The Next 30 Days of Trunk Shows

Bridlen (Shoes) opens the period in New Delhi, August 29–30. The house pairs Mr. Hasan’s obsessive eye for leather with Mr. Watanabe’s Japanese precision — two shoemakers who set out to make classic men’s shoes that serious collectors could actually reach.

T. Shirakashi Bootmaker (Boots, Shoes) appears first in Osaka, August 29–30 at Les Leston Nakanoshima, then travels to Australia for joint shows with Josef Selway: Brisbane, September 7–8, Sydney, September 9–10, and Melbourne, September 11–12. Tetsuya Shirakashi — Yohei Fukuda’s first apprentice — works entirely by hand out of a historic building in Yokohama’s Naka-ku, and the Australian dates give Southern Hemisphere clients a rare chance at his order book.

Ring Jacket (Suits, Jackets) visits Hong Kong, September 3–5 at The Armoury, then heads to New York, September 15–20, also at The Armoury. The Osaka house is one of Japan’s most respected makers of soft-constructed tailoring, and its Armoury partnership makes both stops natural destinations for anyone drawn to the cleaner end of Japanese suiting.

Sartoria Salino (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) comes to London, September 4–5. The Florence-based atelier works by appointment, and London visits are the practical route in for UK clients who want a Florentine cut without the flight.

DALMO Cashmere (Knitwear) shows at London, September 4–6 at the Permanent Style Showroom, then at Tokyo, September 25–26 at Timeless Living, and closes the period at Kobe, September 27–28 at il Quadrifoglio. The family workshop in Calcinaia has run hand-framed looms since 1950, producing in Loro Piana cashmere, cashmere-silk, and vicuña for top luxury houses and under its own name — the made-to-measure service opens every variable from yarn to colour to silhouette.

Sarto Ginza (Suits) visits Singapore, September 5–6 at The Decorum Penthouse. Opened in Tokyo in 2000, Sarto has become the alteration house the trade itself uses — Liverano, Attolini, Panico, Dalcuore, and Caraceni all send work through its hands — while also cutting its own made-to-measure on tour across Asia.

Josef Selway Bootmaker (Shoes, Boots) tours Australia across three cities: Brisbane, September 7–8 at his own workshop, Sydney, September 9–10 at J.H. Cutler, and Melbourne, September 11–12 at Informale. A Churchill Fellow who spent years training with shoe and last makers in the UK and master boot makers in Japan, Selway carves a personal last from measurements, fits through trials, and delivers fully hand-lasted, hand-welted pairs — trees included — in eight to twelve months. The Australian dates are shared with T. Shirakashi.

Ambrosi Napoli (Trousers) arrives at Hong Kong, September 7–8 at The Armoury. Salvatore Ambrosi carries on the Neapolitan family workshop with a high-waisted, fitted cut finished largely by hand — the house makes trousers and little else, and trunk shows are where most orders happen. h

Turnbull & Asser (Shirts) sweeps Scandinavia: Stockholm, September 7 at the Grand Hôtel, Oslo, September 8 at the Grand Hotel, and Copenhagen, September 10–11 at the Sanders Residence. The Jermyn Street house has cut shirts since 1885; each commission passes through sixteen craftspeople across thirty-three individual pieces of cloth, largely by hand, over roughly eight weeks.

Cohérence (Coats) shows in New York, September 9–12 at The Armoury. Founder Kentaro Nakagomi builds each coat from a portrait of a twentieth-century figure — Le Corbusier, Albert Camus — then reconstructs it in fabrics he develops himself, cutting and making everything in Japan at a factory with more than fifty years of outerwear production behind it.

Sartoria Campanile (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Coats) visits Taipei, September 10–12. The Seoul atelier works in the *stile milanese* — the clean, lightly structured Lombard cut — its cutter having trained at F. Caraceni in Milan, the house that defined that tradition.

Norton & Sons (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) makes two American stops: New York, September 10–12 at 130 W 57th St, then Houston, September 13–14 at the Westin Oaks at the Galleria. The Savile Row house, established in 1821, cuts for both men and women and brings the full Row service to each visit.

Henry Poole (Suits, Coats, Trousers, Jackets) covers four stops during the period: Boston, September 11–12 at The Eliot Hotel, Brussels, September 22–23 at Hotel Amigo, Paris, September 24 at Hotel Bedford, and Tokyo, September 26–27 at the Okura Hotel. The house that effectively established Savile Row as an address in the 1840s runs one of the most organised touring programmes on the Row — advance notice, clear booking, and fittings that start on time.

