There are some people whose passing feels strangely personal, even when you never knew them.

Dolly Parton feels like one of those people.

It’s been one week since her passing, and there has been such a genuine outpouring of grief. I don’t think it’s simply because we lost an extraordinary singer and songwriter. Dolly was incredibly talented, but she was also funny, compassionate, generous, deeply spiritual, and somehow remained remarkably relatable despite becoming one of the most famous women in the world.

I honestly don’t know if there’s a person in the world who didn’t know who Dolly Parton was.

I didn’t grow up listening to her music all the time, but somehow she was still always there. And honestly, I probably knew more of her music than I realized because she wrote so much that other people went on to make famous. I can pretty much belt out I Will Always Love You right along with Whitney Houston. Usually in the car. By myself.

Although I did recently make my niece and her friend try to hit all of those long high notes with me, but apparently I was asking too much of them.

And over the weekend, I rewatched Steel Magnolias in tribute, which is still one of my favorite movies even though it absolutely rips your heart out every single time.

I think that’s part of what made Dolly so special. She wasn’t confined to one thing. You may have known her through country music, a song someone else recorded, a movie you’ve watched a dozen times, having fun at Dollywood, one of her very Dolly one-liners, or a story about something generous she did for someone else.

She somehow became part of the culture while still feeling like a real person. People loved what she created, but they absolutely also loved who she was.

So naturally, I did what I do. I pulled her Soul Contract to see how her frequencies played out throughout her life. And of course, what I found was a chart that tells the full story: the light, the shadow, and the very human place where they meet.

A Brief Look at the Woman Behind the Rhinestones

Dolly Rebecca Parton was born on January 19, 1946, in the mountains of East Tennessee, one of 12 children in a family with very little money. She grew up surrounded by music, faith, family, and the realities of rural life, and began singing and writing songs while she was still a child.

By the time she was 13, she had performed at the Grand Ole Opry. The day after graduating from high school, she left for Nashville with the intention of becoming a professional musician.

What followed was a career that lasted nearly six decades.

Dolly became one of the most successful songwriters and performers in country music history, crossed into film and television, built businesses, created Dollywood, wrote books, and became one of the most recognizable women in the world.

But her legacy grew far beyond entertainment.

She became equally known for her generosity, her faith, her business instincts, and the enormous amount of good she chose to do with the success she created. Her Imagination Library eventually put hundreds of millions of books into the hands of children, and her giving reached education, disaster relief, health care, medical research, and the communities she came from.

She built an extraordinary life, but what makes her story especially interesting through a Soul Contract lens is that the qualities people remember most about her are not separate from one another.

The creativity, sensitivity, spirituality, leadership, generosity, and power all connect. And her chart is remarkably concentrated around those exact themes.

One Thing Her Chart Tells Us Before We Even Begin

Before we go frequency by frequency, there’s something about the overall structure of Dolly’s chart that immediately stands out. Most of her frequencies are double numbers, with 10:1 being the only combination frequency in the chart.

In Soul Contracts, double frequencies create a very concentrated kind of energetic experience. Rather than coming in with a wide range of frequencies pulling the person in different directions, the soul seems to have narrowed its focus. What it came here to experience and develop, it wanted to work with deeply.

In the light, that concentration can create tremendous focus, consistency, and purpose. But there is always a shadow. Double frequencies can become rigid because the energy continually reinforces itself rather than being stretched by the natural tension of a combination frequency. A gift can become excessive, and a strength can become difficult to turn off.

Looking at Dolly’s life, that concentration makes sense. The same themes of creativity, sensitivity, service, power, and bringing spirit into physical life followed her through nearly every chapter.

And then, among all those double frequencies, sits the 10:1, appearing twice in two incredibly significant positions.

That becomes especially important as we move through her chart.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma & Spiritual Goals 8:8 — Learning How to Be Fully Here

The 8 is the embodiment frequency. It’s about learning how to be fully present in physical life rather than spiritually, mentally, or emotionally disconnecting from it.

At its highest expression, the 8 is grounded, emotionally engaged, deeply connected to the body and the Earth, and able to bring spiritual awareness into ordinary human life. It doesn’t separate spirituality from relationships, responsibilities, work, emotions, or the physical world. It learns to carry both.

In Physical Karma, however, this usually begins as a lesson.

The shadow 8 can struggle with the density of being human. It may disconnect from uncomfortable emotions, escape into the mind, numb itself, avoid responsibility or intimacy, or focus on fixing everyone else rather than turning inward and feeling what is happening within itself.

Sometimes the karma is less about a visible personality trait and more about the physical circumstances the soul enters.

Dolly’s childhood is especially interesting through this lens because the physical realities of being human could not be avoided. Daily life was shaped by limited resources, hard work, family responsibility, land, survival, and the practical needs of everyday life. For a frequency that can struggle with disconnecting from physical experience, she entered circumstances that required her to engage with it from the beginning.

Dolly later spoke lovingly about her childhood, but she never romanticized the hardship completely. She said they had many things money couldn’t buy, while also acknowledging just how difficult that life was. She once summed it up by saying that no amount of money could buy those memories from her, but no amount of money could make her go back and live through them again.

That feels like an interesting expression of the 8 lesson. She could honor the experience without pretending the physical hardship wasn’t real.

The same 8 appears again in her Spiritual Goals, which tells us that embodiment wasn’t only an early karmic lesson. It became part of what her soul was ultimately trying to master and fulfill.

Dolly didn’t seem to experience spirituality as something separate from being human. Her faith existed alongside business, humor, sexuality, rhinestones, money, music, family, grief, work, and everything else.

She embodied it.

That may be one of the clearest expressions of the healed 8. Spirit wasn’t somewhere else she needed to reach. It was something she brought into the life she was already living.

Physical Talent & Soul Destiny 10:1 — Building Success Into Service

The 10:1 is the only combination frequency in Dolly’s chart, and it appears in two major positions.

The 10 is an inherently spiritual frequency. It carries themes of service, responsibility, spiritual leadership, healing, and using what you have been given in a way that benefits others. The 1 underneath it brings independence, strength, authority, and the ability to create something tangible from an idea or vision.

In its light, the 10:1 can be an incredibly capable leader.

It often appears in people who know how to run things. There can be strong executive ability, self-direction, strategic thinking, responsibility, and the natural instinct to take ownership rather than waiting for someone else to make decisions.

This is where Dolly the businesswoman becomes impossible to separate from Dolly the artist.

She wasn’t simply a talented singer who happened to become successful. She understood ownership, publishing, licensing, branding, negotiation, and the long-term value of what she created.

One of the clearest examples came when Elvis Presley wanted to record I Will Always Love You. Dolly wanted him to sing it badly enough that she later said she cried when the deal fell apart, but Elvis’s manager wanted half of her publishing rights.

She refused.

At the time, walking away from Elvis Presley would have been an enormous decision. But Dolly knew what she owned.

That is the 10:1 Physical Talent at work: self-authority, leadership, business intelligence, and the ability to make decisions from a larger vision rather than surrendering control because someone more powerful is standing in front of you.

She became, in every meaningful sense, the CEO of her own life and business. But the 10:1 is still a spiritual number regardless of where it appears in the chart, and this is where the second placement becomes so important.

Dolly carries the same frequency in her Soul Destiny.

This position shows us where the entirety of the chart is ultimately trying to lead. It is not necessarily what someone does for a career. It’s what the soul is gradually becoming through the experiences, challenges, talents, and goals of the lifetime.

For Dolly, leadership eventually became service.

She built wealth, influence, businesses, intellectual property, and an enormous platform, and then repeatedly used those resources to help other people.

The Imagination Library is perhaps the clearest example. Her father could not read or write, and what began as a literacy program in her home county eventually grew into an international program that has distributed hundreds of millions of books to children. Her giving also extended into disaster relief, education, medical research, scholarships, and direct support for families in need.

That is 10:1 at a very high expression. She didn’t simply become powerful. She built enough power and resources that she could use them in service.

The shadow side of the 10:1, however, can be excessive responsibility. The 10 may begin to believe it must help everyone, while the 1 can become so independent that receiving help or stepping away becomes difficult. There can be an underlying feeling that everything depends on you.

And Dolly worked almost continuously.

Even late in her life, after accomplishing more than most people could imagine accomplishing, she was still planning projects and speaking about how much she wanted to do.

It’s difficult to know where passion ended and responsibility began, but that’s worth noticing with this frequency. The same energy that makes someone extraordinarily capable of leading and serving can also make it difficult to decide when they have given enough.

Physical Goals 6:6 — A Creative Force With No End

The 6 is the frequency of creativity, vision, focus, and bringing ideas into physical form. And creativity here doesn’t have to necessarily mean art.

A 6 may express that energy through business, problem-solving, teaching, innovation, design, building systems, developing products, or simply finding a better way to do something. The common thread is the ability to see what could exist and then bring it into form.

Dolly’s outlet just happened to be especially artistic.

In its light, the 6 is creative, visionary, focused, strong-willed, adaptable, and naturally capable of building. It can also be very good in business because it understands how to take an idea, give it structure, and turn it into something tangible. The 6 doesn’t just imagine what could exist. At its best, it knows how to make it exist.

With 6:6 sitting in Dolly’s Physical Goals, creativity was not simply something she happened to be good at. It was something her soul was actively pulling her toward developing throughout her physical life.

And Dolly created in almost every direction she could.

Songwriting may be the most obvious expression, but her creative mind went far beyond music. She moved into film, television, books, businesses, Dollywood, stage productions, products, and philanthropic programs. Even within music, she was constantly experimenting, crossing genres, and finding different ways to use the same creative ability.

Her success in business fits this frequency too. She wasn’t only the face of what she created. She understood how to take creative ideas and build something sustainable, profitable, and lasting around them.

And even her appearance was part of that creative expression.

The hair, the makeup, the rhinestones, the clothes, the exaggerated femininity. Dolly treated the way she looked almost like another art form. She knew some people thought it was ridiculous, and she was perfectly willing to laugh along with them.

But there was also something incredibly clever about it.

She created such a recognizable public image that Dolly Parton became instantly identifiable, while the actual woman underneath it could take off the hair, makeup, and clothes and move through the world largely unnoticed.

In a way, the joke really was on everyone else.

What looked excessive or artificial from the outside gave her something incredibly valuable in return: privacy. That feels very 6 to me too. Creativity not only as self-expression, but as something functional. She created an image, understood exactly what it did for her, and used it intentionally.

One of my favorite examples of her 6 energy is that she reportedly wrote Jolene and I Will Always Love You on the same day. Two songs that would become some of the most recognizable work of her entire career came out of one creative burst. That’s an incredible amount of creative energy moving through one person.

But the 6 has a very different shadow.

When this frequency is out of alignment, all of that creative energy can become scattered, frustrated, impatient, rigid, or difficult to direct. There may be so many ideas competing for attention that the person struggles to decide which one deserves focus. Fear of failure or perfectionism can also interfere, leaving ideas stuck in the mind instead of being brought fully into form.

The 6 can also struggle with frustration when reality doesn’t move as quickly as the vision does.

With Dolly, I don’t think we see much evidence of blocked creativity. If anything, her life shows what can happen when the 6 learns how to move through that particular shadow.

She clearly had an enormous number of ideas, but she also developed an extraordinary ability to focus that energy and make those ideas real. A song became a finished song. An idea for a theme park became Dollywood. A public persona became one of the most recognizable images in entertainment.

She wasn’t simply imaginative. She knew how to take vision, focus it, and give it a life of its own. There was no door she couldn’t open.

Spiritual Karma 9:9 — Learning How to Hold Power

The 9 is the most powerful frequency in the Soul Contract system.

It carries the energy of power, protection, spiritual strength, divine connection, and full soul expression. Symbolized by the dragon, the 9 can hold an enormous amount of energetic force. In its highest expression, it becomes a protector, leader, healer, peacemaker, or channel through which something greater can move.

But the journey of the 9 can often begin with the opposite experience. In shadow, the 9 is about disempowerment.

That disempowerment can come through experiences in this lifetime, or it may reflect unresolved patterns carried in from past lives. The person may have experienced having power taken away, learned to doubt their own strength, feared what might happen if they fully stepped into it, or handed authority over to someone else.

When the 9:9 sits specifically in Spiritual Karma, those patterns are tied even more strongly to spiritual power and divine connection. There may be old wounds around mistrusting spiritual guidance, suppressing intuitive abilities, fearing spiritual authority, or carrying memories of what happened when power was previously misused.

The soul has to learn that spiritual power itself is not dangerous. It’s what you do with it that matters.

Dolly’s faith was one of the most consistent threads throughout her life. She grew up singing in church and spoke openly for decades about God, prayer, and the importance of her spiritual relationship. Despite becoming extraordinarily famous and powerful in the physical world, she continued to describe that connection as something foundational rather than something she had outgrown.

Her spiritual authority did not seem to come from needing other people to agree with her. She did not present herself as someone who had all the answers or needed to convert anyone to her beliefs. Her faith seemed much more personal and internal.

And that’s one of the higher expressions of this frequency. The healed 9 learns to trust its connection without needing to dominate or make itself spiritually superior in order to know what it knows.

Dolly also spoke often about feeling guided and protected throughout her life. Even through difficult periods, she seemed to carry an underlying belief that something greater was with her and that there was purpose behind the path she was walking. That is especially significant with a 9:9.

The 9 carries a very strong sense of spiritual protection. Many people with this frequency describe an underlying knowing that something greater is watching over them, guiding them, or keeping them protected even through difficult experiences.

So when Dolly spoke about feeling that kind of divine protection, it wasn’t simply another example of her being religious. It’s one of the clearest expressions of the 9 itself.

The healed 9 learns to trust that connection without needing to dominate or make itself spiritually superior in order to know what it knows.

What stands out about Dolly is how much humility she seemed to bring to that power. She spoke openly about God while still leaving room for other people to have their own beliefs, identities, and experiences.

She seemed to understand that spiritual power didn’t require control. It could simply mean trusting the connection and carrying it with love and integrity.

Spiritual Talents 5:5 — The Power of Voice and Truth

The 5 is the frequency of sensitivity, empathy, truth, voice, and pioneering expression.

In its light, the 5 is highly intuitive and perceptive. It notices what other people miss, senses what is happening beneath the surface, and often has an unusual ability to put language around experiences that other people feel but may not know how to express.

With 5:5 sitting in Dolly’s Spiritual Talents, that sensitivity and communication were not simply personality traits. They were gifts she came in already carrying and would eventually use in ways that reached millions of people.

Her songwriting is probably the most obvious expression.

Dolly had an extraordinary ability to take something deeply personal and make it universally recognizable. Jolene captured jealousy and insecurity without turning the other woman into a villain. Coat of Many Colors took childhood poverty and humiliation and turned it into a story about love, dignity, and self-worth. I Will Always Love You gave language to the painful truth that sometimes loving someone and leaving them can exist at the same time.

The 5 doesn’t simply describe what happened. It feels the emotional truth underneath the experience and gives that truth a voice. And I think that ability extended far beyond her music.

Dolly seemed to understand people incredibly well. She could be direct without making people feel attacked. She could talk openly about her faith without behaving as though everyone else needed to believe what she believed. She could laugh at herself without making herself small, and she could speak about serious subjects in a way that still felt human and approachable.

She was also very clear that her faith was not something she wanted to use to judge or exclude other people. She spoke openly about accepting LGBTQ+ people, about women’s dignity and equality, and about leaving judgment to God rather than taking that role on herself.

She was willing to say what she believed, while also understanding the responsibility that came with having such an enormous platform.

The 5 carries a pioneering quality, and in Dolly’s life I think that showed up most clearly through the subjects she was willing to give a voice to. The 5 can sense something already happening beneath the surface and be willing to express it before everyone else is comfortable talking about it.

Dolly did that repeatedly through her songwriting. She wrote openly about poverty, jealousy, women’s independence, sexuality, ambition, complicated relationships, and the frustration of working women trying to succeed in systems that did not always value them equally.

9 to 5 may be one of the clearest examples. Dolly took the frustrations of working women and put them into a song that was funny, catchy, and accessible while still saying something very real about inequality in the workplace.

She had a way of recognizing what people were already feeling and giving it a voice that could move the conversation forward.

But the same sensitivity that gives the 5 its gift also creates its shadow.

When the 5 is out of alignment, it can become anxious, overly mental, afraid of being misunderstood, or so aware of other people’s reactions that it struggles with when to speak and when to hold something back. There can be overthinking around communication and a heightened awareness of how easily words can create conflict or division.

Dolly seemed very aware of that responsibility.

She had opinions and was not shy about expressing her values, but she consistently drew a boundary around partisan politics. She explained that she knew people listened to what she said and could make more of her words than she intended, so she was careful about how she used that influence.

Her avoidance of partisan politics does not appear to have come from having nothing to say or being afraid to take a position. She was quite clear about many of the things she stood for. What she seemed unwilling to do was use her platform to tell millions of people who they should vote for or what side they needed to belong to.

That feels less like suppression and more like discernment.

Part of mastering the 5 is recognizing that speaking your truth does not mean broadcasting every opinion simply because you have an audience.

Dolly applied that discernment to her personal life too. She could be remarkably candid about her childhood, appearance, cosmetic surgery, ambition, faith, insecurities, and difficult experiences while still keeping firm boundaries around what she considered private, particularly her marriage and the people closest to her.

She shared a tremendous amount of herself, but she understood that not everything belonged to the public.

Her gift was not simply having a voice or knowing how to communicate. It was understanding people well enough to know how powerful a voice can be, and learning how to use hers with truth, sensitivity, humor, compassion, and discernment.

What Her Life Leaves Behind

There is something powerful about looking at a chart like Dolly’s and seeing how many of its higher expressions became visible through the life she actually lived.

That doesn’t mean she lived every frequency perfectly. No one does, but she seemed to get damn close. And she seemed to understand something important about what she carried: gifts become far more meaningful when you find a way to use them well.

And maybe that’s part of why people are grieving her so deeply. It isn’t only that Dolly Parton gave us music, movies, businesses, books, and countless memorable one-liners. She gave people a feeling.

There was warmth there. Humor. Acceptance. Generosity. Faith. A sense that you could be completely yourself, even if that version of yourself was a little louder, shinier, or different from what other people expected.

I also think there was something reassuring about her. She seemed to prove that success didn’t have to make you hard. Spirituality didn’t have to make you judgmental. Power didn’t have to mean control. And generosity didn’t have to become a performance.

Perhaps that is what makes a legacy different from an accomplishment. An accomplishment tells us what someone did. A legacy tells us what continues because they were here.

For Dolly, that will obviously include the songs, films, businesses, and everything she created. But it will also include the children who continue receiving books through her library, the people who felt seen in her words, the artists she inspired, and the countless people who simply felt better because someone like her existed in the world.

That feels like more than fame. It feels like impact.

And looking at her Soul Contract, maybe that’s what stands out most to me. She didn’t just carry powerful frequencies, but she found positive ways to use them.

September is a 9 Universal Month inside a 10:1 Universal Year.

If August was about coming back into your body, September is asking you to remember your power.

The 9 is the most potent frequency in this system. It carries the energy of the dragon, with themes of power, protection, spiritual strength, intuition, and becoming a catalyst for change.

But the journey of the 9 usually begins with learning what it feels like to be without power.

This can show up through controlling people, difficult family dynamics, relationships where you shrink yourself, situations where someone else seems to hold all the cards, or simply years of doubting your own instincts and handing your authority over to someone who appears to know better.

September may bring some of those dynamics into clearer focus. You may notice where you’re still asking for permission, tolerating something you know isn’t right, or looking outside yourself for validation before trusting what you already feel.

The 9 is not asking you to become louder or more forceful. It’s asking you to stop forgetting who you are.

Where the 9 and 10:1 Meet

The 9 and 10:1 are both spiritual frequencies, and both carry a tremendous amount of Source energy. That makes September a particularly strong month for spiritual connection, healing, creativity, intuition, and remembering what you’re capable of.

The 9 brings power, protection, discernment, creativity, and the ability to create change simply through presence. The 10:1 brings service, healing, manifestation, spiritual connection, vocal expression, and the ability to turn higher guidance into something useful in the world.

What makes this combination interesting is that each frequency can help strengthen the other.

The 9 often carries a history of disempowerment. Part of its journey is learning to reconnect the human part of itself, the part that may have been hurt, controlled, silenced, or made to feel powerless, with the much larger spiritual power it actually carries. The 10:1 can support that process because it brings connection to Source, balance, healing, and a sense of inner stability.

That may make September an important month for healing old experiences around control, criticism, authority, or feeling like you had to make yourself smaller to stay safe. You may start to see an old situation differently, feel less emotionally hooked by something that once had power over you, or recognize that an experience that once made you feel powerless no longer gets to define you.

The 9 also gives something back to the 10:1. The 10:1 can sometimes disconnect from its spiritual nature, doubt its abilities, become overly critical of itself, or lose confidence in what it has to offer. The 9 brings force back into that connection. It can act as a catalyst, helping the 10:1 reconnect with its spiritual strength and move through some of the hesitation that keeps its gifts hidden.

This combination can be especially creative. The 10:1 carries gifts around speaking, healing, inventing, teaching, and creating something that serves a purpose. The 9 adds enormous potential and the sense that very little is actually off limits when this energy is expressed well. You may feel more inspired to write, teach, create, speak, build something new, or finally act on an idea that has been sitting in the background.

September may therefore be less about proving your power and more about using what is already there. Your voice, your ideas, your intuition, your creativity, and even the experiences you’ve had to heal can all become part of what you have to offer.

There is still a shadow side to watch. The 9 can misuse power or give it away entirely, while the 10:1 can become perfectionistic, insecure, critical, or disconnected from spiritual guidance. Together, that might look like knowing you’re capable of something but still talking yourself out of it, feeling strongly called toward something but waiting for permission, or having so much energy behind an idea that you try to force it before it is ready.

The healthiest expression of this combination is powerful without being controlling, spiritual without becoming disconnected from real life, and creative without needing everything to be perfect before it can be shared.

September gives you access to a lot of energy. The bigger question may be how willing you are to trust it, work with it, and let it become something real.

Listen Before You Doubt Yourself

The 9 carries the quality of hearing and is strongly connected with clairaudience, while the 10:1 is also deeply connected to divine guidance. Together, this can make September a particularly strong month for noticing what keeps coming through.

This may show up as an inner voice, a phrase that suddenly drops into your mind, hearing the same message in different places, a song lyric that catches your attention at exactly the right moment, or simply knowing something before you can logically explain why.

The challenge is that both frequencies can still doubt what they receive. You may hear the answer and immediately question it, or keep asking for another sign because the first one wasn’t what you wanted to hear.

This month, pay attention to what repeats without obsessively searching for confirmation. Sometimes the message becomes clearer when you stop asking for more and start listening to what has already been said.

What Your Body May Be Telling You

The 9 governs the left kidney, while the 10:1 governs the left hand, so both active body gateways fall on the left side this month.

The left side is traditionally connected with receiving, intuition, and feminine energy, which fits the larger message of September. Power is not only about pushing forward. Sometimes power comes from being able to receive guidance, trust it, and respond from there.

