I am grateful to all the people - like Wayne Hsiung - who dedicate themselves to stopping cruelty to animals. I have read many of his posts, many of his stories of doing what he can to stop the suffering.

I am remembering Wayne’s writing about a dog in China, one of many dog who would soon be killed for meat. The dog had a bad leg so he was easy for Wayne to spot. Wayne cared but could do nothing. The little dog hid as far to the back as he could get, each time dogs were chosen for death. But he did not escape death. No rescue for him.

The abuse in the labs in the US is far worse. Intentional cruelty. Intentional infliction of pain.

There are whistle-blowers - people who work there and are horrified by what is going on.

More is needed to stop what is going on. According to a former federal prosecutor, ”dogs are killed at Marshall in ways that are so “depraved or sadistic” that they constitute felony abuse.”

Even that small promise, however, was broken. On his last day on Earth, the frightened dog was stomped on the neck and injected with a toxic chemical into his belly. His death would not be a good death. It would be slow and agonizing, as the chemical burned him alive from the inside.

Today, we submitted disturbing new evidence to New York authorities regarding the abuse of dogs at Marshall BioResources, the largest provider of dogs for experiments in the nation. The evidence, which is based on inspection records, photographic evidence, and new whistleblower accounts, is summarized in a criminal referral letter drafted by a former federal prosecutor, Bonnie Klapper, who spent a career pursuing violent drug cartels and knows a criminal enterprise when she sees one. And Klapper’s referral shows that dogs are killed at Marshall in ways that are so “depraved or sadistic” that they constitute felony abuse. Klapper asks Wayne County District Attorney, Christine Callanan, to immediately “open a criminal investigation” and “seize and protect animals” who face imminent torture or death.

In a typical year, hundreds of dogs at Marshall are killed for a kink in the tail, the wrong-colored eyes, or even a mother dog acting too protectively toward her puppies.

One dog, frightened and barking at staff, was stomped on the neck as sodium pentobarbital, a highly toxic chemical, was injected into his abdomen because the staff could not find a vein in his leg. When sodium pentobarbital is improperly injected into the belly, it causes dogs to thrash and scream for 5-10 minutes before they die. The dogs looked as if “they were being burned alive from the inside,” according to a witness to the killings.

I don’t know what pulls people in one direction or another, in terms of where we put most of our energy.

I know it matters to care and do what we can - while recognizing there are other people as well. So I am not dedicating my life to ending cruelty to animals - there are so many pulls. I am very glad there are other people, like Wayne, and likely some of you.

He fell into a world he did not know existed. An invisible prison system for people like himself. No exit.

He did escape - or you would not be hearing about him. There was an honorable judge somewhere in the system.

Howell now lives in Poland, has no plans to return to the United States.

There is more Howell learned. His whole world fell apart. His wife turned against him.

Through Harry Richardson - another of the people I interview. You should interview Howell Woltz, he said.

And how did I get to know of Harry?

Maybe 15 years ago, Harry came out with an amazingly easy-to-read and compelling Life of Mohamed. Harry was a welder, very concerned about Islam. What could he do? He could write in a way that lots of people would read and understand. Nothing academic, but everything citing sources. It took him 5 years. He cared about every word. Did it pull people further in.

He succeeded. His book sold over - if I remember right - 30,000 copies, and there were soon close to a million downloads. Also many translations.

And through that book, I came to know of Harry, who runs what is now the Richardson post, where Howell often publishes.

In a couple of months, you will hear Harry’s story.

Like all of us, I live in a world where there is so much we need to learn not to trust.

I know that I have trusted enough to keep taking action, especially to keep writing when I knew there was almost certainly more to know.

Here are some of my thoughts.

ONE. I trust that we must be able to ask questions. In fact, I know that deeply.

More on that later.

TWO. I have trusted that my readers would bring me more information if I wrote something, unaware of some major piece of information. Sometimes I have kept digging for a long time - like on what was presented, when first I heard of it from Candace Owens and one of her guests, as a wanton evil Israeli attack on an innocent American vessel. I posted about this and learned the supposedly innocent American vessel was a spy ship 10 km closer than permitted to the Israeli coastline and intercepting all Israeli communications. That little extra piece of information changed everything.