Igarashi Trousers (Trousers, Jackets) appears in Hong Kong, September 11–13 at the Conrad, then in Osaka, September 18–19 at the Sanki Building. The Japanese specialist is known for a house-style trouser with meticulous attention to fabric, fit, and proportion — its jackets and blousons round out the commission options on tour.

Dege & Skinner (Suits, Jackets) makes three stops: Johor Bahru, September 11–12, Singapore, September 15–16, and Hong Kong, September 17–18. The house at 10 Savile Row is the Row’s foremost authority on military and ceremonial tailoring — mess dress, court dress, morning dress — and its civilian work carries the same exacting precision.

Ryo Ikeda (Suits, Jackets) shows in Osaka, September 11–13 at the Imperial Hotel. The Japanese tailor cuts by hand, meeting clients at his atelier and at trunk shows across Japan.

Orazio Luciano (Suits, Jackets) visits Hong Kong, September 11–12 at The Armoury. Orazio with sons Salvatore and Giuseppe runs a fully hand-made Neapolitan family house — soft shoulders, a lightly built chest, jackets finished by hand throughout — and tours Asia and the United States each season.

Barbarole (Shoes) shows in Osaka, September 11–13 at the Imperial Hotel. The bespoke shoemaking house of Takamiya — who trained in Italy — produces shoes with a soft, sensual character and an edge, shown at trunk shows across Japan.

The Anthology (Suits, Jackets) shows simultaneously in Singapore, September 12–13 and Beijing, September 12–13.

MotivMfg (Jackets, Coats, Trousers, Shirts, Knitwear) comes to San Francisco, September 4-6 at AB Fits, then New York, September 12–13 at Standard & Strange NYC. Founded in Beijing in 2016 by Samuel Wei and third-generation tailor Daniel Gu, the house drafts patterns by hand from antique tailoring manuals dating to the 1920s, developing them through drape and baste fittings — a cross of vintage European tailoring and industrial-era workwear, made start to finish in a 1950s former factory loft.

Pommella-Napoli (Trousers) visits New York, September 14–17 at No Man Walks Alone, Washington, September 18–19 at The River Inn, and Chicago, September 20–21 at Sentral Michigan Avenue. Founder Gianluca Migliarotti treats the trouser as its own garment — not a jacket’s sidekick — working with rare fabrics and dead-stock cloth, corozo buttons from the 1950s, and 85% hand finishing.

Robert Bailey Bespoke (Suits, Jackets, Coats, Trousers, Shirts) visits Seoul, September 14–15 at the Four Seasons, then Hong Kong, September 17–18 at The Upper House. Robert Bailey has cut on Savile Row since 1985, formerly as senior cutter at Huntsman, Davies & Son, Dege & Skinner, and Gieves & Hawkes — everything he makes now is fully handmade in and around the Row.

Sartoria Carfora (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) comes to New York, September 14–15. Enzo Carfora apprenticed at Sartoria Pirozzi before opening his own atelier north of Naples in 2010; his cut is Neapolitan at its lightest — narrow natural shoulders, almost no canvas, a coat that follows the body rather than shapes it.

Cad & The Dandy (Suits, Coats, Trousers, Shirts, Jackets) shows in Zurich, September 15–16 at the Ambassador Hotel. Founded in 2008 by former bankers James Sleater and Ian Meiers, the Savile Row house acquired Stockholm’s Götrich — founded in 1730 as tailor to the Swedish Royal House — in 2017, and opened a permanent New York store in 2021.

John Lobb (Shoes, Boots) makes an extended American sweep: New York, September 15–16 at Lotte New York, Washington, September 16–17 at the Viceroy, Miami, September 18–19 at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, Atlanta, September 21–22 at the Whitley Hotel, Beverly Hills, September 23–24 at L’Ermitage, Las Vegas, September 25–26 at Wynn and Encore, and Houston, September 25–29 at Hotel Daphne. The Paris atelier — part of the Hermès Group since 1976 and one of the largest bespoke shoemaking workshops in the world — brings its full fitting range to each stop.

Taillour (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) visits New York, September 15 at Leffot. The London-based atelier offers made-to-measure tailoring alongside an evolving wardrobe.