The kidneys are also deeply involved in filtering and processing within the physical body, which makes them an interesting symbol for a month centered around discernment.

What are you taking in?
What are you holding onto?
What needs to be filtered out?

You may notice more clearly when certain people, environments, conversations, or responsibilities leave you feeling depleted. The 9 carries a tremendous amount of energy, but that does not mean your body has an unlimited capacity to hold everything.

Too much spiritual or emotional intensity can become physical tension, exhaustion, or a feeling of being energetically overloaded. Even powerful energy needs somewhere to settle.

How to Work With September

This is not a month to give your authority away.

Trust what you already know. Advice can be helpful, but there is a difference between gathering information and needing someone else to make you feel safe enough to make your own decision.

Pay attention to where you shrink. You may find yourself staying quiet, softening your opinion, or making yourself smaller around certain people because you know your full presence makes them uncomfortable. Ask yourself whether you’re actually being considerate or whether you’ve fallen back into an old habit of minimizing yourself.

Watch the other extreme too. The 9 is powerful, and power without awareness can become force. Notice if you’re trying to control an outcome, convince someone who clearly isn’t ready, or push another person toward a breakthrough they have to choose for themselves.

Use the creative energy. Write, speak, teach, make something, start the project, or give form to an idea you’ve been sitting on. The 9 brings enormous potential, while the 10:1 can help direct that potential toward something useful.

Put your power in service. Speak up where you’ve been silent. Protect something that matters to you. Make the decision. Set the boundary. The 10:1 reminds us that power becomes meaningful when it is used with purpose.

September isn’t asking you to prove how powerful you are. It’s asking you to stop pretending that you aren’t.

Protect Your Energy Without Closing Yourself Off

The 9 carries strong protection energy, and many people with this frequency have a deep sense that they are watched over even when life becomes difficult.

September may bring a stronger desire to protect your time, your peace, your work, or the people you love. But protection and defensiveness are not the same thing.

Healthy protection knows where your responsibility ends and someone else’s begins. Fear can make us believe that the only way to stay safe is to close ourselves off completely.

The 9 is strongest when it can remain open without becoming powerless, compassionate without becoming passive, and protective without turning every situation into a battle.

You don’t have to fight everything this month. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is know when something no longer deserves your energy.

There are times in life when it’s obvious something needs to change. A relationship ends. A job becomes unbearable. A situation falls apart. You don’t necessarily know what comes next, but at least you know you can’t keep going the way you’ve been going.

And then there are the stranger seasons.

Nothing is really wrong. Your life may even be good. You have things to be grateful for, you’re functioning, and from the outside there may be no obvious reason to want anything different. But underneath all of that is a feeling you can’t quite shake.

Something feels missing.

Or maybe not missing exactly. Maybe it feels more like there’s something else you’re supposed to be doing, becoming, exploring, or creating. You just have no idea what that something is yet.

I’ve been in this place more than once in my life. I’ve known I needed a change before I knew what that change was supposed to look like. I could feel that something no longer fit in the same way, even when I couldn’t explain why or point to anything that was actually wrong.

That’s a frustrating place to be because when there’s an obvious problem, at least you have somewhere to start. When nothing is technically wrong, you start questioning yourself instead.

Am I just bored? Am I being ungrateful? Do I need a new job? A new environment? A new project? More creativity? More meaning?

Sometimes it feels like you’re reaching for something you can’t name.

Looking back, I wish I’d understood that feeling a little differently. I was so focused on figuring out what needed to change that I didn’t really consider whether the restlessness itself was telling me something about where I’d outgrown parts of my life or myself.

But I’ve also started to realize that when we feel this kind of restlessness, the answer isn’t always found by asking, What should I change?

Sometimes the more useful question is, “What part of me isn’t being lived right now?”

You can appreciate your life and still know another part of you is waiting to be expressed. You can like your career and still feel drawn toward something different. You can have stability and still feel restless. Wanting more doesn’t automatically mean what you have is wrong. Sometimes it simply means you’ve changed.

There may be a talent you’ve never fully used, a quality you learned to suppress, an interest you dismissed because it didn’t seem practical, or a part of yourself that didn’t have much room in the version of life you built years ago.

That’s where Soul Contract numerology can offer a different kind of perspective. It can get to the heart of things a little differently. It can help us look less at what’s happening around us and more at what within us may not be fully expressed yet.

This Is Where Soul Contracts Can Help

If someone came to me and said, “Nothing is really wrong, but I feel like I need something more and I don’t know what that is,” I wouldn’t expect one number in their chart to give us the answer. I’d approach a reading like this as more of a discovery process and start looking for the places where something may not be getting expressed fully.

I’d first look at the physical side of the chart (the triangle pointing down), and what they’ve already spent much of their life developing. Are they actually using the Talents that are there? Is there a part of one of those talents they’ve never explored because it didn’t fit their career, responsibilities, or the version of themselves they became?

I’d also look at the Karma position and whether certain frequencies are being expressed more through their shadow. Sometimes what feels like restlessness can come from living the same pattern for so long that it no longer feels right, even if that pattern once helped you navigate an earlier part of your life.

Where someone is in life would matter too. Earlier in life, we tend to spend more time working through the physical side of the chart, building our identity, relationships, career, confidence, and place in the world. As we get older, the spiritual side can start becoming more important. That doesn’t mean you suddenly need to become a completely different person. It can simply mean that the things that once gave you a sense of direction aren’t enough anymore because another part of you is ready to develop.

That’s when I’d look more closely at the spiritual side of the chart (the triangle pointing up). Are there gifts there that haven’t had much room in your life yet? Are you still being pulled into the shadow of a frequency you’re meant to understand differently now? And what is your Goals asking you to move toward?

Your Spiritual Goals are especially important here because this position speaks to the heart of your spiritual purpose. It can point toward the kinds of interests, work, hobbies, or forms of expression that are more likely to feel deeply fulfilling because this is where your inner drive begins to align with what your soul came here to give.

It doesn’t necessarily hand you one exact career or tell you there’s only one path you’re meant to follow, but it can narrow the field and give you meaningful direction. As you begin expressing that part of the chart more fully, it also opens greater access to your Soul Destiny, which is the deeper energy your life is ultimately moving toward.

From there, I’d look at how the Soul Destiny may already be showing up. Are there qualities or themes that have been present for years but haven’t been fully recognized? Are there parts of that deeper purpose already trying to make their way into the life you’re living now?

So if someone came to me feeling like something was missing, I wouldn’t just be looking for what they need to change. I’d also be looking for what they may be ready to grow into.

Instead of only asking, What am I supposed to do next?

You can start asking, “What part of me am I not expressing enough right now?”

That may not give you an immediate answer, but it can give you somewhere to look.

You Don’t Have to Know Yet

One of the most frustrating parts of wanting something different is knowing you’re ready for change, but not knowing what that change is supposed to look like yet.

You may notice that certain things don’t fit the way they used to, or that you keep feeling drawn toward something you can’t quite define. You may even find yourself questioning parts of your life that once felt settled.

That doesn’t mean you need to make an immediate decision. Sometimes you’re simply in the space between feeling ready for something new and understanding what that new thing might actually be.

Maybe the point isn’t to force an answer before it’s ready. Maybe it’s to stay curious about what keeps resurfacing, what you’re becoming more interested in, and what feels increasingly difficult to ignore.

You don’t have to know exactly what comes next to recognize that something in you is ready for more.

There are many reasons you may begin questioning the career you’ve built. Sometimes it starts as a feeling you can’t explain. Nothing is necessarily wrong, but the work that once felt satisfying no longer feels like enough. You may find yourself wondering whether you’re supposed to keep doing the same thing for the rest of your life, even though you have no idea what you’d do instead.

For someone else, the desire for change may be triggered by burnout, a health scare, a loss, or another experience that completely rearranges what matters. You may realize you’ve spent years chasing stability or success while ignoring the part of you that wanted something more meaningful. What used to feel practical may now feel limiting, and the life you worked hard to create may no longer reflect the person you’ve become.

Then there are the career transitions you didn’t choose. You may lose your job, have your position eliminated, or discover that the industry you’ve worked in no longer offers the security you expected. Once the initial shock begins to settle, you’re left staring at a question you may not have been prepared to answer.

What now?

Career Change Can Feel Like an Identity Crisis

Changing careers isn’t only about finding another way to earn money. Our work often becomes intertwined with the way we see ourselves. It carries our experience, our accomplishments, and the sense that we know what we’re doing. When that career begins to fall away, whether by choice or circumstance, it can feel as though part of our identity is disappearing with it.

The longer you’ve been on one path, the more vulnerable it can feel to consider another one. You may wonder whether you’re too old to start over or whether changing direction means you wasted all those years. You may have financial responsibilities that make it difficult to follow a feeling without knowing where it will lead. Even when you know something needs to change, the practical part of you may keep asking for guarantees that life can’t provide.

This is where many people begin to believe they’re lost. But sometimes you’re not lost at all. You may simply be standing between the life that made sense for an earlier version of you and the one that’s beginning to make sense now.

The Transition Years Between 35 and 49

In Soul Contract numerology, life unfolds through different stages of development. Two important transition periods occur between the ages of 35 and 42, and then again between 42 and 49. These years can bring noticeable shifts in identity, priorities, relationships, and the direction of your life.

Between 35 and 42, you may begin questioning choices you made when you were younger and whether they still fit. The career you chose for security, approval, practicality, or simply because it seemed like the right thing to do at the time may start feeling disconnected from what you value now. You may become more aware of where you’ve been living according to expectations rather than your own truth.

Between 42 and 49, that process can deepen. If you resisted the changes, lessons, or growth that surfaced during the earlier cycle, this period may feel more intense because the same themes can return with greater urgency. You may become less willing to spend your time doing work that drains you or keeps you disconnected from yourself, and the desire to live more authentically can become much harder to ignore.

Not everyone will change careers during these periods. A transition can show up in many areas of life, and there are no hard rules about how someone will experience these cycles. But when a major career shift does happen, the Soul Contract chart can sometimes help explain why one direction was important earlier in life and why another begins calling later.

Your Soul Contract Is a Map of Your Soul

Soul Contracts is based on the sound vibrations contained within your birth name. Each sound connects to one of 22 frequencies represented by the Hebrew letters. When those frequencies are placed into the geometric chart, they create a map of the experiences your soul chose to explore in this lifetime.

The chart contains 7 positions representing different parts of that experience. I’ll include an image here so you can see how the chart is arranged, but for this conversation we’re mainly focusing on the Physical Goals, Spiritual Goals, and Soul Destiny.

There are no hard rules about where a career will appear in a Soul Contract chart. A natural talent may become someone’s profession, while a karmic experience may eventually lead another person toward work they never expected to do. Career themes can appear anywhere in the chart depending on the person and how their life unfolds, although they’re often noticeable within the Goals positions.

The Soul Destiny sits at the center of the chart and represents the deeper purpose running through your life. It doesn’t necessarily describe one particular career because purpose is often less about what you do and more about how you move through life and what you bring into it.

This is why you can move through completely different careers while still expressing the same Soul Destiny. I explored that distinction more deeply in my earlier post you can read more about.

I Never Knew What I Wanted to Be

I’ve changed jobs many times over the years, and if I’m being truthful, I never really knew what I wanted to do. I started working when I was 15, and even then I remember looking at people who seemed to know exactly what they wanted. They knew what they wanted to study, chose a direction, and went after it. I secretly envied that because I never had that certainty.

For years, I kept trying different things and hoping I would eventually land on the thing that made me happy. Some jobs made sense for a short amount of time. Others taught me what I absolutely didn’t want. But I never had that feeling of, "This is it. This is what I’m supposed to do with my life.

Looking at my own Soul Contract later helped me understand why my path may never have been meant to look that straightforward.

I have an 11:2 in my Soul Destiny. One of the polarities within this frequency is Death to Life, which can bring repeated transformations throughout a lifetime. Another is Foolishness to Wisdom, where understanding often comes through experience. Sometimes you have to make the choice, live it, realize what it taught you, and become wiser because of it.

When I look back at my career history, I can see both of those themes everywhere.

The 11:2 is also a building and structure frequency. For me, part of its deeper expression is learning to build something from my own truth rather than following a structure that someone else created for me. Of course, one number never tells the entire story. The other frequencies and positions in my chart add important pieces to why my path unfolded the way it did.

But I didn’t understand any of this when I was younger.

It took me until my late 30s to begin figuring out what actually felt true to me. Now, in my early 40s, I’m building something that feels much more like my own. And when I look at the timing, that makes a lot of sense within the transition from the 35-to-42 years into the 42-to-49 embodiment cycle.

I didn’t suddenly wake up one morning with my entire life figured out. It took years of changing directions, getting things wrong, learning what didn’t fit, and slowly getting closer to what did.

And maybe that’s part of why I don’t believe everyone is supposed to know what they want to do at 18, 25, or even 35. Sometimes the career path itself is part of how you find out who you are.

The Physical Goal and the First Part of Life

The Physical Goal represents something your soul is working toward through your experiences in the physical world. It can often be seen through the work you pursue, what motivates you, and the qualities you’re learning to develop through everyday life.

For many people, this position is easier to recognize during the first part of life. It may help explain why a particular career once felt important or why certain accomplishments carried so much weight. Your work may have given you the opportunity to build confidence, learn practical skills, become more independent, or discover how you wanted to participate in the world.

That doesn’t mean your first career will automatically feel like your calling. We don’t always begin by expressing the fullest potential of a frequency. Sometimes we meet its challenges first.

You may choose work because it feels secure or because it’s what your family expected of you. You may spend years proving yourself through achievement without realizing how much of your identity has become attached to what you accomplish. You may even become very successful at something that eventually stops feeling like you.

That doesn’t erase what the experience gave you. The Physical Goal may still have been developing something important within you, even if the career itself was never meant to remain the final destination.

When the Spiritual Goal Begins Calling

The Spiritual Goal represents another area of growth that can become more noticeable as you move through life. It may begin to emerge when the priorities that shaped your earlier years start changing and you become more interested in what feels meaningful rather than what simply looks successful from the outside.

The word spiritual can sometimes make people assume this position has to lead to spiritual work, but that isn’t what it means. Your Spiritual Goals may be expressed through any kind of career. What matters is the deeper quality you’re being asked to develop and the way you begin expressing that part of yourself.

When someone changes careers completely later in life, the new direction may sometimes reflect the Spiritual Goals more clearly. You may feel drawn toward work that uses a side of yourself you barely acknowledged earlier. An old interest may suddenly become important again, or you may begin exploring something that seems completely unrelated to the career you spent years building.

The change may not even begin with a clear idea of what you want to do. Sometimes it starts with restlessness. You know you’re no longer fulfilled, but you can’t yet explain what would feel better. You may become interested in subjects that have nothing to do with your current work or find yourself imagining a life you never seriously considered before.

From the outside, a career change can look sudden. Internally, it may have been building for a very long time.

Your First Career May Be Part of What Prepares You for the Next One

Moving toward the Spiritual Goals doesn’t mean the Physical Goals disappears or that your earlier career somehow became irrelevant. These parts of the chart continue working together.

The qualities you developed through your Physical Goals may be exactly what allows you to pursue a different kind of work later. A career that taught you how to communicate with people may become useful when you begin teaching. Experience managing complicated situations may later help you run your own business. Years spent learning how an industry works may eventually give you the confidence to approach that knowledge in a completely different way.

This is why a career change doesn’t always mean starting over. You may be changing the way you use what you’ve already learned. Sometimes the career you no longer want is still part of what prepared you for the one you’re beginning to imagine.

What If You Didn’t Choose the Transition?

There’s an important difference between feeling called to leave a career and having the decision made for you. Losing a job can bring fear, anger, grief, and uncertainty. It may not initially feel like an opportunity to align with anything. It may simply feel like your stability was taken away.

You don’t have to turn every difficult experience into a spiritual lesson while you’re still trying to process what happened. Sometimes losing a job is simply painful. But once some distance exists, the interruption may create a question you wouldn’t have asked while everything was comfortable.

Do I actually want to go back to what I was doing?

The answer may be yes. You may realize that you still love the work and simply need a different environment. Or the answer may surprise you.

You may discover that the thought of returning to the same career feels heavier than the uncertainty of trying something new.

That doesn’t mean you need to immediately know what the new path looks like. Sometimes a career transition begins with understanding what no longer fits before you have any idea what will.

Your Chart Isn’t Here to Make the Decision for You

A Soul Contract chart doesn’t tell you exactly what career you should choose, and it doesn’t remove your free will. Two people can carry the same frequency in a Goals position and express it through completely different kinds of work.

The chart gives you another way to understand the themes underneath your choices. It can help you recognize what you may be trying to develop, why certain experiences have mattered, and why a different direction may begin feeling important during another stage of your life.

You still decide what you do with that information.

Sometimes the answer will be a complete career change. Sometimes you’ll stay in the same field but change the way you work within it. And sometimes the biggest shift has less to do with your profession and more to do with what you’re no longer willing to sacrifice for it.

Career transitions can be uncomfortable because there’s often a period when the old identity no longer fits, but the new one isn’t fully formed yet.

You may not be able to see exactly where you’re going. That doesn’t mean everything that came before was wrong. It may simply mean your life is asking something different from you now.

Pompeii didn’t feel like a city of death. When I visited this ancient city in 2024, it felt surreal to stand inside of what had existed for centuries before being buried by Mount Vesuvius.

I expected the ruins to feel heavy. So much damage, death, slavery, and violence had taken place there that I assumed the energy would reflect only the tragedy associated with it.

But that wasn’t what I felt. Pompeii’s energy was surprisingly beautiful.

The city was visibly damaged, yet it didn’t feel empty. There was still a presence within it, as though the life once lived there hadn’t completely disappeared. You could walk along its streets, enter what remained of its homes and public spaces, and imagine people moving through their ordinary routines nearly 2,000 years ago.

One detail stayed with me more than anything else.

Red is one of the most recognizable colors throughout Pompeii. It still appears on walls and within the frescoes that survived the eruption. But outside those damaged buildings, red poppies were growing among the ruins.

There was something deeply symbolic about seeing them there. The flowers didn’t erase what had happened or make the history less tragic. They seemed to honor what had once existed while showing that life had returned to a place so closely associated with death.

That contrast between destruction and beauty, death and growth, is what eventually made me curious about the frequencies held within the name Pompeii.

Could its Soul Contract reveal something about the city it once was, what happened there, and why it continues to speak to us today?

Pompeii Before the Eruption

It’s easy to think of Pompeii only as the city destroyed by Mount Vesuvius, but the eruption was merely the final chapter of a much longer history.

Pompeii is believed to have been founded by the Oscans around the 8th or 7th century BCE. Over time, the city absorbed Greek, Etruscan, Samnite, and Roman influence, becoming a prosperous center of agriculture and trade.

Its location played an important role in its success. Pompeii stood on a naturally elevated lava terrace near the Sarno River and the Bay of Naples. The volcanic soil surrounding Vesuvius was exceptionally fertile, while access to the river and coast connected the city with trade routes throughout the region.

By the first century CE, Pompeii had developed into a busy Roman city whose people lived in ways that can feel unexpectedly familiar. They worked, shopped, ate outside the home, visited public baths, attended performances, participated in politics, decorated their houses, and left messages on walls. Walking through the city, I was fascinated by how recognizable parts of their daily lives still felt.

Of course, other aspects were far removed from anything we would consider acceptable today. Pompeii’s prosperity depended heavily on enslaved labor, and public entertainment included gladiator combat and animal hunts.

Even the streets revealed a less appealing reality of urban life. Wastewater and animal waste could move along the roads, so raised sidewalks and large stepping-stones allowed people to cross without walking directly through it. The gaps between the stones were positioned so carts could still pass.

And I will say, seeing those streets in person makes it very easy to imagine what was running beneath you. You can almost picture the smell, the mess, and how unpleasant everyday city life could actually be 🤢.

Pompeii could be sophisticated and brutal, beautiful and deeply unequal. That complexity matters because a Soul Contract doesn’t reveal only the most admirable parts of a person or place. It can show natural abilities, unresolved challenges, and the different ways an energy may be expressed over time.

A Short Name with a Concentrated Story

Because Pompeii is a short name, its chart contains only one triangle. There is no separate spiritual triangle or Soul Destiny position. Its story is concentrated within three positions. Together, these frequencies create a striking story of the earth and physical life, the structures humanity builds, and the messages that can survive long after a civilization is gone.

What Each Frequency Reveals

8:8 Karma: The Earth That Gave & Took Away

Frequency 8 is deeply connected to the earth, the body, emotion, sensitivity, grounding, and our relationship with the physical world.

In a Karma position, the 8 can reveal difficulty feeling safe within physical life. There may be a tendency to disconnect from discomfort, become overly attached to material security, suppress emotional reality, or resist what the body and the environment are trying to communicate.

The lesson of the 8 is embodiment.

It asks us to become present within the human experience rather than trying to rise above it, control it, or numb ourselves to it. True power comes from being grounded enough to feel what’s happening, respond to it, and remain connected to the earth beneath us.

It’s difficult to imagine a location that expresses the contradictions of the 8 more clearly than Pompeii. The city owed much of its prosperity to the earth. Volcanic soil made the surrounding land fertile. Grapes, olives, and grain supported its economy. The landscape helped Pompeii become wealthy, desirable, and successful.

The same earth that sustained the city eventually buried it.

Pompeii’s relationship with the physical world existed in both the light and shadow of the 8. The land offered abundance, beauty, resources, and opportunity, but it also held an elemental power beyond human control.

The city itself was highly material. Homes displayed wealth through artwork, fountains, gardens, mosaics, and elaborate decoration. Markets, workshops, taverns, villas, public buildings, and places of entertainment filled its streets. Pompeii knew how to create comfort and pleasure within the physical world.

But material success didn’t make life equal.

Pompeii’s prosperity was deeply tied to the physical world. Its fertile land, trade, wealth, elaborate homes, and appetite for comfort all show how strongly the city was rooted in material life.

But the 8 asks for a healthy relationship with the physical world, not over-identification with it. In shadow, material success can become excess, control, disconnection, or the belief that security comes from what can be owned, built, or accumulated.

When viewed through the 8:8 Karma, Pompeii’s story raises a larger question about embodiment: how do we live fully within the physical world without becoming consumed by it?

The 8 is sensitive and nurturing when balanced, but it can struggle with boundaries and responsibility when expressed through shadow. Pompeii’s story contains both the beauty created through physical life and the harm caused when material power is used without compassion.

The eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 CE brought every illusion of physical permanence to an end.

Homes, businesses, temples, possessions, social status, and routines could no longer protect anyone from the force of the earth. In a matter of hours, the life Pompeii had built was buried beneath pumice, ash, and volcanic material.

Yet the story of the 8 doesn’t end with destruction. The earth that buried Pompeii also preserved it.

11:2 Talent: What a City Chooses to Build

The 11:2 is an energy of building, structure, intelligence, and transformation.

