserved” and “diverse” neighborhoods and areas. I don’t want you to take my word for it. I just ask that you believe Joe Biden and his administration when they tell you the goal.

According to Joe Biden’s executive order, and every organization that has been created in the name of implementing the “Justice40” initiative, the new policy is “to create well-paying union jobs and more opportunities for women and people of color in hard-hit communities.”

After this executive order was implemented by Joe Biden, leftist activists from all over the nation got to work. We could run through WEBSITE after WEBSITE and NON-PROFIT after NON-PROFIT whoch have been funded on the heels of this executive order and which have worked tirelessly to implement its highly racialized tenants in every aspect of state and local governance, not to mention its implementation in federal government.

But for now let’s focus on South Carolina and our state legislature. This is where it gets really shady…and a bit complicated, so stay with me because the powers that be BANK on making situations like this complicated to throw people like you and me off the trail.

But that’s not gonna happen this time, friends. Here we go:

SC Democrats Attempt #1:

In the “General Appropriations Bill for Fiscal Year 2022-2023” (H. 5150 of 2021/22) Democrat state rep Gilda Cobb-Hunter proposed something called the “Justice Forty Oversight Committee” with the intent of helping the Biden administration implement their “environmental justice” and “social justice” goals right here in South Carolina. At that time, the Democrats and rinos made the mistake of not hiding the goals of this committee. They said themselves the purpose was to “…address the issue of environmental justice in South Carolina.”

This committee Rep Cobb-Hunter was adamant in creating would eventually have given their unquestioned recommendations to the House Ways & Means Committee and moved on from there.

It is worth noting that Gilda Cobb-Hunter is the 1st vice chair of the very powerful State House Ways & Means Committee.

This initiative was initially stopped in its tracks by a veto from Governor Henry McMaster.

The language used in the appropriation made it easy to spot. On June 22, 2022 Henry McMaster’s Veto #12 killed Section 117, Page 534, Proviso 117.163, commonly known as “Justice Forty Oversight Committee” and he did so under no uncertain terms.

Henry McMaster’s veto stated “The General Assembly does not need to create a study committee to help enact the social justice policies of President Biden and his administration.” He was right to do so. This quagmire of reckless spending is based on nothing but feelings and virtue signals rather than data and facts.

But, we know that Democrats will NEVER take no for an answer, no matter what types of shady business they have to take part in to keep their absurd ideology-based expenditures afloat. This brings us, briefly, to…

SC Dem Attempt #2:

After McMaster’s veto, you would think the issue would be dead. But, instead of allowing such an insidious, wasteful, racially divisive policy to fade away, Gilda Cobb-Hunter had another idea.

That’s why, on January 10th, 2023, she introduced a Joint Resolution with the intent to go around the governor’s veto. this joint resolution (H3198) was set forth to “create the ‘Justice Forty Oversight Committee’ to study opportunities to address the issue of environmental efforts in ‘certain communities.’” It goes on to discuss the goals of Joe Biden’s “Justice40” initiative, which we discussed above. The resolution goes on to speak of environmental and social justice, taking part in community organizing, and ensuring that grants and loans go to these “certain communities,” ensuring they derive the “full benefit” of Biden’s “Justice40” initiatives.

However, there is an important change in the language that first materializes in this joint resolution. The term “certain communities” appears in this joint resolution for the first time. It is important that you remember what the ACTUAL goal of the “Justice40” executive order actually intends to do.

As McMaster said in his own veto, this project seeks to “help enact the social justice policies of President Biden and his administration.”

That brings us to TODAY.

SC Dem Attempt #3:

This insidious 3rd attempt to place this absurd social-justice initiative into South Carolina’s state law has now revealed itself, although Cobb-Hunter and her fellow Democrats have become increasingly clever leading to this iteration.

H. 5100 General Appropriations Bill for 2024/25 includes a strikingly similar committee with the exact same goals as the previous iterations we spoke of earlier.

This time they call it the “Federal Funds Oversight Committee” and it is quite purposefully vague.

When it states that its goal is to “ensure transparency and accountability for “CERTAIN” one time funds” it really means the federal funds associated with the “Justice40” initiative. This new iteration also seeks to “oversee the expenditure of federal and other funds” and “recommend opportunities” whatever THAT means.

the committee will be made up of virtually the same people from the previously vetoed version from 2022, and chaired by the Director of Environmental Services.

While the 2022 version said “marginalized communities,” the new one vaguely states “certain rural and urban communities,”

While the 2022 version states they will “study opportunities to address the issue of environmental justice in South Carolina,” the new one simply changed it to “creating targeted efforts to address long standing issues in certain rural and urban communities in South Carolina…”

You see where I’m going with this?

The way the left operates, no matter what arena they may find themselves in, is by changing language to make it more palatable or to all-out HIDE their motives.

This is a perfect example of that. And the problem is, without YOUR help, Governor McMaster might let this obvious misdirection slip through the cracks. That is where you come in.

Henry McMaster has until midnight on Tuesday, July 2nd to veto this section of the Appropriations bill H. 5100 Proviso 117.180 or Biden’s social justice nonsense will have gained a foothold in South Carolina state law that we may NEVER be able to undo.

We need YOUR help, call his office NOW (info provided below) and tell him to merely do what he already did in 2022, and veto Joe Biden’s social justice agenda here in South Carolina.

Pleasant Precinct 37, Mike Lyons joins me to walk us through some of the chaos that has been taking place in the Charleston County Republican Party. There has been a years long factional fight that seems to be coming to a head at the worst time possible (the most important presidential election in any of our lifetimes) and one aspect of that factional fight seems to want to do ANYTHING BUT elect Republicans…going so far as to vote against their own claimed interests in the process.