PML Clothing (Jackets, Coats, Trousers, Shirts, Knitwear) shows at New York, September 15–16 at No Man Walks Alone. Founder Gianluca Migliarotti — the filmmaker behind *O’Mast* and the founder of Pommella Napoli — launched PML in 2020 as a more casual sibling: unstructured Neapolitan-cut jackets, rugged overshirts, unlined balmacaans, and knitwear made in Italy in small batches from vintage and dead-stock cloth, with a made-to-order programme run at trunk shows.

Vestificio (Suits, Jackets) makes four American stops: New York, September 16–17, Washington, September 18–19, Chicago, September 20–21, and Dallas, September 22–23. Milan-based founder Laura Bachmeier cuts for men and women, and the tour covers the eastern seaboard and midwest in a clean, efficient run.

Caroline Andrew London (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Overcoats) visits Chicago, September 17–18 at Soho House, then New York, September 19–22 at Soho House New York. The Mayfair-based tailor trained on Savile Row, won the 2020 Mayfair Times “Bright Young Thing” award, and cuts for men and women from British mill cloth — Savile Row technique paired with a clean, minimalist house style.

Trunk Clothiers makes simultaneous stops at Paris, September 18–19 at Monocle Paris and Zurich, September 18–19 at Trunk Zurich.

Lecteur (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Shirts) shows in Osaka, September 18–19 at the Sanki Building. The gentlemen’s private salon has by-appointment ateliers in Tokyo and Kobe; Osaka dates extend its reach on the road.

The Decorum visits Alexandria, Virginia, September 19–20 at Old House Provisions. The Bangkok shop — known as Gentleman’s Quarters — hosts visiting bespoke tailors and shoemakers year-round at its Park House flagship; the Alexandria stop brings that curatorial sensibility to the American mid-Atlantic.

Nina Penlington Bespoke (Trousers, Coats, Suits, Jackets) shows in New York, September 21–25 at The Bowery Hotel. Having spent the better part of two decades cutting on Savile Row — at Dege & Skinner, Gieves & Hawkes, and Edward Sexton — Nina Penlington now cuts on her own terms: classic tailoring shaped by late-60s opulence, Laurel Canyon Americana, and western wear, for men and women, built to be lived in hard.

Paolo Martorano (Suits, Jackets, Shirts, Trousers) visits Boston, September 21 at the Newbury Hotel, Palm Beach, September 23 at the Colony Hotel, and Washington, September 24–25. Martorano works the full classic bespoke sequence — meticulous measurement, custom paper pattern, basted fitting — and has built a following among both established clients and a younger generation drawn to the process as much as the product.

Sartoria Pastena Elegance (Suits, Jackets, Coats, Trousers, Shirts) makes four American stops: Atlanta, September 21–22, Charlotte, September 23, Houston, September 24–25, and Irvine, September 26–27. The family-run Neapolitan atelier, led by Antonio Pastena, produces full-canvas suits by hand and carries that craft on the road across the United States.

Nita Fashions (Suits, Shirts) visits Beverly Hills, September 22–23 at The Beverly Hilton, then Los Angeles, September 24–26 at the InterContinental Downtown. The Hong Kong atelier, founded in 1953, is a multi-generational family house cutting suits, shirts, and tuxedos for men and women.

Charles Paige Atelier (Suits, Coats, Shirts, Trousers, Jackets, Knitwear) visits San Antonio, September 22–23 at Hotel Emma and Austin, September 24–25 at Hotel Saint Cecelia. Founded by Lewis Malivanek, the atelier makes to order for both men and women, drawing on classic tailoring traditions with a strong emphasis on fit and individual character.

Richard Anderson (Suits, Jackets) comes to New York, September 23–26 at The Carlyle. The house at No. 13 Savile Row was founded in 2001 by Richard Anderson and Brian Lishak after long careers at Huntsman — the cut is clean and sharply defined, and fittings on tour are led by Richard and Molly Anderson.

Edward Green (Shoes, Boots) visits Oslo, September 24–25 at Skomaker Dagestad. The Northampton house, established in 1890, still cuts each pair by hand from fine leathers; its custom-made service opens last, leather, sole, and detailing to the client’s specification, and the Oslo stop pairs it with one of the city’s finest shoe retailers.

Monte Lys (Suits, Jackets) arrives in New York, September 24–28 at The Towers at the Lotte New York Palace. Founded in Madrid in 1944, the third-generation house is today regarded as a benchmark of Spanish bespoke — third-generation tailor Juan Carlos Benito now leads the house from its London home on Bury Street, St James’s.