In a Talent position, it brings a natural ability to organize, design, solve problems, and turn an idea into something tangible. It can recognize how separate pieces fit together and create the framework needed to support a larger vision. This may appear through architecture and physical construction, but it can also be expressed through systems, communities, institutions, and new ways of organizing life.

The 11:2 also carries emotional resilience and analytical insight. At its best, it can build something lasting while remaining aware of the deeper meaning behind what is being created.

But having a frequency in a Talent position doesn’t mean it will only express itself through its gifts. Natural abilities can still come with challenges, remain underdeveloped, or be used in ways that reflect fear, social conditioning, and the consciousness of the surrounding culture.

The 11:2 carries two polarities: Death to Life and Foolishness to Wisdom.

Death to Life is the journey of transformation. Something may need to end, collapse, or be dismantled before another form can emerge. This can create the ability to rebuild after loss, give new life to what has been destroyed, or create something meaningful from an ending. In shadow, however, the energy can become overly connected to destruction, resistant to necessary change, or trapped within systems that diminish life rather than support it.

Foolishness to Wisdom is the process of learning through experience. The 2 may begin by making choices without fully understanding their consequences, but those experiences can eventually produce emotional maturity, discernment, and a broader perspective. Its challenge is that intelligence alone doesn’t guarantee wisdom. Someone can be highly capable and still use that ability unconsciously.

Pompeii expressed every layer of this frequency.

The city was intelligently designed, with structures that supported movement, commerce, sanitation, worship, entertainment, and domestic life. Its raised sidewalks and strategically placed stepping-stones helped people navigate streets crossed by carts and wastewater. Its water system supplied public fountains, baths, and some private homes. These weren’t isolated achievements. Together, they reveal a society that understood how to organize physical life and build systems that allowed a busy city to function.

Pompeii also contained one of the earliest surviving permanent stone amphitheaters in the Roman world. This is where its 11:2 Talent becomes more complicated.

The same intelligence that built roads, homes, baths, and public gathering places also built an arena where death became entertainment. Gladiators fought before large crowds, while animal hunts brought violence and domination into the center of public life. The Death to Life polarity was therefore present in Pompeii long before the eruption.

Inside the amphitheater, fighters repeatedly stood at the threshold between survival and death. Some lived and returned to fight again. Others were killed. Enslaved people, condemned prisoners, gladiators, and animals became part of a carefully organized system in which life could be placed at risk for entertainment, power, and social status.

Pompeii’s ability to build was undeniable, but ability doesn’t determine how a gift will be used. Its structures reflected both the brilliance and the limitations of the society that created them. Some supported daily life, beauty, community, and connection. Others supported slavery, violence, inequality, and the public spectacle of death.

This is where the Foolishness to Wisdom polarity becomes especially important. Pompeii was advanced in its engineering and organization, but advancement isn’t the same as wisdom. A society can be intelligent enough to create remarkable structures while remaining unconscious of the suffering those structures enable. The city’s Talent wasn’t absent when it built an amphitheater. It was present, but expressed through shadow.

After the eruption, Pompeii’s talent took on an entirely different purpose.

The structures it created became the reason its story survived. Its homes revealed how people lived. Its streets showed how the city functioned. Its artwork preserved what people valued, while its amphitheater exposed what they had accepted as entertainment.

What Pompeii built became a record of both its intelligence and its limitations. That may be the deeper expression of the 11:2. Pompeii didn’t simply leave behind impressive ruins. It left behind enough of itself for later generations to study, question, and understand.

The city was destroyed, but what it created continued to serve a purpose. Pompeii built for its own time, yet thousands of years later, it’s still teaching ours.

5:5 Goal: Becoming a Messenger

Frequency 5 is connected to truth, speech, intuition, and spiritual sensitivity.

It’s an energy that feels deeply and often senses more than what can be seen on the surface. The 5 can be highly receptive to people, environments, emotions, and unseen influences. This sensitivity may appear as intuition, spiritual awareness, or an instinctive understanding of what’s happening beneath the words being spoken.

But the purpose of the 5 isn’t only to feel or perceive. It’s learning how to translate that awareness into something others can understand.

In the Goal position, the 5:5 is developing the confidence to speak, write, teach, or lead from a place of truth. It’s learning to bring intuitive insight into the world in a grounded and useful way. Over time, the communicator can become a teacher, not simply by repeating information, but by helping others recognize what they couldn’t yet see for themselves.

The challenge is learning to trust the message.

The 5 may fear judgment, punishment, or rejection for speaking honestly. Its sensitivity can make it deeply aware of how others may react, causing it to silence itself, alter its message, or communicate in ways designed to gain approval. Speech can also become exaggerated, manipulative, performative, or disconnected from truth.

Pompeii appears to have been a city filled with both communication and spiritual sensitivity.

Religion wasn’t confined to a temple or an occasional ceremony. The divine was woven into daily life. Public temples honored gods such as Jupiter, Apollo, Venus, and Isis, while household shrines created a more personal relationship with protective spirits and deities. People made offerings, sought divine favor, watched for omens, wore protective symbols, and communicated with the gods through prayers and vows.

The Cult of Isis is especially interesting through the 5:5. Its rituals offered a more personal and emotionally involved relationship with the divine. Initiation, transformation, protection, and direct spiritual experience were central to its appeal. The Dionysian mysteries also explored symbolic death, rebirth, ecstasy, and a closer encounter with unseen forces.

Pompeii reveals a society that understood visible life as deeply connected to an unseen world. Its people looked for signs, sought protection and guidance, and maintained relationships with divine forces they believed were constantly influencing human life. Rather than dismissing intuition or spiritual perception, they wove it into the way they understood the world around them.

That sensitivity didn’t remain private. Pompeii was also a city of voices.

Children learned reading, writing, and arithmetic, while more advanced students studied literature and rhetoric. For those entering public life, learning how to speak persuasively could shape reputation, influence, and political success. Speech wasn’t simply a form of self-expression. It was a form of power.

The city’s walls became another place where that power was exercised. Thousands of inscriptions preserved political endorsements, business advertisements, prayers, jokes, insults, literary quotations, declarations of love, and personal opinions. These messages came from daily life rather than one official voice. Together, they created an ongoing public conversation throughout the city.

Pompeii communicated through performance as well. Theater, religious processions, political campaigns, and spectacles all conveyed messages about status, belief, power, and the values people were expected to accept.

This reflects both the gift and the challenge of the 5:5.

Pompeii knew how to communicate, but communication isn’t automatically truth. Political slogans could persuade. Public spectacles could reinforce social hierarchy. Religious rituals could create genuine spiritual connection, but they could also become performance or obligation. A city can be filled with voices while still leaving certain truths unspoken. Perhaps Pompeii’s deeper goal was to bring what had remained hidden into view.

After the eruption, the city’s messages reached an audience its people never could have imagined. Their prayers, artwork, political opinions, humor, beliefs, and ordinary conversations became a record of how they understood themselves and their world.

Pompeii didn’t become a messenger only after it was destroyed. It had always been communicating. Its preservation allowed those voices to travel farther.

Today, the city teaches through more than its words. It reveals how spirituality and superstition could exist beside brutality, how intelligence could coexist with inequality, and how a society could speak constantly without fully questioning everything it had learned to accept.

That may be the greater expression of its 5:5. Pompeii began as a city searching for favor, sharing opinions, teaching its children, and speaking to both people and gods. Over time, it became a teacher itself.

When the Frequencies Work Together

Pompeii’s frequencies don’t tell three separate stories. They work together.

The 8:8 Karma reveals a deep relationship with the earth, the body, emotional presence, and the physical world. Pompeii experienced the abundant side of that frequency through fertile land, trade, prosperity, and a strong connection to the environment around it.

But the shadow of the 8 is not simply material excess or power. It is more about disconnection from the body, becoming overwhelmed by what is felt, avoiding emotional reality, and struggling to remain grounded and present.

In Pompeii, that shadow may be seen in the contrast between a city that was highly developed physically and a culture that could still become desensitized to suffering. Its prosperity depended heavily on enslaved labor, while violence and inequality were normalized within everyday life. Pompeii was deeply connected to the earth materially, but that connection did not always translate into emotional presence, compassion, or a healthy relationship with the people and animals sharing that physical world.

This is where the 11:2 Talent could offer support.

The 11:2 offered the ability to create structure within that world. Pompeii knew how to build, organize, adapt, and turn ideas into something tangible. Its streets, homes, water systems, public spaces, and places of worship reveal a city capable of bringing order to physical life. Even after destruction, those structures became the means through which its story survived.

This Talent could support the 8 by giving its intense physical and emotional energy structure, purpose, and direction. Instead of becoming overwhelmed by the physical world or disconnected from it, the 11:2 could help the 8 create stability and remain more fully present within it.

The 8 could then support the 5:5 Goal.

Frequency 5 is highly sensitive, intuitive, and spiritually receptive, but it can also remain in the mind or become overwhelmed by everything it senses. The grounding energy of the 8 helps bring that awareness into the body and the physical world. It allows intuition to become something lived, expressed, and understood rather than remaining only a feeling or idea.

Pompeii’s 5:5 wasn’t simply asking the city to communicate. It was asking it to ground what it sensed and knew into a message others could receive.

The city did this through its writing, education, beliefs, artwork, rituals, and public life. Later, what remained of Pompeii carried that message far beyond the people it had originally been created for.

This may be why the red poppies growing throughout the ruins felt so meaningful to me. They reflected all three frequencies at once.

They were rooted in the earth of the 8, growing through the remains preserved by the structures of the 11:2, and communicating something without needing words through the 5.

Pompeii’s story contains destruction, but it doesn’t end there. What was built remained. What was buried continued to speak. And from the same earth that once brought both abundance and devastation, life began growing again.

Some childhood wounds are obvious. Others take years to understand because love, fear, protection, neglect, loyalty, and survival can all exist inside the same family.

You may know you had a difficult relationship with a parent, but not fully understand how that relationship shaped the way you love, trust, protect yourself, or move through the world. Sometimes those patterns can even be reflected in your Soul Contract.

Two frequencies in particular can bring parental themes to the surface: 10:1 and 13:4. The 10:1 is often connected to the father wound, while the 13:4 is often connected to the mother wound.

That doesn’t mean everyone with a 10:1 had an abusive or absent father, or that everyone with a 13:4 had a difficult relationship with their mother. These frequencies carry much larger spiritual lessons. The parental relationship may become one of the first places those lessons are experienced because our earliest understanding of masculine and feminine energy often comes through the people who raised us.

The number alone can’t explain the entire relationship. The position it occupies, the rest of the chart, and the energetic clashes between family members all add context.

Before we go deeper, take a look at your own Soul Contract chart and see whether either of these numbers appears anywhere. If you see 10:1 or 13:4, make a note of the position. We’ll come back to why that matters later.

And if you don’t have either number, follow along anyway. A mother or father wound can still be reflected elsewhere in the chart, and later I’ll show you why these two frequencies aren’t the only way parental dynamics can appear.

The Father Wound & Frequency 10:1

Frequency 10:1 is one of the highest spiritual frequencies within the Soul Contract system. It carries the energy of true service, spiritual leadership, manifestation, and the balance between masculine and feminine energy. Someone carrying this number is often here to support humanity’s growth by healing, guiding, creating, or becoming a steady presence for others.

The 10:1 will carry this spiritual calling in any position. Even when someone doesn’t consider themselves spiritual, they may naturally hold space for others, receive strong intuitive guidance, or feel pulled toward work that has a deeper purpose. Their life may repeatedly redirect them away from status, appearances, or external definitions of success and toward work that feels meaningful to the soul.

Many people with this frequency experience an imbalance in masculine energy early in life. This may develop through a difficult relationship with the father, an absent father, controlling authority figures, or a lack of healthy masculine protection. A woman may become overly identified with masculine energy because she learned that control, independence, or emotional armor were necessary for survival. A man may struggle to understand how to embody masculinity without repeating the harshness, emotional distance, or misuse of power he witnessed.

The deeper lesson of the 10:1 involves restoring balance. Healthy masculine energy protects without controlling. It creates direction while remaining connected to intuition. It takes action without disconnecting from the heart. The person may spend years learning how to hold strength and sensitivity at the same time.

A father wound can become part of that journey, but it isn’t the only way the frequency can unfold. The lesson may appear through career struggles, fear of visibility, perfectionism, spiritual disconnection, or difficulty asking for help. Someone may carry deep self-doubt while also sensing that they’re meant to do something meaningful with their life.

The Mother Wound & Frequency 13:4

Frequency 13:4 carries the energy of the Divine Mother, unconditional love, heart healing, and grounded abundance. It’s a master frequency, so its presence tends to be felt strongly wherever it appears in the chart. The position helps reveal whether the person is meeting this energy through a difficult lesson, a natural gift, a quality they’re learning to embody, or a larger part of their soul’s purpose.

People with this frequency may be deeply nurturing, intuitive, and protective. They often feel drawn toward children, animals, healing, or people who need care. They can have a natural ability to make others feel held and understood, yet that gift may have developed through painful experiences involving their own mother or the absence of maternal love.

A mother wound connected to the 13:4 can take many forms. The mother may have loved her child but lacked the emotional strength, self-awareness, or capacity to create safety. She may have relied on the child for support, shared burdens the child was too young to carry, or expected the child to manage her emotions.

At the other end of the spectrum, there may have been very little love at all. The mother may have been absent, rejecting, neglectful, abusive, or openly cruel. She may have chosen not to protect, nurture, or participate in the child’s life in any meaningful way.

When a mother refuses or is unable to embody the maternal role, the child may have to grow up quickly. They may learn to comfort themselves, take care of younger siblings, manage the home, or become emotionally responsible for everyone around them. In many cases, they become the mother they needed, either to themselves or to others.

This can create someone who appears highly capable while carrying a deep wound around receiving. They may know how to care for everyone else but feel uncomfortable asking for help. Love may become connected to responsibility, sacrifice, or proving their value through how much they can carry.

The healing path of the 13:4 involves learning that nurturing doesn’t require self-abandonment. The person is here to reclaim the love, protection, and emotional safety that may have been missing while allowing themselves to receive the same care they so readily offer others.

What the Position May Reveal

The 10:1 and 13:4 can appear in any position within a Soul Contract chart. Neither placement automatically confirms a parental wound, but the position can reveal how the frequency is likely to be experienced and how central its lessons may become.

Physical Karma

A Karma position often brings the more challenging expression of the frequency into early life and everyday experience. The person may encounter the pattern through the parent directly, through another caregiver, or through repeated circumstances involving power, protection, love, authority, or emotional safety.

10:1 - may point toward a father wound, unhealthy masculine dynamics, fear of authority, perfectionism, or a struggle to feel secure in one’s own identity. The person may have learned to stay in control because the masculine energy around them felt unsafe or unpredictable.

13:4 - in Physical Karma may point toward maternal rejection, neglect, emotional abandonment, or a complete lack of nurturing. The child may have been forced to become independent too early, care for siblings, or learn how to meet their own emotional needs without support. The wound becomes part of the physical and relational world they must learn to navigate.

Spiritual Karma

In Spiritual Karma, the wound may affect the person’s relationship with God, Source, intuition, trust, or their own spiritual identity. The parent may have shaped the person’s beliefs about whether they’re protected, supported, or worthy of love.

10:1 - may create difficulty trusting higher guidance, accepting spiritual gifts, or believing that power can be used responsibly. The person may fear their own influence or feel disconnected from the deeper purpose they sense within themselves.

13:4 - may bring a deep sense of spiritual abandonment. The person may question why they weren’t protected, struggle to believe love is truly available, or feel compelled to earn belonging through service and caretaking. Healing involves rebuilding trust in love without sacrificing the self.

Physical Talent

A Talent position often gives the person a more natural connection to the frequency, though the gift may still have been shaped by difficult experiences. What was missing in childhood can become something they instinctively know how to provide for others.

10:1 - may create a grounded leader, healer, organizer, or protector. The person may naturally know how to stabilize a situation and support others, especially if they grew up without reliable masculine guidance.

13:4 - may create someone who instinctively knows how to nurture, comfort, and create emotional safety. They may become a devoted parent, caregiver, or protector because they understand how damaging the absence of love can be.

Spiritual Talent

A Spiritual Talent placement brings an intuitive and often highly developed expression of the frequency. The person may carry spiritual abilities that allow them to guide others through experiences they’ve had to understand within themselves.

10:1 - may bring spiritual leadership, strong intuition, channeling, or the ability to connect higher guidance with practical action. The person often carries a steady presence that helps others trust their own path.

13:4 - may bring a healing presence rooted in compassion and emotional wisdom. People may feel safe opening up to them because they offer the kind of acceptance and care the person may once have needed themselves.

Physical Goal

A Goal position describes something the person is learning to embody. The energy may feel difficult or unfamiliar at first, and life may repeatedly place them in situations that require its development.

10:1 - may ask the person to develop healthy leadership, balanced masculine energy, and the ability to act without controlling. They may need to learn that strength can be protective and decisive without becoming harsh.

13:4 - may ask the person to build a stable, loving, and emotionally safe life. They may be learning how to create the kind of home, family, or supportive environment they didn’t receive growing up.

Spiritual Goal

In Spiritual Goal, the person is learning to embody the higher spiritual qualities of the frequency. The parental wound may become part of what pushes them toward deeper self-awareness and spiritual growth.

10:1 - may call the person to unite spiritual authority with humility and service. They must learn to trust their connection to Source while using their influence responsibly.

13:4 - may call the person to embody Divine Mother energy without losing themselves in the needs of others. Their lesson is to express unconditional love alongside boundaries, self-respect, and the willingness to receive.

Soul Destiny

When the 10:1 or 13:4 appears in Soul Destiny, the frequency becomes part of the larger purpose of the life. Its themes may unfold over many years and become more fully understood through experience.

10:1 - may involve spiritual service, leadership, and helping others restore balance between masculine strength and feminine wisdom. The person may become an example of how power can be expressed through integrity rather than control.

13:4 - may involve healing hearts, restoring trust in love, and creating spaces where others feel safe and valued. The person may be here to embody the maternal love they once searched for, without repeating the sacrifice or self-neglect that often accompanies an unhealed mother wound.

The Karma and Goal positions can make the wounds more pronounced because these placements often begin through challenge. The Talent positions may reveal what the person already knows how to give, sometimes because they had to develop that quality for themselves. Soul Destiny shows how the frequency may eventually become part of what they offer to the world.

You Can Have the Wound Without the Number

A person doesn’t need to carry the 10:1 to have a father wound, and they don’t need the 13:4 to have a mother wound.

I know this through my own chart. I grew up with an abusive father, yet I don’t have the 10:1. Some of the patterns I experienced are reflected more clearly through the 9 and its connection to power and disempowerment. The clashes that appear when I compare my chart with my father’s also reveal part of the dynamic between us.

My relationship with my mother is harder to summarize. She was loving during my childhood, but she also cried to us about the abuse while never taking us out of the situation. As my siblings and I became adults, the wounds remained unhealed. She continued struggling with her self-image, self-esteem, and sense of victimhood while leaning on her children for happiness and emotional support.

I can understand that she was being abused too. I can also acknowledge what her choices and unhealed pain required her children to carry.

My chart doesn’t contain the 13:4, yet the relationship still left maternal wounds. The patterns show up through other frequencies, through my own lessons, and through the energetic clashes between our charts.

This is why a Soul Contract chart can’t be read by pulling out one number and assigning it a fixed meaning. The frequencies work together. One number may describe the wound, another may show how you protected yourself, and another may reveal the strength you developed as a result.

Reading Parental Wounds Through the Full Chart

When the 10:1 or 13:4 appears in a chart, it can open a conversation about how masculine or feminine energy was first experienced. It may reveal where protection was missing, where emotional safety broke down, or where a parent’s unresolved wounds became part of the child’s story.

The chart can also show what the person is here to reclaim.

The 10:1 may be learning that strength doesn’t require control and that spiritual power can be expressed through service. The 13:4 may be learning that love doesn’t require self-abandonment and that nurturing others begins with creating safety within the self.

These frequencies don’t exist to blame our parents or excuse what happened. They help us see the pattern clearly enough to stop carrying it unconsciously.

Sometimes the wound appears through the number itself. Sometimes it appears through another part of the chart. Sometimes it becomes visible only when two charts are placed beside each other.

The numbers don’t decide what happened to us. They can help us understand what the experience awakened, what it asked us to learn, and what we now have the power to heal.

Every August, spiritual spaces begin talking about the Lion’s Gate Portal. You’ll hear that it’s a powerful time for manifestation, abundance, spiritual activation, and calling in the life you want. The energy is said to peak on August 8, when the date becomes 8/8.

But this year carries an additional layer. August 8, 2026 reduces to an 8:

8 + 8 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 26
2 + 6 = 8

That makes this year’s Lion’s Gate a symbolic triple 8.

The Lion’s Gate is primarily an astrological concept, but because its symbolic peak falls on 8/8, numerology has become a major part of how the day is interpreted.

As someone who works with numbers and sound frequencies, that immediately caught my attention. But rather than repeating what is usually said about the Lion’s Gate, I wanted to understand where it came from, what was historically true, and whether its connection to the number 8 went deeper than abundance and manifestation.

What I found was much more interesting.

Before It Was Called a Portal

The modern Lion’s Gate is connected to Sirius, the brightest star in our night sky. For part of the year, Sirius disappears from view because it’s too close to the Sun’s glare. Its first visible return in the morning sky, shortly before sunrise, is known as its heliacal rising.

The ancient Egyptians closely observed this return. Sirius became an important marker of time because its reappearance was associated with the beginning of the Egyptian New Year and the seasonal flooding of the Nile. The floodwaters brought fertile soil and made agriculture possible, so this wasn’t simply an interesting event happening in the sky. It was tied to food, survival, renewal, and the continuation of life.

To the Egyptians, Sirius was personified as the goddess Sopdet, later known to the Greeks as Sothis. She became associated with the arrival of the Nile flood, fertility, rebirth, and the beginning of a new yearly cycle. She was sometimes called the Lady of the New Year because her appearance signaled that the land was about to enter another season of renewal.

This is also where Isis enters the story, although the relationship between Isis and Sopdet can be confusing because different sources explain it differently.

Sopdet and Isis weren’t necessarily understood as the exact same goddess throughout all of Egyptian history. Sopdet began as the personification of Sirius, while Isis had a much larger role as a goddess connected with motherhood, magic, healing, protection, fertility, and the resurrection of Osiris.

Over time, however, their identities became increasingly connected and eventually conflated.

Sopdet was paired with Sah, the divine personification of Orion. Their celestial relationship began to reflect the mythology of Isis and Osiris, with Orion associated with Osiris, and Sirius associated with Isis. By later periods of Egyptian history, Sopdet had been so thoroughly absorbed into the identity of Isis that the two could be treated as different expressions of the same divine figure.

This is why you’ll sometimes see Sirius described as the star of Sopdet and other times as the star of Isis. Both can be accurate depending on the historical period and the particular tradition being discussed.

There was also a symbolic relationship between Sirius, Orion, and the Egyptian story of death and rebirth. Orion was connected with Osiris, while Sirius was associated with Isis following him across the sky. The annual disappearance and return of these stars could be woven into the larger mythology of loss, mourning, resurrection, and renewed life.

