I received the idea for this book a long time ago, actually began writing last year in May (2025), and then about a month ago, I received a divine directive to “lock the fuck in” as they say and finish the manuscript buy Sept. 1.

I got the ping to share something with you. I am 17 days into a 57-day timeline of finishing my book. I started writing it a year ago, and then a few weeks ago, received intuitive guidance that the manuscript is meant to be complete by September 1st. So here we are. I feel cracked out on the high of writing right now. Wawawee, my fingertips are buzzing as they fly across the keyboard.

Okay, here we go. The below is context before receiving a mega download, followed by the raw written transcript of said download, and finally, an excerpt from the book itself. This transcript will get reworked into the book itself.

Before I received these, I was meeting my own personal edge after working on the DNA section of my book (check out my Birth of a Book series on Instagram). I’m writing some pretty wild things from the perspective of someone who is more logic based. But I realized that if I only write for the soul inside a creative heart, then all of these DNA codes will really make sense. So, after I let go of this fear of sounding crazy, and said f*ck it, “how crazy can I get?!” I then channeled the following. The first episode went live today and you can watch it here. I already have days 2-5 of this series ready to go… and HOLY SHET, I am feeling all kinds of emotions and sensations as I move this energy from the comfort of my private process, to on-display for my community (and the world?!) to see.

It is fascinating to me the voices that arise in resistance to doing the great and divine act of creation.

The “no one really cares about this”
Or “am I just making this about me?”
Or “is this embarrassing?”
Or “is this like… very cringe??”

And of course, sometimes those inner demons can come with visceral, dense emotional discomfort that isn’t as light as a voice in your head.

But then… (and here’s what I really want you to feel) you connect in with something even deeper. Something that is actually the Source of Truth.

You realize, those limitations aren’t even you. Those feelings of cringe or fear of rejection are. not. you.

The real you is ineffable, and yet that divine quality of who you really are WANTS to be expressed through the CREATIVE ACT. And that’s why you do it. That’s why you show up and you make the thing. That’s why you let the process shape you into who you really are.

Because you were born of Light, and light wants to reach into every corner of the expanse and illuminate all that there is.

You are that light and your creations are their expression.

Welcome to Birth of a Book: 57 days to becoming an author. The idea for this… I honestly don’t even know what made me decide to do it, but somehow I am 6 days in and it’s… happening???

There is something moving through me. God, Source, Universe, my higher Self. I don’t know, but it has that unmistakable quality that makes you slow down and be in awe of Life.

I feel called to emphasize the waves of visceral discomfort that continue to move through me and to make sure you know this so that you don’t think this is all just unfolding without any challenge at all.

In Episode 2, you’ll hear more about this discomfort and one of my key alchemizations that helped me soften into that discomfort. But for now, since we’re just at the beginning of this 57 day adventure, I want to leave you with this:

Creating at the edge of your comfort zone is the golden area your soul wants to be in.
Feeling cringe and embarrassed is the entry fee to that golden arena.
Your soul has a plan, signed off by the Universe.
There is Light within you, fully ready to be expressed.
The expression of that Light is a gift with impact that your mind cannot even understand.

So before you step into this way of Being, I need to make sure you know a few important things. Because opening your heart comes with consequences. Ones that you can’t undo. When the dormant energy that sits in the middle of your chest is allowed to lead your entire life, you will not live the same as you have before. You will live at a different octave than most people, and it’s important you prepare for what is about to happen.

Your heart is capable of perceiving information beyond the current time and space in front of you. There is the location of your two feet on the ground, and there is another important location in space and time that your heart is attuned to. This is not parable, this is truth. So when you find your feet standing in the location of a challenge, your heart is connected to the location of the “other side” of that challenge. On the other side of that challenge, your heart became even more open and it realized the true nature of your experience.

Those eyes of the heart, they are unprogrammable. The doors of the heart may close, but the heart cannot be programmed the way the mind can. These eyes, they don’t just see, they pierce. They go through veils. They dissolve the fog and density. They look into someones eyes and go straight to the soul — the truth of their being.

So when your 3D feet stand in a challenge, there are 2 options for you:

1. See the situation through the eyes of the mind: figuring out, me vs you, something is “wrong,” a thing to be fixed

2. Pierce through the situation into the heart of the matter: challenges are portals, nothing is a problem, everything in life is either in harmony or seeking harmony, you are the conduit for harmony

The eyes of the heart translate Life into a different language. One that is sourced by interconnectedness, love, unity, and expansion. The heart is the first organ develop in a fetus — it is quite literally leading the charge for all other things to follow. But remember, this is not just an organ…

The heart is an interdimensional spiritual technology.