Matthew Gonzalez (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) visits Los Angeles, September 25–26 and San Francisco, September 27–28. The first American-born tailor to serve clients on Savile Row under his own name, Gonzalez trained at the London College of Fashion, apprenticed under Thom Sweeney’s head cutter, cut for Alfred Dunhill, and spent four years at Huntsman before opening his own house in 2020 — the style is Anglo-American: mid-century ease over British bespoke bones.

L’Arte Nascosta visits New York, September 25–26 at The Armoury. Salvatore Ambrosino's curated collective of Italian artisans arrives with hand-engraved glass, micro-mosaics, chains, jewellery, and woodwork — each piece a one-of-a-kind heritage object made by hand.

Efe Laborde (Shoes, Boots) shows in New York, September 25–27 at The Benjamin Hotel. Working alone from measurement to finish, William Efe Laborde makes fully hand-sewn welted shoes using restored 19th-century London tools and vintage leathers — a first commission runs roughly 150 hours over eight to ten months. Named a QEST Emerging Maker in 2024.

The Finery Company (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Shirts) shows in Singapore, September 25–27 at The Decorum Penthouse. The Sydney house, founded by master tailor Joe Ha in Paddington, blends traditional English tailoring with modern Italian flair and produces only a small number of garments each month — men’s and women’s.

Assisi Sartoria (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Overcoats) visits Singapore, September 25–27 at The Decorum Penthouse. The Seoul house is part of the wave of Korean tailoring drawing international attention for its handwork; it travels regularly across Asia for trunk shows.

Hume (Shirts) appears in San Francisco, September 26 at Hotel Kabuki. Founded in 2024 by James MacAuslan — fourteen years at Budd Shirtmakers — Hume merges traditional British shirtmaking with a more personal, expressive approach to each commission.

The Next 30 Days of Trunk Shows

Lecteur (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Shirts, Accessories) makes a sweep through Asia this month, stopping first at Singapore, August 15–16, then Chennai, August 18–19, Mumbai, August 20–21, and Nagoya, August 22–23. The Tokyo- and Kobe-based private salon operates by appointment only, which means the trunk show circuit is often the most practical way to get in front of them — book early.

Coller (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Eveningwear) arrives in Taipei, August 20–23 for what promises to be a strong showing. The Hong Kong house — self-styled “The Sartorial Project of Asia,” with ateliers in Bangkok and Shanghai — has cut suits for collaborations with Aston Martin and Bentley, and brings that same precision to every bespoke commission.

Robert Bailey spent decades as a senior cutter at Huntsman, Davies & Son, Dege & Skinner, and Gieves & Hawkes before going independent, building a house style rooted in the classic military high armhole and a traditional Savile Row silhouette. Everything is fully handmade in and around the Row.

B&Tailor (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) runs back-to-back stops in Southeast Asia: Bangkok, August 21–22, followed by Singapore, August 23–24. The Seoul-based Chang family house, founded in 1967, has built its reputation on a soft-shouldered silhouette that pulls Neapolitan ease and Korean precision into a single, distinctive line.

Igarashi Trousers (Trousers, Jackets, Blousons) appears at Nagoya, August 22–23. The Japanese specialist brings a singular focus to the trouser — fabric, fit, and styling treated with the same attention a suit house reserves for the whole cloth. T.Shirakashi Bootmaker (Boots, Shoes) travels to Osaka, August 29–30 for a show at Les Leston Nakanoshima. Tetsuya Shirakashi, the first apprentice of Yohei Fukuda, works entirely by hand from a small atelier in Yokohama’s Naka-ku — the kind of one-man operation where the waiting list is earned.

Sartoria Salino (Suits, Jackets, Trousers) comes to London, September 4–5 from Florence, by appointment only. The Florentine house keeps a low profile, which makes these London visits a straightforward opportunity for clients in the city who want access to Italian craft without the flight.

Welsh & Jefferies (Suits, Jackets) has tailored on Savile Row since 1917, and its military-influenced cut has lost none of its authority in the century since. The house makes New York, July 29–August 3 its latest stop on a regular transatlantic circuit.

Sartoria Formosa (Suits, Jackets, Shirts) has been cutting soft, unstructured Neapolitan garments from its Via Chiaia atelier since 1965 — a house that treats the spalla camicia not as a flourish but as a philosophy. Catch them in Singapore, July 31–August 2.