I have noticed that I have repeatedly heard the original claim about the wanton evil Israeli attack on an innocent American vessel. I have not frequently heard that the American vessel was a spy ship.

THREE. Whom to trust? I have heard, these days, so much about evil Mossad, evil Israel - recently from David Sorenson (email, August 5, 2026) who is also sure that David Icke and Alex Jones and Stew Peters, among others, are plants, planted decades ago by Mossad.

Whom to trust? I do not automatically trust David Sorenson.

FOUR. I trust, am completely certain, that those against us have been planning for decades (as well as for centuries, and in some cases, millenia) - and part of what they have done is put plants in place. Who? And how many people are plants, and how many are just convenient (useful idiots) for the predators?

I trust that sorting out who is a plant is not where it is right for me to put my time and energy.

ONE (yes, back to ONE, a second time around). I trust that asking questions is important.

I recently heard from a German friend who, I am glad, did ask questions.

For decades she - like all Germans - was not allowed to ask questions about the Holocaust. This was forbidden by the government.

Now she wrote, about the existence of Israel: “It is good that they have their own country, but what about the Arabs, who are losing theirs? I do not really know.”

Someone has clearly gotten her to ask the question: what about the Arabs, who are losing their country?

Whoever it was clearly did not give the answer that readily came to my mind. My guess is they did not want her to consider the answer I sent her.

I answered with 2 images. The first shows the size of Israel compared to the size of the nearby Muslim world. The second shows just a few of the countries surrounding Israel. I also told her that in Israel, Muslims vote and there are Muslim members of parliament. In Israel, one can have any faith, or none. Very different from in most of the Muslim world.

She took a look at the images, especially the one showing the extent of the Arab world, colored green. Then she answered: “You are right. And now the Arabs are coming to Germany to make it totally green!”

I don’t mean this is the total answer about Israel and the world aroound it - just that, until I sent the images, she accepted what she heard, about Muslims losing territory, instead of considering the extent of Muslim migration to non-Muslim areas.

Note that there was no anger between my friend and myself. It was safe for her to ask her question and safe for me to answer

FIVE. Another thought. Some people who are not on the side of truth and justice are fairly easy to spot. A couple of years ago, Robert Malone hit Peter and Ginger Breggins and Dr Jane Ruby with 25 million dollar lawsuits. Over and out. He is forever off my Trust-This-Person list.

Still I see he is far from ostracized.

Again, I do not have the time or energy to do more than be sure he is forever on my Not-Trustworthy list.

SIX. What to do in terms of trusting?

Here are some things I do.

• I listen to myself - does this person feel trustworthy to me?

• I see the person’s actions over time - both consistently pro-truth, and anything that marks them as untrustworthy - and I do not put that information aside.

• I search out information on the person from the most reliable sources I am aware of.

• I listen to myself - am I pulled to write about this cause or that cause, to support this or that person?

• I recognize that I am far from infallible;

• I listen to friends who often are more knowledgeable than I am, and who send me much excellent information;

• I pass on many of the things I get, so other people can evaluate for themselves and respond to me, so I can learn more.

Right now, I trust that I will not get together a definitive piece on whom to trust, but that it is better to send out these thoughts than to leave them even longer unpublished on my laptop.

That’s not surprising, considering what we know of the German “justice” system. It’s very disappointing, all the same. One more hardship, one more disappointment, Reiner needs to live through.

AND NOW, BACK TO JUNE 2023, 4 months before Reiner’s abduction from Mexico and arrest in Germany.

What was Reiner like before his arrest? And to go even further back, how had he become as he was, so upbeat and so intent on justice?

Again, the time is June 2023. Some hard things had happened. The money due to go into his bank account from the sale of his home in Germany had been instead deposited into the bank account of the person Reiner had entrusted with the depositing. Viviane Fischer, his co-interviewer on the Corona Committee, had tricked him into not appearing at a Corona Committee meeting and then denounced him in the live broadcast to the world.. His visa to enter the United States had been cancelled so he and his wife were stuck in Mexico.