Sirius didn’t simply tell the Egyptians that another date had appeared on the calendar. Its return signaled that the waters were coming back, the soil would become fertile again, and another life-sustaining cycle was beginning.

So Where Did the Lion’s Gate Come From?

The Lion’s Gate Portal as we understand it today doesn’t appear to be an ancient Egyptian celebration that always took place on August 8.

Its modern origins seem to have developed through several different spiritual and astrological ideas that were eventually brought together.

One of the earlier foundations can be found in the work of astrologer Dane Rudhyar. In 1936, he wrote about four “Gates of Avataric Descent” located at 15 degrees of each fixed zodiac sign. One of those points falls in Leo around August 8. Rudhyar believed these midpoints between the equinoxes and solstices represented areas of concentrated energetic release, but he didn’t call the Leo point the Lion’s Gate.

Another important piece appeared in a 1999 article by Ray Mardyks called “Keys Under the Sphinx: Decoding the Hall of Records.” Mardyks connected Sirius, Leo, Regulus, eclipses, the Sphinx, and the possibility of a larger galactic alignment. His article referred to the Lion, the Lion’s heartbeat, and the Lion’s Path of Unconditional Love, although it didn’t appear to use “Lion’s Gate Portal” as the official name of the event.

Over time, spiritual communities seem to have simplified and combined these ideas. The midpoint of Leo became connected with August 8, Sirius became connected with ancient Egypt and the Nile, and the repeating 8/8 date became associated with abundance, infinity, and manifestation.

Eventually, all of these pieces became what we now call the Lion’s Gate Portal.

That means the modern Lion’s Gate isn’t an ancient Egyptian tradition, but I also don’t believe that makes it meaningless.

I believe focused thought and intention carry energy. That’s part of what magic is: consciously directing our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions toward an intended outcome. When one person does that, it can create movement within their own life. When an entire collective focuses on the same date, symbol, and intention year after year, I believe that shared attention can create an energetic imprint of its own.

Perhaps August 8 didn’t begin as a portal with a fixed meaning, but it became one because people repeatedly treated it as one.

Symbols gain power through the meaning we give them. Rituals gain power through repetition. Dates can become energetic markers because people continue returning to them with the same focus and expectation.

So I don’t think we have to choose between historical accuracy and spiritual meaning. We can acknowledge that the Lion’s Gate is a modern spiritual construct while also recognizing that collective intention may have given the date an energetic significance of its own.

And this year, that collective focus lands on a date that reduces to another 8, creating a symbolic triple 8.

That is where I began looking at the Lion’s Gate through the lens of Soul Contract numerology.

What the 8 Means in Soul Contract Numerology

In most forms of numerology, the number 8 is associated with power, success, balance, authority, money, abundance, and infinity.

In Soul Contract numerology, the 8 carries a different emphasis. The 8 is the frequency of grounding, emotional engagement, embodiment, and learning how to be fully present on Earth.

It isn’t only about attracting more into your life. It’s about becoming present enough to inhabit the life you already have.

When the 8 appears in a Soul Contract chart, especially within the Karmic or Soul Destiny positions, it can belong to a highly sensitive and high vibrational soul trying to adjust to the density of human life.

It’s sometimes described as the souls who eagerly volunteered to come to Earth and then arrived thinking, “What was I thinking? It’s cold here, and people aren’t always very nice.”

They may feel spiritually connected, but uncomfortable being human. They can be deeply sensitive to their environments, other people’s emotions, animals, nature, and the unseen world. Many are clairvoyant, emotionally intelligent, or naturally aware of what is happening beneath the surface.

I’ve found that many of the mediums who come to me carry the 8 somewhere in their charts. But being this sensitive isn’t always easy.

Many people carrying the 8 were sensitive children who learned that their emotions were inconvenient, excessive, or something that needed to be controlled. They may have been told not to cry, to toughen up, or to stop being so emotional. Instead of learning how to experience their emotions safely, they learned how to disconnect from them.

As adults, that disconnection can show up as overthinking, overworking, emotional numbness, avoidance, addiction, or constantly staying focused on everyone else. Some become workaholics because productivity feels more manageable than emotion. Others try to escape through alcohol, substances, food, fantasy, or anything else that creates distance from what they’re feeling.

The 8 may also become a fixer.

Because this frequency is so emotionally perceptive, people carrying it can easily sense what others need. They may become the person everyone turns to for help, advice, emotional support, or solutions. But there is a difference between helping someone and trying to fix them.

Sometimes the 8 becomes absorbed in other people’s problems because it keeps them from having to face their own inner world. Fixing someone else can feel easier than sitting with grief, disappointment, loneliness, anger, or fear that hasn’t yet been processed.

Boundaries can also become a lifelong lesson. The 8 may care deeply, absorb too much, give beyond their capacity, and then wonder why they feel emotionally exhausted or disconnected from themselves.

The Healing Path of the 8

The healing path of frequency 8 is to come back into the body, come back into your feelings, and come back into your life.

The 8 teaches us how to ground spiritual energy into physical form. It isn’t enough to understand ourselves intellectually or to feel connected to something beyond this world. We also have to bring that awareness into our bodies, nervous systems, relationships, choices, and everyday responsibilities.

The 8 doesn’t ask us to leave the human experience in order to become more spiritual. It asks us to become more fully human without losing our connection to the divine.

That means allowing emotions to move through the body instead of analyzing them from a distance. It means learning how to help without taking responsibility for another person’s healing. It means developing boundaries that allow us to remain compassionate without abandoning ourselves.

It also means reconnecting with the natural world.

People carrying the 8 often have a strong relationship with animals, plants, water, weather, or the elements. Sometimes they find it easier to connect with animals than with people because animals don’t ask them to hide their sensitivity or explain what they’re feeling.

Nature helps the 8 return to itself. It reminds the body that it belongs here.

The 8 Energy Extends Beyond the Lion’s Gate

The Lion’s Gate may reach its symbolic height on August 8, but the energy of the 8 isn’t limited to one day. August is already our 8th month, which means many of the themes connected with grounding, emotional awareness, boundaries, and embodiment may be present throughout the entire month.

In my August Frequency Forecast, I explore how the 8 may show up collectively, what its shadow can look like, and how to work with the energy without becoming emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.

The Star That Told the Earth to Prepare

The connection between Sirius and frequency 8 becomes clearer when we look at how something observed in the sky directly shaped life on Earth. Sirius is the brightest star in our night sky and is approximately 25 times more luminous than our Sun. But its importance wasn’t simply based on the amount of light it produced. Its appearance marked a change that would soon be felt across the land.

What happened in the sky was connected to water, soil, crops, survival, and the beginning of another agricultural cycle. The spiritual and physical worlds weren’t treated as separate. The sky helped people understand what was unfolding on Earth.

That feels very close to what the 8 teaches within a Soul Contract chart. The 8 is learning how to bring what is sensed spiritually into the physical world. Intuition has to become something we live through our bodies, relationships, boundaries, and everyday decisions.

Sirius also represented return rather than a beginning created from nothing. The star reappeared, the seasonal cycle continued, and the land entered another period of renewal.

The shape of the number 8 reflects something similar. It has no obvious beginning or ending. It circles back through itself, suggesting an ongoing movement of loss, return, integration, and renewal.

That is what makes this year’s symbolic triple 8 feel so significant.

What If This Isn’t About Escaping Your Current Life?

Most Lion’s Gate conversations focus on what we want to attract. What do you want to manifest? What future are you trying to create? What abundance are you ready to receive?

There’s nothing wrong with wanting more for yourself or setting intentions for the future. But the 8 asks us to look at the life we’re already living before we start trying to call in the next chapter.

Are you fully present in the life you already have?

Are you connected to your body, or are you living almost entirely through your thoughts?

Are you allowing yourself to feel what is happening, or are you staying busy so you don’t have to?

Are you helping because it’s genuinely yours to do, or are you trying to fix situations that aren’t yours to control?

Are you making room for what you want, or are you still holding together people, obligations, and versions of yourself you’ve already outgrown?

The 8 reminds us that manifestation without embodiment can become another form of escape. We can make vision boards, write intentions, perform rituals, and speak affirmations while remaining disconnected from what is happening inside our own bodies.

It’s difficult to receive a different life when we aren’t present for the one we’re already standing in.

Let the Earth Support You

If frequency 8 appears anywhere in your chart, this window may feel especially personal. Your sensitivity was never the problem. The work is learning how to carry it without abandoning yourself or taking responsibility for everything and everyone around you.

Whether or not the 8 appears in your chart, this triple 8 window asks all of us to become more present in our physical lives. Not just more intentional about the future, but more connected to what our bodies, emotions, and current circumstances are already showing us.

You don’t need an elaborate ritual. Go outside. Put your feet on the ground. Sit near water. Spend time with an animal. Place your hand over your heart and notice what is happening inside you without trying to immediately explain, correct, or change it.

The Earth has held human life through every cycle of loss, return, flooding, drying, death, and renewal. You don’t have to hold yourself alone.

Maybe that’s the deeper meaning of this triple 8. It isn’t a portal carrying you away from your life. It’s a return that brings you more fully into it.

I think a lot of us spend years trying to understand ourselves. We read the books, listen to the podcasts, take personality tests, explore astrology, learn about numerology, go to therapy, journal, meditate, and keep searching for the thing that will finally make everything click.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to grow. I believe learning about ourselves is part of the work we’re here to do. But sometimes that search can turn into the belief that we need to become someone completely different before we can finally feel fulfilled, successful, healed, or certain about where our lives are going.

We begin treating ourselves like a problem that needs to be fixed. We try to get rid of the parts of ourselves that feel too sensitive, too emotional, too independent, too intense, too cautious, or too difficult to explain. We assume those parts are standing in the way of who we’re supposed to become.

But what if they aren’t mistakes? What if they’re part of the story?

The Modality That Brought Everything Full Circle

Before I found Soul Contract numerology, I had already spent years exploring astrology, other forms of numerology, spirituality, healing, and personal growth. Each one helped me understand something new about myself. Astrology gave me language for parts of my personality and emotional world. Numerology showed me patterns and cycles. Spirituality helped me look at my experiences from a much larger perspective.

But Soul Contracts brought everything full circle for me.

When I first began learning about the frequencies within my own chart, I had to sit back and take it all in. It helped me understand who I was, why I was here, and why I had experienced so many of the same patterns throughout my life.

It showed me that many of the parts of myself I had judged, hidden, or struggled to understand weren’t random. My sensitivity, the way I experienced relationships, the lessons that kept repeating, the need to find my voice, and the feeling that I was meant to do something more with my life were all reflected within my chart.

It didn’t tell me something completely foreign about myself. It gave structure and meaning to things I had already felt, but hadn’t known how to explain.

That’s what made this work so powerful for me.

What Your Patterns Can Reveal

Most of us can look back and recognize themes that have followed us throughout our lives. We may experience similar relationships, fears, responsibilities, or situations that make us shrink, overextend ourselves, take control, hold back, or try to keep the peace.

We can usually recognize gifts that have followed us too. Maybe people have always come to you for advice. Maybe you naturally step into leadership, even if you don’t think of yourself as a leader. Maybe you’ve always felt drawn to create, teach, protect, heal, communicate, or help people see something differently.

While we’re living through these experiences, they don’t always feel connected. A difficult childhood feels like a difficult childhood. A relationship ending feels like loss. A career change feels like uncertainty. Burnout feels like failure.

It’s often only later that we begin to see how one experience connected to another. We recognize what those moments taught us, the strengths we developed because of them, and why certain lessons continued to return until we were ready to respond differently.

Learning about your Soul Contract doesn’t erase the difficult parts of your life or mean you have to be grateful for everything that happened. What it can do is help you understand yourself differently within those experiences.

Something you once saw as weakness may actually be sensitivity that needs stronger boundaries. What you called indecisiveness may be the ability to see several possibilities at once. What you thought was being too much may be a form of power you haven’t fully learned how to use.

Your patterns can hold both a challenge and a gift. Recognizing them doesn’t mean you’re destined to repeat them. It gives you the awareness to make different choices and begin working with your natural strengths instead of constantly fighting against yourself.

Your Soul Contract shows you the potential within your chart, but it doesn’t decide exactly how your life will unfold. You still have free will in how you express each frequency, the choices you make, and the path you take. The chart gives you greater awareness, but what you do with that awareness is up to you.

I’m still on a lifelong journey of understanding myself, learning, and exploring. I don’t believe there’s ever a point when we’ve completely figured ourselves out.

Sometimes the proof is in what you no longer tolerate, what you finally understand, and the version of yourself you’re no longer willing to abandon.

August is an 8 Universal Month inside a 10:1 Universal Year.

If July was the month to open your heart, August is the month to come back into your body.

The 8 is the embodiment frequency. It’s connected to grounding, emotions, nature, intuition, and learning how to be fully present in your actual life. This isn’t just about being spiritually aware or sensing what everyone else is feeling. It’s about being here, in your body, in your relationships, in your responsibilities, and in the life happening right in front of you.

The 8 also has a chameleon-like quality. It can walk into almost any environment, read the room, and adjust to whatever is happening around it. That can make the 8 highly adaptable, but it can also make it difficult to recognize when you’ve been changing yourself too much to fit the energy of a person, place, or situation.

August may show you where you’ve been blending in, absorbing too much, or becoming what everyone else needs while losing touch with what you need.

When the 8 Meets the 10:1

The 10:1 year is a spiritual frequency connected to Source, service, healing, manifestation, and balancing masculine action with feminine receptivity. The 8 is physical. It brings that spiritual energy down into the body and into real life.

Together, these frequencies create a month of embodied service.

Both the 8 and 10:1 can naturally become the helper, healer, protector, caretaker, or person everyone turns to. You may be the one who listens, gives advice, steps in when something goes wrong, or somehow ends up carrying the emotional weight of the room.

The problem is that helping can turn into fixing.

Maybe you’re trying to talk someone out of a decision they clearly need to make for themselves. Maybe you’re managing someone else’s emotions so they don’t become upset. Maybe you keep checking in, offering solutions, or making excuses for their behavior because you don’t trust them to handle the consequences of their own choices.

The 8 may do this because focusing on someone else feels easier than sitting with its own emotions. The 10:1 may do it because being useful feels like service.

August is asking you to notice the difference between the two. Supporting someone leaves room for them to find their own way. Fixing them makes their life your responsibility.

True service doesn’t require you to carry everyone.

Come Back Into Your Feelings

The 8 can be deeply sensitive without always looking emotional. It may appear practical, productive, independent, and capable. It can keep working, cleaning, organizing, helping, or staying busy because slowing down would mean feeling what has been pushed aside.

You may know exactly why you feel the way you do. You may have analyzed the pattern, figured out where it started, and explained it to yourself a hundred different ways. But understanding your feelings and actually feeling them are not the same thing.

August may bring old emotions, memories, grief, frustration, or resentment back to the surface. You may feel more sensitive to certain people, places, or environments. You may also notice that your body feels heavy, tired, restless, or overstimulated when you’ve taken on too much.

Before trying to solve the feeling, let yourself have it. Before assuming it belongs to you, ask whether you were feeling it before you walked into the room, opened the message, or started talking to that person.

The 8 is intuitive and empathic, but not every emotion it senses is its responsibility to carry.

This may also be a month when boundaries become harder to ignore. Not because you suddenly stop caring, but because your body may no longer be willing to keep absorbing what your mind has been trying to excuse.

What Your Body May Be Telling You

This month both hands are active body gateways. The 8 governs the right hand, while the 10:1 governs the left hand.

The right hand is connected to action, work, creating, giving, and extending your energy into the physical world. The left hand is connected to receiving, intuition, spiritual guidance, and allowing support to come toward you.

Together, they show the full cycle of this month’s energy. One hand receives guidance, while the other brings that guidance into form.

August may reveal where this exchange has become unbalanced. Maybe you’re constantly giving, but rarely asking for help. Maybe you keep asking for a sign, but avoid taking the practical step when the answer comes. Maybe your hands are always busy because staying productive feels easier than being still.

Pay attention to tension, heaviness, discomfort, or sensitivity in the hands, wrists, arms, or upper body. Also notice what you’re gripping emotionally. You may not need to work harder this month. You may need to put something down.

How to Work With August

This is not a month to live in your head. It’s a month to come back into your body.

Notice where you’re blending in. The 8 can adjust to almost any person, room, or environment, but that doesn’t always mean the situation is right for you. Pay attention to where you feel like yourself and where you leave feeling drained, confused, or disconnected from what you actually need.

Stop trying to fix one person. You can care about someone, listen to them, and offer support without making their choices your responsibility. The moment you find yourself managing their emotions, making excuses for their behavior, or trying to prevent them from learning a difficult lesson, come back to what belongs to you.

Feel before you analyze. You don’t need to understand every emotion before you allow yourself to experience it. If something comes up this month, try sitting with it before turning it into a problem that needs to be solved.

Get grounded in something physical. Spend time outside, move your body, clean your space, cook a meal, work with your hands, or finish something you’ve been avoiding. The 8 needs a physical place for all of that emotional and spiritual energy to land.

Let yourself receive. The 10:1 can make it easy to believe that service means always being the strong one, but true service has to include balance. Ask for help, accept support, and stop waiting until you’re completely overwhelmed before admitting you can’t carry everything alone.

August isn’t asking you to do more for everyone around you. It’s asking you to become present enough to know what is actually yours to do.

Let the Earth Help You

The 8 is deeply connected to the Earth, animals, and the elemental world. Time in nature can be especially supportive this month because the Earth gives sensitive energy somewhere to go.

Walk outside, sit near water, garden, spend time with animals, touch a tree (or hug it like I do!), or simply put your bare feet on the ground. These practices can help you separate your own energy from everything you’ve picked up from the people and environments around you.

The 8 can sometimes feel as though it doesn’t quite belong here. When the world feels too heavy, it may cope by numbing, overworking, avoiding responsibility, staying stuck in the past, or mentally checking out.

Nature helps bring you back.

It reminds you that Earth is not a punishment. It’s part of the lesson. You are not here only to connect with spiritual energy. You are here to bring that energy into your body and actually live it.

Stonehenge has been standing for thousands of years, yet we’re still arguing over what it means.

Was it a ceremonial gathering place, a burial ground, a healing center, an astronomical marker, or something that served several purposes throughout its history? Archaeologists have uncovered pieces of its story, but the people who built it left behind no written explanation. The stones remain while the original message has been lost.

I’ve never been to Stonehenge, although it has been on my bucket list for years. Ancient places have always fascinated me because the land holds so many layers of human experience. People live, gather, worship, struggle, and die in the same places across centuries, with each generation leaving something behind.

Years ago, when I was first learning how to enter the Akashic Records, I received images that felt connected to an older period in England. What I saw resembled the world we associate with Robin Hood more than the prehistoric period when Stonehenge was built. I saw small villages, difficult living conditions, corruption, and a sense that danger was never far away.

I was very new to the Akashic Records at the time, so I didn’t know whether I was seeing a particular lifetime, connecting with one layer of the land’s history, or receiving symbolic images my mind could understand. I still don’t know. Stonehenge had already been standing for thousands of years by the period those images seemed to resemble, which made me wonder how much life has unfolded around those stones that we’ll never know about.

When I calculated the Soul Contract of Stonehenge, the pattern was impossible to miss. Its chart is dominated by the frequencies 5 and 9, with both appearing in some of the most influential positions.

The repeated 5s carry a highly spiritual, intuitive, and sensitive energy, along with communication and a message that may be difficult to express or fully understand. The 9s bring tremendous power, leadership, influence, and a presence that continues to command attention long after the identities of its builders have disappeared.

Having so many 5s and 9s creates a uniquely powerful spiritual chart. It may help explain why Stonehenge continues to feel energetically significant to so many people, even thousands of years after its original purpose and the voices of its builders were lost.

That combination gives Stonehenge a powerful spiritual presence, but the first frequency in its chart reveals a much more complicated story.

What Each Frequency Reveals

Physical Karma 20:2 - Learning to Move With Life

The 20:2 holds a polarity of war to peace. It’s a frequency of movement, exploration, flexibility, and expanding consciousness. It wants to experience different cultures, beliefs, ideas, and ways of living. At its highest expression, it carries resilience, emotional balance, big-picture vision, and the ability to find better solutions by remaining open to new possibilities.

Because this is an energy of movement, the karmic lesson often begins with the opposite. Restriction, rigid beliefs, strict traditions, resistance to change, emotional extremes, and conflict can all become part of its journey. The 20:2 is learning that peace doesn’t come from controlling every outcome or refusing to consider another perspective. It comes through flexibility, self-awareness, and the willingness to move with life rather than continuously fight against it.

This frequency also carries the polarity of foolishness to wisdom, which brings lessons around judgment, discernment, and learning through experience. Beliefs that once seemed certain may have to change as new evidence comes to light. Over time, experience replaces certainty with a deeper and more considered understanding.

There is no direct evidence that Stonehenge itself was a battlefield or built for warfare. What archaeologists have uncovered points more strongly toward burial, ceremony, gathering, feasting, and possibly healing. Yet when war to peace appears in a karmic position, the absence of a documented battle doesn’t mean there was no conflict surrounding the monument or the people connected to it.

Conflict doesn’t always look like armies meeting on a battlefield. It can appear through control, division, competing beliefs, struggles over land, resistance to change, or tension between groups. The communities that built and used Stonehenge lived thousands of years ago, and much of their story disappeared with them. We don’t know what conflicts they experienced or what brought different groups together at the site.

Even Stonehenge itself is incomplete. Stones have fallen, broken, or disappeared during thousands of years of destruction and decay. Some were chipped away, some may have been removed, and others fell because of weather and movement in the ground. We can’t account for everything that happened to them or know whether any were deliberately damaged, reused, or simply lost over time.

What remains also reflects the peaceful and cooperative side of the frequency. Constructing Stonehenge required enormous coordination. People had to travel, transport heavy materials across great distances, share knowledge, organize labor, and continue the work across generations. Research tracing one of its stones to Scotland suggests that strong social connections existed across ancient Britain.

The movement within the 20:2 may have been physical as well as spiritual, as people, stones, knowledge, beliefs, and ceremonial practices traveled across Britain.

The movement between conflict and peace has continued throughout Stonehenge’s modern history.

In 1985, a convoy of around 600 people was traveling to Stonehenge for a free festival when police intercepted them several miles from the monument. The violent confrontation became known as the Battle of the Beanfield. The group was called the Peace Convoy, creating an almost literal expression of the tension held within the 20:2. Hundreds of people were arrested, many were injured, and the event remains one of the most controversial moments in Stonehenge’s recent history.

Stonehenge has also remained at the center of heated arguments over preservation, public access, archaeology, roads, and who should have authority over the surrounding landscape. The proposed road tunnel near the site created years of disagreement. Supporters believed it would remove visible traffic and improve the setting around the monument, while archaeologists, heritage groups, and campaigners warned that construction could cause irreversible harm to the wider archaeological landscape.

