I've always been an open book and I'm not about to stop now, so here's the real update. Recess has filed a motion to dismiss. We expected it, we're not rattled by it, and we are filing our opposition. This is just the opening move on the chessboard, not a setback, just the ball getting kicked down the field the way these things go. Federal litigation is slow by design. We're in it for as long as it takes.

Why this is bigger than “one canceled mixer.”

This is not about a beer garden in Denver anymore. This is about whether a business gets to punish adults for a private medical decision and get away with it, and somebody has to be the one to stand up and say no, not this time.

That is exactly what this lawsuit is doing, and it is exactly why We The Patriots USA exists.

He had just moved from Oregon to Tennessee to escape a mandate that would have cost him his job and violated everything he believed in. He had no friends there yet, no family nearby. Back on May 12, we announced a singles mixer at a beer garden called Recess, set for May 29. Just our community of unvaxxed legends getting together for a drink and meeting in person for once. That was the whole idea.

Shortly after that, a local news publication called Westword posted a hitpiece on us and Recess pulled the plug. Their statement cited safety concerns and event-hosting policies, and their marketing director went out of her way to tell Westword that Recess had not organized or formally hosted the meetup, which is corporate-speak for please do not associate us with these people. It is 2026, six years after the lockdown insanity. Somehow there is still a maximum level of discrimination and persecution against us.

So we found a better venue. The Grizzly Rose, one of the most legendary country music clubs in the country, said yes almost immediately. We renamed it The Freedom Mixer, and on May 29 the place was packed. Couples who had met on the app finally met in person, people drove in from three states away, people who had been told for years that they were dangerous and selfish laughing together and falling in love on the floor of a country bar. The funny thing was, out of the maybe 200 people that attended, 80% of them had heard about the even from the hitpiece.

Wiithin days we were being covered by Wired Magazine, the Daily Mail, the Washington Post, and Playboy (coming soong). The night Recess tried to bury became national news.

And here is what most people still do not know.

We are suing Recess for discrimination.

What happened in Denver was not a venue exercising editorial discretion. It was a public-facing business denying service to a group of adults based on a personal medical decision, and that is discrimination by any honest definition of the word. Somebody has to draw the line, or the next unvaccinated couple who tries to book a venue is going to deal with the exact same thing.

So please forgive me if it’s not what your used to. but I wanted to drop in and give you and update at all the things going on at Team Unjected these last few months. The ups & downs, at times the despair, and of course celebration for the new and improved Unjected (for the 1,49485,98048058 time lol). By far, the BEST Unjected yet.

Back when we left you in September to drop the information that TWC and Unjected were no longer in partnership & the road ahead was unknown.

Firstly, thank you to all those who donated during the livestream show & helped us carry the torch awhile longer in a moment of need. In my moments of weakness, I have always thought about the Unjected community and how you have believed in not only the Unjected mission; but also believed in me and my capcity to carry this soul mission even in times in doubt. I truly couldn’t do it without your love & support.

We put out an SOS for anyone couragous to Join Unjected as a Volunteer to help us steer the ship into clearer waters together.

AI Prostitutes & Nigerian Princes.

For about the last 10 months & a few months before our split with TWC, Unjected started experiencing an un precendented SPAMMER ATTACK. Shortly after we introduced a free version of the app, it blew up out of control. Hundreds of thousands of attempts were blocked daily, but still thousands were flooding in. Before long, it seemed like every other profile was a fake only fans girl asking for your whatsapp number, or obvious scammer men named “Jessica Allen,” for just a few simple examples.

Not only do these spammers effect the quality of the app and the connection experience, but economically, they effectively cost thousands of dollars after the bunk verification attemps, and millions of follows and spam messages sent.

Right after it finally felt Unjected “tech” was finally improving (aka overall bugs & use), we get thrown into a “Terminator”-like paradigm that we knew would bring down Unjected if not solved.

Beacons of Hope

In walks 3 angels into the Unjected dumpster fire. They heard my SOS call and said,

“I believe in this with you.”

It takes a certain type of human to show up to help with there is no financial incentive.