If you allow it to lead your life, it will change everything. If you let your heart be the arbiter of truth, you will exit out of a reality where blame and othering are possible.

Your heart is the Source of the infinity of Love that caused your incarnation. Your heart sees a situation and reads frequency before form. Because of this, it reads the cause of the form itself… and in that way, it will invite (but never force) you to realize why the form is even there.

This is the cause of the radical new reality that forms around you when the heart leads. You don’t just go through life. You alchemize through it. Every life event and plot twist becomes fuel to become even more embodied in who you really are.

I just got married and had a big wedding. For some people, they may go through that process unchanged, except for some planning stress, a maxed out credit card, and a shiny new ring on their finger and a man to call “husband.”

For me, it was the most profound spiritual initiation of my life. “Wedding ayahuasca” I called it. My heart was so open throughout the entire process that even the smallest things expanded me more and more into coherence.

I didn’t get married. I stepped into the truest essence of Sacred Union. I become One with another soul. Some people exit their wedding weekend with relief for it being over and cherish the flowers and design. Others are reborn and house a cellular shift in their entire Being.

The latter lives form the heart. The latter is perceiving reality through the eyes of Love.

We’re crazy. We’re insane. We don’t just do life. We alchemize that shit and turn everything into fuel for our life mission and purpose.

Wedding ayahuasca. Moving to a new country ayahuasca. Friendship ayahuasca. Entrepreneurship ayahuasca. Birthing a child ayahuasca.

It all has the power to transform you and return you to your true nature, again and again. And the best part? With your heart as the shaman, you don’t even have to try to transform.

The heart has been transforming and alchemizing for you since the beginning. For me this is the most delightful part. To trust in the function and power of my heart and soul. To enter any life event and surrender it to my heart.

To surrender the “solution” to the part of me that can see more clearly than my mind ever can or will.

This is the power of the heart. This is the multidimensional spiritually-attuned “organ” that will self-heal, self-correct, and guide you no matter what.

You cannot point fingers. You cannot blame. You cannot do surface level.

You will fuel a rocket ship headed toward a life of wild magic, deep fulfillment, and awe.

You will transcend things that others think are just part of life.

You will carry such a potency of Love that just your presence heals another.

And you will remember who and what you truly are: a microcosmic expression of the Universe itself. Infinite Love and possibility having a temporary experience as human.

This, and more, is the power of the heart.

And right now you are being asked to turn up the dial on your potency. To trust the process that has chosen You. Trust the twists and turns that move through your vessel as the Universe creates magic through your fingertips, your brain, your sacral energy center, your 3rd eye.

You are a powerful creator Being. And guess what? Your ideas and methods are probably so one of one that you can’t look anywhere else other than yourself for the answers.

Connection is about recognition.

Connection happens through seeing what is already here and acknowledging it fully. Whether in a friendship, romantic relationship, or anywhere else — to recognize is to see what was already there, and in that way, the deeper connection felt as a result isn’t because you changed the fundamental fabric of that relationship.

It’s because you simply came to fully see the existing one.

Our connection to Source, the Creator, God, the Universe works the same way. Within the word recognition, you can see the word “cognition,” which here we will see as “to know.” You already know this Source, you once experienced reality in complete connection to it, and you are now feeling that connection again. To connect to Source is to realize, to re-cognize, that the threads were always there.

Like a child running to their mother seeking to be held, as soon as that baby lands in their mothers’ arms, she simply can say “I’m here. I’m right here.” Those words will do more for that child’s nervous system and connection to the divine than any other regulation tactic. To know that the Source of Love in this Universe is “here,” is to remember that it is always here, regardless of how we seem to experience it.

Our parents represent our first anchored, 3D experience of Divine love. For a baby in the first weeks and even months, there is no concept of separation — a baby believes (knows) its mother is One with her. This is how much we come into this experience already knowing… Already knowing that we are held, guided, and One with the love of the Universe. And as you know, one of the key rememberings to experience is the one where you realize this love of the Universe is actually unconditional and ever-present — no matter what materialized in your 3D or what karmic journey your soul is on…

Love is the fabric of reality. It’s the glue. It’s the reason altogether that you are having an experience.

You know now, as a soul who knows they are one with God, one with the Universe, that the source of that motherly or fatherly love is within you.

The source of Love is within you.