Robert Bailey Bespoke (Suits, Jackets, Coats, Trousers, Shirts) makes one of the more ambitious tours in this period, with stops at Tokyo, August 1–3, Hong Kong, August 4–6, and New York, August 9–10 and August 21–22. Robert Bailey has cut on the Row since 1985 — formerly at Huntsman, Davies & Son, Dege & Skinner, and Gieves & Hawkes — and works to a high-armhole military silhouette entirely handmade in and around Savile Row; appointments are essential.

Charvei Atelier (Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Shirts) is the Wan Chai house that runs on a simple credo — “Simple Men, Simply Logic” — and backs it up with disciplined trunk show travel across Asia. This month brings two quick stops: Manila, August 4–6, then Singapore, August 7–8.

Catella Shoemaker visits Vienna, August 7–8.

The Tokyo- and Kobe-based private salon operates strictly by appointment, and a Jakarta date gives Southeast Asian clients a rare chance to sit with a house that rarely surfaces outside Japan.

Whitcomb and Shaftesbury (Suits, Jackets) visits Boston, July 18–19, setting up at the Charles Hotel.

Gieves & Hawkes (Suits, Jackets) calls on Geneva, July 20–21. The house at No. 1 Savile Row traces both its predecessor firms to 1771 and carries a naval and military heritage that is more than decorative — Gieves outfitted the Royal Navy through centuries of conflict, Hawkes dressed the army. Bespoke work today follows the traditional Row method: full canvas, paper pattern, basted fitting.

Atelier Tyzack appears in London, July 20, at the Permanent Style Showroom — a single-day appointment for those already in the city.

Camps de Luca (Suits, Jackets, Coats, Trousers) arrives in New York, July 23–26, at the Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel. Founded in Paris in 1969 by Joseph Camps and Mario de Luca — a Spaniard and an Italian whose partnership produced one of the city’s defining bespoke houses — the atelier at its height employed 40 and turned out more than 1,000 suits a year, each requiring at least 80 hours of handwork. The business remains family-run.

Emi Liao (Shoes, Boots) visits Singapore, July 25–26, at The Decorum. Trained in Florence under Angelo Imperatrice at the Accademia Riaci and seasoned further at John Lobb London in St James’s, the Taiwanese shoemaker placed fourth at the 2025 World Championships of Shoemaking. Seven signature models are on offer, each made bespoke, made-to-order, or made-to-measure.

The Anthology (Suits, Jackets) takes up residence in New York, July 28–August 4 — an extended run that gives clients on the East Coast a generous window to book.

Camiceria Lombardi 1892 (Shirts) appears twice in Tokyo this month: first at THE EDIT STORE, hosted by Afterhours, on July 7–8, then at HARMONIA as part of Afterhours’ “THE SESSION” on July 11. Founded in Naples in 1892 by Filippo Lombardi and now in its fourth generation under Luciano Lombardi and his children Simone and Alessia, the house completes up to twelve finishing steps by hand on every shirt — a standard that makes each Tokyo stop worth the appointment.

The house traces its lineage to 1958, when George Cleverley founded his Cork Street atelier after nearly four decades with the Austro-Hungarian master Nikolaus Tuczek. The London house — founded by Savile Row alumni Thom Whiddett and Luke Sweeney and operating from a four-storey townhouse on Old Burlington Street — blends an elegant English silhouette with Italian softness: light chest canvasses, a slim and lean line, the best of both traditions.

Clementina (Made-to-Measure Tailoring) visits New York (J. Mueser Atelier), May 14–15, offering its full made-to-measure program: suits, overcoats, shirts, trousers, and shoes under one roof for the duration.

HUSBANDS (Made-to-Measure Tailoring, Ready-to-Wear) heads to Bangkok (The Decorum Park House at One Bangkok), May 15–17. Nicolas Gabard founded the Paris house in 2012 with a sharp eye on music, cinema, and literature; the result is a ‘70s-inflected silhouette that manages to feel both nostalgic and entirely current.

Sartoria Salino (Bespoke Tailoring) makes two international stops this period: London, May 22, and Hirschen, Switzerland, May 29–31. The Florence-based atelier works by appointment only — small-scale, deliberate, and worth planning around.