I say at Unjected we get paid in “Soul-Credits” (at least for now, untill we can pay for these generous services!), and these 3 showed up to volunteer their time to the vision, growing the Unjected community to its fullest potential.

I need to ask everyone if I can do a team “About us” :) and formally introduce the lovely humans I have had the pleasure of working behind the scenes with —

One in particular even single handedly helped obtain the code from our previous India based team (long story & lowkey hostage situation) when Unjected was unable. Please give a moment of GRATTITUDE to him for not just taking his time over the course of several months now, but also generously helping with the resources needed for Unjected to be saved. Not only is he an OG member, but his longtime career in development is more than we could have ever imagined for the Project, and I feel truly honored that you chose to jump aboard and sail out of the choppy seas together with me/us.

Our other incredible volunteer developer who also just came onto the team has also been an OG member since 2021 and also has highlevel development expertise & chose to work alongide Unjected instead of other projects that presented themselves. He fullheartedly believes in the mission and is dedicating time for Humanitys Sake.

The 2 of them combined are quite literally a dream come true for Unjected. This is the first time the Unjected code has been in our direct hands (no gatekeepers), and the first FULL ENGLISH SPEAKING TEAM UNJECTED HAS EVER HAD.

No shade to our biligual Indian friends over the years — but being able to corespond on a same language basis with our developers is a HUGE step for Unjected since its conception almost 5 years ago.

And of couse Sequoah in Customer Service — a lightbeing who is longing for her Unjected community and wears the armor on the front lines in support@unjected.com inbox. Thank you for being part of the Unjected family since also the OG days, and going to bat for Unjected every chance you get! I appreciate you more than words can describe.

And anyone reaching out for help, give her a soft heart and kind words, as she also dedicates her time to help connect with you and your accounts.

The Voyage Continues

With our small but mighty team becoming established, we are raging forward to find solutions to the most Pressing Unjected issues. If I could sum it up for you in a 3 part plan-

1)ELIMINATING SPAMMERS

2)DREASING OVERHEAD COSTS

3)ADDING FUNCTIONALITIES & IMPROVEMENTS

• The obvious- Get rid of the sh*t. Old profiles- Gone. Incomplete profiles- Gone. The list goes on. If you have an inactive profile for more than 1 year, it will be deleted. Alongide the THOUSANDS of spammer accounts to be nuked at once. A brand new verification system is going to be helping mitigate going forward, among other tools & solutions. Thank you for your grace as we learn how to fully lock up the house & ensure only real, authentic people are using Unjected.

• Decreasing the overhead is huge for Unjected. Our current “keep the lights on” cost is far too high and has been leaving zero room for fixes & marketing. That will change with some of the unique customizations the Devs are planning on adding.

• The magic fun stuff. Yes we have huge project boards on everything your heart could desire. We just have to stop the bleeding other places first.

  

For those who have been asking- yes, the desktop version will make another debut again, but the app will still be around for those who perfer a mobile experience.

Now that we have some footing, I promise to make more frequent updates in the world of Unjected.

Between my #1 job of being mom, navigating the ever present apocolapyse with you all, while trying to create app from thin air, has at times presented its challenges.LOL :) But, connecting with my Unjected Family makes my cup run over with love and appreciation.

Hello Unjected Fam! Unjected has been on a very wild ride lately, but please know this, we have not gone anywhere. We are working relentlessly behind the scenes, day and night, to get the bot attack under control and glow-up Unjected, fully independent, rebuilt with intention, heart, and resilience. While we are pushing forward, one of our dear friends in Nashville, Tennessee is facing an unimaginable loss. In the early morning hours last Sunday, while most people were already overwhelmed with power outages and dangerous conditions from the ice storm and downed power lines, tragedy struck in the worst way. Molly’s house caught on fire. In a matter of moments, everything changed.

Molly, her two sons, and their animals were able to escape safely, and we are beyond grateful for that. But they lost almost everything they owned. Their home, their belongings, their sense of normalcy, all gone. Right now, Molly and her family are staying with another family member who also does not have power, trying to navigate the shock, the exhaustion, and the uncertainty that follows something like this.