That tension surfaced again on June 19, 2024, when Just Stop Oil activists covered several stones with orange powder during a climate protest, one day before the summer solstice. English Heritage removed the powder and reported no visible damage, although there were concerns about the rare lichens growing on the stones and whether the cleaning process itself could harm the fragile surface.

The activists believed they were drawing attention to the destruction of the planet. Many others saw the act as an attack on a monument that belongs to humanity’s shared history. Stonehenge once again became the place where opposing sides believed they were protecting something important, but strongly disagreed over how that protection should be expressed.

The karmic lesson asks for flexibility without losing discernment, structure without control, and the ability to hold different perspectives without immediately turning them into opposing sides. Thousands of years later, humanity may still be working through that lesson around Stonehenge.

Physical Talent & Soul Destiny 9:9 - A Power That Outlived Its Builders

Frequency 9 is the most potent vibration in the Soul Contract system. Known as the energy of the dragon, it carries immense spiritual power, protection, leadership, resilience, and the ability to create transformation simply through its presence.

The 9 can serve as a channel between the spiritual and physical worlds. It carries heightened intuition and the ability to receive guidance through hearing, while its energy can feel stabilizing, healing, protective, or catalytic. At its highest expression, the 9 uses its power with discernment and compassion. It leads without needing to dominate and helps restore harmony where there has been conflict.

Stonehenge carries the amplified 9:9 in both its Physical Talent and Soul Destiny, giving this frequency an extraordinary amount of influence within the chart.

As a Physical Talent, the 9 can be seen in the sheer power, ambition, and leadership required to bring Stonehenge into existence. Its construction demanded far more than physical strength. The people behind it had to conceive an enormous vision, organize communities, preserve knowledge, transport stones across great distances, and continue the work through several phases over many generations.

UNESCO describes Stonehenge as the most architecturally sophisticated prehistoric stone circle in the world. Its largest stones weigh more than 40 tons, and its design used precisely shaped joints to secure the upright stones and horizontal lintels together.

We don’t know the names of the people who directed the work, carried the knowledge, or held enough authority to gather others around a shared vision. Their identities disappeared, but their power remains visible in what they created.

The frequency can also be felt through Stonehenge’s presence. Even with many stones missing or displaced, it still commands the landscape. People don’t need to understand its history to recognize that they’re standing before something significant.

The 9 often creates transformation without needing to explain itself. Its presence can stir emotion, curiosity, resistance, reverence, or a sense of being connected to something greater. Stonehenge has continued producing those reactions for thousands of years.

The hearing quality connected to the 9 also adds an interesting layer. Researchers created a scale model of Stonehenge as it may have appeared when the stone circle was complete and found that speech and musical sounds were enhanced within the circle while remaining less audible to people outside it.

We don’t know whether chanting, music, prayer, spoken teachings, or other ceremonies took place there. As the Soul Destiny, the 9:9 takes the story beyond Stonehenge’s original construction.

The Soul Destiny reflects the influence something grows into over time. Stonehenge has become one of the most recognizable prehistoric monuments in the world and a symbol of ancient mystery, spiritual power, and humanity’s relationship with the sky and the land.

Its original builders couldn’t have known how far its influence would reach. Stonehenge has shaped how generations understand ancient spirituality, human history, architecture, and our relationship with the land and sky. It was already being described as one of the wonders of the world by medieval chroniclers in the 12th century.

People still gather there to observe the solstices, continuing a relationship with the Sun that was built into the monument’s design. It retains spiritual meaning for many people even though its original ceremonies and teachings are no longer known.

Stonehenge has survived changes in religion, culture, government, technology, and our understanding of the past. The 9 is described as an unstoppable force because there is very little it cannot accomplish once its power is fully embodied. Stonehenge reflects that potential through its survival, influence, and ability to keep affecting people across thousands of years.

Physical Goal, Spiritual Karma and Spiritual Goal 5:5 - The Message Within the Stones

Frequency 5:5 carries truth, vision, intuition, sensitivity, and speech. It’s a highly spiritual frequency associated with empaths, pioneers, and people who can sense what others may overlook. At its highest expression, the 5 receives spiritual insight and finds a way to communicate it through words, teachings and creation.

The 5 often sees possibilities beyond what is currently understood. It carries the courage to step into unknown territory, question established ideas, and express something original. Its voice can awaken others because it gives form to truths people may already sense, but haven’t been able to explain.

In its shadow, that same sensitivity can become overwhelming. The 5 may feel everything without knowing how to ground or interpret what it’s receiving. Its voice may be suppressed, misunderstood, or lost entirely. It may carry an important truth but struggle to communicate it in a way others can hear.

Stonehenge carries the amplified 5 in three positions, making communication, spiritual perception, and the expression of unseen knowledge central to its chart.

In Spiritual Karma, the 5 speaks to a disruption or loss in spiritual communication. The people who built and used Stonehenge left behind no written explanation of what they believed the monument represented. Whatever knowledge surrounded the site may have been passed down through spoken teachings, ceremonies, stories, or direct participation.

We can study the stones, burial remains, pathways, settlements, and surrounding landscape, but we can’t hear the original teachings that explained how everything fit together. The monument survived while the spiritual understanding behind it became fragmented, reflecting one of the deepest challenges of the 5: the message remains, but the original voice has been lost.

The spiritual purpose of Stonehenge may have been clear to the people who gathered there. English Heritage states that spirituality appears to have been at the heart of the site from the beginning because its builders invested an enormous amount of effort into a structure with no known practical function. Its placement and design were closely connected to the movements of the Sun, while the surrounding landscape was used for burial, ceremony, gathering, and feasting.

In the Physical Goal, the 5:5 needed to bring intuition and vision into a form that could be experienced in the physical world.

Its builders observed the landscape and the movement of the Sun, preserved that knowledge over time, and expressed it through the placement of enormous stones. The stone circle and the ceremonial pathway known as the Avenue were aligned with the midsummer sunrise and midwinter sunset, giving physical form to something happening in the sky.

That feels like a clear expression of the visionary and pioneering side of the 5. The builders perceived a pattern in nature and created a monument that allowed others to witness, experience, and gather around it. Their communication didn’t depend on writing. They spoke through position, direction, stone, light, and ceremony.

The structure became their voice.

Stonehenge was built, altered, and revered for more than 1,500 years, meaning its knowledge and purpose had to be carried through many generations. English Heritage estimates that this represents around 100 generations of people interacting with the monument, sharing and adapting its meaning across time.

Its Spiritual Goal carries that message even further.

In this position, the 5 is called to awaken, teach, and inspire others to trust their own vision and spiritual understanding. Stonehenge continues to do that, even though we no longer know its complete original meaning.

It has inspired generations of archaeologists, historians, artists, architects, spiritual seekers, and researchers to explore questions about human consciousness, death, the heavens, ceremony, and our relationship with the natural world.

The 5 doesn’t always deliver one fixed answer. It explores, challenges, expands, and keeps the conversation moving.

Stonehenge may have served several purposes as different generations encountered and used it, which may be why its message remains so difficult to reduce to one explanation.

Spiritual Talent 19:1: Creating Sacred Space

The 19:1 is the frequency of service, holding space, and bringing spiritual vision into physical form. It blends intuition with structure, creating environments where others can gather, heal, learn, transform, or connect with something greater than themselves.

In a Spiritual Talent position, this becomes the gift of the spiritual builder. The 19:1 senses what could exist and knows how to give it shape. Its talent is creating something tangible that carries an unseen purpose.

Stonehenge’s builders shaped a space where people could gather for ceremony, burial, seasonal observance, healing, or spiritual connection. Whatever the full purpose may have been, the structure appears to have held meaning for the communities who built and returned to it over many generations.

It has held space for the dead, for ritual, for the movement of the Sun, for community gatherings, and for people seeking connection with the land and the unseen. Thousands of years later, people still travel there to witness the solstices, reflect on the past, and experience the presence of the monument for themselves.

This frequency also carries the ability to weave spirit into structure. Stonehenge’s builders took ideas that couldn’t be touched, including belief, ceremony, ancestry, celestial movement, and spiritual meaning, and anchored them into stone.

The 19:1 also carries resilience. It builds something meant to serve beyond the individual, often creating a structure that continues supporting others long after the original creator is gone.

The people who designed Stonehenge disappeared from history, but the space they created continues to serve as a place of gathering, study, reflection, and spiritual meaning.

The Story Within the Chart

When I look at Stonehenge’s Soul Contract as a whole, I see the story of people coming together to create a spiritual place that connected earth and sky, the living and the dead, and the physical world with something greater.

On the physical side of the chart, the 20:2 Karma carries the potential for rigidity, conflict, division, and resistance to movement. Stonehenge’s 9 Physical Talent gives it the catalytic, protective, and peacemaking power needed to move through those challenges.

That may help explain why there is no overwhelming evidence of war connected directly to the monument. Conflict has certainly surrounded Stonehenge through disagreements, destruction, struggles over access, preservation, roads, and activism. Yet when we consider how destructive war can become, those conflicts have never fully overtaken the site or erased its purpose.

The 9:9 Talent also supports the 5:5 Physical Goal. The 5 needed to take intuition, observation, and spiritual knowledge and express it in a way people could physically experience. The 9 provided the force, leadership, and determination needed to make that vision possible.

People had to organize, move enormous stones, preserve knowledge, and continue the work across generations. The physical triangle tells the story of conflict and rigidity being met with enough power to break through limitation and create something visionary.

The spiritual side of the chart tells a different part of the story.

The 5:5 Spiritual Karma holds the loss, suppression, or disconnection of spiritual knowledge. Stonehenge’s original teachings disappeared, and the voices that once explained the meaning of the monument were lost.

The 19:1 Spiritual Talent gave that knowledge a place to live. It anchored belief, ceremony, healing, ancestry, and the movement of the sky into a structure that could continue serving people across time.

That same Talent supports the 5:5 Spiritual Goal. Stonehenge continues to awaken curiosity, intuition, and spiritual exploration in others. People still gather there, study it, celebrate the solstices, question its meaning, and feel drawn to something they cannot fully explain.

The spiritual triangle shows how a lost message was given a permanent place to live.

Its full original story may never be recovered, but the chart suggests that Stonehenge continues to do what it was created to do. It gives people a place to gather around something greater than themselves and keeps a spiritual conversation alive thousands of years after the voices of its builders disappeared.

When I write about Soul Contract frequencies, I’m not only trying to explain what each number means.

Words like resilience, connection, creativity, movement, and intuition can sound meaningful, but they can also feel a little abstract. Sometimes we don’t recognize an energy in ourselves until we see how it might actually play out in someone’s life.

A frequency can appear through the way you responded to the world as a child. It can show up in the relationships you chose, the jobs you tried, the habits you developed, or the struggles that seem to follow you no matter how many times you try to move beyond them.

It can also show up through the role you naturally play for other people.

You may be the person everyone opens up to. The one who has changed careers 5 times. The person whose life seems to swing between extremes. The one who learned everything the hard way and now has an incredible ability to guide others through it.

These aren’t random personality traits or disconnected life experiences. They may be different expressions of the frequencies within your Soul Contract chart.

Here are four examples of what that can look like in real life.

Frequency 2: The Sensitive Child Who Becomes Wise

Shows as 2:2, 11:2 or 20:2

You may have been an especially sensitive child. Trying something new felt risky because the embarrassment or disappointment of getting it wrong could feel much bigger to you than it appeared to everyone else.

Maybe you avoided activities you weren’t immediately good at. Perhaps you needed more reassurance before entering unfamiliar situations. You may have been deeply affected by criticism, rejection, or anything that made you feel foolish.

Frequency 2 is ultimately about developing resilience, wisdom, and objectivity. It carries the polarity of foolishness to wisdom, but this doesn’t mean someone is foolish as a person. It means they may learn through trial and error, including friendships, relationships, or decisions they later see differently.

You might choose the wrong friends, enter relationships that aren’t healthy, or make decisions that leave you wondering what you were thinking. There may be moments when you look back at an earlier version of yourself and wish you could shake some sense into them.

The purpose isn’t to punish you for making foolish choices. These experiences help you step outside the emotion of a situation, see it more clearly, and make wiser choices over time.

You may have had to learn some things the hard way, but those experiences are also what help you understand and support other people now. You know what it feels like to struggle, get something wrong, and have to find your way forward again.

At the core, Frequency 2 is deeply supportive. As you become more resilient, you’re better able to hold space for both your own ups and downs and those of the people around you.

Frequency 7: The Person Everyone Opens Up To

Have you ever had someone you barely know suddenly tell you their entire life story?

They might even stop halfway through and say, “I don’t know why I’m telling you all of this.”

People carrying frequency 7 often have an energy that makes others feel safe enough to open up. You may naturally become the friend, coworker, or even stranger people turn to when they need to talk through something they’ve been carrying.

When people share their pain with you, the experience can be deeply healing for them. You’re able to connect the dots, help them understand what they’re feeling, and guide them toward a decision or a way forward.

The interesting part is that while everyone else may feel comfortable telling you their business, you may not want anyone knowing yours.

You might carefully control what you reveal, how you reveal it, and who gets access to the deeper parts of you. Even when you open up, you may share enough to appear vulnerable while still protecting the part that feels truly exposed.

This can sometimes look like control, but underneath it is often a heart that has learned to protect itself.

You may have experienced heartache, betrayal, rejection, or relationships that made vulnerability feel unsafe. Because of that, you learned how to read the room and become whatever version of yourself felt most protected in that environment.

This frequency asks you to heal your own heart enough that you no longer need a different mask for every situation. You’re here to connect people, help others heal, and create meaningful relationships. But part of that journey is allowing yourself to be known too.

Frequency 15:6 The Person Who Keeps Going in Circles

You may have changed your college major more than once, moved between completely different careers, or pursued interests that don’t appear to have anything in common. Just when you think you’ve found your direction, another idea appears.

To other people, it might look like you can’t settle down or commit. You may even judge yourself for not having one clear path, especially when it seems like everyone else chose a career at 22 and stayed with it. But variety is part of frequency 15:6.

You’re highly creative, intuitive, and connected to ideas that come from somewhere deeper within you. The challenge is learning which ideas belong to you and which ones were influenced by what other people expected you to do.

This frequency often takes someone on a gentle spiritual journey back to their own center. You may need to try several paths before you understand what genuinely feels like yours. The circling can become exhausting, especially when you throw yourself fully into one direction only to realize it no longer fits. You may also spend so much time analyzing your choices that you become trapped in what I call “paralysis analysis.”

You research every possibility. You consider every potential outcome. You wait for absolute certainty before taking the next step. Meanwhile, your gut already knows.

This frequency asks you to trust your internal compass and become more willing to take risks. Your path may never look perfectly linear, but that doesn’t mean you’ve been wasting time. Each experience has been helping you separate outside influence from your own inner knowing.

Frequency 20:2 The Person Learning to Move Again

This is an energy of movement, flow, exploration, and expansion. Yet early in life, it can appear as the complete opposite.

This combination frequency carries two polarities: war to peace and again foolishness to wisdom. Together, they create a journey of learning through experience while also discovering how to move through life with greater peace, flexibility, and flow.

You may have grown up in a strict household where discipline, obedience, or rigid rules shaped your daily life. This could have come through religion, a military environment, family expectations, or another structure that left very little room to explore who you were.

Even without that kind of upbringing, the rigidity may show up through the way you treat yourself. You might follow intense routines, become overly disciplined with your body, or feel anxious when life doesn’t go according to plan. You may crave freedom, but keep creating systems that make you feel trapped.

Because this frequency carries so much movement, you may also experience emotional highs and lows. Your mood can shift quickly, especially when you feel restricted or disconnected from the freedom you need.

Conflict may also become part of the journey. You might repeatedly find yourself around arguments, strong personalities, or situations that force you to confront the conflict happening within you. The deeper lesson is learning how to create peace without using control to maintain it.

As this frequency begins to open, the person who once felt restricted often becomes deeply curious about the world. You may love traveling, experiencing different cultures, exploring spiritual practices, or simply learning through direct experience. Even when you aren’t physically traveling, your mind is always moving.

You’re constantly testing ideas, looking for better solutions, and wondering whether there is another way. This can make you an excellent problem solver or business owner because you’re rarely satisfied with the first answer.

The journey of this frequency is not simply about moving more. It’s about releasing the internal rigidity that keeps your natural energy from flowing.

Your Frequencies Are Already Showing Up

This is what I mean when I talk about seeing Soul Contract frequencies in real life. A number isn’t simply a keyword assigned to your personality. It may describe an entire pattern of growth.

Sensitivity becomes resilience. Heartache becomes the ability to help others heal. Circling becomes self-discovery. Rigidity becomes movement and expansion.

The frequency may first appear through the part of life that feels the most difficult. Over time, that same energy can become one of your greatest strengths.

This is why I try to bring real experiences into each post I write. I want you to understand the meaning of the numbers, but I also want you to recognize where they may already be living within your story.

You may not know your Soul Contract chart yet, but there’s a good chance you already recognize yourself somewhere in these patterns.

Maybe you’ve been that person for most of your life. You were put in charge of the group project at school, became the sibling who stepped in when things felt chaotic, or grew into the friend everyone calls when they need advice. At work, you may find yourself taking the lead even when it isn’t technically your responsibility because you can already see what needs to happen next.

You may not even think of yourself as a leader. You might simply wonder why responsibility always seems to find you, or why people trust you to handle situations you aren’t entirely sure you’re prepared for yourself.

We tend to picture leadership through the most visible examples. We think of CEOs, politicians, coaches, or people standing on a stage with thousands listening to them. But leadership usually begins long before anyone receives a title. It can show up through the way people instinctively trust your judgment, ask for your opinion before making a decision, or feel calmer once you enter the conversation.

It also doesn’t always look like confidence. Sometimes it looks like being the person willing to speak when everyone else is uncomfortable. Sometimes it means recognizing what needs to change before others are ready to acknowledge it. It can also look like making mistakes, learning from them, and eventually becoming the person who helps someone else through the same experience.

From a Soul Contract perspective, these patterns may not be random. Certain frequencies carry qualities that can naturally place someone in a position of leadership, not because they are louder or more ambitious than everyone else, but because of the way they respond to people, responsibility, conflict, and change.

I’m all too familiar with this because several of these frequencies are written throughout my own chart. I carry an 11:2 Soul Destiny, with 7:7 in my Physical Karma and 9:9 in both my Spiritual Karma and Spiritual Goal positions. Leadership has not always looked like standing at the front of a room for me. More often, it has shown up through being the person people naturally come to for guidance, seeing what needs to be said, or feeling responsible for helping even when nobody has directly asked me to. My chart is telling me to use my voice and build something. Leadership tends to go hand in hand with that.

Of course, people with many different frequencies can become incredible leaders. These numbers also express themselves differently depending on where they sit in the chart and the other frequencies surrounding them. However, there are four that carry leadership in especially recognizable ways, particularly when one appears in a Talent position.

As you read through them, don't focus on the label of leader. Instead, pay attention to the experiences and patterns. If you have your Soul Contract chart handy, see if you carry a 2, 7, 9, or 10:1 in any position. While these frequencies can express themselves differently depending on where they appear, you may recognize parts of yourself throughout this article.

Four Frequencies That Often Carry Natural Leadership

The numbers in your chart come from the sound frequencies held within your full birth name. Each frequency carries its own lessons, strengths, challenges, and potential, but where a number appears in the chart matters just as much as the number itself.

A frequency in a Karma position may first show up through struggle, fear, or patterns you have to work through. In a Talent position, its qualities may feel more natural and easier to access. A Goal position often describes something your soul is learning to develop more fully, while your Soul Destiny tends to become one of the strongest themes running through your life.

This means two people can carry the same number and experience it in very different ways. The other frequencies surrounding it also shape how it expresses, so no single number tells the entire story of a person.

The four frequencies below are not the only numbers capable of leadership. Anyone can become a leader, and leadership can take many forms. These are simply four frequencies that tend to carry it in especially recognizable ways. One may lead through lived wisdom, another through presence, another through power and change, and another through vision and service.

You may recognize yourself in more than one of them. You may also recognize a parent, partner, friend, or someone you have naturally looked to throughout your life.

The point is not to decide who qualifies as a leader. It is to notice the different ways leadership may already be moving through you.

Frequency 2: The Leader Who Learned Through Life

Were you a sensitive child growing up?

Did you take things personally, hesitate to try new things because you were afraid of failing, or look back later and wonder why you made certain choices? Maybe you trusted the wrong people, stayed in relationships longer than you should have, or learned some of life’s biggest lessons through trial and error instead of certainty.

If that sounds familiar, you’re describing one of the most common experiences of the 2.

The 2 is the frequency of emotional resiliency. It represents the movement from foolishness to wisdom, not because someone begins life with all the answers, but because they are willing to grow through every experience life places in front of them.

People with this frequency often begin life emotionally sensitive. They feel deeply, sometimes more deeply than the people around them realize. Because of that sensitivity, criticism can sting, failure can feel overwhelming, and disappointment may linger longer than it does for others. Early in life, this can make the world feel unpredictable and emotionally exhausting.

Yet that sensitivity isn’t the destination.

It’s the beginning.

The soul isn’t asking the 2 to avoid difficult experiences. It’s asking them to become resilient because of them.

One of my favorite ways to think about this frequency is as a spring. A spring absorbs pressure, bends under weight, and then returns to its original form. Every challenge stretches it, but it doesn’t stay compressed forever. It rises again.

That is exactly how the 2 develops.

Over time, life begins teaching emotional objectivity. Instead of reacting to every situation, you begin responding with greater clarity. Instead of seeing every setback as failure, you recognize it as experience. The relationships that once hurt you become the wisdom you now share with someone else.

This is why so many people with a 2 naturally become supportive friends, teachers, counselors, coaches, or mediators. They don’t offer advice because they read it in a book. They offer it because they’ve lived it.

In its shadow, the 2 can become emotionally reactive, rigid, self doubting, or hesitant to trust its own judgment. It may avoid risks because failing feels too painful or continue looking outside itself for reassurance before making a decision.

But as this frequency matures, resilience begins replacing fear.

The same person who once questioned every decision becomes someone others naturally lean on during difficult times. Not because life has been easy, but because they’ve learned how to remain steady through life’s ups and downs.

This is the quiet leadership of the 2. It doesn’t lead by demanding attention. It leads by showing others that you can fall, learn, grow, and become stronger without losing yourself in the process.

The wisdom of the 2 was never meant to be kept. It was meant to become a source of strength for everyone whose path crosses yours.

Frequency 7: The One People Naturally Open Up To

Have people always found it unusually easy to open up to you?

Maybe strangers have told you deeply personal things within minutes of meeting you. Friends may begin sharing a story and suddenly stop to ask, “Why am I even telling you all of this?” People may trust you with parts of themselves they normally keep hidden, even when you have done very little to invite the conversation.

That is one of the most recognizable expressions of the 7.

The 7 is a master frequency of magnetism, connection, and heart healing. It carries an energy that draws people in and makes them feel safe enough to speak honestly. When someone shares their pain, fear, or personal story with a 7, the act of expressing it can become healing in itself. Sometimes the 7 helps through advice or guidance. Other times, their presence simply gives someone the space to finally say what they have been carrying.