Sebastian Tarek (Shoes) makes a single, unhurried stop: New York City, May 2. East London-born and from a shoemaking family stretching back to the early 1900s, Tarek works alone on every pair — measuring, lasting, stitching — sourcing leather from some of Britain’s oldest tanneries. One appointment, one craftsman, one pair built for life.

Steed Bespoke Tailors (Bespoke) brings the Savile Row experience directly to the Bay Area, visiting San Francisco, May 3 at Hotel Nikko, then Menlo Park, May 4–6 at Rosewood Sand Hill. At Steed, you sit across from a cutter — Matthew or his partner Edwin — not a sales rep. They guide you through cloth and cut themselves, then make the suit themselves. That directness is the whole point.

Anderson & Sheppard (Bespoke, Made to Measure) takes its English Drape east, with back-to-back stops in Hong Kong, May 4–5 at the Mandarin Oriental, followed by Seoul, May 8–9 at Unipair. Founded in 1906 and holder of a Royal Warrant as tailors to His Majesty The King, Anderson & Sheppard pioneered the softer, roomier silhouette that helped liberate menswear from its military posture. A certified B Corporation, the house sources cloth from the finest mills in England, Scotland, and Europe.

1. Menswear & Womenswear

Maurice Sedwell (Suits, Jackets) makes two stops on its American tour this month. The Savile Row house — founded in 1938 and purchased in 1988 by Andrew Ramroop, the first Black business owner on the Row — visits Washington, DC, March 10–13, then continues to Fort Worth, March 12–14. Ramroop also founded the Savile Row Academy in 2008, so when Maurice Sedwell travels, it carries something of a mission with it.

Huntsman & Sons (Suits, Jackets) takes its act east, swinging through Shanghai, March 10–12, then on to Taipei, March 13–14. Founded in 1849 and headquartered at No. 11 Savile Row since 1919, Huntsman dressed Gregory Peck, Clark Gable, and Paul Newman — the kind of pedigree that tends to speak for itself.

I Sarti Italiani (Suits, Jackets) runs the most ambitious circuit of the period, hitting five cities in a little over two weeks. The Italian house — making handmade bespoke suits since 1986 — calls at San Francisco, March 11–13, Chicago, March 15–16, Washington, DC, March 18–19, Miami, March 21–22, and finally New York, March 24–29. If you’re on the East Coast and missed them on the way west, New York gives you a six-day window to catch up.

Thom Sweeney (Suits, Jackets) arrives in San Francisco, March 12–18 for a week-long stay — the longest single stop on the period’s calendar. Founded by Savile Row-trained tailors Thom Whiddett and Luke Sweeney, the house blends English structure with Italian softness: think light chest canvasses and a leaner silhouette than tradition usually permits.

Cordone 1956 (Shirts) brings its hand-cut, handcrafted shirts to Miami, March 13–15. Luigi Cordone Senior founded the house in 1956, and the company now exports to roughly 100 countries — so the fact that it still cuts each shirt individually is worth pausing on.

Simon Jones (Shoes) crosses the Channel for Berlin, March 13–15. The Savile Row shop puts it plainly: a trunk show is about trying a shoe on and speaking face to face, something no website replicates. Berlin clients get that chance this month.

Emiko Matsuda (Shoes) wraps the period with a visit to Tokyo, April 2–6. Matsuda carries on the London West End shoemaking tradition — bespoke shoes, boots, and belts, each made with the kind of exquisite craftsmanship that takes time to fully appreciate.

Stops include Seattle, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, DC, New York, Nashville, and Boca Raton. Appointments are hosted by Simon Jones, Tony Gaziano, and Michael Symons. Expect the full range of bespoke and ready-to-wear shoes, presented with the precision of English handcraft.

Paolo Martorano | Suits

The New York tailor continues to refine the rituals of bespoke—hand-cut patterns, basted fittings, exacting measurement. Martorano travels to Boston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, bringing his interpretation of classic menswear to clients who favour both rigor and collaboration.

Pommella-Napoli | Trousers

Founded by Gianluca Migliarotti, Pommella treats trousers as standalone garments rather than supporting acts. Hand-finished, fabric-driven, and restrained in detail, the Neapolitan atelier will hold appointments in New York at No Man Walks Alone.

Vestificio | Suits & Outerwear

Milan’s Vestificio arrives in the US with tailoring for men, women, and even dogs—bespoke and made-to-measure. Founder Laura Bachmeier will host at No Man Walks Alone in New York before heading to Washington, DC.