It was not the easiest of times.

But Reine was upbeat.

And he was ever ready to go further. There was the Grand Jury, presenting the case against the PCR tests to the world. And he had moved from the Corona Committee to ICIC, the International Cries Investigative Committee. More and more interviews on an ever-expanding range of topics around what was going on in the world - like who was behind this all.

How could Reiner be so upbeat despite all that was happening?

He started by talking about his father.

Reiner Fuellmich’s father, a policeman, cared passionately about justice and hated it when he was told to drop a case - political interference.

Like father, like son.

But there were lessons he learned in his family as a child in South Africa. They were not about being quiet and obeying authorities. They were about integrity and following your own inner moral compass. A strong belief: we each have a built-in moral compass.

Viviane Fischer. She tricked Reiner into not appearing at a Corona Committee and then at it denounced him. She was key in the turn of events against Reiner. In the court case against Reiner, she was a key witness for the prosecution, to the benefit of Judge Schindler and Prosecutor John.

You might imagine that Judge Schindler and Prosecutor John would support VF fully. That is not the case:

I found this out a few days ago, when a very interesting email popped into my inbox. I have since found out that these charges have been lifted.

Since then, I haven’t sent out any more posts on Cognomovement. That’s not because I’ve lost interest. In fact, in less than two months (Sept 30-Oct 4) I will be attending the annual 5-day Cognomovement workshop.

In the meantime, I’m thinking of an old saying: “The proof is in the pudding” - meaning, claims about Cognomovement aren’t what matters. What matters is what happens when we experience it.

By the way, here’s something a friend and I experienced when we did the third of the sessions. We live about 15 minutes apart, but were doing it at the same time - and we both fell asleep at the same point in a 5-minute exercise aiming to clear some old trauma point. I fell asleep for about 45 minutes. And as I found out the next morning, she fell asleep for three and a half hours!!! How did something of less than 5 minutes put us both to sleep? My guess is the exercise touched on something.

So I am posting about the treatment and what has been done by the medical establishment about it: BURIAL, just as we bury the dead. Only what the medical establishment buried was something that kept people alive, what brought people on the brink of death back to life. Jesus could not have done a better job!!

Anyone against the treatment is clearly not on the side of Jesus, on the side of good, on the side of life, on the side of humanity.

Enter … THE MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT.

I started with: I have had a dog die from sepsis. Today’s post from Pierre Kory shows it need not have happened. There was effective treatment. It was not given. I am sure the vets - caring people - had no idea that the rapid administration of intravenous Vitamin C might have saved my dog’s life.

Sepsis - so dangerous, often deadly. And an effective treatment exists.

As often happens, the medical establishment buried it. For instance, effective treatment leads to . . . financial loss, including less need for dialysis, short and long-term.

I strongly recommend the full post, so that you learn the full sordid story, including about Dr Marik being set up to be publicly humiliated by being presented with findings showing his treatment was ineffective - though it was highly effective when administered early, but of course not when administered when it was too late to do good. In the study that supposedly showed the treatment was ineffective, it was administered after organ failure had set in - and, unless you are Jesus, you can’t bring dead organs back to life.

Even though Dr Marik’s own findings were also presented, his amazing findings are not what was sent out to the public.

The next question: where do the eggs come from? Not cozy little chicken coops, maybe 10 hens, maybe 30. Huge egg factories, chickens in cages. Or even if the hens are loose, they are often horrifically crowded, pecking on each other, pecking the weakest ones to death.

And what about the cheese? DirectActionEverywhere just published findings on the abusive treatment of calves (from an email received July 28, 2026):

On visits in April and May, DxE drone investigators filmed workers kicking calves, including one worker repeatedly kicking a calf who was down on the ground, and more than a dozen instances of workers pulling calves by their sensitive ears and tails. The footage is now published at FactoryFarmWatch.org, our one-stop-shop for exposing California’s enormous factory farming industry.