This is why the 7 is often described as the ultimate people frequency. It can connect people who need to know one another, bring different personalities together, create strong networks, and help people move forward when they feel emotionally stuck. A 7 may be the friend who introduces two people who later become important to each other, the coworker who quietly keeps a team connected, or the person everyone turns to when a decision needs to be made.

Ironically, the person everyone opens up to may be far less comfortable revealing their own inner world.

A 7 can know everything about everyone else while very few people know what is really happening inside them. Even when they do share, it may be carefully controlled. They decide which details are safe, how much emotion can be shown, and which version of themselves belongs in each setting.

The deeper healing of this frequency is learning to become one whole person.

The 7 is here to close the distance between who they are privately and who they allow the world to see. When the heart has been hurt, hiding can feel like protection. Different masks may develop for different relationships, and vulnerability can feel risky because it requires giving up some control.

In its shadow, the 7 may withdraw, suppress emotions, struggle with indecision, or isolate when life becomes overwhelming. They may help everyone else understand their feelings while avoiding their own. They can also become rigid or controlling because control feels safer than being emotionally exposed.

But the magnetism of the 7 was never meant to be used as a shield.

As this frequency heals, the person begins allowing others to meet the real version of them. They become more emotionally honest, more willing to name what they need, and less interested in adjusting themselves to fit every room. Their inner world and outer expression begin to match.

This is where the leadership of the 7 becomes especially powerful.

The 7 does not need to dominate a room to influence it. People naturally gather around this frequency because it knows how to connect, listen, communicate, and bring different people into a shared space. It can help others see beyond their own perspective and guide a group toward greater understanding.

A healed 7 becomes a unifier. They can bring people together without forcing agreement and help others move forward without taking over their choices. Their leadership is rooted in emotional intelligence, authenticity, and the ability to recognize what is happening beneath the surface.

People may come to the 7 because they feel safe enough to share their truth.

They stay connected because the 7 eventually becomes brave enough to share its truth too.

The more open the heart becomes, the more powerful the magnetism becomes. Not because the 7 is trying to attract attention, but because people recognize what it feels like to be in the presence of someone who is no longer hiding.

Frequency 9: The Dragon Who Came to Remember Its Power

Have you ever felt like life kept trying to take your power away?

Maybe your voice wasn’t heard growing up. Maybe you experienced bullying, an unhealthy relationship, narcissistic dynamics, or situations where you constantly questioned yourself. Perhaps you’ve spent years making yourself smaller to keep the peace, only to realize you were never meant to live that way.

From a Soul Contract perspective, that isn’t a coincidence.

The 9 is the most powerful frequency in the entire system. Represented by the dragon, it carries the energy of power, protection, and divine embodiment. But before the dragon fully steps into its strength, it often experiences the contrast of life without it. The soul chooses experiences that teach what it feels like to lose your voice so that one day you can reclaim it and never willingly give it away again.

One of the most remarkable things about the 9 is that many people carrying this frequency have a quiet knowing that they are protected. Even during life’s most difficult moments, there is often a feeling that somehow everything will work out. Many also describe a deep spiritual connection, receiving guidance through intuition, prayer, dreams, or direct communication with God, Creator, or Source. They may not always understand these experiences, but they know they are real.

Power like this comes with responsibility.

Some 9s become afraid of their own strength because they can feel how powerful it is. Others suppress it completely, choosing to stay small rather than risk being seen. When this frequency is unhealed, it can show up as giving your power away, resisting your spiritual gifts, shutting down emotionally after trauma, or doubting what you know deep inside. Some people even experience physical exhaustion because this frequency carries such an immense amount of energy.

As healing takes place, the entire expression of the 9 begins to change. Instead of asking for permission, you begin trusting yourself. Instead of fearing your power, you learn how to carry it with humility, compassion, and integrity. You stop trying to convince people of your truth because your life begins speaking for itself.

This is where the leadership of the 9 naturally emerges.

People are drawn to those who fully embody this frequency because they can feel its authenticity. Your presence alone can shift the energy of a room. You naturally become a catalyst for change, helping people see possibilities they couldn’t see before. Some will feel deeply inspired by you. Others may feel challenged because your presence quietly shines a light on what they are no longer meant to avoid.

Neither response is something you have to force.

It’s simply the effect of someone who has remembered who they are.

10:1: Leadership Through Service

Have you ever reached a goal you thought would make you feel fulfilled, only to discover that achievement alone wasn’t enough?

People with a 10:1 often carry a sense that their life is meant to contribute to something larger than personal success. They may be capable, independent, and naturally comfortable taking responsibility, but accomplishment tends to feel empty when it isn’t connected to meaning. What truly fulfills this frequency is knowing that their energy, work, or presence is serving something beyond themselves.

The 10:1 is a service soul. It carries one of the highest vibrations in the Soul Contract system and represents the union of divine masculine and feminine energy. This does not mean someone has to be religious or work in a spiritual field. Service can move through a business, a family, a healing practice, a classroom, a community, or any place where someone’s abilities are being used to help others rise.

At its core, this frequency is learning to balance action with receptivity, strength with compassion, and practical leadership with spiritual awareness. The 10:1 may have a strong ability to make decisions, create structure, and move an idea forward, but its highest expression is never power for the sake of power. It is power placed in service.

This is why the 10:1 can often be found in the charts of CEOs, founders, and people carrying significant responsibility, particularly when it appears in a Talent position or as the Soul Destiny. In these positions, the ability to lead, organize, hold a larger vision, and influence others may be especially strong.

However, a 10:1 does not automatically make someone a good leader.

In its shadow, this frequency can become disconnected from its deeper purpose. Leadership may turn into control, service may be replaced by status, and spiritual authority may become judgment or self importance. Someone can hold an impressive title and still be leading from ego rather than alignment.

In its higher expression, the 10:1 understands that leadership is not about standing above other people. It is about accepting responsibility for what flows through you and using it consciously. These are the leaders who create opportunities for others, make decisions with the larger good in mind, and understand that their influence carries consequences.

You may recognize this frequency in the person who is capable of running the entire operation but still notices how each decision affects the people involved. They may be the business owner who wants employees to grow with the company, the practitioner who helps others reconnect with themselves, or the person who naturally becomes a guide because helping people feels deeply meaningful to them.

The path of the 10:1 is mastery, but not perfection. It is learning how to carry authority without becoming consumed by it, how to succeed without losing connection to the soul, and how to lead without forgetting who the leadership is meant to serve.

The 10:1 is not here simply to become successful. It is here to become aligned.

When that alignment is present, leadership becomes an act of service, and service becomes the fullest expression of who they are.

You Might Be Leading Without Realizing It

One of the biggest misconceptions about leadership is that it always comes with a title.

In reality, some of the most influential people never become CEOs, politicians, or public figures. They become the friend everyone calls for advice. The parent who quietly changes the course of their family’s future. The teacher a student remembers twenty years later. The business owner who creates opportunities for others. The person who walks into a room and somehow leaves it better than they found it.

That is leadership too.

If you’ve recognized yourself in more than one of these frequencies, that’s completely normal. Every Soul Contract is made up of multiple frequencies working together, and no number exists in isolation. Where a frequency appears in your chart, and the numbers surrounding it, shape how it expresses itself throughout your life.

The four frequencies we explored are not the only expressions of leadership within this system. Other frequencies lead through creativity, vision, stability, communication, embodiment, transformation, and many other gifts. Leadership has many faces because people are not meant to lead in the same way.

What I find most fascinating is that many people who carry these leadership qualities don’t actually see themselves as leaders. They’ve simply spent their lives being the one people naturally turn to. They assume everyone experiences life that way.

Most don’t.

If responsibility has always seemed to find you, if people naturally trust you, if you’ve spent your life helping others navigate change, or if you’ve always felt called to build, protect, connect, or serve, perhaps those experiences aren’t random after all.

Perhaps these qualities have been part of your Soul Contract from the beginning. Maybe this isn’t something new you need to become. Maybe it’s something you’re finally recognizing.

Talent positions are usually the easiest part of a chart to embody. They're the gifts that tend to come most naturally, though not always.

The 5 breaks that rule a little. Because it’s such an ethereal number, it can actually leave you ungrounded in a talent spot unless there’s a grounding number like a 6 or 8 somewhere in your karmic or goal position to give it something to stand on. Without that pairing, it’s a beautiful gift that’s genuinely hard to hold onto.

Let’s break down what this frequency is really asking of you.

The Otherworldly Nature of the 5

Every position in a Soul Contract chart holds two numbers. Sometimes they repeat, like 5:5, where one energy doubles down on itself. Other times two different numbers combine. For this post, when I say “the 5,” this also includes the 14:5. The details shift slightly between them, but the core lessons around truth, intuition, and voice run through all of them.

Out of every frequency in the system, the 5 is the most otherworldly. If it’s strong in your chart, you’ve probably felt like you were never quite built for ordinary life. Abstract thinking. A pull toward anything unseen. A sense that you’re picking up on things other people simply don’t notice.

The 5 governs speech and rules the right foot, and that pairing isn’t random. This frequency exists to take something intangible, a hunch, a knowing, a truth that lives beneath the surface, and bring it all the way down into the body and out through a voice.

The symbolism is beautiful. The right foot moves you forward, while speech gives your inner knowing a way to be heard. One asks you to walk your truth. The other asks you to speak it. Together, they remind us that insight alone isn’t enough. The gift of the 5 isn’t simply knowing what’s true. It’s living it.

The One Who Knows Before They Can Explain Why

If there’s a single trait that shows up again and again with this frequency, it’s this: your knowing arrives before your logic does.

You sense the tension in a room before anyone’s said anything. You know a friend is struggling before they’ve told you. Chances are someone’s called you “too sensitive” at some point, without any idea how much you’re actually absorbing.

Here’s what most people with a 5 don’t realize about themselves. Many of the ideas you think your mind simply came up with may actually be your intuition trying to get your attention. You’ve been using it your whole life, you’ve just never called it that. That instinct that was right again? Not a coincidence.

Your presence tends to make people feel safe enough to be honest, because something in your energy signals that it’s okay. That’s a real gift, and not a common one.

The shadow side is that this same sensitivity can flood you completely. Emotions that aren’t yours start to feel like they are. Anxiety shows up with no obvious source. Speaking your mind starts to feel dangerous instead of natural. Left unaddressed, this frequency teaches its lesson through exhaustion, isolation, or a voice that shrinks a little more every time it goes unused.

The work isn’t to feel less. It’s learning to hold what you feel without it swallowing you whole.

When Sensitivity Leaves You Untethered

Here’s a personal example. As a kid, I was quiet and easily overwhelmed. I couldn’t focus. Information would go in one ear and right out the other. Looking back now, it felt like I spent much of my childhood in a continuous daydream. It sounds beautiful, but the world expects you to pay attention, stay present, and process information the same way everyone else does. When your awareness naturally drifts toward what's unseen, it's easy to believe something is wrong with you when the world keeps asking you to stay focused on what's right in front of you.

And that’s exactly what a strong 5 can do. This energy isn’t wired for straightforward, grounded, linear living. It’s wired to perceive what’s beyond that. When someone with a strong 5 finally puts words to what they've been sensing, it tends to land differently, because it’s coming from somewhere most people can’t access.

The catch is that perception alone isn’t the whole job. It’s easy to stay up in the ether, sensing everything and grounding almost none of it. The gift only really works once it comes down into the body and gets translated into something others can actually receive.

I still pick up on shifts in energy easily as an adult. I’m still drawn to anything otherworldly or unexplainable. That part of me never disappeared, it just eventually made sense.

The Voice That Goes Quiet Without Anyone Noticing

Nearly every time I’ve come across a strong 5 in a reading, there’s a point in that person’s story where their voice got smaller. It doesn’t always happen in a dramatic way. More often it’s subtle, the person who stopped offering their opinion somewhere along the way, who decided it was safer to keep their perception to themselves, who still hesitates before saying what they actually think.

The reason this pattern is so sticky is that the silence usually got reinforced early. Speaking up came with a consequence at some point, being dismissed, mocked, or told they were strange or overly sensitive. So the nervous system learned that staying small felt safer than being seen.

For a frequency built specifically to speak the truth, that kind of avoidance goes deep. The anxiety and overwhelm aren’t just there to shrink you. They’re pointing at a question worth asking: what do you think would happen if you actually said what you know?

The Astrology Connection: Aries

The 5 lines up closely with Aries, and once you notice it, it’s hard to unsee.

Aries opens the zodiac and is ruled by Mars, the planet of drive and initiation. It’s the archetype of the one who moves first, who acts before there’s certainty, because waiting isn’t really in its nature. Direct, bold, comfortable standing alone if it has to. Sound like anyone you know?

Aries also carries a shadow that mirrors the 5 almost exactly: impulsiveness, bluntness, saying the true thing without pausing to think about the impact. The same fire that fuels courage can just as easily fuel recklessness. That’s the tightrope the 5 walks too, between honoring your truth and delivering it in a way that actually lands.

At its best, Aries moves on instinct alone, without waiting for permission or proof. That's what the 5 is asking of you as well. Trust what you know first. Then think about how to say it.

The Tarot Connection: The Stars

The Star card in the Tarot captures this frequency almost perfectly.

The Star shows up right after The Tower, after everything’s collapsed and there’s nothing left to do but rebuild. It’s the card of hope and quiet restoration, a figure pouring water beneath a sky full of stars, trusting in something she can’t fully see or prove.

What’s notable about The Star in relation to the 5 is what it reveals about the source of real guidance. She doesn’t force anything or rush the process. She simply trusts what she can’t verify and keeps pouring anyway.

The Star is also about being a source of light for others without losing yourself in the process. When a 5 learns to trust their own inner knowing the way The Star trusts the night sky, that’s when this frequency really starts to work the way it’s meant to.

Light & Shadow in Real Life

In its light, the 5 is unmistakable.

It’s the person who says the thing everyone else was too scared to say, and somehow the whole room breathes easier. The one whose gut feeling turned out to be right, again. The friend who can read the actual mood of a room within seconds of walking in. The visionary who spots a completely different way of doing something before anyone else even sees a problem exists. The person whose presence alone makes honesty feel safe.

Truth in motion, carried by instinct, courage, and a voice that means something because it’s real.

In its shadow, this same frequency looks like someone drowning in emotions they can’t tell apart from their own. Someone who goes silent exactly when it matters most, or overcorrects into bluntness without any softness attached. Someone who’s absorbed “you’re too sensitive” so many times they’ve started to believe it. Someone drifting so far into their own head that they’re barely present in their own life. It’s the quiet fatigue of a person who’s constantly perceiving and rarely resting, whose anxiety has become so familiar it stopped registering as a signal at all.

Neither side is who you permanently are. They’re just two points on the same road.

What Integration Actually Looks Like

The 5 isn’t here to learn how to feel less or perceive less.

You’re meant to be this sensitive. You’re meant to notice what other people miss. That’s genuinely the point.

Integration means learning to hold what you feel without being pulled under by it. It means telling the difference between your own emotions and the ones you’re picking up from everyone around you. It means knowing when to speak right away and when to sit with what you know a little longer first.

It also means using your voice. The 5 isn't here simply to perceive the truth. It's here to express it. One of the most healing things this frequency can do is stop waiting for total certainty before speaking. Certainty was never the requirement. Honesty was.

Your intuition, your sensitivity, even the years you spent feeling out of step with everyone else, that’s all part of the teaching. You don’t need it all figured out to speak your truth. The strongest version of this frequency shares from inside their own knowing in real time, not from some finished, fully-resolved version of it.

Tools for Integration

If you have a 5 anywhere in your chart, some part of you will want to try all of them at once. I understand the urge. Take these slowly.

Ways to Support This Frequency:

Ground yourself on purpose, not just when things feel overwhelming. Time outdoors, bare feet on the earth, or any physical practice that pulls you back into your body helps this energy stay anchored.

Practice sorting your emotions from other people’s. A simple pause to ask “is this actually mine” before reacting can shift a lot for a 5.

Start speaking your truth in low-stakes ways. Journaling, voice notes, or one trusted conversation builds the muscle before you need it somewhere harder.

Rebuild trust in your own instinct. Energy work, somatic practices, or simply testing small intuitive hits and noticing when they’re right can help you believe yourself again. I’ll practice this while watching TV. I’ll guess at what is going to happen and I’ve noticed I have gotten so much better.

Affirmations:

Wherever the 5 shows up in your chart whether it’s in a Karma, Talent, Goal or Soul Destiny position, the ask stays the same: come back into your body, trust what you know, and say it out loud. You were never too sensitive, and you were never too much.

You’re already whole exactly as you are. The 5 is just here to remind you of that.

This time, we’re looking at a different name - Gaia. Although Earth and Gaia refer to the same planet, names carry different frequencies. And if names are frequency signatures, then changing the name changes the perspective through which we’re reading.

Before I ever ran Gaia’s chart, I found myself thinking about something I’ve heard from more and more people over the past few years.

Something feels different.

People describe feeling more emotionally sensitive, more exhausted, more aware of subtle shifts they can’t quite explain. Many also feel an increasing pull toward nature, stillness, and practices that help them reconnect with the world around them. Whether that’s simply a reflection of the times we’re living in or something deeper, it’s clear that many people feel the relationship between humanity and the Earth is changing.

That’s what made Gaia such an interesting name to explore.

Gaia isn’t simply another word for Earth. She represents something different entirely. Earth describes the planet itself. Gaia describes the living consciousness of the planet.

When I ran her Soul Contract, I expected to find similarities. I wasn’t expecting what actually appeared.

One frequency is shared between both charts. The other two reveal an entirely different dimension and story.

To understand why, we first need to understand who Gaia is.

Who Is Gaia?

Most people have heard the name, but far fewer know how ancient the idea truly is.

According to the Greek poet Hesiod, writing around 700 BCE, Gaia emerged almost immediately after Chaos. She wasn’t a goddess who ruled over the Earth. She was the Earth itself, the living source from which mountains, seas, gods, and humanity eventually emerged. Every major force in Greek cosmology traced its lineage back to her.

Unlike many Greek deities whose worship centered around temples, Gaia was often honored in the places where people experienced her directly. Forests, fields, caves, and the land itself became sacred spaces because they weren’t symbols of Gaia. They were Gaia.

Thousands of years later, science arrived at a remarkably similar idea from an entirely different direction.

In the 1970s, scientist James Lovelock and microbiologist Lynn Margulis proposed what became known as the Gaia Hypothesis. Rather than viewing the Earth as a passive rock supporting life, they described it as a complex, self regulating living system that continually maintains the conditions necessary for life to exist. Lovelock intentionally chose the name Gaia because the science reflected what ancient cultures had long intuited: the Earth behaves less like an object and more like a living organism.

Today, that understanding continues to surface in surprising places. Environmental movements, regenerative agriculture, holistic healing, and many Indigenous traditions all share a common thread. They recognize the Earth not simply as a resource, but as a living relationship.

That’s why this Soul Contract is different. We’re not reading the chart of a planet. We’re reading the chart of the consciousness that lives through it.

Gaia

Karma: 4:4 | Talent: 1:1 | Goal: 10:1

Karma 4:4 — The Ancient Wound of Abandoned Trust

The polarity of the 4 is “Barren to Fruitful.” You could also say it this way: “Fertility to Infertility”, and back again. Which, when you sit with it in the context of Gaia as a living, generative being, is one of the most precise descriptions of what this planet has been experiencing at the hands of its inhabitants for centuries.

The 4 doubled-letter frequency, which means it carries a stronger, often heavier lesson. It’s a frequency that is defined, at its core, by a single word: trust.

The soul lesson of the 4 is learning to trust in the flow of life, in divine provision, in the natural abundance that cycles through all living systems when they’re in right relationship with one another. And the Karma of it is everything that has to be healed before that trust can be fully restored.

Unlike the 1:1 and 10:1, the 4 is a physical frequency, which means its lessons show up most visibly in the material world: in the land, in the body, in what gets built and what gets destroyed. For a conscious being whose physical body is this entire planet, that makes this frequency unusually literal. The land itself tells you where the frequency stands.. And right now, it's telling a very specific story.

The light of the 4 is genuinely beautiful. Trust. Acceptance. The natural flow of abundance that moves through living systems freely when fear isn’t blocking it. Sharing. Faith. Intelligence that builds slowly and then expands exponentially. The capacity to multiply everything it touches. A grounded, generous, steady presence that teaches others how to live rooted in stability and flow. And a psychic knowing, an intuitive sense of what’s coming before it arrives, that operates beneath conscious awareness like a root system.

This is what Gaia as a living system embodies in its highest expression. Civilizations that understood this received extraordinary gifts in return.

In the Andes, Indigenous Pachamama traditions built entire ceremonial calendars around offerings of gratitude to the Earth, not as superstition but as a functional relationship with the living system sustaining them.

The ancient Greeks understood the same principle: what you honor, you receive. What you acknowledge as sacred, you protect.

Indigenous communities across every continent that attributed spiritual significance to groves, rivers, soil, and animals consistently maintained the ecological health of those systems for thousands of years. They were the 4 frequency in practice: trust the flow, share generously, and the system gives back in kind.

Then there is the shadow. And the shadow of the 4 Karma is the story of what happens when that trust is broken completely.

It carries the abandonment wound. That bone-deep belief that there won’t be enough. That the support isn’t coming. That safety only exists in what you can hold tightly in your own hands.

In an individual, this shows up as scarcity thinking, hoarding, isolation, and the tendency to push others away as a form of protection. At a civilizational scale, it has shown up as something far more devastating: the systematic dismantling of the Earth’s generative capacity out of the belief that her abundance was limited and had to be seized before someone else seized it first.

The enclosure of common lands in medieval Europe was one of the first large scale expressions of this shadow in the Western world.

For centuries, communities had shared access to land for grazing, farming, and foraging. The enclosure movement, which accelerated dramatically between the 15th and 19th centuries, converted those shared commons into private property, stripping communities of their relationship with the land and replacing reciprocity with ownership. It was the abandonment wound made into law.

The logic of colonialism that followed operated from the same fear. That there was not enough. That it had to be taken and held. That the land and everything growing from it was inventory to be processed rather than a living relationship to be honored. The Earth herself, in the colonial worldview, became barren of inherent value. She mattered only when she could produce something profitable. Fruitful on human terms. Barren on her own.

And we are living inside the consequences of that choice right now. Soil degradation from industrial agriculture has left an estimated one third of the world’s topsoil damaged or destroyed. Deforestation continues at a rate that removes millions of acres of forest annually, each acre representing not just trees but entire living networks of relationship, memory, and exchange. Pollinators that sustain the food supply are collapsing. Freshwater systems are under unprecedented pressure.

And now a new wave of extraction is underway that most people haven’t fully reckoned with yet. The rapid expansion of AI data centers, which require enormous tracts of land, consume millions of gallons of water daily for cooling, and generate heat and electromagnetic output that affects surrounding ecosystems, is the same colonial logic wearing a technological face. Land that once sustained communities, wildlife, and agricultural systems is being cleared and converted into server infrastructure to feed an appetite for digital consumption that has no natural ceiling.