Carissimi | Knitwear

Italian yarns meet Scandinavian restraint in Carissimi’s knitwear. The label presents its signature and cashmere collections at Aman New York.

Atelier Forbici d’Oro | Suits & Coats

Paolo Lentini, a Maestro d’Arte e Mestiere, brings his Milanese tailoring house to London. Known for both his atelier and his school, Lentini preserves and teaches the traditions of sartoria artigianale.

I Sarti Italiani | Suits & Trousers

Established in Palermo in 1986, I Sarti Italiani combines fidelity to tradition with an eye for contemporary demands. The atelier tours Chicago, Miami, and New York.

Mogada | Shoes & Accessories

Munich-based Mogada will host in Munich, presenting footwear and accessories marked by German precision and artisanal finish. Additional stops in Paris and London follow later in the year.

Sebastian Tarek | Shoes

An East London shoemaker who works alone on every stitch, Tarek brings his bespoke practice to New York. Each pair is handmade, with leathers sourced from historic British tanneries.

Hameen | Full Wardrobe

From Seoul, Hameen offers coats, suits, shirts, skirts, blouses, and trousers cut with a modern hand. The label sets up in New York late in the month.

Emiko Matsuda | Shoes

Continuing the tradition of West End shoemaking, Matsuda presents bespoke shoes, boots, and belts in New York at the close of October.

September brings a sharp mix of tailoring and shoemaking, from Savile Row lineage to Roman craftsmanship and contemporary New York design.

Nina Penlington Bespoke debuts her independent practice after two decades cutting at Dege & Skinner, Gieves & Hawkes, and Edward Sexton. (It starts today, in New York City.) Her tailoring carries echoes of late ’60s opulence, Laurel Canyon ease, and British rock-and-roll — classic structures reinterpreted with character. She tours the U.S. three times a year, with stops this September in New York, Washington, DC, Nashville, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Perticone Bespoke, founded in Rome by Seiichi Yoshimoto, reflects the elegance of Italian shoemaking combined with the durability of British craft. Yoshimoto trained under masters in Florence, Rome, and London before establishing his own atelier. Perticone visits New York City this weekend.

Charles Paige Atelier, based in New York, frames clothing as an expression of character. Their approach balances precision and ease, with garments shaped to reflect individuality rather than trends. This September, designer Lakan Golden presents her FW25/26 womenswear collection and selected custom pieces at the atelier’s Broadway space.

Charles Paige Atelier anchors a run of showcases in the city: bespoke tailoring alongside Tuscan jewelry and wine, with women’s collections added to the mix.

New York — 19–21 September
Shoemaker Seiichi Yoshimoto of Perticone touches down in Manhattan. His three-day trunk show promises balance, elegance, and the kind of permanence only handwork delivers.

October Preview

October will open with Gaziano & Girling, who carry their Savile Row shoemaking across the United States, from Seattle and Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and on through Washington, DC, New York, Nashville, and Boca Raton. It’s a rare chance to slip into their handmade shoes without crossing the Atlantic.

Meanwhile, Paolo Martorano cuts a sharp line through Boston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, bringing his brand of New York–based bespoke abroad. In Manhattan, Pommella-Napoli sets up at No Man Walks Alone, introducing Neapolitan trousers built with a purist’s eye for proportion. Milan’s Vestificio joins the New York–Washington circuit, blending bespoke formality with modern flair (and the occasional canine commission).

The month rounds out with Seoul’s HAMEEN in residence in New York, followed by Emiko Matsuda, who closes October with her West End shoemaking at The Benjamin.

Trunkville Relaunch and Future Plans

Our goal from the start was to showcase makers and facilitate connections with new clients. As automation accelerates in nearly every part of our lives, we believe that the desire for bespoke goods and services will not merely endure, but grow. We also believe that difficulty in discovering and connecting with makers is a major problem for both makers and potential clients.

We have been slow to realize that objective, but things are starting to come together. We believe there are two components to this:

1. Professionalizing and growing our content, so that people can discover the world of bespoke clothing. To this end, writer O.W. Root has joined the team, taking the helm as Trunkville’s Editor-in-Chief. He is leading the expansion of content on Trunkville.com. Currently, it comprises interviews and guides. Soon, it will have more wide-ranging content, including short-form documentaries about the makers on our platform.

2. Facilitating direct, targeted commercial relationships between makers and potential clients. More on this over the next few months.