Some people go vegan.

I am not telling anyone what to do.

I’ve chosen to do my best to get, much of the time, eggs and cheese from non-abused animals - but I realize I am very far from perfect in this.

How do we flourish?

Lately I’ve come across another book on human evil and have posted on it:

Several years ago I came across the brilliant Political Ponerology (the study of evil in politics) and posted on that a number of times, including on the core traits of the evil:

Several core characteristics of human predators.:
- lack of empathy,
- the drive to inflict pain,
- the drive to control.

Here I’m just concerned about regular run-of-the-mill humans, those with empathy. Yes we have empathy, AND it is limited. It needs to be limited, in fact, or we would be utterly overwhelmed.

But my experience is that the limits to empathy, in many areas, go further than needed for self-protection. When I became vegetarian, for years I did not think of the way chickens were factory-farmed, how they were treated. And even after I learned, I tended to keep the knowledge out of my mind.

How do we flourish? To flourish is to develop fully. My main thought is on taking steps, connecting with like-minded people, and seeing what further steps we can take. Right now I’m thinking about how to be good.

It’s not just about eating. What do we let slide by? What do we stand up for - without getting hooked in anger, or even in too much time? When does it say inside us, this is a hill I am willing to die on? When do we say, now I just want to have fun for a while? And how much are we open to learning about what is going on?

I taught ethics quite a bit. Good and evil. Right and wrong. Making the best of imperfect options. I loved exploring a wide range of thinking on ethics with my students. Ethics - it’s something I have thought about all my life, and also something I try to put into practice.

I found something much more. And more than that, it is ultra simple. But no one had given it to me - because they did not have it. My sister has told me, hundreds of times, to stand up straight. But she did not give me the key, because she did not have it.

My friend accidentally gave it to me. And now I am giving it to you. In a nutshell, it is:

Leave your behind, behind.

The words are from Esther Gokhale. (More from her below.)

A more formal way of saying this - and harder to understand - is:

Tilt your pelvis back.

These words are also from Esther Gokhale.

So leave your behind behind - which is the same as, tilt your pelvis back - and presto, I had great posture. Without moving my shoulders at all or straightening my back even a bit - which never worked, not long term - my shoulders were back and my back was straight. No effort.

By the way, I have had to keep checking in, to see if my behind was still behind, if I was still tilting my pelvis back. Most of the time, yes. Occasionally, no.

The big thing: I was addressing and fixing the underlying issue.

When I look around, I see slouching all around. And then, just as unhealthy, as I have learned, I see lots of over-arched backs, swaybacks.

Both slouching and having a swayback are, longterm, damaging to the back. Many people end up with excruciating pain and back surgery which often does not fix the back problem and definitely does not fix poor posture.

But leave your behind behind, and that takes care of both slouching and having a swayback.

The answer: the fashion industry in the 1920’s, when suddenly slouching was depicted as glamorous. Before that, it was fashionable to have a straight back.

Two. Who is behind the bad-posture epidemic?

I have, ever since I’ve learned of the many crippling and painful practices done by humans to their group and often themselves, shaken my head in disbelief. How is this possible?

The first answer I got is: that’s how humans are.

So:

• Bound feet in China.

• Teeth filed - with agonizing pain - to sharp points in some South American tribes.

• Penis cut lengthwise in some Australian aboriginal tribes.

• Ribs cut out of some American women in the nineteenth-century.

• Women genitally mutilated in many African tribes and with one-quarter of Muslim women.

I could go on.

So with all this, what am I doing, going on about bad posture? If you’ve ever known anyone with a bad back, you’ll know it’s not something minor.

Back to: how did practices like these get started? For quite some years, I accepted: that’s just how people are.

No longer.

It’s occurred to me that at least some of the practices I’ve mentioned - as well as others - might not all have originated with the group. In other words, in at least some of these cases, were there forces from outside the society, for instance behind the fashion industry, forces that favored bad posture. The American medical profession was just outlawing the more successful natural medical practices at the same time as, suddenly, bad posture became stylish. No one claims that the huge changes in the medical profession just happened. My guess is that the change in posture did not just happend either.