The very systems that generate abundance are being depleted faster than they can regenerate, and we are now beginning to do the same to the water table and the land itself in service of artificial intelligence.

That is the 4 Karma in full expression. Infertility chosen over fertility. Mistrust of the flow chosen over participation in it. The belief that the Earth is not enough, so we must take everything, ending in the real possibility that she won’t be.

Anyone who has personally worked through an abandonment wound knows how this frequency heals: not in one dramatic reversal but in small, steady acts of trust repeated until the body believes it’s safe. The same is true at a collective scale. Every regenerative farm reclaiming depleted soil, every community seed bank preserving what industrial agriculture has discarded, every person who steps outside and allows themselves to receive what the Earth is still offering is part of that turn.

As hard as things feel right now, and I won’t pretend they don’t, I do trust that this dismantling is the brink we’ve needed. The breaking down of systems that never honoured life is what finally creates the opening for something better. I believe we are moving toward a collective remembrance of natural, sustainable energy, ways of living and generating power that work with the Earth rather than against her.

We’ve done it before. We know how. The path from barren to fruitful has never closed. It just requires trust.

Talent 1:1 — The Same Frequency, a Completely Different Dimension

If you read Part I, you already know this frequency. The 1 carries unity consciousness, spiritual power, and the stabilizing presence that holds divine order without force or agenda. In the Earth chart, I described it as the ground holding steady beneath every civilization, the talent that has always been available to receive.

In Gaia’s chart, the 1 means something different. Not a different frequency. A different dimension of the same one.

In Earth’s chart, the 1 is what the planet offers to the beings who live on it: the stability, the unity, the grounded spiritual power available to anyone willing to receive it.

In Gaia’s chart, the 1 is what this conscious being inherently is. Not what she offers. What she is made of. Gaia didn’t develop unity consciousness as a gift she learned to give. She emerged from Chaos already carrying it, acting as both the physical ground and the spiritual force behind all growth.

She is the original unity, the being from whom all division arose and to whom all division ultimately returns. When you stand outside at night and feel the ground beneath you and the sky above you and something in your chest recognizes both as the same thing, you are momentarily perceiving Gaia’s 1 Talent directly. Not her gift to you. What she actually is.

Every ancient spiritual tradition that recognized the Earth as conscious and sacred seems to have been perceiving the same underlying truth through its own cultural lens.

The Aboriginal Australian concept of Country, where the land is understood as a living ancestor who carries memory and communicates with those who are listening, beautifully reflects the 1 in Gaia’s chart.

The Lakota understanding of Mitákuye Oyás’iŋ, “all are related,” reflects a profound recognition of interconnectedness. That interconnectedness is more than philosophy. It is a way of experiencing life in which relationship comes before separation.

To the ancient Greeks, Gaia was not just a symbol of the Earth. She was the primordial Earth itself, the living foundation from which the cosmos emerged.

These were different cultures, languages and cosmologies. Yet all of them point toward the same essential principle: we are not separate from the living world. From the perspective of Gaia’s Soul Contract, that’s the gift of the 1.

The shadow of the 1 in Gaia’s chart is not something Gaia herself carries.

It’s something she has had to witness. The compulsion, the greed, the denial that spirit exists in the natural world: these are what happens when the beings living within her field of unity consciousness lose contact with it entirely. That disconnection has a cost, and it shows up in bodies, in ecosystems, and in the collective sense that something essential has gone missing.

What’s hopeful is that the 1 in the Talent position means this capacity cannot be diminished. Talents don’t erode. Gaia’s unity consciousness is exactly what it has always been, radiating exactly what it has always radiated. And right now, as the planet moves through intensified solar activity and energetic transition, that transmission is not quieter. It’s louder.

The increasing number of people experiencing heightened sensitivity, vivid dreams, unexplained emotional surges, purging through the sinuses, a sudden pull toward nature and stillness: that is not a crisis of the nervous system. That is the nervous system beginning to receive a signal it was always designed to receive. The transmission is intact. The question is only whether we’re paying attention.

Goal 10:1 — The Highest Service, as the Destination

This is the frequency that makes Gaia’s chart unlike anything else in this system and at this scale is genuinely extraordinary.

The 10:1 is the highest vibrational frequency in Soul Contract system. It’s the frequency of true service: the kind that doesn’t serve an individual or a community or even a civilization, but serves Source directly by supporting the evolution of consciousness itself.

It carries divine masculine and divine feminine in perfect integration. It channels. It heals. It guides, not through force or performance, but through the calm authority of a presence that is fully and completely itself. It’s the living embodiment of the bridge between heaven and earth.

And Gaia carries this towards her destination. Think about what that means. The oldest name for the living consciousness of this planet, the name that both ancient mythology and modern science arrived at independently, carries as its highest purpose the conscious service of human spiritual evolution. Not the provision of resources. Not the maintenance of ecosystems, though she does both. The evolution of consciousness.

The light of the 10:1 at this scale is Gaia as a teacher. As a healer. As a channel for divine wisdom that speaks not in words but in seasons, in the intelligence of mycelium networks threading through forest floors, in the behavior of rivers, in the way a single seed contains an entire oak tree.

The 10:1 communicates through presence rather than instruction, and every spiritual tradition that has understood the natural world as a source of wisdom has been receiving it. The shamanic traditions across every inhabited continent, each with their own language but sharing the same core understanding that the land communicates and the Earth holds knowledge, were accessing this frequency.

So are the people today sitting in plant medicine ceremonies, doing grounding practices, drawn to earth-based ritual and elemental meditation. They often can’t fully explain what they’re receiving. But the 10:1 doesn’t require explanation. It requires presence.

And here is what I want to name directly, because I think it’s the most important thing this frequency says about the moment we’re in right now.

Solar flares interact with the Earth’s electromagnetic field, and the Earth’s electromagnetic field interacts with the human nervous system. The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix, the anxiety without a clear source, the sense of being unmoored, the emotional rawness on days of high solar activity: these aren’t only symptoms of political chaos, though that’s real.

They’re symptoms of a species in the middle of a frequency upgrade it hasn’t been prepared for, trying to process a transmission it doesn’t yet have context to understand. The body knows something is changing. The mind is still searching for an explanation that fits the old paradigm. This is the 10:1 goal expressing itself at planetary scale. Gaia is not passive in this process. She is the transmission.

The shadow of this frequency is how thoroughly modern civilization has sealed itself off from receiving it.

We have built systems, cities, economies, and entire worldviews designed to insulate us from direct contact with the natural world. Climate-controlled interiors. Screens. Food in packages with no relationship to where it came from. We have become extraordinarily good at not receiving what Gaia is offering, and the cost shows up in our bodies and our ecosystems simultaneously.

But a goal is directional. The 10:1 as Gaia’s goal means this planet is moving consciously toward the fullest expression of service to human spiritual evolution. Every person who feels called back to the Earth right now, stepping outside more, listening inward more, choosing presence over productivity, is participating in that movement.

The 10:1 doesn’t ask for grand gestures. It asks for alignment. Showing up honestly. Serving something larger than personal appetite. Allowing the transmission to move through you rather than stopping at you.

More people than at any point in modern history are asking what the Earth is trying to tell us. That question, asked sincerely with an open body and a quieter mind, is already the beginning of the answer.

What Earth and Gaia Are Saying Together: Body and Soul

Two names. Two charts. One planet. When you lay them side by side, the picture that emerges is more complex and more interesting than simple coherence.

They share one frequency: the 1:1 in Talent. Beneath every name we have ever given to this planet, at the level of what it inherently is and has always been, the same frequency appears. Unity consciousness. Spiritual power. The stabilizing force of a being that holds divine order without force or agenda. Whatever name you use, this is what you’re reaching toward when you reach toward the Earth.

But the karmas are not the same wound.

Earth’s 9:9 is about power: raw, potent, spiritually charged power that has been misused, weaponized, suppressed, and given away across millennia. It’s the story of the dragon that forgot what its fire was for.

Gaia’s 4:4 is the abandonment wound: the deep structural mistrust that sets in when a living system stops believing it will be supported, when the flow of abundance is repeatedly interrupted until scarcity becomes the default assumption.

One is about power losing its integrity. The other is about trust being broken in a generative, conscious being. Different injuries. Different healing paths. Both present simultaneously in the same planet.

The goals are equally distinct.

Earth’s 20:2 is the active journey from war to peace and foolishness to wisdom through experiences, exploration, and the willingness to keep moving toward flow.

Gaia’s 10:1 is not about moving through experience, but about waking up to what you fundamentally are. Soul remembrance. Divine mastery. The call to become so aligned with Source that your very presence becomes a transmission. Not through force or performance, but simply through being.

So do they work together? Yes. Just not in the way you might expect.

Think about what a human being actually is. We are not just physical creatures having occasional spiritual experiences. We are always both, simultaneously.

The body and the soul are not two separate things occupying the same space. They’re two dimensions of one being, each incomplete without the other.

Earth and Gaia are the same. Earth’s chart describes the physical dimension: the collective journey humanity is on, what we’ve lived through, what we’re being asked to move toward.

Gaia’s chart describes the spiritual dimension: the conscious being holding that journey, the soul remembrance being called forward, the depth of presence from which the whole thing becomes possible. One is where we are going. The other is how we get there from the inside.

You cannot separate them any more than you can separate your body from your soul and still call it a life.

Earth’s frequencies tell us what we’ve been living through and where we’re meant to go. Gaia’s frequencies tell us who has been holding space for us to get there, without being asked, without conditions, without giving up, since before time had structure.

She has been holding this space for longer than civilization has existed, without conditions, without giving up, without ever stopping the transmission.

What's changing now is us. More people are waking up, tuning in, and choosing differently than at any point in modern history. That's not an accident. That's the 10:1 goal moving.

And you, reading this, feeling what you're feeling in your body right now, you're part of that movement too. Not a bystander. A participant.

Gaia isn't waiting for humanity to collectively arrive. The transmission has always been available. More of us are simply beginning to receive it.

It doesn’t rush the process, and it doesn’t need proof up front that the risk will pay off. That’s a different kind of strength than the 21:3’s. The 21:3 fights its way to a voice. Unhealed, the 4 looks like the opposite. A scarcity mindset. Holding tightly to what you have because more may not come. July is a 7 Universal Month inside a 10:1 Universal Year.

And if June was the month to move, July is the month to feel. The 7 is a master frequency, which means everything it carries hits with more intensity than a standard frequency month.

Its core theme is heart healing, magnetic presence, and authentic connection. This isn’t subtle energy. July has the potential to crack something open.

You may notice people being drawn to you more than usual this month. Strangers opening up unexpectedly. Conversations going deeper than you anticipated. That’s the 7 doing what it does, creating a field of safety that others instinctively recognize and move toward.

The question July is asking you is whether you’re willing to meet them there.

Where the 10:1 Comes In

The 10:1 year we’re living through is a frequency of service, channeling, and manifestation. In a creative month like June it gave ideas legs. In a month built around connection like July it does something different. It turns that manifestation power toward the heart.

What you’re being asked to build this month isn’t necessarily external. It’s the version of yourself that’s willing to be seen. The 10:1 carries its own shadow of isolation and not reaching out for help. Paired with the 7’s tendency toward emotional suppression and wearing different masks in different situations, July has the potential to keep you very well-defended and very stuck at the same time.

But here’s what’s also true. The 10:1 in its light is a healer and a channel. The 7 in its light is magnetic, catalytic, and heart-centered. Together they’re pointing at something powerful: the most meaningful thing you can manifest this year might come directly through your willingness to open your heart and show up as one whole, integrated person.

Mercury Retrograde

It’s worth noting that Mercury Retrograde runs from June 29 through July 23, covering nearly the entire month, and for the 7 energy this is actually a gift.

The 7 frequency already knows how to move through the world without being fully seen. It’s comfortable behind the scenes, behind the mask, behind the carefully curated version of itself it shows in public. Mercury Retrograde can easily become another reason to stay there.

We are living in chaotic times. The planets are shifting in ways that demand our attention, the state of the world is exhausting in ways that feel relentless, and collective nervous systems are running on empty. This isn’t a “some people are feeling off” moment. This is everyone, all at once, navigating an intensity that is genuinely hard to put into words.

I am no exception.

I’m typically a calm person. Low stress, fairly steady, but lately I’ve felt wired and anxious in a way that doesn’t match my baseline. The one thing that’s genuinely been helping is solfeggio music. When I skip it, I feel the difference in my body. When I listen, something in me settles. It’s been the thread I keep reaching for.

A dear friend checked in on me recently, wanting to know how I was holding up. She knows how connected I feel to the Earth. Maybe it’s because I’m a Taurus, an earth sign through and through, but it goes deeper than astrology for me. I’ve always felt something shift when I step outside into nature. A settling or recognition.

My practices work with sound and the elements. My meditations almost always involve earth energy in some form. There’s something about being in relationship with this planet that feels less like preference and more like remembering.

Soul Contracts is a form of numerology that is not based on the Pythagorean system most people are familiar with. Its roots lie in ancient Hebrew traditions, where letters are understood as more than symbols. Each letter carries a corresponding vibration, and words become combinations of those frequencies.

Texts such as the Sefer Yetzirah describe the 22 Hebrew letters as foundational building blocks of Creation itself. The numerological system used in Soul Contracts draws from Gematria, the ancient practice of assigning numerical values to letters, words, and phrases to reveal deeper energetic patterns and relationships.

Within this framework, a name is more than a label. It’s a frequency signature. If every name carries a vibration, then the names we give to the planet carry vibrations as well.

Throughout history, this planet has been known by many names across cultures, languages, and traditions. Names are not merely labels. They are frequencies through which we relate to and understand the world around us.

For this exploration, I’ve chosen to focus on the two names most familiar to modern consciousness: Earth, the elemental and scientific name used throughout much of the world today, and Gaia, the ancient Greek personification of the planet as a living, conscious being.

Each name carries its own Soul Contract and offers a unique perspective on the world we call home.

We’ll begin with Earth.

Earth

The word Earth is as elemental as it gets. No mythology attached, no maternal framing, no personification layered on top. Just the thing itself: the ground, the soil, the planet. And yet the frequencies this single word carries are among the most potent in this entire system. When you see the numbers, you don’t wonder why we’re experiencing what we’re experiencing right now. You wonder how we didn’t see it sooner.

Karma 9:9 — The Dragon That Never Forgot Its Power

The 9 is the most potent frequency in Soul Contract system. It carries the energy of the dragon: fierce, transformational, spiritually sovereign, and capable of catalyzing profound change simply by existing. It’s not a gentle frequency. It’s not meant to be. And it sits in the Karma position of Earth's chart, which means this is the deepest wound this collective consciousness has been carrying, and the greatest power waiting to be reclaimed.

The light of the 9 is breathtaking. It’s the channel, the healer, the peacemaker, the unstoppable force. It holds an innate connection to Divine protection and carries profound psychic gifts, the ability to perceive beyond what is visible and translate that into wisdom for others. When this frequency is in its highest expression, it doesn't just heal individuals, it catalyzes transformation at scale.

We have seen this light expressed across human history whenever humanity remembered its own power rather than surrendering it outward.

Queen Hatshepsut of ancient Egypt, one of the most successful pharaohs in recorded history, ruled not through conquest but through trade, diplomacy, and the construction of some of Egypt's most enduring monuments, including the magnificent temple at Deir el-Bahari. She expanded Egypt's wealth, sent expeditions as far as the land of Punt, and governed one of the ancient world's most powerful civilizations for over two decades. She didn't rise by dominating others. She rose by building. That’s the 9 light in its purest form: power that creates, sustains, and leaves something lasting behind.

Centuries later, the Emperor Ashoka of India stood on the battlefield of Kalinga in the 3rd century BCE and surveyed the devastation his own army had caused. An estimated 100,000 people had been killed. He was the conqueror. And what he felt in that moment changed the entire trajectory of his reign. He renounced war, embraced the principles of nonviolence and compassion, built hospitals across his empire, planted trees along roads for travelers, and enshrined religious tolerance as state policy. A conqueror who became a peacemaker. That’s the 9 reclaiming itself in real time, the dragon remembering what its fire is actually for.

And in more recent history, Nelson Mandela emerged from 27 years of imprisonment and chose reconciliation over revenge. When he had every reason to respond to decades of state-sanctioned brutality with retribution, he helped establish the Truth and Reconciliation Commission instead, a formal structure for collective healing that prioritized restoration over punishment. He understood, at the level of the 9, that the misuse of power is not corrected by seizing power back. It’s corrected by refusing to repeat the pattern.

Three different eras, three different continents, the same frequency moving through human beings who understood that the highest expression of strength protects, heals, and restores.

Then there’s the shadow side.

The shadow of the 9 is one of the most defining stories of our collective history. Misuse of power. Domination dressed as leadership. The giving away of sovereignty to institutions, conquerors, and systems that never earned it.

European colonialism, beginning in earnest in the 15th century and eventually spreading across most of the known world, was the 9 shadow operating at full civilizational scale. Entire ecosystems were dismantled in the name of progress. Languages were ripped from communities within a single generation. Sacred relationships between people and the land, relationships built over thousands of years, were replaced with extraction economies that treated the Earth as inventory.

Indigenous knowledge systems that had sustained civilizations across every continent were erased or driven underground, and the people who carried them were systematically stripped of the authority to lead, teach, or govern. The cost of that erasure is incalculable, and its reverberations are still moving through the collective body right now, echoing through generations that inherited the consequences, but not always the memory of what was lost.

The 20th century offered moments of reckoning, but also new expressions of the same shadow. The two World Wars killed an estimated 100 million people combined, driven in large part by the collision of imperial powers that had built their entire identities around domination.

The nuclear arms race that followed replaced one form of power misuse with another: the development of weapons capable of ending all life on Earth, held as bargaining chips between governments that positioned mass destruction as a form of security. The shadow of the 9 doesn’t always look like a conqueror on horseback. Sometimes it looks like a boardroom. Sometimes it looks like a ballot.

And the shadow didn’t end with the last century. It evolved, and it’s exactly what so many people are feeling right now.

Governments stripping environmental protections to serve corporate interests. The concentration of global wealth into the hands of a few dozen individuals while billions lack access to clean water, adequate food, and basic healthcare. Political leadership that treats accountability as optional and cruelty as strategy. Misinformation weaponized so effectively that people can no longer agree on basic shared reality, let alone organize around it.

The nervous system exhaustion that so many are carrying right now, that bone-deep wiring that won’t settle no matter how much rest you get, is the collective 9 Karma expressing itself at peak intensity. It’s the body’s response to living inside systems that were never designed to honor life.

It’s not a sign that things are hopeless. It’s a sign that the wound has finally surfaced fully enough to be healed.

And the healing is already beginning. You can see it in the growing number of people who are walking away from systems and structures that were never built to honor them. In the resurgence of earth-based spiritual practices, shamanic traditions, and ancestral healing work that were suppressed for centuries and are now finding their way back into collective awareness.

In the conversations happening in living rooms, on podcasts, in Substack posts and community circles, where people are naming what they feel and refusing to be told it isn’t real. In the increasing willingness to question inherited power rather than simply obey it. The 9 doesn’t reclaim itself all at once. It reclaims itself one person at a time, until enough people remember what they actually are that the frequency shifts at scale.

The 9 Karma doesn’t mean this is who we are permanently. It means this is what we’re here to heal. The dragon doesn’t disappear in this story. It remembers what it actually is.

And that's the thing about any frequency sitting in the Karma position: it’s never a sentence. When we do the work of moving through its shadow, that same frequency can become our greatest gift.

Talent 1:1 — The Spiritual Foundation That Has Always Been Here

Frequency 1 is the energy of unity consciousness. Stability. Spiritual power that leads by presence rather than force. It resonates with the protective, grounded authority of Archangel Michael: unwavering, devoted to service, capable of transmitting calm into chaos simply by being fully itself. And it sits in the Talent position of Earth’s chart, which means this isn’t what Earth is reaching for. It’s what Earth already is, and what it has always been offering.

This is, quite literally, what the ground beneath our feet does. It holds the weight of every living thing on its surface, every war and every cathedral, every burial ground and every garden, every act of creation and destruction that has ever occurred, and it continues. The stability of the 1 isn’t passive. It’s the deepest, most active kind of holding there is.

The light of this talent has been visible across every era when humanity chose to receive what was being offered rather than override it.

Ancient Egyptian civilization built its entire agricultural calendar around the flooding of the Nile, not to control the river but to move with it, timing planting and harvest to align with natural cycles. The result was one of the most stable and enduring civilizations in recorded history, lasting over 3,000 years.

The Inca civilization in the Andes engineered a system of mountain terrace farming so sophisticated that it sustained millions of people across some of the most challenging terrain on the planet, not by dominating the landscape, but by learning its language and working within it.

These weren’t primitive strategies born of necessity. They were expressions of genuine partnership with the 1 talent, of receiving the stability the Earth was already offering and building within it rather than against it.

In more recent times, the environmental movement of the 20th century carried this frequency forward under enormous resistance.

Rachel Carson’s 1962 book Silent Spring, which documented the devastating impact of pesticides on living ecosystems, sparked a shift in collective consciousness that eventually led to the founding of the Environmental Protection Agency, the passage of the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts, and the first Earth Day in 1970, which saw 20 million Americans participate in what became the largest civic demonstration in United States history up to that point.

That was humanity choosing, however imperfectly, to receive the planet’s 1 Talent and respond with accountability rather than denial.

When there is light, there is shadow as well. Even in a Talent position.

The shadow of the 1 is what happens when the impulse to lead becomes the impulse to control. Compulsion. Greed. Obsession. The ruthless pursuit of dominance at the expense of everything that sustains life.

The Industrial Revolution didn’t just change how goods were produced. It fundamentally restructured humanity’s relationship with the natural world, replacing reciprocity with extraction and treating the living systems of the Earth as raw material to be processed and sold.

The fossil fuel economy that followed embedded that relationship so deeply into global infrastructure that questioning it became, for many governments and corporations, economically unthinkable.

The denial that the Earth is a spiritual system, not just a material one, is itself a shadow expression of this frequency. And we’re living inside a particularly sharp version of that denial right now.

Ecosystems that took thousands of years to develop are being cleared in months. Species are disappearing at a rate scientists describe as a mass extinction event. The people who speak up for the planet are dismissed, discredited, defunded, or in some parts of the world, killed for it.

The shadow of the 1 in Earth’s Talent position isn’t just environmental destruction. It’s the collective insistence that the Earth has no intelligence worth listening to, no sovereignty worth honoring, and no voice worth hearing.

But here is what the Talent position tells us that the Karma position cannot: this frequency was never lost. It cannot be lost. A talent is not conditional. It doesn’t disappear when it’s ignored.

The Earth’s capacity to stabilize, heal, unify, and transmit spiritual order has been operating continuously beneath every era of destruction. Every forest that has regenerated after being cleared. Every river that has cleaned itself when the pressure was removed. Every community that has rebuilt its relationship with the land after generations of disconnection. That is the 1 Talent reasserting itself, quietly and without drama, the way genuine stability always does.