So now here things will crank up a notch because there is some serious fire heating up in my channel…

When you know that the source of Love is within you. That Source is within you. That love is who you really are… There comes a time to choose it. To be in full recognition of this.

Re-cognize. Know it again. Be One with it again. This is a choice. A choice. A decision you make to direct your free will, your awareness to the frequency of love that is within you, all around you, that is you.

To choose love is to lighten the load. It is to elevate immediately past illusion, past conditional circumstance and into the realm of infinite possibility. Of connection with the All.

It’s a choice because you have the power to co-create your reality.
It’s a choice because you have the ability to choose what you recognize.

Love is the energy of libration. It’s the energy of inner peace, power, and full expression. Love is the energy you feel from any kind of encouraging mother or father figure that urges you to go on, “you got this!! You can do it!!”

The whole Universe has been encouraging you from day one! It was responsible for the power activated in your mothers’ body the day you were born. It was responsible for the ability to hold life in that womb… to nurture it, to hold it, to Be one with it.

I invite you to make this choice. Make it now. A declaration of attuning yourself to the frequency band of LOVE. Proceed with excitement and awe because this is where the turbine of Life turns on even more. Where you start acting like you recognize the truth of reality and your thought-streams start to match. Your ideas get more audacious and ambitious because the irony of being in full trust and surrender to Love, is that it finally loosens your DNA up enough to take in more LIGHT.

More life force. More flow. More vitality. More vibration of excitement at every level and layer of you.

Here is a powerful declaration (from inside my soon-to-release Awaken program):

Declare it. Speak it. Thank the Universe. Sit with the knowing that you have just chosen Love. You are Love.

Love is you.

This frequency is powerful. It is the frequency band of all the Siddhic states in our DNA — the states of Being that transform the 3D as we know it. The Siddhic states are the highest frequencies of the gifts (Gene Keys) and genetic codes we all carry. When operating at the frequency band of Love… your human vessel operates as a receiver, interpreter, and transmitter of cosmic code.

The original codes of the Universe. The frequencies of creation that defy the laws of physics. The ones that created those laws are the ones that can break them!! An Earth resonating at the frequency of Love is birthed through a single human Being that decides to choose this frequency.

The best part is, nothing has to change about your current circumstances for you to make this choice. In fact, nothing even has to change after you make this choice. The point is that Love holds all things, as they are, unconditionally. It holds the part of you that is still questioning, it holds the part of you that’s totally bought in, it holds All of you.

No matter what.

To choose this frequency of Love from within yourself is what then CONNECTS YOU WITH SOURCE. Yes. The connection isn’t like throwing a lasso out there hoping it catches something and brings back an envelope that says “congratulations, you’ve connected with Source.”

Source is in every cell of your body residing at all frequencies.
Connection is recognition. It is seeing the already existing coherence.
Recognizing the harmonious system that is You.

To connect is to release. Let go. Stop trying to figure it out. It’s here.

Breathe with that. Really, really truly breathe with that. The connection is here. It is in the beating of your heart, the rise and fall of your chest with every breath.

You Know it already. You Know it already. That’s why it’s recognizable.

How to connect with Source? How to open your channel? How to feel the frequency of love? Just give yourself a hug honestly. Shift your consciousness right now into a blanket of acceptance. Imagine your beautiful brain softening, letting go. Imagine your body melting. This is connection. This is Love emerging from within your own core.

You are it. You are the connection.

Know it as such, and it will be so.

Let life give you a breath. You’re not taking a breath in, you are receiving one. When you breathe, spirit gets to do cartwheels through every cell of your body. Receive a few more breaths here, before you open your eyes fully to the fundamental Truth of reality and who you really are.

The Universe is alive. It is a vibrating, pulsing, ever-expanding intelligent experience. Have you ever asked the question:

“Where is the Universe?”

If this is your first time contemplating this query, take a breath with it. The Universe is not locally real. It doesn’t have a set coordinate. This is because the Universe is more like the emotions you feel — when observed, you may map your emotions to your body and say “ah yes, here, I feel it here.” But in reality, emotions behave more like an experience. You become aware of a visceral sensation, and then it seems to change form.

For example, you may notice a swelling of something dense in your chest. You take a breath with it, it shifts into the experience of crying, of release, of letting something go. Then, these tears shift into a sweet relief. A peace-filled moment where you relax and remember that you’re okay.

To contemplate the location of the Universe is to realize that we are pulling at the wrong metric. Questions like where and when is the Universe are far less interesting than the question of what, why, and maybe even who is the Universe?