What does bad posture do to us, not just physically but psychologically? The 1920’s were a time when there was a big movement for equal rights for women - and suddenly bad posture was being promoted!!

As often, I do not have the answer. I do consider it a question worth considering: How did the bad posture movement come to be? As I’ve indicated, my guess is that it wasn’t just a few nutty fashion designers.

I wrote several posts - the first, the second, and a final one summarizing the major traits of what one could call the human predators in politics. I passed the link to the book to Reiner, who was also extremely impressed. Harrison Koehli has a Substack on political ponerology. Excellent.

A new book has just come out - on human predators in general, in all areas of life: Karen Mitchell’s Human Predators. Harrison Koehli has written a number of posts over the past 2 years on Karen Mitchel’s work. His most recent post includes links to the book, plus an interview with the author.

And now here I am, doing what I can to get the word out.

I have an extra question: is forewarned forearmed? In other words, does it help protect us, to have knowledge of the existence of the human-predator group and their main characteristics?

Does it help to have information on the existence of human predators and their core characteristics, including:

• the need for control, including control through calculated ferocity;

• a predatory malevolent core;

• a mask of sanity;

• and then, inner deadness.

I very much valued Political Ponerology. It made it much easier for me not to see mainly the trees, rather than the overall forest - not to see mainly individuals, but to see how they fit as part of the political landscape.

My guess is that this book, these findings, will also help protect people to identify predators.

My knowledge is also that our vulnerabilities often run deep, have their roots way below the reasonable rational level.

We have, as a species, lived with a huge amount of mass abuse, including gas-lighting (being lied to and being told this was the truth) and terrorizing (think of the near-coercive measures employed during the plandemic).

My sense is that this book is one very powerful tool in helping undo the damage, and that many of us have much individual unrooting to do of the way we have been impacted by the traumatizing.

There are many things I am not writing about. One is the dangers of the vaccines. There is a flood of information coming out, each piece confirming what many of us have long known: they are dangerous. The risks outweigh any benefits.

First, a bit of the information. And then, my silence on this subject.

The information. Children in the US who have never had any vaccines are way healthier in so many ways than children who have been vaccinated. The figure that stays in my mind is that about 2.6% of unvaccinated children have a chronic health condition versus something like 60% of vaccinated children. I could see if I could find a reference. But this is hardly relevant. The information - based on government statistics - is coming from many alternate sources.

Today I’ve come across yet another piece, this one on the sudden infant death syndrome. I remember hearing about this decades ago. The danger came from infants lying on their stomachs, I heard. I remember that Robert Redford and his wife lost a baby to the sudden infant death syndrome, and that his wife, Lola (I believe), was doing what she could to raise awareness of what people could do to protect their infants. DO NOT GIVE ANY VACCINES. No, she never suggested that - because she did not have any idea of it. There was never any hint that any vaccine could play a role.

So why have I stayed silent on the vaccines?

I also don’t write on the injections that are neither safe nor effective re covid, injections that make people more vulnerable to covid and have side effects including heart problems like myocarditis, all kinds of neurological damage, and death.

I am interested in details. Like today, Unbekoming - in the linked article - unearthed that a study was published connecting 200 sudden infant deaths with something that happened just a few days earlier: an injection, a vaccination. That information ended up buried.

For me, it’s one more drop in the bucket of evil that has gotten most parents to go along with the vaccine schedule.

Still, I very rarely pass any of this along. I also know it matters that attention is given to the injections supposedly meant to protect people against getting covid, and the millions suffering from injuries from them. I know that there are Substacks with a huge number of subscribers focusing on these things, and also on the dangers of vaccines in general.

Inside me, it says: It doesn’t have to be me. And it isn’t.

I am most interested in things I do not know, things I am just learning.

Recently I learned about the key to good posture. I will be writing about that. I have, all my life, been told - especially by my loving sister - to stand up straight. But she did not give me the key because she did not have it. Now I have just learned it. And I will be passing it to you.