The call is to finally accept it.

Goal 20:2 — From War to Peace

This is where the chart becomes almost startling in its precision, because the 20:2 carries not one polarity, but two.

The 20 holds “War to Peace.” The 2 holds “Foolishness to Wisdom.” Together they describe the complete arc of collective human experience on this planet across all of recorded history. Every era of conflict followed by a reaching for peace. Every period of collective blindness followed by a hard-won expansion of understanding.

It’s not a coincidence that Earth’s goal is peace. It’s the most honest possible description of what this planet has been working toward since the first human civilizations formed.

The light of the 20 is extraordinary in its range. Movement and flexibility. Deep empathy and emotional resilience. The capacity to explore, to seek new perspectives, to sit with complexity without collapsing into it.

The 2 energy specifically brings sensitivity that becomes strength, the ability to feel deeply without being destroyed by what you feel, and to translate that feeling into wisdom that actually serves others.

In its highest expression the 20:2 is the frequency of the sage who has been through enough to stop reacting and start truly seeing.

Humanity has expressed this light in some of its most luminous collective moments.

The Greek golden age, emerging in the decades following the Persian Wars around 449 BCE, was a burst of 20:2 energy at civilizational scale: philosophy, art, architecture, the early experiments of democratic governance, and a collective expansion of what human beings believed was possible for themselves and their societies.

The golden age of Islamic scholarship between the 8th and 13th centuries, centered in Baghdad’s House of Wisdom, preserved and advanced mathematics, astronomy, medicine, and philosophy while much of the rest of the world remained locked in conflict. Scholars translated Greek, Persian, and Indian texts, built on them, and transmitted that accumulated wisdom forward in ways that shaped the Renaissance centuries later. That’s the 20:2 functioning as it’s designed to: taking what has been learned through hardship and turning it into something that elevates everyone.

In more recent history, the Civil Rights Movement of the 20th century was the 20:2 insisting on peace where war had been institutionalized for generations, and on wisdom where foolishness had been written into law and defended as tradition. It was also a movement that understood the 2’s core teaching: that sensitivity and empathy are not weaknesses. They are the tools through which genuine change becomes possible.

Then, the shadow of this frequency has had at least as much stage time as the light, and it’s important to name it clearly because we are living inside several of its expressions right now.

Rigidity around belief systems. Fear of change dressed up as virtue. The tendency to swing between emotional extremes without ever landing in genuine equilibrium. The 2’s specific shadow of foolishness manifesting as an entire civilization’s inability to learn from its own history.

The Crusades. The Inquisition. The witch trials that executed tens of thousands of people across Europe and colonial America, mostly women, for the transgression of carrying knowledge that existed outside institutional religious control. The systematic erasure of earth-based spiritual traditions across multiple continents, not because those traditions were harmful, but because they represented a different relationship with power than the one those in authority wanted to maintain.

These were not isolated incidents of human cruelty. They were the 20:2 shadow operating as deliberate, sustained policy across centuries.

And the shadow is not historical. It’s present tense. The rise of authoritarian governments across multiple continents right now, each one consolidating power by restricting movement, controlling information, and punishing dissent, is the 20:2 shadow in its most recognizable form.

The weaponization of misinformation that makes it genuinely difficult to know what is true is the 2’s shadow of poor judgment scaled to a global level. The polarization that has turned most public discourse into a war between opposing certainties, with no space for nuance, exploration, or the kind of wisdom that only comes from genuine listening, is the foolishness polarity expressing itself at full volume.

And then there are the wars being waged right now that most of us are living inside whether we chose to or not.

The escalation of military conflict with Iran, entered into by a administration that campaigned explicitly on keeping the United States out of war, is the 20:2's war polarity expressing itself in real time on the world stage.

And closer to home for millions of people, the systematic dismantling of women's bodily autonomy, the rolling back of reproductive rights that generations fought to establish, is a war being waged on a different kind of sovereignty entirely.

These are not abstract policy disagreements. They are the shadow of the 20:2 made flesh, conflict chosen over peace, control chosen over wisdom, and fear chosen over the kind of expansive, empathetic thinking this frequency is actually capable of. But just like any war throughout history, this too will end. The 20:2 cannot hold itself in shadow permanently. It is designed, at its core, to move toward peace.

And yet the nature of this frequency is movement. It cannot stay frozen. Every era of rigid control has eventually broken open. Every period of collective foolishness has eventually produced a generation willing to ask harder questions.

The 20:2 goal for Earth is not a destination already reached. It’s a direction this planet has been moving in since the beginning, through every war and every peace, through every moment of devastating foolishness and every hard-won expansion of wisdom. We are living in one of the most turbulent legs of that journey right now. But turbulence, in this frequency, is not the opposite of progress. It’s often the evidence of it.

The Story Earth Is Telling

When we step back and look at Earth’s Soul Contract as a whole, a larger story begins to emerge.

Earth’s Karma is the 9, the frequency of power. Throughout human history, we have wrestled with what power means and how it should be used. We have seen it expressed through conquest, domination, and control, but we have also witnessed its highest expression through healing, protection, courage, and transformation. The wound is not that power exists. The wound is forgetting what power is actually for.

The healing path lies in Earth’s Talent, the 1.

The 1 reminds us that true power does not come from force. It comes from alignment. From stability. From remembering our connection to something greater than ourselves. The Earth has never stopped offering this frequency. Every sunrise, every changing season, every forest that regenerates after destruction is a living example of the 1’s wisdom. The invitation is not to save the Earth. It’s to remember how to listen to it.

When we reclaim the spiritual foundation of the 1, the shadow of the 9 begins to transform. Power becomes stewardship rather than domination. Leadership becomes service rather than control. The dragon remembers its purpose.

And that is what ultimately moves us toward Earth’s Goal: the 20:2.

The journey from war to peace. From fear to understanding. From collective foolishness to collective wisdom.

Perhaps this is why so many people feel called to heal, awaken, question old systems, and reconnect with the natural world right now. The turbulence we are experiencing may not be evidence that humanity is failing. It may be evidence that we are in the middle of Earth’s Soul Contract unfolding exactly as it was designed to.

The question is not whether we will reach the goal. The question is whether we will choose to participate in it consciously.

If Earth’s Soul Contract tells the story of power, stability, and humanity’s journey from war to peace, it raises an interesting question:

What changes when we look at the planet through a different name?

Because while Earth and Gaia refer to the same world, names carry different frequencies, and frequencies reveal different perspectives.

Together, they tell a more complete story than either name can tell alone.

My relationship with my voice has never been a straight line.

There have been moments in my life where I have frozen completely. A trigger hits, something old activates, and the words that were right there just a second ago disappear.

The bigger the calling, sometimes the more layered the journey to actually answer it.

What I want to do in this post is walk you through the frequencies most connected to voice, speech, and expression, what they look like when they’re open, and what it actually feels like when they’re not.

And before we get into them, I want to say this: even if you don’t have any of these numbers in your birth chart, you might carry them in your common name. Your common name has its own frequencies, and it can bring in energies that aren’t present anywhere else in your chart.

So don't worry too much about whether a frequency belongs to you. Focus on what resonates.

Your Voice Doesn't Exist In Isolation

The frequencies I’m about to share are specifically tied to voice, speech, and expression. But your chart doesn’t exist in isolation. If you’re someone who looks at these frequencies and thinks that sounds like me, but I still can’t figure out why speaking up feels so hard, it might be because other numbers in your chart are creating interference.

Frequencies carrying themes of disempowerment, visibility wounds, rejection, or old karmic patterns can sit right alongside your expression frequencies and act like static. The voice is there. It’s always been there, but other energies in the chart can make it feel impossible to use.

This is why a full reading matters. Because it’s not just about knowing which frequencies you carry, it’s about understanding how they’re in conversation with each other.

With that said, let’s look at the frequencies that speak most directly to voice and expression - 3, 5, 6, 17:8, and 22:4.

Frequency 3: The Voice That's Still Finding Its Worth

If you carry the 3 frequency, you came into this life as a teacher. Not the kind who stands at a whiteboard. The kind whose words land somewhere deep because they’re coming from real lived experience. People listen when you talk. They always have, even when you couldn’t see it.

But getting to that place? That’s the journey.

Early in life, the 3 frequency often shows up as shyness. As invisibility. As being the kid who sat quietly and didn’t put a hand up, not because they didn’t know the answer, but because something about being seen felt unsafe. Many 3s spent years pushing their feelings deep inside, so deep that they’d sometimes have to go searching for them, moving through a kind of inner labyrinth just to understand what they were actually feeling about something.

That delayed processing isn’t a flaw. It’s how this frequency works. The 3 takes experiences in, lets them move through, and eventually when the time is right delivers them with a clarity and depth that only comes from having truly lived something.

The shadow of the 3 around expression usually isn’t loud. It’s quiet. It’s undercharging, undervaluing, shrinking the wisdom before it even leaves your mouth. It’s believing your voice only counts if you’ve earned it somehow.

Here’s what I’d offer you: the wisdom was never something you had to earn. It came with you.

Frequency 5: The Truth Teller Who Learned to Go Quiet

The 5 is one of the most etheric frequencies in the entire system. If you carry it, you came in wired differently. You feel things that aren’t yours. You pick up on energy in a room before anyone has said a word. You’ve probably had moments of knowing something with complete certainty and had no logical way to explain how you knew it, and then found out later you were right.

That sensitivity is the gift. But it’s also where the expression wound often begins.

If you carry the 5, there’s a good chance you grew up feeling like your truth wasn’t always safe to speak. Like saying what you actually saw, felt, or knew created problems. Maybe speaking up got you into trouble. Maybe being too honest cost you something. So you learned to filter, to soften, to hold back the most real parts of what you were picking up. Over time, that can become a habit that’s difficult to break, even when the original situation is long gone.

The anxiety that can come with this frequency is real. When you’re unconsciously tuned into the collective consciousness, absorbing the worries and fears of the people around you without realizing that’s what’s happening, your nervous system is carrying far more than it was meant to. That can look like anxiety that doesn’t seem to have a clear source. That’s often what it is.

The 5 in its shadow around expression can also tip into the opposite direction. The voice that was suppressed for too long can sometimes come out without a filter, too blunt, landing harder than intended. Both extremes are the same imbalance. A relationship with truth that hasn’t found its ground yet.

What this frequency is here to do is speak truth in a way that people can actually receive. Not performed. Not softened into meaninglessness. Just clear, grounded, and real. That’s when the 5 becomes what it was always meant to be. A teacher of teachers. A voice that opens something in people they didn’t know was closed.

Frequency 6: The Creator Who Keeps Waiting Until It's Perfect

If you carry the 6, you have a direct line to creativity directly from Source. The ideas you receive aren’t coming from logic or strategy. They’re coming from somewhere deeper than that, and you probably know exactly what I mean because you’ve felt it. An idea arrives fully formed and it’s bigger than anything you could have planned. A creative impulse hits and suddenly you can see the whole thing.

The challenge isn’t the inspiration. It’s what happens between the receiving and the making.

The 6 is sometimes called the ADD or ADHD frequency, not because something is wrong with the person carrying it, but because the creative energy that moves through this frequency is abundant, fast moving, and genuinely hard to contain. You might find yourself going in circles, starting something beautiful and losing momentum before it’s finished, or spending so long analyzing an idea that you never actually begin. The paralysis isn’t laziness. It’s a creative channel that hasn’t quite learned how to stay grounded long enough to complete what it starts.

There’s also a fear piece here that doesn’t always get named. The 6 in its shadow can become rigid around creating, waiting until success feels guaranteed before it’s willing to move. That’s not procrastination. That’s a deep fear of failure wearing the costume of preparation.

When this frequency is blocked around expression, the energy has to go somewhere. Sometimes it becomes scattered, anxious, frustrated. Sometimes it turns inward in ways that aren’t healthy. The 6 that isn’t creating is a 6 that’s quietly suffering, even if it can’t explain why.

What this frequency is really asking of you is simpler than it sounds: trust the channel enough to move. Your gut instinct is extraordinary. Your soul creativity is real. The ideas that come through you are worth seeing all the way into form.

You didn’t come here to think beautiful things. You came here to build them.

Frequency 17:8: From Silence to Sovereignty

The 17:8 is sometimes called the mouth of God frequency. It’s the frequency of liberated voice, of moving from what has been silenced into full, grounded, powerful expression. It’s the path from internalized pain to words that heal other people.

Which means it’s also the frequency that carries the deepest experience of having been silenced.

If you have the 17:8, there may have been people in your life, a parent, a partner, someone with authority over you, who made it clear that your voice wasn’t welcome. That what you had to say didn’t matter. That speaking up came with consequences. The body remembers that. And it can create a pattern that long outlasts the situation that created it.

The shadow of the 17:8 around expression can look like emotional suppression. Like numbing. Like being overpowered in conversations even when you know you shouldn’t be. Like the thing you needed to say that you held back for so long it started to feel like part of you.

But here’s what this frequency is actually here to do: turn that into medicine.

The very experiences that silenced you are the ones your voice was built to speak about. Not because you owe anyone your pain, but because when you do speak it, you unlock something in other people who’ve been holding their breath waiting for someone to say it first.

The 17:8 doesn’t just reclaim the voice. It becomes a bridge for everyone who’s still looking for theirs.

Frequency 22:4: When the Soul Forgets It Has Permission to Speak

The 22:4 is the final frequency in the system, and it’s one of the most multidimensional numbers you can carry.

This is a frequency of sacred completion, divine connection, and building something that lasts. It’s the soul who came here to anchor spiritual vision into tangible form, through healing, leadership, and the kind of legacy that doesn’t disappear when you leave the room.

But the 22:4 carries an intensity that the other frequencies don’t quite reach. Because the shadow of this frequency isn’t just about the voice going quiet. It’s about losing connection to the Source that the voice comes from.

When the 22:4 is unhealed, there can be a profound feeling of spiritual abandonment. A disconnection from God, from self, from any sense that there’s something greater holding all of this together. And when that connection goes offline, so does everything that was flowing through it, including the voice.

This is where the throat chakra piece matters. The 22:4 in its blocked expression can show up as a literal energetic congestion around the throat and chest. A tightness. A heaviness. The sense of words that need to come out but can’t find a way through. Not because they aren’t there, but because the channel has been closed off at the source.

Many people with the 22:4 are also deeply multidimensional, vivid dreamers, astral travelers, people who move between realms with more ease than they might consciously recognize. That sensitivity is part of the gift. But it can also make the disconnection feel more acute when it happens, because you’ve known what full connection feels like, and the contrast is stark.

What the 22:4 is being asked to remember is this: you were never actually disconnected. That’s the illusion the shadow creates. The channel to Source is still open. The voice that was meant to come through it, the one that builds, that leads, that transmits something lasting, is still waiting.

You don’t just get to speak. You were designed to.

Remembering the Voice Beneath the Noise

Maybe that’s the real work of voice. It’s not learning how to speak louder, not becoming more confident, and not finding the perfect words. The real work is understanding what convinced you that your voice wasn’t safe to use in the first place.

For some people, that story began in childhood. For others, it shows up through experiences that taught them to stay small, stay quiet, or avoid taking up too much space.

In Soul Contract work, we often see these patterns reflected in the frequencies themselves. Not as punishment, but as lessons the soul came here to understand and ultimately transform.

If you found yourself in any of these frequencies, take a moment with that.

Your voice going quiet is not a flaw. It’s not evidence that you have nothing important to say. More often than not, it’s a sign that something has been sitting on top of your natural expression. Fear. Conditioning. Rejection. Shame. Self doubt. Sometimes the influence of other frequencies in your chart that create interference around visibility, power, worthiness, or trust.

The voice is rarely gone. It’s usually waiting. Waiting for you to trust what you know. Waiting for you to stop asking for permission. Waiting for you to believe that what moves through you is meant to be shared.

Because voice is about more than speaking, it’s about truth. Creativity. Leadership. Boundaries. Spiritual expression. It’s the bridge between what exists inside of you and what you allow the world to experience.

And whether your journey is learning to speak for the first time, speak more honestly, or speak without fear of how it will be received, the invitation is the same.

Your voice was never the problem. The work is remembering that it belongs to you.

What if the thing burning you out isn’t your workload? What if it’s written into the frequencies of your name?

I have a 12:3 in my chart, and once I understood what that meant, so much suddenly made sense.

When I started diving into spirituality, it opened a door I couldn’t close. Then came energy healing, then quantum physics, then past lives, then the question of whether we’re actually alone in this universe. Every answer led to more questions, and I wanted to follow every single one.

For a long time, I thought that meant I was expanding. Learning. Growing. But eventually I realized I wasn’t exhausted from doing too much, I was exhausted from trying to hold too much at once.

What I’ve had to actively work on is slowing down. Choosing one thing instead of 5. Letting myself finish something before I go looking for the next answer. Trusting that I don’t need to understand everything immediately.

It doesn’t come naturally to me. Turns out burnout isn’t always doing too much. Sometimes it’s holding too much.

Most conversations about burnout start in the same place: do less, rest more, set better boundaries. And while none of that is wrong, I think it misses something important. Because for some people, burnout isn’t only about habits or a schedule that got out of control, sometimes it’s connected to the way their energy naturally moves.

In Soul Contracts, certain frequencies carry a particular relationship with overdoing it. Every frequency has a gift, and every gift has an edge. Some push toward responsibility, achievement, expansion, and possibility. This is not because something is wrong with you, but because this may be one of the ways your soul learns balance in this lifetime.

Today I want to walk through frequencies I see connected to burnout patterns: 6, 9, 8, and 12:3. Each one burns out differently. Each one has a different blind spot. And if you carry one of these frequencies, there’s a good chance you’ll recognize pieces of yourself somewhere in here..

FREQUENCY 6 or 15:6

The Burnout of Endless Ideas

The 6 frequency is one of the most creatively alive frequencies in the chart. It’s the energy of vision, of conception, of seeing what could be before anyone else can picture it. People with a strong 6 are often the ones who seem to have an idea for everything, who can walk into a problem and immediately see 3 ways through it.

But here’s where it turns. The 6 generates ideas faster than any one human body can act on them. And when you’re someone who lives in the frequency of creation, the ideas don’t stop arriving just because you’re tired. They keep coming. You keep saying yes to them. You start building multiple things at once, and the creative excitement that felt like fuel starts to feel like noise.

The shadow of the 6 isn’t a lack of creativity. It’s an inability to choose. When everything feels possible, nothing gets completed. The beautiful vision stays a vision. And underneath the scattered energy is often an exhaustion that doesn’t look like burnout from the outside, because you’re still generating, still buzzing. But inside, you’re overwhelmed by your own mind.

Helpful Tip: Give your ideas somewhere to live that isn’t your to-do list. A notebook, a voice memo, a running document. Let the idea be captured without becoming a commitment. Then choose one. Just one. And stay there.

FREQUENCY 9 or 18:9

The Burnout of Pure Force

The 9 is the strongest frequency in the chart. It carries what many in this system describe as dragon energy: powerful, catalytic, built for transformation. When the 9 is working well, there’s an almost supernatural drive to it. A capacity to hold more, do more, push further than most people around them.

And that’s exactly the problem.

People with a strong 9 often don’t know when to stop. Not because they’re reckless, but because their baseline energy is simply set higher than average. They’ve likely spent their whole lives being the one who can handle it, who goes the extra mile, who doesn’t need as much rest as everyone else seems to. Until one day, the body stops negotiating.

But the 9’s burnout isn’t only about pushing too hard. The frequency itself carries an enormous energetic charge that can leave the nervous system in a constant state of activation.

You might feel like you’re always switched on, unable to fully relax even when you’re doing nothing. Sensitive to sound, to conflict, to the energy of the people around you. Wired and exhausted at the same time, your system never truly off, even in rest. That particular combination, depleted but unable to wind down, is one of the most disorienting experiences the 9 can have. Because it doesn’t look like burnout. It just feels like your normal.

The soul lesson here isn’t to become someone with less drive. It’s to learn that the dragon also rests. That the most powerful expression of the 9 includes knowing when force is not the answer.

Helpful Tip: Practices that actively signal safety to the nervous system, not just time off. A day away from work won't do much if your system is still running at full charge underneath. Things like breathwork, somatic movement, time in nature, or even just consciously slowing your physical pace can start to give the body permission to come down. The goal isn't to stop being who you are. It's to find what actually turns the volume down, and do it before you're running on empty.

FREQUENCY 8 or 17:8

The Burnout of Staying Above It All

The 8 is the embodiment frequency. Its whole journey is about learning to be here, fully, in the body, in the feelings, in the messy and sometimes heavy reality of being human. That sounds simple. For the 8, it rarely is.

Because the shadow of the 8 isn’t oversensitivity to others. It’s a deep resistance to feeling its own emotional world. The 8 can be mentally sharp, spiritually aware, endlessly capable of showing up for everyone around them, and still be quietly checked out from their own inner life. Functioning without truly feeling. Present in the room but absent from themselves.

The burnout here is subtle and cumulative. It comes from the energy it takes to stay disconnected. From fixing other people’s problems instead of sitting with your own. From overthinking, overserving, staying busy enough that the feelings don’t catch up. It looks productive from the outside. Inside, it’s exhausting in a way that’s hard to explain, because nothing obviously wrong is happening. You’re just never quite here.

Helpful Tip: Anything that brings you into your body rather than out of your head. Movement, time in nature, breathwork, or simply sitting with a feeling long enough to name it rather than redirect it. It doesn't burn out from feeling too much. It burns out from working so hard not to.

FREQUENCY 12:3

The Burnout of Always Expanding

The 12:3 is wired for growth. It’s relational, warm, curious, and deeply interested in people and ideas alike. Where the 6 generates creative concepts, the 12:3 generates connection, learning, and a genuine hunger to understand more. It’s one of the most engaged frequencies in the system, and one of the most prone to losing its footing.

Because the 12:3 loves to learn, it tends to follow every thread. One book leads to another. One conversation opens multiple areas of interest. One course leads to five more on the list. The 12:3 isn’t being scattered. It’s being itself. But without structure and without permission to go deep instead of wide, the expansion can quietly tip into overwhelm.

I know this one personally. I’ll begin something and then discover a new angle, and then another, and before I’ve finished what I started I’m halfway into something completely different, genuinely excited, and completely behind on everything else. The rabbit hole is real. The hunger is real. And learning to work with it rather than be swallowed by it has been some of my most important inner work.

The 12:3 doesn’t burn out from lack of passion. It burns out from having too much of it, spread too thin, without completion or rest built in.

What helps: Build real space between the expanding and the integrating. Learn something and then let it settle before reaching for the next thing. Rest isn't the opposite of growth here. It's actually part of it. Without pausing to absorb what you've taken in, you're just collecting, not truly growing.

Burnout isn’t a character flaw. It’s a frequency pattern.

And sometimes the most soulful thing you can do is rest before you have to, say no before you’re depleted, and trust that slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind.

You’re not running out of time. You’re learning what’s yours to carry, and what isn’t.
